If you love rich, creamy goodness and delicious flavor in every sip, try Two Good & Co creamers. They're made with farm fresh cream, real milk, and contain three grams of sugar per serving. Taylor in the creamer aisle.
I remember when I was younger, I was like in high school,
when I was still using pads.
And I remember one time I was talking my sister.
I was like, I hate putting them on at school
because I feel like it sounds like I'm doing arts and crafts
in the fucking bathroom.
It's like, shh, shh, shh, shh, right?
Like, it's just so fucking loud.
It sounds like, no crow.
It's loud as fuck.
And then everyone knows I'm putting a fucking diaper
between my legs.
Hey, everyone and welcome back to another episode
of the comment section show.
Sorry, me, your favorite.
Everybody knows me.
Who cares about me?
But first, before we go on to the game.
Yes, happy holidays, clearly.
If this doesn't go live on Christmas, I'm going to be mad.
Okay.
Anyways, on to the guest date.
We have an all-star episode returning the one and only the iconic, the legendary.
Monet Exchange.
Oh my gosh.
Thank you for coming back.
I'm sorry you had to come back like this.
Girl.
So I got my double foot BBL.
Right.
And I'm very excited about it.
There's a lot happening right now.
I'm in this fit.
You have two sandals on.
It's a mess in here.
Well, you know, I'm literally so like,
I'm not supposed to be driving, but I was like, I am going to drive myself to Drew.
I know.
You were telling me, yeah, there's all kinds of things.
Right, literally right before this, when I was telling me,
I'm just so sick of not having my autonomy.
I don't want to have to ask people for help.
I was like, you know what?
I got to do something.
I'll go, and naturally you pick the safest thing that is drive.
She was like, well, yeah.
Why not?
Why not?
We don't let someone cook for me, but I'll drive myself.
Oh my God.
This is so great.
The smells in her beautiful.
I feel very festive.
It feels like Christmas.
Look at us.
We're celebrating the holidays together.
I haven't celebrated the holidays.
Well, my boyfriend is really big into holidays.
Ooh, okay.
So he's like, we're like, he's like decorating.
There are trees.
There are lights on things.
I'm like, it's too much.
I just like to just.
You like to chill.
Because they have to take it all down.
That's,
that's the part of it's annoying.
That's true.
And we had a tree trimming party the other day.
And, you know,
what kind of party is that?
Right.
So I, that seems like a very caulkist activity.
Right, right.
For the mouths of caucus.
That's why I said, what is that for?
I've never done a treatment for.
So you invite what it is,
okay,
which is honestly,
you invite a whole bunch of people
over to your house.
Okay.
They're baked goods and eggnogs and stuff.
Fun.
And your guests decorate your home for you for the holidays.
So your guests are coming to set up the tree.
To work.
Do work.
So everyone came over.
So as it's going on,
I'm like,
so the guests are doing the work for us decorating our home for holiday.
He's like, yeah, that's a tritering room party.
I was like, you know, you should be ashamed of your show.
This is crazy.
Free labor.
Literally.
Free labor.
That's like a painting party or a moving party.
A moving, oh my God, I'm, girl.
I said, don't call it a party.
Yeah, parties are fun.
Parties are fun.
And that is not.
Like, why am I packing up your dirty dishes?
You should have run this two more times in the type of a girl.
Yeah.
I know.
I used to feel that way about moving parties.
In college, I felt like it was like, oh, I'll buy pizza and beer.
And then I have to do physical labor for 12 hours.
Oh, let's do.
me think, hmm.
Yeah.
I say that, but honestly,
my senior year of college,
my friend asked me,
she was like,
if you come help me move,
I'll buy dinner.
And I was like,
all right,
fine.
And time,
you're like,
girl,
I will.
And I'm ordering
the most expensive
general south chicken
you ever heard,
honey.
I'm getting double rice
and I'm getting double chicken.
And I'm getting a milkshake.
On top of that.
On top of that.
Yeah,
and you know what's funny is,
it was just the two of us
and we moved for hours.
And you better believe
I got a double,
a double paddy.
hamburger bitch. You're a good friend. A friend that will help you move is a friend indeed.
I think so. So when I left college, I moved into my own space. My grandmother,
this, I come from a long line of strong, fierce woman. My grandmother, who at that point was
she was 69 years old. Okay. She helped me, myself and my grandmother only moved all of my
furniture, my bed, my dresser, everything, into my second floor walk-up apartment in the Bronx
in New York together. My grandmother carrying my dresser on her back, like up the stairs. In New York, too,
is crazy.
Girl.
Because you know the parking situation is crazy.
Yes.
We'll double parked.
I'm getting a ticket.
I'm getting told.
I'm like,
Grandma, you got it, girl.
I'm going to pull the car out.
I'll be right back.
Damn.
Yes, I love my grandma.
I love you.
Period.
We know you're a huge fan of the show.
I know you're a huge fan of the show.
But she watches everything I do.
I love that.
I know, no, because I'm pretty dirty.
Not everything.
Girl, not everything.
My grandma needs to watch.
And sometimes she's like,
oh yeah, I saw you.
I saw you on that show talking about,
you know, the duching.
thing and you're like grandma that wasn't me
that was my alter ego yeah that wasn't me
grandma like please grandma that was toned
so what have you been up to
how's life life is good life be life in
period which is my tour in January
okay I'm very excited and I'm so excited
for you I'm coming to do an LA show
and I would love to invite you and the boo
and it's on camera yes it's on camera
so you can't send you know definitely
but it's like this show I'm doing
I'm talking about my life in a really candid open way.
I'm talking about some really crazy, intimate things.
It's a mix of like stand-up, storytelling, and some music in there.
Oh, so fun.
People leave in the show and I get like the mentions and if we're like,
girl, I was not expecting to cry tonight.
Like what can I know?
It's like, it's getting real.
And you also can sing the house down.
Can I just fucking say when it has an incredible voice.
Thank you.
I'm pissed the fuck off about it.
All I got was funny.
I got hit with the funny shit and that's it.
Well, you don't do any type.
of music or instruments or anything?
No.
Really?
Not at all, girl.
I started, I asked for a keyboard for Christmas, like, when I was in probably seventh grade
and I got it.
And then I taught myself, like, three songs.
And then I was like, well, I think I pretty much got the gist.
Like, I just, like, moved on.
I was just like, I wish I had that in me.
I wish I could play piano.
I'm, like, proficient.
I could, like, like, you know, place, like, the bare minimum because I had to be proficient for
I did music ed in school.
Yeah.
But like I cannot play like that.
When I see people, when I see someone playing piano, it is so hot.
Right.
That's so true.
Yes, to get on piano, just get there and just whatever.
Right.
I know, but that's how I feel about singing too.
And then I was joking about this with my sister once,
but I was talking about how like, you know how sometimes,
and this is specifically to influencers,
because I'm an influencer.
I want to joke about being a dickhead online.
But like, sometimes when they want you to know they can sing or they're like
going to try to transition into singing,
they'll post like 15 seconds.
of them doing a little riff, and they'll be like,
I don't know, drafts, right?
This just sing, right?
That's why I always say, just sing.
And I was laughing about it, but then I started thinking,
I'm like, but let me find out I can sing as if I do,
I'm going to do the same shit, and I'm a hypocrite.
Sorry.
Well, you know, Frank Sinatra found out late in life that he could sing
and became Frank Sinatra.
So it may be a secret talent that you don't even know, girl.
And you know what?
You've never seen me and Frank Sinatra in the same room.
So who's to say, really?
Sometimes I hope, sometimes I think I'm like, maybe I am an amazing singer.
And then maybe I just find the right song.
You might, girl, you might.
But I love your voice.
I think you're a fantastic singer.
Thank you.
And you're fucking hilarious.
Thank you.
And I know you have your new podcast, which is so exciting.
Yes, Monet Talk.
Yes, let's talk about it.
Okay, so I like you, I think we have this a comment.
I love to talk.
Yes.
Talking to my favorite thing to do.
Period.
Every report crowd was always
Kevin is really smart
He won't shut up
I had to move Kevin across the room again
Please like I've always been a talk
I love talking
And I had the fuckouts with Bob
But I was like you know
We have our own dynamic
But I used to my show exchange rate
My talk show
Yeah I used to love having guests
I bet you have like RuPaul
All kind of crazy people on there
And I wanted to kind of invoke that energy again
And totally
Yeah this is fun
Like I love talking to people
Talking to people about their lives
But also like finding out
Are you an Instagram type of girl
Or like are you not?
because Instagram is a shady business.
Right.
Yeah.
I think so.
Yeah, they're shady.
They do not respect your food.
They will get you the shittiest bananas they can find.
I'm like, did you run over these bananas with your car before you brought them to my door?
And don't let me get a male Instacart driver.
Girl.
Because cancel my order and give me a mystery bag instead.
The worst.
Fuck out of here.
The worst.
They don't even try.
They don't care.
I had, I'm not even kidding, a week ago.
I got, I had a pretty big order because I needed some stuff.
But I needed a duvet cover.
Right.
And I was like, okay, I need a new duvet cover.
And then they're pretty standard duvet covers.
Yeah.
It was for Target.
And it's like probably a 60 year old man that's doing it.
And then he messages me, he goes, there's no duvet covers.
And I go, you're in Target, so I find that really hard to believe.
Impossible.
That's actually impossible that they don't have any.
He goes, I check, they don't have any.
Sends me a picture, nothing but duvet covers.
Hey, queen.
Let's try reading.
Gary, get it together.
I see at least four in this.
Like, come on.
Yeah.
Yeah, they're just, they're shopping for you with, with reckless abandon.
They barely hear.
They're, it's horrible.
No, no, no, no, no.
I can't mess with it.
You want to know something crazy one time.
I was really sick.
And I was on my period at the same time.
And I needed, my washer and dryer were broken.
And I needed underwear, like clean underwear, obviously.
Yeah.
But I needed like regular looking at it, not a thong or something because obviously I'm on my
period.
Yeah.
And I had to order.
I ordered it from Instagram because it was late.
And my man was like, let me just go to the store.
And I was like, no, please don't leave.
Like, I feel so sick.
I don't want to be alone.
Yeah.
And so I ordered it.
Of course, it's a man that gets my order.
And then I'm like, God, he's going to get me the worst underwear in the world.
My legs are going to turn purple because it's going to be too small.
And I was like, fuck.
And I was like, such a bad mood.
And then he sent me the most detailed pictures.
He was like, okay, they have brief bikini cut thong.
And he's like, they have a multicolor pack, black, or all white.
And I was like, okay.
And I was like, okay.
King, I said one of each.
He said one of multicolored, one in black.
I said, yeah, he said, okay, perfect.
I'll get both.
Do you want to try the other one too?
I said, no, that's fine.
He drops him off when I tell you that's the best underwear I have now, girl.
I'm not kidding.
Okay, so we need to find his, we need to docks him because he, that's an eligible bachelor.
Okay.
Yes, that's great.
I was shocked.
I was like, because all it was in my order was literally just three packs of underwear, that's it.
I love that.
And then he was giving me, he's like, okay, are you sure you don't want me to look around?
I could do one more lap.
I said, no, King, you did your job.
I appreciate you.
Thank you.
He's like, this one is some,
I'm just some cotton.
I just feel like a little crease when you,
you know what I mean?
I love that.
Imagine he messages me again,
and he goes,
no, send me a picture of you in them.
Wow. You ruined it.
You ruined it.
Recently, like last year,
I was walking,
I was in Target.
This is not sponsored by the target,
by the way,
but you should sponsor the show.
Right.
Okay.
And I walked to the Target,
and I'm in the aisle getting something,
but in next to it was the female,
the female hygiene stuff.
Okay.
Pads and tampons and stuff.
Yeah.
And then so,
I'm,
I'm here.
I'm gonna, I hate these two women, like, this woman is on the phone,
talking to someone, another woman on the phone,
and she's like, being like really quiet about like what she's asking.
She's like, hey, to you, and I was like,
this is none of my business.
But I was like, and please, I know this is not my place,
but I want you to talk with your chest, girl.
Right.
Do not like, do not feel the need to for me or anyone in the house today.
Talk about what you need, a heavy flow, blah, blah, blah.
And like, see that, like, don't be embarrassing about it.
She's like, I'm like, I'm like, thank you.
I needed to hear that.
I was like,
Yeah, girl, just say this shit out loud.
Right.
Why don't, it's a human function that we let
happen, literally more than half the population does.
Right.
Amen.
Right.
And I love that you said that.
I think that's really sweet.
I remember when I was younger, I was like in high school when I was still using
or pads, when I was still using pads.
And I remember one time I was talking my sister.
I was like, I hate putting them on at school because I feel like sounds like I'm
doing arts and crafts in the fucking bathroom.
It's like, shh, shh, shh, right?
Like, it's just so fucking loud.
It sounds like, no crow.
It's loud as fuck.
And then everyone knows I'm putting a fucking diaper between my legs
I'm walking around with a pool noodle between my fucking thighs
And then like my sister I'll never forget my sister goes
I don't give a fuck when I open them I'm like really she goes no because I need it
So I want to whack her yes I love that I think I'm hearing that and first of all my sister's a lesbian
Need to mention that every episode
But I shouldn't know then I should have known then my sister was like who gives a fuck right?
She's like no everybody gets him who cares and then I was like actually that's tea
I never forgot that because now I never care about how quiet.
For some reason I would get so embarrassed, it was so quiet in there.
Yeah.
As if no one in that bathroom knows what that is, please.
And then I'm in my house, like in both my guest bathrooms,
I make sure I'm stuck with tampons, pads, everything.
So just in case.
Oh, that's so sweet.
Yeah.
But again, when I was a kid, like, you know, not until the past five years, I've been conscious of it.
But now, now that I've, not a peek behind the curtain of odds.
I'm like, oh, yeah, like, I need to be more conscious and thoughtful about that.
That's really sweet.
I love that.
Speaking of us, what a weird transition.
We love Wicked.
So good.
We love it.
So are you good?
Speaking of periods, we love Wicked.
And I was just telling you, I was so jealous because someone are my friends and people I'm obsessed with and Paras socially obsessed with like they're at the Wicked premiere.
And I was like, oh my God, I wish I was there.
But I couldn't go because I was in Colorado doing a role with Denver, with Colorado opera.
But I was just.
Yeah, the opera.
mind you.
But you know, but I would have, and I'm so grateful for the offer.
Thank you so much for having me off for Colorado.
Yes, of course.
But to be going to the premiere of Wicked, like seeing it.
It was crazy.
I'm sure.
I will ask you, I want to ask you my question, though.
One of my fun questions I was asking on the carpet.
Yeah.
I asked Bob to this question.
So I did a fuck Mary Kill.
Uh-huh.
But with songs from the movie.
So I did The Wizard and I, Defying Gravity, and What is This Feeling?
Okay.
Right.
Okay.
I'd love to know your answer.
Okay.
I'm going to.
fuck to find gravity right that was pretty popular yeah because i mean a little orgasmic
cynthia rivo her version of it is unbelievable incredible i got chills like she's here
like she's singing right now well drew it is christmas and we have a surprise here at you at your show
imagine i open this up she's inside it she's that small though she really could fit
okay girl so jigs and i really sorry right a d ADHD no you're talking i did that thing for for for the premiere
did a thing with her and Ariana.
Yes.
And when I tell you,
Cynthia and Ariana walked in a room,
they were literally a fifth of my size.
Girl.
And I'm in heels.
Teeny, teeny tiny.
Towering over these women.
They're probably,
the security was like,
whoa,
we need to hold us back.
No, for real.
They are just teeny tiny ladies.
They're bite size.
Bight size.
Like truly so small.
And they were in heels and still like me at my waist.
Anyway,
okay, so fuck Define Gravity.
Right.
The Wizard and I,
what's the other one?
What is this feeling?
Um,
Because of the choreo, I'm going to say, marry, what is this feeling, loathing?
Fun, love.
And I had to kill the Wizard of Night.
Although I love that song, too.
I know me too.
That's tough.
I love that.
Would you consider yourself an Elfabha or an Glinda?
So Bob and I had this conversation.
Right.
And I think that in our dynamic, I think he is the Elphaba.
The Elphaba.
And I'm the Galinda.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think so.
What about just by yourself?
She's mind myself, I'm Elfa, girl.
Right.
I'm misunderstood.
Right.
And I'm mean as fuck.
That's mine.
Right.
I don't give it damn what anybody thinks.
I'll dance from my goddamn self.
You know what I'm saying?
Right.
When I saw that Ozdas ball scene.
Oh my God.
I, okay, well, I watched it at the premiere.
That was the first time I'd ever seen it.
Obviously, when I, my sister and I, first of all, both sobbing quietly, trying to be.
I was crying so hard, I thought I was going to have to go to the bathroom.
Like, I was like, I could excuse myself.
I'm like, losing it.
my mind. Like I'm literally having a heart attack. Like something's wrong with me. And also I, can
I just say, I don't care about the goat song. Oh my God. Okay. I hate that song. So in my
Apple, like I download the whole album obviously. And I deleted, I deleted from library that one. Right.
And I also deleted from library a sentimental man. Because when I listen to the thing in full,
I just don't want to hear those. No shade. No shade. Uh, Peter Dinklage. You're a
incredible.
I know.
Mr.
Man, Mr.
Wiz.
Jeff Goldblum,
you're incredible.
But when I'm listening
to the flow of the songs,
I just don't need to hear.
Show me the girls.
Yeah,
help me the girls.
Let me hear the girls.
I don't want to hear.
That's why I can't wait for our part two.
Act two.
Which is coming in a four,
and next half moon.
It's like,
why we have to wait a year?
I know.
I don't know.
But I was like,
the second act is like my favorite act.
No good deed?
Girl.
And thank goodness
I am going to climax when I hear no good deed
Okay, I just can't wait
I can't imagine what they're going to do
Oh, I can't wait
Who's gonna be so good
We're only talking about Wicked now
Don't care, love it
Huge fan
Okay, I have a question for you
Okay, let's hear it
When did Santa be got, when did was, when did
The Santa illusion drop?
Yeah, go away for you.
Do you remember what age you were?
No, I don't remember what age like exactly
And that's honestly a credit to my parents because my parents were doing like there was never one present under my tree until Christmas morning.
Never one.
Same.
So I would wake up and be like, same.
My parents couldn't have done this.
There's far too many.
Right?
Like I would just always think that it's probably just I aged out of it.
I think I just like middle school, maybe like.
Middle school.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think I was.
I was nine when it happened.
Okay.
Because up until nine, I was full.
I was like, yo.
Santa, like, this nigga is
Fias.
He's all over the world.
He's out of here like this.
He's hustling, dude.
He is magic.
And then at night,
and my,
Christmas when I was nine,
my mom said,
she sent me in her room to get something.
Like, it was one of those things,
like she was in the living room and I had to go get,
whatever.
I was like, fine.
I went to her room.
And it was like,
I don't know magic.
I was something,
like I heard a little voice said,
look into the closet.
And I was like,
I saw some presents wrapped in there.
And I was like, that's interesting.
And I woke up in the next morning, and it was the same presence that were in her
cloths under the tree.
I was like, did you confront her?
I did not.
I never, until this moment.
And I said, well, and she comes out.
And I was like, and I remember being so hard.
I was like, oh, my God, he's not real.
But I also, also as a kid, I was like, but kudos to my parents for really doing that.
That's how I felt too.
Exactly.
I felt the same way.
And I remember too, like sometimes like when I started getting a little bit older, I would say like elementary school.
I started feeling impressed by my friends because I was like, no, he is real.
Like I was I was like, you'd think I was defending him in court, bitch.
I was like, you guys don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
And I was and I'm over going a big fucking know it all.
So of course I'm like, you're wrong.
You're wrong. You're wrong.
You're wrong.
And so I remember I would like do shit to like prove it.
So I would like write letters to Santa, but I would like leave them by the.
tree and I'm like this is specifically for Santa and if he's for real he'll write back to me and I
know he will. And I remember one year I did it because I was so pissed off at this girl that kept
telling me he wasn't real. And I was like, I'm telling you he is and I'm going to prove it. So I like,
I wrote a letter and I like left it by the tree and I'm like, hey, he's going to respond. I know him.
I know him like I know I'm like myself. He's going to do it. And the next morning, I remember
running downstairs and I went to go get it. And this is before Christmas. So I was like,
Santa, this is an emergency.
So do what you've got to do.
Tap in.
Yeah, exactly.
Lock in with me.
Yeah.
And then when I went downstairs, like, I got a letter back, but it was on like Christmas
parchment paper.
Like it was like branded like monogrammed paper.
And the handwriting was so like, it was like such a script looking handwriting.
Like I knew what my mom's handwriting looked like.
I know what my dad's handwriting looked like.
And I was like, well, unless a white man broke in here and just did this shit, I know it's
Santa Claus.
And so I was so convicted.
I took it to school.
I showed that girl in my class.
And she was like, she was gagged, bitch.
I gagged her.
Yeah, she was like, and everyone was like, oh my God.
I was like, see, told you?
And then she was like, well, it's probably your parents.
I go, my parents don't write like that.
And I was showing her like things my mom had written, I guess.
I'm dead.
You know it all.
I'm a note of receipts.
Receipts up to my eyeballs, bitch.
I have them all.
I've thought of every possible thing she could have said, a burgo to my core.
And then she was like, what if it was.
is your cat who wrote it and I said case closed.
I just said that I said I won.
I won bitch.
You look like a fool.
Cats can't write.
I'm talking about Sanibing Group.
You fucking dumb ass.
Work.
Yeah.
So that was like I, that was probably when I was in like fourth or fifth grade.
So I think when I aged out of it, I just kind of was like my parents were doing the craziest shit.
That's fierce.
Committed though.
I love that.
That's fierce.
What would you say is your most fun or like memorable present you've ever gotten in your Christmases?
Oh, my most memorable present.
Oh, I'll tell you.
It was around the time Home Alone was really, Home Alone was popping.
Okay.
Lost in New York.
Yeah, lost in New York.
Which I was last night at the, the triggering party we had, a few, whatever.
I was asking people, I was like, which one is more iconic?
Home Alone One or Home Alone 2?
I'm a Home Alone 2 stand.
Really?
Yeah, I think of the New York connection.
And like, I just love Home Alone 2.
Home loan two was huge, I will say.
It had, not Tim Horton, what's his name?
Tim Curry.
I have no clue.
The man from Cassidy meets Wendy.
I have no clue.
Anyway, the guy who played the Bellman, the hotel guy.
Tim Curry.
It has the pigeon lady.
Oh, yes.
He has some iconic women in it.
True.
And so, Home Loan 2 was out.
It was popping.
And I asked for his, like, the walk, the talk back thing he had.
He would, like, record himself on a thing and play back to his parents.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I asked it up for Christmas and then like my mom was like you know
it's gonna be tough to get blah blah blah blah and I got it for Christmas and it was like
I don't know why I just loved that I had this thing from this iconic movie and I owned it too
I loved it so sweet though I love that love that you're like you never really think you're gonna get
that's so fun yeah I love that also the other I got a PlayStation
that was pretty big year too it was the first PlayStation I was like oh my god is it so cool
everyone would come up my house and play mortal combat and shit
Love the PlayStation
Are you a gamer girl?
I am a gamer girl
What kind of games do you like?
I like third person player
I hate first person
Yes
Oh my god, you're so mean
Yes
I hate first person
I hate first person like Halo
And Call of Duty
It's too much
Yeah, I can't do it
I don't like those kind of games
I like when I can see the person
I'm like running around
And do stuff like that
Love love love love
You're so mean
Did you play God of War
Ragnar Rock?
No I
But my fiancee played God of War
And that one's fun
I love God of War
That was really fun
Love God of War
I played
Have you played Red Dead Redemption
No, but I should.
Girl, that one, okay, I played that during COVID.
And when I finished, I was like playing it all the time, obviously,
because we had nothing but time during that time.
And I remember I was like so, I was in that weird transitionary period of my life because
I gotten fired.
And I had just barely started kind of doing TikTok.
So I was really lost at the time.
So I was like, I know what I'll do.
I'll play a video game.
And so I like balls deep in that game.
I played it all the time.
I would play until like two in the morning.
And when it finishes, like at the end, the ending's sad.
But like, you can also.
determine the ending. It ends the same regardless.
It's just like you're either a good person or a bad person.
I always have to be a good person in the games.
And then at the end, I was sobbing when it ended.
I was crying like I lost a family member.
And I was literally like, it's just, he's just such a good person.
It's like having a nervous breakdown.
Because I had such like a connection to him.
Okay.
I'm going to play it too then.
It's so fun.
I want to play Last of Us, love Last of Us.
Oh, my sisters played that one.
Oh, they're so good.
They're scary.
They are scary, but.
fun.
I'm going to play through Last of Us 2 again because I want to,
because season two of the show is coming out.
I don't remember how it goes.
That's a good idea.
Yeah.
I love that.
Have you played the Assassin's Creed games?
I never got into those.
No.
I never got into those.
Those ones are pretty fun if you want a mindless one where you can run around a lot.
There's a lot of fun because now I'm home.
Right.
Recuperating.
Right.
I want to play something cute.
Got a new game.
Yeah, new game.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I will replay a game over and over again.
Me too.
I've actually done that too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think it's fun.
I played through Final Fantasy 10 like three times out.
Because I think it's one of my, I think it's my top favorite video game of all times.
Tea.
I've never played that one.
But I don't like the other Final Fantasy games.
Like I don't like seven.
I don't like four.
I don't like anyone except 10.
So I don't know what that means, but it's the only one I like.
That's so fun.
It's also the gayest one I think too.
Yeah.
That's why you feel so connected.
Yeah.
She's like always doing like summoning.
Her summonings are so, I'm like she's basically vulgaring.
She's like, summoning these goddesses and shit.
I love her.
I like that.
I like that about her.
I know I laugh because when I play like,
if I play like GTA or something like that,
I like to play like the storyline.
But if I like play with my sister,
she likes to just fucking run around,
which is fun too.
I like to run around.
But sometimes when we play together,
I'm like,
Dase, come over here.
Yeah.
I'm like you.
I'm like you.
We're staying mission focused.
Yeah,
because this is why I can't play Breath of the Wild,
the Breath of the Wild link game.
Oh, yes.
I've heard of that one.
Yeah,
because it's like one of those open.
world games, but girl, you
can spend 40 hours riding
horses in the desert. I'm like, what is the
mission? We need to save the princess.
We gotta save the princess. I don't like this
jack around shit. I don't like it.
No, no, no, no, no. I'm like, you. I want to
do the mission and like focus. There's a newer
game that just came out called Black
Myth Wu Kong. Have you heard of this game?
No. It sounds problematic.
I'm like, should I play it?
Oh, no.
It's like a fantasy game.
But you're like, you're a literal, this sounds awful now that you said this, but you're a literal monkey, like an actual monkey.
You're like a red-furred monkey.
It's like, he looks like a, I don't, what kind of monkey is that?
I don't know what it is, me acting like I know the difference of monkeys.
It's just like, it's one with red fur and he has like a really long tail and really big ears.
And like, that's the person you play as, which hate that.
Immediately hate that.
I told one of my fiance was like, just try it.
Like, I think you'll like it.
It's like an open, it's an open world game.
It's a mission focus game, whatever.
And I was like, I'm having, I'm having trouble connecting to the monkey.
I'm spiritually.
I'm having, I'm having trouble connecting to him.
I don't know.
We'll see.
And I was like, I was trying it.
And that game is like reviewed, I guess, to be very difficult to play.
Like the storyline is really hard no matter how, what level you fucking put it at.
Yeah.
Bitch, when I tell you, I'm only running around for a couple minutes and then I have to
fight two bosses already.
And I have no weapons, no skills.
I don't know how to do shit.
I'm pissed off.
Yeah, I'm angry.
Yeah, and so I played.
And then of course, as soon as I got killed at least three times, I was like,
well, now all of my other plans are shot because I have to sit here and I have to beat this.
And I got nothing else to do.
My whole day's taken now.
And then I literally haven't played it since after I played for hours just that one day.
And it's literally because I don't like losing that many times.
Yeah.
I was like, it's too hard.
There's not enough like, let me fuck around.
Let me like figure it out.
Let me learn my moves.
Literally me as a kid playing Fries Bandicoot.
and like my big brother.
I loved that fucking game.
But you go back and play those games.
They were hard for someone in just barely getting to double-digit age.
I'm like nine and a half trying to play this game.
Like I'm like crying because I can't beat the stupid platform game.
I'm like, Sean, can you please do it for me, please?
That's so funny.
That's how I was too about games.
I would make my dad do it if I couldn't do it.
But then when he couldn't do it, I was like, oh, good.
I was like, I feel valid.
I feel good about it.
I love Crash Bandico and the Spiro games.
Spiro.
The dragon one.
Yes, I loved those games.
We are soul sisters.
Look at us.
We're the same.
Yes.
We're the same.
Love.
Okay, period.
Okay, wait, let's transition into this.
Sorry.
I don't.
No, I love it.
I love it.
It's the best.
Okay, so our topic for today,
we have boyfriends and husbands who overlook their partners during the holidays
while expecting them to do all the work.
Like, basically all the basic domestic stereotype gives.
Tree trimming, but with no help.
Right?
So it's a tree trimming party, but it's just you at the party by yourself.
or not helping with cooking, cleaning, hosting, all of that stuff.
Do you like hosting?
I love hosting.
Me too.
I love hosting.
Especially holidays.
Do you host?
No, because I don't love holidays.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
I'm literally the Grinch.
But I love to host.
I do love to host.
I host game nights per really often.
People roll through.
By the way, I would love you to come over for a game night.
Oh, girl, don't threaten me with a good time.
Nicole by all these, just play stupid games.
I love a game night.
And I just pretend.
I just eat do a bunch of mushrooms and pretend I can know what's going on.
I get high as fuck too and I sit there.
Exactly.
But I love hosting.
Okay, perfect.
Because I will go out.
I get all the drinks and foods and snacks.
I want everyone to have a good time.
Right.
I love hosting a party.
Me too.
Yes.
And like I feel like I love to host, but I love to host the way you do too, which is like,
provide everything and just come and have a good time.
Yeah.
It's always fine.
I mean, I'm coming for the party too.
Right.
Like, I want to have a good time.
But I'm also, I have a little OCD.
So like, why everyone's having a good time, I'm always cleaning up to because like I don't
like my birthday.
Like my brain gets crazy.
So I try to balance, well.
You're like, and you're not having fun?
Yeah.
You're like, I'm going to have fun.
I'm not having fun.
You're like, I'm going to have so much fun.
But I love having fun doing that too, though.
You know what I mean?
I feel you.
Like seeing everyone else have fun, it makes me have fun.
You're so me.
Yeah, 100%.
I'm like, sometimes I would like tell my fiance, I'm like,
do you think everybody's having a good time?
And he's like, yeah, of course they are.
Literally, meet my boyfriend.
Oh my God.
I was like, do you think so?
Okay, cool.
I just want to make sure.
I just want to make sure everybody the vibes are high.
100% love.
Okay, perfect.
You're just like me.
So for this one, we have this first one.
Okay, this is a response video to a skit called how guys buy girls gifts for Christmas where two guys are shopping for their girlfriends, but they keep buying things they want for themselves.
And a man admits that he once bought his girlfriend a vintage, trivial pursuit game just because he wanted it.
Women in the comments were started to share their own real life experiences with disappointing gifts.
Have you ever gotten a disappointing gift?
from a like romantic partner?
Okay, yes.
Okay, yes.
Last year.
Hi, babe.
Last year, my, and my boyfriend is normally really good at getting gifts.
Okay.
He's really good at like listening and like the thing about like Valentine's Day or birthday or Christmas.
I feel like.
Oh my God.
That's a good one.
They forget that.
But, and I never said I wanted to this, but he got kind of works.
is where I was talking about earlier.
He got me a PlayStation portal.
Okay.
And which is a nice gift.
Yeah,
that's the portable version of the PS5.
But,
you know,
in true Sony fashion,
it's not like a switch.
Like,
you can't just pick it up
and,
like, play anywhere.
It doesn't work.
It doesn't work.
I'm pissed off at it.
Yeah, you know what I mean?
I'm so serious.
I've tried to play,
I've tried to play the Witcher on it.
And I was like,
girl,
this thing doesn't work unless I'm right next to it.
Literally.
What's the voice?
So,
and like,
you know,
travel a lot.
Yeah.
Like,
I want to be able to be at a hotel and be like, okay, I'm going to play my thing.
Okay.
It's impossible.
I see.
Oh, so is, I see where his mind was at.
Exactly.
Just in practice, the product's not very good.
It's not a good product.
I don't know.
What's wrong with that thing?
Girl, I try, I literally try it on one.
And now it just, I literally played it one time ever.
Me too.
That's so funny.
That is so funny.
You say that because I got it for the same reasons.
I was like, okay, when I travel, I'll take this with me and that'll be something nice.
That's not my phone that I can play.
And then it doesn't work.
It doesn't work.
It has no signal and then you need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
It has to be.
It's a mess.
My fiance tried to play it sitting in our room.
Like he was like, let me try it in the room.
So, because we have a PS5 in the living room.
So he went in the room and it still wasn't working.
Still doesn't work.
Yeah, it's a mess.
It's a waste.
Like, where he's like, but he understands, but I think.
And they're not cheap.
They're not cheap, girl.
Even his spirit, he's like, I really want you to play.
And I'm like, well, it doesn't work.
I mean, maybe I can like sell it to someone.
I don't know.
Yeah.
That's a disappointing gift.
Yeah, that's fair though.
But his heart was in the right place.
Yes, and it would have been a great gift if it worked.
Yeah.
Right?
Okay, too.
He also got to be a dice in one year because I, so I'm like, this is a gift for the house.
This is for us.
Us.
This is not a solo gift, girl.
You know, but then also when I, when I get a shaded gift because I am a Pisces and, well, a Pisces is Aquarius Cuss when I'm a little vindictive.
So for your next gift, going to be, uh-huh, huh, half measures, available of half.
measures girl so when it's your time for me give you a gift it's going to be
reflective of the gift you gave me before hello I don't think I've ever
gotten one like if I did get one it would be similar like that like where I'd be
like damn it doesn't work I don't think I've ever gotten one though where I was like from
a partner romantic partner where I was like yeah yeah like my sister and I talked about
it recently like the only gifts I've ever gotten that I thought were like bad
were like, they're almost like from family members
that don't really know you that well.
So they kind of just get you whatever.
Yeah.
To which I'm always like money works.
Money.
Money and gift cards.
Yeah.
If you're an extent of family,
just get me money or a gift card.
Or a bottle of alcohol.
Yeah, you can't go wrong with that.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
Or like me.
You don't try to give me a shirt or a dress like it.
They're like, oh, I know you do drag now.
Here's this dress.
Yeah, I do drag, but I don't dress ugly.
Right.
Like, girl, you went to Ross and got me.
it is $26 dress and you thought you ate.
Well, you should throw it up
because it's horrible.
I know, I feel like
my sister and I had that kind of stint with like.
Exema is unpredictable.
But you can flare less with ebbgly.
A once monthly treatment for moderate to severe eczema.
After an initial four-month or longer dosing phase,
about four and 10 people taking ebb glist,
achieved itch relief and clear or almost clear skin at 16 weeks.
And most of those people maintain skin that's still more clear
at one year with monthly dosing.

Extended family that they would get us either matching things and we're like teens.
Yeah, matching things just like once purple, one's pink, like, okay, well, I'm 19, but thank you.
It's like shit like that or oh, one time I said like my in-laws, it was like extended.
family on my in-laws side.
So, like, they never really see them.
They didn't know me at all.
This was their first time meeting me.
And I, and this was probably the second year I was dating my fiance.
So I'm, like, fairly new.
So I'm not expecting anything from extended family at all.
I brought something for everyone because I'm brown and it's just I can't help it.
But it was, like, bottles of wine and shit like that, just to be polite.
And they were like, oh, we got you something too.
It was like an extended family member.
And I was like, oh, really?
Like, for me?
And they were like, yeah, yeah.
Like, of course.
like we know it's like you know you're with billy and we love you guys and blah blah blah like
they're like really gassing the gift and they're like oh we just we had to get you when we thought of you and
like yeah of course i was like okay and they got it and it was like these fancy like truffle chocolates
which i was like oh that's so sweet like thank you like and so when i was looking at the gift
later in the day i was like it had like a picture on the back like it was in a bag it clear it was
clear the bag came with the chocolates and so it had a little like diagram on the back of like what truffle
chocolates were in there. And I was like, oh, cool. And then I was like, well, let me open it. So I took out
the box and a card fell out. And I was like, oh, shit, I didn't even know they wrote me a card.
And I like, oh, and I opened the card. And it was a very detailed card to the couple that gave it to
me from tenants who live in their building because they're like maintenance people. But it was a very
detailed like, you guys are the best. You always help fix my sink. You're like the nice. And I read
the whole thing. I go, oh, this kid wasn't for me.
for me.
And I was like, oh, okay.
And then I'm like reading the intimate details in that card.
I was like, well, this seems like a really meaningful gift for y'all.
Like, I was like, well, shit.
And then I had to laugh.
There's no way you can't laugh.
I'm like, well, the thought was there.
Yeah.
But I know it's on the way out there like, oh, shit, Billy has a new girlfriend.
Grab that bag right there.
There's a chocolate.
You know what I'm saying?
I've definitely re-gifted things before, but I made sure it wasn't.
Me too.
That's my point.
I'm like, I trust me.
get it.
Yeah.
Like you, and I think like, that's where I think if it's like a spouse that's new to the family,
I think you can't go wrong with a gift card or candles, right?
Or maybe like lotion or something.
I don't know.
A blanket.
Yeah.
Everyone needs a blanket.
Right.
That's a California.
I use a blanket.
Especially if we're like adults.
I feel like those are.
And then kids, I feel like are easy to buy for.
Oh, for sure.
Yeah.
For sure.
And then what teens just get the money.
Yeah.
You just want money.
They don't, they don't care of anything about money.
I love when kids are so.
blunt about about gifts like it makes me laugh.
Mm-hmm.
Like I remember one time my, my cousin, like, so my cousin, her, like, her dad is my mom's
brother and he's, um, a USC fan.
So he's been to USC.
And he's just a die hard USC fan.
And so everything he loves USC visors, USC coolers.
Like he's just one of those kinds of guys.
And so he would get stuff for her all the time.
He only has one child.
She's a girl.
And she's very girly.
She loves girly stuff.
But when she was like a child, like probably like nine,
they were like, okay, let's open gifts because we were like doing small gifts on Christmas Eve.
And she opens it and she's like, not more USC stuff.
And she starts sobbing.
We're all laughing.
And then she's like, I don't want this.
Because she was like nine years old.
hilarious.
I love how honest kids are.
It kills me.
Do you have one of kids in your family?
My brother has four kids.
But like when I was younger, we used to celebrate our Christmas as like big family together.
But not everyone is kind of like, he's like his wife and his kids.
I feel like everyone is separate a little bit.
Yeah.
I don't see many little kids during the holidays.
Okay.
My partner's family has some younger kids.
Oh, nice.
Really, they're like between like 9 and 18 now.
So they're like little kids.
Yeah.
And it's kind of easy.
I feel like kid, you're like, you're right.
Money, gift cards.
Just money and gift cards.
Yeah.
That's all they want.
Also being in opposition, like we get like, you know, I'm sure you get a lot of PR packages.
Hell yeah.
Baby, I will re-gift some things in the VR package.
So fast.
Sometimes they come so pretty.
I'm like, well, that's going and someone's stocking.
100%.
100%.
Because also you just can't use the amount of things you get.
I know.
Absolutely.
The amount of makeup I have.
I have enough makeup to fill this room.
I know.
That's why I know.
And I always think too, like even, and you know, I'm sure you do this too because you
love to host.
Sometimes when people come to my house when I'm hosting, I'm like, everyone,
grab a grocery bag.
Yep.
Go in that room.
Yes.
And take whatever the fuck you want.
Take whatever you want.
want. And I like sometimes they'll be like oh do you want me to show it to you I'm like I wouldn't
notice. If it's gone take it. Take whatever you want. Yeah like because I try to empty it as often as I can
and donate it. Yeah. But there's just so much of it and it's just like just take it like I'll literally like you need
a new skincare routine. Get in there girl. Yeah, girl. Get to work. Get to work. Also some some companies
they like go like I remember one year I don't know if you when um Doritos released those
dipping sauces. Do you get it that year? I got there a new flavored Doritos. I got that one.
Girl, to my door showed up a pyramid that was at least like, I want to say three and a half, four feet tall, like a pyramid, like a big ass pyramid for two dipping sauces.
And I was like, this is insane.
The marketing for this is crazy.
Girl, I think that all the time.
It was like two.
And like at the top of like the pyramid, we just pull out these two drawers and there was like a dipping sauce and this big of cheese ranch.
The other one was like another thing.
And I was like, this big-ass pyramid for those two dipping sauces is wild.
But I was like, work dirty.
I know.
Sometimes they're extras fuck.
Like I did a Miller Light deal.
And they, but this I needed.
They like dropped off.
It was a keg stand.
Like it holds a keg.
And it's like a giant present like humongous.
It was up to like my shoulder.
It was huge.
And it's all metal.
And it came with like a big bucket to put a keg in.
And then it holds a Christmas.
history. And so it was enormous. And it was when it was dropped off, it was on a palette. And the,
the man who dropped it off was a hundred. And he was like, do you care if I just leave this pallet?
Like my back hurts. I was all, I guess not. I care, but now I can, now I feel bad if I say,
I'm like, I actually don't want a palette in my garage, but you seem like you're not really
asking. You're just fucking. And I told like, it's so funny. I was like anyone that came over.
I was, well, do you guys like Miller Light or know anyone that likes Miller Light?
Do any of you want that?
Damn. My dad was trying so hard to take it.
My mom was like, that thing is ugly.
No.
Because it is.
It's enormous.
And I don't even remember who I gave it to.
I gave it to someone, but they were like, I'm going to take this to my brother's frat house.
And I was like, perfect.
Perfect.
You're the home for it.
Yeah, 100%.
Yeah.
I know what you mean.
It's just, it's too much.
It's too many things.
Too many things, girl.
And I am not a hoarder.
Like, I love throwing shit away.
Me too.
I do not hoard things.
Same.
Yeah.
Same.
I'm like, it doesn't spark joy.
Bye.
Bye.
Yeah, throw the trash.
Okay, well, these are some of the comments about awful gifts people have gotten.
Like this one says, my ex is a giver of what he likes.
He does it with the kids too.
He believes his taste and interests are superior.
He can't lower himself to buy things he thinks are unworthy.
Damn.
Then don't buy guests then.
I know.
Then don't expect things from other people.
No, for real.
It's so funny.
We were talking, my mom's sister and I were talking about this on the way down here,
but we were saying how like sometimes when men are so convicted,
like straight men are so convicted that they're a good gift giver
it's like because they buy shit that they would want
and I said whereas women and other people that are not straight men
they tend to listen to what you want and get you something like that
yeah it's like I don't care if I like it you like it
defeats the purpose of a gift it's gonna kind of curse
no yeah of course you had fucking gift
it's ridiculous
We'll go on to the next video.
So in this video, a man is recording his family on Christmas morning, and he films all the kids opening their stockings, films his own stocking, and then films an empty stocking sitting on the couch.
And he says, whose is this?
And his wife says, why is it empty?
And his wife says, Santa forgot about me, I guess.
And the man laughs.
And the caption says that this woman's husband forgot to fill her stocking for 10 straight years.
10 years?
10 years?
A decade?
Oh, don't waste a second more run.
I know, right?
A decade.
Being forgotten by your husband for 10 years.
On Christmas?
It may seem so minimal.
Like, just as, like, I'm sorry, something like, well, well, it's just a stocking.
But that to me is a symptom of a bigger problem.
Exactly.
You know what I mean?
Of a bigger situation that's happening.
Yeah, exactly.
If it just, if this happened on Christmas, imagine the other way she's being forgotten about.
No shit.
Like, not even birthdays and anniversaries are out of the question.
I know.
Or honestly, maybe even sexually.
Like, he's not like one of these motherfuckers
That once he get his nut
Done
He's done
He's tired all of a sudden
Like when was the last thing
This woman had a great pleasurable sexual experience
From this man who forgot about her on Christmas
You know?
Ten years before she met this guy
The last one ten years ago
For real
It's like these comments
That God calmed down in the comments
My husband never remembers
Oh
Girl that's one of those things
Where they'll say something
That they think is so funny
and relatable and you're like, oh,
I know.
That sounds awful.
Terrible.
Like, it's like, it's,
it doesn't have to be that way, actually.
It doesn't need to be that way at all, actually.
You know, run, girl.
Like the way people are like, oh, girl,
my husband never remembers me either.
Hmm?
Like, baby, we're not,
we're not celebrating that.
Well, then I'm holding both your hands.
Like, what the fuck?
No.
I'm thinking of both of y'all in this moment.
Like, girl, my husband never remembers me.
I hope I have no idea who I am.
Oh, my husband hates me
He fucking hates me
This one says
All of y'all weirdos for attacking that man
How are you more mad at him than his own wife
Ridiculous internet warriors?
I don't know
His own wife
It's her fault that she didn't get any gifts
Right
And then this one says damn all the single women are mad as fuck
That's nothing
People love to like blame it on like
Or not blame it on or victimize a single woman
Like no like single woman are
If I was a single woman reading out of my bitch
I'm happy I'm not in that.
I'm happy that is not my reality.
I'm happy that this is not something I have to deal with every year for the past 10 years.
Exactly.
What?
It's like, yeah, it's like,
whew!
When you see that?
It's like that comment that sometimes people leave and they're like,
may this love never find me?
It's one of those.
That's how I feel when I see it.
Literally.
And also it's sad because it's like,
especially when I see,
because that's like one of those things where women,
sometimes women will post like things about their husbands being so thoughtless
and disrespect.
in a very obvious but not like flagrant way.
So it's not like they're being like physically abused or anything,
but they're being like neglected emotionally and it's very obvious.
Yeah.
And then everyone's like, oh girl, that's terrible.
And then when she follows up with videos and she'll say things like,
you guys don't even know him, it's not even that serious.
Like I remember a couple years ago, I was getting tagged in this video and it was like these,
this couple getting married and they were exchanging vows.
And this, this video went super,
on Twitter and stuff too because it was just that bad but all it was like you could hear her her vows were
very like intimate sentimental like they're supposed to be their fucking vows yeah his were like it was
like he was trying to be funny like do like almost like a roast like oh no and he was like
making jokes about having sex with her and like I promise to like put my my wiener inside you
every night at this time or whatever it was like gross weird disrespectful shit like
that.
And these are in the wedding vows.
Yes, girl.
Like, they're at the altar.
Like, he's reciting them and their parents are there.
They have children and their children are there to which I'm like.
And I remember I was getting tagged in it a million times.
And that girl, like, was getting, she kind of got mad that I was getting tagged,
even though I didn't say anything.
And she was like, you are all fucking single and you're all like mad.
That's how we joke around.
That's what we do.
Like, he's a big jokester.
He likes to joke.
Blah, blah, blah.
And I remember I kept getting.
tagged me it so much so that I was getting annoyed because I was like this is clearly awful and I'm
sending love and light her way that's pretty much all I can do yeah but like I talked about it and I was
like for those of you tagging me like I get it but I also I feel bad for women who are in this
situation and have to make peace with it so they find reasons to be okay with it 100% it's the same thing
as this with the gifts it's like you find reasons to make it feel less awful because it is awful
objectively. But I was like, but let's just say he's trying, he is a funny guy, right?
Is, are your wedding vows? Is that the time to start trying out new material? Like, I don't
give a fuck if you're the headmaster of Chuckles University, bitch. Why are you working a tight
five here? On our wedding day. Yeah, like in front of me and our family and the Lord,
fuck you. You know what I'm saying? Like that's, yeah, doing us, doing a roast of your wife
on your wedding day is. Oh, this will be hilarious.
That's how I feel like that's not the time to do that shit
You fucking bitch
For real
See this is why I'm scared to get married
What if like everything is going so well
At the wedding
I found out this person is there
I'm like
Well no but she's saying he
That's how he always was
So I guess she always knew
Yeah so it's like one of those
But that would be scary
If you got married and that's where they decided to show you
I know I'm like
They like they're finally like
Now I can be myself
I'm like call for the pre-nuff
Okay this is
These are comments from the last one about bad gifts, but I want to read them.
So this one says, my ex bought me a wee for Christmas.
I'm not even a casual gamer.
And I had asked for a nice drill and bit set.
And the we gift was never for me.
It was a gift for him.
And it was all a ruse.
First of all, a wee.
At your grown age.
Yeah.
Also, was this in 2007?
Like, this is, I hope it was a long time ago.
And you've since healed from that, from that horrible gift.
I hope so.
If it was recent, that'd be crazy.
Yeah.
You bought like a refurbished one.
Yeah, like you went on eBay and you got a Wii?
That's what you got on eBay.
Okay.
Yeah, getting, yeah.
A Wii is crazy.
A drill bit set.
Honestly, when I say something like, I wish I was more handy.
I need a drill bit set.
Oh, me too.
Are you handy?
No.
Yeah, me either.
Not at all.
Not at all.
And I don't, that's one of those things that I equate to like the car.
I'm like, I don't care.
Yeah.
Like, I'll find someone.
Like, I'll ask my man.
And if he doesn't know, I'll call my.
dad.
Yeah.
That's kind of my solution to everything.
Even like hanging pictures up.
Me too.
I will put a nail, bang it into the wall and pray to God.
I'm like, I think the picture will distance centered.
I don't know.
I'm just guessing.
Dude, when I was, I was like trying to hang something once and I called my dad to ask him
because I was home alone and my man was at work so I couldn't call him.
So I call my dad and he was like, well, it depends.
Is there like, you know, whatever the fuck is a stud?
A stud.
He's like, is there a stud?
I go, you're saying a lot of words at me.
I don't know what they mean.
I asked you, can I nail this into the wall?
Is something bad going to happen?
And my dad's like, it's not going to go in.
Why?
There's a stud back there.
What does that mean?
And my dad's all,
just leave it.
I'll come and I'll do it.
And I was like,
all right.
Why don't you say that for the beginning, dad?
Hello?
I know.
I was like,
I was telling my mom something the other day about something in stalled.
Because my dad,
like my man can do most handy things,
but like electrical work he can't do.
My dad for some reason can.
He like taught himself how to do it.
So he's hung up all my ring cameras like,
like door belt, my lights, like everything.
My dad does all that shit for me.
And like some, my mom was telling me something.
And I was like, she goes, I think you need to buy like these attachments for it.
And I was like, okay.
And she goes, yeah, if you buy it and have it at the house, then you can like, you know,
have someone install.
And I go.
And by that you mean, I'll tell my dad to be here tomorrow and he'll install it.
Yeah.
And I go, perfect.
Awesome.
That's one of those things are I'm like, I don't care.
You can do it.
Oh, 100%.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Either that, oh, I will, I will command strip my way out of anything.
Okay.
I will command strip.
We will make it work.
We will make it work with the Camastrope, girl.
I love, I love a hook that goes with a command thing on the back.
100.
Yeah, yeah.
I'll put 50 back there.
I know.
My TV on the wall.
Yeah, well, there are $3,072 command strips holding that TV on the wall, girl.
Holding that bitch up.
There's an earthquake.
We're fucked.
But right now, it's great.
It's great.
I know.
I wish I was more handy.
But then I also think, nah.
Yeah.
I don't have room up here for it.
You know?
I just call it to ask rabbit or...
For real.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Or some other person that could do it.
I even like shit with the car.
Like I remember one time I had to drop my car up to get new tires.
Like all four of them were bald as fuck and I needed to replace them.
Oh, damn.
Whatever that means.
So like they called me and they were like, oh, like we wanted to talk about the tires.
And he was like asking me all these fucking questions that I don't know.
Gibberish.
Girl, he could have been casting spells on me.
for all I fucking know.
The carburetor in the rear axle wheel of the cartilage.
Exactly.
So he's like, well, it depends.
Did you turn the V6 over the V8-5?
And I'm like, I don't know what you're saying.
I don't know what that means.
I don't speak whatever that is.
That is, yeah.
So when he was telling me, I go, I am not sure.
And he goes, well, you don't know if like, he was like, okay, well, do you know?
And ask me again, another question I could not recite to you if my life depended on it.
And then I said, you.
you know, it might be easier if I just tell you this.
The only thing I know about that car other than it's mine is that it's gray.
That's it.
I don't know.
Shit past that.
So, and that made him kind of laugh.
And I go, so whatever you're going to ask me, can you just like send it to me in an email and I'll ask my dad?
Literally.
Yeah.
You sound like you're trying to take advantage of me.
No, because I want to call my dad.
Mechanics, I feel like they always are.
Right.
You always sign up for something.
Then they find something else.
And then you thought they're going to be paying $300.
And now you're paying $800.
Like how?
Exactly.
How did y'all hike this up so much?
And you know what?
I was like, and am I what misogynist believe every woman to be a stupid bitch when I go to the mechanic?
Yes.
Yes.
But you don't know that.
You don't know that.
So I'm like, am I that person when I go there?
Yeah.
I feel like the dumbest bitch alive when I have to go to the mechanic.
But that's probably why I hate it.
That's why I don't want to learn anything.
Same.
Because I was like, whatever.
But also when I'm going to go to the mechanic, this is what I do because I think I'm going to psych him out, right?
I find out what's wrong with my car?
And I Wikipedia the shit out of that one issue.
So I'll walk and I'm like, yeah, on the V6,99-0.
It's like, because you need to like recalibrate the auto, the autobiography.
Then they'll throw some shit on.
I'm like, mm-hmm.
And then you take your chips and leave the casino.
Yeah, I got to just leave.
And then they'll throw some other thing at me.
I'm like, well, did this happen?
I'm like, yes.
That's a good point.
Yeah.
And I'm like, okay, yeah.
Let me get a second opinion.
Okay, this last one says, and this is also a bad gift,
It's once my ex bought me merch from my favorite, quote, favorite episode of a TV show we both liked.
I had never seen that season and he spent half an hour trying to convince me I had before realizing he meant his ex.
So damn, he bought you ex for merch.
Also merch.
Merch for Christmas gift as a while.
Also, gaslighting me about the Christmas gift as well.
I like to think that he thought genuinely it was her.
and then he, mid-argument is like,
that's not you.
You got to match you a wrong one.
Ooh, I've never, I've never confused lovers.
Me either.
I've never done that.
Me either.
Yeah.
And I feel like only a man would do that, to be honest.
Honestly.
Or I will say though, when me and my sister were recording,
we recently, we had people send in the worst gifts.
And someone said that when they went to their in-laws house
for the first time for Christmas,
they got her this big beautiful basket of Harry Potter stuff
because they were like, oh, we know how much you love Harry Potter
and it was so sweet.
And then she said, the thing is, though,
I've never seen those movies.
And they were talking about his last girlfriend.
She was like a really big,
and they just like confused it.
I was like, if that happened to me,
I would literally be like, thank you.
I was going to say, I would just go along with it.
I was like, it's not worth it.
I'm like, oh, thank you.
I'd be like, you know me.
Yeah.
I do love this.
I would so go along with it.
I'll just go along with this.
And I think because some of the pressure
I'm like, well, they're like my in-laws.
I don't want to cause any drama.
Exactly.
Me too.
Let me just like swallow it up.
I'm like, yeah, sure.
But year two, I'm coming with fire.
When I get to know everyone,
I'm like, so who got me to have a Harry Potter DVDs last year?
Then it's a joke.
We are all allowed to make fun of it.
Exactly.
You know what I mean?
But the first day I would just swallowed up.
I'll take the L.
I'll just, I'll eat it out.
Me too.
I remember one of the first dates.
I went on with my now fiance.
This was like a date, like, because the first couple times we hung out, I didn't think they were dates.
After the second one, I was like, well, obviously these are days.
And then like the third one, he was like, can I take you on a date?
Like he explicitly wanted me to know it was a day.
And I was like, okay.
And so he's like, I want to take you to a restaurant.
He had been telling me about a sushi restaurant for a while.
He wanted to take me to.
And we went and food's bomb.
But when we sat there, there was a waitress there that recognized him.
My man is a big, a large human.
he's hard to forget.
Like, if you've seen him, you've seen him.
Yeah.
And she goes, oh my God, how are you?
He's like, good.
She goes, I haven't seen her in so long.
He goes, yeah, me either.
And she looks to me and she goes, new girlfriend?
Whoa.
He was like, um, and like, again, we're not official.
Yeah.
And like.
Early stages.
But we are dating.
Yeah, you're dating.
Yeah.
This is literally the third date ever.
And we haven't even kissed yet.
So like we're like sitting there and I go and then he goes well he is well not yet but if you keep talking like that you might ruin it for me.
So I started laughing and then she was like oh okay sorry sorry and then later on in the day like she she really loved me.
She was such a sweet lady.
She was older.
So that's why I think she was no like filter.
Got it.
And then she at the end she was like much better much prettier.
And I was like, and you know what, Julia, you're fucking right.
You know what, extra tip for you, bitch?
Yeah, you just double your tip.
Yeah, you just double your tip.
Yes.
We love that.
I get older.
I want to, I, because I still have a little filterage on me.
When I get to like a certain age, like I want to, by like 50, I give myself, I want to be just completely unfiltered.
Just walk around just saying anything to anybody.
That's the dream.
That's what I want.
Right.
I had Karamo on recently.
And Karamo was like.
like telling me, you know what, I can't wait to be an ancestor.
I think I'm going to be awesome as well.
I was like, me too.
I can't wait to be an ancestor.
I love that.
Right.
And he was like, I just think I'm going to be awesome.
I'm going to be so good at it.
That's how I feel like getting older too.
Yeah.
As an old person, I'm like, I'm going to be so awesome as an old person.
Yeah, I'm going to be a great old person.
I think so too.
I'm going to be an old person with no kids.
Girl, I'm just going to be living my life.
You're so me.
Yeah.
You're so me.
Same.
Yeah.
