Sasquatch Chronicles - SC EP:964 This Just Started On My Property

I will be speaking to the father about this property. The family has been on this property in California for a couple of years. I spoke to the son who is in high school and he said "We have heard strange whoops from the forest. They have a sharp whistle and then another one will respond from a different location. Many time we hear what sounds like people hitting trees with bats. "The day I saw it, was from a window inside the home. It was about 30 feet away. I was shocked by what I was seeing. It ran off like a man on two legs…but a very powerful man." Check out the full encounter.

It looked like somebody was bent over and had their head in the window of the deer blind and it either heard me or smelt me and he pulled his head out of the tent and stood straight up and that shocked me. They don't make people that big. The way it moved, almost as if it was gliding across the beach. I've never seen anything moves like that in my life. They were screaming at each other in gibberish. It sounded like a language and they were chuntering away back and forwards, back and forwards, back and forward.

I know what a bear looks like and there is no way on this planet that what I saw were bears. Jesus Christ, you better... Care. See them. Get somebody out here. What's going on now, sir? That son of a bitch is about six foot nine. I don't know.

And Jeremy was telling me, you know, recently all this weird stuff started happening around my home. I started hearing these very odd, strange sounds. I could not place. There was just a lot of things. And I'll let Jeremy kind of go into it. But just like a week or a week and a half ago, his son Cameron had seen the creature.

So I'll have both of them on tonight to talk. about the property and talk about what's going on. And also to Cameron's description, very compelling stuff. additional shows. Let's jump into it tonight. I want to welcome Jeremy to the show. Jeremy, thanks for being here. Yeah, thank you, Jeremy. And you got to, I mean, you have to be proud of your boy Cameron, your son, a young man, not boy. He's the young man.

and I got to tell you, when I talked to him the other day on the phone, I was impressed. I mean, if Cameron told me he was in college, I would have believed him. Very articulate, very intelligent, and a lot of class that kid has. This home that you live in, tell me how long ago did you buy this home, roughly? We moved in two and a half years now. When did you start noticing weird things going on? At what point did you go, okay, something is very strong. strange going on here.

When did all of that kind of start? It's probably, let's see, moved in in October of 2021. And I want to say like in around February, started hearing just strange noises is off in the woods, you know, some weird howls, a lot of these weird chirp whistles. I actually heard a show that you did with Tom Seawood.

and he does this this chirp whistle and it's almost spot on to what what we hear around here. So just strange noises like that. This was probably in February. And then moving into summertime, I would start hearing like the dogs throughout the woods, you know, picking up their barking. And there would be normal barking, of course. But the barking that I was hearing on certain nights had a different. energy to it, you know. When you say different energy, what do you mean by that?

Just a different, they were just a little more, just higher energy bark, not just, you know, a little more frantic, I would say, barking throughout the woods. So one night, I'm laying in bed and I hear, I hear something outside. I mean, it was just the strangest noise. It almost sounded like something was doing it through like a megaphone. it was like a lock the claw and what was that

you know and then right after that the same same exact thing rock the claw and then a high pitch screaming and I got up and I went to the window

and I'm listening because you know what did I just hear and I heard very so when I got up I actually crushed this water bottle and it was actually pretty loud and when I got up

it stopped but I heard very very faint little woo whoops. And that was that one night. I think that was a Thursday night. Yeah, and I know that we have Cameron coming up shortly to talk about what he saw. But, you know, Jeremy, when you're hearing these noises, and this is a hard question to answer,

but how far away from the home do you think they were or you might estimate? That I heard that night, I'm going to say maybe 100 yards off down the hill. I hear that sound on a Thursday night and then I get my boys on Friday and Saturday night rolls around and we just we usually do a lot of camping but this last summer we just didn't have the chance to do much so I threw the 10 out on the back deck

and we you know we decided just to sleep out on the back deck that night and I wanted to get a better ear on what was what I've been hearing out in these woods you know so so we're We're laying out there and we hear a couple little clatters and cliques and stuff, normal wood sounds. We get visited by some raccoons early on in the night. The boys pass out pretty early. I fall asleep. I'm out cold.

And my daughter's cat wakes me up doing this miserable whine that she does. And she's, you know, right next to the tent, up on the deck rail. She wakes me up. and then she just jumps off the deck and bolts across the side of the house. And I was, well, that's weird. Something spooked her. And right after that, I hear this shuffling coming down the hillside and stomp, stomp, crush, crush, stomp, just beeline and straight towards my house. And I'm thinking bear.

This is a bear. This thing sounds huge. I had a 12-gauge out in the tent with us. And I didn't have a load or anything, but I'm thumbing around in just in case. you know, just to be safe in case the sucker comes up because he was coming in pretty hot. As soon as I'm pulling that pump down, it makes a little click. And as soon as that click happened, this thing stopped. And I'm still thinking bear.

And I'm waiting for him to go on and do his bear stuff and mosey on and keep on going. But this thing just stopped, right? Right underneath me under the deck. So I'm laying there, not making a move, waiting. I don't know, 10 minutes goes by. And I hear like this, I hear him do this, like, irritated sigh, like, you know. And at this point, I'm all right, what am I dealing with? What am I dealing with here?

And I really don't know how long this lasted with. I want to say an hour, it could have been a few hours. I really don't know. But throughout the course of the time, I'm kind of like a bunch of owls just descended on my, you know, who, who, ho, ho, hoo, hoo, hoo. But coming from different areas, all surrounding me. And then often the distance I hear,

it almost sounded like, the closest thing I could say would be like a deridgery do, those Australian things. But it was very low. It wasn't very loud. It was very low. And then a chorus of like these howls. And then all the dogs throughout this entire area

just start going crazy. Top of my tent. It wasn't an acorn. It was a rock. Hits the top of my tent. Falls off. A couple minutes later, a stick. I mean, I heard the stick.

Wish him through the air. Hits the top of the tent. And at the exact same spot as this rock hit. Right above my head, falls in between the tent and the railing of my deck. And I'm still hearing the owls. And this thing hasn't made a move. Whatever was below me has not made a move.

some time passes and I hear a whistle and it sounded like a man whistle down below me on the other side of the road opposite side of wherever this thing stopped I hear this whistle and very short later that are driven by but you know now I'm really like what am I dealing with here what is going on some time time goes by yeah oh and I heard the I heard this thing actually make this when it when he first got there I heard him make this very raspy almost like like he was meowing like making a cat sound but anyways the sun starts coming up and I decide

I'm going to get out because during the night I was pretty scared of what was happening but I get out of the tent I'm shining the flashlight and I can't see any there's nothing

there's nothing around my house I don't see anything at all so that was that Sunday night rolls around and I I mean, it sounded like the Sierra sounds, this weird, but I heard it off in the distance. And during these like few weeks of me hearing all this stuff in the woods, I'm thinking I cannot be the only one around here that's hearing this stuff. I mean, because it was pretty active.

Anyways, I hear this chattering going on way off in the distance. And then I heard somebody take a shot. I heard a gunshot. And it just stopped. And then it died, died down really, I want to say two or three weeks after that. But then my daughter said, she woke me up one night and she said something slapped the side of the house. And this is going on for the next three or four months after this. It almost, like I woke up to somebody, it sounded like somebody's hammering at three o'clock in the morning, just hammering away on their roof.

At a few times I would hear like single, like somebody just took a base. ball bat, one good whack to a tree. And whenever I heard any of the stuff, it would coincide with like these weird chirp whistles and this weird scream that I can't even really describe. Best way it would be like a raccoon getting killed or something. There's been a few times where it must have been acorns, but they were hitting the window. I don't know how they would have bounced off the tree and hit the windows where they were hitting our bedroom windows,

but they were hitting our windows quite a few times. And I've gotten up and I've gone out and I've shined the flashlight, spotlights, everything, and I've never seen anything. I'm hearing them, especially with the owl noises, the way they do that. And then that one night also, when they descended on my house with those owl noises,

I heard one actually kind of do as, you know, drop tone. Like you messed up on it. Yeah, it reminds me of Texas when I was there. I remember we kept hearing all these weird owls go off, you know, in the distance. And everyone's like, oh, the Sasquatch, that Sasquatch. And I'm like, it's an owl. It's loud, but it's an owl.

And right at the very end is where it messed up. And I was like, oh, that's not an owl. I mean, it is weird when you hear it. If you listen very carefully, It's not a perfect imitation of an owl. They do mess up from time to time for sure. Let me ask you about your daughter and her window. How far up off the ground is her window?

Her window, eight feet up off the ground, and then my window goes, it's on an incline on this hill. My window is probably 15 feet up off. But, yeah, the stuff hitting the window was pretty free. pretty frequent. I would say in the like maybe October, it kind of died down. But almost every other night,

there was something happening around here. And she said something, slapped the side of the house, right underneath her window, slapped the wall. One night or one, one, early morning,

my daughter told me that she heard it sounded like somebody, like dropped like a, like a barrel or something on the roof. I went out and checked because they're, we're kind of buried in trees here. So I was looking for branches or something that might have hit, hit the roof, but there was no sign of anything like that. But she did hear something that she said was pretty loud, hit the roof. It sounded like a barrel hit and like a bunch of apples or something fell out. Yeah, when I spoke to your

son, he brought that up. And I mean, it sounds like they're kind of getting on the roof. And it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of them getting on someone's roof. Have you had anything really aggressive happen there since all of this started? No, nothing seems aggressive, you know, other than just the, you know, my daughter, my daughter made a comment. She didn't, she said exactly, she was like, I don't want to use, because she thought it was ironic that Cameron just happened to look out the window and seen this thing. But she was like, we've been living here and, like, being tormented for the last Cameron sees this.

Yeah, and like I said, we'll get to Cameron here in a moment. And I have a theory on why he saw it. But beyond Cameron, had anyone else seen the creature that visited the property? What happened out here on my deck that night? One of my friends, he had sent me a message saying, unless you guys got guerrillas out here in these woods, I just seen Bigfoot. And that's what he was doing. He was out, he was way out on this dirt road that goes from here to the coast. And he was coming back from doing his work on the coast. And he was putting together a peanut butter and jelly sandwich driving on this dirt road, just crawling because he was putting together his sandwich. He come around this bend and he looked up. And he said he's seen this big foot up face down and take off over the side of the cliff.

and the weird thing about that too is he said that there he said there was two other creatures with this thing and he has the darndest time trying to explain them to me on what they are he said and this is where where it's weird but he said that one of them he said if there was a king of the jackrabbits that would be it and the other one he had a really hard time describing but he said it looked like nine tales from Pokemon and um I looked that up and it put two and two together when I was listening to an episode you had the other night about a woman that saw like this moose body with like a wolfhead. And that's how that I looked up that nine tails on Pokemon and that pretty much fit the same description of what this woman saw. So there's weird stuff going on around here, especially that was just a couple days after what I dealt with on my back deck, all within the same time, same area. Yeah, very strange. And so these other two creatures that he saw, they were with this Sasquash that was on the road? Yeah, they were standing. He said it looked like they were having a meeting.

He came around that corner, it looked like these three creatures were having a meeting. The Bigfoot gave them the whole crap looked, jumped off the side of the road, and off the, and those things scurried off as well. Very strange. I know I've taken a few very strange reports. of not only Sasquatch, but other weird, I don't know what you would call them, entities, I guess, all kind of in the same area. And I even did a show one time about this wolf-like creature and the Sasquatch. And the guy that I had it on the show, he was talking about how they were communicating back and forth.

And he actually snapped a picture of it. And there is two somethings in that picture for sure. let me ask you on your property, why do you think all of this is happening all of a sudden? So prior to this, I turned, my house is dark. I mean, it's blacked out. I turn all the lights off. Everything is dark right here. And I don't really have neighbors that are too close to here.

So it's a really dark area. And after this night, you know, really getting the wheels spinning, I figured out that they had been over here. here on the forest, the state forest on the other side of the Greenbelt here, they had just started a new logging operation that hadn't been done in quite some time. So that coincided with it. And just on the other side of the valley, that's where we, last year, we have, we had these major fires come through through throughout the Mendocino National Forest there. They got displaced and pinned in over here on this coastal range because from, it's about 30 miles from from here to the coast and there's nothing it's just wilderness but they started that

that logging operation and that's when it seems to coincide with the activity that's been going on around here and i would prior to this i wasn't thinking you know too many homes and stuff around here but giving it some thought i'm thinking well it's prime picking because i mean everybody i know up here all throughout the night and everything you know TVs are on lights are on phones are on you know people really don't know what's going on outside of their homes. So there's all kinds of food to be had, you know, little pets and whatnot. And so during this time, after this happened, I got on a Facebook group just to see if, you know, like I said, I can't be the only one that is hearing this stuff. And sure enough, there was a lot of, there was a lot of posts going on in the same same time frame.

and a lot of it was attributed to bear activity, but there were posts where like, these bears are really smart this year. You know, I've been putting my trash out every Tuesday for 20 years, and I haven't had these bear problems, but they're figuring out a way to get into these trash bins. And one lady posted saying she heard her trash can being dragged.

She looked out her window and saw a six-foot bear standing up on its hind legs. So just some more pieces to the puzzle that was going on at that hit. all around that same time. Yeah, usually when these things show up at people's homes, that's the first thing I started asking about the environment around their home. And a lot of times you'll find clear cutting going on. You'll find something, you know, a fire, something that, to where their environment has changed.

And now all of a sudden they're hanging out on someone's property. And so you kind of answered it. I was very curious. it doesn't shock me at all that they're around your property. It's kind of like homeless people. They'll hang around. They're opportunistic. You know, it's easy meals to go out and go to your trash can, grab food, eat, you know, that sort of thing.

I think they live on the edge of humanity without a doubt. But it makes a lot of sense now that you brought up the whole, how the environment changed and why they would be there. I know a lot of people listening. go, oh, I'd love to have Bigfoot on my property. And, you know, I'm not on board with that. But now that you know this is going on, especially with Cameron's description of what he saw, and you're experiencing all this weird stuff, I want to ask you, it's kind of the beginning of things. But, I mean, how does it feel knowing they're on the property? I mean, what does that feel like?

You know, you have this beautiful property, and now these things are here. Yeah, it's very nice, and I don't know, I can't really, when I know there's something out there, it's pretty unnerving in this. And then after what Cameron just saw, but usually everything I hear is at the, real late into the night. That's when I, that's when I'm woken up by whatever. But he's seen this thing, and it was broad daylight, 1 o'clock. It's unnerving at times, for sure. And I don't know what I'm dealing with. I'm not going to do anything to attract them, that's for sure.

but I'm also not allowing my kids to, you know, for the longest time I was teaching my kids, there's nothing in these woods to be afraid of. Everything out here is way more afraid of you than you are of it, you know? And I encourage them to take off through these woods and go explore, go on, you know. And I'm having second thoughts about all that now, for sure. Yeah, I can empathize with the way you feel and, you know, listening to, I know Cameron's the next guest coming up, but listening to Cameron's account, I got the impression like the creature didn't know he was there. It was very much a chance encounter.

So my boys, they just came up for the summer and there's usually no one here throughout the day at all. I'm at work. My daughter's at work. And, yeah, it's usually pretty quiet and dead around here. you know jeremy i was telling camera and i i really think if they were going to hurt them or hurt you or anyone there they would have done it by now and they haven't i think a lot of their behavior is meant to scare you they growled or throw things at you they will um you know do everything in their their power to scare you to make you go away and i think a lot of it is more of a bark

than it is a bite don't get me wrong i think they'll kill you in two seconds if you cross the line. But I think initially what they're trying to do is make you go away. I wanted to ask you on this property, have you thought about just lighting the place up like a Christmas tree? I know a lot of past eyewitnesses have talked about that. And a lot of times that does work. Yeah, and there are some nights where the lights stay on outside,

and that seems to nothing really happens. and like a lot of the noises the whoops and and owl noises and screeches and whatnot it doesn't necessarily seem the noises don't seem directed towards us you know what I mean

it almost just seems like they're they're doing their nightly rummage you know and just communicating with each other or whatnot and this is just a part of their part of their course their path that they're taken

or whatever I got some cameras up and stuff, and there's certain areas, you know, that are covered by cameras as well. Yeah, you have to let me know if they back off, you know, with the cameras and the lights and everything you're putting up. I would love to know what the result of doing that on your property, you know, what becomes of that. You know, on the show, I talk about these weird balls of light. and not always do people see the lights when they have these creatures on their property, but, you know, 90% of the time eventually the people will say, yeah, I've seen the lights. On this property, have you seen any weird lights out in the forest?

So one night driving the road that goes below my house, and I'm rounding a corner, and what it looked like to me was like, Like I was looking through the trees and I was seeing brake lights. I seen these red lights go through the trees. There's no road there, so it couldn't have been a car. And that stumped me to this day. I don't know what that was. But I did see these red lights going through the trees.

And it looked like brake lights, but it was impossible for it to be brake lights of another car. But as far as lights go, that's about it. Yeah, you have my cell phone. Send me a text or give me a call if, you know, anything else happens. But let me know if those lights show up again. I got a weird feeling they might show up again. And I know it's unnerving having this stuff go on on your property. And, you know, you're hearing all these weird noises. And then, you know, your son comes to you and goes, hey, dad, I saw this. And your buddy's like, hey, I saw this. And, you know, you. You know, you have all this stuff going on on the property. I ask everyone on the show, what do you think Sasquatch is? And I'm curious what you think, Jeremy. What do you think these creatures are? Where I lean to, it's got me pretty fascinated and almost obsessive with it.

But, you know, I've looked into a lot of things. And I've heard a few times, and I'm actually surprised that it's not more of a topic of speculation on what these things are, is, you know, is a, Esau. Because to me, I mean, that there's, and the dots connect there, the way they describe, you know, Esau was a hairy man, wild man, you know, that hunted and lived in the forest while his brother lived in tents and lived in homes. I just, my hunch feeling is there's some kind of connection there. I don't know what. These things have been around and evolved the way we have. You know, we've, We've developed all this technology and came a long ways. You know, well, who knows how far they've come along on their path, you know, being connected to the land in nature or whatnot.

Something like that or they're of the of the of the fe and they're interdimensional and they come and go as they please. I don't really know. Yeah, I know the East. I always say there's no wrong answer and there really isn't a wrong answer. I've heard the Esau theory before, you know, in biblical text, Esau and Jacob were brothers, and we know where they come from, you know, inside they were human. It doesn't really make a reference to Esau having long arms and being a giant,

you know, anything like that. It does say he was hairy for sure. But, you know, I mean, what do I know? Going off your theory, though, so with Sasquatch, would you say they're more human then? You know, given, given, you know, everything that I've heard and there seems to be a lot more human element to it. That's just, that's just where I go when I, you know, it seems to make sense to me. And who knows what, you know, the actual, you know, the old Hebrew translation and everything translates you with that story.

But it's pretty, pretty interesting to me. And I'm surprised, but it doesn't get as much attention as like the whole nephalum theory and all that. Yeah, I know the Esau theory has been brought up before. And, you know, to be honest with you, I really haven't looked that much into it. But you have my word. I will look into it for sure. And I think, you know, a lot of times people go, well, they're the nephalum. You know, the nephalum were giants, Sasquatch is giants.

So therefore, that's what they must be. and I don't know that that is necessarily true. The other theory is that they have the bloodlines of these ancient beings, and that's where these things come from. And, you know, like I said, no one really knows. That's what I was, you know, kind of leaning towards, you know, the foundation starts with Esau. And then who knows what kind of what happened after that with, you know,

the supernatural element to this. it could be Sasquatch is weird there's a lot of weird things that go on in people's encounters and especially when they have them on their property like I was saying before

He was saying, you know, how it's been very recent he's bought this home maybe a couple of years. I wanted to ask you, at what point of going to your dad's home did you go, man, there's something weird going on here? Last summer. Everything's like just kind of sparked up last summer.

It was, it was intense. Like some of the stuff that we hear and see, there's been times where we've heard like dogs getting killed and we like thought it was maybe a mountain line, you know? But mountain lions just don't go into somebody's house. like go into somebody's yard and kill a dog like just kill a dog you know and it's just it's so rare for that to happen especially where we're at because you know people are always up and awake especially nowadays like everybody's up doing something we've heard whoops tree knocks and the tree knocks it's like somebody's taking a baseball to the tree like a baseball bat and like just smacking as hard as it can with the tree but it's just like it's just sticks and you can

with a stick because it like it breaks and then you hear it like go grab another one and just do it again the whoops would be like around every part of the like you hear one whoop and it'd be like whoop but it'd be like more like vocalized and then it'd be like one from the bottom when you're like closer to the road there'd be one like far out out in the mountains and then it just keep going it just keep going yeah when you hear the wood knocking and you're hearing these whoops do you get there impression that they're close to the house? Yeah, it seems really close. And it's also, it's like they know what they're doing. Like, they know, and it's always one spot where it all starts. Everything starts in one spot. Every time there's always something in that same spot.

There's like rare occasions, like where it happens like on the other side of the house, but everything else starts on one side of the house. My older sister, she's heard like something knocking on her window and her window is like eight feet off the ground from where it's at our house and she's heard like something like going on her window and just like like knocking on it and then she'd go and look and there'd be nothing there and we thought okay maybe like who knows maybe there's like something just tapping up against the window like maybe like there's just something falling from the tree and it's hitting the window and she's like she's like she's saying no it's something else and then she's heard like something dropped like a barrel like something

a barrel full of something onto the roof. Like something just said, like landing it on the roof. And it's just a lot of crazy stuff that's been happening. And it's like hard. It's a lot to take in. There was this one night. It was actually like three nights before my siding. My younger brother, my youngest brother and my dad, they set like chips down there for

the deer, like, bread and stuff for the deer because like it was just like we didn't need it anymore. So we gave it to the deer and the baby deer that were down there. It's like, okay, we just give it to them. And then we set it down there, and that same night we heard chewing. We went out to the balcony. I was like, maybe we should go look and see what it is, like see what's chilling down there because it sounded like a raccoon.

When we looked right there, there was nothing there. But all we heard going off into the distance was like loud, pounding footsteps, just taking off and then something just launched up. And then it just disappeared and just stopped. And forgive me, Cam. I kind of miss what you said there in the beginning. Was it food you guys were leaving out? Yeah, it was like bread, like bread and stuff.

Oh, I gotcha. Yeah, my grandparents used to do that. Vivid memories of them. You know, not garbage, but perishable food they would dump out in the forest behind their home. But this chewing that you heard, I mean, did it sound like a man chewing? Yeah, it was like, like, we went, okay, so we went to a diner. the next day. And they had like this creed like it was they had crispy, crispy bacon and my brother was chewing on it. And I looked over at Adam. I was like,

that sounds exactly like what we heard last night. That sounds exactly like what we heard last night. And it was just like that like that's that that's a human out there chewing. Like that was a, that was like something human out there chewing with. So like a human mouth. Yeah, very strange. Easy meal for one of the. these things for sure. I know you, you're the one that had the major sighting in the family. If you would, just kind of start from the very beginning, Cameron. What were you doing?

And what did you end up seeing? I was inside of the house. I was on the phone with my mom and I heard something like, oh, and I seen something. Like, it was, like, so quick. That's why I thought it was a bird because it came down from the top of the road, like at the front of our house came down, like, so fast, and it just stopped, like, just stopped. So I thought, oh, that's a bird. And I, like, when I looked at it, I focused in on it.

And I was like, okay, that's weird. Because, like, why would it just, like, and it started, like, when I started looking at it, I was like, it looks like a basketball with a face. That's how big its head was. When I seen its face, I focused in on it and, like, I started looking at it. My heart dropped. it got to the point to where when I looked at it

and I focused in on it, I seen what it, like, its face and it looked like an old man's face and it was, it had like leathery gray skin and that's why I thought it was like a black basketball and I was like, okay like this is weird and I like started focusing on it and I noticed

what it was. I was like, okay, that's not that's not normal and that stumps like 8 feet high and it had its arm, its arm, it looked like a gorilla arm, but like with a human hand, and it had its arm resting over the stump while it was looking at me from inside the house. I was looking at it through the window. And I got up and I was looking at it and I felt like, you know, when lions, like, they

can basically paralyze their prey. That's what I felt like because, like, when it looked at me, I couldn't move and I was like, I felt like I was going into shock because, like, my, like, my, like, my, like, my entire body was shaking. Like my entire, like my chest was hurting and I was looking at it and I couldn't move. I didn't know what to do. And then it started moving side to side and like swaying when it was looking at me. Like his lips were like really thin.

Like they were like really thin, but his mouth was very flat. Like it was wide. And it's like his eyebrows, he had like a heavy brow shape. It was like really heavy. But his eyes were wide open. Like somebody was frowning. If eyes looked like a normal person's eyes, like it was, it was like, but it almost looked like it was completely black, but it was shaped like a normal human's eyes. And the gray skin, that was, that was kind of weird with how I had gray skin.

And it had an old man's face. Like it had like almost an old, like, like, rugged face. It was just like if you, like, the stump was so high up that like even if I tried like reaching my hand up to the top, I couldn't get up there. I have to climb the stump to put my hand up there. and I'm six foot. Jeez, ma'am. How far away from you is this creature? At least like 30 feet, 30, 40 feet.

It's pretty close. It's actually really, really close. Did the expression on the face of the creature change at all? It had no emotion when it was looking at me. It had no emotion. It was like it knew what it was doing. And the crazy thing is, we always leave food out there for the deer's. and where we put the food out there, it was right next to that stump,

and all the food was, like, completely gone. There was no crumbs after that night. It was just, I'm not going to say traumatizing, but it was, you know, it's something I can't forget. I won't forget because it was just such a big event. Yeah, this moment in time will definitely stay with you for the rest of your life. One question I want to ask you, you know, I could see myself sitting in front of a window, seeing something out of the corner of my eye and looking over.

you had mentioned it dropped down. Did it drop down like out of a tree? It dropped down behind, like it was like, say you're peeking over like a, like a fence, but like it's a like you can't see through the other side of the fence or like a wall or something like that. And it was behind that. And when I was like focused in on it enough, like we were making eye contact for at least five seconds. And then it dropped down behind the stump. and like when I tell you that the size of this thing's hands were like huge it wrapped its hands

around the stump and like launched itself off near the road and it had just that like just that enough amount of momentum to but before it got to the road I want to explain how it looked like it was about to drop its hips and go down to all fours but it didn't it just took off any human's like running stance and it got to the road and it was so explosive. that it took one step under the two-lane road and launched across the road and slid down the hill and then I seen it I still seen it shoulders and its back go and it took like three steps and launched over the hill and was gone its hands were huge and it was like it was like it was very fast like very fast like for size it was very fast and it was broad daylight too so that was great it was

broad daylight nothing we've like no encounters we have we're in broad daylight like no none of the weird stuff we've seen it. It was all that nighttime. And it was so tall. It looked like an NBA player, like if not bigger. And it had like basketball-sized shoulders. And its arms were hanging like below its hips. Like its hands were below its, like hit like to his probably to its knees.

And his legs were just insanely long. If I had to give it like a height, I'd probably say like eight, eight foot five at the max, eight foot five and it's like I said its shoulders are like basketball and it's it looks like its hands were huge and its arms and its forearms are giant and it covered in here and like you can tell by the way its chest was its chest was he had like a like a like a like a like a grown man like a body butter chest like yeah and his legs weren't like his legs were average like they were just like thick but they were long too but his arms like his arms were just huge like it's crazy how big his arms were. It looked like a werewolf.

Yeah, it's scary. I think the one thing that throws most people off who witness these sayings is you wouldn't think something that big would be able to move that quick, but they do. I know that your dad had talked about this was a pretty recent encounter. How long ago did this happen to you? Like last, yeah, it was last weekend. I was so blown away about it. I was on the phone with my mom when it happened. And I was like, Mom, I'll call you back. And I hung up so fast. And I threw my phone. And that I look, that's when it, like, all happened. I was like, I'm like, what just, what did I just see? And like, my heart was beating. I was shaking. Like, I was like, it was a very, very tough experience that I, like, I seen. And I had to call my dad,

like as soon as possible. Yeah, and talking to your dad, it sounds like a lot of weird things are going on there. But you, you call your dad, him what kind of happens? What does your dad say? I called him and I told him like everything I seen. He was like, he was like, just wait until I get home to like, don't go outside. And he was like, he like, just wait until I get home because he was like he was at work. So like he wasn't, he loses service a lot whenever he's driving. So I was like, I'll explain to you when you get here. So I was explaining him. It's like some of it when we were on the phone. He was like, oh, like, that's like, like just wait, wait until I get home. And I was like, all right. And then

I stayed inside that entire day and I didn't. I. I, I didn't. I. I did not go outside until my dad got home. I don't blame me for not going outside. I wouldn't have either. When your dad got home and you kind of showed him where all this took place, was there any evidence, any tracks or anything like that from where the creature was? Yeah, there was a lot of broken sticks because the way it flung itself out of there, it was going, it was going like really, really fast.

Like, it was faster than an NFL player, like faster than the fastest NFL player. Like, faster than the fastest NFL player. that's how fast it was going. We've seen a lot of like broken up, like broken up where, like where I seen it, we've seen a lot of broken up like sticks and like on the floor there was a lot of press down stuff. Like there was something that like was walking through there. And it was like this like pressed down to the max.

Like if you grabbed a stick, like you'd like you'd have to do it multiple times to lift it up because it was just so compacted in where it was running at. But like you can see like a full footprint, but you can see that there was something running right, walking right there. Scary, man. You know, a lot of people may not think 30 feet is that close, but with these things, some 30 feet away, might as well be three feet away. I want to ask you, when you were looking at this thing, you'd mention kind of an old man, and then you were able to see it get up and take off running. When you were looking, kind of now looking back, did you get the impression like you were looking at a human, or did you get the impression like, you know, this is some sort of weird animal like a gorilla or something like that. What was kind of your feelings on what you were seeing? I seen it and like I said, I thought it was a basketball with a face.

Like I thought, oh, something's just like, I'm just like, I'm tripping right now. And then as I focused in on it, I, like, I seen it and it was looking like dead at me. And I was like, oh, what? Like, that's not, that's not a human or maybe if it is, then it's something with like face paint and it or with like a gilly. suit on a black guillies suit. And it was just like so unnatural. I didn't know what to do in the moment.

Like I thought I was seeing, you know, something out of this world that something was like not supposed to exist. It had the human characteristics it did. Yeah, it's hard to know where to place these things because there is very much human chiroistics in a lot of encounters. Do you guys still feed the deer right there? No, we, I understand. I'm back in Sacramento.

Oh, I understand. Yeah, I know your dad owns a property and you're staying with your mom right now. After seeing this saying, do you have plans on going back to the property? What position do you play? Receiver. Very cool, ma'am. I know you're in the ninth grade and I always wanted to be a running back. Never quite fast enough for a wide receiver, but I wish you luck in this upcoming year with the football. You know, in your encounter, Cameron, a lot of times when people unintentionally feed these things, they'll show up. I know your dad was also saying there was clear-cutting going on and a change in their environment, and they'll show up as well.

And what you saw with it swaying from side to side, this is my opinion, of course. This isn't like canon. But my impression of that is it's kind of a nervous reaction. You know, I don't think this thing even realized you were there until you guys made eye contact. I think it was a complete mistake by this thing. And they had probably seen you drop food out there a million times. And I think if they were going to hurt you, they would have by now. A lot of it, I think, is more or less curiosity.

But, you know, I mean, you know, any question I would ask anyone else, does it worry it all going back there after seeing this thing? I mean, you got a really good look at this creature. It didn't worry me. It just made me actually out there. I stayed down there for another two days, I think, and then I finally came back down here. And then me and my dad have just been talking about it

because it's just so hard to actually process because, like, we've always talked about it, like talked about them. Like, we've already known that there was something else out there. We just couldn't put our finger on it. And then I've seen this. And I was like, okay, so there is, something out there that we don't know about that a lot of people don't know about.

Has there been anyone else in the family that has seen it? Well, we've had, like, like, family friends that, like, they said they, like, seen something. And, yeah, we had, like, a cut, like, our little cousin say, like, he's heard fake owl noises, like, something, like, a really deep voice, like, try to imitate an owl and, like, mess up. Yeah, it gets reported a lot from my witnesses of these. things mimicking other animals, other sounds. Owl is a big one for sure. Your dad was telling me about a buddy of his that saw it.

I guess he was coming down the road near the property. And did he tell you about that? He said that he was, you know where Fort Bragg is? Yeah. Yeah, you guys are pretty close to that. He was taking the back road there from Mendocino. know, he was taking the back road to a four brag and he was putting together a sandwich and he seen something go look at him and it gave him that spooked look and dropped down to all fours

and took off off the road and was just gone. He didn't like, he, I don't think he could have like put his finger on exactly what he's seen, but he knows he's seen something that wasn't a bear or a mountain lion or what somebody else would say. Like, if you're actually telling a story and a lot of people don't believe it and it's kind of messed up. But they'll tell you like, no, it's probably just a mountain line or a bear. Yeah, that whole area through there is pretty notorious for sightings. It doesn't shock me in one bit that, you know, a buddy of your dads or family coming to visit, you know, have a roadside crossing right through there.

A lot goes on in that area. What are the main vocalizations that you've heard while staying out there with your dad? We've heard it was one night when we were out on the deck. That was another experience that we had. And it was really crazy. We just didn't see anything, but we knew that there was something out there. We were sleeping. We had a tent out on the, like on the balcony of the house.

And I figured like, oh, look, let was just lay out here because, you know, we can't, we're not going, we're not going to go camping. So I figure we just lay out here because we live in the woods. So like, okay, we'll just lay out on the deck. And we heard our cat me on. at night my dad did well I kind of fell asleep but I like I heard some of this stuff like like I like the rocks being thrown at the tent there was rocks being thrown out of the tent that night and it was just like getting launched at us there was a giant branch that came in it came flying over from where we were hearing all this stuff at and it landed right next to my dad's head

yeah your dad was tell me about that you know my advice is don't engage with them they start throwing stuff at you, just get up and leave. 99% of the time, I think they're just trying to screw with people. I think they're trying to get a rise out of people, a reaction. And if you don't react, they get bored, you know. And again, that's my opinion, of course. You know, you had the opportunity to see this thing and see it in the middle of the day relatively close.

I ask everyone on the show, Cameron, what do you think Sasquatch is? and there's no wrong answer because no one knows, but I would like to know what you think. What do you think Sasquatch is? Well, I didn't have a bad experience with it. I'll say that. I didn't have a bad experience with it. Like a lot of people, like I've heard stories

about people getting attacked by these things. And the way I see is if I got attacked by that thing, I probably wouldn't be having this phone call because how big that thing was. It probably could have took out everybody on that block. it probably could take out everybody because how big that thing was and how fast it was. It looked like it was strong. And I don't think that all of them are like that.

I think they're simply just animals, animals that were here before us that are just doing them. Like they were probably, we're probably on their land. They're just welcoming us without attacking us. but I feel like if they do get aggressive like that, it's probably because it's hard to explain because, you know, you go by a bear, it's not going to attack you. But if you go by a certain bear, like a type of bear or just like a bear that's like not having a good day, it will attack you. Yeah, that's a good point, Cameron. It's a really good point.

You know, you come across to black bear, it's probably going to run off. You come across to a grizzly bear. Probably a different story. It's probably going to come for you. either way with the Black Bear grizzly bear you're going to lose, but it's a good point. And you could be right, you know, with what you think they are for sure. I appreciate you coming on, Cameron. You know, when I was in the ninth grade, you speak well.
