Sasquatch Chronicles - SC EP:1078 He Was Screaming At Me
Episode Date: August 3, 2024Tonight I will be speaking with Jeremy. Jeremy and his children were on a hike when a large creature charged them. Jeremy said "We tried to leave without being seen because there was more then one of ...them. As we tried to leave that's when they saw us. I have never been so terrified in my life." Jeremy writes "Hi wes, I'll keep this as short as possible. Me and my two kids last year around July 4th went on vacation to Northern Wisconsin. We usually stay in a cabin on a lake for a week. We like to go to lake Superior in Michigan.. and we travel around the area looking at waterfalls.. we heard about this place called lake in the clouds I believe it's one of the highest elevated lakes in the United States.. after we stayed and looked at the scenery at the top of this mountain we left and about a mile down the road there's a river and this waterfall I believe it goes into lake in the clouds.. I'm not exactly sure but I believe it does or it might even go into lake Superior lake In The clouds is extremely close to lake Superior.. from the parking lot to the waterfall was about a 2 mile hike.. we decided to walk upstream and just do some hiking after about 1 hour of relaxing at the site with I guess you call them big boulders not just rocks. We had a very terrifying encounter with what you call a Sasquatch I guess I believe it was a family of Sasquatch.. it killed a deer it looked like it prayed over the deer after killing it noticed us and the leader or the dad/father / husband Sasquatch came charging at us.. it was horrifying after this encounter me and my kids were really never the same since that happened.. we have talked to a counselor/therapist which actually helped a lot talking about it and my daughter still goes to this day.. my friend told me about your channel I don't know 6 months ago maybe longer.. and after a hearing some of other people's encounters I talk to my kids about contacting you… Kids told me I should not give real names.. so I would like our names kept out of the story… I think it will help me talking to you.. I truly believe the therapist / counselor believes our story… I could care less if she did or not… I'm just rambling on so I apologize there's only a couple people we told about this.. but if you would be so kind to get back to me I would appreciate it thank you and thank you for helping many other people.

On a late November night in 2012, while driving in the foothills of Washington,
two brothers were surrounded by mysterious creatures.
Still haunted and forever changed, these men took to the internet, creating a forum for others.
If you've had an encounter and no one else can help,
maybe you can contact Sasquatch Chronicles.
It looked like somebody was bent over and had their head in the window of the deer blinding.
It either heard me or smelled me, and he pulled his head out of the tent and stood straight up.
That shocked me.
They don't make people that big.
The way it moved, almost as if it was gliding across the beach.
I've never seen anything move like that in my life.
They were screaming at each other in gibberish.
It sounded like a language, and they were chuntering away back and forwards, back and forwards, back and forwards, back and forwards.
I know what a bear looks like, and there is no way on this planet that what I saw were bears.
Why don't what are you putting in?
Jesus Christ, you better get somebody out here.
What's going on now, sir?
That son of a bitch is about six foot nine, I don't know.
Do you see him now, sir?
Yes, I'm looking right in any.
Uh-oh.
This is Shawnee and Lola from Utah.
You're listening to...
Sasquod Chronicles.
Welcome to the show, everyone.
Thanks for being here tonight.
Got a great show planned for you.
We'll be chatting with Jeremy.
And on July 4th of last year,
Jeremy, along with his children, were on a hike.
It was kind of a vacation trip.
I'll let him go into it.
But they were on a hike out there in Michigan.
When he saw several of these creatures,
kind of up on the hillside,
obviously he was terrified.
he was just there with his kids, and the larger creature charged him, and I'll kind of let
Jeremy go into it. If you've had an encounter and he'd like to be on the show, shoot me an email.
My email address is Wes at Sasquatch Chronicles.com, and if you get a chance, check out
Sasquatch Chronicles.com, you can become a member and get additional shows.
You know, my good friend over at the paranormal portal, Brent Thomas, he's been doing
doing live shows several shows a week since I think 2017. And you know, when Tony and I were doing
the after dark, my biggest fear was things would break down in the middle of us doing a live show.
So I'd have a lot of confidence in some of the software we're using. Man, that's changed since then.
But I was listening to Brent's show last night and everything crashed. Let's take a listen.
which one, and depending on the platform, but I did put out another video.
It's kind of a promo reel for the podcast.
I'm going to do several of them, but I just finished up one today.
Oh, no.
What the hell's going on?
Unable to connect.
What is going on?
What is going on?
Oh, no.
Ah, what in the hell is going on, folks?
I'm not sure what's going on.
I'm not sure if you guys are here.
Oh, no.
We have issues.
I have no idea if you're seeing this or not, folks.
I'm going to continue to try.
Maybe on its back.
Is this thing on?
Is this thing on?
Please try again later.
What the hell is going on?
It says I got network to internet access.
It says I'm connected.
I can't see anything, though.
I don't know what the hell is going on here.
Let's find out.
Come on.
Keep retrying.
Good Lord.
It says everything is connected, so I don't know what the hell's going on.
I am dead in the water here, it looks like, folks.
I have no idea what's going on here.
We're going to continue to troubleshoot this.
It looks like somehow been knocked off the air.
I hope that's not the case.
but I'm not sure what's going on.
I'm definitely having issues.
I may have to go restart my router, folks, so.
I think you guys get the idea.
And you know, Brent's been working so hard over the years.
I hate to see him in a position like that
where everything crashes in the middle of the live show.
But something good came out of this.
There was actually a sponsor listening to the show
or watching the show live.
and reach out to Brent and wanted to sponsor the channel.
And he kind of sent me a promo of this new sponsor.
Let's take a listen.
Here at the paranormal portal, we have built a beautiful podcast.
Nobody thought it could be done, but we did it.
Unlike Anthony Roscoe Merkel and his Confessionals podcast,
our merchandise doesn't come from China.
We make everything here in America.
We are proud to introduce our new sponsor, AOL,
a great internet service provider, a beautiful corporation.
In 1984, AOL was the largest internet provider in the United States.
Normally $6.99 a month, but with our promo code, Tony Merkel Stinks,
you will experience amazing internet speeds.
Great customer service from an amazing company.
With our promo code, Tony Merkel Stinks, you will save 30% off the normal price.
won't you come on down and use your promo code to support the paranormal portal?
For the podcast, I'm going to do several of them, but I just finished up one today.
Oh no.
What the hell's going on?
Unable to connect.
What is going on?
What is going on?
Oh, no.
I want to thank AOL for supporting what I do.
Hey, look, I am saving money.
Tony McElw.
Stinks.
Thanks so much, AOLL.
Tony Merkel stinks.
Sorry, I was writing down the promo code.
Congratulations, Brent, on your new sponsor.
If you want to watch the video, it's on Sasquatch Chronicles.com.
You can actually watch the full promo.
Congratulations again to Brent.
Let's jump into it tonight.
I want to welcome Jeremy to the show.
Jeremy, thanks for coming on.
Yep, no problem.
them. Yeah, and I'm really excited to chat with you, Jeremy. I know back on July 4th of last year,
you were out with your family, out with your kids, really hiking, and you guys had a pretty
terrifying encounter. If you would, just kind of start from the beginning. What were you guys doing?
And what happened? Well, we went to northern Wisconsin for a week vacation. And,
usually when we do that, we go up to southern Michigan, I guess, up by Lake Superior.
We went to a place called Lake in the Clouds, or Lake on the Clouds.
And I guess it's one of the highest elevated lakes in the United States, I believe.
But anyway, we're there and we're at this overlook, and it's a gorgeous lake almost.
It's just, it looks like a painting.
but far off to the right where we were looking,
see of this river that goes off the lake.
And we were going to look at some waterfalls.
And so I did a search on my map of where we were at for closest waterfalls,
seeing if it was like off this river where the lake was.
And it showed several actually.
So we picked this one out.
It was like 10, 12 miles away, I'd say.
And we go down this road, and it's a gravel road, and it's secluded.
It wasn't a lot of, and we went on a Thursday, I believe it was.
We do that during the weekdays, usually when we do stuff like that, so it's not so crowded.
but you pull in this parking lot and it tells you how many miles it is to walk the distance to the waterfall.
And we looked at one, the first one, and I wanted to say it's about seven, ten miles.
We're like, no, that's a little too far.
So we drive another seven, eight miles, if that.
And we pull up to another sign and a little parking lot of this waterfall.
and it was a couple miles away, so we're like, we'll do this one.
Me and my two kids.
And last year, let's see, they're 15 and 13.
And so we're hiking down, hiking up this trail.
And it was a normal trail.
It was nice.
It wasn't weeds or overgrown weeds and trees in your way.
It was a nice path.
all the way to the waterfall.
And there wasn't a lot of rain, I guess, there.
So the waterfall wasn't, you know, at full max.
And I'm looking up above this waterfall.
And I want to say it was 25 yards wide, I'd say, above this waterfall.
And told the kids, we can get around and keep hiking through by the,
that river to where it takes us. So we kind of go around and up these rocks up this waterfall.
And you kind of had to walk literally kind of next to the river where you're actually in the
river and then you're right out of it and the woods come right up next to that, you know, down
the river. It's like in the middle of nowhere. We walked for, I want to say, half hour to 45 minutes
somewhere around there.
We picked this spot out.
It was around, it was like 5.30.
So I remember looking at the phone, and I don't, of course, want to be stuck out there at dark.
And I'm like, we're going to hang out here for a half hour, 40 minutes, and then we'll turn around and we'll head back.
So kids are messing around.
My daughter is building, like, these stones.
And the spot, actually, we stopped at.
There was real big boulders.
And it was, it was, it wasn't really loud.
It was like white water because tons of rocks all over.
And so it wasn't completely quiet.
You could hear the water.
And I love the sound of water.
But we, we're relaxing there.
And then looking at the time, and I'm like, okay, guys, in about 10 minutes, we're going to turn around and go back.
I actually said after the cigarette, I'm a smoker.
And chill down this rock and I'm smoking this cigarette.
And I'm looking up at the sky.
I'm laying on this boulder type thing.
And it's kind of flat on the top.
And I'm looking at the sky.
It was one of them days where the sky was blue and then the clouds were real puffy
where you can make animals out of them or shapes, whatnot, you know.
And I'm just daydreaming there listening.
to the water and I hear my daughter say deer. So she said deer and I look up and this deer is running
full speed kind of in at this spot we're at the sides of the river the bank I guess you had I want to say
20 20 feet 25 feet to the woods to the line there and this deer I did. I didn't
not see the deer come out of the woods.
After the fact, my daughter said the deer, like, didn't come out of the woods and then
just stop and then see us and run.
She said it came out of the woods full speed, running.
And when I looked up, it was kind of in the middle of the river going upstream away from us.
So I was like, okay, it's time, you know, to get going.
And I carried this fanny pack, don't judge.
But when you're hiking, it's easy to keep your keys, everything right there in the fanny pack instead of your pockets, you know.
But I'm on this boulder, getting ready to get down.
And I swear I hear like whistling.
It wasn't a whistle like me or you would whistle, I guess.
It was, but it wasn't.
And it was kind of kind of, what do you say, like pierce.
piercing, you're going in your ear, you know.
And then I'm looking over on the right side of me.
And I saw these, I don't want to say they're huge trees.
They were, I don't know, a couple inches, the width.
So it wasn't, you know, huge trees.
Because there's a bunch of them, the underbrush, I guess.
And then I see this
It was like
It wasn't a boulder
It was like the size of a bowling ball
Maybe bigger
And it hit this tree
That was
It was a couple of feet
Almost like away from all the trees
There's little trees
Right there like overgrown weeds
And I see this
And the trees are moving
This rock hits
This other tree
I see it
and I look over at my kids and they're like heading downstream to go back and I said,
hold on you guys.
And you see this, it's hard to explain, man.
Look, it's just, it's weird.
I didn't know what it was actually at first.
It was a deer like scrambling to get away or was injured.
That's what it looked like.
and it's laying on the ground and it's moving and its legs are kicking.
And this dark, because it couldn't really see it.
It was like the shadow, I guess, a dark shadow.
And I'm like, what the hell?
At first I was thinking, bear.
But your brain goes a thousand different ways, man,
and trying to figure out what's going on.
And then you see this, this, I saw the head.
and I know it wasn't a bear
and he must have broke the deer's neck
you didn't have full vision
of what was going on
you know what I'm saying?
It was just in the tree line
like the deer almost got out
something jumped on it
and then I see the head
and I think it broke its neck
I'm pretty sure that's what happened
anyway
I tell the kids
give me the machete
we have a machete
So when we go hiking, go through trails, you have a machete to cut stuff down.
And I go stay here.
And Jasmine goes, my daughter, she goes, it's a bear.
I was like, no, it's not a bear.
And you heard the whistle, but the whistle was a lot more, I don't know, it was louder.
heard it much better than what I did before.
And then you see this little shadow figure, okay?
It was five feet tall maybe.
I'm somewhere around there.
The little one grabs the deer by the, I believe it was the front legs.
And he drags them out of the woods a little bit.
then boom, you get that full vision of, I don't know, it wasn't a baby big foot.
Maybe it was a baby big foot, but it was like five feet tall.
They were, well, he was a dark brown color.
And then the big one walks out.
I'm not kidding, you man.
That thing had to be 10 feet tall, if not bigger.
trying not to exaggerate.
But it was at least 10 feet tall
and it was really thick.
About 10, 15 feet, maybe a little more
in front, away from us in front of the baby
and that monster.
Two more walk out.
My daughter grabbed my side
and she might have grabbed my side before that
and I just felt it at that moment
because it was like, I don't know how to explain it.
I couldn't move.
And the huge Bigfoot leaned against this boulder.
And they're, I want to say they're 20 yards, 25 yards away from us, if that.
And there's the huge monster, Bigfoot, I guess I call him that, or the dad.
He's leaned against this boulder.
and the other Bigfoot's I walked out, those were, couldn't tell right away, but after a couple of minutes, you knew they were female.
At that split second, I didn't know they were female.
It looked like it was, I'd say, a mom and dad, Bigfoot, okay, the monster, the dad, then there was like a mom.
then there was that that boy baby one that was I don't know five six feet tall then the other one looked like she'd be in human years I guess is what I'm saying she'd be in her teens maybe early 20s that's just what I'm thinking I don't know she was a little bit smaller she was like seven feet tall somewhere around there um but she's
She was a different color.
She was the younger girl was like this light red.
I forget the color, like what does they call that?
A lot of people paint their decks.
What do they call it, barn door orange or barn door red?
But anyway, she's a different color.
And she didn't have as much hair.
and you could see her shape.
And she was, I don't want to say pretty.
She was just decent.
It's weird.
And I had the machete sent on a boulder in front of me.
We're kind of leaning against this boulder.
But if they looked our way, they would have seen us.
I'm thinking to leave, like,
But I didn't know how to leave.
If we turned around and walked away from that boulder, I figured they'd see us.
And having my kids there, I don't know.
But I was frozen also.
The feeling you get, man, when you see that, it's pretty wild.
But anyway, okay, the dad big foot when he leaned against the boulder, he actually looked like he was hurt.
and this thing's huge
I think he got
he might have got hurt
when he was diving
at that deer
the second deer
you know
that they got
and it looked like
it was a shoulder
in his arm
and the mom
Bigfoot
and she looked
nothing like the
the
I guess daughter
Bigfoot
she looked
more
what's that
what's that
Bigfoot
foot's name from years ago that like the first big foot video are you talking about patty from the
patterson and gimlin film yes it was kind of like patty so it's a younger one and remind you is 20 yards away
25 yards away which is not really that far but it is but you could see a big difference
the the the daughters just looked more here
I guess I'd say.
The boy, the baby, Bigfoot, he looked human.
And the monster, he looked like, he did not look like Patty.
I don't know how to explain it, the difference.
And you could see more black actually on the dad, like the skin.
is was black.
And anyway, the mom comes over to that big book foot and looking at him.
It's like she was trying to help him or see if he's okay.
That's what it looked like.
I'm not exactly sure if I'm right.
After that, I don't even know how long that lasted a minute, maybe not even that.
You heard him, the dad Bigfoot.
It was...
A la'iwa.
Something like that.
A la'ali wa.
And it was really deep.
And they all came over by the deer where they pull it out.
They pulled it out.
They pulled a couple feet out of that, the eggs of the wood line.
And they all got around in the big, big foot.
Actually, the mom, too.
They look like an old man or old woman, I guess, like trying to,
go to sit on the floor or kneel on the floor, if that makes any sense.
Younger people take a knee, no problem, you know.
Older people, you kind of, you know, takes a minute to get down.
That's what it looked like.
They get, it wasn't quite a circle, but they surround this deer.
And it looked like they put their hand out onto the deer.
And that's when my daughter said, again, let's go.
and she kept saying, let's go, let's go.
And we're all staying right by each other behind this boulder.
And if we turn around and walk away, like I say, boom, you're in the open.
And, but it looked, I don't want to say they were praying.
They were, it seemed like giving thanks to the animal or thank you for, you know, I don't know how to explain it.
That's just what it felt like and seemed like.
they weren't like eating at it like tigers would kill they were gentle with it and it looked like they put their hand on my deer and that went i don't know 10 seconds 20 seconds seemed like forever after that the female mom went over to the water the little river and she like took a handful of water
and put in her mouth
and she did that twice
and she went back over to the
to the dad big foot
and spit it on his arm
on his shoulder area
and I was like
what the hell
so I think he got cut
or when I said I think he got hurt
he might have got cut
after she spit the water on him
she grabbed
like some sand or dirt
next to these boulders and she rubbed it on his arm and then he mimicked something else it was
a real deep voice like it wasn't what I said the last time I don't I'm not even going to try it
I'll sound retarded but the the daughter the daughter Bigfoot the mom rubbed that on him
dad says whatever he does mom turns around and the dad
went to grab the deer. He, okay, he grabbed both sets the legs of fronts and back.
He picked the deer up just like that and then threw it around his shoulders.
Do you know what I'm saying? Did I say that correctly? Can you picture that? He grabbed the
front with one hand and the back of the legs with the other hand. And he picked the deer up
and then swung it above his head,
like to put it around his shoulders to carry it, you know,
like you're putting on a scarf.
When he picks a deer up and puts it on his shoulders,
the daughter Bigfoot
freaking sees us.
And she did this whistle,
right when she did the whistle,
and it wasn't,
it was a different whistle than
the ones we heard earlier.
And not because it wasn't because she was a
female and another one was a monster.
That could have been, but it was like a language,
a different, it's just a different call.
She turned around.
It looks like they put their arms in
to their chest or their stomach.
And they, I don't think they need
put their knees on the ground.
It's like they bent over
with their hands in and they tucked their head
like into the chest and bent over like say if you're if you're praying they look like a like a boulder
that's what it looked like and they all did that except the dad the dad the dad dropped a deer
and he looked over at us and well he didn't look at us right away he turned and he's looking
and then he sees us and i think
with my daughter,
grab my side big time.
And I grabbed that machete and it's in my hand.
And he,
I'm not Kenya,
it was like 20,
25 yards away and it was like four or five steps.
It was like watching a movie and then you hit fast forward on a running part.
It happened so fast when he charged at us.
You didn't even have time to think.
he was on the other side of the boulder when he stopped he pounded his one he pounced one fist onto the boulder and he's it was like a like a grunt the first thing that it just pops in my head even right now because i was so close we were so close to him he's a freaking monster my son actually
said.
We watched,
it was a month ago or so,
and this is actually when I talked to him
about you and our story,
blah, blah, blah.
When we watched
that Daredevil, what's the name of that movie?
That funny superhero,
he shows, he has that new movie with Wolverine,
Deadpool. I don't know what Deadpool it is with,
I forget the guy's name, he's a giant,
and he's the hammer
and he's got like a hammer helmet
juggernaut is that his name
he said and he's right
when he said
the best comparison of that
monster
was
into a human to explain it
is watch their
or uh
Deadpool where juggernaut
is standing and fighting
Deadpool and those guys
that's like how massive this thing was
his pigment on his face
it was
kind of like dark skin people get
I guess even lighter skin people get it
where they're their pigment
what am I trying to say is lighter
in different areas
it's not all black
it was
pieces of his face
like were light
color pigment it wasn't that black
he had this
it wasn't like
a dreadlock, but it was up by the top of his head. It was like a, I guess like a dreadlock.
I don't know what else to say. And that was longer than any part of hair or fur. It was more
hair than that's not fur on his head area. His eyes were super dark. And he was looking at me
right in the eyes. And when he grunted, he actually looked, how do I say,
politely, like you're kind of off.
Like Down syndrome, I guess, is what I'm trying to say.
That's what his face, he, these hills have eyes.
Have ever seen that movie?
A scary horror movie, these hills have eyes.
Those, those characters that are in the mountains and they're deformed,
that's what it reminded me of, except with hair.
And his eyes are really dark.
And it almost looked like a suit.
It's so hard to explain because you don't see that every day.
And it was like that the hair on its forehead, that was like fur.
And it went from hair to more like fur, short, like nerphy.
I don't know even how we try to explain it.
and the hair, he had hair on his face, but it wasn't not like a person having a beard or goate, those patches.
I was, when I'm looking at him and I'm just frozen, he starts yelling at me or us.
And I was so scared now, I might be chuckling a little bit and describing what he looks like the best I can.
I was really, really scared.
And I felt after the fact that it was just having kids and I felt like I put them in danger.
But when he's yelling, I don't even want to try to, it's, it was words, but it wasn't, it wasn't English, of course.
It wasn't any language, I don't think.
but I mean it's going through it's like vibrating your body how how loud he is and he's I want to say only I'd say a normal size car whatever footage you want to say not a truck just a normal size car that's like how far he was from us and the boulder in between us and when he's yelling at me us the
I'm not I'm not sure which one it was, but you heard more whistles.
His screams got louder.
And I was frozen.
I couldn't freaking move.
My kids couldn't move either.
My son was next to me.
He wasn't hanging on me.
I don't think.
My daughter was wrapped around me.
And it's like I didn't hear anything except that that monster screaming.
And I yelled.
I'll leave, but leave us alone.
I have kids.
And I mean, I screamed that.
I'm not sure if that's exactly how it went.
It was something along those lines.
I'm going to leave.
I have kids here.
And he actually stepped back.
And he did this growl thing.
And Jasmine, my daughter, she goes, let's go.
We kind of stepped together.
it's like you're the small enclosed area and you're all like tied together you know and we step away
and the the i think it was a mom big foot was doing this whistle and it sounded like a loud
it's almost like like not i don't know knocking but it wasn't she wasn't doing anything it was
with her mouth but he backs up a little bit more and
His hands, his hands were huge.
And he had these, his fingernails, they were all, like they weren't, they were super long, but they were chipped.
I don't know how I really noticed that.
That's just one thing I remember seeing was how long they were, but they weren't like humans.
If we grow them really, we'd say really long.
And it was chipped around, so some were bigger than others, like, looked better.
one was deformed.
I don't know how to explain it, but yeah.
But we go to turn around and leave, and I had the machete up by my chest.
Like, that machete wouldn't have done anything anyway.
But we turn around and start walking.
My daughter collapses.
She didn't collapse, collapse, collapse.
She didn't faint.
It's like she couldn't walk.
and I was heavy-legged too, I guess is the right thing to say.
It was almost like she stumbled, but she stumbled over nothing.
And I pick her up by the armpit, and I'm like, we got to go.
And we start walking.
She falls again, and she goes, we need to go.
I'm like, yes, I know.
So come on.
And we start walking away.
And that was it.
I was praying they wouldn't follow us.
But I think whatever the mom did and the mouth popping and whatever cracking, you want to call it,
I think she was telling them to leave us alone and it's okay.
That's what I think.
I'd like to believe that.
But remind you, we had a couple miles to walk and through the road.
river and then around that waterfall and then back.
And we were dead silent.
We get in the truck.
And after all that, it was like Thursday.
We usually leave on Saturday morning from our vacation spot.
We always went Saturday to Saturday.
It took us, I want to say, and it was like an hour drive back to our cabin that we're
staying in Wisconsin, northern Wisconsin.
And we actually packed up and we came home.
And when we got home, that's like, I don't want to say reality,
because reality hit us way before that.
But I was exhausted.
I couldn't believe what we saw.
It's like, who are you going to tell?
People are going to think you're freaking nuts.
Normally, I don't care about that.
we end up having to go to counseling
my daughter was having really bad dreams
my son was having a problem sleeping
I did too and even today
it's like you see his face
that monster's face when he charged
I didn't know if he was gonna kill us
it's gonna take us
but still to this day
I go see we all see the same counselor
I like to say counselor, not therapist.
But still today we go not as much as we did.
And but that's our story.
And that's exactly what happened.
I feel for you, man.
You know, when you're by yourself, you can go, you know, you can be Mr.
tough guy.
Most people aren't, but you can go, let's all go together.
But, you know, when your kids are there, you can't have that attitude.
Your attitude is like, okay, we got to be a good.
I got to get out of here.
Everyone's got to get out here in one piece.
I mean, it's terrifying, especially having that big one come charge at you.
Gorillas will do that.
I'm not saying Sasquatch is a gorilla, but gorillas will do this bluff charge.
And, you know, I always say that I think 99% of time Sasquatch will actually leave you
alone.
The only time I don't think that really applies is when there's a family group.
but even at this point
you know
the creature is
he's coming for you
and then he stops
and then he just is intimidating
at that point
trying to make you go away
when you were that close to him
how much bigger do you think he was
than like I don't know
a six foot tall man
like two
six foot men
he's like say
who
who's huge back in the day
or like say Shaquille O'Neal.
He was
I don't want to say it was exactly
two to Shaquille O'Neal's on top of each other.
But it was like that.
And with Wise,
he was so wide.
Like,
it was wider than a refrigerator.
He was massive.
And,
that the face is what I remember the most, and that's, it's not like the sightings you see on TV.
I guess the ones you see a lot of, you don't see the face, face, I guess.
And it, it, he looked human with a disorder, I guess.
The eyes, though, the eyes were so freaking cool, so scary.
but I've never seen pupils like that.
But, yeah, he was just massive.
He was, he was extremely tall, extremely tall.
Very, very intimidating.
It was like a monster, but it wasn't a monster.
You know, it wasn't a monster.
You had mentioned the eyes, man, the pupils.
What was it about the eyes?
They were really dark, but they weren't, they weren't black.
And the pupils, he had, was, like, really small.
Like, I don't want to say a pin.
It's smaller than a cigarette.
Like a pen.
When you take a pen out of the writing tool that if you take the ink pen thing out of its case,
that's like how the size of its pupil.
It was smaller than, say, a cigarette width.
It was like, like a pencil, I guess.
is even easier to say.
Actually, it was skinnier than a pencil.
And his skin, man, just what he looked.
But the eyes, the eyes were, because I looked right through his eyes.
And it was so scary, man.
Thinking about it right now, actually, is getting me goosebumps.
But it was, I don't want to say it's like a trance because you're, and I was, I was scared
to death.
And I'd imagine I've never been that scared in my life, but I wasn't frozen from some power.
I don't believe except fear.
And looking in the eyes made it more real.
I don't know how to explain that part.
Looking in the eyes instead of saying looking at them far in the distance because we're close together.
And eye contact, when you look in people's eyes, that can be strong, just human to human.
it was powerful.
Yeah, the eyes will give you a way.
You can tell a lot of intention.
You can tell a lot of things by something's eyes.
I almost said someone's eyes.
But the eyes don't lie.
And I would have been terrified, man.
When he was screaming at you and it was kind of that weird language, you'd mention
his face.
You know, he looked kind of human.
Did his expression change?
Or, I mean, did he have?
any sort of expression as he's kind of going on and on and on, just kind of ranting at you,
screaming at you?
Rage.
Absolute rage.
Like he was going to rip me apart.
Like you said what apes do or guerrillas, how they charge you, that could have been
it.
But the luck he had, he was going to destroy us.
That's all.
It was, he had the...
He had these wrinkles on his forehead, his head.
It was like a conish shape and black skin, but also blockes of lighter color skin, not white, but it was lighter.
Like that pigment, I don't know if it's a disease, but that pigment change that some people get.
That's how his face was.
And his lips, they weren't.
He looks so human, but the lips, it's like he didn't have lips.
I don't know how to explain it.
They were, they're rounded.
It was like rounded.
And that, that, what did I say?
Dreadlock type thing on his head, that was weird looking.
It was right, right on the top of his head.
And it almost would look like if, like if you take a mop and you twist the mop, you know, to get the water out of it.
That's how big it was.
That was on top of his head.
Does that make any sense?
The ropy mop head.
So, you know, the normal mop and how you'll, how you'll, how you'll, how you ring the water out.
That's what it looked like.
That's how big it was.
I don't know if it was like a dirt clump, you know, how hair will get.
But it was real long compared to the rest of his head or his body, that hair.
Yeah, it does make.
sense. You know, and you were saying how there's one thing that you said that I really caught on to
how they kind of got in positions to kind of look like rocks or trying to make themselves as small
as possible. And I've heard other eyewitnesses say that. I just interviewed a lady today and she was
talking about seeing this creature and he kind of got in a position of like a tree. He just
stood really still. And if she hadn't seen a move before, she probably wouldn't have seen him.
It's strange that they do that.
And many eyewitnesses have reported that.
Yeah, they all curl, how they look like a rock.
How, because I saw the daughter Bigfoot, I guess, do that.
And again, she looked totally different, a little different color.
And when she turned her butt and her hips had less hair, I don't know, puberty thing.
And she don't have all her hair or maybe her hair will get darker.
but it was like they're like transformers and then they transform and then her arms went in and she bent her back over and she like leaned on the ground and then boom looked like a rock and the little big foot the boy bigfoot I think it was a boy actually because you couldn't see he could have been a female like just younger and not have the breast and I couldn't see anything else he didn't get that shape I guess that you're supposed to
but the monster
I'll never forget
how he picked that deer up by the legs
they like put the front legs
together in one hand
and then the back in the other hand
and he threw it over his
freaking head man onto his shoulders
and he was going to carry it
and then the female
get that whistle
clop
I believe she did that mouth
I can't remember she did that mouthp
right then to or if it was just a whistle
but that was like the sound or language to get down.
And when the monster looked, because he looked behind him kind of at the river, more or less behind him.
And he kind of like, what do you say, was searching from the river to our direction.
And then he's seen us.
And I imagine what we look like.
Three of us popped over this boulder.
You're going to see us.
And he dropped the deer.
anxious. It was like instinct.
I don't know if that was really
like his kids and
he was going to protect them. And
that's why he did that. Or if
he was supposed to get down like a
boulder, you know, shape shift
or not shape, but transform
how they do and bend
over. He didn't do that at all. He didn't even attempt
it. When he's seen us, he says
I don't know exactly how many
steps it was, but it was
unbelievably fast. It was,
it was unbelievably fast and everything was moving slow motion anyway but it was it was like five
steps man it was i wish we could have went back and looked at footprints took pictures and
to to you know measure that stuff and investigate it but it wasn't many steps at all and it was
extremely extremely fast and still i have no problem catching a deer and how he
caught that deer, however they did it or hit it with a rock. Because right before I saw the deer,
you saw that rock come out. I don't know how he goes through the woods. He's so big.
Yeah, with the size of them, you would think everyone would be seeing these things. I wanted to ask
you, when he was vocalizing at you in the intro, I have some of the Sierra sounds playing.
I think it's when Claire's talking.
But did it kind of sound like that?
Yes, exactly, actually.
Except hearing it, hearing it in person, I guess,
is seeing more, what do you say, deep, more, more based,
definitely more intimidating.
You know, when you basically said, hey, we'll leave,
I, you know, I have kids.
And I understand you saying that.
I mean, it sounds like something I would say in that moment.
And he did this kind of grunt to you.
I kind of have a theory about the grunt.
But did his expression go from like rage to confusion?
Or did his expression not change at all?
Actually, when I was yelling at him, he, wait, because he kind of backed up.
But the wrinkles in his head smoothed out because he had.
because he had these huge rolls above, I think it started just above the eyes.
And even though he had that nerphy type skin at the very top of the head and then that
up to that dreadlock, there was like rolls and that kind of strained out.
But I wasn't really looking, looking, studying him, I guess, when I yelled.
because I'm looking back at it like right now.
And it's hard to say if it really changed, changed.
But I did notice those wrinkles in his head.
The eyes, I wasn't focused on his eyes at that point, if that makes any sense.
And I screamed that.
It was almost like me begging for mercy too, you know.
I didn't know what to do.
And that just came out.
But yeah.
Yeah, I would imagine that you would kind of scream that to him.
You know, you're in shock.
Like your daughter collapsing, trying to walk out of there.
It's chalk.
You guys are all in shock.
And your reaction of, hey, we're leaving.
I have kids.
That's a father reacting.
Because what else are you going to do at that point?
I wanted to ask you, you know, you had mentioned,
that he's coming down.
He's basically looking like he's going to kill you.
The other female starts vocalizing, and he somewhat backs off.
Do you think the only reason why he didn't harm you was because of that other female
kind of vocalizing and saying, leave them alone, kind of be your impression?
I want to think so.
It's almost like, it'd be kind of cool to know that, I guess.
But I think so.
I don't know if he would have killed us.
Like what you said with the ape thing, how they charge you or stop, or even don't elk do that.
I don't know if bears do that.
Other animals do that, though, don't they, they charge you and they stop?
Like elephants, they try to scare you.
I don't know if he would have killed us.
He had to look, though.
I can say, and he just killed a deer.
But I don't know.
I don't want to think that
but it looked like it
and it sounded like it
her chatter and that pop
thing she did chatter
yeah that's what you said that's a good word for it actually
and a pop
no it was whistle and pop
actually
I think she said
leave him alone
I really don't know
but he he didn't back up a little bit
until he backed up a little when I yelled
like he might have been
surprised, but he's good at staying in the pose of threatening you, I guess, intimidation,
I guess.
He's very good at that, but he backed up a little when he didn't step back.
He, like, moved his upper body back when I yelled.
But when the mom, wife, whatever, when she did that, that's, he actually stepped back.
and actually that's when you saw the expression change actually.
Not when I necessarily yelled, but when whatever she did.
That's when his face kind of, he was still angry looking, but it was, it dropped a few noxious.
Yeah, the female stepping in to kind of calm the situation down, I've heard many times on and off the air.
and Claire talked about that.
I know she's kind of a fan favorite episode 515 where the male was coming for,
and then the female kind of got in between them,
and they had some sort of weird argument,
almost like the female was like, leave her alone, you know, that sort of thing.
I wanted to ask you about the younger female.
You had mentioned she looked different.
And I know you'd mentioned she had a different color,
or kind of less hair,
but what was it about her
that was so different
from the rest of them?
She,
it was her curves
than the,
than all of them,
but especially the older female,
the hair color.
She didn't have as much hair,
like on her butt and her hips.
She was,
she was figured nicely.
That might sound,
gross, but I mean, I don't know how to explain it.
She was, I don't want to say she was a total babe, Bigfoot, but she, she, she had, she had a body
that was in shape, and I, that's the best way I can explain it.
Her, her, she looked like, my son said she, she looked like oriental.
but I think she looked like, what do you say, like an Indian or Native American, I guess.
And then her, like I said, her body, her hips and her butt.
Because I really saw her backside when she turned around to go in that Boulder pose, whatever you want to call it.
And it was, yeah, it was quite different.
She was still big.
I mean, she was still big, but she was.
she was, I don't want to say attractive.
I'm trying to be careful.
It sounded like an idiot, I guess, calling an animal pretty.
But she was just pretty compared to the other female.
And like I said, that look was a little different.
The other one looked more like a big foot, I guess.
The more apish.
And the other one just looked a little bit more human.
The other female could have looked more human if she didn't have as much hair, though, you know?
Yeah, I understand what you mean.
The older female was probably built like a vending machine, and the younger one wasn't.
I would encourage you.
I know you're kind of a new listener to the show.
I would encourage you to go listen to 419 with Anthony, because he kind of describes it like you do.
And I think he even said she had less hair.
but he kind of describes the shape.
And the whole encounter, his encounter sounds outlandish,
but I actually believe him.
And I believe what happened is what he says happened.
And I won't bore you with the details.
There's little things that he says that he wouldn't have known unless he would have
saw.
You know, I ask everyone on the show, what do you think Sasquatch is?
And I'm curious, you got such an up-close personal, you know,
right there in your face.
What's your take?
What do you think that these creatures are?
And there's no wrong answer, of course.
I can give you two answers with that.
At the time, I just thought they were maybe a mixture of human and ape.
I don't even like to say ape because they didn't look like ape except for there.
I think a lot of people.
that because they're covered from head to toe with hair.
And very seldom do you get photographs or whatnot of their face?
Well, from what I've seen anyway.
But I thought they were a mixture, or even like cavemen, people, whatever.
But after everything, I became obsessed with this, I still am, actually.
It's settled down, thank God, because it was on my mind.
24-7, it's almost like, I guess, if somebody saw an alien or if you get abducted,
it haunts you, but yet, I don't know, like, what answers, I guess?
But from the research I've done, and the most interesting person I've listened to about this,
actually, is this guy named Lloyd Pye.
And he has this theory that Bigfoot is Neanderthal.
and he goes into the bones and he says, you know, there's mainstream science, whatever,
and then there's, you know, real science and whatever, which way you want to lean.
Anyway, he shows the bones, and they're more dense of Neanderthal and I forget the other.
You know, they found all these old humans.
They call them certain types of humans.
Lloyd Pye describes them as
they're not human.
They're a totally different species.
He's like, you put it in a book,
a hairy body with a human head,
or is the other way around?
But he's like they're not human.
It's just a total another species.
And that's what I think they are,
is Neanderthal,
or even the other humans they have found.
Because of bone structure is, I guess,
more dense
because these things are so big
that if human bones
even if you're a big boy like
Shaquille O'Neal, their bones are
the same. People don't have bigger bones than
other people, right?
And that's just
I'm blabbering on, I guess, but
that's what I think.
And there's, I think, different species
of
all the old
humans that they say are humans.
But they're just another species that looks like us, I guess.
But Neanderthal is what I think they are.
Yeah, it could be.
It could be.
I think, well, Lloyd Pye, you know, he was a brilliant man.
I think the only issue I ever had with really his theory,
I don't think Neanderthals were that big.
I mean, bone density is a different story.
But, I mean, I'm talking about tall and wide.
and um but you know who am i lloyd pye was a thousand times smarter than i am so you definitely
could be on to something and i you know i really appreciate you coming on and sharing what happened
to you and your kids what a nightmare what an absolute nightmare my heart goes out to you and to
your kids uh because when the encounter's over it's not really over it stays with you and i know
how difficult it is to come on the air, share the encounter, because you go right back to that
moment when you start talking about what happened to you. But I really enjoyed chatting with you,
Jeremy. It was a real pleasure. And thank you so much for taking the time to come on.
It felt great talking to you about it. Let me tell you of right now, I thank you. Because it's,
if you go to talk to somebody, even if it's a family member, I don't, you just, you just,
you didn't have that that like oh really and you know what I'm saying you were it's like you're
listening and you're not judging um so I appreciate that because it's it's really hard to talk
about it and just telling you right now I actually as I'm sitting here now I'm so much more relaxed
I feel like a lot of weight has been lifted off my shoulders so I thank you for that
I appreciate the kind of words, brother.
All right. I thank you, man.
Thanks again, Jeremy.
And that's it for tonight, everyone.
