Regina Swarn Audio Series Presents - I Stop Feeding The Haters And Keep Thanking God
Episode Date: September 25, 2026Fan Mail2.8 million listens in a single month can feel unreal, and I wanted to pause long enough to name what that kind of reach actually means. We’re kicking off Season 10 with gratitude, faith, an...d a clear-eyed look at how a podcast audience grows when your work travels through radio stations, bloggers, YouTubers, and online shares. The numbers add up fast and so does the noise, so I also talk honestly about jealousy, criticism, and why I refuse to feed “haters” when the platform is being blessed. We also get into something creators overlook: your podcast intro music and outro music are not just vibes, they’re marketing. I share our updated opening and closing sound, featuring composed tracks from John Nathaniel Thomas and Chris Murphy Elliott, and I make a direct ask to composers and independent musicians. If your song is being played on a popular podcast, that is free promotion and you should make it easy for listeners to find the full track, stream it, and buy it. Spotify, YouTube, and simple pricing can turn one placement into real support. This is a short, upbeat check-in, plus a teaser for what’s next: a deeper conversation with Murphy Elliott about his everyday drawing habit and the hundreds of new pieces he’s created since we last talked. If you care about podcast growth, creator mindset, music promotion, and building a platform with purpose, press play, then subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find us.New music Show endSupport the showContact My official website https://www.reginaswarn.comEmail address swarnregina@gmail.com Podcast themes composed by John Nathaniel Thomas - IntroChris Murphy Elliott - Ending

Welcome to Regina Sworn Audio Series Presents, where I bring you stories of people from all walks of life.
I'm your host, Regina Sworn.
Contact me at Sworn Regina at gmail.com.
Now, let's take you into an episode of Regina Sworn Audio Series Presents.
Hey there
I would do this word
We are in season 10
How do you like that?
Do you like it?
Are you better?
I shouldn't say you better
I'm so grateful to be here
And I thank the Lord
I'm still on a high
A holy high
For that 2.8 million people
That heard the podcast in July
How do we come up with those numbers
With radio stations
with bloggers, with YouTubers, all across the internet.
And radio, some of these stations
reach around the world, and definitely all over the United States,
millions of people, thousands of people,
adds up to a million, two million.
And I'm so grateful to the Lord,
because I don't care if people are sitting back saying,
oh, yeah, yeah, really, you know,
I'm going to have my haters,
I don't care what I do,
I'm going to have those, but as long as I don't pay anybody any attention that feels some kind of way about me, I'm going to go on.
I'm going to hold my head up.
I'm going to thank the Lord because to God be the glory in my life.
God is blessing my podcast, and I'm going to be met with jealousy by some people.
It just is what it is.
But I thank God for that supports.
I thank God for those who are supporting me.
So in the beginning of my podcast, you are going to hear my new intro.
What do you think?
Yay.
And at the end of the podcast, you're going to hear Chris Murphy Elliott music in the ending.
Works out perfectly.
Totally perfectly.
I'm so happy with it that way.
So therefore, you hear two different types of composed music.
In the beginning, you hear John.
Nathaniel Thomas, he composed that song back in 2001, God's theme, and it's on our CD back in 2001,
Soren Sisters and Friends, so you can hear the entire thing.
You know, when I featured these different tracks on my very popular podcast,
I want to encourage the composers to take that and run with it.
Those songs could be up right now streaming and people might want to purchase them.
So put them on YouTube, not just YouTube, but put them up Spotify or whatever for sale.
99 cents, a dollar, $2, whatever you want to charge for it.
Do that?
Come on now, guys, take advantage of this free promotion.
That's all it is, free promotion.
If your music gets in front of my podcast is in the intro song and then your music is in the ending song, I mean, that is free promotion.
And you can offer the song up for as low as 99 cents if you want to or a dollar or whatever you want to charge for it.
But take advantage of that free promotion because my podcast is popular.
It is.
And so you need to take advantage of that.
I'm talking to the composers out there.
Take advantage, guys, of that free promotion.
Okay?
Take advantage of it.
Because it's there.
It's yours for the taking.
So, you know, like I say, God's theme, Dr. John Thomas, I hope you hear this podcast.
You know, put it up on Spotify, put the full, the full, uh,
music up on Spotify and wherever they can purchase it at.
Chris Murphy Elliott at the end of my podcast.
Put Reaching for the Stars up on Spotify for sale.
And people would love to support that.
I know a lot of people that would love to hear the whole thing and just support it anyway.
So my fan base is huge.
My platform is huge.
That's the time to take advantage of that free promotion of your song being the
intro and the ending of my podcast. I had to say that. That's very important, you know, because
that's promotion, whether you know it or not, that is promotion. So guys, come on, take a minute
to that. I want to see you do well. I do. I'm Regina Smy again. Thank you so much. This is season
10. I feel good. Like I say, I'm still excited about the 2.8 million people that checked out
the podcast in July. Oh, my Lord. This is amazing.
Woo! Sorry. I just felt that. That had to come out one way or the other.
But thank you for joining me today. This is a very short podcast. I'm going to be in conversation
with Murphy Elliott in my next podcast. I'm excited because we got a lot of things to talk about.
You know, he has, since the last time, we had a little conversation a few months back,
this man paint or draw every single day.
And since the last time he was on my show, he has created hundreds, hundreds, I tell you, of drawings.
Yeah.
So you got to check them out.
Seriously.
So we're going to talk about that in the podcast.
So I'll be looking for that.
Thank you again.
Happy, happy, happy day to all of you.
God bless you.
And take care of yourself.
I hope you're back.
I'll be back for the conversation that I'm having with Murphy Elliott next.
All right.
I'm going to say later.
Okay, that concludes another great broadcast.
Thank you so much for joining me for Regina Swarring Audio Series.
