Starting point is 00:00:03 My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a turning point USA college chapter. Go start a turning point you would say high school chapter.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life and I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go.

We've got an election on tonight here in Arizona and we're so excited to be the ones to bring it to you live as results come in in real time. Polls are closed as of 32 minutes ago in 50 seconds here in Arizona. We got Tyler Boyer, C-O-O of Turning Point Action,
Starting point is 00:01:41 the architect of the machine that we're building here in this great state of 48, state 48. And we got the wonderful, the amazing, the stupendous. Yeah, you're getting the edge dips tonight. Blake Neff. And joining us is, don't forget lovely. The lovely Blake Neff. And we've got Jack Posobic joining us remote.
Starting point is 00:02:03 Thank you for joining us. Jack, I know it's late your time, and you are all in with us. And we appreciate it, my friend. We so much to get to. We've got a watch party over with Andy Biggs. They're going to be doing that. We've got a camera set up there. We've got a producer there. We're going to be throwing to it.
Starting point is 00:02:20 Yeah, if you want to actually throw it. If we've got the live shot, we'll give you a little teaser here. No, no worries. No worries. We're bringing it back up. We already got a random super chat from someone who says, add Boyer, because they're a big fan of a tie tie. And they said bigs for AZ. Big is two bigs to rig. Two bigs to rig. Yeah, that's the election night watch party.
Starting point is 00:02:41 We are going to be cutting to that, throwing to it. Hopefully we'll get. We'll be going up there after. Yeah. Some is over. Exactly. So we got a party there tonight. Hopefully based on where the polling sits right now, we, we feel we feel real good about what we're seeing. Yeah, there's the picture. You can take it full if you want. If you want to throw to that two box. take that. But anyways, there we go. We've got the watch party just gathering momentum. The results are going to be coming in shortly and we'll have more to report on that. I want to say a special thanks as well. We're streaming this on socials, but as well, we've got Real America's voice. Rob and Parker Sig, you guys are amazing. You're the best. You support us. You support the state
Starting point is 00:03:22 of Arizona. And we really appreciate it. All right. So, Tyler, we did one of these this morning. for those who missed it, those are just tuning in, getting election results tonight. Give us a sense of the timeline and the main things that you're watching for. Yeah. So for those that have been joining us now for multiple election cycles in a row, Arizona is a weird state. You know, there's some things that actually have been fixed. Right.
Starting point is 00:03:51 A little bit. Justin Heap. Just slightly corrected. Yeah. I mean, first and foremost, Justin Heep got elected. We got him elected last time. Freedom Caucus member took over. over for Stephen Richard.
Starting point is 00:04:01 We got in. Maricopa County Recorder. Yep. And he's been cleaning the voter rolls, which that's helpful. Because then that limits the insane stuff that's been going on. In the background with Dems, just like kind of harvesting ballots and throwing, you know, chucking a bunch of. Allegedly.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Envolutes into the box, the last minute. But the second thing is a law guy passed this last year in Arizona that, that makes it so that they can actually tabulate your ballot at the polling place on election day. So instead of shipping it in trucks to like a tabulation center? So they still do that. So if you drop off your ballot there, you still have to do that. But if you go and show up, they can pull your ballot out of the envelope, right? Verify your ID, which I did this this morning to test it.
Starting point is 00:04:49 I wanted to see how it worked. Okay. It worked flawlessly. So you're not dropping it in a box at a polling center. You are actually taking it in. You walk it in. they verify your ID you take your ballot out of the
Starting point is 00:05:02 out of the envelope that you signed and then they feed into the machine and count it right there on the polling place. That is so much better than what happened a few years ago. Four years ago if you remember in November and I just posted about this they had changed the laws
Starting point is 00:05:18 or they changed the rules, the operating procedures where you could you had to wait to print a ballot on site and the printer's all malfunctioned and went down some speculate that that was on purpose to hurt Republicans on election day. It sure seemed like it.
Starting point is 00:05:33 But regardless if it was malfeasance or if it was intentional malfeasance, it hurt Republicans. And the legislature came in, the Republican legislature came in and said, we're going to pass a law that's going to be really hard for the Democrats to say no to,
Starting point is 00:05:48 which is that you can tabulate your mailing vote there at the polling place. And so that got done. Lots of people have been doing that in early votes. Lots of people did that today. I did it today. It worked very well. So that should deliver more results faster, which is really fantastic.
Starting point is 00:06:04 So what's the timing tonight on what we're hoping to get back again? Yeah, so today we are going to see early results at about 8 p.m. or just slightly after 8 p.m. It's what the Secretary of State says. So they tell us to buzz off until 8 p.m. That's typical. So what was going to happen is that the results you're going to see are the early votes that have been tabulated by every county. that reports on 10.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Now, some counties have been notorious for not reporting super quickly. And so that's what holds up the show. Typically, they won't release the results to all the counties for the entire state, which is there's only 15 in Arizona. Right. We'll have all reported their early, their first drop, their early drop. But, again, there's some counties that kind of play games. All right.
Starting point is 00:06:52 So I'm with Apache County? Apache has issues a lot. again, there's the huge Navajo reservation that's there. And so they typically blame the reservation for the delays. And then Pima County, which is run by absolute, you know, Hardened Democrat. You know, sometimes some people refer to them as criminals. They certainly have not been great on elections.
Starting point is 00:07:18 And so, again, typically you don't see these kind of things on primary night. It would be nice to just see results pretty quick at eight. and then we should have, well, we'll quickly go through all of the races that we're tracking. Some will cover now before we hit 8 o'clock. So you have a good idea of who won, who didn't, what are the races to watch, and then we'll stick by the microphone, and hopefully we'll have some more results and see some more tabulation coming in, and then what to watch for the rest of the night even after we're off live. I love that. That's a great rundown.
Starting point is 00:07:50 Jack, I want to throw to you really quick and work you in here. So you know this firsthand because you were around when Charlie was endorsing Andy Biggs, when he got behind him when we threw rallies for him, when he talked about him on a show. But just from somebody who's not a resident of State 48, explain what you observed why this is special tonight for us. I mean, we are all gathered here because Arizona matters in so many different ways. But what did Andy Biggs in that endorsement in this state of Arizona, the state he made his home? What did it mean to him? And what could you see from all the way on the East Coast? You know, it's seeing that, but it's also, you know, being with Charlie, even in the last four years, because it's been four years now since the primary election of 2022 when I actually was sitting there in Arizona, right in that room where you guys are on that particular night.
Starting point is 00:08:49 And you can hear it in Charlie's voice. You can hear it when, you know, we're playing the clips of him endorsing Andy, just as we were going to start the live stream here. And it just hit me like a ton of bricks. You can hear how personal this was for him. That line that Charlie said, and I know that every single one of you guys had the exact same feeling when he said this line. And he said, Arizona is the state that I'm raising my children in. Yeah, I brought that up.
Starting point is 00:09:16 And that was something that you could tell. hey guys this isn't just a race for charlie this isn't just a you know another endorsement this is personal this is his personal stand to say i am am raising my family here we have planted our flag he wants to build that red wall around Arizona and I remember he got he was so proud he was so proud we used to he and I used to go back and forth because I used to say well you know Pennsylvania was the state that delivered us the 2024 election he would say yeah jack but but Arizona was the one where we had the biggest difference. Arizona was the one where we had the biggest win,
Starting point is 00:09:54 where we had the biggest change out of the, you know, the 2020 states that had their little, had their little, had their little kerfuffle around 3 a.m. And I just knew how many, how much blood, sweat, and tears that Charlie had put into Arizona. And he was all in for Andy Biggs. He was all in for Andy Biggs more than I've ever seen him in for anyone else. And the idea was quite simple is that Charlie, Kirk wanted Andy Biggs to be his governor, to be his family's governor, to be the guy who was literally working with the president to shut down the border to make Arizona safe, not just for
Starting point is 00:10:32 all Arizonans, but for Charlie's own family. He said it exactly like that himself on stage. And I just knew, man, I just knew that this was this was the real deal when Charlie came in for Andy Biggs. And you could see it on air, you could see it off air. And I think you really thought that working with turning point action specifically that Arizona should and ought to be, by the way, a red state by getting out those low prop voters the way that the way that we started in 2024, that Arizona would go on not just have that six point delta like it did in 24, but raise it up to a 10 point delta and make Arizona the red state that it is and there's always been. The Florida of the West. I'm going to play a clip just to underscore all that Jack just said. This was from June 2025 at a rally that Tyler, turning point action team and Charlie hosted on behalf of Andy Biggs.
Starting point is 00:11:30 It's not 22. 2020 for election was about so much stuff. It was about inflation by the border, but it was also about who's in charge of the country. Fundamentally, that was the question. Who runs the country? That was what this last election was about. And Arizona just happens to be the place where all of this has,
Starting point is 00:11:45 happening. And here I'm to tell you today to remind you, to encourage you, the story is not over. The story continues. What started here in Arizona back 10 years ago is still continuing because if it's just about getting Trump elected as the president's who, don't get me wrong, praise God almighty it happened. And it doesn't materialize in our own home, then that's just a short-lived moment. But we're here about building a movement. And that is why we are here today and why we at Turning Point so decisively are going all in for a true conservative because it's time for us to not just make America great again, but make Arizona great again and make Andy Biggs
Starting point is 00:12:22 the next governor of this great state. Such good energy from Charlie there. It was huge. Just to put it in perspective, Andrew, for those that have forgotten, that was in May of 2025. June. Maybe we mislabeled the clip. It was sometime around there.
Starting point is 00:12:39 It was May. Yeah, it was in May. and it was still sort of nice out. Tyler's getting salty. He knows his dates. It was super early. He was like, no, I thought I was Jewish. It was very, very early.
Starting point is 00:12:52 And what ended up happening was we had thousands of people, I think 3,000 people showed up for that rally. Just so that everybody understands, nobody shows up for, you can't get 3,000 people for a lot of presidential rallies during presidential cycle.
Starting point is 00:13:09 Yeah. This is, we had three. Democrat one. Yeah, definitely not Democrats. We had 3,000 people in May of 2025. We just ran like people were exhausted with politics. Can we just remember that? How exhausted was everybody after that huge, huge buildup to 2024? And then the, and then we were in the middle of the confirmation fights, right? Getting Pete Heggseth over the finish line, getting RFK, getting Tulsi, all that stuff was ongoing. It was exhausting. And yet here we are turning point action throwing a rally to announce Biggs's candidacy. that was, you know, how far out at that point? I mean, it was May 31st, so it was the last day of man. Okay, all right. So fair enough. But, yeah, but that was, again, so huge.
Starting point is 00:13:53 The energy was bombastic. I mean, typically, and this was so early, so many people were like, what are you guys doing? Why are you guys, we're that serious? Is that Arizona matters that much for 2028? And remember, Tyler, President Trump sort of inadvertently endorsed Karen Taylor Robeson. I wouldn't say inadvertently, but it happened. It was on the stage at Amfest in December of 2024. Okay. So Biggs is coming into a field that already has a Trump endorsed candidate. And then we do this rally in May. Ultimately, the groundswell of support is so overwhelming that KTR drops out of the race. Yep. Now there is Schweikert in the race, right? We like where the polling's at. Which by By the way, prayers for Karen.
Starting point is 00:14:43 She just lost the family member, Carl Knessik, who was the former Senate president. I didn't know that. The state senate, I mean, their family has a long history of service. By the way, we're praying for their family right now. That's a tough loss. By the way, when she dropped out of the race, she did it in a very classy way. She wanted to unite everybody. We give her a lot of kudos for that.

I want to play one other clip before we get to some of the other endorsements, some of the other races that we're looking at tonight. This is one clip because, and I think it's important, especially in Arizona. And I want everybody to understand the massive transformation that has happened in this state. And I'm not attacking. We need all conservatives together.
Starting point is 00:16:39 I'm just saying from the, if you will, the Flake McCain era of this state to where the prevailing wisdom was that you do not want a true conservative to run in these races. You can't elect like an actual conservative like Andy Biggs. Charlie addressed that because he understood that this state had been fundamentally transformed not only by Trump and the MAGA era, but by the work that Turning Point action has done to get out conservative voters in this state and get them mobilized. Let's go ahead in place that 29. If you run a more moderate candidate, the counties like Cochise and Yuma, the counties that are very, very conservative, they tend to have a underrepresentation.
Starting point is 00:17:24 They tend to undervote. And we want to see candidates that are able to communicate in Yavapai, which is a very conservative candidate and run up the score there. So to answer your question, yes, I have full faith that Andy Biggs can win, We've made some changes. We need to make even more. But President Donald Trump winning by 200,000 votes in 2024 is evidence. He continues on. I love this theme because I know it's near and due to your heart. Something you've been working on for probably 15 years. SOT 30, he finishes up this thought. I would actually say that Andy Biggs being more conservative is not a disadvantage. It is actually an advantage to winning the governor's race in Arizona.
Starting point is 00:18:05 Or else the plumbers, the welders, electricians, the young men on campus, that I talk to, they are going to need a reason to go vote. And a more MAGA-type candidate is one in a lower turnout election like we are going to see in 2026 versus 2024. Someone like Andy Biggs is, in my opinion, no-brainer. Yep, Charlie hits on the head. I mean, this is a situation. I show people the maps all the time.
Starting point is 00:18:29 I've seen you do this. We'll pull the maps up as we come out of the election night tonight. So because, I mean, our audience is going to get really familiar with this. We're going to be talking a lot about Arizona, about New Hampshire. Two very different states, by the way. New Hampshire, a very moderate, still has a huge working class that's there, has a lot of people who drive into Boston.
Starting point is 00:18:52 Yep. But a totally different state where the turnout is that the conservatives are generally pretty jazz. They turn out for their local elections really well. And the moderate, sometimes they'll sit at home. In Arizona, you have a situation where you can see on the map. You look at the map, the places that we have, we struggled the most with with turning out voters. And it's just what Charlie just talked about is your rural counties.
Starting point is 00:19:16 Your deep red, super conservative rural counties where they showed up for Donald Trump and big numbers and record numbers. Mojave County did a boomerang in 2024. Mojavee County, if anyone's ever been to Mojave's up by Nevada. That is your northwestern part, Kingman, Lake Havasu. So if you've ever seen the London Bridge, you know this. Can we get an Arizona map up on the screen, guys? The London Bridge, the old London Bridge was transplanted into Lake Havasu. Great place to go have a party.
Starting point is 00:19:51 A lot of seniors retire there because it's kind of like a beautiful water. You hang out there. But a lot of retirees, a lot of rural. I was just reading about that actually because, you know, we just did Z-Pack UK. And I was like, looking up London Bridge stuff. And I was like, wait a minute. The London Bridge is in Lake Avenue. I feel like that's a top three Arizona fact is that London Bridge is randomly here.
Starting point is 00:20:13 A guy bought it, moved it to Arizona for to get tourists to come there. Well, did they succeed? I've never been there. It's like the one from the song. London Bridge is falling down. Like it literally fell so far and it fell through the planet and it opened up. It's falling into the Colorado River where it turns in. Anyway, back to the facts.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Deep Reds are coming out for a conservative. Deep Reds, I mean, we haven't really tested this. effectively, right? So, I mean, we saw this in, we saw some of this just organically with Carrie Lake in 2022, where people were excited, but people in the rural, I would say Carrie was a very suburban night. I mean, her name ID was, was really well known across Arizona because she was a newscaster, right? But, you know, she was new. She, she had just started her political career. Andy Biggs has been in the game for a long time. So much trust built up over years. He's been, He's been on Fox News for the last 10 years.
Starting point is 00:21:10 He was the chairman of the Freedom Caucus. He's known as one of the most hailed conservatives out of Congress. He's loved across the state. He's going to do very, very well in every district tonight. I mean, we've seen the polling. The polling is showing that he's going to defeat David Schweiker, probably in David Schweiger's home district by more than double digits. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:21:31 And so this will be the first time in a long time. Two things. One is that we have a conservative that's well known across the state. that's trusted that's going to run that's going to tap into that carry a lake energy that's got to tap into the Donald Trump energy but also has just a little bit more established persona
Starting point is 00:21:49 so to sum this up though the second thing that's really important is that you also have a guy in Andy Biggs who has run with and ahead of the president in his own district last three elections so this is really important because most people struggle to turn out the same type of excitement that the president does.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Andy Biggs is one of the only people that I can point to that excited people equal to, if not, at the same level as the president for the last three cycles of the president ran in. Wow. That's a great sign. That's a huge sign. It's a great sign. Sorry, Blake. Well, first of all, I wanted to say thank you to Dylan, who sent a super rumble rant, I guess they call it. And he said, I see more people are voting early in Tennessee, he said, compared to 2018 or 2020.
Starting point is 00:22:43 Which I love that, that Dylan is watching us from Tennessee. He gets why Arizona is important. Voter habits are going to change as we, as our side gets used to this month-long stuff. But I want to get, I wanted to highlight especially just illustrate what you're saying about the enthusiasm issue, which is Donald Trump won in 24 with about 1.7 million votes in this state. Kamala Harris lost by quite a bit getting 1.55 million so loses by 150,000 votes gets over 1.55 million.
Starting point is 00:23:14 In 2022, Hobbs wins with 1.2 million, 1.25. And so all of that, what you say about that enthusiasm, if you can just avoid losing 500,000 votes, almost a third of your votes
Starting point is 00:23:30 from the presidential year, you basically win this race. Yeah. It's crazy. what the gap is and turn out. There's some other things to pay attention to in this election. So again, we're going to be talking a lot more about this. But they're in this election, which is a little bit different than others in the past,
Starting point is 00:23:46 there is going to be a green party candidate running against the Democrats. Interesting. So there hasn't been a strong one in years past or there hasn't been one at all. A green candidate takes typically 1 to 2% of the vote away from the Democrats. That's number one. Number two. Do we have a libertarian? There's a guy that's in the race that his name is Hugh Little.
Starting point is 00:24:08 L-Y-T-L. So like almost like huge little? So Hugh, yeah, huge little. It's spelled, yeah, H-U-G-H. So we're going to lose 500 viewers now. Hugh Little is running as what they call no labels. So if you remember there was a party that files in Arizona called no labels. And the Democrats hate no labels because the Democrats,
Starting point is 00:24:32 polling shows time and time again that no labels candidates pull from the Democrat part. That's a fantastic thing. There is a legitimate guy that's going to be running as a business-friendly Democrat light that will probably poll Democrat votes. Now, there's something else to this. Republicans, when they're pissed at Republicans, typically it's over one thing and one thing alone. What is that? Well, it could be immigration, abortion.
Starting point is 00:25:02 And most of it is centered around the president. Oh, well, fair enough. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, the kind of fake rhinoe Republicans, they get pissed at the president. And you know, it's hovers kind of right around 5% of Republicans, kind of get upset with the president. And you can see all the polling. The polling shows that the president's approval reigns amongst Republicans is 90, 92% pretty solid. And then there's some waffly, and then there's like 5% they hate them.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Those people, when they have an option to vote for someone other than just the Democrat, that's a positive. And in this election, that will exist. The problem for the Democrats is that they're people that are abandoning the Democrats actually like the president. Right?
Starting point is 00:25:45 So the 5% to 8% of Democrats that are voting for Republicans, Hispanic males, we're seeing a lot of black males, I mean, males in general, right? They're not going to vote necessarily for Hugh Little. They might, right? They might vote for the, the, no labels, but the likelihood is that they're going to vote for Andy Biggs.
Starting point is 00:26:05 So we're actually teeing up for a really nice situation as long as we push people that direction, right? As long as we talk about it, that our people will probably, when they sluff off, not go to the Democrats, they'll go to Hugh Little, and their side will go to Andy. Interesting. Now, the question is, what kind of percentage is that?
Starting point is 00:26:24 If it's 2% go Green Party, 2% or 3% go Hugh Little, 2% or 3% go to Andy from their side, And ours, I mean, ours are not going to go. Green Party, ours are going to go, let's say, three or four, we can potentially lose four or five percent. Interesting. To the independent and. Well, let me just sum this up for everybody who's joining this broadcast just new.
Starting point is 00:26:47 We're watching as election results from the Arizona primary here. Come in. We're expecting them any time now, probably within the next 10 minutes. We're supposed to be getting our first results in. the polls closed at 7 p.m. Pacific. All right. So if you're watching on the East Coast, that was 10, 10, Eastern, where Jack is at. So we're watching this. We are all eyes on Andy Biggs. You might be asking yourself, why do we care about a primary for governor in Arizona? A couple things. One, as you always like to make the case, Tyler, it's a muscle. Voting is a muscle. We got to get our voters used to
Starting point is 00:27:25 voting. They have to be in touch with the calendar. They have to get used to this. We're building a movement here of getting low props to turn into high props. Okay. And we started that transformation in Arizona in 2024. We have more momentum as far as hiring, ballot chasing, the machine in Arizona built up than we did even at the point in November. So at the very end of November 24, we are ahead of that pace when it comes to hiring and getting people trained out into the field. Okay. So that's That's a big part of this. Another thing, Katie Hobbs is the, is called by mainstream newspapers and publications the most vulnerable Democrat incumbent governor in the country. And that's above the Democrat governor in Kansas right now.
Starting point is 00:28:12 Yes. She's the most vulnerable. Andy Biggs has massive momentum. If you talk to guys like Rich Barris, he's seeing negative trends all across the country except in Arizona. And a lot of that has to do with our field work that we're doing every single day. here in State 48. All right. So those are the reasons. So this is a litmus test to see how the enthusiasm, everything, so we're watching very closely. The polling is showing great. Everything's looking great, but we still have to see results actually accumulate in the vote tallies here. All right. So I want to take our attention away from Andy Biggs for just a moment. Obviously, that's the key race that we're looking at. Throw up that graphic, if you guys can, on the statewide endorse. Okay, that's 140. Statewide endorsements.
Starting point is 00:28:59 You can go quick through this if you want. These are other races that we are looking at tonight. Tyler, why don't you take us through these? Yeah, so these are important for a number of reasons. So first, Andy Biggs, what to watch, what to watch for tonight. Doug Deucy in his second term won his election by about 50 points. So he had a primary challenger.
Starting point is 00:29:21 It's hard to say from the right. It was kind of a guy that was in his same service. if you will. All right. So 50's a lot. That's a big number though. 50's a big number. He lost a pretty significant.
Starting point is 00:29:34 Actually, I'm sorry. It was a 40% difference. Okay. On the election. I think it was 7030 basically. So. So Andy right now, polling is showing above that. And he's not an incoming governor.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Yeah. So, and he's running against a member of Congress who is probably more well known than the guy that ran against Doug Ducey the last time. So that's a great sign. That's a great sign. And so that's a lot to be bullish about. Can I just say one point on that is it shows the unity of the conservative movement, right? Arizona has long been maligned.
Starting point is 00:30:08 And, you know, Jack understands this even from afar. Arizona has been the poster child of a divided conservative movement, right? Because you had the McCain, the Flake era. Yeah, go ahead, Jack, please. Yeah, no, I mean, this was, you're running it out. Look, for many years, I would say that I always put it like this, the MAGA has sort of existed or operated almost like Tyler was just walking us through the green parties, the no label, libertarians that they want to end up running. But MAGA almost operated as a third party within the Republican Party. And primary elections are where you saw this display most frequently.
Starting point is 00:30:47 And Arizona was a perfect example of a state like that where, you know, you might not get someone over the, over the line in the primary, you might have this hard or have a hard fought primary. And then, of course, in the general, those people, you know, who are on the other side of that, whether it was the MAGA side, whether it's the establishment side, wouldn't come out to support the candidate that was on the top of the ballot. And what I'm hoping, what I'm certainly hoping is that, you know, people can kind of put that behind them and get behind a guy like Andy Biggs who, yeah, he's a MAGA guy, but he's also Mr. Arizona. He's somebody who's been in Arizona politics as a main state for now. He's a fixture.
Starting point is 00:31:30 He's someone who's absolutely given his entire lifetime career to the state. And really someone, I, you know, just again, looking at it from afar, it seems to be someone that's done a lot of work with all of the different various entities within Arizona politics. Colorado is at it again, trying to silence free speech because that's what they do in Colorado. A state law forces businesses to refer to some customers with inaccurate pronouns, even if using them would violate the business owner's religious beliefs or conscience. That's a violation of free speech, but as Colorado has proved time and again, it has little concern for the First Amendment. At Alliance Defending Freedom, they're challenging the law on behalf of a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company. But a court recently ruled against them, which is a huge, huge problem.
Starting point is 00:32:20 With ADF's help, they've appealed. and they'll continue fighting to ensure Colorado doesn't get away with this attempt to skirt the First Amendment. Your gift today helps protect free speech in cases like this all over the country. And for a limited time, your gift to the ADF, the Alliance Defending Freedom, great lawyers, great team. It's going to be doubled by a special matching grant while funds last. So text Charlie to 83848. That's Charlie to 83848. Or you can visit them online at join ADF.com slash charlie.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Charlie to have your gift doubled. One more time. Text Charlie to 83848 or go to join adf.com slash Charlie to have your gift doubled. We just got results. We did. The results just dropped in. These are early, early ballots just dropped in. Andy Biggs has essentially 70% of the vote that just came in in the early ballot. So let's be specific.
Starting point is 00:33:19 69.6 goes to Andy. Biggs with 170,000 votes. He's winning by 52% right now. 52%. Okay. So what we were just talking about, this is key. So we got 170,000 votes to 43,700. This is showing that to Jack's point, is the party, are we finally over all of that
Starting point is 00:33:43 infighting in State 48? That's a big question and that's what we're looking for. Blake, your take on the first results. Some other big stuff here real quick. All right. Just so we could take a look at this. Jay Feely is winning by about 15%. This thing is pretty much over.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Okay. That is... Where are the votes coming in from? Mericopa? Yep. So everywhere. It looks like everywhere. We'll check the rest of the state here.
Starting point is 00:34:10 But yeah, Jay Feely is winning in CD-1. So the big hard-fought primary that was going on, Jay Feely, Joe Chaplick. He is in with about 50% of the vote. that is going to be impossible to catch. That's about 70% of the estimated vote that's in there. We're looking at some other things here. Lamb, our good old sheriff Lamb, winning by a healthy margin here,
Starting point is 00:34:36 is about 6,000 votes up, also going to be tough to catch. They're estimated about 60% of the vote it's in. On that one, let's see here. It's up by 13 points. Yeah, so that's going to be. should be calling some of these pretty quick here. Biggs is called, obviously. Lee is a 52%.
Starting point is 00:34:57 Oh, wait, no, that's a Democrat primary apologies. I was thinking Kimberly you. Secretary of State, Alex Colliden is winning. But that thing is over. He's at 60% of the vote. That was a turning point endorsed candidate. He is up at 135,000 to 94,000. That's about 40% of the vote.
Starting point is 00:35:16 So there's still a long way to go. But that thing is over. We can call that one to Alex Colladon. Congratulations to our good friend. Alex Collininin, one of the best in the business. He is an election lawyer. He is the preeminent election lawyer in the state. Very lucky to have him running.
Starting point is 00:35:35 Yep, very, very fortunate that he agreed to do this. We have some others here. Let's see if they have any others that are posted. So how much of the vote is in? We're at about 40% when it comes to. State wide. So they've already called Andy Biggs. Yep.
Starting point is 00:35:53 So Biggs is, Biggs is in. Biggs won. Congratulations to our good friend Andy. I talked to him today. He is, he's, he's crushing. Can we get a view of the watch party to see if they're, uh, yeah, let's see, let's see the, the watch party here. Let's see if we can throw to that guys.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Biggs Tuesday. Biggs Tuesday coming in hot. Yeah, they're, they're really fired out. They're really, they're turning over a car. They're setting it on fire. So they may not. This is big. It's like the NICS just one of the, you know. They may not be announced it yet because they have not posted this on the Arizona SOS's website.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Yeah, I was looking at that. Well, let's keep that up. Even if we have to do PIP, I want to be able to see their live reaction. So exciting. Yeah, let's keep that up. Do we have audio from there standing by? I know we've got interview capability, but I'm just, if we've got audio, that would be fun. The moment that goes up on the on the screens.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Should be any moment now if they haven't already done it. Um, that's huge though. I mean, listen, um, yeah, Feeley being up by 14, uh, lamb by 13, call it in by 18. Like this is a, this is a, this is a, it's a blood bath. Yeah. This is a route. This is, this is a absolute route. Uh, and especially with turning point supported candidates here. Uh, I'm pulling up the, these other ones that they're tracking, uh, on here. I mean, there's, There is a lot of interesting races that are down ballot as well.
Starting point is 00:37:26 So Zudy Jaster, we didn't talk about Dr. Jaster. He actually didn't have a contested primary in CD4, but he's going to be going up against Greg Stanton, who is the former mayor of Phoenix. But there was pretty decent results on the primary that came out of that place. In the race for Attorney General, Warren Peterson has basically, sealed this thing up too.
Starting point is 00:37:51 The results are looking pretty darn similar to the Secretary of State's race. He's got about 57% of the vote compared to Rodney Glassman. So congratulations to our friend Warren Peterson who has been we've known him for quite some time.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Further down ballot, school superintendent Yee, it looks like, is winning by about 12%. That's huge. Turning Point endorsed Kimberly Yee, which challenging taking on was taking on
Starting point is 00:38:22 Tom Horn. She right now is up about 11 points, almost 12 points. Again, this is mostly Maricopa County. It looks like this reporting. Your question was, are the others were still waiting on the statewide, the rest of the state to come back?
Starting point is 00:38:38 But that is a huge, huge deal right now. So yeah, so far, let's see, Yee's winning. Looks like Ralph Heap is, again, also turning point endorsed. Yeah, Ralph Heap is the father to Maricopa County recorder Justin Heap. That's correct.
Starting point is 00:39:00 He's up about 8,000 votes, which is... That's a little bit of a tighter race. That is a tight race. That's only about 7,000, 8,000 votes. It's only about 2.6 points separating them, but he is in the lead. Yeah, but he is in second place for a 2 spot. Oh, sorry. Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:39:17 Second place for a two spot. Last here, let's see what else is interesting here. Yeah, Treasurer Elijah Norton is up 10 points, winning by about 21,000 votes right now in Maricopa County. Again, this is, you know, you've got a ton of votes still coming out in Maricopa County today. To give us something to talk about, so it's looking like Shah, Amish, Amish, Amish, how do you say? Amish Shah? Just like the, let's just like the Anabaptist. Amish Shah, he's up 10 among the Democrats.
Starting point is 00:39:52 Let's say Shaw versus Philly in one of the only true swing house seats that we're going to have this cycle. How's that race shake out, you think? So, Shaw is supported by all the DSA groups in the Phoenix metropolitan area. So the Democratic Socialists of America have been kind of known to support some more radical individuals. Shaw ran last time against Schweikert got beat when it was it was heavily favored for Democrats. There was all this talk about how the Democrats were going to mop the floor with flawed David Schweiker. Obviously he's flawed. He got absolutely pummeled in this race for governor.
Starting point is 00:40:35 I mean, it wasn't even close. I mean, David Schweiker as a sitting congressman. By the way, Biggs's vote lead just went up. percentage lead just went up. Yeah, I mean, I, I, I, he's at 63.2% up now. I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't be surprised if, if Andy Biggs vote totals increase as we go across the state because he's way more widely known, way more popular in the rural.
Starting point is 00:41:01 Yeah. So anyways, but going back to Shaw, Shaw is, was not supported by the D, CCCC. The D triple C actually stuck their neck out. and endorse Marlene Galen Woods. Marlene, who I've been posting about pretty relentlessly for the last 24 hours, is a failed actress who married a guy named Grant Woods, who's the former Republican Attorney General of Arizona during the McCain area. It was really great close with McCain.
Starting point is 00:41:31 And he passed away, kind of at a young age. A few years ago, it was very sad. He was a pretty funny guy. I didn't totally agree with him on everything. He was pretty moderate. But she was married to him. and she's lib she's again actress kind of all that stuff the D triple C came out and funded like really millions of dollars of worth of support for Marlene and she's going to get beat by more than 10 points
Starting point is 00:41:59 she's going to get beat by double digits by the DSA supporter candidate that that tells you how radical and how radicalized the Democrats are in Arizona I tell people this all the time there's more moderate California Democrats than there are Arizona Democrats. These Arizona Democrats are radical. They are, if they, if they get hold of the state, it's game over.
Starting point is 00:42:24 You're toast. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's a terrifying. It gets back to why Charlie thought this was so important is he wanted to make Arizona a desert Florida, Florida with a dry heat.
Starting point is 00:42:36 And he really knew that, that people have seen Arizona, that Democrats see it as their chance. to create another Colorado. They can make it more like Nevada, which used to be red, and is now a tough state. New Mexico, maybe. They've got these mountain west states
Starting point is 00:42:50 that have taken these exiles from California, Washington, Oregon. They've tilted more and more blue overtime, and they think we can lock this in. And if you lose Arizona permanently, it's way harder for the GOP to get presidential wins. And he wanted to turn the tide on that. I want to play just a really quick,
Starting point is 00:43:10 as you gather your thoughts here, obviously, you know, Charlie's not here with us. But this was really, really important to Erica as well. And I want to play a clip from her from that rally back in May 31st, 2025, SOTS 6. I also was proud to be able to say that as a family, we are supporting Andy Biggs for the next governor of Arizona. And I say that because us, moms, especially in Arizona, we deserve that. We deserve a governor who is going to protect our children, our family rights, but also protect our kids from being pawns in a crazy culture and political game that we're facing right now. That's great.
Starting point is 00:44:07 So Results just came in in Yavapai County. So we're starting to see results roll in in some of the. more rural counties. Pinal is not rural per se. It's part rural, part not. Andy Biggs leading David Schweiker, 18,000 to 2,700. That's just in which county?
Starting point is 00:44:27 Panale. Panale, yeah. Because his percentage total just went up 0.6% more. So you're right. As more and more vote total comes in, we're seeing his lead over Schweiker increase. So you're seeing also in Heala County. Andy Biggs, mop the floor, again, winning by 64%, if that's not, if that's humanly possible.
Starting point is 00:44:53 Yavapai County winning by 65% percentage points. Yeah, excuse me, 65 percentage points. Yeah. And Yavapai and Coquanino, which is the home of NAU and Flagstaff, Arizona. Not exactly a conservative bastion. Not a conservative bastion, but it's also not nearly as bad as, Pima County per se or Apache County, but it's the third Big Blue County. So there's three big blues, Pima, Apache, Coconino historically.
Starting point is 00:45:23 And Andy Biggs is mopping the floor there as well. So you see this. This is very promising. This is very, very promising because of it shows the unity in the conservative side. Yes. Without an incumbent governor. And by the way, we're two weeks early too. So the election got bumped up two weeks this year.
Starting point is 00:45:42 Arizona, again, has had this awful situation where we had a really late primary. And some of this also lends to, we didn't have as great of turnout, I don't think, because people are still on vacation, finishing up summer vacations, before school gets back into session. Arizona starts school at the end of July in most places across the state because of summers here. They actually start the year earlier in Arizona. Most people are like, that's crazy. School doesn't usually start until after September in a lot of places the East Coast.
Starting point is 00:46:11 In Arizona, it starts in like end of July And historically beginning of August So we actually have families right now on vacation That didn't vote. Yeah. We have older folks, seniors, snowbirds Who are registered to vote in Arizona Who are still in Wisconsin,
Starting point is 00:46:26 Who are still in Montana, Who are still in California. A lot of them go to California. The beach houses in California That are still at in Illinois Or wherever they hail from Michigan. So you have a ton of people right now That are not in the state,
Starting point is 00:46:40 which should terrify the Democrat because we probably had a solid one to 200. I mean, and we ran into these people. We were vote contacting people all week long. They're like, I totally forgot. I didn't have my mail forwarded
Starting point is 00:46:54 and it's sitting on my counter. I bet there's a lot of that. We have a ton of that. I had the honor of a lifetime to call Charlie a friend. And what I remember most wasn't just what people saw on stage. It was what was behind the scenes. That was an unwaiting. favoring commitment to his faith, his love for his family, and his genuine desire to encourage others
Starting point is 00:47:18 to live with courage and conviction. Charlie believed that following Christ wasn't something you compartmentalized. He didn't put it in a box. He lived it out loud. It shaped how he lived, how he served, how he treated people every single day. Charlie Kirk, American martyr, captures that heart. This documentary isn't just simply about remembering Charlie. It's an invitation for each of us to ask what kind of legacy we're building and whether we're willing to stand firm in our own faith when it's tested. I hope that you'll watch it with your family and have those conversations together. Go to angel.com slash kirk. That's angel.com slash kirk. Become an angel guild member. Watch Charlie Kirk American Martyr and help bring more stories of faith, courage, and conviction
Starting point is 00:48:02 to audiences around the world. Let's look at the county by county breakdown here. I just sent you this graphic guys. This is look at the vote margins by county. Yeah, there you go. Maricopa Biggs plus 52. Yavapai, Biggs plus 65. Pinal. Biggs plus 66 in Penal County. I mean, this is absolutely the biggest butt-whooping that's ever happened in a primary. This is historic what you're seeing here. And the reason
Starting point is 00:48:34 once again, the storyline is through and through. This was McCain Country. Maggot took over the conservative movement. It was a huge fight here more than most states because of the entrenched system, political operatives, and just voting memory of the population here. So it was a huge, huge civil war on the conservative side. This signals that the conservatives have won the day. This signals that Charlie's predictions were right, that if you get somebody who's
Starting point is 00:49:05 conservative, you're going to have a coalition, you're going to coalesce the party together. So this is, we were watching for this and the results are showing exactly what we expected probably a little bit more, right? I mean, when you're getting 63, 66, 65 types of margins, I mean, that, that's showing even, it's further along than you maybe thought. Go ahead, Jack. Here's my question. And Tyler, you know Arizona primary is better than me, but man, you know, I've been covering them for a couple of years now with, you know, with doing these live streams. I'm not used to seeing numbers being run up this much. Is this the Charlie effect? Are we seeing the Charlie effects with with these big numbers? I know we're all thinking it. Let's just say it.
Starting point is 00:49:52 Is this the Charlie effect? Yeah, I mean, I'm just going to just say this is, I mean, the Charlie coming out and yeah, with this putting his total gusto behind Andy from the get-go. should be studied if that's how you win a primary you have a you have the most influential voices that are focused on grassroots efforts right it can't be just anybody it's got to be grassroots but charlie doing that shifted this primary dramatically from the from the get-go and it really shut things down in a in a positive way uh you know you cannot win elections where everybody fights and fights and fights and fights until september of the election year and then try to come together and piece things back together real quickly and then win in November.
Starting point is 00:50:43 You just can't do that. And there's so many states that have late primaries. New Hampshire is one of those. New Hampshire has one of the latest primaries in the country. And try to piece back together a Republican Party is part of the reason why we're losing statewide elections like governor and for Senate and for some of these special, really important congressional races. Well, you know, I think back to Kerry Lake, right? she's running for governor she has a really hot or a hard fought primary where let's just be honest she got some shrapnel she caught some strays she part of that struggle she alienated
Starting point is 00:51:18 some of the mccain voters it it ended up hurting her in the general because those those wounds were felt during the general right from the primary this is not like that at all Andy Biggs has comported himself like a total gentleman that he is. He's been a class act. He's been crisscrossing the state. And by the way, he's been holding down his day job as a congressman being one of the most conservative votes in the house. And he can't take time off either because of how close the house is, right? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:51:52 He's not, he can't take any time off. So in a normal cycle, you know, you have a 10 vote pad in Congress, right? 20 vote pad and it's like oh well these guys running for for governor can kind of take time off and everyone understands he hasn't done any of that right he hasn't been able to do any of that because it's impossible for him to because he's got to protect the president's agenda right now with getting votes pass so this man has been working his butt off in dc as one of the most conservative congressmen we've had in the last 10 years just down there and and he's been back in Arizona defeating this is the largest this isn't one of just one of the most historic wins the last 40 years
Starting point is 00:52:32 in Arizona for our primary win. This is one of the most historic wins this cycle for a governor's race. And Jay Feely has been declared the winner by the Associated Press of District 1. Yep. It's over. CD1.
Starting point is 00:52:50 That's over. So he's currently... So is Mark Lamb, I believe. Mark Lamb has been checked. Yep. I think they just called it. He's winning by 10. Pinal once Pinal came in,
Starting point is 00:53:05 which is his own base, and he kicked butt in Pinalle. He got 70% of the vote. Associated, yet race called by Associated Press. You're right. So congratulations to Mark Lamb, Sheriff Lamb. Incredible. And how's that looking for the general?
Starting point is 00:53:19 So let's go. That's Andy Biggs's district. He's going to do great there. He's going to do great there. So Mark Lamb is probably, you know. He is. He's a Freedom Caucus member. He's all the way.
Starting point is 00:53:28 He's going to be probably a congressman. He called calling in. And then Feeley, though, is going to be very tight. So CD1 is going to be very tight. So now this race belongs to Feeley. We've had Feeley on the show. I like Feeley a lot.
Starting point is 00:53:42 Tell the audience really quick about Feeley's background. Used to be a broadcaster, a kicker. So Jay Feeley was the kicker for the Arizona Cardinals for a number of years, really well-liked, so well-liked. They hired him at CBS as a color commentator, did a tremendous job at CBS. He came out fully behind the president. while he worked at CBS
Starting point is 00:54:02 he was very vocal they told him that you know maybe you should shut up and he said he didn't listen to them absolutely not and that again this is it's kind of like that
Starting point is 00:54:10 Kerry Lake story he's a little bit more under you know he's a little bit less vocal about it but you know he was he was rudely treated by the entire broadcast network yeah
Starting point is 00:54:23 and CBS is really not even one of the most liberal by any means by any stretch of the imagination but they didn't want him to talk. They don't want him to support the president. And he was like, screw that. I'm going to go do it. And what I like about Jay and getting to know Jay a lot. And this is, this is why a lot of people said, why aren't you endorsing this race? I've got to know Jay. Jay's a family man.
Starting point is 00:54:45 He's a Christian. He's a great Christian man. I will tell you, can I just, as a small aside, you know, we didn't endorse in this race. We did have them on the show, connected with him, really liked him. We wanted to let primary voters have their say, right? Because we liked them both. But Jay is one of those guys that will just text me randomly and say, I'm just praying for you guys. Just out of the blue. And when you talk to him, you know, you can tell a lot about a man by how he spends his money and by what comes out of his mouth. And what comes out of Jay's mouth is just you can tell that his faith saturates who he is and how he lives his life. And so that's, I'm really excited about that. And I think Jay's going to have a great shot there. Great name ID for
Starting point is 00:55:28 this state, too. I mean, a total rock star through and through. By the way, show the live shot. I just want to give the audience a sneak peek because we must be getting close to having Biggs take the stage and give his victory speech here. So we're monitoring that and we are going to throw to that live as soon as he takes the podium. Go ahead. Yeah, one other thing I just wanted to point out to. So, yeah, Biggs isn't going to take the podium now.
Starting point is 00:55:55 I have some insider information. So he's not going to take the podium. Okay. Just yet. It's going to be a little bit later in the next. night. I think they're waiting to see what Katie Hobbs says. So I think they're waiting for Katie Hobbs and they're going to respond to Katie Hobbs later this evening, which is kind of interesting. Now, hold on. I have a just sort of protocol question. Maybe Blake knows the answer here.
Starting point is 00:56:13 When you are in a primary, is that customary for the incumbent party or in this case, Katie Hobbs to issue a statement? We'll see what she's going to do, right? So I mean, I certainly can't recall it. I think if they do, it'll just be like the voters have chosen this horrible person who is terrible and who's going to ruin. Definitely not. Fascist Trump supporter. I don't recall any tradition of them offering a polite statement. Maybe they will if they're running a politeness maxing. Is that how the zoomers would say it these days? You're clowning me. That's a story for another time. Jack, what are your thoughts as you come into remotely here as you're watching the results roll in? Well, look, It's a big win and as important as it is in the primary and all of these wins are in the primary.
Starting point is 00:57:05 I think Tyler's right that it's good. This is happening in the middle of the summer. We're pretty much at that midpoint of summer right now. And we've got time. People go away typically in August in many states. Arizona may, you know, schedule things a little differently, but Arizona's a big vacation month. But then it's sort of like the normal course of business that you get. from vacation in August, then suddenly September is there. And it's like, wait a minute,
Starting point is 00:57:33 there's an election in, you know, like six weeks, eight weeks, what is going on. And November is upon you before you realize it. So it really makes up to be kind of a, you know, a quick sprint to that election day. And it just goes to show that this is why organizations like turning point action that get into races early on, that get on the ground as early as January, February, February, in these districts need to do so building those organizational infrastructures out so that you can build relationships with people, build relationships on the ground, have physical infrastructure in certain states so that you don't get caught in that normal cycle so that all the pieces are in place for when the sprint happens for when the energy's on the media starts to get more intense
Starting point is 00:58:18 then you've got the R's versus the D's which we know the D's are going to be coming they are not going to let Arizona just be given away without a fight they are not going to let the Arizona governor's mansion be given away without a fight. Katie Hobbs is not going anywhere without a fight. That means you've got to have all boots on the ground, 10 toes on the ground in Arizona. And Arizona is very lucky, very, very lucky and blessed to have an organization like turning point action right there on the ground, headquartered, and so many others. Jack, I couldn't agree with you more. I believe this state would have been basically Colorado already without turning point,
Starting point is 00:58:57 without turning point action, without the work of Charlie and Tyler and the team to really fortify the base, encourage everybody that we could win, especially after 2020. I mean, the party was demoralized after 2020. You lose an election by 10,000 votes to Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:59:15 And, you know, like in a shock. It was a shock. I mean, that clearly drove almost the entire national vibe over that. You lose the Senate race. that when Fox called it abruptly and like I still hear people complain about that we won the White House back
Starting point is 00:59:30 by the way allegedly Allegedly yeah of course Of course by the way You know poor Brett Bear has never lived that down And it was not his fault He was like it was the election team That was tabulating and they were telling him You know that all those text messages
Starting point is 00:59:44 Came out after the fact where he's like Guys you need to fix this You need to like you know he's challenging them behind the scenes Anyways I want to throw some graphics up here throw up 152. This is the congrats. Andy Biggs graphic. Landslide victory for Andy Biggs and it's a beautiful
Starting point is 01:00:01 picture of Charlie and Andy shaking hands. I love that Andy's got all the hats to throw out to the audience there. I love that confidence. Yeah. Landslide victory for Andy Biggs. And then 153, this proud peacocking Andy Biggs photo. There it is. That's the hero shot that
Starting point is 01:00:18 we needed. That's a great one. I mean, I love the one with Charlie because it's Charlie. but like that's that's that's andy bigs that's your next governor of the state of uh arizona so low a 155 this is for mark lamb sheriff mark lamb we should get him on the show tomorrow by the way uh have or j feely we either one or both uh 155 there's mark lamb j feely the former kicker turned broadcaster christian man he uh won the primary in cd1 which is a huge huge get um congratulations j feely we're going to be very excited to uh fully fully get behind j feely i fully get behind j feely I think I'm not out over my skis to say as much.
Starting point is 01:00:55 We're going to get totally behind Jay Feely because he's a great guy. So, um, 100%. Andy's team saying no speech until, uh, when? So we're going to be seen, we're going to be seeing, uh, a speech from Andy, like I said, probably a little bit later in the evening. So, uh, it's almost 830 right now, which is, uh, you know, they're going to wait for probably More results to come in. Yeah, the election day tabulation to start coming in.
Starting point is 01:01:27 You usually start to expect that about now, 9 o'clockish. Once an hour, generally we start seeing the drops. I mean, we don't even have all the counties in yet that should have reported at 8. We're still missing Mojave County. We're still missing that darn Apache County, Graham County, which should do well, Greenlee County, Yuma County. He's up by 55 points right now. Yeah, it's over.
Starting point is 01:01:50 60% of the boat. It's over, but it's a little bit disrespectful, I think, to not have some of that. Andy's a very respectful guy like that. So we're going to see some of these, the remainder of these counties start to come in. We'll start seeing election day tabulation come in. That seems like very low numbers here. I suspect we're going to see the answer that's going to come back again for the Dems. And there may not be something official that comes out from Katie Hobbs.
Starting point is 01:02:17 There may be usually they start flying off. emails and things like that. So it's kind of fun to see what they say and then have the future governor Biggs respond to that. But he will get up and give, I think, a rousing speech that you won't want to miss tonight. Good conversation is about respect. It's how we create a space where people are able to share their ideas and be heard. Charlie knew that. Turning point still knows that. And TikTok has always strived to build the kind of place that thrives on respectful connection where curiosity fuels connection and we can share what's on our minds and learn from each other when ideas meet respect good things happen on tic talk you can find a mechanic explaining the why
Starting point is 01:03:01 behind a problem most of us wouldn't even know how to name or a father sharing a lifetime of knowledge with his viewers viewers who listen discuss and then they respond ticot turns connection into community through small acts of understanding you can feel it in the comments in the thank you from a stranger halfway across the world tic tic tic talk is a place where respect opens the door to you for discussion and discussion helps us build something real. 19 minutes ago, here, we'll, you want, you guys, let's actually get this loaded because she's already got her hit video up against.
Starting point is 01:03:38 Let's get this up, guys, sorry. I'm having technical difficulty. She's got a statement up, and as of 19 minutes ago, let's pull this video, she's got a whole hit piece add up she said Andy Biggs has spent his career selling out Arizona families for billionaires special interests and even convicted sex offenders they always have to if you know anything about Andy Biggs you just know how obscene and absurd that is okay the more Arizona's learn about Biggs the more they'll realize he's one big problem they can't afford Tyler you have been studying very closely some of the controversies. The scandals plaguing Katie Hobbs. Why don't you just like give our audience a tester, a taster, rather, of what she's been doing? Katie Hobbs right now is under criminal investigation for pay-to-play schemes as governor to put that in perspective. So she is in big trouble with the moderate base electorate, the independent electorate, the people that should be hot under the collar.
Starting point is 01:04:48 I mean, if you listen to this woman speak, she right now, right now Arizona has probably the most important negotiation that has to happen right now over the next coming months and years over the Colorado River water agreement. So all the states that are part of the compact for the Colorado River, which we know California is draining. Other states are draining. They're taking really an unfair share runs all along the side of Arizona. We're super dependent in the desert, obviously, on the Colorado River for the water that comes from that. She is the one negotiating on behalf of this state. Arizona's have to look in the mirror and say, who do I want to have negotiating at the table to determine if we can live here, continue to live here in the state of Arizona? Do we want Katie?
Starting point is 01:05:42 And grow here? Like, we're talking about how that affects housing prices, businesses being able to grow, all of those. business to be able to even operate here. Do we want, do we want child, baby voice, Katie Hobbs, who clearly can't even negotiate herself out of, you know, into a good deal on Facebook marketplace? Or do you want Andy Biggs at that table, be able to work with the Trump administration, by the way?
Starting point is 01:06:10 Who's going to be better to work with the Trump administration? Katie Hobbs to get water to Arizona? Or are Governor Andy Biggs to get water to Arizona? I would much rather have Andy Biggs. I have two things. First of all, just the gall to be like, oh, he protects convicted sex offenders. I want someone to put Hobbs on a spot and be like, what's your opinion of Tim Walz? Did you, I mean, did you say Tim Walz was great in the election?
Starting point is 01:06:33 Because he's fighting to, he fought to prevent the deportation of a literal child rapist from a foreign country. I would love to put it on a spot with that. Second, we have numbers from Mojave County. Can you guess how much Big Man Biggs is leading in Mojave County? No, how much? 66% tying his best state so far. All right. So right now we're at 64% of the vote is in.
Starting point is 01:06:57 We're at about 400,000 votes. Do you have any read yet, Tyler, on how you feel as far as like vote totals, how we're doing as far as, I mean, you know, you think midterms are a low turnout proposition to begin with. Midterm primaries are going to be even a tougher lift. How are you feeling about just total numbers, $400,000 in at 64% of the vote? Yeah, so right now you've got 400,000 votes in the governor's race. I mean, if we can go over and just look at some of these other contested races for the Democrats, just going down, just going down.
Starting point is 01:07:32 We have, hang on here. Is there any of those statewides? Yeah, they've got a statewide here. I'm just going to pull up real quick so we can kind of have a good idea of what we're tapping. They're lagging way behind, though. I mean, there's no doubt. Uh, yeah, so the treasurer's race here. Let's see.
Starting point is 01:07:54 They're uncontested. So they're not, they're not putting it. Usually they put the numbers still here. Let's see. I'm looking for it. So Katie Hobbs is at 271,000 votes. Um, which is pretty, pretty low to be honest with you. Uh, to, to, to, to, to, but, I mean, there was no one contesting it.
Starting point is 01:08:15 So she's the incumbent. Yeah, but again, that. You just are, if you have a little bit under vote here, that's not good for them. Yeah. Well, so I want to raise this just as a question. I was checking the 22 primary that we had. Yeah. And it can be fuzzy, but they're saying 64% in for us.
Starting point is 01:08:35 And if you tabulate that out to the final amount, we're going to have like 625,000 votes in this race. In 22, Carrie Lake versus Robson, a close, pretty hotly contested primary. That was very contested. They had 830,000 votes. But there was more of a, it was more of a, of a, of a energy created. 100%. It was definitely. So we're going to be off the 222 numbers, but I do think the fact that there hasn't been as much of a horse race this time around is probably what accounts for that.
Starting point is 01:09:04 But fair enough, should we be worried? When you look at 625 is what we're looking at as a total here versus what would you say? Eight, eight. It was, let me bring it back here, 830,000. 830,000. Should we be worried? I mean, look, so there's a couple of different things that I have mentioned. So one is that the primaries push up two weeks.
Starting point is 01:09:25 I think this was at a Republican disadvantage for being out two weeks. It's disadvantage and advantage, right? The disadvantage is your primary results are probably going to be impacted. Older people who typically make up more of your primary electorate are not going to vote as heavily in the dead middle of the summer. A lot of them are gone, a lot of town. like she mentioned they're still waiting on a couple more a couple more counties that still have not even reported the early results I think they're going to be waiting on that obviously this is again
Starting point is 01:09:57 been just an absolute beating I mean this is just this is historic this is historic you've got again Andy winning right now by depending upon the county I mean we're looking at this like it's 56 But he's winning by it right now 52 points in Maricopa County. The rest of the state, we can expect higher result. Mojave just came in. He's winning by 66 points.
Starting point is 01:10:28 I mean, we're just talking about this is just crazy stuff. For a contested primary that had two sitting congressmen, two sitting congressmen, real candidates who made a real effort. It's a tremendous testament to, I think, both Charlie's legacy, Charlie's brand, Charlie's political instincts, all of those things coming together. He picked his man for a reason. And the machine he built. You've got a tight race and corporation commission.
Starting point is 01:10:56 So Mojave just came back in. Ralph Heap actually was the top vote getter. That's a big turning point county. Believe it or not, the turning point brand up there is really great in Mojave County. We have incredible team. Big techs that's on our team is running our Mohawnee. team with ballot chasing. They've chased thousands of votes already in the early early vote. He's actually the number one vote getter was endorsed by for
Starting point is 01:11:24 corporation commission. But this is going to be tight. Ralph keeps up by about 5,000 votes right now. So that's a two-spotter, you said? It's a two-spot. So Kevin Thompson. Nick Myers, who Nick Myers is kind of a turning point hater. You know, we didn't go out and we didn't go out and attack him or anything like that we could have we probably should have he probably would have based on these results yeah based off these results but we endorsed ralph heap in a positive way is he's the dad to justin heap who has been kicking absolute but uh with the county board of supervisors of maricopa county as the new recorder uh he's been cleaning the voter rolls doing all that great conservative great patriot
Starting point is 01:12:06 uh but he just won some big legal fight with maricopa huge legal fight yeah so the maricopa County Board of Supervisors try to take all the job, the IT away from Justin Heat before you even got into office. They took it to the Supreme Court and they got absolutely slapped around. And so that's all been returned to Justin Heath. Justin did a tremendous job with his responsibilities in this election. It's part of the reason why Maricopa County ran so smooth this time. It just goes to show you like, you know, they should just lean in. Navajo County, Ralph He did very well as well. Took number one.
Starting point is 01:12:47 How are we looking on Elijah? Elijah is winning by over double digits as well. Okay. So that is for state treasurer, which Kimberly Yee is leaving. She's moving over to state superintendent. And she's winning right now by, that's tightening up a little bit, but she is winning right now by about nine points. Oh, yeah, nine.
Starting point is 01:13:09 And that's, I'm surprised they haven't called. that yet it's pretty close if this is too boring for you for us to spend time on shut me down but why is she making that leap treasurer to she turned out okay so she had two terms as as treasurer so in arizona you have a two term like most states a two term term moment she is term limited Kimberly e actually has a huge background in education she was the education chair in the state senate for a number of years she was actually education chair while Andy biggs was was Senate president All right. I have some fresh, something fresh to tell you. Erica has just sent me a note that she wanted me to share with you all. So this is great. She's watching us while she's putting her kids to bed. It says, she says, I'm in the middle of putting the kids to bed, but wanted to tell you all, especially Tyler in the entire turning point action team, how proud I am of each and every one of you. A huge congratulations to Andy Biggs. The ground game is what sets us. apart from the rest and you're right Tyler the real work starts now but we have the best hardworking
Starting point is 01:14:17 team in the movement Arizona is the testing ground for the future of the republican party and since this state is our home turning point action is in the epicenter of it all we will continue to make charlie proud great job everyone bigs will fix it onward so proud of our entire team uh I mean I just cannot emphasize enough our team has been out working their butts off those are listening right now just pat yourself on the back we are so proud of you with the work that you've done we have dozens of teams all across the state dozens of teams that have been working with low propensity voters we'll have the numbers that come out here but more than a large percentage a lot larger than the
Starting point is 01:15:08 Democrats would like to see of this primary electorate was low propensity voters. Wow. So the story here that could be missed by the untrained eye is that, oh, it looks like results are lagging a little bit behind 2022's primary. A couple of things. Two, early primary. We started talking about this before we cut out.
Starting point is 01:15:31 Early primary has, I think, resulted in a little bit of less than ideal turnout for higher propensity voters. but the untrained eye hasn't seen the low propensity of work that's being done in the background that's actually boosted our numbers. I think we would have been in a pretty abysmal place if we didn't work with low propensity voters. Oh, yeah. But getting any kind of distance with low propensity voters ahead of the general is massive. Hi, folks, Andrew Colvette here.
Starting point is 01:16:00 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y Reefi. You've probably been hearing me talk about Y Refai for some time now. We are all in with these guys. You or someone you know is struggling with private student loan debt, take my advice and give them a call. Maybe you're behind on your payments. Maybe you're even in default. You don't have to live in this nightmare anymore.
Starting point is 01:16:21 Why Refai will provide you a custom payment based on your ability to pay. They tailor each loan individually. They can save you thousands of dollars and you can get your life back. We go to campuses all over America. We see student after student who's drowning in private student loan debt. many of them don't even know how much they owe why refi can help just go to yrefi.com that's the letter why then refi.com and remember why refi doesn't care what your credit score is just go to why refi com and tell them your friend andrews sent you and and i just want to make sure this and jack feel
Starting point is 01:16:59 free to chime in here because you were one of the ogs in this but the electorate flipped Donald Trump flipped the electorate. We used to have, we would, we would poll behind in the generic, and then when it came to the general, our people would show up, their people would not. So they would have a drop off. That whole thing is flip, Jack. And now we have to do all of this work in election months to get out low props. Your thoughts? Look, this is exactly what Charlie figured out going back to that 2022 Arizona race.
Starting point is 01:17:35 And we all remember that night, you know, coming in. And I would say that the 2024 victory wouldn't have happened without the 2022 loss, because that's when Charlie decided and looking at how things had changed in the Trump era, that we need to rethink the way that we do politics. And that was all about what Tyler, of course, put in action and what Charlie put in action as well, the idea that it's got to be low prop voters. So go to those people who maybe, you know, I made this point, this is why Trump is holding UFC events again. This is why he's doing the race, you know, the Grand Prix coming up in August.
Starting point is 01:18:15 This is why you're going to see more things like that out of Freedom 250 and out of the GOP writ lark. That's why you're going to see events where they're co-locating the political with the popular mass movement. Why? Because those are the low prop voters. going on the podcast, Alex Brousowitz, you know, setting up that entire lane for the president in 2024. You see J.D. Vance is now starting to hit the podcast circuit again. This all is the point of getting out these voters because this used to be a group of voters that didn't exist for the president. They exist sort of in this.
Starting point is 01:18:52 They're in like a liminal space. And I'm sure Blake and I could have a very interesting metaphysical conversation about all this, where they're sort of adjacent to politics, but they don't really get involved in politics. unless you know unless either Trump's on the ballot or someone comes out and directly asks for their vote. That's what makes up the margin in leaps and bounds. And here's here's the problem. And you know, I'll throw this out to everybody, but you know, the DSA has actually kind of started to figure this out. The DSA types have already started to figure out this model. That's the dirty little secret.
Starting point is 01:19:29 And Tyler, you look at the numbers, so I know you know this. that's how they're actually winning so well in so many of these primaries around the country because they've kind of copied the work in many ways that Turning Point Action is doing, but doing so from the far left to turn out their base voters and in doing so are able to knock off incumbent after incumbent, especially in places where they don't see it coming. That's a machine that absolutely is going to be one that we're up against come this November. Yeah, and I just want to give another shout out to the team here all day long. I was getting reports from people that went in and cast their ballots.
Starting point is 01:20:06 They were seeing turning point action teams there, helping people out, making sure they knew what they were doing. We had people posted up all across the state. Some news seven minutes ago, Genus Woboda just conceded. Obviously, that race was called. Is it Swoboda or Swoboda? Charlie always said it Swobita. Yeah, Swoboda, who was not the nicest to turning point.
Starting point is 01:20:30 And that didn't, that wasn't a great, Turns out that's not a great primary election strategy. So she says, I got into this race to give our voters a choice. Our people have spoken. It has been an honor to serve our party, both as chair and as a candidate for Secretary of State. I wish our party nothing but success up and down the ticket in the general election. God bless Arizona. Very sweet.
Starting point is 01:20:50 That's good. That's good. Thank you. All right. We have some comments from the audience. Thank you to everyone who tuned in for this. Zuzu's pedals, a regular from the thought crime crew. Zuzu says, when Gallegu is, when Gallegu is,
Starting point is 01:21:02 goes down in flames over some adultery scandal. Can Viggs appoint a new senator or would there be an election? You know the answer? Yeah, so it depends on what happens and when it happens and how it happens. So there is an appointment process, but if it's by a certain date. Okay. And so leave it to the Democrats. They will try to drag it out as much as they can.
Starting point is 01:21:23 So it's beyond that date. See how much you can drag it out? Because, yeah, I mean, Ruben Gallego, not making any specific allegations when I say this, but Ruben Gallego is the Eric Swalwell of Arizona. He's just vibes. He's Swalwell adjacent in some uncomfortable ways. Yes. And then Sentinel directive said Biggs does it.
Starting point is 01:21:43 Charlie is proud. Amen. Let's change Arizona finally. Amen. Thank you for that one, Sentinel. And I love that when you were mentioning about low propensity voters, Jack. People will say, how do we get low propensity voters out? And the answer is you, all of you out there. I know a bunch of you, you do.
Starting point is 01:22:02 MMA in your spare time. You go to Jiu-Jitsu. Do you talk to the people in your classes? That's often a pretty right-leaning bunch, but low engagement. Are you into music? Do you go to concerts? Do you go to sporting events? Do you have friends in your church?
Starting point is 01:22:17 If you bring these things up with them, and there's ways to casually bring this up, so it's not being too annoying to them, you can find out, and you'll find out. There are a shocking number of people out there who don't vote, aren't registered, don't pay attention to that stuff, even though they should be
Starting point is 01:22:35 10 out of 10 Republican voters. They agree with us on the issues, but they've never been into that whole voting thing. There are way too many people like that, trust me. Getting texts from Kerry Lake and Jay Feely. I just text with Jay Feely. I mean, he is pumped up, ready to go. I'm sure we'll see him.
Starting point is 01:22:52 I think he has his own party that he's doing right now. I'm sure they're celebrating splendidly over there, but hopefully we'll see him over at the Andy Biggs thing here just in a few minutes. We'll be wrapping up here in just a few. Carrie Lake, again, just cheering on Arizona from where she's at. I mean, it just brings tears to my eyes. I mean, how unfair the election was in 2022 to Carrie Lake, what they did to her, the lack of money that was spent here in Arizona. This is an interesting tie-in, actually. I want to play another Charlie clip if it's good timing for this, because Charlie points out something that a lot of
Starting point is 01:23:31 of the casual political observers are going to miss. And it's a really, really important insight. It's a little bit longer clip, but we have the time. So here we go. This is Charlie in 2025, 37. We are right on the verge of one of the most exciting moments in Arizona history where we could take back the state for good and turn it into a Florida. The voter registration number show that. The quality of candidates show that. We're raising a serious amount of money for ballot chasing and voter Reg and all of that, we are going to really lean in on it. In 2026, it is the first year in over a decade where we do not have a U.S. Senate seat being run. Now, why does that matter? Well, when you have a U.S. Senate seat, you get tens of millions, sometimes hundreds of millions of out-of-state
Starting point is 01:24:18 money that cares a lot about Arizona, and then it has downstream positive effects for other Democrats. So, for example, Mark Kelly in 2022, if much, Mark Kelly would not have been on the ballot in 2022. Even with all the other issues, Kerry Lake probably would have beat Katie Hobbs. But Mark Kelly poured $120 million into his Senate race, which then got out more Democrats, and it was very hard terrain for us to navigate.
Starting point is 01:24:44 In 2026 here in Arizona, we do not have a U.S. Senate seat. A lot of the money across the country will dry up and will not come to Arizona. There'll be some money, but it will instead go to Georgia. It'll go to North Carolina. It will go to Maine.
Starting point is 01:24:58 it will go to states like Michigan and Arizona will be like, oh, it's a governor's seat, we care about that, but we're going to go pour our money elsewhere. So all that to say, we have this opening. We have a great candidate, Andy Biggs, that we have completely and totally endorsed. We're going to be doing a lot of ballot chasing there. Expound on that.
Starting point is 01:25:14 Yeah, I mean, Charlie's exactly right, which is, and this is what we've been talking about all year long, this is the first time in 10 years because of John McCain's death. When Senator McCain passed away, it triggered a special election, which caused us where we had that one side, one break, that we didn't get in Arizona, to have basically 10 years of nonstop money being funneled into the state
Starting point is 01:25:40 from the Democratic senatorial committee, the D-Tri-C, trying to fight for CB1 and CD6 and C2, all the PAC money, their version of what we call SLF, the Senate Leadership Fund on our side. NGOs when I'm spacing the name of it. All their NGOs, all their outside grooves, all their ballot chasing. In 2022, Mark Kelly had an entire C4 funded called Mission for Arizona that had hundreds and hundreds of full-time people on the ground here chasing ballots. One of those women actually works for us now.
Starting point is 01:26:18 A lady, a young lady who worked for Mark Kelly in 2022 feels so bad, converted to our side. and is actually working for turning point chasing votes. Hey, yo. This election to make up for it. So you had a hundred plus million dollars that were spent in the course of just a few short election cycles. That type of impact, Arizona's never seen it. Because most elections in Arizona,
Starting point is 01:26:47 a couple million bucks was spent on a governor's race, a couple million bucks was spent on a Senate race. And then all of a sudden, within one or two election cycles, it's like 10, 15, 20 times more money is spent on these races. The kind of impact that has, the way I frame it for people is, it's like when you get really fat really quick or really skinny really quick, right? The kind of impact that it has on your body is really bad.
Starting point is 01:27:15 Yeah, yeah, yeah, that makes sense. You get so big, so fast and people get stretch marks, they really hurts the health. That's the same thing with elections. We grew so fast. So much money poured in. And by the way, Republicans still kept up. Yeah. Donald Trump outvoted the Democrats in Hillary Clinton in 2016 when they started pouring money in the state.
Starting point is 01:27:40 We kept up. Kerry Lake barely lost by 17,000 votes. And that was with half the polling places shutting down. And election manipulation happening that was lagging from COVID and everything else. you have all this money poured into the state and Republicans have still kept up and we won in 2024. You can feel it in this state. This state feels like a conservative state.
Starting point is 01:28:02 We are just when you go around Uber's, all that stuff, go to a bar, go to a restaurant, you'll feel the state is, the spirit of the state is right of center. Jack, final thoughts to you as we take in the rest of this night. Biggs is winning Biggs, okay? And that's a good thing for the state of Arizona. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 01:28:22 I'm a big believer. Charlie was a big believer in you take your victories, take your Ws. I would I would certainly have Biggs be speaking now. You want to have that momentum. This is one of the reasons, by the way, in 2024 that a lot of the networks didn't want to call up to the president. They didn't want to have that halo. They didn't want to have that sense of victory because you want to do that not just for your local market, but you want to do that through your national market so that everybody kind of tunes in to see, all right, you know, this guy just won. We want to get a, you know, for many people to their first look at him. This is going to go up. This is going to be the hottest governor's raises in the entire country,
Starting point is 01:29:04 most contested. You're going to see a huge fight brewing. You're going to need to be scrappy. You're going to need those pieces of energy. So I certainly, you know, I'm waiting and awaiting. That's me to do wish it was sooner. But you're going to need that instinct. You're going to need that fighter's instinct every single step of the way and look any biggs is no question the man to do it he's got an absolute patriot army behind him a grassroots army behind him turning point action of course being the tip of the sphere and uh you know i'll just say i'll just say i'm i'm sure that charlie is uh is looking down and smiling from um from up in heaven amen yeah final thoughts i'll allow me to repeat that point if anyone out there on team bigs is watching this haven't come out and start speaking now with
