Starting point is 00:00:03 My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You've got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a turning point USA college chapter. Go start a turning point you would say high school chapter.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life and I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:00:56 Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of the Charlie Kirk Show, a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals. Learn how you could protect your wealth with noble gold investments at noble gold investments.com. That is noble gold investments.com. All right, welcome back, everybody. It is Monday, August 17th, back in the Phoenix studio. Honored to be here with you, Blake. How are we doing? I'm doing great because I will say, as I was leaving the set on Friday, the Y Reefi Mike flag whispered to me, and it said, like, I still love you more, even though manager's coming back. No, it did not. It's an inanimate object. Loves me more, obviously.
Starting point is 00:01:42 I want to, we have so much to get to. What a weekend. I was, Blake can say what he wants. This is, this is America. I can't tell you how to think. It's true. It's true. I can explain the facts to you. We, but we believe in freedom and sometimes that's a good thing and sometimes there's downsides to it. My goodness. Okay, so I was off this weekend. It was, to the end of the summer, uh, promised my wife I'd put my phone down and be focused on her and the kids, which was seemed like a reasonable request.
Starting point is 00:02:16 And it was awesome. Uh, we had some great time with the kids. I saw, we saw big horn sheep right up close like they came right to where our house was. It was crazy. So anyways, great weekend with the kids,
Starting point is 00:02:26 but there was a lot that happened and it's time to unpack it. And I will tell you, uh, I, what a weekend to be away from your phone because, you know, there was this big debate. with Andrew Wilson, Candice Owens, which you're going to get to get into.
Starting point is 00:02:40 Which, if you watch that, send us emails in what you thought about it. Yeah, we're interested in that. Yep, we're going to be talking about that with Viva Fry in just a little while. And then we've got our commit 100 that is just popping off here. We're going to have, we're going to have Cliff Maloney and Tyler Boyer here to explain that. And then we've got the great Alex Marlowe. There it is. There's the graphic.
Starting point is 00:03:04 This election won't win itself. that is absolutely certain. We need you guys to help us chase votes. Okay. We're going to be chasing ballots, low propensity voters. We need all the help we can get. We have to fight, fight, fight. That is the key. That's what Charlie would have done. That's what we need to continue doing. And but there was this crazy story. And I cannot help but feeling personally connected to it. And that is, of course, the Lindsay Clancy story. And the reason I feel personally connected to it is because it seems like there is a one-to-one overlap of the same people that were attacking Erica,
Starting point is 00:03:40 attacking Turning Point that are now raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for a woman who strangled her own children. I cannot think of her own admission, by her attorney's admission. She's admitted it. She's blaming SSRIs and Aivan or Loresopam and all the PAMs in the zones.
Starting point is 00:04:02 and it's the wildest thing so now the internet has taken it and is blaming the husband is blaming the drugs blaming anybody but the mom who did this they're saying she had postpartum depression that is a very serious condition and that her her anxiety medication put her over the top and she became a homicidal maniac
Starting point is 00:04:24 somebody willing and able to murder her own children blame okay if you're going to blame pharma at least you're parodying what the defense is claiming. What makes this wild to me, and I think they're wrong, but at least it's within the universe of something that could be alleged and you could believe it. But the fact that there are so many people,
Starting point is 00:04:42 and if you don't believe us, go on TikTok and look up Lindsay Clancy and just read the comments, go on Facebook. Honestly, maybe talk to your friend, if you're a mom, talk to your mommy friend groups. A lot of them are following this. It's the fact that they're just going out
Starting point is 00:04:56 and they're just saying, I think the husband did it, and they're spinning up entire alternate universes, that the defense has never alleged, Lindsay Clancy has never alleged, but tons of them believe this. No, and they're also claiming astrology. This is a real clip.
Starting point is 00:05:11 Thousands of women are saying online that she couldn't have killed her kids because of astrology. Stop 15. Lindsay Clancy's birth chart. So notice anything here? She got her north known Aquarius. South Nunleyo.
Starting point is 00:05:25 She's in her no return right now. You know, just following all their birth charts and birthdays and zodiac signs, He did it. He did it. He's a Gemini man. His birthday is June 15th. Let me give you another example of who a Gemini man is. Also birthday June 14th. Donald Trump. Patrick did it. I've already gone over the forensic astrology charts that show that the perpetrator is a male. The perpetrator is having an affair and that the victims, specifically Lindsay, was drugged during this. I can't wait for this man to be humbled. karma to do its thing. I'm not sure any statement has ever given. I've never heard that statement before and it's my forensic astrology. There's forensic astrology charts. I'm a Leo so I appreciate
Starting point is 00:06:12 them believing Leo's can do no wrong. Here's the thing though. We are living in a post-truth. Internet cooked my brain. The psychologist rationalized my evil behavior reality. This is the only reality that seems to be gaining traction on the internet. Now, we are free speech absolutist. We love speech. We think that you should not be curtailed in your speech. But my goodness, is there ever been a moment in history where you're like, hey, some of those people that wanted to gatekeep are kind of making some points now.
Starting point is 00:06:47 Now, we have to reject it because the bad people will use it to hurt the good people more often than not. But this stuff is nuts. Here is a clinical, I guess a licensed therapist defending Lindsay. Clancy, soft 14. The Lindsay Clancy trial is going to be one of the most significant trials of your lifetime. Never before have we seen so many mothers and women rally behind somebody who confessed to killing her three children. And it is not because we cannot hold women accountable.
Starting point is 00:07:24 Many of us see ourselves in Lindsay. Many of us know that we could have been only one step away from doing some of those horrific things. Yeah. If that is what your therapist is telling you, if you have a therapist that sounds like that, run. Run as fast as you can. Get away from them. They don't want your good. They want to hurt you.
Starting point is 00:07:51 They are going to do severe damage to your life, to your psychology, to your emotional well-being, to your spiritual well-being. And by the way, that's the whole thing that's just like boggling here. Like you're a devout Catholic. I'm a devout evangelical Christian. I am just sitting here watching this stuff going, go to church for the love. Humble yourself under the scriptures. This stuff is crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:16 You guys are getting led astray by every new little idea, every fleeting fancy, emotionalism, all of this stuff. So to Blake's point, let's actually hear what the defense is. trying to say, blaming it on the drugs, SOT 19. Jennifer Tufts, September 15th, 22, Sertraline, that's the Zoloft. Then laurazepam, October 21st, Jennifer Tufts, then hydroxazine, Jennifer Tufts, Lorapazan, Jennifer Tufts, buzperone, Jennifer Tufts, lorazepam increased, Jennifer Tufts, buzperone, increase from one milligram to five milligrams,
Starting point is 00:08:53 Jennifer Tuft, Trazodone, from another individual, Floxetine 10 milligrams from another person named Julie Paul. Julie Paul worked at the Sojour Hospital when she went there to go trying to get some help from So sure perinatal behavioral health. More medications. That's what they're talking about in real life, but then you can go online, throw up 139, and they're just going to say, I don't believe, I think the husband did it because we have a screenshot where he looks creepy.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Yep. And the reason I just, man, I have lived this. Yeah, so this is the picture that we have lived this. It is nuts out there, man. What people will believe in the aftermath of a tragedy, oh, man. It makes your skin crawl because innocent people are getting absolutely, you know, lambasted while guilty people are being defended in $700,000 raised from them. You think about Austin Metcalf, same situation. All right, so I had to play this, because this was one of the clips that I saw this morning.
Starting point is 00:10:01 When we're talking about Lindsay Clancy, this is the mother of three that strangled them, then slid her own wrists and jumped out of a two-story building. And all the women are just saying, hey, postpartum depression's real. Which even if it is, I don't. It is real. It is real. On the other hand, if you took a 19-year-old got on a bunch of drugs and then did a school shooting, This is what I brought up on thought crime.
Starting point is 00:10:25 I don't think we would ever accept any depression, medication-related excuse for it. It just, you can't justify a person who has any kind of break that causes them to commit a crime that heinous. And I think that should certainly apply to strangling your own toddlers as well as shooting up a kindergarten. Of course. This is all basic, easy math to do. With anybody with a moral compass that's at all attuned, if you have ever prayed at all one time, like, this stuff is easy. And the fact that it's apparently not, and they're raising $700,000 to defend this woman because, you know, the husband looks creepy, I guess, in a photo. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:04 But this one caught my eye this morning because it's a person that has harassed Erica, has harassed me. I don't know much about her, candidly, but I just, as soon as I saw it, I was like, ah, one to one. It is like the Venn diagram of people that have harassed Erica and harassed Turning Point to her now defending a mom who murdered three of her kids is shocking the amount of real estate that both of those concentric circles would overlap. All right, let's play this SOT 25. Are you a sheep? No. You're a dragon. Be a dragon.
Starting point is 00:11:49 So for those who couldn't see it, besides playing weird, creepy music, it says on the screen that Patrick Clancy, the husband, is about to be exposed for the psychopath that he is. And yeah, they just, it's so important to emphasize that high level of overlap because we were discussing what's driving this. And I'm not entirely sure what psychologically does it, but it's very clear there's a large universe of people, very large. There's dozens of people whose full-time job is making videos about this, posting about it, speculating about it, reading chats from viewers about it. You can easily spend all of your free time marinating in this case, Charlie's case, cases like it. Crowberger, the Austin Metcalf case. And sure, like true crime is popular. I think you and I, you know, we like a show about, oh, the hunt for a real serial killer something.
Starting point is 00:12:47 I think that's what a lot of people assume true crime is. but a lot of it has mutated into this bizarre sphere where it very, very frequently is creating very wild theories about cases where the evidence is more clear cut than is maybe compelling for good drama. And then people just conjure. And then also there's just the constant social media need to go further, create new content, string stuff out.
Starting point is 00:13:15 And I think that incentivizes weirder and weirder and weirder reactions to these things. I mean, there's a couple things that I'm thinking about here. First of all, yeah, the true crime genre. And by the way, you saw this in Hollywood, the rise of the anti-hero, right? Where, you know, I love Breaking Bad, for example. Great show.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Charlie love Breaking Bad. But it is glorifying a meth cook, a meth dealer. You end up find yourself rooting for this person. There is like a, you know, we've gotten away from... This is why I don't watch these shows. Yeah. But we've gotten away. just as a culture from pop culture of rooting for the guy in the white hat, right?
Starting point is 00:13:53 And we've we've sort of, you know, I guess become accustomed to rooting for anti-heroes, people that are fundamentally and morally flawed in some pretty egregious ways. Because it makes for good TV, I get it. I loved, like I said, I admit, I loved breaking bad. But never in my mind would I then attribute the entertainment value of that and then invert my moral compass to the point. where I'm trying to raise money and get a woman off who murdered three of her children. I don't care what the excuses are. Second thing, we have a massive mental health problem.
Starting point is 00:14:28 We have chronically online wine moms that literally they need strong male guidance. I know that's maybe controversial. But for whatever reason, this seems to be something that affects women more than it does. Men. I'm not saying men are unaffected. But we need, like, these women, if they had a man that was like, wife, get off the phone. You need to, like, we need to, like, go touch grass together. Let's go for a walking apart.
Starting point is 00:14:51 You know, it's interesting. You say, we have a mental health crisis. You should watch what we did last Friday if you haven't or watch the documentary. It's about because I do think there's something to be said that the whole segment was about, we do have a mental health crisis. Is it caused by us constantly talking about it, marinating in therapy speak, therapy culture? And one of the takeaways from that documentary, it was called, thank you for sharing. You guys should check it out is it probably would be better if our response to, you,
Starting point is 00:15:18 mental health the stuff that looks like mental health crises might be oh you know it might be you know sin is tempting me and so I should pursue religion more read the Bible more rather than oh I have this treatable condition that I should spend more time than therapy
Starting point is 00:15:34 I should look at this list of medications that I should get on and there are definitely cases where there is a clear link where medication is helpful I think actual schizophrenics with delusions there are medications that help with that and they should take them but a lot of people are trying to medicate every single thing they do
Starting point is 00:15:52 and we see a lot of disastrous outcomes from it and we see also a lot of people I think it's interesting that you mentioned Breaking Bad there because Breaking Bad is a dude show but there's like what the housemaid was that the name of that movie where there's a lot of films out there that create this true crime dynamic oh this idyllic looking family actually the husband is abusive actually there's like sinister murders going on
Starting point is 00:16:16 There's a lot of fiction like that out there, and I think marinating in it too much might be warping people's brains. I'll remember my first trip to the UK. I met this old school Irish guy, and he said, I don't do therapy. I just have a beer with the blokes down at the pub, and I work out all my problems. And you kind of wonder, did we have it right all along? And we bailed on all of that for really expensive therapists that give you really expensive damaging drugs. I want to talk to you about an issue so many Americans face, and that's health insurance. There's an organization I really, really appreciate, called Christian Healthcare Ministries. CHM is a faith-based alternative to health insurance. And this is real stuff, folks.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Like, you've got to listen in. With CHM, you're not paying into a company's profit margin. You're investing in a community with less overhead than the competition. You get reliable support through the giving and prayer of fellow members. Members contribute every month to help pay for each other's medical bills, allowing believers to afford the care they need. Because they're not insurance, you get access to your preferred doctor or hospital without network restrictions. You heard that right.
Starting point is 00:17:28 If you want to see massive savings in your health care budget, CHM has four low-cost programs for every stage of life, starting at just $150 a month. Plus, you can enroll or switch your program at any time. see why so many believers are taking a leap of faith start today by visiting c h ministries dot org slash charlie and use promo code charlie for a 50% credit towards your first month that's chmistries dot org slash charlie and use promo code charlie we're about to be joined by the one and only viva fry former litigator and really just like a principal guy i just want to
Starting point is 00:18:08 tell you like Viva Viva he's just he's just stepped into this like space where he's like standing up for like sanity and he didn't have to he's not paid you know and he just he's so dogged and I just have he's just won my respect in such huge ways. He already had it but nevertheless, Viva Frye, my friend, how are you? Good to see you. The more you compliment me, the more conspiracies you're going to generate in terms of what I know. Did. Did the check clear? Did the check clear view? Don't even give them the sound bite.
Starting point is 00:18:43 It's really insane because not that I'm independent. I'm independent, but like I'm not a loner either. I can't see that because Robert Barnes and I have our locals community and our show. To a loner as anybody gets in this business and to be accused of taking bucks from Israel and to be accused of being a Zionist because what every Zionist does is they move from Canada to America. Like Zionists, they don't move from Canada, Israel. And Zionists, the ones like me, that criticized Israel in terms of what they did during COVID, experimenting on their population with the Pfizer jab.
Starting point is 00:19:15 You know, that's the, it's insanity. It's true insanity. And, yeah, at some point, I could say, like, you know, I could pick to other subject to talk about. But this is, what drives me nuts is it's leading people astray in a very meaningful sense. And Hassan Piker just really perfectly illustrated the benefit that the left is reaping from this, in addition to breaking up the right in the coalition. to hammer the Republicans in the midterms. It also diverts the attention from where the attention should be.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Political violence and Hassan Piper is all too happy to have the attention be shifted from where it truly is to where it probably is not. Yeah, no, and we're going to get into that in the second segment. That was kind of where I was going eventually here. But Viva, I just want to say, we don't work together. I don't control. I don't know what you're saying, you know, all that stuff, all the necessary caveats. And candidly, you're probably if I'm just like, you know,
Starting point is 00:20:06 judging us, especially Blake, Blake is like way on this side of the conspiracy spectrum and I'm somewhere in the middle. You're probably a little bit more prone to like entertain conspiracies. I'll be more open to conspiracies when any of them end up being true. Well, and I mean, listen, and here's what I think. I think COVID broke our collective brains. I genuinely think that COVID ruined so much because we were lied on this mass, lied to on this mass scale. And we basically haven't recovered to it. It was the first time the government really flexed all of its muscles to sort of shove down our throats a fake narrative. And now everything's fake to everybody. Even when the facts don't line up. And we started the show, Viva, talking about this Lindsay Clancy story where she even
Starting point is 00:20:51 admits that she killed her three kids and yet they're trying to get her off because of the Zoloft and all this stuff. And because of postpartum depression, we are living in a post-truth online narrative. and I'm genuinely worried it's going to cook people's brains even further, and that this will not stay online. This will impact our electoral politics. This will impact our constitutional republic and so many things. But bringing it back here, Viva, you can opine on that if you want, but bringing it back to this debate that happened on Friday.
Starting point is 00:21:21 I was off. I had a long weekend with my kids, but I'm catching up. I saw that you said that you thought Andrew Wilson won. And then you went and talked with Alex Jones, who thought that Candace Owens won. why do you think the debate was worth having and why do you think that Andrew Wilson won? Andrew Wilson won. I mean, it's such a juvenile way of viewing it. Andrew Wilson made some unforced errors and it's the only one that they're running with where he couldn't name the seven charges offhand and he said it was murder instead of aggravated murder. I operate on the basis that, first of all, Andrew Wilson could know nothing of the actual proceedings. He could be totally ignorant to the proceedings.
Starting point is 00:22:00 what that debate was supposed to flesh out for those who are interested is any substantiating evidence that Candace had for any of her various theories from the get-go. The Egyptian planes, the trapdoor, he was shot from the front, he was shot from the back, he was shot from the down, he wasn't shot, it was an exploding mic, Israel had a hand in it, Erica Kirk was complicit, it was the time to flesh out her theories. But like I said this, I don't think it's an appropriate discussion to have right now
Starting point is 00:22:26 as to the overwhelming nature of the evidence, because we're at the stage of the preliminary hearings, and you talk about overwhelming, underwhelming, reasonable doubt at the trial. Tyler is innocent unless proven guilty. Right now, to have a debate as to the overwhelming nature of the evidence is a misguided, you know, premature debate
Starting point is 00:22:43 because they haven't had all of the evidence, nor has the evidence been tested. So to say it's overwhelming, it is premature. It is prejudging. What you say right now is it's overwhelmingly, you know, the case that probable cause is going to have been met and set that aside. So, you know, Andrew missed the,
Starting point is 00:22:58 the easy layup on the naming the charges. Then he went into a misguided accusation that he wouldn't ever been able to prove that Candace was cheating, which is how she listed all seven of them. Incidentally, almost verbatim to the way it's described on AI, but it doesn't matter. Okay, hold on.
Starting point is 00:23:13 I got this clip, actually. Can I play? Sorry. I just like to say, you have to be careful with those things because a very common thing with conspirators is they're very good at specific details in whatever they're obsessed with.
Starting point is 00:23:26 And then it's that they put them together in a very, Yeah, the earpiece thing I didn't see coming, but this has apparently online this morning, it's raging. So I'll play it. It's not 30. What is that? What is that? That's an earpiece.
Starting point is 00:23:41 Was that legal? It's not like I'm out there saying big lie. You see how he's touching his earpiece? Yeah. Was he wearing an earpiece? 100%. He was. A hundred percent.
Starting point is 00:23:50 What do you mean who's wearing an earpiece? Are you ready? Okay, go. That's Candace's earpiece. What does that mean? They gave that earpiece to all of us. So everyone, oh, they had it too. No, no, no, but wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Watch what just happened. The market believes she had an earpiece of things being fed to us. That was an earpiece that Candace's producers gave. Candice gave him. They hear everything. You guys behind the scenes. Is she going to say that on air? She would easily.
Starting point is 00:24:15 I don't think she would have a problem. I think she will. I don't think she has a problem with that. But that is their earpiece. So everybody had an earpiece. Everyone had an earpiece because she insisted on the debate being in her studio. and so her staff gave people earpieces. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:30 All right. The app of the internet now believes that Andrew Wilson was cheating with an earpiece as if it made any difference. The whole thing about debates like this is it's a game of chess in that everything is on the board, and you can't really cheat in the game of chess, short of taking a player's piece off the table, but he'll know you did that.
Starting point is 00:24:47 This is a debate. Everyone should be able to fact check in real time, hear what they're saying, and you flesh out the actual substance of the ideas. So set aside the fact that Andrew couldn't name the charges, like I told Alex Jones, big flipping deal. I wanted to know what evidence Candace had to substantiate her hypotheses, for just asking questions that Israel was somehow involved.
Starting point is 00:25:07 And her answer at the end of the day was a big, fat nothing other than the call. And then she ends up with, it's just my opinion. Like, that's just your opinion, man. That used to be a meme from the Big Loboski that people would use to make fun of people who say, well, that's just my opinion. And she actually just said that as the basis for why she said. I know that like I literally thought at the end of this when I watched it I was like so wait like all the death threats all the accusations all the smears it was just like because you it was just free association you know vibes okay okay so you mentioned the juice we'll start there this is from milk bar TV guy online he does these compilation videos 28 now you have stated multiple times that you believe that Israel's involved in the death of Charlie Kirk can you give yes we can pull up the clip. That's what all of the evidence and all the behavior points to is Israel's involvement.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Those of us who believe that there is mounting evidence that Israel put a hit on Charlie Kirk. I think France and Israel are involved in Charlie Kirk's assassination. And I'm going to put that out there with full confidence. So I'm asking if you think that Israel and France were involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk and you say with full confidence, I'm just asking for the evidence or at least walk me through the mindset of why it is that you can think that with evidence. don't have to walk you through why I think. Just watch the show. Yeah, that seemed to be the whole pitch.
Starting point is 00:26:30 It seemed to be like, hey, just watch the show if you want to know what I think. Well, like, we were here to hear you defend what you think. And then, you know, the Washington Times put out this, this headline after fact. Candice Owens concedes no direct proof Israel killed Charlie Kirk in debate with Andrew Wilson. So that that one's there. I know that, you'll be shocked to hear that there was no evidence there, Viva. Here's another one that Milkbar does a great job of this. Complicit. So she has claimed that Erica and Turning Point are complicit for months now in Charlie's assassination.
Starting point is 00:27:05 But now it's, I find out it's just complicit in suggesting that Tyler Robinson might be guilty. Cut 27. There is why it is impossible for me to think that Erica Kirk is not complicit somehow. That Tyler Robinson was 100% responsible for the death of Charlie Kirk. Let's say she believed it with every fiber of her being believed all the evidence because she did. She just actually did. Would it then follow that somehow she's complicit in his death? I didn't say implicit in death.
Starting point is 00:27:34 You added those two words. She goes on to say, I think, I believe if I'm remembering right, that he was just complicit or she's complicit in Tyler Robinson being guilty in suggesting that. So this is what it's all been about, Viva? No, but there was a post. I forget which one from when she says that he was betrayed by people who eulogized him. I mean, the whole point is this was something of a day of reckoning for Candace catching up to her. Call it lies or call it just exaggerations or theorizing. I've long said there's two types of lies. Saying something you know to be false when you say it or positively asserting something that you have no legitimate basis to positively assert when you do it.
Starting point is 00:28:17 She is very much guilty in my view of the second lie, which, is when she said that the receipt or implied that the receipt from the pangwich cowboy steakhouse proved that Tyler Robinson was there. And during that debate has to concede that they never tied that receipt to Tyler Robinson before or after. And that nonetheless, she puts that in her official timeline as to how Tyler Robinson couldn't have been at Orm at 11 o'clock to send the text message because he was at Cowboy Steakhouse eating a steak and sprite. Even though they have not, she admits, they didn't tie that receipt to him. I don't understand. how people don't, you know, get a little insulted.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Well, and by the way, Viva, they have the cell bright. They pull data off his phone. They've got GPS data from, like, I guess his phone or his car or whatever. The point is, you think the prosecution would go, you know, go into this knowing that they don't actually have his whereabouts where he needs to be? Like, the defense wouldn't bring it up. Hi, folks, Andrew Colvett here. I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y. Refai. You've probably been hearing me talk about Y Reefi for some time now.
Starting point is 00:29:23 We are all in with these guys. If you or someone you know is struggling with private student loan debt, take my advice and give them a call. Maybe you're behind on your payments. Maybe you're even in default. You don't have to live in this nightmare anymore. Why Refi will provide you a custom payment based on your ability to pay. They tailor each loan individually.
Starting point is 00:29:45 They can save you thousands of dollars and you can get your life back. we go to campuses all over America and we see student after student who's drowning in private student loan debt many of them don't even know how much they owe why refi can help just go to yrefi.com that's the letter why then refi dot com and remember why refi doesn't care what your credit score is just go to why refi dot com and tell them your friend andrew sent you all right viva Blake wants to play a clip here yeah I think this is just a great one uh it's a display of kind of her strategy the whole debate, which is getting called out, you've had it in a year of show spinning wild theories, and when she's finally just asked straightforwardly, why do you believe these things? She's like, oh, I can't actually say why.
Starting point is 00:30:35 I still think these things, but I can't say why. This is a great example. Clip three. I think France and Israel are involved in Charlie Kirk's assassination, and I'm going to put that out there with full confidence. I also involvement. I understand? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:49 So you think you, with. full confidence you think that France and Israel. Yeah, I mean, the person that gave me that thing that I reported said that French foreign legion were on the ground that day. Again, this would be, this would be at a professional limitation for me to then go and probe that information that I handed over. I can't do that. But you don't have any positive evidence of that. I don't, can you just stop? It's actually just like annoying to hear you keep saying positive evidence. I've just asked me what I think. I just tell you. Yes, I think they are involved. That's a claim. You know, something that bothers me, Viva, is that there's this constant burden shifting that happens where you make a really reckless crazy claim, but then you feel like there's no responsibility that you need to back it up with any evidence, ever.
Starting point is 00:31:35 It's worse than that. And first of all, I've got no affinity for the Israeli government. I've got no affinity for any government on earth. If there were the slightest shred of evidence as of now, posit actual evidence, you know, not like the absence of evidence is the evidence. that Israel was involved, MI6, French intelligence. We would want to know it and we would want to act on it, but you need a shred of it. What they have and what they've been playing with the entire time
Starting point is 00:32:02 is the absence of evidence is the evidence. I make the accusation. And you know, okay, it can hold up on the mens rea element, the intent. Yeah, sure. You can make an argument that Israel, Netanyahu, would want to take out Charlie if he was going to lead an entire generation of conservatives to switch their views on Israel. That same argument holds not just as true,
Starting point is 00:32:20 but more true for the MMIW2S-LGBQI-plus community, who Charlie was very critical of, and he was killed in that moment itself. And so the rationale that they used to conclude that Israel was involved somehow in the absence of any shred of evidence is the exact same motivation that would also motivate the trans-LGB community
Starting point is 00:32:42 who were very angry at Charlie, except as a slight more prima facie, at least commencement of evidence, that Tyler Robinson did it, versus an Israeli element. And I appreciate the absence of the evidence is that Joe Kent asked Patel to look into a foreign nexus, and Patel allegedly shut down or didn't follow up on that. And I agree that that's a problem.
Starting point is 00:33:04 It's not a problem that implicates Israel per se or any foreign element per se. It might be one that could potentially reveal a domestic element, which is why Patel would have had an inkling or an incentive not to pursue it. But it's always the absence of the evidence is the evidence. and you can never disprove that. And bottom line, she gets out there and says, I believe, I believe I feel, feels like 55 times during that debate. Because this is all just intuition.
Starting point is 00:33:29 It's all, I'm putting out things that could be true in a crime novel, except I have zero evidence for it. And her evidence, the reason for which she doesn't have the evidence? Well, she can't go probe the leads that she got. Oh, the receipt, you've got to go ask diligent denizen because it's his story. Oh, I can't reveal my sources. Oh, someone from the French government high up with intelligence of an alleged plot to kill me from the French legions told me,
Starting point is 00:33:52 so I go to the FBI, and they probably think she's absolutely insane. And then doesn't reveal the source to them because they didn't get back to her, and then them not getting back to her is the reason why she didn't reveal the source, and it's the evidence that the plot was true. It's crime series insanity,
Starting point is 00:34:07 and people have fallen down this rabbit hole. And to go back just to the beginning, where you said, COVID broke people's brains. People no longer know what to believe, and they can therefore justify believing absolutely anything. The amount of people who don't understand how to compare comparables that come to me and say, Viva, you think Brian Cole Jr. is a Patsy in the pipe bomber case. But you believe this with Tyler Robinson. I think, first of all, he'll get his trial.
Starting point is 00:34:31 And if I see evidence that proves his innocence or doesn't prove his guilt, we'll deal with that when we get there. But anybody thinking that those two things are comparable that Brian Cole Jr. was arrested five years after the most thorough investigation in the history of America after he was initially investigated and then not followed up on. a month after Steve Baker releases an expose exposing who he thinks might be the January 6th pipe bomber, which is a capital police officer, former and CIA employee, and that the evidence that they have against Brian Cole Jr., are household items bought over the period of eight years. Compare that to Tyler Robinson, who turned himself in right or wrong 33 hours later, after his parents allegedly identified him, after his boyfriend identified him,
Starting point is 00:35:10 and people think that these are somehow comparable so they can say, Brian Cole Jr.'s of Patsy, so too must be Tyler Robinson. people have lost their ability to think critically, and they can justify it because they have zero trust in the institutions, zero trust in the FBI, and to some extent the FBI and the DOJ has to take responsibility for people's lack of faith, having been restored into the institution,
Starting point is 00:35:29 for the lies that they've been told now, as relates to Thomas Crooks, not having a social media footprint. Epstein killed himself, which people just won't believe, especially after the years of, you know, investigating that we were being told to not believe it. And so people have such distrust in the system,
Starting point is 00:35:44 they feel empowered to believe whatever the hell they want, even if it's not at all remotely comparable to the things that they have a legitimate basis to be questioning the narrative. I agree. And the laptop and COVID came from wet market, all the things. Go ahead. There's a very important clip that we need to get to
Starting point is 00:36:01 because it gets to the heart of this and why it's so important to keep talking about this. This was Sasan Piker last few days talking about how he feels about the case. 32. I can't like her tweets because she blocked me many, many years ago. This is before she became archie.
Starting point is 00:36:14 hero. Okay. Many, many years ago, Candace Owens, I've not been a fan of Candice Owens. I am a fan now. And why is he a fan? I think we got this in reverse order. He's a fan because she's mangled the case, 31. Can't speak out against this queen because this is a queen that successfully and single-handedly undermined the Republican initiative to martyrize Charlie Kirk and use that example to crack down on political dissent. I'm with her. It's hard. It's hard for me.
Starting point is 00:36:52 My brain says, no, it's probably Tyler Robinson, but my heart says, go, Candace, go, keep cooking. You know? Does that make sense? Viva, I think this clip is probably one of the more infuriating ones that I've seen in the aftermath because there was this moment where we were all focused on the violent left assassination culture rooting out these networks rooting out the the left wing violence ecosystem the funding networks whatever and what he just said there is so damning and she should so be ashamed of herself candidly for what
Starting point is 00:37:32 has happened and what she has managed to distract everybody with, French foreign legions, Egyptian planes, Fort Wachuka, all this craziness. He's a patsy's a patsy. That clip right there is so hard to watch because there's truth in it.
Starting point is 00:37:47 It's the old expression, you know, never interrupt your enemy when they're making a mistake. And he acknowledges what Candace is doing. It is, whether or not it's a bad faith, it's a mistake from the perspective of his political ideology. Can you imagine also the idea that, God forbid, you should martyrize, colloquially speaking, a man who did nothing other than engage in peaceful rhetoric, a man who was nicer than 99.9% of the people out there who engaged, who changed minds, and who was brutally murdered because of the manner in which he did it and his persuasive abilities while doing it.
Starting point is 00:38:25 That is literally a martyr beyond the religious sense. and they get to be just they're so happy now because he doesn't get to get martyrized because you know it's almost like the institution that he built is being demonized they no longer get to focus on what is political violence and what is assassination uh you know loving culture out there from the luigi mangioni with luigi it's funny they don't claim he's a patsy they just claim he was righteous to do what he did because big bad CEO of a big bad health company health insurance company um she knows what she's doing if she doesn't know what she's doing Hassan Piker's telling her what she's doing and he's loving it. He also believes it's Tyler.
Starting point is 00:39:04 Nobody's going to go after Hassan Piker and call him a fed sloppor, but he loves the fact that what she's effectively done is diverted from where the probable culprit is. And I say this and I said it before and I'll say it again, there could be foreign elements involved in this and I do sincerely believe, although I appreciate I can't yet produce any evidence, that people were radicalizing Tyler Robinson online. And I still ask the same question that I've asked in the beginning, has the FBI, you state investigators looked into identified and cleared each and every person who was involved in this court. Viva, I still have those same questions. Just to be clear, I still have those same questions. Nudging is a real thing that happens online. These foreign actors, whether it's Russia,
Starting point is 00:39:42 Iran, the CCP, they go into these chats. They nudge vulnerable young people to do radical things. It's a known proven phenomenon. And I still have those same questions. And then I got attacked for saying I still have those questions because, oh, now I ask questions. Yeah, I don't have questions about the evidence that they say. submitted a trial or the preliminary hearing rather i thought that was pretty compelling stuff i think a lot of people with half a brain think that was pretty compelling stuff and then she goes on to say there's zero she has zero confidence that he is culpable for this crime zero but then she says hey if i saw new stuff then yeah i could be convinced which is basically a contradiction in and of itself um i just want to
Starting point is 00:40:21 end it here viva by you know sort of the bigger picture we are in a fight for i i believe like of truth. Where do we go from here and how do we fix it? Well, you're going to find out whose assessment of reality or assessment of the present proves to be more accurate over time. You may not know it in the moment, but when I was taking a lot of flack for just asking the questions about the pangwich receipt, it's my biggest go-to example. Because, you know, they say, we have it. The entire timeline's blown open. You got Baron Coleman talking about how it's impossible. Tyler Robinson is a patsy. He could never have gotten from A to B. I was like, all right, assume you want to believe that. These are the questions you're going to have to ask.
Starting point is 00:41:03 How does the receipt confirm it was the individual? But they want to move on what feeds their foregone conclusions. And it's basically just motivated reasoning. The truth will come out at the end of the day. Sunlight is the greatest disinfectant. You will see who put forward untenable, unsubstantiated theory one after the other. And you'll know, I guess, who to trust and who not to trust. But at some point of time, how do you bring back a little bit of sanity? It's, it's, It's top down and bottom up. I mean, people have to understand that skepticism is one thing, but conspiracy psychosis is entirely another.
Starting point is 00:41:35 And you should never trust anybody, but that doesn't mean reflexively believing the exact opposite because that's just as bad as blind trust. Question everything. And it doesn't mean that everything that the feds are going to tell you is going to be a lie. Candace comes out and says 0% confidence that Tyler Robinson is the right person.
Starting point is 00:41:52 She's operating on a foregone conclusion that the text messages, discord chats, are all falsified. Now, if it turns out to be falsified, well, then holy hell, we do have a problem. Well, you're not. You've got like 17 agencies involved in one of the biggest conspiracies ever, if that's the case. But you got surveillance footage. You got family members.
Starting point is 00:42:10 You got his gay lover. You've got DNA. You've got, yeah, you got fingerprint. You've got geolocated. I mean, you would have to, you would, I mean, I don't trust the government to park a car, let alone draft a conspiracy this sweeping and expansive. and nobody even talk about it. Maybe there might be like, you know,
Starting point is 00:42:30 maybe all of those evidence, shreds of evidence can be, you know, disassembled at a trial. But we're at the preliminary hearing stage. We don't need to belabor that. The point is also based on a lot of disinformation, misinformation, when you have some of these analysts coming out and saying, well, they can't disprove it because the information wasn't communicated to them.
Starting point is 00:42:46 And that's false that they've had the phone records for since March, the March disclosure? The whole thing is people come to the conclusion that they didn't raise any of these issues, at the preliminary hearing because they couldn't. What they don't understand is they can't now challenge them because of the preliminary hearing they didn't challenge them despite having the requisite potential evidence
Starting point is 00:43:07 or contradictory evidence to do it. Yes, that's a good point. It's a motivated reasoning to the extent that people already have the conclusions to which they've come. The more they dig in their heels and the more they praise and celebrate the people who have led them to those erroneous conclusions, from a sheer ego perspective, the more they have to continue to believe it.
Starting point is 00:43:26 And then continue to talk me. And by the way, I got to wrap it up here because we got to get rid of our two here. But I just want to say, you know, there was a bit of a debate whether we should cover the debate. And my whole thing is, listen, this has become a big story. There's no denying it. And I actually think that, you know, a lot of people, I knew that she has a bigger following. So it was going to be like she won, she won, he lost, he lost, you know, you just like took the general temperature of the room. I happen to think that that is going to age extremely well because the things this debate will age.
Starting point is 00:43:56 extremely well because the things that she admitted to were just crazy like actually legitimately nothing it was all opinion it was all just feels it was there's zero evidence and you know go ahead i think it's just if you see those clips we aired it's remarkable to then tell someone this woman has been talking basically exclusively on this topic for a year because she's so eager to back off from everything she's so eager to turn everything into that's just my opinion i actually i've not been offering. I don't have any positive evidence. What have you been talking about for 300 hours? Yeah. Viva Frye. We could continue on for forever. We could. There's so much to get to. There's so many more clips we didn't play. But I appreciate you being on Team Sanity.
Starting point is 00:44:43 And yeah, we'll talk to you again soon, man. Absolutely. Thank you very much. If you're about to turn 65 and you're already on Medicare, this message is for you. Charlie cared about America's seniors. He was outraged that so many were paying too much for their Medicare coverage and getting less than they deserved in return. That's why he partnered with Chapter, and we're still partnered with Chapter. Chapters licensed advisors search every Medicare plan to find what's actually best for you. The call is 100% free, no pressure, just honest help.
Starting point is 00:45:16 Seniors save an average of $1,100 a year with Chapter. They've already helped hundreds of our listeners enroll in better. plans and they can help you too so if you're nearing 65 or already on medicare make the call today dial pound 250 pound 250 and say charlie kirk to make sure you're in the best available plan that's pound 250 and say charlie kirk or go to ask chapter dot org slash kirk there was one other clip i i actually really wanted to play uh for our purposes here just to kind of wrap this up because it was just the whole premise of this debate was the patsy thing, right? So let's go ahead and see the contradictions here.
Starting point is 00:45:58 Again, this is from Milkbar TV, who does great compilations of this stuff, 26. Candice's belief that there's overwhelming evidence that Tyler Robinson was a patsy and didn't kill Charlie Kerr. Why is it that we should go with this idea that it was a patsy? I'm not saying that we should go with the idea that it was a patsy. I am saying that there is... Oh, I thought that was the whole defense, your whole claim?
Starting point is 00:46:19 No, Tyler Robinson. They're going to convict them, right? They found their patsy. They're going to make it. work. The alleged shooter, you think they're a patsy. Of course, they're a patsy, which is what Tyler Robinson is. See, which is what Tyler Robinson is. All right, it was just a good clip. We had to play it.
Starting point is 00:46:38 So contradictions of the yingang. We are joined now by Tyler Boyer and Cliff Maloney is joining as we speak. Tyler, you are the CEO of Turning Point Action, and we have a big announcement to make today. We are launching in earnest, commit 100. And commit 100 is a word we used a lot in 2024, expression we used a lot in 24, 2024. But for those who don't remember it, why don't you tell us what it is. Yeah. So we're really excited today to be launching again for 2026 what we launched in 2024, which was our commit 100 program. Our commit 100 program was committing volunteers to chase 100 ballots, which is really exciting because we have an application, the TP Action application. So if you go to TPaction.com slash app, you can download the app and be prepared.
Starting point is 00:47:32 And then go to TPaction.com slash 100 today, and it's live, to get signed up. And our team will start the process of assigning essentially 100 votes to chase during this election. how it works is we have basically our team that we're working together with Citizens Alliance and that's Cliff Maloney who we have who is here with us we're excited he's the goat he's the goat vote chaser he's uh if you you see him online and their organization at doors win wars and the idea is that the teams will be working in conjunction to support getting people to Arizona Nevada and New Hampshire. And if you'd like to attend and help chase votes,
Starting point is 00:48:21 and we did this with thousands of thousands of people in 2024, we'll give you a hotel room. You can stay for at least a week at a time is ideal, but... Stay longer if you want. Stay longer. You can devote an entire month of your life to just chasing votes and then go back to your job, go back to your normal life. That's right.
Starting point is 00:48:41 Yeah. So we make this extraordinarily easy for you. and we're partnering with Cliff Maloney and Citizens Alliance. So welcome, Cliff. I think Cliff saw it. Hey, Cliff. Welcome. Exciting day, guys.
Starting point is 00:48:52 Appreciate you having me. Big launch. Let's win this thing. 2026. Excited for the results. You know, Cliff, when you're talking,
Starting point is 00:48:59 all I can hear is you're like your call from 2024 with, you know, we should pull up that clip because it's always fun with clips here. It's like the most oft played clip from 2020. Tens of millions of people have heard close voice. Hundreds of millions. I think it might be. Angel from heaven. I think it's the most seen clip probably of like that moment.
Starting point is 00:49:18 That moment. And that's where Charlie realized that President Trump had been elected for a second time. It's a beautiful moment. And so when you come on, Cliff, all I hear is like, you know, the call. The call. We got to like brand it. I think it should be the call. Like the call of 2024.
Starting point is 00:49:35 Well, can I say this, Andrew? None of that. And Charlie would say the same thing. He said this sitting right here on the show that that that moment. moment loses all its luster if we don't win in 2026. If we don't carry on what's there. So the exciting part of this is that I hope to hear Cliff's voice give that call again on election night because we're probably going to be doing the same thing. Yeah, we're going to take the work. It's going to be, we're going to be streaming that night. But they're okay, let's just call the elephant out in the room
Starting point is 00:50:03 here, Cliff. So we're partnering, turning point action is partnering with your organization, New Hampshire, Nevada, Arizona. The red wall, as we're calling it. We're going to get thousands of volunteers. Everybody can go to tpaction.com slash 100. You get a free hotel room. We assign you a list of names. You go, it's all on your phone. You go knock on doors. You send text messages. You harassed nicely for them to get their ballot in. The elephant in the room, though, is we got some headwinds. We call that polite nudging. Polite nudging. Yeah. Okay. We got some headwinds this year. Okay. Like the vibes have been mixed. Let's just say that. Okay. How are we approaching this? anything different? What do we got to do to get us over the finish line? We're trying to keep
Starting point is 00:50:48 the House, keep the Senate, Cliff Maloney. Well, look, I always tell people that, you know, and I think all of us would agree this was Charlie's vision. I mean, you guys taught me this, Charlie taught me this, which is worked backwards from the presidential, right? So before we even talk about, hey, how much should we be involved in 2026? How much should we go all in? Is it even worth it? If things look bad, right? If the pessimists want to say, well, we can't hold the House and the Senate, you know, is going to be a battle. my answer to that is it doesn't matter right we have to build permanent infrastructure in 2026 we have to compete in 2026 if we want to be competitive for the white house in
Starting point is 00:51:25 28 which everybody agrees that's what we're focused on but in the meantime what are we doing look we're never going to move the needle more than five points with any of our ground game efforts with any of our door to door with any of the commit 100 programs and I don't mean that is a bad thing, right? But like to think to yourself, hey, we're going to be the ones that can control. No, look, we can't control a lot of things. We can't control the messaging of a lot of these campaigns. We can't control some of the outside forces of what the left puts up or what the actual message of the day is. But what we can control is do we match the Democrats tactics? Do we go and fight fire with fire to do what we're doing? Turning point, Citizens Alliance, we're one of the only
Starting point is 00:52:08 two groups and a couple other partners that understand the value of putting boots on the ground, paid staff, volunteers, everyone out there, book your vacation now, come to Nevada, come to Arizona, come to New Hampshire, TPaction.com slash 100. This is what it's about, is not coming up with excuses or reasons to not get involved. It is going to be a battle for the midterms, but that's why we're operating this plan. That's why we're launching Commit 100 again today, and we're honor to be a part of it. Yeah, and the exciting part about this is that if you're on the East Coast, you have last last election cycle. We only did this in Arizona and Wisconsin for the most part, and we had a few other states that we did it, a little bit in Nevada, a little bit in Michigan as well.
Starting point is 00:52:54 But on the East Coast, we now have New Hampshire. So if you're on the East Coast, if you're in the Northeast, there's a lot of New Yorkers, a lot of New Englanders who have said, hey, I'd like to, New Hampshire's it. We got a place for you. We're, we got a place for you. We're, excited to have you there. I'm going to tell you, and once we get out of break here, the polls are tightening up. This is the worst polling era of every election cycle. It's usually early August. And polling is coming back right now that's looking very good for Republicans, especially in these three states. And so everyone, but we need everyone, just like Cliff said, to show up and to do what the Democrats are going to do, which we know they're going to chase every
Starting point is 00:53:38 vote that they possibly can. We have to do the same. Yeah, well, in New Hampshire, for people that aren't aware, has more registered Republicans than Democrats, it's the indie vote, right, in the midst that, in the middle that tends to get, you know, become, you know, I think the defining vote in that state. But when you have so many Republicans that aren't just showing up in New Hampshire, the return on investment, the return on man hours and volunteers is huge, huge. And that's a state that has a conservative legislature, but tends to send Democrats to Washington. So we got to to fix that. That's why we're focusing there. Fox News decides Donald Trump is president of the United States. We've got our
Starting point is 00:54:19 republic back, folks. Let's go. There it is. Everybody should remember this moment. Look, I'm going to echo Charlie from earlier. Remember where you were when this happened. Remember where you were when you realized that the Unip Party and all of these. You know, just the establishment, you said it's time to actually participate. And look what you guys have done. And if anyone deserves to get tears in his eyes, it's Charlie. I think we all agree. Thank Eric.
Starting point is 00:54:55 No one has worked harder for them in the break room. No one has worked harder than Charlie for this. We got to hear some words here from you, Charlie. You put all this together, my man. Let's hear it. I am just humbled like I. It's all got. It's all got.
Starting point is 00:55:11 God. got alone decision desk has it Pennsylvania it's done it's beginning man felt so good
Starting point is 00:55:29 Charlie was so good about keeping the whole movement on mission being focused laser focused on winning and we want to make sure we get back there
Starting point is 00:55:38 we stay on track Blake you have an email you want to read oh yeah I just people get so fired up about this we got an email from Jennifer
Starting point is 00:55:45 who just she heard our list to say please add Wisconsin to this list please it's ugly here and we need to do the same but I know we hear that a lot everyone a big anthem is people would love to have this in every state and I think we'd love to have it in every state but it shows how intense the work is we could promise every state and it would be half baked and lame and not really do the work and what we're committed to is smaller
Starting point is 00:56:09 number of states but we're doing the full project the full intensity the full enchilada yeah I mean so we have an office in Wisconsin so we bring a Wisconsin Tom Tiffany's running. Last week, we got the bad news that Francesca Hong was not who we're going up against in that state. That's no reason to be less bullish about Tom Tiffany. Tom Tiffany's great, he's great candidate. There's some great organizations that are working really hard in Wisconsin.
Starting point is 00:56:37 And I would label that kind of like our fourth place state. We're focused on building the red wall because Wisconsin is part of the blue wall. And we know that the left is investing so, heavily into that state, they need that state. They have no choice but to win that state. And so part of the strategy that we're employing with Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire is that you have to build the red wall to compete with the blue wall that they need. Because if you are able to fracture, then even if they win that entire wall, then we still can win. Yeah. You're creating a scenario where we hold a national presidential election in 28. And explain that to Tyler and Cliff how
Starting point is 00:57:16 muscle memory getting getting New Hampshire activated Nevada activated and Arizona activated for the long term is so important yeah yeah so the first thing is that 2028 again we're looking at the current map but remember redistricting will happen for 2032
Starting point is 00:57:33 and so the map actually becomes even more positive for Republicans in most red states which makes it even more reason why the left will have to they'll have to maintain basically their entire map that they were winning with for about 20 years.
Starting point is 00:57:50 So Nevada and New Hampshire, part of their strategies, they kind of have to try to win Arizona or other states like Georgia, North Carolina, things like that, right, which they're going to have to do. So us winning that is statistically important for us. But then states like Nevada and New Hampshire, they were counting on winning. They were counting on those becoming bluer and that hasn't happened. they've actually in many ways become redder where there's a Republican voter registration advantage or there have been advantages over the last few years. We just took the advantage, right?
Starting point is 00:58:23 It kind of flips back and forth a little bit, but it's really close. And the point is that between all three of those states, you have a dramatic voter registration advantage with Republicans. That's a good sign, if anything. Of course, there's still independents that you have to worry about and make sure that you have conservative independence. You have to talk to them. but yeah that's the good starting point all right cliff so we're partnering with citizens alliance on commit 100 one more time on the URL it's tpaction dot com slash 100 tp action dot com slash 100 give us our marching orders cliff you had the great call just you know
Starting point is 00:59:00 serenade us with your with your your vocals here cliff by the way cliff is a is a former theater kid i give you the as we confirm we've confirmed we've confirmed this we've seen that we've seen the performance i'm not making this up the serenading This is real. Look, I appreciate that. This is the only show I feel comfortable or forced to go into my theater days, which I've tried to delete from my past and the internet. Look, I think I want to back up Tyler here. The cool thing about working with Turning Point and the vision here, if we are to make all three of these states, Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire, red states, it's not just that we become extremely competitive. It's that the left cannot win a national election again in the United States. our lifetime. Let me say it one more time. If we make all three of these states, Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire, red states where we continuously win and trend red, the left is going to have to change their entire playbook. So yes, turning points involved in states like Wisconsin, Citizens Alliance, we're still doubling down on states like Pennsylvania. But the reason that we're going all in on
Starting point is 01:00:03 these three states is because it's going to force them to be uncomfortable. It's going to force them to have to move resources. So anybody out there that is thinking, hey, listen, I want to block the communists. I want to stop the socialist, this DSA takeover of the Democrats. How do we stop it from infiltrating across the country? TPaction.com slash 100. Book a week. Give us a week in October. Give us a week leading up to the election. Come out, get 100 voters to commit and actually make an impact on the election. I want to make one point to what Blake said about resource allocation and other people saying, hey, why aren't we in these states? I just did Dr. Drew show a couple weeks ago and he was grilling me, how do we flip California? Look, we'd all
Starting point is 01:00:46 love to flip some of these deep blue states. But at the end of the day, if you have a major organization and you have a decision to make on where you put resources, it is extremely important to understand what are your capabilities, what are your tactics for groups like Turning Point and Citizens Alliance, it's ground game, right? We know how to grow out and we know how to match the Democrats and knocking on doors and making an impact that way. Nevada, Arizona, New Hampshire are the keys to that success based on the rules, based on the Democrat resources, and based on redistricting, like Tyler said. So this whole game plan is coming together, and I really am excited. So folks out there, get involved. I don't care what state you're in.
Starting point is 01:01:27 We need your help on the ground. So join us in one of those states. Be a part of something, right? This is not just coming out. You're not going to be isolated. We're going to put you up in a hotel. You're going to be part of a community. And you're going to be part of helping us to push back, not just in 2026, but to be the reason we deliver the White House in November of 2028. Yeah, amen. Be a part of something bigger than yourselves. Do not give into the Dumers. No black pilling allowed here. We're happy warriors. We do it in the way Charlie taught all of us to do it. And that is to put one foot in front of the other, build something. Tering down things is hard. Or is easy. Complaining is easy. Covetching is easy. Why don't you be a part of building something like a red wall and being a part of a community that contributes to saving the
Starting point is 01:02:09 country. That's what we have to get back to. Tyler, final words. Yeah, tpaction.com slash 100. Tp.action.com slash 100. Plan your vacation now. Come out to Arizona. Join us in Arizona. Nevada and New Hampshire. Arizona. We love you in Arizona. Poles are looking good. Get out here. Tp.Action.com. Mr. Arizona boy, can't help himself. By the way, we've got hundreds of staff in all these states, too. So you're plugging into that as well. Hi, folks. Andrew Colvitt here. I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y. Reefi. You've probably been hearing me talk about Y ReFi for some time now. We are all in with these guys.
Starting point is 01:02:46 If you or someone you know is struggling with private student loan debt, take my advice and give them a call. Maybe you're behind on your payments. Maybe you're even in default. You don't have to live in this nightmare anymore. Why Refi will provide you a custom payment based on your ability to pay. They tailor each loan individually. They can save you thousands of dollars and you can get your life back.
Starting point is 01:03:09 We go to campuses all over America, and we see student after student who's drowning in private student loan debt. Many of them don't even know how much they owe. Why Refi can help. Just go to whyrefi.com. That's the letter Y then refi.com. And remember, why refi doesn't care what your credit score is. Just go to why refi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you. Yes, commit 100.
Starting point is 01:03:36 Please visit tpaction.com slash 100. tier. Give us a week. Give us two weeks. Give us three. Give us four. Whatever you can manage. We'll give you a hotel and you get to contribute to saving the republic. Pretty great deal, to be honest. We get thousands of you. And we're really good at this now because we did it in 2024. We know the system. So we're going to plug you right into a system that already exists and you get to help chase ballots. Go get ballots in the box. That's the whole game of the name of the game now. All right. Alex Marlowe, one of our faves. Host of the Alex Marlowe's show editor-in-chief of bright bart Alex how are we doing today good to see you my friend
Starting point is 01:04:09 i'm doing great great to see you guys Blake nice to see you Andrew always a pleasure so I woke up oh so I took the weekend off right uh I promised my wife I was gonna I was gonna he looked at sheep he looked at a big horn sheep big proud guy big horns and some of his hair like to purchase you're you're in the market no it was like it came up to this house I was staying up it it was amazing like it just came up right right to the house I was like there's a big horn sheep right out the You know, I live in a part of the world where they actually release. I live on the outskirts of town, literally, two blocks over, and it's 18 miles of desertous mountain range. And we actually have goats who are in the neighborhood.
Starting point is 01:04:49 There's hundreds and hundreds of them that actually eat the brush so that the whole neighborhood doesn't burn down. And they're always there. And it's just, it's such a delight to see them with children. Yeah, and then they poop all over the place. We could see that. I think you call it Scat, right? They could see it all over the property. we're like, man, there's some hoofed animals around here, and we saw them. Anyway, so I want to get into this because Alex, I woke up this morning and I was like, oh, wait, J.D. Vance is a communist or something. Big, big, big fat socialist. And so I dug into this and it's nothing at all. Like, and I do want to say there is an op and it's all about 2028. We know this. It's everything is a proxy war for 2028. Who's going to be the nominee? And the people that don't like JD, they just keep coming up with new stuff. So this was actually a 2023.
Starting point is 01:05:35 clip from 2023. Three years old. We'll play the clip and explain it on the other side. Jady Vance on the dollar, Sot 2. I'm a, this is like maybe super heterodox. I am not sure that I think the reserve currency is actually good for the United States of America. I think there is a good argument that reserve currency status is akin to coal in Appalachia. It's a resource curse, right? It allows your consumers to consume very cheaply, right? That's been the story of the American economy for the last 15 or so years, even before that, is we can just borrow basically in an unlimited way because we have the reserve currency. All right. So that clip gets surfaced again. I'm in the break, Alex. I was talking about it with Blake. And he didn't even know that it was a three-year-old clip. He just assumed it was from like yesterday. Yeah, I figured this was, oh, he was speaking at an event. And I was like, oh, I'm not sure why he would be saying that.
Starting point is 01:06:26 I didn't, they dug up a three-year-old clip to complain about this. Yes. So this is actually, it turns out, Alex, a very sort of obscure economic. talk because JD is like you know pretty smart and he likes studying things like economics and the resource curse is this it is the it's also called the paradox of plenty so this is a very again obscure economics talk okay it's the observation that countries richly endowed with natural resources especially non-renewable ones like oil natural gas and minerals often experience slower economic growth weaker development outcomes higher inequality more corruption etc because they are are reliant overly so on a strategic advantage.
Starting point is 01:07:09 Right? Now, we were talking in the break again. You could make the same argument about the South during the Civil War. They were reliant on slave labor, and they didn't want to get rid of that, but it actually resulted in less favorable outcomes economically for them. And when it came to war with the North, it was more industrialized, had greater advantages, right? So this is something, it's obscure.
Starting point is 01:07:28 And nowhere in this does he say, Alex, that he wants to get rid of it, he's just pointing out the downsides, because nobody ever talks about the downsides. Your reaction to this clip. Yeah, first of all, did it originate with this Phil Magnus character online who claims to be an economic historian? Because that was where I saw it. Yeah, I saw it. Yeah, I saw James Lindsay posted. That's who I saw.
Starting point is 01:07:48 Okay. So, so that adds to the conversation, though. Personally, I've always liked James, but the, I don't know who's got a hold of his Twitter account sometimes in recent months. The point is that- I text him directly and tell him the same, just to be fair. Yeah, it's like, who's running at James? Stop. stop pull the keyboard away please sometimes please no but so this is the point here i'm i will talk
Starting point is 01:08:09 economics and i we have a great economic news letter bright bar that i contribute to uh with john carney called the bright bar business digest everyone should check that out but my expertise starts with media and there's obviously an op like we can put this out this guy obviously is a big jerk who hates fans and so that's what he's doing and you should see that in that vein that this is being elevated specifically because despite the efforts to try to make vance the villain of the iran war that that's not working. All the polls are suggesting that, you know, Vance is still by far the frontrunner for 2028. And then people try to elevate Marco and I love Marco. I think Marco would be and hopefully will be an amazing president one day. But Marco is basically already endorsed fans. So it is all about
Starting point is 01:08:47 stopping Vance from being president. And that always is deeply off putting to me because Vance is a super thoughtful person, even when you disagree with him, which is one of the things I love about him. And one of the reasons why I've been a supporter of his since before he actually entered Paltics is because he's not a shoot from the hip guy. He's a guy who's a thinker who tries to think through this stuff. But I think if I'm trying to interpret Vance and I don't know why he'd have to respond to this stuff, but if he chooses to, he's concerned that us having no industrial base, having no manufacturing base is a massive concern for the country when it comes to political cost, when it comes to national security, when it comes to Americans not having a economy that is
Starting point is 01:09:29 stable and it just does encourage people to live beyond means and kind of inverts capital flows. And there's so many objections that I think are kind of reasonable to this position. I would love to hear Vance's full take, but he's a guy who's always thinking about middle America. He's always thinking about a peace through strength approach and having a robust manufacturing-based. And it's probably where this comes from. But again, we're plucking things out of context to politically assassinate a guy. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:53 And another thing, Charlie was a fan of Chris Caldwell book, Age of Entitlement. And a big theme of that is that America, because we could borrow so much money, we've avoided fixing obvious problems far longer than other countries could get away with. So that we borrowed a ton so we could have massive entitlement state and massive military that can invade every country. And we've done that 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s up to the present. And we might have had to actually fix a lot of these problems in the 80s or 90s. It would have been painful. We would have felt poorer while we did. it, but we would have been getting them solved then. Instead, yes, we've been very rich. We've
Starting point is 01:10:36 lived large, but it means the pain when we have to confront possibly losing reserve currency status, having to confront a debt crisis will be a lot greater. It could be, it could be a very great. It could be cataclysmic in theory. Yeah, and I think that's at such a good point. We have not been forced to take our medicine earlier. Belt Titan deal with some of the entitlement issues that are exploding the federal deficit year after year after year. And by the way, you know, a lot of people, Trump has, you know, been in favor of a weak dollar. Why? Because it increases exports. Because it makes those exports relatively cheaper than they would be under a strong dollar. And so J.D.'s talking about this concept, you know, there's upsides to having a reserve currency. You can borrow.
Starting point is 01:11:19 You can issue, you know, debt, and people will buy it up. And that gives you flexibility. It gives you ability to sort of run these deficits, but is that a really good thing? Does it hollow out our industrial core? And what's ironic about this, too, Alex, without getting in too wonky and the economics of it all, is that the dollar has lost 95% of its value since we became the reserve currency. So, you know, I think people intuitively say, oh, I want a strong dollar because it makes me feel like America's strong or something. But actually, president after president has pursued a weak dollar posture to encourage exports. We have this clip from President Trump here, 34. If it's ready, we should be ready. Yep, loaded, 34. Why has the dollar falling so much? And are you concerned about that?
Starting point is 01:12:10 Well, you know, I'm the person that likes a strong dollar, but a weak dollar makes you a hell of a lot more money. I hate to tell you. It's funny. He says that you might not understand why that is. It's, for example, China, it used to be the complaint forever that China intentionally kept their currencies value low. Because when they say weak dollar, lower value dollar, what that effectively means is anyone can buy stuff from America for cheaper. And so that's why China would keep it cheap. They wanted to be this huge exporter. So exporting everyone. And it actually made Chinese have a harder time buying stuff from abroad. But China said, we want that. We want stuff made in China sent abroad rather than the other way around, and we're seeing the consequences of that.
Starting point is 01:12:54 Yeah. I just want to say this is so consistent with J.D.'s whole ethos, which is that he's not rooting for Wall Street and people who get cheap stuff from China to be the winners. He wants the American factory workers, people manufacturing towns, to be the winners. And you've got to look at these things. If we're a country that makes things, then his argument makes a lot of sense. If we're just an economy and not a people and a homeland and a heritage, then his argument doesn't make sense.
Starting point is 01:13:18 So a lot of people are actually showing their own ignorance if they're trying to just cherry pick attacks on a out of context clip from years ago on this. And it says more about the people sharing it because he's got a lot of, I think, really relevant things to say that are totally coherent here. I totally agree. And by the way, it's like, you know, I see a lot of these laissez-faire guys, you know, get the government out of the way. And it's like, okay, I get it. But there is a role for government. We learned this from Teddy Roosevelt, who went trust busting. We learned this from immigration, right?
Starting point is 01:13:48 Right. Businesses, laissez-faire guys, would love mass immigration for cheap labor, but we rejected that. There are limitations. There are incentives that a government could and should probably put in place to incentivize capital flows in the right directions, long-term investments in the country. I think that's what, you know, J.D. is getting at here. And I think it's totally fair and valid questions to ask. All right, Alex, top of Breitbart right now. It's got like almost a thousand comments. so your Breitbart audience is eating it up. Reddit banned Sophie Cunningham's name from WMBA Forum as men and women's sports controversy rages. Now, I haven't gotten you on any of this WMBA stuff. So, I mean, the starting point, it's like, can men play in women's sports?
Starting point is 01:14:37 Sophie Cunningham says no. Then she gets smacked in the face and she's trying to defend Caitlin Clark. Then you got Roycia White and Ennis Cantor Freedom declaring themselves eligible for the WMBA. draft. You got coaches defending the Dijonet mayonnaise mustard gal that like smacks her saying, hey, it was just a hard fat. Like there is so much going on in the WMBA. It's very hard to keep track. I want your whole take. What is going on here, Alex Marlowe? Yeah, and none of it has to do with people playing well in basketball, which is just very true. And important point that keeps making. I finally played a second of actual basketball on my show, which has become the number one WMBA
Starting point is 01:15:17 podcast, I think, in the entire internet, The Alex Marlowe show. I covered every single day. By the way, I apologize for my lighting, the power went out. So I am holding one light up in the air. Oh, good for you. So you guys can see me a little bit. But it's the magic of it. I can't get down to do the power back on.
Starting point is 01:15:33 But look, I will tell you a couple important things. I played one second. It was Angel Reese blowing a layup to win the game, which was just a list. You really enjoyed that. But you gentlemen. Is she like one of the best players, apparently? The best player, I think by far. Like, I think she's by far the best player.
Starting point is 01:15:47 No, no, no, I'm sorry. There's someone named Ajah, something or other. But I confuse her with Dijanais. Like, who names your kid after mixing mayonnaise and mustard, by the way? It's just, didn't we read for economics like 30 years ago? And, like, you're not supposed to name your kid Dijanes. Like, it doesn't work. It's not good for those job prospects, unless you're going to the WMBA.
Starting point is 01:16:04 It sounds like you agree with me, Alex. I took the bold step last week. I am pro-WMBA, not because I like watching women's basketball. In fact, I don't really like basketball at all. I think it's kind of the worst of our major sports. It's long story. But I am very pro the WMBA deciding,
Starting point is 01:16:21 wait, let's just lean into the pro wrestling angle. This is a league with constant drama. We have our coaches dumping on their own players. Forget beefing with rival players. Their own players. We have the players. It's like a work of fiction where you can just have players blatantly,
Starting point is 01:16:37 egregiously fouling people and the refs are like, didn't see nothing. It's like something you'd see in a movie. You have creepy race angles. You have The trans angle. I'm sure there's just going to be a political angle. There's endless angle upon angle to this. Are you saying that Vince McMahon is running the WMBA right now and we don't know?
Starting point is 01:16:56 So this is brilliant because I've been calling it reality TV because it does feel like no one cares about what's real. Just you get invited to the garden party and then I wouldn't fight to the garden party and pokes their fingers in each other's eyes and yells about it. And that's what discussed. But this is better because you really do see there's the heel character. You know, there's all the cap fighting. there's the unfair referees where you step on one player's neck. It's not a foul. And then, you know, you tap someone on the shoulder and then you get thrown out of the game,
Starting point is 01:17:23 depending on the skin color of whoever's getting fouled. But I just want to say something really important because I got to call out you gentlemen for doing one of the most important interviews of the year with Russia White. I had forgotten that black trans lives matter. And now I'm reminded that black trans lives matter. And I had not had that thought in a while. and you guys brought that back up to me. And thank you.
Starting point is 01:17:47 I had to check my privilege after that interview. Alex, we're all getting better, you know. We're all evolving. And, you know, we learn something new every day. And when we are wrong, it's incumbent on us to make that right and to own it. And Royce showed me the way. So one thing that I've been calling for, and I was not as clever about marketing as Clay Travis has been, which he very gifted in this thing.
Starting point is 01:18:15 So I've been saying for over a year, what we need to do is one school, maybe like a low-level division one school, needs to step up and recruit all men for the girls' basketball team. And then they're going to win 150 to 2 every game. They're going to win by 100 points. Just go complete maximalist on this.
Starting point is 01:18:32 See how much they could rack up the score. And then that'll end all this. All this will be over. The trans moment we've been obsessed with in this country will end that day that the men's team defeats the women in the championships after a 35 and 0 season, 150 to 2. Once that happens, then we can move on from this.
Starting point is 01:18:50 And it's not going to happen. No one's going to do that. So maybe we need to get a coach trolling in there, get buying up a WMBA team, putting only men on there. So maybe that's the move. I'm genuinely sad that the Olympics wised up about this before. I was kind of hoping we'd get one of those authoritarian regimes like North Korea just shows up with a team of 12 100% obvious dudes.
Starting point is 01:19:13 They've identified as women. Libs are powerless to defend against it. And they absolutely dominate the Olympics. That would have helped. But we fell short. We didn't quite get that level of insanity in time. Well, but this story that's up on Breitbart right now is like legitimately wild. So the WMBA subreddit has banned the name of Indiana Fever Guard, Sophie Cunningham, from its forum. So in the WMBA subreddit, you can no longer type out the word Sophie Cunningham or the name Sophie Cunningham.
Starting point is 01:19:44 The forums moderators will not allow users to use the word Cunningham, Sophie, Scunningham, Soph or Sophia Cunninghead. Like they're blocking every possible variation. Because they're preventing users from posting about the 30 old player, even on her birthday, Alex, because apparently it's causing too much controversy and debate about transgender athletes in female sports. It's remarkable. She's the most important athlete in the country right now for reasons like this. It's so true. Because she's getting all of the people just to out themselves as anti-free speech and embarrass themselves.
Starting point is 01:20:19 So I also do have an update this story that you're going to hear first on the show because you've been working on this, is that apparently the moderators are backpedaling now, but they're not going to let people post unless they have good standing in the community. So you just can't come over there and write about Sophie Cunningham because you're inspired by her. So they're just trying to control speech because Woke is on the run. they're doing terribly right now. They're not dead, but they're definitely doing terribly. This is the latest example. I think everybody, so do they, I'm curious, do they sell male versions of the Indiana
Starting point is 01:20:47 Fever jersey? I will buy a bunch of Cunningham jersey. I literally, I've literally, I got to come on next week. We all got to wear the jerseys. I'm now going to go look this up. You too can. I'm going to look this up. If I can buy an Indiana fever, Sophie Cunningham jersey, I'm doing it.
Starting point is 01:21:02 I'm not going to wear the female version, though. I need a dudes. Are basketball jersey is even really that different by sex? I don't know. These are questions beyond my knowledge. Alex Marlowe, editor-in-chief of Breitbart, host the Alex Marlowe show. Thank you, my friend.
Starting point is 01:21:17 Good to see you. Thanks, guys. For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
