Are we fucking ready for this?
Are we fucking ready?
I was going to bring...
I was going to bring...
This is welcome.
Oh, this is...
This is nothing.
Hey, it's fine.
Hey, it's fine.
I actually, I'm so much better than yesterday.
Rest your voice.
It's the excitement.
When I add excitement, then I start calling.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
This episode of Smoshmouth is brought to you by American spirits.
All right.
Hi, welcome to Smoshmouth.
I'm Shane.
And I'm Amanda.
Lehan, can't tell.
And I'm tired.
And this...
is Angela and she's tired.
I'm not, I'm not. Her voice is tired.
No, I'm not. I'm fine, I'm fine.
I actually slept really fucking hard last night.
Me too.
I was letting you know.
Yeah, yeah.
I don't know.
What does that mean? You just woke up and you went, holy shit.
That was hard.
Yeah, so I usually wake up like 3 a.m. or something.
I wake up and I kind of have a moment and then I go back to sleep.
3 a.m. and I must be lonely.
Sorry.
Matchbox 20.
That's awesome.
That's actually my, uh, that's awesome.
Matchbox 20 is my karaoke go to now.
Stop.
I figured out that I'm kind of like, it's in the right register that I think. Push. Push. Yeah. Push. Yeah. That's what I kind of do.
Millennial talk. Okay. So you slept so hard. So sleeping hard is really just kind of like when you wake up, like, you've slept, you've hit like over seven hours. This is for me.
Yeah. You've gotten over seven hours. You wake up and it's kind of that feeling of like, whoa.
Yes. Whoa. Like I feel good, but oh my gosh, I'm still like kind of tired. I'm coming out of it. I don't really remember what I dreamed about.
but I woke up with a insatiable desire for Jollybee.
I don't know what it was.
To the point that I got out Google Maps and I was like, Jollybee,
and I was like, God, they're all so inconveniently far away.
They're just kind of all over.
I don't.
I've never been to a Jolly Bee.
It is so fucking good.
What is it?
We should get Jolly B.
So it's Filipino fast food.
It's so good.
You can get spaghetti.
You can get spaghetti.
In a drive-through.
They make spaghetti a different way.
It's good.
That's so freaking good.
man. It's got, they've got kind of everything. They also got fried chicken. Hell yeah.
They have a lot of good stuff. Hell yeah. They've got hollow hollow. They've got...
Oh my God. I need to go to Jelly Bay. I'm having this thing in the middle of the nights that I'm noticing
that I didn't notice it until you were talking. I was like, oh, I'm having these moments. Like,
in my later 20s, I wasn't waking up in the middle of the night. And now in my 30s, I'm like
always getting up to pee. Yeah. Always. Oh. Like, I'm just... But I mean, not always, but there's
always one time in the middle of the night where I get up to pee. And are you guys like,
thinking because your brain's kind of asleep.
I get up to pee a lot because
I drink a ton of water like especially like
in the evening. So I'd be drinking a little too much
probably too much but I love it but it's delicious.
Relax. I wake up and I kind of have my joke. Wait
no no I just love water. We're just having fun.
When I wake up.
No stay here. Angela get out of here
but wait. Did you say you say so you're talking about like how you're thinking
in the middle of the night. Yeah I get up and I have this moment
where I'm like I like
get up and I'm like it's time to get up. You have to
be, right? And then I like get to the toilet and I'm sitting there and I go, like, I'm like halfway
through a journey. Yeah. You know what I mean? And I'm like, wow, you're doing it. Yeah.
You are doing it. Yep. You are halfway. Like I'm on a ship. Yep. Yes. Because you went from the bed
to the toilet. I'm not even talking about the bathroom journey. I'm going like my night. I'm going,
you're halfway through. Oh, so you're like a ship captain. Yeah. Like, like, a ship captain.
and coming in and talking to the sailors.
And I'm sitting to myself and I'm going,
wow, halfway through the journey.
Wow.
Another half left.
Wow.
It's about 5 a.m.
We'll get two more hours then.
Oh, my God.
That's awesome.
Thanks.
That's pretty badass.
I think about if I go too slow by my closet,
that's when I will get craved.
Sorry, what?
If I, so my cloth.
Crapped?
Grapped.
Grabbed.
It sounds like crap.
I thought he's like, oh, if I was.
I walk too slow, I'll crap my pants.
How dare you?
I would never use a word crap for poop.
Oh, you're going to get grabbed from something in the closet.
So my bed, closet, bathroom, closet, pitch dark.
So when I walk past, I...
Do you keep your closet open?
Yeah.
What?
Big mistake.
No, I know.
Shut that shit.
I know.
Keep those monsters inside.
So I walked past and I have a thought like...
I was making fun of you, but now I'm like, wait, you keep it open.
That's scary.
No, very scary.
You get grabbed.
I don't know what's wrong with me.
So literally, I'll walk by and the thought goes,
you're going to get grabbed.
And I walk by and I literally, I stand there.
And you know that feeling where you scare yourself just from a thought?
I like, um, sure.
I get it.
I do like a bounce jump in my step.
And then I lift up quick because someone's underneath the bed, obviously, of course.
And then your husband wakes up to a shadow in the room going like, oh, oh, oh.
He doesn't wake up to shit.
I could literally be like, oh, God.
Get out.
Get out.
And he doesn't wake up.
Nope.
But if I go, babe, stop snoring.
He goes,
Sorry.
Wow.
Yeah.
That's my journey.
We should one day in the middle of the night, like text and be like, you good?
Well, I see if our middle of the night's link up.
Had you ever recorded yourself?
No, I had really bad nightmares.
I download this app and I recorded myself.
Don't do it.
Oh, well, because you have night terrors and stuff.
Oh, I said some really crazy stuff.
Yeah, that's scary.
And then when I lived in a really interesting location where
there was a 24-hour donut shop open.
There were people there 24-7.
So I recorded myself once, like, talking.
And then all of a sudden I heard like,
di-badis-da-da-da-da-da-da.
Hey, what?
Hey, like, people.
Not me.
Someone down there, you're like,
this donut's really good.
Wow, perfect time to get a nice E. Clair.
3 a.m.
2.30 in the morning.
Yeah.
I don't know why it makes you think about
There's that recording of someone like doing the thing
Where they're trying to like record their sleep
With their snoring, whatever
And you just hear it's like a British couple
And you just hear this like 2am in the middle of the night
You just hear it
And then you hear this British woman just go
Charlie Charlie
Oh what the hell
They start fighting
I will say you're gonna hear farts when you record yourself
Oh yeah I don't want to hear that
And maybe a couple like
What was that?
Oh, wow.
Oh my gosh.
See, that would scare the shit out of me.
I say some pretty scary shit.
Yeah, you've mentioned this.
Yeah.
You guys are funny.
Why?
Remember that moment that happened a second ago?
Was I the only one who was like, I drink a lot of water at night.
Maybe a little too much.
What?
And now here we are on this journey talking about it.
Shane and I.
See, I have a special relationship.
Sometimes it's like, I should leave.
No.
No, of course not.
You're our guest. We literally invited you.
Yeah, you're here in our home.
You're here in our home. Please.
Relax.
Sit on the couch.
Oh my God.
Could you imagine if we owned a home, but we had seats like this, and this is how we wanted
our visitor to sit?
And you'd be like, oh.
That's such a good sketch.
Like, you should come over for dinner.
And then, like, you come into like that main front area, you know, that people have.
The foyer.
And then you sit like this.
There's three chairs just lined up in front of the fireplace.
And it's like, oh, please.
a seat.
Yeah.
We'll sit on each side.
And we're just,
just locked in at you.
That was your day.
Well, Shane had a wild thing happen to him.
He drank too much water and had to go pee in the middle of night.
Oh, well.
Oh, well.
Thank you guys for having me.
Of course.
Please stay.
Is this on?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
We like to listen to it.
We record our sleep to make sure that I'm not, she's not saying too much and I'm not
farting too bad.
Oh, and he does.
We also like to record our conversations.
You know, we listen back on them later.
Yeah, he farts a lot, this guy.
Sure do.
And these people?
Oh, they're just our audience.
Welcome to our home.
We pay them handsome.
It is giving a little bit of a home.
I think that we try to go for that vibe.
Look at this mug.
It's as big as my head, and I like it.
I love it.
My hand cannot fit around it.
Yeah, it's a mug like this.

get back to dreaming. Going back to sleep really quick, the other night, um, for
some reason at 3 a.m., our bedroom fire alarm decided to go off for 30 seconds.
And talking about like, you talk about like waking up and like, oh my God.
I am, I don't know when it happened, but I'm the type that if I wake up and I hear a noise,
it's like I am up and standing before I'm like awake.
Ew.
So like.
It's so scary.
Well, a fire alarm goes off.
He's like protecting his cat.
But you're standing?
Well, like, I blast up.
I like, fire alarm.
goes off. You're like immediately up.
You go blast off. And I immediately am like running downstairs
to see like, I'm like, is something on fire
in our home? Good.
And then it stopped and
and I'm like, okay, I was
like looking it up then I'm like, all right, nothing.
And I was just like, oh, probably dust
or a bug got in there.
Dust or a bug got in there? Because it
was going and then it stopped. Like full on
fire alarm?
Yeah, like the three big beeps.
It wasn't like, oh, a chirp like it's
needs a battery. It like went off.
And then none of the other fire alarms in our place went off and then stopped and I was pissed.
God.
And I looked up, it happens, but.
That is so crazy.
Well, actually, what was also weird is we had our window open.
And then, like, 30 minutes later, there was fireworks going off on our street.
And I was like, I wonder if perfectly some fireworks smoke went into our room and let it off.
I was pissed.
And then we're like, you're sitting there all, like, trying to go back to sleep.
Just like, what if it goes back off?
No, that's scary.
That's scary.
I heard a fire alarm in the middle of it.
the night, it'd be like, what, did I get my period?
What?
My entire 20 years living in L.A., I've gotten so used to hearing fireworks in the
middle of the night.
Like, oh, yeah.
That's just, it's just, it sucks.
And, like, these were for sure, like, the big, like, up in the air fireworks, like, explosive
ones.
It sucks.
I'm like, it does suck.
Oh, these are the toucans.
Yeah.
The two cans.
Are they new?
These are the two cans.
No, they've been here from.
They might have just been a little hidden from you.
Oh my God.
They have been kind of hidden.
And you're locked in.
You're focused on the conversation.
So you don't see those things.
Yeah. You don't see these things.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You don't see those things.
Can you explain real quickly, though,
why you think I'm going to get my period with a fire alarm?
Yeah, yeah.
Let's go back to what you just said there.
I was just trying to think I don't think I go to like the most like,
get up, protect.
I go like, oh, no, I did something.
Like my instinct is it like smart.
Yeah, yeah.
Like something's wrong.
If your fire alarm goes off.
Yeah.
Because fire alarm, I'm like, I'm waking up, I'm going, I need to find, if there's a fire.
You're looking for the second.
I was like, is there smoke?
I was like, I'm not smelling smoke.
That's where my brain hears fire alarm and think something else.
And that's the, that's an issue with my brain.
See, yeah, but I kind of, I think maybe I'm not okay because when I hear fire alarm,
I think someone put this on to lure me out into the kitchen.
That is your first thought.
Yeah.
If I heard a fire alarm,
I would not be standing up because that's what they'd want.
If the fire alarm in your bedroom went off, you think someone somehow set that off.
I would go.
Go check.
Fire alarm.
But I would of course, no, you know what?
I would probably go straight to Cole's room.
That's smart.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So I would get murdered on my way there.
I would just risk it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I have said that having cats, it has eliminated so much of my fear of like noises in the night
because it's just immediately.
them like you you wake up and you hear some bullshit downstairs and and you wake up you hear it
and before I had cats you go oh my god what like what is happening but now I you wake up you hear
something like get knocked over and then you hear meow I don't know how you do it and you're just
like oh geez I don't know how you do it you get so used to it growing up we would leave the piano
on because we had like an electric piano and the amount of times and Nolan I'd be like Tony
Get off.
Yeah.
Oh.
No.
But that's also,
when you wake up
in the middle of the night
to go to the bathroom
and it's dark,
I have to like
kind of scuttle my feet
because I don't know
where they...
Well, no,
because they're just standing around
and they love to stand
in front of me.
So like,
if I needed to go down
the stairs in the middle of the night,
I always know like
they're gonna be on one of the steps.
And they're just like
standing there.
And Bones is black and white
but mostly like black.
Yeah.
So he just disappears in the night.
Oh, yeah.
So you just can't see him.
You don't want to kill them.
Well, I just want to step on them by accident.
Because that'll scare the shit out of everyone.
Did I bring up this story about the creature I heard the last time I was on this book?
Sorry, the creature?
Yes, but Shane wasn't here.
It was Courtney, and you brought up the creature.
And then you read it or Google Reddit creature.
Yeah.
Wait, did you figure out what it was?
So I haven't heard it yet.
Is this similar to the owl that you heard in the moment?
This is like I did hear that too.
That's an owl.
Yes.
Yeah, and that's an owl.
This is a rat situation probably.
Oh, do you have a rat?
But he's gone.
I can't hear him anymore.
He's gone.
Where did you hear this?
Like in the corner of my room.
Inside or do you think it was like in the walls?
So that's what I couldn't figure out.
Yeah.
It also is possible what I would blame.
I mean, yeah, there's rats everywhere.
Yeah, of course.
But also there's raccoons everywhere in L.A.
So if you hear noises and stuff, it could be a raccoon.
Like, like.
That's probably a rat.
Yeah.
I'm going to vomit in my mouth.
But then he's gone.
Yeah.
Every night, I, like, have a little moment of quiet time to see if they're still there.
They're not.
Gone.
They're just moving around all over the place.
Sorry.
Sorry to tell you.
They're around.
Did I tell you one time I was in New York in, like, a lower basement, cool cocktail bar,
and there was a tiny little window, and I looked up, and it was literally like a movie.
It was, like, moonlit shadow of a massive Godzilla-sized rat, just like walking the side of the street.
He was like, walking the side of the street.
He's like, you guys having cocktails?
You got any olives?
You're not going to eat?
Literally, New York, man.
Ooh, blue cheese olives?
Literally.
Don't mind if I do.
Yeah, literally, they're drinking martinis, eating spaghetti.
Literally New York, man.
People talk about them in New York.
They are everywhere.
Rats?
Yes.
Of course.
Stop!
But we talk about it with New York so much, but I'm like, they're all over the place.
Remember in Boston at the tour?
Yeah.
When we did the tour and we were all walking and you know that I hate rats,
so much and you saw a rat.
Yeah.
It was a really hard walk home for the rest of the time.
Was that the story?
Yes.
We were at a, we were at a, we were at a park too.
So is that the beginning, middle and end?
We were at a public park, which is, so that means that rat's being respectful.
He's, he's out in the trees and bushes.
And Shane didn't call it out.
He just goes, what did you do?
You were like, and I was like, what?
And you were like, it's okay.
And I was like, what?
And he was like, it was a rat.
And then I was on edge, the whole walk.
And that's, that's, you know.
the end of the story actually. That's it. I wonder how you would do in
Australia when we were walking around. I think it was Sydney in the middle of the night.
It's my first time in Australia and you're walking around at night. You're walking past
light poles and stuff. So it's like kind of dark but like lit from street lights.
And all of a sudden you hear and you're like, the hell. And then suddenly I look up and I see
a creature fly above me. And then you're looking around and there are these bats
that are genuinely a wombat. Wait, this is crazy. I was going to
bring up a bat. No, they're bats.
They're bats. What's a wombat?
I think they're like basically flying foxes. They are
massive. You said what's a wombat?
And I'm like, that's a... A wombat is the...
They're the creatures that have the hard butt and they get into a hole and they
like guard their hole with the... They're the ones with the hard butt.
They have cube-shaped poop.
Wow, you know a lot.
I learned a lot of that when I was in Australia.
You sick fuck. You know the show.
They're sick of their poop. Okay, so flying foxes is a...
But they're just massive bats. So you're just walking around the city and there's
just these monsters
flying around. This is crazy. You said that because
I was going to bring up two nights ago
I was walking with people. We were all walking to our cars.
It was like 8.45.
Everyone went, oh, look a bat.
What do you mean? Oh, look a bat.
Well, there's bats everywhere.
In L.A.
Probably all over North America.
I grew up with bats everywhere
above me. They were just eating all the mosquitoes.
So how do you know that was a bat and not a crow?
You know.
Was it like flapping really
fast? I don't fucking know it was dark.
Well, bats are circling.
Crows are making like,
do bats only come out at night?
Yeah, pretty much. You might see them during the day,
but that would be because they're kind of caught in a weird position.
Like, they're, they're caught.
I never thought about the fact that you don't really see birds fly at night.
One time Courtney and I were in, were we in?
Yeah.
Yeah.
But, uh, we're Courtney and I in Austin.
We're in Texas and there's a bridge where you can go and see bats coming out at,
like, towards evening.
and they just fly out in these massive swarms.
Is that where Batman lives?
Yeah, Batman's in Austin, Texas.
Everyone's like, howdy, you look sexy.
He's like, get off my car.
But they all come out of a tunnel, you said?
Yeah, from under a bridge.
They come out from like dark spots.
From the bat subway.
I mean, probably.
But no, there's bats everywhere.
I just didn't know, because I've never seen a bat in L.A.
You don't really see, there's a lot of things you don't see in it.
But we live in such a hot place that things don't come out until night.
That makes sense.
Yeah, it's a hot place.
A lot of stuff.
Like the biggest raccoon I've ever seen in my life was in L.A.
Okay, raccoons I've seen in L.A. all the time.
Yeah. Bats say. Possums?
Yeah. I've seen some possums in L.A.
I saw a possum that literally looked like an animated creature.
It was like this fucking big.
They're messed up looking.
It had a rat tail this big. And it was like, and he had glasses on.
Yes.
Yeah.
And a little book.
Yeah.
And he said, sit down, child.
They read really well.
And a little book.
Anyways.
Wow.
Wow.
So we're just going.
I love you guys.
You know, we do have a topic, but you know, we're just going.
We're having fun.
Yeah, you probably saw the title of this episode.
We wanted to talk about dream guests.
We've brought up dream guests before in the past.
To come on the pod.
To come on the pod, or I think anywhere on Smosh.
Just people that we would love to come on the channel.
Wait.
Okay, keep going.
And maybe we say it here.
Maybe they hear it.
Yes, and they clip it.
Because we've thrown things, like we throw out basement yards so much.
And then they eventually showed up here.
And it lived up to the hype.
They were incredible.
We should do our fantasy draft picks of like a challenge pit video.
Whoa.
Whoa.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Let's hear it.
Off the dome.
Me.
Okay.
I'll say you guys.
Okay.
It feels like you're doing it nicely.
Reba.
Reba McIntyre.
Okay.
That's it.
End of list.
Barack Obama.
Okay.
How many people are in a?
challenge pit?
Let's say like six or seven.
Okay.
Can I cut you guys?
No, I'm gonna keep you guys.
No, no, you can cut.
Why don't you pick one of us?
I'll be fine if I'm cut for Reba McIntyre.
No, no, I'm gonna keep you guys.
Me, you, you, both of us, all three of us,
Barack Obama, Reba McIntyre.
One more.
Who could be the other one?
Michelle Obama's probably amazing.
I don't want Brock distracted.
You know, that's actually a good.
He would be.
He does love his wife.
He's just not on his A game.
You know, he's focused on his wife there.
Fuck it.
I'm going to go Elvis.
He's...
So we can bring people back from...
Yeah, anybody.
Oh.
And it's Elvis?
No.
Okay, I want Reba for...
I want like a musical fun for challenge pit
because you need to be like kind of like...
Yeah, fun.
You need to...
Because challenge pits are hard
because it's a lot of stopping down and starting back up, right?
So I'm going to say Reba, Barack.
And then I'm going to say somebody.
somebody else.
How about?
Because also cast the video, right?
I think Reba's going to be talking over a lot of different.
She's going to be a powerhouse.
She might have to be, like, directed to be like, hey, Reba, save some space.
Yeah, and Brock will just have like these little zingers every once in a while.
Okay.
Okay, and then we need the third, because then we're going to be on fire.
Because we're going to be in our home tour.
Tony Hawk.
For sure.
Okay.
Tony Hawk's actually pretty good.
That's a good one.
Neil DeGrasse Tyson.
Okay, Selena threw out, Neil DeGrasse Tyson.
You need someone with like a chiller energy.
I'm gonna go Mother Teresa.
Okay.
Because it would be fun to see her like flick stuff and kick stuff.
That is funny.
That is really funny.
Like a chiller woman.
Yeah.
Joni Mitchell.
Joni Mitchell.
Johnny Mitchell.
Okay.
Yes.
Earlier.
Earlier.
Yeah, I was gonna say.
Who's in your guys is challenge pit?
Okay, my challenge pit.
Let's just say us three so that we can only, we, that lowers it down to like three or four people.
I'm gonna say Mr. Bean.
That's a good challenge.
It can.
is in there. I'm going to say Johnny Knoxville
would be incredible in a challenge pit. He was
literally on my list. Yeah, I mean
yeah. Because I just want to know.
See, I would be scared. I'd be scared. I'd be scared. I'd be scared to do a challenge pit
with Johnny Knoxville. I would want to do party.
He would crush us. Party boy would be my
number one. He'd go, where do I put my dick?
We'd be like, but there's no motor on that thing?
And we go right here.
We could create a hole for his dick
and then that's just not even part of the challenge pit.
He just, it's safe. Could you imagine we play like
organic, hungry hippos? And he's like,
Well, what do I throw my body into?
Does the hungry, hungry hip-go get my dick?
Or he'd be like, do we wax our assholes after?
What is it?
He would mock us the whole time.
It's true.
Okay.
Mr. Bean, Johnny Knoxville.
Johnny Knoxville.
Johnny Knoxville.
Mr. Bean and Johnny Knoxville?
What a duo.
That would be crazy.
You're hanging with Johnny.
I'm hanging with Bean.
Definitely.
You're hanging with Bean.
I mean, look, Reba McIntyre is a great.
Like, that's just a great one to have.
Charlest they're on.
That's nice.
Think of it.
about it.
Pretty funny.
Imagine her with Mr. Bean.
Jessica Rabbit.
She just said Jessica Rabbit.
That is really weird.
The universe is synced up.
I'm not even kidding.
I had a whole Jessica Rabbit thing and the boys hated it.
And I had a whole thing.
And it was like now I, now Jessica Rabbit is like a thing.
It's like you say something so insane.
And it's Jessica Rabbit.
And you just said that.
Can I tell you what?
It like went into my.
brain. Okay. I think maybe Jessica Rabbit's in this studio. I think some Jessica Rabbit
energy is in this studio. Because I don't think of cartoon characters usually. And he was saying
Reba McIntyre and I was like, oh, he's thinking of a woman. I dropped the ideal lady. And then I
went, that's crazy. I literally dropped, literally yesterday when we were filming. I don't know when
this comes out, but I dropped her off and I said it and the boys were like, no. So she got a little bit
rejected so she must have went up there.
And there she's back up here. Because she was
like, you're open and cool, unlike
Shane. I'm not even kidding.
This is saying, there's something happening here.
This means we're on the right path.
Okay. Okay. Anyway, all I'm going to say
is, yes. And Gurley, you are
safe. You are safe. Okay.
So Jessica Rabbit.
So the decision has been made for me, Jessica
Rabbit. Yeah. Do you want someone else? You can be
somebody else? You want Charlize Theron? I'll take Jessica
Rabbit. You have Dallas Cowbird Chealers.
Dallas Camberichekek-Rabbit.
Jessica, it's fine.
Okay.
For challenge pit.
I'm sorry, I took over the whole thing.
You were just talking guests.
No, I love it.
Take over.
This is what we enjoy.
Thank you for having me over for dinner.
Just like a Cirque de Soleil performer.
Nice.
That's good.
I love that.
Mine is you three, of course, because I have to.
I want like a Muay Thai fighter from Thailand, who's very respectful and who's badass.
It doesn't mean we're going to be fighting.
in Challenge Pit.
It's just there.
But they are incredible, respectful people, and they could kill you.
You want some, like, physicality, just like with the circuit.
John Early.
Oh, that's such a good one.
Because I, first of all, John Early and Cape Relant, our dream guest, one number, like, one for me.
John Early, just because I feel like he would get along with the tie fighter, he would get along with us, he would have a blast.
Sure.
He's the best.
He's one of my favorite communities.
Me too.
Me too.
And then
I gotta go
Like Mother Teresa Realm here's situation
Maybe I'd take
Ringo Star would be fun
Okay, Ringo Star
I feel like I'd want Paul
Yeah
I'd want somebody that's like
Or party boy from jackass
Chris Pontius
Yes
I love him
Or fuck it, Ann Hathaway
Wait who did I say?
Anna Hathaway
You said party boy
No but who were the other ones I just said
You said
John Erley
John Early.
Somebody who does a moitai fighter.
Chris Ponnius.
Chris Pontius.
Okay.
And us.
What about Flip 7?
Flip 7.
It'd be really fun to have like a professional poker player.
Nice.
In.
Matthew Rees.
From Widows Bay.
Matthew Reese from Widows Bay.
Mark Zuckerberg?
Absolutely not.
It would be interesting to see.
I'm trying to think where it would be funny to have Mark Zuckerberg.
It's like a Smosh Pit Theater.
Oh.
And we just kick him.
And we just have him go up and just like, all right, so really give your most emotion into this one.
God, no.
That was stupid.
Yeah.
Elon?
No.
Brendan Fraser.
Oh, okay.
Brennan Frazier's a dream guest.
The mummy is coming back out for Flip 7 would be fun.
I believe Brendan.
I believe Brendan Frazier has talked about like he likes to play like video games and stuff.
He has like three sons or two sons or two sons or two.
Yeah, but it would be fun.
I would love to just talk to him.
Me too.
Brennan Frazier is a dream guest.
Dude, if there was like a mummy board game.
We had Brendan Fraser on.
We just played.
Or we just take Monopoly, make it mummy.
I'm going to go see the mummy.
I can say this because it'll come out later at Snespia.
When's it come out?
This weekend.
No, the original.
Okay.
It doesn't come out until 2027.
Okay.
Can I tell you I had a Sinespia story that was really cool?
Tell me.
I think I told you.
What?
Have you been to Senespia?
Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
They show movies, if you don't know, they literally, it's a huge,
Huge cemetery in Hollywood, and they can't shut it down because it's forever.
But they show movies and you can B.I.O.B.E. and whatever. It's the best.
I thought Senespa was when you associated numbers with colors.
That's awesome.
But instead, you know that, what is it?
You know that that animal poops cubes.
Wombat.
Wombat?
Okay, what were you?
All right.
Okay.
With Sanespia, I'm just going to tell you these stories later.
I actually don't think we have.
Wait, I know this story, but say it.
Say it.
There was a Smosh fan that was working at Sinesbia.
And shout out to you, if you listen to Smosh mouth, you were a sweet, a sweet person, and you had bangs.
That's all I remember.
And me and my friends, we were in the front, in the front area.
What were you watching?
We were there to see Rosemary's Baby.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I'd never seen it before.
Damn.
Yeah.
And we're all like, we're putting our thing down.
And then right before the movie starts, if all the VIP people who hold tickets don't show
up. They do it kind of like you get upgraded to first class.
And sure enough, this girl comes right up to us and she goes, hey, um, would you guys want to move
to VIP? The movie's about to start. So it's kind of stressful. Because like it's getting dark.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you have all your stuff ready. And then we were like, um, is it this, like,
we had a good spot. We were like, what? And we had all this like charcutory we brought.
Yeah, yeah. And she's like, but VIP is so fun. Yeah. You get different bathrooms,
which feels kind of wrong. You get different bathrooms. You get backrests. You get backrests.
And they're tombstones
And you have so...
Yeah, they're tombstones.
My drunk friend, she goes,
can I go find Paula?
And I go, what?
She goes, my friend Paula's buried here.
And I go, I guess let's go find Paula.
No.
We get our glass of wine and we just,
like our cup of wine and we start walking.
Just a friend is buried in Hollywood forever?
My friend, she said, oh, I know this woman
that she was buried here.
Because it's only famous people in Hollywood forever.
But there are...
If you have like a family plot,
there's some empty...
I remember seeing...
I've only seen one movie there.
And for those who don't know, who don't live in L.A.
That's so cool, Andrew.
It is a movie, like, people project movies at this place that it's on a cemetery, like, a famous Hollywood cemetery.
It's kind of the most small town thing about us.
And you can bring, you can bring food, you can bring wine, you can bring really low chairs.
They have, like, a limit on your chairs, and people set up blankets on this grass area.
You're not on graves.
You're on a grass area.
But you're around.
And they'll do, they'll do, like, premieres things.
They're like, okay, they just did practical magic.
They had them come out.
And they had them come out because Practical Magic 2 is coming.
Lizzie went and she looked amazing.
She was dressed like Sandra Bullock.
Would you ever want to do, you're a mother.
Are you kidding me, but would you ever want to do the sleepover?
Have you seen the sleepover they have?
It's two movies and you do the whole night.
That's just, that's, honestly, I would.
I'm a mom, but we could bring Cole.
No.
He doesn't need to sleep.
Yes, he does.
I've heard it's overrated.
No, H would let me do that.
Guys, my husband lets me out of the house.
Oh, no, yeah, for sure.
I felt like I cut you off on your story.
Did you finish?
Oh, no, so then I was, I humored my friend, and I was like, okay, sure, let's go find Paula.
And I just thought we'd take a walk.
Sure enough, we're walking.
This cemetery is massive.
Massive.
Oh, yeah, it's huge.
Like, Mickey Rooney is buried there.
There's a lot of people.
There's some famous directors there.
Don't ask why.
This place is massive.
Mickey Rooney, Rudy.
Shut up.
Go.
But anyway, we're walking.
sure enough, she's like, and she's pulling up a picture of when she went to Paula's
funeral. And she's like, there was that tree. And I'm like, we're not going to find it,
girly. And she's like, one of my friends that's like toxic, like, that's one of my friends that's
like very positive no matter what. And she's like, we're going to find it. And I'm like,
this is a massive, like, what is it?
Cemetery. It's a massive cemetery. Walking around, sure enough, this girl,
or walking, she goes, oh my God. I go, what she goes, Paula.
And we found Paula's grave.
Wow.
I took a picture of her in front of it and I went,
look at you and Paula.
And then we left.
Wait, that's amazing.
Yeah, it was crazy that she found it.
I didn't actually know that you could like walk around.
That's the best part.
My friend who does Sanespaea really well and then we'll close the Sanisbio thing is you put your stuff down,
pour your glass, and then before the movie starts and the sun goes down, go on a walk.
Wow.
Okay, so I'm going to the mummy, the original, one of my favorite movies.
I'm going to do that.
But Brendan Fraser's going to play Flip 7 with you.
Brendan Fraser is going to play Flip 7 with us.
He would be so good.
He is such a vibe.
He really is.
He seems like the sweetest man.
I would love to have Brianne Fisher.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus?
I love her.
That'd be pretty good too.
She busted.
She'd like, cow!

Now, back to the show.
I wrote down a list of, like, top guests.
Okay.
Who's on your list?
Okay.
So, I want to see if you guys can guess any of the, like,
names of people that I'm like, I would die.
Pete Manning.
No.
Oh, God.
Actually, what's funny is I love the NFL.
There's not like an NFL player that I'm like, oh, I want them on.
I have said, though.
Brank.
They would be so funny.
I have said for Smosh games, who I think would
be hilarious is if we had
Wemby from the
San Antonio Spurs. He is like
7 foot 5. And so
I don't think if we had him on to play like
Flip 7 and we didn't adjust cameras.
So if he's just...
He would get no FaceTime. And that's
kind of hilarious. That would be really
fun. I think we could probably have... There's a lot
of sports players we could have on
because most sports players nowadays are huge nerds.
Yeah. So we could absolutely
actually truly
Tim Duncan, if we could get him on, he was a massive nerd.
I feel like he would come on and have a great time.
I don't know what Tim Duncan is.
He was also on the Spurs.
He was one of the top 10 greatest players of all time.
Spurs.
Gotta go home and look up the Spurs.
Also super tall.
If we're going to have an NBA star on, it needs to be someone over seven feet because
that's going to be so funny.
I would love that.
I wasn't kidding about Gronk because if you've seen him do stuff, he's such a psycho.
He's so.
he's just so wild.
He's nuts.
He just seems so wild.
He's like, oh, no way.
He's a frat guy.
Oh, what?
Oh, no way.
What?
Oh, okay.
Oh, man, that's crazy.
Yeah.
So like, oh, no way.
What?
That's pretty accurate.
And people were obsessed with him.
I feel like he's really, he's retired.
Yeah.
Yeah.
At UCLA, we would do, we had this sketch team,
and it was like, we had this huge show at the end of the year.
and we'd always
athletes would always want to make cameos
in the sketches
and because it was just kind of a big show
at UCLA and some of the best guys
the starting guys or whatever
the big ones that were going to go
get recruited or whatever would always be in the sketches
and doing comedy with like really tall
guys and it's like me and Kimi
I going hey hey man can you help me
it's just there's nothing like it
it's probably so funny
there's a good chance because like if you remember any names
there's a good chance some of them might be like huge stars now.
Because like UCLA is a big school,
there's a chance some of them might be like starters now.
Yeah, I'll look it up later in all.
Yeah, if you know, remember any names.
Did they crush your sketches?
Sometimes they're very funny.
They were so funny.
And sometimes you're just like, you know what?
Honestly, whatever you say is funnier than what I love that.
Yeah.
Okay, so going into my top guests,
there is one that I think is probably,
I would say it's probably my number one overall.
And it's someone that I think would be incredible.
but also I think there's a
like it's possible
it's in the realm of possibility
I want you guys just take a couple guesses
of like who you think this could be
it's not someone I talk about a lot
but it's someone I am a huge fan of
Are they in the industry? They're not in
they are like they're not in our industry
Jane Goodall
No but honestly somehow close
She passed away
But I'm gonna say you're in the right realm
I know.
Wasn't she on Call Her Daddy?
She was on Call Her Daddy.
She passed away about a year ago.
Wow.
Okay.
Okay, let's think.
So kind of close.
You somehow got very close.
Well, I know you.
I think you want someone who's really smart.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
And someone who's like, like, not just like, yeah, it's not going to be just like George Costanza.
You know, it's going to be somebody like really smart.
I know that's your dream.
I know that's your dream guest.
Yeah, yeah.
And not Jason Alexander.
I mean George Costanza.
Um.
Um.
Like I know you.
I think you're going to want somebody like really impressive.
Humanitarian vibes?
Yeah, absolutely.
But it's very entertaining.
And I'd say it's more like in the, their realm would be fun to bring on the.
Oh, wow, I can't think at all.
It's okay.
Truly can't think of it.
You don't have to guess this one.
I'll say,
I'll say this one, but feel free to throw out others that you think might be on my top.
Okay, okay.
The number one guess that I would love to have on Smosh in any capacity is Robert Irwin.
Yes.
Oh, I mean, you're kidding me?
Like, it makes the most sense.
It makes the most sense.
He's awesome.
And, like, to bring on some animals, I mean, dude.
He would be amazing.
Just in any capacity.
I mean, you guys got to go to Maya Higa's sanctuary in Alvayas.
Yeah.
Sanctuary in Alvayas.
And it'd be fun, though, to do more of those.
Like, and imagine if we got to go to frickin'an Australian.
Oh.
Those, like, it would be so incredible.
I was going to ask, though, in thinking of that,
What is, what are the animals that you would be comfortable like if they were like,
oh, you can pet this animal or be on camera with this animal?
Sloth.
Okay.
What about, would you be fine?
What about like a big cat, like a tiger, something like that?
I'm not saying these are possible.
I'm just curious.
If it was Robert Irwin's there, so like a professional's there like, this is, everything's good.
Oh, yeah.
Are you willing to like hang out with this animal?
Remember when I volunteered like a really long time ago in South America?
Yes.
I volunteered for other animals.
Some of the other more experienced people would volunteer with the big cats.
And they would have these crazy like almost like rug burn looking things on their arms.
Because their thing was they would let the cats lick them.
Yeah.
And they have sandpaper.
And I don't know.
Yeah.
Not because of the
sandpaper arms, I just don't know.
You don't know, and it's vibes, too.
It's like what you said about Robert Irwin
having somebody like, like I remember before
Bailey was like, are there any animals you guys don't want?
And I remember going like, yeah, I think
Trevor and Tommy should take birds.
And I hate birds.
And I remember just being like, I'll have anything else,
but yeah, they should take birds.
But then you have somebody like Maya
or like a Robert Irwin where they're like,
hey, you got this.
It's like a...
You're there with someone who's like
can assure you that it's safe.
I think that, I think, I think it depends on like, like, that.
Absolutely.
When I was volunteering, like, I loved the monkeys, the tejones, all these different
animals, but I think if I was in a place and it was someone more secure, a big cat
would be, okay, but it's not a dream of mine.
Like, you know, people are like, I want?
I guess a better way to phrase it, are there animals that it's like, even if I'm in
that situation, I don't want to, like, touch this animal.
I don't want to like, oh, you can hold this animal or you can pet this animal.
if you would be like, no, I can't.
Nothing underwater, because honestly,
human touch for like turtles or anything
is actually really dangerous.
Like, you shouldn't be...
Okay, well, you don't have to save the world.
Okay, yeah.
I'm not talking like that realm.
I'm not talking like where...
I'm asking like where you're phobia is.
Fine.
Because like, obviously if Robert Irwin came in with a rat,
you're not gonna...
No rat, no big ass spiders.
Okay.
I would actually be okay with snakes,
which sounds so weird.
I know I have no problem.
No big, like,
big, like centipede situation.
Bugs, you're not a...
Bugs? Nah.
Here's the thing. Okay, we gotta go.
We gotta go back.
Because Maya's really passionate about bugs.
And I remember being like, yeah, so we'll have the bugs.
Well, you guys do the bug stuff.
I ain't doing the bug stuff.
But then you have someone that just, like, loves this so much.
And you're just let him walk.
Like, I didn't want to do the snake.
I didn't want to do the bugs.
And honestly, at some point, you're like, it's my energy, not their energy.
That's throwing this off.
Yes.
And I was like, and once I just, like, get to a place of calm and, like, peace,
I'll let the bug walk on me
and you feel a little
but you're like
once you release that part in your brain
I don't know
it's like the texture stuff
is what freaked me out
that's what it is
and me like tensing up
right so like when the
the snake
likes to like get really tight
and I was freaking out
and Trevor's like
because then the second you relax
because I was watching Trevor
loves so many different animals
and he's just so good at
if you're relaxed
they're relaxed
like a snake thinks you're a tree
yeah and I was like
Oh my God.
So when you relaxed, did the snake loosen up?
It was more just like I needed to just...
It's tight on you because it thinks you're a tree branch, basically.
So it's tight because it's like just holding on.
And once Maya was like, oh, it's not doing anything to harm you.
It's doing that to like, it's not a bad thing.
But I think it's, I think that's what freaks me out to is just the sensational, like, feelings.
It's weird.
But as far as, like, bigger animals, like, I think I would be.
absolutely fine. Yeah. There was talk for a little bit years ago, like eight years ago,
because we have on Smosh Pit done things where we had a tarantula. Yeah. And like we let it walk
on, like I turn to let it walk on her face. And that was crazy because it feels like needles.
No. Their foot tips are like really weird. And then ended up like one of the,
the second episode of Goldbergs I was ever on. My character had a python around my neck.
and...
Okay, Britney Spears.
I know.
And the wildlife worker
who was on set
was the guy who's in Jackass.
Like in Jackass 4 and stuff,
this like South African guy,
like old South African dude,
he worked on like out of Africa
and all these other movies
from back from the day.
But, um, so he brings it on.
He's like, he's like,
oh, yeah, this guy, like,
I'm doing it.
I'm gonna do an Australian accent
because I can't do South African accent.
But, uh, he, like,
he had this just cool vibe to him.
And he was just like,
all right, yeah, like he thinks you're a tree,
um, whatever.
And, uh, and then I was like,
oh so has this snake been on other sets before?
He's like, no, this is his first job.
Like, first time.
And I was like, I remember being like, okay.
And like what the problem is like, the snake will kind of look at you.
Like, and I'm just expecting it to be just like,
like, just to like grab a thing.
But it was super chill.
It was this gorgeous like orange white python.
But it's very chill.
And yeah, sometimes it would start like wrapping around you in ways that you're like,
is this going to kill me?
Yeah.
But I was very comfortable with it.
the end of the day. But I don't have like a
phobia with snakes or bugs
really. Like some, I don't like fast bugs.
Yeah. But if a bug is moving slow,
I'm like, all right, chill, man.
Like, has a lot of legs. Hang out here.
Millipedes, I actually think are so cool.
I love millipedes. Centipedes can go fuck themselves.
Why? Because they're faster and a little more fucked up.
It's kind of the same with bees? Cute, adorable.
Wasps? Fuck you.
Whoa. I don't know what it is. There's something about
like, because millipedes aren't like aggressive, they're, they're a little more like round.
There's something about like some bugs are very rounded and like kind of cute and then some are
very sharp.
Yeah.
Wasps are sharp.
Bs are round.
See, I, I would rather like, I don't know, like monkeys or the Tejones or like koalow.
I would love to hang out with a monkey, but I have said chimpanzees are the ones that I'm like,
I don't need to meet a chimpanzee.
Even if Robert Irwin was here.
I think even then I'd be.
like, I'm going to chill off to the side.
Like, I know I'd be safe. I'd be fine. For some reason, though,
gorilla stoked about.
Hilarious. But chimpanzees, I just...
You'd be like, no thanks. I just... I don't know what it is.
Because of the woman.
Well, like, I've heard of the attacks just scare me.
But truly, like, I'm just like, ah, like, nah.
Just like, ah. There was, like, a type of monkey,
and I might be getting this wrong, but I might...
A type of monkey that we saw Alvius that...
That Maya was like...
Not catchment. Don't look them in the eye.
Cap.
Yeah.
And just her saying,
don't look him in the eye.
That's real.
I was just like,
yeah.
That's also the case
for like a lot of animals.
But that freaked me out
because I,
because then I kept going.
Yeah, you're just like,
and he's just probably staring at you.
What is it called?
Caputcheon.
It's like the brown monkeys.
That,
that's like
Capuchin monkey.
Right.
Isn't it?
I mean,
that's a monkey.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm not necessarily afraid of monkeys,
though.
I think monkeys are hilarious.
I do expect,
they might just slap.
They just might slap you or bite you.
They're so smart.
I remember when we were volunteering,
there would be these spider monkeys
that would literally come down
and you would have these locks on your,
you would have these like lockers
where you'd have, I had like my digital
old school camera or whatever.
And I don't mean old school like in a cool way.
I mean like old school.
And it was in the locker with a freaking lock
and the spider monkeys would come down
and literally go in, don't know how,
watching me do the code or something, undo the code, take out.
They took my camera.
They climbed a tree and they would just bang it.
And I was like, there's my fucking camera.
That's crazy.
It was so.
They're like, I know you took a photo of me earlier.
It was so wild.
Monkeys are so smart.
And because we were, it was like bringing them where I worked, it was bringing them back into,
they were taken when they were babies.
They were put into circuses.
So it was getting them back into like their environment.
But there was a whole like cleaning dishes situation, which is not their environment, but it was these monkeys taking plates and washing them in like this little like lake situation. It was so wild. They're so they're so smart and they're so sweet. But it is like if you if you do look them in the eye or if you have any food on you. Oh, they'll get you. They'll freaking get you. Yeah. Yeah. It's crazy. No, that stuff scares me. All animals.
All animals.
You have to be careful.
Last one I'll ask,
how do you feel about like bears?
Like if it was like,
oh,
we have a black bear here.
No.
I think I would,
I think I would have to.
Have to what?
I think I'd have to meet them.
I think I'd have to pet a bear.
I'd be scared because like,
any big animal that like realistically could kill you does scare me.
Yeah.
Because like,
that's just the reality.
But I would,
I would want to,
I'd want to meet it.
Me too.
In the wild, though,
if I see any big animal,
I'm like,
I'm staying so far away.
I feel like we're not supposed to be petting these animals.
Not realistically.
Like it's like a cat.
But I am just going like, I am getting kind of close to it.
Oh yeah.
No, I'm like, because obviously in the wild outside, if you see a big animal, it's like
stay as far away from it as possible.
But in this kind of context, I'd be like, okay, I'd want to let me meet the bear.
Bears, yeah, to meet like big round, like going back to your bee thing, like round
things, like beaks
scare me. So like really
tall things with be scared of.
But like a bear?
Yeah, but when my
ostrich would... Ostrich seemed like they would fuck you.
Well, emu's, whenever I've met
a couple emus, they really
fuck with you. Oh, and that's what...
They get up in your business.
Yeah, Maya was like, oh, the email, careful, do you have any jewelry
on, take it off? I was like,
yeah. And they're like...
They just, they're so aggressive.
But they are really sweet.
They're very sweet too.
But it's nuts.
Have you seen a cassowary?
What's that?
What is that?
A cassowary would fuck you up.
You'd be so scared.
They're a dinosaur.
And they can murder you.
Cassowary.
They are an Australian, big bird.
They look like a raptor.
They are...
That's going to be a no for me.
Yeah.
All I see is...
And they will just...
They look incredible, though.
They look like turkeys mixed with peacocks,
mixed with that's going to be a dinosaur.
Mixed with the devil.
But I love them.

I don't have a ton of closet space
and I don't like the feeling of getting bored
of my wardrobe. That's why I use
Quince. Quince offers high
quality wardrobe staples made with premium
materials like 100% Mongolian
cashmere, organic cotton, and
merino wool. I think there's something special
about finding a piece of clothing that you can
mix and match with other pieces. I own
a few of their t-shirts and different colors.
and they've been great basics to go under sweaters, cardigans, and jackets.
I also actually have some sweaters and cardigans from Quince, and they're incredible too.
But right now, in the summer months, I was wearing all their t-shirts.
I've got a nice Henley that I've been rocking.
But now as it's getting colder, I'll be bringing those cardigans and sweaters back.
And because they use premium materials, Quince is comfortable and made to last.
I can wear my outfits all day and into the night, thanks to its breathability,
meaning I won't sweat through everything and get giant pit stains.
What am I saying? I don't sweat. I never, I never sweated in my life.

I really don't sweat.
I don't ever
because I'm never nervous
or hot.
Not a werewolf.
I have a few other
just dream guests.
Yeah, I want to hear
because I've got a little...
Do one of you want to throw out a dream guest?
Just, and it can be anywhere on Smosh.
I'd say one of the top ten
for me would be Barbara Streisand.
Really?
Oh, I love Barbara Streisand.
I think it would be the most fun in the entire world.
She is incredible.
She not only styles all of her outfits
for every movie she's ever been in.
She is an amazing songwriter, singer,
actor.
Have you listening to her memoir?
Listen to it?
Yeah, because she does the audiobook,
and it is the funniest.
She's so funny.
It's so good.
She's so talented.
I don't really have much to say besides it would just be so fun.
It would be so fun.
Nice.
To do like, I don't know, Smosh asks Barbara.
Smosh asks Barbara.
Like, I don't know if I would want to teach her any rules, any games.
Did you see her recently?
she was doing like a remembering of
Robert Redford
and she was talking and then just broke into song.
God, I love her.
And I love her.
I'm going to look up this.
She has this story about chocolate cake.
But anyway, what's yours?
Okay.
I have more like modern ones.
I would love Pam Anderson.
Oh, that's a good one.
I love her.
I love following her.
She does a lot of garden posts.
Also, I don't know why I'm deeply
into gardening right now, even though I'm not.
Okay.
I would love Zach Gellifanakis because I cannot stop watching his gardening show.
Oh, shit.
He has, this is a gardening show on Netflix.
It's so sweet.
It's so cute.
And also, I love Zach Galafenakis.
And I feel like he would be really interesting to have on.
I think they've announced it.
And if not, they'll cut this out.
He's doing Young Frankenstein.
Whoa.
He's like the, he's like the guy.
Dude, he would be so good.
My Barbara Streisian story really fast is she had to look like.
like she was in love with her co-star and she couldn't do it.
So back, so off in the, on the side of the stage.
Um, it was on, it was in a musical.
They put a piece of chocolate cake.
So that she was, she went put caught cake there so I could look at it longingly.
Oh.
Jesus.
I love that woman so much.
I love her.
Um, I also would really, uh, I would really want, like I said, John Early and Cape
Berlant would be incredible.
I think that's doable.
Um.
I would really want Kate Dippold,
I would really want her who created Widows Bay.
Oh, okay.
Just to like,
learn about everything.
Have you ever seen that?
Yes, yes.
It's incredible photo.
So fucking good.
It was a famous tweet.
My friend Eugene Cordero,
big deal guy,
he was like,
that was at my house.
That's so funny.
We took that picture at my house.
I was like, that's crazy.
I just,
I love that.
Okay.
And bad bunny.
I feel like bad bunny would be so.
fucking,
yeah,
hell yeah.
I would love Bad Bunny
on this podcast.
Or anywhere.
Yeah,
that'd be incredible.
Like,
he would be so good
in a games video.
Totally.
Are you kidding me?
Oh,
we'd have so much fun.
He'd be so good.
And I also think
Mariah Carey would just be
absolutely hilarious.
Mariah Carey would be
extremely funny.
Because I love Mariah Carey.
I love her.
Always.
Celine?
Celine Dion.
I don't know.
I don't know if she would do it.
So I actually...
Well, she wouldn't do it.
We're like,
we could get Barbara,
but we can't get Selena.
I would literally live to have Celine Dian on here.
I don't know if the vibes would go.
Sometimes though it's like a don't meet your heroes thing.
Yeah, I kind of agree because she did this like,
remember when they did karaoke, the car karaoke,
or whatever the fuck?
She was kind of wild in it.
Whatever the fuck?
You mean car car.
What is his name?
Oh.
James Gordon.
James Cordon's car karaoke.
Add some respect to the name.
It feels like that happened.
20 years ago. It feels like it happened so long ago.
Anyways, that was like...
Yeah, let's have James Corden on. That'll go great.
God.
We need to get root tone the whole video.
This is why I didn't say. I just said car karaoke.
We have James Corden on Reddit stories and it's all stories of people being rude to waiters.
And we're just like, what do you think about that?
What do you think?
Hey man, what do you think about that?
God, he's never going to let that down.
And he shouldn't.
Okay.
I have another one that I truly like would love to have on.
Have you heard of Miss Rachel?
I love.
Of course.
I think that would be an incredible.
God.
And we've actually talked about this.
I feel like a little bit is like it would be really fun.
Any, any cast members, like some sort of like collaboration where we go on like a kids educational.
Yeah.
And like do some stuff up there.
You would crush.
Have you guys, did you ever do children's theater?
Yes.
Yes.
I mean, it's some of the best.
But it wasn't, I didn't do a lot of it.
Yeah.
But it's, there's such an art form to it.
Yeah.
Oh, it is.
She is.
She's incredible.
She's incredible.
I hear that some kids, if someone dresses up like Miss Rachel, they're like, this isn't Miss Rachel.
Like if you do like a princess party and you have somebody dress up as Elsa, they're like, oh, that's Elsa.
But if it's not the exact Miss Rachel, we must have been together when we heard that story.
Yeah, because I heard this story.
The children will just be like, oh.
I'm sorry.
This is not, Miss Rachel.
What the fuck do you think you are?
What in the parissocial hell is going on here?
Do you know what I'm thinking of, too, as we're saying this?
Children's stuff, Bill Nye.
That'd be a great one.
Bill Nye would be cool.
Oh, Martha Stewart.
Oh, Martha Stewart would.
I'm sorry, mine are all going to be old women.
Martha Stewart.
I love Martha Stewart.
I mean, that woman has seen some things.
She's amazing.
Have you seen her documentary?
Yes.
It's good.
It's so good.
She was like, on my honeymoon, in the middle of the honeymoon,
I went to go see that museum, and I made out with a guy
because the art was so beautiful.
And I walked back to and saw my husband.
I go, this woman's got some stuff going on.
She's also like the first influencer.
Yeah.
Like the first influencer.
You're kind of right there.
She had her own magazine.
Martha Stewart Living.
Like she's unbelievable.
Yeah, she's unlike anybody.
She went to jail.
She was weed.
Who else is on my house?
Let's see.
But Miss Rachel.
Miss Rachel is like truly, like, that's a, that's a,
Robert Irwin and Miss Rachel are two that I would say, like,
that is a genuine.
Rachel's a surprise for me.
I just think it'd be so cool.
Well, just as far as, like, YouTube, like,
if I were to, like, list, like, YouTubers who I have, like,
the most respect for, right?
Because, like, we're in an era where there's so much slop for children.
Slop.
And she is, like, really leading the way and doing, like,
she's doing some work right now.
Yes.
And I think she's very smart about what she does.
and she's very bold.
She's very brave with, like, her messaging and everything.
I respect that about her.
And it'd be really fun to have her on here
where we don't have a children's audience
to talk to her about, like,
I really want to, like, hear her thoughts on so much stuff.
But it would also be fun.
Her or there's so many other great children's channels
to collaborate.
Because I had the thought there was a Reddit post
where someone said that their one-year-old, like,
loves Reddit social.
stories, like, is too young to know, like, what we're saying or whatever.
Yeah.
But, like, loves Reddit stories and we'll, like, sit there and, like, be chill about it.
And I'm like, oh, well, obviously, once they're a little older, they can't watch this stuff.
But it'd be fun to, like, go and work on a children's channel.
It would be really fun.
It would be so fun.
It would be so cool.
But, um, it's such a science, like, doing children's content.
Like, that is, it's so opposite of what, where we can, like, kind of be so free, like, free will with how we,
do a podcast, right? Or when we're making a video, we're like, we're focused on what's funny,
but for them, they're, like, meticulous about everything you say is, like, this is going
to be absorbed by a person who is developing and this stuff will affect them.
That's what I would struggle with. Whereas, like, we get to be like, oh, if I say something stupid,
that's funny. I don't know, though, because then I did a lot of stuff with story pirates growing up
and growing up in my 20s. And stories, some of the, they are like, they have, like, one of the
leading kids podcasts right now.
And it's like, it is,
what's funny about them is in storytelling,
not teaching, because teaching, I would say,
I'd say, but in storytelling, it is similar
to us where they go top of
their intelligence and they do tone
shifts where it's like, you have somebody who's like,
da-da-da-da-da. And sometimes a kid
might not even understand
like the specifics of that joke. Like, even in the
Grinch, where all of Jim,
there's so many jokes Jim Carrey has
that don't land for kids.
Sure. But they are, like.
Oh, that's, that's,
I agree that it doesn't have to be just geared towards kids,
but I just mean like they have to be,
you have to be so conscious.
But I'd say like it is a,
I think it's similar to what we do in the rhythm base.
Yeah.
And in like a flow and a musicality of it that is,
that is good.
But with teaching, I feel about it.
It is completely.
I mean, even with my son, like, I'll do like,
yeah, so, hey.
Like random, like.
Yeah.
You know, I was like, oh, my son likes to be scared.
And I was like, I don't know if it's that.
He just likes.
Things that grow louder and bigger.
Like, I'm always like, I'm realizing like, okay, what is he like?
And he likes surprises, but he likes tonal shifts.
So what that is is the same thing we do, which is pattern.
Yeah.
And it's peek-a-boo.
It's pattern, pattern, expectations broken.
And then it's a surprise.
And it's tempo.
That's also with, like, with kids songs and good kids' music, like the wiggles.
It's repetition and tempo.
And it's like, it's so fascinating.
Yeah.
Really good kids.
I would love to talk to somebody like that.
Oh, it would be so cool.
That's a great idea.
I'd be fascinated by that.
Yeah.
A guest that's like, let's think, like a survivor of something, like really insane.
Bear Grills?
Who's that?
From, uh.
Bear Grills.
Yeah.
I don't know what he does nowadays.
I think he has his own show.
I think, yeah.
I never really followed him, but he is like.
He just had his show.
He's a survivor.
Oh, okay.
Survivor list.
I'm thinking like an Elizabeth Smart or like an Amanda Knox.
Or somebody that's like, oh, I've been through it.
Did you see Elizabeth Smartstock?
Yeah.
Very good.
Like somebody like that, like a different type of guess.
But I'm trying to think of like other types of people.
People who have just like.
Been through some stuff.
Or like been on death's door and come back.
I think some of the most fascinating people who I agree that would be.
I guess yeah for like something like Smoshalike because over here it'd be like, oh yeah.
But I also think those people I'm just talking about.
Like, hey, this is Harambe.
So.
No, for sure.
But those people are also.
Taramba.
I'm just thinking
in the lines of like,
you're talking about
animal education
and then kids educate
and I'm like,
oh, it'd be cool to see people
who've just like,
for sure.
Seeing the ends of the earth.
I think what I like about,
I think about
why like Robert Irwin
and like someone like Miss Rachel,
when I think about like for like
Smoshmouth is that I'm like,
they're also entertainers.
So they would come on here
and I'm like,
oh, you're,
you get our realms so
you can have a flowing conversation,
no problem as well.
Like this is what you do.
But you're also an expert
in another field.
So that's why they're like,
They're like my top two.
The other one is more just someone I think is hilarious as Caleb Heeran.
I mean, that would be top top tier.
So good.
But I'm also like scared of Caleb Heirin.
Why?
Because he would, like, I'm like, that is the sharpest wit.
Would roast.
On the internet.
But he's so nice.
Like, I listen to his podcast all the time.
And he's so nice to people.
But I'm like, man, if you just don't, if you say the wrong thing, man, he will rip you to shreds.
Or I'd say like good standups have really good observation skills.
Oh my God.
So it's like if we had like Chris Fleming on like Chris Fleming would be incredible.
My favorite standup.
And it's like if you like they're just the way they would observe.
If they came in, that's what I mean feel I would be nervous.
They do not miss a thing.
Yeah.
I think that would be really fun.
Oh, it'd be incredible.
You would be like it would get humbled fast.
Oh my God.
Yes.
But it would be so much fun.
I love them.
If you had to if you had to pick just one.
Just one?
Yeah, out of those.
Yours is Barbara and yours is Robert?
I'd probably take Robert Irwin because having animals, someone bring animals on would be so much fun.
Yeah, and I think now that I'm understanding this, I'm like, okay, a guest for Smoshmouth.
It doesn't have to be for Smoshmouth.
I'm thinking like, who do I want to hang out with?
And I'm like, I want to see somebody that's like been dead.
No, that's incredible.
But no, I think you're right.
Like, who's somebody that also has, like, good entertainment?
Sure.
I have a couple others that I do want to throw out.
One, I have an insane one and I have one that's realistic.
for Reddit stories, I would love to get like a legitimate couples therapist on.
Orna would be so good.
A professional.
Esther.
Esther.
And then we could like really have some like.
I would love Esther.
I actually think that might be one of my top guests.
Esther Perel would be a top guest.
And that would be great for here too.
But like to have someone who's like a true professional so we could really dig into some
stories that are dealing with stuff that is just that I don't want to like.
Wait, that's, that would be awesome.
To have like a couples therapist on Reddit?
Because then it's like, oh, I can give my reaction.
but then you have like someone who's really studied it and knows it talk about like
what might really be going on there and to to get that that's fascinating
awesome um but then my my insane one and this has genuinely been a dream for a long time on smosh
is a muppet dude if we had if we had it any any any muppet if it's just like imagine board a
f imagine we're playing flip seven it's like yeah and we have uh we have uh kermy
What's the one that's a rat?
Oh, yeah.
I had to read him in a reading once.
He's so funny.
A rat?
What's his name you guys?
I don't know a lot of the names, but like...
Miss Piggy.
If we did Flip 7 with Miss Piggy?
Miss Piggy, Kermit.
You're so right, Shane?
Big Bird?
Could you imagine Big Bird?
I mean, that's Sesame Street, but like...
Big Bird?
No, Cookie Monster?
Grouch?
Dude.
Oh my God.
This is Sluffelophagus?
My mom.
Snuffelophagus?
Dude, if what if we did, we bring back, eat it or eat it?
it's all cookies and we have cookie monster with us.
Burton and Ernie on the couch.
Burton and Ernie.
No, what if we have those two?
Waldorf.
Oh, the older guys?
Someone's, I always feel like that.
The old guys.
The old shitty guys.
Statler and Waldorf.
But we have them on something.
Oh, my God.
They're on the side for Smosh Pit Theater,
just roasting the shit out of us.
Wait, that'd be so fun.
Or we did darts and they're there?
We have to make this happen.
Oh, the other ones that I wrote down
is having a legitimate pro darts player.
It'd be so fun.
Or an actual chess grandmaster come on,
but we don't play chess.
We play something else.
We play like tiny laser highs.
Yeah, we have Magnus Carlson here,
but we're playing Clue.
We're playing Clue.
We're playing Cork.
We're playing Cork.
Yeah, play Cork.
Good luck.
All right, buddy, so this is how it goes.
You pull the strength.
We have Victor Wimbiana and we have Magnus Carlson.
We're playing Cork.
That's so fun.
But, yeah.
Those are good.
So this will happen.
I have to get at least one of these people on.
We got to get at least one person that we've mentioned today.
Or like, yeah, maybe thinking like who's so online that if we made a clip, if we farmed a clip right now?
You've had some incredible guests on.
I mean, like the fact that we had vanilla mason stuff is just so cool.
That's so sick.
She was so chill.
The most chill person ever.
Well, if we've said your name or you know this person, send this podcast to them so that we can get them on.
Tag up.
Even if it's not on this pot, even if it's just at smosh.
Anywhere.
Anywhere.
Anything.
That is the best part about working here.
We could slot them in in so many different ways.
We have so many some things.
You want to show up and just kind of, you know, stand there.
If Chris Fleming just wants to just hang out, grab a coffee.
Oh, I love that.
That'd be sick.
And if you guys have a dream guest that you guys are interested in, put it in the comments
because I'm intrigued to know who you'd want to see on this pod.
I have dream guests.
Oh, yes.
Selena.
Oh, Selena.
Selena, I know, I feel like I can guess at least one.
Which one?
Markiplier.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Of course.
Markiplier.
Of course.
But Ken Jennings.
Oh, Ken Jennings would be great.
That's a great one.
Oh, man.
Imagine if we do family feud or we do like, what if we did Jeopardy on Smosh games and it's all
of us versus Ken Jennings?
That's fun.
We would lose horribly, but it'd be very funny.
Be very funny.
Who's the lady that does the wheel for?
Fortune.
Vana White?
Vana White.
That'd be fun.
That would be cool.
Van of White would be awesome.
All right.
Quinta Brunson.
Yeah.
Incredible.
Of course.
That's a good one.
That would be so good.
The queen.
I've been rewashing the Sweet Life of Zach and Cody, so Dylan Spouse.
Okay.
And we'll cut that one.
Dylan.
And we'll cut that.
No, I'm just kidding.
Dylan.
Who's the mom and sweet life of Zach and Cody?
Whoever that actress is.
Kim Rose.
She held that show up with her hands.
Oh, you look back in the parents of so many of those shows.
I haven't seen a single episode of that.
Well, you know what.
You know what?
Sorry, I was busy.
Sorry, who else?
A mentalist.
Yeah, a mentalist would be really cool.
Oh.
That would be really cool.
That would be very interesting.
I would love to have, like, or just like some.
I would also love to have like a psychic on, like a really sick psychic.
We should just have our tune come in and do some hip-it-mo.
I'm down.
That'd be fun.
Yeah, and then I got Andy Sandberg, just for me.
Oh, I love Andy Sandberg.
That would be actually so awesome.
That's a great one.
Yeah
I think that's it guys
Yeah
I think we have to go
So that's kind of it
I guess that's kind of it
