My name is Charlie Kirk.
I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
College is a scam, everybody.
You've got to stop sending your kids to college.
You should get married as young as possible and have as much.
many kids as possible.
Go start a turning point USA College Chapter.
Go start a turning point you would say high school chapter.
Go find out how your church can get involved.
Sign up and become an activist.
I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
Most important decision I ever made in my life and I encourage you to do the same.
Here I am.
Lord, use me.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold.
Leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
All right. Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. It is Thursday, December 11. Blake, how you doing?
Doing lovely. Doing lovely. Love to hear that. We are honored on this program to have a guest right out the gate, who is a great American and a massive patriot and a good friend of the shows.
and that is of course Glenn Beck
Glenn Beck can you hear us are we connected
I can how are you wonderful good to see you
Blake hello yeah I am we're so honored to have you Glenn
you of course interviewed Erica this morning
as she is promoting Charlie's final book
on behalf of her husband
this was when the book the book was written about a month
it was finished about a month before Charlie was taken from us
and she, you know, is doing this admirable, brave thing of going out and talking to people like you about that book.
What was your conversation like?
Tell us about it, Glenn.
I just love her.
You know, I didn't want to, I didn't want to get into, you know, what she was talking about yesterday.
And, you know, we've talked about this before privately.
I think what's happening to everybody at TPUSA is just evil.
I mean, it really is evil.
I think it's emotional disturbance, it's mental health, and evil, all mixed up.
And I've never seen anything like it, and what you guys have been accused of,
and what she's been accused of is just, so I didn't want to talk to her about that.
I think I asked her one question
and I don't even remember what it was
but her answer was so strong and so clear
but I really thought
because today on my show
the whole show was really about finding the humanity
again because we're losing our humanity
towards one another how can you possibly
how can you possibly
treat Erica
and you guys the way you've been treated
we're three months
I couldn't believe that when my producer said
yesterday was the three month anniversary
like three month anniversary from what
and from Charlie and I'm like
three months it's only been three months
it seems like a year has passed
and then I started thinking about all of the things
that have been said about you guys
of how we've gone from this amazing God movement
to where we're at in three months just screams.
It's got to be evil that is pushing all of this.
But anyway, we had a great conversation about Charlie, very human,
you know, how he was trying to not blow out his adrenal glands.
She didn't know this.
That's what happened to me when I was at Fox.
I had two staffs at a daytime staff and a nighttime staff
because you just you have to work all the time all the time and uh i slept for three hours a night
and you know with as many performances and everything else you're doing all day long your
adrenal glands just up down up down up down and she was saying the same thing was happening with him
and uh she said if it you know we we needed the sabbath and he knew that and uh it's funny
because that's exactly what happened with my wife my wife was the one who's like
sabbath day keep the sabbath day holy and it's hard and i and i
asked her about it and she said you know we uh you know we we did kind of struggle with it a bit
she said you know if we couldn't make the sabbath he would divide that time up throughout the
week she's like and it was just so human because it was it was you know we're not perfect
we are human but we believe in it and so we're not going to become legalistic about it we're
going to do what we can to to obey god and i just i i just thought it was great yeah well i mean
you know listen you've you've been amazing glen and yeah i mean the on the one hand it's like
you know we're going to be addressing some of this on monday on the 15th uh i'm looking forward to
it trust me and we've been trying our best to stay on mission on you know stay
They focused. We've got a lot of just basic things that we've got to get done on a daily basis around here. And we've been trying our best. But it's gone to a point. And I was really grateful that Erica said what she said yesterday. And we'll be addressing it. You know, but I would say this. Some of it is just so laughably insane that what are you going to say? You want to dignify some of this stuff with an answer. Some of it comes from, I would say,
Probably a love for Charlie, have a good faith, and people want answers.
I totally can respect that.
But when it blurs into insinuations, innuendos, accusations, I think that's when it goes too far.
And I think, you know, there will be a time and a place.
And I believe all will be revealed in time.
All will be revealed.
You know, we were talking, I asked her, I said, are you concerned about a jury pool?
You know, we're a year away.
How do you get a jury that has not been tainted by all of this stuff?
I mean, you may not see justice in this country.
And not, you know, the first time I recognized how African Americans felt,
as a white person, you're like, oh, well, you know, all of that's in the past,
and we kind of solved that, and Martin Luther King died,
but we all kind of get it now and blah,
you know just stupid white people thought thing and um and when o j simpson when that happened i'm
like oh my gosh this is a wholly different animal here um and uh you just mean like the media
circus around it is that what you're no i mean the fact that the jury
the jury could look at that evidence and say nope not guilty and they i think all of them
if not the majority of them came back afterwards and said yeah that wasn't that was in the moment
you know we were we were wrong about that um and how that that innocent verdict came out
showed me that it's really hard to get people to do uh to stay neutral if they if they come into it
with a certain mindset it's really hard have you ever been on a jury i've been on a jury i've been on a
before with a person that was a rapist stalker and oh my gosh have you have been on a jury that
was a serious jury no like that no no it is so incredible because you try so hard not to
bring your own feelings into it you try really hard not to think of it as television uh you
know like well as we solved in 30 minutes um you uh you are dealing with 12 you know or 11 other
people and and you can't you can't really get some of the questions that you really want
answered answered i mean i don't i can't tell you how many times we brought the judge in and
went well wait a minute we don't understand this and he's like i can't help you it is what it is
and it's so hard you add on top of that a year of you you add on top of that a year of
you know, it's really the Jews and Erica Kirk that did it.
You're going to have, you have one person in that jury room that is coming in with that mindset.
It's going to be impossible to convict.
It's going to be.
Well, and I mean, here's what I will say.
So we've got actually a procedural hearing today with Tyler Robinson in Utah.
It's mostly going to be about, you know, the conduct of the media and what they can show, what they can't.
The news is that he's going to be there in person.
And I have to, but there's not going to be, as substantively, it's going to be, this is not a probable cause hearing.
This is not an evidentiary hearing.
But the good news is, I mean, I just encourage people read the charging document.
Read the charging document right there at the beginning.
And this thing, I mean, they have so much evidence, so much evidence that you've got to have at least some faith.
that, you know, that people are going to come back to their senses a little bit.
Hey, everybody, this is Andrew Colvette, executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show.
Burnah is proud to continue supporting Charlie Kirk's mission and the important work of Turning Point USA
because empowering Americans to defend their freedoms begins with protecting themselves, their families, and their communities.
The Burna, less lethal launcher, looks like a firearm, but it isn't one.
It fires powerful chemical irritant and kinetic projectiles that can stop a threat in its tracks,
giving you the time and space you need to get to safety.
And now you can hear from Charlie in his own words.
Burna is about preventing tragedy and preserving life without the consequences of using lethal measures.
It's legal in all 50 states requires no background checks and over 500,000 units are in the hands of responsible citizens and law enforcement.
Burna can be shipped directly to your door.
I've personally tested the Berna pistol and can voucher.
for its effectiveness and its ease of use.
Be prepared, be confident, be safe.
Go to burnah, b-y-r-r-n-a.com.
That's berna.com, and see why tens of thousands of Americans are choosing
Burna for peace of mind.
Yeah, I mean, so Glenn, picking it up where we just left it.
I mean, you know, you, again, I just encourage people to read the charging document.
Now, there are legitimate questions that you could ask.
Did people know things beforehand?
did people have where they queued off there seemed to be stuff on social media that suggested people knew this was going to happen or something was going to happen i want to see where those investigations are at i want to see where those investigations lead was he radicalized by somebody was there a group was there multiple groups were there multiple people was there money involved where would that money come from was it foreign or domestic i'm open to all of those questions but i just encourage people read the charging doc documents they're very very
very very thorough here and here's the thing that doesn't make sense to me i'm not hearing any of
this stuff about butler pennsylvania i'm not hearing any of this i'm not hearing that the jews
tried to kill him that you know trump's own staff tried to kill him you know we heard some that
you know was the secret service in on it was the FBI what what did they know when did they
know it how come there is this cover up etc etc but not not the kind of stuff not that milania
was in on it
and
and it just seems relentless
like it won't stop
I mean I was I was with you for the fundraiser on Saturday
and you know
you guys didn't ask me to come I came out of my own support
of your organization or whatever
and and I'm sitting there
and I post something on Instagram
my gosh the response
from the people on my Instagram
was
You must have sold out. Well, you're getting money from Israel. You're doing it. And I'm like, what is happening? It's, it, the only way I can describe, I've never, I've done this for 49 years now. And I've seen a lot of stuff in 49 years of broadcast. I've never seen anything, A, like Charlie Kirk's funeral, I prayed for that for 20 years, a revival. I prayed. I, I stood in that room and I felt the spirit of God. And God,
came in and when people started talking about politics he withdrew and they started talking about
god again he came back in it was it was like unreal i've never felt anything like it before
a miracle a moses size miracle the same thing with darkness here i've never seen anything like
it what's happening is uh players are being put on the field you're you are sifting right you're
being sifted and where are you coming out? Are you going to be on God's side? Or you're going to be on
evil? And I don't think people realize that. Maybe they do. But I'm not sure. These are very
important times. Yeah, no, I actually really agree. I think when you see an outpouring of the
Holy Spirit like you saw at the memorial, when you saw the vigils all across the country,
when you saw people getting saved and baptized,
when you saw church pews fill up,
especially with young people,
and it was Catholic churches,
it was Protestant churches,
it was evangelical churches.
It was across the board,
Orthodox churches.
You saw it everywhere.
But when you see a move of God like that,
it does make some sense
that the forces of darkness
would rise up to counter it.
And I think the greatest,
The greater the move of God, the greater the forces of darkness that will rise up to counter it.
Real quick, I remember I grew up in Seattle.
I moved to Arizona, and I saw dark shadows for the first time.
And people thought I was stoned, I think, because I just stood out there and I looked at the shadow of my hand on this.
Because I grew up with clouds all the time.
And I realized the brighter the light, the sharper the shadows.
And that's what you're seeing right now.
Yeah.
I think that's really well said.
Glenn, we could talk about this all day, but we won't because there is news to cover.
including you have been making some waves as well it's not just us you've been making some
yourself with this uh george washington a i this is quite the project that you've endeavored
and i was i was texting back and forth with your producer uh ricky and she was sending me
she was laughing about she called it the haterade uh which is pretty funny so so you know
and i will say when we when we lost charlie and we've talked about it on the show before
We got all these people inquiring, you know, from AI companies, and we're like, no, no, no, no, no.
We're not going to make an AI chart.
But that's not what you're doing here.
But I think it, it, it, people get funny when they see people from, that are not alive, brought back to life.
But you had a, your goal, let's not say brought back to life.
Okay, that's right.
When they, when they're animated with AI, there you go.
So tell us what this project is and what you were endeavoring to do.
And you're sitting down having a conversation with an AI, George Washington.
Okay, so this is really important.
This AI is proprietary.
It is completely gated off from the rest of the Internet and everything else.
And it only has original documents in it.
So it has the Federalist Papers.
It has the Constitution.
It has their writings.
It has the sermons that they listen to.
about the freedoms of America.
Anything that they said at the time influenced them, that's part of this.
And it does not know me.
It doesn't know George Soros.
It can't tell you anything about the United Nations or Donald Trump or anything.
It is only from their documents, and it's all firewalled off.
And it is perfect.
There's no hallucination because it is required to memorize all of the material.
Regular AI with ChatGPT does not do that.
so this is a proprietary um private uh bank if you will um and you know it kills me because
people are saying my gosh he sounds just like glen beck no i just sound a little like the founding
fathers because i know their words um but what happens is i did an experiment on it um and what you're
seeing there the picture uh if you're if you happen to be watching it if you're listening on radio it's
me sitting down at my interview desk with George Washington, he's in a t-shirt because I don't
think anybody is interested in. Nobody's going to connect to a guy in a powdered wig in a,
in a colonial suit. And he starts in at the beginning, and I said, we put a bunch of stuff
in so he could look at the problems that we were facing. And I said, where did we go wrong?
Or if it was you, where would you and the founder start to fix all of this? Well, we have a clip.
Yeah. Oh, you do. Yeah, I don't mean to cut you off, Glenn, but we have.
have a clip I think of what you're what you're talking about here it's 49 seconds so it's a little bit
on the longer side but it's really interesting uh go ahead and play 264 my countryman the danger
the greatest danger to our republic lies not in foreign arms or political faction but
in the decay man just interrupt you for a second could you just dumb it down of just a little
okay speak in today's language okay okay i get it let me speak to americans
if I'm honest
America's biggest problem
isn't political or economic
it's all moral
you've drifted from the virtues
that make liberty possible
in the first place
freedom to be free
you have to have discipline
you have to have faith
you have to have character
and if you don't have any of those things
laws
laws can't stop anything
and they mean little
government turns either weak or oppressive
so what you'd cut out
out there was at the beginning. I said, can you dumb it down? And he said, well, I have, I have 29 points
that are directly correlated with our documents. And I said, I know, I know, just dumb it down.
What this, what this will do will give you all of the original documents, where he's pulling it
from, you'll see it in their own handwriting, and then you can say, dumb it down. I don't
understand that language. I, you know, I'm trying to share this with an eight-year-old, and it will
revamp it so it's understood at an eight-year-old level. This is a new tool to teach, but it has
nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with just their original words, and to
watch how the media has come out and called this extremist, et cetera, et cetera. If you listen to
what he said, when did personal responsibility, when did self-control, when did rely on
yourself and don't look for a savior in a public office, when did all of these things become
right-wing controversial? Everything he said was absolute common sense, true, and, you know,
you can find him in the 29 bullet points and the documents that he pulled them from. Yeah. Well, I think
I think it's fascinating, Glenn.
I really do.
It's called Torch.
Is that the company?
How do people find this?
Yeah, Torch.
You can just go to glenbeck.com.
It launches on January 5th, and it's a new project of mine.
It'll be an app that you can get.
And George AI has a long way to go on it, but it's a completely different.
Well done.
Well done, Glenn.
I think it's fascinating.
I'm going to check it out.
God bless you, Glenn Beck.
We'll see you soon.
God bless you.

All right. So we have a hearing today. Yes. In Tyler Robinson.
Tyler Robinson. He is in court today. He's got to be in court. He's had digital hearings before. This is an actual in-person one in court.
It's, we'll be honest, it's not a very big one in the grand scheme of things. Other than that, it's an early one. This is not about, it's not the trial itself. It's not about evidence related to the trial. It's not jury selection, any of those things. It is a pre-trial hearing to review case status.
the most important thing about it
they're discussing whether to have cameras
in the courtroom we of course
strongly support having cameras in the courtroom
Erica has endorsed having cameras in the courtroom
Robinson's lawyers
have argued there should not be that it would
they literally have
a line in here they've warned it would create
a content tornado
around the case it is high profile
and they say this would damage the jury pool
that's their argument
the notable thing about it
he will be allowed to appear
in street clothes rather than a prison uniform.
He is going to be restrained.
Shackled.
Shackled, but it has to be sort of light shackles,
and they're not allowed,
the press is not allowed to photograph him
where those are visible.
So he'll be restrained,
but you're not allowed to see him be restrained.
And so apparently the rationale for this is,
you know,
in the United States,
you are innocent until proven guilty, right?
The, it is, the burden of proof lies on the state
to make their case.
and so there but there's also some like legal 3D chess going on here right because the defense if
he comes out in a orange jumpsuit and he shackled and he sort of presents as guilty right visually
then the defense on appeal could argue the any conviction would have to be then thrown out
because he was it was he biased the jury there's endless layers you can have endless appeals on
everything and the strategy that goes into that. Yeah, do you want, do you want him to look
different because that will bias the jury one way, bias them the other way, the restraints,
they can make any number of motions on this. Yeah. And apparently the rationale for having
him restrained is that, you know, if you look at the charging documents, which again, I,
I recommend everybody just Google it, you know, Tyler Robinson, you know, charging documents,
they come right up and you know there is a point at which his parents call tyler robinson and say
that looks like you the footage that we see that looks like you you know did you do it or whatever
he confesses to them that and then he says something about charlie having too much hate and you
can't negotiate the hate out or whatever at that point and then he apparently tells his parents
that he's going to take his own life yeah so they're doing this the charges against him or capital
charges. They can carry the death penalty. Prosecutors have said they're planning to seek it.
And so we have a history of people who are facing severe charges. They can attempt to escape
using violence. They can attempt to harm themselves. And so that's the purpose of restraint.
Yeah. The point is, so he's indicated at least at some level thoughts of suicide. And what I was
told was that even a pen could be used as a potential weapon. So that's what that's what
they want to keep him shackled, even if it's light shackled, out of camera view,
you know, assuming he puts his hands underneath the table or something so you can't see it.
But so today is going to be all about media access.
And there is going to be a portion of the proceeding that is not public.
And apparently that's going to be about security issues.
Obviously, that makes sense.
High profile case.
They want to make sure that the venue is secure and safe.
And they probably don't want to share that information with the public about ingress,
egress, you know, how they're going to be approaching the security of the actual venue in which
the trial is heard. So I was told, don't expect it to be super substantive. You know, street
close, lightly shackled. He will not speak. He will acknowledge his presence, but that's probably
all we're going to hear from Tyler Robinson. So, you know, can you acknowledge that you are the person
that we have in this courtroom? He'll say, yes, essentially. Pretty much. That'll be it.
reading through the details on this you realize just how exceptional this case actually is
because it is one of the things that's pointed out this is the first high profile criminal case
that has occurred in the artificial intelligence era so i'm reading one of the reports here
attorney kathy nestor one of his uh attorneys i believe she's pointed out there are
already digitally altered versions of robinson's that you know his
court photos like the photos that we've actually seen of him in custody so people have created versions
where he has an outburst or where he begins crying so they've you know used AI to create video
where there isn't one yeah uh and and we've had that of course with the shooting itself
it's going to be you can somewhat sympathize with them pointing out that this is going to be
a totally unprecedented thing and you have to appreciate that we are this is what's the reality
is going to be going forward for every criminal case for every criminal case imagine well you're
going to have people AI, AI altering videos or creating them from whole cloth.
That's a real thing. If they don't allow cameras in the courtroom, we may well have people
saying, this is an undercover video that was taken at the trial, and it's entirely generated
with AI. This is getting way beyond the case, but I'm really shuddering for the future.
Oh, yeah. I mean, listen, I mean, Glenn alluded to it. The craziness that we've had to endure
is next level.
I mean, obviously you're sort of realizing
that this is the high-profile nature
of what happened.
Charlie's fame.
You know, we knew it was going to be huge,
but I don't think anybody knew
that it was going to take as many turns
as it already has, to Glenn's point,
it's three months in.
And, yeah, we have this first procedural,
like, court hearing today.
It's not going to be much.
But even this, who knows how it's going to be spun?
Who knows how it'll be spun?
It really, it does another thing.
We should have a prosecutor from Utah on and talk about this just because I do think we've talked about the theories that are spinning around.
I do think a lot of that is produced by there's a lot of psychic energy around this, as it were.
People think about this case a lot.
You don't mean that in sort of a weird way.
Not literal mind powers.
You just mean there's a pent up passion.
There's pent up passion for it.
and this could get release if people were able to see a trial unfolding
while they're all thinking about this, that they could say,
okay, here is the defendant, here is the evidence, here is the jury selection,
here is the trial, here is the verdict,
and if it happened in a timely way,
which our Constitution guarantees the right to a speedy trial.
And if you look historically, high-profile criminal cases have happened quickly
within the past hundred years where they're able to put people on trial
in a reasonable length of time.
But now it's this combination of everything in the court system has slowed down,
but everything in the media ecosystem has sped up.
So in the day of nightly news and no online,
the O.J. Simpson trial could go on for a year and people wouldn't totally lose their minds.
But imagine if the O.J. Simpson trial was happening today.
But there was this year-long delay after this giant, spectacular car chase,
and then actually having a serious trial go on.
And imagine if there was AI.
And AI.
Imagine if there was, you know, I mean, all the elements of this really do amount to an explosive media circus.
The media tornado thing totally is legitimate.
But to Erica's point, which he said with Jesse Waters, you know, everything that we've done has been hyper scrutinized and hyper analyzed.
Every smile, every comment, everything so analyzed.
And we deserve to see this trial play out before.
the media. We get to see the, I want to see the evidence, you know, presented in a factual,
straightforward way. I want, I want almost the American people to be educated in the civics of it.
And because it is so easy for these AI generated things to happen, and because there is so many,
there are so many alternative outlets for just generating wild stuff, that content tornado exists
regardless. Yes. It is actually, in that case, genuinely important to have the real thing out there
existing and will people try to manipulate it? Yes, inevitably, but it does have to exist because
if you have no real thing to compete against it, oh, thousand percent. It's going to be,
it's going to be a calamity. And I want to compare what we're doing today in the Tyler Robinson
trial versus like what's going on with Mangione. So Mangione is doing, uh, they're also taking
forever. Yeah, this is also taking forever. Um, you know, he's having a probable cause hearing in
New York City. And that's actually where you start to hear stuff, new information, right? So
Mangione is, they're presenting new body cam footage. The defense is saying that some of that
evidence was seized illegally, that they didn't have a warrant. So you're starting to see actually
the chess moves by the defense and by the prosecution in that case, because they're at a further
juncture at that trial, right? So we're not there yet, but when we get to an evidentiary hearing,
a probable cause hearing, which is a step in the process that says,
is there enough evidence to take this to a full trial?
I think in Mangione's case, of course, it's going to go to a full trial.
In Tyler Robinson's case, of course, it's going to go to a full trial.
But that's technically what that step is for.
And that's when you'll find out, is there enough evidence to proceed?
Obviously, there is.
So don't expect that today.
But I think I could share your frustration, Blake, in a massive way,
especially being on this end of it where you are a victim of this circumstance,
this terrible tragedy, where our friend was murdered in cold blood.
And there's this vacuum of time, right, of where people want answers to certain questions.
You can only get those answers in a trial.
And yet we have to wait here.
We're probably looking at March, April for this, right?
And it's like, you know, if you're on this end of it, they can drag that out.
Yeah, and they could, yeah, they could find ways to drag that out.
and then you're probably looking into 2027 for an actual trial.
That's what we're staring down right now.
I know.
And, you know, again, if you read the charging documents,
I mean, they've got this kid so, the case is so watertight.
Again, there's fair questions to ask around it.
They really are.
And I'm trying to be as gracious and generous as I can to that.
I have questions.
We've chased down every lead we can possibly imagine that you can imagine.
I mean, people send us stuff all the time
and we're always sending those along to the authorities.
But man, this case is very strong, very watertight.
This is Lane Schoenberger, chief investment officer
and founding partner of Y Reefi.
It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point
and for Charlie to endorse us.
His endorsement means the world to us
and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point
for years to come.
Now, hear Charlie in his own words tell you about Y Reefi.
I'm going to tell you guys about Y-ReFi.com. That is Y-R-E-F-Y-F-Y. Why-ReFi is incredible. Private Student Loan debt in America totals about $300 billion. Let's face it, if you have distress or default to student loans, it can be overwhelming.
Because of private-sident loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
Go to Y-R-R-R-E-F-Y-F-Y-F-Y dot com.
Private student loan debt relief, Y-Refi-Fi-Fi-E-Fi-E-Fi.
All right.
So, I mean, before we move on, is there anything you want to say about this?
I think, I mean, for now, I think we've said it.
There should be cameras.
It's at noon, mountain time.
so it's going to be right at the end of our show of our show and then we'll tune over to it well we'll probably we'll probably hit it on thought crime tonight if anything noteworthy happens sure we'll want to do that uh we just got an email from alison who says asks if there's an update on the redistricting fight in indiana well which i want to react to that because there is yes they're voting today yeah that's a huge one we need 26 votes from the republican senators of indiana we have 22 confirmed yes votes i will be frank i am pessimistic
about them passing it but then we move into stage two which is primary you have to primary them
and we're going to be involved in that in a big way so this is the redistricting fight which would
result in a nine oh states you'd have nine conservative districts zero liberal or democrat districts
and what you need to get that done is you need 26 votes in the senate we have 22 confirmed
yeses we are pessimistic that we are going to get the four additional votes that we need
Now, I think what is the total number?
We have like 40 Republicans.
We have 39 Republicans and a non-Cocusing Republican, which I don't even want to find out what the heck that means.
Yes.
And we only need 25.
39 Republicans, 10 Democrats.
You have 40 Republicans, 10 Democrats.
You have an 80% Republican legislature and they can't get a bare majority to get two extra Republicans in the U.S. House.
Right.
When we, you know, you might have thought this was a bad fight to start, but it's sort of like, it's sort of like saying, oh, I just don't agree with the way, like what our battle plan is in this war. So I'm just going to go pout and sit at home or something. No, the battle has been joined. Democrats have redone their map in California. They're redoing their map. I think in Maryland. They did it. Maryland. They're looking for maps. They can redo. Yeah, they're planning to do it in Virginia. The battle is joined. You have to join the fight or switch.
flipping parties or just quit, leave and let yourself be replaced by someone who will fight.
As Charlie would say, lead, follow, or get out of the way.
Get out of the way. And here, we made some news on Friday. I think we were the cover of front page
of Politico, but it is, we are getting involved in the Indiana fight on the turning point
action side. So we are going to bring our organizational muscle over to Indiana. There's
going to be a lot of PACs, C4s, grassroots, local grassroots in Indiana. We had citizen
Kane from Citizen Free Press join us earlier this week. And he said the grassroots in Indiana,
he's a local there, is fired up and they're upset with their elected representatives in that
state. I think they have every right to be. And I'll reiterate this point because this, you know,
a lot of attention goes to swing states in our election cycles, okay? Because those obviously
determine who's going to be the president. You got to win the swing states to become the president's
very high profile. We take our eye off the ball when it comes to these
read predictably red strongholds like Indiana Indiana is very conservative it's very
Republican I what we we President Trump won in 20 24 by 20 plus points in the state of
Indiana it's a very red state but what happens is the incumbent political class gets so entrenched
in these in these states that over the years especially when you have a convulsive moment like
President Trump coming onto the scene the incumbent political class ceases to line up with where
the base voters are at so you have these moments where the
base wants redistricting as you said the fight has been joined you either get to join the fight or you get to stay and be an enemy in that fight at this point you are just straight up voting do you want more republicans in congress or fewer
yeah it's a really powerful vote and take your pick and if your answer is i want fewer republicans why are you a republican and there will be congressional level spending
deployed in the state of indiana so if you get on board and you vote to redistrict you will be marked as safe if you vote against it you will be marked as safe if you vote against it you will be marked
for a primary. And that is the essential bargain that is being offered to the senators in the
great state of Indiana. We don't like doing this. It's more fun to run against Democrats. It's more
fun to spend against Democrats. But frankly, sometimes you have to make sure that if your bluff is
called, that you can meet it. Yeah. Well, and I mean, it's not even a question. We're going to be
all out. We've already begun hiring process. We've already been deploying our
staff in there meeting with the local grassroots everybody's fired up everybody's ready to go
and i mean it will probably take a process just so you think of the time frame here it will probably
take all the way through 2028 to get this done to get a state legislature uh in place in indiana
to get it all the all the way across the finish line but listen your four vote shy let's see how
close we get maybe just maybe enough senators are going to hear the call of their voters in the great
state of indiana that they will change their vote get to that 26 vote threshold and we'll get the job
done we don't need all this uh all this outside attention all the drama all the drama there's so
much drama going on in this country right now i would love to stay focused on the mission would
love to stay focused on the mission you you know it occurs to me like how hard we worked over the
years to stay mission focused got to get to stay mission focused and then you you kind of you have this
rude awakening where you go into this state
where you're not, you are admittedly
not necessarily super engaged with their locals.
We're super engaged with state level Arizona
politics. They are Hoosiers. You go to
Nebraska, you go to Indiana,
and they have their grievances
going back years. They have their arrangements
going back years. And you just
come in and you just have to roll
your eyes. This is what you guys are
focused on. This is what you think matters the most
right now. Yeah, that Trump is you are gravely
mistaken. He used the R word in a
in a truth social post. He used it for a reason.
it was not uncalled for in that particular truth social post.
