And it's just weird.
I feel like when I put them on, it's like, oh, I'm in like a Discord call.
Right.
It's like, more comfy.
I'm trying to be like in real life.
That's part of the.
No.
That's not.
Definitely don't want that.
Definitely don't want that.
I'm not really.
Where do you want to put them?
A real life liver.
Do you want me to tuck them away?
No, just put it on the floor.
It's not going to make it look messy.
It'll definitely make it look messy.
Oh my God.
It'll ruin the aesthetic, but it'll ruin everything, but like, it's fine.
It'll run the entire hip, but.
Well, I'll wait for you.
Sorry.
Welcome back to the episode of the flight cast episode.
Who gives a fuck?
I think it's actually episode 141.
Today we have a very special guest in the building.
Me.
Alexis, my fiancee is here and we're talking.
What?
Content creator.
Oh, yeah.
Body painter.
Famous YouTuber.
Super famous YouTuber.
Thank you.
What's like the word for what you do?
Body painter.
Yeah, body painter.
I mean, it just depends on like what it is
because sometimes it's makeup artist
depending who I'm talking to.
Do you ever say content creator?
Like if people ask what?
No.
You know what?
Like I didn't really like use content creator
or content until like the gaming scene
until I got to know him.
And that's what I said before
is that like in the makeup world
we don't even say content.
Like we're filming a video.
That's it.
Like we're not like,
We have content today.
We have content to do.
Don't call her a cosplayer either.
She'll freak out.
Well, it's...
It's not...
That is...
That is what you do.
That is...
You are a cosplayer.
Look at this cool person.
I'm going to dress up like that.
No, but it's not like that because cosplayers, like, they know how to sew.
They know how to make clothes.
They know how to do those details.
I don't know how to sew.
So a lot of these girls ain't cos players.
No, they are.
They ain't sewing their shit.
A lot of people do.
They just find, like, an outfit.
Maybe they're all.
I don't know.
I don't know how it works.
There's some, like, crazy cosplayers.
Like, they, like, 3D print their, like, suits and put them all.
I know there's some insane, some insane shit out there.
You're talking about the guy.
The guy that goes over and buys a Master Chief costume and puts it on.
Like a watch party.
And that's fine.
He's not a, he's not like a.
A cosplayer.
He's not a cosplayer.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Soing and all that stuff.
Do you know, um,
Sina?
The shriemer?
Yeah, yeah.
I saw her.
I thought she just bought some outfit.
But it was some character from rivals, the squirrel.
Squirrel girl.
Squirrel girl.
She did.
She cosplayed as the squirrel girl, but she was like breaking down how much time it took,
sewing everything.
So you don't do any of that.
No, no.
I only paint.
I mean, well, it depends.
Like, if I have to make a headpiece or something like that, I'll try.
Like, I'll try to use foam and try to glue it together.
Let's give people.
some context. Matt,
can you pull up a made you
look? Either Google. Let's watch
the sins one. Watch her pen
TikTok. Oh, no. We're going to watch my
videos. Yeah, yeah, watch her pin TikTok.
No, get one with her. Do you ever talk
in the videos? No, you kind of like act or do like the
voiceover stuff? Well, I've been doing it for 10 years.
So when I was on you, oh gosh.
The first one, the first one. Yeah.
What are your first thoughts when we're watching this in front of you?
Good. Oh, my God.
And evil.
This is my first thought.
See, she made the horns there.
There's so much more creative.
In this whole series, yeah, a lot of it,
I either painted the additional things or made them.
You know what's actually funny about this video?
I almost didn't do it.
I almost didn't do it because I did that character and that character.
I did every character individually.
These are all individual YouTube videos.
And then she spliced them to.
Did you do all this for one video?
Oh, no.
Well, I would at this point.
But this was, I think this was in 2020-ish or like early 2021.
And I had filmed every single individual sin because it was requested for like...
What's that love?
Eight years.
So we've got wrath.
I got to try to think of them.
Yeah, I can't.
I don't know the sense.
It's wrath, envy, lust.
This is pride.
or that wait maybe
Hang on
No I messed him up
I messed him up
What is that one?
We were trying to think of this at
When we went to catch the other day
No a peacock has to be like
There has to be like a beauty one
And I just can't remember like the name
Gluttony
Is that gluttony?
Yeah the ice cream cone would be gluttony
But people have been asking for this forever
So I did these individually
Here it is here it is here it is
I keep thinking emotions
Not fucking sins
Bride greed
Lust envy gluttony
Oh that's why
So, yeah, so the peacock one is pride and then the gold one would be great.
That's why.
I had the toughest time with those two, but then I'm missing a sin because I'm missing sloth.
And I thought it would be so funny to not film it and not do a makeup and be like, oh, it's sloth because sloth is like laziness.
And then the joke was going to be that I was going to post it a year.
later, but what ended up happening
to me was I made a video on
YouTube like, oh, I don't
feel like doing it. No one thought it was
funny. Everyone was mad at me.
Really? And I was like, you know what?
So you get shit like we do.
Like, now I'm not doing it at all.
I love it. I mean, it makes sense.
I could see, well,
I mean, to be honest, they don't. Yeah. And I'm like,
they want to see something. Right. Right.
I can understand that from a
year's perspective. Yeah.
from a band perspective.
I still think I'm funny.
So wait, so.
That's all that matters.
That's all that.
The only thing that separates this from a cosplay is that you're not,
is that your individual character.
Or is that your characters that you created yourself.
Like if those horns.
That is a good point.
If those horns were.
Somebody else's.
On like a character,
then that would be a cosplay because you made those horns and stuff.
Well,
well, kind of because I don't have an outfit.
I'm just painted.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
Like, cosplayers have outfits that they make.
They're not, well, some of them are painted.
I don't know if we've ever seen one.
There's one where it's like half mystique and then like half like human.
And it's like one of the coolest things I've ever seen.
Because she's like half painted and then in between she took gems and like divided her body in half.
And then like half of her clothes are sewn together and everything.
It's super super super.
Yeah, that one.
It's super cool.
Look how cool that is.
Oh, that's fire.
Like, what?
So.
That's not, no.
Yes.
That's real.
That's real.
So her face is painted.
And then she has her clothes sewn together, which I'm assuming, I don't know, because I don't know this girl.
I'm assuming she probably bought the costumes.
Like an army, like an army?
She brought like an army one piece and then like a morph suit.
That's my guess.
And then put all the spots on the morph suit.
Then sewed them together or glued them together.
I don't know.
and did all of the sequence together
and then just brought it up onto her face with body pain.
And it's just so cool.
Are there other people in your industry
that you're like, God, I'll never be that good?
No.
No, sure.
That is not the answer.
Like, I thought I was going to ask,
like, do you look at,
that is that.
No, that's an honest answer.
It almost doesn't look like her.
Wait, is that the actual, like, actress?
Or is that just a random girl,
a cosplay?
That's a cospurer.
Because it looks good, right?
So you don't see that and you're like, God, I could never be on that level.
Or you're like, if I wanted to, I could.
But here's the thing about me, though.
I do that with everything and every subject.
I'm like, if I wanted to do that, I can.
I will take the time to learn and figure it out and do what I want to do.
But I'm like that with everything.
Like, you can give me almost anything.
And I'm like, if I want to do it, I will make it happen.
And I just have the confidence that I'm like, I know I will get there no matter how long it takes.
Like anything in life?
Anything in life.
Like if you wanted to become the strongest woman on earth.
Yeah.
I go to the gym.
What does that mean?
Yeah.
She has the, she has the, I would say it's partly confidence and mostly just straight delusion.
That like it will have that like.
It's not delusion.
No, it's, it's, but you need delusional.
confidence in order to be the best something.
I need, I need it.
I need more of that.
You just got to say I can do it.
I mean, it's taking, but then,
well, anyone can say that, but then you actually have to put in the effort.
Like, putting in the,
even just, like, how long does,
if we can go back, just pick one of those characters, Matt,
just pause it on one of those characters, like,
just to, it's not even like,
because at this point, you probably sort of understand the process of
what you need to do, the colors, the blah, blah, blah.
I don't even know how to explain it.
Yeah.
But like to actually learn how to know what you're going to need.
That has to be such a process.
Like how do you even get into, have you guys ever done it around the bar?
No.
No.
The first time breaking it down, I guess.
No, she wants to do one.
She was actually mad that this came first.
He's saving all of.
Well, I already know all this stuff.
I'm glad that you're asking stuff, but you're asking stuff that I already know so far.
Yeah.
All of the lame guess, he's just like, well, I'm speaking for myself.
All of his lame friends, he's just going to put on the back burner when it's like,
fuck, I need to put an episode up.
Not true.
Both of you guys.
Oh, so you haven't been on either.
Uh-uh.
Huh.
Is it because what is it with the redheads?
It is.
The redheads.
Interesting.
It's a redhead thing, isn't it?
Not good.
But where do you, well, so I guess you might be new.
to a lot of the people that watch us.
Where did you, how did you even,
how did you know you wanted to get into this?
He's like, how did you do, how did you be this?
How did you even, not even this, we'll get, let's get to this later.
Just like, where do you even start at?
You know what, so.
Like at first is it just like cute little makeup stuff?
Kind of.
And then you kind of see some videos.
online and then it just keeps evolving and evolving and evolving and then eventually it becomes
something like this?
When I first started, there was only three of us online.
So like I'm at the beginning.
I feel like you're an OG.
Yeah.
Also, how many subs do you have?
Just throw it out there.
2.5 on YouTube.
1.9 million.
Million on TikTok.
And then.
Well, they're just used to like scump, millions.
So they're not like when it comes to anyone around us.
I'm at 2.5 million on YouTube.
1.9 might be 1.8 on TikTok.
Is TikTok like rounds weird?
Almost a million on Instagram.
Yeah, 1.8.
Because it's like when TikTok breaks it down.
So you're way more famous than hitch.
Yeah.
Okay.
I mean, that's where I guess.
That's where.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But I appreciate you saying that.
I appreciate them.
I got you.
But yeah.
She started what, you're in your room?
You're in your room painting and shit?
Have you heard how many times?
Anyway.
No, I, so when I first started, because I started over 10 years ago at this point, there
was only a couple of us online.
You still know them to this day?
I do.
Like, did you all have like a click?
No.
While you're talking, I'm probably just going to keep interrupting and saying random stuff.
I do it all time.
You're good.
I'm very good.
I'm very patient at being interrupted and you two and Blake have just.
trained me for years.
Just patience.
I don't mean to.
I don't mean to.
I'll start a sentence and all three of you guys will just start talking.
Someone would be talking and then it's like, yeah, but I got something better to say.
Yeah.
But like my thought is way better.
Way more important than whatever you.
I just know if I don't say something, then I'll end up forgetting it.
Yeah.
So then I'm like.
Or it's like I'll have something to say.
And if you're talking, I'll only be thinking about.
I mean, it sounds so bad.
No, right.
You're not hearing any other person.
I'm only thinking about the question I have.
So it's like a moment's not even listening.
Like I forget what were you even talking about?
Something about the very beginning.
Oh, there's three of you.
Right.
Y'all knew each other.
Y'all were friends.
Was there any beef in the beginning?
No.
Were they better and you aspired to be like them?
You know what?
It's weird because it's like the original people are really nice and very welcoming and very
like friendly and awesome.
And then there's this really weird gap in the middle where everyone is just like,
very mean and very like catty and very against each other and very if i wear red lipstick and
you wear red lipstick we have a problem and i'm like oh my god so i never got involved in any of that
the mid tears it's like you at the top don't pay attention oh no no no they're they're really
big creators they're just mean and then now it seems like in the newer
wave of
YouTubers or, you know, creators
at this point because it's all platforms,
they're really nice again. So just for
some reason, there's like
a weird gap in the middle, but
most people now
are very nice, and if you go really
far back, they're really nice too.
Are you like an OG?
Yeah. Isn't that crazy?
Like, you're like a hex.
So many years have passed
and I'm like, oh my God.
But yeah,
I mean, I've been doing it forever.
The TikTok that I made,
I don't even know,
I don't even know what my own TikTok is.
But I have like a TikTok that I've posted three videos.
All three are just like her and I like bullshit around.
And I posted one of like her like having like a word above her head
that was like an inside joke between us.
And I just posted on TikTok and it got in that like makeup algorithm.
Yeah.
And it has like.
700,000 views and all of the comments are just like, is that made you love?
I actually saw that.
I have a really nice community.
Like I, like from the very beginning, because like I was really bullied in school.
And.
Or what?
Red hair.
No.
You know, this, this might, you might.
Personality.
Personality.
I think.
It's because like I always did my own thing.
I never did like if people were doing things I didn't want to do.
I just didn't do it.
She was a brat.
You could say it.
No, I wasn't.
Like actually bullied though?
Like, do you think it like,
because there was only like twice
I felt like I was getting bullied
and it did kind of like
traumatize you a little bit?
I mean, I had a girl
take my insulin
pen out of my hand and throw it against the wall
and I had to go home.
Yeah, yeah, ex and diabetic.
You're just like, I'm dead.
Yeah, I was like, I gotta go home.
I died
One time I had a dude who
Could just beat the shit out of me
Through a
He wasn't that bad
Through a pencil at my head
And it's just like to this day
I've never forgot it
Because I'm like God it just angers me
You fucking loser
Okay that's not
But that's not like
I mean it is bullying
But I guess you
I guess bullied kids are mad
A long story short
I was trying to like get past him
In the classroom
And like my butt rubbed the back of his neck
and he was like
I don't know
he just felt
disrespected by that or something
so I didn't like apologize or anything
I said like well move your chair in
or something like that like he saw me coming
but he just like stood there
and then it turned into him just like
over the next like few days where he'd see me
he just like he was passing out papers
he'd get by to me and just like kind of like
do one of this like throw it out of me
and it just felt so defeating
one time he like I was
sleeping, he threw a, like, a pencil at my head.
Yeah.
But that was like, that was only, like, a few days of something like that.
So basically just like your insulin pen being destroyed.
Right.
Same thing.
But it was just that still stuff.
I wouldn't say I was bullied, but it's like little shit like that.
But that pencil.
You'll never forget that pencil.
Because it was so, like, I don't know, was it traumatizing for you?
No, but I also don't think.
But, but, but, wait, no, wait, wait, wait, we're doing.
I mean, I'm stressing over it daily, but I'm like,
I'm not a bitch.
I'm just, I'm just, I'm not a pussy.
I was just, I'm very like, I don't feel, which maybe I'm wrong, but I don't feel like,
but I don't feel like, not like I'm immune to being dramatized, but like I just feel like
everything that, no, as I'm saying, I just feel like everything that happens in my life.
I try to just apply it towards something else and get something better out of it.
Turn a negative into a positive.
Yeah.
It doesn't always work.
But like, I don't know.
I mean, it's like I wouldn't say, oh, because I went through that, I went down this path.
But like, that's what this is what I would do when I got home from school.
So it's like I would watch a lot of movies.
And so I would come home.
And this sounds like a weird kid thing to do.
I'll admit.
And that's fine.
but I would come home and turn myself into like superheroes and characters and it would be like
what would they do if I were in like this situation like oh if I could fly away then I could
and that's how I ended up doing this that's cool so you did deserve to get bullied
it's possible it's in it's in the realm but like you know that's that's something you would
hear and you'd be like yeah every school has that kid they think everyone paints herself
It's, yeah.
There's a fairy tale land.
I definitely was like, I think like a weird kid.
I mean, but like, but I was also like, nice.
But I was also very shy.
I did not talk as much as I do now in front of other people.
Like whatsoever.
Which I will say that does come out sometimes.
Because if I'm in a group and everyone's in here, I am right behind him.
Yeah, she's very timid in like group settings.
Yeah.
That's what he said to me before that.
You have like a little bit of social anxiety.
And by every little, I mean like crippling.
I'm like that.
It's not.
I'm like, that's perfect.
Like, then we get along.
I love that.
Yeah.
Like, I don't do well at like parties and stuff like that or like especially environments that I can't hear.
I don't know.
I'm just.
No, I completely get that.
Like if I go to a big.
Even if it's all of us.
Like if I, if we go to a.
a dinner or something like i'm gonna get two drinks just to like yeah chill just to chill a little bit
get out of my head a little bit especially if there's like a post event party at the club or something
or a bar in everyone well not everyone from the event but like a ton of people i've seen and know
everyone's everyone's gonna be at this spot it's like i got to immediately pregame a little bit yeah
like it's just if i walk in just myself just sober it's
just so uncomfortable for me and I don't really know why.
Yeah.
You should have seen her.
I mean, you probably did, but at the party.
At the party after champs last year when we won it, you know, it's like that small
room.
We were all drinking and dancing.
She was so uncomfortable.
No, I was like, she was so uncomfortable.
And I was trying my best to just like, you know, it's fine.
We're just chilling.
Yeah, but I don't dance.
I'm not like loose like you guys.
I'm more of an uptight person sometimes, but, but like not really.
She doesn't drink to get drunk.
No, no.
We'll have like glasses of wine.
I like like a glass of Prosecco.
I do love pinocalados, but like you can't walk up to a bar and be like, hey, do you
a blender?
That is true.
That is true.
You know.
And not only that, I think like if I were to be drinking in like a social situation, I don't
know if it would make it any better.
still just going to want to go home.
I feel that way until I start drinking.
And even if I start drinking sometimes, I'm still a little like uncomfortable.
But I definitely feel that way if I can't drink.
But like after six, seven, eight, nine, ten shots or something,
then you just start feeling a lot of.
Then I start feeling better.
Crazy.
All of a sudden.
You think that's what kind of led you into like, were you uncomfortable around?
Some kids played group sports afterwards.
You were never interested in that?
You know what?
If I were to go back to high school today, I would have liked to be in a group sport.
I did want to be in hockey in high school.
What are you from?
Chicago.
But I couldn't because there was not a girls team.
And then I liked bowling when I was a kid.
Like I was very, very good at bowling.
I used to do tournaments and stuff like that.
And I did play softball and stuff when I was.
was a kid. What would you bowl? What was like your
highest? Well, when I was a kid, my average was
175. And I was like, don't, don't,
I was like eight. Yeah, I was 24.
No, I think when I got older, it was like 224.
Your average? Was around my average. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I had like
a fingertip ball like I used to throw, you know, the curve ball. I had a 15
pound ball. I was so close to 60. And I cannot throw that.
that anymore.
Like,
so if we went,
you'd be nasty still.
I was into it,
into it,
huh?
Have y'all ever went bowling?
Yeah,
she has,
her excuse nowadays is
she has nails.
No,
does she look like she knows?
Yeah, she does,
unfortunately.
Like she looks like,
yeah, I tried to call
bullshit the first time.
Like, does she have the whole,
let me demonstrate.
She whipped my ass.
Probably.
Well,
you gotta go lower.
You gotta go,
you gotta go,
you can't be throwing your ball so.
There you go.
Yeah,
you can't be throwing your balls so high.
Did you just throw your
back out?
Like that's what
My hip
We actually found it
We saw it we saw a
A typical or regular bowling alley
Like it's like an old bowling alley
It's like in little elm
It's like 10 minutes away
This bullshit
That's like main event
This nice dark
CC's pizza
Cool lighting
Yeah
I miss old bowling alleys
That's where you come from
Just the old school
Hardwood shitty lighting
You just hear
There's no
There's no music.
All you hear is every five minutes.
Somebody would be like,
Alexis, you go out of a friend.
You can order you have to hear it.
That is what they do.
And then you're just like, oh, my food's ready.
I did a little bowling league.
Wow.
You just like, I just went back.
You don't even hear the name.
It's just, oh, such, gosh, gosh, shush.
You're like, pretty sure foods.
Nicholas had a bit more than it.
I was in a little bowling lead.
I think it was just.
You were in a bowling league?
I did duck pins for a little bit.
What is that?
Just like a smaller ball, smaller pins.
Oh.
It's like a ball that you can.
hold it. I don't know how.
My friends were doing it, so I did it.
But I'm not going to lie, that pisses
me off.
That just made me. Why?
There's two sentences I just said.
Yours is fine. Social activity.
I've gotten over yours,
but yours just pissed me off.
That I was a grown man playing duck pins.
Yeah. You've gotten over my bowling? Does that piss you off, Matt?
No, Matt loves it. Look, no, that's fine.
Dude, I'm glad you had something to do. You know what I mean?
Yeah. Socializing.
Getting out of my house.
It's just me.
It's just me. I'm a hater.
Bowling saved my life.
Okay.
All right.
That's my fault.
I'm sorry.
I thought it was volleyball that saved your life.
Do you play volleyball?
In rehab.
Yes, in rehab for 30 days.
Okay, I got to know.
Did they have like a hard volleyball?
Like a legitimate, it was actually volleyball.
Yeah, it was pretty legit volleyball.
Did you get all those bruises like on your arms from like trying to hit the ball?
I know what you're saying.
Because I tried to as a kid.
Kind of a little bit.
bit. Yeah, and I thought maybe just because we're so fair-skinned. Right. And it was like,
it was like all speckily. It looked like I had like freckles down my arms. I said, oh, no, I'm not.
You know, it wasn't that bad. I'm not doing this. I definitely got a few bruises, though.
Yeah. Tweeted my back. Injured myself for like months. They did nothing. And then I'm in there for
like drug rehab. So they weren't going to give you drugs. It was just the worst pain.
Just the most annoying shit.
ever like yeah we're just wobbling around after that it was fun though but yeah i was tried to
so as a kid you didn't really would you say you're social you had social anxiety as a kid
i i don't know which led to like kind of just being like i don't fuck with these bitches i'm going
i'm going home yeah i'm going home that's flying that's flying home she was flying you're flying
I don't know.
I mean, like, I was always very shy as a kid.
Like, I didn't want to, like, order my food at a restaurant
until I was, like, a teenager.
Like, but I, but I didn't stop.
What?
I didn't say a word.
I didn't feel anxious, though.
I was just shy.
I don't know.
Like, there was never, like, a thought into it.
And I think, too, like, I never thought, like, oh, social anxiety
until people start saying it.
And then you're like, hmm.
Yeah.
Like, I guess that is what that is.
But I don't know, because, like,
I don't feel like I feel anxious.
I just feel like I look around and I'm like,
I'm uninterested in all of this.
I'm going to go do something that interests me.
So it's like when we did go to,
was that considered a nightclub?
Like I don't even know.
It's a section of the club, I think.
Yeah, like I don't even know.
Like I am just,
I walked in and I was like, mm-mm, no.
I'm like, I should have stayed home.
And like that's the thing too.
Like he'll go to his events and everything.
and a lot of times, even if I'm around, I won't go.
Not because I don't want to see everyone.
I just don't want to see everyone not be able to hear them and see everyone at the same time.
Yeah.
If they were broken up, if it was a dinner, I'd be fine.
Uh-huh.
If it's loud music and I cannot hear anyone and they have to be this close to my face and everyone's drunk, I'm like, oh.
Yeah, no, it makes sense.
Every, I feel like everything you're saying is.
It's overwhelming to me.
Stuff I drink for.
Like, I wouldn't, if I didn't.
If I didn't drink.
We're just like opposite directions.
Yeah.
Yeah.
She just leaves.
You just go deeper.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You leave.
You go home fucking Superman.
And then I just take seven shots within 30 minutes.
Maybe you should try body painting.
I wish, I really do wish I had some kind of like.
You have all these tattoos?
Try to draw in another one.
Yeah.
It's just so expensive and stupid and annoying and painful.
Like I'm.
Starting to finish this front of the leg.
Got to go in the back of the leg.
It's just...
When did you get that one above your knee?
Yeah, that one looks new.
Or new-ish.
Yeah, like two weeks ago.
Really?
Oh, super new.
This is all, this is all like the past two weeks.
And I guess this kind of has turned into a little bit of a hobby, but it's just so expensive.
It is expensive.
And then there's still, it's so painful.
Like, doing my knee was insane.
Yeah, I can't even imagine.
It was insane.
And now I can't even imagine the back.
I hear this is one of the worst parts.
Yeah, your knee ditch.
Like nipples, ribs, knee ditch.
Yeah.
God, this is going to suck.
So, no, this can't be my hobby.
I wish I had a hobby.
But I mean, maybe one day.
Did you almost faint when you did your nipples?
That's the only time I've understood how people do faint.
Yeah.
Because I felt, I didn't faint at all, but I was like,
I almost fainted.
I almost fainted one time at the fat.
Like it went from like, ah, to just like not making any sound and be like, like, are you losing consciousness?
Are you laying down though?
And just tattooed.
She was like, if we go around the nip, it's going to look weird.
And we would just, I was drunk.
Not for socialness.
There's a theme here.
There's a theme.
Not for any social anxiety this time.
For this time, it was just straight pain.
But yeah, we just had to do countdowns like, all right, three.
two, one, go,
and it was so bad.
It was unimaginable.
So no,
I don't want this to be my hobby.
I'd much rather.
I just don't have any,
what were you doing before?
What interest?
Because I feel like...
Drawing.
Drawing?
I've always drawn.
Like,
I wasn't much of a painter,
but like my whole life,
I don't remember not like going home and drawing
in my life.
Or being home and drawing.
go home.
I'm assuming you didn't really have like a cell phone and stuff.
No, I did.
Socializing all the time.
Or was it like when you left school, it was you in your room doing this stuff until you
get to sleep?
Well, yeah, kind of.
Well, it depends.
It's not like I didn't have any friends.
I did.
It was just like a really small group.
And I also mainly had like one friend at a time.
Like if that makes sense.
Because I'm kind of still the same way like now.
Like I mean like I'll talk.
to people, but like, I kind of go from like one person to another and like other people go in
the background.
The other person comes forward if that makes like any sense.
Like I'm not much of like a group person.
But yeah, I mean, I did do a lot of this when I went home from school.
Is that really your second YouTube video?
Which one?
The second one.
Made a plastic.
Is that your second one?
No.
Oh, you have stuff private it.
I have stuff private.
But the only reason I do is just because of music like back in the day.
And then eventually like.
I was like, holy shit, your second video hit a million?
No, no, no, no, no.
My first video, wait, hang on, scrolled, scroll down.
More, more, more, more, more, more, more, more, more, more, more.
Is this just an instant hit?
Because I feel like it would be.
No, you know what happened?
I got picked up on BuzzFeed.
Maybe I do have my first video down, because I did like a rewind.
That's an optic thumbnail.
We made it.
We made it.
It looks like a 60-50.
Yeah.
Hmm. I might have taken it down, but I thought I had my first YouTube video up. I literally was in my room. I filmed on my laptop. I had lamps balancing on my bed on top of shoe boxes and I filmed sitting on my bed in my room. And like the thing is too like the good old days. It is the good old days because you know what? Like people now they want so badly to have all of this right when they start and you don't need all of this to start. You have a phone that's good quality. Set it up.
Put yourself in front of good lighting and start doing something.
Why are you stressed?
Amen.
This is so weird for me.
Why?
Both of you and y'all are both crazy in different ways.
And it's all coming together.
Dreams came true, man.
Well, as far as like hobbies go, what about the gym?
I mean, I saw your story yesterday and you were like really getting out of.
You had a whole workout.
That's all I got.
That's a lot.
Dude, when you tweeted.
You got to be proud of it.
No, I actually am proud of it.
You should be because that's a lot.
But then there's just so many other avenues in life.
I need to step it up in that it's like...
Focus on one.
The gym is what prevents me from spiraling down into a deep depression.
Good.
And that's step one.
That is step one.
Now we then like get some decent streams in.
That might be step two.
Stay consistent with this.
Have some good episodes.
Step three.
but then it's just it's just a never-ending.
But look, right, look how many steps you have in front of yourself.
And, like, not only that, like, I, like, when I'm looking at, like, my life.
Can't believe what I'm hearing.
Can't believe it.
What?
I am doing well, ain't I?
Well, yeah.
I mean, you are.
Because it's like, when I think about, like, things I want to do in my life, trust me, I am, like,
Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing, and, like, I am literally, like, I'm going to start a cookie
Instagram.
I don't have time to do the cookie Instagram.
Maybe I'll do a cookie.
YouTube channel and you know what, actually I'm going to write a children's book. And then after I
I write the children's book, I'm going to do a coloring book. But actually, you know what,
instead of doing anything I need to do, I'm going to come on this episode right now. But I have to
film. Oh, I have a job I have to post today. I am literally all over the map. And like this year,
for the first time, I decided I was going to take a calendar, which I've done this in the past,
where I write out every month and every video I'm going to do. It's overwhelming. It's too much.
So this year instead, I said January through March, I'm going to focus on this.
And then I did it in months.
And by doing that, anytime I looked at the calendar during the day, I'm like, you know what,
if I didn't film today or I didn't accomplish what I wanted to accomplish, at least I did
what I was supposed to do for these months.
And as long as I do that, by the end of the year, everything will be complete.
No, it really worked out very well.
Instead of trying to look at everything at one time.
Because you're probably out there killing it every day.
No, I'm not.
I'm not.
Seemingly most days.
I mean, if you got it all planned out, you got this, you got to do, you're going to get this done by this date.
See, me, I'm just like, I don't know what I want.
What's next?
Well, you know you like the gym.
You have everything next for the next three years written on a fucking posted note.
But it doesn't mean it's going to get done.
You can't have a good day every day.
But then sometimes I sit there and I'm just like, oh, that's too.
Like do you, would you say you're still in love with this stuff?
Yeah.
I mean, yes and no.
Like, I do love it.
There's aspects about it I don't love.
I don't love like, well, okay, here's, let me explain it this way.
I love what I do.
But I don't love the algorithms of social media now.
I don't love, like, if you don't post weekly, if you don't post twice a week, like, you know, it's going to ding your channel or it's going to hurt you or knock you out of the algorithm.
Not everyone's going to have a good week.
You know, right.
Not everyone's going to have a good week or a good day.
And not everyone can really, it's not realistic, but it is at the same time because people
go to their jobs every day.
I mean, everyone goes through something and they're still showing up.
But I don't like that aspect because I could spend hours and hours and hours, and you
know too.
And I guess all of us pretty much know, you could spend so much time on a video and have it not
do well.
But it's not about the numbers.
but also it's just like
disheartening because you're like
why did...
Bitch loves doing that.
Right.
It's like, no, but it's like
why didn't social media push it out there?
Because you know it's not your audience.
Like you know it's not your people.
I have people comment and they're like,
where have you been?
Where are you?
I'm like, it's so crazy because like
that's what I was trying to say
is that like not everyone can have a good day
all the time because it's like
there was a point in my life
where when YouTube had like
it's apocalypse and everything
and like there was just troubles with YouTube in general.
I think my stuff got like suppressed back
because of it being body paint.
It crossed over into a different realm
that it could go down,
but it's not what I do.
And I think my channel got pushed back.
And it's been hard.
What?
It's been hard like clawing my way out of that.
So for a while,
I'd have people comment and be like,
where are you?
Why don't you post anymore?
You've abandoned us.
You've left us.
Where are you?
Where are you?
and I'm like, I'm right here.
I'm posting all the time.
I'm right here.
So like I felt invisible.
They're just so used to your videos pop it up.
I feel like that on TikTok.
And so that's tough.
Yeah.
It's tough knowing that like, and to like my community, I've always been very like, like, like I said,
I was bullied and I was, you know, younger and everything.
So if there is like someone that's being a jerk to other people in my community, I kick him out.
I ban them.
I don't care.
Like I don't care if I'm missing a number.
You're not going to come into me.
my community and bother other people.
Are you talking like looking down,
looking through the comments?
Comments,
Twitch chat and literally anything.
TikTok,
I read all of my comments.
At one point I was answering all of my comments.
Like I'm very,
very close with my community.
So it's like to have social media
interfere with that because they're like,
we're a business.
And I'm like,
I'm a community.
It just goes,
you know.
What do they argue about?
I don't like that aspect of it.
But I love what I do.
it's just like not like arguing it's just more like if anybody's like being really rude or saying
something that like they really just shouldn't sometimes I'll step in I can't think of anything
she doesn't get too much I don't get too much but I don't get too much because I started that from
the beginning I don't let people be like mean to other people and sometimes it's a kid
I'm trying to like no like our community like they are mean but like her community they're more
like didn't he such a piece of shit
Delete it.
Delete it.
But like, but it's every day, a few times a day.
But like their, their, uh, their community is more like, like, like, I mean, maybe it's just the creators, but like it seems like they're, they're more like, like snarky with each other.
Like, if there's anything negative, it's more like, I think.
It's less like, you're a bitch and more like, have you seen her stuff lately?
It's not, it's not what it used to be.
I wouldn't delete stuff like that.
Yeah, I know you would.
I wouldn't delete a negative comment.
I would delete a comment that's completely out of line, unnecessary,
or really, really makes me mad.
Sometimes I'll get rid of those.
But like, yeah, I'm not going to delete someone's opinion.
But it's like if you guys wanted to,
just start deleting comments that are actually rude towards the players and towards the people.
And then if they're like, oh.
Matt, you got to spare seven hours?
He's just delete, delete, delete, delete.
And I could be, I could be wrong.
So what?
I could, I could be wrong.
And like, no, I think for.
It could not filter out eventually.
And it would definitely start like, oh, opt it can't even handle.
But why do you want those people around anyways?
It's like a sports team.
Like, you can't, you can't go to a sports team's like Twitter and say like.
Who is commenting on a sports team?
Millions of people.
Being like, no, not being like, oh, you suck.
Oh, you're losing.
That's reality.
Sometimes you do suck.
Sometimes you are losing.
But who is actually commenting and being like, Shoda is, I don't know, something I don't want to say on camera.
You know what I mean?
Who's doing that?
Nobody.
And if they do, you know.
People are doing it.
People are doing it.
You think so?
Yeah.
I'm trying to think of some stuff I've seen recently.
Oh, my God.
Just our players.
Kenny?
Oh, dude.
The shit Kenny was getting.
Stuff that Kenny is.
It'd be like racism back to where you came from.
See, but that's outrageous.
Because he's playing bad in Call of Duty matches.
Yeah.
Delete it.
And it's not just like he said it once.
He's like tweeting multiple different optic people making sure trying to be so hard to get someone to see it.
Just absolutely psychotic if you're that person.
That's fucking like you scare me as a human.
Yeah.
I don't want your DNA on earth.
Yeah
and GTA
In GTA on earth
On earth
Los Santos
Yeah we're on earth
We're playing GTA
Los Santos
Yeah I just
I don't know
I just feel like if you were
To try to start getting rid of stuff
And then people are
Oh they can't handle it
They can't handle it
No
You're just acting inappropriately
And you need to be a better
You need to be a better person
You need to be a better sport
That's the thing too
So you guys are getting
All these comments
That are like all mean
And everything
I wonder if
ever like sit there and think to themselves, hmm, maybe I'm being a bad sport.
Like, we learn that when we're what in first grade?
Maybe I'm being.
Think of some of the tweets we see.
Do you think they're sitting there?
Maybe I'm being a bad sport.
She tries to put logic behind these people still to the day.
Giving them like the benefit of the doubt.
And I'm like, there is no benefit.
There is no benefit of the doubt.
But what do they get out of it?
What do they get out of being mean?
That is a good question.
It's a good question.
It's just projection.
It's, I feel like shit.
Yeah.
I don't like this guy.
And if he made, like, let me just throw at him and let him know that, trust me, you aren't him.
You aren't that guy.
You're a piece of shit just like me, buddy.
Sometimes it's misplaced passion, too.
Like, imagine, like, she's a Cubs fan.
Like, imagine if you worked a job you hated, your family was a piece, like, they were pieces of shit.
Your friends were bad friends.
and all you had.
When you got home from work, all you had was the Cubs.
That was what you loved.
You loved watching the Cubs.
You loved watching baseball.
You loved keeping up with everything.
And then they traded Shoda for nothing.
They traded Shoda to the Yankees.
We got rid of Rizzo.
I know, but I'm saying.
And I was near tears.
I know, I know.
But I wasn't commenting to the Cubs.
I'm telling you, imagine you're in a situation where that's all you care about.
Because some of these people, some of these Call a Duty
fans, some of these, you know, basketball, like I'm thinking of the Mavs, all they care about
is that team. They put all of their passion into that. So when they feel wronged, their goal,
their immediate, like, thought is, I have to fight. Like, I can't, it's not like, it's not like,
oh, that sucks. My favorite team is down a player. It's like, I have been wronged personally.
Oh, it's so low. You just comment back and you say, are you okay?
Oh, it doesn't, they're not okay.
But maybe you could help them.
And then what?
I have a conversation.
Yes, yes.
Sometimes I actually have done that though.
Like if I have like a comment that's just like out there, out there, I will take the time to be like very motherly, I guess.
But like you wouldn't like if someone said this to you like what made you say this today?
And then a lot of times they apologize and they end up being a part of the community like a normal person.
It's because it's such a dead YouTube channel.
It's such a girl thought.
It's such a girl thought.
Yeah, but I think it's just too because people say things because they know they can get away with it.
And they have no repercussions.
Yeah, but we can't give them repercussions.
You could.
We block them.
I have just, I don't argue anymore.
I don't argue either.
Yeah.
I'm not going back and forth on Twitter because it's like, who am I even arguing with?
Fucking Zin.
No picture.
Never heard of you.
No followers.
No nothing.
Zen and Seth have.
rediscovered Reddit. That's all they talk about now. It reminds me of in the Scuff House.
Because in the Scuff House, I was always checking Reddit and they were always, they knew that
I checked it. And so they were just doubling down on me. That's why I don't even mention those
words. Because I'm like, they don't need to know like some people are looking at it. Yeah.
Yeah. It's nothing but negativity. It's such a vocal minority. Yeah. It's unbelievable
minority. Like sometimes it's just ridiculous. I don't know who I'm, you don't. You don't.
don't even you don't see a face you don't see a profile pick you don't know who they are
they're like what are okay you say all this stuff about me i know nothing about you so let me just
move on like i can't what am i going to argue or try to defend with you and at the end of the day
it is just un insanely low vocal minority it's not what like the how big the the small group made me
jokingly asking for super chats
on scum stream while we were losing.
Nick was on the watch party and he was asking
he was making jokes about super chats
which are like YouTube.
My thing is on my stream
it's like every 10 minutes
I'm reminding, yo if you enjoy the stream
support the stream hit the purple subscribe button
you might have a free Twitch mom sub available
to subscribe to your favorite stream
to the TV subbeddiaj maniac.
So I have my thing on my stream
and then I get on Seth stream
and I kind of, I enter that sort of shriemy personality,
but it's own cess watch party.
And granted,
yeah,
a lot of people don't watch me.
This is while our team is 0 and 15.
So they're already.
Yeah, but you're just kidding.
They're already pissed.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
I'll admit,
I'm kidding.
Like,
I do it in a jokey way.
Because honestly,
when I do say it,
like,
70% of the time,
it kind of does.
You'll see Super chats pop up.
Right.
And I'll say,
Like if you guys enjoy the streams, support the streams.
And it does actually kind of work.
And to be fair, it's, I understand there's a bonus to being live with Seth in front of 50,000 people or something.
And that can help my brand.
But if I'm also sitting there eight hours, seven, eight hours, not getting paid anything and not streaming.
And this was when I was not streaming my.
Halo watch parties, which would
the Halo teams on Championship Sunday
and I should be home watching that, but I've been
enjoying doing the watch parties.
So I'll just, I'll say stuff like super
chats and stuff just to like get
you know, if you fuck with me
just show a little, show
some support for the stream. I'm here.
Hopefully y'all are having a good time watching.
I'd like to get something out of it.
A lot of the times, maybe
not, but like I come back anyways
and do it because it's fun. I'm with my boys.
Like it's a good time.
But I don't know.
Some people, I can kind of understand because it was, we were 0 and 15.
And maniac's worried about getting this super chats.
But to be honest, it's just such an ingrained thing into my streaming personality that it was like.
Right.
You're just lightening the mood.
You're just being you and being like, so anyway.
Or I'll do it out of nowhere.
And I'll just, it'll make it funny because it'll just be so random that I'll say it.
But I don't know.
People just got very mad at that.
The fact that I started coming to the watch party doing stuff like that.
I didn't even know it was a thing.
But I think it just got to the point we were like 0 and 15.
And Maniac sitting there talking about how we want super chats or something.
But what do they want you to do about it?
I don't know.
How about you don't mention fucking super chats and we get down to the root cause of what's making this team.
we want y'all to say what you really think who do you want dropped like that's what they want us to
not not have some light conversation of a super chat and to be honest it wasn't i i'm talking here
as if i was spamming this shit but it really wasn't like that at all so seeing that blow up was
seeing that blow up was mind blowing to me set came in here the morning of right before a sunday
and i'm like sitting down like going to be a good day i'm i've been having
fun on the watch party so I'm actually not getting shit talked people are like fucking with me and
on the chats and stuff and then he was like yo by the way this was seen at this ret or this thread
this reddit and they were saying this and like there was a whole thread about you and I was like
are you serious like I had no one's tweeted me no one said anything in my chats and I haven't
seen anything in any other's chats but overnight this thread was created and now suddenly it was
a huge issue and I was like,
I was like, whoa, really?
What?
I was so taken back.
Like, didn't.
And it kind of just like
chalked my mood.
Yeah.
I was like, wait, so there's a whole threat about me how I'm either not
wanted on the watch party.
I'm annoying on the watch party.
Why am I asking for this on the watch party?
When this entire time, I thought we were just like having fun.
And me mentioning it this much, it makes it seems like I was saying it more than I
was but like it was not spamming the shit there's if there if there if you guys had I think last last last
uh watch party there was like 75,000 viewers 75,000 viewers the the people that there's like
4,000 people max that that look at our Reddit thread and it's like the difference between that
I mean that is such a minority and the people that even the people that look at it the people that
type in a Reddit thread.
And like actually like, dude, it's insane.
Like, it's so minuscule in comparison.
Well, the thing is taking it the wrong way, too.
Like, you didn't mean it in any way.
So it's just like.
I think there's also people on Reddit that have a very skewed idea of how this is all working.
They're like, yeah, a millionaire is asking for a super chat.
No.
Nope.
That is a common misconception.
It actually helped me.
Actually, I wouldn't mind if like, trust me.
I'm sitting here paying two fucking mortgages.
Yeah.
Wait, we want to talk about that.
Talk about it.
Let's get into what year?
So I think we need to end on the...
Let's get into what you've been...
Because I've learned some...
I came back from our catch dinner.
Let me say one more thing about the watch party.
Yeah, what's up?
I understand.
Which camera is my...
I understand.
It is King's Skump's Watch Party.
I'm blessed to be able to even be.
on it. So I can
understand that my whole
streaming personality doesn't need to be on the
watch party and blown up
in your faces. I get it.
Scumps. Scump has his
fan base. I have mine. I've heard of my channel. We do it a little
differently. We're a little
a little more reckless. But I do
understand when I'm on Scumps Watch Party
sometimes not
do what I do
on my watch party.
But I really did just think we were having fun, man.
I was really been enjoying it, man.
And it was such a damper to hear like that 82 people just fucking hated it.
They hate it.
So I don't know.
It did suck to hear, but I do get it.
Anyways, house.
Okay, so wait, wait, are we talking about the house?
What's really going on?
Because I came back, I came back to Kat from the.
We went to catch.
The boys went out.
Me, Hex,
Seth, Nick,
Bo, Zin.
And while we were there...
We'll see if we can't keep this part in.
Go.
While we were there,
I hear, oh, well,
how's life going?
And to Nick, specifically.
And I'm sitting there eating,
minding my business.
And then Nick's like,
life's good, you know.
And then I hear Seth say,
I heard something about a dinner.
And I looked at Nick and I was like, what do you mean at dinner?
Oh, I can mention that.
Come on.
And then I went back and I told Alexis, I said, sit down.
I've got to tell you, I've got to give you the tea.
Listen, man, at the end of the day, me and my ex were best friends.
Still have love for each other.
Co-parenting animals.
because everyone fucking hates that
and I understand
if she was to get a new man
I'm not fucking
taking chewy over there
if I was to get a new girl
she's not gonna want to be
but for now
we're both just
single
and kind of going to the gym
and eating healthy
except for the Red Baron pizza
I ate last night
and kind of just
on our little solo
missions
I wouldn't necessarily
say either of us
are looking elsewhere
but yeah
it was kind of
we just we got a dinner
the other week
it was a nice dinner
nice little ketchup
you know
took the animals over as well
and it kind of just
was that
it's really no point of saying anything
more that
at Seth knew and I didn't but like that's fine but well I think yeah it's because it was on like a
Saturday and then we come in here for a Sunday and then Zinnies oh both of you both of y'all were at
monarch on Instagram how would Zend know that just because she's her she's mine both you all are
at Monarch on Instagram um yeah I don't know I don't really want to feel like I've learned and
talk about that less and less ever since the co-paradering the dog
Cop parenting the dogs.
Now everyone has something to say.
Now I'm a pussy.
Now she's using me and manipulating me.
And I'm just like, all right, bro.
Well, I just won't talk about it then.
Yeah, I don't know.
We're on good terms.
We obviously have the dogs.
And then we have been trying to sell this house the past two weeks with like a little thread with a realtor and finally sold it.
You guys are going to sell that house.
We're signing papers to sell it today.
You guys are going to sell that house.
and then a month later, you're all going to get back together.
And then you're going to be like, fuck.
That house wouldn't work.
It's too far away.
It's going to be insane.
It's too far away.
I lost so much money on that house.
I can't imagine.
Like even just the down payment, the monthly payment, the insurance, the something we were throwing extra money in for taxes, getting none of that money back because we're selling the house.
And it's just fucking insane how much money one year of that house lost us.
Kind of depressing, but, yeah, we've talked about before.
If we were ever to get back together, it would be a,
we'd probably end up getting engaged and popping out a baby.
Immediately.
Yeah, just starting it up.
Just like y'all.
That's what we're at.
Oh, yeah.
That's where we're at.
Is that something on your radar?
Oh, yeah.
It's the next thing.
What are your thoughts about it?
Well, yeah, what are your thoughts?
Yeah, what are you going to say?
Let's hear what you're going to say on camera.
I think, no, I think like what ended up happening if I had to make an assessment is that I do want a wedding.
I don't know.
She doesn't know.
It's because I like where you going with this.
No, it's like I do want one, but they're just.
There are a lot of money for one night is kind of like how I feel about it because I think, but also like I've accepted.
Absolutely not.
It was beautiful.
It was the most insane thing I've ever seen in my life.
But it was, it was very, very nice.
See, I could never do something like that.
No, I mean, we talked about going to Vegas and like having a wedding in Vegas.
We talked about not really having people there.
And we've talked about just waiting to have like an actual wedding because at the end of,
end of the day it's like we're committed to each other and we have each other and that's kind of it and
like it's what matters right i also feel like i also feel like i also have like a thought that like
like like i don't want to seem like depressing about it but like when when you're like a when you're like a
kid and you're thinking about a wedding like i feel like that's for when you're like 22 to 27 28
like those are the years where you're like okay let's let's really have our night yeah and then you start like
you get off your your your mom's health insurance and then
And then like you start, you know, you got your own place and your own bills and fucking...
Can they keep to yourself a little bit.
Yeah.
And then you like realize how much taxes actually do fuck you at the end of the day.
And then you're like so and then so people that get married when they're like 30, like 30 plus.
I feel like those people are like, should we really spend all that money on one day?
On one night.
I think it's, see, it's not so much even like that we don't want to spend the money on a wedding or like that we can't.
It's just we were talking about it the other day.
And for like kind of an average wedding now that's like very nice and beautiful and decent size, which it would be because there's so many of you guys.
Like I don't have a very big family.
His family's not very big.
But there's tons of you guys.
And I'm like.
What do you mean you people?
No, there are.
And we were talking about the other day and the average wedding, you could go to Bora Bora.
Would we say five times?
Yeah.
And that's like $2,000 a night.
And you could go.
for like five days and you could go so many times it's like you could travel around the world
you could go on vacations you if it depends on what you want to do with your money you could save
it for the future you can do whatever so wild how commercialized it's become yeah it's very
hallmark like like you I mean if I was wrong with having a nice big wedding by the way for anybody
that's had a nice big wedding there's nothing wrong with it at all but I'm but like kid I didn't
realize this but like people that are getting married nowadays like like
Like, it's, it's, I think it's custom to like spend like $50,000.
It's like 50 to 70 or something like that.
On your wedding.
One night.
I just don't like the.
I can't even imagine being, like, if my dad was alive when I was 22 and I happened to
be getting married and I would tell him that, I can't even imagine what he would say to me.
I really can't.
It's just all this shit like, I, maybe I'm just thinking about sex wedding.
Yeah, when's yours.
We're, uh, we're moving.
You know, making slow steps.
So have you thought about,
have you thought about this part yet?
Yeah, a lot, actually.
Really?
So what are you?
It's a lot, right.
Yeah, I've been telling her,
I just want to like go through a drive-thru in Vegas
and just be done, you know what I'm saying?
But she's not really about it.
So, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, we have to compromise there, I think.
Right, yeah, a little bit of a compromise.
I get that.
This is my ideal situation.
I would be go to like have all of us fly to some,
about an island
just something with beach and water
and like a nice hotel
he's already at 50 grand
yeah there's 50
why I'm paying for anyone shit
everyone pays their own way
to get there they pay for their own rooms
the Sethway
the Sethway
and then just have one night
I don't need a pre night
everyone gathers have food
there's a DJ free bar on me
do whatever you want that night
But next day at fucking 6 p.m.
There's going to be flowers lined up on the beach.
And we're going to do our little walk.
And the dude's going to say his little thing.
I do.
You do.
She does.
We got a kiss.
Boom.
That's it.
Everyone go drink.
I don't need a pre-ceremony, a post-ceremony, a huge dinner afterwards.
Yeah.
Kind of just like get everyone into one spot.
Be like, yo, we're getting married at six.
Yeah.
be down there.
Like, I don't, I don't want to do speeches and then the best man's speech and then the...
They're very similar.
All of that stuff.
Like, it can...
Everyone hang out.
Yep.
Everyone get there today before or even earlier, if you want to enjoy the place.
Get there tonight before.
Next morning, do whatever.
Probably not going to plan anything for everyone.
Just be here at six with your tuxes and your dresses.
That's kind of what we were thinking, too.
Yeah.
And we'll get, we'll do the walks.
The I do is the kiss
And then after that
Just a party
It's just a party
Go drink
Yeah that's what we were thinking too
Where it's like
Well that's also part of the reason
We were thinking Vegas is like
Go somewhere that maybe other people
Will be like
Yes I'm going to Vegas
This will be fun
Not like
We have to go to their wedding
Or like I have to take time out of my day
To go there
It's an event
I don't really want to go
But I have to go
But I don't want to go
We're like maybe it'd be nice
If it's kind of like
A vacation for people
sort of and then like one night you meet us for dinner in our like ceremony and then it's just fun and everyone
has a good time and no one's like rest I think that's the biggest thing is that like I feel like
if we're in love and we're celebrating our relationship why is anyone going to be stressed out and
why is it anybody else's problem that I love him yeah I think everyone should show up it's your
vacation but at 6 p.m.
Be there for a lot.
Swing by the wedding.
Swing by the wedding. We'll do that.
That's how we were thinking.
That's all getting drunk.
Yeah, that's how we were thinking.
I don't need the
so much.
I mean, it's probably not a good example
because it was Seth's wedding, which
amazing, beautiful, perfect.
I love that for them.
Too much for me.
They're doing speeches. He's meeting
and greeting to every single person.
there. I don't want that to be my thing. I would for one have way less people.
It'd be in a smaller area. We wouldn't have to travel to certain venues. And I'm not,
Cess, wedding was amazing. I'm not complaining about his wedding at all. I'm just saying how much
more basic mine would be because I can't handle that financially or just my personality in general,
in general, like,
yeah,
I don't need to do this,
I don't want the speeches
and thank you all for being here.
I mean,
maybe if I'm like drunk or something.
But like the speeches
and then my mom gives the speech
and then Hitch gives the speech
of how much he loves me
and loves our,
and he's so happy for me.
It's just like you already know all that.
Yeah, just meet here at six.
Let's do the walk.
I do kiss and then let's all party together that night.
I think it depends what kind of person too.
The next day,
like it's your vacation.
but at 6 p.m. just be here.
Yeah. I mean, it depends on like your personality too.
Because it's like if it's always been your dream to have like this big beautiful wedding, like let's just say Seth's wedding.
You cannot get bigger and more beautiful than that.
They had fireworks.
It was I mean like I would never experience it for the rest of my life, something like that.
So I thank them for just giving me that experience.
Right. It was a beautiful event. It was gorgeous.
That's something they're always, always, always going to remember.
Everyone is going to remember actually.
Yeah.
It just depends on what kind of person.
you are and if you want to be that person that host this beautiful event and has you know all these
people there and everyone is you know happy to be there and they're like wow wow wow wow and so impressed
like that's fine but like i just feel like if i'm the one getting also it comes into play that like
even though yeah i'm on the internet and even though like yeah i'm like a personality i don't like being
center of attention i'm not a center of attention person unless i am like on camera or on like a stage
or something like that.
So the thought of me actually even walking down the aisle
and everyone's going to be looking at me,
I'm going to be sweating.
Like, I don't even want to,
I don't even know if I want to do that.
Like, I think if I did do that, I would do that for other people.
Like maybe people like in our family, you know,
to like have that memory.
But like, I kind of just want like a dress and a cake and I'm good.
Yeah, but it's easy for the guys.
The guys are just staying up there.
They don't know to walk down the aisle.
No, I literally asked him, I'm like,
Can we just walk together?
Can we come with me?
I was like, why don't you just stand up there and I'll walk down the aisle.
I'll wear the dress.
You wear the tucks.
Yeah, I mean, I can imagine how nerve-wracking that is.
Yeah.
Because everyone just like, it's like the cultural appropriate thing to do is to stare at you.
And just, oh, wait, not clap.
Yeah, and I mean, too, like, I'm sure my dress will be beautiful.
Right.
But, like, I don't know.
Are people really going to look at me and be like, wow.
Oh my God, she's breathtaking.
No, no one's going to do that.
So like stop being weird.
Like, yeah, I'm happy.
You're happy.
We're all happy.
I love my dress.
We're good.
I felt more emotions at Seth's wedding than I thought I would.
Like, I thought I'd be a pussy and cry.
I was.
I did.
I sat there.
I was like, oh.
Bro, once it just came out and then I looked up at Seth.
And Seth's face went from like, like,
oh no, horrible.
And then I look back it is and it's like, it is looked stunning.
And I was just like, just fucking looking at both.
I'm like, God, this is so.
And it's not, that is not something I'd, like, I'm never like, God, this is so beautiful.
You guys are so.
Yeah.
Like, I just feel like I'm not that person.
Yeah.
I mean, unless I'm watching like dogs on TikTok or something, like that's just not really me.
But yeah, like I, I wouldn't want.
want people doing that to you doing that to me yeah yeah no it would just be awkward because i feel like
i would be standing up there and say my wife walks down is walking down and like i feel like i would
start crying and stuff and i'm like fucked i'm standing up here crying my ugly ass cry face and everyone's
just looking but i mean i am down for that i think it's just all the like the pre-wedding during the
wedding everything's so organized
it seems like this is something you're thinking about though
so you're thinking i mean i've sort of
because you think if i if i get back together
with my ex it's bam go time so that's what's
how about bam go time that's what you're holding out on
i mean i'm fucking 33 i'm thinking of
my near future
and if if it was to happen
kids like i kind of want a kid
hopefully a boy i think
I don't know, boy or girl?
Not for me.
What do you guys want?
I want a boy, but that's just because I feel like I could parent a boy.
I think if I had a girl, she would just love me so much.
That's what, that's what I'm saying.
If I had a girl, I would, I would be like, I mean, yeah, you can do whatever you want.
Yeah, sure.
Not whatever you want.
Like, obviously, there will be some rules.
There's a lot of rules.
No phone, no selfies.
Yes, obviously that.
You ain't getting your nails done until you're 18.
I'm thinking more of like a kid.
Like, Dad, can I have a lollipop?
Like, of course, yeah, you want eight?
I'll give you eight.
I'd be like, hell no, pinch their stomach.
Well.
You've had enough today.
Fucked up.
You would not do that.
Except diabetic kid can have eight lollipops.
They would just need insulin.
Oh, yeah.
I just don't want to deal with the correct insulin amount for a kid that can't do the math themselves yet.
What are we thinking?
Sorry.
Kid soon or?
I want a fight?
Soonish.
Here it is.
Here's the real.
You took an hour.
Yeah, there it is.
The real personality comes out.
The real side of them.
Kid soon?
No.
Soonish.
Soonish.
All right.
What about the wedding?
Kid first probably.
We have no idea.
I would say kid first.
You don't just have it planned yet?
No.
Like we have we have nothing planned for a wedding at all.
I mean,
we were just hyped.
We just don't really care.
We were just hyped to get engaged and then when we got engaged, you're like,
all right.
I mean, it is a big.
Being engaged is way more fun than I think.
I mean, I'm sure the wedding day is great.
But then it's over.
But then it's over.
but like I think the I don't know
we just had such a good engagement
like our engagement day was so
awesome so then like
how run that down
for me how did it
did you know it was coming
kind of we went to Vegas well I
went ring shopping
with him yeah so I knew we had
I knew we had the ring
I was like that's a thing yeah well but it's better
well okay I can't say better because not everyone's going to feel
this way but I think it's better
because then you have a rough idea that
At least you know it's in the direction that you want.
And I'm going to look at this every day in my life.
You know?
And it's like if it was, I would still love it.
But if it was something that didn't match me,
I would also kind of feel like you didn't even take the time to like see what I would like.
So.
I took the time.
Right.
Yeah.
He's not talking about me.
So he did good.
Oh, so good.
Sorry.
What were you going to say?
So we went to Vegas.
I had the ring.
he had the ring for like nine months by the way
he did just he was taking his time
making sure this is a beautiful moment
okay yeah I'm just gonna eat
all right
I had the had the ring and then we went to Vegas
it was uh we went to Vegas for like four days
and on the but then we were going to Vegas to
California California
and so I proposed on the last day
we were in Vegas
see how do you do that
I feel like my nerves
would be like I can't
I would have to get there
do it and then be like
alright let's enjoy Vegas
I thought the same thing I was surprised you waited
until the end I don't think I could have
I would have just fuck with me the whole time
like I'd be answering questions weird
yeah it was I mean I was definitely nervous
but I mean I don't know
we we just had but it's also Vegas
so like
if I'm nervous we just go to
downstairs and then there's just like we can gamble we can have a drink we can go see a show we can
do anything yeah to distract my to distract myself um but yeah then uh blake and step really helped me out
because they they they uh photograph like engagements a lot so they kind of like told me like
where to be uh i told them where i wanted to do it and they like sculpted the scene out earlier
that day and like texting me where to do it so i bet they loved that yeah they were hype
Well, tell them about the song.
Have you heard anything about our engagement at all or not really?
I saw it was like pictures.
Yeah.
Tell them about the song.
So we get there and like whenever the, uh, the Bellagio like, um, fountains play like a song, a song plays at the same times.
And usually the fountains like dance with the song.
And so it was Ed Shear and song while, uh, while I was actually getting engaged or
while I was proposing.
And so then afterwards, Blake comes up.
They all hug and they're like, yeah, congratulations.
And then Blake looks at me and was like,
did you pick that song?
And I was like, no.
Like he was like, no, I didn't pick the song.
He was like, no, I didn't pick the song.
And he was like, you have no idea how lucky you just got.
And I was like, what?
And apparently earlier that day, they had,
they had like scoped out the scene.
And while the show started, it was
the star spangled banner.
That would have been our song.
So it would have.
Our song would have been the Stars Pangled.
And so we were like, oh, would you still have done it?
He's like, yeah.
I absolutely would have done it.
Imagine your song.
Imagine your song being.
Before every sports game, I'm just like.
Remember our day.
Remember our engagement?
I thought you were about to say you went out of your way to like, I don't know,
because a lot of couples will have like their song.
Yeah.
Well, our song.
It would not have worked out.
Our song.
Oh, God.
I know.
it's some weird shit.
Should we play it on here?
Are people gonna know what it is?
Can you look up Monica Lewinsky?
Oh my.
By St. John?
St. John.
Right?
Yeah.
She's my Monica Lewinsky.
Is this what you, if you could pick?
She'll bust it right there.
If she missed me, she got a phone like a missing.
Is this what you would have played if you did have a choice?
No.
I would play this.
No, you would.
No, you would.
Pop that on.
You would not have.
And I just imagine.
Please.
Oh, you can't hear it, can you?
I know the song.
Monica Lewinsky.
I don't need to hear it.
If y'all were standing there and then you just start hearing this song,
would you think like, I'm bad to get it?
No, I literally would.
I don't even know, like, how this ended up.
I don't know how this, like, stuck with us.
I mean, we were at the Gay Lord Hotel for winter.
Okay, you could stop it.
We were at that, we were at just like a hotel,
and it popped up on the recommended
and I clicked it. I kind of like it.
And then it got to a point where
every time we were in the room I was like
play Monica. I would like say, hey Siri,
play Monica Lindsay. Yeah.
Siri wouldn't actually play it.
That's right. And then I jokingly
said this is our song now.
But our song was actually
Yeah, it was Bob Seeger for a long time.
I would have picked like the Bob Seeger song.
Yeah. But also like...
That would have been cute. But now...
That Shearing works. But now is that. But now is that
Your song?
What Ed Shear and song was?
Our song is still Monica Lewinsky.
Don't get it twisted.
That's your wedding song.
That's our wedding.
That's what she's going to be walking down on the aisle.
So, ding, ding, didal, deeal, deem.
In Vegas.
There's just Elvis over there.
Oh, my God.
It'd lighten the mood a little bit.
But, yeah, no, it was a really, really good engagement.
And then I was getting nervous because we did get dressed up.
So there was a couple, like, little things that, like, kind of ticked
off that it was possible because when I was still home and I was like packing everything,
he's like, oh, I have to get a suit when I'm in Vegas because I have a speech coming up.
Do you remember that or no?
I have a speech coming up.
Yeah, you had like some thing you had to talk to in front of an audience for.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Is speech the right word?
No, it's not.
No, like a conference presentation.
I don't know.
He's like, I got to get a suit when I'm in Vegas because I have a presentation coming.
coming up. And I'm thinking like, just go in your closet and wear a suit that you have.
But then I was like, okay, yeah, sure. And then I'm like, are you wearing this suit in Vegas?
And he's like, no. And I'm like, because if you are, I'm going to bring a long dress and not a short
dress. And he's like, oh, yeah, I'm going to wear it in Vegas. And I'm like, okay.
You started figuring it out.
But then he was trying to tell me, well, because we, I like to know things. And so I kind of
pressed him a little bit and I'm like,
I'm like, are you or are you not?
Like, like, what is this like going to be the trip?
And we were already in Vegas.
And he's like, oh, I might have something planned in California.
And so I was thrown off like I did know, but I didn't know.
Anyways, I just tried to, I didn't, I tried to convince her.
You knew you just.
I didn't know when.
I didn't know when I didn't know where.
I tried to convince her that I was going to do it in California.
So like, let's just.
Which also would have made sense.
So let's just chill the fuck out.
Let's just have a good Vegas trip.
Let's not worry.
I didn't want her worried.
Like, it's today the day.
It's tonight the night.
Let me do my makeup extra today and make sure this dress.
Yeah.
So then.
So wear this dress again today because I don't know.
So then I ended up spending like an hour on my makeup, which isn't normal for me.
I just kind of like and I'm like good to go.
And he's like, we have to get to Cosmo.
Like I want to get an, would you want an old fashion?
He's like, I want to get a drink, you know, before dinner because we had dinner planned.
So he's like, I want to get a drink before dinner.
I'm like, okay, okay, okay.
So we're like going outdoor and we're on the way to the cosmos,
nearly running to the cosmos.
And I'm like, I'm like, hmm, we got to get this drink.
Gotta get this old fashion.
And then we get there and he did not order an old fashion.
He got like a mojito, right?
I got a Moscow mule, yeah.
Oh, okay, okay.
But it wasn't the drink you were originally going to get.
And so I said to him like, why are you not?
And he's like, are you going to get a drink?
And I'm like, no.
I'm like, I'm just going to get water.
And then he's like, okay.
And then he goes, all of a sudden he's sitting there.
And he goes, what time does the Bellagio show happen?
And I'm like, look it off.
I don't know.
And so he's like, I think it starts in five minutes.
We got to go.
And I was like, okay.
And I just thought that at that point, though,
I did think that he just wanted to see the show and then he's going to ask me at dinner is what I thought was going to happen.
But then I also thought to myself, I don't think he would ask me at dinner because I've always said, don't ask me in front of a bunch of people, which ended up working out because there wasn't a bunch of people in front of the founties.
I don't know how, yeah.
I don't know how either, but there just wasn't.
I think Steph was like bullying people out of the way.
Oh, no, she definitely was.
We heard stories.
Because you don't like, I didn't, I don't remember what I said.
I don't remember where we were.
I mean, you get out on your knee and you just like black out.
I would be.
You literally just like black.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
black out.
Yeah.
I mean like I, because he had told me, oh, I'm going to take you on a hike in California.
And I'm like, a hike.
I'm like, I'm diabetic.
I'm like, do I need glucose with me?
Like, why am I going on a hike?
I don't hike, you know?
And so he's like, he just turned to me and he goes, so I'm sure you figured out by now there's no hike.
And I go, I know there's no hike.
She just started crying immediately.
And I'm just crying the whole time.
I have no idea.
No idea.
I like, I don't even remember like saying yes.
I do remember saying I wasn't going to say no.
but I don't remember like actually saying like
always with the attitude.
Always with the attitude.
I don't remember actually saying.
I mean I'm not going to say now.
Well that's what's funny.
Get up, get up.
That's what's funny too is because in the video of it,
I'm shaking my head no.
And people are asked.
I can't believe you.
Yeah.
And people are asking me, what are you saying there?
And I'm like, I'm saying I'm not going to say no.
It looks like I'm saying no to him, other than obviously, like, body language of everything.
Yeah, of everything else.
She's just crying, saying no.
No.
No, please stand up.
What were the nerves like right before?
You said you were nervous.
Yeah, I mean, I was, dude, I was so scared.
Were you like, it was your voice trembling?
Did you have a speech ready?
Well, I mean, he said a lot.
I don't know what he said.
You want to, you want it to be perfect.
And I think that's like the scary part of it is like obviously you're not my situation.
I know she's going to say yes.
So like that's not the scary part.
It's mostly like you don't want to drop the ring.
You don't want I don't want to get to the in front of the Bellagio and there's a hundred people there.
I mean, there were a lot of people there.
But like there was still enough space where we could have like a private moment.
But you know, you don't want.
But also like in prepping for it, you're like that you can have that private moment.
you just got to spend $15,000
And I'm like, well, I'm not gonna do that.
And there was no reason for it.
It was literally beautiful.
It was perfect.
It could not have been better.
It would have been the same shit paying $15,000.
Exactly.
Actually, it would have been worse
because like the little private like cabanas that they rent out.
They're like way in a distance.
Like you can barely see like we were right in front of the Bellagio in front of the fountains.
Like it was, I don't know.
It was just it was great.
It was a lot of fun.
And, yeah, but it was, it was nerve-wracking.
But eventually you just, you just, once you start talking, the words just kind of, I started talking the words just kind of like fumbled out of my mouth.
I was like, you know, I had a lot of fun.
We like you a lot.
Yeah.
Like you a lot.
Can I like you for all, forever?
And that was pretty much it.
Well, you did say, can I have the honor of being your husband?
Yeah.
I know you, I got that.
Yeah.
I got that.
So it's like I have like the beginning and I have the end of it.
But the whole middle.
Yeah, the whole middle I was just like I just, I was so anxious.
It's like when you said like you're not listening to other people because you're so busy thinking about what you're thinking.
I can't hear you right now.
You know what's funny?
I don't remember even putting it on.
No, I don't remember how you ended up doing it because you, I didn't.
Did you tell me give me your hand?
Yes.
That's what I thought.
And then when he was trying to put it on.
I was shaking.
I was shaking.
I'm just kidding.
It looks very nice.
No, I was shaking so bad.
Like, I was like this.
And he was like,
he had to like really actually like grip my hand.
I mean, I can imagine.
But then I left Earth for 15 minutes.
Blake was like, yo.
Because they immediately started taking pictures.
And he was like, hey, hey.
I don't even remember.
Every picture you do.
Yeah.
He was like, for the first couple pictures of,
couldn't give them to you because you look so spaced.
I was like, I don't know why.
I think it's just because it takes so much out of you just to do it.
And then what it's done, you're like, yeah.
It is also shocking, though.
All right, so are you ready, Matt?
Ready to do that?
You got it all planned out?
No, not even a little bit.
What's your plan?
Are you got, you know what you're going to say?
Oh, no, I was planning on just winging it and shit.
Yeah, winging it and, see what, see how it goes.
Just, just, just.
I think I'd have to make a huge error for her to say no, so I think I'll be fine.
You just do it at FC Dallas game.
There we go.
Yeah, it was Jumbotron.
Just do it at the major?
Dude, I forgot that was a thing.
I kept telling her like, hey, you want to come to major one?
I said, no, it was major two.
I remember.
And I said, if you asked me at major two, I'm going to tell you no.
I can't express so serious I was.
Oh, man.
Yeah, I would not want to.
Mine would have to be low-key and private.
And maybe one photographer 50 feet away.
That being said, there are people that do get engaged at events.
But I'm not a cod kid, though.
I know.
That is fine if you are both call-a-duty people.
That makes sense.
Yeah, that makes total sense.
And it's something that you're both passionate about.
It's just I am not the, it would be like doing it at a makeup event.
Like, that has no meaning to him.
Alexis is very supportive of optic and my passions, but.
If I did it at my passion, it would not go well.
No.
But I also told you, like, because you had mentioned about, like, a Cubs game and stuff.
And, like.
Yeah, I wouldn't have done it at a Cubs game.
But no, what I'm saying, but you had mentioned it.
Yeah.
And I said to you, don't do it at a Cubs game.
Right.
Because it doesn't mean anything to you.
It only means something to me.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, so I definitely wanted, if my request was like a mutual ground.
Yeah.
I also said, don't do it in this state and don't do it in my state.
Yeah, there was a bunch of.
Like, really.
mutual ground is just what I was
wanting. I mean, had you
asked. We met in Santa Monica, so I was going to do it
in Santa Monica, but we hadn't been back to Santa Monica
since COVID. Well, we met in
Hollywood. Yeah.
I consider our first date,
Santa Monica. But
Santa Monica, I was going to
do it in Santa Monica, and then I didn't realize
like how bad it's gotten. Dude, there's like
meth heads on. Bro, it's crazy.
How bad it is. There's zombies over there.
Yeah. Yeah, it's not good.
Well, that's just that whole state these days, isn't it?
I think so.
Crazy, crazy ass state.
When Seth did his,
which is like not my biggest fear,
but possibly,
Seth did his,
just the,
his closest friends
on a small little yacht,
boat,
yacht thingy.
And then he just,
everything goes quiet.
He kneels down.
And that just like starts giving his speech.
And it's just dead quiet.
You can hear every word he's saying
everyone's surrounding them.
Oh my God.
I'm just like,
Roger's recording it.
Yeah, it's getting recorded.
There's fucking lights shining on them.
I'm like, oh my God, I could never do that.
Yeah.
It was a fluke.
Ours even got recorded.
Because the reason ours got recorded was because I guess I was standing on the other side of Davis.
And then Steph was set up to, I guess, take pictures of me.
And Blake was set up to take pictures of him.
But I moved sides.
And so I like messed up Steph's shot.
and so she moved and ended up recording.
Yeah, she just recorded instead.
We just got lucky that it was recorded.
The recording is really, really nice.
Damn, is that serious?
So we're like, what, she had pictures lined up?
Oh, they hide in bushes.
Yeah, but they're, but they're photographers.
They're actual photographers.
But they just can't, like, move a little bit and they get you on this side.
Blake, too fucking shots fucked.
No, I think there was like a tree or something.
There was, there was, there was like a reason.
Yeah, they, uh, because Blake, they do photography, they do wedding photography mostly, but
They also do engagement photography.
And Blake said that's his favorite one
because he feels like a sniper.
He has to hide.
He has to hide.
And they were dressed up like...
I can imagine.
Blake, like...
They were dressed up like tourists and like...
Oh my God.
And I'm walking like Alexis and I are walking down the street.
Wait, at your thing they were?
Yeah, they were dressed like tourists.
Yeah, they were dressed up as like Vegas tourists.
Like camera around the...
Acting like they're taking pictures of the birds.
I turned around.
at one time and I saw Blake
back toward me. It's the only time
I ever saw either one of them back toward
me facing the other way.
And he had his phone up.
And I didn't, I didn't, and he was like recording
like Paris, which is on the other side of the
Blasio. And
he didn't, I didn't know this until later, but
he had his phone off
and was looking at us.
Looking at us through his phone
screen. I didn't know that either.
To figure out when I was going to go down on my
knee and so I can get turned around and start
That's so good.
That's crazy.
And it's crazy too because it's like, I know them very well.
At no point did I see them.
But also at the same, and they were right next to us.
But at the same time.
You had no idea they were even in Vegas.
Well, because I like to know what's going on, right?
And they stream.
So I told him, I said, oh, I'm like, if Blake and George don't go live tonight,
that's going to be suspicious.
And he's trying to figure out.
They're so weird.
Like, stop.
Just let it happen.
And he's like, that doesn't mean anything.
But here's the thing.
They went, they went live.
And Blake flew out that morning.
Did you text and say you have to go live tonight?
No, no.
But I knew they were going to go live because he was leaving the next morning.
Yeah.
Because I was thinking they would have been there already.
Yeah, right.
I mean, they flew in.
The morning of.
The morning of did the photos.
So when they didn't go live.
Or when they did go live, you're like,
I was like,
maybe not.
No,
I was like,
oh my God,
I'm going on a hike.
Yeah,
she thought the hike was going to happen.
Yeah.
But,
no,
everything,
everything was really,
really nice,
really nice.
Well,
beautiful relationship you guys have,
man.
I hope I get to pop out of kids
soon enough to join y'all.
And where do you think
you'll permanently reside?
Or is it just going to be this for?
I don't,
I don't know. I mean, like, it's, it's complicated.
Get it off your chest. What are you going to say?
No, no. I mean, it's, it's complicated because we do go back and forth.
Where are your places at?
Well, I'm from Chicago, but I have a house in Arizona.
Like your parents are in Chicago still?
Yeah, kind of. My mom and I live next door to each other.
In Chicago. In Arizona?
But then you also have a place in Chicago.
But I don't have a place in Chicago. My family has a place in Chicago.
So technically, I am in Arizona. So it's like my studio.
my stuff, my life, everything, everything I have worked for is in Arizona.
And then everything he works for is here.
So it's like in order to merge, one of us has to give up essentially our like life.
Like not to be like dramatic, but but that is true.
It's like everything we've worked for, one of us has to leave that.
So for right now, I mean, we just do as we do.
And it doesn't really bother us.
Like when it comes to, you know, a kid and stuff too, I mean, you don't really have to worry about it too much until they're in school, until their school age.
It's like even if I had one literally tomorrow, we'd still have like five, six years until it's like...
Like a school.
We can't be moving around, you know.
So I'm not too worried about it.
It's just not like a thing to figure out right now because I do like it here too.
It's not like I don't, you know.
And he likes it in Arizona.
Do you have friends and family in Arizona?
Well, I mean, yeah.
Why do you choose Arizona?
Well, we, I live my life half and half.
So we moved to Arizona when I was 10.
And then prior to that, you know, I'm from Chicago.
And then when I was 18, we moved back to Chicago.
So 18 to 25, I think.
We were in Chicago.
And now we go back and forth.
Half and half.
So literally I live here, Arizona and Chicago.
Yeah, my life is divided in thirds.
Out of Chicago, Dallas, and Arizona.
You like Arizona the best?
I think so, yeah.
Because the weather's nice all the time.
The sun's always out.
We don't have to worry about it.
It's not bipolar like here.
No, the weather here's really bad.
I mean, like, even in comparison to Chicago.
Not as bad as Chicago.
Yeah, not as bad as like 70% of the other states, but compared to the best,
It is very up and down.
It's very up and down.
That's the thing.
It's like in Chicago, if it's cold, it's very cold, but it's consistent.
Here it's like we could have hail tonight and sun tomorrow and rain that night.
And it's just like, oh my God, the constant changing.
I don't do well with gray skies.
I need the sun out.
Even if like I'm inside all day, I need the sunlight to like function.
I love a nice gray rainy day.
Like, just every once every once every month, once every month, if it's just on a Sunday and it's just, I love it.
Yeah.
But besides that, but then you're in Chicago for four months and you haven't seen the sun.
It's more than four months.
It's more.
No, it's, it's bad.
I don't know how people do.
I don't know how people do it.
Yeah.
I mean, like, I'll always have love for Chicago because, like, I love, like, the city and, like, the pride of being behind it.
And it's where I'm from.
And I have my food joints I like to eat at, you know, and I've, I've just, I've got.
stuff there, but Arizona is better, I think, for day-to-day life, but schools in Arizona are very
behind.
Like when I was- Some dumb people in Arizona.
No, I mean, like when I-
They walk around like this.
I feel like schools around Frisco schools are probably like the top of the top.
They look like they are.
I've never like looked into like what they're actually like.
But also like, too, I went to a private school for half of my life.
So like when I went to public school, I was already two years.
ahead. So that didn't help. And then Arizona is kind of like lagging behind Chicago education.
So then I was even more ahead. And so then that also contributed that like in classes and stuff
in school, I'm like, I learned this when I was in like sixth grade. That'd be so fun though.
But I hated it. My entire school life was just like, I don't know what's going on.
Yeah. And mine. I can't learn. Pretty sure I have a learning disability. Maybe. Like I just can't
remember what I just went over.
Maybe because you just don't care.
That now applies to like so much stuff in life.
Maybe then.
Like if I read, I don't remember what I read, listen to a song.
I don't remember what the song's name was or the artist.
And I don't know.
I do think the older I got, maybe I have some kind of learning disability.
So being ahead would have been kind of nice.
Yeah, but then you're bored.
Like, I mean, I just like when I look at like.
smart kid that was just so bored like
Albert Einstein. Sure.
Yeah. One thing I will say
like and went home and painted herself
Superman. Robert Einstein.
But no
but I will like I
I hated when I was in school and like
we had like state testing or testing in general
and like I was done with all those tests
so quickly and then I had to sit there
the rest of the day and like
what a nice complaint to have right
but like it drove me nuts because I'm like
why can't I just go home?
Idiots.
No, it's not that.
It's just like, what's the reason that I couldn't go home?
I still don't understand.
What is the reason I had to sit there and be quiet?
And to do what?
Makes sense, but I can't relate.
I was the kid you were waiting for.
You were the last one to put it in your chest.
But that's fine.
And I know people are waiting, so I'm just start a racing answer.
Oh my God.
I would have been furious.
I would have looked over and I would have been like,
I was not a school person.
No, I was not a school person.
Not everyone is, though.
I mean, like, that's definitely something that school systems like, I mean, how can you take into consideration every single individual person?
You can't cater to everyone, but at the same time, it's like...
Schools have such a spectrum of kids.
Yeah, and everything is just like one simple direction, and it just doesn't apply to everyone, you know?
I mean, same thing.
It's like, if teachers never wrote anything in front of me, then everything was pure speech.
Just a freaking packet, yo.
And they just...
I hope someone knows what I'm talking about when I say that.
No, but like...
TikTok meme jokes.
Anyways, go ahead.
I was just going to say that like...
One commenter.
If someone's only talking to me, like if school was only talking, I wouldn't have learned anything.
I need to see it.
Like, I'm a visual learner.
So I may be that applies to things with you too.
Like maybe you just learn differently and the school systems just weren't catering to how you needed to be engaged in something.
When they put me in the slow class.
Did they?
I was, well, I think it was because I was so disruptive.
This was in 10th grade
I stopped getting in trouble
in 11th grade but before then
I was always getting in trouble like every year
and we were taking a test
and I just started beatboxing
Oh my god
you would have drove me nuts
And the whole class just kind of stops
and looks at me
so I just double down and I just keep going
teacher stands up
starts slowly walking over to me
and I'm still going
I know I'm in trouble, but I'm just like in that zone.
I'm in flow state.
Then I knew I was going to get in trouble.
And she was just like, Nicholas, get up.
And then she like took me to the slow classroom.
And I was like, okay, this is to like finish the test.
I finished the test, blah, blah, blah.
Then like a week later we do another test.
And she's like, Nick, come with me.
And she like brings me to that class again.
And I tell my mom about it.
My mom was like, hell fucking no.
You ain't put my kid over there.
No disrespect.
but like my mom got pissed when they put me in that shit.
But yeah, that's pretty much how my school life went.
It was just getting in trouble.
I got to say.
Being disruptive.
I feel like your teacher made the right choice.
Probably.
Yeah.
I was a little disruptive.
Just in that one.
Then I went pro and I kind of like stopped because if I got in any trouble,
Xbox gets taken away.
Yeah.
So I just couldn't.
Sacrifices needed to be made, man.
So I just started behaving.
beatboxing during tests. I guess I'll behave in school. That's all the sacrifices were. No more beatboxing during the test. I got to go pro. I got to go pro. Are you still doing this stuff? Like full time? When was your last video?
Yeah. Well, it's, same. But it depends. See, yeah, I just redid my office. But now I'm here and I don't have my office anymore. So I can't I can't film in my office. Because I'm here. Mostly full time on like a lot of her like,
jobs and stuff come from her vertical stuff.
So her like Instagram,
shorts or TikToks and stuff.
Yeah, I'm actually filming today.
But in general,
yeah,
I am still doing this type of stuff.
When you say you're going to film,
is it going to be something like that?
It's going to be a devil today.
Like a full makeup.
Yep.
Like Hitch will walk in and just see you.
Oh yeah.
The other day I came to get him when he was streaming
and I was like a full zombie character.
How long was?
For him to come and take pictures.
How long was something like that
Like click on the red-haired blue face
Like how long will this take?
This I actually filmed here
Um so that
Well ugh
Ryan
The rhin stones take a long time
Because rhinestones are individually placed
So it's like
So for something like that
Just to put every one of those on there
Insight yeah
No individual
That one took I think like four hours
Pitch doesn't help
I helped take it off
Well okay
I help because it's like you got to
grape it off.
It's a bunch of
rhinestones.
Yeah.
So literally you have to like,
you actually
scrape them off.
So is today going to be
another four hour session?
I think it'll probably take like two and a half.
It won't be that bad.
Because I'm just doing like a red devil.
Well,
maybe,
I don't know,
I never look good painted red.
So we'll see.
I might do purple.
But regardless,
it's just going to be like a shiny,
a shiny devil.
But I mean,
it just depends on what I'm doing.
because some stuff takes like seven.
My longest one was seven hours.
Painting.
And that was a really long time.
Although I do want to do a video of trying to paint myself like for a day and do like my whole body.
So.
Is TikTok pay?
I have not signed up for it.
But they have a creator fund.
Because I see what like not good.
They don't they don't pay.
Like you probably have to get insane numbers to even see like.
I mean they pay fucking some way.
There's TikTok famous.
something.
Well, I mean, if you get enough numbers,
if you get enough numbers, you can get jobs that come in.
Like, she has ads.
She has, like.
Oh, sponsored by EA?
Yeah, it's like commissions.
Basically.
EA will, you know,
commission someone to do a video.
Right.
But as far as like...
Because we say that too.
Like, you guys operate differently
where it's like most of my jobs
are individual,
um,
ads.
I mean, I guess technically speaking ads.
Like I make like little kind of makeup commercials sort of, you know, which is super cool, by the way.
Like is the Welch's, uh, okay.
Isn't that cool?
Like, yeah, no, I mean, there's, there's some, like, sometimes, like, there's just things where, like, they come through and like, I mean, I could paint anything, you know, but, like, I'm mainly a body painter.
And sometimes, like, these, like, commissions come through.
And I'm like, oh, my God, I can't believe, like, this person wants to work with me.
Like, that's so cool.
It's, like, even after, like, all these years, I'm.
still always so hyped to like work with like different sponsors i don't know it's so fun have you ever
thought about getting hitch in one of these like a duo thing of like you're doing your thing boom
you pop up yeah here comes fucking snake hitch yeah no i just decked out but no you got to make this
certain type he has to go ha he just doesn't he doesn't he doesn't want to be painted at least not right now
i think he should i know i'm down i'm down eventually i said i want to make him into his
creepy Eldon Ring character.
Like with the prosthetic nose and everything.
I mean, yeah.
So that one wasn't body paints.
That was just, you know, a hat.
But like I said, I can, I could paint, you know, whatever.
I mean, sometimes jobs come through and I'm like, oh, my God.
Like the Suicide Squad one, I love the Joker.
Love them.
And so, like, being able to paint something like that, I was like so excited to do.
Or like different things.
The VAL one got 15 million?
Where are we?
Is that clove?
The one was...
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
I was excited to do Val because, like, I...
Well, I was on a Val kick for a while playing Val.
I'm not much of, like, a FPS person in general.
But I did get really hooked on a Val because I liked all the colors and this and that and
you know, blah, blah, blah.
But actually, you know what?
And maybe I like every job that comes through, honestly, because I...
You just love your work.
Well, if there's a job, too, that I don't...
want to do, I just say no.
Or if it doesn't align with me or like I don't back it, I just, I turn it down.
Because like I only do things that I really like or love or I feel like it's going to be a
challenge or something that like I'll like back or feel comfortable representing.
But like I feel like it's so cool to think like if you think of like your favorite thing ever
or like, I don't know, I guess if you were to think like Halo, something like that.
Well, I guess it doesn't apply to you because you like did all that.
Master Chief.
But yeah, it's like...
Do a master chief.
Or you can be Cortana.
I did do something for Halo.
I did do something for Halo.
And that was cool when that came through.
So it's just like, it's just like imagine like, you know, having something that you really, really like.
And then they come to you and they're like, hey, can you turn yourself into one of our characters?
And I'm like, me?
You want me to do that?
Yeah, of course I can.
Like, what?
Are there so a bunch of people doing this stuff?
Or is it...
Oh, tons now.
Tons now.
Are you looked at as like a respected OG?
I would say, yeah.
But like, I don't know because like I don't look at things in like pedestal or like tears of like, oh, I've been around.
I've been doing this longer so I'm better or anything like that.
But there's a lot of people that'll comment and be like, I learned everything from you.
Like people that are really good now?
Oh my god, yeah
There's this girl Holly
Yeah, no, there's this girl Holly
And she has been watching me
Forever, which was awesome
I had no idea and I forgot how we even like
started talking but I just like started chatting
With her and she's like oh I just love you
And I'm like I love you
And like we don't know each other
And she's probably like okay Lex
But yeah no
I mean there are people now that are bigger today
Or like really incredible artists
and I'm just like, wow, like it's, it's an honor that they took a moment to learn from me
and then also continued to pursue that passion.
Like, that is cool, cool.
Yeah, no, I love that.
Well, I mean, it's, what you do is insane.
I'm glad you still, you've been doing it how long, 12 years?
Over 10 years, yeah.
Over 10 years.
And you still love what you do.
Yeah.
I can applaud that.
It's not the same for all of us, but what you do is actually insane.
Takes a lot of hard work.
You found the perfect man for you on top of it all.
What a just perfect life y'all live.
Everything's perfect all the time.
We do our best.
Nothing ever goes wrong.
Well, I'm about to piss myself.
So I just wanted to say thank you so much for joining us on the flycast.
I hope y'all learned a little something about Alexis made you look.
Um, yeah, I guess it's going to do it.
Yeah.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for coming on.
Thanks for watching.
And we'll see you guys in the next one.
