We've got, I'm going to issue a little bit of a spicy opening here, just a little bit on the spicy. side so young ears under 11 just mute just for this one moment because the old expression goes there are lies there are damned lies that was the spicy part forgive me and then there are statistics but i think the expression should do should be there are lies there are damned lies and then there are democrats i cannot get over how easily democrats lie about stupid stuff things that are

are verifiably untrue. They will just say it, even when the proof of the lie is threaded in the same Twitter thread, X thread. And so when you start kind of going one by one by one, when they do it in quick succession and it's just really, really dumb, it's hard not to unsee it. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. And I think that is actually their point. That's their plan.

That's their strategy. is to just lie and then when you call them out on it they go well you know oh well we're still going to say it because it advances our narrative and you're like well i guess i don't know what to do here anymore and we obviously saw that in the aftermath of charlie's assassination where we would debunk these clips that were going around about something charlie supposedly said or he said something racist and then we would show you the context and obviously it was clear that it was not what they were presenting it as the context mattered it added nuance and clarity to the point he was making but they're doing it again and i i have to just start with this first one actually caroline levitt thanked me on

x for this which i appreciate but let's just show this image this is from the democrats own x handle so it's at the democrats so when i say the democrats do something this is kind of what i mean right So throw up image 388. And this is an image of Caroline Levitt, White House press secretary, saying the ballroom is the president's main priority. And so you saw, I mean, Gavin Newsom put this out. Obviously the Democrat handles a bunch of the Democrat accounts, double, tripled, quadrupled down on this insane thing. So what are they trying to say, Tyler, of course, that the Democrat, or that President Trump's main priority is the construction of this East ballroom. east wing of the White House, a big ballroom. By the way, presidents have wanted a ballroom space,

an event space at the White House for a long time. Even Sean White, who is a BLM activist, and, you know, I would say this was a pretty sane thing he said, so I don't even know how to take it. I mean, he said that, listen, this is not a big deal. There's nothing particularly historic about the east wing of the White House. Of all the parts of the White House, the east wing is probably the least historic. So he's making some space to put this big ballroom in. And they want you to believe that the president doesn't care about peace in the Middle East, oh, which he secured. And by the way, J.D. Vance flew to Israel to help secure it and keep it going.

He doesn't care about, you know, the economy. Oh, by the way, the economy's up 36 percent. The stock market's up 36 percent since the tariff apocalypse. Oh, that he doesn't care about crime. Oh, wait, you can walk in the streets of D.C. again. Oh, that he doesn't care about law and order. Oh, well, he keeps winning judicial rulings. over and over and over again, that he doesn't care about our military advantage.

Oh, he's investing in the military. He's making the military great again, strong again. Pete Hegg says doing a great job, Secretary of War, improving standards in our military. So they want you to think that all the president cares about as a vanity project, which he's spending his own money for, to build this ballroom for future presidents to also use. Do you know that the White House typically spends millions of millions of dollars every year, on tents and outdoor event equipment? This is a true story.

But when you actually listen to what Caroline Levitt had to say, it becomes very apparent that it's just a lie. It's such a lie that it's just shocking that they would still insist on lying about something so plainly obvious. Play cut 387. In addition to the ballroom in the Rose Garden patio, is the president looking at any other renovations Are there significant kind of projects here at the White House?

Not to my knowledge, no, but he's a builder at heart, clearly. And so his heart and his mind is always churning about how to improve things here on the White House grounds. But at this moment in time, of course, the ballroom is really the president's main priority. So she's asked about renovations. Are there any other renovations that the president is thinking about, Tyler? And she says, no, he's basically just focused on this. He's a builder, though, so his mind's always turning, but this is his main priority. And yet, the Democrats take it and make it look like a giant lie.

Have you ever seen a big lie from the Democrats, Tyler? Got a few. And by the way, you were telling me when we walked in that in the Obama administration, millions and millions of dollars were spent on White House renovations, but we don't talk about that. Yeah, almost $400 million were spent during the Obama administration on renovating and upgrading the White House. they spent a ton of money on the west wing they spent a ton of money in the east wing uh so some of this i think is is way you know overblown obviously the president you just said is a builder yeah and every single white house administration that's come through i can tell you this we've hosted more events

with the white house during the trump years than any other organization we certainly hosted more organizational type conjunctive stuff with the White House than anything that was held during the Biden administration because they did nothing. The Biden administration actually got rid of the only real congregation

space in the White House. So in the wing where they host all of the events. That was the East Wing, right? No. So all the administrative building, so the Eisenhower's,

building where that's where all the offices are. There's a space that's there that could host about 200 people. The Biden administration actually got rid of it because remember that fake set that they had built? We did our show from the set last week. Yeah, you were there. So that was the, that used to be the space that was the only space on campus essentially where you could host a few hundred people and the president would come down and then he'd speak and it was great because he could just walk across from the West Wing.

just there i mean it's pretty far away yeah and that was the only space the Biden administration got rid of it so he could have his little fake set which is so weird actually so there's nothing show at the white house so but there's this is what people need to understand there's nothing on the white house grounds where you can get hundreds of people together uh for speaking of it you can't do any of that and that's really important because the the president can't just like walk well across dc yeah here's the actual truth is that if the president has to go to an event venue outside of the White House. Do you understand how much that costs just in security fees, moving like Secret Service,

PD, all the things that go into it is extraordinary, actually. It has to be millions and millions of dollars every time, just in D.C. Yeah, this is the best return on investment that you can imagine by allowing the president to stay put and let people come to him, which everybody's happy to do and go to an event at the White House. And there you see the images of the beautiful new East Wing ballroom that is going to be absolutely enjoyed by everybody. And this is what I love. Even Sean King is saying that this is going to be, this is no big deal. All the presidents have wanted this space.

all those accusations at anybody, she was the poster child of a weaponized judicial system and justice system because that's what she ran on. I'm telling you, there's lies, there's damn lies, and then there's Democrats. This is so brazen and so idiotic that it's hard to fathom. You saw the Caroline Levitt example where she was obviously talking about renovations and the Democrats are running with it anyway. And now you're seeing the poster child for weaponizing her office for political ends. Now crime victim. So she is apparently accused of using her second home and basically listing it in such a way. It's mortgage fraud where she says she's going to live in it or it's going to be a private resident. She ends up renting it out. So she's, I mean,

it's not a huge amount of money that she saved over there. It's like 20,000 bucks in interest or something. But here's the trick. She ran for Attorney General. of the state of New York, promising that if you elect me, if you just give me your vote, I will come after President Trump. I will prosecute. I will find a crime. I will find something to go after him about. And so now she's been charged and she's pleaded not guilty. That's breaking news this morning. She's pleaded not guilty. And this is what she has to say. Playcut 400. This is not about me. This is about all of us. And about a justice system which has been weaponized. a justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood up for the rule of law

you just stood up for the rule of law is that what that's your take tyler that she just stood up for the rule of law It's unbelievable that we have literal AGs across the country that are running on going after political opponents that they're running on this. So they're telling before they even get into office that they're going to prosecute unknown crimes. Like you said, they're going to find crimes in some cases to go after political opponents. In this case, Trump. And now she's saying that the. system is being weaponized against him? Well, because there are lies, there are damned lies, and then there are Democrats. I'm not kidding. This is how it is. It's like I want a country where

we have unity. I want a country where we can look across the aisle and actually have debates like people talk like John Fetterman. It's like I'm not going to call you a Nazi or a fascist. And then we have this situation. And again, we have told you time and time again that, you know, we are open to dialogue. We want open debate. this country. This is what Charlie lived for. And yet, this is what we're stuck with. Let's go ahead and play cut 402. President Trump could not avoid justice in the great state of New York. That's what she said. She also went on the view. She said this multiple times. We have multiple campaign stops where she was going on the air and she was basically bragging about the fact that she was going to get Trump.

So this is not a, this is not hyperbole. This is not speculation. And just for the sake of getting to the next story, because Letitia James deserves very little of our time, I want to get to the next slide. And I'll talk about this with Jason Whitlock as well, but that Stephen Miller is a white nationalist, white supremacist, or whatever. They've said it so many times, it's hard to keep up. Play cut 366. Representative Pearson, you just heard Stephen Miller advising National Guard troops that they are unleashed. What does this mean for your constituents in Memphis? It's dangerous. And this has been dangerous since it was suggested by the administration to go after democratic cities, but particularly cities with black leadership. Stephen Miller is known white nationalist. and supports white supremacist ideology.

Oh, interesting. Okay, interesting. And then there's Tiffany Cross at CNN who just parrots it. Same as Rep Pearson there, 368. Any time that we play something from Stephen Miller, it would be journalistic integrity to point out that he is a white supremacist and he is the brainchild behind this policy. That's not my opinion.

That's actual fact. And for him to purport lies from the Oval Office as a white supremacist, it should be pointed out. So President Trump's had enough of this, Tyler. He gave Stephen Miller some unsolicited advice yesterday at the White House. Play cut 365. Homeland Security Advisor, Stephen Miller, Stephen, you're such a superstar, Stephen. They called Stephen the other day a very bad name, and I said you should sue them, Stephen.

No. So what do you think? Should he sue? Yeah, of course. I totally agree. Yeah, I mean, Stephen Miller is a senior advisor to the president right now. in charge, I mean, a lot, you know, obviously the moves that President Trump has made have been positive for the country. I mean, look at what's happened to Washington, D.C. Washington, D.C., since they

actually cracked down and cleaned up the city, is a livable, visitable city now. I mean, totally. Well, the reason they hate Stephen Miller is because he's actually over the target. He's getting at the core issues that have kept Democrats in power, namely immigration and a perverted justice system. He's going for both of them. It's good to see you. Andrew, thank you for having me. Yeah, honored to have you. I know that your show, your own show, just wrapped, and you guys kind of wrapped it quick to get over here, so I appreciate that as well. I would be remiss if I didn't give you the floor for a second, just to reflect on the loss that we've all suffered. Charlie, this is the first time we've had you back on the show since it all happened, so I know you were friends, and you both respected each other, so please. The floor is yours.

Well, obviously, Charlie's death, assassination moved me in a profound way. Charlie's influence on American culture, the celebration that you guys held is one of the greatest things I've ever, and again, I wasn't involved, but I feel like we were all involved, just sitting on our couch watching it. It's one of the greatest moments of my life. And so obviously we're all saddened by Charlie's death. But sometimes martyrs and people like Charlie

that make the ultimate sacrifice for all of us, you know, you just, it's a blessing, actually. And I, you know, it's obviously that's a complicated statement to say it's a blessing. I know, but it is because I think it's, he's inspired. The way he lived his life, he made the ultimate sacrifice. I told people, and I said this in real time, and I still mean it today. it's like i hope that i have the courage uh that charlie had to make the ultimate sacrifice uh for god and for american freedom and and i said this and it just it'll sound silly but it's

like i was halfway jealous of charlie like man this guy actually did it he he followed jesus model and made the ultimate sacrifice while improving and inspiring the world world, and I hope that I can be the kind of man that Charlie was, and I know I'm 25, 26 years older than Charlie, but that is his legacy. That he, to me, men should be all sitting there saying, how can I be like Charlie Kirk? I actually think that's beautiful, and I know what you're saying and the way it sounds, but, you know, Charlie, I love the way he said it. He said, he actually did it. He actually did it. And as somebody that, and I'm, by the way, you're also joined by Tyler Boyer, our

COO of Turning Point Action, who's a son's fan, but we can razz him for that in a little bit. But, you know, Tyler and I had this front row seat to watch this legend grow. I mean, when we first met him and to watch him grow into what he became, it's genuinely one of the most humbling things. I think it's, I can't imagine it'll be exceeded in any way, shape, or form besides watching and my beautiful kids grow up and being with my lovely wife. But it is the honor of a lifetime. I mean, I know, Tyler, you agree. And it's, he actually did it.

I love the way you said that because that really artic. It just, like, hits something deep with me. He actually did it. Well done, good. And we all talk tough and pretend like we're willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. He did it. And, you know, I don't, I don't want to be. I don't want it to happen to me, but I hope that I have the courage.

We want you to live a long, healthy, beautiful life, Jason, and I want that for all of us. And we want safety and peace in our nation. But I have to bring you on for some of this. We titled the episode Lies, and I'm going to say it for the kids, danged lies and Democrats, because they've just been lying about everything. And one of those lies I wanted to get to with you. So here we got the FBI that's exposing this vast gambling, illicit gambling. gambling network. There's 34 arrests, including Chauncey Billups from the Portland Trailblazers, Hall of Fame player. Now he's a coach, or is, I guess he still is. He's on leave or something as this

investigation unfolds and the trial unfolds. And you've got active players, past players, and you got the mafia. So this is like a big, I was telling Jack Busobe yesterday. I was like, it feels like a 1990s, you know, story somehow. It's like, oh, we're not talking about, you know, political assassinate. We're just talking about gambling with the mob. This is great. Like, I'm in it. This feels good. And then somehow, Stephen A. Smith turned this into an anti-Trump rant. Let's play 394 and I'll get your reaction on the other side, Jason. I'm watching a press conference with the director of the FBI. Tell me when we've seen that. We've seen people, we've seen accusations before. We've seen athletes get in trouble with the law before.

You don't see the director of the FBI having a press conference. It's not coincidental. It's not an accident. It's a statement. And it's a warning that more is coming. And that's what they're saying here. And everybody better, I'm just telling you. It's, it's, it's as serious as it gets. This ain't the platform for me to get into it, the way I'm going to get into it.

But I've been saying he's coming. He's coming. Because in his eyes, folks try to throw him in jail. In his eyes, he's innocent. They try to put me behind bars. I'm getting everybody. He's not playing. So, Jason, you are Stephen A. Smith's number one cheerleader on the Stephen A. Smith fan club.

I know this about you. So I just couldn't resist. What on earth is this man talking about? Stephen A. Smith is out over his skis as he tends to be whenever he discusses politics and whenever he discusses sports. but he's just got the exact wrong narrative. This is a positive, and he's describing it as a negative. Our sports world is corrupt, and I couldn't imagine a sports journalist, particularly someone who is the face of ESPN,

which is supposed to be the face of sports journalism, and your reaction to seeing this level of corruption exposed be to, Hey, let me demonize Donald Trump and the administration that is playing a role in exposing just how corrupt American sports have become. I just can't imagine that reaction, but that it speaks to how upside down journalism has come. That we have no interest in cleaning up corruption. we have interest in benefiting from corruption. And so that's what you're hearing from Stephen A. Smith. I'm telling y'all, Donald Trump and Cash Patel,

they're serious about cleaning up corruption. And that's going to be bad for all of us who benefit from the gambling corruption and from the corruption of athletes and from, and I'll go much bigger picture here than Stephen A. Smith, that are benefiting from the sports world having being snatched from Christians. And that is what's happened. I've been explaining this, Andrew, on my show for months now, and it's like my passion.

Sports were a blessing from God to be used as a tool to disciple young men into a muscular form of Christianity. If you go back to the 1800s, when the young men's Christian association, the YMCA, organized sports, it was, they organized it for the purpose of discipling young men into a muscular, robust form of Christianity, a fearless form of Christianity. And it has, it's been moved away and snatched away from all of that. It's controlled by feminism. It's controlled by Marxism. it's controlled sports are now controlled by forces antithetical to jesus christ and so i see what trump

and cash patel doing getting some of the corruption out exposing the corruption of the sports world it's just as important as when trump jumped on the scene and started saying fake news fake news fake news and people finally got it and had their eyes open like hey man this mainstream media they're not our friends. And this sports world is corrupt in a way that is actually destroying and harming young people and imposing corruption, normalizing corruption throughout all of American culture, because the NFL, the NBA, these are the forces that drive television ratings and internet clicks and all this other stuff. It's a powerful tool that's been snatched from Christians and handed over to Marxist, and I see this as part of the process of cleaning this up and exposing to people

just how off course the sports world has become. I think that's well said. And yeah, sports for me was a time where I became tough. I had to grow out of my baby fat phase and the softness of childhood. And you get thrown into the arena and you got to fight. You got to fight. You got to push harder. You've got to find something deeper in yourself.

There's nothing soft about sports if done right. And this whole end racism in the end zone and this whole like what Stephen A. Smith to me, and we're running on time in this segment, but we're going to keep going in the breaks here with you, Jason. But what Stephen A. Smith to me is really saying is he's saying, Trump is a racist. He's coming after the Black League. That's about what I hear. Is there something to this story that I'm missing that is deeper than that?

or is that basically how you see it as well? That is the story. You've 100% nailed it. And it's how black journalists and black athletes have been used by the left. They package their wickedness through racism. That if you speak against anything that they're doing, well, you're racist. And so you can't speak about this corruption because black athletes are involved. Because if you do, you're racist.

Yes, that is the shield that they've been using to impose degeneracy, immorality in all endeavors. Well, you're homophobic if you speak against same-sex marriage. You're racist. If you speak against the lawlessness that's going on in many black communities and the ushering in of corruption through the music that the NFL and NBA have embraced. And this is, you're racist if you speak against bad money in the halftime show. Do you like being called racist all the time? It's unbelievable that, you know, how this is being turned around on everyone. But I think this comes from the commentary that the NFL commissioner said.

Yeah. Oh, we have that clip, by the way. Jason, I'm going to get this for us really quick. He called the halftime show. Let's see here. Okay, so he calls it unifying, Jason. Play cut 324. decision to choose bad money as your Super Bowl halftime performer he's one of the leading

and most popular entertainers in the world that's that's what we try to achieve it's an important stage for us it's an important element to the entertainment value it's carefully thought through I would say that I'm not sure we've ever selected an artist where we didn't have some blowbacker criticism it's pretty hard to do it when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching. But we're confident it's going to be a great show, and that he understands the platform that he's on, and I think it's going to be exciting in a united moment.

So, Jason, do you think this is going to be a united moment? Yes, because you guys are throwing a counter-event, and we're going to unite around that. So, yeah, I think it's great. I really mean that because I've been fed up what the halftime shows for a long time. The rappers, they've been platforming that are profane and have no business being in front of hundreds of millions of kids.

It's the biggest platform we've got. We don't need Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. We don't need the little dude, the little midget that performed. Kendrick Lamar had just performed and did some, the big song was him calling Drake, gay or whatever. That's not what an NFL halftime should be about. and we need to unite around good music that promotes patriotism, that promotes some forms of Christian value. And I'm so glad we brought this up because Andrew, for a couple of weeks, I've been like, I need to DM, Andrew, I need to DM, Andrew.

So Jason, this is my thing. So you've got Roger Goodell saying that it's going to be this united moment. And Tyler just started laughing as soon as he said United Moment. The whole thing's laughable, right?

You've got Stephen A defending illicit gambling rings. You got Roger Goodell. defending Hispanic Puerto Rican rappers that refuse to speak English and hate ICE and don't stand for our national anthem, calling it uniting. And the president. And it hates the president. Three months ago, just speaking out, you know, so negatively about Trump. I mean, it's lies, damned lies and Democrats. That's how I feel about it. feel like that way where you're living in like a Looney Tunes world where they just get to say stuff. They just make things up and they just keep repeating it. And then when you call it out, it freaks them out because they're like, they've been stewing and marinating in the lies for so long. They can't even see it anymore. And I think people just lose their sense of bearing and moral position in the world because they've just been stewing in lies for so long. Listen, I think you guys understand this. And here's what I will tell you. Tyler doesn't think small. So if you guys want to know about who was the original brainchild behind a lot of the big events and the conferences that we did and making them the way they were, this guy. You know, I know Charlie deserves a ton of credit and all that stuff, but actually, Tyler played a huge role in formulating some of that creative, a lot of that creative. Well, that's nice. It's all, like Charlie said, all glory to God. All the people that are around here, nothing would have happened without God. And we know that first.

but here's what I just texted you. It would be awesome to have Jason involved, maybe co-anchoring something, lead in to the halftime show with the show. Jason, do you hear that? I think I second that. We've got to have you. I would love it.

Would love it. Put you on a desk, let you anchor some stuff. ESPN would love it. Yeah. The NFL would love it. I think we can get some NFL players to join us. A thousand percent. Half-time show or, you know, there's a lot of NFL players, particularly former NFL players that would love and are upset by the direction the NFL has gone.

And I think some big names that would, you know, I've done shows previously from my studio here with Brett Fav and, but it would be pervasive. I think we think we can get some black NFL players involved. I know we can get some white NFL players involved. And I think we could potentially get some current NFL players involved. I don't see why not. Anybody with a brain can see that this halve time that they're plotting is inappropriate on multiple levels. And I think you're going to see a lot of people draw a line in the sand and stand
