Starting point is 00:00:03 My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a turning point USA college chapter. Go start a turning point you would say high school chapter.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life and I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:00:56 Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of the Charlie Kirk Show, a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals. We're here in Phoenix, Arizona at the Y-ReFi Studios. And we're getting started with a bang here. We, you know, life is full of surprises, Blake Neff. And I think, fascinating developments. Fascinating developments. I will tell you, Parker Sig, executive vice president over Real America's voice is going to join us right now, along with Jack
Starting point is 00:01:41 Pesobic, both from the East Coast. So we're going coast to coast to coast here, gentlemen. And when I say life is full of surprises, Parker, Sigg, I can only imagine that you have internalized that in a very deep and profound way. Right now in this very moment, the pool feed for the White House, the most important, powerful office in the land in all the world is the pool feed is being supplied by our friends here at this amazing network. Parker, Sig, why don't you tell us about this? How did this happen? How did you find out about it? What have you been doing with your life the last couple of days? The floor is yours, my friend. Yeah, no, absolutely. Well, thanks Andrew and Blake for having me on to talk about this development. It certainly is a, it's a remarkable course of
Starting point is 00:02:31 events. I can't say that it's super shocking, given the nature and the tension inside of the press corps at the White House. And I think it's certainly is a well-needed adjustment and change. And I think it'll open the eyes of a lot of people, both in the media and in the public, that free press is still alive and well. And people like Real America's voice are ready to carry that torch across the finish line. And so how this came about, you know, kind of, honestly, it kind of came about the same way it did for a lot of people a little bit by surprise. You know, it really started out with a late middle of the night phone call for a last minute request to deploy resources over to New York traveling with the president. And of course,
Starting point is 00:03:25 as we always do. Rav is ready to go at a moment's notice. So we did exactly that. We deployed camera operator, correspondent to D.C., got him in place to get on the plane with the president and travel and do exactly what we do best, which is provide full and complete, unfeathered coverage of the president and everything that he and this administration does. and I think we've done a excellent, excellent job at doing that so far. And the last 24, 48 hours for me has been a little bit of a whirlwind, tons of calls from media and other individuals, not only asking for, like you just did, the story behind, you know,
Starting point is 00:04:10 what's happening and how this happened, but then asking for, you know, what's next? And how do we get access to this coverage, to these feeds? because as we've said publicly and we'll continue to say and hold up, our goal here is to make sure that we can provide constant, unadultered coverage of everything that the president and this administration is doing through the truthful lens. And that's what we're going to do. And I think we've been prepared to do this since day one.
Starting point is 00:04:47 We have the infrastructure in order to do it. We have the personnel in order to do it. I think we all kind of knew there was a moment in time as President Trump got it, got back into the White House, that this was kind of a ticking time bomb, so to speak, with the mainstream media and the admin and then obviously the components of the independent media. So we've been prepared since day one,
Starting point is 00:05:14 and again, we're excited to be able to take the torch. carry it on as Steve Bannon says, be the next man up. And that's what we do best. Yeah. I totally agree. Jack Basobic, I want to bring you in here, host of Human Events Daily, after it comes on immediately after this show, and you're doing a great job, Jack. Something Parker said, two things, actually, Parker Cig, Executive Vice President of Real America's voice,
Starting point is 00:05:41 that he thinks this is going to shake it up. This is actually a good thing for the country to see that these press are not. this, you know, this priestly class that only they can do this job. All of a sudden, you know, they come in and they handle the job. They're doing a great job. And by the way, it's not propaganda. They're just providing this feed, unadulterated feed so everybody can see it. And that this is going to shake things up.
Starting point is 00:06:03 But it's also been a ticking time bomb is something that Parker said. Can you expound on your perspective of this? Because you're always covering the White House. You're always on the grounds. You're traveling with this administration. Explain what he might mean by that. Well, so what's going on here. here, Andrew, is that what Parker's done and what Real Marker's voice have done is so phenomenal
Starting point is 00:06:23 because what it's done is show that the mainstream media cartel doesn't have the leverage that they used to have over the White House. If you go back 30 years ago, the 1990s, and I've seen the number of people who are sort of from that, you know, dinosaur era of, that the blockbuster video era, if you will, of media, where they think that broadcast TV is the only way that people can get their news outs and newspapers and all the rest. They don't seem to understand that new media has the ability to completely disintermediate their power and their leverage. That's why the cartelization of these groups, the control access to the White House and specifically the White House pool, which is a smaller pool. And they're playing a lot of nomenclature games, a smaller
Starting point is 00:07:08 pool of people. Those are the ones that get to have access to the president, to cabinet members, to the vice president, to be able to ask questions. And of course, we saw this under Carolyn Levitt and Trump's new White House coming in specifically in the second term, although they were good in the first term. The second term created that new media seat, which of course I've been honored to be utilized in many times to go along with the president on a variety of these trips. I was up there in the United Nations. I wasn't in the pool on that, but I was covering it on Monday. And the idea that they would drop this coverage, which is in the public interest. The public has a right to know what the president is doing when he's meeting with Zelensky.
Starting point is 00:07:46 RAV covered that. The public has a right to see what the president says when he's going to meet Xi Jinping this very evening at Andrew's Air Force Base, and RAV is going to cover that as well. Anything the president's doing, if it's open to press, the public has a right to know. So that's in the public interest. And the media, this is how the broadcast networks had so much leverage over past administrations because they could say, we'll cut you off. We'll cut off your ability to talk to the public. Well, now with the rise of new media, whether it be social media, whether be podcasts, of course, like this show and what RAV does in terms of distribution is shown that not only do we have other abilities, but in fact, we can do your job just as good.
Starting point is 00:08:26 Honestly, I would even go so far as to say a little bit better because I think the color, the lighting on our shots are just a little bit more dialed in than what CNN was doing. I actually totally agree, by the way, Parker, just a super big hat tip to you guys and your team. I was going back and forth with a bunch of, you know, content creators, influencers, people with big accounts and they're like, man, watching President Trump get off of the helicopter, for example, like the framing is better, the lighting is better, it's more dramatic. The real truth is, I have had this thought because it was the 9-11 anniversary, so we were all watching old clips.
Starting point is 00:08:58 I was looking at CNN from 25 years ago. And accounting for obviously the improvement of camera technology, CNN was so better. They got totally ruined by Trump because he fried their brain. He made it. You're watching this extremely angry broadcast all the time. And the people who make their kairons are angry the people who set up their camera shots are angry yep it's yeah there used to be a sense of gravitas and awe that was approached with these these pool feeds jack i wanted to have you on because you're you've been so good about championing the way that parker and the team have stepped into the void stepped into the breach and just taken this on and they've done an amazing job but but parker what we were just talking about with jack the the the beauty of the shots it seems like it's
Starting point is 00:09:41 Already I can see that it's like this is being done by people that have a respect for the office. It's not propaganda. It's just it's care. It's that people care about what they're witnessing, the history that's unfolding and being documented by the pool feed now. Talk to us about that. Is that something you guys talked about specifically or is that just happening organically? Well, well, look, I think I think there's a lot of it that's organic just because of the culture that we have built into this ecosystem and the people that we choose to employ. here and bring a part of our team. But it's definitely a part of the conversation. I mean, everybody who works with RAV and for RAV and is inside of this ecosystem is so profoundly
Starting point is 00:10:23 dedicated to the mission and the cause and care about the product that we put out and covering the president and the administration in the best light possible. Again, we've had conversations and said, hey, this, you know, we need to make sure that we have everything but, but. up as much as possible, but it really goes without saying. Our team, I refer to them as a media militia, right? I mean, at the drop of a pen, we can be up and moving and getting cameras ready to go and getting a shot up live immediately, and the shot quality is going to be good, right? I, you know, I'm not necessarily making any claims or accusations, but there's been times
Starting point is 00:11:07 where we've seen other pool feeds by some of the mainstream media, where the color balance, the white balance, is so profusely off that in my mind, there's no way it could have been a mistake. I mean, I could understand a little tweak here or there, but you know, you always wonder, is some of that a little bit intentional? And that's where from our side, I mean, we are dedicated to providing, again, Again, full, unfethered access at the best highest quality possible of the president and this administration to everybody we possibly can, whether that's the general public, which we've been doing for years, and also every media outlet that you could think of, whether that's the left or the right.
Starting point is 00:11:53 It doesn't really matter. We want to make sure that the president's message can be shared as broadly as we can. And just to state for the record here, you know, this isn't something that we are getting paid for. this isn't something that there's some sort of yeah so real america's voice has taken over the pool feed for the white house huge huge honor and obligation and a burden really but you just said something that i don't think the average public really fully understands how this works right real america's voice is not being paid for this you guys did this out of a sense of duty and honor and obligation for the country yeah no absolutely there's there's you know
Starting point is 00:12:36 What I say a lot, and I tell this to a lot of different people, and it goes well beyond just the pool feeds, we did not get into this business to go make a buck. We did not get into this business to grow influence or anything of that sort. We got in this business because there is a fight to be had for the sanctity of our country and the protection of all of our, you know, amendments and everything else, right? So we're not getting paid for this pool feed. Matter of fact, as you said, if you want to look at it a certain way, there is an increased burden on us. More resources, more people, more time, and we're prepared to take that battle up. And again, it's because we care so deeply about this country. We care so deeply about this president and this administration.
Starting point is 00:13:29 We care so deeply about our faith, which is the antithesis of everything that we do. It's so deeply rooted in our faith, which is why, you know, again, to talk about Charlie, you know, why I looked up to him as much as I did is his strength that was rooted in faith. So we're going to continue to fight this battle, no matter what front it's on, no matter what it looks like, no matter the cost, the amount, we're going to continue to push on and do everything that we can in our power to fight to protect this country. and make sure that there is a brighter future for our children, for someday if I have children, and that's really our goal and our mission.
Starting point is 00:14:14 Amen. And Jack, just explain the type of week that this happened on with the UN, President G. I mean, this was about as high stakes a week as this could have happened on, and Real America's voice is rising to the occasion. Jack Posoba. Right. And I want to make sure that we say this because I, I, I've been saying it everywhere. I guess hosted and demonstrated this on Tim Poole last night that people have been saying that Real America's Voice isn't providing this to the public.
Starting point is 00:14:45 And yet that's not true at all. There is a link. Media organizations can get access to that link. And even I think, Park you were saying earlier when we were doing War Room that some members of the public are just getting the link. And so if you just send an email to Pool at America's Voice. dot news, pool at America's voice. Dot news and talk to them. They can either provide the direct streaming link, and you could pull it up on a monitor.
Starting point is 00:15:11 I have it right here on a tab. I'm looking at it right now and seeing the stream. And if you want that up at home or if you want that up for your media organization, you can do so completely free of charge. Because look, President of the United States was at the United Nations all day yesterday. He's obviously making the things that he says are world news, the things that the people who he's meeting with, the conversations. that he's having, whether it's with Zelensky, whether it's with the Gulf Cooperation Council,
Starting point is 00:15:36 the GCC, does he meet with the Iranians? Does he see Peschekian, the Iranian president, et cetera, et cetera? These are all world news. And of course, he's going to be meeting with Xi Jinping later this evening on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews. And this is the first time, I believe, that it's happened since the 1960s that a president has actually gone out there to meet another world leader who's coming in on the tarmac. Real America's Voice is the only game in town that's going to be providing this feed. And a pool feed, by the way, is just that. It's just that raw footage that goes up of the president. There's going to be no kairons on it. There's going to be no ads. It's provided completely free of charge, no logos, anything like that. It just goes out for the world as a public service.
Starting point is 00:16:17 And Real America's voice is providing that at cost, right? It's not free to have a camera, you physically send a camera guy out there and send the feed out to the world. But real America's America's voice is stepping up and doing it because the stakes couldn't be higher for our country right now. This isn't political. It's just about where we're going as a country, the direction of our nation, the president making these incredible historic meetings, these summits, the White House, the UNGA, which is one of the biggest UN General Assemblies that I've seen in years. That's why I went up to New York City on Monday for this. And so without Real America's voice, the public wouldn't know. They wouldn't have this direct access to.
Starting point is 00:16:57 the president the way that they are used to getting in this day and age. And you know what? I'm an American and I believe in the First Amendment and I believe absolutely the public has a right to this information. And it shows the power of building parallel institutions. TPSA was a parallel institution, a counter institution that Charlie Kirk built into the massive behemoth that it is because there wasn't a youth organization around conservative American values. Real America's voice, again, a counter-institutional. that was built to counter the mainstream media and in this case surpass them. I love that.
Starting point is 00:17:33 Go ahead. I just wanted to shout it as an example because we have a lot of people watching on Rav. We just got an email from one of our listeners, Christy. Hats off to Real America's voice. This has been a long time coming for far too long. The mainstream media has dominated air coverage. They have dominated the air coverage for too long. And the pedestal they put themselves on is coming down.
Starting point is 00:17:54 The bigger you are, the harder they fall. and it's time for Rav to rise up. This is such a good point here, Parker, Jack, either of you can chime in on this. So this all started, of course, because President Trump booted Politico MS now and CNN, right? Then the rest of the networks and everybody, you know, joined in on this boycott
Starting point is 00:18:12 and solidarity, including Fox News. They go, they've, so they leave nobody to cover the White House, right? So their whole goal is that we get, people need to know what the White House is doing, the president is doing all this stuff. So you guys step into the breach, but you're kind of screwing up the whole plan here, Parker. Yes, Real America's voice has a P-O-V.
Starting point is 00:18:31 We're conservatives. We're nationalists. We love America. But the pool fee is just a pool feed. It's just a video. So you need to be able to separate those two. But you guys are kind of screwing up their plan because they thought they had this White House in a corner and they were going to have to back down.
Starting point is 00:18:48 Your guys' thoughts. Yeah, look, and here's what I'll tell you. I think one of the continued mistakes, mistakes from the mainstream media is underestimating the conservative base, the MAGA base. That is their problem. They underestimate every single one of us day in and day out. And this isn't the first time we've seen them have a blunder like this. They expect that, oh, we're going to have this dominance over this pool feed and we're going to step away and we're going to, we're going to have it have it wrap tight in our hands. Well, no, that's not the truth. We have
Starting point is 00:19:25 been prepared for this since day one. Since day one, we've been prepared for this. The amount of- We'll continue to stay prepared for this. People need to understand the amount of technology that Real America's Voice has been building out behind the scenes to make all their people in the field, the studios, everything talked together. Jack knows this very well. When you travel to Europe, Real America's Voice has you covered. It's seamless. It plugs in. It works. So they have been building this for years. Final 15 seconds, Jack. Look, it's incredible to see. They're actually, you know, we're sending me out to cover this huge Fulton Sheen celebration that's happening in America. And America's Dome in St. Louis. It's part of this massive return to Christianity and revival that we're seeing with Gen Z. And Real America's Voice is helping us cover that as well. So you got the communists coming in Washington, D.C. And we've got the Christians celebrating on the banks of the Mississippi River. And it's all in Real America's voice.
Starting point is 00:20:18 Parker Sig, Rob Sig, a grateful nation salute to you, my friend. Thank you. for stepping into the breach. Allow me to ask you a quick question. When was the last time, if ever, you got a second opinion on your mortgage? Or if you're renting, have you ever wondered if owning a home might actually be more within reach than you think? The truth is, a lot has changed over the last few years. Home values have changed, interest rates have changed, lending programs have changed, even your financial goals have probably changed.
Starting point is 00:20:46 What made sense then may not be the best option today. Here's what I see all the time. homeowners, they often assume their current mortgage is the best they can do while renters, they assume home ownership is just out of reach. In many cases, neither is true. That's why I recommend wholeheartedly talking to Andrew and Todd at Annie Mac Mortgage. If you already own a home, they'll provide a complementary mortgage review to see if there's opportunities to lower your payment, eliminate mortgage insurance, consolidate debt access equity, shorten your loan term, or simply determine whether staying in exactly where you are is the smartest move.
Starting point is 00:21:20 If you're renting, they'll help you understand what it really takes to become a homeowner. You may be surprised to learn that buying a home could be more affordable than you think. They'll explain the programs available, answer any questions you have, and guide you every step of the way. No pressure, no obligation, no sales pitch, just honest advice tailored to your goals. Visit Andrewandot.com to schedule your complimentary review or call AAA-T-8-1-172. That's 888-88-1172. or visit them online at Andrew and Todd.com. We have Savannah Hernandez.
Starting point is 00:21:55 She is in between locations right now. Sav, welcome back to the show. I just want to say, again, you're making us proud out there. There was an ice shooting. Give us the details. This guy's, what is it, Wilbur. Wilbur. Perez.
Starting point is 00:22:12 How do you say, Garces Perez? I don't know these names from people who shouldn't be here. He was an illegal from Venezuela. It's another illegal. And so everybody comes out from the, because people need to remember, Austin is like California. So any of the politics in California, just assume that's what Austin is like. Tell us what the initial response was. And then how did this lead to the writing?
Starting point is 00:22:34 What do we know now, Seth? Sure, Andrew. So this happened in North Austin. And of course, the DSA very heavily involved in these protests and immediately getting a bunch of people out to shut down the intersections, to throw water bottles at police officers, rocks at vehicles. And a lot of people who were watching this unfold because rioters and protesters basically took over the intersection where this shooting occurred.
Starting point is 00:23:00 Now, keep in mind that our city councilman, Mike Segal, who is DSA aligned, he immediately came out and told a CVS reporter that an ICE agent sideswept Wilbur Perez. Yeah, if you have four last names, I'm just going to go with the first and last. So we're just going to call this guy Wilbur Perez. Sorry if that's incorrect.
Starting point is 00:23:19 But our DSA-Aligned City Councilman immediately came out and said that I side-swiped this guy and then shot him through his windshield five times. CBS then went on to later quietly delete that information, but not before it was already distributed to the city. So all of our elected leaders, the same ones who don't care about the fact that our city is completely overrun with crime and homelessness, a huge drug problem. All of those leaders came forward. You had Congressman Greg Cesar that was stoking tensions and saying that this is horrible and that we can't imagine that this happened in Austin. People were upset. They obviously went to the location.
Starting point is 00:23:56 They took it over. The police really don't do anything when it comes to protests in Austin because back in 2020 during the BLM riots, our own DA went and prosecuted the police officers who were using non-lethal munitions to try to disperse the rioters that at that point were taking over the I-35. So this is our major interstate. It was very dangerous for them to be at the location. But as they were trying to disperse them, the DA went and prosecuted them. So that's why fast forward to 2026. You see the scene like you're seeing right now where you have people taking over an entire intersection. You have Austin residents who can't even use their own roads without fear of having rocks thrown up them
Starting point is 00:24:37 or fear of being surrounded my my rioters and a mob because APD has their hands tied. our leaders continue to foment this chaos. And something that I got yesterday was exclusive footage from a surveillance company here in Austin. Now, they reached out to me about this because they stated that DHS had this information, but they knew that local media or mainstream media, mind you, because I guess I'm local media, mainstream media was not going to do anything with this. So what you're seeing on screen is a high-speed pursuit of Wilbur Perez as two DHS vehicles with their sirens and their lights flashing are.
Starting point is 00:25:13 pursuing him. Now, Willow Perez initially came out. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on. Wait, no, I was told that this guy was just a door dash delivery and, and I saw him and they just pulled the guy now, rolled up, shot him right in them. Shot him through the window multiple times. And
Starting point is 00:25:29 that it's just the Gestapo doing Gestapo things. I'm just looking at this. Are we sure this has been confirmed that this was the suspect fleeing high speed chase style down the road trying to evade arrest. Are we sure, Sav, that this is what we're witnessing here? We are unfortunately
Starting point is 00:25:49 for this illegal and his attorney's story. We are unfortunately sure that this is his vehicle as he is fleeing, not one, but two DHS vehicles that have their sirens blaring and their lights on. And by the way, if you look at this footage as well, at this point, it does not look like there is any damage to his vehicle. So I think that's also a very important point in this entire thing, because he gave us this whole sob story, right, that this aggressive driver, this unmarked SUV just sideswiped him out of nowhere. He had no idea what was going on. There was also new footage that came out because his attorney came forward and said that after he was shot, he was just pulled out of his vehicle and given no medical attention. You have new footage that came out as well that showed the EMT coming and, you know,
Starting point is 00:26:33 very slowly taking him out of the vehicle and giving him medical attention because he had been shot at that point. But an idea of how Wilbur Perez was making. our streets unsafe here in Austin, Texas by being involved in a high-speed pursuit. So let's just sum this up. Okay, so you've got these crazy Democrats who don't give a crap about their own citizens dying of drug overdoses, getting shot, getting rammed on the streets, car insurance going up because illegals don't have car insurance. They don't care about any of that. They don't care about their own citizens living under a tyranny of dysfunction and chaos that they create, but they care when an illegal who has no right, who had a final detention order on him,
Starting point is 00:27:16 evades arrest. Please, police at high speed. And endangers countless people on the street could kill multiple people because he's fleeing at a high speed from law enforcement that has their lights flashing. They don't care about any of that. And here's the other thing that just drives me crazy. Why do you think Wilbur, whatever his name, Perez was fleeing? Why? Because he has been told by liberal, radical left Democrats that the people chasing him are Gestapo, they are illegitimate, and that they need to be defunded, and that all these illegals deserve amnesty. So he took it upon himself to flee because he's been told that it was morally justified to do so. No, I wouldn't even go that far. He's fleeing because he knows that these suckers will come out and fight for him no matter what he does, including if he is a despicable criminal. And you can see this. You guys should.
Starting point is 00:28:08 go not you should look up the the uh cbs news write up of this because it's actually really despicable a venezuelan man shot by an immigration officer while delivering a door dash order in austin was transferred from the hospital to a detention center so they just they're going with a oh he was out doing delivery and got shot they have him whining that his his cell is too cold i am not doing well i am not receiving the medical attention i require he said adding that he's been in a cold room with no bad sav so who do you think who do you think told him to say this by the way could it be his lawyer that maybe said this 159 this is kate lincoln goldfinch oh yeah we've got an old tweet from hers how do you resist getting shot in the neck does charlie kirk have any advice on that
Starting point is 00:28:52 throw it up this is the lawyer for for wilbur prez who's saying i'm not receiving the medical attention who do you think's feeding him these lines yeah you know the the fact that he can't speak english i'm going to go ahead and say his his attorney andrew it's just so that we have all of these immigration lawyers. By the way, that are being paid for by our taxpayer dollars here in Austin, they're about to vote here in city council in Austin to continue funding another, I want to say, 600,000-plus dollars to immigration services. So our taxpayer dollars are actually going toward funding the lawyers for the illegals in our city.
Starting point is 00:29:28 The lawyers that mock Charlie's death. The same kind of lawyers that mocked Charlie's death. Just so we're all clear. We have all the right enemies. Okay. We have all the right enemies. These people are ghouls. They're vile people. Continue, Seth. Yeah, so we are just fomenting this entire culture of chaos here in Austin,
Starting point is 00:29:46 and the taxpayers are just exhausted because our money is going toward funding lawyers like this. Our city councilmen are immediately jumping onto the media to try to foment chaos in our streets. Former city councilmen and current Congressman Greg Sizar back in 2020, defunded by our police by a third, so took $150 million away from our police department, got rid of 180 police positions. so our city is as unsafe as it's ever been. I'm on the ground right now, Andrew, because our homeless and drug crisis has gotten so bad
Starting point is 00:30:15 that they've started distributing Narcan kits to the local bars. That's what the average resident is dealing with. But our local leaders don't care about any of that. All they care about is an illegal getting shot in the street as he was, again, evading federal officials. Like, this is just, you know, elementary stuff. He's breaking the law. Exactly. You don't want to get shot.
Starting point is 00:30:34 Don't run away for federal officials. It's very simple. Think of the hardest math question you've ever tried to figure out in your life, Savannah. Think about how hard it was for you to, you were struggling with it for hours on end. You were never sure if you got it. That's apparently how these people feel if you tell them, if you try to break the law, you will go to jail. They can't figure it out. Here's two thoughts.
Starting point is 00:30:56 You, if you evade law enforcement, if you obstruct them, bad things are going to happen. If you get shot, I'm not going to feel bad for you. I'm not. when you get pulled over by a car, a cop car, or a law enforcement official, you put it hands at 10 and 2, you put the keys up on the dash, you turn the car down, you roll the window, and you say, yes, sir, no sir, yes officer, no officer. This whole garbage about blaming these cops, okay, I'm not saying they did everything perfectly. I don't know that all the details. But the second you take that into your hands and you start evading police, obstructing justice, what happens next is on you, buddy. When you flee police, you might get shot, period. Here's my second thought. Why the heck is DoorDash employing illegals?
Starting point is 00:31:40 I think DHS needs to go investigate Uber and DoorDash and all of these groups. Andrew, Andrew, Frontlines already did the investigation years ago. Facebook foments this and there's black markets where illegals can buy social security cards. They can buy IDs. They can literally buy DoorDash and Uber accounts so they can work them, which is why when Maria is supposed to be delivering your burrito at 2 a.m., some freaking guy from Venezuela, who is not a Maria, shows up at your door. This is a big black market that has been fomenting and just being created here on
Starting point is 00:32:13 Facebook for years at this point. And we've already done all the investigations. This is one of the big things that they're doing. And it's been happening for years, unfortunately. All right. Do you hear this, Senator John Curtis, what's her name, Salazar, all these dignity-dod people? No, we want them all out. And we're sick of the chaos.
Starting point is 00:32:33 We're sick of the garbage. we're sick of the overdoses. We're sick of our whole system getting taken for a ruse. We're all a bunch of suckers. And the second we stop putting up with these sob stories or believing the lies that this guy was just some nice door dash driver and they sidest wiped him. No, he evaded a rest and he deserves every amount of justice this country can throw at him. I'm sick of it. Thank you, Savannah, for covering it. I've got no patience. I got no patience. Why can't we have a nice country? Because lives. That's basically where I'm at. right now. Savannah Hernandez, God bless you. Keep safe, please. All right, so I want to get through,
Starting point is 00:33:11 she had very little time on that because she was in between shots and she was awesome for making some time for us there. But I want to play some of these clips. This is Texas representative Greg Casar. You've got to listen to what they say and what they actually believe. I mean, this stuff is crazy. Sot 13. It is awful that this horror has come to our adorstance. step. And as the mayor said, unfortunately, it is not a surprise. Just a few weeks ago, as we saw the ice surge come to Austin, especially to north central Austin, I and others said that ice needed to leave before someone was shot. And so I think the message remains that for Austin to be safe, ice should. And it is a lot of it.
Starting point is 00:34:03 surge here in our community. Well, too bad you got Greg Abbott as governor. He's not going to let that happen. All right. You guys, by mandate, have to cooperate with DHS. So this whole notion that this is going to fly in Texas just because Austin is a little like California bastion in a red state. Not going to happen, okay?
Starting point is 00:34:22 Here you go. He continues on. SOT 12. And then we should pass a pathway to legal status and to citizenship for the millions of people who work in this community so that no president and no political party could ever do anything like this ever again okay it's just what it is is you really need to shove these in people's faces over and over again because they want to ignore the reality and Democrats are eager to let them think otherwise but the reality is these people they aren't compassionate
Starting point is 00:35:02 What they want is they want criminals, they want gang members, they want welfare sponges, they want violent anti-American extremists, they want all of them to come into America, they will seize any excuse like a criminal door dash driver running from police and getting shot, they will seize any excuse to then pivot and say total amnesty for the entire third world to show up here. There's a story that just happened in Britain the other day where they had a like visiting president-level motorcade to escort illegal. migrants landing by boat to a hotel where they're going to get free housing, free health care, free literally everything at the expense of taxpayers. That is what the left wants because that is their ideological project to destroy America. I totally agree. And I would tell you that it was really powerful. We're seeing the juxtaposition of two worldviews, right? You got Trump at the UNK, talking about UNESCO, which is supposed to be a cultural heritage preserver. That's That's their mandate.
Starting point is 00:36:04 And yet all that the UN does is they weaponize mass migration to destroy the greatest cultures and heritage with the greatest heritage around the world. That's what they do. Western cultures are getting absolutely destroyed by mass migration. And these guys, Khazar, wonder where you're from. Wonder what your values are. You one of those, let's invade the world so that we get a big voting block guys? Yeah, I think we know what you're about. And the moral inversion is crazy.
Starting point is 00:36:32 they've got illegals that are evading police, and it's the police's fault. Like crazy town. They have lost their moral bearings completely, but I shouldn't be surprised because a lot of these guys have embraced somebody named Hassam Piker. We talk about him from time to time on the show because he is, unfortunately, not just some streamer in California, as Abdul L. Syed would have you believe. He actually campaigns with these guys, and he sends his audience to go support them. He's probably sending his audience.
Starting point is 00:37:01 I haven't seen the clip, but I'm just assuming. to go riot in Austin. And this is what they really want. They are telling you who they are. You need to listen. You need to open your ears and understand what time it is. This is Hassan Piker saying
Starting point is 00:37:14 he wants a Maoist-style revolution in the Democrat Party. Stop three. I will throw you in prison, okay? I want to put you physically behind a prison. I want Chinese-style communism to happen inside of the Democratic Party right now. Okay, I want to do cultural revolution when I see that.
Starting point is 00:37:36 Okay, he wants to do Maoist-style cultural revolution. Do you know what that was? Between the 60s and 70s, about 10 years span, the cultural revolution ended with millions of Chinese dissidents. And by a dissident, it's just anybody who disagreed with Mao. Not even if it's anyone. Actually, just any intellectuals, teachers, party rivals, didn't have to dissent in anything at all. Millions were imprisoned or put in forced labor camps or killed. And that's what Hassan Piker was.
Starting point is 00:38:02 Not with us. I mean, he wants that for us too. For Democrats. They are telling you who they are. What he wants is he wants permanent 2020. That is what Hassan Piker wants. And even I want to reflect on that because so many people like to make, especially while Charlie was with us,
Starting point is 00:38:20 they would make that Hassan Piker Charlie comparison. And it's such an illustrative comparison because what was, if you were to see, oh, there's this guy, this young guy Charlie that a lot of conservatives like, what's he saying when you tune? in. He's saying political stuff, but he's also saying, you need to get married, you need to have kids, you should have a relationship with your savor. You should, your savior, you should be a patriot for your country. You should fight to do good in your community to build up the community and people and businesses and families around you. And then you go to Hassan Piker, who's streaming
Starting point is 00:38:50 and he says, Mao style cultural revolution. I want to put people in my own party in prison. I want to terrorize them. I think 9-11 was great. And another thing about them is that what's Hassan Piker doing all the time. He's famous because he streams six, seven, eight hours a day. From his multi-million dollar mansion. He travels around and he sings along to We Are Charlie Kirk. And that's what he does. He's purely an entertainer and talker. Charlie was a builder who built organizations, which means he also cared about building his country. Hassan is a fake intellectual screamer who wants to burn things down. Charlie was an intellectual leader who wanted to build things up. I invite that comparison because it gets everything about the right and the left in miniature. It gets right to the heart of it.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Yeah, he's a carnival barker that should be mocked and ridiculed. October 15th, write it down, set an alarm because the second that date passes, there's no extension, no grace period, no second chance, liens, wage garnishments, bank account seizures. That's the IRS taking what you've earned. If you've filed an extension and haven't submitted your return yet, stop what you're doing and call America Tax Group, the nation's leading tax firm right now. and do so at 888-381-3816. Starting point is 00:40:37 So protect your financial security with guidance from America Tax Group. Call the firm I trust right now before October 15th, 888-381-3816. Mention the code Kirk 26 when you call for $250 off. We have John Doyle. If you're not paying attention to John Doyle, I have been texting your Super Bowl. superiors, John. Welcome to the show. And I'm saying, we've got to go all in on John Doyle. We love this guy. It's just like one of the few guys around. This isn't some grand conspiracy. I'm just saying there's very few people making any sense.
Starting point is 00:41:14 There's very few people who aren't having giant panic meltdowns. I don't know why. It's like the, you know, the wheat and the chaff. It's just like we're finding out a lot of people are chaff. I don't know what to say. But you are, you are rising to the occasion, John Doyle. So we are doing our part to make sure. Everybody within the sound of this show and this broadcast, my voice knows who you are. John, so, you know, you did this debate and we had you on, and it was, I guess it was framed as MAGA versus America First, which I don't actually appreciate the framing because I'm America First, I am MAGA, I am all of the above. Now, we're dealing with these doomers, these doom and gloomers, these horseshoe people that are going to apparently go find common cause with like DSA guys that want to kill babies up until. the first year of after their birth, they're born, the Open Borders Lobby, the DEI guys, the anti-white anti-Christian guys, we're going to go find common cause and just burn down the
Starting point is 00:42:11 republic. We're probably going to have some of that in the midterms. Let's just be honest. But I had the team put together a list, a partial list of just wins in the last week, okay? Hospitals shut down youth gender clinics and deal with the Trump administration. Han Hua Defense to establish $2.2 billion manufacturing campus in Arkansas. Trump officials ejects 750,000 people committing fraud from Obamacare markets, saving billions. Treasury uncovers 17.5 billion in suspected health care fraud.
Starting point is 00:42:41 Oil and gas shipments through the Strait of Hormuz hit six-month high, according to Centcom. U.S. to build two military bases in Greenland under a new blockbuster deal with Denmark. ISIS targeting Haitians with new intensity. Now Haitians are fleeing the United States for Canada. Win after win, after win. and yet everybody's dooming. John Doyle. You ask me why they're doing?
Starting point is 00:43:04 I just switch your perspective on it. Yeah, why are they doing? Yeah, I mean, sure. I don't know. I think it's kind of like that famous, you know, prescription when you're having an argument with a woman where it's like sometimes they don't want the conversation to be focused towards a solution.
Starting point is 00:43:17 Sometimes they just want to be heard and to have their feelings validated. And I would totally sympathize at that perspective if I were having an argument with my wife or girlfriend. But if I'm having an argument with people on the internet, it's like, dude, we're supposed to be solution-oriented by definition. That's like why we're supposed to be here. But typically what you find when you're arguing with these people is that they don't actually care about all of the wins. And if you point
Starting point is 00:43:36 the wins out to them, they actually take offense to it because what they think is that you're not actually engaging with their feelings. You're not validating how anxious I am, Andrew, which must mean that you aren't as concerned about these problems as I am. And so they take it to be like an attack on their identity as a dissident or as a concerned American or something where it's like, look, dude, we're all here because we want to solve the problems. By the grace of God, we have an administration which seems to share those concerns and be working towards them. So why are we dooming and glooming? Is it just for social media engagement? I think typically that's the reason. Yeah. So I just want to sum this up and then I'll throw it to Blake.
Starting point is 00:44:10 Am I interpreting John Doyle, right, that basically arguing with the doomers online is akin to argue with like a Lindsay Clancy juror? That's how I interpreted what you say. Or just arguing, arguing with your neurotic girlfriend. I think that was like the best comparison. And I think it's very strong. I think you're correct. John and it gets me thinking about it's the it's the upsides and downsides of what we've seen on the right which is that we talked to Scott Greer for example about white pill how we had people online influencers podcasters were able to mainstream ideas that the political class wasn't supplying but what that means is you have people who are often leading voices in your
Starting point is 00:44:49 movement because they're good entertainers because maybe their mental model of themselves is just I'm a dissident I'm a truth teller I'm this anti-exam. anti-establishment person, instead of, let's be real, we are a political movement. What you need is people who are oriented on the axis of getting political wins. It's something Charlie was so great at that when we're out of power,
Starting point is 00:45:11 we're articulating what do we want? What should we do when we get power back? And when we're in power, how do we get the most out of that? But as you say, John, there's other people who it's like the wins are beside the point for them, that they really just need, they want the news
Starting point is 00:45:27 to set up justifications for them to signal how based they are or how angry and emotive they are and they get angry when you point out wins. That's the one I can't get over that will have record deportations and having record deportations month over month is only an excuse for them to go, it should be even higher. It's not high enough. What do we do with that? Yeah, I mean, well, the thing you got to understand about these people and it maps with almost all of them is none of them first wanted to be involved in American politics. Usually these people wanted to be actors or actresses actresses or they wanted to be comedians or they wanted to do something other than work in
Starting point is 00:46:03 conservative media. And they sort of like wash up here as a temporary way to satiate their need for attention. And so ultimately, like, their primary concern isn't about the political win. In fact, the political win works against them because when Americans feel good about the state of their country, they're not tuning into conservative podcasts. They're not watching conservative influencers on Instagram. They're not looking for political solutions because to them it doesn't seem like we have really, you know, tremendous political problems. And so these people actually have a direct incentive personally and financially, professionally to pour gasoline on all of these problems, inflame them, make them seem bigger than they are, that there is no solution. The best thing you can do
Starting point is 00:46:41 is to listen to me and, you know, subscribe to my podcast and so on. But if these problems are being solved, now all of a sudden people might tune out. They might look elsewhere for entertainment. And so, yeah, you know, it's a really bad incentive structure where the only thing we have, you know, to hope for for these influencers that their heart is just in the right place and they ignore the financial incentive and the personal incentive to just pour gas on all these problems and they're just, you know, maybe their hearts in the right place. I think we see overwhelmingly that's not the, that's not the case, which is the problem when like they're saying, Blake, you know, the movement becomes staffed with all of these influencers to act as kind of the priest class, the reporting class,
Starting point is 00:47:16 where we're deriving our epistemology from these people are not reliable at all. You know, it feels like more and more we're sort of beholden to the algorithm. You know, we can have all these conversations about free speech. Yes, to be very clear, we are free speech maximalists. We can have all these arguments about censorship and all this stuff. But it does feel like at some level we're just beholden to the algo. Like, it doesn't matter what platform. It's like it just kind of tends to reward obscenities.
Starting point is 00:47:43 It rewards absurdities. It rewards. It rewards conspiracies, drama. Yep. So how do we like fight against that, I guess? It's like more and more. That's just the question you have to ask. You know, fortunately, I do think we're beginning to see some.
Starting point is 00:47:55 kind of correction. I think that people are getting really tired of the last year with everybody just lying and slandering each other and, you know, calling into question everybody's integrity. Because the idea with free speech and like talking about these ideas that the political class used to ignore was that finally we can get to the truth. Finally, we can all really
Starting point is 00:48:13 understand what's going on and we can all just speak about these things honestly and engage with the ideas. But instead, people are lying now more than ever. People are more confused now than ever. And it's because these influencers aren't doing that. They'll advertise themselves, as the real truth tellers who aren't being controlled by them, but actually all they do is lie. And then when you call them out for lying, they're like, what are you anti-free speech or something?
Starting point is 00:48:34 And it's like, I don't know. I guess I agree with the founding fathers and that I agree with free speech, but I also think lying is horrible because what you're doing is actually worse than material damage. You are slandering peoples and harming their reputation, which is something that can't really be quantified so easily. And so, yeah, you know, the founding fathers who obviously are very famously pro-free speech, they were also very much so in favor of severe consequences for people who lied about other people specifically for their own gain. So if we can return to that, that kind of, you know, gentlemanly impulse toward the truth will be a lot better off. But these people aren't. They're just liars. That's all they do. I think we're, I love that, but I think we're probably more close, closer to reverting back to duels.
Starting point is 00:49:13 You know, it's like, I hate to say. It's an alternative. Matters of honor. Honor culture. You know, there is no honor among thieves, they say. And it does feel like the internet has just made thieves of so many people. John, there, uh, when we talk about these wins, you, you, you related it to talking to a neurotic girlfriend that when you're trying to reason with people, go ahead. But even it's that we, when that's how it's bad with other influencers, pundits, whatever. But what's also so annoying, I would say is these wins that our own base, for lack of a better term, they're not grateful enough about it, that you got a 100% secure border, something that seemed unthinkable for decades,
Starting point is 00:49:54 that we would just slam the door on the Mexican border. No one knew was coming in. So any deportations are absolutely lowering the number of illegals. And that's barely an issue in the midterms. It's like, well, that already happened. Who cares? And I wonder, John, do you have any thoughts from interacting with other normal people, MAGA people?
Starting point is 00:50:15 Is there any sort of way that you can communicate the fact that actually things are just incredibly better than they were in 2020, 2021, 2022. Are there certain wins that appeal the most to people compared to others? You know, I actually, the thought that I have all the time is that I understand why George Bush was able to fill the Pontiac Silver Dome. I mean, you have so many people who just like, don't understand the significance of what Trump is specifically as a political leader. Like, insofar as they're willing to, you know, talk about the Trump political project. Most voters will describe it as like, ah, we just need to send a bowl into the China shop and mess things.
Starting point is 00:50:50 up a little bit, really stick it to DC. And it's like, this is why books like White Hill are so important. People don't understand how bad things were 10, 15, 20 years ago. They don't understand how unbelievable it is that the progress we've made has manifested such at the federal level throughout the
Starting point is 00:51:05 state level as the GOP sort of imposes itself on the public. It's just so much progress has been made and people seem to think that like, oh, you know, if we just got a Democrat back in, maybe things wouldn't be so bad. And it's like, not only would things be immediately bad again, but they would definitely work to make sure that we never had another shot to
Starting point is 00:51:24 write the ship ever again. That's why they're talking about putting all of Trump's top allies in prison. That's why they tried to put him in prison. And it's tough to communicate that to voters because you're asking them to be satisfied with the progress. However, objectively speaking, things are not as good for them as they were decades ago in terms of the average quality of life an American could expect. And so I think it just really has to be emphasized. You know, obviously we understand things aren't perfect, but they are getting a lot better and just Remember how recently things were really bad, and you do just kind of have to trust us. That's kind of what J.D. Vance has been saying to these people recently, and it's not the perfect
Starting point is 00:51:58 message, you know, but is there a perfect message? I understand the other guy is going to say, ah, we'll just give you a bunch of free stuff. He used to be emphasized. That's not true. Every time they say that they just want to do Biden admin 2.0, but it's tough. It's definitely tough. It's going to be expensive and difficult to write a ship that has been declining for 70 years. So I don't know if we have enough time for this, but talking about this. third way. You know, we rejected neocons. We rejected the open border lobby. We rejected the business needs unlimited, you know, cheap labor folks. We rejected the perpetual foreign war folks as well. And I'm not necessarily labeling these two people, but I noticed that you took note of at least one of
Starting point is 00:52:40 these. And these are our friends. But this is what I think is happening, too. It's like people that want sane immigration, they don't want forever wars, are getting lumped in with the neocons because we're rejecting this dumerism too. But it's interesting. I noticed you, you kind of mixed it up with Joel Berry. So he tried to be sneaky and put up this 163. He put up a quote of, it's actually Washington. So he says America should welcome immigrants. Not only the wealthy, but the oppressed and persecuted from all nations and religions. They all deserve to participate in America's rights and privileges. Okay. So that's actually a Washington quote. You called him on it and you basically filled in the blanks. You said the rest of the quote goes,
Starting point is 00:53:23 if by decency and propriety of conduct, conduct, they appear to merit the enjoyment. So I love that you are not just taking it to taking some people to task because they're conspiracy nuts or horseshoe people, but you're also holding the line on some of the fundamental fabric that built this coalition from the beginning. Why is that important to kind of fight it on both sides, John? Well, because we want to tell the truth. We want to be aligned with reality, and it seems like everybody except the Patriot is trying to distort reality for their own gain. And the reason, just to give you some context, why he tweeted that is because some people have been doing something on Twitter where they'll take quotes from the founders from, you know, notes on the state of Virginia or from the Federalist Papers or whatever, and they'll tweet them out as bait. And what a lot of these neocons are doing is responding to that and saying, see, this is the woke right.
Starting point is 00:54:11 This is what we're talking about. You'll see a quote from the Federalist papers about how America must be a nation united by common character and customs and people. And then these people will say, what? Dude, that's like so woke. The founders would never agree with that. And then they say, just kidding. That was a quote from the founders. And so it's a way of getting these guys to embarrass themselves. So Joel Barry was trying to do it back and say, okay, well, here's a quote from Washington about how we should accept immigrants and blah, blah, blah, and nobody takes the bait. But curiously, he omits the last part of that quote. Literally, there's a comma that says, supposing they have earned. earned it through their demonstration of customs and character and so on. Okay, well, anybody who shares our view on immigration would basically agree with that,
Starting point is 00:54:49 where it's like, hey, you want to come into the country as long as you are willing to assimilate and show us that, sure, whatever. The problem is, though, that's like one in every 10,000, that's one in every million, and certainly not, you know, the tens of millions we've seen coming to the country just in the last 60 years. And so it's just a dishonest way of framing the immigration debate. And I don't think that he did that, by the way. I don't think Joel Barry cut that out.
Starting point is 00:55:11 I think that Joel Barry probably read that quote from some liberal who would cut that out to make it seem like George Washington would be totally open borders and, you know, happy, go lucky with all these immigrants. And I think that means if Joel Barry looks at that and doesn't recognize it as being subversive and thinks, aha, see, Washington would agree with me. I think that's a bit of a problem. The founding fathers were very clear on their attitudes about immigration that it should serve the American people. Black Riff, 30 seconds. Blake, what did the founding fathers think about? Were they Anglo people? Believe it or not, the founding fathers liked their country.
Starting point is 00:55:41 And so I think they would have a problem with any political project whose central premise was America and its people are illegitimate and have no history and no identity. And they can be turned into a gigantic third world thunder dome of like capitalism and crime and amnesty and anarcho tyranny. I don't think the founders would agree with that. What did Joe Biden call it before he lost his marble? What do you call it a racial jungle or something? A racial jungle if you can keep it. I think that's what is that what Ben Franklin said coming out of Independence Hall. John Doyle.
Starting point is 00:56:07 I'm very, very glad you made the time for us today. go back to class. I know you're studying hard. John Doyle, you're keeping your head about you and we see it. We appreciate it. We'll talk to you soon, my friend. Thank you. Microplastics are becoming too much of a problem to ignore. They're in 94% of U.S. drinking water, 94%, 90% of our meat and seafood and the average American inhales, get this, 68,000 microplastic particles each and every single day. The EPA recently decided not to include microplastics in the next nationwide drinking water monitoring program, meaning we likely won't have updated data for years.
Starting point is 00:56:49 Even as microplastic exposure continues to rise, scientists have already found microplastics in our blood, our arteries, and even our brains. The good news is that new research suggests there are ways to help your body fight back. Certain probiotic strains found in kimchi, that's right, kimchi, have demonstrated the ability to not. only remove toxins like BPA, new research is also exploring how these same beneficial bacteria help bind and excrete microplastics before they can do further damage to your body. kimchi is one of the world's most powerful superfoods, but its strong taste and smell can make daily use, daily intake, a challenge. Starting point is 00:58:21 You know, last night I was thinking to myself, you know, it's been too long since we've had Kurt Schlichter on because I just enjoy, I get energized by his rants. And so we have Kurt Schlichter coming out. He's got a new book coming out in November, by the way, American Warlord. The guy is like, there you are, okay. You're like a lawyer by day, a commentator, and, you know, I think you're guest hosting for Hugh Hewitt today. So this is part of your show prep. And you find time to somehow, you know, write all these books. So congratulations on a new book coming up, Kurt, American Warlord.
Starting point is 00:59:00 Tell, I mean, go ahead. Thank you. You forgot. I got a mouthpiece for Pete Exxat. Oh, is that what you are now? Yeah, I got asked to come in and look at the war colleges and see if we could make them better. And Washington Post cast that as me being his personal paid propagandist.
Starting point is 00:59:17 Oh, good. You're stunned. You're saying, wait a minute, the regime media not telling the truth about a conservative. Yeah. You're shocked. Me too. I'm completely shocked. I'm completely shocked.
Starting point is 00:59:31 Well, the Washington Post, by the way, I think they had that as their lead this morning was that basically there's no pool coverage. Nobody's getting access to the White House, which is completely not true. This channel right here, Real America's Voice is providing pool coverage for free to anybody who wants it. You know, it's no logos, no nothing. Just what's happening? They're covering it. So the Washington Post is a liar again, unfortunately.
Starting point is 00:59:53 Surprise, surprise. All right, Kurt, we got 41 days till the election. And actually, I think our team put together this graphic. I don't know if it's ready yet, but 41 days. We want everybody to get involved, be a part of the solution. There it is. TPP-100.com slash 100. You can even scan that QR code.
Starting point is 01:00:12 It'll take you right there. If you're out west, come to Arizona. If you're out east, go to New Hampshire. New Hampshire. So Nevada, New Hampshire, and Arizona, obviously. So we're all pedal to the metal. We're trying to fix this. We're trying to win this.
Starting point is 01:00:25 We're not taking any of the doom and gloom. None of it. We don't do that around here. No black pills. But you are apparently the mouthpiece for Pete Heggseth. So let's go there. We've got G coming to the White House today. We've got you got AI tensions.
Starting point is 01:00:40 You got Taiwan. You've got Iran. For our audience's sake, what are you looking at right now? How are you reading the tea leaves and the story behind the story? Obviously, she's going to get this big dinner tonight. Everybody's talking about it. What are you looking at and what are you seeing? Look, I'm seeing that Donald Trump is moving the country and the,
Starting point is 01:01:00 direction that he promised. Yeah, there are things that have happened that people aren't happy about. Some of the prices haven't come down as fast. Some people are very unhappy about the Iran thing. Yeah, I get it. But, you know, we're at the point where we're actually, we've got the Chinese coming to the table. They're not bullying us. They're not pushing us around. You know, and it's, and it's just win after win, you know, a Venezuelan oil deal that puts America effectively in control of 60% of the known fossil fuel reserves. That's some incredible stuff. As for AI, I'm not buying the doom and gloom. I know the Democrats want to try and use that as a tool. It just, you know, I can't be killed by AI. I already died from climate change. And oh, yeah,
Starting point is 01:01:50 apparently Trump's budget cuts have stopped there from having hurricanes. Have you not we don't have hurricanes anymore. The first time in 100 years that the Gulf has not had a hurricane. I mean, it is wild. You change the name to Gulf of America and then no hurricanes. It is very, that is very weird. He's a very lucky guy. That's the craziest thing about him is how lucky he is.
Starting point is 01:02:12 I understand that people want everything all at once. I get that. I understand that. Yeah, okay. But we're adults. You don't get everything you want all at once. We've got a closed border. That's pretty important.
Starting point is 01:02:29 So I see the doom and gloom people. People are mad because they're paying a dollar more a gallon of gas. And I get that. That's annoying. That's obnoxious. Okay. But we're not going to have a nuclear Iran. We're going to have security for our economy because of all the things that Trump have done.
Starting point is 01:02:51 People who are making a living off tips aren't paying taxes on them. there are manifestly great things going on. And this doom and gloom nonsense, Andrew, I'm so tired of it. Oh, Trump isn't doing everything I want. So I'm going to vote for the guys who want to castrate kids so that their munchhows and mommies can, you know, be excited about catering to their gender delusions. It doesn't make any sense. It's ridiculous.
Starting point is 01:03:21 We've got to keep fighting. So I'm told by CNN, who was just kicked out of the White House, if you could throw this graphic up, a lot has changed since Xi Jinping's last U.S. state visit, mostly in China's favor. Okay? And now they go through a litany of things here, Kurt. The world's second largest economy. So the first was in 2017, the summit at Trump's Mar-a-Lago. And it says China was lagging on multiple fronts at that point, vulnerable to the tech and trade. frictions Trump would unleash in the coming year. But now he arrives at the helm of a country that's transformed. The world's second largest economy has emerged as a tech heavyweight, homegrown tech talent is spurring Chinese AI models ever closer to Silicon Valley's frontier. Beijing-based space firms are launching and landing reusable rockets with their site on global champion SpaceX. Companies from energy to AI, robots, and memory chips have launched blockbuster stock debuts in the past year. And they do make a point. China's manufacturing.
Starting point is 01:04:23 manufacturing juggernaut racked up a $1.2 trillion global trade surplus in the last year, due in large part to them leveraging supply chains, especially in rare earths, in their favor. Do you agree with CNN? Or is this just, are they just still bitter about what happened getting kicked out of the White House? Look, what do I know? I'm only a strategist, you know, guy from the army. All I see is China's being strangled as its allies fall one after the other. Venezuela is gone. With it, not only it's access to all that oil, which powers the country, but its beachhead in the Western Hemisphere is gone.
Starting point is 01:05:07 Oh, they're out of the Panama Canal, too. Its friend Iran has been neutered. People are saying, oh, the Iranians control the Strait of Hormuz. That's ridiculous. We control the Stereid of Hormuz. And if we say China gets no oil, it gets no oil. And if China gets no oil, it's nothing. As far as the AI stuff, now that's my favorite part.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Because the next story on CNN will no doubt be AI is terrible, terrifying and horrible, and we can't build data centers. We can't do anything. We can't, we can't participate in the AI revolution at all. Oh, but China's doing great because it is. it's all I mean it's CNN what do you expect
Starting point is 01:05:53 it's nonsense we are in a great position we're in a strong position if I had to choose one I'd certainly choose the United States over the people's Republic of China
Starting point is 01:06:04 a geriatric communist dictatorship that's teetering on the edge of revolution it's only one bad crop failure away from having these communists overthrown
Starting point is 01:06:16 they may have a lot of high tech stuff but at the end the day there are a bunch of dictators and they know they're living on a razor's edge. Well, yeah, and by the way, China's banking on their high-tech transformation to inject momentum into what is overall a slowing economy. So China's actually got some headwinds there too. And you're right, Xi is increasingly isolated from the political rivals, from other factions within the Chinese government. So there's a lot going on in China that CNN doesn't want to talk about.
Starting point is 01:06:48 Now, on this AI thing, I think you and Blake probably agree, data centers massively unpopular. Polling on data centers is like- It feels bizarre to me. It's bizarrely low. No one ever agrees that much on something, and it feels like they did all this without anything happened. All of a sudden, I'm seeing polls that like 20% of people like them and the rest hate them. I mean, this is- Well, look, I mean, you know, I don't want a sewage treatment plant in my neighborhood, but I definitely want a sewage treatment plant. And I get it. I don't want a data center in my neighborhood. Nobody does.
Starting point is 01:07:21 That's one of the reasons they're going out of the country. There is a data center in my neighborhood. The other reason is that blue cities will keep them from building them. But yeah, okay. Yeah, they have some drawbacks. Those drawbacks can be ameliorated and we're working to ameliorate them. But the idea that we're going to go back to the 20th century, as opposed to the 21st, is just ridiculous. it isn't going to happen. And if it does happen, we're going to have Chinese overlords because they're not playing this.
Starting point is 01:07:55 Yeah, I mean, that's certainly true. Okay, let's turn our attention to Iran. President Trump and his UN address said that he is facing some serious questions right now. Actually, I think we have that clip. Let's go ahead and play it. Top 5. But I have a big decision to make. Will a deal be made with Iran that lets them rebuild and create a far greater country than it ever was before? Or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people and countries again? Do I drive them into hell with no chance of survival and no hope of future great country? or generations. Kind of reminds me of that Rocket Man speech you gave it to you, Edward.
Starting point is 01:08:44 Oh, yeah, yeah. So as the mouthpiece, you know, I'm just kidding. And your personal capacity here, Kurt, what are you seeing with Iran? And obviously that it creates political headwinds for the entire movement. I've been very candid about this from the jump, actually. But what are you looking at? And what do you hope happens next? Well, I no longer work for the Pentagon.
Starting point is 01:09:11 So I am always, and even when I always spoke on my own, and never about the work that I did. Look, I am from a different generation than a lot of the TPP USA people. I grew up with the Iranians murdering, kidnapping, and mutilating Americans. And I want payback, and I want them gone. They are a existential threat. As soon as they have nuclear weapons, they will murder our allies, and they will murder. as many Americans as they can. So I supported the war.
Starting point is 01:09:42 Of course, I served in the military, so I kind of put my money where my mouth is. I'm not asking anybody to do anything I didn't do. On the other hand, not everybody agrees with me. And, you know, and large part, they don't want, they have seen their trust in the foreign policy establishment completely evaporate after Afghanistan and Iran. These were disasters. They were poorly handled. A lot of Americans got killed. And a lot of Americans have a question, what the hell did they die for? And that's one that I can't answer. That's one that you, I think we can answer it for Iran. I would like to see this finished. I would like to see a victory. I would like to see the Mullah's gone. Imagine the strategic change. When you have Venezuela gone, Cuba's going to be gone. The Mullahs are going to be gone. All.
Starting point is 01:10:36 All of China's allies around the globe gone, getting rid of these running sores that have tormented the United States since before I was born. And dude, I am old A.F. It is an opportunity. I think we've got to take it. And I know there are people out there saying, hey, Trump said no more forever wars. My argument would be, hey, he didn't start this. He's finishing it. All right, Kurt, I'm going to play devil's advocate here because I've talked to too many of our kids. they don't want to be at war. They don't, they feel like they got hoodwinked. They feel like they were told no new wars.
Starting point is 01:11:14 They don't want to go serve overseas. They want to be able to buy a house. They feel this war wasn't sold to them, period. They were told the one wouldn't happen. And I don't think they got an explanation of why that changed that was compelling to them. Yeah. So, you know, I just, I want to make sure, because listen, I understand what you're saying. But there's a whole, there's a whole suite of arguments on the other side.
Starting point is 01:11:36 How do you square that circle? Well, look, I was a lawyer for 30 years, so I'm used to people disagreeing with me. And I appreciate it when somebody puts the argument like you have, which is a very coherent one. And I get it. No, I understand. Now, I would argue this isn't a new war. This is a war that's been going on since 1970. Yeah, but Kurt, right there, I just, yeah, it feels like it started earlier this year.
Starting point is 01:12:05 I get it. I get it. These are guys who were going to have nuclear weapons. Those nuclear weapons were going to kill Americans. And I think it was extremely courageous of Donald Trump to do something I don't think he wanted to do. I don't think he wants to be at war. He wants to be building the golden age. I don't want to be at war. I want to be building the golden age. But you know, sometimes you are overcome by events. And we have been overcome by events. And I get the people don't want to go. You know, okay. So, Kerr, when I say, you got to do stuff you don't want to do. And it is getting in the way of the things that we do want to do. We want to get affordability. We want to get people's houses. My gosh, you know, I can't go through a McDonald's drive-thru, order from a clown, and not pay 30 bucks. How the hell do people live paying 30 bucks for lunch for their family?
Starting point is 01:13:00 I don't get it. It doesn't work. And we've got to deal with that. So I understand. But I think Donald Trump made the right call. So, yeah, and, you know, we talk about, you said they were going to get nukes and they were going to kill Americans. So what do you say to the crowd that says, we've been warned that they were going to be getting nukes for, you know, how many years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years? They were, they never were there.
Starting point is 01:13:24 So why was this time any difference? First question. And when we talk about, you know, affordability, this has driven up gas prices, right? So how do you wrestle with that? Look, the breakout for building nuclear weapons in the Iranian regime was within the control of the Iranians. They could decide when to do it. And it was coming up on that time. They were also building a lot of conventional weapons, including ballistic missiles,
Starting point is 01:13:57 to essentially do what North Korea did, which is create a conventional deterrent to stopping them from building nuclear weapons. saw this all happen in North Korea in 1994. So we know how the game is play. These are people who literally want to kill us. I know that, and everyone should know that, by the way, they've literally killed us for over 40 years. As far as affordability, but, you know, Donald Trump's not going to get any credit for what doesn't happen, for preventing something. That I really agree. He's going to be held to what people can see. And what people can see is affordability. And affordability is a huge problem.
Starting point is 01:14:43 I don't understand how young people can live. Well, and on that note, I don't get it. You know what drives up costs is when we spend like a bunch of drunken sailors and we don't balance our budget. Inflation can come from one place. And that is Washington because only Washington can create money. And so when we're financing these wars, it is contributing to this underlying problem. What are we?
Starting point is 01:15:05 $40 trillion. in debt. I don't know. So the point is, I'm not dooming. I just want to, I want to hear a smart guy like yourself answer the difficult questions that our kids are faced with, that I'm faced with. So what's your answer to those things? That the cost is basically worth it and that this will Yes. Yes. Yes. The cost is worth in the short term. We should get it over with. Donald Trump is going to strangle them economically. I think that's the right way to go rather than overwhelming force. It's going to take time. It's going to take patience. And yeah, we're going to have to pay a little more. You know, let's let's talk about the debt. The military is about 12% of our debt. An even
Starting point is 01:15:44 bigger chunk of his interest on it. And even bigger trunk his handouts, including to people like me. Okay. I'm going to be able to get Social Security a lot sooner than I like. I thought that you should not get that. And I shouldn't be able to. I agree. You know, why should why should some young kid who's trying to start out, a 24-year-old be paying me. I'm going to make like four or five grand a month off Social Security. Yeah, I put in my money. I get that part. But there's no trust fund.
Starting point is 01:16:14 There's no lockbox. It's coming directly out of the pockets of some guy who just, you know, start as an HVAC repairman. And now he's subsidizing me. That doesn't work. We're going to have to change how we look at government entitlements. And that includes EBT. That includes Medicare.
Starting point is 01:16:35 That includes Social Security. And a lot of people my age are going to scream. But a lot of young people are, you know, they're going to have to be tough about things and say, no, you can't have free money for doing nothing. If they're not willing to do that, they're not going to solve the problems. I will be dead by the time a lot of these problems manifest at the end state. Ultimately, the biggest problem facing America, I think is what the founders would say. It's a moral one, which is. Are people willing to sacrifice, give up anything for the long-term future of this country?
Starting point is 01:17:09 Yes. And a lot of people, they don't have kids, they don't have grandkids. The answer they say is just no. Yeah. Kurt Schlichter, I wish we could keep going. I know you got to go take over a show yourself filling in for Hugh Hewitt today. God bless you, my friend. That was really fun conversation, actually.
Starting point is 01:17:24 So thanks for making the time. Well, look, I really appreciate you guys sticking up for the young people. Thank you. Somebody has to do it, and not enough people are. For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
