My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college.
You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
Go start a turning point USA college chapter.
Go start a turning point you would say high school chapter.
Go find out how your church can get involved.
Sign up and become an activist.
I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
Most important decision I ever made in my life and I encourage you to do the same.
Here I am.
Lord, use me.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.

24, 2026. We're here in Phoenix, Arizona at the Y-Refi Studios. Hope all of you are doing well.
How are we doing, Blake? I'm doing stupendous. Because today, you've got a mic. I have my own
microphone flag. And not only is it also a Y-Refi-Fi mic flag, the
Why refi on it is bigger than yours, Andrew.
That's so true, actually.
It's a good point.
Yeah.
Not okay with this.
All right, we're going to be addressing this soon.
Uh-oh.
Somebody's not happy.
Well, I am happy for another reason, however, and that is because MS Now reporters are still getting blocked from the White House.
It's an ongoing saga.
This morning, a judge ordered the Trump administration to submit their concerns with allowing them back in by 1230 Eastern.
So in about 27 minutes, they are ordered to get that back in and explain themselves.
But what's so fun about this.
It's like a Cold War standoff.
What's so fun about this is that you have these reporters.
And I just, I wanted to lead with this because Real America's voice, it cannot be said enough.
This network stepped into the breach, into the gap, and it's been providing the pool feed for media outlets all across the world of the White House for free.
You can get it.
Okay?
that it is completely available to them nevertheless the saga continues there are there's wars there's
famines there's legislation being passed and guess what the mainstream news media is covering that's
right they're covering the fact that they are not allowed into the white house and it is glorious
i say hold the line hold the line under what authority do they have to let these people in sot 16
i flashed my badge i was allowed through the first perimeter fencing then i went to the press pass
security hut. You put your badge on a pin pad. You tap it. You put in your pin, which I did,
like I do every time, and it started flashing red. I asked the U.S. Secret Service. He took the badge,
he ran it again, and he said, quote, it's still being disabled. But it's not clear,
based on the interaction that I had, whether or not this is a defiance, as I heard Lisa was saying,
of the court order, or it's some kind of incompetence or lag in the system where they have not
updated our press badges and the fact that we should have access based on the judge's ruling Jonathan.
Oh, please let it be defiance. Let it not be mere incompetence because this is just too good.
I'll be honest, this whole story started and I was like, you know, what's the point of kicking out these?
I mean, they're going to, you know, cover it anyways. I really didn't have a strong opinion about it.
knew they deserved it. You get more passionate because of how this is clearly the most important thing in the world to them now.
This is exactly right. They are, they consider themselves a priestly set aside class that deserves kid gloves, special treatment, privilege. Point of personal privilege.
They continue. SOT 17. This is from CNN.
For now, it appears that the White House may be in defiance of this court order. We're still waiting to see. Again, we have asked for comment.
We've asked for clarification on what exactly is going on and when our credentials will be reinstated,
according to that judge's temporary restraining order issued just after 1 a.m.
So this is just like catnip for them. They can't help it. They are the most important persons in the country.
And therefore, it will be front page news day in and day out as long as you keep these guys out of the White House.
And I say, good for you, President Trump. Good for you, Susie Wiles.
Good for you, everybody who was behind this decision.
I completely endorse it and support it.
They should be put in their place.
Real America's voice has proven that they are not the only act in town.
They're not the only game in town.
Real America's voice has been building out the infrastructure to tackle this problem for years.
They were ready to step in.
They have the technical expertise and the infrastructure all in place.
So that's what's going to happen.
And I would say as long as they're covering this, guess what they're not covering.
how China's going to beat America and all this garbage, okay? Because this, these people are a poison to the body politic.
They are constantly, okay, they claim that there are no, there's no more real journalists at the White House.
But riddle me this, if you're covering every single policy, even when they get rid of billions of dollars in fraud, that is objectively good for the American people, and it's still 92% negative coverage, is that not propaganda?
it. I don't want to get into
that particular weed. What gets me
is just the weirdness of
you and I cannot walk into the White
House whenever we want.
You actually have to basically be invited.
And it does strike me that it seems
journalists
specifically think that they have the
specific inalienable
legal right to
get into the absolute
nerve center of power. Often for specific
people. I remember they tried to
in the first term boot out Jim
Acosta and say you have to send a different reporter to the White House. And I think they got a
judge to rule actually Jim Acosta specifically has the right to go into the White House and be part of the
pool. Well, and so what they are doing, if you actually look into the court orders and the, the, the
DOJ filed on behalf of the White House here. And they basically cited multiple national security leaks
that have been given to these outlets as the justification for doing it. They said it's in
the national security interest of the United States to ban these people from the white.
So it's going to be interesting to see how it plays out.
My whole take is the people love it.
It is the most popular thing I've seen online that the Trump administration is done in the last couple months.
They fundamentally dislike journalists.
And I guess the thing that we're seeing here is whether they fully deserve it or not,
they become much more unlikable when they flip out and make everything about themselves to the most.
Yeah, sanctimony.
That's the great way of putting it.
is so galling and so it's stomach turning to watch them be so self-important.
And I think that's why this is so enjoyable.
Yeah.
I mean, we talked about how, for example, when we were watching 9-11 footage, 25-year anniversary,
I was watching a lot of CNN stuff.
And then I just thought about the CNN that I had to see every day.
When I worked at Fox, for example, they would have CNN often playing on TVs in there and you show the competition.
And every single day, it would have new heights of,
kind of ridiculously propagandistic
chyrons. I think I remember one that was just
President Trump refuses to apologize for lies
I think was their subhead one day.
Yeah, I mean, and this is what's interesting.
I mean, I think that they have been doing penance for 10 years
because Jeff Zucker thinks that he's responsible
for getting President Trump elected the first time
because they covered his rallies.
He's totally irresponsible.
He should feel it.
But this is what it is.
So what you're actually seeing
is this long march of penance by CNN and the others
that feel that they are responsible for the state of the country
because they are. This is why we can't have nice things. This is why we can't
have ICE agents not be accosted and attacked on the streets
is because of these miscreants, these propagandists. And so I'm totally
here for it. Send us your thoughts. Freedom at Charliekirk.com. Do you like it?
What happens? Send us this email.
if the judge says that President Trump and the Trump administration have to allow these people back into the White House,
which they've sort of already said, but they've been given another few minutes here to file their response.
What happens then? Should they defy the judge? Is this where we go? Is this where we finally push back against the black robe regime and their tyranny?
Let us know your thoughts. Freedom at Charlie Kirk.com.
Another story we are watching, just I'm going to just start out there as a quick aside, is this.
cratum these cratum deaths at old miss like that's like a that horrible russia drug it's basically
like drugs you can get legally at the gas station oh and there's been two deaths at olmiss it so we're
watching that we might go into more depth about that but just put it this way if you see cratim at
the gas station or whatever avoid it like the plague like the plague along with all the other
substances yeah but but for real this stuff is going crazy especially with young people and it's
legal, don't mess around with it, okay?
I had a friend that got totally
hooked on this stuff, and it was getting
off it was this huge saga.
God bless him, he did a great job getting
off it, but it was like a whole, I mean, this stuff is
real serious stuff, and they just sell it at the stores.
We need to get this stuff banned. I'm not even kidding.
Okay, we got a bunch of emails about what President
Trump should do with the press of the White House.
I just say, we got to get President Trump
some kudos here.
He has
changed fundamentally the dynamic with the
mainstream news media and it's a testament to the power of this audience at real america's voice the
testament of what charlie has done what jack has done what bannon is done to help cultivate this
audience john solomon so many others so kudos to you guys um god bless you okay the the email's like
flooded in all right yeah so we have uh jeff says let them in don't call on them which would be
funny lana said similarly put them in the back of the room and ignore them and that would be really
funny. Michael says, defy, defy, defy! I'm sick of them going to these activist judges and getting
away with it. Robert, let's see, no, Alessandra says, Donald Trump must never, ever let these
Cretans into the White House. This is the real people's house, not for them. They cheat and lie.
He must fight this. They are part of the lying media networks. I love our audience. Daniel says,
the state socialist media will say the White House is racist for not letting them in.
They probably will. They'll probably find out to say that.
That's just like the Congress said.
Sharon says, if the lion MSM must for now be admitted, just take none of their questions, seat them in the back or against the back wall, and give them no privileges.
I do think that would be the funniest possible things.
We need to make them all where it does.
You're let in and you're just, and if they can maintain discipline to never, ever call on them.
and then that could lead to a really funny drama.
Will we get a court order to say you have to ask, let Politico ask a question?
Will you get a court order that says you have to answer that question?
You have to give CNN an interview or else?
It's getting obscene.
I wonder where they'll go with it.
It totally could.
And we've seen all they collaborate.
So you could get very funny drama where every person in this wide range of outlets,
they'll just say, could you please answer CNN's question or something?
I'm going to defer my question.
It's total high school.
drama stuff. Well, sorry, no questions. And without waiting into any of the legal arguments,
I find it very funny. That's the whole point. This is great. Listen, I just want to, I woke up this
morning, and there's all this, this doom and gloom out there, right? If you're in a Trump plus 15 district,
then you're not going to be able to check the polling. I'm telling you, I think there's a whole
sly up going on. I think there's a whole, yes, we are behind. I'm not saying that, that it's like
that big of a sire up. But when have polls ever given
Republicans Affairs. When has a poll ever oversampled Republicans? Never. Never once. Never once does a poll come out like that. So do not give in to this sigh up. Do not give in to this doom and gloom sigh up. We have a fighting chance to hold the Senate and the House. Mark my words. And I was looking at David Marcus, Fox reporter, great guy. He's on the ground in Minnesota. He's like, hey, listen, I don't believe the polls anymore. I'm on the ground. And this.
There is a real chance Michelle Tovoyo takes this.
All right.
So the point is we have hope.
We're going to talk about that an hour too, by the way.
But go ahead, Blake.
Well, I just really liked, we got Anthony's idea.
He says what they should do is build a press media tent inside the White House because they have credentials.
Like you use for a party.
Put a TV with speakers in there and no mics and make them watch the briefings that way.
Oh, I love that.
And they can submit their questions.
Also, don't provide any heat or AC and put it right on, you know, right by the White House.
They'll provide their own.
These people, I'm telling you, because you got to remember, they think that they are priests.
They think that they are sanctified, washed in the holy, you know, ink of old news media.
They're not.
They're just people.
I know these people, by the way.
A lot of them are total degenerates.
All right, we got to get to this Mizoo story before we bring on Shane winnings in the next segment,
because I want you guys to have the background here.
This happened yesterday.
I posted it on X.
I think it's like 2 million.
Okay, like a lot of people are talking about it and it was really shocking stuff.
I'm just going to play the clip.
You can hear it for yourself and we'll discuss.
Stop four.
It is worth it to have a couple gun deaths every couple of years in order to keep our Second Amendment right.
I agree.
Excellent.
That's all I had to say.
That's what Charlie Kirk thought too and he died by his word.
Yeah, and you know what?
What's brave is when people believe something and they die for it and they're,
they wouldn't have changed their opinion.
That's called a conviction, and I pray that you find out what that means one day.
No, I agree, and I think that it's great that he died for his beliefs.
So you are four people being killed for freedom of speech?
Yeah, absolutely.
I think that's completely un-American.
That's insane, actually.
Okay, so you're four people being killed for the Second Amendment right?
The Second Amendment doesn't kill anybody.
Murderist people kill people.
Okay.
Whatever do you.
Charlie died for way more reasons than his Second Amendment belief.
That was crazy.
That was crazy.
So for those who can't see that, not only was that guy saying, yeah, I support people being killed for the First Amendment, but he was wearing in mockery of Charlie, white freedom t-shirt, has it all dyed red, you know, neck injury look.
On the left side.
Yeah.
And has it all done up to look exactly like Charlie when he got shot?
And, yeah, shows up, says, I support people being killed.
for the First Amendment has people behind him clapping like seals, which that's what always stands out for me.
There are individual cranks who will do anything. But a big difference between right and left.
If there were any left-wing icon was horribly murdered, assassinated in public, it would never occur to me to go to right in the face of liberals who might be memorializing him, remembering who loved that specific person, and mock them over it, dress up in a costume.
And more to the point, it would be completely impossible for me to get a dozen people to tag along with me to clap like seals when I did it.
Well, check this up. So when we talk about trans Tifa, we talk about that the whole transgender movement is actually a really violent movement.
Show this image. Show 139. So this is some internet sleuth to track down this kid that did this that mocked Charlie's death.
And you can see, kill cops, kiss girls.
And him and a buddy seem to be dressing up with guns and body armor and magazines.
And it's, you know, saying happy MF pride, separate by class and keep the middle low,
instill the order with the border just for show, build the weapons and let them have their peace of mind.
I mean, this is deep, dark fantasy, bloodlust of killing.
I mean, this is like, this is not good, folks.
And I put on the caption that this is a spiritual war.
And I hope that you're looking at this and really internalizing that.
We've got to pray for our country.
You've got to pray for safety.
We've got to pray that whatever is inflicting these kids like this,
we rip it out root and stem from this country
Shane Winnings joins us now
he is an Afghan war vet
a former law enforcement officer
a preacher and he's chairman and CEO
of promise keepers and he's been out in the field
with our field team
doing pick up the mic events at campuses all across the country
and he's like you're a machine Shane
you're going from one to the next to the next
and yesterday we played it
and we can play it as B-roll
we already played the clip in the last
segment. But what did you think when this, I guess, sort of androgynous looking person approaches
the mic wearing a T-shirt, a freedom t-shirt with blood on the left side, obviously mocking Charlie
in the way he was killed? You engaged him in the debate, but I could tell there must have been a
moment. You're like, do I even do this? What was going through your mind in that moment, Shane?
Yeah, and thanks for having me. You know, this individual had been there.
for a couple of hours since nearly the beginning.
And I had, you know, kind of called them to come up to the mic, you know,
hey, you came here in this outfit.
Why don't you have the courage to come say something?
And they wouldn't.
And thankfully, there was a group of frat guys who were there.
They actually were the ones who had the viral video when Trump was elected
at the University of Missouri.
I believe it's Sigma New.
Some of their members came forward and called this individual out on the mic.
And I used that momentum to call them forward.
and they came.
So, you know, as dark as it feels sometimes,
I'm grateful and have hope that we have some real patriots,
real God-fearing, God-loving people on those campuses to back us up.
Yeah, I mean, there's a reason why Charlie specifically was, you know,
took note of trans people in the audience or at the events.
And the more we know about this person, the Internet's been sleuthing around.
It's a big fascination with blood, big fascination with guns,
He's posing with a sign saying kill cops, kiss girls.
You know, did you feel, I mean, did you feel like threatened by this person at all?
Was any of that energy going on?
Or was it just, did you just feel like it was there for just mocking sake?
I definitely felt like it was just mocking.
You know, there weren't any threats made.
Obviously, they didn't, you know, make any kind of threatening motions or movements or say anything particularly threatening.
you know and what I'm finding is just trying to have compassion remember that somewhere underneath
this facade of a human that we're witnessing is a person that God deeply cares about and so I'm trying
to balance accountability and compassion and mercy and all of these things at once and so I think
delivering a direct truth telling someone hey you know I believe the way that you think is sad
and I think that you're a sick person but pointing them back to like Christ as the one who can
change the heart. I think that's the real victory there. And so, you know, they came up. They got there
90 seconds of fame, but the internet is doing its thing. And yeah, this person had a pretty dark
past. And what concerned me the most was the initial response from Missouri, who didn't even
want us on campus and then didn't want to provide a strong police presence. And so hopefully now
after the fact, they realize they've got some pretty evil people walking their campus and
they need to do a better job protecting their students at a student held function.
They didn't want to provide a police presence.
You're kidding.
Really, they pushed back on that.
They would have, let's have security.
Let's have police.
Outrageous.
What is the most famous thing that has ever happened thanks to one of these events?
Right.
Yeah, we had one cop who was kind of sitting and didn't seem very interested.
And they wouldn't allow us to fly our drone to check the rooftops.
They assured us they had their own going on.
And, you know, we had some great security.
We've had an amazing experience with these other campuses.
I mean, Nebraska, we were just at two days before, guys on every single rooftop with snipers and binoculars and, you know, clearing buildings when they got, you know, alleged threats or whatever.
I mean, they did an incredible job.
Mizzou was the complete opposite.
So I just found it fascinating that the one campus where we really have a crazy kind of experience like this is the one where they didn't seem too interested in showing a true presence on campus.
That just feels dark to me.
Like there's some sort of weird, you know, because you think back.
Masu had all that crazy race stuff and I don't know man there's something something and this is what
you find when you go to these different college campuses you go to each one and shame maybe you can
speak to this each one has its own vibe and I would say a spiritual reality uh that yes that is over it
now Missouri is a great state Eric Schmidt uh Senator Eric Schmidt Senator Josh Hawley great friends of the show
both tremendous patriots you know big missou fans all that stuff but I mean that doesn't
negate the fact that locally at these campuses, you can feel a heaviness.
Yeah, absolutely. And your caption on your ex post was you couldn't have said anything else or
said it better. We are in a spiritual war. And my team, you know, our wives at home are saying the same
thing. We feel like something has shifted this semester, specifically yesterday. And when you're
out there, again, I didn't feel fear. I didn't feel panic. I didn't feel anything like that.
But I definitely felt for the first time, and I've done almost 50 campuses, if not more, in the last
years. This was the first campus where I really felt like there is a tension that is happening in the
spiritual world. We're seeing it play out. We're seeing people who support coming out in droves.
You know, we're having three, four, five hundred people at these events, thank God. But we're
also seeing the other side come out and make their presence known. And so I'm excited for the rest of
our tour stops. But man, we've got to be in prayer. And we definitely need the campus security to do
their job. Yeah. I'm going to send this clip to some friends in Missouri because that's,
unacceptable, Shane.
We're talking about the fact that it's a spiritual war.
I'm going to play this next clip.
This was Bo Diddle, our TPSA Frontlines reporter,
and he was in Idaho, another conservative place.
And this happened, SOT 18.
Check this out.
You want to see my impersonation of Charlie Kirk?
Gang violence.
Ugh.
Eh, eh.
Disgusting human was in the dictionary would have a picture of you.
Perfect.
That is absolutely vile to make.
I'll actually give you a bottle of my own
so you can freeze and come dumping on my own grave
when I die, bro.
That way I can put it on my own grave.
How do you feel about that?
I'm not going to disrespect you, but...
Very sad.
Your microphone stick in in people's faces is disrespect.
Write it down, take a picture.
I don't give a fuck Charlie Kirk.
Your Jim Crow, Jesus.
Your turning point, USA.
Fuck out of here.
No one cares, Bo.
So it turns out, Shane,
the internet did its thing with this guy too and him and his spouse wife girlfriend partner
whatever they're Satanists they're actual Satanists in Idaho you surprised yeah it does it does
not surprise me and true Satanism is not you know the worship of Satan the demon you know the devil as
we know that is a small percentage of Satanism the majority of Satanism is worship of self
and that is what we're seeing and you know I find it more and more interesting
the more campuses we go to and students we talk to,
conservatives at large want to have conversations
and influence the hearts and minds of America
to make the right decisions come voting day
and how they live their lives.
And the left, who claims us to be fascists
and dictators and all this,
hate us for having conversations
and want to kill us for what we say.
So, you know, they are what they call us.
And we just have to remember,
we can't fight fire with fire.
We don't respond the way they do.
We respond with truth.
We're very direct.
We're very strong.
We're filled with faith.
But we also carry God's heart of compassion and love.
And that's what makes us different at the end of the day.
That's why people love Charlie.
They still continue to speak well of him.
And I pray that for all of us on campuses, they can say the same about us.
Yeah.
I mean, it's just, I sent a picture.
You can actually see this picture if the chat could get it up.
And I love your heart there, Shane.
And I love your courage.
But this is literally him and his, I don't know, partner.
wearing devil horns.
I mean, and again, another instance where there seems to be a fascination with guns.
If you could throw this one up, I know I'm just throwing these on you on the fly team.
So, but yeah, look at, it seems to be another fascination here.
In Idaho, in Missouri, in Red America.
And they want to ask us why we want ARs as law-abiding citizens.
And they want to ban the Second Amendment.
look at who also has rifles and they're not yelling about the left having rifles.
So this is a great point, actually, and I want to bring this up because that, going back to
Mazoo, the kid with the blood all over his shirt, he brought up the comments from Charlie
on the Second Amendment. And he, Charlie, people love to use this quote against Charlie. Charlie was
talking about how, guess what, there is a cost to freedom. There are 50,000 car deaths, accidents
fatalities in the United States every year. Does that mean that we want to remove that freedom
and ban cars and ban driving? Charlie said no, because as adults, we can understand that there
was a trade-off for freedom. Does it mean that we treat it as a triviality that people die?
Of course not. We want to make things safer. We want people to wear their seatbelts. No drunk
driving. Want people to drive safe. That's why we like cops because they hand out tickets for reckless
striving. But it also could be applied to the Second Amendment. And we understand that there are deaths
involved because people have the freedom to own guns. But that doesn't mean you remove that right from
humans. And here's, but they love to throw that in Charlie's face. They love to say, Charlie,
you got it coming. You asked for it or something evil and sick like this. Your thoughts on this,
shame. Yeah, you know, and that's why I tried to respond the way I did and just say, you know what,
I don't believe Charlie would change his mind if he could come back. Because
that is called having a conviction. And these people don't understand what conviction means. You know,
these people will fold under pressure and a true patriot, you know, a true American will hold to
their convictions, even if it costs them their life, because it makes sense. And what Charlie said
makes sense. We don't talk about the amount of lives saved by guns. We don't talk about the amount of
crimes prevented by good guys with guns. And it's just like you said, it's called acceptable losses.
and unfortunately, you know, our friend Charlie was taken because of a gun,
but that does not make what he said untrue.
And many of us still feel the same.
I still feel the same.
And it's just having conviction.
And I pray these people learn what that actually feels like to be able to live for something
and even die for something that you believe is true.
Amen.
Shane Winnings, you're a great guy.
You're out there doing the hard work, Shane.
So keep it up and stay safe.
And you let us know if any of these universities are going to be.
giving you a problem because it's unacceptable.
It's absolutely unacceptable.
I will. Thank you, guys.
All right, God bless you, my friend.
Keep on, keep up the good work, my friend.
I want to talk to you about an issue so many Americans face, and that's health insurance.
There's an organization I really, really appreciate, called Christian Healthcare Ministries.
CHM is a faith-based alternative to health insurance.
And this is real stuff, folks.
Like, you've got to listen in.
With CHM, you're not paying into a company's profit margin.
You're investing in a community with less overhead than the competition.
You get reliable support through the giving and prayer of fellow members.
Members contribute every month to help pay for each other's medical bills,
allowing believers to afford the care they need because they're not insurance.
You get access to your preferred doctor or hospital without network restrictions.
You heard that right.
If you want to see massive savings in your health care budget,

Archbishop Fulton Sheen is the beatification.
I think I'm saying that right.
Yep.
Listen, I'm a cradle Catholic.
I'm not a practicing Catholic now, but I have great love for the Catholics.
And Archbishop Fulton Sheen was a great preacher.
Great preacher, which honestly, Catholics aren't really known for having great preachers.
This guy could preach.
Yes.
Let's go ahead and play Sot 12, a little throwback.
False compassion, which is a lot of.
is gradually growing in this country is a pity that is shown not to the mugged but to the
mugger, not to the family of the murdered, but to the murderer.
There are the social slaverers who insist on compassion being shown to the muggers,
to the dope fiends, to the throat slashers, to the beatniks, to the prostitutes, to the
homosexuals to the punks so that today the decent man is practically off the reservation.
This is the false compassion.
Wow.
Yeah.
Come on.
Banger.
Banger.
I love the beat next in there.
They deserve to be hated more.
The beat mix were terrible.
Gosh.
And this guy was a huge preacher, huge breacher, television.
I think he had like a weekly audience of 30 million back in the 50s and 60s.
Life is worth living, I think.
Was that what it was?
Exactly. Should we have Jack yet? I know life is worth living. Talk back.
Okay, we have Jack. Jack Bosobik is in St. Louis.
Thousands of people gathered to honor the beatification of Fulton Sheen.
Tell us what it's like there, Jack.
Well, guys, it's incredible. And in fact, as you see behind it, there's 50,000 people here.
And it's not just Catholics, by the way. It's Christians. It's people who are just curious.
It's a celebration of American patriotism. It's an awakening of bringing Christ back into the public's
You're seeing behind me.
This is the Sheen Expo, and the crowd is turning over, by the way.
You've got a ton of young priests.
You've got Gen Z.
You've got nuns all over the place, sisters.
And again, by the way, this is just the convention hall because later this afternoon,
in the America's Dome where the St. Louis Rams used to play,
they filling out the entire football stadium for the two-hour beatification mass
and celebration of Fulton Sheen.
I'm calling it an American consecration.
Oh, I love that.
And what's interesting here, Jack, is that Pope Leo is in support of this.
I mean, can you imagine Pope Leo saying any of the things that Fulton Sheen would say?
I mean, we just played a clip from him, Jack.
It was pretty based.
You know, it's actually amazing because Fulton Sheen was extremely anti-communist.
He was someone who spoke out against the dangers of the Soviet Union, even on his radio show during World War II.
Jay Edgar Hoover opened up an investigation of him
because he was speaking out against the Soviet Union
when we were allied with them during World War II.
He never stopped.
He never dropped denouncing these godless, atheist communists.
And it just fundamentally understood
that communism stood as opposition to Christianity,
opposition to God, opposition to the idea of natural rights.
By the way, later on in that clip, you guys just played,
he starts going off on novelists,
and he calls John Steinbeck a slob and a pervert.
It's just hilarious the levels that he would go to.
He said it started with the novelists.
It started with-
But he understood if we talk about this on thought crime,
we get into the culture.
He understood it was about the culture.
Totally.
I feel like this feels very relevant right now.
You know, you got Sonny Hosten.
I don't know if we're going to get to the story today.
She's claiming credit for letting the butcher of what is it, some park.
Yeah.
Off.
She was the lone holdout juror.
And she's like trying to find common cause with Lindsay Clancy.
Turns out she's lying, by the way.
She wasn't the lone holdout juror, which is actually better for her.
She should want the truth, not the lie.
But I've often said that it's these anti-heroes, the breaking bads, that the worshipping the villain in Hollywood and pop culture that is starting to at least contribute to the inversion of morality.
Fulton Sheen was so early on this.
That's exactly right.
And he saw it in the literature, again, calling out John Steinbeck and others.
He said it was, and this is when Lolito was a big novel at the time, which is one.
one that talked about whether, you know, love between a young girl and it's very strange stuff,
very strange stuff, many of which comes from France.
But he called it in its time, the 60s and 70s specifically, the end of Christendom.
And what does Christendom mean?
He meant the influence of Christianity on the public culture, on politics, on media, and in providing
for that moral underpinning of society.
And he called it out as the end of Christendom.
something I think should come is no surprise to anyone is that, of course, our dear friend Charlie
was a huge Fulton Sheen fan. He would always send me clips back and forth. He'd be looking at stuff.
You may even say that Fulton Sheen was, gave some inspiration, maybe a couple of those lines that
Charlie would give in some of his fiery preachings. Maybe a little bit of that spirit of Fulton Sheen from
an Irishman to a Scotsman. Charlie, people would always ask if Charlie was Catholic or becoming
Catholic, and he'd always say no, but if there are specific ones that he thought were admirable,
it. And I think that's what would have appealed to him the most. We saw Charlie over and over would
complain that preachers were cowardly. They wanted to stay away from hot button issues. They wanted to
contain the faith to within the walls of their church and not make anyone angry. And he would
absolutely love someone like Sheen, who's going on national radio, national TV, and saying
things are catastrophically wrong. And if you are not taking action to fix them, to fight against them,
You are sinning and you may go to hell for it.
Jack, I have a question.
What was Fulton Sheen's perspective on Vatican II?
I'm just curious.
It was one of those things we're going into it.
I think there was a lot of hope that Vatican II would be sort of along the lines of his own pontificate,
his own public work, I should say, that it would be a way to bring more people into the church.
So I think he was optimistic of it, but he saw very quickly that the,
world had changed. And so I don't know if he lived long enough to really see the ramifications
and repercussions of it. But for his entire time as a priest, again, up until Vatican II, he was
celebrating the Latin Mass. He was celebrating it the traditional way. And in fact, Fulton Sheen was
someone who he was, he conducted by rituals, which means, of course, that he had conducted it in
Latin as well as the Greek Byzantine rite of the mass, which is a sort of an hour.
outreach to our Orthodox brothers and sisters in the Eastern Church because he's someone who
greatly, greatly believed in that. And in fact, John Paul II, who traveled to New York City
to meet with his first visit to America, he specifically requested to meet with Fulton Sheen,
and Fulton Sheen came out just eight weeks before he died. He fully suited up and came out to
meet John Paul II. Wow. Jack, you know, thank you for making the time here. I know you're
busy there on the ground.
Thankful to Real America's voice as well for supporting this.
And I just say, Fulton Sheen was a mountain of a man.
He was the Catholic Billy Graham, basically.
They were like the double-barrel shotgun of Christianity during the 50s and 60s.
So God bless Fulton Sheen.
God bless you, Jack.
I love that story.

always looking at the map, the electoral map, and you're bringing in insights that other people are not.
Now, Ryan, so good to see you and thanks for making the time today. You have a new substack out
called the laws of political gravity are still in effect. I think it's important because right now
everybody's basically saying, hey, if you're in an R plus 15 or a Trump plus 15 more accurately,
do some polling.
You might be on the chopping block,
which is freaking out a lot of people,
a lot of doom and gloom going around.
You got Sernovich saying this is the least,
I think the least enthusiastic
the Republican base has ever been to vote,
but you're saying,
hold your horses.
Yes, there's some truth to it,
but there's, you know,
you got to, I guess,
look at this through a realistic lens,
through a historical lens.
So walk us through your substack.
What are you seeing?
What are you thinking?
Thanks.
Yeah, I wrote this on the nap.
National Populous newsletter subsects. So the, so I looked at the waves of 2025, which was only a year ago in Virginia and in New Jersey. And in both those waves, what we saw was that in the case of Virginia, not a single Republican running in a district that had voted for Trump by five or more points lost. Most of the losses to stay in the state house level were in Harris districts, right? Still painful to lose, but they did they were not in Republican districts. And the few that were were in marginal Trump seats. Over in New Jersey,
also a wave year, both Jersey and Virginia moved by about nine points left where they were
just the fall, but just the previous year in 2024 that we saw most of the seats, once again,
going by Harris seats or marginal Trump seats. And actually Republicans were retained a Harris seat
in Jersey and another Trump seat that he won't by like half a point. So it's not all Republicans
losing our plus 15 states over and over again. I've seen polls even showing that Idaho is competitive.
I don't believe any of this. Now, if,
Republicans don't vote, like Democrats didn't in in 2014. Yeah, anything's up for it. You know,
if you don't vote, then of course, all these states could be competitive. Maybe in some seats where
you saw Hispanic swing hugely 40 points. They might swing 35 points back. That's easily
understandable. But in the overall average, in the, in the median Republican seat, no, you're not
going to see these, these R plus 20 seats or R plus 15 seats going by the wayside. I do not believe it.
I think that the laws of political gravity are there. And a lot of these races, you have a lot of
undecided to where I'm mostly Republican, I believe
most of them will actually still show up for the Republican Party
in the end of the day. Interesting point.
We saw that in the, I think even in the
24 election, that if you looked by how much
each state moved towards Trump, he won
the overall popular vote. And the driver
of that, while we did do better in basically
every state, the biggest swings
are he goes, Jersey
was an example. He went from losing New Jersey
by 12 points, 15
points to, oh, he loses it by
seven, which is closer
than a lot of swing states actually were in that.
Or he loses Massachusetts by 10 instead of by 25.
He's losing very blue states by a bit less.
And I guess as you're saying, losing pretty blue districts by less,
since he's doing better with Hispanics, with Asians.
But those are in Democrat areas.
So there's sort of limits to how much damage you can take when those move back to maybe
where they just historically are or even more Democrat.
Yeah, well, I mean, the shift in 2024 from 2020 was very heavily.
representative in Asian and Latino areas. That's where you saw the huge 30-point swings at South Florida,
South Texas, and some urban areas. But they were very concentrated in blue areas. New York City saw a
big strip to the right. Suburbs of Chicago, Los Angeles, those are all areas that flip very heavily
to the right. They could easily flip back 20 or 30 points. That's not unimaginable. But for the most of
the country, there was not a double-digit movement in the 2024 election from 2020.
overwhelmingly, some pockets that were, but overwhelmingly, there was a marginal movement.
And likewise, I think you'd see a marginal movement here.
In the case of Jersey, Jersey went from voting for Democrats, I think, by 14 points, by five points.
It was like an 8.9 point swing.
Very significant.
But if you look back even further in history in 2018, 2018 devastating year for Republicans, 8.5% margin overall in the generic ballot.
However, 25% of seats in, or 20% of seats, rather, in the 2018 election became more Republican from 2016.
So they did it every.
Let's throw that up.
Let's start up, Ryan.
We got it 154 because this is from your newsletter, the Nat Pop substack.
So I want to keep plugging that.
But yeah, so this is a swing year.
And yet you still have a bunch of districts that are going more Republican.
You can see that it's less than the blue.
Obviously, it was a blue year.
but that is maybe what we're seeing potentially in New Hampshire, maybe what we're seeing potentially
in Minnesota, for example.
Continue.
Right.
Half of the seats moved to either the right or to the left by less than four points.
So if we're seeing these big swings, if we're seeing this overrepresentation and swings,
where are we seeing it in the generic polling?
What we're seeing right now for 2026 is we're seeing red states move further to the left
than blue states or purple states.
That is why you have state legislative districts
and congressional districts in Pennsylvania
is still being competitive.
That's why Susan Collins is ahead by three
in the New York Times poll.
That's why New Hampshire is within five points
and Minnesota and many races are within three points.
Red states are seeing a bigger movement to the left
than the overall general public.
I don't think that it's enough movement to the left.
Either A, it's a polling error,
which is completely possible
that you get overrepresentation
of very left-wing Democrats.
in a lot of these polls in red states.
We saw that in Iowa in 2024, where, you know, we had a bunch of Rachel Maddow viewers
saying that they were going to vote, they were going to vote for Kamala.
Anne Seltzer famously gives, says Kamala's going to win Iowa.
And what was the margin coming from?
65-year-old women plus women who were overwhelmingly white evangelicals.
It was a joke.
It was always a joke.
There could be a significant polling error.
And at the same exact time, there is a very strong possibility that, one, the, the
The marginal seats very well could go for Republicans, but the overwhelming feeling that we're going to see these R plus 10, R plus 12 districts, all fall by the wayside.
The only way that that could absolutely happen is if Republicans don't vote, which was the case in 2014.
Democrats just did not show up in 2014.
If Republicans just don't show up, then yes, I would say maybe R plus 10 seats are competitive.
The idea that R plus 15 seats are competitive is, in my mind, delusioned.
The devil's advocate, and we only have about a minute here so we can go into this in the next segment, but.
should we consider the idea that the overall national vibe, a lot of people would say,
polls could be inaccurate because Democrats are incredibly fired up and Republicans are hesitant to answer polls.
I feel we saw during the cold open, they're talking how Democrats are actually, they're very angry,
they're very motivated, but they're not fired up. They don't love their leaders the same way.
It's a much more just anti-Trump specifically rage.
And maybe that means the polls are not going to be as imbalanced as much.
or that Republicans, we don't have the shy Trump voter effect anymore.
You actually now have the dispirited Trump voter.
It's a good question.
They're really mad about Iran or Epstein.
And you're going to get much more case of if they're voting at all.
It's purely the begrudging.
I am terrified of the left and what they will do, as opposed to the more enthusiastic stuff you saw in the past.
Well, it hates a good motivating factor to go vote.
It hates a good motivating factor in life.
No one got herpes from hate.
So, I mean, it is a good thing to have hate.
but at the same exact time, that is, if you look at the overall polling of what is motivating
people to go vote for Republicans, only 2% of Republicans say they're going to go vote to support
Trump.
It's extremely low.
On average, they're voting either A to stop socialism, that's about a fifth of all the Republican
voters, or B, because they like the Republican congressman or the Republican representative.
That's really where it is.
The economy is definitely, you know, hurting Republicans overall, but I think that when push comes to
shove, these undecided voters who always, you know, they're not.
but Republican if they vote they're voting for Republicans again.
Just got to get them out to the polls, which is why what we're doing at Turning Point Action
is so important. Tp.action.com slash 100. Go volunteer chase some ballots.
By the way, there's all kinds of Giz just entered the White House on the South Lawn.
We're watching that clip play out. We've got protesters in New York because BB Netanyahu's
going to go there. So the Palestinian flag waivers are all in a full effect.
I think there's some protesters
anti-Chinese anti-CCP
protesters in D.C. today as well. So lots
going on in the international world,
but we're worried mostly, first
and foremost, about domestic politics because that's
what we care about. We're America first, baby.
All right, look at this.
This is from Josh Crashour.
He says, for a sense of how bad
the political environment is for Republicans,
I believe you guys have this image.
Maybe you guys didn't load it yet.
There it is. For a sense of how bad the political
environment is for Republicans,
the Kansas Senate race is now rated as only a lean R Marshall.
Democrats haven't won a Senate seat in Kansas since 1932 longest losing streak in the country.
So that's after Cook Political Report moved it to a lean arts.
Is this part of this effect that you are seeing in the red states that are the red states are swinging more blue?
Yeah, Kansas is down.
Marshall is a bunch of issues.
But yeah, Kansas is a red state that's been getting more blue.
not in every election cycle, but it's trending blue over long term.
A lot of college educated have been moving to the eastern side of Kansas.
Kansas City is growing out and the suburbs of Kansas are becoming, Kansas City are becoming
bluer for sure.
However, I am going to cast a D for doubt on this one because Marshall's lot,
we saw in the polling, if it was 2022, I believe, or 2018,
where the Senate, the independent running basically as a Democrat was a,
significantly in that election everyone had it as a toss of everyone's hair was on fire and in the
end of the day it wasn't that close of election it was 2018 and it wasn't even a very close election
the republican won pretty handedly and it for all the freak out it wasn't uh it wasn't basically all of
anything marshall's big problem is this he doesn't have a campaign manager he's using his cheapest
staff to run as a campaign and the room around kansas is that marshal doesn't live in kansas he lives
primarily in florida and he has a p-o box those are two big hits against
Marshall that he has to try to swing out and beat.
But he's there.
He's campaigning.
They are spending money in Kansas to try to make sure he wins.
But it is a tough environment.
And he's not running.
He's not running as hard as I think like Ashley Hinson may be running or another Republican
who's really running or Dan Sullivan's running really hard right now over in Alaska.
I don't think he's running that aggressively.
And he needs to be.
I hope he kicks it into gear because like this is this is crazy stuff, right?
If this ends up being true.
And it kind of makes sense.
There's less Republicans in a blue state.
So you see less of a shift just by proportion of the population.
Also, Kansas, we have to remember Kansas because it is a one-party state,
a lot of people are registered Republicans who, in fact, vote Democrat.
Sure.
So if they're getting L2 data based on party registration, you see this all throughout the suburbs.
They go blue every election.
There's still a plurality near majority Republican registration.
It's teachers union people because they want to control the primary process.
Why Kansas Republicans and the local government,
were so moderate for so long.
They've only really become conservative in the last two to four years.
Interesting.
Here was a new interesting poll I saw.
Hassan Piker favorability ratings.
Look at this.
Maine.
Unfavorable 22% favorable 7%.
Michigan.
Unfavorable 34%.
Favorable 6%.
New Hampshire.
Unfavorable 24%.
Favorable 4%.
You don't buy it?
Well, it's not so much that I don't buy it.
I worry about it because what you see there is that it's
shows by far the vast majority people have no opinion on Hassan Piker.
Sure.
And so I know we're going to want to, we are trying to label him as this big avatar of Democrats,
but if 60% or so who aren't familiar with him are going to be the people who are swing voters in this race in the first place.
Am I wrong?
Potentially.
What do you, do you make a, should we be plastering Hassan Piker's mug right?
There it is with his tiny little head up on all of the ads in these states.
Um, I people don't know who he is overwhelmingly because at the end of the day, he's a streamer.
I mean, he's not even really a podcast with which there's a streamer.
He went to, I think, two events.
And I think the place that you have the biggest numbers for him is in Michigan where he's being,
where he actually went to go campaigning.
He was invited by the Democrat to go campaign.
Yeah, I think it's a tough sell.
And it's also really disheartening for Republicans that Mondani has such high,
favorable ratings.
Mondani does not have the negative opinions that AOC does.
And I think that that's really, um, a big problem is that these people are trying to
trying to make as bogeymen are not are not being received as bogeyman they don't have the
negatives that nancy Pelosi ever had or that aOC ever had and that's really where the problem is is
republicans are trying to find the boogeyman and have him able to like nail one down aOC has much
higher unfavorable rating still than mondani does despite being less radical so so let's accept
let's hope you're correct in that the house is not on fire in kansas in these gop plus 15
it's still a tough midterm environment.
What's your assessment of where people might say we're getting hopium?
The national environment's bad, but we could win Minnesota.
The national environment's bad, but we can win Michigan, New Hampshire,
unseat incumbents or unseat the incumbent party in states that are overall tilting blue in a bad year.
Do you think that's a reasonable expectation?
No, I do think it's unreasonable.
I think that what we can most hope for is that this big bag of cash,
polls, Paxson, off of the finish line, that we hold on to Susan Collins and to Dan Sullivan,
that we retain Iowa, and then the big jump ball is Ohio. And if that happens, Republicans can still
have a 51 Senate majority and at the end of the day, have a nice day. But I, I, I, I,
Mike Rogers is not making the numbers he should be in Michigan. The number of Republicans
who have abandoned Trump on issues that he is championing are, is telling. And I think what's
even worse is the fact that the president is having a, is, is talking.
about things that no other American is talking about. We don't need another body of water to be
changed their name to a lake or a river of America. It's not, it's just, it's a waste of
conversation. I don't know what he's talking about. Running on Iran and data centers and AI and changing
names of lakes and the ballroom is not a winning message. And so I think the bigger problem is,
is not so much that, you know, we can't win these places because we clearly can. I think the bigger
problem is we have a president right now whose eye is completely off.
the ball, like completely. And I mean, I don't know why it is so far off the ball, but that's,
that's the bigger issue right now. And the fact that Trump is not really campaigning for anybody
is very telling. I don't know if anyone's even asked him to come to their districts right now and
run for them. Well, that might be the actual issue going on, right? J.D. has been going out.
And by the way, I said this. When J.D. came out, push for peace with Iran. I was like,
this is the play. This is center cut. This is very popular. I think his numbers went up immediately after
And I think he's done a really, J.D. specifically, he's done a really good job of kind of being supportive, being one of the champions of the president, but also putting some daylight between him and some of these more controversial issues.
And J.D. has been, J.D.'s been the biggest advocate for these Republicans. J.D. is working his tail off and he's going everywhere. I haven't. And it would be good if we had some messaging from the president, even on job numbers, which have been pretty decent. Like, tote the thing. Talk about the things that are working. We're not even getting that. We're talking about, like, changing lakes. I mean, changing.
in the names of lakes. That is a waste of time. Yeah. Well, hopefully they hear us. We're all doing
what we can because actually, you know, I'm a big believer in this, is that it's a messaging issue.
It's not a results issue. Yeah, we got Iran. Yeah, there's the Epstein stuff. Some of these things
are weighing us down. I get it. But there are generational wins that this president has put up
and we need to tout them. Ryan James Gurdowski, thank you so much. Thank you.

representative that is, I just have to get into it because there's a whole, there's this on top.
This is the top line, the headline conversation. And it's, you know, what is her name?
Delia Ramirez, right? She's introducing legislation to abolish ICE, dismantled DHS, which is an insane thing to do.
by the way, just an insane proposition.
But there is a larger conversation,
partly with the Beau French,
and what is an American,
and even we're disagreeing on the right.
What does it actually mean to be American?
I think it's the most important conversation
we can have.
But I'm going to play, well, actually,
do we have the clip?
Sorry, I'm looking for the clip, Orrin.
Oh, dear it's 14.
So she says this in Spanish, Orin.
Sop 15.
Can't think.
All right. So for those of you don't speak Spanish, which should be most of you, she says,
I'm more proud to be Guatemalan than I am to be American. And here she is putting up a bill
to abolish ICE and dismantle DHS or McIntyre. I mean, this is why the propositional nation is
completely ridiculous. It's very clear that she has never in any way really been an American.
She is a paperwork American. She or her parents who were illegals from Guatemala. She is only
American because the Supreme Court has completely destroyed the actual meeting of the 14th Amendment.
Brother rights citizenship is not a real thing. It's not the intention of the people who drafted
the amendment. It was certainly never the intention of the founders. And so we have a scenario where
what is functionally a foreign agent who has referred to the people of Guatemala or Hispanic people
in general as her people in a way that Americans are not. She's speaking her native language. And this is
what's really important. The left knows something that the right doesn't. A native. A native
is its people. No matter where this woman is, she is not American. She is Guatemalan. That's who she
identifies with. That's who she believes herself to be. That is her true identity. Whatever border
she's crossed, whatever piece of paper she happens to hold, that's her true nationality.
And no amount of screaming at people who recognize that a large number of immigrants have this
mentality is going to change any of that. Calling people racist will not make people like this woman
more American. At the end of day, if she's the kind of person who's representing,
you in an American democracy.
Well, guess what?
You don't have an American democracy.
You have an international invasion parading around as if it's representative government.
Well, we should play her direct thing.
This is what she said just the other day about her bill.
Again, it's speaking in a foreign language, 14.
So what she's saying is we are going to abolish the Department of Homeland Security.
so our people and create a new department,
so our people will no longer have to live in fear.
Our people, well, I will say if you are American,
your people do not live in fear from DHS,
because you are American.
And DHS is only aimed at non-Americans.
So when she says, our people will not live in fear of DHS,
she is categorically stating her people,
her nationality is outside of America.
Well, and I'll just make the same challenge that I do
every time when someone talks about America being a purely creedal nation or a nation of ideas,
America is just an idea. Okay, well, what about this woman? Because she holds political power in the
United States. And nobody's denaturalizing her. No one's stripping her of her seat. No one is otherwise
displacing her. Most of the people who talk about the creedal nation or America as an idea
would keep her here, even though she in every way, shape, or form opposes what it means to be an
American. So if it turns out creed and belief isn't actually what makes you an American, then what
does? If we can't answer the question with it's a set of ideas, it's a set of principles, because actually
the people who don't hold the ideas and don't hold the principles literally sit in places of political
power inside the United States, well, then we didn't have a new definition. And that means maybe
Beau French wasn't so far off when he said, you know, it turns out that America is more than just a,
you know, football jersey or a t-shirt or a hand sign. Maybe America is something,
a little deeper, something that this woman does not connect with.
You know, this is such, I just genuinely believe this is the most important conversation
that we should be having on the right.
And the fact that it's taken to now is really just a function that we've had such a great
country for so long and things generally worked.
And then we had all this migration and it's flipping everything upside down and we're
losing a sense of self to the point that people that still can remember what America was
when we grew up are now trying to articulate this and define it so that we're, we're going to
find it so that we have a clear understanding of ourselves.
You know, it strikes me, Oran, and maybe you just talk to this, and I've got this Jeremy
boring clip that I think is important as well.
I want to have you react to it.
But it strikes me that Liberia has a very similar constitution to that of the United States,
and yet it is nothing in comparison to the United States.
And that fundamental juxtaposition, and you said early on, you said a country is its people,
that it's not the piece of paper that founded it.
those can be helpful, but ultimately it is the virtue and the character of the people that inhabit
it that make the country the country. You can change the documents. You can change the laws,
but the people fundamentally are what make up a country. And that is the key distinction that we have
to get to and we have to find words to articulate that. You know, people tell me all the time we need
to ban Sharia law in the United States. And of course, I agree. It doesn't belong here. But that
doesn't really solve the problem. Because, of course, the reason you get Sharia law is you have
Muslims. Sharia law is what Muslims do. It's their way of life. It's what emanates from their way of
being. It's how they want to be governed. And that's fine. They should be able to do that in the places
where they live. They just shouldn't live here. You have to solve the issue of people coming over who
believe in something before you can actually get rid of that belief. If you have enough Muslims in
America, you're going to get Sharia law no matter what you ban. We don't have English common law in the
United States because we objectively evaluated it is the best system, though I think it is the best
system. But ultimately we have the English common law because we're descended from
Anglos. We're an Anglo-descended nation. This is our history. And so the Constitution,
our rule of law, the Declaration of Independence, our court system, all of these things are
beliefs that came out of that English tradition. That's why we have them. And so if you get
rid of the people who have that heritage, you have that belief, who have that understanding,
that way of being, and you replace them with people who do not, you'll get the new way of being,
the new belief, the new structure, and not the old one. It's very simple. The people and the ideas
are the same thing. Yes, America is built on beautiful, wonderful ideas, ideas that I cherish.
But the ideas came from somewhere. They came from some people. And they don't just map on to everyone.
We can't put them into Liberia or Afghanistan or Iraq or Iran and expect to get the same result.
The ideas do not change the people. The people make the ideas. Yeah. And it's also their level of
attachment to it. I think of what you say about
it comes from our Anglo heritage and I've
often said regardless of what
your actual ethnic origin is
I feel you're not truly
American in some sense until you start to care
about English history
more than you care about probably a lot
any other country's history probably
including the one you came from. Maybe Mexico's?
Yes, let's throw this up. One sixty two.
Let's throw this up. This is someone
people need to know how advanced the decay
is here. This is Claire Valdez
she is the Democrat nominee for House
in Queens, I believe.
So she's going to be the next congressman.
That's not a swing district.
And she said this for Mexican Independence Day about a week ago.
215 years ago, Mexicans fought an empire that demanded our land and our labor.
And we won.
We.
I'll carry that fight.
Not they.
We.
I'll carry that fight with me to Congress as New York's first Mexican-American representative.
I'm strengthened not just by Mexico's history, but it's present.
I met some comrades.
are fighting corporations, governments, blah, blah,
Viva la independencia,
Viva Mexico.
This is something I learned from...
This is a Mexican blood and soil nationalist
running for the United States Congress.
That's a great point.
They can have blood and soil nationalism as Mexicans.
But that would be Nazi.
That would be white supremacist.
That would be all these different smears and pejoratives
if you care about your own land the way she cares about Mexico.
If you want to see a radical leftist,
become a blood and soil nationalist.
just ask them about the country they really care about.
This comes up all the time, a really funny one.
So, for example, we've talked about Indian immigrants to the United States,
and it's a type you can find as someone who votes for
the right-wing Hindu nationalist party in India
or supports them, cares about them, follows them,
and then they are a radical left Democrat in the United States.
Because why wouldn't you be?
You want the radical leftist view for the United States
that will say give unlimited money and programs to immigrants
into the United States,
and for the country you really care about, you say, I want to preserve its history, its identity,
its people.
Yeah, everybody is a blood and soil nationalist for the country they actually care about.
And to be fair, we see this on the right with Israel.
For some reason, they have a right to an identity, to a continuation, to a history that Americans,
for some reason, don't.
Now, I think that Israel absolutely has that right.
But I also believe America has that right.
I think every nation has that right.
A nation is a people who is able to defend its right to exist.
long as Israel or the United States do that, then they also have a right to be completely loyal
to their people, their place, and their history. I think this is a right that should extend
everybody. And so when you have somebody who is Mexican, who sees herself as Mexican, who
fights for Mexican blood and soil nationalism, we shouldn't be surprised. She just loves the thing
she actually cares about and hates us. Yeah. And yet we have to be burdened by this tyranny of
foreigners that actually are ruling over us. It's almost like the biblical prophecy is coming through.
coming true. They're ruling over us. They're mocking us. They're shoving it in our faces. And they're
proud about it. And then if we say anything, then we're the racist. Shut up, bigot. That's what we get.
And I think we're done with it. I mean, I proudly tweeted that, you know, that Guatemalan gal should be
deported. If she's loyal to that country, get the heck out. Every one of them needs to go. If you care that
much about Guatemala, that you identify as Guatemalan first, why are you not living there? Why? I've
got one home. This is my home. I got nowhere else to go, Warren. I feel like you're probably the same
way. So we're talking about this larger question of what is an American. It's something that Charlie
wrestled with too, by the way. I think it's important to remember that he talked about these issues.
So let's go ahead and just play a little bit of Charlie on what is an American as a starting point.
SOT 7. We have reduced Americanism down to, well, have you filled out your paperwork? And the left
doesn't even believe that. They believe Americans just at the presence of being in the
the United States of America. So what is an American? The best way I can answer it. It is someone
that has demonstrated through objective measurements and markers that this is home, that you have
more than respect or reverence, that you're willing to die, that you are all in, that this is a place
that you're willing to bleed for and sacrifice for. This is not a dumping ground for the third
world. This is not a social experiment. You have a tear in your eye on July 4th, that you worship God
not Allah, that you have a sense of weight and responsibility,
that you care about your fellow neighbor.
An American is more than just someone that has a U.S. passport.
Amen.
There's this clip, Oren, that your friend, our friend John Doyle was responding to.
And listen, Blake was just on Jeremy's podcast.
I mean, this is nothing against Jeremy.
It really just highlights the fact that this is a debate that we have ongoing,
and especially on the right,
what to make of this?
How do we talk about it?
Sot 20.
What is an American?
And who gets to decide?
And what does it mean
if the rest of us don't agree?
Every one of these questions
can be asked in good faith
and every one of them
can be asked in bad faith too.
The fight over these questions
is tearing up the internet,
it's tearing up the right,
and it's quietly reshaping the country
underneath our feet.
Blake had to do some...
I had to grab our Commit 100 sign
because it fell off.
which is a good time as any to say.
Sign up to do it.
40 days to go.
TPP Action.com slash 100.
Commit.
Go chase some ballots.
That's how you stop this.
That's the only way you're going to stop what we're talking about.
40 days to election.
Yes, we're going to be doing the hour is running short.
The hour is nigh.
Oren, just the way that even Jeremy's framing it, how does that strike you?
And what would you be tweaking if you were him?
Well, he said a lot in that podcast.
He went much deeper into kind of his beliefs.
what America is or should be.
And his came out to what it seemed to be,
the propositional nation.
The idea that America is basically a set of ideas,
that something that you can assent to,
that anyone can join as long as they really believe
in the values of the United States.
And, you know, kind of a dangerous thing here,
I think the implication from the clip that you showed us,
is the idea that it would somehow be bad
if someone decides who would be an American.
Who decides, right?
But that's kind of a leftist position, right?
that there can be no real identity of America because we can't decide on who an American is,
that ultimately there is no real America at all. This is the kind of position that is deconstructionist.
It dissolves American identity in the same way that asking, what is a woman creates the same disillusion, right?
We all know what a woman is. We all know what a woman is when we see one.
But we start breaking apart the constituent pieces. Oh, a woman is somebody who can have children.
Oh, well, what about women who are barren? Okay. Well, a woman is a person who has a set of
ovaries. Oh, well, what if a woman has had a hysterectomy? Okay, what then? Right? Like,
we have all these caveats that are meant to throw up some kind of disinformation as if we can't
actually figure this out. But we all know what an American is. We all know what it is when we see one.
And the thing about identity is the more specific you get, the more particular you get, the more
deconstructive you get, because it turns out identity isn't just materialism. It's actually something
that it's very much bound up with the spirit, with something that is far beyond just your genetics or
anything like that. But this is also obviously tied to heritage and tradition and everything else.
And so we have to understand that America is at some level a synthesis, yes, but that doesn't mean
it isn't a real identity. America has been an Anglo-descended nation that was able to absorb a European
diaspora. That's pretty much how our founding fathers understood it. And that's the way our
immigration laws understood all the way up until the Hartzeller Act when we got rid of the idea
that we would limit most of our immigration to Europe. We all understood that competitive.
had ability was critical for this transition.
America was already having a hard time assimilating some Europeans, including the Germans.
And the fact that now we're pretending we can assimilate just everybody exactly the same way,
that's just flying in the face of everything that even our founders.
Oh, it's so it is the biggest fool's errand.
We are going to be paying for this for generations.
It's just so infuriating how, as you say, this somehow works on a huge number of people
that if you can't easily draw a.
bright line on every single subcase that they'll just say it doesn't exist. Oh, there could be a
fuzzy line on what precisely an American is. Therefore, it doesn't exist as a concept. Anyone who
moves here is automatically American. And this seems to work on people over and over again.
And we're just a nation of immigrants. No, we're not. We're not. That is the stupidest thing that
anybody ever says. And listen, I'll get shattered down as a bigot if I say that. Well, no, we are a nation of
settlers, of Anglo-settlers, predominantly, common law, Christians. Anyways, look at this. This is why
this is so important. 163. Throw this graph up. You see that big bar on the right? That is raw numbers
of immigrants. We have absorbed the largest move of humanity in the history of the planet since
Hartzeller, 1964. The largest raw number of immigrants.
And most of those are from the third world.
And remember, historically, the only way you'd ever see that many people arrive in a new place is if they show up and they conquer it.
And they kill you and they rape your women.
Yeah.
It's called, like, look at the Vikings.
You know, Vikings.
So that, and by the way, those people understood they had to repel the invasion.
We're rubber stamping it.
Okay, I want to get to this real quick, Orange, just because he's so good.
It's a treat for the audience.
This is Fulton Sheen Sot 19.
nation is too full of those that are crying down. Down with the police, down with the churches,
down with teachers, down with government. Can you build anything down? You cannot. Certainly time
in our nation to change our words. And let's begin now to use the word up, up from all of this
filth, up from this violence, up from this indifference of courts, up to the hit battlements of
eternity up, up to God.
Oh, amen.
Remind me to get a cape.
Yeah, I know.
I know. Capes were way cooler than we gave him credit for.
Just final thoughts here, Oran.
We're not Catholic.
Blake is, but Fulton Sheen, you know, objectively a great American, and he's getting
beatified today.
So that's pretty fun.
If you're Catholic, then this should be even more applicable to you, because, of
course, the classic Aquinas doctrine on immigration and assimilation is three generations,
that you're not really part of a country until your children and then your grandchildren have
intermarried, have adopted the faith, have taken on the language and the folkways.
I think we need to have a generational understanding of citizenship in the United States.
You don't get to just walk onto our soil and magically become an American, but one day,
if you work very hard and you intermarry and you take on all of these different aspects,
then your great-grandchildren.
They'll be American, and that should be the dream.
Google tells me three generations span roughly 75 to 90 years.
So when we're talking about immigration moratoriums, maybe we should start there.
Or in McIntyre, thank you so much for making the time, my friend.
Good to see you.
Thanks for me.
