So whenever they, all right, so I'm hungover. I pull up. I'm in the parking garage. I take like two, three shots just back to back to back, boom, boom. And I was like, all right, I feel bad. I walked in. Like, I'm cool.

Chill is a cucumber. or saying hey to people. They're kind of breaking me, they're telling me what's going on. They're like, we'll be ready to shoot like 30, 45 minutes. And I'm like, fuck.

So like 30, 45 minutes go by. And then like another 15. It's damn near been an hour. And then we start shooting. I'm like, this alcohol is kind of disappearing. And we start doing like a couple takes on one shot. I'm trying to remember my like few shots.

Oh, it was like, one of them was like throwing a ruby cube up. And I was like, it's fine, whatever. But I just start feeling my hangover. I start not feeling as good. The shots are wearing off. It's been like an hour and a half. Then I'm doing the shot, like throwing the Rubik's cube.

And it's like, all right. Next, we're going to have it to where, like, you're going to already have, like, the solved Rubik's cube in your hand. But when it ends, or like you're going to do, like, one twist to solve it. And then once you solve it, you're going to, like, smile for 10 seconds because we're going to do a, uh, it's all. going to be like fast forwarded so we need you to smile 10 for like 10 seconds so they can at least like see that you're smiling so they're like just smile just hold it and it was the most awkward the cameraman's like panning to my face and i'm doing the worst like fake smile i feel like my cheek like starting to twitch and it was like you know when someone's just super uncomfortable

but you see them smiling and you're like god that's so awkward that was me except They made me do it like five times. And I was like sweating. My adrenaline was going. And I was just smiling. Matt's trying to find the commercial. And it was just so bad. Like it was the camera guy was so close to me.

He had someone was overlooking the camera guy looking at it. And I know that my like cheek. My like cheek was twitching. I was so fucking uncomfortable. And it was just like shit like that to where it's just like all right, ready you go. Or even like I'm just not a good smiler to where like even in pictures I've been practicing or like Michelle told me to just like you have to practice your smile. And I've been kind of practicing.

But usually I just go with like the. That's what I do. Alexis doesn't like it. She's like, show your teeth. And I'm like, I can't. Unless it's like a genuine like. Right. That's why I hate.

Um, but there's, but some people, remember, I'm thinking back like 20, 20 days, where we'd have people that would gift like a hundred every day. Like, once a day, they would gift a hundred. And I'm just like, what? It seems like everyone has those people except us. And when you

don't, well, you haven't been streaming. Well, I haven't been streaming, but like, even when I did stream, like, we definitely have those people still. There's this misconception of like, stream consistently, have good streams. I mean, like, that's how you rise. But that is not really the case. For a lot of people, no. There's literally, like, there can sometimes be a strategy to it. Like, whenever I started streaming again last year,

I started streaming Valoran. I don't think many, like, crazy subs or anything was happening. But I started streaming Valent, had, like, decent numbers. Then I think Halo Worlds came up. And then like, we were doing the watch party there. That boosted me to like 2000 some. Then I think like the new call of duty came out was playing that. That boosted me.

I got to like, I don't know, 22, 23, 2400 or something. And then after that, just like kept playing that. I was streaming every single day. Even on like Christmas, like I canceled my flight home. I was streaming on Christmas, Christmas Eve. Like I was addicted to the like just that I was going to wake up and stream no matter what. Did that for like six, seven months. straight every single day and it went from like 2,400 to like 900 something subs and like viewers

down. I mean, granted, I switched to fucking halo and it was just no one wants to watch fucking halo. But it was, I don't know, there's like a miskin's a, there's a strategy behind it and I haven't figured it out yet, but there's a misconception of like, I mean, maybe I just have to be more entertaining, which we can get into my next subject of me returning to Adderall. Maybe I can... Dude, stop. Maybe I just need to be more entertaining, but there's times I'm like,

I'm like, dude, I am giving this 110%. I'm screaming when I... Like, I felt like I was trying to be so entertaining, but there was just like nothing I could do and just like... I think there was like a few weeks where I was just getting like a few... And this isn't the sound...

I'm just explaining what it is, man. Get mad. I don't care. This isn't the sound fucking like... unappreciative, but towards the end there would be like weeks where I'd just get like a couple resubs, some new subs. I'm like, bro, I'm streaming six, five, six, seven hours a day. And it was like, bro, if I actually add this up, which isn't really how streaming

works, like you go by like month and the same people keep returning and it's not just all about new people. But I'm like, if I've really add this up, this is like $36. a day for like seven hour streams. I was like, this is not good. And that was, and it was like, and yes, streaming is kind of easy to a point, but it, it's most, the, the hard part is not easy.

It's not easy. The hard part's the fucking mental part of dealing with that and seeing, like, you have to live, living with your lows. And it's also just you're talking non-fucking stop. So like after every stream, I just felt fucking exhausted. Can you look up to the point? Zirka, Zirka first.

But, yeah, not just to like complain about it, but like towards the end, I was just like, bro, I think I'm just going to take a break. Yeah, and you did. And I did. I watched this yesterday, Zirka, one of the sidemen, huge. He's got three million subscribers, did a video where he goes, I went live on a secret channel until someone found me. So he creates a new channel on you in streams on YouTube. He has to wait for 24 hours before he can go live.

He goes live and streams for six hours with no viewers and changes. games changes his title changes i i don't think maybe his thumbnail in his bio and he literally just lives life and he's like i can't get off until someone finds me no one and until someone recognizes me is what he eventually went with and then it got he got i think six hours deep or five hours deep and never got a viewer damn never got one viewer it's so tough if people want advice for getting into streaming and stuff. I really don't. I don't know. I would honestly, I would say you have to find some funny ass, good-ass TikTok clips. I've seen, um, say boss has done a lot of YouTube reels and TikTok clips and they're, they actually get decent numbers for at least like as big as what Seaboss is. Like,

it does good. And I'm, I've, I've seen his stream numbers like double or triple recently. Really? Yeah. Like his. His, I think his Instagram is popping more. I mean, dude, that's what, like, literally? He puts in the fucking grind. Casos? He's doing big, he's playing with one, some, he's playing with soccer players that have like 30 million followers. Oh, yeah.

So it's like, he's, he's putting in that fucking work every single day. And he'll still just have like a hundred, hundred 20 viewer. Like, it's fucking hard. Dude. What? And by the way, I'm blessed to even have what I have. What Caso and Sketch and Jincy did was that. They, like,

Casso, I watched one of Casso's videos, or one of his, uh, podcasts. And he was like, yeah, I would play for five hours or play for four hours.

And then I would say, out of those four hours, I got to get three funny TikToks out of it. It, it's so different from what we did. I literally when I start streaming again, I have to think of it like that. Yeah.

And he would go in and he'd be like, all right, I, I remember these funny parts. He would edit them. He would put them. out and then he would stream the next day and he did that over and over and over again and dude there's so many and it's just the meta now there's so many times where we have to we say things

because I think the funniest parts of TST streams are when the three of us are big cam and we're fucking with each other and we're just riffing and being funny because we like like joking with each other or like making fun of each other I think those are the funniest parts of TST and so we eventually we're trying to get more of those Ticktox out because those are so funny. Have you noticed like those do better than your others? Oh 100% I mean I think like gaming clips like gaming clips they have to be funny or they have to be scary or like like like you think about the caseo the the caseo clips that blow up or when he's playing and then he reads like somebody's like

like mr. I eight five guys or whatever and then he's like ban that guy like those are the ones that blow up and it's not has nothing to the game it's just it's just being funny being entertaining because nowadays like the Zerka video like dude I mean tens of thousands of people have like are like probably like hundreds of thousands of people are streaming to one to zero to five people and those five people are just their buddies that are just like yo I'm I'm playing war zone right now like if you want to watch It's a difficult.

It's so oversaturated. It's so difficult. I was talking to formal a little bit. It was a nice conversation. I haven't talked to formal and like, I mean, all of us just in general, unless we're like here,

we don't really. Yeah. Like it's not some big hangout. Maybe on a rare occasion we go to Cess or someone has a dinner or something. But it's like, I would see formal sometimes at the optic office whenever, whenever I was streaming. But then like,

since I moved. And especially, obviously since this, like, I haven't seen him in a while. And then I was talking to him during the Valorant days outside, smoking a Sig. I was like, this is like the old days, man. Remember, like, you used to, you were playing cod here, come out here, smoke a Sig. Like, I kind of miss these days. But I was low-key talking to him. And not just him, I've been thinking about it recently.

And I was like, my career is video game. Like it's just I'm in the video game world Though I do Though I am in the process Of trying to get in the best shape of my life To try to like switch it around More towards like lifestyle and fitness And maybe become like a personal trainer

But my life is in the video game world And please in the comments Tell me if I'm not I can't be the only one But since I stopped taking Adderall I just don't want to play video games growing up

all I wanted to do was play video games it was it's all I wanted to do and I wasn't even on Addy then like high school and shit I come I don't think I don't think your situation is like common you don't think it's common

12 random people. They would all join and they would play Mike Myers or they would do like private match like fun stuff. I think it's also different when you get in a relationship because like even now if I was not in a relationship, I would probably be sitting at my computer a lot more instead of just like on the couch or in bed with Michelle. Yeah. Like if that's a part of it. But I've really, I've in getting older is a part of it obviously like everyone starts to

kind of like hex hasn't hex loves video games but like he doesn't really want to sit down and fucking grind some shit like but he likes that loves the culture dude hex is at a point now that i cannot wait to get to where he can just like sit down and just play minecraft but like even that dude it's the bet here's here's my point when i take adderall i want to do the literal opposite of what my day-to-day life is. Like, I'll wake up early, eat healthy foods, hit the gym.

Then even if I'm streaming, I'm streaming, but I'm mostly just like, just talking to chat and shit. I'm not really ever locked in anymore. Ever! I can't get fucking locked. But if I had Adderall,

dude, that wouldn't lock you. Since not taking Adderall, I'm never, locked. Dude, you need a therapist. I've been locked maybe two or three times since not taking Adderall. And it's all I want to do is get whatever I have to do done during the day. And then just like lay in bed. But if I had at when I take Adderall, it completely flips. I want to play video games. Like it does some. When I take Addy like I want to play video. I want to sit at my desk. I want to make beats. I want to dive into something. It turns on something in my brain that literally doesn't exist unless I have Addie.

Do I need to message Michelle and be like, watch him? Do I do what? Because you're making me want to do that. Well, I've already said. I was like, what if I started like taking a low dose again? No. And she was like, no. Good.

but then I'm just knocked the fuck out. Like, do you sleep at events? Like, yeah, like, got to get sleep, at least like six hours. Yeah. I'm just like, that is not how it was for me. I'd be up for days.

I remember asking Mango. I asked Mango off camera and that they play a game where you have to be like, you have to press a hundred buttons to do three things. Yeah. And I'm like, how crazy is like Adderall abuse in your community? And he was like,

oh, I've never even heard of a player taking it. He's been playing for 20 years. Dude. And I was like, oh, yeah, no. I've never heard of a player taking it either over here. It's so different. That's what I'm saying. Like, this Halo, Halo Cod community that we have.

Yeah. First of all, blame the old school MLG Halo guys. Because they brought this shit into the world. Even though I was thinking it in, like, middle school. I do have to leave. That's old school. I have to leave here soon because of my haircut. But I want to end with.

and was whatever the fuck I'm about to say since taking Addy I took Addy for so long like I took it in middle school and I didn't like it because I wasn't sitting on playing video games I just like I would have to go to school on it and it makes me like a zombie and horrible for socializing so I stopped taking it

towards the end of high school I started dabbling in it a little bit again and it wasn't really an issue but then since 2010 is when I started taking it for advantage 2011 12, 34 to every single year after that it just got

worse and worse. Halo 5 came out I had to take it H1Z1 came out H1Z it just got worse and worse and worse and so we're talking like a decade straight of basically abusing it so then in 2021 when I completely

stopped it was and it's still it's just it's So all I did on Addy was like sit at my computer. I'd wake up, I'd take once it kicked in, I sit at my computer. I could do whatever. I could do nothing. I could just watch YouTube videos, watch rap battles. I could play GB tournaments.

I could make shitty beats. Like it did, I just, I was in that zone to be wanting to sit at my computer and like do something. And then since quitting Adderall, all I wanted to do when Adderall was like play video games, do something. it sparked that side of my brain. And since quitting Adderall, that feeling is just not there anymore ever. And I know right now if I took a like a 30 instant release or something, I would want, I would find somewhere to like sit down and play a video game or something. Like it's just, that's just what it does on my brain.

And I feel like that's just what my brain's missing. It's just crazy out. And there has, I know there's people out there that have taken Adderall for a long time, but it affected their life in a negative way too much to where they're like, it's just simply not worth it. And it is fucking addicting. Because like you take Adderall,

you feel great. Next day you wake up feeling like shit. And you're like, well, fuck, let's feel great again. Let's take it. But since abusing it so long, once I stopped that feeling

of like wanting to sit down out of your computer and grind or grind a video game or locking in or playing something new or making shitty beats or just. sitting at your computer, that whole side is just gone from me. And I don't know what it is. It took some training

because I remember I got out and I think Halo Infinite, or no, we played like Minecraft and some other stuff. But it was so hard to just sit down and I don't know. I guess I'm just saying this for the few that might relate and can maybe help me out

in the comments with this one. And I don't even know what the point of it was. But it is just so hard for me to, it's my brain, I just, it just makes me want to tap back into the haddy, but I can't. Because over, over, it's just, the good will not out way the negative.

And which brings me to my next and final point, I've been cold plunging, working out every single day. I'm going to get in the best shape of my life. I'm going to get shredded. I guarantee. it.
