Starting point is 00:00:00 Yeah? Yes, there it is. Alright. Yes, there you go. Okay. Now I believe you were saying, Sean, that everything sucks and it always has. Yeah, well, yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Let me get in here. What is going on with... Was that Nick Riketa? What do you mean? What was what, Nick Riketa Nick Ricada? What do you mean? What was what Nick Ricada? It's just there was like a... It's kind of an odd picture, wasn't it?
Starting point is 00:00:33 Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what? There was, he looked a little, he looked, I mean he had hair, but he looked a little like Ed Norton in American History X. Oh yeah? Yeah, a little bit. He did look a little bit criminal, didn't he? Little bit. He did look a little bit arrested for 25 grams of cocaine.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Yeah. That's what happened. No. Yeah. No. Yeah. He got arrested for 25 grams of coke? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Wow. I was wondering all weekend if you were gonna, you were gonna know that by today. Oh, we were making little bets. I wonder if someone's gonna tell Sean. Nobody told me. Why don't you do something about it, Sean? Why don't you stop him?
Starting point is 00:01:17 What's wrong with you? Aren't you a good internet person? I'm looking for how it, how is it not his? How is it, you know, what's it, just 25 grams? I was going, you know, I had a rough couple of weeks. I was going to a nice little music festival to unwind this weekend. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:34 I built myself a nice bed. And you realized there was a cocaine shortage. I said Nick. You wondered where it was all. Nick, I need an ounce of cocaine right now. Yeah. Wow. It's hard to party when you're Nick, I need an ounce of cocaine right now! Yeah. Oh... Wow.
Starting point is 00:01:47 It's hard to party when you're, um... In jail? ...when your friend gets his kids taken away. Yeah. Hahaha. Uh... Okay, I'm gonna have to hear things from the beginning. It's really hard to, you know...
Starting point is 00:02:00 It's really hard to chip! What's the Shooter Mickey Avon line? Yeah. Trying to chip when I got the shooter making Gavin line. Yeah Bunkers right right Didn't used to it well, I'm not Nice little music festival is supposed to be yeah, then your friend gets arrested for Outs cocaine
Starting point is 00:02:27 Kids take it away why is it is it is it some lady grams to announce? I don't know. I'm pretty sure. I don't know. Having a scale is illegal, so I don't know any sort of conversions at all. Yeah. How many ounces in a, how many ounces in a, or how many grams in an ounce? 28.3. 28.3. Yeah. Wow. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:02:40 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. ounces in a, or how many grams in an ounce? How many grams in an ounce? 28.3. 28.3, yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 00:02:51 It's bad luck. Yeah, I mean, I'm kind of shocked. Because that means you didn't really dip, that kind of means you don't have a coke problem. Because the likelihood of you getting a brand new ounce and then still having the ounce when you get arrested if you have a coke problem is extremely low. So you're either very unlucky or you don't have a problem.
Starting point is 00:03:11 Yeah, as soon as you sit in the car or at the place or what? Yeah. Wow, that's shocking to me. Yeah, it's fucking shocking, man. I mean. Do we go over the arrest report? Do we play the music? I don't really know what to do. I don't really know what to do.
Starting point is 00:03:28 I don't want to do this show at all, to be honest. Kind of a... Yeah. Kind of a bummer, man. What's the worst that could happen? Fire up a little podcast? What's the worst that could happen, you know? Go on YouTube and cut a couple videos, making fun of Maddox's dumb lawsuit. What's the worst that could happen?
Starting point is 00:03:45 Man. You get arrested for felony drug possession, attend to distribute, and lose your whole family. It's cause- What's the worst that could happen though? What's the worst that could happen? Well, I mean, you know, fucking murder and all that kind of shit, I guess.
Starting point is 00:03:59 Murder, yeah, no one's murdered. That's fine, that's fine. You know, I don't know. Yeah, um, yeah, you know, I mean. The worst part about it is that. I've got family members and extended family members and everybody who's been through that. So, I mean, like you hate to see it.
Starting point is 00:04:15 I'm very surprised. Well, Nick's got a, I don't know anything about any kind of substance problems, but I'll tell you one thing. Nick's got a government problem. Yeah. Big time. Yeah. What happened is the three factions that I warned people to stay away from the most,
Starting point is 00:04:32 and that are the most detrimental to your life, namely the government, religion, and women have all conspired together. Oh boy. To send Nick Raquita to prison. Oh boy. Those are the big three that I say you gotta stay away from. And the worst part about it all is that Maddox is having a good day.
Starting point is 00:04:55 It's a big win for him. That is at least as bad. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, God. Maddox says, lying scumbag, Nick Reketa... has been arrested. Not many people know this, but he actually got his start on YouTube by befriending my stalker. And joining in on the stalking and obsession. He actually did that independent of anybody, didn't he?
Starting point is 00:05:17 He just find this ridiculous case and start commenting on it? He was part of the Dick Show Facebook group and making fun of it. Oh, he was? So he was a listener before the lawsuit? The old show. Yeah. Oh, okay. Yeah, I didn't know. I thought he was just a lawyer guy who like found this insane fucking case and was like, this is fucking crazy. No, no, no. He was part of the...
Starting point is 00:05:36 Okay. He originally uploaded it to Facebook video, but because he couldn't figure out how to do it, he put it on YouTube and that's when it started getting passed around. Jesus. Like my stalker, he became an alcoholic. Yeah. Polyamorous, drug-abusing shithead, one of four. Maddox is titled as one of four because he's too poor to pay for the long lying scumbag. Okay, Heather, somebody says, oh my god, no, you mean my attempt to stay anonymous
Starting point is 00:06:02 so your rapey mob of literal white nationalists won't try to rape my girlfriend? Not that! Not the thing I signed an affidavit admitting to! After denying it, how many raped my girlfriend? Jesus Christ. I was trying to stay anonymous so my girlfriend wouldn't get raped! That'll show you! I don't know how to... I don't know how to cover this crickety stuff. I guess let's play the theme song.
Starting point is 00:06:25 See if something comes up. Comes to me. Sure. I got refused water at a non-alcoholic bar. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E I'm sorry I couldn't get there in time. I only have so much time in the day and most of it is spent drunk. You fucking crybabies. Stop! Bothering me with your shit!
Starting point is 00:07:13 Drinking is always a Sean world touring LA based comedian. Yeah, that's the guy. I just got done fixing Ralph, you know. Yeah, how is Ralph? He's sober now. Is he? I don't get any credit for that. I got three years, I go, oh, you're such a shitty friend.
Starting point is 00:07:30 You're such a bad friend. Well, I mean, you're a bad guy. Why don't you fix his alcoholism? You enabling, people love, they love enablers because they're too afraid to go after addicts. Well, yeah. So they start going, cause addicts will lash back at them, right? So they go after enablers. Because they're extremely defensive.
Starting point is 00:07:48 Because they know they're fucked up. That's why. Yeah. Like they know it's- Oh, it's the enabler actually. No, no, no, no, no, no. You got a problem. Go after him. I know you heard that on Dr. Phil or something. Go after him you big, you fat fuck. No, ultimately it's the person. Period. I'm addicted too. It was all these goddamn enablers that surrounded me! They were doing it to me!
Starting point is 00:08:09 Yeah, no. No, they weren't. Oh, it's bad, Sean. Wow, that's a- 25 years in prison. I mean, that's what he's looking at, right? Yeah. I don't know, you think they could- How pure is the coke, right?
Starting point is 00:08:23 That's a decent amount of coke right? I mean, it's an ounce. I mean well that's Why people love buying in bulk? That's the problem right? They go they love Costco Right go they don't buy a 12-pack. They buy you know two boxes. They fill the garage up with toilet paper Yeah, that's just you know it makes sense right? What am I do you want me to do 10 drug deals or one drug deal? Right. One. Swing by cost blow. We'll do it.
Starting point is 00:08:49 I get the bulk discount. God damn. Government, religion, women. You gotta protect yourself. Wow. What's my number one rule? Protect yourself at all times. Yeah, it's like a boxing match. Right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:02 You gotta keep that. You can't let people in, man. Well, that's the thing with the ref is- You can't let nobody in. The ref says that, so if he separates you, one guy doesn't just drop, oh, we'll both separate, right? Well, one guy might fucking throw something right over his shoulder.
Starting point is 00:09:14 I love when they do that. Yeah. When they come out like shaking hands and shit, it's like, wham! Yeah, fuck you. Yeah. Treat this seriously. I don't know how this happened.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Wow. I know what's going on over there. Well, I mean, it seems like something was, you know, let me just, this wasn't the first time. Why? I mean, I mean, he didn't get arrested the first night he messed around with Coke or any of this. That's doubtful. That's doubtful. You know, go from zero to an ounce, although I guess you could. Well, you certainly could.
Starting point is 00:09:45 I mean, you gotta buy in bulk. You gotta start somewhere. But, wow, I mean... Yeah, I kind of... Search warrant. I mean, look, I wanna know the whole story, but I also don't wanna like, you know, I realize that I'm coming at it from a, you know, like a buzzer.
Starting point is 00:10:07 Like a baby. I mean, yeah, well I'm looking at it. A buzzer and picking the carcass clean. Yeah. That's something that annoys me about this a lot is the performative. Whenever someone, first of all, it is a government problem. All drugs should be legal. Whether people are using them responsibly or not has nothing to do with the law.
Starting point is 00:10:24 The government's not there to help people with addiction. The government's to lock you up and throw you in jail. That seems to be the case. And people who see you locked up for drugs love it. They want you to be punished for what you're doing. They don't want to help you. They want you to be destroyed and then build you back the way they want you to. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:42 It's not enough to, you know, that's how they want to do it. Unfortunately, that last part doesn't usually happen. No, people just go right back to doing drugs. Now their life's worse than it was before. Right, right. Apparently, Nick was driving home. Yeah. And the cops raided his house.
Starting point is 00:11:00 They raided his house. They raided his house. Why did they raid it? Because they had- They knocked on the door. They had reason to. They had a warrant. They claim they have a warrant, although I don't think they produced it.
Starting point is 00:11:10 Really? They showed up, they knocked on the door. He was home? He was not home. He was not home. One of his kids, his little girl was home. And they said, let us in. She said, no.
Starting point is 00:11:19 Right. Obviously. Don't let the fucking cops in. No, not without a, yeah. So they called him. He got held up by other cops Down the street he was driving home. They grabbed him and they said what's your door code to your house? He goes no not giving you my door code. Okay, bash it in with the battering ram
Starting point is 00:11:34 There well, they better have had a fucking warrant then well, they say let me try to find the Let me try to find the Damn it Why are my notes so messy yeah they say they did how did I not have the how do I not have the fucking arrest shit Maddox on Nick Rakita CPS stories Stardust blah blah blah blah blah they bash the door in so they think something's going on. I mean, you know. Bash the door in, they find.
Starting point is 00:12:08 Why do they have a warrant? Why'd they all show up to his house? They think that they know or they think or they suspect or they have reason to believe. Yeah. With some evidence. You need with a warrant. You need to do that to get a warrant. Yeah, that something is going on and it's like that he's like trafficking drugs or something. Is that what? That's what I mean. That's what they always somebody post the somebody post the The thing about the cops the cops report in the in the in the general discord, please
Starting point is 00:12:33 Yeah, yeah lemon sake show me show me that post that here There we go, okay the cops show it I'm gonna read you what they what they found Boy oh boy, we're off to a bad start The cops show it, I'm gonna read you what they found. Oh boy. Oh boy, we're off to a bad start. No. When I saw that on that- Refused water at a mocktail bar. Hey, can I get a vodka?
Starting point is 00:12:59 No, this is a mocktail bar. Oh, can I get a water? No. Can I get just a vodka with ice then? Is that... But it's this fucking stinginess, man. Mocktail, but there's a water? No. Could I get just a vodka with ice then? Is that, this fucking stinginess, man. But there's no alcohol in it. There's no alcohol in it. They wouldn't give you the stinginess
Starting point is 00:13:11 at this fucking festival. But no water. So you have to buy a water. I have to buy water? I have to buy $3 board ape yacht club water. I don't want to walk around with this can all night. Yeah, right. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:24 Let's see what they found. I didn't even really recognize that 100% as Nick's photo. Mugshot? Yeah. He's got a pretty cool mugshot, right? I mean, it looked like somebody had like, you know, I don't know, like a line art of it or something like that. Here's his mugshot. Oh, there we go, okay, yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:40 Aw. What's going on next to him? That's his wife. What? No. That's not a nice way to ask that. No, but that's not what... She doesn't even look like that. That's her! I don't know what to tell you.
Starting point is 00:13:52 That's the worst photo on earth. And some random girl. I've never seen her look like that. Well, you know, 10am and you're getting arrested for following your possession. Yeah, chances are you're not... Get your kids taken away for 25 years. That'll probably knock the starch out of you. That's the fucking-
Starting point is 00:14:10 And a random girl was arrested with them. He was in there- A random girl. Yeah, a juvenile female opened the door, wouldn't let him in. Nick would not provide the door code to enter the residence, law enforcement. Entered the home using a door, ram.
Starting point is 00:14:22 That's odd, isn't it? They're showing up to bust a drug kingpin with that. Upon entry, a murderer. Those cops are coming for blood. With a door ram. They came here with a door, SWAT came here with a door ram and they thought I murdered my wife. Didn't have to use it though. Yeah upon entry law enforcement located his wife and a girl April, four juveniles, were also in also in the home officers noted the home was extremely cluttered There were clothes everywhere dirty dishes dust and an overall dirty home. I Mean he's got like 24 kids right? I mean cops always you see you have yeah I noticed I know the character and your own disgusting hoarder, and you're endangering these children right and then
Starting point is 00:15:02 Everybody who picks up the story? Yeah, everybody who talks about it, will de facto ignore the massive rights violation that is a drug arrest for what is not that, I mean, what is a liquor pantry worth of cocaine? I'm of this crazy belief that all drugs, except maybe food and fentanyll are about as dangerous as each other He's not they're not talking about like kilos here, right? I mean like, you know, he's not he's not fucking no George
Starting point is 00:15:34 Jung or whatever. No, no, no, no announce that's I've known people who have they just they're just lazy Is that what they found in his house? Yeah, he had it in two safes in his master bedroom Yeah, so the cops do this safes in his master bedroom. So the cops do this. Was it like broken up for resale? If you've got two or three baggies, then yeah. There you go, right? I mean, yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:54 I don't know, people always say that. Pablo Escobar. Intent to distribute. Wow. He entered the home, they returned to the home. He returned to the home, Nick returned to the home. He demanded the copy of the search warrant. When given a copy, he looked at it and threw it on the ground. I don't believe that. Here's my... I have this policy of
Starting point is 00:16:12 groups that are known to wield infinite power over people. I assume they're lying all the time. I know that the... Well, they can and they can get away with it. I know that the dirty house shit is a lie. I know that. Cops say that... You remember when Cody Wilson was arrested? I do. They said, because Cody Wilson fucked a girl he found on a sugar daddy site where he had to be over 18, she said I'm 18.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Turned out she was 16. When the cops arrested him, they said, yeah we saw the girl and if he mistook her age for anything, it would have been lower. Yeah, right. I didn't think she was 16 either. I thought she was 12. That's your fucking- Yeah, yeah, yeah. You was 16 either. I thought she was 12. That's your fucking- Yeah, yeah, yeah. You guys always lie about that shit. Right. You can hide behind that because it's an opinion, but what you're doing is probably character assassination.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Yeah, because if they just go with the drugs, then people go, what the fuck? Yeah, but they go, oh, it's a hovel and he's got children in there. Yeah, there's children in there. And then people, they can't say anything about it because they all have to say, and they all wanna talk about it, they all have to say one of three phrases that is like etched in the human mind because of social media is,
Starting point is 00:17:19 well, you know, it's about children. Yeah. It's about, or just in general, well, you know, we gotta, the cops are just protecting children. No they're not. They're justifying a drug bust. They've been doing that this whole time, anytime. They bust somebody with drugs, they throw in, well it's child endangerment. Like you know half of America has, half of America have about 10 gallons of liquor in the house that are not locked
Starting point is 00:17:42 up. Some of them are on the first, like, babies' height level. No, but forget about the kids getting into it. Like, alcohol, if you have two alcoholic parents, those kids are getting neglected, just like if you have two fucking cracked-out parents. I mean, like, when it's bad, it's bad. And, like, the kids are the victims. Like, that's the, like, and then, but, like,
Starting point is 00:18:04 they're making, by saying, like, the state of the house. Say that's the, like the, and then, but like they're making, by saying like the state of the house, I mean- Say the house is dirty, it's cluttered. Look, like I mean- That's all you guys had? You couldn't even say like their clothes were dirty? I know when my uncle was fucking fucked up on Coke,
Starting point is 00:18:17 and this is not the only one in the family, but I mean, he had one kid, he had one kid who just was like, I can't leave my dad, and they were living in a fucking house with no power, with no water, nothing, like that was it. Like, and he's supposed to fucking go to school like that? Like, you know what I mean? Like, you know, he's supposed to,
Starting point is 00:18:34 he's supposed to get himself up and go to junior high every morning, come to home to a fucking dark house and a- With no Simpsons to watch? Yeah, of course nobody, you know, nobody knows for the longest, that's the thing. What happened to him? Did he get taken away by the government?
Starting point is 00:18:50 I don't know where he went to. I think he went to live with his mom for a while. And dad recovered? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He got out of it? Yeah, but he never kind of ruined his life to the same extent. But also, you know, I mean, he did ruin really. I mean, you're never the same, you know, I mean, with your family really.
Starting point is 00:19:12 I mean, you know, not unless he, he didn't live long enough to really kind of, kind of patch that up. It'll fuck you up. Yeah. It'll fuck you up big time. Yeah, so that's what, I mean, They all will, but.
Starting point is 00:19:21 I always feel bad for the kids because I know what it, I know what it does. Like I know what a fucking alcoholic father's like. You know, like that's, it's not fun. It isn't fun. Like it's, and I don't know what he's, I mean, I haven't seen Nick in a long time, but nothing that, no way that he ever,
Starting point is 00:19:38 the way that he presented himself, I would never think that like he was some kind of guy like who's all fucked up on coke, you and like well you know it can happen quick it can happen quick but also who knows what he's if he's using it himself or if he's you know who knows distributing I mean I don't know I don't know what kind of state the house is in I don't know how much the kids are you know but right now it's fucked up yeah you know he did he had a really bad stream where he was wasted out of his out of his mind Well, he always like to drink on stream, right? Yeah, some days are worse than other he lost a he's getting sued by this guy for calling
Starting point is 00:20:13 Him a pedophile or something. I think didn't you call him a retard? Maybe that was it. I mean that was it was I don't know I think it might be the pedophile shit too but the guy had a I mean he had a he made a movie about like the pedophile shit too. But the guy had a, I mean he had a, he made a movie about like killing and raping a teenage girl and he cast himself in the, he was doing some weird stuff. So, yeah, I mean, he seems like a, I mean, you know, he seems, I don't want to get sued. He seems like totally innocent to me. I don't know, but you gotta wonder. You got a question like that.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Maybe, can you see how that could look a certain kind of way? He got, he's getting sued for a bunch of money and he decided to hire Mark Randazza for like $100,000. He's a famous First Amendment lawyer. He wanted to win and set a precedent for anti-slap shit or whatever. He lost. He lost his appeal that day, so now it's got to go to court. So it's going to cost him an assload of money. So he comes home, So things are starting to make sense starts ranting right? That's a lot of pressure, you know
Starting point is 00:21:09 Yeah, he comes home starts getting wasted on stream Has a real real bad stream. Everyone loses their mind. He's probably fucking kind of angry, right? Pretty angry. Yeah You know blah Cursing out the court, you know Definitely stuff you don't want to do before you have a felony drug possession on you. Um, so everybody goes, oh, he's, this is rock bottom for him. Somebody's got to do something. Somebody's got to do something. Somebody's got to do something. Fucking next day, 10 a.m., battering ram right through the fucking door.
Starting point is 00:21:41 I'll be damned. Arresting, yeah, here's what they found in the house. A yellow snort tube, positive for Coke. A black vial with a white substance inside that was positive for Coke, two grams. Black vial with white, they don't say powder, they don't say fucking, you know what I mean? Cause like a vial could be fucking rockin' there too.
Starting point is 00:21:59 Well, they tested it for positive for cocaine. Okay, well. Credit cards, two credit cards listed to April Imhold. This is the other- The master bedroom. This is the- Mm-hmm. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:22:09 22 caliber spent shell casings on the floor for the nightstand in the master bedroom. Spent shell casings. Yeah, I mean, if you're out shooting, that shit'll get caught in your clothes. Like, usually if you're not making a mess, you put shell casings in your pocket. Well, on 22, like, I mean, I used to hear it, like, it's like, you just go plinking. Yeah. Like, that's're not making a mess you put shell casings in your pocket. On 22, like I mean I used to hear it like it's like you just go plinking.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Yeah. Like that's yeah that's like. Especially if you're out in the Midwest. Yeah. Uh I was at a bar with a friend of mine I was shooting. Yeah. And he had a. What? Oh no I was gonna say that he got something caught in his clothes. Uh we were talking to these girls and like in the middle of it all these shell casings fall out of his pocket. I'm like what was that? It was like uh well okay goodbye. He was just put in his pocket. But it happens. Sig Sauer with several magazines, loose ammo, a glass container with a grinder, positive for coke, a bag with cards and dollar bills, positive for Coke. A large corner cut baggie with white powder that field tested positive for Coke.
Starting point is 00:23:09 Weighed 18 grand, oh man, oh man, oh man. It's quite a weekend. So. Wow. What happened was, near as I can figure it, oh, let me pull up the affidavit too. Somebody, what is wrong with me? When did this go down? Friday, Saturday?
Starting point is 00:23:30 Thursday? Thursday? Yeah, yeah, let me try to find this. I'm trying to find... I don't know if I'm going to be pissed off or applaud the people who didn't tell me this kind of stuff. Because they know that it's funnier if I don't know it. Right? Yeah, it is funnier. Yeah. You know what? You guys did the right thing.
Starting point is 00:23:49 That's why we were so tense upstairs, because I'm like, I can't say anything. I didn't notice. Good. I didn't notice at all. Okay, here. You guys did the right thing. Here's where the story gets interesting, though. And this is, it's the reason why I say you got to, if Nick wasn't involved, if Nick had
Starting point is 00:24:03 chosen two out of the three of God, God, government, and women, you only get fucked by two of those, it's still a bad time. You get fucked by all three. Here's how he got the, so how he's, yeah, check this out.
Starting point is 00:24:16 So there's two things that I find very suspicious in all this. On 516, when was that? About a week or two weeks ago? About? Yeah, I mean, yeah, a week and a half. I mean, close to 11 days, right? So two weeks ago at 8 in the morning, I, this is the details, I, Sergeant David Nester of the candy ho, whatever, County Sheriff's Office was asked to stop into the office to take a mandatory mandatory reporting call from an individual he wished to remain anonymous, but was mandated to report. Do you know what that is, mandatory reporting?
Starting point is 00:24:55 Uh, well, it's mandatory reporting could be, I believe, like a therapist. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Somebody like if they think- Teachers, clergy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah somebody like if they think chairs. Yeah clergy Yeah, sir. They have an obligation Like a lot about mandatory reporting. Well, I know therapists. It's it's a law thing. Yeah. Yeah Yeah, it's a lot of thing for all of them for all of them. Okay, buddy that works with kids They have to report. Yeah, I have to report suspected child somebody who's you know
Starting point is 00:25:21 Not in a great frame of mind and they literally believe that they may go murder their ex-wife or something, or harm themselves. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't like that last one. His name was Kevin Mellon, who is a pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church of the city of New London. Which is where he goes. He's a pastor to a family with five children.
Starting point is 00:25:48 The family he received reported information of neglect. This is where it gets odd, right? The family he received reported information of neglect on. The family he received, wait, wait, wait. The family he- Is Nicrocheta. But that's with five children. And his wife.
Starting point is 00:26:04 The family he received, I don't understand that sentence. That's not, is it? The family he received, I don't understand that sentence. That's not, is it? The family he received reported information of neglect on. The what? The family, I don't, grammatically that's wrong, right? No, he received the information. Who did? The pastor.
Starting point is 00:26:19 This is saying that the pastor received information but there was neglect. But it said, the sentence starts with the family he received reported information. Of, neglect, on. Oh, he is the pastor, oh, to a family, oh, sorry. I didn't start to fuck it. He is the pastor to a family with five children.
Starting point is 00:26:35 I didn't see that's where the sentence started. The family he received reported information of neglect on is Nicrocheta, his wife, and then a bunch of their kids. So he didn't get the, he received the information. He didn't see it. The, right, okay. Man, maybe a lot of people think I'm wrong on this, but I think if you're a, like I know teachers,
Starting point is 00:26:55 if they get information from a kid, like I'm getting the shit kicked out of me at home, they have to say, I have to report you. I'm a mandated reporter, I gotta report you. That's school policy, pretty much everywhere. I gotta report you. And then they go call C I gotta report you. That's school policy. Yeah. Pretty much everywhere. Yeah. I gotta report you. And then they go call CPS, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:08 And CPS takes care of it. They go to the house, they interview the kid. They fuck it all up. Well, sometimes, yeah. Yeah. Um, but sometimes they are getting there. Sometimes they're getting their hands. Oh, no. Oh, I just mean C- Oh, you were getting raped. Oh, okay. Well- Well, no. CPS is fucking notorious for like-
Starting point is 00:27:24 Oh, yeah, they're bad. Not doing what they're supposed to be doing. So in this case, instead of that, where you get a CPS person go out and say, oh, is there neglect going on here? The cops show up with a search warrant and a battering ram, Right. and go straight for safes that are chock full of felony of cocaine.
Starting point is 00:27:44 Isn't that peculiar? I mean, yeah, I guess. If they went in there and- Peculiar? Yeah, why would they need to? But yeah, but what was the warrant for? Yeah, exactly. I mean, what is the warrant?
Starting point is 00:27:58 They should, I mean, there should be, people should be able to get that, right? You can't just get, there's not a warrant for like, well, look around, you know? Well, no, no, I know. No, of course. We had course locks apes in there man. You can't just go be so is it a is it a Yeah, I don't know it also have to get they also have to look for they can't just get a room and go like okay We get that judge. That's it. We got it. Yeah, it's got to be you know verified a little bit. Yeah, or else. It's a unconstitutional search warrant which would be fucking hilarious if that,
Starting point is 00:28:26 in this case, if that search warrant turns out to be unconstitutional, and the coke is inadmissible in court, and Nick gets to walk out of this fiasco, then it's really white boy summer. Well, yeah, I mean, and he doesn't ever do that shit again and like fixes his, you know, keeps his family okay. Well, he can't now. I watched his arraignment. You did? Yeah, he's in a little blue jumpsuit. Watched it. It was on... It was televised. It was on a fucking Zoom call. Where his, the conditions of his bail, I think that he can't drink
Starting point is 00:29:06 or do any kind of, do any drugs at all and gets random drug tested. Yeah. So he's not, he's got a problem, he's going to jail. Yeah. Now. Yeah, yeah. You know?
Starting point is 00:29:18 Well, you don't have a choice of quitting now. Yeah. Which people love. Yeah. Yeah, now this is what he needs, clean up. Man, you guys are fucked. This is not... So maybe it's just me, but I'm thinking a pastor that receives information about neglect.
Starting point is 00:29:41 And the only evidence is dirty dishes. And he received it from who? Oh, I don't know. I don't know. I need to read this again. Isn't that peculiar? The affidavit has not been released yet where they say what the evidence is.
Starting point is 00:29:55 So the pastor received it from someone. Someone. And then reported it to the sheriff's station. Suddenly. Ounce of cocaine makes me think there's been drug use for a while. I would think so. But suddenly something changed. Suddenly. An ounce of cocaine makes me think there's been drug use for a while. I would think so. But suddenly something changed.
Starting point is 00:30:08 Yeah. Now he's got a pastor who has, who knows the family very, very well, right? You would think. This is the same pastor who kicked Nick off of their homeschool group. They've got a homeschool thing where the teachers swap in and out, right, and they teach kids about stuff. Yeah. Nick was teaching like constitutional law I think this pastor is the one that booted him out because of his online shit
Starting point is 00:30:29 Yeah, yeah, yeah already doesn't like him. Yeah I personally find the The idea of a pastor who is supposed to do everything to protect your mandate your mandated reporter, right? You got a report. I guess so. Yeah. Yeah,. You're a mandated reporter, right? You gotta report shit. If you're a mandated reporter, you have to report shit. You're either reporting shit to report shit, or you're a mandated reporter and you're reporting it to cover your ass. You're either reporting it or you're covering your ass. Which one is it? Because if you're covering your ass, as stated, and you want to be nice and anonymous, and safe from any sort of judgment or retribution, right?
Starting point is 00:31:09 Which you cannot escape the retribution of God, by the way. You should at least, if it's a mandated reporter situation, you should at least give the person that you're potentially ruining the life of a heads up. Right? Hey man, I gotta report you to the cops for this. Cause it depends what kind of relationship you have. What the fuck kind of relationship does a pastor
Starting point is 00:31:32 have with people? It's supposed to be, you know, like you're supposed to be like your brother. This isn't a doctor treating a beaten woman in an emergency room. Oh man, I'm seeing evidence of a spousal abuse. I gotta report you. Hey honey, I'm reporting you.
Starting point is 00:31:44 I gotta report this to the cops. This is a guy who knows everything, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, this is- No heads up. Right. Because the penalty for child neglect is one year. The penalty for having slightly more than 25 grams of coke
Starting point is 00:31:59 is 25 years, $500,000. You don't think maybe that this cocksucker is kind of abusing the position and the stipulations of a mandatory reporter situation to exert some sort of control over what he sees as a very dangerous vice? Does nobody else think that? So you mean because he, so he knows, he makes sure to report the cocaine to the cops wouldn't they have to know
Starting point is 00:32:26 Hey, there's a but I know there's a I was told this and I know it's a pastor have to know. Yeah. Yeah Yeah, I mean kind of thing. I would think so because it's I mean I don't think you can just say oh, yeah, there's if you're saying there's a bunch of things I think they were going for what's in the safe. What's it as opposed to? Hey kids, are you okay? Well, just a CPS agent, you know? Are you okay? Let me interview you all. But it wasn't a CPS agent, right? No, it was the police. And he called the police. So you're saying he could be fighting a holy war, kind of?
Starting point is 00:32:56 I think if you're ratting somebody out and you're in a position like this as a pastor, and you're mandatory reporting it, I think you will burn in hell for betraying a family and potentially destroying these people's lives. Yeah. Instead of, hey, by the way, I went ahead and I got to report you obviously, but I went ahead and reported you.
Starting point is 00:33:20 I'm letting you know so you can clean yourself up. Right. Because you don't want to ruin your life. Right. But you need some, I went ahead and did it, man. Mandatory reporting. Mandatory reporting. Yeah, credible evidence that-
Starting point is 00:33:32 This is fucking crazy. I think it's the whole child endangerment thing being a year or whatever and the drugs being 25 years. So what are we doing here exactly? That to me- Negligence is one year. That's America right there to me. That's America right there to me. That's America right there to me. You know what? I'm so tired of people.
Starting point is 00:33:48 Think of the children. This is a prop. Fuck you. You don't give a fuck about the kids. Unless they're yours or they look just like yours. That's the fucking fact of the matter. Don't tell me you're fucking saving the kids. It is really grating. The performative, um, the performative interventions.
Starting point is 00:34:09 Nick's very famous, so people are coming out of the woodwork to, you know, give their, give their canned spiel on addiction. Like it's ever helped anybody. Oh wow, some pretentious cocksucker online thinks drugs are bad. I've never, no one's ever heard that before. I'm sure every fucking drug addict just thinks it's going amazing for them. The only fucking thing you can do, like if you have experience,
Starting point is 00:34:32 is tell your experience with it. Everything else is like, you should do this, you shouldn't, it's bullshit. Like, it's, you can't, like you just go, well, this is what happened to me, or this is what, that's it. Like he just go well. This is what happened to me, or this is what that's it So then this Then I you know see a little bit more. I'm like that's odd. Why would why would the pastor do this right?
Starting point is 00:34:52 Yeah, I hate him already. I hate what he's I hate this behavior. So hang on go back to the beginning of this for one second I want to see this like the more app. I mean that's the top of this paragraph oops oops oops oops oops oops I agree from there. Okay. That's fine. Yeah oops There I said it was fine. I agree from there. Okay. That's fine. Yeah. Oops. There. I said it was fine. I know. I know. Yeah. If I say, I Sergeant, okay. So this guy said, uh, he had to take a mandatory for him for wish to remain anonymous, but mandated report. Who's a pastor with this? He's a pastor family. The family. Okay. This sentence still doesn't make sense. The family he received reported information of neglect.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Okay, no, I got it, I got it. Maybe one of the kids said something? So it's who told the pastor? I don't know about that, man. They're not saying who told him. So then this pops up. He didn't see. So then this little diddy pops up.
Starting point is 00:35:40 He didn't observe. You know this other girl, April, that was arrested with them? Yes. She's a cute girl. Yeah. Apparently she left her husband and moved in with her kid as a couple days before this.
Starting point is 00:35:59 Let me get, I copied someone's timeline. Yeah. Yeah, she, I guess- Oh boy, just a fucking instant party, just add coke. Jesus Christ. So this guy's wife, and Nick and his wife, I don't know how much of this is true, because I listened to some of this man's,
Starting point is 00:36:24 he's been going from show to show doing tell-alls about every Salacious dirty thing he can who this guy Aaron this guy this this woman April's husband right Aaron in a strange husband Well, yeah, but very recently recently apparently April and those two and the Roketas were doing a little bit of wife swapping maybe. Yeah. I gathered. They were letting the cocaine do the thinking, I guess. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:55 And the Molly. Yeah. And she left him, April. Right. This was public. She left him. Yeah. So now we're figuring out who told the pastor Well, you know Sean and then he said oh I called Nick's wife's parents and he's been going from show to show talking about like how dangerous drugs are and that Nick deserves to go
Starting point is 00:37:21 to jail and he's I mean he's Nick deserves to go to jail and he's I mean he's Obviously seething with hatred meanwhile. He was one who just like he got out of the pool first and then was like these guys are all Fucking wet. He's like you're dripping dude. You don't have a fucking towel either Okay, this is all it's all coming making sense for you now. Sure. Yeah, yeah more information Where's the hot tub stream picture? You know I I just if I don't if I tried to stop them all Right. I mean, yeah Give me somebody's give me the hot tub. No, don't post that somebody give me the hot tub picture
Starting point is 00:38:00 I don't know and I'm going off half-cocked of course cuz I don't fucking have I mean look man if you're if you're if you're screaming about how somebody needs to go to jail and they and then they go to jail. Right well because it was like it was all fun and games until somebody leaves somebody You know and moves in with somebody Then the coaxer then all these is a big problem. This has gone too far. This has gone too far. I lost my wife.
Starting point is 00:38:28 Is that guy, is that couple a member of the church too? No, I don't think so. They live in the same town. I guess they started hanging out after some comedy show. So would he have had contact with the pastor or depending on what you know, it's like, oh, who can I tell who can I tell who
Starting point is 00:38:54 has to tell somebody. He got on the horn with the parents. Her parents. Nick's wife's parents. Yeah and maybe put the fear of God into it. I don't know. Oh god. I just know what I see. Then maybe the parents can I mean you know. Yeah. This is a number of ways that it could have gotten, but whoever did it was smart enough. If the pastor didn't have firsthand information, somebody smart enough to know, if this is what they wanted, they're smart enough to know that the pastor has is obligated to report this.
Starting point is 00:39:21 Oh, right. Started to make sense, right? Yeah, yeah, sure. I mean, if that's your end goal, then. One more Oh, right. Start to make sense, right? Yeah, yeah, sure. I mean, if that's your end goal, then. One more thing, right? Yeah, should be interesting to see the affidavit, I guess. Christ. It's horrible.
Starting point is 00:39:36 I'm sure there's a lot of, there's got to be so many fucking, there's got to be so much information and misinformation. This one. See this? Floating around. This around this Nick his wife Yeah, this is the guy. This is the woman's a hot hot young wife there, right? Yeah. Yeah, hi young wife. Yeah Whoops
Starting point is 00:39:57 Yeah, yeah, I'd be pretty pissed too Fucking around with coke man. That'll yeah, that's you know, usually guy the old days you get killed for that. Yeah grab somebody's wife Yeah, bugger take her away. Yeah, I'll kill you yeah sure sometimes it even happens today Sometimes it happens today. Yeah, sometimes they you know Make a three-hour documentary about you that releases five years late sometimes they try to kill you yeah What else is on the table? Everything in between everything in between those things right? It's too bad yeah
Starting point is 00:40:34 Yeah, it's too bad. That's I mean that's that's a huge fucking mess for everybody You know for the further for the kids for the family that it's it's it nobody nobody's the family. Nobody's coming out better. Nobody's coming out for better than this. Never get the government involved. Nobody's life was saved. Never. Isn't your Gotti boy supposed to help you on this one? You needed somebody more important.
Starting point is 00:40:57 You needed someone more powerful than God. Like CPS, right? He's kind of hands off. That's the problem? Yeah, you know I mean oh God bumble fucks a lot of stuff He's like he's you know He's getting a little you know
Starting point is 00:41:17 Forgetful forgetful and his you know he's been around a while and yeah, I kind of just oh shit shit I forgot to feed them fuck back Yeah, I kind of just, oh shit, shit, I forgot to feed them, fuck! Fuck! Where's all these guns? Turn off that African drought. God damn it, it's like fucking ten years, fuck, I meant to do that like ten years ago, shit! I mean, it feels like we're, uh, it feels like we're still in the 80s, the 90s with
Starting point is 00:41:37 some of this shit. People are like, well, they had guns. Yeah, you know, they got chainsaws in the garage. You guys are talking about, you're, they got chainsaws in the garage. You guys are talking about... What? They're worried about... Talking about guns? Kids should know how to use guns.
Starting point is 00:41:50 What are you talking about? Especially if they're going to church! If there's guns in the house, then yeah, they should be taught all about them. To use the guns. Safely. Well, kids could get into those guns. You got a fucking steak? You got scissors in the kitchen?
Starting point is 00:42:02 What are you thinking? You're gonna lock up the goddamn scissors just come that just comes down to parenting and saying like this is what this is This is what is what is Yeah Yeah, I thought we'd move past this shit no uh-uh well, you know Wow This is this could happen with With Oh. This could happen with... With... Guys become, you know, it's tough to...
Starting point is 00:42:33 Mess around with guys' wives, you know, you're open, that's trouble. I don't... No, it's, yeah. Yeah. Especially if they're an internet person. Especially if you're famous. Oh.
Starting point is 00:42:43 Well, it's all, you know, tell someone, I hate being Captain Hindsight. Look, it's all fun and games till someone catches feelings and that's, you know. Yeah, all of a sudden. All bets are off. And Nick can't say shit, obviously, cause it would fuck up his case.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Yeah. So this dude's just going around like. Yeah, no, that's gotta be. Nick said this, Nick said this. The only reason I saw it is cause he said that Nick told me all about some swinger shit I said no, no, no, no, no, no, don't bring don't bring me into this. I don't know anything about what's going on here. Don't Yeah, the hardest thing to do is got to be to I got enough problems to bite your tongue Like, you know, wait if anybody's talking about you and telling mostly the truth let alone like what if somebody's that that's hard to talk about what if it?
Starting point is 00:43:27 What if it's a what if they're telling just out and out lies for months and months and you can't say that fucking drive me crazy Yeah, yeah, it would He can't drink anymore. I guess I don't know Jesus I would say probably one of the last things I would be expecting to hear tonight. I thought it'd be Ralph. I'm like, well, Ralph, you know, somebody went to jail that used a friend of yours, like, oh, it was Ralph?
Starting point is 00:43:52 No, actually, he's sober. Yeah. Well, I mean, you know, because... Don't get credit for that. I've been getting blamed for drinking for three years. You know, you always, you have said things like, you know, you don't, you don't advocate that lifestyle for everybody. You understand that it's not good for everybody. You know, some people should probably not do it.
Starting point is 00:44:12 Maybe some people, if you're a little trusting, don't do that. Don't get involved with bad people. Oh, I'm just saying, I'm saying about substance and stuff like that. It's not for everybody. Yeah, I remember you say, you know, it's, you know, it's good for Ralph to be sober. You know, if he wants to be sober, that's great.
Starting point is 00:44:30 Yeah. Whatever you want to be, I'll help. I want you to be. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I want you to be your full... You know your life better than me. Whatever you want to be, I'll help you do. Yeah, well, you know... As long as it's not too expensive, you know. What's funny, though, is some people really don't know their lives.
Starting point is 00:44:44 Like, other people know, because they can't, they've never been honest with themselves or they, you know, it's like they don't, they don't have the amount of introspection that some other people have. So it's like, there are some people who are like, I've been there, I see it, like I know you're doing all the, like you can predict behavior with virtual certainty. And they'll never see those like, why did that fucking happen? It's like, they'll say that, say it, but it's like.
Starting point is 00:45:11 They'll say that, but sometimes people just wanna blow their life up, you know? Absolutely true. That's not, what am I gonna follow you for that? It's not your responsibility. What did you want? I didn't, I wasn't living it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:24 I didn't stop you. Some people wanna. Yeah. I'm not here to stop you. Some people, some people want to blow their lives up. Some people don't understand that they're going to blow their lives up. It's, you know, it's wild. I definitely recommend not going to prison. Yeah. I'm always been a big advocate of anti-going to prison.
Starting point is 00:45:39 I would say that's a yes. Definitely. Put that at the top. You got to watch out. I say, don't get into that God shit. One thing you know you're singing and clapping kumbaya, the next thing you know you're getting, like your pastor's ratting you out to the feds.
Starting point is 00:45:51 Slippery slope. Why do you hate religion so much? Oh, right there! Right fucking there! They think they're on a mission from God! That's why! Look, anybody... When people are absolutely certain that they are morally correct...
Starting point is 00:46:13 They're capable of anything! They're dangerous people. It's a dangerous person. That's why! It's a very dangerous person. Whoof! When literally you have God backing you fully. You're capable of anything. He's a mandatory reporter though. Oh, so he'd rather burn in hell than go to jail for a year? What are you telling me here? Manitory reporter of what? Of what exactly?
Starting point is 00:46:35 Well, yeah, who... I don't know what he was told and, you know... I mean, it makes... He could have been... If a kid told him shit, I'm gonna look like a real fucking ass I don't know but that but I don't you know I don't know I just know it's in front of me I don't know I mean it it that someone who's been questioned by a crazy internet person for eight years you know I'm a little my judgment is a little biased yeah sure yeah I know how guys get I mean it makes how guys get... I mean, it makes...
Starting point is 00:47:05 I know how guys get when their girls bite off more than they can chew. Yes! Girl gets a little crazy, wants to get wild. They don't want to get wild. They can't keep her under control. And then, right... How you gonna keep Bunny Lebowski on the farm, right? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:18 Ooh, yeah, this is way more fun. I'm gonna go party. Right. You? See ya. Yeah. Oh, well, I'm gonna kill you now, man. Right.
Starting point is 00:47:25 Seen it. No, this makes a lot of sense. Anyway. Wow. I don't even know how to continue from that. Uh, you know. Do you know voicemails? Talk about the WNBA? I don't know. Speaking of cocaine...
Starting point is 00:47:44 I thought girl get arrested for doing a bump on the beach. You did? Oh my god, the cops. For like a possession, like, I mean like a- Handcuffs. Yeah. Arrested for doing a bump. It's like this is, you guys are just totally out of control.
Starting point is 00:48:01 The cops are doing donuts on the lake. People are just trying to relax and have a good, I I'm relaxing and having a good time just sitting there. Right, they could potentially kill somebody. Not having a drink because they wouldn't serve me at the bar even though I have like 20 gray hairs. No, there had to be... Oh, really? Because I didn't have my ID. Can I get a beer? Are you 21? Do you have to be 21 to be in here? I still need your ID. Even more infuriating is when you have it and it's expired.
Starting point is 00:48:28 Oh, that, yeah. What do you mean? That changed my age? You motherfuckers. It's still a government document. Yeah. What are you talking about? What do you have, a blue scanner in your eye or something? Really? Do you know that?
Starting point is 00:48:45 I would love to see you produce that in writing. Please. Show me how, show me how that matters. Don't you think it's odd that a pastor would report somebody and not tell them? You know in your family for fucking years. When it's a pastor is supposed to have a very close relationship with the flock, right? Yeah. I mean.
Starting point is 00:49:03 Wouldn't you think it's weird if your fucking parents reported you to the cops without telling you? Well, I mean, I've known parents to do that because they didn't know what fucking else to do for the fucking kid because they were afraid he's going to die. I hope they would tell them at least. Well then it's like then you then you go away and you know, then you then you run and then you may be O.D. It's this John Wayne shit, man.
Starting point is 00:49:23 People are like, well, you know you if they told them they'd have time to cover up the evidence oh you mean like stop beating kids yeah that would be real bad right cover up what evidence like the no knock shit that you guys are are allowing no knock raids oh yeah no knock warrants like just bust in and start blasting people Jesus so they don't cover up their right crimes, right? Like a police open up BAM, right? I mean that's yeah Well, we had or he would get away well, you know, where's he gonna go Mars what yeah true I'm gonna be around right? All right, John Wayne. This is the John Wayne shit
Starting point is 00:50:03 What a fucking mess cops are doing fucking I'm trying to relax, you know, yeah I got some pit vipers on so I could look at all the tits. I wanted to pit vipers Yeah, there's big shades. That's what those are around. I got you. Look anywhere. I want yeah, there's a good lake shades, huh? Yeah, good lake shades and the cops are doing fucking donuts in there Yeah, like binoculars like ten feet away and the lake like what what is this there. It's like binoculars, like 10 feet away, and the lake. What is this? You guys are really ruining this. Oh, they're just watching everybody.
Starting point is 00:50:32 They just- They're just ruining the atmosphere. Yeah, they're just waiting for anybody. Yeah, just to go, yeah. God, they're so fucking bored. Go police each other. Yeah. Oh, dude, don't think fucking they ain't,
Starting point is 00:50:45 they don't get involved in that shit. Oh yeah, they mandatory reporters? Oh no, I mean just with all that fucking crazy shit. Like anything that they're talking, do you remember in Santa Clarita, this was like late eighties I think, like the operation to uncover it was called Operation Big Spender.
Starting point is 00:51:01 There was a bunch of people from the sheriff's department who were, you know, like drug raids and stuff. Yeah. Dude, they were building fucking wings onto their houses. They were doing all kinds of fucking stupid shit. Throwing these huge fucking parties. Yeah. Let's see. What else I have here? Let me try to find something lighter. I hope Nick does. That'd be great if a guy just booted out. Like, yeah, you guys didn't really do any work to deserve this search warrant. You can't just go, oh, I heard from a guy that there was a... But if they pin it to this other dude, then... But a judge has to grant a search warrant, correct?
Starting point is 00:51:40 Yeah. So you have to basically convince a... Like the DA or somebody has to convince a judge that It's warranted. There's enough, yeah, that it's warranted before they can, you know, send out the cops. It might be, I don't know. I just, I mean, I've
Starting point is 00:51:53 I wish I had someone to law-splain it to me. Yeah, I mean, I You know, I knew what I was talking about. I'd like to see the, yeah, I mean, I'd like to see the report, but what a mess. Yeah, here's one for you. That watch today. Really, really, you know, it really took the fun out of my music festival.
Starting point is 00:52:15 Yeah. I'm the real victim. Uh, how about this one? Just two 21 year olds who are proudly voting for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Look at the size of this one. It's two and a half voters. Why is she posed like that? She's trying to do the heart.
Starting point is 00:52:33 Women do this thing where they do a heart with their fingers. Why is she leaning over? Because she's too fat to bend over and make the, you know, they just do it like this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Too big though. Oh boy. Okay. Well, we got kicked out of karaoke too. You did, where was karaoke?
Starting point is 00:52:50 At the festival. They had karaoke at the festival? They had a karaoke thing. You got kicked out of karaoke. I hate karaoke, you know? Yeah. I was like, okay, you know, I'll do this. Sure.
Starting point is 00:52:58 We'll do this for you, so. Sir, you can't say the N-bomb that many times. Yeah. So we put in a Tenacious D's tribute, the greatest song in the world tribute. Cause we went to a karaoke bar on one of our first dates and sang that song. We put it in to go sing it cause we both know that song. Coincidentally, like word for word.
Starting point is 00:53:21 Right. So you can really get into it and look like an asshole. Couldn't remember the greatest song in the world. Oh! So she puts it in, and I'm like, alright, yeah, I'm getting excited for this, this will be fun. Your sober brain is getting excited for this. Karaoke, alright, alright.
Starting point is 00:53:37 Can't even, don't even have water in ya. Can't even get a fucking water. Let alone booze. Uh, sir, this is a mocktail. The way you said it too, sir. Who knows what you did have in you, but- This is a mocktail bar? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:47 Okay, could I have some water? Yeah. No. This kind of bar doesn't serve water. This was a mock slap. This is like a safety hazard? Yeah. How the fuck-
Starting point is 00:53:55 So you're not giving any of these people water? Right. Okay. Yeah. Um... So they call us up? So they call us up. Yeah, they call us up and say,
Starting point is 00:54:03 Hey, alright, are we on? And they're like, uh... can you guys sing another song? What do you mean? Why? He's like, uh, it's just kind of slow. Like, you had- What the fuck? You've got people drugged out of their goddamn minds
Starting point is 00:54:15 up there mumbling their way through an Elliott Smith song, and you think this song is too slow? What the fuck are you talking about? Has anybody ever... I don't- I've never heard- No one's ever been denied karaoke! Because it was too slow. Why'd you have it in the book then?
Starting point is 00:54:32 Go through and edit it! Right. Right. Can you pick another song? No. No. Okay, well then, you're not doing it. It's like...
Starting point is 00:54:43 God damn. That was stupid ass- Okay. Okay. I guess I'll go back. That was stupid ass. Okay. I guess I'll go back to the mocktail bar. And drown my sorrows in some orange juice. Yeah, very good. Um... That's dirty stuff happening to Nick. The dude that got his wife took, or that lost his wife, whatever you want to say.
Starting point is 00:55:01 Is going around saying wild shit, man. What, he's just posting everywhere or is he going on shows? He's saying that him and his wife would come over to stay for sex parties and he would- Nick would hold him at gunpoint, naked. And he would like, he would get so bored of the sex parties that he would go like clean their house, like goes like sweep the house and wash dishes and stuff. This is what he's saying? Oh my God, talk about, he's really trying to put some distance between like, sweep the house and wash dishes and stuff? This is what he's saying? Oh my god, he's really trying to put some distance between like, I wasn't involved in this at all.
Starting point is 00:55:30 I mean, I just wanted my wife to be safe when she was fucking... What are you, like, the maid? What are you talking about? What kind of story is this? It's like, yeah, yeah, I didn't even want to be, I just wanted her to get to and she was gonna do it anyway, so... I just wanted her to be clean. Yeah, going to and so I just, you know, I just didn't know what to do, so, you know, the house was in such disarray, I was just cleaning everything. And I fed the kids and... Dude, he's like that, you remember that in Boogie Nights, where that guy who kills himself?
Starting point is 00:55:59 William Macy? Yeah, he sees his chickening bang. Yeah, for the last time. Yeah, I kinda reminded me of... He kills them first. Oh, yeah. He kills them and then he walks out and he gives a little smirk and he just goes, bam! Then later there's a picture of him painting up on the wall.
Starting point is 00:56:13 That's great. It's just a hunch, just a guess, right? I just want to see what was said, that's all. Is that so wrong? You just want to see what? I just want to see who said what. Well, no. The pastram. Sure. And just want to see who said what. Well, no. The pastram.
Starting point is 00:56:26 Sure. And I want to see who said what to them. Yeah. Well, yeah. I was talking about making calls. Uh, who was Brian? I was saying that guy, Aaron. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:34 I was talking about calling people's parents. Yeah. Calling people's parents. Calling people's pastors. Did they call the... you know, how many people, uh... Yeah. Boop, boop, boop. Eh. I don't know. people's pastors. Did they call the... you know, how many people... Yeah. Boop, boop, boop. I don't know. That's a fucking... that's a mess. Let's see here. Do you like driving fast in your car? I used to. Oh, that's good.
Starting point is 00:56:59 You're not going to... you're not going to anymore Scott Weiner the guy everyone hates you heard about this guy the Senate just passed California first in the nation legislation to require new vehicles to be equipped with passive speed governors alerting drivers when they exceed 10 miles an hour okay oh pass is speed limit so it can't actually it can't actually stop you but it annoys you. Like the seatbelt, the passive seatbelt alarm. Waa, waa, waa, waa, right? Studies show that this technology gets people to slow down. Oh no shit. Because they can't fucking hear themselves think. So it's stabbing them. But see, it's, I can't remember what the principles of this is called but it's like roads, roads will,
Starting point is 00:57:45 there is a natural speed that traffic will flow based on what the road can handle in size. Yeah, like 80, 90. Like, so it's like speed limits don't really have, matter of fact, that's why they could do away with 55 miles an hour. Like when we were really young, Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:04 It had changed from 65 to 55 and now it sometimes even gets higher than that but it's like I mean when it was it's still 65 in a lot of places. Yeah yeah yeah. And it's nobody's there going 80 it's like standing still there's no danger it's a huge wide freeway. Your car's gonna be screaming at you the whole time. Yeah, but you can't go 80. You gotta keep it at 75. It's fucking crazy. Well, that's so this I saw this after driving back from Bakersfield which I here's something else that makes me rage. Oh, I got a ticket going out to Bakersfield 102 Yeah, and what? Truck. A truck? Your F-150-150? Cool, that's fast.
Starting point is 00:58:46 It was 5 in the morning, I was appraising property out there. Yeah. I mean it was totally chill. Like it was fine. That's how fast you want to be driving out of Bakersfield. And I was just like, dude, as soon as I fucking went on the underpass, I could fucking... Because it was so shadowy and I just fucking dude I fucking love those overpasses. I literally just put my brakes on started to fucking pull over. I'm like yeah
Starting point is 00:59:10 He'll be he's coming up in five minutes There he goes. 102 isn't that reckless driving? Harsher penalty for that it was a big fine. It was a big fine. It was a big fine It was it was it could have been fifteen hundred dollars and what he did what the judge imposed was five hundred dollars Oh, that was nice big fine. It was a big fine. It was, it was, it could have been $1,500 and what he did, what the judge imposed was $500. Oh, that was nice of him. Yeah. He was cool. Yeah, he was cool.
Starting point is 00:59:31 But I had to go way fucking back up there to do it. How fast did you drive going up there? Oh, not that fast. Not that fast. But no, but I was talking to the, I was talking to the cop too. I'm like, I'm like, you know, I saw you right before I passed you.
Starting point is 00:59:42 And he's like, I had you way back there. He's like, see those things on the, on the side mirrors? He's like those point backwards. Oh. Like he's like, that could, you know, I saw you right before I passed you. And he's like, I had your way back there. He's like, see those things on the side mirrors? He's like, those point backwards. Like, he's like, that could, you know, it's. Fucker. Yeah. We were driving back and what makes me rage, I was gonna say is going to a lake like that,
Starting point is 00:59:59 they have up there. What I found is people really love to tell you how disgusting it is. Every person I talked to saying that we were going up there. What I found is people really love to tell you how disgusting it is. Every person I talked to saying that we were going up there to have a nice, you know, relaxing time before Nick was arrested for felony drug possession. So the same thing to me. And got more annoying each time.
Starting point is 01:00:18 Ooh, you don't want to swim in that lake. Ooh, you don't, mm. You don't want to put your head in that. Ooh. Ooh, you know, you really got to, I've got you don't want to put your head in that oh I mean, oh, you know you really got a That's gonna be a like, you know Do you have to are you just compelled to ruin my you're not going on a vacation? Yeah, are you compelled for some reason to ruin mine? I think this is useful actionable material for me that I'm gonna see a lake and not get in it because I heard some
Starting point is 01:00:43 Shit from you about how the water is toxic, like in doom or something. What do you think? I think they test for that shit all the time. Like they test for like- The cops are there. I'm sure they would have arrested the lake if it was- But I mean, it's- If it was poisonous.
Starting point is 01:00:57 People go like, the water's always brown. Yeah, because it's a man- Because it's got mud. It's a manmade lake. It's only like, it's a manmade mud hole. Uh-huh. And it's like, I mean, when I was a kid, I water-skied there a ton. Like, I don't know if it's...
Starting point is 01:01:07 Oh, you did? Oh, yeah. Did you get anything wrong with you? No. Like cancer or anything? Yeah. No, but the water's always silty because literally in the middle of the lake, you can jump in and hit the bottom. It's like 10 feet deep. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:18 They did that just... Even there, oh, you guys were at the lake? Yeah. You didn't dunk your head in it. You know what I mean? I don't know, unless something changed, but... Just put a big Surgeon General warning right on it, yeah, don't get headed. You know, man, I don't know unless something changed but Just put a big surgeon general warning right on it. So I don't so I don't have any fun Yeah, just don't just stay on stay on top of this Yeah
Starting point is 01:01:33 I appreciate it So you gotta stand stay on top of me about this stuff because I don't ever want to have any fun or relax ever Right. I want to constantly be aware that what I'm doing is potentially Either poisonous or criminal. Good. In some regard. Good. I'll alert your pastor.
Starting point is 01:01:50 Hahaha! It's just one more thing that could fuck you. That's life. Yeah. Every friend you make, every person you associate with, especially famous people. Well, it's two people can keep a secret if one of them's dead. Dead. Right?
Starting point is 01:02:06 That's the... Every person. Ultimately, you're exposed a little more with each person who knows about something. Every person will fuck you. Yeah, potentially. Potentially. Yeah, there's a failure point. Another one.
Starting point is 01:02:18 A potential failure point. And one that is beholden to an idea in their head that is omnipotent and all-knowing and the birth of grace and kindness and the solution to everything is a very fucking dangerous Link in your chain. You know what I'm saying? I've always thought so. I got some close confidence, confidants. Yeah, one of them believes he speaks to a supernatural entity and will be rewarded with an eternity of paradise as long as he acts upon every instinct he has. Oh, keep that person the fuck away from me.
Starting point is 01:02:58 Don't even tell him my name. Right. No, he's a good guy. Maybe. You know. Until he's got an impulse that wants to send me to jail. I'm happy to be wrong on that. Just in case.
Starting point is 01:03:13 These fucking kids. Oh, God's great. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Come back to me in 20 years. See how you guys feel about all this marriage shit you're always talking about. God's shit. Here's one. Here's one. Here's one for you. Oh yeah, but what I started that saying with, I get stuck behind all these Teslas
Starting point is 01:03:30 that are obviously doing auto drive. I mean, I think. They're on the fast lane doing 65. Like exactly. Like, is this the future? Just a bunch of self-driving cocksuckers and the clogging up every lane going 65? I guess if I'm in a self-driving car
Starting point is 01:03:45 and I don't have to pay attention to how slow everybody's, you know what I mean? Like that, I could probably deal with it at that stage. But you do have to pay attention so you might run into a train. Just move over. Cause like right now it's like, if you're doing 65 in the fast lane,
Starting point is 01:04:00 you're gonna get fucking run over. Yeah. I got a pretty good one here. Trans cop car. What do you think about this? Trans cop car, this could be. What's the amount of times that someone has to say someone needs help before they get it?
Starting point is 01:04:22 Do you know? What do you mean? Is it five or six or 10? No idea. Is it, how annoying do you have to be to someone before they stop drinking and doing drugs? In what scenario? You mean like if somebody is on the side of the,
Starting point is 01:04:32 like side of the, oh, that's when you just sound on the side of the road like help, help! How many times that you have to say, hey, you need to stop drinking, hey, you need to stop, hey, how many times do you have to say it before you, I watch Intervention, you know? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:44 And that seems to work on television,... I watch Intervention, you know. Yeah. And that seems to work on television, but I don't know. Is that... Is that how it works in real life? Wait, are you talking about the person asking for help, or how many times... No, not asking for help. How many times do you have to say it before they crack, and you make them do what you want? Some of them never do.
Starting point is 01:05:02 Oh, that's too bad. Okay, let's see. We's see, transgender police car. Transgender cop car. Look at that. Oh wait what? That's a real, they put the trans flag on a cop car? Are you guys cops or you just identify as cops? You guys cops or you just identify as cops? It's a good line those guys are dead now, yeah, yeah, they just got they got served a warrant this morning That's funny some dudes checked my misogyny at the festival too. Oh really?
Starting point is 01:05:47 The 80's girl and I were sitting in the front of the car. They knew who you were? Man, they could tell somehow. I don't know. I got checked in front of my girlfriend by a dude bro by some shaman. Were they? Oh God. What the f- man.
Starting point is 01:06:01 Were you recognized or was it just your own demeanor? No, they just checked my natural misogyny. Okay, got it. We were sitting in the car and a magical gust of wind came and flipped my shade structure over and destroyed it. And only me. It's like a tornado that hit one house in the middle of... Everyone else's thing was fine and mine was flipped over and shredded. No, you haven't talked to your pastor lately. Just saying. Maybe you've drifted a little far from the flock.
Starting point is 01:06:25 I don't know what to tell you. Some guy comes to you and says, hey man, these parents are just drinking a bunch around there. They're kids. They get five or six handles of vodka. Oh. Okay. Right. What am I supposed to do with that? Yeah. Ah! They got chainsaw. Are you not listening to me?
Starting point is 01:06:45 They got a chainsaw in the garage that a kid could easily act. They got knives all over the house. Yeah They got scissors left-handed and right-handed both right. They got some garden shears outside They leave their keys to their car. Yeah on a hook right at hip level, right? You got to call the cops how many times have the kids seen how those keys work? I mean kids think- A five-year-old could start a car. Kids think cars are cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:10 You know? They could go out and kill somebody with them. And they want candy. They love candy! And they know where candy is. They got little bottles of- It's love liquor looking candy. Yeah. Those are- oh yeah, the guys that checked my massage and everything flipped over and was destroyed.
Starting point is 01:07:29 These guys came over and they're like helping me take it down. And they're like, oh, do you want us to help you? It was all kind of like janky and bent up. Like, well, do you want us to try and... Was it like a... Just a shades, you know, a collapsible shade structure thing. They said, well, do you want us to help push it down? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:47 And I said, well, yeah, I can you, because I don't want to do it just myself. I'd rather have four guys helping out. Yeah, oh. And one guy goes, well, and you know, she's helping out too. Yeah. I said, I regret it.
Starting point is 01:08:01 That's the fastest I've ever regret asking for help. I gotcha. You have set the new record. Right. That was instantaneous regret. Why? Yeah, I'd rather... yeah, you know, I'd rather do it with, you know, four young guys here than just me. Right. Well, you know, you also have her buddy.
Starting point is 01:08:18 Yeah. Okay. It's funny. Earnestly, right? Right. Yes, of course. You're looking at me right in the face. Of course, earnestly. Yeah, well, you also, yeah. And they went back to their area and had a conversation about, they were talking about how they're, all the disorders they have.
Starting point is 01:08:39 I wrote them down so I wouldn't forget. Really? Yeah, I was, you couldn't ignore them because you talked so loud. Oh, got it. Let me see what I wrote down here. It was BPD. Really? Borderline personality? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:54 BPD, oh yeah, here it is. BPD, BDD, OCD, BPD. What's BDD? Body dysmorphia disorder. Oh, yeah, okay. BDD, OCD, BPD, ADD, ODD, yeah, okay. BDD OCD BPD ADD ODD ADHD and OCD and OPP and they didn't have that no they should definitely not with all those things I don't think they would have appreciated that joke either
Starting point is 01:09:14 But that was odd. It's like wow you guys really yeah, you guys are really messed up, but I wouldn't me but I would have made it Because I can't shut up when there's a joke to be made. Okay, here's something I got for you. What time is it? Oh man, you've already been going so long talking about it. Have we? Well, it was worth, I mean, you know,
Starting point is 01:09:37 you kind of gotta talk about it. Of course, if you hadn't, I would be none the wiser. You could, it would be next year and I wouldn't have known about it. Yeah. The problem is he's too nice, I think. That's the real problem here. What, Nick?
Starting point is 01:09:51 Yeah. Why? What does being nice have to do with it? I don't know. Wrong kind of friends. Oh, you mean like if he was a shithead, then we could tear into it with zest? Is that what you...
Starting point is 01:10:04 No, I don't know. Just this wife, this couple that they were palling around with. Yeah. Bad news. Yeah. Yeah, that's- Bad news. No, that's an explosive- Diarrhea.
Starting point is 01:10:17 This can happen very easily when you're fucking around with that. This can happen to you. Yeah. Yeah, what was I gonna pull up? But the Coke says, nah, man, it's good. It's good, man. It's good.
Starting point is 01:10:27 It'll be fine. It's good, totally. We love each other. It's great, everybody's great. Everybody's great, you're great. I'm great, we're all great. What did Dennis Leary talk about if Hitler had Coke, there'd be Jews in the bathroom going,
Starting point is 01:10:40 I know you didn't do it, man. Yeah. And then everybody's got their two cents on everything. I'm going I know you didn't do it man like Yeah And then everybody's got their two cents on everything you know people who've people who learn everything about drugs from a movie Yeah, you know this is what happens. That's not what happens Police torture a confession out of a man. Oh, that should be good. Oh, this guy got $900,000 for psychological torture. Investigators threatened to kill his dog. They claimed his dad was dead and said they had evidence
Starting point is 01:11:17 that he killed them. But his dad, one problem, his dad was alive. Thomas Pres Jr. called the police after his father went missing in Fontana, California. Fucking figures. Police brought him in to the station. That's a fucking shithole and a half, dude. Where he was interrogated for 17 hours.
Starting point is 01:11:32 Yeah, okay. Figures violating multiple fucking statues. My dad's missing. You're arrested. Yeah. You have the right to remain silent. They brought him in for 17 hours. Well, they do that shit all the time.
Starting point is 01:11:43 Like, if you think he did it, then guess what? You're gonna find out that he fucking did it. Whether he did it or not. Yeah, exactly. Uh, they told him his father was dead and they had his body. Which was at the morgue. With a toe tag. And they're going, whoa, we're just trying to trick him into confessing. Police tried convincing Perez that his mind was playing tricks on him. And it was suppressing troubling memories like killing his dad Everybody's a fucking psychologist now. Yeah, you know, yeah, it's really annoying. Yes. It's yeah
Starting point is 01:12:12 Everybody's talking about like trauma this and repressed memories is that like why don't you shut the fuck up man? Yeah, man, like you like everybody's talking about like they're like like like in the military when it comes like they're a UN delegate when it comes to like Russian shit like well, you know what happens is when it's this their allies like we shut the fuck up what do you what do you have a Bachelor of Arts for you just have to you know jack shit You just have to remember that like at the end of the day When you people have strong opinions on like all this kind of stuff like almost never do they have
Starting point is 01:12:45 Yeah, was that fun to even fucking come close to hitting the mark? Police tried convincing How much more safe does it get lock your blow up and it's safe safer than beer in the fridge. Well, yeah, isn't it? Yes. I Mean like yes, let's the kid set the combo, you know? Oh, come on, Joe. Uh, the combo was the kid's birthday. Ah. Um, police shot, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:14 They also brought his dog into the interrogation room so he could say bye to it as they threatened to euthanize it. Yeah, euthanize, I mean kill. Yeah. We're gonna kill your dog. Yeah. You know, it is kind of amazing. You think this stuff,
Starting point is 01:13:33 cause there's- You think cops can't get any worse. Well, listen, there are hundreds, if not thousands of these cases that have happened long ago. You know what I mean? Like, but like, this is one of those things where you don't think it can really still happen.
Starting point is 01:13:49 Like there's more kind of regulations or people over, it's like, it can still happen. I mean, there are so many false confessions over the years. And they're not all from serial killers who have already been caught and gone, yeah, I also killed them, them, them. I killed like 600 people. Cause they do that shit too,
Starting point is 01:14:06 cause they're fucking notorious that way. But like there are people and then like later it's like, they found out that they, he could not have possibly done it. Yeah. You know? Yeah. It's like the child endangerment shit.
Starting point is 01:14:20 Oh man, this dirty, the house is filthy. Oh really? How long would it take you to clean? Well, one man's- 10, 20 minutes. One man, this is dirty. The house is filthy. Oh really? How long would it take you to clean? Well, one man's filthy is another man's clutter is another man. Dishes, dirty dishes. Yeah. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:34 Right. At eight in the morning? Well, shocker. Right. And they were all in the, what? They were in the sink. Yeah. That's bad news.
Starting point is 01:14:42 Right. Can you make the, let me ask, can you make the child endangerment case without the cocaine? Well, or no. Right. Because seems like you're just using that one so people cannot talk about the other one. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:59 I see the system you guys have developed there. Be very interesting to know how the cops found out about the coke. Very interesting. Yeah, I'm very interested in that. Is it policy to go for safes in the bedroom? Or did you know they were there? See, and that's, honest answer, I have no idea. I have no idea if they go look around in every room in the house and they go, hey, what's
Starting point is 01:15:21 in the safe? Do they have basically, you know, quote unquote, license to say, open up every area of the house and they go, hey, what's in the sink? Like, do they have basically, you know, quote unquote license to say, open up every area of your house? Or are they there looking for specific things that they're there for? Like, that's what I think, but I have no idea. It's very, it's very annoying. They also brought his dog, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:40 How can you sit there? How can you sit there and say you don't know what happened and your dog is sitting there looking at you, knowing that you sit there? How can you sit there and say you don't know what happened and your dog is sitting there looking At you knowing that you killed your dad How can you sit there with your dog looking at you knowing that you killed your dad look at your dog She knows because she was walking through all the blood they said Okay, Perez eventually the blood come from Perez eventually confessed. Where'd the blood come from? Perez eventually confessed and tried to kill himself
Starting point is 01:16:08 by hanging himself in the interrogation room. Oh my God. Perez's father eventually turned up alive. He had walked to the train station and traveled to LA to visit a relative. Okay. So he was uninjured. What are they talking about the blood? Where's the blood? There's none.
Starting point is 01:16:24 They just made it. They decided to pick his dog up and bring his dog in to threaten to kill him. He was uninjured. What are they talking about the blood? Where's the blood? There's none. They just made it. They decided to pick his dog up and bring his dog in to threaten to kill it. And just say there was a bunch of blood that dad's missing. Yeah. Couldn't have just... Are cops going to get retarded as more people get retarded? As everyone gets more retarded, are cops going to get more retarded than they are and turn
Starting point is 01:16:42 to this shit? Yes. Bring him in. Bring his dog in. 100%. 100%. We're gonna try to kill it. Pretty soon the dog is gonna be the sergeant. Nah, that'd be racist. Can't have a dog in charge of the cops. They'd... Really? Well, yeah, cuz they don't like... Dogs don't like black people. I mean, you know, some, some, some don't. They gotta have... All the dogs will be in jail. My dog loves everybody. Let's see here. My dog loves black people.
Starting point is 01:17:08 Really? Oh yeah. I got another one and I'll read some comments. Everyone's already pissed at me for the Nick shit. Really? Yeah. Why, because you're talking about it or? Just cause you're talking about it or? Just because you're talking about it or...?
Starting point is 01:17:25 Because I'm not working myself up into like a towering infir... Because I have so much experience with, you know, drug people and criminality. Yeah. That I'm not like working myself up into this righteous indignant fury over it. So are people... like are people... You ruined your life! Oh, they want you to do that? Yeah. Oh, I see. Well, you know people- You ruined your life! Oh, they want you to do that? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:45 Oh, I see. Well, you know. You should have said something! Some of that comes with age, I think. Yeah. Okay, Jasmine Crockett, you remember this girl? Yeah, I do. Was arguing about bangs and eyelashes
Starting point is 01:17:59 or something in Congress. Jasmine Crockett, I don't know, I think they feel betrayed and they want someone to answer for it. That's the real, because the people who are addicted won't, they can't get any, you can't squeeze any blood out of that stone, right?
Starting point is 01:18:16 You can't get what you want. If you feel betrayed, you cannot get what you want out of the person that betrayed you, because either they're ignoring, especially in like a parasocial relationship like this, you can't get it out of the person that betrayed you. Cause either they're ignoring, especially in like a parasocial relationship like this, you can't get it out of the person that you feel betrayed you.
Starting point is 01:18:27 First of all, sick that you are needing this from like a person that you don't know, right? Like a celebrity. David Hasselhoff betrayed me when he was drinking on the floor with a hamburger, right? So then they go to, well, who can I get this, who can resolve this feeling for me? I need someone to answer you. Yeah. Yeah, you did this. Yeah, you need to answer people people have to blame somebody
Starting point is 01:18:52 Yeah, they've looked at you try to make sense out of shit and it's like usually completely irrational. Mm-hmm Okay, here is rep Jasmine Crockett. Okay listing off. I Thought this is well, I'll just play it first. All I could think about was the fact that I currently hold an honorary. This is a woman in Congress. Oh no, she said honorary. That's a first accomplishment.
Starting point is 01:19:15 Don't do that, like don't do that. I'm an honorary astronaut. Let's see. All I could think about was the fact that I currently hold an honorary doctorate. I also hold a jurist doctorate. I also hold a bachelor's. I also technically hold the rank of lieutenant colonel in the civil air patrol and I actually
Starting point is 01:19:35 practice- Wait, wait, wait, wait. Let me go. Are any of these real? Honorary? Technically? There's a lot of qualifiers on these. She said one honorary, right?
Starting point is 01:19:44 Okay, wait. So what was the- All I could think about was the fact that I currently hold an honorary doctorate. technically there's a lot of qualifiers. She said one honorary, right? Okay, wait a second. What I think about was the fact that I currently hold an honorary doctorate. I also hold a jurist doctorate. Isn't that lawyer? It's not a doctorate, it's a lawyer. I think so. Is it a jurist doctorate? Does that mean you're a lawyer?
Starting point is 01:19:58 I believe so. I don't know if that means you're a lawyer, but I mean like... Doctor of education. I'm a doctorate lawyer. Yeah, doctorate. Yeah. Okay. Well, I mean it's like a... Yeah, okay, go ahead. I also hold doctor of education. I'm a doctor lawyer doctorate. Yeah, okay. Well, I mean it's like Yeah, okay. Go ahead hold a bachelor's Okay bachelor's yeah Wow
Starting point is 01:20:11 Smart lady over here. Whoa, so did she graduate from law school? Is that what we're here? Yes. Okay. Okay, whatever Technically hold the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Civil Air Patrol. Okay, what's that lieutenant colonel? Technically, yeah, why is it technical air patrol? What the fuck is that? It's like a LARPing group or something. Yeah lightning bolts. Yeah Okay, I actually practiced law for almost two decades in addition to serving on various boards in addition to being a prior state lawmaker. And there are those that would make some people believe that because I happen to be black and or a woman, that somehow even though I can rattle off
Starting point is 01:20:57 all the qualifications in the world, my blackness makes me unqualified. I like it. Oh, I see. Who's saying that? I don't know. That sound kind of like dumb though. Well, I mean, she, yeah, she does kind of,
Starting point is 01:21:14 she doesn't sound that good because she didn't make the distinction. Like you don't need an honorary, honorary, like I hold it as like your first, like I'm a, I have a bachelor's and then I have a doctorate in, you know, honorary. Like I hold it as like your first, like I'm a, I have a bachelor's and then I have a doctorate in, you know, whatever. Like I'm a lawyer for fucking over 20 years.
Starting point is 01:21:32 That, that, that, that. You're like, they do that in court? Really? I don't know. I don't know. I mean like that's. It's a pretty good example of. I'd say that's enough.
Starting point is 01:21:41 Pretty example of the meritocracy that everyone always wants. Oh, they're like, why don't we have a meritocracy? That's enough. Pretty example of the meritocracy that everyone always wants. Oh, yeah. They're like, why don't we have a meritocracy? Collecting diplomas and, yeah. That's it. That's why. That's why it's a pejorative.
Starting point is 01:21:50 That's why. It's just a list of merits that you get. You got no idea how she got them. No idea if they're valid. Sounds like a fucking idiot. And she's going, I'm the king of the meritocracy. Look at all these fucking merits I have. That what it means that doesn't mean the doesn't mean it doesn't mean that they're valid or even yeah of the book yeah yeah
Starting point is 01:22:13 everyone always fucks up yeah okay maybe I have one more La la la la. Boomers, is the moon a planet or a star? Oh yes, a hot topic on the show. Hmm hmm hmm hmm. Do do do do do. Oh, okay. Full rich experience. It almost kind of looks like what the Earth looks like
Starting point is 01:22:42 when you're a bazillion miles away from the planet moon Yes, I just went to that. They're talking about a dress Yeah, talking about moons in the Sun a bazillion miles away from the planet Yes, yes, I just went to that it from the moon looking back at the planet moon from the planet moon The moon is a star the snow the moon is the planet darling the Sun is a star Is the moon really a planet the moon is a planet don't look at me like that the moon is a planet, darling. The sun is a star. Is the moon really a planet? The moon is a planet, honey. Don't look at me like that. The sun is a star.
Starting point is 01:23:08 Is the sun not a star? I don't know what the sun is. The sun is a star, isn't it? We don't know what the sun is. The sun is a star. The moon is not a planet. I knew it! I knew it!
Starting point is 01:23:18 You were trying to take me down that road. So that means she thinks it's a star. Must be one or the other, right? I don't know! That's it. I knew it was a star. It one of the other right? It's a moon actually right this is really gonna shock you a moon Chunky if you're listening to me Guarantee you someone's googling right now
Starting point is 01:23:45 Okay, that's great. Yeah can't even stand it. The moon is not a planet! What else is it if it's not a planet? It is not! Yeah, okay. That's great. Yeah, it's a moon. Orbit's a larger, you know... Oh, Microsoft is recording everything with their new windows? That's great. Sure, why not? I would love to have all my computer activities in the hands of an Indian scammer. I can't wait. I can't fucking wait. I can't wait to unlock everything I've ever done on my computer for $50 in Bitcoin. Just send $50 of Bitcoin to this address and I'll delete your entire computing history.
Starting point is 01:24:17 Okay. Cool. Can you guys stop collecting the data for just a second? Just a second. No. They just got everybody's social security sh- Just got all everyone's social security shit. No. They're talking about like it's a great feature.
Starting point is 01:24:32 Awesome. This is gonna be amazing. You've always wanted to review everything you've ever done on your computer, haven't you? No. Yeah, sure. Never. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:42 Oh boy. Well, the cops will be here for all of us soon. Looking in our safes. Yeah, the... So you're giving the NSA everyone's... everyone's thing that everyone has ever done on their computer? Yeah. Well, I mean, yeah. Yeah. Of course. Yeah. Some kids might be getting abused. You don't want... You don't want kids to get abused, do you? What do you mean? Well, kids are getting abused already. Whether you collect it or not. Uh... Queen's Bully,
Starting point is 01:25:12 it's gonna have a chant... Oh, more baseball announcer stuff. Oh. Yeah, she's pretty bad. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. The left fielder never moved, he says. Okay.
Starting point is 01:25:31 Let me guess, they're talking about right field. Uh, let me see. It's gonna have a chance. Okay, here's the pitch. And boom! The 0-2 and that's it hard to left field. It is going... The 0-2 and that's it hard to left field. It is going to have a chance and Brent Rooker with a long homer here.
Starting point is 01:25:53 Three run bomb and Brent Rooker has 11 on the season. Brent Rooker almost... Oh I see. The 0-2 and that's hit hard to left field, it is going to have a chance. It's gonna have a chance. It's gonna have a chance in another universe. The guy turned around and, yeah. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:26:09 No, literally like. Because when it can't tell. When you're watching the play, if the fielder doesn't move, you can call it gone. It's gone. It's gone. Or you know what you say, like if it's like,
Starting point is 01:26:21 yeah, gone if it's fair. You know what I mean? Like if it's. It's gonna have a chance. Yeah, yeah. Honey, it's over the scoreboard.'s fair go you know what I mean like is it gonna have a chance yeah Yeah, yeah, honey. It's over the scoreboard. Yeah, you guys aren't the the picture And that was that close that wasn't that close to the pole was it no yeah, it's here look It's yeah deep deep left field Deep left field gonna have a chance gonna have a chance. Yeah, he just gonna have a chance at the parking lot
Starting point is 01:26:43 Yeah, he just... He's gonna have a chance at the parking lot. Yeah. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep. You should be able to see by the outfield his reaction immediately. They can't tell spaces! They can't tell where it's going! How far is that ball gonna go? I don't know. 50 feet? A million? Right. Somewhere in there. Somewhere between those two. It's funny. Ahhhhh. Mm-mm-mm-mm. Somewhere between those two. It's funny. Sweet Baps, I've realized that Maddox isn't a satirist. He's just a contrarian. Pepperoni on pizza is delicious, but of course he hates that.
Starting point is 01:27:15 Also, fuck you, dick, for not... Well, he's got a big win this week. Yeah, I guess... Celebrating, talking about how I led Nick to ruin. Oh, is he talking, is he saying that? Yeah, he said Nick adopted my lifestyle, so I caused, Null's saying that too. Oh, that's, come on you guys. Totally crazy, totally crazy.
Starting point is 01:27:35 Nobody's making- Everyone who hangs out with Dick falls into ruin. Well, I mean, internet people, yeah, but they're all kind of a little wah-wah. I've hung out with you. I'm better now I've I've I've climbed out of ruin Um I don't they want I Think it's someone somebody blame somebody blame. Well. I mean they want you know he was wants to tap dance, you know, on, you know, Yeah, yeah, yeah, with a high morality.
Starting point is 01:28:07 No, the bottom line is... I would have done, I would have never gotten into drugs. Never. I would never have a drink ever. Everybody's responsible for fucking what they do. It's the only thing you can fucking control. I would have done something different. I would have fixed everything. Okay. Also, fuck you, Dick, for not being into space and shit. There's an entire universe of aliens out there
Starting point is 01:28:27 the human race could have sex with. I don't want to have sex with this race. Well, try another one. Yeah, the aliens are going to be even fatter than they are here. Oh, I don't know. Maybe they're... Maybe not. And all you think about is rocks. What if there was a race of three breasted aliens with a predisposition for sucking cock?
Starting point is 01:28:48 Ugh. What if they had two mouths? Then that'd be a real big problem, right? I bet you'd pass that up to complain about sand on Mars, you little bitch. Is that what you guys think is happening out there? Like a Star Trek shit? Oh wow, there's a bunch of people with huge tits.
Starting point is 01:29:03 I mean, can you blame them for hoping? Based on what's going on here? Yeah, I bet Sean would be into bitches with three tits. A true gentleman and a connoisseur he is, but not you, dick. Oh no. It's always about gay astrology shit. Oh god. Space is fucking stupid. Boring.
Starting point is 01:29:24 I mean, oh wow, neat picture. I think it's cool. But I mean, I also haven't seen, you know, any three-titted aliens. Stop spending my money. Mike Dames is more about the Mandela effect. Oh yeah. Let's see. That group of ladies that he was in was talking about the men. Oh boy, yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:46 They really trip out on that shit. They love it. Yeah. You know, I've been trying to help Vito with his obesity food addiction for like a year. Right. I don't get any credit for that.
Starting point is 01:29:57 I made a whole game show just to help him. Have you introduced him to cocaine? Or- Is that what I should be doing? Or, or has he met your pastor? Yeah, I gotta get Vito a pastor. Pastor, yep. Oh, some of these motherfuckers is 600 pounds.
Starting point is 01:30:11 Oh, Nick really has a problem. Oh yeah. Calls coming from inside the house. Okay, I don't know if it's the Mandela effect, this lady says. This is called the Mandela Effect and Glitches in the Matrix, ladies. I don't know if it's the Mandela Effect.
Starting point is 01:30:30 I set up my garden and sitting area so it'll be sunny in the garden and shade where I sit. Since last year, it changed. Now it's shade in the garden, sunny in my designated sitting area. Last year, also my bedroom windows are mostly north, tiny bit towards west. And now second year, I'm starting to get sunlight at sunset.
Starting point is 01:30:54 Never before I could see the sun from my windows. I understand the precision of equinoxes, et cetera. What? But it's supposed to be gradual change within thousands of years, not drastic. What's going on? Is it the Haldron Collider again? So she thinks that the sun moved? Yeah, that's probably it. Maybe just you're stupid and messed up your design. I got a job at State Farm when I called my husband to tell him the radio was on in the
Starting point is 01:31:26 background and a freaking State Farm commercial came on. Oh my God. Oh wow. Trippy. Just little things like that are always happening to me. Yeah. I have always noticed, really noticed numbers that are relevant to my life. Sure.
Starting point is 01:31:41 Also patterns like cars. Five blue cars in a row. Really? Three white trucks parked next to each other. She's in the Truman Show. And this is the conversation her husband has to put up with every day. You've really seen five blue cars in a row?
Starting point is 01:31:54 Honey, I saw five blue cars sitting. He's gotta like, well. What are the odds, honestly? If I tell her that's retarded, I'm not gonna have sex with her again. So, it's like a pet. Any, anybody else? Three white trucks parked next to each other.
Starting point is 01:32:05 That was you and your sister. Sisters. Is anybody else weirdly hyper aware of things like that? Yeah, of course they are. Yeah, sure. Is this one? So question. Sometimes while driving, it's like I'm not sure where I go.
Starting point is 01:32:21 Oh, I think I already read that. I remember this one. Woman alert. Woman alert. Woman alert. Studley Do-Right says, if women can have menstrual time off, if I get time off for punching walls,
Starting point is 01:32:33 yeah, that would be nice. Boy. Circumcised versus uncircumcised. Tadek, I heard you mentioned circumcision on the show a few months ago. Which time? You asked whether anyone could confirm whether being uncircumcised is better.
Starting point is 01:32:45 I live in the UK where we don't get circumcised at birth for no reason. Yeah. Uh, yeah. I tore my foreskin during sex with my ex-girlfriend in 2019. I didn't think this was a big deal, so I waited for it to heal. Long story short, it did not heal.
Starting point is 01:32:59 And he got circumcised. So I ended up having to be circumcised. So he has the before and after comparison. He tore his foreskin during sex? Yeah I mean I don't know. What were you fucking? Your teeth? I don't know. How do you do that? Snagged on fucking something. Snagged on something? I don't know man. An ingrown hair is way way deep in there. Yikes. I was 21 years old at the time. I was able to confirm that sex was better before being circumcised. I mean it makes sense Yeah, I knew it So yes, you Americans are being robbed go vote up circumcision apologists
Starting point is 01:33:35 So Nick can't have an ounce of coke, but everyone gets their penis chopped off What the hell is that? The coke will make you feel like you got circumcised a lot, right? I mean Yeah, yeah, it's... Yeah. Yeah, that's right. It's not even that, like... I don't know why it's like... It's so romanticized by Hollywood cocaine. Cocaine?
Starting point is 01:33:59 It's so illegal. Like, if it was legal, I don't think that many people would do it. Only like 2 million people do coke. Like 200 million drink alcohol. I just don't think it's that good. Yeah, maybe not. People really get hooked on it though, some people. Oh no, for sure.
Starting point is 01:34:17 For sure. It's like, you know, you try different... It's your thing. But smoking and liquor, I think are... Smoking and, smoking and liquor, I think are, smoking and liquor and sports gambling, I think are way more dangerous than, than cocaine. Like if a kid got caught with cocaine, I'd be like, what? That's a little odd.
Starting point is 01:34:37 I think I caught smoke and be like, oh man, you're, that's bad news, man. Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, that's bad for your health, for sure. You know, I mean, yeah, you know your health, for sure. Mm-hmm. I mean, yeah, you know. I don't know, I'm stuck in this. Yeah, liquor can cause so many problems for everybody. We're stuck in this spot where you have to justify
Starting point is 01:34:55 thinking that people should be able to have whatever they want. Yeah. Do whatever they want. You know. Especially in a safe in their own fucking house. Tim Hurd, speaking of taxes and hating the government, please don't use my la- oops. Ha ha ha! Okay, I can't read this. Okay.
Starting point is 01:35:10 Uh, okay. That's not even personal. Why would he- well, guys. Come on, use ProtonMail or something. Yeah. Um, GangbangGuy is wrong about dating apps. Uh, Dickanon, just writing in to say that the Gangbang Guy is full of shit about dating apps. There's websites where you can go, log in, and it just sends an email.
Starting point is 01:35:32 And you don't need to use your email. Over the past five years, I've spent thousands of dollars on dating apps. Wow. Fucking. In that time, I've received zero matches. What the fuck? It's like cocaine You get more out of coke probably
Starting point is 01:35:51 I'm not a gigachad He's like the that's a big drug bust for a small County in Minnesota Probably I mean he lives like kind of out there doesn't he way out. There's only like 1,500 people in his town Yeah, and that's the problem Everybody. Everybody's up in everybody's business. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Everybody knows everybody in those small towns, man. You think like 1500 people, that ain't that much. Like you see the same people all over the place.
Starting point is 01:36:15 You might not know all their names, but. Yeah. You're only like one, two degrees like separated from, being married to that, I mean, everybody's so connected. You really have to have your guard up around internet people. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:36:32 It's a shame, but it's just the nature of, being a micro-dine celebrity. You mean being an internet person. You have to have your guard up. Especially Nick, because he's so, I mean, he's like way more famous than me, you know, than us. See, and I don't even know, like I don't even know how big he is or...
Starting point is 01:36:49 Well, his Rittenhouse coverage was huge. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But then people started not like him. Yeah, well that's... As it happens on the internet. As it happens in life. Like, you know, we always, we want people taking down a peg. Yeah, yeah, yeah, always.
Starting point is 01:37:03 It could be the most wholesome fucking all-american Quarterback, you know or something and it's like if you win two Super Bowls It's like knock that fucker off and then and then pray for the comeback story, you know root for the comeback But yeah, I mean sure For I only take them as I as I know them I always I always a, I only take them as I know them. I always like Nick. I was real worried about him. He sent this email out that was like, it was like a kind of a thanks for your support email.
Starting point is 01:37:33 But also. But also like, see you again. And I'm like, oh no. Yeah, like writing a little bit like, I don't know what the word, where are you like, what could this be? I don't know what the word, where are you like, could this be? I didn't think doing a podcast, which I would spend so much time worried
Starting point is 01:37:49 about my friends killing themselves. Yeah. But here we are. Yeah. I don't know if that's the same in other industries. I don't know if garbage men spend a lot of time thinking about suicidal emails they see. No, but it does happen in any industry
Starting point is 01:38:04 where a lot of, when a lot of people watch you fall. That's any time you're broadcast, your failures are broadcast across, when a lot of people find out you're public, that can lead to that. I called him frantically. Plus, a lot of these internet people, they weren't, it's a different kind of fame.
Starting point is 01:38:26 Like they, because they were in their house the whole time and they got famous out of their house. And now everybody, as opposed to being like an actor or a musician or something like that, where you're around, you get- A lot easier to blend the two. Right, right. And all of a sudden, yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:43 And you get all, so you do not have the tools to deal with that kind of stuff. Yeah, I got that email. I called him up real fast, like, ah, thank God, okay, okay, okay. I talked to him for a minute and then. You did. Yeah, hung up, shaking obviously.
Starting point is 01:39:02 And there was a rap on my car door, sitting out there in the desert at the music festival, and this guy goes, whack, whack, whack, on the door, and I'm like, go... You just talked to Nick? Roll the window down, and he goes, hey, it was one of the guys that helped me with the shade structure, and he goes, hey, sorry about your shade structure,
Starting point is 01:39:16 do you want some Coke? And I'm like, you have no idea how funny that is that you... Yeah. That's hilarious. Wow, Good timing. It's ripping here. Is it the Mandela effect? I started just laughing.
Starting point is 01:39:29 It's like, get out of here. Get out of here. You shouldn't be asking people that, man. I could be a cop without a shame thing. I could fucking be. Come on. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay.
Starting point is 01:39:37 I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not a gay. I'm not. Yeah. I could be a cop without a shame thing.
Starting point is 01:39:46 Look at me. Come on. I'm not a Giga Chad, but I'm a pretty good catch. People seem to like me just fine in person, meeting me at a bar, walking the river, et cetera. That's what you think. But not even one match across a bunch of dating apps. Wow, now how do you not get any matches?
Starting point is 01:40:03 Well, I got very, way way back when I got very few. Yeah. I think it's tight. How do they keep you fucking paying for it if it's not working? Well because guys are desperate. We'll pay for it. I guess. No matter what, even if you get no matches ever.
Starting point is 01:40:20 I don't even say it's desperate. It's just like, well if that's what I need to do, that's what I need to do. Yeah, but at some point, right? I mean, don't you try another app? Or don't you try another? Like, if you're getting no, no, you know, you're not even getting a bite? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:40:34 They did, I read this study recently that was like, the women on the app are, they're highly neurotic. Like, more than most. They're like, like. The women on the app get round and round. Round and round, like that's... yeah. And the guys are like, you know, bad news. It seems to...
Starting point is 01:40:51 It had some kind of profile of the kind of men and women they're on that are using the app successfully. It's definitely a type. It seems like it would be impossible. It seems like modern dating is just setting women up to fail because they can't make choices yet They're they're required to mmm like you in the normal world You walk up to a woman and talk to her you run into a woman and it's just her new
Starting point is 01:41:14 She's got a lot of time to make a decision Yeah, you know because she has to make it and she needs time to make it but now with ABS It's an infinite number of guys. Yeah. And you have no information to go on and no time to make a decision. It's just message, message, message. It seems like it would be impossible for it to work, but whatever. It's a lot of information coming in. Yeah. And none of it good.
Starting point is 01:41:40 None of it genuine. Right. People have not even won Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, CMB being the main ones. Paying for them is a scam. Nothing from all of those. Maybe he's a big loser. We met in person the next time. PBS, before you say your obvious response,
Starting point is 01:42:00 the greatest pick up line of all has never worked for me. These broads are too crafty. They fill out my crossword puzzle and then disappear. Oh, because I always say just give them drugs. Before anything else happens. I don't share with them anymore. You gotta show me how it's done. No. Please do not read anything below this line in the show. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 01:42:23 Doesn't work for him. What am I supposed to do with this information? I can't read on the show. I don't know. Advice. Hey, Dick. UK Dickhead here. First time writing in, but I need advice. And who better than you?
Starting point is 01:42:34 I'm a six foot one fit. I go to the gym and I'm not autistic and have basic social skills. Right. Basically, there's a 32 D cup, five4 emo, a solid 8 out of 10. We met at a local club and found out we know a couple of people in common. And I asked her about her dad and end up at her place and end up having sex.
Starting point is 01:42:54 But I find out later in the morning that they are my old friend's stepsister. Any advice will be helpful. What, cause your old friend might want to fuck her? Is that... Wait, wait, it's his friend's stepsister. An old friend's stepsister. Yeah. You know. So don't start acting like you did something wrong. Right. You didn't. You didn't do anything wrong. Nothing. Nothing. You know the guy. Yep. If you want to let him know, let him know. Is this... If you don't want to date her don't tell him not a grown woman well
Starting point is 01:43:28 what does grown woman mean yeah I you have absolutely nothing to explain yeah unless you think you do and then then, you know, keep it short. Uh, yeah, okay, sure, sure. But, I mean, you're not... He might have a... What is he supposed to do? Now you're putting this on him! What am I supposed to do with this message? I gotta ask you? How was the sex? Like, what do I wanna...
Starting point is 01:43:57 Does he think he needs to ask permission? Yeah, maybe. And stepsister, too, so it's kind of weird. Because they're not... Because, you know, maybe he... I don'tister too, so it's kind of weird because they're not, because you know, maybe he, I don't know, what, what do you, how do you feel about a step-sister? I don't know, I only have a sister. Yeah, I don't have a step-sister. So I'm like, you, well, you know, this guy better be good, right? I mean, I don't know, probably everybody's relationship is different, you know, I mean, I
Starting point is 01:44:21 don't know, where they, do they grow up, like, you know, where they, like, you know, three and two together growing up in the same family, like, they know, I mean, I don't know, do they grow up like, you know, where they like, you know, three and two together growing up in the same family, like they're the only sister you know. I don't know, how old are they? Well, he says 21, doesn't he? Yeah. Oh, no, he doesn't. Only because the old friend is an extremely autistic,
Starting point is 01:44:39 train obsessed type, and he would never leave me alone. Well. Well, what does that mean? He would never leave you alone. Well, well what what does that mean? You'd never leave you alone like dating both of them then Whatever advice you can give would be good Is that what he's worried about Europeans need a road rage go fuck yourself and succulents which is for Sean man You got to give more information like on what kind of at least autistic so find out what this guy's not No, the other his yeah, it's always gotta be fucking autism related somehow.
Starting point is 01:45:05 I guess. You know? Every fucking relationship... Oh, somehow. Yeah. I'm not autistic. Okay, is the girl that you're dating autistic? No.
Starting point is 01:45:13 Yeah. Who's autistic then? The brother. Well, funny you should mention. Is it the step brother? No. Yeah. Ah, fuck.
Starting point is 01:45:19 That's the dog. The dog is autistic. Women, the state, God, autism. Stay away. You guys, the four, the unholy quadragon. Women, the state, God. Autism. Stay away. Because the four, the unholy dragon. So you combine combining those things is basically all of your problems. Yeah. Combining women in the state, you got marriage. That's fucking you over. Combining women in religion. I don't know what you got there. Fuckin' God is obviously autistic. I don't know what you got there. Fucking God is obviously autistic.
Starting point is 01:45:44 Uh, okay. Yeah, he's autistic, so find out something that he hates. Like, autistic people love, they have like superpowers, like they love trains and stuff, but then they have like a kryptonite that they really hate, like they can't take balloons going, you know, wee-wee-wee-wee. So if you want to get rid of them, you got to carry like a balloon in your pocket and go, and they go like, ahhh, and're we're we're so if you want to get rid of them you got to carry like a balloon in your pocket and Go and go like ah run away. Yeah Easy or have a shirt that has a balloon on it or something. You gotta find out what his autistic kryptonite is. Oh god
Starting point is 01:46:17 And let me know how it goes What do you mean never leave you alone like just want to hang out all the time or be like like where is my sister? What are you doing with my sister? You know like? Texting it's pretty easy to ignore adults. Yeah. Right? Yeah. Is he gonna show up at the battering ram at your house? While you're having sex with his step sister? I don't know, man.
Starting point is 01:46:34 He might drive a train through your front door. Okay. Oh wow, this is a big one. What a fucking episode this is. It's just a fucking mess, man. Jesus Christ. How do you pull out of this one? You gotta get your kids back.
Starting point is 01:46:53 You can't ever drink on stream again, right? I mean, I always regret getting too drunk on stream. And if you do, then a lot of people should yeah, honestly, it's it's healthy Yeah, I shouldn't have done that but you're that was bad. That was embarrassing. Yeah, you're not Responsible for other people the same way. You know, I mean you don't have dependence and Yeah How do you recover? I you just you get kids back How do you recover? You just...
Starting point is 01:47:23 You gotta get the kids back. Step one. You gotta stay out of jail. You gotta do the fucking... Yeah, you gotta stay out of jail. You gotta do the steps. Whatever the steps it takes to fucking... Is he gonna have to do time for this?
Starting point is 01:47:32 To satisfy... Who knows? I mean... Who knows? It's a small town. They could really hate him. You never fucking... The judge could hate him.
Starting point is 01:47:40 The fucking pastor could hate him. You never know. This other couple that they're fucking around with could hate him. They'll get like suspended sentence community So I mean who know what they did to me and then she posted the woman posted this thing saying I'm not an addict someone did that to me look. I hope it's oh man I hope it's a I hope it's a smarten up fucking wake up call. You know what I mean? Just a little upside that just fucking deal with jail first all right
Starting point is 01:48:02 Let's smarten up you get if you if you could get away with just slap on the wrist and get and and you you know what I mean any you change your everybody else remember that you have to get away with everything they you're doing if you're doing anything you got to get away with it that's the most important part of doing something well of doing illegal shit is getting away with it okay let's see here yeah maybe we do a fat watch then we'll play some voicemails yep that watch today and fat news slot machine almost puked all right should be good and it's down.
Starting point is 01:48:45 Boo. Sometimes they delete them. Really? Because they're so fat. This was the woman from I'm usually a one pack kind of girl ramen trough video. What does that mean? One pack of ramen? Oh wow.
Starting point is 01:49:04 So it's a fat woman with nicado avocado. I can't not eat a nugget. Oh my god. So it's a fat chick. What? It's a fat chick with a fat guy. Nicata avocado. I know him all they do is go on YouTube and eat like disgusting amounts of food and Then they have heart attacks at you know, 35 get all those sauces. They've got every sauce for McDonald's I'm ready for a little For McDonald's. Yeah. Oh my god.
Starting point is 01:49:46 I'm ready for a nugget. I'm gonna fucking throw up. What do you think the appeal is of this sort of content? Fetish. You think it's fetish? No, it's the only thing I can think of. But the guy does it too. That can't- he's like a famous YouTube guy.
Starting point is 01:50:01 Is he? All he does is eat sickening amounts of food. So that's what he's famous for? Yeah. Just eating food. Mm-hmm. He ballooned up to this weight. Gay fetish.
Starting point is 01:50:13 You think he's gay? He is gay. The whole thing's fetish? Whenever I can't figure it out, It's gotta be fetish, right? it's just so bizarre. I would think so. I don't know. People are just entertained by... Just watching people eat. Seeing how fat and gluttonous people can be.
Starting point is 01:50:30 If it was, let me eat who's gonna barf first? Yeah, that's funny. That's something everybody can get, you know. Like, that's not fetish. That's hilarious. I mean, I do wish I was eating all that food. Maybe that's part of it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:47 Let me see these fat pigs eat so much food and I want to eat it. You know. Yeah, okay. That's cool. You think McDonald's would like pay them to stop. Stop doing it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:51:00 Somebody's got to say something. Somebody's got to do something about it. They got to be on retainer from McDonald's, like please, for the love of God. Or at least, you know. Don't put our logo in your video. Cover the logos, yeah. You gotta freak out the logo.
Starting point is 01:51:10 Freak it out. Exactly. What do you do? It's like, if you look in the back on that, on that shot in the store, that does not say Coca-Cola on that vending machine. There's tape over it that makes it say something, you know, nondescript. Maybe they should sponsor it and just have like an eating scene. Unless it does say Coke, in which case they know it's there and it's supposed to be.
Starting point is 01:51:28 We could have the full Zoomer Olympics with like eSports and whoring and evening contests, weird drum and bass style dancing, just a bunch of goofy retarded shit. The dark triad of Fatwatch, fat phobia plus DEI. I saw this and immediately thought it'd be great for fat watch. Okay, let's see. Meet UCLA Medical School fat pride staffer whose compulsory lectures warn trainee doctors that using the word obesity is violence. Okay.
Starting point is 01:52:03 Yeah, sure. Mm-hmm. UCLA Medical School has been condemned by a renowned Harvard doctor for forcing students to take a fat positivity class. Oh man. UCLA Med School's making- Where are we gonna go for medicine when we grow one year older? Yeah, is making them take a fat positivity class?
Starting point is 01:52:22 Yeah, med school. Ah. At first year medical school, all first year medical school students at UCLA are required to read an essay bar by Marquiselle Mercedes. No, don't let her talk to- Is it literally just reading a, or is it literally a class? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:52:41 Self-proclaimed fat liberationist who claims that fatphobia is medicine's status quo and that weight loss is a hopeless endeavor. Is she a lecture or what? Or article entitled No Health No Care, the big fat loophole in the Hippocratic Oath is on the required reading list for the mandatory structural racism and health equity course. So they have to read a poem that they all can laugh about. Apparently, yeah, yeah, yeah. The class syllabus shows what students at the elite medical school are learning, but it's in the class called structural racism and health equity.
Starting point is 01:53:22 The mandatory structural racism and health equity. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I mean, that's right. Yeah What is that? Yeah Let's see Structural racism and health and probably, you know supposedly so you can practice medicine better like to You know, supposedly so you can practice medicine better, like to tailor it for somebody's like culture or background or something like that. So you're like, you could be a more understanding,
Starting point is 01:53:55 you know, doctor. Who the fuck knows, I'm making it up. More lying. Make sure you lie this way to black people or to Chinese people. What are examples, yeah, what are examples of structural inequalities of the personal, interpersonal, institutional and systemic drivers
Starting point is 01:54:12 such as racism, sexism class, blah, blah, blah, that make those identities salient to the fair distribution of health opportunities and outcomes? What, what is it? The root cause? This is a course? This is a government's, well, but no, this is the government's thing, I think.
Starting point is 01:54:30 Like you gotta go to like UCLA's curriculum. Oh man, I had a fucking, I had a crazy article about the COVID people to bring in, but I don't know, maybe I'll, there's all these emails of them saying, of one of the like doctors hang to, that they are deleting smoking guns I'll bring it. What is it one of those? Is it like is it like climate gate? No, no, no
Starting point is 01:54:52 Let me this one actually has something. Hang on. We're having a good show do this next week What is structural racism well you got to go to, UCLA's, you know what I mean? Because they're talking specifically about UCLA, right? Yeah. Is this it? Uh... UCLA. People are already searching for it. Anti-racism roadmap at UCLA Med School.
Starting point is 01:55:18 It's a part of med school, yeah. Is medicine like a hotbed for racism that I don't know about? Well, everything is now. because those white robes they got Yeah, yeah Everything I have the hoods. I mean every you know, it's well you be I mean you see it. It's it's that's being inserted into Into everything yeah equality of all kinds like it's more government shit. We chase we chase equity. That's ableist Look, we have a collective commitment to combat structural racism. Look, I mean you want to talk about like the system and stuff, but really like as doctors, you know, like you kind of, you know,
Starting point is 01:55:53 like Women are the same like, you know, anatomically and men are the same, right? But what you're saying is so wildly transphobic right now that I can't even acknowledge it with a response. Women are all the same, not the ones with big wieners. You want to rethink that, Sean? No, biological. I'll preface that by saying biological. What is biology even?
Starting point is 01:56:20 As God made you. Combating structural racism requires structural change. The ARR symbolizes an institutional commitment to eradicating structural racism and consists of 11, okay, whatever. So it's just like a bunch of middle management bullshit. So it's a bunch of fucking, it's so they can- Anti-racism training.
Starting point is 01:56:45 Make more money having them take a fucking other class that isn't going to change how they practice medicine at all, like- It might. Well, as far as, well, that would be protocols- What if you treated too many white people today? Well, that's- Whoa! Well, see, but that's gonna be-
Starting point is 01:56:59 That could've been a black guy. I'm saying like, just as a doctor, you know, as like you put who your somebody is who's put in front of you Is it like training them to get ready to be? Constantly by a poem by some racism rules an EDI committee members. I'm sure it's just gonna make everything harder Cuz all this shit does it never makes it easier never streamlines anything I don't know you imagine being a doctor and some asshole comes in and talks to you about racism?
Starting point is 01:57:27 You're like, aren't I a little too smart to be hearing something this retarded? Yeah. That poem about fat people. Yeah, I mean, this is for- Why am I not- These people aren't doctors yet, right? So they-
Starting point is 01:57:38 Why am I not telling you what to do? Yeah, that's why they don't get to say that because they're not doctors yet. You read a poem about how dangerous stupid people are. Well, yeah. Yeah. It's a fucking about how dangerous stupid people are. Well, yeah. It's a fucking pandemic. How about that?
Starting point is 01:57:49 How about I give you some reading material? Was that it for... Oh yeah, one more from Nick G. I'm not going to read your last name. Oh Wow Whoa, that's a big one. Yeah Am I supposed to cry about this addiction? No, she needs to get up Why didn't someone stop my ordeal at SeaTac Airport will shock you.
Starting point is 01:58:25 This experience I'm about to share with you is- Seattle. Seattle, yeah. An ordeal happened to her at the airport. Do you want to see the size of her again? Definitely be an ordeal, yeah. She's wearing a couch cover as a shirt and it doesn't close. So he's got some sort of a wild, I don't know,
Starting point is 01:58:51 bean bag coming out the front. Sea-tack. He's got some quad tits going on. You like to see that. Sea biscuit. Is yet another example of wine. Is this like a saucy pose? What is this with the legs?
Starting point is 01:59:06 Legs makes it look like it's some- two silly putty like stumps. Yeah, I know. With a thing put on top of it. Yeah. Uh... What is this saucy pose? It looks like a butt here.
Starting point is 01:59:21 Yeah. The legs have no form at all. No, they're kind of cabbage patching around. Yeah, it's, you know. Employee sensitivity. Training, a demand outlined in the plus size travel petition, is desperately needed. I'm a plus size wheelchair user and on a recent flight
Starting point is 01:59:39 to the SeaTac airport. I requested wheelchair assistance, as I always do. When it came time for me to deplane, I saw the employee who would be assisting me with my wheelchair waiting for me, in the entry of the jet bridge. As I approached her and she realized she'd be assisting me and not one of the smaller passengers, she started to walk away with the wheelchair while making comments about my size. Poor girl's gonna break her back wheeling Jabba the Hutt's barge up the up the ramp. I gotta get me me I gotta get out of here.
Starting point is 02:00:12 I mean I'm gonna I need a bigger chair. I need one of them fucking Home Depot that she thinks that they have for plywood. So she allegedly ran away from her with the chair, talking about how fat she is. I don't know, I tend to, you know. I don't think so, right? I tend to need to see some proof of that. Yeah. Like, you know, cause most people
Starting point is 02:00:34 don't really wanna get fired. No, right? They really don't. I don't wanna get fired. Yeah, they're living, you know. I'm just gonna sit here and wheel your fat ass around on a fucking chair. Yeah, where it's like, I mean, you might think something under your breath like oh, Jesus Jesus fuck
Starting point is 02:00:48 but Okay Even when I told her I really needed the chair and needed her to let me sit down in it She blatantly ignored me and kept walking. I was then forced to walk up one of the longest jet bridges I've encountered and she didn't stop the longest jet bridges I've encountered and she didn't stop. I had to walk up a ramp and they're playing fucking Schindler's List under it. That was the longest ramp. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:01:14 I mean, by the time I got to the top I had to leave again. So I rolled back down. Is this real? Yeah, you know, I don't know. I'd like to see some kind of proof. By the time she let me reach the wheelchair and sit down, my lips were white. My oxygen levels had dropped and I almost fainted.
Starting point is 02:01:30 This was my first time flying with- Oh, fuck off. This isn't real. Get out of here. What are you talking about? Let me see this. Without oxygen. This woman just assumed I could walk and would rather me do that. I mean, I believe a person would put this up
Starting point is 02:01:43 and lie about it. Yeah. But I also believe- I believe a person would put this up and lie about it. Yeah. But I also believe that- I believe a woman walked away with a wheelchair. That could happen. That could happen too. Any of it is possible, but you know. No one is doing her a favor by enabling her
Starting point is 02:01:56 instead of letting, yeah, yeah, yeah, man. It's everyone else's fucking fault. See what I mean? This enabling shit has infected people's brains. Yeah I know, yeah. Having to push someone my size up the jet bridge. It's actually giving the fat people's validity to their point of you guys are bullying me too much. No no no no no no no stop eating. Well the enablers are- you guys are helping them! You guys are helping the fucking addicts by putting weight on the enablers!
Starting point is 02:02:26 You're doing that! Ultimately comes down to the person. Their attendants wheeled their passengers up the jet bridge, but my needs were disregarded. This is discrimination. Nobody should be treated this way. Share your story at Change.org plus size travel. Let me check that out. Yeah, we must.
Starting point is 02:02:43 Change.org slash plus size travel. Okay. Did she say that was a no one should have to live like this? No one should have to not be not be wheeled up a ramp by a slave? Was that like a... Change.org isn't that like like an pharaoh? No one should have to live like this, not being wheeled up a ramp. By a person for free. Egyptian pharaoh. No one should have to live like this, right? No one should have to live having to walk up a ramp.
Starting point is 02:03:20 Are you kidding me? Yeah, it's her. Wow, okay. Body, equity, and travel. Goddamn you motherfuckers. Petition to the FAA, it's got 39,000 signatures. You know, well, yeah, but what is it, you know, what's the petition say? Like... Air travel should be comfortable and accessible for everyone regardless of their size.
Starting point is 02:03:42 I don't think a 10,000 person should be able to get on a plane. So they want, I mean, do they want, you know, everything retrofitted? Do they want everybody to greet them with a smile and say, I'm happy to push you up the ramp? Do they? Take the seats out, we can roll you in.
Starting point is 02:04:00 Fucking let you guys all collect in the corner, strap you down like FedEx does with cargo does with cargo containers forced to occupy only one seat with immovable armrests that caused me pain and bruises don't you I mean So are you supposed to are they supposed to give you a second seat for free? I've heard like Like I think South will do that, but yeah, but it's like they can't guarantee it though, right? I think South West will do that. But yeah, but it's like, they can't guarantee it though, right? You can't really guarantee if you pay for two seats, right?
Starting point is 02:04:27 I think you can say I'm a person, I'm a piece of shit and they'll give you a second seat. A POS. A POS, yeah. Being forced to occupy only one seat can result in pain and vulnerability to poor treatment from fellow passengers, including hateful comments, disapproving looks, and even refusal to sit next to them.
Starting point is 02:04:50 Well, I mean, it's not comfortable for anybody. It's not comfortable for them, and it's not comfortable for the people who have to sit next to you too. I'm getting bruised by your fucking fat ass spilling over. I could suffocate. This mistreatment of plus-size passengers is unacceptable as it highlights the urgent need for better policies that protect the dignity and rights of all passengers regardless of size. Man, they are building up some
Starting point is 02:05:16 fucking... Say. Building up. Unfortunately, plus-size passengers often experience discomfort and discrimination when flying. The lack of uniform customer-of-size airline policy is unacceptable and must be addressed. The FAA should mandate that all airlines have a comprehensive customer-of-size policy that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of all passengers.
Starting point is 02:05:38 Well how much? No, they're too busy putting in writing granting granting Boeing, granting Boeing safety passes. Yeah, put Boeing in charge of it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We gotta get these fat pigs. No, we gotta, we gotta give a bunch of exceptions to Boeing so they don't make those, let them, you know, give them a couple of years to work
Starting point is 02:05:56 to fix that out, yeah. Planes are falling out of skies right now. You really want them to start carving them up for, so you don't have to get made fun of for being too fat. So you don't get bruises on your, on what your gunt, you know, bruise up your gunt. Jesus Christ. This policy must have clear and inclusive guidelines,
Starting point is 02:06:16 including plus size individuals, individuals with disabilities, tall individuals. Oh really? Oh yeah, you're real, okay. You're really worried about tall individuals. Yeah, something tells me that you're real, okay. You're really worried about tall individuals. Yeah, something tells me that they're not, yeah. And someone tells you the POSs are not gonna give just the tall individuals the time of day.
Starting point is 02:06:34 Yeah, anyone who needs more space to be comfortable when flying. The policy should also provide alternative seating arrangements, larger seats, and other size accessible shit. Sure. All right, here are some policies. Oh my god. Clear communication. Airlines must create a set of policies. Sam you really
Starting point is 02:06:51 love these policies huh? Yeah. Well policies. Employee training. Wow this chick really did not like her wheelchair getting taken away. Employee weight lifting classes. Mandatory weight lifting classes, mandatory weightlifting classes. Fucking back implants, fucking the DARPA suits to give you superhuman strength, like an exoskeleton, so you can lift me up out of my seat and put me in my barge,
Starting point is 02:07:16 a wheel float me up the ramp. Jesus. We need longer ramps, like the ones they use to build the pyramid that start at the gate and go about six miles out Yeah, you can barely tell your yeah, yeah wheeled up and tell your yeah, you know hi 30 feet above the ground right right Okay, blah blah blah blah blah, okay, whoa whoa whoa all right everybody stick show
Starting point is 02:07:43 Yes, it was. Pageon.com slash dick show. We got a free nick. I don't know how we're doing it. Well. I know those kids weren't neglected. They were. Be all over the police report. You know, you would think so.
Starting point is 02:08:00 You know, the kids were dirty. Looks like the big- Bruises. Yeah, the young one looked like they'd been wearing the same clothes for, don't you think? Did we read the whole police report? Did we skip some? No, I mean, is there a police report?
Starting point is 02:08:14 I don't, I think we read it. It was all about the guns and stuff. Was that the, I don't even know what we read. Yeah, what do we, did I miss anything? I don't know. Did I miss anything in here guys? I'm sure next week we'll have more literature. Oh yeah, I'm sure everyone will be more upset with me next week.
Starting point is 02:08:30 Really? Yeah, I guess I'm just like... Nuts for not thinking that guns laying around and drugs being stored in drug places is like inherently wrong. I don't think it's, I'm not saying it's good behavior. Yeah. But it's not something that the government needs to be involved in. Yeah, I mean. Kids getting their ass kicked, getting raped.
Starting point is 02:08:59 Yeah. Yeah. Send the government in. Yeah. I mean. Those kids are not going to have fun where they're going, but, phew, best thing we got. I've got it.
Starting point is 02:09:07 Right. Send the CPS guys in. Send the parents to alcohol class or whatever. Yeah, I don't, you know. That's okay. But guns laying around. I don't know if I've ever. Drugs in a drug area, alcohol in the fridge.
Starting point is 02:09:20 Sorry, I don't think the government should be involved in that. Yeah. I think they had a, like when... Not saying you should do it, but... I think they just had like a baby when... Nick and his wife? Yeah. Yeah, I'm in Atlanta. They had a new baby. Has he brought the like any of the other kids to any of the shows or anything? I don't think so. Yeah. Let's see. I'm trying to find the police report. Maybe I'll, you know what, I'll play this. What? We can, you know. I'll look for it.
Starting point is 02:09:48 Oh, I forgot the fucking delay. Presenting, Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick.
Starting point is 02:09:56 Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick.
Starting point is 02:10:04 Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Dick. Oh No, is that true the won't Nick has a woman judge for his case and he's shit all over her before I think they're teaming up on a man. I got a bad feeling about it. Small town. An ounce of Coke? Try that in a small town, Sean. Yeah, maybe not. Just found... This guy says, I just found this recent citation for reckless driving from our hero Nick Riketa
Starting point is 02:10:42 with a $150 fine for ignoring it. 60 miles per, 80 miles per hour in a 60? What a standup guy. Are you fucking kidding me? That's called a freeway, you jackass. It's 80 in a 65. But I'll throw the book at him. That's going with the flow of,
Starting point is 02:10:59 Yeah. I once got a ticket for going 78 in a 65 and cars were passing me and the cop literally I was like, was I going different than the flow of traffic? He's like, no, it's just you were all speeding. So I got you. Like that was literally the explanation. Well, great. Scar wants to call in to give his point of view on court. Okay. of his point of view on court. Okay. Oh, this is the, okay, short description.
Starting point is 02:11:27 This is what the pastor said. Have a mandatory reporting issue I want to speak with an officer about. Have a mandatory reporting issue I want to speak with an officer about. See file 3310, possible child neglect abuse. Okay. Okay, the female judge representing Nick's drug case is the same one he was shitting on when he was shit-faced.
Starting point is 02:11:57 This is like old west shit. Shitting on the judge who's... Yeah. Don't shit on a hanging judge. you got to really keep your guard up around internet people man okay well here do we see this one lizard King she sent this okay it's a hundred dollar bill with white powder residue that field tested positive for cocaine a bindle white bag with white powder substance that field tested positive for a cocaine scooper you think that one tested positive for cocaine? Scooper no probably right think probably two baggies within a baggie with a funnel an unknown brown substance Huh was it poop?
Starting point is 02:12:40 additional firearm and Any ammunition were located in the garage the total amount of measurable cocaine in the master bedroom was 26.67 grams with packaging. Aww, without the packaging! Well, I mean, you know, it weighs something, doesn't it? Yeah, cut out. Oh man, please. God, I hope that goes under a felony. Schedule 2 substance. Ketamine is a Schedule 1 controlled substance. Isn't ketamine legal in California? Uh, there are... There's ketamine therapists.
Starting point is 02:13:07 Yes. Uh huh. Yep. That's crazy too, right? Well, some of this shit is legal here. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh, detective... Yeah, matter of fact, you know, it depends on the state, but like, uh, like Kaiser, uh,
Starting point is 02:13:21 I believe opened, uh, five ketamine clinics for their, you know. Detective Popple met with Nick Reketa outside his residence. He was read as Miranda rights and agreed to speak with the officers without counsel. Nick Reketa indicated that he sleeps in the master bedroom with his wife. He indicated that April Imholt was at the home visiting. You know, maybe they weren't doing any weird sex stuff.
Starting point is 02:13:47 Yeah, I don't know. I mean, I just hear Coke and then like the guy who's out of the separated recently like, that's where my mind goes. But I don't know. Yeah. Proof of that. Nick's wife was placed under arrest while being placed under arrest. Detective Poplins noted several injuries to the arms of Nick that appeared consistent with sores that are common with controlled substances. What? You fucking liars!
Starting point is 02:14:11 Now he didn't have track marks! Well I mean like how? Oh you see the cops lie about fucking everything! They're stupid and they lie about fucking everything! You know Nick should have taken some fentanyl, a drop of fentanyl and put it above the door so all the cops would have just fainted. Ah!
Starting point is 02:14:29 Like fucking Wolf's Bane for werewolves. Unknown brown substance. I'm like, is this heroin we're talking about? I mean like- Probably molly. It's kind of brown sometimes. But like, yeah, I mean, who knows, sores? Sores.
Starting point is 02:14:43 Like honestly, I know I haven't seen the guy in a while But did he just like fall off? Did you just fall off a cliff as far as like drug use goes all of a sudden? He you know he's got sores he's picking at and shit like I mean I he was streaming all the time I doubted sores He might have got his ass. He did have a black eye when he did his mug shot. He might have got his ass kicked What by the cops? No. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Uh, uh, uh, we're placed under arrest, while being placed under arrest,
Starting point is 02:15:26 yeah, several injuries, consistent with sores. You see how they lie about shit? Consistent that sores of controlled substance use. And this is the police report? Yeah, they were transported to the jail. His wife didn't speak at the jail. He was again read his rights and agreed to speak with officers without an attorney.
Starting point is 02:15:44 He refused to answer any questions regarding cocaine or other controlled substance use. Nick indicated that he lives in his residence. He stays in the master bedroom with his wife, April with a friend who is visiting and does not live in the residence. While being booked in the jail, his wife requested their prescription medication be brought to her. Upon reviewing the prescription bottles for his wife that were brought to the jail, jail staff found two unknown pills. That's... that doesn't look good. And gummies in one of the prescription bottles. These items did not match the prescription on the bottle.
Starting point is 02:16:13 Uh... please take notice. Alright, that doesn't... I mean, that doesn't necessarily... So, see Sean, if the prescription... If the prescription was there, those drugs would have been totally fine. Yeah. You know? You can have infinity Xanax around kids. That's fine.
Starting point is 02:16:31 I know. But ketamine? Yeah. Guns? Yeah. It's amazing what happens to people. And especially, just one fucking label and it's like their brain changes gears. Everybody should know how many ODs are there from prescribed drugs.
Starting point is 02:16:49 Xanax will fucking ruin your life. Yeah, man. I know. It fucking destroys your brain more than any other drug. I know. The most dangerous ones. They will put kids on enough Ritalin to make you high for a week just to sit them in school. How many kids are on Ritalin? Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 02:17:10 Ritalin, how many kids? More than who needs to be. Oh, yeah. Is Ritalin overprescribed? Yes. How many kids take Ritalin? 8%! 8, 10, 12. There is no fucking way! ...they used Ritalin. So if you're in like 10th or 12th, like that's when you...
Starting point is 02:17:30 They could be getting it themselves too, like, hey I want some Ritalin, you know what I mean? From their friend who has a prescription. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. So like that, you know, but yeah. This is what annoys me so much about it. People hyperventilating and working themselves up into histrionic fits, not because of drug problems, but because of kids around them. And yet this is like, well, you know.
Starting point is 02:17:56 It's just different when there's a printed label. Yeah. Did the doctor learn that in equity class? That that was okay? Sure. It's not fuck. It's not okay How many kids take medication, yeah 13% of children With parent reported we're current. So we're currently receiving ADHD ADHD medicines
Starting point is 02:18:21 Yeah, that's just way too much man, right, they were of the people who were reported by, who have ADHD. Yeah, including 5% of boys, 7% of girls. Hmm. Yeah. Yeah, good times. I don't think kids should be on cocaine. No, I don't think anybody should be on cocaine.
Starting point is 02:18:39 Probably not. But it's probably better you're not. It's better that you're not. Yeah, ideally you don't. But do what you think is best, you know. You gotta have a little fun. It's not here to tell you what to do, but it's... You know.
Starting point is 02:18:51 Uhhhh... Okay, let's find some voicemails. That's what people want. You just got out of jail? Yeah, well you took your kids away? Oh man, get ready for my lecture on fucking sobriety. Yeah, oh boy. I am currently a little buzzed, just FYI.
Starting point is 02:19:16 That's a mandatory reporting thing that I have to do. I guess the system is just totally amazing for most people. Because they're stupid, so, you know, they don't really think about anything. So it's like, well, you know, they said they're protecting kids, so I guess they are. Yeah, they're just, yeah. Okay. You want to think about that a little bit more? Nah.
Starting point is 02:19:39 Uh, okay. Solar salesman. Hey, I remember being incanvassing for solar power and Whenever I heard you talking about the solar That just struck a chord in me and I knew how Fucked up that system was yeah because I feel really bad
Starting point is 02:20:02 When I was pitching that stuff To people they always assume that oh when the lights go out, at least we have solar panel and we're gonna have lights on. Well, everyone else is just in the dark and we have AC, blah, blah, blah. And I remember asking the guy that was training me, he's like, hey, is that true? Does solar power really do that?
Starting point is 02:20:21 We're not supposed to tell them that that's the way it is, but we like to let them think that. And the more and more, probably three days in, I was like, this is a really fucked system. And I was just trying to get a job like everyone else. I'm just trying to get paid. General rule now for me is if someone's knocking on your door telling you that they're giving you a great deal They're full of shit trying to fuck you over because no one ever comes to you and says here's 20 bucks By the way, I love you guys. Yeah, I love biggest problem. You guys have been there since Shit whenever I've been in my depression you guys are great. Love you Sean. Thank you and fuck off. Love you And we had a real pushy salesman come by a couple days ago.
Starting point is 02:21:09 And the neighbor saw me outside and she says, hey, who does your like bug your extermination? I said, oh, this company. She said, that doesn't sound right. This guy came to our door and said, we're working with your neighbors on their extermination and I want to talk to you about doing your bug extermination. Oh, great.
Starting point is 02:21:30 He was really pushy and obnoxious. And I was like, no, that guy came to my house and I said, I'm eating. And he just kept talking. It's like, man, get the fuck out of here. It was right after the solar shit. Like, now you're causing problems with all my neighbors? I got enough problems over the solar shit. Yeah, like now you're causing problems with you're fucking causing problems with all my neighbors I got enough problems over here, man. Yeah, really?
Starting point is 02:21:52 You know You know what makes me fucking rage? I'm exhausted. I'm not jerking off or anything. Okay, this fucking fucking boomer's not saving anything. Saying, you know what? I've got my house. I don't need to save a dime. I'll buy my house for a dollar and then becoming a hoarder.
Starting point is 02:22:17 And then the breadwinner dies. He didn't save any money either. He was making 200 grand a fucking year Donated most of it to the fucking government Republicans, but you know, oh both were retarded donated it now. I have no money Grandma has no money. So the selling the house that would have been my house. Oh And I've just spent all day
Starting point is 02:22:44 Getting into just a little bit of the hoarderness. I'm dead exhausted. I'm gonna have to do this a thousand more times, probably, for more dumpsters at 590 bucks. Too math, too tired. All I know is, uh, fucking my grandmother better fucking die. Fuck you bitch. I hate you. And all boomers. Go fuck yourself dick. And Sean, I love you. He's dealing with the whorehouse. but he was doing a little drinking too.
Starting point is 02:23:25 You think? Yeah. I do. He had a few beers. That's cool. I'd be pissed off too. Yeah. You guys couldn't have thrown this shit away when you were alive?
Starting point is 02:23:34 Hey, I got a rage for you. Go. So, my dad keeps getting hacked on Facebook, right? He keeps getting his accounts stolen. By the same fucking guy, only recently did he figure out how to get him to stop because he finally changed his fucking password I don't fucking get these old books. They've really had how many years to understand the internet by the same But that's not the point he's unstoppable the fact that this But that's not the point. He's unstoppable!
Starting point is 02:24:03 It's the fact that these Indian fucks that just fucking think that, like, they can convince you that, oh no no, I am your dad! Like, no, no, definitely not! And you're not trying to sell a fucking 2012 Honda for a thousand dollars, which is perfectly fine, low miles. My dad's racist, he'd never drive an Asian car, so... I even told him that. And then, I'm on the highway, I'm gonna die, I don't know, we'll set a Honda!
Starting point is 02:24:34 What do you mean? You've been called out! So... So, uh, eventually this fucker blocks me, but it's just like, dude, how fucking deep are these motherfuckers that they, that it was like, Oh yeah, he'll, he'll believe me. All these spelling errors and shit. Yeah, definitely. I'm just the normal dude.
Starting point is 02:24:59 Right. I was... And then apparently like, he uh, he refriended, he refriended my dad's wife. Hahaha! So she could show Bob's in the machine. And uh, he, he, it didn't work. Just anyway. He tried to get your dad's- I don't know, he just thought, oh man, now I'm white, now I can do all the white people things! Don't show Bob's in the machine! Okay, that's all. Don't fuck yourself. Now I'm white now I can do all the white people thing
Starting point is 02:25:34 Okay, so you hacked your dad's Facebook account and tried to get nudes from his wife Wow, that's a pretty devious Just a wife hello, sir. Yeah, can I see pictures of your bobs and Vigene? Hello madam? I'm a white guy just like you and I see bobs and vagene? Hello, madam. I'm a white guy just like you. Can I see bobs and vagene? Same guy got into my fucking thing. So I have a sauna at my gym and I love it. It feels great after a lift. I love going. It would be absolutely perfect, save for the fucking creeps who have to act like they're doing the entire time they're there. What? Like I'm just sitting. That means checking off.
Starting point is 02:26:13 Good. They call it. And all of a sudden I start hearing. Oh, because they like it so much. Oh, oh, like, man, Because they like it so much Like man, I don't want to hear you sploozing across for me. I just want to chill but It's weird, right? Yeah. Well, anyways, that's it. Love the show dick. Go fuck yourself. Yeah Sean Yeah, yeah, I know you hear people fucking do that. Really loving that sauna.
Starting point is 02:26:48 Ah, yeah. Yeah, all right, good. How does, oh, this is the anti-fatness presentation? Maybe I should do a show where I just take all the slides from the anti-fatness body positivity people and just read them and present them like normal. Her name's Mercedes. Sure it's not Buick? Yeah. Uh, Fatness is blamed for... I don't know, it's just all the same shit.
Starting point is 02:27:14 It's the same shit. It's the same shit. Look at that picture. Oh boy. It's what the pizza sees. They're gonna get fucking... I've what? She's gonna get busted for like pretending to be black Yeah, she might be she might be right like yeah, yeah
Starting point is 02:27:32 Okay Okay, I'm I Don't care if it's late or not. I it's stupid. I'm gonna run the fucking clock out on this. Oh boy. I just Nick man. Oh Well, he's a good guy I did something I didn't think I'd do I Watched him law Twitter's law YouTube. You know, that's the bullshit the shit that Nick was doing that made him fucking You know They made him fucking, you know, that made him famous, rich and famous. I mean, he followed
Starting point is 02:28:08 your gravity well. As you even said, Dick, your gravity slingshot into the sun. But, you know, if you can ride that fucking gravity slingshot, you can make an orbit around the sun, you can land on a planet full of riches and fame that you never ever fathom. That's what Nick did. I don't know. I watched the deposition. Not the deposition. They were rain men. It was live-streamed. I know you watched it too. He even said it himself, never try to represent yourself. Everyone shits on him for doing that, but... Well, at his arraignment. It was kind of slow in the moment.
Starting point is 02:28:54 That's not a trial. He's representing himself at his arraignment where they give you bail. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Your bail's 50 grand. It's not a trial. And you can't drink it after you do random drug testing. What are you gonna, and he said, I object to the bail amount.
Starting point is 02:29:08 And the judge said, no. Yeah. You and your wife both 50 grand. So it's costing him $10,000 to go home. That's not the same thing. Yeah. Yes. Man was hungover coming off a bunch of fucking coats.
Starting point is 02:29:20 I get it. I mean, we both know. We know how it is, And I, you know, fucking hard a little bit. And I think he did good. You know, he obviously, he can change all that and, you know, get a proper lawyer for everybody. We have the means and he has the connections. This is the fact that he, even, even when he was like, hey, everything's fucked, right? Shit's fucked.
Starting point is 02:29:51 But, I mean, he stood by his wife. I wouldn't have done it, but hey, he stood by, he even stood by the whore they were both fucking. Hey, he stood by even stood by the war they were both fucking Mexican guy Just like Jesus Man he's a good guy even stood by the whore there It's just really has a he's a good guy. He even stood by the whore there. HAHAHAHA It's just really has a- he's a real wordsmith. It took him a minute or two to get there by that. He really delivered. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:30:36 Sean, you always gotta stand by the whore you fucking- I mean that's- that's man code. It's the best piece of advice my grandfather ever gave me. I was six or seven, you know. Son, you always have to stand by the whore you're fucking. Okay, Grandpa. You may not want to, but you always have to. Right. Trust me, you're in it for life. Now let's go to the garage and get in the car and start it.
Starting point is 02:31:05 Oh! Hahaha! I'm honestly convinced at this point that he was... Whenever I heard, oh man, he was trying to go on the DT, he was fucking drunk, so he wouldn't have had DT. Honestly, I think one of them was sucking him off under the fucking table. Hahaha! I mean, come on, come on. I've had a lot of liquor.
Starting point is 02:31:27 We don't like to think that. I mean, what's... Does he look like all fucked up now? Uh, no, it's when he's not... I mean, every time someone says he's shit face, I would watch the stream the next day. You know, like physical appearance. He looked fine when I saw him. All right. In Nashville. He looked fine when I saw him the stream the next day. You know, like physical appearance. He looked fine when I saw him. Alright.
Starting point is 02:31:47 In Nashville. He looked fine when I saw him on stream. Which was when? When was Nashville? God, was it... I don't think... Shit can get fucking... You can get rough looking quick if you have an aptitude for it. But I mean, you know, you have an aptitude for it but yeah but I mean you know that's it seems like all of a sudden well September 16th 2023 yeah okay I mean it sounds like a guy
Starting point is 02:32:14 you say they make him sound like a guy who I wouldn't recognize like I find that hard to believe he's lost lost some weight. He would look, when he gets shit-faced, he looks shit-faced. Yeah, then the next day he looks, I'll see him on stream and I'll be like, yeah, fine. Well, he's a thin guy anyway. Yeah, he's always a thin guy. But losing weight, you know,
Starting point is 02:32:38 there's reasons for that. Yeah. Uh, oh, did I finish this guy? I'm on Cloud 9 right now, dick. And I... I couldn't stop thinking about fucking... Little fucking racket. He's in a bad spot, but...
Starting point is 02:32:56 I think he'll come out of it. I hope so. He won't come out of it unscathed. He won't come out of it unscathed. No, I mean, you know. Alright, you got one run out the clock. He's gonna almost run out the clock on this one too. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:33:16 I won't come out unscathed. There's some scathing, but you know. Significant scathing. But not, man, not years in prison. No. Fuck that. No, no, no significant scathing. Yeah. But not, man, not years in prison. No. Fuck that. No, no, no, no, no. Fuck that.
Starting point is 02:33:27 No, not unless, not with what, not with what I know about what's going on right now. I mean, there's gonna have to be some like wild new information to come to light for me to kind of, yeah, I would say hopefully this is, he kind of comes to. Yeah. And just says, yeah, I would say hopefully this is, he kind of, kind of comes to. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:33:48 And just says, okay, I'm going to, you know, I had, I had things going real well, you know, and I fucked it up. Yeah. Let's, let's, let's not, let's be a little less careless next time. And the fuck, uh, people, you know, people are very manipulative when it comes to Well, I don't know when it comes to anybody who disagrees with them on the internet So you mean like people look bad-faith arguing or yeah, I guess you yeah It's also like the response. I do a show with you. What the fuck are you talking about?
Starting point is 02:34:19 Yeah, exactly. I'm always telling you about these people I'll get the... Because the penalty is like 25 years, right? $500,000. Conceivably, yeah. Conceivably. But... Reasonably, I guess, it seems like you might... Some people are saying, oh, you might get a two-year suspended sentence.
Starting point is 02:34:43 Yeah. Which means as long as you don't fuck up, you don't go to jail. Yeah. And that's fine, but, you know, courts, they just, life has this way of surprising you. Courts have this way of surprising you. Yeah. Now and then. So...
Starting point is 02:34:59 Yeah. It would be nice. That would be, that would be very unscathed. Yeah. That would be very unscathed. Yeah. That would be very unscathed. Less time than Ralph would be a little scathed. Right? Right.
Starting point is 02:35:17 More than a year would be totally fucked. If he had to serve that? If he had to go to prison or jail or whatever for that long. Yeah, I don't know. For months, that would be, and then years would be just completely fucked. I don't know what that accomplishes. Well, it has nothing to do with children at that point.
Starting point is 02:35:36 No. That's not the penalty for child neglect. Yeah. It's just cocaine. If they- Which is totally fucking retarded. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, it's...
Starting point is 02:35:47 Okay. Da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da. cocaine if they totally fucking retarded yeah yeah yeah yeah I mean it's okay okay dick why are you cursed why are you cursed dick you seem like a good guy everyone around you it's like their life just falls apart soon as they get in contact with you Really not even in ways related to you Sometimes they are sometimes they're not They're always not you should like Just warn people man. Hey, nobody gets out of here. I do Second question why is Sean
Starting point is 02:36:22 I do Second question why is Sean Immune from this curse. Why are you immune to I don't think I am I sing your life up Sean Sean's life just seems to be getting better since she's known you What's fucking falling apart ways, I don't know, but it seems like Sean's doing okay. Well, I'm not worried about going to jail or... Why are you cursed? I don't know.
Starting point is 02:36:52 I could be, you know... Why do this to people? There's always a chance I could get canceled in some way for some association with this show. Like I'm, yeah, I'm not gonna blame anybody but myself if that happens. Like I don't think I, you know, I don't, I make jokes, people don't like jokes.
Starting point is 02:37:08 You know, I mean, maybe I'm, maybe I'm, maybe, you know, people who've come on this show, guilty by association. I know how the fucking world works. I know how it works, but like, you know, you know, I'm doing fine as far as the, you know, possibly going to jail for something. I'm not worried about that. Not worried about going to jail.
Starting point is 02:37:29 No. Alright, Scar what do you want? Let me get, Scar are you there? Does anybody have Maddox's quotes from about Nick? Let me see if I have him on my phone. I can't see his fucking account. Are you unmuted scar somebody suppressed are you suppressed the suppression yeah what do you want to say so I'm since I'm the resident dick
Starting point is 02:37:59 show you know convict but are you yeah even though I have felonies, I've been through the court system a couple of times and I wanted to tell you what I think might happen. Okay. Yeah. I, you know, I see that, you know, a lot of people have made accusations. A lot of people are like, hey, there's this thing going on in Nick Ricata's house. Well, they have to question who's going to have that evidence and how they got that evidence. And that is easy. Yeah. Well, the cops have that evidence because of somebody that made an accusation from,
Starting point is 02:38:38 I'm going to make a guess like Kiwi Farms. Oh, you think so? I think so. I don't think that this pastor honestly believes in the accusations that they're getting. I think that they're passing it off like they're just somebody that's uneducated and ignorant. So I think it might get dismissed. So if it doesn't get dismissed,
Starting point is 02:38:58 what might happen is because he made some like dumb remarks. The Coke is there. The Coke is real. That's the... Well, well, well, the coke is an accusation, Dick. No, the cocaine was taken from the house. Yeah, you're right. But I'm trying to help him out here. How are you helping?
Starting point is 02:39:18 It's an accusation. He's guilty until proven innocent, Dick, you know. As we know in the American court system. Yeah well It goes to say that these accusations are baseless and that he might be able to get thrown out But he's not doing himself any favors by trying to represent himself. How do you know he's representing himself? Why do you think that? Well, he said that in his arraignment. Yeah, but that's just at the arraignment What a man let me tell you as somebody that's been drunk in the jail cell before I feel like he's drunken in the jail Right, even though he's out on bail. He better start making some better decisions man
Starting point is 02:39:57 Yeah, it feels like it really feels Like he's still drunk. Mm-hmm. But is he's not he hasn't been like talking very much. Well, that's a damn good thing. Yeah. The the good thing that he's been doing is not been talking. There's been a lot of accusations thrown out about him. But I think that the best thing that he has going for him is the fact that he has a baseless accusation thrown about at him By somebody that had no reason to throw it at him. Well, let's see. That's I mean, I guess that's a maybe what if somebody
Starting point is 02:40:34 Uh, what if somebody's just way too invested in nick and decided to tell the pastor? Hey, this guy's getting this guy's got a bunch of what? What evidence do they have that he even has coke in his house besides a guess? Besides the coke? Well, you know, you got him there on that. But like, maybe you should represent him. In the court of law, you have to have a reasonable suspicion for coke to be there. So yeah, I can't see a reason that they would even continue on this.
Starting point is 02:41:04 Well, I can't see a reason that they would even continue on this. Well, I don't know. I don't we got to wait for the affidavit for the search warrant to come out. Well, I think the state it well, it's not even an affidavit. It's just like the statement from the the priests. No. Well, that will be that will be in there. It will be like this is what I was this is what I was told. I'm the pastor. This is what I was told was in the house. And then the police will have either decided
Starting point is 02:41:30 to investigate that, they'll get a search warrant for that, or they would follow up with who he names. I mean, they have to do some research. They have to. But the pastor doesn't come by that information firsthand. That's what's a little weird to me. They have to do a little digging. If he had flimsy, that's what I mean.
Starting point is 02:41:51 Then he would immediately have a really bad case thrown at him. But because the pastor does not have any realistic form of evidence besides he said, she said, he does have a good case. Maybe, I don't know, maybe he does have some, like I said, the guy that lost his wife to Nick would have firsthand information, which said, I saw this, tell the cops, which could be possible.
Starting point is 02:42:17 We need to wait for them to call him forward as a witness, but until then we haven't seen that. I, and if you want my honest opinion, Dick, I think they're kind of despairing him with a scare tactic of just like arresting him and letting him like get away with the charges, but Honestly, it feels like what might happen is a They they know that he's like kind of this educated person, so they're probably going to have him plead down.
Starting point is 02:42:49 But people who are talking about how he's going to face 25 years are delusional. I kind of want to go on record and say that, oh man, everybody that's making these YouTube like thumbnails that are like, oh hey, Nick Riketa is facing 25 years. You guys need to cool it because you guys don't know what you're talking about this guy at worst. And I mean this as somebody that's seen it. He might face maybe six months, maybe. And that's big. That's big. But I want you guys to know the temperature of it because he's a first time offender. They might try to make an example to know the temperature of it because he's a first-time offender They might try to make an example out of them. But ultimately he's not a he's not a criminal You know, he's just some guy that really did make a mistake by being an addict
Starting point is 02:43:34 Yeah, as somebody that's been in the system, even though in a different state I genuinely think that well, they might try to make an example out of them They're not gonna make the example out of them like some random fucking homeless person in Skid Row. Yeah, well, who's gonna get the maximum like that? They're in Nick's position, their first time. There's no fucking way. A drug dealer would.
Starting point is 02:43:58 Probably somebody that's ruining lives without any care, but it's kind of hard to tell with the fact that there's kids involved you know people like the moral f-word around yeah um yeah okay well we'll keep our fingers crossed I guess I don't think more of these voices I'm gonna play more voicemails scar my name is mr. Vito and I'm here to say I'm here to make Eric July feel bad in a major way. Anyways, have a nice day. See ya. Yeah. You guys. You guys.
Starting point is 02:44:28 It's rapping. I know. Wow. That's a Fruity Pebbles rap. That's an oldie, man. So my wife swears to me that she's not the one who's been clogging up the toilet. But it's real funny because I use that toilet every day, several times a day. Not clogged when I'm sitting in there.
Starting point is 02:44:52 It's just about every time she comes out of there, it's clogged up. But she's insisting, no, there's a problem with the toilet. I should call maintenance. But then I see her in there the other day helping our kid, Tommy train, and she spools off about 12 feet of toilet paper, rolls it up into the wall the size of a softball, wipes the kid once, and repeats that about three more times.
Starting point is 02:45:18 Right. And I'm like, babe. What are you doing? That's not what you do. That's why you're clogging up the toilet. Yeah. And she's like, no, still insisting What are you doing? That's not what you do. That's why you clogging up the toilet. Yeah She's like no still insisting. That's a Normal toilet. I should be able to handle that She will step a whole roll on this planet and this woman still doesn't know how to flush the goddamn toilet
Starting point is 02:45:39 Yeah, she needs an honorary degree. Yeah, she needs yeah. Yeah. Yeah Good stuff Yeah. She needs an honorary degree. Yeah. That she needs. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh-huh. Good stuff. Hey, Dick and Sean. This is Chicago's Biggest Dickhead calling in. Yo. So are you excited about the new content? Do you think Maddox is gonna-
Starting point is 02:46:00 No. You're gonna put out like a victory lap kind of video about the whole microtated thing 2027 maybe some of Maddox's best content for content farming purposes is his smug over-the-top like I win shit, so Excited misunderstand basic facts Future all right. I love you. Call me back
Starting point is 02:46:34 Let's see here's some of his gloating man. It's just a big win for everything Eric July wrote a wrote a five paragraph Tweet calling like Nick dumb and he doesn't know he's talking about and the end said like but he need help I will pay for his rehab or something like that at the end boy like man You are like a real cocksucker Everybody's getting their licks in now. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's you know, especially with the sex shit. Yeah dudes talking about fucking each other's wives, yeah jealous and I Know you're trying to do it like an own but I don't know It's just not it's not landing like you're trying to do it like an own, but I don't know. Uh... It's just not... It's not landing, like...
Starting point is 02:47:07 You're acting like... Uh... Holy shit, Maddox says. This guy was living in a coked out drug den. Sounds like it was squalor. Honestly, the situation for his kid seems sad. The faux concern. Yeah, I'm sure the kids are way better off with the parents getting arrested.
Starting point is 02:47:30 I hope they did end up in a better home. Just take them away. Mind boggling how this guy pretended to be a good boy Christian for years. Absolute fraud. Okay. You know, he might have been a good boy Christian for years. He might have been. Dude, shit fucking... People have no idea how fast it snowballs.
Starting point is 02:47:59 It can fucking snowball so quick. People think it takes years to fucking get that way. It's like, we're not telling you this. That's one thing where, you know, alcohol, there's a longer ramp a lot of the time. It's a much longer ramp. But you combine them, it's actually a different drug. Not so much. Coke by itself is not as, as a coke, coke ethylene or whatever it is yeah when you're drinking it metabolizes into a separate drug. I'll be damned. Way worse than coconut. Maddox, I hope his kids grow up to be as
Starting point is 02:48:35 different from their loser father as possible. Nick is one of the most dishonest people I've ever encountered and I hope his stalker buddy joins him in prison. Oh, you? Yeah, me. Christ. Everyone in that circle without reservation is a horrible person. Couldn't happen soon enough. I should go in prison for... For lying? For what?
Starting point is 02:49:02 I don't know, enabling. I think. Nick stalked me online and has asked people to contact me on his behalf after blocking him. Behavior that he himself defined as harassment. How does he still manage to sound like such a baby? Lying scumbag, Nick Reketa has been arrested. Not many people know this, but he actually got his start on YouTube by befriending my stalker
Starting point is 02:49:30 and joining in on the stalking and obsession. Like my stalker, he became an alcohol, oh yeah, I already read that one. Right. Yeah, there you go, good job. Good job, Maddox. How about this one? Hey there, Kishon. Looking for a little bit of advice.
Starting point is 02:49:54 So I remember a while back that there was a guy who wrote in her call or whatever. But it probably had where his girlfriend believed in crazy conspiracy theories and he hated it. And then the advice was, oh, just believe in crazier stuff and she'll stop. Works for him, it's not working for me. My girlfriend believes in shit like no moon landing, Earth is flat.
Starting point is 02:50:20 Just pretty much everything doesn't know what the sun and the Moon are but she knows that they're fake right like crazy shit like that you got to go pretty every time I you know act like a fucking man and just question her about world like her retarded beliefs she'll get angry and then just push it further so since that advice I tried to go crazier with conspiracy beliefs. But you don't have that much- And she started believing those crazy conspiracy beliefs.
Starting point is 02:50:48 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. How do I get around it? No, she's already too far gone for that to work. Maybe stop her from believing it or at least talking about it. Anyway, advice would be appreciated. Go fuck yourself. So you gave her sarcastic beliefs and she's like, oh yeah, maybe the moon does make meat colder.
Starting point is 02:51:06 It's just it's like when somebody believes kind of really far out conspiracy theory, like you can't go that much further. Yeah, it seems believable to them because it's not well, yeah, that's that's reasonable because it's not in another universe. Yeah. Yeah Here's where you fucked up. You need to show her. You let her keep her self-esteem. Yeah, yeah, um, here's where you fucked up. You need to show her- You let her keep her self-esteem. Yeah, yes. You need to show her people who believe this stuff and how ugly they are. Find the weirdest person, weirdest looking person who believes these things. You know what? Fattest woman. Yeah, smart. That is excellent advice.
Starting point is 02:51:39 Yeah. That's excellent advice. Hey, look at this big fat lady. Thanks for the same stuff. It's saying the same stuff you say. No, I'm not saying that ever again. Yeah, yeah, yeah., look at this big fat lady. Thanks for the same stuff. It's saying the same stuff you say. No, I'm not saying that ever again. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't believe that shit anymore.
Starting point is 02:51:49 This is who this is the mirror. Yeah. Yeah. Look at that. You guys are practically the same. Yeah. Shame. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:51:58 Shame and embarrassment. No, I don't want that. Yeah. I'm nothing like them. Yeah. I gotta see this here. What is 137? Let me check this here. What is 137 let me check this out. Yeah, I got sent this
Starting point is 02:52:25 Let me play this second has been lackluster at Denny's in my past experiences compared to those three. If you ask him one more fucking question about Denny's, I swear to God I'm gonna call the cops on you again. What you just said. What? Is that a joke? That's the guy... Who? What are we listening to there? Oh, that's the guy who...
Starting point is 02:52:40 This is Nick talking to his friend on civil law. That's the guy whose wife left them. Nick is talking to whatever they were doing over there. The guy shouting about calling the cops again. Yeah. He's maybe he's just joking. Somebody just sent me that. Okay.
Starting point is 02:52:56 It's a bit odd. Yeah. Oh, you know, he's making jokes, whatever. Hmm. Ever thinking this is good. You were fucked up The quality of the experience has been lackluster At Denny's in my past experiences compared to those three
Starting point is 02:53:18 If you ask him one more fucking question about Denny's I swear to God I'm gonna call the cops on you again What you just said... Funny joke. What? Okay. That's the guy whose wife left him. I don't know what the fuck's going on.
Starting point is 02:53:32 He's saying I'm gonna call the cops on you again about Nick's show. Got it. Okay. Okay. Good deal. You know, you sleep some guy's wife, right, and then you end up dead three days later? Yeah. That's suspect number one. Well, yeah. You know? Yeah. That's's wife, right, and then you end up dead three days later. Yeah. That's suspect number one.
Starting point is 02:53:45 Well, yeah. You know? Yeah. That's... That's where you start. That's where you start. Alright, goodbye everybody. See ya. Thank you.
Starting point is 02:53:53 Stay out of jail. Least try. Try. Harder. That's all you can do. Yeah. Clean your shit up. Pfft.
