Starting point is 00:00:01 God damn it, where is this camera coming from? Where is this feed? You know, I'm starting to think this is just on a loop because I was watching this all night last night and no one ever came in. Huh. Is this even live? You're listening to the Carl Network. If you're a kid, don't get on here, okay? See, that's how you do a disclaimer.
Starting point is 00:00:24 You tell the kids to get out to fuck off the damn page. Attention parents, what you're about to see is not suitable for kids. Shoot, it's not even suitable for some grownups. You might want to walk away now if you ain't into these type of things. I'm going to give the people what they want. Sensation, horror, shock. I'm going to deliver the goods because I'm alive and I'm not backing down. This is very disrespectful.
Starting point is 00:00:55 Disgusting, vomit-inducing thing. Ola creepos and welcome to another episode of your favorite true crime podcast. show about creeps by creeps for you creeps out there i'm your host my name is vinyan joining me in studio he is my nemesis he's my pal he's also my co-host it's hot cook c carl don't ever accuse me of being your friend what's happening viti paulino good to see you my friend i thought we just made up last week oh we did just make up you know now that you've engaged our cleaning lady here at the comedy club she thinks that she could talk to me she thinks that we're pales we're walking down the hallway me tell her leave the talent alone yes i appreciate you
Starting point is 00:01:53 appreciate that. Yeah. She, dude. Guess what your friend Vinnie did? I don't, I don't fucking care. I just have to do my show. I just got to punch the clock. I got to pretend I like the creep off and I can get the fuck out of here.
Starting point is 00:02:05 You know the deal. You can leave. Oh, I could. Oh, shit. I didn't know that. Leave any time you want, pal. You actually have someone that can fill in for me today, don't you? I sure do.
Starting point is 00:02:14 I sure do. But should we talk about the rules of the game real quick? Yeah. All right, this is a true crime show. It's a little different than most true crime shows. It is a competition. Each and every week, Vinny and I bring in the biggest creep in a certain category. We then present who we think is the biggest creep.
Starting point is 00:02:26 You listen to our arguments. You go and vote at patreon.com slash the creepoff. We tally up those votes. Whoever got the most votes gets a point. The first person to get the five points wins the round and the loser has to spin the dreaded wheel of consequences. And in order to find out who won last week, we need our results girl. I would play the Mahalia one, but we keep getting flagged for it. It's my hell yeah today, everybody. Hello, hello. You got a boner alert jingle.
Starting point is 00:02:57 That was pretty cool. How are you feeling about that? I know. I feel honored. Nice. Congrats. You earned it. Could ever take Danny's place, but.
Starting point is 00:03:06 No, that's true. That's true. You, yeah. Great stuff. Wouldn't try. Wouldn't try. Just stepping in. Vinny had a few things he wanted to say that all of them were over the line.
Starting point is 00:03:17 He went, ah, I'm not going to sexually harass this woman on my podcast. Self-ed-ad-D-D-Smart. That was smart. Welcome back to the hell yeah. Last week, we did an episode entitled, Who is the Creepiest Gramp? The score is currently 2 to 1, and you are here to let us know who the winner is. I am here to deliver some important news. In the category of creepiest grandparent, the winner taking the point, Vinnie, now with 58% of the vote.
Starting point is 00:03:49 Vinhausen for the winhousing. What's going on right now? What's going on? A losing streak. A losing streak. A losing streak. Hey, Malia, don't enjoy that so much. I thought we were friends.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Why would you think that? I'm a nonpartisan, unbiased. I'm just here to deliver the news. You look pretty excited about it. I'll be honest with you. I'm just excited about the fact that the score is now 3-1. However, we cannot forget that the guest score is currently at 4, which means I think our special guest today better bring it. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:04:26 You see what you did? Uh-oh. You see what you did? Now Jerry's going to come out here in a minute, and he's going to beat us, and then we're going to have to spend the tandem wheel, Carl. Jerry's bringing a creep today? Yeah, that's exciting. Which is what you wanted. I said to you.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Should we have Jerry play the game? He said, yeah. Can you fucking play along? Jesus Christ, this fucking guy that constantly with the fourth wall. You walked in here and said, I have to pretend to like this show. I have to come in here and punch the clock and pretend to like this show. I did say it. And I'm the one who's breaking the fourth wall.
Starting point is 00:04:59 Wall, Jesus Christ, Carl. Did you know what today is? Did you know today is a holiday? Yeah. Super Chat Monday. It certainly is. Is the day that we are celebrating here on the creep off. Thank you for cheering me up a little bit.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Geez. Remember for 12 months, Hearns 55 says, is there a point-dabblepoint today, Carl? Do you have any more studying John, Stephanie Miller's shows left? We haven't seen. Great questions. Point-Dill Point will be on Shulie's show, his channel today at 4 p.m. And we do have a big announcement on Point-Dabble Point today. I think I did watch all the Stephanie Miller episodes, but I'll check on that.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Wait a second. Is there something from the courts? No. You want a tease? No, no. I spoke with Shui this morning, and there is nothing from the courts. Okay, okay. Chris Primer gifted a creepoff channel membership.
Starting point is 00:05:44 Thank you, Chris. And Silent Shape became a YouTube member. Thank you, Silent Shape. Oh, on both channels. Yeah, sweet. Thank you very much, Island, Shaped. Of course, we are on the Creepoff channel and Who are these podcast channel simultaneously, as we are every Monday at 1 p.m. Eastern.
Starting point is 00:05:57 Cardiff Electric, my man, 279. And Carl, don't forget to bring the hard drive, you know. I actually do have a hard drive for Cardiff. But I don't think Cardiff's coming to Detroit. I don't think I'm going to see him in our Detroit show. I think he might be. Oh, I am going to Toronto on Friday, though. Oh.
Starting point is 00:06:11 I could meet up with Cardiff. You're going to Toronto on Friday? I should have told you that. I can't do a bonus show on Friday. I'm going to Toronto to see Weezer with Gavin from Buffalo. Great. It'll be fun. Tuki's unpaid staff.
Starting point is 00:06:24 Thanks for the two bucks. By the way, Tuki's unpaid staff is the reason our guest is on today. He is the one who suggested it during WATP. Excellent. He says, Vinnie's the man, Carl's just a fecal fan. True dat. We're about to rhyme now in our super chats. That's not the rule.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Now, my hell yeah, in case of the inevitable, at some point, we're going to end up having to spin the tandem wheel of consequences. Eventually. Has anybody dropped any suggestions, and you are the keeper of the consequences, I believe? Yes. As keeper of the consequences, I am happy to announce the recent submissions we have received. First one was actually inspired by myself and our discussion of feet. They would like you to make a crush video. What?
Starting point is 00:07:11 I don't know what that is. I don't know what it is either, but they said it was inspired by the feet. Gross. What's wrong with you, people? Maybe like stepping on different. Can I kick Carl's teeth out of his head? Is that allowed? I think you get to decide what you crush up.
Starting point is 00:07:29 So the winner gets to decide as the other questions. He's got that one covered. I'll be happy to do that. Don't know if you can film and post that one, though. Okay. What else you got? $200 to podcast Hitman. Motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:07:45 Both of us put in the hundred bucks? Jesus Christ. I don't like that. I don't like that at all. Okay. What else you got? All right. The next one is.
Starting point is 00:07:55 for every show that you, every podcast you're on for the next month, you have to do a plug for the creep off and you will be charged $500 to Vinny for each time you forget. I think we should up there. That sounds like a carol consequence. It's like a tandem consequence. We would save, hold on to that one, my hell. Yeah, I don't like that one. I know you don't. No, it's hysterical. All right. Well, 500 seems excessive. That's an excessive fine for that. Make it 50 bucks and we're good. Every time you forget. against for a month.
Starting point is 00:08:26 But you're going to be my biggest problem in the universe every week just so I don't forget you. Oh, that's right. You are the new co-host, the biggest problem. An interim. What does that mean? A big host. It means for now.
Starting point is 00:08:37 What do you mean? What is interim mean? Acting co-host. Okay. You think Vito means. I think that Vito is going to ride it out and never really look for anybody else. I think he's just got you in there now and he's just going to ride with Carl. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:08:49 It's my guess. You think I'm that good of a co-host. I've hung in here with you for six years in spite of the way you started the show today. In spite of every time you mentioned me. All right. Let's bring our guest on. He's waiting very patiently for us.
Starting point is 00:09:02 All right. Mahalia, get your plug in real quick. Yes. In today, honor of our special guest, Jerry Banfield, the last consequence idea is to put on a tube top and stream yourself playing video games. Oh, that's a fun one. What kind of video games? I thought it was a fun one, too.
Starting point is 00:09:19 I think that that is dealer's choice. You and I play Mortal Kombat against each other in Tube Tops. Okay. How about that? It's a fun one. I would watch it. I would like to play Mario Kart. Oh, I would do that.
Starting point is 00:09:30 Mario Kart's fun too. Yeah, that's good. All right, very good. We'll see you soon, Mahalia. Where can people find you? At Mahalya on Instagram. And please don't forget to send your creep-off consequence ideas to creep-off consequence ideas at gmail.com. Nailed it.
Starting point is 00:09:46 Thank you, Mahalia. She's like media. We've talked about this before. She's like media training, right? She always starts the sentence by starting with your question. I do actually have a couple of new consequences. consequences they've just recently come in. Vinny, thank you for asking. I like that about her. It's very professional.
Starting point is 00:10:00 She's great. Speaking of professional. I love to eat peanut butter. I love to eat honey. And I also love to eat beans. Beans. I look great. You want to introduce our guests today? This is very exciting. Ladies and gentlemen, the man of the hour, he is too sweet to be sour. And he is so kind. He will even sell you the shirt off of his back. It is Jerry Banfield, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the show, bud. Nice being on the creep off here. You guys are on two channels at once live on YouTube. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:31 He's getting ideas. You should be doing your dating channel and your main channel at the same time. I know. I could hit all six of my channels at the same time. You have six channels? Vinny, don't act like you don't know that. I didn't know that.
Starting point is 00:10:44 I should know that he is my son saying all. I am a member of your school. And I have a question. I saw your latest post today. Can I, are you starting at like a meme coin? What are you doing? I've been debating about that.
Starting point is 00:10:58 I already have a meme coin and I started, but I sold all of it and then I bought some. So it's like I do how many things can I manage in my life? Like, do I need one more ball in the air to juggle? Well, also, I think you lose credibility when you start a meme coin. You know who Huck Tua is, Haley Welch? Yeah, I remember. Didn't work out well. It didn't work out well.
Starting point is 00:11:16 I would advise you not to get into the meme coin business, but you do it. You do you. You're better doing you than I'm doing you. So it's a good. about right thank you i'll take that as divine guidance that i've been seeking perfect well jerry i want to say thank you for coming on and you've agreed to uh play the game with us today you're going to present a creep um did you kind of hear the rules a little earlier how this all works yes okay yeah i think we should go before him so we kind of gets the show of uh i don't know if you watched the show
Starting point is 00:11:47 before jerry i watched one of the creep balls before you awesome thanks for thanks for doing that see this guy preps he watched w t before he came on Our show, he's good like that. You're phenomenal, sir. You ready to get this thing started? I am. Ring that bell. Since I won, that means I get to go first. So I'd like to introduce you all to my creep today.
Starting point is 00:12:08 I got to have one extra step here. And the category is what again? The biggest creep on dating apps, Carl. Yes, the dating app creep. There's been, obviously, documentaries made about this. Who was that Swindler guy? Who was the Swindler? What's it called?
Starting point is 00:12:25 Anyway, the Swindler guy. Yeah, that's a fucking documentary. Why am I drawing a Blake on what it was? What was the app? Anyway, Tinder Swindler? I don't know. I think it was Tinder Swindler. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:37 But yeah, there's a lot of creeps on these dating apps, as we know. And the fun thing about these is that none of these people are particularly presenting themselves in reality is what I'm finding about it. Because I feel like everybody, when they get on these dating apps, they want to put their best foot forward. clearly. Some of these people live in complete fucking delusion. And that's a great example of my creep today. His name is Carl, Carl Langdell. So his name is also Carl. Let's not get confused. So let's just call him good Carl. Okay. And that's got bad Carl. Less creepy Carl. Yeah, yeah. That sounds good. Right. So hold on. My, my creep today should never have been allowed on a dating nap car like there's no rules that's my other issue here uh for biggest problem take that there's
Starting point is 00:13:26 no rules as to who could get on these things anybody could open an account with an email and uh this guy was a problem long before he found plenty of fish uh he had a documented history of violence murder fantasies threats against women he was born in england in 1990 and uh he as a kid was a terror killing cats ah that's never a good sign terrorized the neighborhood cat population You ever kill a cat before? I have not. Good answer. I was trying to come up with a meow joke, though.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Okay. What I like about Jerry is that he is always honest. So when you ask him questions, he will answer, honestly. I'm glad to hear you not killed a cat. That's good news. Dog. Not that I know of that. I've hit a thing or two driving before, but.
Starting point is 00:14:11 Person? Haven't we all? Definitely not a person. Okay. Just check it. So you shouldn't wear a black hoodie at night. That's what I'm going to say. So as a child, they sent him to a...
Starting point is 00:14:23 Actually, I think I did run over a cat before at night. I tried to swerve and it went... It drove right. Like, I tried to swerve and it went right the opposite way it should have ran. I was like, damn it. Oh, so you actually drove into the cat. The cat was trying out of the way and you drove into it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:37 No, I, I swerved it, like, it ran at me. So I tried to swerve away from it. He tried to stutter step with the car. Like, you're... What an idiot you are, cat. Like, I was trying to help you out. Cats are so bad at chicken. They're the worst at that game.
Starting point is 00:14:51 One of the worst. So he was violent as an early age, like I said, with the cat thing, right? He admitted that he had fantasies about murdering children in his class and that he told the therapist it gave him boners. So how does that work? Yeah, how does that work? That's weird. It shouldn't. That's the thing.
Starting point is 00:15:13 That's the real problem here. So in his teens, he was not a terrible looking guy. He had a few girlfriends, and in 2009, his first arrest was for beating up his girlfriend. And he didn't get charged. He was just arrested, and they let him go. Is it because she had it coming? Probably. It's England.
Starting point is 00:15:34 In 2013, mental health services treated him as a danger to himself after he did a shit ton of Coke, became convinced that someone was coming after him. The next year, he beat up his brother. His brother declined to press charges. Coke will make you paranoid. I've talked about this before, but the next thing. Mickey Six book where he, like, wrote in his diary every day for a year when he was, like, really addicted to drugs. He would hide in this closet with a shotgun, thinking that people were coming to get him. Now, at the same time, he was fucking Prince's girlfriend.
Starting point is 00:16:03 So he had a good reason to be paranoid, but still, uh, Coke will do that to you. Yeah. My stance on that, though, is better safe than sorry. So get in the closet with the shotgun in the closet? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Better safe than sorry. So long story short He decides to try to better his life
Starting point is 00:16:23 He enrolls in a school to study journalism Doesn't complete his degree He's a lazy corner cutter video game addicted Coke snorting piece of shit Who beat up his girlfriend And his girlfriend dumps him He decides he needs more attention So he decides to attempt a trip to Greenland
Starting point is 00:16:41 Uh oh Jerry that's code for you know Oh I don't know that Yeah, just so you know, wink, YouTube's terms of service. They put him in the nut hut for a bit where he got into a lot of violent altercations with the staff and other patients. So by March of 2015, Carl, they let him out. Good.
Starting point is 00:17:00 And he proves he has no game at all because there was a nurse that he fancied while he was in the psych ward. And he called her up one night. He found her number in the phone book. And he called her up to shoot his shot, right? Yeah. And she says, I'm the phone book.
Starting point is 00:17:15 She's like, how did you get this number? aren't you the guy who was beating everyone up in the insane asylum? Please don't call here anymore. And he goes, well, I'm sorry you feel that way. You know, I'm just a little sad. I broke up with my ex-girlfriend. And now because you're turning me down, I guess I'm going to have to go find my ex-girlfriend's younger sister.
Starting point is 00:17:34 And then he described cutting her throat, removing her clothes, and having sex with her body after she was dead. You shouldn't do that. I don't care of it. I don't care of it's a third date, fourth date. That's too much. That's too far. I think so.
Starting point is 00:17:50 And this is just a woman on the phone. Yeah. This is even like an in-person, that's like an in-person conversation, I feel. I feel really vanilla listening to this. Right. I know. I just want a woman that's alive and interested.
Starting point is 00:18:02 Yeah, I wanted to be alive for at least half of the date. I'm with you on that. So he told half the date. He added to this nurse, I will call you before I do it while I'm doing it and after it approved you that I was serious. So here come the cops. They take him back to her.
Starting point is 00:18:20 another psychiatric evaluation. The hospital staff identity is a serious threat. They put him on house arrest. So while he's on house arrest, he's constantly threatening visiting Greenland, playing video games, sitting online, doing nothing. But here's what he did decide to do. Shortcut to bettering himself. Just make a bunch of fake internet profiles about how great I am.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Smart. So he's a lawyer. He owns his own law firm. He was the captain of the golf team. at Cardiff University. What is this, Chad Zumach? Do we just transition into someone completely different
Starting point is 00:18:55 with it? What just happened? No, this is what he decided to do. He, uh, instead of, compulsive wire. Yes. Instead of like living in the reality and actually trying to better himself,
Starting point is 00:19:04 what he decided to do was, you know, complete fiction. Back to my point from earlier. But you mean dating profiles. No, I mean, a LinkedIn, social media. Oh, nice. Nice.
Starting point is 00:19:16 So he does all of this. And then he finds plenty of fish. So he puts out all these fake profiles attaches them all to his plenty of fish account and he starts getting bites. That makes sense because he does like his women battered.
Starting point is 00:19:32 Waka, walka, he put this picture up there. He's going to get some gals, I think. Wait, is that a picture from 1943? What kind of photo is that? It's black and white for the drama. It's very old time you're looking. I feel like, isn't this a scene from that Chris Isaac music video?
Starting point is 00:19:48 Yes. Never want a phone. I'm only in love. That's him before he went to the war. That's great. So thanks for taking out the Germans for us. Around December of that year, 2016, he's talking to about 20 different women on plenty of fish, talking to all of them.
Starting point is 00:20:06 And he's got some game. But he decides to meet one of them. And I don't know why he picked this hollowed out pumpkin. That's not a real person. AI made that. AI in 2022 made that. How many fingers are on that woman's hand? Check it.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Okay, there's a better picture. This is from an interesting angle, which leads me to think a satellite took it. So this is Katie Locke. She's a history and politics teacher at a high school in East London. And she was a very nice girl. Everybody seemed to like her.
Starting point is 00:20:44 And they were talking for about two weeks. They met out on a date. And she was telling everybody, I'm going out with a successful lawyer this weekend. Can you believe it? Good for her. So they meet for the first time on December 23rd at a bar. She texted friends to tell them she's having a good time.
Starting point is 00:21:00 Around Christmas Eve morning around 3.30 a.m. They took a taxi to a hotel. The night clerk said that the last thing they heard from them was that she called down and asked for two toothbrushes to be delivered to the room. Oh. And he's like, and also bring a bunch of towels. That was like. Carpet cleaner.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Yeah. So inside the hotel room, nobody knows what happened other than he strangles her to death. Sure. The medical examiner determined that she died from prolonged and forceful compression to her neck. And that there was evidence of serious sexual violence. I'm guessing he went around the world on her corpse. Okay. This is wild speculation.
Starting point is 00:21:44 Let's not vote based on any speculation. Well, no. That's wrong. the world. You went around the world. After killing Katie and having sex with her body, he videotaped himself doing it, Carl. Okay. Could he fit in an eye socket? How did that work? I don't think I would. I don't think of the same thing. See, Jerry and I are both crazy. So for the next hour, he laid in the bed next to her violated corpse while he watched videos of himself flip-flopping the corpse. That's code, Jerry. Oh, wow. Okay. So he did that while he was just jerking off next to the,
Starting point is 00:22:17 body that he could still be railing if he wanted to, but it probably got a little colder by that point. So it wasn't so much into it. That was moist. So when he was done, he deleted the video from his iPhone, wrapped her up in a hotel comfort sheets, placed your body. Why do you delete the video from your iPhone at this point? Yeah. It's not deleted. There's a dead body right there. Just keep the video. I like the way you're thinking, Jerry. Keep the souvenir. You're going to get busted. Sure. People saw you walk in with that woman. Maybe you can delete it. the video after the body's gone. Right. But I mean, also, if you have a video
Starting point is 00:22:51 on your iPhone and you hit delete, guess what? That video still exists. Do you remember? Do you guys remember what I told you he was a corner cutter? Mm-hmm. Okay. He wrapped her in a hotel comforter in sheets, placed her inside of a laundry cart that he stole from the maids in the hotel, wheeled her out behind the building, and dumped her in a bush,
Starting point is 00:23:11 almost next to the maid side at the entrance of the hotel. Just dumped her in the bush. Sure. back to the room, put a do not disturb side of the door, and requested a late checkout. So, how do you just dump the body behind the hotel? You're not going to get away with that. He did it. And oh my God. So it's now, it's Christmas Eve. Jerry, have you thought about starting a YouTube channel of how to get away with murder? There's a lot of these people who need a consultant on this stuff. I'm like, I don't see how are you going to do something like this without really
Starting point is 00:23:42 putting some serious effort into getting away with it. Like just dump it behind the bottom, dump the body behind the hotel. How many people go into murder someone don't even put gloves on first? It's like, duh, fucking basic shit. Yeah, this dude left load after load inside of this body. All sorts of physical evidence. It's just left her left her at the sign.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Welcome to the fucking motel, everybody. So later that day, he calls his ex-girlfriend and says, hey, I actually killed a girl during sex last night. Just wanted to tell you bye. Hangs up on her. Then tells us, it's Christmas Eve, by the way. Sure.
Starting point is 00:24:17 goes to his mom and says, by the way, hey, listen, last night, I, uh, I killed a woman. I'm a monster. But it happened during consensual, a consensual sex game. I feel bad.
Starting point is 00:24:27 No one told me that was going to be boasting. And he was like, listen, I wanted to wait to confess. I didn't want to ruin Christmas or anything, but just thought you should know that. On Christmas Eve, he didn't want to ruin Christmas. Tell me about that on boxing day.
Starting point is 00:24:39 All right. I don't want to hear about it right now. Your father should be very upset that we'd have a nice Christmas. He told his mother, I raptured a quilt. I pulled her in a trolley and I dropped her off the grounds. We'll see what happens. So I mean, if it was consensual, wouldn't you have called the police bill? Like, oops, you just died. Sorry. I need help with this.
Starting point is 00:24:55 What else? Like, you don't dump the body behind the hotel and then act like it was an accident. He probably could have taken the time to jerk off a couple times then call the cops. I just needed to get ready for you guys to get here. So when Katie didn't return home that morning. Her family contacted Langdell because they all, there was connections. Her friends had the social media. So they start sending him messages. He's not responding. They eventually called the police. The police found the body. The police showed up at his family's house and arrested him on Christmas. He didn't want to run Christmas though. Yeah. Well, I'm sorry. They arrested him the day after Christmas because the police were lazy. I was going to say the cops just like, can I do it tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:25:40 He's not going to kill anyone today, right? We're good. Yeah, leave her out there. We'll get to it on Monday after the holiday. The crime, Stephen's like, oh, I'm more critical of the technique than the crime. Like, the technique is more ridiculous to critique. The crime is like, it's hard to imagine somebody actually doing this. Yeah, yeah. We all agree these people are monsters.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Yeah, right. Like, seriously, do we need to critique the crime? Yeah, we're all on the same page. This is horrific. Yeah. So, well in custody, he told medical staff that he would prove he was mentally ill by killing someone and then killing himself. He also claimed that hidden messages have been placed inside his head. Doctors concluded he was faking psychosis.
Starting point is 00:26:19 They diagnosed him with several personality disorders, but determined that he understood exactly what he was doing. He pled guilty to the murder in 2016. While awaiting permanent placement, Carl, he had almost murdered a security guard while he was in jail. Really? He attacked an older guard who wouldn't open up a door for him to go smoke a cigarette, and he choked the guy out to the point of unconsciousness,
Starting point is 00:26:39 which was obviously not. good. The guy couldn't work for three years. He was on disability after the attack. Couldn't or wouldn't? Well, he bashed his eye too, so his eye got fucked up. Three years disability? Come on, man. Get back to work, asshole. He got a 600,000 pound settlement. There you go. That's why he's a lazy bones.
Starting point is 00:26:57 He'll live off of that for a little while. That's good point. So he got sentenced to life in prison, ordered to serve at least 26 years before he could be considered for release, which I don't understand in England. Right. Long story short, by 2017. Too late.
Starting point is 00:27:12 Fuck. All right, yeah. By 2017, he was a little bummed out, and he tried to visit Greenland again by cutting his own neck, but he survived. And then on February 10th, 2021. Is that the new, is that a green light? Can we just say he carrot topped? Absolutely. Holy shit.
Starting point is 00:27:31 In the books. New word has been invented. So let it be written. So let it be done. So he attempted to carrot top himself. And then he actually carrot topped himself on February 10th, 2020. He's a more successful caratop, is what you're saying. He certainly is.
Starting point is 00:27:48 He is. Also, most can say, well, maybe I shouldn't say that. I'm glad this whole saga is wrapped up now. Yes. So, uh, Carl Langdell is all dead when you visit patreon.com backslash the creep off this week. Vote for your pal Vinnie. Don't go there yet. We have two more creeps that we're going to present.
Starting point is 00:28:06 And I would let you present my creep. A guy whose name is Stephen Gress. and pull up his photo. Jerry will understand this. I asked AI to give me some info about this guy and give me some details. And AI is like, oh, I'm not doing that. AI was literally like, no, this is horrendous. And I will not be telling you about this guy.
Starting point is 00:28:27 So that's how awful this person is. There he is in court. He doesn't look sorry. No, he's not. He's gritting with the judge. He's loving his life. So he appeared in the 6th, judicial circuit court to enter a guilty plea on charges of first degree murder in the death of
Starting point is 00:28:45 Miranda Corset. Do you want to pull up Miranda Corset? I have a photo of her. This is a 16-year-old high school student. Is that Miranda Sings? It's not Miranda Sings. It looks like Miranda Sings. No, this is interesting because she was a mother also. No, she's just a teenager. I thought it says teen mother in the headline on your, did I get the wrong story? Uh, yes. Miranda Corset. Miranda Corset is not a mother. But Gress lured her to his home in St. Petersburg. This is the neighbor of yours, Jerry.
Starting point is 00:29:15 Florida. Yeah, the St. Petersburg on February 14th, 2025, Valentine's Day of last year. They were chatting on Grindr for some reason. A 16-year-old girl chatting with this guy on Grindr. She comes over to the house. Why is she on Grindrinder? I don't know. That's the thing, Jerry.
Starting point is 00:29:30 That's what Vinny was saying. There's no rules. If you have an email address, you sign up for these things. So this girl's on Grindr talking to who gay guys. You have an email address. I have a lot of email addresses. So I could look for women to date on Grindr? No, that's not.
Starting point is 00:29:45 No, no, no, no, no. Try a chair. Who knows? It's not the message here. All right. So she hooks up with him. She goes over to his house and they have a lovely evening, right? Well, then Stephen's girlfriend, Michelle Brandy's, who I'll, you put a photo of his girlfriend, Michelle there.
Starting point is 00:30:03 Yeah. Yeah. She's 35 years old. What? And she says. she says you know what I'm kind of jealous of the 16 year old girl as you had over at the house Yeah her hair doesn't resemble straw right She's actually a woman
Starting point is 00:30:17 So she decides to accuse Miranda of stealing his ring Where'd your ring go? I think she stole it get her back over here I want to talk to you about stealing your ring So they get her back to the house they keep her there for five days And torture her They're even sending photos of her with multiple injuries and worse and worse injuries over the course of those days, he's even sending them to his own mother.
Starting point is 00:30:42 And being like, hey, look at this chick I found on grinders over at the house, and I'm beating her senseless. None of the people he was sending pictures to, alerted authorities. His mom didn't call the police. No one did anything about it. Yikes. There was a total of five photographs and each photograph, Corset looked to be increasingly worse physical condition.
Starting point is 00:31:01 The affidavit said, corsette was nude in each photograph and had bruises and marks on most of her body. in the last photograph, Corset's head was so swollen that it was almost unrecognized. She almost looked like this lady. Yeah, maybe that's what she wanted. Like make her grotesque like I am.
Starting point is 00:31:17 Gress confessed. Nobody did anything about these photos. Fans and family are just looking at these like, eh, I'm going to go about my day. Is that the thumb? I'm not time for this. Is that the thumb they cut off? Stephen going to be Stephen.
Starting point is 00:31:29 Isn't that odd, Jerry? This family's all fucking crazy. So Gruss confessed to all these actions after his arrest, but he claimed that it, was Brandy's actually murdered Corset when she took, listen to this, she took a ball from the pool table in the backyard, put it in a sock and shoved it down her throat and then wrapped her face in plastic wrap. Well, that'll do it. That will do it. He said that Brande's, his girlfriend, uh, said not to cover the nose.
Starting point is 00:31:55 He told her that. And then he tried to like poke holes in the plastic, but he wasn't able to in time. Yeah, but the bowling, he had billiard balls in the way. Yeah, that's a problem. Did you know the couple had a third roommate? This is wild. What was she up to? So the third roommate later told police that Brandeis took the ring in order to get grussed,
Starting point is 00:32:16 not like the girl because she was jealous. So she's who stole the ring. And they goes, I think that bitch who was over here last night stole her. Get her back over here. No. And the third roommate knew all about this. Oh, that's fucked. So what's...
Starting point is 00:32:27 What was he doing? Playing call of duty and watching porn or something? Listen to this, Jerry. So... After they murder her, they all take her to Brandy's mother's house. And that's where they dismember and decapitate the teenager and put their remains in trash bags. The three roommates then go eat fried chicken and play mini golf with the trash bags sitting at the car before driving 50 miles to dispose of the body in a dumpster. February 24th, 2025, Corset was first reported missing to the Gulfport Police Department.
Starting point is 00:33:01 Gress did not enter his guilty plea as part of a deal with prosecutors and acknowledge that the minimum mandatory sentence he is facing is life in prison without the possibility of parole. If you want, will you play my news clip about this? Jerry, you might have seen this on the local news. Hey, um, ever watch TV. What was their, uh, their score in minigolf who won? So I think, I think they took a mulligan on hole seven, which I say is bullshit in minigov. You can't take a mulligan and no such thing.
Starting point is 00:33:28 It's, you can't totally against the rules. Yeah. If you can't get over the, what's the thing that spins? I don't know. Fuck off. Windmill. Windmill. All right.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Corset was killed in February of 2025 after allegedly meeting Gress on Grindr. Court documents say that after the meeting, Gress thought Miranda had stolen his ring. We want to warn you the details that follow are a bit difficult to hear. But the documents say that Corset was held against her will and tortured and then eventually killed at a St. Pete home. And later her body was dismembered at another home over in Largo before being dumped in Ruskin. Police have still not found her remains. But today in court, Gress pled guilty, asking the judge to sentence him to death. How for the death bill. It's a lose, lose, lose, life or death's, lose, lose, really, you know, I feel like it's inevitable. You know, if I wanted to trial, I believe that I would be
Starting point is 00:34:23 convicted, you know, I wouldn't want to waste the court's time. I feel like, yes, sir, you know, and then it's all be the same. This is what I want to do, yes, sir. That's a creep. All right. This guy is gritting ear to ear talking about, ah, let's do the death penalty, Your Honor, if you don't mind. That's a sunny side up motherfucker, Carl,
Starting point is 00:34:42 what that is. Meanwhile, the victims, get it over with. The victim's family is filed a lawsuit against Grinder. They're like, hold on a second. Why the fuck is it okay for my daughter to be on Grindr, so they're suing for wrongful death,
Starting point is 00:34:56 negligence, intentional, and neglect infliction, of emotional distress, participation in a sex trafficking venue, and deceptive and unfair trade practices. This man's sentencing will take place on November 4th. So that is coming up. We'll get an update on Stephen Gress, who is hoping for the death penalty in his case. You know what?
Starting point is 00:35:18 I say give it to him. Yeah, I would give it to him. But make it fun. As a homeowner in Florida, I would like to save the state money by putting him down immediately. Exactly. And maybe we could do some mini golf like during the whole process. Oh, that's a fun idea. It's a fried chicken. Oh, I get an idea, right? Check this out. Instead of throwing stones, we'll hit golf balls. He murdered a girl off of grinder. So we just put him into a giant meat grinder.
Starting point is 00:35:44 There you go. But you could play mini golf and hit the ball into the hole and it makes it like spin and it grinds out. An eye for an eye. Yeah. Dude, I see Clearwater. I'm not to get to strides. I see Clearwater chat in the chat. He emailed me on Saturday. Hi, buddy. He goes, hey, Carl, I'm at Kodak. Come, come hang out. What do you mean at Kodak? It's not like a, I mean, there's a hundred buildings that used to be owned by Kodak in this city.
Starting point is 00:36:11 Apparently, he was at the state street main headquarters, which is not a place people hang out. Why are you there? Were you buying meth, Chad? What were you doing? Oh, if he was, I would have gone and met him. But I didn't. I had dinner with my wife instead. Thank you to Lucy Tightbox for giving me that creep.
Starting point is 00:36:29 She was doing some research for me. He's very excited that Jerry's joining us on the show today. Oh, we should have brought Lucy on. Do you want me to send her on? I enjoyed watching Lucy. I think that was the first episode of you guys as I watched. It was one recent one you had Lucy on. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:42 Lucy might be on again this weekend. I'm hoping we can get her on. Yeah. I might have to call her for Friday on account of I don't have a co-ho. That's true. All right. Let's put her to work even more. Do you want to send her to the link?
Starting point is 00:36:59 I'll send to the link. Wait, I don't have the link. I can't even do that. Don't worry about it. It's time for Jerry to. Oh, Lucy's here. She says, thanks, Jerry. Oh, nice.
Starting point is 00:37:09 Lucy's in the chat. Somebody said the funniest comment in the chat. They're like, if you and Ashley dated and then she left you, you'd make 10 times better videos than you did about the queen. Oh, that's true. I'll laugh at that for like a minute. That's true. You should, yeah, I should make that happen maybe. Ashley, I know you're watching right now.
Starting point is 00:37:28 where are the chances of a love connection on a scale of like one to ten i mean jerry's a better looking guy than mr kill everything we can all agree on that he doesn't drink yeah he's got his shit together i've never had the opportunity to buy any of mr kill anything shirts so i don't watch every one of his streams he might be selling his shirts okay i've seen him certainly without a shirt on before okay well you guys are going to be in tube tops after this though that's true looking forward to that i've never wanted to hear about my crew I think I could pull it off. All right. So are you all ready for my creep here?
Starting point is 00:38:02 These are a team, another team. So there's two people that died in this one. Murders of Christine Banfield and Joseph Ryan. I had to choose them because, I mean, this is a, all right, so here's the story. There's a guy named Brendan Banfield, which I had to choose this one because, you know, same last name. Cousin? This guy. Is he related?
Starting point is 00:38:24 Not closely, I would imagine. But so this guy used to be an internal revenue service or an IRS agent. Boo! Fuck this guy, right. Jerry wins. God damn it. So this guy was fucking... A night-prican IRS agent.
Starting point is 00:38:39 With taxes to begin with. And then he escalates to murder. But check this story out. So Brendan is married, well, was married to Christine Banfield, who is his wife. Brendan and Christine Banfield have this really nice house and a whole bunch of money because he works for the IRS, and I guess they have nice benefits. And Christine has a job also.
Starting point is 00:39:00 So they're living large. They're living so large that they hire a woman. Can you see what's going to go wrong here? They hire a woman to be what's called an alpair. An au pair. Yeah. So they hire an au pair to like take care of stuff around the house, you know, help them out with everything.
Starting point is 00:39:18 What do you think happens here? Well, I know what happened with Arnold Schwarzenegger. So if it's anything like that. Same, same basic things. thing. That woman was not an opair. She was shaped like a pair. It's very true. Very different. That made so had the shoulder width as me. Even Thomas Jefferson's like, really? You're doing that? Arnold. That was a dated reference. I'll be honest. That was kind of dated. Yeah, it was old, a little old. So, so Brett, our IRS agent,
Starting point is 00:39:47 Brendan falls in love with Juliana, the Alpair. And they start having lots of sex, I guess, and talking about a future together and wondering how they could plan a life out. And Brendan and Juliana, probably Juliana came up with this, but maybe it was Brendan. Somebody decides that, you know, the real problem is your wife.
Starting point is 00:40:10 Like, if you'd get divorced from your wife, she's going to take everything, and then we're going to be poor. If we could just get rid of her somehow, you and I could really be together. So they come up with a plan. They're like, all right, how are we going to kill her
Starting point is 00:40:23 without it looking like, We killed her. Right. So the plan they come up with is to use this website called FetLife, which my friend actually told me to get on earlier this year. Who's your friend? That person's an asshole. No, this guy is into some kinky stuff.
Starting point is 00:40:40 And he's like, he's like, yo, you should go meet people on here. I'm like, I don't know if that's my thing. Like, I just want like regular sex. I don't need to. I don't want to, like, tie anybody up and whip them or anything. I go to a Rube Goldberg machine rather than go to like Fet Life if you're going to try to kill somebody. I'm not sure what the connection is there.
Starting point is 00:40:56 No, if you're going to kill somebody, how are you going to learn to kill somebody on FetLife? I mean, just set up something at home and make it look like an accident is my point. No, so what they do, they go on FetLife, and their plan is we're going to catfish some guy off Fet Life. Yeah. Bring him over to house. Make it look like a home invasion. Kill him, kill her, and then we can be together.
Starting point is 00:41:21 Perfect. That was their plan. What could go wrong? This is perfect. And they make a profile with Christine. They use the wife. So the husband and the alpair make a fake profile of the wife on FetLife. They message this guy on FetLife and bring him over to the house.
Starting point is 00:41:40 So this dude's names Ryan. So Ryan walks in in the house thinking, all right, I'm going to get to lay down some pipe and get kinky tonight. And then he comes in and all of a sudden he starts getting shot. He's like, what the fuck? So and not So and both of them shoot him Not just not just the IRS agent But Juliana the outpair shoots him also
Starting point is 00:42:03 Wow They both shoot him enough times to kill him That's a kick to him And then they stab the wife to death also Then they call the police And they're like, this guy just invaded our home And we shot him But unfortunately he managed to stab
Starting point is 00:42:20 My wife to death before we could shoot him. The police come over. And I'm so broken up about it. It's really horrific. The police get there and they're like, now this isn't adding up. And the police are like, no,
Starting point is 00:42:36 no, y'all set this up, didn't you? And then they get arrested. And then Giuliana rolls over on him and he's like, yeah, he came up with this whole thing. So she tries to get a lighter sentence and get time served. But the judge is like, no, you're, you're going to. to keep staying in prison for a while. And then Brendan gets the heavy sentence.
Starting point is 00:42:56 I'm like, at least these two did have a pretty solid plan, even though it seems a little optimistic to expect the police are going to believe that. Like these two, as fucked up as they're thinking, it seems like they did some serious calculations. Here's the thing that I don't understand. So, Jerry, I agree with you on that. But you go to FetLife, you're going to find someone who's into like BDSM. You could have had her like, had a dude come over and like tie her up with like ropes and stuff like. that and then oh, whoops, she suffocated.
Starting point is 00:43:24 This does happen sometimes. Don't kill the guy. Let him think that he murdered someone. He was trying to fuck and move out with your life. Yeah. I mean, the whole shooting him when he walked into the place was a little out of line. I agree. It's rude. It's rude to invite someone over that just shoot them multiple times.
Starting point is 00:43:42 Well, like to think about how far in advance they planned this too, like him and the guy and the husband and the Alpair, like, how long in advance are they like, okay, we're going to set up a. profile. All right. You know, like this is probably weeks of planning. I know what you mean. You would think there'd be like one morning you wake up and be like, wait, I should
Starting point is 00:44:00 do this. This is a really bad idea, right? Like somebody's other ones, you can kind of picture. They're like, oh, I'm going to fuck this girl off grinder or something. Like it was impulsive. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:44:09 But these two worked together for probably weeks to plan this all out and try and come up with a perfect plot. And it's not like when you buy a Kit Kat at the register and you're trying to do low carbs and everything. But it's like an impulse. You know, you just do it. But if I had like days of thinking about it, I don't need a kick at.
Starting point is 00:44:30 Right? Like after days of the like the reasonable conclusion you should have came to is like, you know what? Instead of facing life in prison over a little bit of money, maybe we should just, you should get a divorce from your wife and we'll just be together. Like why are you going to gamble life in prison and murdering a random person that gets sacrificed?
Starting point is 00:44:50 I'll tell you why, Jerry. I don't get it. White was a bitch. These are the kind of people they get hired by our federal government. I say arrest every IRS agent. Throw them all in prison right now and the Fed. Vinny, we got any superchance coming in or supertip. G.g.
Starting point is 00:45:05 G. G. Boy, do we, pal. Nice. People are here for it. Nextpics. Thanks to the two senators. Fuck yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:12 BWO. No one puts Jerry in a corner. Thank you, Tuky's on paid staff. The Blackcast is here. Weezer, I love their song, pushing the little day. I see what you did there. This actually is Weezers, not Ween this time. Joseph Collins 628, Carl and Vinny plus Jerry is pure gold.
Starting point is 00:45:30 Thank you, sir. Principled uncertainty, thanks for the 10th spot. I'm too starstruck by Jerry to think of a comment. And yet it gave us 10 pounds anyway. Thank you very much, Prince, that was a good comment too. That was like ironic, right? It's a little meta. Labaristic, thanks for the five spot.
Starting point is 00:45:46 Did we already try or offer shot collar on loser? Every time the viewer's super tip over $5, they get shocked. One show, one month. Oh, that's interesting. I was going to do that. I thought we were talking about the vibrator in the butt, but I mean, we could do the shot collar. Yeah, you got to stop trying to suggesting that.
Starting point is 00:46:05 Why? I don't want it. I would hate it. Are you sure? Shut up. Captain Blackbread, thanks for the five, creepiest drummer. This can even be someone who plays a single drum in an orchestra
Starting point is 00:46:19 or a snare player from the 18th century wartime. Sounds like you have someone in mind specifically. Set us an email, remind me. Yeah. The category king, thanks for the 10. Carl, I'm begging you with every fiber of my existence. Please do an episode of Biggest Problem with Vito and Jerry. Those two on the same show would be unforgettable.
Starting point is 00:46:36 Oh, yeah, we always want to bring on guests. We were talking about having a boogie on recently. I would love to bring Jerry onto that show. It's a fun one. Rock Warby, 2002. Thanks for the five bucks. Jerry, have you considered doing a muck-bang eating beans? Like what Terrence Hill did.
Starting point is 00:46:50 and they call me Trinity. I have no idea what any of that means. You know what Muckbang is? Nope. Really? It's a very popular. How do you guys learn about all this stuff? Because I'm on the internet.
Starting point is 00:47:01 All these random words. Muckbang is a very popular video category where you watch people eat food and you actually like, they have the mic close to their mouse you can hear them chewing and stuff. It's why Trisha Peda's got famous. It's so disgusting.
Starting point is 00:47:14 I hate it. Yeah, it's very gross. Like ASMR but for eating. Yes. Right. The greater good 4593 says, Which Mortal Kombat you all playing in two times? All right, so I'm a little bit old school.
Starting point is 00:47:27 When I worked at E-Bombs World, we had video games in the basement, and we had Mortal Kombat 2 and Mortal Kombat 3. Did you have the arcade version? The arcade version, yes. Dude, he's a multi-millioner. Or just the regular one with like 10 characters? Probably the regular one? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:47:44 I don't remember. It was a long time ago. So I vote for Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. You get all those expanded characters. I'm into that. All right, Jerry. Send me their finishing moves, please. I can't do that kind of research on my own.
Starting point is 00:47:55 Willa Lillol wants to know. Jerry, what's your favorite pasta noodle? What's your favorite green vegetable? What's your favorite meat? What's your favorite cheese? Oh, gosh, pasta noodle. I like the bean ones. Favorite green vegetable?
Starting point is 00:48:08 Probably kale. Favorite meat? About the only meat. The last piece of meat I ate was a piece of salmon on a date that I got ghosted on afterwards. Favorite cheese pepper jack. All right. Wait, I thought you were vegan.
Starting point is 00:48:22 I eat mostly a whole, like 99% whole plant vegan, but 1%. You'll eat cheese. If I go out on a date, I don't eat cheese very often. Okay. Got it. But Pepper Jack's the best. I like it. Soda Pup 83.
Starting point is 00:48:35 Jerry just might be the new best guest, J.W. Somewhere Brian Johnson is crying a single tear down his beard. Poor guy. How does fish not count as meat? It isn't necessarily in the meat category, but I'm, I'm going to let it. Slide for you, buddy. Lilal, little, little, little, little. Thanks for the Dow 99.
Starting point is 00:48:54 Cherry, what country is your least favorite? Is Antarctica a country? It's cold there. You can't go there very easily. I don't think they have a government. By the way, I did get your email. Your sweatshirt will be coming, my friend. Start it and everything.
Starting point is 00:49:10 Daddy poopie, thanks for the fiber. Don't get any ideas, Jerry. Big settlement for escapee death from a murder is not a soundproof. Get out of debt plan. Interesting. Well, is he suggesting, like, I'd try and have somebody come try and murder me and get out of it and, like, file a lawsuit and then get paid that way? Sounds like you're suggesting that. Oh, like trying to make sense of that.
Starting point is 00:49:29 You've thought of this, haven't you, Jerry? Well, it's just now I'm getting some creative ideas for all this stuff. Oh, Labar Mystic says, oops, I accidentally disposed of a corpse. Where's my face? Hopefully not in front or behind the hotel. Yeah. Carl, you want a one-eyed security guard? I don't get it.
Starting point is 00:49:50 Me neither. Okay. Lil's back. Jerry, who would be your best friend, Carl or Vinny? You've got to pick one and why. Well, each have their virtues and I refuse to pick one. Vinny actually joined the school. I was going to say.
Starting point is 00:50:04 And made the connection happen. That's the answer. Yeah. Carl dropped $250 on Jerry Bayfield.com slash tips. You're right. I saw I have the better friend. Vinny. I have the better friend.
Starting point is 00:50:16 Oh, congratulations, Carl. Yeah. You win. BFF. BFF. Vinny got me on the show a couple of times. So Carl wouldn't have tipped me if Vinnie got me on the show. All right. Let's not overanaly things. I'm the cooler one. What else we got? Cucci-Kentie member for three months. Jerry Benfelly. Fuck yeah. I got it right here. Fuck yeah. Lil's back. Does Jerry like Barry Janfield? Oh, yeah. I love that channel. Dude, that chance is awesome. I'm an entire channel to summarizing my content. Like, I love fan channels. Anybody can make a fan channel.
Starting point is 00:50:49 and print money off on my videos. So Barry Janfield has a saying that he has at almost the end of every line. Do you, are you familiar with it, Jerry? I know. I actually haven't watched all of one of the videos before. They're fantastic, but he'll play a clip of you.
Starting point is 00:51:07 And then he'll describe everything that just happened in the clip and I'll go, he's the best. He's always saying that you're the best. And I agree with Barry Janfield on that. Principal uncertainty wants to know. Jerry, it's a long shot. But how far are you willing to drive to buy furniture? I'm willing to drive a lot farther to get laid, that's for sure.
Starting point is 00:51:24 Good answer. Lil'l, Will's back. Jerry, is it true you love Die Hard 3 and artichokes? No, Die Hard 1. You know, I get your toes. I'm actually feeling my toes on like the standing mat right now, like Die Hard 1, feet in the carpet. I'll clean up the glass.
Starting point is 00:51:42 Richard Lucas says Jerry is great on this show and I have to agree. Who are you as agent? Yeah. Sleep Jack. 499. Jerry, Carl is really hoping you go gay. Would you hook up with Carl? You're already BFFs.
Starting point is 00:51:57 You might as well touch weeners. Fuck you! Chaos, queen. Thanks for the Fiverr. Jerry needs to be a permanent part of the dabbleverse. Nice to have another angle thought process. You guys were getting boring. Oh, fuck off.
Starting point is 00:52:12 Leasel and Friendsgourmet.com. The creep-off candy, the pistachio-flavored creep-off candy, is the best. Do you have any more of that? When did you eat it, though? Oh, my wife ate it. Fuck. She ate it all. Chris, I need another bag of that, please.
Starting point is 00:52:25 Yeah, get out of it. Next picks. Ultimate MK3 is the goat. Jerry knows his MK. There you go. It knows his Mortal Kombat. Mortal Kombat trilogy is really good, too, though. Labrined Mystic.
Starting point is 00:52:38 Pepper Jack is usually oil instead of dairy. Good one. Jerry has Carl detailed the poo consumption issue yet for you. No. Like, how did these things come up? How does this get started and be a thing? You know how people just make things up on the internet or declare it themselves that people would be making them. Then I'm up about them and then people just run with it to fuck with them.
Starting point is 00:52:59 You know, that happens. Internet lore. Carl. Oh, thank you so much. Carl rules. Does this somebody get a chat Vinny rules to balance it out? Probably not. Nice trying to get Jerry to do an Ed Shearron.
Starting point is 00:53:16 I don't know what that means. You're not familiar with the, uh, news with McElmore getting kicked off the tour? I'm not no. I like the Jerry's just like out of it. He's like pop culture, don't give up all. Jerry, I don't feel like I don't watch much of it. Yeah, I don't feel like you consume content. I think you just
Starting point is 00:53:34 are constantly creating is what I feel like you're up to. Yeah, I'm like kind of, I'm very laser focused and intentional about what I take in. Yes. Except I watched the Mr. Beast videos. I'm like, okay, this is useless. YouTube. It's entertaining a lot. That's good. deep space moon rocks jerry needs to be on the show once a month love you jerry love you boys i mean if increase our patreon by a couple thousand bucks i could figure out a way to get jerry on once a month but it's not coming out of my salary uh brian johnson yeah i knew it brian jose i knew he'd be upset
Starting point is 00:54:03 he said he's the best guest f you jerry i was there first yes bryan you welcome back anytime unless jerry could be here then we'll pick him over you if it makes you feel better brian i need a best friend it's true Chris Pryor, thanks for the two bucks. I ate all the candy very fast. The candy's great. It really is. Lisa and Friends Gourmet.com.
Starting point is 00:54:24 The last one. That's Sean Guy, thanks for the two bucks. You just got my freeze-dried candy in the mail. D. Lish. Wow. The candy's a big hit. Love to hear it. I think it's great.
Starting point is 00:54:33 Great and Chris. Do we have any super tips coming in? Supertip. g.g. Oh, brother, do we? If you want to give us money that we actually get to keep, that YouTube doesn't get their grubby paws on. We got one from our pal the blackcast.
Starting point is 00:54:46 Christian. Oh, funny. It's putting me over on this one and under on the other ones. Yeah, I can't hear that. Yeah. Oh, no, we're doing this again? Every goddamn time with this. He has so many tech problems. I had it working. I remember.
Starting point is 00:55:04 Well, our pal of Blackcast said, Jerry was amazing, dude. I can't wait to see you become the permanent co-host since Carl hates the show. Also, Jerry, now that you've done two shows on this network, you have to do all the shows. It's the rules. It's not the rules. I'm happy to do some more. Somebody named, what was this guy's name? He just invited me to do a show.
Starting point is 00:55:23 His name is Rob Saul show. Yes, Rob Saul. I was watching him live a couple weeks ago. And you're talking about reaching out to you to have you on the show. He's also in AA and in recovery. And he's an interesting character. You should go on his show. Oh, nice.
Starting point is 00:55:39 I'll pop on his show later this week then. Hey, everybody. I got some good news. I can't wait to see calls. Cockham. fight with the cops for no reason Will you please show me Cause cop cam
Starting point is 00:55:56 Lose all your rights Ruin your life Ashley Cummings I do know that Rob Sell sucks But like let's keep that between us Okay So my cop cam Comes in today from Boner Guy 69
Starting point is 00:56:10 One of the one of the good ones Are you a boner guy? Oh, I was a boner guy And it starts off By the way this video has 3.7 million views. on YouTube. Starts out with a woman who's outside of her car
Starting point is 00:56:22 on the side of the road and someone called the cops and said, it looks like this woman needs assistance. She needs some help. So this female officer shows up on the scene. Jerry, we do Carlos Cop Cam every week on here,
Starting point is 00:56:33 and you are a former police officer. We have other former police officers on the show from time to time. Be interested in your perspective on how the cops handle this. I think they do a very poor job. I'm just going to plant that seed right now. Hello, ma'am.
Starting point is 00:56:44 Hi, I'm Officer Vassos. Is everything okay? Hey, you're okay? Okay. Can I talk to you just for a second, though? I just want to talk to you if that's okay. Is that your child in the back? Yeah. Oh, okay. Someone just said that it looked like maybe you needed assistance. I just was wondering if everything's okay. I need assistance.
Starting point is 00:57:05 Yeah, and you were walking on the side, so I just want to make sure everything's okay. Oh, got to work. So, yeah, everybody would be pissed on my late, take you up. Oh, got it. Okay. Okay, so she's late from getting picked up from work, so she's walking down the highway and then the person came and found her. Is that what she's claiming? Don't try to make sense of this one. She works at a hospital and she was waiting for her boyfriend, the father of that crying baby in the back seat there, to come and grab her.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Well, it turns out he is in the driver's seat and the police decided to have a chat with that gentleman. My next clip. Okay. Hello. Does your window go down any farther? Oh, okay. Okay. So yeah, I just want to make sure everything's okay.
Starting point is 00:57:47 So were you late picking her up? Okay. So everything's okay? Yes, ma'am. Do you might have just have your ID just to say, you know, everything's okay? This cop's a fucking pussy. Jerry, could you imagine saying, do you mind if I just have your ID just like, okay, see if everything's okay? Fucking has some authority. She's very friendly.
Starting point is 00:58:10 No, she sucks. She seems scared. She seems afraid, intimidated, right? Yeah. Do you mind if I just have your ID for a minute Or if that's the inconvenient for you, I can just fuck off I mean the car stopped in the middle of the road Like this is traffic offense
Starting point is 00:58:27 It's a problem, yes, exactly Yeah, I need to move this shit So it turns out his driver's license is not valid And the woman, the mother of the child in the back Very reasonable lady as you'll see in my clip number three Okay, do you have someone that is a valid driver close by? No, no, not close by, not close. Well, yeah, because does anyone you know have a bailed license?
Starting point is 00:58:54 Well, because... No, I got my baby. I'm about to be sitting on her on this wrong. No, no, no, let's just, no. I can't draw home? Hold on. Ma'am, just come down. I'm just trying.
Starting point is 00:59:03 Can you just... Listen, I got to cost somebody to come pick up my fucking car. No, no, great. She's not trying to say that. That's what I'm trying to say is a bail a driver. I just don't want you to be in the roadway, though. Okay, ma'am. Right in the middle of the street,
Starting point is 00:59:18 Yeah, they do that. I don't know what they means. So she's reasonable. She seems like she's pretty cool, comic collected. And she does have a gripe with the person who called the police, as you'll find out in my next clip, clip four. Okay, here we go. No, because these dumbass fucking white people are here,
Starting point is 00:59:39 I want to call them a Polish dog. She was concerned. She's concerned for you. But it's not nosy, ma'am. They want to make sure that you're okay. Okay, okay. Did I see somebody beat him? Yeah, that's something that she was concerned about.
Starting point is 00:59:53 She thought that you didn't want to go in the car. No, she thought that she was concerned for your welfare. So isn't that a good thing, though, of people that care about each other? Oh, fuck. I hate this cop already. Isn't it great that a white person called the police on you? Yeah, it's awesome. I hope they do that more often, actually.
Starting point is 01:00:11 How wonderful of them? What fucking retard. No one wants to have the cops called on them. So apparently people were concerned that she wanted to get in the car because they thought that she was afraid of the guy driving. Now, I think the guy driving should be afraid of her. Based on what I've seen so far. The look she gave him was terrifying. Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:32 Well, they decided they got a tow of this car. There's got no plates on it. There's no one with a valid driver's license who can drive it anywhere. So at least this guy's reasonable about it. So I guess I'll call a tow then. I'm going to go get this bin here. I got my whole baby, Ms. Carter. Come off.
Starting point is 01:00:57 Come here, no. I'm going to pull off on their ass. Our child, our child is fine. Yes, I am. Mom, that's to pull off on him. You can both off at me and back at home, but you can't be doing that to the police. I bet, I bet those dudes regretting his choices right now. Oh, dude.
Starting point is 01:01:18 He's like, man, I should not have done this. Never hit a woman, but I'll shake the shit out of one. Chris Rock would say, this woman needs to be told like this is not the time or the place. I'd be mouthy. I should not have sex with her on the first date off a grinder. Would you call this the goon hand? He's given her the old goon hand, Carl. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:40 You better fucking stop this shit right now. He's trying. So apparently there is a domestic violence situation. They call it DV in this video clip six. She walked on Hyland, and I think that's what the reporting person, didn't get her information. saw and it looked to her though it was a DV situation that she didn't want to really get into the car she thinks that people are nosy here that they should not call anything in i don't really agree with that but i called the tow so gear X is in route so you're gonna want to get her out of there before
Starting point is 01:02:14 the toe gets here i know she have a co-worker that could just come move the car no mom's on the way your mom's on the way she has a second person with her You know how long it's taken to get here roughly? Be patient. What could go right. Jerry, quick question. Would you have handled this situation differently? This makes me glad I don't do this anymore.
Starting point is 01:02:46 This just looks annoying. It's so annoying. You don't want to be talking to me? I don't want to be talking to you. Can we just figure this out? If any, anytime I ran into somebody like, oh, you got to suspend a driver's license, you were driving, all right, getting it back of the car.
Starting point is 01:03:01 And then we're going to tow this. that's what they should do. Instead, she's just like, hey, is it okay if I like call a tow or something? Or do you want to get a coworker here or something? Or I fucking hate this cop. She sucks. And there's even more problems as we find out in clip number seven. Officers now find out that the male has an active no contact order with the female due to a previous domestic violence incident,
Starting point is 01:03:24 meaning he needs to be taken into custody for violating it. Officers have a sneaking suspicion the female won't react kindly to this. As the officers get ready to take the male into custody. custody, the female's mother arrives at the scene. Oh, this gets better, doesn't it? Oh, yeah. Oh, boy. So, immediately, this police officer decides to be a little tattel-tale and tell the mom that this daughter of hers is being a problem.
Starting point is 01:03:49 Coup eight. Oh, mom's going to narc? No. People should be out of the car, too. Like, they should not be just letting them get in and out of the car and walk all over. Be like, come over here and stand right here and we're going to talk. Get out of the road, too. Like, oh, the fuck, you don't let people.
Starting point is 01:04:02 walk around the road like that? Like what if this woman I got hit by a car driven by that? Beyond the police. They're handling this horribly. Like they're all timid and afraid of these black people.
Starting point is 01:04:11 Like, oh shit, there's black people. I don't know what to do. Well, if she gets hit by a car, either way, they're going to need a tow truck. She's been screaming at us the entire time and two
Starting point is 01:04:22 cooperative, so I'm just trying to keep her. I'll get your ID back. I'm just a minute, okay? Your daughter's been a real handful. I knew the mom was going to say, yeah, I know how she is. She does, too. Good God. So there's this no contact order.
Starting point is 01:04:41 This is the part that was surprising to me is that actually he's the one who's been accused of domestic violence. And so there's a parole officer involved. He's like, yeah, you can't be around this woman anymore. So he's hiding in the backseat by laying down in it. Clip number nine. Has everyone gone out of this car? All right, well. So you're still here.
Starting point is 01:05:00 Four. Five. Is that window go down at all? No. No, you're good. So the keys are still in the car and everything, right? Okay. Is there a no contact order in place with her, Andrea?
Starting point is 01:05:17 None to that. They saw they're on probation, though, farm robbery, yeah. So. There you go. Thank you. Thank you. Can I go back to your car? You cannot go back to your car right now.
Starting point is 01:05:28 Why? Because you do not need you buy the car right now. right now. Finally someone's taking control of the scene over here. A little bit, but even this cop is just like, well, you don't need to go over there right now. I was like, no, no, no. Your fucking boyfriend is about to get arrested because he's on what, probation for armed robbery. And there's no contact order based on her domestic violence issue.
Starting point is 01:05:51 And by the way, that's why this guy's being so cool. He's just like, hey, let's not cause a scene right now. We're just like, maybe they'll be cool and let us go. And she has to fucking mouth off. And then it's like, oh, well, we looked into your background and it seems like there's some problems here. Hmm. So I guess it turns out she did deserve it. She gets real punchable.
Starting point is 01:06:10 I don't ever condone violence against women, obviously. But, you know, when you act like this, sometimes shit happens. She turns to a drama queen, my clip 10. So probation said that they do want to place a hole because you're not supposed to be in contact with you. But is that scene fun? I don't know. Unusual or weird. Yeah, so what would be happening?
Starting point is 01:06:33 I don't want to just be a big deal with anything. I do have the place cops on you, take you up to his upcoming jail on that. And so then you can see your probation agent. They wanted you to be there, right? So is it, do you understand that? Can you put that cigarette up? I'm trying to do since.
Starting point is 01:06:46 Oh, God. I told them that you're very polite, co-operous throughout the whole encounter, which makes it. I'm gone, babe. So, you know what I mean? Okay. I'm gone. Why?
Starting point is 01:06:55 Why? Why? No, can I? No, can I ask you? Can I ask you want? Please. Can I ask you a wife? Please.
Starting point is 01:07:03 No, what? Because he's not allowed to have a process. No, what? Oh my God. No. No. No. No.
Starting point is 01:07:12 No. Oh, boy. Did she just try to hit the cop over the head with the baby bottle? The mom's helping or strain her. Yeah, exactly. The mom's just like, bitch. This ain't the time to be fighting. What's the police do their job.
Starting point is 01:07:39 Oh, my gosh. She is so fucking annoying. Wait until you see this next clip 11. I don't think I want to. Please, please, please, please. Can I talk to her? You can't talk to her, but this is the whole problem. There should be no contact.
Starting point is 01:07:52 What? He got a whole baby to park. No. He's not going anywhere. I am going in. You've been thinking of jail, man. It won't be for long. It'll be over the way.
Starting point is 01:08:17 weekend they have to go and pick you up because it is the weekend but man they're doing something to me that I don't even know about there was a open case for dv wow this woman is a drama queen it's like fucking it's not the end of the world relax your boyfriend's going to jail I'm sure you've seen it happen before I've never in my life had anyone have a reaction about me leaving like that right ever forever in my life no one gives the shit yeah I mean how good is this fucking guy fucking this woman that she's just like no you can't take him. I don't care if the courts say I can't see him. I must. God, you're right. I'm depressed now. Yeah. I want to date this woman. Um, so the mom is just laying down straight facts in my clip 12.
Starting point is 01:09:03 F-A-C-K. A-C-K. Uh-huh. Ah. Oh. Hey, y'all about to do. So it's a probation violation. You have contact with Andrew. without the agent's permission. You knew.
Starting point is 01:09:20 You didn't really knew this shit. So I'll see you to do all that shit. It's brainless. It's pointless. Oh. It's nice. Okay. Well, you go ahead and keep acting stupid.
Starting point is 01:09:35 Okay. You want to ask you stupid or you want to, and you're going to find them out. Oh, I love the mom. You're going to keep asking stupid? Yes, Mom. I'm playing. Continue to act stupid for quite some time, actually.
Starting point is 01:09:47 It's fucking awesome. No, I do love the mom in a situation I like the way she's handling it. I will say that there's a reason why this is happening, though, and maybe the mom's not the greatest. Well, we're all thinking that. Okay.
Starting point is 01:10:01 Jerry's right. Do we work? Let me go. Don't go to jail too. Bro, get out my face. What do you mean? Get out your face. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:10:10 I know you're asking like a dumb ass. Get out of my back. Why? My face. You have an interesting family dynamic. Look at an officer. He's just like, oh. I love the side I should get off work today.
Starting point is 01:10:24 Yeah, right. This is a long shift. Could you imagine this is the worst nightmare I've ever heard of in my life. After a long day at work, a fight with your significant other. You're dealing with the police and your brother screaming at you telling you you're stupid. I will say one thing I've never said to my mom and I probably never will is bro get out of my face. That's a new one. That's pretty funny.
Starting point is 01:10:46 Holy shit. So they arrest her and she gets taken into a police cruiser, but not willingly and not easily. Oh, man, they better to throw her in. Sit back in the car. Get him away for me. Okay, Andrea. Andrea. Get him away from me.
Starting point is 01:11:03 We'll switch spots. No. Get him away for me. Okay. Because I'm like I thought you make me. Don't get him. Andrea, Andrea, just please sit back in the car. I promise all you, I better get him away from me because I don't give a fuck about going to jail.
Starting point is 01:11:14 So please get him away from me. Andrew. Get him away for me. But we're just trying to get you in this. I'm not getting myself in the car, getting him wet for me. I'm not getting in his car. It's his car. I'm not getting his car.
Starting point is 01:11:28 She's just throwing a temper tantrum. Jerry, tell me from your experience, when you deal with people like this, when they are in custody, the reality of what's going on is starting to hit them, and then they start making demands of the police. Is that, like, them just trying to have some type of control over the situation? like what what is that i see it all the time it is pointless to me i was just remembering this woman i rested one night she had like there was this big concert inside and she had just like pull her pants down and pissed on the floor like in the middle of the seats with everybody else so she ended up in the back of my patrol car and she was trying to kick the windows out
Starting point is 01:12:07 and she was screaming all kinds of shit i was laughing the shit was crazy like it's like a comedy show some people alcohol doesn't mix well with them you know some people just have fun the concert, enjoy a couple of Weasers songs. Other people have to start urinating publicly and kicking in windows. Mental illness can literally drive you crazy. Oh, she, um,
Starting point is 01:12:28 it's a PTSD from, from the military. Yeah, something like that. Yeah. This, this situation feels familiar, but I usually,
Starting point is 01:12:38 I know you're, I'd say you're under arrest, put your hands behind your back. And if they didn't immediately, I would hit, I would hit them or tase them immediately after. Oh, nice. Like before they even get,
Starting point is 01:12:47 But like somebody I was, this guy stole a bunch of stuff one day. I'm like, all right, sir, put your hands behind your back under arrest. And he starts trying to talk to me. And I just, I just tackled his ass and like smashed him on the ground immediately. Because if you hit first, they're going to often be more relaxed and not see it coming. But yeah, I was like, as soon as I know, all right, you're going to jail. If you don't do what I say immediately, I'm hitting you. Look at the grin on Jerry's face.
Starting point is 01:13:12 Dude, the taser rules, right? The taser is the equalizer. Yeah. So if it was a big, big person, I'd whip the taser out. And I'd be like, I've been tased with this. You don't want it now. Cooperate or I'm going to hit you with it. Fucking egg.
Starting point is 01:13:26 I'd be, I was really calm with them too. And that general, I was calm but firm. And that worked really well because they, like when people, when you get a little aggravated, they think you're scared. But when you're calm and you start to get a little excited, it's like, all right, I said, get your hands behind your back. I got this taser. I'm going to shoot you with it.
Starting point is 01:13:42 And you don't want it. So like, when you communicate and that tone, people are like, oh, fuck. That's why these cops have handled this horribly. That's why this woman's acting up and thinks that she can scream with the cop, don't touch me and all this shit. Because it's like, sorry, ma'am. Sometimes. You know what?
Starting point is 01:13:55 You know what? You're going to arrest you now. You're right, Carl, because the way she did it was very, very wishy-washy. So no wonder this girl thinks she could start throwing orders around. They didn't want to, like, they didn't want to upset her. They're literally going like, oh, she's going to get mad. We're going to breathe the tow truck here. She's not going to like that.
Starting point is 01:14:09 Who cares what she fucking likes? There's no license plates on the fucking thing. Tell it. Set it on fire. It never existed on paper. There is a dom. I have one more clip on here. We're going to find out about the charges.
Starting point is 01:14:25 Oh, good. Why does this do this to me every time? There we go. You'll figure it out. We'll find out. How long she can all be gone? It's up to the judge. She has to see a judge on Monday.
Starting point is 01:14:40 She's going to be down for the whole weekend? Yeah. Are you serious? Well, you can't be punching and kicking me. Could you tell her, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That's a good situation. Okay, I'm going to close the door.
Starting point is 01:14:51 According to court records, the male, Jonathan, was charged with bail jumping. He pleaded guilty and was subsequently sentenced to 80 days in the local jail. The female, Andrea, was charged with felony battery to a law enforcement officer, felony resisting causing substantial bodily harm for kicking the male officer, resisting, obstructing, and disorderly conduct. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to the battery on law enforcement charge while the other charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to three years of probation and was released back into the public. felony? Dude, she gets three years probation. He gets 80 days in jail. That's wild, right?
Starting point is 01:15:25 Yeah. She was really the problem. She is the problem in that relationship. From what I saw, maybe there's other things going on. I'm sure there are. I actually kind of like this dude, except for the armed robbery thing. The armed robbery and the domestic violence. Yeah, there's a few things that are great. He was pretty chill, though. He's like, all are you all taking me to jail? Yeah. I can empathize. Like, bro, you just picked the crazy one. woman you got to you know also it's like Friday at four and you're like oh shit the judge isn't back until Monday I'm sorry man it's like a couple overnights for you like are y'all gonna have me here for the weekend yeah I was gonna go see the odyssey this weekend fuck all right uh jerry I'm really
Starting point is 01:16:07 excited to introduce you to this next segment we got one more and we're out here whoa whoa whoa whoa super champ Monday okay people are celebrating with us I think we should be celebrating super chat Monday let's do it principal uncertainty thanks for the five of jerry do you ever worry about falling asleep next to the person who is willing to date you at this point. I know I am. No, because like if they murder me or something, then I'll really be famous. It's all about fame. I love that.
Starting point is 01:16:31 Plus, Jerry's going to come back in another wife. He gets to choose. Vinny, like, Vinny looked confused. He's like, huh? Yeah, I forgot that you're into the... He's immortal. Okay.
Starting point is 01:16:40 Jerry Banfield is immortal. Yeah, I'll just wake up in some other woman's belly. I'll start this whole thing over again. I don't think if that's how that works. incredibly shallow says Jerry promised to sell his seed to my lady friend is that true Jerry? I don't have any firm offers yet. Okay. What are you looking for?
Starting point is 01:16:59 Can't put that on eBay. How much you're looking for for your seed, Jerry? Well, we were talking about this on stream yesterday. I'm like not, I'm not trying to do some artificial shit. Like, it's going to have to be direct deposit. Oh, I like that. That's good. That's a good line.
Starting point is 01:17:14 So what, you're a jiggle-O-2. It's a good line right there. Richard Lucas, I be gone to We Be Toys. And then, Lilul, as a cop, Jerry, did you ever use street justice? I don't know what street justice is. That sounds like some training day shit or something. And absolutely not on that. Good man.
Starting point is 01:17:36 We had a micromanaged police department. Like, they were up your ass all the time. Do you remember Rodney King? Not like with a taser and like a, you know, fun way. Do you ever Rodney King by any chance? I remember. I believe that's what street. I believe that's street justice right there.
Starting point is 01:17:50 I think that's what they're talking about. Now, we are always trying to minimize paperwork. Like I, the less damage, the less violence, the less paperwork. Did you wear a body cam or was that before your time, or after your time, I guess? The body cams back in like 0, 09, 07
Starting point is 01:18:07 were just like starting to come around. So we, our department didn't have them yet, but they, I think they got them a little while after. Interesting. Yeah, I think we talked about that on WTP a little bit. Do we have anything coming in a super tip? I know that you're having a hard time with that. We did.
Starting point is 01:18:21 I want to make sure we hit it. Labron. Hold on one second, Jerry. I'm going to pop you out for a second. Yeah, yeah. Pop him out. Let them out. Letvern mystic says,
Starting point is 01:18:26 Carl, justice is blind brother. Don't let the gender of someone causing trouble slow you down. And, uh, don't let the gender of someone causing trouble slow you down. You put on a blindfold and you smack a bitch. Let justice be done, brother. Labron mystic. Come on. Thought better of you, sir.
Starting point is 01:18:46 Horrible. I loved it. All right. It's time for the scum parade. Let's go. It's time for us to listen to the scum parade. With darts and murder, drunk to Jay walking. You'll hear a bad.
Starting point is 01:19:11 She looks like a good mom. You know, she's probably a good friend. Yep, I agree. She's a great friend. Terrible mother. This is Shantay Hochberg. She's 47 years old. And she was arrested this week on multiple criminal charges in connection with an incident
Starting point is 01:19:27 last month at her home and Altoona PA. The victims of the cops say are ages 15, 16, and 17. And this is where the Adam Carolla line comes up. But I don't think these guys are jerking off after this crime. Okay. According to a criminal complaint, after Hatchberg invited the 15-year-old who lives next door to be over to her house and his friends into her resident, she began twerking and dancing in a sexual manner. After removing her top, she put on a choker, which police described as a submissive bondage sex play item.
Starting point is 01:19:57 She went around wearing only red tights, then gave the juveniles lap dances. she allegedly told the teens that she enjoyed being choked and directed them to grab her and pull on that device around her neck. I have a thought on this. Yeah. I think that if you're going to invite underage minors into your home and give them a laugh dance while your top list, you should at least apply them with alcohol.
Starting point is 01:20:21 Right? You got to get them drunk first. Sure. And Ashley said that's a lot of yellow. That's too much yellow. I wouldn't have thought of that. Yeah. That's Pennsylvania for you.
Starting point is 01:20:32 The 15-year-old told the cops that Hockberg was grinding on us and putting her titties in our face and stuff and told them and told us to play with her pussy. The boy. Tell her you to play with her pussy. I'll try you up to experience. The friend she has to tell you. By the way, you can play my pussy. Oh, okay. The boy added that Hockberg performed oral sex on him.
Starting point is 01:20:52 Okay. The 17-year-old police reported advised he touched the defendant's vagina and placed his fingers inside one time, just once, he added. and he added that this broad just wanted to get fucked so I'm confused by this story because I read it four times in a row and did any of these kids come they never tell you if anyone
Starting point is 01:21:12 finished would you I plead the fifth yeah right so here's the I'm gonna fouch you that one I plead the fifth so who complained about this thank you this guy gets it can I replace video with Jerry
Starting point is 01:21:29 Let's put a pole up. Sure. It's all yours, Jerry. You need Vinnie's face hair for this show. That look on Vinny's face just out. He's like, unreal. I do everything around here. I do fucking everything around here.
Starting point is 01:21:42 And Carl's talking about replacing me. Yeah. What's new? I saw the look on your face. We have fun. According to the mother of the 15 year old, Hockshberg told the miners that this is going to be the best day for your life, boys. You're never going to forget this.
Starting point is 01:21:57 What confronted by her neighbor. Hatchberg reportedly offered a defense of sorts. They all was in my house trying to get their dick sucked. She sounds intelligent. The neighbor quoted Hatchberg's 81 year old mother as saying of her child, when my daughter drinks alcohol, she does the most dumbest shit in the world. I like this woman's like, hey, guess what? Because today's going to be the best day of her life.
Starting point is 01:22:20 Like, how old's your daughter? Oh, no, that's not what this is. So here's a sad part about this. And I think we learned an origin story. This is her son. This is a, wait, what? That's her son. Sheafique Blake.
Starting point is 01:22:34 He's 28 years old. Okay. And he is the operator of Predator Catchers PA, a 50,000 subscriber YouTube channel that post videos of men who allegedly try to solicit minors for sexual activities. So, this is her son? This is her son. No. And his mom's doing this stuff?
Starting point is 01:22:52 Yeah. You know, did he have her on his show? No. But I think this has got to be the origin. story. Yeah, I think he's a little bit embarrassed by this. I've said this before. I grew up in a household that was constantly playing classical music and opera.
Starting point is 01:23:07 My dad was an audiophile and just loved music, but like the most awful music you could ever listen to it. So I played in the punk rock band. I think it's what happened with this guy. His mom's fucking teenage. He's just like, I am going to dedicate my life to getting these predators off the streets. Of course it creates resentment. Could you imagine
Starting point is 01:23:23 what it would be like to be the last one in your friend group to lose your virginity? And it was because of your mom. It was your mom's fault that all of your friends got laid before you. Yeah, it's funny to double standard though, because like if this was like a father doing this with like teenage girls, people would be like horrified. But because it's a mom with teenage boys, people are like, oh, it's just funny. We'd be laughing about it, but not this much. That's true.
Starting point is 01:23:47 Yeah. All right, Gilbert. Let's head over to Charlotte, North Carolina. This gentleman's name is Adam Schrader. And he faces. Wait, what happened when the mom. Does she go to prison or something? Oh, she sure did.
Starting point is 01:24:01 She is sitting in jail on $150,000 bond on three felony and four misdemeanor counts. She's scheduled for a September 23rd preliminary hearing. And her pussy's still wet because these kids had no idea how to satisfy this woman. And that poor kid is still trying to wash the smell off his hand. I know. I'll never have it. $150,000 bond? That seems excessive.
Starting point is 01:24:20 Oh, well. Good point. Yeah, I didn't see her in person, Chair. The cops showed up and they were like, oh, my God. this monster. I mean, these these teenage boys could have defended themselves if they needed to, you know, it's not like they're helpless. That's true. Yeah, yeah. Oh, no, my boner is out of control. Like, she doesn't seem not dangerous. Bonar alert. Nope. All right. So, uh, back to Adam Schrader. He's 31 years old. And he has been
Starting point is 01:24:53 arrested, Jerry, on one count of felony secret peeping and three misdemeanor counts of indecent liberties with a child. So according to the affidavit, he was in a target store and he approached a 17-year-old girl near the end of an aisle. He squatted behind her and reached his phone under her skirt without her knowledge to take pictures. Officer said Schrader was then seen stalking three 15-year-old girls in the store, following them into the clothing section.
Starting point is 01:25:21 There he allegedly placed a clothing rack between himself and the victims, squatted out, and reached through the rack to aim his phone behind them. Like loony tunes. Like, how do you get the, like, maybe I'm too considerate, but like, it's hard for me to even sometimes approach a woman at a speed dating event. I'm like, I don't want to interrupt her talking this other dude. How does this guy just get his phone out and like look underneath the woman's skirt? Like, wouldn't you have some? It's like a 15-year-old girl we're talking about.
Starting point is 01:25:49 I'm like, I got in a habit of saying woman. No, I know. How, like, how do you, I don't understand how you do that. Well, also. Shouldn't there be some natural, like there should be some anxiety or fear that comes up and says, don't do that. Well, he hid behind the clothing rack, Jerry. He didn't just walk up and say, hey, do you mind if I take an upskirt? So I've said this before, but this fruit ain't worth the squeeze. Getting an upskirt photo, it's not going to come out well, the shadows, the lighting's not good.
Starting point is 01:26:18 It's never going to be what you want it to be. That's very logical. The prison time is not worth it for a bad photo. Yeah. There's so many things you can look at out on the internet. They're so much better than that. I hate these guys so much. And Jerry, we've done, we've seen some creative motherfuckers,
Starting point is 01:26:33 guys with cameras in their shoes that they just kind of like try to, you know, stick that. They had a camera in one shoe and a ring light tape to the other foot. People are like, their leg up. They're hot-scotch on the sidewalk. They're fucking maniacs.
Starting point is 01:26:49 Just stretch, I'm trying to stretch my leg up. Just get my leg up, hold on. What's funny about this? I'm not saying this is a victimless crime, but I am kind of saying that. It's funny that this is newsworthy. Like there's like people who are actually like victims of physical violence. It never gets brought up on the news.
Starting point is 01:27:07 This has like a two minute long segment on the local news because this guy's just a creep and it's funny. Yeah, there's like a lot worse things happening. A lot worse things, yes. I mean, imagine what, you know, some of the richest people in a world are doing that they're getting away with. Oh. Jerry, you want to do a conspiracy show with me? Oh, see, I'm down with that. Building 7, that's episode 1.
Starting point is 01:27:28 Let's talk about it. Come in. Can I come? If you have enough money, it's not illegal, apparently. Nothing's illegal if you have enough money. That's right. Brian Johnson and I are starting a conspiracy show. What do you think was found on Hillary Clinton's laptop?
Starting point is 01:27:43 Some good material. For some wild shit. I bet she can make a meme coin like Hunter Biden did. All right. our next creep folks this guy is from Taekondyroga, New York He's 75 years old
Starting point is 01:28:01 And I had to pull this up This is a video of him being arrested There he is He plays Santa Claus At a child's park Sorry about the noise there But Everything's a mess today
Starting point is 01:28:22 75-year-old Clarence Russell Jr. of Paul Smith's New York was arrested September 5th, following investigation that found he was communicating with others online whom he believed were arranging the ability for him to have intercourse with a child under the age of 15. Jesus Christ. Yeah. So I looked this up, and it turns out 83% of guys who dress up at Santa Claus want to fuck children. Yeah, no shit.
Starting point is 01:28:50 That's why they take that job. There's no bonuses. There's no, like, it cannot pay well. We talked about it last week. It's like when you see a football coach, you're like, you believe this guy was creeping on the boys in the locker? I'm like, well, yeah. I got it.
Starting point is 01:29:02 I don't want to be a football coach. I was laughing because I'm like, that's it. Kids are never going to Santa again. I wouldn't bring my kids to Santa. Seriously. Don't, Jerry, save your children for those freaking maniacs. Like, think about it. The level of commitment you have to have all year round to grow out that shitty beard
Starting point is 01:29:20 and all that stuff. If you're waiting for something and it ain't the paycheck. That's my theory. So, fun fact, the newspaper called his daughter and they asked her about him and she said, my dad has a history of pedophilia and sexual crimes. And it's been public knowledge in her family. And she pointed out that in 1993, he had a conviction of sexual misconduct and abuse that was covered up by a family member.
Starting point is 01:29:48 Wait, what? And so he was still able to pass. all of the tests needed to be the official Santa Claus of Santa's Workshop, which apparently is the longest Christmas theme park. It's been operating since 1949. And that's the way the news goes. His Facebook page was pretty whimsical, though. He described himself as a jolly old elf living at the North Pole with Mrs. Claus
Starting point is 01:30:15 surrounded by elves and reindeer. Is that nice? He's a creep. I agree. Speaking of creeps, I got my last story for the day, folks. This is... This guy's name is Nathan.
Starting point is 01:30:32 I'm sorry, Aidan Ronald O'Brien. He's 37 years old, and he pleaded guilty in Brisbane on one count of attempted bestiality, which I feel bad about this poor dog. Attempted. I guess the dog didn't go along with it. Yeah. They found video of him trying to have sex with a dog. front of a mirror.
Starting point is 01:30:55 Oh, man. I looked this up, and it turns out that 83% of PETA members want to have sex with dogs. Do you know that? We should launch him into the sun. I mean, who, who did that poll? Who voted in that poll? Cherry's out to be. That can't be.
Starting point is 01:31:12 You know, yeah, no, 92% of statistics are made up by Carl. So. I believe that. They also found all sorts of fun things. He has apparently a collection of stuff. stuffed animals that are animals that he fucks, as well as dildos of animal penises. Okay. That I can't believe.
Starting point is 01:31:31 There's a guy, Pony Power 2, who's made like 3D prints dildos in different shapes of people and Lucy enjoys them and stuff. How do you find a dildo that shaped like an animal dick? I've been to sex stores. They do not have those there. You know what I mean? That seems dangerous. The internet's a fucked up place everybody.
Starting point is 01:31:51 But also they go, oh, and he was fucking. is a stuffed fox. Who hasn't fucked the stuffed fox? Is that really that creepy? Oh, okay. I never fucked foxy, Carl. You're the best, then. Numerous dildos in the shapes of various animal genitalia, they said.
Starting point is 01:32:09 Anybody want to guess? Like, what would be the most desirable fucking animal dildo for this guy? He's trying to fuck a dog. Yeah, I was going to say, you ever see a woman apply lipstick, Vinny? Good point. He's guessing gorilla. Either way, he's in a bit of trouble. He gives a shit.
Starting point is 01:32:30 Dude, the attorney on this, and normally I wouldn't agree with this. The attorney's like, I mean, his face is everywhere. He's trying to fuck his dog, all of his friends and family know about this. Hasn't he suffered enough? And I'm kind of like, yeah, maybe he has, actually. You know, I think that's the punishment. Being caught. Everybody knows the dog turns you down, bro.
Starting point is 01:32:48 Everybody knows. Yeah. He couldn't even get any from the dog. Yeah. He got sent him. to two years probation and banned from having contact with dogs unless supervised. And it didn't say they took his animal dildos, so he still has those. So who's going to supervise the dog visits?
Starting point is 01:33:05 Somebody from the state. Ashley Cummings is not a fan of the show. She's unsubbing. Good thing we didn't talk about Mr. Hans on the episode today. All right. Let's close things up today. Our pal Max resist, 83, 23. Thanks for the Fiverr.
Starting point is 01:33:21 Officer Banfield is the best. Criminals are the worst. Agreed. Labar Mystic, thanks for the two bucks. There should also be a Dr. Steve voice super tip. Yeah, we have him on our channel. I don't have them on my mind, but we should get it. Jerry just pulled a chip.
Starting point is 01:33:34 Did she go to prison or something? Prison or something? Home run, call me a home run. Carl plays guitar, Jerry. He often plays ahead of the beat set by the drummer. When the drummer pointed it out at the last show, he kicked over the drum set in between songs and slapped the venue manager. allegedly I wasn't there.
Starting point is 01:33:55 Only some of that is true. Scouse Will 79 says you know I love Jerry mate. Thank you my friend. What's up Scouse Will? Guys, go support Jerry at Jerry Banfield. But if you put in at Jerry Banfield on YouTube,
Starting point is 01:34:11 you're going to find six different channels. And they're all putting out content all the time. Jerry, tell people about the content you're putting out in your channels. It's good content. It's the best content. All right. I've made content for creators, dating, tech money. I'll show you all how to have lots of debt and enjoy yourself.
Starting point is 01:34:32 Fuck yeah. Jerry has a couple bangers that I can't wait to talk about recently. He went to a strip club and dropped over $2,000 in the VIP room. Did you really? I wasn't planning on it, but my friends are massage therapist and we ended up talking about Mon's Venus. I was like, damn, I've been there 16 years. I want to, you know, Saturday night, I'm not going to get.
Starting point is 01:34:53 to go out for a couple more weeks. I'm like, let me check this out. And then I had a lap dance with 10 minutes with two different strippers. Turns out they're both great friends. And they both came up to me at once. They're like, hey, how about both of us for an hour together? I'm like, all right, fuck it. I'm going to have to do that. Jerry brought 400 bucks, but he got tempted and spent a little bit more than his budget. You know that. They get that credit card out. Yeah. Did you check the back of your shirt for an X? Did those guys just see you coming? Just actually, I knew it. I knew going there. I'm not. I knew going there. all like loving and sweet.
Starting point is 01:35:25 They're like, yeah, that's going to be. He's going to open his wallet right up for us. But I figured I helped them have a great night. You know, it was so validating after all year dating 20 plus women just getting, I got, I had so much better time. Like, I've spent 10 plus grand dating this year and got like barely a few kisses. Yep. And then, you know, the strip club, I got, I didn't, there was nothing like, I mean, sexual.
Starting point is 01:35:52 there was no gratification, let's say. But, you know, hours with beautiful women getting to fill their bodies. I'm like, this was worth my money. Like, I shouldn't have spent 10 grand on all these dates and matchmaking. Were you wearing sweatpants and no underwear? No, the outfit I have is on eBay now. Oh, right. Oh, does it come with the glitter if we buy it?
Starting point is 01:36:15 Oh, no. From the left dances. Curro, we're going to strip club? No, I bought this up to Jerry Banfield on eBay. And he went to the strip club. I'm not buying this for a second, Carl. You can't play everything on Jerry Banfield. No, I swear.
Starting point is 01:36:27 There was like no glitter anywhere, though. They did get rid of the glitter thing because a lot of people complained about that. It really was a problem back in the day. Because they would sell that shit of Victoria's Secret. It was just like lotion that had glitter in it. And these girls looked like mutants with that shit. Like Emma Frost. It's an X-Men comment, Carl.
Starting point is 01:36:50 I get it. I'm sorry. Okay. Great. Labrimistic, thanks for the two bucks. She covered furries, Carl. Bad Dragon, duh. That's who you were talking about earlier, I guess.
Starting point is 01:37:00 Okay. Jerry asking the right questions. Who voted? Thank you for the two bucks lavern. And Carl, I'm worried about the audio from the voicemail. So we'll catch up on those next week. Okay. I want to thank Jerry Banfield for joining us.
Starting point is 01:37:14 You're tremendous. It was a blast having you on. Hope you come back again sometime. I can't wait to find out if you actually made the $17,000 off those two shirts you put on eBay. That's incredible. if that's the case. Do you think it's going to come through? I'm interested to see. And I think I'm going to do auctions that are like buy now and like best offers that way
Starting point is 01:37:33 it's harder for people to like snipe with fake bids. But I hope there's I hope there's real bids and 17 grand coming. Yeah, me too, man. Ruding for you. We're rooting for you. So thanks for watching everybody. It's nice to be important. It's more important to be nice. Good gear. See you next time. All right. Thanks a lot, guys. See you, Jay.
Starting point is 01:38:11 The
