Yeah, I had like a little procedure. Are you joining me in Club Bald? Is that what's going on. Gosh, I hope not. That's not the kind of procedure we're talking about, but you never know.

I'm just grateful to have hair at all. But you pull it off well. Blake, this morning was explosive. I mean, we kind of knew it was going to be explosive last night. All the speculation was he going to take the fifth or was he actually going to answer questions? And of course, we're talking about Dr. Anthony Fauci before the Senate hearing and committee. And he did take the fifth. And yet, somehow it still proved to be absolutely much must watch your initial thoughts it's just over the senators i see some of the clips uh the footage they're doing gaggles outside in the hallways giving their reactions but that was somehow uh i had i couldn't take my eyes off it blake it's something we badly need we of course had the travesty of president biden giving fouchy that big sweeping pardon

everyone knows that Fauci, he was the central character in the COVID drama. And I mean, you know me. I've been a skeptical of, I've been a skeptic of a lot of the efforts against Fauci. And yet, I've got to say, Rand Paul has done his work. He's made sure that whether we're able to prosecute Fauci or not, he is at least going to die a disgraced individual. He's exposed his shady behavior, the way he's deleting his emails, the way that he's, he's lobbying federal employees.

can you nominate me for prizes so I can get money? He's making up all of his COVID stuff as he goes. He loves the fame. He loves the attention. He caused enormous damage to millions of people. And if nothing else, that is what we all deserve to see. We deserve to see him sitting there in Congress and saying, I'm not going to say anything more, even though I have a pardon.

Because if I start trying to explain myself, it will only, it will put me back in legal jeopardy and it will just further reveal what a, what a cretan I was, how shamefully I disgraced myself and hurt this country. We needed to see that and I'm glad that Senator Paul was able to bring it to us. Well, let's see it. This is Fauci's opening remarks and he's shaking like a leaf here, Blake. Sot 9. Given Senator Paul's obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me,

the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something, anything that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up in his words, quote, behind bars. So this whole thing keeps getting more and more explosive. He's trying to work through attorneys. There was a whole scene. We're about to play the clip.

It's explosive, legitimately, where his lawyer sitting right next to him, Rand Paul says, you were not invited to address this committee. I ask you not to sit at that table. You're doing it anyways. And then he gets escorted out. SOT 12. What the attorney has to say? He is not recognized by the committee or the chair.

This testimony is from Anthony Fauci. This is not a game with his lawyers. In fact, the attorney was told not to sit at the table, and he's not obeying that recommendation. There's a row behind you, sir. That's where you were told to sit and you're not. And now you're disrupting the proceedings. And so, look, this is the way Anthony Fauci,

wants to be remembered for a lawyer not listening to the rules that's the way you want to be remembered and that's what you're going to do you are not recognized sir uh security please we're moving from the the applause was there was people watching their TVs all over the country doing the same yeah absolutely you know so there was a whole bunch of stuff you mentioned the enriching himself i think this was a really powerful moment uh i actually put the whole thing on x this entire higher commentary from Josh Hawley. Of course, you're dealing with somebody who's taking the fifth to every question. And yet that weirdly opened it up for them to make very powerful and poignant points over and over and over again, just dropping bomb after bomb. He wasn't fighting back. He wasn't

explaining anything. And so it kind of just let guys like Senator Holly who are very, very talented at this, very accomplished lawyers, just have a field day. I thought this was particularly important as well, Blake. Sot 10. You know what I can't quite figure out is that why you were so obsessed with it, because you're already rich. I mean, and your scheme worked here. I mean, you're not worth now as north of $12 million. You got over a million dollars in cash awards during COVID, during a 12 month, 24 months span during COVID. A million bucks you knocked down in cash money using federal resources. Now you're worth more than $12 million. You've got a

pension that in its first year paid out north of $400,000 a year. A million people dead, you're getting rich. A million people dead. You're using federal employees to get cash awards for you. A million people dead and you're here taking the fifth because you don't want to admit that what really happened in all that time was a multi-month, multi-year course of self-dealing. It's so valuable that we're able to see that because what matters here is it actually, it goes beyond, Fauci. When Fauci was still in government, he was, it's worth remembering, I believe, the highest paid single federal employee out of what, two, three, four million people who work for the government in some capacity, the highest paid one is Fauci, and then he's doing all this stuff in the background.

He's getting himself rich off of some of his pharmaceutical connections. He's able to lobby other employees who he has power over in some cases to nominate him for prizes that can get this. Fauci is emblematic of, and also I should highlight this, where he's sending emails to people and saying, delete this afterwards, suppress this communication. This is a guy who spent his entire lifetime in government, and he learned how to enrich himself, how to empower himself, but especially how to work within the seams. This is supposed to be a democratic government. This is supposed to be a system where the people rule. That's why we have things like FOIA, and his experience, how do I get around this? How do we get around what elected representatives in our government want to do and do what I want to do?

We need to see the true Anthony Fauci on full display because we need to take apart that form of government. And that's why I really think it was so valuable to put all of this out there, even if President Biden's pardon is able to hold up, even if we're unable to actually prosecute this guy the way I think he really deserves to be. we deserve to see him there to see him sweat because there are other Dr. Fauci's in our government who need to be rooted out. That's a great point. Yeah, this is why Doge was so important. This is why obliterating the agency known as USAID was so important.

This is why having the federal workforce at the lowest level since the 1960s is so important. I mean, listen, there are legitimate criticisms of the administration. But in this way, we've never in our lifetime seen so much progress because there are tons of Dr. Fauci's out there. And by the way, he was the highest paid employee, even more than the president. All right, Blake. So this is an important moment, actually. And I think it's possible it gets overlooked in the whole, I mean, because some of these senators, as much as you and I will joke about the show, the theater of politics and nothing ever gets done. Some of these guys are really talented at cross-examining these people at these hearings like Senator Hall.

I mean, you think he's 10 out of 10. Rand Paul did a great job. Ron Johnson did a great job. Bernie Moreno did a great job. But Ashley Moody hit a point that I want to make sure the audience is aware of. And I want you to put your mind on one year. And that is 2014. We'll explain why 2014 is so important.

Ashley, Senator Moody does a pretty good job of it here. SOT 20. I'm just very interested why it was this date. Did it have anything to do? do with the fact that 2014 was also the year that the NIAID or NIH began funding eco-health alliances understanding the risk of bat coronavirus emergence grant on the advice of counsel i respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the fifth amendment to the constitution and this is the same grant that funded the work on bat coronaviruses at the wuhan institute on virology millions of

americans are questioning what happened during covid why we we were given misleading information, misleading advice, why you gave conflicting statements based on, I guess, how you were feeling that day. So what's interesting, Blake, about 2014, is that is the same year that the Obama administration put a moratorium. They declared a moratorium on funding gain of function research in the United States citing biosecurity and biosafety concerns after a series of lab incidents, including misplaced anthrax vials and things of that nature. So President Obama, give credit where it's due, in coordination with the HHS, declared a moratorium in 2014.

And so what did they do? They moved it to Wuhan Institute in China. They moved that research with Peter Dasik and EcoHealth Alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2014. to get around the moratorium in the United States. So that is Anthony Fauci going around the federal government's moratorium to continue research that he deemed in his ivory tower as too important to stop by shipping it off to China. So 2014 is why the parting goes back that far. Yeah, exactly.

So first of all, as you mentioned, he basically, we know that Fauci now is a guy who will just privately ask, for even the most outrageous things. Hey, can you help me go win this prize person? And so you strongly suspect he probably was lobbying behind the scenes. Hey, I need a part in. Also, make sure it goes back. Don't just cover the 2020 stuff. We need to go all the way back. I'm going to need that. He's a guy who's going to know how this works. Think about what we've also learned about Fauci, the way he's managing FOIA saying delete all of these emails. This is an operator who knows how to get what he wants, including going around at least gray areas, if not black areas.

of the law. So, as you said, 2014, Obama comes out, gives this order, no gain of function research. Well, do we think Fauci is a guy who's going to just say, oh, that's what the president wants, we're going to respect that? Or if Fauci has something he wants to do, something he feels

like he wants to happen, is he going to find a way to make it happen and feel like he's almost certainly going to get away with it? I think the Dr. Fauci that we've come to know, thanks to Senator Paul investigation, we have a better understanding of him. He's the kind of guy who's going to try to get what he wants.

He's this bureaucratic barnacle, this bureaucratic infiltrator, this bureaucratic cancer, and he's going to do what he wants. And so, as you said, yep, the rules say we can't do gain of function. Well, how can we do it anyway? Well, if we send some money to this NGO and they're sending it abroad, you know, no one's ever going to get in trouble for this. Let's do it. And then six years later, this thing is coming out. And even if whether it was a lab leak or not, the Foucher, we know is going to raise his eyebrow and go, oh, this could be a problem. We'd better contain this. And we have the emails. We have the messages where he's worried about that. He's setting this up. He is covering his butt. And, well, of course, he went to the Biden administration who was handing out pardons for this sort of thing and says, make sure I don't ever get in trouble for this.

Make sure I don't ever get held accountable for this. And he got what he wanted because he's a bureaucratic operator par excellence. Well, I actually think, you know, a lot of people are not going to be happy with the fact that, you know, he does have this pardon. He pleads the fifth. This is a couple of things that I think are worth pointing out here. Did you know, Blake? And I just find this interesting. In Italian, the word Fauci translates to jaw, mouth, or throat. But while as an Italian surname, it derives from a Sicilian dialect word meaning sickle. We're sickle maker. So he's basically the Grim Reaper. So that's just one little fun thing to keep in mind. Secondly, Dr. Fauci, we now know this from the Fauci Diaries,

that he was obsessed with fame with the adulation of celebrities and high-profile politicians and from the liberal establishment media. That's what he wanted. He was obsessed with being a rock star in his own words. and in some ways it is very fitting that now he will be remembered as a disgraced bureaucrat who put more importance on CYA covering his own rear as you put it for funding the very research that ended up unleashing a virus, a deadly virus onto planet Earth. The man is singularly responsible for millions and millions of deaths all around the world.

and he ended up instead of acknowledging his mistake, instead of acknowledging that he was complicit and guilty and culpable for funding this research, he spent years pretending, cosplaying as some high and mighty hero of American science and innovation. The man is a fraud. I think Dr. Paul pegged him very early on, and it's a, I would say, a casualty of a bureaucratic morass that is impossible to police properly. But today we at least got humiliation for Dr. Fauci who will go down in history as a disgraced bureaucrat.

I know you weren't proceeding or presiding rather over that hearing, but you, I'm sure, have seen the clips.

You know, speak from the perspective of a Tennessean. What was it like watching him plead the fifth? And what do you think should happen next? You know, during COVID, I was county mayor, county executive. So for your listeners outside of Tennessee, our viewers, you know, it's the CEO of the County and I had a regional hospital and a regional health department under my purview. And so I had access to a lot of data. But at the end of the day, it's to the United States of America. And I refused to comply with any of the mandates. I kept my community open. I allowed businesses to stay open.

I didn't mandate masks. And what you saw was, you know, Murray County, where I was the county executive is the 14th largest in the state of Tennessee. And when the dust settled and the virus was over, where did we rank as far as the prevalence or the numbers of viruses? we were 14th. But meanwhile, we kept our freedoms in liberty. So that summer of COVID, I had a county fair. I had concerts on the square. To answer your question, Fauci lied to the American people. He's obstructing justice. There were liberties taking from the American people that, quite frankly, sets a precedent that must be undone. And he should answer for the lies that he delivered to the American people. And quite frankly, lives were lost because he was more interested in his own

popularity than uncovering the truth and making sure seniors and those with, you know, diabetes and heart disease were getting the treatments. Instead, it was all about him. Yeah, I think that's well said. And I believe he deserves legal accountability. I think a lot of our audience feels the same way, sir, but it is great to know that a man that was so obsessed with fame and being loved and being a rock star in his own words, has been utterly humiliated before the American people. So at least there's that. He deserves much more. It's not nearly enough, but at least there's that. Okay, let's turn to your primary battle that you have coming up. I didn't see this clip, and it's amazing. President Trump really likes you a lot. So I'm going to play a clip of him endorsing you, SOT 22.

And he's also been a champion of Tennessee's incredible farmers who I love. I get their vote by massive numbers, and we love our farmers. And he stood strong for our veterans, our military, our law enforcement officers, our great heroes of ICE and Border Patrol, who are also, you talk about the Second Amendment, they're under siege and unfairly. They're incredible. And very importantly, Andy strongly supports all of the things that we mentioned, but he really is going to town on the Save America Act so important. Andy will be really enshrined as one of the best congressman that you'll ever see he's just fantastic all right so the reason i wanted to have you on is not just because president trump endorsed you which is great but you've got a primary challenge

this is your second uh primary challenge uh and this one's from a guy named charlie hatcher who's the former tennessee agricultural commissioner and you have all this money pouring into your race in tennessee which is like you wouldn't expect it and i i'm firmly in the camp that it's happening because you are great on immigration, you're a strong conservative, you're a vocal conservative, you put yourself out there, and they really don't like you. These

fake conservatives and these left-wing groups, by the way, are coming after you. In your primary, what did you do to upset them so much, Congressman? Right. Well, so this green energy pact, it's literally dumping a million dollars against me right now, in their own words, said that they

were, you know, because I'm a leader, I'm close to the President Trump, that they wanted to make an example out of me so future Republicans wouldn't dare be as outspoken and as conservative as I am. But, you know, going back to that clip that you played, you know, President Trump is fairly sparingly with his compliments. And when he said I was going to be enshrined as one of the greatest, it kind of surprised me. I mean, I, you know, I'm close to the president. I have the fortune of being in the Oval Office quite frequently. But again, you just never know what the president is going to say, quite frankly, which is always entertaining when you're with him. But when he said that, I was like,

wow, I very much appreciate that from the president. But look, we're in the fight. When I say we, I mean, collectively, the House of Representatives for the future of this nation, we are literally being attacked by the left, these radicals out of California. They're now investing in Republican primaries. So this is the same group that funded Kamala Harris and the Bernie Sanders and the libtards over there from California. They're now investing in conservative primaries and Texas and Tennessee and Florida because they don't want the voices of freedom to prevail. Yeah, and that's exactly my read on this as well. I mean, you've got this green energy group, which is spending all this money against you. But at the same time, it's very clear to me

that the real reason this is happening is because you are an outspoken conservative, that you're talking about repealing heart seller, that you're talking about immigration moratoriums. These types of things, they can't stand this stuff. They can't stand when people actually say what the voters want. And I can just detest that those policies that you are so outspoken on is exactly what the people in this audience believe in as well.

The grassroots, the base of this party are really, really fed up with a lot of stuff that you're not allowed to say in D.C. And so when you poke your head up and you say it loud and proud like you do from your chest, you're going to put a target on your back and you're going to get millions of dollars spent from California

and elsewhere to try and unseat you. So how are we looking at this race? those, sir. Yeah, go ahead. Well, you know, we've done two polls. We're leading, but you take nothing for granted. And so when the White House offered to do the teller rally, of course, I jumped at that opportunity. And quite frankly, it's great for Tennesseans, the fifth district of Tennessee, to hear from the president because he's truly engaged. When it comes to policy and issues, I mean, he knows his stuff. Any conversation I've ever had with the president, whether we're having dinner or if it's just been sitting in the Oval Office, he

knows the talking points, he knows the data, he knows what he's talking about. So we truly have a commander-in-chief, unlike Biden, who is in full control of his faculties, truly understands the moment at hand and is truly leading this nation. Congressman, we get a lot of emails from people who are frustrated with Congress. They wish more stuff would get passed like the Save Act, like other things, and they say, how can we improve it? And we'll often point to individuals like yourself and say, The improvement is happening, one change over at a time.

But as this primary challenge indicates, there's a lot of people who think they have the power, they think they have the money to turn back the clock. So what is the environment like inside the House caucus on immigration? What is the generational change that we are seeing? From your insider perspective, we love that you're calling for a moratorium. Is that the wave of the future?

How many people are, who would think that they can really turn back the clock on this issue and make it 2014 again, make it 2005 again. Right. Well, let's look at the Save America Act, right? So you have a piece of legislation that's not controversial. You can look at the CNN poll where Republican, Democrats, independence, 83% of Americans, white, black, brown, yellow, doesn't matter. 83% of Americans want that passed, and yet the Senate won't take it up. And so when you take an issue like immigration, which, by the way, we have to address, we have to fix this system. that is broken. We're literally being invaded. We can look at the consequences that are taking

place in Europe right before our eyes. So we have no choice but to do something. But at the end of the day, the problem we have is even if the House today pass the absolute perfect immigration reform, the Senate would go on another vacation. And that's what's frustrating. Quite frankly, I'm just as frustrated as the American people are. I mean, the Save America Act, look, if you're going to be the world's most powerful nation, the superpower, you've got to have a strong standing army, you've got to have secure borders, and you know what? You have to have transparent and accountability in our elections, and we don't have that right now because we know that the states like California, like New York, they're going to cheat to try to win seats. So enough is enough.

And so John Thune needs to put this on the Senate floor. I don't care if he has the votes or not, put people on the record. And if he's unwilling to do it, he needs to step out of the way and let Mike Lee or someone else, Rick Scott, someone to take the helm to call the vote and put these folks on record. Yeah, I completely agree. And I think we're the numbers of senators that are stepping up saying cancel August recess is increasing. I know Senator McCormick from Pennsylvania is the latest to add his name to that. So God bless them. I think they're up to like 14 or 15 senators that are saying, let's stay in D.C. and get the job done. And on this point for the Senate, and I apologize to interrupt you, but historically speaking, when you look at the Talking filibuster in the Civil Rights Act of

1964, the Voter Rights Act of 1965. Look at Dodd-Frank, you know, the talking filibuster has been used in the Senate over and over again to get monumental legislation across the finish line. There is a formula to do this. There is a precedent to do this. John Thune, again, do your freaking job. Do what the former majority leaders have done in the Senate, and they use the talking filibuster, whether it takes two days, two weeks, or two months, get it done because that's what the American people want. honestly and like i i i feel like we haven't done enough at least even while you were gone about highlighting how crazy things got during covid so i just want to play i want an opportunity to play some of this stuff because we we forget so easily our attention span is like 15 seconds but we can't forget what was done to this country and i you know there's a reason people are so upset at dr fouchy because this stuff ripped apart our lives for years It upended the economy. It permanently broke certain things in our culture and our government that I'm not sure we'll ever be put back together. And for what?

A bunch of masks and some fake vaccines. It really is going to be that before and after time. I was joking with a friend because now we have these zoomers who are nostalgic for the Bush era early 2000s, which I'm not personally that nostalgic for. and someone said, we're even going to get it for the Obama era, for early woke era, because it's going to be, this is right before everything broke due to COVID. Can you believe Walmart used to be open 24 hours? Did you know that McDonald's had had breakfast all day? And COVID came in, destroyed a lot of these things. COVID era was the last time a lot of people could affordably buy a house in the U.S. before prices went haywire, before prices on everything went haywire. We broke a ton of things. because people like Dr. Fauci said, we need to shut down the entire world for a month, for two months. And it turns out shutting down the entire world for two months has ramifications forever. And there's people, as you said, lives were ruined.

There's businesses that shut down, never recovered. There's people whose lives spiraled in. There's people who died of ODs, people who fell apart in a million other ways because of a guy who had to do CYA because he was breaking the law in 2014. Here's the montage of MSM, mainstream. You are the problem. It is the unvaccinated, who are the problem, period, end of story. The only people that you can blame. The only people you can blame. This isn't shaming. This is the truth. Maybe they should be shamed.

Or the unvaccinated. It's kind of to start blaming the unvaccinated folks, not the regular folks. Anyone you came into contact with will blame you. As will the rest of us who have done the

right thing by getting vaccinated. Because frankly, we know that we can't trust the unvaccinated. I think it's time to get our moral house in order, Anderson. You're basically punishing the vaccinated for the sins of the unvaccinated. That's not media. That's, that's, that's, that's, that's cult-like behavior. The way they repeat the incantation over and over and over again, like their moral superiority shielded them from any culpability of being complete idiots. And that was that era. Like, we can't forget what happened. Here, by the way, is a series of

Dr. Fauci making contradictions as well. And so these two clips are important because you see the dogmatic incantations over and over again and yet the underlying facts were contradicted time and time again. SOT 17. Right now people should not be there's no reason to be walking around with a mask. Should you be wearing two masks or one mask?

I often myself wear two masks. Can we make a general recommendation that doesn't have scientific basis yet? No. Please wear a mask. I didn't recommend locking anything down. I went with Dr. Birx into the president and said, 15 days are not enough. We need to go 30 days. First of all, I didn't recommend locking anything down. So if you're saying, are we out of the pandemic phase in this country? We are. Is this country ready for another pandemic? And are we still in the one we have not that we've been talking about? Well, we certainly are still in it. That mentally shattered. That completely shattered some people. I was just at a board game convention the last few days. There are people who are still masking up in public areas there. There are people, I suspect that when they die, they will have themselves buried wearing those masks. You've seen the DSA conventions. There are still these zero COVID cultists. They're still saying we're in a pandemic. And it's because we spent a huge amount of our national institutional well-being on this. that people took the expertise, the deference that we give to established authorities.

People who were undeserving of that deference cashed it in to feel like they were powerful, to feel like they were important, to feel like they were better than other people, and they caused tremendous harm to our country in the process without any justification. And we're still dealing with the after effects of that to the day. And that's why so many people are fixated on Fauci. There are a lot of people who just say, let's forget 2020, let's just blot it out like it was a bad memory. But it can't be because we are still dealing with the after effects of it to this day. We have to have some kind of reckoning, some kind of final accounting of what happened there.

And I think it's very important that when the history books or when the history articles, the history tweets are written about 2020, that people remember, Anthony Fauci and those like him as a chief villain of it. They can't be, we can't have this Saint Fauci that they tried to foist on us, be the thing that's remembered in 50 years. And I don't think it will be. Yeah, well, this is what, I just, I got to go through these because you're right, his memory will forever be tarnished. But this is what they were doing back in 2020 and 2021, SOT 18. Do do, do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do.

He's a former New York Times journalist and he was censored during COVID and I want to get into this. I want to make sure that we're remembering our history properly. Alex, welcome back to the show. It's great to see you. That's kind of my big question for you. We played the clips. We've gone through some of the absurdities of the moment. But the depth and breadth of the cover up involving social media, involving the media apparatus, in this country is profound, and we have to remember what happened. You were patient zero for a lot

of the censorship that happened in COVID. Tell us and remind us of your story of what happened. Sure. So, you know, I was fairly early and aggressive saying, you know, lockdowns are mistakes. School closures, big mistake. Let's get back to normal. You know, there's kids who are being stuck with masks on. It's all kind of absurd. And yes, this is virus kills some people, it kills some older people for sure. And if you're, you know, morbidly obese, it might not be a best day for you when you get COVID. But, but let's get back to normal. Let's get back to business. And, um, and in 2020, you know, the left hated me for that. You know, I think there were people on the right who supported me. Um, and Twitter actually supported

me at the time. Twitter, that was sort of the last remnants of free speech Twitter. Um, uh, and they, you know, and they were interested in supporting a public debate. And, and, And, you know, Fauci and, you know, all the people of the NIH, all those people did not like me. And also I was raising a question about the lab leak. I was not at the forefront of the lab leak debate, but I was on the side of, hey, you know what, like this virus came out of a place where there's the largest laboratory in the world to research, you know, coronaviruses. Maybe it's a little coincidental. Okay, that's 2020. 2021. The MRI vaccines come out. And I was initially kind of like, hey, these look really good. The clinical trial data looks really good. And then because I worked at the New York Times, I knew what clinical trials, you know, how pharmaceutical companies can manipulate them. I saw that there were, you know, these trials had been conducted hastily, that the side effect data didn't look as good as it seemed at first. I raised questions. Spring, even in the spring of 2021, I would say even people on the right were basically tired of a lot of people. They were like, hey, let's get back to normal, the shot.

if we have to take it to shut up the, you know, people on the left, let's just do it. Okay. In the summer of 2021, these vaccines started to fail in a very rapid and profound way. And I'm not going to bore people with the science behind that, but it is unquestionable that that happened. And the first place they failed actually was Israel, because Israel, small country, they made it deal with Pfizer, which had the leading mRNA vaccine and so we're going to basically give it to everyone in the country in a few weeks. We're going to see how great this works. And it worked great in the spring. And then in the summer, there was this acceleration of cases and hospitalizations in Israel.

And that's what led to this fight over boosters and mandates, which to this day, in my mind, anyway, is in the background of our politics. And it's made a lot of people distrusting of public health, distrusting of the media. You know, it's certainly for a significant number of people in this country, has fueled anger about the, you know, the deep state, the administrative state, whatever you want to call it. and the Biden administration went all in on boosters and mandates. And Tony Fauci was very much part of it. And then I came under pressure because I was, and I don't think this is an exaggeration that I was the leading voice on Twitter raising serious questions about these vaccines. Okay, I was saying, look at this data out of Israel, look at this myocarditis.

I wrote a story for my substack in June of 2021, one of the first stories I ever wrote for my substack about a young girl, a young woman, a young African-American woman in Chicago who died of myocarditis after less than a month after getting vaccinated for COVID. And that death was related. I am absolutely certain. Okay. Alex, the pressure. I even have, I just have that thought myself that I know I've seen people argue myocarditis happened, but it's usually not fatal. It's not that bad. And all I can think of is I myself, and I don't know, an infinite number of people. I have one degree of separation from two people,

I know, who had some sort of pre-existing heart issue, they got the shot, and they died within a matter of days, and both far too young to just die abruptly. And I guess, do you have a ballpark number? How many people do you think might be out there who died in a similar manner because of this shot that was aggressively pushed and was aggressively marketed as completely safe?

So it's a great question. You know, there are numbers thrown around like 17 million and millions. And those numbers are wrong, okay? I believe the number is in the tens of thousands. And the reason that I base it on that is that there is data from South Korea actually looked and they counted deaths and they found something like 20 deaths in people under 45 that they thought were related to the shots. Okay.

And that wasn't everybody. But that was, we're going to look at sudden cardiac deaths and actually look, okay? And if you multiply that, South Korea is, you know, it's a big country, it's not a huge country, by the number of people who got the shots, by the number of people in the U.S. who got the shots, and by the fact that there are older people who also died from these shots, you get into the, I think, the tens of thousands, okay? Plus, people got, a lot of people had really severe short-term side effects. People develop type 1 diabetes. They developed other autoimmune diseases. You know, these shows. shots were very, very powerfully immunogenic. They definitely caused a lot of aggravation in the immune system, and they caused these heart effects. And unfortunately, the younger you were, the more likely that was to happen. Okay. So, so, so and, and by the way, if the shots had worked 100% or close to

100% against COVID, you can say, okay, maybe they even killed 10,000 people, but we gave a billion people these shots and they saved all these lives. But that's not what happened. They stopped working against COVID in a matter of months. And it wasn't just that they stopped working against infection or transmission. And this is what this is all let me let me let me get to this because it's so important. So in the summer of 2021, the Biden administration's coming after me. Literally after me personally, I have the documents. I filed a lawsuit. I settled with the Trump administration last month because they acknowledged what the Biden administration had done. They paid me the lawsuit is continuing against two executives at Pfizer who were involved, but the Biden administration

and Pfizer came after me. They wanted me silenced. Okay. And they wanted me silence. Why? Because I was saying these shots have side effects that are much worse than the government is telling you, and they don't work. They don't work. And not just against infection. They don't work against severe disease. On August 25th, 2021, in his diary, Tony Fauci writes, we have evidence from Israel that the shots, not just that they don't work against infection, they don't work against severe disease. He said it, okay? They've been lying about this for the last five years. They knew it. The media never asked, you know, never pushed them on it. And that's why Fauci wanted boosters, because he realized it's not just, oh, people are going to get, you know, get COVID,

but they're going to be fine. It's not going to work for people. And two days later, or on August 27, maybe in the 28th. I apologize. I think it's actually the 28th. Saturday, August 28th, 2021, almost exactly five years ago. Twitter banned me. Permanently banned me. It was a story in the New York Post. There were stories actually in other places around the world. I think the Daily Mail wrote about it. People wrote about this because I was that, you know, enough of a voice that my ban from Twitter was a big deal. They did it at the instigation of the White House. And they did it for my saying something that Tony Fauci had admitted, two days before. And that, you know, that, look, Tony Fauci is a joke. He's a buffoon. He's a bad guy. He's an egomaniac. All those things are true. What I hope is that right now, because this diary has come out and because he seems so ridiculous that the left really can't defend him anymore, we can talk about the serious stuff. Yeah. Hopefully we can actually have a real conversation about it now because the left, you're right, is not defending him anymore. I mean, there's this great Scott Gottlieb. Even Scott Gottlieb, Scott Gottlie was a snake.

So Scott Gottlieb was an FDA commissioner, joined the board of Pfizer, true revolving door. Okay, the man's made millions from Pfizer. He always found a way to push the Pfizer vaccine. And, you know, he loved Tony. He was Tony's not best friend, but a big defender of Tony. He's always on TV, Scott Gottlieb. Guess what? Yesterday, Joe Kernan on CNBC, you know, the business channel, asked him,

about this. All right. I was reminded of this clip, by the way, Alex Berenson, when you were talking about all this myocarditis and what was happening, this is RFK Jr. opining on a heart situation that Anthony Fauci himself had, SOT 23. He got vaccinated a very, very public press conference in January of 2020. And then five months later, he had in this. the first time that we knew this from the diary, he had a pulmonary infarction, which is one of the adverse events that NIH, CDC and FDA said are expected from the vaccine. He never told anybody. He got treated for it privately by the best doctors in America. At the same time, he was telling everybody that that was not an adverse event. It's just another example of the

public versus private contradictions that just seemed to roll out of the public. this man's mouth like they're nothing. Your reaction. Yeah, I mean, so five months since a while, I don't think you could prove that that's causal. But yes, R.K. Jr. is right. That is a known adverse event. It's a pulmonary infarct. So you've got a little blood clot. We know that the MRIs, you know, to the most strongest evidence for the two things they do the worst. They cause, they definitely cause autoimmune conditions in some people. In type one diabetes, by the way is an autoimmune condition. The hepatitis can be an autoimmune condition.

Your body starts attacking itself. That's really bad. Fortunately, it's relatively rare, but it's dangerous. And they cause problems with the vascular, microvascular. You may have heard about tinnitus. You've got a sort of a ringing in your ears that will not go away. And that can be no joke disabling. I can literally drive people insane because, you know, constant ringing in the ears.

That's actually a vascular problem. And the vaccines cause that in some people. The idea that this infarct might have been caused by the vaccines months before, that's possible. And of course he didn't want to talk about it. There's no way he was going to talk about it. In November of 2021 in the diary, there's something where he says, and by the way, he's been vaccinated and boosted at this point, he says, I'm scared I got COVID. I'm afraid I got COVID by going to a party. Did he tell anybody that?

No, did he tell anybody, you know what, even though I'm vaccinated, I actually am nervous about this? No, he did not. And then repeatedly in 2022, after Amacron comes along and, you know, everyone gets COVID. He gets COVID. He can't go to his daughter's wedding because he has COVID. His daughter's wedding then becomes a super spreader event. And towards the end of the diary, his wife gets COVID. They're all vaccinated.

They're all getting COVID. It becomes almost a joke. It is just evidence of how badly these vaccines fail. So the first half of it is all about what a genius he is and how everyone in the world loves him. And Julia Roberts is talking to him and Joan Baez. And then the second half is the failure of the vaccines as seen through Tony Fauci's eyes. Yeah, exactly. Well, and we went over on the show yesterday, how he was working behind the scenes as exposed in his own diaries to delay the approval of the vaccine because he, you know, he didn't want it to be Trump's October surprise.

Six days after the election, Pfizer got their vaccine approved. 100% true. The last conversation I ever had with Charlie Kirk was about this issue. Because Charlie was interested. This was last, I think, June, you know, a little over a year ago. And I'd written this story saying, look, it's very clear that the Pfizer, Pfizer, with the help of the NIH and Tony Fauci, changed their protocols. So they weren't going to release any good news before the election.

and unfortunately nobody in the media, even Fox, they were not interested, but Charlie, because he was, you know, he had such a, you know, a big intellect and always was interested in learning about whatever he could, said, come on and let's talk about this. And yes, Pfizer delayed and Tony Fauci helped them do it. There's no question about that. So we've talked about the vaccine, all of its side effects, looking towards the future. We know they're still making MRI shots. I imagine that. something that draws your interest. So I guess I want to know that those autoimmune issues, the myocarditis, other stuff, are we seeing signs? Do those effects also occur with other attempts at making shots in this category? Are they getting better at it? They're still pitching it as the future of health. So should we be worried about this? Should we be skeptical or is it getting better? No, it is not getting better. It seems to be inherent to the technology, whether it's the fact that MRNA is so immunogenic, it activates your immune system so aggressively, or whether it's what's called

the LMP, which is a bubble around which the actual MRNA itself is held. It's almost like detergent. So you're injecting a tiny bubble of detergent into your arm. And that seems to have problems, too. The good news is that these have been absolutely rejected commercially at this point. Nobody wants MRA. Nobody's getting COVID vaccines. Certainly nobody under 50s getting COVID vaccines.

the effort to get people to take an MRNA vaccine for RSV, which is a respiratory virus, or for the flu, those have absolutely gone nowhere. And, you know, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, , and, and, uh, in, and, uh, in conjunction with other cancer drugs. MRA might help prime your body to fight certain kinds of cancer. And obviously, that would be great if it's true. It doesn't mean MRA can cure cancer, nothing like that. But even a small incremental gain would be good.

And so Moderna stock has gone up a little bit. But in terms of vaccines given a healthy people in the way we think about a vaccine, prophylactically, I would say these are basically dead. What about with livestock? That's it. You know, people always ask me about that. And I will confess, I have not looked at it. And I actually don't like commenting on stuff when I haven't looked.

No, that's fair. That's fair. I just know that it's a huge issue of controversy because they're trying to roll these out with, you know, beef cattle, for example. Yes. And obviously, we've got a lot of trauma here as a country over these MRI shots. Alex Berenson, thank you so much. This has been excellent. As always, I expect nothing less.

He is a former Army Ranger sniper and explosives expert, and he's the host of Speak the Truth podcast to check that out on YouTube and other places. Matt, welcome back to the show. I'm grateful that you made some time for us today. I wanted to get into this because if you're, it all plugged in on social media, you saw that our friend over there, Candace, released a, a, a, very, a, a,

video that it seems to be at least connected or a version of or related to in some ways. I believe it was Exhibit 11 that the judge basically didn't allow to be seen by the news media during the preliminary hearing but was shown privately in court. It could be that video. It could be a separate video. It could have been a recording of a video. We're not sure exactly. But it shows somebody in the, it shows, I believe Tyler Robinson, at least that's what

the state's position is on the rooftop. And there's a bunch of claims being made that this person was doing a lateral army crawl, that he jumped off a 12 to 4 foot roof, and he had to be trained because of that. You're, you actually know this stuff inside and out. You know what it means to be trained professionally, you know, all of these things. We'll play the video in just a second, but what was your initial reaction seeing this footage? Uh, she's wrong. Again, again, she's wrong. I don't know how else to claim that. She's wrong. She's wrong saying that, you know, I forget what she said.

Basically, it'll have blown his shoulder out shooting it or we've just seen the gunshot go off. She's wrong personally, in my opinion, stating that this is, you know, the lower quality video, everything, that the rumors going around of it being a high quality video, therefore everybody is lying. There's very clear signs that the video was compressed or it was a screen recording or a combination of both before I ended up getting sent to her. What did she call it, a lateral crawl? there's no such thing.

As far as I know, look, you know, going through basic military training in the infantry, lateral crawls, nothing. Low crawl, high crawl, three to five second rush. That's what taught when I came in in in 2003,

what's still being taught to this day, to the best of my knowledge. When I went through Ranger School, lateral crawl wasn't a thing. I don't remember being taught lateral crawl. None of my buddies happened to remember either when I was going through special forces, training, and selection.

None of that was taught there either. No lateral crawl. When I was going through, through Sears School level C, no lateral crawl. I remember being taught in that case. And I could keep going through a multitude of different courses that I've actually gone through. And no lateral crawl, going through the sniper course.

No lateral crawl. It's just not a thing. Also falling 10 feet doesn't take specialized military train. It just doesn't. Yeah. Well, and there's a lot to go over here. But, you know, if we're led to believe that she's been sitting on this clip since October, my first question was, well, this obviously shows.

somebody on a rooftop and it's, you know, getting in the prone position. And yet we've been, so does this debunk her own exploding mic theories? Like, I'm not sure what this proves other than, you know, I again, is there a there there? I don't. But besides the laws of physics and introducing the fourth dimension that we talked about with the exploding mic that, you know, all of those other things that she's wrong about on that. She said it looked to her like he's unfolding a rifle. I mean, okay, so Candace, which is it?

Did he have a rifle? Did he not? Because now you're saying he has a rifle on the roof and he's in direct line of fire to where it would have impacted Charlie in the exact location of which it's shown. The exploding mic, I mean, we've talked about this. I don't even know if I went over this last time or not. But even a half a gram of pet and at the size that it is would explode into about 400 cubic inches. It would detonate into a gas, instant change from solid to a gas to about 400 cubic inches.

that that microphone would be obliterated. There would be a hole in his shirt. There would be clear signs of this on his chest. He'd have plastic and glass embedded in the side of his face, not just a singular hole. That's not how shaped charges work. Newton law has a physics apply there as well, right? So we've got all of these things that go into it.

But mostly that she's now claiming that it's a rifle that he's unfolding on top of the roof. Well, and so just a quick note on that. I did check with people inside the courtroom that day. And they're saying, that this clip that was shown, and we're about to show it in just a sec, doesn't include the, I believe a different angle is what I'm led to believe.

At least, again, I didn't see it, but there is a portion where you can see him kind of roll over the railing, assemble the weapon. It's a little obscured by the railing, but that's what apparently is happening. I was asking about that, Andrew. And see, yeah, that they have basically two angles,

guy goes over railing, and you see him doing something. As you said, it's obscured by the railing, but you can see he's taking some kind of action, which we can deduce is likely pulling the rifle out of his pant leg, making it ready to go. And then there's like a brief blind spot after that. And then it's the video we see the guy running across the roof,

taking a prone position, and at the exact moment where we know the shooting occurred, second later gets up, runs away. And people, they inject all this doubt into this, because I think they're motivated by an ideological agenda or some sort of agenda, but we're able to assess the evidence and put together what happened here. Well, that's another good important point, Blake, is that the timestamp is not included in this version.

So let's go ahead and play the B-roll. It's about a minute and 17 seconds long. We'll play it up 175. So here's this figure running across the rooftop, which obviously the state is saying is Tyler Robinson. and here's that the staying low. Can you pause it for a sec right there, brother? Can we pause that real quick?

If we can talk about that? Yep. Yeah. So let's talk about that for a second. So first of all, just being on a rooftop in general, the absolute worst position to try to assassinate somebody from because you end up silhouetting yourself. And even clearly this guy in the video is well aware of that as it goes up.

It's one of the most stupid places. You know, going through sniper school, you end up calling it cancer. You look like tree cancer or something like that. because what ends up happening is you break that natural outline of the top of that building. And so it becomes very, very obvious and that combined with movement, every human being on the planet is familiar with this. Anybody that plays paintball, anybody that plays airsoft, this is not advanced military training. This is just common sense. As you start to get towards the edge of that, you have to get lower.

Clearly, he's worried about it. That is the reason you see him getting down. He doesn't want to silhouette himself up against the horizon and get caught doing it. And that is one of her main claims, I think, is very, pertinent. If you go to any paintball range in America, you'll see 10-year-olds doing that. I've just throwing that out there. Sorry. Yeah. So that you mentioned, I think, before on your, on social media that you were saying, Lee Harvey Oswald was KGB trained. And correct. He assassinated JFK from, you know, inside a window in a building because you don't do this type of thing,

if you are trained from a rooftop. That was your, correct. A point you made, I think it's important. Okay. So keep playing the footage here. Um, so there is. kind of in a lower crotch position going towards the building line of sight where you can only assume he's crawling and essentially this is what we see up until the point that assuming again the the the footage does not include the timestamp but we know from the footage that was showed in court not to the media that the timestamp lines up approximately when Charlie was, not approximately exactly when Charlie was shot, which was 1223, 28 on September 10th mountain time. So here he is laying there. And I also want to, there's a bunch of people that say, you can't see his face, you can't see the shot or whatever, but to your other

point, it looks like a screen recording, a compressed video. There is a color distortion that you've pointed out on your social media that, and there you get, so the shot happens. He gets up, runs back and then I think it just started looping. So let's let's take that down. So Andrew, I just want to, as you're saying, even if you can't see his face there, well, we watched the preliminary hearing. We have footage of a person where you can see them far more up close. You can see the person limping with something likely down their pants leg. And we see the person, we see a car arriving that matches Tyler Robinson's vehicle. It's the fact that we can trace this person who's walking around the campus, they're walking towards the Losey building

right before this person who goes over the railing who does all of this. Every time we get one of these gotcha videos that's dropped, it's treated like it's literally the only piece of evidence in the entire case when we know the reality is the exact opposite, that we have DNA evidence, that we have text message evidence, that we have surveillance evidence, that we have physical evidence obtained from the scene, and that all of this is what's coming together to build the case. Confession evidence. So keep in mind, right, that that evidence that you just mentioned of him walking around shows him wearing a backpack, right?

And then you see him take what Candice said was an unfolding rifle and, you know, throwing it down. I guarantee you because after he ends up throwing it down, you see him moving into position on that bag. I guarantee you he was shooting off his backpack to steady his rifle, shooting off of his backpack. And that's what he ended up throwing down and going over there. If anything, this video substantiates the other one. And the fact that it's a lower quality compressed video, and that's the best argument they got, they're failing miserably. Absolutely miserably it does. Yeah.

And throw this image up. This is, if we have it, you know, a lot of people, yeah, 179. So there's, you know, all this talk about how you have to be this, like, trained assassin. I mean, Tyler Robinson grew up in a hunting and shooting family. Right. This is, for a lot of people in America, this is a common way to grow up. This is how I grew up. and hunting and target practicing.

There's basic training that you can pick up just by being in a family that's like this. Anyways, this point that Blake makes is really strong. So they're showing this standalone picture or the video rather from the rooftop, the Losey Center, right? Where everything that we've been told in court is what you see sort of happened there, except they don't have the footage of him assembling the rifle, which was a different angle. Blake made that point.

And we're told that it's not Tyler Robbins. Okay, that that's their big claim that this proves it's not Tyler Robinson, which like doesn't make any sense to me. Because throw, throw B-roll 180 up. And Blake is saying a very important point that I don't know why they're not alleging or not acknowledging rather. This is the footage of him before he goes up to the roof. And we're seeing him very clearly. This is him walking with the limp going around the corner of this parking structure and come. I think, yeah, there he's emerging from the top.

And there he is right there. And this is the very footage where they're actually able to trace his location from point to point to point based on time stamps, based on a visual identification of him going up the stairs, making his way to the rooftop. So this video on the rooftop doesn't exist in a vacuum. It's connected to all these different pieces of footage where they can trace him moving into position. Right? And here's the other thing. So let me know when this is loaded.

Okay, this is new 25. Give me one second on this as soon as they have it loaded. His body movement also substantiates having the rifle in that leg as well, going down the stairs versus going up. Going down, your leg can be straight and then you can bend it a little bit as you go down versus going up. You've got to keep it straight because you can't bend it and lift it at the same time. I mean, those things are, again, it all supports itself.

But the rooftop footage does not exist in a vacuum. It's the next piece of, this footage where they're able to track him the whole way. And here's Tyler Robinson's lover identifying him on camera, 25. It definitely, especially the bottom, the last two, definitely do look like him. Oh, they do look like Tyler Robinson. Okay, why that's important, Matt, is because that's the same outfit he's wearing when he's got the weapon down his pants and he's going down, the B-Rubbins.

roll we just showed you and then he goes up on the rooftop. So he literally, so Lance Twig says that literally looks like Tyler Robinson from the surveillance footage. And then as the time stamps will indicate, we track his locations all the way up to the rooftop where we then see this footage that's released. And somehow I'm supposed to be told that that's proof that this isn't Tyler Robinson. When we can trace him the whole way, Lance Twig says that's him. I genuinely don't know what I'm missing here. You're not missing anything. I think what you're missing is the fact that likely if somebody ends up getting convicted of this murder, that somebody is likely going to get sued and lose all of their property. And so now, likely, they have to go out. And this is just

my assumption here, that just maybe just maybe if they're able to distort the truth to an extent that they completely pollute the jury pool, completely, you know, throw everything off, they do their best to instill reasonable doubt that maybe they'll get lucky and be able to have a bed to sleep in at the end of the night when all this is said and done because none of like every argument that they have defies common sense and logic every single one and what's funny is you know they try to say no we're on the side of common sense and we're just asking questions no you're not if you're asking questions you'd be fully transparent this is you know in a court of law you have a chain of custody uh for those videos that are shown and that chain of custody shows where it came from

and where it went. This is not what Candace Owens is doing. She's saying one of my sources was able to produce this video for me. Okay, well, your video is extremely distorted. It is cutting off the majority of what was shown on screen. It's zoomed in, which means you edit it just to throw it on there. So, and we have clear signs of compression and or recording it off of another screen. All of these things are wrong. And then she makes suggestions. She's doing like a neurolinguistic programming, if you will, trying to convince people that what she's saying is the actual truth. When you take words and you use them like Fed Slop and things like that. There's an entire program in the United States military called psychological operations. Do you know what I'm talking about there? Psychological operations.

And it exists for a reason. It's it's you have you have the physical battle space and then, and then you have the human terrain, right? And that human terrain is the one that they're trying to win here by by warping people's minds so that maybe they can come out on top. Maybe just maybe. And maybe if they don't win the court case, but they end up getting sued at the end of the day, maybe they've polluted that jury pool, you know, because they're going to lose, you know, at the end of the day. It's everything that goes out, and I hope they do. I have a couple other questions for you here. So Kyle Serafin, I guess former FBI guy, I've never met him, but I've seen him on social media.

He has this post here, if you guys can throw it up, 8181. You replied to it. He said, he said, only a trained sniper recon assassin can jump onto grass from 12 to 14 feet. We must discover who trained this man and who he is. You replied back. He said anyone else absent from sniper school the day they taught you to fall from 12 feet? I guess I was at sick call. This to me is another thing that doesn't make any sense to me.

I've jumped off of 12. I mean, you know, growing up, I definitely have jumped off heights that tall, not maybe holding a rifle in my hand. Certainly. Another point that just doesn't make any sense to me. Gravity takes care of the work. Yeah. Gravity takes care of the work. You don't need any skill to jump off of 12 foot high.

And I think he could be trolling here in this post, making a joke about it. I really don't care because I've seen Kyle push disinformation. I'll call him out anyways. No, I'll call him out anyways. I've seen Kyle push disinformation a lot, a lot of disinformation. And it's actually really troubling. So, yeah, it's easily believable in this case that Kyle Serafin is pushing out disinformation.

Claiming he ended up getting kicked out of the FBI because he refused to take the COVID vaccine. And then we've got plenty of public records that state that the reason he ended up getting kicked out is because he was on a gun range one day and he ended up shooting. while his instructor was downraged and he thought it was a joke, right? Like this guy's an idiot, right? And so even if that's the case and he's trolling, he's making a joke,

I'm still looking at it as the guy's a disinformation propagandist and he just gets shot down anyways. All right, we're going to play a little Graham Allen footage because he was there in the courtroom when this footage was shown originally in the courtroom. No, 24.

The footage shows a person on the roof performing, as she calls it, a deliberate lateral, quote, military-style cross- in a prone shooting position. I would I would say it looks like anybody trying

not to be seen on a roof crawling around but again that's my opinion. On the same episode yesterday, Candace stated

that the clear footage came from the source she called quote, good people in the government and that her

team had been holding it slash sitting on that material since October of 2025 if she is

to be believed means she possessed stronger visual evidence of a rooftop, even if she calls it an actor or a trained military person. For the majority of the period, she was publicly promoting theories that downplayed or denied

that it even existed in the first place. Yeah, I mean, I missed the day for the lateral crawl in sniper school, ranger school, special forces, training, one operator course. I mean, I can keep going. It just doesn't exist. It's stupid. It's not a thing. All right.

I just want to say, Blake made the point. he's pretty sure seraphon was was trolling based on some other tweets he's made. Matt, we do, however, have some exclusive footage of this extremely advanced lateral crawl 178. There it is. The training, they start them young. They start them young, Matt. Lord. Lord have mercy.

I just, I had to get that in. No, here's my thing. If this is the footage, which it seems to be the footage, I'm not saying it's not, it does appear to be compressed. It does, which would indicate there is a higher-res version. By the way, you know, the state described it as enhanced footage that they were showing to the courtroom, again, not to the media, but to the courtroom. which so the fact that this version has compression indicates there's a higher quality version available there's this final point that I wanted to get to was and you had been looking at this flash that was described in it I'm not again once once again I'm not sure what the significance is but there was a

flash that's visible in this footage on the rooftop and you were trying to ascertain what it is so what was the flash in your estimation yeah in my opinion it's a vehicle that could be seen driving to the background I mean you go try it trace it from the right side of the screen as you're viewing it, as it approaches, as it kind of like travels through these little trees, and then pops and then goes. It catches the reflection of the sun, basically. Likely. It's hard to tell because she's using a highly compressed, really low quality video.

But, you know, maybe if she actually provided the original content in a chain of custody, we would actually know what we're looking at. But that would be very difficult to tell the truth for her. Another question, should we be able to see a flash from the muzzle at the time of the shot? Absolutely not. not on that low quality of a video, not in the middle of the daylight. I'm trying to think about the amount of times

I've been shot at and the only time I've seen daylight muzzle flashes in the open sun. And the closest thing that I can actually see in my mind to seeing a daylight muscle flash was off of a Dyshka and broad daylight. This thing is essentially, you know, the equivalent of a 50 caliber machine gun, right? And only then could I see it.

And it has a very aggressive muscle break on it. and that directs that out. So you could, you could kind of see that in the daytime. But not even every time, you know, that they're shooting at you. This rifle, absolutely not. No, nor would you actually see the body jump. He weighs, I don't even know how much, but let's just assume he's like about the size of this, a tiny female, which he looks like 115, 120 pounds, laying all straight in line directly

behind that rifle. That little bit of kick that that rifle has isn't going to cause a massive jump in his body to the point where everybody's going to end up seeing. it on that low quality video. You might notice on very high quality video, his body maybe, you know, maybe just a tiny little bit, but highly unlikely. In that situation, you know, he is so zeroed in and he's never done anything like this before. He's not trained in this. He's got no idea of literally what he's actually doing. And you tend to get tunnel vision. And those are the times to where, you know, the flinch response and everything else just kind

of doesn't exist. You're just kind of in a zone as you're doing that. Well, I will say, You know, I spoke with Jack Posovic, you know, he was again in the courtroom. Much has been made of their description of what they saw. But Jack's adamant that in the enhanced video that you can see in the courtroom that he saw a flinch some sort of movement at the time of the shot. So, you know, he got one chance to look at it. It's not like he could run it back and replay, you know, rewind, fast forward, rewind, fast forward. But that was that was his impression. And I have no reason to believe that that's, you know, not. true. So to sum it all up, we've got a video that we know was shown in court or some version of it that was shown in court. We've got a guy on a rooftop crawling into a prone position, taking the shot, or at least presumably. We are not getting the video that from just moments before from a different angle of him crawling over the railing, assembling the rifle. The timestamp was not included, but we know the timestamp in the courtroom lined up exactly when Charlie was shot, 1223, 28, got him running off the building, jumping off.

I don't know what's new here or what it proves, especially since the surveillance footage from just moments before him making his way up to the rooftop is footage that Lance Twiggs himself identified as Tyler Robinson wearing the same outfit that he would ultimately take the shot. I'm at a loss for why this was a big bombshell. Nevertheless, thank you for helping us unpack it, Matt. Yeah, final thoughts if you choose. I don't know what they're expecting.

You know, like if I have a feeling that at this point, even if Tyler Robinson wore a GoPro the entire time and had a scope cam and film the entire thing and put it out that they would still deny it and say it's fed slop and that it's a massad narrative or find somebody new to blame on this, you are never going to get a straight answer out of them. they are financially invested in keeping this narrative running. They're saying that they're searching for the truth, but they're not because it's busy biting them in the butt while they're busy ignoring it. Yeah, well, and exactly. The point is well made, though.

The burden of proof that they seem to be invest so invested in is so extraordinarily high. It's so much higher for the actual evidence that was presented in court than any of their alternative theories that they presented to their audiences. They have zero, zero burden of proof, apparently, on their side of the ledger, but with what the state has, which is very, it's an avalanche of, and a mosaic of pieces of evidence, including DNA, including surveillance video, including cell phone video, including multiple confessions. It's, it's, it's, the burden of proof is, is so high when you just, when you're trying to look at common sense evidence. I don't know. I'm trying to figure out, I'm, I'm, I'm genuinely, I spent this. morning. Matt, genuinely trying to just like give a generous thought towards what was presented and what they were claiming it proved. And I just, I couldn't, you know, wrap my brain around it. Like, they're going to claim that that guy didn't actually take a shot. It wasn't actually

Tyler Robinson. That was some patsy and that the shot came from somewhere. I don't know. I'm trying to, I'm trying to figure out what the, the alternative theory here is. It is noteworthy. Yeah. It's weird. It's really weird. her family fishing trip turned into, you know, pushing false narratives about the Ukraine war on Russia television and, you know, visiting a Russian state sponsored event via a nonprofit organization that's heavily funded by the government. And yet she was going on a family fishing trip. And now all of a sudden she's got this magical video that that appears really, really crappy and quality. I wonder where she got it from.

I'm just very curious. You know, if she could provide a chain of custody, that would be great because I'm very curious if Russia sent it to her. Well, she claims she's had it since October. so yeah that's great yeah she also claims a microphone exploded j what what else do we have here something about some planes flying overhead uh yeah fort wachuka i mean i don't know but uh what i do know is that's pretty that's pretty suspect that's an interesting thought i hadn't had yet matt i appreciate and i know i i know enough to know why you think that's um worth mentioning so god bless you man great to see you uh thank you again for being brave and speaking the truth
