I'm sliming kids out.
Exactly.
He's already thought about this.
Type swoos.
Hey, this is the last thing you see before getting shlimed out by anyone.
Welcome back to another episode of the podcast episode.
We're getting closer to 200.
Who gives a shoot?
Who gives a shoot?
Who gives a fudge?
We got the man in the building.
The man the myth of legend.
Big swoot.
Hello.
What's up, Swo?
What's good, man?
How are you doing?
I appreciate you guys having me.
I'm doing good, good, good, good.
I wish we would have had you on...
How long ago did you join Huntsman?
I wish we would have had you on that.
Yeah.
You guys did Brack.
I watched that one.
It was good.
That was a pretty good one.
I enjoyed that one.
Yeah.
I didn't know what to think going in there.
I knew Swut had like a big personality.
Right.
I don't know how, but I like...
Because I don't really pay attention to Cod,
especially like challengers,
but I've heard of your name before.
Maybe it's from like Zoom or something.
Streets talk about me.
The streets talk about me.
It's the,
the stallions,
you're the,
I think they're,
are you the first person to play on the stallions and the Huntsman?
Uh,
technically Neum was on the stallions for a little bit.
Oh,
was he?
Yeah.
For like two tournament events.
And then Merck was on the stallions and then went straight to Opt.
Yeah.
So.
Oh,
Didn't Merck it dropped from the sellings?
Yeah, Zuma dropped Neum, he dropped Merck, and he dropped Swootie.
Yeah.
And then Swoty was, Swootty was playing at.
He dropped Kips too.
Kips played for him.
And Kipps.
So, like, just every pro and future event winner.
The best way to make it in this world is get dropped by Zuma.
That's the best way.
That's what they say.
Well, I guess before we get into Kod, I walked in.
Big Swoot, you had a new camera here.
Are you just going full-time content?
No, no.
I want to keep competing.
I want to make it.
You know, I want to go pro.
But obviously, I want to not be like these idiot challenger players and just do full-time.
Talk your shoe.
It's just, they be hating on me because, like, I do content.
It's not like, my bad I don't want to be broke and just play challengers.
Like, because you make no.
Talk that shit.
Not, I don't want to come off like that.
You just did.
You just come off like that.
I don't want to just be some broke challenger.
It is there?
My fault.
My fault.
Sorry, I didn't mean like that.
But, like, it's just because they be hating.
That's why I get, like, worked up about it.
Because they, like, smooth does constant suit.
Like, bro, like, if, because they're in challengers, a lot of them don't, like, have jobs.
They're just full-time playing challengers.
And you can make money from tournaments and stuff.
Don't even wrong.
But it's not, like, a steady, like, in a...
There's no way you can make that much money.
Yeah.
If you win first place, like, everything, like, you could maybe, maybe max, like, make 50K,
which, I mean, to some, yeah, that's good.
You know, it's good money.
It is what it is.
but that's winning every damn event, everything.
But again, there's no, like, no guarantees.
No, you're being smart about it.
I mean, it happens in every single e-sport.
It doesn't matter if you're, you know, pro, AM, whatever, every single e-sport.
Even if you do sort of have a peak, like, everyone knows it's not going to last forever,
but not a lot of people invest in their, I guess, career while they're in their career.
They just focus on placing as good as they can
Because really everyone's just addicted to the game
Yeah
But it's good to see you
You're living in, I guess, the real world
Well, I don't know if we call this the real world
Yeah, I don't know if this would be called the real world
But there's a reality that you know of
Of like, okay, I'm competing in challengers
I want this to happen.
I want to go pro.
Yeah.
I feel like there's...
Even if you do go pro
That's not all the money in the world either.
And I want to go pro.
because that's going to boost my platform even more.
Like now I'm a pro CDL player,
so whatever I do more gets more views, more clicks.
And I feel like people should be more entitled to do it
that you're in Challenger's because you don't have the luxury
of a CDL professional contract.
And the big, big tournaments, like it's a lot less pool, less money.
So I feel like it should be more entitled to do something.
So how has the content been going so far?
It's been awesome.
What have you been doing?
So far has been vlogs.
but I do want to start
doing my own
like you guys do your fly class
I don't want to do a podcast
but I want to do like my own series
I already have it
like I'll let you guys in on some songs
It's called
Type swoot with swoot
And basically like
I know that's the name
I just I don't really know like if I'm like
React to I don't know all the shows
I don't know how the shows get there
That was a little bit of salt
I don't know if like
I'm going to react to call duty clips
react to like to stuff
but like, you know, like, I want to do my own thing.
I don't want to just be like vlogs, vlogs, you know?
Because, like, I'm also playing Call Duty.
Like, I want to do something gaming kind of.
If I was you, this just kind of popped in my head.
What you think?
I think I would just gossip about everything.
Give your opinion on methods.
Give your opinion on the huntsman change.
Give your opinion on different challengers kids.
Kind of like talk, talk your shoot.
Yeah.
Talk your shoot, but like.
Yeah.
Also be a little respectful.
so not everyone hates you.
Yeah.
But people,
my point is like people like people like drama,
and I feel like you are probably knowledgeable
and know all the players.
Yeah.
Almost like,
I don't know if you're familiar with APG.
Yeah.
But that was kind of his role,
not his role in Halo.
But after he retired,
people would go to his streams.
He would sort of host, like, shows where he's just like,
it's not that he's gossiping,
but he's just talking about, like,
everything that's happening.
It's basically,
It's almost like what the Optic Pod does.
They talk about everything going on.
Maybe you can find someone to get you like clips and stuff,
but sort of just react to everything going on,
give your opinion,
why people should or shouldn't hate methods.
And then you can throw it on YouTube,
click bait it with,
I don't know, something about hating he's in it or something.
Yeah, no, I've seen a few.
I've seen him beefing with Complexion.
Yeah, yeah.
Complexion.
What's going on, Brad, and Complection?
Well, that was a while ago, yeah.
Oh, Gunplexion.
I remember watching that.
Yeah, I think maybe it was when gunplexion,
because we had a BTAH team go to an event.
Right.
And I think like two events after that,
they ended up, I think someone paid for their stuff to get there
because we weren't paying for anything.
And then I think gunplexion like slap someone at the event.
Then he got banned from champs or Worlds.
He qualified for World.
His entire goal was to make it to Worlds.
Slaps someone the event before and they don't let him play.
Like fucks over himself, fucks over his teammates.
So APG basically covered all of it, gave his opinion, probably saying he was an idiot.
And then, you know, there was, I think the beef started from there.
Yeah.
Or like the turmoil.
So that could be an idea.
Was he on BTH?
Gunplexion?
He was it for like one event.
But not when he slapped somebody?
No, it wasn't when he slapped somebody.
See, that would have been like.
That would have been like the most BTH shit.
I've, shoot, I never heard.
Have you been to a Halo event?
We're not cussing this episode either.
Yeah, we haven't cussed yet.
I don't think that's true.
I don't think that's true.
Hasn't not?
Have we?
I don't know.
It comes so naturally, we wouldn't even notice.
Yeah.
Freaky.
Have I been to, yeah, I used to film the Halo team.
No, no.
So I was like, uh, I've been to like, probably 12 to 15 halo events or something like that.
Nake's been to a few as well.
Yeah.
I haven't been to as many as people would think.
There was a lot of Halo 4 events I didn't go to
We never really
All we had was like the MLG stuff
So it's just like five a year or something like that
But I've had a, you know
I've been around the block man
How long you've been around the block
For Call of Duty
Oh I thought you asked you how old I am
And how old are you?
I'm 22
They kind of both go together
22
22
Yeah
I've been playing Call of Duty
Like my whole life
Because I have two older brothers
So obviously they played it
And, like, growing up, I would play the campaigns with them and, you know, zombies with them, what's a player?
But competitively was CDL was MW 2019.
I started playing.
I was 16, so I wasn't actually supposed to be playing.
Yeah.
But, like, I never placed well or got my name out there so much.
So, like, nobody, like, I didn't get banned or anything.
So you were playing challengers then?
Yeah, I was playing.
Oh, dang.
Oh, and you weren't allowed to?
Yeah, because you had to be 18.
Yeah.
But I was playing because I'm like, bro.
You didn't give a shoot.
Yeah.
You didn't care
I was like some random my kid
So it didn't matter
Yeah that's true
They're not gonna like
No
As long as you're not like winning
Yeah I wasn't winning
That's some good advice for people out there
How do I make it?
Well start playing underage
And just don't tell anyone
Because you're not gonna win
If you start winning
Then we'll then we'll talk
Yeah I think my highest place was top 64
So were you just always addicted to Cod
I would say
Yeah call duty and Halo too
I read Halo Reach.
Halo.
Halo, I grinded the freak out of Halo 3 and Halo Reach.
Who was your favorite Halo Pro?
I didn't really watch pros until Halo Infinite.
I wasn't any ones.
It's okay.
You don't gotta.
No, you didn't.
You just like played the game.
You were watching the game with my brothers.
You were watching like the events.
No, no, no.
I didn't watch competitive Hilo to Hilo Infinite.
Because I was a little kid or not little, but I was, you know, I was elementary
to a middle.
I was a little kid.
Man, elementary school, middle school, playing Halo Reach, Hale 3.
So, like, and I, and I, and I,
I was playing with my brothers, so we were just playing multi-player, like, infected,
griffball, like, big team battles.
Halo and Kot are like such a, it was such, if you're into sort of one, you were kind
into the, like, you at least dabbled in both a little bit.
Yeah, it was fun, man, playing little mini games with my brothers, had out of my brothers.
I never even, I never even really played Halo 3.
You were a, I never played it.
Were both of you just, like, just called duty only?
Only played Kyle.
Like, did you ever play just, I know, just, I know.
play like a league of legends or no i didn't get into any of that until i got to you weren't on on that
nerd shoot none of that nerd shoot until pc gaming until like recently like a few years ago what have you
been playing recently recently i've been grinding deadlock like that headlock dude that's my i need to
like watch though jack was telling me that that game's godlike can we get a deadlock clip i'm like
deadlock raw gameplay i don't want to gas myself but like i'm like the second to i shrink on there
is it uh i grind i have like over a thousand hours that's my like nighttime
Chill game. You can use a controller.
Such a bad chill game.
That meant M.A.K.
It's a bad chill game.
I'm tired of people saying their chill game.
Dude, it's just right play.
This is fucking new gen.
This is streetball. This isn't
like the actual like main game mode.
It's like League of Legend. This is like a main game.
How can you type in the main game mode?
Bro, this looks just like
what was the game everyone was playing?
Oh, Marvel Rivals.
Marvel Rivals.

What can you type into how I want a 10,000?
I played against Idaho before.
This is just your chill game.
Like you want to get sleepy.
Does not chill, though.
Well, because it's MNK.
Like, a chill game is like,
a chill game is.
Yeah, like Minecraft or Animal Crossing or Balatro.
This is not a chill game.
You have to lock in.
Nah, because I play controller.
So, like, this is MNK.
So, like, to me, it's like chill.
So caught all day.
And I switch on.
Cod in content by day.
Chill.
bedlock by night.
Yeah.
And I'll play a little CS.
You know,
everyone, I mean, everyone.
Just to chill.
Yeah.
Just to unlaw.
I'm like level five, face it.
What's a day in, if you start from when you wake up,
what's a day in the life for swoot?
Wake up,
fresh my teeth, shower, you know,
good body.
Step by step.
I'm glad you're including the steps here.
You know, that's a big thing.
That's a big thing.
A lot of challengers.
A lot of challengers.
They're not brushing their teeth.
They don't start there.
I just clean up and then.
Like, day a day, like as I'm here in Texas or like at home?
Day in Texas.
Day in Texas.
Yeah.
Well, then just walk to the facility or before it was Uber because like I was at the house,
but now it's just going to be walking here.
And then hop on.
Every day?
Yeah, every day.
Just walk.
I literally live here, to be honest.
And from the morning, whenever I get here, whether it's early for content, so 10, 11,
or if there's nothing and just crims at one, I'll get here like at 12, 12.30.
From then, all the way till nighttime, because there's no setups.
like at the apartment or at the huntsman house.
So whatever you can imagine.
Matt Craig ain't hooked you up with a setup over there?
I don't want to set it actually at the apartment.
I said that.
Matt's probably like, come on there.
Fudger.
Fudger.
Fudger.
I like that.
There's no setup at there.
It feels like, you know, it kind of sounds dumb, but like, you know,
clocking into work, you know, I go to play here.
And then I go home and I literally just sleep there.
So, like, the day to day is just being here all day.
Did Swoodie just call that work?
Yeah.
It might be, listen, I'm used to getting verbaled,
so I'm just imagining what a commenter might say about that.
I respect the grind.
This guy plays video games.
This is not working.
You got soft hands, brother.
Exactly.
You got soft hands.
I just worked a 16 unpaid hour shift.
Unpaid at the oil rig.
You got in at 10?
That's cute.
Yeah, you're doing a, you're pulling like a formal.
That guy would only go back to his apartment to sleep.
Yeah.
It's my life, man.
Because think about it, I'm sacrificing, you know, being away from my family and everything back home in Vegas, like to be here.
So let me, you know, like, I'm here for a reason.
Let me focus on what I'm here for and not, like, you know, there's no point me going all over here and then I'm just out, you know, doing whatever.
Lali, yeah.
Yeah, Lollie.
Yeah, Lollie.
Like, I'm here for a reason.
and let me focus on myself.
You'll follow into that soon.
You'll lolly gag soon.
Hey, you know, maybe I get a little text
from the boys, you know,
like, yo, slide through, sweet,
you know, my fun.
Oh, yeah, you did come out
after,
after Atlanta.
Yeah, yeah.
Whenever it was like, me,
me, you, well, it's the whole Huntsman team.
I think y'all just qualified that day
for something.
Oh, yeah, it was before.
And then you came out in Dallas.
I think it was the day
of something you qualified for.
And then the next day
you had to play.
And I was like, Zinich.
This might get Zinian in trouble.
Why the fudge do you have them here?
I think y'all played the next day.
I remember you were there.
I think y'all maybe had a drink each.
So it's not like you like.
Yeah, no, I remember you were like, because it was late.
So then I bought you on the round of shots.
He did, he did.
He did hook it.
I want that be on record.
You know what I mean?
I hooked it up.
And then I looked at Zini and I was like,
Why am I famous?
He said, I'm the captain now.
I'm the new GM.
So you just stay inside for the most part?
Yeah, I'll go out.
Because I was a special kid.
We went out, we had dinner before that with everybody, with Hacks, Boes, Zinny.
And then after dinner, we went to a bar to watch one of the NBA games that was on.
And after that, it's when we went and we linked up at that one place.
Do you enjoy stuff like that?
like going out nice dinners drinks are you into like drinking at all are you not really like i drink
on occasion you know have like you saw like i had what was that like the juice drink whatever the
high noon but my thing is more like juice yeah my thing is more the people like i enjoy that like
it doesn't really matter what activity i'm doing but like if i'm with the boys you know with my
my friends i think uh who was it i think zinny texted me
I mean, I was probably hammered.
I think I showed up hammered.
But Zinni texted me a video, and I don't really remember doing it, but like my arms around you.
And we're both kind of like dancing and like smiling at the camera.
I wish I could.
I wonder.
I remember that.
You orchestrated that.
Hold up.
Let me.
You don't remember that?
Yeah.
Unconsciously, maybe I did orchestrate.
Let me see if I can.
That would actually be funny if I could.
Matt, if I air-troped it to you, would you be able to pull it up on here?
If I find it.
Okay.
Sorry, you born and raised in Vegas?
Yeah, born and raised, sunrise hospital.
Oh, you've said the effort like three times.
Yeah.
I was like, oh, I guess he's not cussing him.
I guess he doesn't care anymore.
Born and raised in Vegas?
What is childhood like in Vegas, like growing up in Vegas?
the same as everybody else
I've been to Vegas
many many my fiance and I love Vegas
but obviously we love like the strip and stuff
So where
Where like in relation did you grow up
I grew up
I'd say
All the way to like
End of elementary school
Like I was kind of like
Around like the north
The norfish side
But then the rest of my life
It's just been on the east side
Like Sunrise Manor area
Like right behind my house is just desert.
Oh, okay.
So like the nice area of Vegas.
No, no.
Wait, what am I thinking of?
You're thinking probably like Summerlin's nice, Henderson, Green Valley.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I'm not necessarily on the nice side of Vegas, but I'm in like a nice, you know, I'm not in the ghetto.
I'm in like, you know, I'm in normal.
I'm not in like the rich side.
Okay, okay.
Hey, not yet.
Not yet.
Hey, when these optics.
When you go back.
You know.
That's our goal.
I joke around there with my friends and stuff.
We're like, we'll make it out the east side.
You know, we got to.
Because, you know, the side in general, like, obviously where I'm at, I'm blessed.
You know, I'm gated community.
I'm chilling.
But, you know, just the general areas.
Like, we don't have as much stuff on our side of town as, you know,
summer, Lynn and Hennis is like the night.
So, gated community, nice house.
But, like, we got to make it out there.
Got to make it out.
You got to make it out.
You got to make it out.
Hey, man.
We're a clock in the word.
We got to make it out.
Hey, 4th of July.
Every day, man, I hear shots.
You know, I don't know what's going on.
No, just kidding.
I remember when I was a kid.
I lived in a place called Rosewood Village.
Hey, that's like an album.
In H-town?
In H-Town, Maryland.
But yeah, it was like decent little townhouses
is an apartment complex.
But, like, we would, hopefully this isn't a gang sign,
but we would always, we'd be like, Rosewood.
But it was like, no one was,
no one was thugging
but it was just like a
it was like a fun
kid thing
it was the whole thing to do
yeah
it was fun to imagine
being in the hood
yeah
it was fun to imagine that
it is
it kind of
everyone wonders
what it'd be like
growing up in the hood
like Smoody
say you grew up in the hood
like what are you doing
oh man I'm sliming
I'm sliming kids out
for sure
exactly
that's what I'm
He's already thought about this.
This is the last thing you see
for getting shlymed out by me.
That's exactly.
I know you've already thought about this.
What type of gangster would swoop be?
Hey.
Look at your god.
Wait, I haven't, I didn't rewatched.
You are fudged up.
Oh my God.
What's the song?
Have you done?
You're a pink pony.
Dude, James, he's a camera.
Toby McGuire?
Wait, what song is that?
I don't even know that song.
It's pink pony.
You don't like Pink Pony Club?
I just...
It's Pink Pony Club by...
It ain't Ice Man, man.
Oh, shoot. Oh, swoop.
What is the name of her?
I don't remember the name of her.
If it ain't Iceman, I don't want it.
You like...
son.
Chaparone.
You're Drake fan?
I am,
but I'm not like a D1.
D1 Glazer.
I'm not putting on like a white suit
listening to like,
you know,
album release.
Yeah,
that would be.
Yeah.
That would be.
Yeah.
Because there's like grown ah man
on the internet
like dressing all in like
their suicide listening to release
for another grown out man.
Like they're a grown out man.
Yeah.
Grown out man streaming for other grown out man.
all like dressed up like it's
cosplay. Yeah, yeah, some people do that.
Like that's just
not cool. Yeah.
That's totally not sweet. Yeah, that's
some type not not smooth.
That's not sweet. That's type not smooth
stuff. There you go, that's... But I mean, to each his own.
Yeah, I'm just, I'm just
give you a hard time.
I'm totally.
Yeah, you were talking about me. I think you're talking about me.
I'm saying it. Because we're not like,
like, we're both, I would say we're cool, but like,
we haven't like obviously like hung out.
as much like as you know like everyone so i have i've been uh i've been back and forth yeah so i just
want you know like you know oh no i'm chilling from job he's gonna lose sleep over this that is my
style of uh of humor okay well with swood i feel like you are without even knowing you like even me
we've maybe hung out there for a sec seen you for a video or two maybe seeing you around the
office but even just like not really knowing you like that
You can tell you have that type of personality that you can just fudge around with.
Yeah.
You can joke around with.
Like even like I've seen you, I did watch a little bit of your vlog.
And I feel like I've known this about your personality when I had no idea who you were.
Even just if I click a, I don't think I really click a Zooma stream, but it would be like Zoom eclipse about you.
And like they just how they, I guess, have talked about you or how Zinia.
talked about you it's like you you get a gist of that is your personality has that just always been
have you just always been swoot yeah i would say i've always been you know the goof the class clown
you know and stuff but i guess i kind of i just kind of embraced him more i guess you know like
did you feel like you were shy and didn't want to i guess maybe i'm thinking more of like
content but a lot of people like want to be like cool and no i i
You know how I knew this was for me?
Like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like,
is like, and, and, and it was, like, I like, I like that.
Like, whenever James told me, we have video, like, I'm doing this.
Like, he told me we, I was, I was excited, you know?
Like, one of the other videos, like, I can tell, like, this is something, like, this is meant for me because, like,
like, it doesn't feel like I don't dread it, like, I'm passionate about it, you know?
Like, I enjoy, I enjoy it.
So that's how I feel like, it's like, this is, this is.
is what I was meant, you know, to do, hopefully.
So whenever you were on stallions, what, like, years was that?
That was last year. It was only last year. So would you say that's when you, I guess,
sort of started making a name for yourself, or were you known before that?
No, I mean, I played Splitgate before that, but Splitgate wasn't the biggest.
Yeah. You were good at that game?
Yeah, I was a, there was a pro league in there, and I won the championship.
I thought that was like, is it not dominated by Mouse and Key?
It was at the...
That's shoot.
Yeah, yeah.
It was.
It was at first, but then it started going like more 50-50 as a player base, a lot more like just controller players started playing.
Interesting.
But I would say I literally was only on the stallions with Zuma and B-O-6 for like one month.
But I...
You made a name for yourself while you were there.
I guess I had a business.
I was hearing of you and I'm not even like in that circle.
So did you have any...
Were you making any content?
there it's from the outside and I keep saying this but from the outside didn't even know of you but I was hearing your name but were you making content or was it just you being yourself what's the content for Zuma's game I made it a little bit I was grinding a lot of ranked and I basically took advantage of having because I didn't have the business platform basically having you know some juice from Zuma's platform you know from his community and that because that's when everyone like knew about me because I was all over Zuma's platform. I was all over Zuma's platform. I was all over Zuma.
Zoom and then I started streaming
myself posting
ranked videos because I was also good at
CalDia. I was doing, you know, top, I got top
250 and ranked and stuff. So I was
playing against, you know, people and I was just
streaming and just trying to build myself up
using his community, trying to make my own
basically. Is this
split gate community? What do you
think about them?
I've always been interested about games that
aren't, that are like
that, not even like in the
top two tiers of e-sports. Yeah, I mean,
You could be, I'll be brutal.
I mean, the game's dead.
Like, no one plays it.
I didn't know if it was not bad or not.
Yeah, no, it's bad.
But I still talk to a lot of, like, my past teammates,
a lot of, you know, still people from the community,
because they cheer me on.
They're happy for me, and I'm doing my thing.
And I support, I'm big, like, from the Splitgate guys,
whatever they do, like, I'm always supporting them.
Like, Woot him.
I'm sure you know when he came from Splitgate.
So I'm always.
No, we never teamed.
I just played against him in Grand Finals,
though. Was he better than you?
Hey, I'll pay the day. We thought he was so good, we thought he was cheating.
So he was, Wudham was the best split gay point.
Wudham was probably like the best. I'm not gonna lie. I'll give him his flowers.
And that's how you know he's not really gifted though because he came to HALO.
He switched to HALO. He's, he never played HALBs. He never played it before.
So he did that. Some players... He's one of those like freaks.
Yeah, some players started playing the finals, went pro in that.
Some went two of them went pro in APEC. So I'm always just rooting on whatever the SWICA.
You know, because that's where I kind of, you know, that's where I spend a lot of time.
Matt, can you show us like a professional split gate?
I played the first.
You could put my champ, the grand finals, if you want.
Scoody split gate.
Yeah, put SPS, that's what the CDL, SPS, Splitgate Pro series, SPS 250,000 grandfinals.
I played split gate for a little bit.
Now they're split gate too, right?
Yeah, but that one pretty died too.
Yeah, I feel like the guy.
They paid God knows how much for people to play it, and then it just instantly died.
But I played the original split gate.
I played in, I think maybe one or two tournaments.
I was horrible.
That one right there.
The top one.
Yeah, yeah, Grandfinals that one.
But it was fun.
I enjoyed it.
The game felt good.
The shots felt good.
I liked how, like the time to kill, the strategy, but the portaling.
Here, go to one of my games?
The portaling.
was too much.
I was on T1
in this, so.
You're on T1?
Yeah,
I was boys with Faker.
Not just kidding.
You and Faker
still chop it up?
Type Swoop?
Ty Suit?
That's my boy.
But yeah,
no, to go off what you said,
Maniacale,
I'd say how everyone felt
is,
I dropped 50 bones
from Apple One right here
on their head top.
It's just too much.
The Portals,
it's what made the game
like popular at the time,
but it's also what killed the game.
Yeah.
Because there's such a skill gap
and once like the
tryhards came out like it was oh i remember playing and once i got to a certain are you one of those
media strategy people clicking through slides scrolling spreadsheets yes good this is for you because on
spotify there's an audience that's different locked in loyal invested they're called fans fans don't just
listen to music they feel seen by it like it belongs to them so when your brand shows up on
spotify that's who you're talking to and you're right next to artists like me lisa
So, are you ready to talk to fans?
Spotify advertising.
You're among fans.
I don't know if, I don't even remember if there was,
was there like a ranked play in Spokane?
Yeah, there was ranked.
I was playing and I remember getting to a point
I'm like, this isn't fun anymore.
Yeah, I can imagine.
The game completely switches once you start matching certain players.
Yeah, that are just portling behind you.
The M&K players are just messing with you.
Yeah.
So that one.
It looks hard.
This game, I think it was.
Like when a game comes out
I don't know how am I trying to say this
I feel like when when games were coming out when we were kids
Especially me and Nick like it was as as as as cool as you can make the game or as in like as intense and with all these different features as you can make the game
That's what people wanted because like there was not a lot to go off of
Now I feel like we're going the opposite way I feel like you can do whatever you want
Every everything's available to you when it comes to video games yeah, but you
you want to make it as easy to understand as possible.
Like, you kind of want to slow the pace of almost everything down.
Yeah.
Because games like this, as soon as I see them, I'm like, that's not going to last very long.
Yeah.
Like, what, what huge group of player base are you going to get that's going to play Portal Halo to this, basically, to this standard?
Like this is like, I don't know anyone, I don't know anyone.
And I'm in the gaming industry.
I don't know any of my friends that are really, that would really like lock in to play this.
I don't know.
Yeah, like even casually.
Right.
And it was, it is fun at first because people aren't like abusing portals and stuff like that.
Yeah.
So you are fucking.
Yeah, I'm 296.
Damn it.
That was your first one.
Oh, there you go.
You are frying though.
Yeah.
But like you said, I mean, that's what, what got it.
People weren't abusing portals, you know, people,
oh, it's cool little portal game, put one here,
and I shoot someone.
Like, it was pretty, it's like basically,
beginning of Fortnite.
And then once like,
Oh, I built a ramp.
Yeah.
They go up another.
And then once people started freaking, you know,
going crazy with it, it died down.
Just same thing with Fortnite.
Like, I can't play Fortnite now.
Yeah, I can't play either.
It's insane.
I remember me and Skump tried playing.
Oh, so you're just shooting blind through those portals.
Yeah, because I know once they put that down,
they're going to try shooting me through it.
So, like, I know they're looking through it.
I just two bursts of that kid
I did like I did like how the game felt
Oh you were dominating huh
Yeah I mean I won the championship
Oh so you beat Wudom
We beat Wudham yeah like there's Jules Mason Vision's Wudham
So why was Wudham not on the best team
That was the best team
Oh you all just made like a low upset
Woodham won worlds you know
Or C champs he won the championship the season before
And then T1 it was App and Jalen Mans
Both of them got second place
So they picked up Huff and me
They made a two-player change
so that they can compete versus
versus Space Station games.
So would you say y'all were a better team
or y'all was?
Yeah, for sure.
So do you have like a respect for this game still?
Like if the game was active?
Like you know how like Renegade just went back
and played a random 2B2
and dominated apparently?
Yep.
Or played really well.
If something like that happened with Splitgate
would you go back and play with one of your old boys
or something like that?
I'd for sure play them.
Obviously I'm really invested in Call Duty now
I've, you know, established herself here, so I'm committed to that, but I would definitely still play, you know, Splitgate.
That's cool.
That's cool.
I mean, Splitgate gave me my first set, like, I signed my first ever, you know, pro-contra.
I was on E-United, and then T-1, like, this isn't, like, just some random Twitter or, you know, it gave me my first.
So I'm grateful for that, you know, it was my first taste of, you know, being on a top org and, you know, competing.
Salary, yeah.
Obviously, the money wasn't as, like, you know, it's not a CDL contra or anything.
that but it kind of opened my eyes like wow you know like I'm doing it you know it's
probably a dream a lot of people have you know who wants to compete so it gave me my first
I mean grand finals T1 versus space station gaming that's a that's a legit that could be any
esport yeah that could be any game SSG being some like not random esports but
I feel like they kind of say affordable yeah they're in the affordable
affordable e-sports.
That's how it goes.
Yeah.
Because it's a lot cheaper to have a Halo team in 2026 and a split-gate team than it is to have one player of League of Legends.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
So, Big Swoot, how are you feeling at this point?
I'm assuming everyone listening has kind of known what happened.
but real quick, can you like break down?
You joined Huntsman, from joining Huntsman to now being replaced by awakening,
I guess can you like break that down a little bit before we get into like what you're doing now?
Yeah.
That makes sense.
Yeah, so basically like how that went down.
So what you kind of asked me.
How did you join Huntsman?
Oh, how'd I join Huntsman?
They needed one or.
And I didn't have.
They needed one.
I was no one.
No, I'm sorry.
The reason I said they needed one.
And me and Renegade, like, that's my boy, I would say,
even like in the past teams, you know, when he was with Nehem and Kipps,
and then the last team they had with Rispy Dimensions, like,
we would always be texting, like, we wanted to play with each other.
So when I knew about that, you know, I was like, not spamming him,
but, you know, I was definitely letting him know, like, yo, like, this is it.
It's my time because the Stallions, they ended up signing,
Because Zuma had multiple signs
team and one of them got top three
So Zuma signed them
Like I get out no hard finish for that
They got top three
So he signed that team
So now I didn't really have a team no more
So I was like
Hey I think it's time
And then I kept trying to
You know and then I was begging to Zinny
And DMs too
I was like give me a chance
And the main thingy too
Was I dropped a 1.52 KD
On the Huntsman on the cup
Before I joined
Like, I joined like a week after that.
So I was with Kenny.
So you were showing out against him.
Yeah, I showed out.
And I was like, bro, what more do you?
Like, I'm like, I, because Zini had, you know,
Zinni won't admit it, but I, I've heard behind the scene.
You know, when that camera turns on, Zinni's different, you know,
but when the camera's off, I've heard what Zinni, you know, how he felt about me.
And no hard feelings.
A lot of people felt that.
You know, I'm content.
I'm not serious.
I'm not even that good at God.
Yeah, what is that?
Is there a, I don't know, stereotypes of the right word, but like, is there a.
a prejudice,
a thing about Swoodie
that he's just like this funny jokester.
He doesn't really take it that serious.
That was like a thing.
And I don't really blame because I will admit
last year when I played in B-O-6,
I was leaning more into the content joking side,
you know, using Zoom with, you know,
having the Zoom mafia and doing all that.
But it's because SplitGate 2 was coming out
like in a few months.
So I was like, I'm going to just go back,
I'm going to go back to Splikade do my theme.
But once the.
game, you know, died before, yeah, flopped. I'm like, bro, I have no, like, I have no backup plans.
Like, so that's why, like, this year's been trying to, like, change that narrative. So I will
take some accountability. Like, I did kind of put that to start with. But, like, now, like,
I don't know what else people need for me. Like, if you still think I'm just here for content,
like, I don't know what else, like, you want me. Like, I'm, I'm competing with the top players,
with the pros. Like, I'm, I feel like I kind of earned something maybe. Like, obviously I haven't
won a thing here. I mean it's it's your lifestyle at this point yeah it's wake up shower get here
or even if you weren't here before that like sit at your setup and that that's your day yeah
you're trying to make it so after I played good against that that huntsman team you know I just
was basically begging you know I literally told me I don't care if I look like a fool like I need
this like he basically saw that and he like so they chose me and and then obviously we did what we
did the last month and then would you say that was a good run
were you guys expecting more or did you kind of no no we we exceeded expectations okay
yeah getting second in the elite you know beating P7 2 who we know like is basically a pro
team who's that uh that's uh Eric boom Diamond con beans and Snoopy all all
cast pros a full protein yeah and they and they played in the prom too and they were
doing they should have be gentlemen
They took him in game five and they choked, but my point is, like, we beat top teams.
And then we got top six at the event.
Obviously, we had, you know, higher expectations.
But the thing is, we built those expectations.
Like, we played well.
We did good.
So it just kind of, you know, kind of sucked what happened, you know, after.
Yeah.
Like a top six is almost like what people maybe have thought y'all would get.
But then you exceeded that getting up to that point.
So now it's like, damn, could they win this thing?
Yeah.
And then when you don't win it,
they were out.
Especially like playing in the pro am the same weekend.
Yeah.
That's that is wild.
So wait,
if you had,
how does the pro em work?
Where if like if you or,
or,
what were the other AM teams?
There was three,
three other ones,
four AM teams.
So it was four pools of four teams,
16 teams,
three pros and then,
and then one AM team.
Then one empty in each,
in each pool.
Hypothetically,
if you guys had won your pool,
Would you have still played in the challengers event?
No, no, we would have just played only the CDL tournament.
And the funny part is to, we went with Carolina Ravens, we went all the way game five, round 11.
So we beat them, then we played, we would have played Heretics next.
Let's say, Hypertay, you know, we beat Heretics.
We would have played Optic round one.
It would have been insane.
Optic Huntsman.
I don't know.
I would have saw that, been like.
I mean, I just think as a viewer's perspective, like, the storyline.
It would have been great to be.
Especially if it was like, one, an upset, but two, like just a close match?
Yeah.
Or like...
It wouldn't have been close.
You think of me...
All right, let's hear it from the man, big swoot himself.
Y'all versus Optic.
Have y'all, like, scrimmed or anything?
No, we have not.
They're scared.
I don't know.
They were scared.
They got egos.
They got egos over there.
Like, we don't want to lower their confidence going into, like, the tournaments.
Because if they lose maps to us, they have that whole...
Holy freak, I don't know what's going on.
Swoty's going off.
They hear you in the next room.
Yeah.
Screaming.
Maybe that wouldn't be good.
We didn't want to kill their confidence.
That's what Scrap told me.
When we did around the bar with Scrap, he was like, when he played on Ultra,
the Ultra Academy team would scrim the real team.
And he was like, and I would beat them.
And they would hear me screaming next door.
So they stopped scrimming us.
Yeah.
It's like, what?
Of course.
That's what you would do.
Yeah, but.
You get back from the tournament.
Yeah.
Is there a thought?
in your head like a team change is going to happen.
We're going to stick together.
We're good.
We got this big swoot winning worlds.
That's what was in your head?
That was it in my head.
Again, we got secondly.
We qualified for the program.
We played.
We were only getting so much better.
I felt like we were making good strides because we only played for a month.
And I mean, it is a lot of time,
but at the same time, that's not like other teams who've been playing the whole year.
You know, it was just a month.
I feel like we were just finding our rhythm, but, you know, other people didn't feel the same.
So, yeah.
Well, was it, so the whole thing, and you can talk about, you can talk about or you can not talk about whatever you want.
The whole thing was about what I heard was like pro points.
Do you think that's completely the truth?
I mean, you got to think Awakening is probably a good-ass, good butt player.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's good.
So it's not like, you know.
Yeah, I didn't,
hey, I didn't get replaced for freaking a piece of rock.
Like I know he's a good.
Like a maniac.
Yeah, like, if I get a place for me, I'm actually like, I'm rioting.
That's what I'm saying.
Splitgate three times.
They text me, even I'm like, sure.
I'll join.
Yeah, no, Wake's good.
I mean, he's a previous CDL pro and, you know, he's good.
And I'm rooting for him.
I kind of feel bad for him too because I saw he was getting a lot of hate.
And it's like, I mean, it's not his fault.
Yeah.
He got the, he got the,
offer you know he's just refresh in twitter like yeah so you know i'll love to him he actually
reached out to me so shout out to him and he was pretty supportive and you know and i have no
no heart feelings towards it could have been anybody you know the thing wasn't with who they got paid
the thing you know it's my teammates you know my my friends you know who i sleep who i slept with
every day for a month did you sleep with them well not like like that way that's all good i didn't know
I was my team, D-TH.
Yeah.
So it's like...
So did you have any...
At the time...
Well, first...
How did it happen?
How did I go down?
I was chilling with my family.
I'm guessing Zen...
Yeah.
Zinni made a call.
Now you made a call.
I was chilling with my family.
And then I see Zinnie call me.
He never calls me.
So I'm like, I didn't take this guy's one.
What's your first thought when you see Zini pop up on your...
It was actually positive.
I was like...
Oh, yeah.
Zin is called.
Zin's called.
That is awesome.
It's good, boss.
Chilling with the fam.
And then...
And then he answers like this, dude.
Yeah, yeah.
And the most monotone, he's like,
yeah, so I'm like, what?
What's going on, bro?
He first asked me, what are you doing?
I'm like, I'm just sitting with the family.
And he's like, yeah, bro, so I'm just going to keep it straightforward with you.
And then, you know, we're a team.
They talked about it.
They want to go for a different move.
So we're going to pick up awakening for you.
and like I just like not even trying to sound like all dramatic like a female but like my heart
drop like it was just out of nowhere like there was no talks before like I didn't like nothing that
like hinting at anything like it was and that's probably why it makes sense and that I'm thinking but
like I didn't talk to any of the team like after the thing I guess they were talking you know
there was lots actually going off for them but it was just quiet for me and the funny part too is
I was talking to renegade literally like two hours before that I was in discrecoff and I'm like
we're talking i'm talking about like yeah
excited to get back bro
did you get any offers or anything like from the cdl
and they're like none of us did i was like oh our bed we'll just run it back
he's like yeah we'll probably just run it back
and i'm like damn bro and renegade said he's Texans
he's like you gotta get this job done immediately
yeah
then so it's like all right i'll be our back
I'm gonna chill with the fan man I'm having a great day
I'll see y'all though yeah I love you bro
hey let's be great man
renegade emergency
Not to make light of that situation
Because it is like, it's a
I never got dropped
But I imagined that it is a light
It is a gut wrenching situation
Did you ever have to drop anyone?
That's all I did was drop people
All I did was make the wrong decisions
Like you were the one calling them
Well there was times where like two
I remember one time
me and formal
tried to leave
I think it was Blaise and Ryanube
so we asked
lethal and who was it
lethal and someone else
the team
and then lethal and someone else
were like
I don't know we'll see
then they asked
they asked Blaise and Ryanube
Newb the team
so they stole them from us
so like there were situations
like that
where like I've had people leave
like maybe two players
on the team leave or something
but I don't think I
I don't think I ever got like
drop from a team
But you were you were you ever the ones that called
Like hey cleat
Sorry to send a text
Sorry to tell you this man
I'm fake
We're going a different direction
Yeah no I'm fake
Like I would just text him like this
A little piece sign
With like an X
Oh freak
No I'm just kidding
Not to yeah not to make light of this situation
It is a um
Like it is a gut-wrenching feeling
Like I'm sure like that.
Yeah, I'll play this way.
And the moment it sucked, you know, even still now, like it, you know, it kind of like, you know.
But at the end of day, like, the fact that Zinnie and, you know, you guys still want it, you know, I'm still contracted to Optic.
You know, so I'm still technically huntsman and the fact that they value me like that, like that means a lot.
And, you know, I'm not going to leak like specifics, but definitely I would say like in.
Once the season's over, captains, who.
I would say in general, they have plans for me.
or else they wouldn't like i still wouldn't you know be living an apartment here they wouldn't have
flown me out here i wouldn't be planned a set up like they have plans for me in the for the future and
huntsman nation yeah so it does suck right now but with bows
brings boz back but yeah i mean and my team right now like who knows like i was the kailer he's so
awesome kail's your team with kailer no no i was saying no i'm joined no i say kaila talked to me yesterday
he's like hey man like he's khyler's been through it all yeah kiler has been through it all
Tell him he was trying to like be positive and just you know be a W man for me like because he he he he knows about the news too so he was like you know I know how it is bro but just try to be positive and you know you who knows this team could be a better team like you know he was just trying to give me perspective so yeah shout to Kyler man
Kyle's like Kyle's like cause the most down to earth yeah he is the he is like a little hit at me he's like an angel in this space like in this doesn't even make sense in this in this studio he is the one beacon of
of light.
Yeah.
I want my kids to grow up and be like the person.
I would be so happy.
Like my daughter better be like who.
Right.
Exactly.
Yes.
And he's right.
Like if my team,
I could still,
the season's not over.
You know,
I'm not going to just mope and be a victim and cry for the rest of the year about
it.
Like I got,
there's still two more tournaments,
you know?
I got to go out and work.
So got my new team.
Why didn't Matt Craig put your setup right across the, like you're looking
directly at the team that dropped you?
Yeah.
He put my set up.
chat right across.
Like I'm staring at it.
There's a clear window and then a clear window and then it's the Huntsman room and you
are looking and try it.
Matt, was that on purpose?

I don't know if you were some Mr. Miyagi stuff going on.
Trying to train them up.
Yeah, I'm going to just stare at them every day.
They start at the team to drop me.
Hey, my feeling.
Renegade comes over.
He's like, you want to play ping pong?
Not a chance.
I ain't got time for that.
No time for you.
Just close the door on your way out.
So your situation right now, are you looking for a team?
No, I.
I have a team right now.
Oh, okay.
So you are still competing?
Yeah, I'm still competing.
So you will, are you going to be playing against them?
That's the plan, yeah.
Yeah.
I want to play them in the elite coming up here in the cut.
Oh, he says he wants to play.
Can you tell us who your team is?
Yeah, it's already publicly.
I was screaming with him yesterday.
It's a skill, Ocus, and Manny.
Oh, okay.
Oh, so you've got a really good team.
Yeah, that's it.
With a really good team.
Yeah, I would say a team that has a lot to root.
You know, Ocish just shot drop from C-9.
Right.
You know, he has a lot to get back.
Some CDL experience as well.
Yeah, CDL, yeah.
He's been playing the game at such a fast pace.
So he's been, he was frowned yesterday.
So he's probably like, this is all slow to me.
Right.
Like the challenger pace.
And then skill just turned 18, but he's really good.
And then Mani, he's, he's been around.
But he's won with some good teams.
Mani had a great.
Mani and those boys had a crazy start of this game.
Yeah.
They were, they were like insane in the first month.
Yeah, Mani won't go.
pros and stuff and yeah so it's a good it's a good team we just got to get on the same page and just
just grind work but yeah i'm excited so you're just you're right back to it scrimming your
your daily schedule it's not changing it all it's right back to us everything is the same i'm just
playing with a different team did anybody from uh challengers get picked up yeah a lot oh really who so
who went who went pro after this last event after this last event pro actually not a lot sorry
A lot of teams change, but they just change pro to pro.
Right, yeah.
But in terms of Challenger,
Standy got picked up to the Ravens.
Okay.
And then...
Stanley back in the league.
Yeah, Stanis back to the league.
I'm actually faded.
Who did Ocus get dropped for?
O'Kis got dropped for...
Oh, Weavy.
Wevy?
Yeah.
Not familiar.
He just turned 18.
He played his first tournament in Atlanta, and he got picked up.
Yeah.
I will say, you know, I'm not hating on Webbie's a great player, he's good, but I know a main thing was he's like really close friends with Hyde.
So like he just probably just like go join.
But Webby is good, he's good though because then they wouldn't pick him up, you know?
Right, yeah.
So he can hang, he's good.
Now, that's all C9 situation, huh?
Yeah.
Oh, bro.
Or he's like, we talked, I was on the optic pod yesterday.
And I didn't know any of this was happening, but like leaked conversations with the barstle with Bush and C9.
Oh, I didn't know about this.
No.
They posted that.
It's like elite conversation.
Like Bush recorded a conversation they were having with the, I don't know if it's owner of
C-Dine, but whoever's like looking over the call of duty team.
They were like, all right, 10K buyout, okay, that's not going to work.
2K buyout.
And they were like, yeah, we'll do a 2K buyout.
What was the fucking, what was the point?
What was the drama?
The drama was that Wevey had to pay half of it.
That Wevey had to pay half of, it was a 2K buyout.
Wevey had to pay half of it.
half of the buyout.
A thousand dollars?
Yeah.
He just,
and he just barely turned 18,
like I said,
graduate high school.
Cloud 9 can't cover 2K.
But then Cloud 9 publicly says,
like,
one,
they didn't know that it was being recorded.
And that Webby doesn't,
that's not true,
Webby doesn't have to do that.
But to find out,
but what C9 will be doing
is because they're going to
automatically make it to Worlds or,
or they get a stipend for worlds,
just for showing up.
Yeah.
They're going to take some of that money to cover the cost of what it took to buy them out.
So, Webby is paying for at least some of the buyout, which is insane.
Wevey's paying for his own buyout, but he's eventually going to get it back if they qualify for worlds.
Is that what you're saying?
Wevey's not going to pay for his own buyout, but when they qualify for worlds, they're going to take his stipend money.
Yeah.
Because it's guaranteed money hitch.
Like guaranteed Wevey and that team's going to make this amount, just for showing up.
So they're taking some of that guarantee.
So does this year everybody
qualifies for champs this year?
No, no, not Chian.
EWC.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, EWC.
So they're going to just take this.
So basically, he's paying for it.
Who do you think is the best challengers player?
The best challengers player.
The best challengers play.
Um, I would say
Abe.
I mean, he almost got picked up to Toronto yesterday, too.
Abe is really good.
Snoopy is really good.
I can't believe Snoopy's not in the league.
Yeah, he's just running a world.
I can't believe he's not in the league.
Snoopy's really good.
Yeah.
There's a few.
I mean,
most of like just top teams,
you know,
they all got good players.
It's cool,
it's been cool to see the,
the Challenger's kids
get their shine
the last like,
what's 12 months.
Yeah.
It's really,
especially with Merck,
with Merck,
obviously we talked about it so many times,
but Kips,
Kips is like been making insane waves.
Yeah.
Neum just got us.
Chip, like.
Yeah.
Challenges,
fun.
I'm glad I came at,
I guess,
because what everyone's telling me
is like I came at the right moment.
Oh, yeah.
Because I'm like the Challenger's.
Because it was like a friendship league up there and the CDL.
It was a,
it was a shit pile for five years until,
I mean,
literally the CDA kind of.
No, it was Zuma.
Zuma did everything.
Zuma did everything.
Zuma did everything for that scene.
Without Zuma,
Challenger scene.
Yep.
Oh,
just for challengers?
The Challenger scene dies.
I was telling you
it dies without Zuma.
I was thinking like,
well,
the step after that
is someone like Mirk,
a challenger's kid.
Right.
He's gotten dropped by Zuma.
Yeah,
which of course.
Who's this Mirk guy
gets the chance of a lifetime
to compete who
was a beans
going to show up?
Yeah.
Or something like that.
Yeah.
Plays for him.
They get third.
Then people are like,
what the hell?
Merck's probably good.
Then he joins Optic.
The rest of his history.
But now,
everyone's,
Everyone saw that and they're like, all right, more of us need to be doing that.
Yep.
Right.
Fudge getting slasher again and Snoopy and whoever the hell else.
Like, let's take some risk or we're just going to fall behind and all these new, new players are going to get picked up by different teams.
Cloud 9 did.
Cloud 9 picked up a bunch of risks.
Yeah, a bunch of them.
Webby.
Wevey.
Wevey.
Hyde and Webby just turned 18 and then encourage.
I mean, maybe that might be the play.
I don't know.
Based on, I don't know, I don't know much about the situation.
All I see is Octane's tweets, and nobody, nobody hates the Cloud 9 situation more than Octane does.
Really?
He's like, what are we doing?
Like, he hates it.
It's just, they just picked up, like, all challenges players to pay them, pay them the bare minimum.
There's only 12 teams in this league.
I've been watching Codd for 20 years at this point.
There's, we're in the year six of only 12 teams.
teams being, you know, professional teams.
And out of those 12 teams, one, like, one is an amateur team.
One of them pays a gazillion dollars per player, you know, in order to maintain a spot.
And the other one pays zero dollars for every player, you know, the bare minimum for players.
So then that, that in my head, you know, no offense to the Falcons for saying that, that leaves 10 legitimate
spots. So now we only have 10 teams
that like are
and then I've heard crazy stuff
about Boston Breach and like
some some some
orgs are just like
they don't know what's going on and it
doesn't seem like they want to know.
They're just in it because they got here and
now they there's like two people
on the staff. They're just trying to save money. Right
I'll be
fuck what was it?
Oh, when you
how did you feel
the most recent event was Atlanta
Atlanta, yeah.
How did you feel, I feel like I heard talks about, like, the reason they even got there was because Swutie was clutching in S&Ds, but then they said at the event, at the event, how did you feel you played?
I definitely could have played better at the event, but I think I played, like, I played all right, you know?
Like, I had some good games, I had some bad games.
Like, it wasn't, like, I don't think, like, I, like, went crazy nuclear, but, like, I didn't, like, underpriced.
perform like I was just like basically a role player like I was I just did like you know so it was nothing
like bad enough like you didn't shoot the sheets no didn't shoot the sheets uh you just like you didn't
get absolutely shooting on I've had events like that to where it's like maybe I did have some good
moments but then I also had some games or damn I could have played better yeah no I I I'll be honest
I had games I got pooped on like where I was double nigg but the thing is like all of us had like good games
and good, bad games and good moments.
Like, it wasn't like an, I wasn't like an outlier.
So after that you weren't thinking like,
damn, the whole team's going to look at me like,
Swootie didn't perform.
Yeah, no, I didn't think that.
Okay.
Would you say it was mostly like a pro points decision?
No, I would say,
I know what really, I don't know if I want to say.
I don't care.
The thing with what happened on land, one thing that they didn't really like, and I'm going to be the first person to say it.
I'm not a perfect player.
You know, I'm a human being.
You know, I have to improve in a lot of different aspects of the game.
But it wasn't really like my gameplay.
What they noticed different about me on land was more so like my calms and my energy.
And I will admit on land, I definitely, it's a little bit more anxiety than it is like.
just playing online.
So I was just trying to stay more calm.
So I was a little bit quieter.
Like I wasn't trying to like, you know, like work myself up or and then I play bad.
So I was, I was a little bit more quieter.
And, you know, after the, after we lost, you know, they told me about it.
And I was like, and, you know, I told them what I just told you guys.
You know, I have, it's a little bit more anxiety.
You know, I need to work on that on, you know, trying to be more vocal and like, be more
energetic and stuff, like on land.
and they're like, all right, it's fine, we're still in the challenge tournament.
Just do that, you know, just do that tomorrow, you know, just like try to be more yourself.
You know, we feed off of your energy.
So, like, when you're quiet, you know, it's just, it's not the same.
So then the next day in the challenger thingy, I, I, 100%, like, this isn't in me being biased.
You could look at the clips, like, you see me standing up, like getting loud, pointing, like,
worked up.
Like, I felt like I applied what they were saying, you know.
And I was more energetic.
I brought more energy, more higher comms and doing my stuff.
And I guess it still wasn't like a, I think that's what it rubbed them the wrong way.
Okay.
Was like too much energy?
No, no, no, no.
Was like the in the pro am the day before, like I didn't have any energy.
And they're like, oh, you were playing different and this and that.
So I know that room the wrong way.
On top of that, pro points.
And on top of that, they felt like we.
we over we over performed we shouldn't have really got in second place in the lead or top six
that you know we just got i don't know lucky or whatever it is yeah we had a good day and which i don't
agree with because they were like we had bad screams we had bad this like no shoot the first week
and you know a few days we're playing we're not playing the best like we're a new team we
obviously as the time and more time goes on we're going to be a better team so obviously you know
we're going to play better later on
as we have more time.
And so I didn't agree with that,
but it was accumulation of those three.
We overperform my pro points
and then me at land.
I would say,
that was a learning experience for you,
but for a player like you,
and there are certain players like that,
like a pred.
If a pred shows up and he's just like,
like I just want to be locked in,
whether it's like,
because your adrenaline is,
going more.
It doesn't have to be nervous,
doesn't have to be nervous,
or you're anxious or you're scared.
Yeah.
Like,
it can just,
like,
you enter this state of,
like,
let me just put my headphones on.
I lock in,
like,
I just want to be focused for this match.
Yeah.
A player like Predd,
like,
can't really do that.
Yeah.
Like,
Pred has to be talking.
What are we going to do?
How does Brett want things ran?
He needs to be,
like, hyping up his teammates.
He needs to be that loud,
Fred.
Yeah, yeah.
Um,
and I think you're that.
guy for not on how much of that guy you were for the huntsman but just seeing your personality i feel
like you are sort of that guy yeah i definitely brought more energy you get quiet sui it's like
what's going on here yeah that's what they're like i would say you hit it's just like a what's going
on and what you got to start asking what's going on about your teammates it it it like yeah not
flip a switch but like it does something to where you're like too what's like yeah i get
going on here.
Start doubting or whatever, resent resenting.
But I will say you hit it on a nail because that's literally what I, I later to him,
like, I just want to be, like, locked in.
Like, I'm not trying to make the game bigger than itself.
Like, I'm just focused.
And because once, I mean, if you look at the numbers, like, you look at the games,
like, I wasn't any shoot it on.
I wasn't, oh, he was so nervous.
He, you know, he got pooped out.
Like, I was, I was still playing, you know, solid.
I was the same as everyone else, you know?
So it wasn't anything like I got, I was so nervous.
It was more of my calms and my energy is what it was.
And that was just because I was trying to stay locked.
But again, it's a learning thing.
Like, I haven't played as much lands as these guys who's been, you know, in the league.
How many lands you've been to?
I went to Dreamhack last year and I've been to these three.
So that was four.
I've been to four in my life.
And that was my first one like on a stage like that, you know, in the program.
But again, the next day, I applied what they said.
And I promise you, I would, you could look at.
Cliffs. Like, I'm standing up. I'm screaming. I'm pointing. I'm getting loud midgame. Like,
I just felt a lot more confident and like, okay, let me be that guy, you know, for my team.
And I play definitely a lot better, too, on that Saturday. So that's something I could take like,
hey, just be you. That's what I'm telling us. Just be you. So, you know, like.
And you got to think other teams are thinking that too. No one wants to lose the Swoody.
Yeah. No one wants to get shooted on. No one wants Swoody standing up and telling us.
telling them they got shoot at all.
Yeah, not facts.
So, like, yeah, you just got to be you.
I think one thing about me, too, like, that kind of reminds me to, like.
See, even Dashy's coming to pick.
Let's go.
Now, one thing I will say, though, what I don't like, you guys saw how transparent I was with you guys.
I have flaws.
A lot of these challenger players, really, they don't, they're, I'm not saying you have to admit it,
but they like to deny it.
Like, I'll, you know, I'll be the one to say, you know, I was, I had a little bit more
anxiety.
These guys,
it'll be the shittiest, it'll be
the shudiest players trying to play it
off like, they're just cool.
They smoke six before their match and like,
but they are frightened.
I see that, I see that mentality in
amateur players way more than
professional players. Yeah. They're just
faking it. Pro players, like you'll sit,
I'll sit there and I don't really
see it as much anymore because I'm not around
the team, but especially like, even with
our team now, like they'll be crowded around
and like, Shotsie will be like, ah, yeah, that
I should have done that.
And like he's saying that to his team or like, you know,
that doesn't, I don't see that happen a lot in, in the amateur team.
Well, in challengers, people don't want to, everyone wants to be next up.
So they don't want to say like, oh, that's true.
This is my flaw.
Yeah.
I mean, I think the whole, I got nervous here, bro.
This round five, bro, I was so nervous sitting in this.
Like, no one wants to admit that flaw.
Like everyone wants to seem like that.
Everyone wants to look.
Yeah, they want to look, look the part so they get picked up.
I think the whole thing about challengers is, I think.
I think it's all ass backwards.
I really do.
Now you have an entire league where the league is not about winning.
Winning is like a side piece to keep all these guys coming back to, you know, play for crumbs
while they're all stat hoaring in order to try to get to the league.
Like, it's such a bad, it's not even real, it's like not even real competition.
Nobody's going to pick up the X factor player.
Like, yeah.
Nobody's going to pick up the guy who is, you know, always in the hill and going for trades,
the first end.
Or like just making the right plays.
They're going to pick up the guy who's, you know, out on the layer, getting all the kills.
Right.
Yeah.
They're going to drop the guy with a one.
If a guy drops a 0.9 and then the other guy drops up 1.1, they're going to pick up the 1.1 player.
This is.
Yeah.
Especially if you if you don't have somebody that's like, if you're like Boston Breach or like Cloud 9 where they're just trying to fill rosters, like you're not going to, you're not going to pick.
You're not going to have somebody in there and be like, no, this guy's making the right play.
Like this guy's making the right play all the time, even though his stats aren't there.
Yeah.
Like we're winning because this guy's...
You're not going to find somebody like that.
Yeah.

about zini l zini shit gm he shouldn't be managing nothing yeah um what would what what's your
opinion on zini maybe how he's helped you his role in this situation people say they built the huntsman
to not have old pros on the team
to, you know, make a sort of...
Now they got three old pros.
Now they got three old pros.
So people are kind of giving Zinny shoot
about going back on his word, I guess,
and what was the point of making this Huntsman team?
What's your opinion on Zinney?
I know Zini, I give Zini some grace,
because I know he didn't want this.
Like he was trying to find every possible.
solution like to keep me so like I respect him for that even now like he he's told me you know
future stuff so like I know Zini means well I it's it was the team you know wanted to so he he
kind of he's he's like the middle man like he's like oh I want this but like three of people
are coming to me on the team like I'm not just gonna big bro them and then and maybe it wasn't a
like maybe the players didn't even know what they wanted they were like I kind of want this guy well
what about this guy and then Zinney's like bro this is what we do you two are do you two do
this these guys do this like these are the two players that would work best for us like trust
I mean Zin's in a bad spot I don't I don't think it's like uh I think not to defend Zinn
as if I know exactly what what went on but I think Zinni truly does believe in you but I think
he did have three teammates who like made the final choice and he just can't really
and there's also a lot like it was it was it's been Zin's dream
It's been Zin's dream for like three years to get a challenger's team.
Like he's been talking about this shit forever,
but it just had to be the right scenario,
which is the huntsman.
And now he's at a point where this is the first year
that Zin's really been included in a challengers team.
And there's a possibility for that team that he helped, you know,
cultivate to make it to a world championship.
And then also another pro M.
in EWC
which is like the biggest tournament
that any challengers team could play in.
Yeah.
And so he's,
I think that's just where his mind is.
Yeah,
I get it.
You know,
he's,
now it's at a point where like,
he can guarantee a spot
in at least one of those.
Yeah.
So you can't really fault.
You can't,
I know it,
I know it ate him up.
Yeah.
I know it did.
Because I didn't,
I was in Arizona,
so I didn't know any of this was happening.
I saw it on Twitter or I saw it as it was being announced.
And I was like,
damn,
I know,
I know,
getting eaten up by this.
But you hear us say all this and your head are you like,
nah, fudge that.
He still could have.
That's true.
It's like 50-50.
I think he could have definitely,
but I get where he's coming from,
so I'm not going to fault him for that.
Just hold it over his head.
Just hold it over his head.
I know he wanted me on the team.
Like, I know that.
Like, I know he told me,
I'm not going to say away, you know, all this stuff,
but he told me like all, like, the possibly,
like, he definitely tried to find a way to keep me on the team.
and it just didn't work out that way.
So he's just a messenger in this.
People shouldn't be giving him shoot.
People should be sending hate
towards my three pet.
No, I'm just kidding.
Hey, well, soon enough.
When's like the next possibilities?
Obviously, Swutie, you got your team now.
Yeah.
You're still over here.
You're going to be making some content.
When's the next time we could see you play against them?
We can play against the huntsman.
Yeah, like in a tournament setting,
would be
Do you plan on
like scrimming them at all?
I want to scrimmed them
I don't know if they're booked up.
Stream it?
Yeah, I'm a stream today
I stream my screams every day.
Talk shoot.
Hopefully we scrimmed them
but I think
I mean they're just,
it's just practice.
Obviously it would still be cool
for like the lore
but to play them in a tournament setting
there's a cup coming up
and then there's the elite
coming up.
So hopefully we run into them.
What's your team's name?
The stallion strub.
So Zuma
Back on stallions?
Technically, yeah.
Zuma signed Ocus and Manny, so they're a stallion.
And then skill was on the bush.
He was like on their second team.
They called him the strubs.
So it's the stallion strub.
But like, it puts me in a weird.
Stalian something.
Yeah, it's weird because like I'm still technically huntsman,
but like they wanted to claim like the name.
So either way.
You got a team.
Yeah, I have a team.
Possibility you could be playing Huntsman soon enough.
So I'm excited.
I don't know who to root for
Well I think just enjoy the show
Yeah just enjoy the show
And maybe some of y'all should
Just enjoy the show as well
No need to bash
Yeah
Bash all of those that have been involved
Just sit back and enjoy
Enjoy the show
I'll be rooting for both of y'all
Yeah
Yeah
Well Suu thank you so much for coming on
We've been wanting you on for a while now
