Determined Society with Shawn French | Adversity & Mindset - Breaking Norms: The Missing Piece in Your Health Journey
Episode Date: March 30, 2026Explore a cultural perspective on breaking norms in traditional health approaches as Shawn French sits down with Dr. Sophia Hadar to uncover what traditional medicine often misses. From hidden imbalan...ces to deeper root causes, this conversation challenges how we think about true health. You can look healthy on the outside and still be struggling internally. Key Takeaways -Looking fit doesn’t mean your body is functioning optimally -Traditional medicine often treats symptoms—not root causes -Fatigue, inflammation, and imbalance can exist even in “healthy” people -True health requires a deeper look at lifestyle, environment, and internal systems -Awareness is the first step to actually fixing what’s going on *Socials* Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/theshawnfrench Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/groups/476624146831479?checkpoint_src=any Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/5kS9tkLGQLcVyRgB3mDznw Apple - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-determined-society-with-shawn-french/id1555922064 Linkme - https://link.me/theshawnfrench Dr. Sophia Hadar - https://www.instagram.com/dr.hadarsophia/ Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. vaccines that alters DNA. Let's really dig into that part. I want to know what that actually means.
And then I also want to know there's a way out of it. Yeah, so I don't recommend any vaccines, period.
By the way, the COVID vaccine is not a vaccine. It is a gene therapy. Does alter your genetic
DNA. Unfortunately, it's filled with chemicals and a spike, which replicates in the body,
attaches to certain organs and can attack it. From aldehytes and heavy metals, things that you would
never consume or injecting anyone, and that's what's in them. That's so crazy. Yeah. Aborted fetal
cells, monkey, kidney cells, canine kidney cells. I mean, they're animal. Aborted fetal cells?
Yes, that's how they make it. Did you say aborted fetal cells? I totally did. That's how they
make them. And we're putting that in our bodies and our children's bodies. And we are altering
the kids' DNAs. It doesn't just stay inside of injection. It integrates with your DNA. If you're
injecting those things and you are actually reckoning your immune system and then you're injecting
DNA that doesn't belong to you. What is that going to do to your body? What's going on, everybody?
Got a great one for you today. My friend, Dr. Hadar Sophia, creator of vibrant glow. She's a
holistic doctor. And she's the, what did you call yourself, though? The wounded healer? Is that what
it is? I am a wounded healer. And I'll explain exactly what it means if you'd like to know.
I would love to hear that. The audience would love to hear that. But you're going to have a great
episode today. We're going to talk a lot about health, a lot about the misconceptions of what is
healthy, you know, probably get into a little bit of a personal conversation with me because
there's some things that I've been trying to figure out over the years. But what a wealth
and knowledge that you guys are going to have in front of you today, learn from her and definitely
seek her out and just dive into what she's doing on a normal everyday basis. So without further ado,
welcome to the show. Thank you so much. Sean. I'm so happy and honors to be here.
I'm glad you drove over here. You brought Mia? You brought Mia? And she's a little
rescue, right?
From Big Dog Ranch Rescue, right?
Yeah, Big Dog Ranch.
She's the best way.
Lori Simmons, and she's doing it right, isn't she?
She's amazing.
And they are amazing.
They trained her really well, and they have been amazing.
It's funny because I, right before I was like, hey, I did a show.
Like, don't worry about it.
We've had dogs on set before.
You're like, that's where I got her.
Every single pup, like, we had, we had dogs on set.
We had multiple dogs on set.
They did not, well, the one on my lap moved a lot because, like, she, she chose me.
But then I was told I couldn't bring her home.
Like no more dogs.
She's calm.
She's cool.
I put essential oils on her.
I feed her grass-fed meat, wild fish.
Okay, look at her.
She's living her life.
She's living the life.
She's living the life.
She eats like a queen or like a king more so.
King of Queen.
Doesn't matter.
She's well-fed.
She's awesome too.
No, but thank you so much for coming over.
I know you hit some traffic.
Thank you.
Really excited to dive in today and have you on the show and just talk about your career
and where you came from.
So why don't show the audience, obviously, if they don't know anything about you.
Give them your background.
Sure.
So I'm originally from Israel.
I was in the military there.
And after the military, I'd moved to New York City.
I went to nursing school.
Before September 11, actually during September 11, I was still there in New York.
After that, I had to just leave nursing school right towards the end.
I couldn't take it anymore, many reasons.
I always wanted to be a doctor and look at the root cause of helping patients, not just pieces
and parts, but the whole person.
And I've had a bigger calling than just treating, you know, Western and not looking at the
entire cause.
And so I went into premed and then acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
While I was doing that, and after the military, so backtrack a little, I was in the Israeli
Air Force for a couple of years.
Back then, we used to get a lot of vaccines.
And I really wasn't feeling well for a long time.
And after the military and while I was in school, I was just not well.
I was probably 20, 30 pounds overweight than I am now, puffy, tired.
My spleen was enlarged, so swollen, splenomegaly.
I was sleeping 16, 18 hours a day and I was still trying to run and I couldn't function.
Wow.
And no doctor could really figure out what was wrong with me.
And that's where holistic medicine, nutrition, changing my lifestyle, everything came about.
this is where I knew I had to help others because I was helped with functional medicine,
holistic medicine, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, iridology, nutrition, everything holistic.
And that changed my life and saved my life.
Of course, you know, when you're healing, you're going to get sicker for a bit.
So I used to throw up and just feel so unwell.
And when I was starting to detox, my tongue coat was black.
This is crazy, like black.
So you know how I asked you to do.
check your tongue. Because when we look at tongues in Chinese medicine, it really tells me everything
that's going on internally within the person. So I can tell what's going on if there is
turbidity, if they're heavy metals, what's going on with your heart, your spleen, your liver,
your kidneys, gallbladder, like so many organs. And that really helps me. So for me,
when I was detoxing and my tongue coat was black and it was feeling so sick, but then everything
started clearing out and now I have no coat. Like it's thin, it's pink, it's much, much healthy.
fear. But you never know that from Western medicine, right? And this is one of the main reasons why
I decided to go the holistic route is to really look at everything from A to Z. And this is what I do
today. This is really cool and timely for me personally. And I think for a lot of people that
really give a shit about their health and they are sick and tired of Western medicine because
they will put you through the, it's almost like the prison system. I mean, like, I mean that loosely,
I mean, I'm being very sarcastic.
But years ago, when I told you about my liver enzyme issue, that it's still there, they put me through ultrasounds.
They put me through CAT scans.
They put me through MRIs and MRIs and CAT scans with contrast and without contrast.
So I did all that, right?
And then I also did a transjugular liver biopsy.
Wow.
Like I remember being in that cath lab and they went here and they pulled three samples.
I felt it being tight.
and you know, I had to patch on my,
on my jugular for a day or two.
And they said, it came back and like,
you know what?
Nothing concerning.
There's nothing there.
And I'm like,
what do you mean?
There's nothing there.
Like,
I'm great.
I'm glad there's,
there's no cancer for crying out loud as my liver.
But the thing that really freaked me out is they couldn't fucking tell me what
was wrong with me.
And they go,
well,
just get in better shape.
And,
you know,
eat better.
Well,
at that time,
I was,
I was very small.
I was probably 190.
You know, right now I'm about 185.
I'm in way better shape than I've ever been,
but my levels are still really high, you know,
and no one can tell me.
I even went to infectious disease.
I really did.
After I got the transregular liver biopsy back,
I went to infectious disease and they're like,
I don't know what to tell you,
maybe change your nutrition.
I'm like, like what?
And they go, well, why don't you try going vegan?
I said, it's funny you say that.
because for the last six months, that's what I was doing.
And it still didn't change it.
And it didn't change a thing.
So there's something going on.
I think everybody has things like, you know, you said to me like, hey, there could be,
you know, some gut issues going on, you know, some turbidity.
See, I listen.
Yeah.
I don't know what that word means.
I don't know what that word means.
But, but I mean, for the, for, you know, for everybody listening and this is just a super
important conversation because I try to do everything right.
Right.
You know, I don't eat a lot of processed foods.
It's maybe once a week that all...
It's probably not your food.
It's not my food.
Right.
Like, I mean, I don't feel like I look unhealthy.
But if you look at my blood work, it's like, okay, look at those liver enzymes.
It's like, what are we going to do?
Right.
So what I would do in that case, right?
If I were your doctor, I would...
You're going to be.
So continue.
Awesome.
All right, cool.
I look forward to helping you.
I would look at parasites because most people have parasites.
And if you ever have pets around you, I would...
you eat raw sushi, fish, pork, anything, you're human.
If you're human, you have parasites, period.
If you have pulse, everyone has parasites.
And so unless you really cleanse them and they can be in every organ.
And so parasites also hold on to heavy metals.
If you have heavy metals, which you probably do, because most people do, or mold,
there could be lime.
There could be so many underlying causes and misdiagnosed causes, right, that are hiding.
in your body that Western doctors will not check.
If they're not checking for lime, mold, heavy metals, parasites, any of those
toxicities, then they're not going to find the root cause.
And unless you really detox properly, and not just change the diet a little bit,
that's great, but unless you really detox properly, sweat every day, have proper bowel
movement, right?
Do your lemon water.
Do alkalize your body.
There's so many things you can do about.
that's where we have to dig into infections, toxins,
nutritional deficiencies, nutritional toxicities.
What else are you doing?
What is your environment that you live in?
Is there a mold in a house, right?
What are you taking on a daily basis?
What supplements are you taking?
What's your, like, just so many things you're looking to.
So many different things, yeah.
I mean, sleep everything.
You know, it's interesting because I don't drink.
Emotions.
And I don't drink.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
Yeah.
No, I mean, I used to.
I mean, I was a professional drinker in college.
I was a baseball.
player. Like, so we did all that, right? College. It's okay. And that's what they kind of said when they got
my results back. Well, it looks like you went to college. I'm like, okay, that's what you got for me?
Like, what the fuck? Like, it's not from college. No. And here's the other thing, too, what these,
what these doctors in Western medicine don't understand. I think what's really hard is when you have
three children and you want, you know, three million dollars of life insurance, but you only qualify
400 because your liver enzymes and I'm completely healthy. Right. Right. But they think in the algorithm or the
whatever it is, that that is a precursor for something else.
Now, I did hear something because I'm connected to my half-brother.
My biological father, I didn't really grow up around him and my mom.
They split when I was two.
But apparently he's pre-diabetic.
So I don't know if that's part of it or, see, again, you don't.
I don't think so.
But I have to look at the entire picture.
I have to look at the whole, you know, what other labs do they draw?
Is it just CBC?
Is it just CMP?
Is it just lipid?
Like, is it just deliver?
Like, what did they actually draw?
I don't know.
It was so long ago.
And we could do blood work, whatever.
I can come over there next week and get everything done.
Yeah, we can definitely order stuff.
I would be down to drive over there because for me it's important because I always think of this.
If you have a baseline, right, like I feel freaking amazing.
Right.
But do I?
Right.
But do I.
Because I don't know.
Like, I've never, you know.
it was always such a hard road for me to get to where I'm at physically.
But I can tell you this last couple weeks, I'm constantly tired.
Yeah.
You know, I feel strong when I'm in the gym, but like I'm tired.
Okay.
I'm super tired.
But like I don't know what it feels like because obviously there's something going on.
Definitely heavy metal.
I mean, come on.
Like we, I mean, that that's definite.
Parasites probably.
But I mean, this is just so interesting to me because like this is something that has
happening real time in my life. And I want to fix it. Right. I'll help you. We'll dig into what's
going on. I'll ask you a million questions. We'll run tests. Yeah. Don't worry. I got your back.
Okay. Yeah. Yeah. But that's the thing. And more people I think are looking for a direction like this
and in treatment. Right. But they don't know where to go because they get lost on the internet.
So how does one, obviously for the listeners, you guys get the pleasure of being introduced to her?
So you're going to go to her website and you're going to go check her out and contact her on our contact form.
So that way you know the holistic doctor you can trust.
But there's a lot of them out there.
You know, and there's a big difference with you, though.
And I want to edify you really quickly.
Sure.
So when you think I'm not paying attention, I am very much so.
Most of these holistic doctors are trying to make their name on Instagram and the social platforms.
Like, yeah, you post.
You do all that stuff.
but your real proof is online.
Your real proof is in the work that you do.
And I think that's a big difference.
So I can immediately say professional versus not.
And so I can quickly,
I can quickly make the decision there.
I will drive over there next week and I will do this.
I'll do it Monday for crying out loud.
Because it's so important to me
and I've already done my background
and I've already kind of seen everything behind the scenes of kind of,
and I've already met you before.
Yeah.
Right?
We met at a biohacking event, right?
And that was cool, right?
That was awesome.
But yeah, I just, I'm passionate about this stuff because it's one thing to look like
you're healthy, but it's another thing to really feel good.
And if you haven't felt really good, you don't know what that feels like.
So I honestly, I could be, I could be feeling like dog shit right now and I wouldn't know.
I couldn't tell you.
Right.
Because this is baseline.
I have a lot of people and patients and people that have known throughout the years that I've treated who look, you look amazing, by the way.
Thank you.
Who look amazing, fit, athletic, triathletes, cyclists, whatever.
And their blood pressure is super high.
Their cholesterol levels are super high.
They have 70% blockage.
They're, so blood pressure, they're diabetic, but they don't look at it, right?
So unless you can look amazing, right, but what's going on internally.
You can be lean.
you can be healthy, you can exercise, sleep, whatever.
But if you don't feel great, if you're tired, if you're lethargic, if something is dragging,
if something is not right, and then the blood work shows it, there's definitely an underlying
reason for that that has to be dug deeper.
Hey, guys, we're going to take a quick break, and we're going to slide into our recovery segment
brought to you by Therobody.
What an amazing technology that Therobody has.
And it was founded on a really cool story by Dr. Jason Wersland.
It was founded on pain.
He got into an accident and had this extreme pain in his arm and found that percussive therapy really helped.
So he created the very first version of the Theragun with the Makita drill just to pilot and test to see if his pain could be relieved by percussive therapy overall.
And surely it was.
So now birth to the Theragun and now Therobody, who has a multitude of products to help you recover emotion.
and physically. And some of the products even help with stress, meditation, and better sleep,
and just overall better wellness. And when I had Dr. Jay on the show earlier in 2025, it really
spoke to me because his platform was founded out of physical pain and the determined society
was founded out of emotional pain. And so it felt natural for us to partner up. So here we are
an official partnership with Therobody.
And I want to talk to you about some of the products today that I've been enjoying
that I think you need to understand and know more about so you could potentially
implement them into your life.
And I'm not going to get into a big deep dive of the actual science and everything like that.
I'm just going to give you some anecdotal information based on the products that I'm using
and that my wife is actually using too that is helping us out a great deal at home.
because the great thing about these products, guys,
is you can use them anywhere.
You can use them in the gym.
You can use them at home, in your bed, in your living room.
Hell, you can even drive with the TheraGun Pro Plus in your car
and use it on your quads, use it on your arms,
whatever that is.
The first thing I want to talk about is the Theragun Pro Plus.
I bring that in my gym bag every day to the gym,
and when I'm warming up, I use it to warm up.
I put it on my arms.
Whatever body part I'm using that day,
I activate those muscles,
I find is I'm able to move my body a lot quicker and I'm a lot stronger on those days that I do
actually bring it and utilize it. I just think it's a great way to understand your body and the
connection between your strength and your muscles and being warm and being able to perform
because it's one thing to go workout but it's another thing to perform while you're doing it
and the Theragon Pro Plus helps me do that. Another thing that I really truly enjoy is the Jet Boots
Pro Plus. These things are wire-free. There's no hassle. There's no cords. There's infrared LED
light. There's that compression therapy. And I've been having bad pains in my ankles, both of them
actually, for about a year. And I don't understand where it's coming from. But when I started using the
boots, religiously after a leg day or after a cardio session, I throw those boots on,
and I find myself a lot looser afterwards. I find myself lighter. I find myself lighter.
and then the next day, there's no pain in my lower extremity, like my feet.
The other thing that I really enjoy is that product really helps me recover a lot quicker.
And let's face it, that's the most important thing when we're trying to move our bodies
or we're trying to succeed in life is we want quick recovery emotionally and physically.
And these products help me do that, and it can help you do that as well.
one of the other things that I really want to go into because it's helping my wife out a ton
with headaches and being able to distract from the noise in her mind.
And honestly, it helps me with that too is a smart goggles.
Whenever we feel a slight headache coming on or things are getting really heavy just in our
minds, just thinking about all the stressors, all the things out there that we can't control,
we throw the goggles on, get in a quiet place.
And there's different cycles on there and different intensities of vibrations and massaging
that you can either turn it up or turn it down.
And what I really enjoy is it allows me to focus on what's going on with just me and I think about things.
And the massaging with the smart goggles relieves either headaches and it relaxes me
and relaxes my wife to a point where we can fall asleep better.
we are preparing to kind of down shift and shut down and slow down for the evening.
So I heavily recommend them.
The other thing it's really good for is just creating a peaceful time in your day.
And what I found since using the smart goggles and then the other products is it works for me.
It works for my family.
And I know it can work for you too.
So I want you guys to think about things that you are struggling with.
if it's lower back pain or you wake up in the morning,
your neck is tight.
I'm going to tell you,
the Theragon Pro Plus will help that out.
They have cold therapy on it, hot therapy.
I mean, think about that.
When I opened that box and realize that I could have heat therapy
and cold therapy and a Theragon,
changed everything for me.
And also really made the thing that I hate doing the most is warm up,
made that very easy for me,
just by applying it to the muscle group that I'm going to use before I do it and in between sets,
which promotes quicker recovery between sets.
So if you're looking to go high volume or to lift heavy weights, I strongly consider that.
All these products are there to help you move along in your day with less pain and recover quicker.
So go check it out because now, like I said, the official partnership has begun.
and from now until the end of March, in your first order,
you get 15% off your first order, not every order.
So if you're going to buy some stuff,
load up there in that cart for that first time,
and you get 15% off.
Go to theribody.com and at checkout,
the code is determined.
So let me know how you guys like it until then, stay determined.
Yeah.
Yeah, and I agree.
You know, I think, you know, when we, when people look at health,
right they feel it's the aesthetic version in my opinion when I was trying to get in really good
shape I was focused on the aesthetic portion of it I don't look at it like that most people do
I don't look at it like that way anymore because I think there's so much shame there and you're
you're you're constantly comparing yourself to somebody else right what I look at is I just want to
be here for a very long time for my kids of course you know because like as a 47 year old man I got
I got to I got to my youngest is seven so I was seven year old daughter and
nine-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son.
I want to walk them down the aisle, right?
My daughters. I want to play with my grandchildren.
Like, I want to be here until, like, I'm a hundred and something years old, but I want to
be functional, right?
So hopefully they figure out the orthopedic thing while people are living longer, so they're
not sitting in bed.
Like, I'm alive, but I can't move because my joints are screwed.
But, you know, for me, it's so much more.
It is, how is your body really working?
And do you know your body?
Are you truly healthy on the end?
inside because there's so many young people now.
I mean, we just had somebody turn into a really good friend, her and her husband.
She's battling stage three breast cancer and she's 34 years old.
She got diagnosed when she was 33.
Last November, literally right smack dab in the middle of freaking holidays.
Like, happy holidays, right?
And she's battling and she's kicking ass, but, you know, she's young.
And so we don't know what we're exposed to here.
Right, right.
You know, like, it's important to know these things.
100%.
And I'm really curious, too, you know, since the COVID sham, the jabs.
And you're not jabbed ice.
No, I had to.
I was in medical industry.
So in order.
That's my next question.
So that can be another root cause.
But it was before that too, though.
Okay.
So to be clear, my liver enzymes were high when I was selling payroll.
We can blame it on payroll because that was a stress last job.
There you go.
That was a stress last job.
Right.
But no, like, so to your question, during COVID, you know, the OR shut down and then they opened them back up.
But once the vaccine became available, they required you if you were going to be credentialed and be in the hospitals that you had to have two doses for sure.
And then once you had your second dose,
when the third dose came around and it was time,
they made you get the third dose.
No way.
Yeah, so I've had three doses.
Oh, wow.
I'm sorry to hear that.
And you know what?
We got a detox to you from that.
Yeah, but just do it.
But here's the thing.
Like, at the time, I didn't know.
I mean, there's all this, you know, rhetoric going on, like the jab versus not the jab,
the left versus the right.
I'm just like, oh, my gosh.
I just don't want to get fired.
I mean, I make a lot of money.
I want to be able to like pay for my kids.
You know what I mean?
So for me, it was like a, I have to do this right now.
But, I mean, once they released that, like, I never got another one.
I haven't had a flu shot since I left the medical industry.
And I did get flu A this year.
I did get flu A.
Knocked me on my ass.
But I didn't die.
I'm just fine.
You know, like, I, you know, like, I'm okay with getting sick.
Like, if you're going to get sick, you're going to get sick.
But as of now, like, I'm not taking any.
flu shots. I haven't done anything like that. But yeah, to your question, I did have the vaccine.
Yeah. So I don't recommend any vaccines, period. If you look at the ingredients of every vaccine,
and by the way, the COVID vaccine is not a vaccine. Unfortunately, it is a gene therapy,
does alter your genetic DNA. Unfortunately, it's filled with chemicals and a spike, which replicates
in the body, attaches to certain organs and can attack it. So I'm curious to see your spike levels, too. And
there are great tests to see that to make sure, you know, are they high? We need to lower them
what's going on in your body because that can really be another factor. Even if you've had it
before, that can add to the toxins in your body. So we definitely want to make sure that we are
working on cleansing them out of your system eventually. It's interesting because, you know,
we're on the vaccine conversation now, which hopefully you two doesn't silence us on this.
So we should probably, yeah.
You can, you can, fuck it.
Like, I don't care.
Mute our words, the V word.
It's, here's the thing.
I don't have to talk about that.
Even with, no, it's an interesting conversation.
Like, you know, I would rather bring the great conversation.
Yeah.
For people to learn and be educated and make their own decision than worry about YouTube
analytics.
It was just a bad joke.
But, but, you know, when we talk about all that, you know, especially with kids, like
little ones, you know, like, there's, there's a cluster of them that come and a
A lot of times there's been parents and people that have claimed that their children were
completely fine before the MMR and whatever one it was.
Yep.
D-TAP.
Yes.
And then autism.
Right.
Right.
Interesting.
Well, if you look at the ingredients and the adjuvants in the V, the jabs, any of them,
unfortunately, the heavy metals in there are outrageous, like aluminum mercury thimerosal
is still in most vaccines.
aluminum is in all vaccines as well.
Fetal,
aborted fetal cells, monkey
kidney cells,
canine kidney cells?
I mean, they're animal.
Aborted fetal cells?
Yes, that's how they make it.
Did you say aborted fetal cells?
I totally did.
That's how they make them.
And we're putting that in our bodies
and our children's bodies.
And we are altering the kids' DNAs.
And in my opinion,
and there's a lot I can say about those now.
I don't want to sound crazy.
No, I mean.
But there's so much good stuff,
like so much interesting stuff in there.
But the ingredients,
just to heavy metal adjuvants,
And as a baby, your blood-brain barrier is still open.
And if you're injecting the aluminum, the heavy metals, in your baby or in anyone, right?
And you also have polysorbate 80 and 20, which is a surfactant.
It opens your blood-brain barrier.
And you're injecting those heavy metals with the opener of the blood-brain barrier.
That goes straight to their brain.
Then they get brain enlargement, right?
And they bang the head to the wall.
They're getting fevers.
You give them Tylenol.
That's a double-wammy.
Tylenol depletes your glutathine, which is the brain.
master antioxidant in your body, which helps detox. So if you're vaccinating them, giving them
Tylenol, you're not only filling them with the heavy metals that go straight to your brain,
and then you have brain damage, right? Seizures, brain damage, brain swelling, but then you're also
giving them the Tylenol, which lowers your glutathine. They cannot detox that. That's when we're
seeing increased amounts of and increased rates of autism and all these other, you know, health issues
and seeds and you name it.
Unfortunately, in cancers, right?
So my take is, and I am not,
I have been injured by vaccines before myself as well.
I had autoimmune.
I believe I healed it with everything that I was doing
with the detoxing and nutrition, the supplements, everything.
And I'm actually doing a thyroid and autoimmune webinar next week.
I'm supposed to do it yesterday.
It's going to be postponed for next week.
They do computer issues.
Computers.
Yeah, mercury retrograde things.
I had to buy a new Mac.
Hold on. Is Mercury really in retro mode right now?
Yeah. Okay. Sidebar. Sidebar.
I was talking to my friend Matthew Dillon on the way over here.
And I said, hey, man, I haven't talked to you much this week. He's my publicist.
We haven't talked much this week. I was like, and dude, I'm sorry. He's like, no, wait.
I have to apologize. I was like, no, no, no. I've been going through it this week, bro.
Like, I am tired. I'm pissed off. I don't know what it is. I was like, maybe I'm some basic chick that's it.
I was like, I don't know. I said, is like, I don't know. I said, is Merr.
Recurity and retrograde, he's like, I don't know, but something's going on.
And now you're saying it is.
Yes, it is.
Good Lord.
And that's when happens.
You know, things happen.
Communications.
Mm-hmm.
Have had issues with that.
Computers, like anything.
Oh, my gosh.
Electrical.
Mm-hmm.
Anything.
We're good here.
Yeah, we're good.
We're good here.
This place is like Fort Knox.
Okay.
This place is, exactly.
This place doesn't go down.
No.
It has before, actually.
It has before.
It's not going down today.
The fiber optic.
Not today, though.
Not today.
That's right.
So.
Yeah, that's interesting.
Yeah.
Because, hold on.
I know we're jumping from topic to topic, but yeah.
But that's what happens in real conversation, right?
It's so funny because, like, I don't know if you've ever saw, you know who Matt Rife is, right?
The comedian, like the blonde, good-looking guy.
That's funny as hell that does the crowd work.
Yeah.
Well, he starts making fun and his first specialty started to see making fun of all these chicks,
talking about Mercury and retrograde.
He's like, that planet doesn't even know you.
It's not, you know, you're.
you're picking up this like glass bottle like, ooh, this is my stone.
Like, shut up, you know.
But I, I really think there's something to it.
And I don't know what it is, but this week, yeah, I've, I've, I've been battling, like,
like to a point where, you know, I was telling Ryan yesterday, I was like, I don't feel like
those shows were, were me.
And he's like, no, they were great.
But I'm not, like, I feel better today.
Right, but it's like I knew I was coming.
Yeah, I know.
I was like, I got to be on.
This shit's smart.
I got to be on.
But I just felt like I wasn't myself.
Yeah.
And there's nothing wrong.
Like literally everything I've been dealing with this week is all good shit.
But it's just kind of moving like this.
And it's frustrating the piss out of me.
I hear you.
You know?
It's okay.
We are the year of the horse.
So we like to move things and we like to move things fast.
We like to just go.
Yeah.
Right.
I'm the same way.
I don't have time.
to wait.
Right.
You know,
like,
what did the waiting ever do?
Right,
right.
It's funny,
though.
Mercury is in retrograde.
Yep.
What does it actually mean?
It means the planet is not moving forward
and it's retrograding and it's just messing up communications and electricity and
who knows,
like all kinds of stuff.
I'm not,
I'm not an astrologer,
but I have one.
Okay.
Oh, you do have one.
I do have one.
Good Lord.
She's in Sarasota.
She's great.
Sarasota.
There's a lot of great people in Sarasota.
I know.
You know,
I was going to move there and then I was thinking of moving to Naples.
You need to move to Naples.
I know.
I'm still thinking about it.
And my friends in Boca are like, what are you doing and moving to Naples?
I own a really beautiful condo on the beach in Boca, but.
Boca's beautiful.
It's nice.
I mean, Hillsborough Beach, really.
But I do love the West Coast, too.
We got a lot of friends over here.
You got a lot of friends over here.
You got Patrick Deerborn.
I know.
I have a lot of great people here.
I know.
I have a lot of great people here.
See the table.
You love going to there.
I love it.
I'm going to go after here.
You're going to go after here.
Yes.
I know.
I know.
I know.
I've got another,
hmm.
Yes.
How long does it take to get to Boca from here?
Two hours, no traffic.
Today, it's still a longer.
So by the time I'm done, you're going to be well on your, well on your way.
I have a dinner that my neighbor is making for me and my other neighbor.
So it's nice.
We're hosted tonight.
Oh, very cool.
What are you guys going to have?
I don't know.
She's a chef and she's like, what are you food allergies?
Oh, speaking of food allergies.
By the way, vaccines can literally lead to that as well,
unfortunately, because it completely destroys your innate immune system, your gut microbiome,
which can throw you off.
So unfortunately, also after military vaccines,
nursing school vaccines,
which this is where I stopped
because I knew there was something about them,
made me so, so, so sick every single time.
And I kept getting sicker and I was like,
something is not right.
So I looked deeper into that.
That was part of my doctorate, you know,
researching a lot of it.
But food allergies, unfortunately, I suffer from them too.
So I have to be very careful.
Like, ginger will make me like fish.
Really?
So I got a funny story about ginger.
Yeah.
So when I was first dating my wife, she lived in Brickle.
And she goes, I got to take you this place called milk gone nuts.
I'm like, what is that?
Milk gone nuts?
It was like a vegan place?
No, like, I don't know what it was.
It was the worst experience of my life.
Oh, no.
Oh my God, I can't believe I'm going to say this on air.
But I'm going to because it's funny.
So we go there and it's like in this gas station.
I look at her.
I'm like, you know we're in a gas station.
station, right? She was, yeah, this is a place great. She goes, so we're going to get a shot of ginger.
Oh, boy. When I say we were just dating, like, we were like brand new, brand new, like maybe a
month or two into it. I took that shot of ginger immediately got nauseous and just hot everywhere.
Went back to her apartment. I was dry heave and puking and other stuff. Are you allergic?
I don't know. But since then, like I won't touch it. Yeah. But yeah, like,
got me, man.
Yeah, knock me too.
The other way around, though, I was like, like, blown up completely.
And every time I have it, my entire face changes.
It's not pretty.
That's so nuts.
That's so nuts.
But yeah, I don't have, like, to my knowledge, I don't have any, you know, food sensitivities.
Like, you know, since I've been watching what I eat, I don't eat a lot of processed foods, if I have bread or I have any type of carbohydrate, I'll want to fall the fuck a,
asleep. Is it gluten in America only or is it bread or is it like I don't know. What is it?
I just noticed that on my journey since 2024, I operate very well on just if I if my carbs are just
fruit like I'm good right and then I'll do like a scoop of intra carbs during my workout.
But like after breakfast and sometimes lunch, maybe lunch I'll have fruit, but everything I
After that is protein based.
Yeah.
And fat based.
Okay.
And I feel amazing.
Like, it, in my body just responds to it.
But, like, yesterday I had a club sandwich.
Oh, boy.
And I had it here in between shows, and I was struggling.
Yeah.
I was struggling.
Like, my body heat just, it was like an instant furnace.
So probably acidic.
The club sandwich is very acidic because it has meat, cheese, right?
And bread, everything acidic.
So talk about pH, acidity versus alkaline.
An alkaline environment, your body thrives.
Disease cannot survive in an alkaline environment.
Alkaline, by the way, baking soda is the most alkalizer on the planet.
Very alkaline.
Lemon water.
And I posted about baking soda a couple of days ago, and then I've been told, don't use
hammer or whatever it's called.
Arm a hammer or whatever hell it's called.
Yes, that's the one.
I was like, oh, why?
Apparently it has aluminum in it.
Oh, Jesus.
So now I need to buy the organic aluminum-free one here.
I'm always learning, right?
I'm posting people teach me.
I love learning.
Don't use that one.
Retract.
Retract.
Change that one.
I'm not going to use that anymore.
Obviously, I'm going to get the aluminum-free one.
But speaking of alkaline, so if you consume acidic foods, that can make you tired.
So energy, what can alkalize you will energize you.
So vegetables, high green leafy, green leafy, lemon, lime, very alkalizing, even though it's the misconception of being acidic.
Once it enters your saliva.
you drink it becomes alkaline, baking soda, greens, fruit, you know, papaya, things like that.
Very good for you.
Interesting.
And so you want to be alkaline.
And so bread plus meats plus cheese can be more acidic.
Yeah, I mean, because I was, I was tired.
And the rest of the night and I didn't have an appetite.
What's that?
And the rest of the I didn't have an appetite.
Yeah.
Like I was just done.
I had like a hamburger.
That's it.
That's all I had for dinner.
But this is so funny because it's like all this stuff I just geek out on.
Like I really, I really want to know the reasons why.
I feel a certain way after I, and I think, you know, what's cool about this playful conversation is the audience is listening.
They're like, I'm getting a lot of value and a lot of education, but it's an engaging conversation as well.
And we're going back and forth between a lot of different topics.
But I just really believe that's how true conversation flows.
It's like, oh, well, we were here.
But now we're way over here.
We're in the week.
So let's get back here.
but the thing about the baby in the in the in the in the in the vaccines that alters DNA let's really
dig into that part because I want to know what that actually means and then I also want to know
there's a way out of it yeah absolutely so if you think about it if you're getting an aborted
to make a vaccine you have to have the way the pathway to making it and the culture to making it
you have to have aborted for cells that's how they do it.
it, unfortunately, and with animal byproducts as well.
But if you're getting a DNA from a boy or a girl, you're injecting it.
Let's say you get a DNA from a girl.
Let's say a boy gets it from a girl.
And then this is my logical point of view, right?
And this is my thoughts.
But we've seen it more and more transgender, for example, right?
Oh, now we're getting into that.
Oh, let's go.
Yeah.
People are more confused.
you didn't see it back in the day.
There was nothing like that, right?
I mean, you had, you had, you had,
I don't know if we had any of that back then.
No, no, I think back then.
And listen, I want to, I want to clarify here for you and for the audience and everybody
listening, so I don't get torched on this.
Yeah.
If you're an adult and you want to do whatever you want to do and you want to transition,
I support you one billion fucking percent.
To each their own.
Right.
I will clap along with you.
I will be your friend.
Right.
But I don't think an eight-year-old should be transitioning.
100%.
I don't think parents should go, you know what?
My son who's six feels like a girl, so we're going to do it.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Right.
They are not fully, like, they're not.
They don't know anything about what they're really feeling yet.
Exactly.
Right.
So, like, so this is interesting.
So, like, I'm all for it.
If you're an adult and you make your own decisions.
Right.
Do what you do.
Right.
And there's a lot of transgender, like Jeffrey Starr,
Caitlin? Huh?
Caitlin?
Jennifer?
But I mean, like, they transition when they were, you know, older.
And even Jeffrey Starr says the kids shouldn't, this shouldn't be in front of kids.
Right.
We shouldn't be transitioning eight-year-olds.
And they shouldn't encourage it in schools.
No.
Period.
They should not.
They shouldn't.
And certain should not do it unless your parents and the children are adults, sorry to cut you.
And the parents are, like, everybody's talking about it.
And they've, like, it's been years and you still want.
But I feel like, I'm sorry, were you saying?
No, I just, I just think because like, obviously, like I've given this a lot of thought
because I'm naming transgender and even Blair White out in California.
Just feel the same way, you know, transition later on in life when they can make their own
decision.
So anyway, so you were going to a point and then I just had to clarify.
Yeah.
So I feel like, and again, I don't want people to think, oh, my gosh, she's crazy.
But when you look at the DNA getting injected in humans and how many vaccines do we have,
on a schedule today.
Dude.
Right.
Back in the day
in the 70s,
60s, we barely
had any.
Now they were,
they're cutting them back,
hopefully, really.
They were 92 or so many.
Jesus Christ.
They were like over 70,
90, like so many.
And multiple dosages.
Why?
Our innate immune
and if you strengthen
your gut bacteria,
go out playing with dirt,
go hang out with your dogs.
You're going to get a stronger
immune system,
I'm telling you right now.
Right.
Getting the sun.
Don't avoid the sun.
Let's talk about the real doctors.
Sunshine, sleep, proper nutrition, avoiding seed oils, avoiding sugar.
Obviously, everything in moderation, but avoiding toxins.
Get outside.
Go exercise.
Sona, sweat.
Make sure you have a bowel movement.
Get your gut microbiome fixed.
Get your vitamin D.
Vitamin C.
Zinc.
You know, all the things.
And I can go on and on about how to strengthen the immune system naturally.
But if you're injecting those things and you are actually weakening your immune system and then you're injecting DNA that doesn't belong to you, what is that going to do to your body?
It doesn't just stay inside of injection. It integrates with your DNA.
I never thought of it like that.
I mean, again, to your point, I was ignorant.
Like, I didn't know that there was aborted fetal cells in this.
And, you know, I mean.
From all the heights?
And heavy metals, things that you would never consume or inject in anyone.
And that's what's in them.
That's so crazy.
Yeah.
That's so crazy to me.
That is sad.
That's a lot.
You know.
All right.
So we were on the path of, okay, we started talking about the altering the DNA.
Then we went to.
So this is all in line with the original question of, how does, hey girl.
Hey, Mia.
Hey, baby.
We're in congruence to what we started to talk about here.
But, you know, when we talk about altering the DNA, that's what you started going into.
How do you reverse that, right?
Like how would you work with somebody?
She didn't bring any treats for me.
This is absolutely unbelievable.
Sorry.
Brought you another gift, though.
Oh, you did.
Thank you.
I love gifts.
Yes.
How does one fight their way out of the corner on this?
Detoxing.
Okay.
Detoxing is something that everyone should do, especially to
day with chemtrails, water, if they're drinking tap water, if they're, you know, exposed to our
environment.
Pure.
The environment is toxic, unfortunately.
And detoxing is huge whether you, you know, do the parasite cleanse, do the heavy metal
cleanse, help your gut microbiome.
Balance it, detox it, detox your body, detox your lymphatics, your liver, everything, your brain,
right?
Sleep.
Yeah.
Sweating.
like I always say bowel movements.
If you're not pooping, excuse my words here.
It's okay, guys.
Then you're not cleansing, period.
And three times a week is not enough.
You have to have one to two a day.
Minimum.
I mean, that's ideal.
Yeah.
Not straining, not constipated, going properly.
Well-formed, nice bowel movements.
Good piece of shit.
You got to have a good piece of shit, guys.
So you're not full of shit, literally.
Yes.
Right?
You know, but I mean, you know, it's like one of those things where
if you're not evacuating your bowels every day,
you probably don't feel well.
You don't feel well at all.
And there are moments in people's lives
where if they're missing something in their nutrition
or whatever, then it's harder to have that bowel movement, right?
And so fiber is important.
Magnesium is important.
Hygiration is important.
Fiber, of course.
Fiber, yeah, hydration.
Proper nutrition.
Start today the right way.
There's so many things you can do.
Yeah.
When you say detox, though,
Because, you know, like, how can I put this?
When the health industry and people start talking about detoxing, it's usually some bullshit diet.
You're only, right, I'm saying, yep, good, aren't I?
Yes.
See?
But the thing is, it's always like, you know, I'm going to do a water detox or I'm going to only drink this herbal tea for 17 and a half days.
I'm going to detox my whole body.
I think that's so broken.
Yeah.
It's so broken.
but what do you mean when you say detox?
And by the way, I'm not really drinking from plastic.
This is BPA-free.
But I was cycling and I had no time to really get a bottle water.
What is my kombucha?
Oh, no, I think I left it to take the car.
What is the car?
Damn it.
I better get my kombucha from the car.
It's probably boiling by now.
Oh, geez, that's not good.
It's like a vinegar bomb at this point.
That's what I should have brought in.
I forgot.
I was rushing so much.
Anyways, detoxing doesn't meet a fad detox.
it means you're on a lifestyle.
Every day you're doing something.
Again, whether it's exercise and sweating,
sleeping seven to nine hours, eight to nine hours,
really ideal.
Last night I got nine and I still feel like I could sleep more.
I don't know what that looks like.
Oh, I went to bed at 9.30.
Rarely happens.
Finally did.
Got up at 6.30.
Barely made it.
Time change sucks.
By the way,
whomever does that, change.
She's at eighth grader.
The time change still affects her.
Oh, yeah.
I love my sleep.
I'm with you.
Plus, I just came back from California.
So it's like four hours.
You know the Cali? Yeah, I was there last week.
Oh, really?
That's where I lived for 18 years before I moved here.
Anyway, so sweating, bowel movements, sleeping, detoxing, taking the right supplements to detox.
But yes, there are periods of time where you do your parasite cleanse three times a year at least.
You're heavy metal cleansing as well.
Taking your binders, if you're not taking binders, you can't really get it out of your system.
If you're not sweating, if you're not, like I said.
So there are certain things that you can do.
It's not a fat diet.
And it's not a fat detox.
Detoxes, big detoxes can be a few times a year.
But if you really want to do things regularly, which is what I recommend, so you're not
throwing your body completely out of whack, but you're implementing things on a daily basis
and then doing a little bigger ones regularly and taking liver supports, herbs, gallbladder, lymphatics,
rebounding.
I love my vibration plate every night.
I bought it at that.
No, I actually bought it last year.
At the, oh, at an event?
Yeah, at an event, it's the best.
So these kind of things, moving your lymphatics, moving your liver, your body, getting acupuncture, getting chiropractic.
Wow.
Getting your hyperbaric if you need to.
Getting your sauna, your steam, your cold plunge, doing all the biohacking things on a regular basis.
Do you not a fat?
I do.
A few times a week, not every day.
Because I sweat every day already.
I sweat so much.
But my routine, I'll do my lift.
And then I'll hit the sauna for 20 to, sometimes I try to hit 30, but it just gets to,
it's like, it's like, it's the best.
But then also, like I, I'm in the market for one in my backyard.
I've got a couple of things going right now with some sauna companies and they're entertaining.
Oh, nice.
Well, will you give a discounted rate if I send you a sauna?
I was like, has to be infrared, has to be multiple person.
has to be outdoor.
But I make,
and the reason why I want one at home
is so I can spend more time
in the gym and then finish up with
maybe like an interval run or something like that
and then go home and do my sauna.
And then just straight into the shower.
Because like dude, like if I'm in a sauna
with a bunch of other dudes, like...
Gross. Yeah.
No, thank you.
Like, I heard you gig.
You know, it's just one of those things.
Like, if it were my boys and like we're on a baseball team
together, like cool.
Yeah.
I'm all good, but I don't know these dudes.
Right, right.
You know, and I don't know where they've been.
And you don't want to smell them and breathe the air they're breathing out.
And they're fucking disgusting.
Right, exactly.
And the shit they talk about?
I've been.
So last week.
What are you talking about?
Right.
I'm trying to watch.
It's women too, by the way.
So last week I go to San Diego.
My favorite place is Rancho Valencia Resort Spa.
I love San Diego.
Every time I'm there, this is where I've been doing my spa for years.
I book a spa day.
and I go and get a massage
and then I go to the steam sauna
cold plunge and I do a circuit for like two hours
heaven but every time
I'm in a sauna there there was a group of
women coming in last week and they just started
talking smack and I'm left laughing
there they're like oh there we go
and I'm just dying like it's hysterical
the things they talk about
other people and
their issues and I was like
oh god do I really want to hear that I'm going to go
jump in a cold plunge
yeah I just you know it's just one of those things
I just want some privacy.
Yeah.
Because I want to be able to kind of zone out.
Meditate.
Do my own deal.
You know.
Right.
It's quiet time.
And not breathe in somebody else's germs.
No.
You know?
And this is where steam rooms, by the way, are bacteria harboring.
That's why I only do steam.
I did it for like five minutes and I was like, I'm done.
I like saunas better.
Yeah, sonnas are great.
Because the steam will hold on to all the bacteria.
Interesting.
So back in the day, when I used to go to steam rooms in San Diego at the Pacific Athletic
Club and get out, I used to get lunch.
stuff all the time. I usually don't do steams. I usually do sonnas. And if I do steam,
it's my own steam, hopefully. But sauna, I like my own private one. Yeah, I, I, um, every,
so I'm in the gym six days a week, five to six days a week. So like, I'm doing sauna five, six
days a week. You know, I end, I end it on in a sauna. That's the best. It feels great.
I just read something about if you are in a sauna, the last thing you need to do, or the,
the worst thing you can do is drink a cold alcoholic beverage after that.
because that constricts your blood vessels
and can immediately lead to heart attack.
As I've read, I literally just read that article.
Yeah.
So guys, don't go to the sauna and have a beer
or a cold alcoholic alcoholic beverage after that.
Yeah, I don't know how one would crave
a cold alcoholic beverage after being in a sauna or the gym.
You never know.
That's just strange.
Some people just do.
That's just strange.
When we finish triathlons.
Yeah, you guys do that.
I do.
I've done Iron Man, done Jewish Olympics.
I've done a lot of races.
Wow.
Wow. Wow.
There is all, they used to be in San Diego, a beer garden.
Oh, really?
It's fun.
You know, you're in a heat.
You want to drink something called fuzzy bubble, as I call it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I used to drink a lot of beer.
I just, I don't, I don't feel good when I drink it now.
Because it's sweet.
So you might have a sensitivity to wheat because when you describe you're having weeds.
Yeah.
I could be.
Yeah.
You know, it really, really could be.
I'm interested to, you know, to go through the process.
So talk me, walk me through the process.
Like, you know, I come in.
You don't have to come in.
We can do it online too.
Oh, you can.
I do telemedicine.
Okay.
Yeah.
But you are welcome to come out there.
Yeah, I like in person because, you know, it's like if you have to run tests, like, you know, if we have to do the treatment.
We're going to order it online.
Oh, wow.
So order it online.
The kid comes to you.
So whatever we need to order.
So if we were going to order, you know, some nutritional stuff, some vitamin levels, all the CMP, which is comprehensive metabolic panel, CBC, complete blood count.
with platelets, obviously lipids, liver, everything is in there.
Hormones, see what's going on.
Environmental toxins, I like to do a total toxin burden to see mold levels,
environmental toxins, and heavy metals.
Because you really want to see what's going on.
What's raising, you know, liver enzymes?
What's raising levels that shouldn't be raised, right?
If no one can see it, everything looks normal,
there is an external factor that's causing it that we need to dig deeper.
deeper into.
I'm sorry, order all the labs.
Kids come to you, you're peeing it, you poop in it, whatever you need to do.
I knew, I was going to ask you.
You're going to make me shit in a bag, dude.
If we're doing a gut test.
If we're doing heavy metals, that's urine.
That's easy.
And then blood draw as well.
So phlebotomies can come to you or you can go to a local lab depending on the lab contract.
Is there like someone that you can send me so I can like, no, you got to hear my question.
Someone that I can, that you can send me.
and I can shit in the bag and go, here, you take it because I'm not.
Of damage for patients.
I'm not going to like.
No, I know.
I'm, you're not doing it for me.
I know we're, we're friends.
Like, that's too personal.
Your family can do it.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They'll do it.
Here you go, honey.
Here you go.
She's going to love that.
But no, I mean, I, you know, it's important to ask us because like, you know, when you, when you look at the gut, when you look
at heavy metals, you really have.
to do the proper testing because otherwise you're just guess it's a guess work so we always say don't guess
test yeah don't guess test yeah it's good yeah that's really good so when when when you do the tests
and you get the results and let's say there's heavy metal issue or you know some parasite issues
how long is the process to go through and detox that before you test again to see what your
levels are i like to test between three and six months okay
I usually like to give it six months, to be honest.
I do programs three to six months.
And you can tell people starting to feel better.
But it's not an overnight thing.
People have to be patient.
You've been doing things for long.
You're going to take time.
It's not a magic pill.
You have to be patient.
You have to be compliant in a very simple, nice way to say it.
But you really want to do it thoroughly and not throw your body into herxheimer reaction,
where you're not feeling well.
And you're probably not going to feel well in the beginning
because again, like I said,
when I had detox, my tongue coat was black.
I was vomiting.
I was feeling so sick for a few days first.
But then you start seeing the light
and start feeling better and your brain fog is gone.
See clear and you sleep better.
Everything is better.
We take time.
Yeah.
So for me, it's not about,
I don't need an immediate hit.
And you don't want to have an immediate hit.
I want progression.
Yeah.
You know, so for me,
if we were to do something, you know, we do this and we get the test and then like three months later, my levels are down, even a little bit. I'm like, that's dope.
Progress. Let's keep going. Yeah. Because you're going in the right direction. Yeah. Too many people are looking for the immediate win. They're looking for, no, this needs to be perfect. Instant gratification is what they want. I do this for 90 days. And I'm not 5% body fat. This is bullshit. It's not working. It's not the way it works, guys. No. You have to have its compounded interest, right? Just like with anything else.
Exactly.
You have to continue to do it.
And then as long as you're progressing, I think that's just the most important thing.
Consistency is key.
With anything.
Progresses makes sense.
Yeah, exactly.
With anything.
So as we start getting towards the back half of the conversation, I don't, I feel bad for shifting because this is so interesting.
But I don't want to do disservice.
Talk about Vibring Glow.
The Vibring Glow.
Oh, my brand.
Your brand.
Yeah.
Creator of your own brand.
Yes.
So I'll tell you the background.
And of, so first of all, the Vibbon Glow is my functional medicine, Chinese medicine,
naturopath, like the whole umbrella of it.
The copying, everything, like you do, yeah.
But the Vibn Glow, and I created a product, and I called it the Vibbon Glow by Dr. Hidar.
And this, so this is a scar slash stretch mark slash anti-aging oil that I came about this past year,
but it's been in my mind for the last six or seven years, and I'll tell you why.
And if you can see my leg, I don't think anyone can.
But I used to, so I had a horrible bike crash while I was training for Ironman in San Diego.
And another cyclist crashed into me.
That's another different level of like, it was terrible.
He crashed into me, our handle bars locked.
And he sped up to the middle of the road in Salon Beach, a busy road.
And he continued riding.
I finally unlatched.
And I went down and I skidded down and I skidded for a while.
hit my head, hit my elbow, my shoulder, my knee, and I tore my entire shoulder.
Like, I didn't even know that until the next day where I was like, I couldn't move my shoulder,
but I'm still going to go train because I got a train.
Yeah, of course, sure, yeah.
But my knee was completely road rush everywhere from the knee bottom to the rest of the shin,
my elbow, my head, thankfully.
So I was laying on the ground, trying to figure out what was going on.
I was like, oh, shit, I'm in the middle of the road.
Let me look back.
and there was an SUV sitting right behind me.
Thank God he didn't run me over.
Then I was like, I got to get up.
I got up.
I'm in excruciating pain that I don't yet feel because the endorphines and the anger that I'm filled with.
Completely.
You're locked in.
Yeah.
And so the guy comes back and he's like, are you okay?
I was like, don't touch me.
Get away from me.
I was going to throw the F-bomb here, but I'm not.
So I continue riding and I'm climbing Torrey Pines and suddenly I'm getting hit by the pain
and the blood flowing, and I'm like, okay, I better go back.
My friend is like, I'm going to take you to the ER.
And I said, nope, not going to the ER.
I'm going to figure something out.
I just finished a certificate with Dr. Josh Axe, essential oils,
and kind of doing all the holistic stuff naturally.
So I came home and I had everything in my home,
and I went to the store too, and I got all kinds of oils and aloeuvre and tea tree and you name it.
And I put together a formula and I started applying it every day,
never took Advil, never took anything Western, started applying from my shoulder, my elbow, my knee.
Every day, the pain started going away.
The scarred healed.
I had zero scars, zero where nothing left after a few weeks.
And it healed beautifully.
Really?
And I was like, one day I have to do something.
So the Vibe and Glow came about that.
And I formulated my own with some vitamins, essential oils and oils, no toxins, obviously no non-toxic.
um, thalate free, paraben free, petroleum mineral oil free.
Uh, and it's beautifying.
It's great.
So it's on Amazon.
Yeah.
And it's great for scars.
So women who go through breast explant, C-section scars.
That is a big one.
There's so many women that get, you know, the, you know, they feel that they have the breast
implant illness and they do the X plan.
Yeah.
They do an X plan and then they do a lift and then they feel mutilated.
Yeah.
Exactly.
This is a big deal.
It's a big deal.
It works on that?
It works on that.
And I also do injections for scars.
I do neural therapy with acupuncture.
So I had a lot of women who came to me for breast explant scar tissue.
And so I inject those and then I apply the oil and I use infrared and stuff.
So I love doing the injections.
And combining it with an oil which can, you know, if you can't come to me for that, at least use the oil.
That's awesome.
And stretch marks.
And I use it on my face every day.
I don't wear makeup.
I only wear eye and gloss.
But I use it on my face.
my face. It's all I use in my face and I clean my face. Of course. I don't, I don't wear makeup
either. Good. Yeah. You look great without it. I have once. I have once in my life.
Halloween? No. Fashion week. They put, they put makeup on me. Okay. I'm not going to lie. It was
kind of cool. That's fine. That's cool. They did my hair and everything. That's nice. What's left of it.
Yeah. But hey, it was cool. It's good. You know, it was a good. You know, I just think that like,
even that, that subset of women, right? You know, you talk about C-section. You're talking about the
X-plant surgeries, just all that stuff.
Like, that's a big deal.
That's a big deal.
So for stretch marks too, works wonders.
And so, yeah, so now I have it on Amazon and I really want to have a whole line for skin
and facial and stuff.
And I just need to figure out how I'm going to do it.
I need to figure out capital and everything.
You will.
Yeah, I mean, the capital thing.
I mean, that's always going to be a thing, right?
Yeah.
But, like, you know, it's just you already have something out now.
That's proof of concept, right?
Right.
And then what happens?
is you just run into the right person and they're like, yeah, let's do this.
Like, you know, it'll work itself out.
It'll work itself out.
Yeah, you don't need to know how or when.
You see what it's going to happen.
Exactly. I got to trust the universe.
Exactly.
The universe, man.
Put it out there in the vortex.
Exactly.
I want to go to seat a table as well and bring it in there as well.
Let's see what happens.
I think you would do it.
I would love to.
And you talk to Alfie.
Yeah, he'd do that.
I'm going to go after this and see if he's there.
Yeah, I'm sure he probably will be.
Maybe.
You probably will be.
What a cool place, man.
Yeah, I love it.
You know, every time I go in there, I'm like overwhelmed because I don't know what to eat.
Because it's like, like, do I get the barbecue?
Do I get the tacos?
Do I get the cassidia is good.
Pizza is really good.
Glitin free.
I love pizza.
I love gluten-free pizza.
It's thing and crunchy.
And they also have the other place that I found.
It's called, what's the other place?
I have it.
I actually have it in my phone.
Greens?
No, something.
I forget what it's called.
They opened an additional place.
smaller and have a lot of those healthy organic snacks and things that I absolutely love.
Damn.
You don't even live here.
I was looking to moving here.
So actually, Rick took me around because he was going to be my realtor and he drove me
around and he took me there.
And I was like, oh my gosh.
That's awesome.
Yeah.
I've never been there.
I have to check it out.
Okay.
So you've got to formulate it.
You want to do a whole big.
I think when I met you, I think you were just launching it.
Yeah.
It wasn't out yet.
It was still in the making.
That's right.
That wasn't even a year ago.
No.
When was that?
It was September, October.
Is that when the event was?
It was October?
So I launched it.
It came out right before the holidays.
Yeah.
Huh.
So yeah, we were at that event September October.
Yeah.
Wild, man.
Time flies.
Yeah.
God.
Time does fly.
Good Lord.
So I have it on Amazon.
I want to bring into stores.
I want to bring it.
I want to go to QVC.
I want to go big.
Go bigger.
Yeah.
I mean, look, I mean, especially if you're,
you've created something that works, but also isn't going to be toxic.
Right.
Non-toxic is my, what you put on in and around your body, that's what I always tell people.
So that's always like, I think about these things at the weird times.
Like, if I'm in the shower and I'm putting soap on my body, I'm like, yeah, am I like literally killing myself right now?
Maybe.
No, you're not, but.
But you don't, I mean, you know, your skin, people just dismiss it.
It's just, oh, that's what it is.
it's the largest organ in your body.
And it reflects on what's going on internally.
Yeah.
So what you apply on your skin does absorb in your bloodstream within a few seconds.
Interesting.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I just, you need to continue to be out there.
You need to continue to put this shit out because it's like, you know, you, that would blow up just on one subcategory of women.
Yeah.
Which is moms.
Right.
You know.
Pregnancies, scars, stretch marks.
That's the whole.
Explants.
That's one of the main reasons why I made it.
I mean, forget about my scar.
My scar is gone.
But nobody likes stretch marks.
I mean, men get in too.
Right.
We lose and gain weight.
Yeah.
And pregnancies especially.
Yeah.
Wow.
Interesting.
So what's next?
Like, what's going on with you?
Like, any events coming up?
Any speaking opportunities?
I actually don't know.
I know I have a big event in Idaho that I'm just attending.
I'm not speaking.
I was going to speak at A-for-M.
I applied every time.
They haven't really cared for that yet.
But maybe one day I'll be selected.
I got selected to speak at some biohacking thing in June in New York.
I don't know which one it is.
I'll get you the information.
Yeah, for sure.
But I think the thing there with me is they want me to talk about determination and discipline
and how it pertains to biohacking or just being healthy in general, right?
Transformation, I think is the big, you know, like biohacking, it's such a cool word.
But like, you know, like even Tito said when we were sitting there at there.
Gary Braca, too.
Yeah, Gary, yeah.
I want to be on his podcast.
I keep trying to get on there.
It takes a long time, I know.
His team's interesting.
Yeah.
He's a great guy.
He's brilliant.
He'll text right back, but his team does a good job of gatekeeping him.
Even when he says he would do something.
Yes.
That's me being, that's me being, what is it?
What do they call it?
Transparent?
No, transparent.
Which one?
Pettie.
That's me being petty.
Like, I will be pegy.
at times. But no, I just think that, you know, these things are ancient. People were doing them
before it was called biohacking. Right. Exactly. Biogging is a new term. I've been doing these
things for years. Because it's a sexy term. Right. Biohack. I can hack what. Right. It's like,
no, dude, get in cold water. Hack your health. Right? Get like literally getting cold water.
Getting, get in warm environments. Exercise. Breathe. That's called hermesis, by the way. When you get
hot, cold or things that are like not good long term use, but are good in small amounts that
trigger your body for an immune reaction and stimulate it, Hermesisies.
Hermesies.
I've done a cold punch once.
Yeah.
Once?
I hate it.
I hate it too.
It's good if you do it with heat.
I will not go if it's cold out.
Yeah.
Unless I'm coming in from heat, sauna or something.
Yeah.
I will do it.
I want to turn my backyard into like kind of like we have the pool.
I want a cold punch.
I want to do a sauna out there.
Like, I'll do it there.
But I'm not going to go to it.
There was this gym that I went to and they had one outside.
It's like in front of everybody.
I'm like, this is kind of weird, you know.
But then I also don't want to pay a membership fee and go to a cold plunge inside.
And it's super cold.
Like, no, I'm good.
Put me out here in Florida.
It's hot.
And then I'll do it.
But no, I didn't enjoy it.
Yep.
I didn't enjoy it.
I hear you.
I don't like the cold.
And for women, it's not good.
if you're exposed to cold, if you're sitting in cold, especially if you have your menstrual cycle,
if you're trying to get pregnant, because it leads to too much cold in uterus.
Really?
But you do not want to do your kidneys and uterus.
Another tip, if somebody wants to hear, if you really want to have good fertility, warmer uterus,
because you always want to have your belly warm, is do not walk barefoot on cold tile.
I've done a video on that because the meridians and all the channels start at the bottom of the feet.
that goes up.
That can lead to colder kidneys,
colder uterus.
So cover up,
it's also not good for your immune system necessarily.
But obviously going barefoot on sand
and warmer surfaces,
great, not so much cold.
Ladies, if you want a warmer uterus
and warmer kidneys,
never walk barefoot on cold tile.
There you go.
I didn't even know there was a thing.
Yeah.
Like, it's crazy.
When we were kids,
my grandparents and parents always,
where you're a pantouf,
like pantouf in France?
or whatever. So where your sleepers? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Very interesting. Well, thank you for coming.
Thank you. This has been so much fun. This is fun. I love it. Yeah. Tell everybody your websites.
They can go know where to find you. Yeah. The VibrantGlow.com. So the Vibrant Glow. And then on
Instagram, I'm DR.D-H-A-D-R-H-A-R-S-O-P-H-H-I-A. We're going to link that in the show notes. Don't you worry.
Yes. Don't you worry, guys.
It's not going to be a test.
You're just going to be able to click a link.
So, but again, thank you so much.
You will be tested, though.
Yes, you will be tested at some point in time.
Yes.
But no, thank you for bringing Mia here too.
Mia has been great.
She's been fantastic.
You know, she's such a sweet dog.
Yeah.
And what a calm, calm little girl.
Listen, she gets essential oils at home.
Yeah.
Home food made for her, right?
Food, however you say it in English.
She gets a massage literally with the oils every morning and every night.
and brushed and love.
She gets so much love.
That's great.
She doesn't get toxins in her body anymore when she was rescued.
She had her shots and everything there.
But after that.
She gets, she's all natural.
She's a holistic dog.
El natural.
El natural.
That's right.
Good old Mia.
No, seriously, thank you.
Thank you so much, Sean.
I appreciate you.
It was fun.
It was great.
That was fun.
Thank you.

And if you have anything going on in your blood work or anything going on in your health and your doctor can't figure it out and they're just throwing shit out of a wall and seen if it sticks, reach out to Dr. Hedar.
Okay?
Because, you know, there's a fix.
You can feel better.
And if Western medicine can't figure out, holistic doctors can't.
So I'm about to go on my journey.
Maybe we'll chronically, what we should probably do is do a lot of content surrounding it.
Absolutely.
And use that.
Yeah.
That'll be fun.
So get ready to go to Boca, buddy.
Yes.
So, yeah, guys, share the show.
And, you know, I just appreciate you guys listening and diving in and leaving such
