Like I heard the ladies saying, oh, I can't get my hair fixed anymore. I can't go to the mall. I can't get my nails done. I can't get no gas. It probably goes. I mean, let's face at times our heart, they're very hard. But there's so many ways to bring in residential income. Am I saying you're right?

Probably not saying you're right. But there are ways to bring in some extra money always. I do it with my voice. And my voice is not an AI voice. My voice has been like this since I've been using it this way for years. This was a teenager, I guess. That's many, many years ago, guys, listen. But you may have something that you're really good at,

so you need to kind of put it out there. But I'm going to concentrate on the voice for it because I am really good with my voice. I got two voices. No, no people say two voices. I do have another voice that is a little deeper. It's a little deeper. And then I got this voice right here that is my,

should I say my little girl, teenage voice, whatever you want to call it. This is the one I use all the time, though. And I make extra money doing a lot of different things with my voice. I do voiceovers for different. companies and I advertise myself that way and I do voiceovers and I know AI have come along and just swapped up a lot of the jobs and stuff but they haven't gotten them all guys so don't feel too bad because a lot of people like AI is taking over no they haven't they haven't taken over everything

this is my natural voice okay and there are a lot of people that try to mimic my voice I noticed that different sites that I've worked at or have been a part at, I've noticed people have tried to mimic my voice by using AI. But if a person talk to a person, they're going to realize, that's not Regina Sworn. That somebody's trying to talk like her. So, and people will do that. But if you are authentic, meaning if you are real, your voice will stand out and it will shine. I'm getting ready to do something where I'm offering a course and it would be for beginners, advanced, and of course those who are totally good, the pros. And I'm going to be doing like a $5 audio. $5 audio. And I'm going to make money from that because I have did things like, done things

like that in the past and it's generated me like lots of income. I put it that way. And it could be that way for you. You don't have to sit back and say I don't have or depend on other people. That's so they don't like sometimes. People depend on other people when they can just reach out. If you got a skill of any sort, you can do some things with that skill. You don't have to sit back and say, I can't do this and I can't do that. That makes me mad when I hear people say that. You can do anything that you want to do, anything, legitimately, and make money from it. You don't have to sit back and be illegal about anything. Everything can be legal, you know, and that's what I want to speak about briefly. I will be offering some courses. Yes, I got to charge for this because I'm

giving up in my time. So, but each audio would be for like 10 minutes. So that's a bonus, guys. 10 minute course for $5. You cannot beat that. And you're going to see the things that I offer you, the things that I say,

the things that I do are going to be very beneficial to you. Now, you might think, oh, I don't have a voice like yours. A lot of people tell me that I can't talk like you. Well, guess what? Use your own voice, use what you got, because someone out there need your voice. There are companies that need your voice, just like a lot of companies need my voice or want my voice or pay for my voice,

a lot of companies that would pay for your voice as well. I'm going to teach you how to do that. I'm going to offer these courses. I was going to wait to this fall, but I think we're going to go ahead and get them offered to you very quickly because a lot of people are. waiting. They need money. The ladies need money to go get their hair done or get it. Get their hair to eat. Get their nails and things like that. Pay free gas. You don't hear me complaining about it. I don't have enough for gas. I don't care how much gas is. I don't complain about it. But a lot of people are having it really hard because they've lost their job or they've lost their second and third income and they're having to work themselves completely to death almost. So I will be offering some

things that possibly could help you if you are willing. You're going to always be willing. And if you're willing, I'm definitely able to bring you my expertise. Yeah, I said it. My expertise in that field. So be on the lookout for that. And I'm putting my ideas, giving you my ideas. So it's going to help you. No matter what you're doing, it's going to help you. So just be prepared for that, okay?

Don't want to hear people complaining by they can't do this, I ain't got that. I don't like that kind of stuff around me. Only positive people. Only positivity.
