A lot happening this morning. And what I'm going to try to do this morning is I seek to explain.
I'm going to try to explain the best of my ability, what
is going on here when in regards to Epstein and the messaging around Epstein. I'm going
to do my best. I may not land the plane perfectly, but I think I have something to say here that
will add some context and some depth to what we are seeing. President Donald Trump repeated
what he said this morning on Truth Social.
President Trump said basically right now in the press conference, some people are doing
the Democrats' work talking about Epstein, and they are stupid people.
I'm approximating.
He said something similar on his Truth Social this morning, and he calls it the Epstein
hoax.
Now, before we go any further, I do want to say, big breaking news this morning, John
Solomon is reporting that in his sit down interview with Donald Trump, President Trump
has green lit a special prosecutor to potentially be able to go after the criminal conspiracy
around Epstein and all deep state activities.
So that is a phenomenal victory.
That is something that we should rejoice in.
And if that is true, because it's John Solomon, it's kind of like two or three levels back,
but basically going after all things deep state, a deep state prosecutor, that is a
terrific development.
And I would love to see, you know who I want to see do that?
Ed Martin.
I think Ed Martin would be a phenomenal deep state prosecutor.
So let's kind of just put a part on that.
Let's just put a little bit of a little plug on that because we'll get back to it. That's a huge victory. The president
deserves credit there. If we get a full deep state criminal conspiracy prosecutor, think
basically Robert Mueller for deep state activity, but one of our guys doing it. And interestingly,
special prosecutors and the deep state activity actually is interlaced into all of this.
So this morning, President Trump posted on Truth Social.
I could read the entire thing on Truth Social, but let me just kind of do the best of.
You guys can obviously find it on Trump's Truth Social.
He says, the radical left Democrats have hit pay dirt again, just like the fake and discredited Steele dossier,
the lying 51 intelligence agencies, the laptop from hell, which the Democrats swore had swore came from Russia.
No, it came from Hunter Biden's bathroom. Even the Russia Russia scam itself, a totally fake and made up story used in order to hide crooked Hillary Clinton's big loss in 2016 election.
These scams and hoaxes are all Democrats are good at. It's all they have. They're no good at governing, no good at policy, and no good at picking winning candidates. Also, unlike Republicans, they stick together like glue. Their
new scam is that we'll forever call the Jeffrey Epstein hoax. And my past supporters have bought
into this BS, hook, line, and sinker. They haven't learned their lesson and probably never will,
even after being conned by the lunatic left for the last eight years. I've had more success in
the last six months than perhaps any other president in the history
of our country.
That is totally true.
And all these people want to talk about without with strong prodding by the fake news and
success star of Democrats is the Jeffrey Epstein hoax.
Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work.
Don't even think about talking about our incredible unprecedented success because I don't want
their support anymore.
Thank you for attending this matter.
Make America great again. OK, so let's their support anymore. Thank you for attending this matter. Make America Great Again.
Okay, so let's start with this. President Donald Trump is obviously upset. Why is
he most upset? I'm gonna go through the top the top two reasons and seek to
explain it. He's venting because he has achieved a lot in six months against all
the odds. Energy prices are going down. The border is hermetically sealed. He
passed the big beautiful bill despite a three seat majority in the House of Representatives.
He's embarking on mass deportations.
He ended a war between Israel and Iran. He took out the Iranian nuclear facilities.
He ended the India-Pakistan war. He ended the Congo-Rwandan war just in his spare time.
He's going after DEI. He is reducing the federal workforce.
He is the biggest welfare reform in American history.
I could go piece after piece after piece of all of the victories
that President Donald Trump was able to achieve.
One of the most impactful six months ever of any president.
So from President Trump's perspective, he is experiencing a pace.
He's experiencing a reality that is far different than the first six months of Trump 1.0.
So President Trump's immediate reaction as someone who is making phone calls to try to
end the Russian-Ukrainian war, he's trying to figure out this Jerome Powell thing, he's
got agencies of governments to manage, he's turning and probably saying, why is the attention
on a guy who has been dead for six
years?
That is probably what President Trump is saying.
And I'm synthesizing part of his venting.
Here's my piece of advice, guys.
Don't take too seriously this whole truth social here.
I know some people are getting fired up about this.
I don't believe he was trying to insult anybody personally.
His base, the people who made his movement what it is I think is what he was pushing back on what he thinks is a
misaligned press narrative from
From what he wants to see as celebration of all the victories over the last six months
However, now let me now go to why I believe
We not just like why I care about this and why the base cares about this so
much.
And then I'm going to kind of connect the dots.
Remember where President Trump was at this moment in Trump 1.0.
At this moment in Trump 1.0, President Donald Trump was being hunted by Robert Mueller.
President Donald Trump basically lost his attorney general
at this moment in Trump 1.0.
He's very loyal to Pam Bondi for many reasons,
one of which is that he does not want to lose
another attorney general.
He does not wanna lose another member of his cabinet
this early on.
Secondly, he saw in the summer of 2017, a lot of people jump ship and align with the Robert
Mueller thing. So President Donald Trump has within his memory, he saw that his presidency in 2017
was largely taken from him and Trump 1.0 because a lot of people jumped aboard the Mueller bandwagon and with that he
kind of saw so much of his momentum that he had from the election thwarted. When people demand
that he fires Pam Bondi, he hears people demanding that he explode his admin just like what happened
in the first term. So a big question the base has is,
why doesn't President Trump care as much as the base cares?
So let me connect the two dots together.
The base cares about this, not as a way to hurt Donald Trump.
And this is where I think I could be an explainer here
because I think everyone's talking past each other a little bit.
We do not care about the story as a way to hurt Donald Trump.
In fact, it's the opposite.
We love President Trump.
We love what he's doing.
We actually care about this story because this is a rare opportunity of a sloppy operation
by the deep state. The deep state conducted itself in an overly messy, sloppy way.
President Donald Trump taught us to drain the swamp.
President Donald Trump taught us to want to go after the deep state.
So I actually think we're all agreeing on this.
President Trump wants to have a special prosecutor go after the deep state.
We want to have an special prosecutor go after the deep state. We want to
have an emphasis on Jeffrey Epstein because Jeffrey Epstein was probably an actor of the
intelligence agencies. We don't know that for certain. He could have been a fabulist like Mike
Benz said yesterday, and maybe he was kind of doing brokering or maybe he was kind of connecting
and maybe he was kind of doing brokering or maybe he was kind of connecting the different entities together. But understand this, when I go to college campuses, I am not proactively bringing up Epstein.
People are bringing Epstein to me. The reason why we are caring about this is not trying to win
brownie points or not trying to make the liberals or the media care about us.
To go full circle, we are caring about the Epstein story
because we are afraid that if we do not lance
the intelligence community boil
that tried to murder him on July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania,
that tried to take him out with Russia, Russia, Russia,
then that very same deep state actor that
spied on him and leaked the phone call of him between Zelensky that resulted in his first
impeachment. We're worried the deep state will derail Trump and we look at the Epstein story
as a skeleton key to be able to look under the hood, dismantle and deconstruct the administrative
state to protect Donald Trump from his adversaries.
So to elaborate on this a little bit further, President Donald Trump thinks that if someone is talking about this, they're going against him.
And I can understand why he thinks that way because in Trump 1.0, so many people jumped ship and went
aboard the Mueller investigation.
So many people jumped off of the Trump movement and thought that Trump was done
because of Russia, Russia, Russia.
And President Donald Trump clawed himself out of it.
He climbed himself out of it to barely be able to survive after all of the deep state
attacks.
And Trump is getting wins and we should be talking about them.
The president is very fired up here also because this was all done under this,
almost all of the documents and all of the reporting around this was done during James Comey.
It was done back in 2007 under George W. Bush.
This has been thrown upon his desk.
And I'm going to defend the president here on one key thing.
He does have a right to be a little bit skeptical and paranoid.
And I'm going to try to translate part of the truth social as to what I think
would be the best way to resonate with you.
After all of the different ways they've tried to take out President Trump, he's saying,
guys, they could have put a stink bomb in the quote unquote files that will make me
look bad.
Honestly, that paranoia is not totally unfounded.
On the other side, this is what I'm telling the president both privately and publicly, is that the base cares about this, not to get you. The base cares about this, not to try to take you
out. The base cares about this because they have your back. The base cares about this because they
have your best interests at heart. The base cares about this because we are defending you.
And it's not so much about that we care about the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
We do care about the victims, but it's not so much that the person of Jeffrey Epstein is a hyper focus.
Instead, it is not the person of Jeffrey Epstein,
which the president, he's communicating here
as if we are obsessed with the creep, the pervert,
and the evil, demonic, satanic activity of Jeffrey Epstein.
No.
We are actually interested in who was he an agent of?
Were the same people that were behind Butler, Pennsylvania,
the same people that were behind the Russia hoax?
Were they also the ones that were pulling the strings of Jeffrey Epstein,
the same people that were around COVID?
Mr. President, the same people that were behind the stolen election of 2020
that you talk about so frequently.
We think these are the same actors. And so as President Donald Trump is upset on truth social, I do not think he's attacking
all of you in the rank and file.
Instead, President Donald Trump is venting off some anger right now because he thinks
that this is being used to derail his presidency. He thinks that this is being used to
derail all of his success. When the grassroots would say it's not actually a mainstream media
driven narrative. The mainstream media has actually been very disinterested in this.
This is a we've got your six. We have your back. We're not trying
to take you out. The grassroots is not trying to make you look bad. We want to
try and make sure the bad people that have done such terrible things to you
can finally be held accountable.
Right now, over 7.5 million businesses in America are thriving on TikTok.
We certainly are reaching the next generation rather successfully there.
Businesses that employ more than 28 million people.
But behind the stats, it's the stories that really matter.
Like Dan O's Seasoning from Kentucky, who use TikTok to reach new customers and grow
from a one-man show to a team of 45.
Or Arizona Taco King in Arizona,
able to employ over 28 people and pay them well, thanks to the foot traffic TikTok brings in.
Or Shee Mechanic in Georgia, who expanded her auto shop and hired new employees with the support
she found on TikTok. Their success means jobs, support for families and stronger local communities,
because when small businesses thrive on TikTok, so do the communities
around them.

Let's play just some of the piece of tape.
First, the breaking news of John Solomon on the special counsel looking into all of the
deep state activity, including
Jeffrey Epstein and the conspiracy attached to it.
John Solomon, 352.
You did inform him that they're thinking about appointing a special counsel on this to take
over this entire investigation?
Yeah, and he's sounding like it's a good approach.
Let's just do it.
Let's get the trust of the American people.
Let's get accountability, and then let's focus on the things that matter.
So he is—he's on board with the situation of getting a special prosecutor and having
the Epstein situation put into that so that can be formally looked at.
Anything legitimate that should be looked at.
And really in a criminal context.
And he volunteered it, by the way, Steve.
I asked about the special—he immediately volunteers, and then I follow up on it.
But he immediately brings up Epstein.
Like, just throw that in there.
Let's get it all answered. I got nothing to hide. I want truth and
I want prosecutions and I just want the justice system to take care of what needs to be taken
care of. It was really a remarkable moment. It's a phenomenal clip and I would say Ed Martin as the
deep state prosecutor would be a perfect person. Throw Epstein in there, throw the 2020 election
there. Why does that matter? And this is why I think we're actually more in agreement than the back and forth here.
The reason the base cares about this, again, is because we believe Epstein was an agent of the people that tried to kill Trump, that tried to take the election from Trump and try to destroy Trump's first term.
President Trump thinks, though, the people caring about Epstein are part of the people that have been trying to ruin him prior.
That's where I think we're actually more in harmony here.
And I'm not just saying this as, you know, trying to cope or run cover, because President
Donald Trump is obviously OK with appointing a special prosecutor.
Simultaneously, he's fired up about people.
He thinks that some people are trying to use this to hurt him.
We're trying to use this to save him.
Not save him, but to try to protect him. I don't want to say save him. But maybe save him from another deep state coup attempt.
So President Donald Trump is in an act, is in an act of posture right now. He is in a place of where he is looking for threats on the horizon.
Who can blame him? Play cut 353....operated the auto pen, had a policy, which is by the way I think the biggest scandal.
That's the scandal they should be talking about, not Jeffrey Epstein.
Will you ask Attorney General Panvani to release more documents to finally put this controversy
to bed?
Whatever is credible, she can release it. If a document is credible, if a document's there that is credible, she can release it.
I think it's good.
But it's just really, it's just a subject.
He's dead, he's gone.
And all it is is the Republicans, certain Republicans got duped by the Democrats, and
they're following a Democrat playbook.
And no different than Russia, Russia, Russia and all the other hoaxes.
They're started by the Democrats and some Republicans, in this case, I was surprised,
but they got duped.
Okay.
I think he's talking about people on Capitol Hill.
He might be talking about Speaker Johnson here that are calling for, you know, special
investigation or Ghislaine Maxwell, something like that.
But we're all talking about the same thing in different ways.
Knowing this from privately and public conversations, this is not that this is not that hard of
a code to crack.
The president says, why are you so focused on the person of Epstein?
We're doing all this amazing stuff.
This guy's a creep. I kicked him out of my club. Like, I don't know. Like, why are you so focused on the person of Epstein? We're doing all this amazing stuff. This guy's a creep.
I kicked him out of my club.
Why are you so fired up about this?
Where our counter is we're actually not that interested in the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
We're not.
What we are interested in is we're interesting in, was he a representative of the shadow
government?
We all want to focus on the president's big wins happening right now on things that matter
for all 340 million Americans.
And he's doing an awesome job of that.
And he is.
And the the emphasis is not, oh, it's all about the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
The reason why the grassroots is mad and the reason why you guys are fired up about this
and the reason why you guys are emailing me freedom at Charlie Kirk.com is you say,
no, Mr. President, this guy is a way it is a skeleton key. It's a chance for us to look
under the hood. It's a chance for us to say, this is the thread. Thank you. The deep state made a
mistake. They were sloppy, they were messy.
How did Epstein die?
Where did he get his financing from?
Was he a representative of a foreign government?
Everything we look at Epstein as an introductory story
to all of the other elements that tried to take you out.
It's not that we are obsessed with the, some people are online, they're like very into
like who Epstein was personally.
There's been plenty of documentaries about that.
That's not what is animating this.
That's not what's firing a lot of people up in this audience.
Instead, you know that Epstein was likely a bag man and a fixer, a fixer for the same
people that have been trying to take out Donald Trump.
And look, my other piece of advice here is that don't get too fired up about the truth, social and
President Trump ranting and venting about this. And let me tell you why. It's that President
Donald Trump went through an entire first term. He went through an entire term where people were constantly turning on
him for fake stuff, constantly turning on him. And so he says, wait a second, like
he basically thinking, he knew Jeffrey Epstein, he got in a big fight with
Jeffrey Epstein, he kicked him out of his club, he's mistrustful of all of this
these different elements here. At the same time, the message that I want the president to hear, both privately and
publicly, is that you and the grassroots, the emphasis and the focus on this is partly
because of all the kind of back and forth of, is it up, is it down?
Also, you know, PTSD, you know, post-traumatic stress disorder, I guess you could call it.
But I think part of this is just a messaging misunderstanding. Again, emails are flooding in
right now, supportive of the way that we are articulating it. And that's where John Solomon
says we're going to get a special prosecutor on this.
I think it's phenomenal.
What I'm going to say to the president, you know, if I see him soon or if we talk on the
phone or I'll say this the same thing on the show, there's no like private agenda here,
is that Mr. President, the emphasis on Epstein is truly the best intentions of your most
loyal followers. Where we're not trying to score points with the CNNs or your most loyal followers.
Where we're not trying to score points with the CNNs or the New York Times.
It's truly because we care about you.
It's because we want what's best for the presidency.
And one of the core campaign promises that I know that you are pushing forward is that
you want to dismantle the deep state.
We are messengers here.
We are relaying what we are hearing from your most loyal ultra-maga supporters all the time.
And it's not that people are saying, you know,
they want to learn about Epstein because they have any suspicion of President Trump.
No. We don't think, no one thinks, no one thinks you're involved in any way of that stuff whatsoever.
But the way that you taught us is that we need to go after the rogue intel agencies
to lance the boil that has been festering in this country for decades.
And by an act of God and by your courage and by what the president has been able to
do and you just happen to be president.
We are your students in dismantling the deep state and this cancer has been festering in
this country for decades.
So the boil is the intelligence community.
The boil is James Comey is involved in all of this stuff. James Comey's daughter is the prosecutor on the Galen Maxwell case. You
think of all the prosecutors that could have been chosen in the federal
government. Maureen Comey, I think that's her name, was chosen as the prosecutor on
the Maxwell case. Come on. And the Diddy case? And look, my one piece
that I would say to the president privately as well is have an understanding of your supporters
and your followers here and know that they're not trying to take you out. They're not trying to fall
for a hoax.
And I could tell you, amongst the young people that I'm following right now,
they don't really know how to analyze or process this.
This is, I would say, Mr. President, this is not a Trump resistance from a lot of the young people,
from the college bros and the crypto bros and the podcast people.
These are not never Trumpers. Part of that is out there, but it's not this. These are guys that care about transparency. And they do want to talk about your
success. They do want to talk about this historic presidency. And so instead, let's try to combine
all of these forces together and try to go after the deep state. And I could tell you right now, Gen Z is really fired up about this, especially young men.
I mean, we're getting flooded with thousands,
hundreds of thousands of comments
that are very unhappy about this.
And I think they're unhappy about it
because they want,
and they voted for President Trump on a government,
they want to have a mandate where they assail the deep state.
And we all agree. We all agree. Gen Z is going off right now on this. And that's no
that's no breaking news. President Trump was elected primarily to go after the deep state.
We want to go after the deep state. A lot of this is largely just a misunderstanding.
Tired of hearing that fossil fuels are ruining the planet?
Well here's what the headlines won't tell you. We're living in the safest,
healthiest, and most prosperous time in human history. Since 1980 global extreme
poverty has plummeted from 42% to under 10%. Meanwhile life expectancy and
incomes have soared and this transformation didn't happen in spite of
fossil fuels. It happened because of them. From powering clean water systems and food supply chains to driving industrial growth and life-saving infrastructure,
fossil fuels have been the quiet force lifting billions out of poverty.
So while activists blame fossil fuels for everything under the sun, the data tells a different story.
Fossil fuels have made the Earth a better, safer place for people to live.
I'm Charlie Kirk and I want you to know the facts so don't be fossil fooled. Get

So I'm going to get to Rich Barris in just a second here.
We're going to talk about all of the polling here about with young men and with Gen Z.
The bigger issue is who was working with Epstein.
And if it's no big deal, then let's get to that.
Was it the deep state?
Was it the administrative state?
We need names, countries, leaders.
The deeds are really bad. But the bigger issue is indeed the relationship of all the intel parties.
And I think that is the way to proceed. I think that is the path forward here.
Mike Benz said elite institutions and several governments. And if that is not the case,
then we the American people will learn that very quickly
Let's get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible
Joining us and by the way, I will say this. I am NOT minimizing this. I am just the messenger here
I am simply the interlocutor the young men and the Gen Z audience that I represent
They are flaming mad right now about this stuff. I've said that.
It's been a week and a half and they're watching this thing unfold and they want
to go after the deep state of government.
The government.
I could tell you that amongst the younger voters that we represent, that we know better
than anybody else, they want action on this.
Action, action, action.
We say all this because we want President Trump to be the most popular president in history.
We are his greatest, most stalwart defender.
Joining us now is Rich Barris.
Rich, welcome here.
Rich, we want to have you on the program.
We're highlighting all of this data that you have
because we love Trump, because we care about him.
This is not an op from people who hate him.
This is his most loyal, fervent,
young voters in particular, but of all ages, that they want to bring the intel agencies
to heel. And they look at Epstein as a representative of that very same deep state government.
Rich Barris, we say that as a prerequisite.
What is happening with the polling
and the data around the Epstein situation?
I think it's in, thanks as always Charlie for having me on.
Yeah, I'm kind of in route from point A to point B,
but I think it's important to repeat what you just said.
It's not so much Epstein, the issue itself.
It is a proxy issue.
And I think that a lot of people have failed
to understand it in that space,
where people see it as a way to hold a ruling class
that has been getting away with everything for years
accountable when they don't.
So people have to first come to grips with that.
It's not just an issue that's been a partisan issue, Charlie.
It's more like a ruling class versus we the little guy kind of an issue.
So that's how people see it.
Some of the president's most strongest supporters and supporters, by the way, that he has been
able to count on in the past, particularly in 24, that the Republican Party is not.
So, in the polling that we did just release, I think one of the biggest warning signs is the decline among 18- to 29-year-olds,
that young voting group that we highlighted so much on your show going into 24, that Trump was running so far ahead with this group compared even to Republicans who
marginally improved, right?
They did improve.
They just didn't get all of that.
They didn't squeeze as much blood out of that stone as Donald Trump did.
And that was the biggest decline this month.
Honestly, the reason why he didn't decline further, because in our poll, he only went
slightly negative.
It is the first negative that we've gathered from him this presidency. But he only did because that was partially
offset and I think people need to hear this. Partially offset by a bump in voters who have
a four-year degree or higher. Those voters still tell us that they will vote Democrat
in the 26th midterm election.
This is a temporary bump among people who do like to see things,
like interventions, they do like to see him take the posture that he has been taking.
So he's being rewarded by that, but it's not gonna earn any votes.
Honestly, the concern is from his more loyal base and
this is not being communicated
correctly.
And again, what I'm trying to say is some of that support in this poll is fleeting.
One is not.
I think that it's more, it's wiser to prioritize the concerns of those who are not fleeting.
They're not fair weather friends.
So what does this mean?
Because I could tell you just anecdotally,
Blake sent a message this morning. He said, Blake said something that a friend of his said that,
you know, the Charlie Kirk show is one of the best connected, yet least insulated programs out there,
meaning that we're very, you know, well connected into the US government with, you know, the
administration and stuff with the president. But also, we're in total touch with the U.S. government with the administration and stuff with the president, but also we're in total touch with the grassroots. And I can tell you, the grassroots,
the younger people especially, Gen Z, they are flaming mad this morning. Why are they flaming
mad, Rich? And how does that manifest into the data? Well, let me also say that I think that
there is a lot of good stuff that the president has to talk about.
There's just a lot of frustration among these people that some of the mishaps or
miscommunications, mishandling of these issues is overshadowing that stuff, Charlie.
So, you know, think about if you're running in your social circles and you're a younger person,
you supported Donald Trump, you want to go out there and tout his successes, but you and the president obviously feels the same frustration. You constantly have
to answer the criticisms of how certain things were done, right? So they, it's hard to say,
let's forget about this and just focus on no tax for tips when it was such a prevalent part of
their argument for him and his argument
for the presidency, that there will be a different tone in government, there will be this almost
like radical transparency, right?
It puts them, I think that some people just aren't appreciating the position that average
voters are in.
You know, support, it is not, it was not easy to support Donald Trump, Charlie.
It's not right. And I think you know that. And every voter who is out there voted for
him, especially in these these new emerging demographic groups, young voters, Hispanic
men, young black men, you know, they're they're out on a limb there, too. And I think they're
not being they feel like they're not being heard or appreciated.
Let's play cut 302
This is the CNN. They report Google searches for Epstein this week have skyrocketed
1900% with younger people. This is the top issue right outside of housing and stuff
We really need to be focusing on stuff that deserves more of our platform
But I could tell you the Epstein thing for younger voters, they look at this as something they've heard about for years. There's a lot of mystery. There's a lot of dark
aura around all this. And they want to try to get to the truth. And this is a demo that already has
like negative trust of government. They're dealing from a deficit of trust of government.
Let's go to cut 302, please. Why don't we take a look at Google searches
for Jeffrey Epstein. Take a look at Google searches for Jeffrey Epstein.
Take a look at this, today versus a week ago.
Up like a rocket, up 1900%, my goodness gracious.
And get this, it is currently the top term topic
being searched alongside Donald Trump.
Today, if Donald Trump, who is begging,
asking his supporters to drop it, he is not
getting his wish whatsoever.
His supporters are not dropping it.
Interest in this story is at basically an all-time high.
And of course, this is such an interesting story because it is one that unites different
parts of the far right.
It's one of the few stories that actually brings together folks like Steve Bannon and
Elon Musk. They
all are wondering what the heck is going on here. And at this particular point, Donald
Trump has not figured out a way to solve this problem and quell the problem on the right
side of his base.
Rich Barris.
He had to throw in for right in there, which I just need to point out is not true. Donald
Trump got more popular than he has ever been.
He won an electoral victory that was larger
than any of the ones prior in electorates
that are getting more self-identified as moderate
because the word, you know,
the idea of being conservative can mean different things.
The young voters have a different definition in their minds
of what it means to be a traditional conservative.
So that's that he has to throw that in there.
And that's just not even true.
But again, what it's the what he's talking about is really undeniable.
And the some of the polling that we did, Charlie, the interest in this story is so high, you're
starting to get to the levels of voter ID, right?
This kind of do you think that, you know, Jeffrey Epstein and people like that get away with things,
or right, that there's secrecy surrounding these issues
and that, you know, the people in power bend over backwards
to keep that stuff from coming to light.
There's agreement there.
That's one part that Harry is right about.
There's agreement there at levels that you normally don't see.
And it was even a little bit surprising to me.
But again, that's because of how this issue is viewed. Young voters, particularly, they have very little prospects
for the future, right? They have, we were just talking about housing. You said we'd
rather be talking about housing prices, right? And the cost of shelter and the CPI, all of
this, you know, is coming on the backdrop of you have this class of rich people who
they made this system, they
presided over it, they managed its decline and they get away with everything. Right?
So again, a lot of this, for me personally, it's how it was handled. I think that just
talking to voters as much as we have over the last couple of weeks about it, if it was
just handled a little bit differently, I think that these voters do have a lot of trust in
President Trump, but it wasn't.
And that's something that has to be acknowledged.
They still give him a lot of latitude,
you know, on, you know, the trust they have for him.
So I would really say the better direction moving forward here
is to acknowledge that things are mishandled,
you know, say that they're coming,
but we do need to move on
so we can get your life in a better position
so we can address these things
that are not only going to impact your future but the future of your kids.
It's not the browbe, right? So we can't do that. That's not going to work. And
you know, Harry's over there. He's reveling in it. Listen to how he's true,
and of course he's not, he opposes Donald Trump.
Listen to how he's reveling in it. None of these people are reveling in this
Charlie, and that's something that, you know, is being Listen to how he's reveling in it. None of these people are reveling in this, Charlie.
And that's something that is being communicated,
and it's just not correct.
It's not because they want to pin him down or they want to get him.
It's because they want him to do it right and move on.
Rich Baris, Big Data Paul, we'll talk to you soon.
Thank you so much, Rich Baris.
All the best.

This is where we stand. This Epstein story has become a symbol beyond its direct significance.
Epstein has become a symbol.
And that's the other thing that I want to tell the president, both privately and publicly,
is that you have to take a step back and look at this much more broadly.
A leader who can convincingly bring transparency to this case
will win loyalty and support
from people who have been jaded about politics.
And Trump can be that leader.
You see, President Donald Trump, he's looking at this as this person of Epstein, where we
are looking at this as the symbol of Epstein.
We all know who Epstein was, sort of. We know he was as a person, a creep,
terrible individual, so it's far less personalized for us. The president Trump fought Epstein. He knew
Epstein. Do you know this? This is important for everyone to know. Do you know that Donald Trump
kicked Epstein out of a club, Mar-a-Lago, because he kept on bringing young girls and
Donald Trump be like, Jeffrey, who are you bringing here? Oh, this is my niece. After the
third time he did, he said, Jeffrey, you're a creep. He fought him over it when he started to hit on
pool girls and bring these like weird young girls there. This is folklore throughout Palm Beach.
And he famously threw Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago saying, I want nothing to do with this. Their relationship ended in total discord. And it was just the
social relationship. By the way, George Stephanopoulos, everyone had some sort of
circular, in the circle of overlapping of Epstein. And Trump fought him. Trump's DOJ arrested him.
The American people, the MAGA base, view this as the common man versus the global elite.
The conservative base, the MAGA faithful, they view this as the muscular class, as we
frequently and commonly say, versus a group of people that are never held accountable
for their crimes.
There's a major economic portion of this.
How many people went to jail after the 2008 financial crisis?
None.
It's a huge rallying cry for the Occupy Democrats and for AOC and Bernie Sanders.
How many people went to jail after COVID?
Locking down our schools, putting masks on our kids, and forcing vaccines?
None.
How many people went to jail for keeping the border completely wide open under Joe Biden's
presidency?
None.
So what you have is a multi-decade buildup of a ruling class that is never held accountable, of a ruling class that is never held accountable.
Of a ruling class that gets to do whatever they want.
And in this case, the American people view it, they say,
this guy's like raped girls and was probably an intel agent
and we can't get to him.
That is why the anger is driving this so forcefully.
So then what can be done about this?
President Donald Trump said that I want
all credible information out. Well, I put a 10 things immediate credible action items.
Let's go one by one. The OPR Department of Justice report should be immediately released.
Mike Benz did an entire show on that with us yesterday. You guys should check it out.
Very, very important show. Number two, the Department of Justice should move to unseal all Maxwell grand jury testimony
immediately we need to find out what's in those grand jury documents number
three bring Alexander Acosta who was the US attorney under the original 2007
botched case against Epstein for a full interview and find out what he knew
about Epstein working for foreign or domestic intelligence.
Israel has very strongly denied that he was Mossad.
Was it Saudi?
Was it MI6?
Was it CIA?
Let's figure it out.
Was a foreign country running a child rape ring domestically in the United States of
America with our own intel agencies knowing.
And if it was nobody, just make it clear why we know that.
And then people will say, thank you.
Show us the evidence.
Number four, release all non-C-SAM,
which is child sexual abuse material.
No one wants to see that stuff.
By the way, that's the thing.
No one wants to see the kids getting raped.
No one wants that.
No one wants to see that.
But release all the non-C-SAM
underlying facts around Epstein indictment in 2019. This is key. Remember Trump's DOJ arrested
Jeffrey Epstein in the summer of 2019. Can we get all the information that the Trump DOJ was operating
on? That means they probably had a document trove this thick around Jeffrey Epstein
in the 2019 indictment.
Because remember, Jeffrey Epstein died in jail.
Jeffrey Epstein was arrested by Donald Trump's Department of Justice.
Number five, we need a report on why the 2007 Bush-Comey investigation of Epstein
was so butchered.
Number six, greenlight Ghislaine Maxwell to speak freely to the media or to Congress and learn what she knows.
Number seven, get to the bottom of how Epstein got his money.
Subpoena bank records and financial statements figure out the capital flows.
Number eight, release the names of prisoners on the prison floor the night
Epstein was murdered, overrule the prisoner privacy rules.
Who were the prisoners on the floor that Epstein was murdered?
Why does that matter?
Well, if Epstein was murdered, he was probably murdered by a fellow prisoner.
Number nine, get the missing minutes of the prison footage.
There's right now two and a half missing minutes of the prison footage.
That's inexplicable to a lot of us.
What happened?
There was three minutes of missing footage footage if you want to create conspiracy theories
That is what you do. Oh, yeah, he killed himself and there's three minutes of missing footage
Yeah, you got to get to the bottom of that and then number ten
This is the most and not the most important but the most immediate and honestly
I'm gonna say this with all love and reverence for the administration. This does not even touch President Trump
Why is it that for a week and a half, we have had to go just cover this story without a
press conference from the administration?
We need Pam Bondi, Todd Blanch, Dan Bongino, Cash Patel, boom, boom, boom, boom.
What's happening is we are now, we're basically having to do the PR work of the administration
basically.
And honestly, we're like, guys, it's been 10 days since you've leaked this thing on the holiday
weekend and you still have not done a straight to camera, straight to the sticks press conference.
Here's, here's what we looked for.
Here's what actually existed.
Here's why we reached the conclusion that we did.
And so what they've done is basically people like myself and Benny Johnson and Steve Bannon
and Jack Posobic Jack Psobik.
We're out here. We're having to explain this all day long, kind of doing little crumbs, little here, little this, little that.
President Trump, he's got a million other things going on.
We're trying to fill the void and we're trying to explain it.
When we get questions that remain, here's what we are doing to reach transparency.
It is at critical mass right now, and that is number 10 on this list. You've got to get to the sticks for at least an hour, hour and a half.
You've got to get out there.
And I know these guys have said it, and I've given some time.
I'm like, okay, let's buy them some time.
We are now Wednesday going into Thursday.
People are very, very confused, and some people are very disappointed and mad.
You need to help them out a little bit.
Explain what is going on.
By the way, I'm glad people are tuning into our show at record numbers. Our show's never been
doing better. And thank you for that. We're covering this extensively and exhaustively.
But at some point, we got to hear from the DOJ FBI. And Dan Bongino is a media wizard.
There is no one better in front of cameras than Dan Bongino. He knows how to handle himself in front of a camera. So release him to the dogs.
And when Dan Bongino says something with a no BS type approach, boom, I think that will go a long way.
Totally. We made so much progress with Gen Z and this is a big vulnerability.
Online, on TikTok, this story is not landing well.
Let's fix this and we can.
Why?
Because we are the most resolute defenders of President Trump.
That is why.
Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
