Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Carl, what up? Yo, I want to know if you like this or not. Okay. Listening to the Carl Network. If you're a kid, don't get on here, okay? See, that's how you do a disclaimer. You tell the kids that get out to fuck off the damn page. Attention parents, what you're about to see is not suitable for kids.
Starting point is 00:01:10 Shoot, it's not even suitable for some grown-ups. These type of things. I'm going to give the people what they want. sensation horror shock. It's because I'm alive and I'm not... Oh boy. Disgusting, vomit-inducing thing. Ola creepos, welcome to another episode of your favorite true crime podcast.
Starting point is 00:02:03 This show about creeps by creeps. For you, creeps. I'm your host. My name is Vinnie and joining me, as always in studio. My co-host, my nemesis, my pal. It's hot Carl, everybody. What is happening with Vinnie Pauline? You get to see my friend.
Starting point is 00:02:16 I am doing the thing that I hate to. I am wearing the same shirt that I was wearing in our little intro video. I always try to avoid that. I forgot that I'm wearing that. I don't wear this shirt ever. I forgot that I was wearing this shirt. I'll never wear this on a Monday again. Thank God.
Starting point is 00:02:30 You think I want to look at Bill's shit? I want to hang myself when I look at Bill's shit. What a game yesterday. I guess the Texans, supposedly the best defense in the league and Josh Allen just choose them up, 36 points back and forth. Very fun, entertaining game. Miami played against the Raiders and the Raiders don't have a quarterback.
Starting point is 00:02:56 It didn't matter. It's so bad. But hold on. I want to talk to you about this real quick. I know people love it when we talk football come football season. Yes. So I won my first parley. Congratulations.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Producer Chris and I both took the same 14 parley. We both won money. I put in a second parley for the 4 o'clock games. And you know what fucked it up? That would be Gino Biscontes, Los Angeles Chargers. And boy, do they suck. They stunk out loud.
Starting point is 00:03:23 And who's their offensive coordinator? Mike McDaniel. Yeah. Former Miami Dolphins head coach. You're like, oh, the Chargers are going to be really good. That guy's just a mastermind when it comes to offense. It's pretty wild because the dolphins who are objectively the worst team to ever step onto a professional football field this year.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Yeah. I might as well be playing for them. I'm actually pushing the sled. I was pushing the sled on. Saturday, hoping they'll call me to come play tackle. Good. They're going to need me. Good. But they're so bad, they were still able to put up 13 points. And Mike McDaniel, with Josh Herbert, and their offense at full capacity, was only able to put up 14.
Starting point is 00:04:01 So, you know, I don't feel that bad. Well, if they were playing the Raiders, I think they would have put up more points than that. But yeah, I hear what you're saying? Although they were, when they played the Cardinals? I think so. Jesus. What's that all? I want to thank the Cardinals and the Raiders. Okay. For both winning yesterday and ensuring my Miami Dolphins, the number one pick of the draft. That's what you need, buddy. Owen 17, here we come.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Oh, my God, we're going to Luserville. You were set on. 1972, 17 and 0. 19 or 2026. Owen 17, that'd be pretty cool. I don't think that would be great. Didn't the Lions go completely defeated one season? Owen 16, yeah, but no one's ever been Owen 17. No!
Starting point is 00:04:40 There's still a record out there to get. Carl, I was watching that game. like the expression out of my face I was just sitting there and like it sucks for your team sucks right I mean I you know what I've been 26 fucking years since they've won a playoff game Carl yeah but you know why the bills were
Starting point is 00:04:57 I'm 44 years old I know you know how why the bills were fucking garbage and could not move the football I was just so frustrating to watch the punter come out 12 times a game so I feel you buddy it sucks what's it like to have a quarterback that you're not worried you're like down three and you're like oh there's four minutes left of the fourth
Starting point is 00:05:14 that's fine. It's fun. What's that like? It's really fun. Anyway, no one likes football talk. This show is a true crime show and it is a competition. Every single week, Minnie Paulino and I get together. We present who we think the biggest creep is in a certain category.
Starting point is 00:05:29 Today we have creepiest grandparent, I believe. That is correct. It is actually International Grandparents Day. Oh, well, happy Grandparents Day. Did you get them a card? No. Did you lay flowers on their grave? My brothers?
Starting point is 00:05:44 He's still alive, unfortunately. So each week we bring a creep. We present who you think the biggest creep is. You listen to our arguments and then you go to patreon.com slash the creep off and you vote for you think brought the bigger creep. We tally up the votes and then we have a score. That person who got the most votes gets a point. Whoever gets to five points first wins the round. The other person has to spin the dreaded wheel of consequences.
Starting point is 00:06:07 The current score is one to one. And our results girl, Danny, is here to tell us who won last week. Well, two weeks ago, we did the creepiest juggalo. And look who's back. Hi, Danny. Hi. Oh, my God. It's so nice to be here.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Danny, did your boobs grow two sizes since we last saw you? No, actually. I've actually lost weight, so I was hoping they didn't look smaller. They look fantastic. No, it might just be because I missed you so much. Oh, probably. It's been too long. Can you make them grow?
Starting point is 00:06:42 Can you get them bigger? I mean, how would you go about doing that? What'd you think? Carbs. Yeah, that. Lots of pasta, garlic bread. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:54 A bigger push-up bra may have those. Make them, like, go up your chin, you know? Sure. Yeah. Have you tried multiple bras? I know a friend of mine does that to great success. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:09 I'll give you tips afterwards. Danny, what happened with the voting two weeks? ago we had the creepiest jugolo. Yes. Oh my gosh. It's been so freaking long. Geez. Okay. So yeah, we had creepiest juggalo two weeks ago. And
Starting point is 00:07:26 64% of the vote went to Vinnie and John Finer. Oh my goodness. Ladies and gentlemen, all I have to say is simple. Vinhousing for the winhousing. Fuck yeah, baby. Thank you, everybody. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Everybody. I guess you needed a win after the dolphins later in the night this weekend. Guys, congratulations. If you've ever had mercy on me, now is the time. Save me from myself. Vote for Vitty. Whatever that means to you. Congratulations, Vinny.
Starting point is 00:08:08 You've taken the lead two to one in this round. And I thought I had it. I thought I made a compelling argument. I guess I got to bring it. Today I'm going to bring it. I bet you will, Carl. Today's going to be a tough one. Danny, where can everybody,
Starting point is 00:08:22 find you. Come see me at, sorry, on Instagram at Danny Dissolation. I haven't been like on, there's been so much shit going on. So I haven't been on social media much, but I will be.
Starting point is 00:08:37 All right. I hope everything's okay. So it's like you're going through it right now. It's all good. Just, you know, normal, normal shit. And then the school starting fucking kids,
Starting point is 00:08:49 you know, all that bullshit. School started should be great for you. Yeah, they're all gone right now. Yeah, isn't that good? I mean, yeah, usually, but I have to get up early with them and then take them both to different bus stops at different times because they go to different schools. It's a lot. It's a lot.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Can't you just like, you know, make them go themselves? Yeah, there's like buses and stuff. That's, yeah. Can you just make your kids walk to the bus stop? I don't know what fucking goes out of school bus anymore. God forbid. I mean, they do. It's just they're far away.
Starting point is 00:09:20 And they're like in two separate directions, like half a mile walk. It's crazy. Well, just give them. Character building. Yeah. Give them a gun. Yes. Or mace.
Starting point is 00:09:30 Yeah. Just send them to school with their, with their safety gun. And just make sure you send a note and tell the teachers and everybody that it's for safety. So they don't. That's not. My mom gave it to me. It's for safety.
Starting point is 00:09:43 Yeah. Just like a note that says, my kid's well adjusted. I don't feel like getting up and walking them to the different bus stop. So I have my child with a handgun. Yeah. And then the baby, obviously, she's a fucking nut. So everything. It's all good, though.
Starting point is 00:10:01 I'm getting used to it. It's just a lot. Anywho, how are you guys? Fantastic, Danny. I don't have young children at home. It's great. Life is grand. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:13 My dog is awesome. Yeah. He's got a cute dog. I get to sit around and have friends over and watch football games all day on Sunday. It's good. Good stuff. Yeah. Did you sleep in today, Carl?
Starting point is 00:10:23 Oh, I sure did. Oh, shit. It's a Monday, you know. What is it? September? Is it August? I don't fucking know. Makes it difference to me.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Well, Danny. Have a beautiful week and we'll see it at Danny Desolation. Thanks again. Bye. Bye, Danny. All right. Note to self. Don't ask Danny how she's doing.
Starting point is 00:10:45 Whoops. You'd think I know better by now. How long have I been podcasting? Hey, we're dumb. All right. Well, you know, we've got to start the competition. Creepiest Grandparent on International Grandparents Day. I'm going to ring the bell and you're going to go first because you are the winner from last week.
Starting point is 00:11:03 All right, folks, I want to introduce you to my creepiest grandmother. So I'm going with. This is Carmela de Rosa. Oh, she's pretty cute for her grandma. You know, she's about 52-ish in this picture, Carl. Oh, so a young one. Yeah, this is this picture is from. about 2010, I believe.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Okay. Now, Carmela, how do I describe this? Around the time that this picture was taken, she was about 10 years into a giant pity party. Yeah, is the best way to put it. Her dad died suddenly routinely in the hospital. Women hate that when their dad dies. Oh, she was very much a daddy's girl.
Starting point is 00:11:43 Sure. And her husband found that out every day after. Because every fucking time with this one. every time she did something that was a problem and there was an issue in their relationship she ran up all the credit card bills it was always the same thing carl wait where my daddy my daddy you're telling me that women have to have a dead father to order to run up credit card bills no what i said was she used it as an excuse sure of course and she every time there was anything this woman was the best way to describe it attention seeking okay which you know you never
Starting point is 00:12:20 want your grammar to be the one to be the center of fucking attention. Can't imagine. So she took all this out on her dopey husband. They had a daughter who around the time was about eight years old. So from eight to 18, this daughter is just going through it with this mouth. Oh, this lasts for 10 years are moping around? Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:40 So that's why I want to make sure I brought that up first. So it's now 2008. And she finds out- 2018. No, no, 2008. Okay. What I'm talking about? The dad died, I'm sorry, in 1998.
Starting point is 00:12:52 Oh, okay. Fast forward to 2008. Okay. She finds out that her unmarried daughter, cat, was six months pregnant. Okay. Now, not great to find out six months along. No, you want to find out five months earlier that she's one month pregnant. Correct.
Starting point is 00:13:09 That's kind of how you want to find that out. Right. But you see, because this woman is such an emotional basket case, nobody wanted to rock the boat and tell her your daughter got knocked up. Right. Makes sense. So the second she found out, Carmela's sister is like, oh my God, every day I was getting phone calls, how upset she was. How could she do my daughter do this to me after dad died? Wea, when, we're exactly.
Starting point is 00:13:32 Everything is all about her. By the way, 18-year-old girls have sex. I know this for a fact. I do a lot of research on this topic. He Googles it multiple times a day. Yes. In between checking Kiwi Farms about himself. Oh, fuck you.
Starting point is 00:13:52 It's not true. So either way, she's very upset. She starts threatening suicide over this. Oh, great. She starts threatening she wants to visit Greenland for attention. Mama don't preach. Yeah. I'm in trouble.
Starting point is 00:14:07 Yeah. All over her adult grown daughter's pregnancy. Yeah. Now, the girl, the father is her boyfriend who she had all through high school. Oh, okay. That's cool. He was her. He's from all.
Starting point is 00:14:18 accounts a very good guy who really cared about her. Doesn't know how to pull out. I didn't say a smart guy. Right. I said a good guy. Hardworking guy. James Ogdok was his name. And before the baby was born, he asked the daughter to marry her and they got married. Nice. Now, that's moved nothing over. Del Marosa kept up the resentment. Kat and the baby's father James went at it constantly. She blamed him for the pregnancy. You ruin my daughter's future. Did I mention my father is dead? You know, constantly. Yeah. All the way through the wedding. And let me tell you something. The wedding, oh, bride's mother Zilla is what this lady was. Okay, so do they get married before she gave birth? Yes. Okay. So you get weddings are always fun when there's an eight-month pregnant teenager
Starting point is 00:15:07 involved. Yeah. That's what you know. It's like, it's probably pretty well planned. You know, Everyone's been working on this for a while. No. No, this is where... Last minute, thrown together. They had the same cake as Gino and Kiki. Yeah, right. For their wedding.
Starting point is 00:15:22 Now, I would like to introduce you to the little baby. Aw. This is Angel Lynn. Doxed. She was born a little later that year. She's adorable. Now, Carmella, the grandmother's relationship with this child was described by all involved as standoffish. She did not like the fact that this baby existed.
Starting point is 00:15:42 but she tolerated it. Well, that's good. I always say when your grandparent, you need to at least tolerate your grandkids. Yeah. It's probably for the best. You can hog all the candy to yourself. I'm going to share it with them.
Starting point is 00:15:53 You don't have to give the kid a worthers. You can keep the worthers for yourself. Correct. Just tolerate them. Yeah. So 2010, this baby is about two years old and its entire life, man. This grandmother is causing drama. It's entire life.
Starting point is 00:16:07 I remember the first two years of my life, brutal. Just brutal times. About six months. to this child's existence. Yeah. Grandma's on Prozac. Okay, that's good. The mom is definitely involved with the daughter
Starting point is 00:16:20 because the daughter still needs help with stuff. Yeah, a teenager, young mother. Of course. So the mom overdosed twice on something, prescription drugs. Okay. Started cutting herself, Grandma does. She does attention. She drove their car off of an embankment, totally in it.
Starting point is 00:16:40 She would get upset with her husband. and fuck with him to hide his car keys until he would apologize to her or do whatever he said. She would do really shitty things. Right. So you're saying she's a woman. Got it.
Starting point is 00:16:52 One time his husband tried to leave from work and she pulled a knife on him. So that fall, the fall of 2010, Carl, she had four attempts to visit Greenland. Okay. By one count, on top of it, the family's air conditioner died,
Starting point is 00:17:09 and she had to borrow money to cover it. So she's very at her wits. I had yelling at everybody, very upset. Then her brother died the week before Thanksgiving. So now we're leading into the holidays, Carl. I've never had my AC break in my house because I'm not a poor, but I can only imagine I would definitely be suicidal. Yeah. So November 29, 2010, a little bit after Thanksgiving, heading into the holiday season, she decided, or the husband is trying, the dopey husband's trying to get her to act right towards the daughter and the grandbaby so they could have a nice fucking Christmas.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Sure. So one night, her husband and the daughter go to Tyson's Corner Center, which is a mall. Okay? And they all go in there and they get dinner. James, the son-in-law, is working because he's trying to earn a living. He's at a Starbucks doing his thing. And at some point during the meal where they're eating in the food court of this mall, James calls Kat to check in on her see how she's doing.
Starting point is 00:18:09 and apparently this very much bothered Carmela I'm trying to have time with my daughter and this fucking guy's calling in the middle of the dinner when I'm trying to have time with my fucking daughter plus the fucking Arby's curly fries
Starting point is 00:18:22 were cold and you're like am I gonna go wait in line and complain? I'll just eat them fine Carmela was at the middle of reading which she wanted for Christmas and that he called
Starting point is 00:18:30 you know it's like she was and then they're talking about what they're going to do for the baby and this is just fuming this bitch so during this time The husband said she seemed to be a beat, and after dinner they get a little bit of frozen yogurt. And very uncharacteristically, Carmelah offers to carry the baby. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:18:55 Uh-oh. So they're walking back to the car, and they have to walk over this. Oh, no. They have to walk over this thing. And, uh, so. So. Oh, kick the baby.
Starting point is 00:19:15 So this is a hundred and forty-four, or I'm sorry, a 44 foot drop. It's about six stories. And, uh, Carl. Yeah. We have a baby thrower. We have a baby thrower. That's really, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba. This really is the greatest podcast.
Starting point is 00:19:48 One other podcast has a jingle for throwing babies. We cover baby throwing so much on this shell. It needs jingles. So the way this is described, Kat, the daughter says she was a few steps ahead, turned back. I saw her on the railing and I didn't see the baby. Her hands were over the railing. That's when I ran down six flight of stairs to where I found my daughter on the pavement. When I looked up, I saw my mother just leaning over the wall.
Starting point is 00:20:18 the rail. She was doing her Michael Jackson impression and it just slipped through, uh. She had no expression on her face. I thought I saw a blur to the side. It happened so fast, said the husband. Well, maybe that baby will be friends with Eric Clapton's kid. Angeline was rushed to the hospital. Okay. James got to call. Not the morgue. Okay. No, it took nine hours and then. Yeah. Okay. Baby passed away
Starting point is 00:20:54 Cause of death, blunt force trauma to, you know, the whole body. Del Rose was arrested and interrogated. She told detectives that she decided to stop taking her depressing medication about a week ago. And she told them, you know, I don't know if you guys know this, but. Where, where? My daddy, my daddy. On and on about her dead dad to the cops. She told them why she did it as well.
Starting point is 00:21:22 She said, quote, To get back at her son-in-law for getting her daughter pregnant out of wedlock and ruining her daughter's opportunities for a better life. And this guy's like, you thought that was going to get back at me? I no longer have a kid. I'm 20 years old as fucking rules. Her own words,
Starting point is 00:21:38 I threw the baby. I picked her up. I thought about James and I threw her. Jesus Christ. I just lost it. I lost in my mind. I did a terrible thing. What I did was wrong.
Starting point is 00:21:47 And then she goes, the same person wouldn't do this. My diagnosis? Bad babysitting. Dude, this bitch tries to plead insanity. Yeah. Of course. That is insane.
Starting point is 00:22:01 Yeah. So the prosecution brought in their own psychiatrist who evaluated her and found no psychosis at all. Right. She's just a problem. She's borderline personality disorder. For sure. And an unforgiving and, quote, uncompromisingly difficult person. The judge
Starting point is 00:22:17 they also said that I want to put this I want to make sure I get this quote in she resented the baby as much as the daughter as much as the son-in-law for stealing attention away from her oh god she's a hateful spiteful jealous mom grow up yeah even the daughter would not call her mom on the
Starting point is 00:22:39 stand referred to as her birth mother and Carmela or the defendant oh right well I don't care about how petty the fucking daughter was Well, either way, she got 35 years plus three years of supervisor released. And the family said that they were glad for the justice, but they are unfortunately still in a nightmare because they're still paying off the dented pavement. Wow. So if I'm the father of this baby, I'm like, hey, we got to get started on another kid, right?
Starting point is 00:23:06 We've got to replace, what was her name? Angel Lynn. Angel Lynn, yeah. Angel Lynn, too. Like snowball, too? It's a Simpsons thing. Anyway. Yes, it is.
Starting point is 00:23:16 Great presentation. You know, we're celebrating today. And I forgot to mention this up top. It is Super Chat Monday. The way to celebrate that is to Super Chat. Or visit us at Super Tips. Hold on a second. That avatar right there is the lepricon dude, but with a different face, right?
Starting point is 00:23:35 I don't know. It looks like Bob Levy has been swam like a young Bob Leeby been swapped up for the lepracon guy. I could be way off on that. But anyway, thanks Brooke Robinson. for becoming a YouTube member. I want to thank Rock Over B 2002 for the Fiverr. Pat's Jack Knew, the only silver lining to have a boy crazy P.D.F.I. working on Wheel of Fortune was that he was the only man not harassing Van of White.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Pat Sayjack knew. Oh, God. Hashtag Pat Sayjack knew. Pat Sajack hasn't been on that show in a while. Ryan Seacrest knew. That's where it was. Scorches, PfGTV. What's up, Scorch, gifting a creep off membership.
Starting point is 00:24:14 I appreciate Scorch, but seriously. You can't afford this. Scorch. You want to eat this month, right? Stop with us. He's eating dog food. He's still gifting memberships. Thank you very much for that.
Starting point is 00:24:24 That picture of him makes me laugh every time. I set it on WATB. That picture makes it look like he just popped out of a garbage can. He's just like, ah. All right, FD. 5191. Thanks for the 99. Ola, McCreepos from Scotland.
Starting point is 00:24:38 I'm having a Monday bottle of Glenn Livitt. Oh, nice. That's awesome. Well, they're only one, they're only about $3 a bottle. There's a bottle here. Fuck you. My grandpa fed his pet, bougie bacon every day
Starting point is 00:24:49 until it died. Creepy enough. That is creepy enough. Go ahead and live it. The 15 year is one of my favorite scotches. Can't go wrong. Ruppled Trenchcoe
Starting point is 00:24:58 a Colombo podcast. Nice to hear from you, my friend. Thanks for the Fiverr. The whole ha ha ha ha, she's too. Her whole life. Ha, ha, ha.
Starting point is 00:25:04 Did not age well, Carl. Fair enough. Sorry. Thank you for being here at Rumble Trescoe. Do we have the Supertips system in play today? We're going to try to find out. Supertip.
Starting point is 00:25:13 gg. C creep. Jim Leahy, thanks for the Fiver, much like the Opster. I too enjoy a little drinky poo from time to time. I'm mowing the air, boys. I'm mowing the air. Very funny. Good to see you, Jim Leahy.
Starting point is 00:25:24 I love Jim Leahy. He's a great guy. RIP. All right, you want to do your presentation now? I am ready. My creep for creepiest grandparent is a grandfather named Gary Sider's Senior. Would you like me to show the picture? Can you pull that photo up of my buddy Gary there?
Starting point is 00:25:41 There he is. Holy shit. Seventy-four years old. He looks like the guy from Styrider. Star Wars in the canteen scene. He's like, and my friends won't like him either. I don't like you either. Yeah, that's the guy.
Starting point is 00:25:51 Exactly. That's him. Wow. All right. Which way is he looking? Grandpa. Hey, grandpa. Hey, grandpa.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Hey, grandpa. Yikes. This guy's the patriarch of Ohio's house of horrors. Oh, why is there a picture of a shed next to him? Oh, that would be the house of horrors. Oh. This man is living in the building while 16 kids from 18 months old, to 18 years old, we're stacked in a 12 by 12 room like livestock, except for livestock would
Starting point is 00:26:21 complain about these living conditions that these kids were in. So he's 74 years old, and he's in Hamden, Vinton County, Ohio, tiny town, one bathroom house, there's 20 people in there, mountains of trash, human waste, bugs. The attorney general was down there. He said he couldn't get the stink off his clothes for days. What do you think their family Christmas was like? I don't think they knew it was Christmas. I think that they couldn't afford a calendar.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Are these like feral people? Yes, very much so. So the cops didn't actually go there for the kids. The cops were called because his son, Gary Jr. You want to pull a photo of Gary Jr. Gary Jr.'s out in the wall and pulling his dick out. So the neighbors are like, my neighbor just keeps fucking whacking off at the front yard. Can you guys get down here and do something about this?
Starting point is 00:27:10 Well, he needed to let it breathe to be fair. It needed some air. So the cops come in, they walk in the door, like, what the fuck is going on here? It's a horror show. There's 16 children. They're covered in bugs. There's a distant look in their eyes. They don't know what the fuck's going on.
Starting point is 00:27:24 Some can't even talk at all. The 18-year-old, developmentally disabled, couldn't spell her own name. The seven were hospitalized after this. Two were airlifted. Jesus Christ. The sheriff said, most of our livestock was kept in better conditions than these children. So that's the house that Grandpa lived in. Now, here's the reason why the grandpa is the creep in this.
Starting point is 00:27:49 I don't know. He seems like a great guy who's providing shelter to fucking monsters. He signed off on his son, Gary Jr., marrying a 15-year-old. If you want to pull that other photo back up, the parents here. Yeah. So he was 18. She was 15. And Dad's like, yeah, yeah, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:28:07 That makes sense. First kid shows up a couple months later. So, you know, she was already pretty far along pregnant when they got married. Elizabeth here. Her education stopped in the eighth grade. Gary made it to the ninth grade in education. There's already had child protective services called on them. They came in, CPS came in, saw roaches and gnats and flies, that the kids are missing
Starting point is 00:28:30 school and there's lead levels, there's medical neglect. But whatever, they decided that, all right, we wrapped this up. So Ohio is the creed. So they moved to Wisconsin. Oh, Wisconsin is the creek. So they moved around a little bit, kind of avoided child protective services. So this guy is confused. He's physically a mess.
Starting point is 00:28:52 He doesn't know what's going on. He's the one who's running the household and he's got dementia. He doesn't know what's happening. He's not running the household. What's happening here is this child and his son are just taking advantage of whatever social security checks, this diminished capacity old mess is getting and doing nothing to improve the station in life. You can't blame that all on Gary Sider, senior. This guy signed off on this dude, his son, marrying a 15 year old, and then let them have
Starting point is 00:29:22 16 children. Well, what is he going to do, stand over him, tell him to pull out? Buy a box of condoms. For Christ's sake. Well, it's hot. Do you think this guy knows where to go to get bought a box to condo? Do you know, difficult? You know, difficult of this to pump out 16 fucking children out of one broad. Okay. If your dad is this guy, watch this. You ready? Yeah. Hey, Pop, I want to marry my girlfriend. I need you to sign this paper. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Yep. Exactly. That's why. He doesn't know what the fuck's going on. That's why he's the creep. Oh, this is bullshit. No. Vote for Fitty. This, you're insane. Come on. People vote for Vitty. Yeah, the babies in this house didn't even make it that far. But all right, vote for Carl at patreon.com
Starting point is 00:30:12 slash the creep off. Creepoff. Creepiest grandfather. I can't stop looking at his senior. I can't stop making eye contact with this guy. You know what? The sad thing is that that's Mersh in just 15 years. Well, at least he got a bike.
Starting point is 00:30:27 That's a nice bike out front. Yeah, at least this guy didn't get his girlfriend fired after she dumped him. So he's got that going for him. To be fair, we don't know that. We don't know. Oh, they didn't do that. Good point. Very good point.
Starting point is 00:30:39 What a good time. I love this show. It's a fun show that we do here. It certainly is. You know, Monday mornings, I sleep in a little bit, especially after a football hangover. And then I get up and I go, ah, let's research some fucking degenerates. Let's see what's doing with that. And I get great cop cams like this one from Boner Guy 69, hit the jingle.
Starting point is 00:30:59 You got it coming up in three, two, one. I can't wait to see Carl's cop cam. Fight with the cops for no reason. Will you please show me cause cock can lose all your rights. Ruined your life. Ruppled Trudgeco to Compo Pocket's five bucks. To be fair, you're not going to want to spank it in that filthy shed with that many kids stacked in it. He makes a good point.
Starting point is 00:31:33 So that's why they're fucking so much? Yeah. Because there's 12 children in the room next to them. I wouldn't want my penis exposed to the air. Oh, I see. I forgot he was outside jerking it. Good point. I was just talking about the fact that he's like,
Starting point is 00:31:46 banging his wife so much. Well, got to be proud of him for that. Boehner guy set this one in. This is the setup. This is a very different type of cop cam. I say that a lot, but it's not someone getting pulled over. It's not, you know, the usual wrestling around with police officers because you're drunk kind of thing. Well, there is some alcohol involved.
Starting point is 00:32:10 This dude's hanging out at the pier at the shore in New Jersey. and having a good old time. Carl, clip one. This is a phenomenal cop cam. I have seen this video. Okay, good. And I love it. Great job.
Starting point is 00:32:25 On July 6, 2004, the North Wildwood Police Department is called to Morrie's pier in New Jersey after the staff is alerted to a gruesome scene inside one family seaside cabana. Officers go to approach the father, 30-year-old social media influencer Franklin Ziegler. You guys want to now? Will, Maury, have you? opportunity to throw him out. He didn't throw him out. So I just want to make sure he
Starting point is 00:32:49 understands the severity of what he did, but I don't think he does. Okay. So we don't know what he's done just yet. But something bad because the police have been called and they're like, we're going to let him hanging here. He's a paying customer. But can you just like scare the show him a little bit? Let him know
Starting point is 00:33:05 like that's not cool and not to do that anymore. It's interesting. When you find out what he did, you would think he would just get arrested immediately. You would think that. Clip number two, we find out. Seagull came down, we're eating. Okay.
Starting point is 00:33:20 There's like three or four of them, attacked my daughter. I just grabbed and I'm like this. One seagull. Franklin set off alarm bells after he asked his waitress for a trash bag so he could dispose the seagull carcass. But the way the bird died immediately raises questions. You saw the seagull. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:38 Where was it at? The seagull, did it have its head on it or was the head off of it? Head off. Where was the head at? You hold it in hand. This fucking guy ripped the head off a seagull. Sharon. He's there?
Starting point is 00:33:54 Yeah, exactly. He's there with his girlfriend and their two-year-old daughter. And a seagull comes down and wants like a French fry off the daughter's plate. And he fucking grabs it by the head and snaps it in half. To be fair, those French fries are expensive at those places. They are. They're overpriced. That is true.
Starting point is 00:34:12 $8 for like a little fucking thing. of French fries. Also, nobody like seagulls. They're so annoying. Whenever someone feeds seagulls, I want to murder that person. And I think I would probably have all charges dismissed if I did that. To be fair, it's actually perfectly legal to murder someone feeding seagulls. You're just not allowed to kill the actual birds. Correct. Because people are like, oh, but it was cute from afar. Yeah. The girlfriend here, she's a problem. My clip number three. Okay. That's fine. Someone needs to grab while your information? For what? Because, you know, you can't just be ripping Siegel up.
Starting point is 00:34:45 I didn't rip a seagull up. I grabbed him off my daughter. Listen, I'm going to get it one way or another. I'm trying to be very chill. I'm being very chill. I'm being very chill. Come on, dude. I'm trying to.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Listen, okay, we're not going to. I didn't say one thing you yet. I could fix her. Yeah, she's pretty cute. I could totally help fix her. Yeah, she's not bad. She's very annoying. Extremely annoying.
Starting point is 00:35:10 Get yourself involved in this. Doesn't need to. She'll just get out of the way. but the dad tells the story of what happened in my clip number four. Okay. You're good. My daughter was sitting here. He was fries.
Starting point is 00:35:24 Okay. It was better on her face. She was staying here. I was standing here. She was standing here. All of a sudden, all of the stigals, you know, taking pictures of her. It was like 10, 12, 20, whatever it was. They came, she was screaming.
Starting point is 00:35:37 I just grabbed down like this. Oh, okay. That's fun. That's all he did was. usually stories get exaggerated over time, not immediately. They're 10 or 20 sea calls. It was a thousand seagulls. All came in to attack us.
Starting point is 00:35:52 It was a fight for my life. We had to run away, officer. All right, so he's like, I don't understand what the big deal is. Am I cut number five? You're not getting charged. Yes, it is. But that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:36:08 That's what I'm getting with you. If it's something for that, it's not going to be a crime. Listen, I'm not. He's talking. I'm not like trying to make an issue, but I'm asking. Yeah. Why do you fucking need my answer? Because of what happened, man.
Starting point is 00:36:24 You're, okay. Was there a complaint? Yes, there was. Okay, listen, man. Someone complained. So when you're in a family, we're fine. We're fine. We're fine.
Starting point is 00:36:33 Just me. I'm not. I'm going to come back and he's not going to be here. I promise you I am not arrest. I don't know. They were already took me. I promise you I am not. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:44 That's fine. You can sit here, but I'll handle it. That's fine. God, I would have played this a million times differently. Totally. I would have been like, what kind of a place is this? The Seagull's heads are falling off. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:57 I'm just here trying to have a nice day. Bumblehead Seagull night at the pier. I didn't sign up for this. Lloyd, Pedy didn't even have a head. I love that he goes, she goes, is that a crime? He goes, yes, it is. And they's like, what? Did someone complain?
Starting point is 00:37:12 Like, yeah. Yeah, they did. Dude, you just ripped a fucking head off a bird in front of everyone. The Seagull's family is just all standing over there crying. He's a monster. It's fucking wild. How these people are just like, I don't even know why you're talking to me. I'm not giving you my name.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Get out of your cop. I'm going to tell you something. If Seagull's had that kind of memory, you would never fuck with them because your car would be covered in shit every day. Oh, good point. Yeah. You know what, the Seagull mafia come after you. It'd be a shame if we shit up your car. It's a real nice.
Starting point is 00:37:44 main job out of this guy. A real clean windshield. You got there. It would be a real shame. Clip number six. Listen, he was acting in self-defense. What are you going to do? They're not kicking you out.
Starting point is 00:37:55 There's no reason. So I just spent my daughter. What do you think I did? Snatched the Stas to go out of this guy. How hard is it? I'm not. Listen, what do you think? No, listen.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Junked up his tats to see go out of the sky. I don't have a lot. What do you think of Superman? No, listen. I don't do that. But he's laughing. He's a joke. This guy's a character, huh?
Starting point is 00:38:15 No. He's a bit of a douchebag. Superman doesn't fly around snatching birds out of the sky and snapping their fucking heads off. I don't know what comic books he's reading. Well, he has to deal with his anger somehow. It's very hard pretending to be a man when you have all those powers.
Starting point is 00:38:29 That's true. And he's always doing the right thing. I think the Superman's entitled to snap a few animal necks. Is he? Why not? He's Superman. It's not his planet. Right.
Starting point is 00:38:39 Does he care? Fucking twist the cat's head off. I don't give a shit soup. Thank you for stop. I mean, Brainiac. That's what I care about. All right. Are you ready for a little photo op? Oh, yes.
Starting point is 00:38:53 What happened next caught the attention of other visitors. One witness claimed that after Franklin decapitated the bird, he and his girlfriend then took photos and videos of the dead animal and showed it to their toddler. Come on, dude, I'm standing here. My fucking tacked, my daughter's my... My daughter's almost two years old. And if she's standing and screaming, what do you think I'm going to do?
Starting point is 00:39:14 So this fucking influencer, we'll get more into that in a little bit, decided this would be a good time to get a cute little video for Instagram. Here, take it by the feet, swing it over your head, honey. Yeah, no, no, let the blood fly. It looks great. I'm really picking up on all of this. These new iPhones are awesome. This isn't a great thing to do.
Starting point is 00:39:34 This guy is such a fucking prick. Listen to how he talks to this police officer, who, by the way, has way too much patience for this guy. Did that happen from? This? What I did that happen with that or now? I don't know if it bitch you. I didn't know if it bit you. First of all,
Starting point is 00:39:52 I didn't see the finger. Okay, let me go. Do you think I got a cat a second? I didn't see the cats for it. I thought you just had it wrapped up. Jesus. I know if you're...
Starting point is 00:39:59 What an asshole. Okay. Got it. Got it. Remember, this man can arrest you. You did break the law. There were complaints about it. Do I know what the most annoying part of this is to me?
Starting point is 00:40:13 What's that? the cops shouldn't have been here at this point, just because of the fact that they were already going to let them stay. That's true. Now the cops showing up here is just letting drunk people have a reason to be annoyed. That is very true. Also, this guy is like one of these fucking influences are always on. He's like, hey, I'm a personality over here.
Starting point is 00:40:32 Like, all right. Realize on the fucking personality thing for a second. You just rip the head off a bird. This attitude and like the way this guy is acting is why I hate fucking open micers. I just want you to know that, Carl. I know all about that. All right, well, you know, they're drinking beers. They're having a good time.
Starting point is 00:40:50 My next clip. As his girlfriend returns to the cabana, her attention shifts elsewhere, while the question of whether Franklin will face consequences still lingers. What are they going to be? What's your point? What's your fog on for? Did you have them? Yeah, we're trying to get more tea out of avocado.
Starting point is 00:41:13 We're going to let this matter get resolved for us. All right? For the moment, Franklin and his family are free to enjoy their day at the pier, but only if they can stay out of trouble. Look at me. I'm out of fucking late. Not bringing me in here. Watch you.
Starting point is 00:41:30 Hello. Relax, Frank. You guys have to go on. Let's enjoy your day. Have a going. I appreciate it. No problem. Vinny, there's one thing you know about me.
Starting point is 00:41:41 I'm not a square, all right? I see people having a good time. I say good for them. Have a good time. Should you be with a two-year-old this fucking blitzed in the afternoon? These two people are wasted. She's like, well, they do with the beer. He's like, I drank it all.
Starting point is 00:41:55 She's like, I get my more. Fuck. Who's the D.D. here? What's going on? Well, the kid is going to clearly drive them. All right, good, yeah. Do you know what I mean? Like, it's not a good look is my point.
Starting point is 00:42:09 All right. Oh, man. So listen to this. The cop leaves. All right, man. Just let me know. Not cool. Have a good afternoon.
Starting point is 00:42:18 See you later. Now, this fucking guy goes down to the boardwalk and finds this cop because he's got his own complaint now that he wants to file with this police officer. They're ready to leave him alone. And he goes and finds him. I remember this part. Okay. So let me. Why miss Rachel?
Starting point is 00:42:34 Who miss Rachel? He goes, let me see my mom. I went and got my husband. I was still there. my friends are going. Will we report for it? I'll see if they have cameras. Enough?
Starting point is 00:42:48 My phone's got more... You have my iPhone on it? No. I don't have that on. What do you get? Calm down, man. I don't get it. No, yeah, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:43:00 So, yeah, that's fine. You could drink. You can't. Yeah. You get a lot of money. Okay, that's what I'm saying. He's a lot of money. My phone's gone.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Ugh. I need that video of me spitting the single over my head for my social media for my TikTok. I haven't posted on TikTok yet. It's only on IG. What am I going to do, officers? It's a big deal. I fucking hate this guy. He acts like he's a big shot.
Starting point is 00:43:23 No one knows who the fuck he is. Not a big deal. And I like that the cop goes, we did you have a find my iPhone app? He's like, why would I have that? For this exact reason, idiot. This is exactly the reason why you would have that. Anyway, he's tiring. My clip number 11, he goes into the whole.
Starting point is 00:43:41 do you know who I am? And there is a cliche in here that I'm embarrassed for him. I turned red pulling this clip this morning. So listen, I'm going to say in there. I'm going to sign that. Okay. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:55 So you shut the, no, I'm not. You're going to sign this and I'm going to leave. Yeah. My tax dollars paid. Oh, Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:44:03 You want to go back to your daughter. Oh, so relax. That has my name point. I'm legally about to grab that. No, you're not. And we're not doing this. Are you going to sign it? Can you please?
Starting point is 00:44:13 Like, try to get him to calm down. I'm trying. He's making this very bad. You're going to get this bitch to calm him down? Honey, is there more beer? Who drank our beer? Where's your phone? Give me your phone.
Starting point is 00:44:27 Is your beer with your phone? So my tax dollars pay your salary. That is hack, my friend. I mean, the fact that he can pull that out seriously and say that to a police officer is insane. Vinny, can you pull up the TikTok link that I sent you? This one. That's the one. Check out the second video there in front of the Pepsi side.
Starting point is 00:44:48 This is what this is the content. Right when this truck pulled up, I said, man, that's the best advertisement I ever seen. You did a great job with this one, Pepsi, because the funny thing is it made me go right in there and get an ice cold wild cherry Pepsi, baby. There ain't nothing better. Good stuff. Right. His personality is being obnoxious. He ripped into that, like, just like a seagull's neck.
Starting point is 00:45:16 Yeah, so you got that cap right off. He just, like, eats food and just like is obnoxious. You're like, oh, wow, aren't I in your face? Like, I guess. I don't know, man. He sucks, is my point. And if you play my clip number 12, this is extremely satisfying. The worker had to say.
Starting point is 00:45:33 Oh, you don't listen to me. Stop screaming. Yeah, dogs. Oh, no, stop. Don't follow him. As officers moved toward Franklin, his continued shodd prompt them to take further action. You turn around with that.
Starting point is 00:45:52 Get over here. Let's go. Take his phone. Put your hands behind your back. No, no. Put your hands on. No. Listen, I get broke, turn around.
Starting point is 00:46:04 Dude. Put your game on in your back. Fuck around to find out. This guy got himself a little bit too involved with the police that day. He could have just left it alone. Could have asked around. Does anyone see my phone? an employee grab it.
Starting point is 00:46:19 Does anyone know where my phone is? He goes right to the police officer. Oh, someone stole my phone. I'm very important. And I have a fucking video I have to post a TikTok. Burr-r-r-r-ber-ber-bur. Carl, this guy stinks so much. He sucks.
Starting point is 00:46:31 Pepsi or Coke? I... Drinking a Pepsi wild cherry right now? See the advertising worked. All right, here's the deal. I used to drink Coke Zero. They changed the flavor and it sucks now. It's garbage.
Starting point is 00:46:46 It used to be good. Not the point. Point is, my clip number 13, they're walking Mountain cops, and he does not like that. Keep walking. Yellen at you? Just get me for yelling at you. It's for yelling at you, right?
Starting point is 00:47:02 It's for yelling at you, right? I've given you every chance. Arresting me for what? I'm not allowed to stand up for myself? I thought this was America. Huh? Isn't this America? I'm sorry, I thought this was America.
Starting point is 00:47:14 It's totally Randy marshing it. This video, it's so fucking embarrassing. Like that's seamless, bro. That is a seamless edit. It's literally what the guy was just doing. Fiala, bro. For y'allel, that you? It's called Disturbing the Peace, asshole.
Starting point is 00:47:31 Right. You're a bother and a nuisance. Drunken disorderly conduct, fuckface. I have one more clip. It will explain the charges, but first, a little entertainment for us all. Oh, good. On April 12, 2006, he shared a rap video on both platforms, titled Seagull Freestyle, attracting thousands of views.
Starting point is 00:47:54 According to court documents as part of a plea deal, Franklin Ziegler pleaded guilty to animal cruelty. He also pleaded guilty to assault by Otto, aggravated assault on a domestic violence victim, and criminal restraint in separate cases that predated the Seagull incident. After the Seagull incident attracted national attention, an animal protection group launched a petition calling for a maximum sentencing of three to five years. Ultimately, he was sentenced to five years probation and was ordered to complete treatment, domestic violence counseling, and a mental health evaluation.
Starting point is 00:48:28 That's all he got for that? Dude, that's hilarious. You have to admit. This fucking guy's an idiot. He sucks. I hate social media. I hate influencers. Influencers, I was listening to Drew Lane talk about this the other day.
Starting point is 00:48:42 Influencers don't influence anyone. Like, the highest paid influencers, just are selling products to you in every video. Yeah. And people just get turned off by it. They're like, okay. I guess now I need to buy perfume and a purse.
Starting point is 00:48:56 Like, oh, go fuck yourself. I don't care. I mean, basically what they're trying to turn social media into is the home shopping network. Yes. That's all these people are doing.
Starting point is 00:49:03 Is there infomercials for the little commercials? I, ladies, I found this product the other day and let me tell you. You know what? The problem with this guy, he's influencing me to not get drunk in public, which is against everything I stand for. I'm glad he's been taking care of.
Starting point is 00:49:19 Thank you. I agree. We do have some exciting things coming up like a scum parade and your voicemails. But first, it is Super Chat Monday. We are celebrating here. And Evan from Newfoundland said, this island built on the cod fishery, terrorized by seagulls. I'm from would have no issue with this crime.
Starting point is 00:49:39 Yes. I totally understand what you're saying, Evan. Seagulls are a problem. If you notice that article, that they showed on the screen briefly. It was like the animal rights organization. If that's a seagull, it doesn't look like it is. That's the most handsome-looking seagull the history of seagulls
Starting point is 00:49:55 because they are not majestic creatures by any means. They're flying rats. They really are gross. Scorch says scorch bet. Wait, what does it say? Scort bet a big on a gold mine. Good scourch. You're going to hit it.
Starting point is 00:50:10 Dude, I was checking out Scorch's page the other day. because that's what I do. I make fun of idiots. And he hasn't posted a video in a long time. Kind of disappointed. I liked it when he was doing videos with his buddy from Syracuse Rock Station. Oh, that's right.
Starting point is 00:50:25 Those were nice. Those were cool videos. It was cool when those guys could play member berries together. Glory days. Oh, man. I think right now, Carl, it's time for one of our favorite segments. It's time for the scum parade. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:50:36 It's time for us to listen to the scum parade. With darts and murder, drugs and jam walking. Go Peret. There's a scumperet. Dude, sir Franklin, I got a cool story he just reminded me of.
Starting point is 00:50:57 Pull up, what? Sir Franklin, Prunk in Druplich. No, no, it was right there. Nope, it was,
Starting point is 00:51:04 you missed it. Sorry, buddy. Just up, Sir Franklin up there. I guess it doesn't matter. So something very cool happened on Saturday night.
Starting point is 00:51:13 Oh. Punk and Druplich is a album by no effects. Yeah. It's probably their best album. It's their best selling album. for sure. And a lot of great songs out that,
Starting point is 00:51:21 including Linoleum, the sign they're best known for. Anyway, that's the point. So they put out a documentary. They broke it up. You know, I went to their final, Andy and I went to the final show
Starting point is 00:51:30 in New York, and they did a final tour, and they put out a documentary where they followed them around this final tour, and they went through the whole 40-year history of the band. And it only plays in theaters.
Starting point is 00:51:43 You can't stream it. You can't buy it physically. You have to go to the theater to see it. So Andy and I went to the theater and saw it a couple weeks ago. my buddy Sean, who is the investor in the punk rock museum with Fat Mike, the singer from NoFX, said, hey, Carl, what are you doing Saturday? And I come over.
Starting point is 00:51:58 I got a private screening of this No effects documentary. No shit. So I was like, oh, that's cool. So I went over there, a bunch of friends. We're all there watching the No Effects documentary. He surprises at the end of it, pulls out his computer, and boom, we're on a Zoom call with Fat Mike. And I'm shooting this shit with Fat Mike for 30 minutes after we just wanted.
Starting point is 00:52:18 watched the documentary. That is insane. It was wild. It was incredible. What a life you live. It's so crazy. Like, No Effects has been my favorite band since the early 90s. I was in the No Effects cover band.
Starting point is 00:52:30 I fucking love these guys. I've gone to see them many, many times. But all he talks about is Ween. Who knows? I love Ween. I got a chance to meet the singer of Wheeed. I was like, nah, I'm good. But anyway, not the point.
Starting point is 00:52:40 It was very cool talking to Fat Mike. And it was very cool. This guy's, this guy's loaded. My buddy, he built a house. the canal in Fairport. It's pretty nice. It's pretty nice. So you're telling me a guy in Fairport owns part of the punk rock museum and...
Starting point is 00:52:57 Yes. Yes. Why did I have to pay for a ticket? Why did you? I would have gotten you in. I know a guy. I had no idea. All right.
Starting point is 00:53:07 Well, that's from red. I didn't wash his balls for 30 minutes stone man. I asked him what his favorite song was that he ever wrote and I told him he was wrong. It's the idiots are taken over. The idiots are taken over. are taking over. That is a good song. I fucking forgot about that one.
Starting point is 00:53:23 You know, the crazy thing about that, hold on, hold on. What did he say was his best song? What he said was, he goes, that's up there. He agreed. It's one of his best songs. What he said was,
Starting point is 00:53:33 and this is a really cool thing. He goes, I think I'm going to start a podcast where I break down the top 200 no effects songs. And what he's going to do is he's going to start at 100 and then go either way. So every episode will be like, here's 101, here's 99. Here's 102.
Starting point is 00:53:44 Here's 98. You know, and just keep going like that. Which I thought was kind of interesting. concept. If you're a big no effects man, you would find that interesting. He was going to explain how he wrote the songs and kind of his theory behind songwriting, because he's a great songwriter. He is. Did you say, I can help me with your podcast, Mike? I never brought up that was a podcaster. Never once. Okay. Look at you. There was a- playing it cool. There was another person there who's like, you know, I'm also a writer.
Starting point is 00:54:07 And I know that you're a songwriter, but do you also like write? Because, you know, I relate to that as a writer. I was like, oh, did my eyes roll into the back of this sound like they should. Mind it. Did he just go, oh, I'm sorry, the internet's turning off. Let me get that. Let me get that. Oh, no. You know, acting he's frozen.
Starting point is 00:54:26 I got to go. Got. Like when Michael Popock did that Saturday, John. Oh, I'm sorry, John, you're weak up. You could see, he just puts his hand over the screen and you could hear making the noise. The camera's lens is fog and he's breathing out. Oh, boy. Anyway, that was a fun little anecdote I wanted to tell you.
Starting point is 00:54:45 Also, Jerry Banda. Field. Let's talk about that real quick. My sense. Yes. So did you see that he was on with Pat Dixon this morning? I did. I was watching some of it. Yeah, me too.
Starting point is 00:54:55 Phenomenal. Pat Dixon's great. Pat Dixon's a sweet guy. Love him. He messaged me and he goes, Carl, I just saw you're having Jerry Banfield on this week. I haven't booked for tomorrow morning. If you want, I'll delay it. I was like, Pat, what are you crazy?
Starting point is 00:55:09 Of course you can have Jerry on the show. But it's a sweet guy for saying that. But he was on. You should watch Pat Dixon. At P. Dixon, Dix O-1. You can see the Jerry Banfield interview on there. Jerry's going to be on WTP Wednesday. It's been confirmed.
Starting point is 00:55:26 Vinny, thank you, my friend. You're the one who's got it set up for us because you are part of his school community. And Vinny will be joining us on WATP for the Jerry Banfield interview. I'm just going to sit back and soak this one up. I do have some questions for him. I asked a question. I super chatted into that. Good.
Starting point is 00:55:44 Because he was talking about how powerful sex is. And I'm just thinking about the way this guy... You can create a life or it can end a life. Yeah. And I asked them, what's more powerful do you think, Jerry? Sex or the lack of sex? Because I feel like that guy does a lot of dopey stuff because he's not getting any. Oh, for sure.
Starting point is 00:56:00 Yeah. What's the saying? Sex is like error. It's not that big of a deal unless you're not getting any. Right. It's kind of how that works. I have never heard that. I've never heard that.
Starting point is 00:56:11 When Jerry said sex can end the life or start a life. Yeah. And Patch is like, You fucked a woman a dad? Yeah, he's like, scratchy's like, what do you mean end of life, you know? And I didn't expect this either because I had the same question, pat him. And Jerry goes, well, you know, like you get AIDS. Oh, well, yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:56:28 Okay, so yeah, yeah, yeah, I guess you get a disease that kills you. Good point. I never think about that. It takes me my horny. Yeah, I never think about AIDS. It's a weird thing to think about. Anyway, we don't, we're not in 1983, so we don't have to think about that. We live a good life.
Starting point is 00:56:45 We do have a very good life. Well, Carl. I got to hang out with that Mike. Did I mention that? So anyway, buddy orders, let's get into the scum parade. I want to introduce you to this gal, Carl. Okay. A lot of people have been wondering this for a long time.
Starting point is 00:56:56 Where is Waldo? Turns out, didling herself on a pallet in Florida. Yeah. This is an interesting story. I have questions, but explain to people what happened. Let's talk about math. There's the answer. Oh, I'm sorry, did I spoil it?
Starting point is 00:57:15 Let's talk about math. So her name is Alea Waldo. She's 31, and she was observed by the police at civilians, laying down on a wooden pallet without any clothes fully naked, manipulating her sexual organs in a sexually stimulating manner. By the way, I wrote this down. Manipulating her sexual organs in a sexually stimulating manner would be an awesome band name. I would go see that band if I sound out of a flyer.
Starting point is 00:57:38 I would go see M-H-S-O-I-A-S-M. The fans would shorten it, but, you know. Yeah. You know, dude, I thought about this and I was like, a sexually stimulating manner, what's the alternative? She's just punching herself in the fucking vagina. Yeah, yeah. She's just taking a fucking hammer to her clit. I mean, even that.
Starting point is 00:57:59 Some girls are into, but yeah. She'd have to find it first. And good luck, honey. Good luck, honey. Is there one? I don't know. Please. So when confronted by the police department, she reportedly spontaneously stated, hey, I'm just out here trying to feel good.
Starting point is 00:58:14 She caught me some break. All right. Here's my question. Yeah. So she's next to a construction site. Yeah. Who's complaining about this? How fat is this bitch?
Starting point is 00:58:24 Well, notice they can only fit her face in the photo. I was going to say, like, it's really hard to tell from this. Based on what I'm seeing here, I'm not complaining if I see her jerking off on a palate. Well, they were trying to get the forklift under the palate and they couldn't. She was halting production. Guys, there's a fat meth hat on a palette out here. You can't be a fat meth. unless you're me. I'm the only one though. Okay. Carl, do you want your meth jingle?
Starting point is 00:58:52 No. Let me ask you a question. She got the tear drop tattoo. You ever fuck a girl with a teardrop tattoo? No. No? I've never fucked a woman with a facial tattoo. No? Never once. You haven't lived, my friend. Apparently not. You've not lived. I'm still young. That's intimidating, I think. I've fucking teardrop tattooed? Yeah, I think that's kind of intimidating. I murdered someone to jail. Yeah, I go. Well, what were you in for? I was dittling myself on a palate. I was going to be out in 20 minutes, but I decided I need to finish this bitch off once and for all. I just send a message. Uh, charge, charge with exposure of sexual organs. She's locked up in lieu of a $500 bond, which is never good. If you can't get a $500 bond and you're sitting in jail,
Starting point is 00:59:36 that's like $50. It's $50. You just need a friend who has a $50 bill and you can get out. Yeah. She has a, a, you know, passed convictions for battery and law enforcement, narcotics possession, as well as misdemeanor convictions for theft,
Starting point is 00:59:53 prostitution, and witness tampering. Oh, bitch, bitch, bitch. She's just having a fun life. All right, Carl. Let's go over to, I believe this is Turkey. We're talking about a gentleman by the name of Tugrul Baser.
Starting point is 01:00:06 Okay. And he was a on the run for about eight years. And they couldn't catch him because he came up with a plan to avoid the police. you tell me good plan okay so he assumed the identity of his sister
Starting point is 01:00:20 that is correct i had to say this i hate to say it he's pulling it off i i would let her blow me interesting am i wrong she has very weird alien features and that's clearly a wig clearly a wig who gives a shit if a brunt okay you never fucked a girl to wig before come on
Starting point is 01:00:43 You never take it from behind? You just like I started pulling on her and just comes right off. Not on like on Halloween. And then she goes, oh, sorry about that. Hey, Hey, back there. You never had that happen before?
Starting point is 01:00:57 Yeah. No, I haven't. Oh, okay. Have you ever had her balls come back and slap your balls? Yes. And then it's like,
Starting point is 01:01:04 it's titillating. It hurts a little. Right? Okay. So the wanted criminal was convicted. I hate it when her balls are bigger than mine, though. I will say that is a little bit to process. like Jim Norton's got to feel bad a little bit right like sometimes
Starting point is 01:01:18 I guarantee his wife is is packing more than he is She pulls out the old Stanley And making his way up to the stage very gingerly Jim Norton everyone Hey everybody Glad to be here Swagger Keep the applause going
Starting point is 01:01:37 It's going to be a minute It's going to be a minute while we get his jaw back in place I love Jim He's been big socked by the best of him. Jim Norton, everyone. Oh, man. So he was convicted in jailed 2010 after being found guilty on thefts of stealing. But after dodging his sentence, police uncovered that he allegedly adopted a whole new life in disguise and a bid to slip through the identity checks and evade capture.
Starting point is 01:02:04 He started dressing as his sister and stole her ID and literally lived his life for about eight years as his sister. Wouldn't you rather just go to jail for the 10 than live your life as a woman? They just found this guy. It was 2010. They just found him now. Slow down Istanbul. Dude, when he committed the crime, it was Constanthropal. Come on.
Starting point is 01:02:23 Come on. Come on. Oh, you. Come on. Come on. History joke. Let's go. Let's go, buddy.
Starting point is 01:02:30 It's been a long time gone. That Constantinople. Whoa, buddy. Don't I have that drop somewhere? Yeah, buddy. Something like that. Oh, man. I'm just one. So I guess my question with this is we don't need to get into all the details of the story because it's not super interesting. Other of the fact that he decided to live his life as a woman to evade capture in Turkish prison, would you rather just go to jail? I mean, it's theft. Do you rather go to jail for a couple years for stealing?
Starting point is 01:02:58 Well, no, he's also impersonating a police officer. Okay, that's true. I think that they frown upon that sort of thing. Even in Turkey, I'll ask Chaya. He'll know the answer. Well, now he's impersonating a woman. So this guy really needs to just get it together. You know what? If they make a movie about this, they should really cast out. Elliot Page. Because wouldn't be funny if Elliot Page had to play a woman? Like, hey, look at this. This is a guy pretending to be a woman.
Starting point is 01:03:22 It's a guy pretending to be a woman who's a guy pretending to be a woman. Right. Who isn't good at it. See what I mean? Oh, how do I wear these high heels?
Starting point is 01:03:37 You're nailing it, Elliot. Oh, let me put on my lipsticks. Did I do it, Rice? Make a little birdhouse in your soul, Zeno. Not to put too fine a point on it. Let's talk about this gentleman, Carl. This is Lashon Johnson, remember him?
Starting point is 01:04:01 No. He was drafted by the Packers in 1994, played for the Cardinals and the Giants before finishing up in the XFL with the Chicago enforcement. Oh, that Lishon Johnson. Yeah, from the XFL. Chicago enforcers was John Johnson. O'P and Anthony were hired to be the hypebed for that fucking league.
Starting point is 01:04:22 How funny is that? So wild, man. It is. I mean, that whole thing was wild. But he is going to jail for 60 months. He's going to federal prison, Carl, convicted of six felonies related to dogfighting. That is not good. 190 dogs were seized from property.
Starting point is 01:04:41 Are there enough people into dogfighting? You need 190. That's suboperating. he's got going out there. This is the most dogs ever seized from any individual in a federal dog fighting investigation. Vinny. That's a lot of dogs. Yeah, I'm aware. I have three at my
Starting point is 01:04:54 house and I... How many of them are bred for fighting? Just the olive. She'll fuck you up. I met Almey time. She's cool. So, Carl. She's pretty cool. Here's the thing about my dog. You know, my buddy Kevin. Yeah. My very best friend in the world. He comes over to watch football. He came over
Starting point is 01:05:11 yesterday. Well, one time we were out and he said he would come over and let dogs out. Okay. He came to the house when we weren't there. Olive was still kind of new. And I found out that my dog would be an amazing guard dog. Interesting. She put a hole in his sweater. She's like, ah, really? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He just kind of gives up that vibe, though. I can see a lot of dogs attacking him. Yeah, he's got those crazy blue eyes that are just like, he's got mail carrier vibes going on. That's just like, I don't like this guy. I don't know why, but I don't like this guy. He came over yesterday. And like, without skipping a beat, Olive saw him and immediately.
Starting point is 01:05:44 at him. It's just like dove. And he's like, ah. That's weird, because dogs usually hate my guts, and Olive's always been very sweet to me. Olive is sweet to most people. And Kevin is a very, very sweet guy, but I'm starting to think that maybe he's twisting off seagull heads at night. I'm not aware of it. Good point. But either way.
Starting point is 01:06:00 LeShon Johnson. He continued to traffic dogs in spite of being convicted on state charges for dogfighting in Oklahoma in 2004. So the Department of Justice says Johnson made hundreds of thousands of dollars through was dog fighting operations, selling dogs he described as fighting champions, selling puppies he said were bred to be fighting champions, and charging stud fees to other dog fighters so his championship males could breed with other females.
Starting point is 01:06:28 So you know they have the Lion King and then there's that gorilla documentary, that crazy chimp lady? Yeah. How do they not have like a, I can't believe things like this exists. When I heard about Michael Vic, that was the first time I knew or even heard about this kind of thing. I'm like, people are paying to watch fucking dogs. This is wild. They're fucking just murdering the dogs if they don't perform well. Dude, it's brutal.
Starting point is 01:06:50 Dude, I don't know how you could hate dogs that much. Strangled dogs with his hands. Yes. They would hang them from trees and trees. It's the worst things ever. I mean, I was assumed that this guy's going to get his ass kicked in prison, right?
Starting point is 01:07:02 I don't know. How do they look at this kind of thing? Like, we know that if you molest children, you're frowned upon. Yeah. And you will get your comeuppance in prison. But dogs I would think would be the same kind of thing. Everyone loves dogs, right?
Starting point is 01:07:14 Yeah. Well, I got to be honest with you. Do brothers love dogs? That's, I didn't want to say it. That's the thing. I don't know. Send Anthony the link. Let's see what Kumiya says about this.
Starting point is 01:07:27 Anthony. What do you think? He's got an unbiased opinion on it. So my dog is a bulldog. Yes. And people of color have different reactions to her in public. Because I take her with me to a lot of places. Dogs are racist.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Well, I'll have done. doesn't really react to any of them. She doesn't do anything except stand next to me. She's pretty dopey that way and great. But people will look down and see her and immediately I'll see people go, like, shit. That's a scary dog. Or I'll get this.
Starting point is 01:08:00 That boy or girl. You know why they ask? Why? They want a breeder. They want a breeder. Yeah. That's a good compliment. I've been asked a lot.
Starting point is 01:08:08 That's quite the compliment. Oh, my dog's hot. You should see her. No one has ever seen me and been like, this dude needs to breed. No one's ever once mistaken you for a woman either. Never once has someone been like, this thing needs to procreate. Yeah. We need more of that.
Starting point is 01:08:25 That's a nice compliment. 60 months is all you get for this shit. It's wild. I mean, I hope he spends all five years in prison. I can't believe that he's a repeat offender to the point where he's up to 190 dogs, the biggest dog fighting operation they'd ever seen. Yeah. And, dude, I don't think his time with the Chicago Enforces is really going to help him get along with the inmates.
Starting point is 01:08:46 Probably not. I mean, there's probably a lot of XFL fans in prison. Unless his name is, he hate me? I don't think anyone knows who he is. Good point. See what we get from the XFL ever now? Let's talk about this bitch, shall we? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:59 This is Corey a Walsh. I think I had the high school with her. She stinks. I hate her stupid birthmark on the side of her face. She was, like, in drama club. I don't know, she was like on the school government board thing. Everybody thought she was going to be good because she sang that solo that one time. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:18 And she lived the rest of her life like she was great. I know. And she really peaked in high school and she wasn't even that great in high school. We all know this bitch. That's my point. She's 40-year-old Illinois mother who became very invested, Carl, in the Lindsay Clancy murder. She's accused of killing her own two-year-old son, allegedly hanging the boy in her basement shortly after discussing the high-profile case with friends. Oh, what?
Starting point is 01:09:41 It was a hung jury. The jury was hung? Oh, that gives me an idea. That was like my Constantinople joke. I'm giving us both a D-Midas, barely passing grade. By the way, I support this woman. I don't think it's her fault. I will wear pink or whatever color they tell me to wear outside of the courthouse.
Starting point is 01:10:02 And I will support this woman. I think you should be able to hang your two-year-old. You do? By the way, the fact that they're like, this one was fun. the Lindsay Clancy case very closely. Show me a 40-year-old mom, white mom in the United States who wasn't. They're all on multiple text threads
Starting point is 01:10:17 talking about this stupid case. Dude, I was watching clips of comics talking about this and people got very, like, in the audience, like that Lindsay Clancy trial trying to make a joke. Don't joke about that. Like women were getting fucking all.
Starting point is 01:10:33 Women, stop going to comedy clubs. You're not welcome. No, buy tickets. Please buy tickets, ladies. You're more than welcome to come to any show. here at comedy at the Carlson. Don't go to NFL games. Do not go to the comedy club.
Starting point is 01:10:44 I don't have any control over that. Stay the fuck away from NFL games. Stay out of movie theaters. Vinny, you ever see a photo of like baseball in the 40s, like a baseball game? It's all men dressed in suits with like nice hats on, you know? And they're all there to enjoy little sports entertainment. Ah, Cracker Jacks and the ball game.
Starting point is 01:11:07 Oh, and there's cold beer. And the cold beer. It was five cents, but, you know, whatever. You're going to splurge because you're there with your buddy. If I had a time machine, I think that's where I would want to be transported to. A time when we just kept women out of things, you know, it's like they weren't allowed at the bar, which is by the way, why they banned, my prohibition started. Because when we're like, hey, I want to go to the bar.
Starting point is 01:11:28 I was like, well, it's not for you. Then you're not allowed to drink either. You always come home drug and I don't like it. It's like, yeah, well, sorry, I don't know to tell you. I'm doing it works. It makes all the money. That's good point. I'm getting way off track.
Starting point is 01:11:39 Talk to me about this woman who hung her two-year-old? She hung the kid. Oh. She threw him off a bridge or anything. She tried to give the kid CPR afterwards? Yeah. She removed the ligature, lower the child to the ground, attempted CPR we're calling 911. Who knew that hanging a kid would kill him?
Starting point is 01:11:59 Wow. Who was just trying to scare him straight? What a fun game. It turns out she thought he was the Antichrist. Well, that's what she claims. So I think she did the right thing. I think you shouldn't murder the antichrist. We don't know that the kid was not the antichrist.
Starting point is 01:12:12 Right. So I think that if you find out that you gave birth to the Antichrist, it's your responsibility to dispose of it. Seems fair. Yeah. Seems fair. What about a shockjack? It's not controversial.
Starting point is 01:12:26 So here's what she did. She went up to when the cops got there. Yeah. They found her up in the bathroom with injuries consistent of attempted trip to Greenland. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Oh, so everyone was. with things they can murder their children and just be like, I'm crazy. I just get away with it.
Starting point is 01:12:44 Is that like your thing now? Pity me. That's the thing now. I'm nuts. Again, we know. God damn it. Fuck her. All right.
Starting point is 01:12:55 Yeah. Fuck her. I don't like her, Carl. Minnie, I feel like you've soured. I feel like the mood is soured all of a sudden. Well, I mean, I don't like people murder their children very much. We just talked about a guy who's obviously breeding dogs for dog fighting, which sucks. There's a woman murdering her kid.
Starting point is 01:13:13 No cats were caught on fire in this episode. So we got that going for us. That's good. That's good. Well, I know it'll cheer me out. Some voicemails, Carl. That's not true. I would love to hear what the people are saying out there.
Starting point is 01:13:23 That's not true. If you don't think they'll cheer me out. Oh, why do you have voicemails for me? No. The Freepaw voicemail segment is brought to you by the city of Syracuse. Unfortunately, our Syracuse Orange and lost the University of California. Apparently, they're the only school who's immune to our smell. See you in Syracuse.
Starting point is 01:13:43 Syracuse still had a basketball team? I had no idea. Did you know that Miami still as a football team? Oh, football. Right, it would be football. Miami had a football team, too. Back in the day. Shut off.
Starting point is 01:13:55 Back in the 70s, they were good. Who cares? All right. Dave Marino was a great quarterback. Maybe the best ever. So here's a comment on our scum parade from Friday. We did a bonus episode. We talked about a priest who got himself into a bit of trouble.
Starting point is 01:14:11 You were boys, it's your favorite. The shit bearded the pirate here. Vinny, are you fucking kidding me? You brought a priest who stole money from the church and his mother and went to have gay sex with adults. The sentienting adults, that is, and paid for it and did drugs. Good for him.
Starting point is 01:14:39 He didn't fuck any kids. Leave him alone. What the fuck is wrong with your boy? Oh, anyways. Bye. Yeah. Way of the pirate character out a little thick. But yes, I agree.
Starting point is 01:14:52 I also thought that guy was pretty cool, especially stealing money from the church. I didn't like these so money from his mom. Yeah, his elderly dying mom. That part was not cool. To buy heroin to have sex with a gay hooker who was on heroin? I mean, that guy's not cool, dude. Wait, okay.
Starting point is 01:15:08 So the problem you had was the gay sex is that the guy was on heroin? No. And then you're just like, this guy's like fucking this dude in the bathroom somewhere. And that guy is high on heroin. You're like, well, I don't care about that park. Carl. Carl. We both have gay friends.
Starting point is 01:15:22 Yes. None of them have trouble getting laid. Trucker Andy does actually. Oh, that's true. I forgot about Trucker Andy. He doesn't drive truck anymore. So his options are really slowed. I'm so mean.
Starting point is 01:15:35 Truck Radio will be on WTP the Saturday. So what I'm. I'm saying is this guy, right? He was trying to get laid. He's gay. He's a priest. He couldn't just get a dude. He doesn't know that there's a million apps for this shit. He's got to
Starting point is 01:15:54 steal money from the church to go by a heroin. Vinny, Vinny, Vinny, Vinny, Vinny, Vinny, listen, you're talking right now. There's different mindsets in life, right? There's the old Carl mindset. I'll use myself
Starting point is 01:16:10 as an example here. Oh, why you go to college and get a degree and then get a job and work for a company and make money and get a paycheck and blah my house blah blah and then there's the jerry banfield mindset i'm better than all of this i don't need a fucking job i'm a star i am the creator i am god like this dude was having things a little bit too he's a little different than you and i he's cooler than us oh all right it's just cooler than us he's not just like i'll just go on tinder and like maybe a guy will put his dick in my butt he's like no no no I'm going to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars go on cruises by heroin and a Mustang for my point friend. Yeah, he was a problem.
Starting point is 01:16:48 He was living it up. Okay. A consequence idea. I don't think this is a very good one. Hey, I have a consequence idea. I think that the loser should have to do the entire show wearing one of those floppy gardening hats, but like a big pink floppy
Starting point is 01:17:04 gardening hat with like a little fake flower on it. Oh, that'd be really funny. All right. I'll be a later, guys. Opie? You should wear one of those floppy gardening hats with the flower on it. It's dumbed.
Starting point is 01:17:25 That's the dumbest suggestion I've ever heard. I kind of like it. You got any more voice mails? I have no voicemails. All right. We're good then, brother. What a fuck out of here.
Starting point is 01:17:34 Do we check supertip. g.g. We're going to do that real quick before we get out of here. Daniel Adam. He says, I hope the Sego guy is in our future. Fire song. Yeah, the track was pretty hot.
Starting point is 01:17:47 That's true. His girlfriend was pretty hot. His girlfriend was hot. Yeah, I think Carl, we're good to go. She had tiggle bitties on her. She did. And I'm not going to complain about any part of her. She was all right.
Starting point is 01:17:59 Yeah. Except for her mouth. It's edgy as F. Except for that mouth of hers. She was annoying. Hey, where's this is a beer? Ugh. You guys don't know where the beer is?
Starting point is 01:18:08 Oh. Point Devil Point will be on my channel today. Shulie's taking the week off. Oh. Second week in a row. It's fine. Why is he taking the week off for the show that? I mean, he's just the co-host, whatever.
Starting point is 01:18:23 It's fine. Anyway, point devil point on my channel today, I'm going to have Lucy Typebox on the show. Earl David Reed, Christian Blasking me stopping by. Howard Stern was back on radio today. We're going to have some clips of that. Oh, that's so exciting. Minnie, I'm in the middle of my promo.
Starting point is 01:18:43 I was trying to help you. I said, that's exciting. See, unlike Emily, I pick up on sarcasm. So I know that what you're saying is kind of shitty. I know that we're not friends, but still, like, I'm just doing a promo real quick. Who, me? Carl. Four o'clock today.
Starting point is 01:19:00 Point, double point. We're going through the chapters of John's book all about Susanna. Oh, okay. That's worth listening to. The mother of his children is going to tell us all about Susannaer, and their wild love affair. And also the time he beat Tom Giosano at golf. Here's what I prepared for us today, Benny.
Starting point is 01:19:17 This is exciting. John writes in his book, a whole chapter about how he beat Tom Giosano at golf. And Tom Giosano is a big golf fan. He is a member at a country club and golfs all the time. What was I looking for? Why did I say fan? A big golf. Enthusiast?
Starting point is 01:19:35 Yeah. Aficionado? Okay. Both better words than fan. And so, John's going to write a chapter about how we beat Tom Giacanong and golf. And then we're going to watch the E episode of John playing Tom Giacano and golf. Because we all know that John also claims he beat Jack at basketball.
Starting point is 01:19:52 And then we watch the video. We're like, let's not basketball. So we'll see what John isers beating someone at golf. Oh, are you trying to tell me that John exaggerated what actually happened in his book? I think John believes what he writes in some of these cases. That's pretty retarded. He's pretty stupid. Hey, Carl.
Starting point is 01:20:09 Yes, buddy. Um, listen, let's be pals. Let's be friends. What do you say? Yeah, yeah. Let's be friends again. All right. Ready?
Starting point is 01:20:15 You want to be a Billsman? No. We could just be friends, right? We could still be friends. Yeah. Come on. Come on. Pussy cat.
Starting point is 01:20:24 All right. Reluctantly, I'll say yes. We'll be back on Friday for a brand new episode of Super Friends. Just kidding. It's called the Scumstream. We hope to see you there. Until that, it's nice to be important. It's more important to be nice.
Starting point is 01:20:37 Good gear. It's the Creepaw.
