Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy. His spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job. Building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries,
Starting point is 00:00:55 destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. We are seeing in real time the emergence of a different type of presidency. There's ways to describe the Trump presidency that are conventional. Oh, he's a disruptor. He's different. He's taking on all these different projects. What have I told you, though?
Starting point is 00:01:22 One of the reasons why he is succeeding is that he is an answer. anti-abstraction president. President Trump always feels like the luckiest man in the world. How many times have you heard that? Now, on July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania, turning his head to the right at that specific moment, hard to disagree. Even six years ago, people were making memes about how often the press said, the walls are closing on Donald Trump. And since then, the walls have been closing a lot more, but how many times has it looked all over for Trump, whether his business empire being taken away from him, the January 6 hit job, literally being shot on John. July 13th, the guy has dodged a bullet multiple, multiple times. He survived indictments in New York,
Starting point is 00:02:02 in Georgia, in Florida, and D.C. remarkable fortitude, the likes of which that we have not seen in American politics. The Russiagate conspiracy that tried to destroy him, he beat that too. He overcome all of that. And just the day, breaking out of New York, he survived Letitia James' attempt to bankrupt him with one of the flimsyest fraud cases. in memory. Today in New York Appeals Court has thrown out a $465 million verdict in that case. $465 million verdict. To give you a reminder of how bad that case was, most of the time, accusing somebody of fraud requires you that somebody be defrauded. But New York decided, nope, not needed. Even though all of Trump's lenders came out and said, yes, he's paid on time, he's a great client. They accused him of fraud. inflating the value of his assets. And by the way, if you go to Mar-a-Lago, they said, oh, yeah, Mar-a-Lago's worth $15 million. Mar-a-Lago is probably worth $900 million, minimum. It was so bad that after
Starting point is 00:03:08 it happened, Wall Street Panic, they said, wait, how can we keep affording to keep operating in New York if they do this? I remember I met somebody in Scottsdale from New York, built a huge financial business. He said, Charlie, I sold all my stuff in New York after Trump had that guilty verdict and I moved to Scottsdale because I was afraid that if they could go after Trump this way, the Soviet Union-style tactics will soon come after me. It was a political hit job from start to finish, and now it's failed. Now, this actually gets back to one of Donald Trump's greatest strengths, and I want to really zero in on this. Think about how many people hate Trump. Think about how badly they've wanted to destroy him in for so long, and how far they're willing to do it. And yet
Starting point is 00:03:48 nothing they've done has ever been able to stick. Why? Because President Trump, In the best possible way is a simple person. He follows the basic rules he's followed all life. Just like he doesn't drink or smoke, Trump doesn't break any laws. Why would he do that? That's how they take you out. Trump is aggressive. He understands where the rules are and he goes right up to the maximum place in the
Starting point is 00:04:14 betterment for America as any businessman would, by the way. If it's something like politics or media, he breaks all the rules. but he doesn't actually ever break the law and that is very important he's a simple guy like that and in a city of actual criminals that short circuits people's brains he's surrounded by actual criminals and he does not break the law now how does this all relate to the even bigger story today president trump's big push to take control of over washington dc well everybody it is working this should be the number one new story in the country and for democrats in chicago democrats in Philadelphia, Democrats in San Francisco, Democrats in Portland and Seattle, New York.
Starting point is 00:04:56 The crime that you are experiencing in your city is because you are choosing to have that crime. We said a week ago that this would be a crucial test. You could deploy troops to Washington, D.C., and you could put tanks on the street and make a big show of law and order, but it has to work. You actually have to bring crime down. And now today, we have this. For the first time in ages, D.C. has gone seven straight days without a murder. in August. This is killing season. This is where the blood flows through the streets, as Enoch Powell would say, in the United Kingdom.
Starting point is 00:05:32 This is killing season. This is where gangs are settling scores and those teenage youths are going out. For the first time in ages, carjackings are down 83%. Robbery is down 46%. All violent crime is down 22%. In one week, President Donald Trump has reversed America's most dangerous city, our nation's capital, into a far more pleasant place. This is empirical data. So for all of the chattering, clamoring, left-wingers out there, can you start to apologize? Can you start to have some contrition? This is now a test case. And for Brandon Johnson and for Karen Bass, this shows that you could solve this, but you want the killing. There is no other explanation. How did this happen? Well, it's the power of President Trump being so straightforward.
Starting point is 00:06:21 He's executing rules that are a lot older than the present-day conventional wisdom of D.C. And part of this is also psychological warfare. We're going to bring in the tanks. We're going to bring in the Marines. People mocked me when I said that last week. But I knew what I was saying. Why would I say something like that? Because criminals hate a bigger gun.
Starting point is 00:06:38 That's all they understand. All criminals understand is force. They don't want social workers. They don't want some sort of conversation in the corner. They don't want to be persuaded. All they understand is, whoa. there's a tank in the street. Maybe I shouldn't go kill somebody. Criminals have very short-term thinking. They're criminals.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Let's play cut 444. With the guard on the ground, crime is on the decline. For the first time in a long time, D.C. has gone seven days without a homicide. And that's not all. Carjackings are down 83%. Robberies are down 46%. Car thefts down 21%. And overall violent crime is down 22%. By the way, we're going to play this piece of team. tape multiple times throughout the hour, just to make sure that this is implanted into the
Starting point is 00:07:23 American zeitgeist. People who don't feel safe are not free. If you're not able to walk the streets of your great American cities, like walk the streets of Chicago, walk the streets in New York, and so for all the Democrats out there, what is your response? You have ruined America's greatest cities, and President Trump, it is working. This is real empirical data. And the one that matters most is no murders in one week. No murders in one week. Before Trump took over, they were averaging two or three murders a night. That is 20 murders a week. And it's working. And we need to keep it up. And now we need to scale it to other cities. This will help tourism. This will help morale in the nation's capital. This will allow us to clean up the open air
Starting point is 00:08:08 slum that Washington, D.C. has become. President Donald Trump decided to do a bold and ballsy maneuver. And that is the takeover DC. Now, Congress is going to have to extend his authorities here coming up. And they better. What are the Democrats going to say, oh, this is a racist takeover? I'm sorry, who's actually not being murdered right now? So less black people are being murdered and you're going to say this is a racist takeover. And guess what? We all win as Americans if our cities, especially our nation's capital, are not complete radical hellholes. The brilliance what President Trump did here is that it was a test case. It very well could have been a swing and a mess.
Starting point is 00:08:50 It could have been a failure. Crime could have gone up, by the way. We could have saw the gangs resist this. But deep down, we knew what we learned when George H.W. Bush did one of the most important things in his presidency, I believe, in 1991, when he signed the Insurrection Act after the Rodney King riots. And I remember I talked to somebody that was there. They said, Charlie, all these gangbangers, they were firing pistols up in the sky. They were burning police cars. This was after the Rodney King riots.
Starting point is 00:09:15 It enveloped the countries before I was alive. And they said, as soon as those tanks moved in their neighborhoods, we did one sweep, they all disappeared. They're all tough guys until the Marines show up. Hey, everybody. Charlie Kirk here, a close friend of mine just saved tens of thousands of dollars on his Medicare. And I want you to know how. Medicare enrollment is a maze of misinformation and it's no accident. The more confused you are, the easy it is for big insurance to steer you into overpriced plans that make them more money. Trump's Department of Justice sued three of the biggest brokers in America for allegedly doing just that.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Fortunately, there is a way to fight back. I trust Chapter. They're honest and they're independent. Chapter's licensed advisors search every single Medicare option to find what is best for you. My friend made one simple 30-minute phone call and now he's saving tens of thousands going forward and is fully covered. The call is 100% free. No pressure, just real honest help. People are relieved when they speak with Chapter.
Starting point is 00:10:14 chapter. They're honest and they're independent. So if you're turning 65 or already on Medicare called chapter today, dial pound 250 and say Charlie to speak with a trusted Medicare advisor. That's pound 250 and say Charlie. It could save you thousands. Ein Rand was wrong on a lot of stuff, especially metaphysics, but she was probably the most talented anti-Marxist understanding the liberal mind author of the 20th century. I would put her up against anybody. Einran said this. Leftists do not want to own your fortune. They want you to lose it. They do not want you to succeed. They want you to fail. They do
Starting point is 00:10:55 not want to live. They want you to die. They desire nothing. The left hates existence and they keep running. Each trying not to learn that the object of his hatred is himself. They are the essence of evil, she wrote about the left. They, those anti-living objects who seek by devouring the world to fill the selfless zero of their soul. It is not your wealth that they're after. Theirs is a conspiracy against the mind, which again means against life and man. That is well said, Ms. Rand.
Starting point is 00:11:30 Well said. This is liberals in a nutshell. That explains Magioni. That explains Mom Doni. They side with criminals. They side with parasites. A large chunk of the left is with. really strongly driven by resentment, and this inherently makes them against solving problems.
Starting point is 00:11:46 Why would the left bring down crime rates? They side with criminals all the time. They want more criminals out of jail. They want fewer criminals arrested. Not because they think this will help America, but because they know it will make it worse. They are a parasitic force on the United States of America. And this DC thing is a perfect test case. I cannot tell you, this DC thing now allows us to deal in reality, not a murder for seven days that is unheard. of in Washington, D.C., in the month of killing of August. There is this nihilistic drive that is the life force of the left. Now we have a control case and now we have a template. President Donald Trump is the anti-abstraction president. President Donald Trump did not need another think tank from some
Starting point is 00:12:30 nonprofit on case tree. By the way, you drive in D.C., there's all these, you know, $100 million buildings of this institute and this foundation. Some of them are plenty of nice people. President Donald Trump did not need another Oh, well, sir, here's a 55-page white paper on how you might. He said, I don't know, this is a waste of time. But run in the, roll in the tanks. We don't need a white paper. We need Marines.
Starting point is 00:12:52 We need bombs in Fordo. We need B2 bombers flying over Putin's head. We need John Deere tractors, hard business numbers, criminal in cages, and illegals getting tackled in the streets. You see, Russell Kirk wrote about this, one of my favorite authors, no relation. He wrote about this in the conservative mind. Russell Kirk wrote, politics is the art of the possible, not the pursuit of utopia. Russell Kirk taught us that where the conservative movement went wrong is they spent too much time in the clouds.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And boy, is that true? If you listen to the D.C. conservative political elite, they're constantly talking about abstractions. I can talk about abstractions all the time. I think it's fun at times to talk about the platonic ideal. We just spent times with Dr. James Orr. And this is the problem at its core of libertarian. is you get so consumed in the archetype and the ideal that you do not understand, hey, but you have thought one thought too many. It's a great philosopher who said that.
Starting point is 00:13:52 Sometimes you could be a victim of going one thought too many. And then Trump's combined with action, with praxis, which is the ancient Greek word for practice. And that is where Republicans are kind of, I don't quite understand this, because they have been raised in tradition. They have been raised in a culture. They have been raised in a conservative movement that is so overwhelmingly committed to the abstract and the distant while they ignore the immediate and the action-oriented. The DC machinery cares about NATO. President Donald Trump's like, I care about DC. Yeah, NATO's fine. But why don't Europe fund NATO and we fix D.C. Trump is the anti-ideologue president. Trump was not a conservative philosopher. He was the first president
Starting point is 00:14:43 to live like a real person, suspicious of abstractions, and loyal to reality. He did not bow to these idols of the global order, expert consensus, or institutional prestige. He asked the Kirkian question, not the Charlie Kirk question, the Russell Kirkian question. Does this serve the American people, or is it just a theory? Let me repeat it. Every single time President Donald Trump makes a decision, he says, is this a theory developed by some think tank guy from Yale? Or does this actually improve and better the American Republic? Russell Kirk famously said ideology is just politics gone mad. And Trump said enough with the madness. And we see it now on full display. For all the people that have had their cars jacked, for all the murders in D.C., you can now know,
Starting point is 00:15:35 Murray L. Bowser, they were choosing to allow it to happen. If you live in a major U.S. city and it's dirty and it's crime infested, it's because your leaders are choosing for that to happen. Crime is a choice. Look at El Salvador. And now it's time for us to scale it to all of America's greatest cities. We have a control case of a week. Let's spread it out to a month. And then let's turn America's cities into the safest of the Western Hemisphere. And I don't care if the Democrats object. Ingredients. President Trump says it's a must read.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Alex, welcome to the program. We love to have you on at least once a week. Everyone should purchase the book Breaking the Law. Alex, I want to get to the New York Civil Judgment because it connects to your book. But first, I want to get your analysis of what's happening in D.C. Alex, how rare an unusual is it in the month of August to have a whole week without a single murder in D.C. You lived in D.C. You built a wonderful company in D.C. Brightbart News. We're seeing carjackings down. We're seeing crime. This is empirical,
Starting point is 00:17:33 verifiable, third-party controlled data. Alex Marlowe, your thoughts. It's unbelievable. What Trump is doing is amazing in D.C. and we just got word that apparently he's going to be doing a ride-along tonight. He's going to be out on patrol with D.C., which is just with the D.C. police. This is the type of stuff that works as a leader, that you get your hands dirty. You show people that you're willing to mix it up with the people and actually do things yourself. It's just such great optics. Just think about him serving the fries up at McDonald's, what that looks like. And he's doing that tonight. Just the fact that he's getting the word out, Charlie, that there is a new sheriff in town, literally. And we're not going to tolerate crime.
Starting point is 00:18:12 That in and of itself is a massive deterrent. He sees this. It's so obvious. And yet the fools who are running that city for so long refuse to do anything like that because they don't want the crime statistics to go up, which inevitably it'll happen in the short term, and that'll be an admission that they've been wrong for so long. Trump sees through their games, and he's cracking down, and I just applaud it so much. Yeah, again, it's just unheard of to have this kind of drop in crime. Alex, what are you hearing from people on the ground in D.C. that have been in D.C., lived in D.C., and that know what D.C. used to be and the results that President Trump is now delivering. So what I'm hearing more is from one of my, from my left-wing sort of
Starting point is 00:18:53 are trying to get the party to back off of the opposition to this because they're saying that this is so obvious and necessary and things are going to be so much better for people who come to our Capitol, visitors who come through here, foreign dignitaries and foreign tourists who come here are going to notice this. And why the Democrats insist on being again on the wrong side of an 80-20 issue, they're deeply concerned that they couldn't resist the impulse just to say Trump is doing it. It must not only be wrong, Charlie, it must. must be fascism. This isn't fascism. This is completely legal and it's completely necessary if we're to be a society of law and order. So there is a light panic going on on the Democrat side.
Starting point is 00:19:32 As there should be. And so I want to connect this to now the New York judgment. You have this great book breaking the law. Remind everyone about this book. It's very important breaking the law. And we just got the news today that President Donald Trump does not owe the New York, the city in New York, or the state of New York, $465 million, an outrageous amount. The appeals court used the exact argument that I think that you also, that you make in breaking the law. Please take some time here, Alex. It's very important, Alex Marlow, author of breaking the law. Thank you, Charlie. And by the way, the book made all the major bestseller lists, including the New York Times, which is really hard to do. And your support and your audience's support is clearly a part of that.
Starting point is 00:20:14 So thank you personally for that. Another dub for you, Charlie, as well. And the exact argument I make about this particular case is that this was a cruel, unusual punishment. It also reveals the politicization of the New York Attorney General's office, which is a clear violation of due process clauses that you find the Fifth and Sixth Amendment. But this is an Eighth Amendment violation. You cannot have a victimless crime where Trump did not owe anyone one penny, and you assess him a $460 million fine that is accumulating interest.
Starting point is 00:20:45 Now he would owe over $515 million. dollars. Tish James still has 175 million of his dollars up on bond right now. I imagine that's going to get transferred back sometime soon but I specifically said Eighth Amendment, cruel and unusual punishment that's exactly the
Starting point is 00:21:00 argument that was put forth by this appeals court today, why they're throwing this thing out. So it's very sweet and it shows you that Trump's attorneys are also on point here. Whoever was handling the appeals I think brought the exact right argument and this bodes well. There will be more appeals. There will be more
Starting point is 00:21:17 things overturned. There'll be more investigations, Tis James is under investigation now. And the one part about my book, which is very key that people will enjoy, is that it is a playbook, it is a primer. So you'll be able to follow along as the things get thrown out, as new indictments take place, as new investigations take place. Some of the stuff got very complicated. I think I've sorted it out in a very clean way. So you'll be able to follow along with the news as we keep winning on behalf of President Trump with these cases. Yeah, and so what does surprise do the most? You've written this book, breaking the law, you understand the whole lawfare. What sense writing the book, publishing the book, theorizing about this very important argument, what has surprised you the most in the kind of genre of law fair now that we're in August of 2025? So let me answer it two ways. What surprised me the most while writing the book was the clear connection to the Joe Biden White House. Every single one of these cases had all six of them.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Tis James, for example, in the case we're talking about today, was making regular White House visits. And the fact that she was allowed to campaign for New York Attorney General on the promise of getting a political rival is clearly unconstitutional. And that was allowed and tolerated. And I can't believe that happened in our country. And we tolerated it. But since writing the book, I have a pleasant surprise for you guys. It feels like there's much more momentum, whether it be the great people that they got at the Department of Justice, the Ed Martins of the world, there seems to be much more of a hunger to investigate and hold people accountable. Since I closed work on the book, Jack Smith, the investigation to him was announced. And since the book was published, an investigation
Starting point is 00:22:55 in the Tiss James was announced. And then we got this great news today. So there does seem to be a renewed effort to actually try to get accountability. I'm as cynical as the next guy, Charlie, that none of these people get held to account the way they should. But it does feel like there's a new energy in Washington now to finally do something about some of these bad guys who are operating under another tier of justice. That's exactly right. Someone in the audience sent an email, Freedom at Charlie Kirk.com, they went a step further. They said, Charlie, when are these people going to be disbarred or penalized for abusing their law licenses?
Starting point is 00:23:29 I mean, is there anything that we can do? I mean, what they've put President Trump through, is there any accountability for these savages, for these maniacs, what they have done to President Donald Trump? The test case is Chish James, because she was so flagrant that, remember, she was tweeting out what Trump owed each day just to poke the bear some more, to gloat because of the interest rates that were going up. By the way, Trump should have been making money
Starting point is 00:23:54 off of that $175 million that was up on bond. He could have invested that in gold, Charlie. He would have had a return on that investment. Trump is owed interest. This is really important. Trump should be paid interest on all the money he had put up on bond that was just sitting there for a year and a half.
Starting point is 00:24:07 So he's got to collect on that. But Tish James is the test case. She should absolutely be disbarred. She should probably go to prison. I'm not an attorney, so I don't know for sure, but that would be something that should be in the realm of possibilities. There's no way she should be allowed to practice law at all in this country after this. And the mortgage fraud stuff, which is very legitimate that's going on, that she's also getting investigated for that. So she's the test case.
Starting point is 00:24:29 If they get her, then a lot of dominoes could fall afterwards. Well, and time out. We've got to take a step back, everybody. It's not just Trump. Tish James was the heat-seeking missile that took out the National Rifle Association. Yes, that's right. He's a very dangerous. She's a very treacherous. She's a very, very good operator. She's not like Fannie Willis, who's just the clown court jester, who's going to be an MSNBC contributor next month. Great point. Now, Leticia James, she's a navigator. You see, she's a, she's a vicious, vicious actor in this space. And she's, she's a dark triad. She's completely nihilistic. She's angry, and she's very talented. You do not want those three things together. She's an angry operator, but I'm not going to, I don't. I don't. I don't. want to get too far. I don't know if she's intellectual.
Starting point is 00:25:13 No, this is important. And it's in the book. I cover all this stuff as well. She's effective. Alex Marlowe, please. The NRA thing you can't forget. Alex Marlowe. No, no, she is not to be underestimated. She's also got incredible amounts of time on her hands. This is her mission from God, in her view, is that she feels like she's put on this earth to take out Donald Trump as sick as that sounds. But that's what she feels like she's here to do. And before that, it was the NRA and other conservative targets. She is one of the most political operators in the entire law fair superstructure, which is why I call her the test case. She's the one that is the most flagrant, the most obvious that she is politicizing
Starting point is 00:25:46 her perch in our system of justice in this country. There is the law and order apparatus. Our system, our judicial system, is purely a tool of Democrat power if she is allowed to continue to operate in this space. She should not be after what we've witnessed. And this clear rebuke that she's issuing cruel and unusual punishments in the middle of an election of the standard bearer of the opposite political party. That's all you need to know about who she is. But the more you dig the scarier it gets. And she will continue to do this unless she's held accountable. Yeah. And that's right. Again, I, I hope that there's some vector here. The mortgage fraud thing seems very legitimate. I don't quite understand all the details of it. Was she just like using some
Starting point is 00:26:25 But it's her area of expertise. She busted Trump for the same. Well, that's, that's right. And look, 100%. And look, some people say, well, Charlie, you know, we should be better. We should rise above it. Let me tell you, you know what rising above it actually looks like? It looks like that you cannot allow these savages. You cannot allow these maniacs to just continue to go after this about any sort of recourse. You need to make an example out of Letitia James. Tish James needs to completely be made an example. You know why? Because she tried to make an example of the National Rifle Association and also Project Veritas with James O'Keefe. Anyone that was within the New York turf, she sent out her emiss, her little shock troops all the way after them. She sent her goons after Trump,
Starting point is 00:27:08 after James O'Keefe. She sent her goons after the National Rifle Association. The NRA today is not the NRA of 10 years ago. By the way, is a very powerful political thing. They still exist, obviously, but they've been completely castrated because of Tish James.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Like 95% decrease in efficacy because of Tish James' her deceit, her treachery, and quite honestly, her dark spirit that she represents. She thinks like a KGB agent. She needs to go to jail. Tish James needs to go to.
Starting point is 00:27:38 jail. Alex Marlow, breaking the law. Thank you so much. Great work. Love it, Charlie. Great additions and appreciate you as always. Starting point is 00:28:38 loan problems, private student loan problems. Check it out right now at yrefi.com. That is yR-R-E-F-Y.com. Nate Morris joins us from the great state of Kentucky. Nate Morris.com. He is running for the U.S. Senate for McConnell's open Senate seat. Nate, great to see you, my friend. I was there at your campaign announcement. We're doing everything we can to try to assist you and try to boost you. There's a Breitbart story here, brightbart.com. Collusion in Kentucky. Mitch McConnell's allies plot to take out Nate Morris. So wait, McConnell's little allies are colluding to take you out. That makes me like you even more.
Starting point is 00:29:16 Nate Morris explained. Charlie, it's great to be with you and to see you. And thank you for all your support. Charlie, our opponents were caught red-handed colluding to bring together a super pack and get it funded by Mitch McConnell and try to take us out. And this is how crazy this race is going to get when the establishment sees that they're losing control. They're losing their grip on this.
Starting point is 00:29:38 seat through Mitch. And my opponents are getting so desperate. They're working together to try to hit us, Charlie. And they were caught red-handed. And I think that tells you and the people of Kentucky everything they need to know about how important this race is of getting rid of the stench of Mitch, getting rid of the last 40 years of a guy who stabbed the president in the back over and over again and bringing in fresh blood. And Charlie, as you know, the two people in this race, they're completely Mitch puppets, and it proves it that they're working together to create a super PAC, get the money for Mitch and to come after us. Well, look, Mitch is such a turncoat. And you have refused to bend a knee to this entire mafia and to play the Kentucky game where, you know, the other
Starting point is 00:30:22 candidates, I'm not here to attack them. You should attack them because you're running against them. But they're involved in that entire operation. The other story here I want to talk about is you want to stop all immigration. I'm sorry, all immigration, Nate Morrison. that's amazing. You want an immigration moratorium. Producer Andrew right now is giving you standing ovation. Explain Nate Morris. What do you mean by that? Charlie, we've been in a crisis for decades. We've had open borders for decades. And Charlie, we're absolutely full. We are overrun with illegals in this country. They have overrun our hospitals, our schools. I talk to county clerks around Kentucky. They're processing over 120 languages from all these illegals that are coming in to our
Starting point is 00:31:04 state. And I'm sure you saw the news from Stephen Miller. He said that there's at least 20 congressional seats that would flip from Democrats or Republican if illegals didn't vote in our elections. And Charlie, we know that Democrats love illegals coming into our country so they can cheat and they can get these illegals on our census and they can rig elections. And we know that rhinos love illegals because they love cheap labor. And the only way to fix this is we got to stop. We've got to have a full moratorium and a hard stop on any new immigration coming into our country until we deport every one of these 20 million illegals that Joe Biden has led into our country. It's absolutely a disgrace. And thank goodness for President Trump, he sealed the border. And now the next step is to build on
Starting point is 00:31:50 that and make sure all these illegals go back where they came from. Well, and you're also running on a national populist campaign message of bringing American manufacturing back to this country. I was at the Cubs game last night, and they gave me a baseball. And it says, made in China. Can you believe that we make our base? There's nothing more American than baseball. We are making our baseballs in China. Nate Morris, when you become a U.S. Senator and you fill this open Senate seat from McConnell, I'm going to commission you that you are going to get a 600% tariff on baseballs made in China and we're going to make baseballs in America again. It's ridiculous. Why would a baseball by Rawlings be made in China? It's outrageous. Nate Morris, talk about
Starting point is 00:32:26 ringing jobs back to the great state of Kentucky and baseballs. It's absolutely disgraceful. And Charlie, I grew up in a working class home. 19 of my family members worked in an auto plan in Kentucky. My grandfather ran a local automotive union. And the first thing he'd tell me, look at where things are made. He'd always look for made in the USA, any chance he got. And I think President Trump has done an incredible job. Like Louisville Slugger.
Starting point is 00:32:50 That's right, Louisville Slugger. And these tariffs are a great way to level the playing field for the American worker that's gotten the shaft from all the elites around the world. And they have been exploiting our labor. They've been exploiting our people, exploiting our goods and services. And President Trump has gotten a right with these tariffs. And Charlie, just last week, we had an announcement from Apple, $2.5 billion of investment coming into Kentucky to produce more Apple manufacturing. And that's a direct result of these tariffs that President Trump has put in place.
Starting point is 00:33:25 So I stand with the American worker. We have to put American people first. and we've got to build stuff in this country again. You know that, Charlie. And this is a matter of national security, but it's also about the viability of our middle class. 100%. Nate Morris, we're behind you.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Nate Morris.com. Everyone in the audience should chip in what you can. He is going to displace the McConnell Mafia. And if you do not, official major league baseball is what it says, made in China. If that is not an example of the raping of the interior of our country by the Chinese Communist Party,
Starting point is 00:33:55 I don't know what will, and Nate Morris will solve it. Nate Morris.com. you so much. Excellent work. Come on again soon. Thank you. Thank you, Charlie. I'm not getting over this. Official Major League Baseball made in China. It's an outrage. Thanks so much for listening. Everybody. Email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
