Oh, yeah.
I got a bone to pick with y'all.
Welcome to episode.
Come on, product.
Damn.
Does Matt even do anything anymore?
You just set up every camera while I was back here.
Last flycast, we were not here.
We were over there.
Welcome back to the flycast.
Episode 121.
121.
Had to take a break from the flycast last week,
Because I got bullied so hard in the comment section
and then had to go home for a week for a funeral for my grandma.
So good timing, guys.
Way to pick on me at the perfect time.
You guys should be ashamed of yourself.
All of you.
If you're listening, think about it before you talk anymore.
Because we did.
First off, I beat grandma.
RIP.
Granny Smith.
Like the apples?
But no, in all seriousness, yes.
I did go home.
No episode from last week
because I did have to go home
for a funeral RIP Granny,
the greatest.
And then
today,
we were supposed to have a special guest.
Sitting right here,
I would have sat over there.
He goes by the name of formal.
I don't know if you guys have heard of him.
But this just in,
he's not showing up.
What is T2P?
Why is, where did T2P come from?
Does anyone know the story?
Do you know the story?
I know who actually created it.
It was this dude name,
and I'm just pissed off knowing I have to say his name
because he will get off on that.
But this dude name is so skeptical in Halo.
Okay.
He started this thing of time to pound.
I don't know.
Just time to pound?
Time to pound him out.
He just like started it in Halo.
And he was like always in our Skype Discord calls or whatever.
And so I think formal took that sort of from him.
and then as formal
sort of took that formal
was also
brought it to
I guess started brought it to
God
yeah brought it to Cod
brought it with
and I guess Seth
started saying it too
and they both just started saying it
yeah
so I'm pretty sure
that's how it fucking started
might be
it's kind of
I don't know how so skeptical
gets formal
in the scump
to start their whole
like I think they've dropped
merch
they fucking it became like their whole slogan almost
Aaron got
Aaron got blasted one time because
he did a T2P drop
and one of the one of the
the the hoodies
was just a brown hoodie
and all it said was time to pound on it
and it got blasted
I thought it was kind of fire
but it got blasted on the internet
or what?
Like I'm not wearing time to pound to
school you got to say T2P
yeah yeah yeah you can't really
I don't know if it was
I don't know if it was just the design or I don't know if it was pre-made.
If anybody has an actual...
Was it just the words?
The brown...
If anyone has the brown time to pound merch, I want a hoodie.
I want one.
I'll pay whatever for it.
With it under $100.
I'll pay whatever for it under $100.
That's just reminding me.
How you found that Cloud jersey.
If you don't know Cloud was my old Halo teammate.
I think so.
Someone else found another one.
I think he's like selling his shit.
Really?
Yeah.
Kind of.
Wait.
Cloud.
Cloud is selling his stuff.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
I think he might be selling his shit.
I got to check in on Cloud, man.
Did you ever text him?
Uh-uh.
You said you were going to text him.
Did I?
What was that?
That.
Time to Pound.
I want that.
If anybody has this.
That's actually, if anybody has this hoodie.
See, did they drop this when like scump stunk still couldn't smoke cigarettes?
Yeah.
Well, it was a...
What the fuck?
That the top right shirt
This is confident.
Formal's outline is hilarious.
That is funny.
Wait, let me see the green one.
I actually kind of like that.
The green one's not bad.
I kind of like the...
Green one's not bad.
I like the color combination.
That's so funny.
Aaron's gonna get pissed.
I brought this back up.
But he was like, dude, I just did what I was supposed to do.
Yeah, Formal was supposed to join us today.
So, unfortunately, we don't have a guest, and you're stuck with us today.
I do want to say, we had, maybe I shouldn't talk about it.
But we had Shotsie on the podcast.
Yeah.
And I, didn't I text you about it?
But we had Shotsie on the podcast.
And I was looking at the comments.
I didn't really, like, I already thought in my head, I was like, that podcast, I feel
I was just talking too much
and I said it on the optic pot as well
and then I looked at the comments
and for the first time
sometimes I'll check out the comments
but for the first time in a while
did you check them after like the
24 hour mark because you
you started checking on it
you checked on it like
two hours after it came out
yeah and there was
it's still bad and I don't know
if it's still bad I don't want to go
I don't want to go back
is this it
Yeah, see, I don't see I don't have my
I was like I was like there's only one bad
There's only one bad one bad one no when I check the comments
I think two hours after it dropped I was getting verbal
See I don't know if I want to see this
Ecos one of those favorite you don't need a pillow to talk or something
Everyone wait how many views did it get though
Because it made me feel
Almost 50K that's actually pretty good
That made me feel
Also how did it make me feel
is the biggest that episode
that podcast is the biggest
I've ever been in my life
fattest?
Yeah
Wait let me
I
Damn dog
Why did you say it like that
I just say it like that?
No it's looking
The likes
I mean hell of likes
Almost a
The amount
Yeah
Damn I thought you
No you had to have been bigger than that like
Guess how big I am
I'm weighed myself
Okay here's what happened
So you know how like
You know how like when
When you're too scared to look at something
because like like you're too scared to look at your bank account when you've been
too scared to look at the YouTube comments you scared to look at the YouTube comments
that's a good one too too too scared to look at the views of the video to file your
taxes because you're so far behind they might come get you right exactly okay
that's how I felt about the scale because I've been smoking a lot of like a lot of weed
and when I smoke weed it does this weird like glitch where Taco Bell shows up at
3 am. like a lot of like a lot of Taco Bell a lot of Taco Bell a lot of Taco Bell I
I don't know how it gets there.
And so that had been a daily,
that had been a daily occurrence for like two weeks.
And I was like,
A daily occurrence?
A daily occurrence.
And I was like,
and this is when,
this is when I had started running too.
But I was like,
maybe if I just,
I'll just start running and then I can still eat.
I'm fueling myself.
I got a ride.
I have a mile run tomorrow.
I need to fuel myself with at least 2,500 calories.
I wait,
so I weighed myself.
I finally got the courage to weigh myself right before we did that podcast.
Right before I walked over here.
Guess.
I'm gonna say you were 221.
I'm 221 now.
I was 229 and a half.
Oh my God.
I thought you were about to say 2.30.
Almost 230.
Damn.
And I had never, and I, dude, I literally almost puked.
I almost p-u-you.
I threw away all my weed.
I stepped off the scale, threw it all away.
and I haven't I haven't ordered I haven't ordered at 2 a.m. since and I've been if I hadn't gotten sick in North Carolina I probably would be like I probably be like 2.15 right now no weed cents no weed only running but then I got sick yeah I'm fucking I'm fucking I'm out of commish right now with my fucking shin splints I got up to I think I got to 27 miles and a week are you wearing JP's shoes I don't know I'm switching on my swag a little bit some Birkenstock
Switch it back.
I mean,
they look good.
James got them on.
They're cool, right?
James hasn't.
But this is actually my first time ever wearing them.
I kind of like them.
And I think I got these pants at Target.
Pants are fire.
But anyways,
my inner shin,
every time it got to the point where I was,
I thought, like,
this fucking David Gagin's bullshit
to where you just, you're injured,
but it's like nah fuck that i'm stronger than that so i just like kept running on it and then it just
got worse and worse and worse and then i went home and i kept trying to like stay with my schedule
stay with my programming or whatever and then one day i was just like finishing my four miles and i was
like holy fuck i was like this is not like i have to like stop right now or like one day i'm just going to be
running and something's gonna i don't really know how it works with shin splints but i don't know if something
Something could just fucking pop one day or if it just gets like more and more inflamed or bruised.
But I was, I was like, one of these days, I'm going to keep running on this pain and it's just
going to, shit's going to hit the fan and I'm not, I'm going to wake up the next day and like not be able to walk.
It's like my inner shin.
I've probably taken, I've taken a few days off.
I even tried.
I was like, all right.
Well, first it was hurting.
And I was like, all right, let me slow down on my miles.
So I started just running slow.
I was starting to do like 10 minute miles.
Just like really taking my time, focusing on my form.
Then from that, what the fuck am I saying?
Biking.
Oh, from that, from there, I was like, this shit still hurts.
Let me just jog like half a mile, run a mile and walk a little bit.
And it was still hurting.
And it was just like, I don't know how to fucking heal it.
But at this point, I'm like, okay, I just have to like not do anything.
thing.
Yeah.
So like I even tried biking and it was still like putting pressure on this.
It was the weirdest pain.
I've never,
I've experienced shin splints sort of,
but then they like kind of go away in a day or two.
But this is the first time I've ever had something affect me for this is probably
week three of my shin splints,
but probably this is my first week not running on it.
And I still feel like when I go through this,
I still feel like a tender fucking part.
And I'm not going to lie.
it's kind of like I had such a routine I was like such in the fucking zone and now I feel like
this just like this threw me off and then I visited home eight kind of shitty came back eight
extra fucking shitty was like four days of just shit gain like five pounds back and now I'm just
still going to the gym but I don't know this is I was so proud of where I got to if you guys
don't follow on Strava you can follow in Strava we have Optic Run Club
Optic Run Club almost at we might be at like 1500 members almost but you can see
all of my progress hitch fucking I'm trying to get Shotsie to post because he
doesn't he thinks people can like see his location shit I'm like bro if you just
hide it like we can't see it's all this dude we're four away so by the time you're
seeing this we probably will be at 1500 members Strava or optic run club I know we got
Kenny, Shotsie,
let me, let me see.
James.
Overview.
Oh, wait.
Yeah.
Remember.
Okay, so the admins are,
uh,
myself,
Shotsie,
Pomage,
Blake,
George,
you,
Paige and,
uh,
James.
You know what was surprising?
How many fucking runners
there are?
Matt Craig.
Like,
there's like,
big time runners.
Oh.
I just, like, joined.
Dude.
And they're just 80 miles this week.
It's actually insane how many people?
Because I thought, I never hear of anyone running.
Right now we have a new champ.
It's not Luke right now.
It's Carter Campbell.
I mean, look at how these guys look.
Like, this motherfucker runs.
Like, that's what he does every day.
That's a fucking runner.
He runs.
Shout out Carter Campbell from Windsor.
Colorado?
It surprised me.
so much how many people actually
like run and bike and like
I thought we were all just pieces of shit
no like I thought I was the one
standout like I'm the fucking runner
in the in all of e-sports
I mean I didn't
I didn't I didn't necessarily
I didn't technically think of it like that but I was
like no one fucking runs any like this shit
so out of
like running is just in a
different world Carter today
1,500 people like logging shit every single
day my man Carter
ran 14 miles today
this morning
at a 6.56 pace
hour and 30
hour and 30 minutes
14 miles.
Have you ever tried to run your fastest
like say in the last five years
have you tried to run like a fast mile?
Yeah when I was trying to break my mile time
like two years ago.
What time did you get?
I got to like
I think I got down to like
I think it was like 702
or something like that.
And just imagine that
and how hard you were running.
Dude,
I was,
I was,
I almost threw up.
I almost threw up after.
Giving it your all.
And motherfuckers are just,
that's just their pace.
I want to,
I have,
I must.
There's two things I got to experience in life.
Being shredded,
I don't know
which one's going to be harder.
Being shredded or,
shredded or running
like a...
Shredded will be easy.
Just take fucking...
Running like seven miles
at like a 630 pace.
Seven miles at 630 pace.
That'll...
Something like that.
That's easier.
Than getting shredded?
Yes.
Seven miles at a 630 pace is crazy.
Because I felt like...
But dude,
your diet, your diet is
everything for that.
You can't fuck up.
And also you...
It's really hard if you're not...
Being heavier, being like 220 and running is not ideal.
Like when you're sitting there at 2.30 and you start running again, that shit.
They were also roasting you in the comments for saying that Nick Bear was natural.
Well, what's funny about that is, first off, you don't fucking know.
I'm tired of motherfuckers just second off.
And I only say this.
First off, I don't blame.
First off, I don't blame you guys for saying
I didn't let Shotsie talk enough.
I knew, I knew, shut up.
As it was happening.
I knew as it was happening.
I knew when the podcast was fucking over.
I was like, God, I think I went on a Yap session.
Which, like, when we do have a guess,
you do have to respect, like, let's sort of make it about them.
Yeah, yeah.
I get it.
The Nick Bear shit, I thought he was natural.
Recently, I've been seeing, you just look at him
and you're like,
ah, there's just.
all those veins
he's fucking jacked
he's shredded he's still
so much cardio
he ran a marathon in under three
what is it under three hours right
yeah I think so
like something like a 630 pace
a 630 pace marathon
so like people are like
you're if I didn't really see any of those comments
but if they are saying like you're a dumbass for thinking
Nick Bears
is natural
I'm like
I can kind of see why you
like I because even I am kind of turning on to the side of like I don't is he keeping something from us even though he doesn't fucking oh is an explanation of what he's doing no he doesn't he doesn't but I was sort of on y'all side to where I was like is he not natural anymore bring up can you I think we might have did this last podcast but just bring up a picture of Nick Bear but well everyone just says he's on TRT now they're not saying he's on steroids but they're like TRTTTT dog TRT does
fucking...
Yeah, we literally,
we did do this last time.
But you see that
and you're like,
no,
there's no way.
But someone on his
Instagram,
because he posts all the time,
it'll just be him like running
or something,
just looking jacked while running.
And someone even posted on like
Instagram.
Jacked.
Like he,
say he posted,
he was like,
electrolytes and water.
Fucking
lightning emoji.
Say the status.
Yeah. People will be like, you mean
TRT and gear?
Or like, it's like comments like that.
And then he responded, this was
after the podcast, this was literally like
a few days ago. And he responded
and says, I don't do TRT.
But, but in that people
and then people still respond to that and they're like,
yeah, right, shut the fuck up. Like, they just
don't believe. So when I, when someone
says I'm an idiot for thinking
he's natural,
the guy, I watched so many of his
vlogs and he just, he doesn't
seem like he would lie about it. If he did do it,
I think he'd say. Oh, God.
But I really don't get how he's so
fucking jacked. But he
said himself. Me, if I
was to look at him, I would say, I don't know, but he even
said himself that he is fucking natural.
But that shit is
so hard, dude. Also, like,
if he's not natural, who the fuck cares?
But he's also been doing this since
college. He's like 34 now.
No, this is like what he,
this, I mean, just
if you, I don't know, what is
what is TRT?
it a pill? Is it fucking...
I do TRT.
What is it?
Testosterone.
Oh.
But there's like people...
Here we go.
Now I'm gonna get...
And I've said this so many times and I've said it on my stream.
TRT isn't just gonna make you jacked.
Also, people say, yeah, TRT, if you don't know, it's a testosterone replacement therapy.
Oh, it's that.
Like literally, you just inject testosterone into your ass.
Yeah, okay.
But I'm one TRT.
And there's a time where I was on TRT
and I was fucking skinny
and just like pathetic looking.
But it's because you don't have a lot of
tea in the first place.
Yeah. So like my
my
a normal range for testosterone
say at my age would be like
500 being
on the lower average
I'd say and 800 being
flame sword
because Flame Sword just has high testosterone, of course.
Yeah.
Porny bastard.
But some people, the thing with TRT is I use it.
My testosterone's at like $6.50.
Like I just got to check like a few weeks ago, which is like, I'm kind of looking at like, like, can we get to the thousands?
Like let me cheat a little bit.
Wait, let me get.
What is like a healthy?
Oh, so yours is normal.
I'm at normal human would be anywhere from like, four.
probably 500 to 700.
So I'm just at like the average.
Like they brought me to average.
Yeah.
Basically because my shit was like three something.
But then there's people who will say they're on TRT.
Their testosterone's already fine.
They'll be dosing a lot fucking more than me.
And their testosterone would be like 1,500.
But they get to just say they're on TRT.
So there's like, there's like levels to this TRT shit.
Like some people,
you can abuse it
but you get to just say like
you're only on TRT you're not taking
steroids and shit
like you're just on TRT but you're taking a large
fucking amount and it's way
1500 tests is way different than like a
650 so like
I've never taken steroids
strictly of the fact that I don't want to make my dick
little yeah I be getting well
so does TRT
about my balls sometimes does
is it do the opposite
you get more testosterone
you get more like more balls more like another ball uh you sometimes i wonder i there is some uh
if you're on it for a long time apparently it can do i don't know if it'd be damage but like you could
your fertility or whatever to be able to have kids could lessen um i've talked to them about it
they said it's not an immediate fuck they said it's not um there's not um there's
like sirens outside.
Siren outside.
They said it's not an immediate worry, but I should look into it.
And we should like get something sorted out if I do plan on having kids in the future.
So that's something I'm going to have to fucking look into.
Yeah, the whole, uh, the whole TRT thing is a, it's, if you're a Instagram influencer,
motherfucker, everyone, everyone just says you're on TRT.
Everyone negates anything.
Yeah, no.
All hard work you've ever done.
You only look like that because you're on TRT.
Because you do this or that or whatever.
But it's like people like Nick Barrett's like, these fucks have been doing this for...
Also, on point.
Also, I could give...
Working out hard.
You could give anyone...
You can give anyone in the comments, steroids and TRT shots.
And then...
I think they'd be surprised.
And then you're not going to immediately look like that.
I would say, I would say it has...
helps me. Sometimes I even think of getting off because it's like I don't. It's not like I think if
you take steroids, you would definitely feel something. T.R.T, it's I don't really feel anything.
If anything, I do think it probably helps with recovery for me to be able to do as much as I can.
But if your workouts aren't intense. If your diet's not on point, it's, it makes it just,
not that it's useless
but
the most important thing is your intensity
and your diet
which brings this back to your diet
and how you got
it's better
was it did you go on like a spree of
months of just
giving up
like you just
didn't give a fuck
dude it was it was
it's funny because like you wake up
like
I woke up so guilty every day.
I'm like, what the fuck was that?
And you're high at night.
So when you do do it,
do you, it's like beating off.
Like when you're in the moment.
No, it's not like beating off.
It's like, when you're in the moment,
it's like,
this is cool, but then the second you
finish, it's like, this is
fucking disgusting.
I'm pathetic as fuck.
This is embarrassing.
It's like, it's like when you're crashing on Addy
and you end up beating off for like an hour and a half.
It's like that.
When you wake up after that.
Those were the good old days.
And you're like, what the fuck?
I would do like six hour sessions.
Yeah, me too.
It's like webcam girls and shit.
So it's like that level of like guilt.
Yeah.
Where I'd wake up and I am in bed.
Mace is whining, ready to go out and I peel my eyes open because I was, I took an edible and smoked.
And so I'm peeling my eyes open.
And the first thing I see is the fucking taco bell bag in my bed.
Just on the bed.
And I'm just.
And I'm like, that's 2020, Neack.
And I'm like, dude, I've got to stop.
Then I take Mace out and then we go to content.
And then I eat kind of healthy during the day.
I'm like, oh, like I had a salad or I take a massive fucking shit.
Your stomach hurts.
Yeah.
Oh, it's grumbling.
And then I go for a run.
And the run is like, okay, I'm improving my runs.
So I'm like, oh, like if proven my runs, then, then like we had a pretty rough month mentally, not even like numbers wise, but just mentally for TST where it's like we're getting on every day and I'm like, not, I'm like, you know, down.
And so I'm like not feeling it.
And, and I'm, you know, the weird, the bad thoughts are creeping in.
I'm like, how long, how much longer can we even do this?
And, and then.
This is the end of our road.
Yeah, I'm like, this might be the end.
And then and then I'm like, all right, boys, you know, we do our sign off.
And then I'm like, all right, boys, I'll see you guys tomorrow.
And then I walk downstairs.
I'm edible.
Put, grab a, grab a joint.
Distract brain.
Grab a joint, put it in my pocket, take Mace for a walk.
And then smoke while I'm walking Mace.
And order Taco Bell while I'm on the walk.
Because I'm just like, oh, you know, it's fun.
Like, I deserve this in my brain.
I've worked hard today.
And there's just a whole crunch
rap in it. The new fucking
canteena
I don't know. I haven't. You're not
up on TV. You're not up on TV
game right now, dude.
And then I would
get home and by the time I'm
getting, by the time I get home,
the full edible has kicked in.
And I'm
already high from the
joint.
And I, and like, you know, when you're
high and you're petting your dog it's so nice you're just like yeah I love you so much
and then the Taco Bell's there and then I'm like oh you know and then it's gone isn't that
crazy how your brain you went from like this the end of our road man I'm depressed
like I'm like I'm kind of depressed and you go get high and order Taco Boe and you're like
fuck yeah yeah we got Taco Bell you lock in you put on like a good video to watch
what's your what's your go to for high eating dude watching I
was watching Blune's Tower Defense videos.
Like I was, I'll watch anything.
The fuck.
Dude, whatever's, hey.
Whatever's on my feed.
Now, right now, it's all Eldon Ring.
I'm not getting high anymore, but it's all
Eldering ring. But back then
it was like either Minecraft videos or
or actually a lot of college football stuff.
Yeah, so I was doing that.
And then, dude, the, the guilt I would feel.
Alexis would text me in the, because,
because right now she, well, she's here right now,
but the last couple months,
she's been in Chicago because of family stuff.
And so she would text me like,
how was your night, like after stream?
I'm sorry, I went to bed.
And I'm lying.
I'm like, it was great.
You know, I feel, I feel great.
It was a great night.
Cleaning up Taco Bell bags.
Just looking at myself in the mirror, like, gross.
What made you,
what was it that you were like,
all right, I'm not doing this, no more?
So remember, okay, I don't know if I said, I don't think I said this on the podcast because I think we talked about it earlier.
But when we started running or when I started running because I saw you and James like crushing it.
I was like, I was like, it's really hard to run right now because usually what happens is I hit rock bottom.
And then I'm like, I have to change my life.
And then I become a vegan for a year.
Or then I do something.
Holy shit.
I forgot you did that.
You know what I mean?
Like I have to hit something.
And then I have to mentally tell.
myself, okay, we have to change
everything and when my mind
is set to changing everything, it's good.
I'm good. If I set
out to walk downtown, I'm good.
As long as my mind gets there.
But my mind hadn't gotten there and I was still trying
to run. So it was so hard to run.
Because I'm like, why am I even doing it?
My mind wasn't made up and I was like,
this one's hard because I haven't hit rock bottom
yet. Right before that Shotsie
podcast? You hit rock bottom
once you saw that? Yeah. And then all of a sudden
weed gone. Taco Bell gone.
and then I've been running ever since
I'm really pissed that I got sick
when I went home
You should get like a program kind of thing
To where you just know what you're running
Instead of like
Yeah
Long run Sunday
Three easy
Well for you could be like
Three mile long run Sunday
And you just go slow
Like you're not doing it
Yeah
Like you need it
You're gonna need at least like
Six to eight weeks
Before you even like
Start to enjoy trying to go faster
But my shit will be
I had kind of already gotten there.
Like my last, my last good run was in North Carolina.
And I got new shoe because I was, dude, my foot was falling asleep while I was running.
And I was like, I hated it.
But I got new shoes.
And then my last good run, I think it was like a, I don't remember what it was, like an 8.30 pace or something like that for two, for two and a half miles or something like that.
And I was like, dude, that's like, that's not bad.
that's usually like the start of because i had i went i don't even know how many weeks it was like
four or five weeks or something and i was like every run is kind of fucking sucked like i have yet
to get the runners high i've and then one day i got it and then like every not every run but a lot
of runs after that i was like starting to get it again yeah like improving my time but i think
i was just going to too too fast and then i got this fucking injury and now this is like
like it's honestly like slightly depressing because of like how much war like I was running six days
a week and working out six days a week and then like this shit happened and it's the marathons
think like 10 weeks away I'm gonna have to like take this week off and I just hope I get like
right back to it but once I found like a rhythm during a marathon that's insane once I found a rhythm
it was so nice to get into I mean it did kind of suck because sometimes I'd be like so sore
like fuck i got to wake up and run four miles like it's so and just around my neighborhood so
boring but it every after every single time i do it i would just feel like
proud of myself or just like even if i'm a fucking loser for the rest of the day like at least i got
like one w like this is something not a lot of people would want to do or like be willing to
just like wake up and get this shit done so at least i got one fucking w i'm like very interested
in uh i know i don't know if you i don't know if you ever watched it but i know he's like
borderline canceled right now but cody cody co's fitness channel did you ever watch it
it was called like cody trains dude i watched that shit every day like every day and all he did
all he did was upload like it was like a it was like a vlog but like not not like nice that level
vlog just like waking up here's my diet here's my run here's what i'm going training and he's
started training for an iron man and so a lot of people watched from day one of his first start
training until he finished the iron man and i i i joined like halfway through and dude was so sick
watching because like you're watching a youtube video but like also you're not like inspired but like
at least it's something in the same realm as like fit not because you're not it's not a fitness
YouTube channel, but like you see what it takes to like do that.
And so I've, I've thought about maybe doing that one day, like really like debating it.
But I probably would need help with that.
I probably would need like a little an editor for that.
Yeah, it looked fun.
I kind of thought about doing something like that.
And like last year I did sort of do something like that, except it was just kind of like a
documentary.
Yeah.
We did like the 60 day thing, but then even during those 60 days, we did a couple of
vlogs.
And I just felt like they didn't do well.
And I just felt like I felt like I've watched so much working out videos and
YouTubers that I do feel comfortable of like knowing what I'm talking about.
But I just, I felt like a fraud saying it when I just like looked average as fuck.
like there's like a certain
aesthetic
yeah that
to where if I'm gonna preach about health
and
and exercise and shit
it's like I have to like
I felt like I had to like
look a certain way
and to be honest I think it is kind of true
like no one wants to watch a fucking
average looking gamer Joe
just telling you what to do about it
so I just felt like a fraud
so I kind of just stopped and
I get that
I think I think people
what people would be interested
in seeing you like maniac start that shit because people that would be fun because i think when you go
in there you're like i have to be already a fitness influencer and people don't care about that
people want to see you get to that level yeah i wish i would have what i did do is whenever i started
running eight weeks ago my first run ever i recorded it's all like vertical though but i because i
was thinking like i don't want to dedicate myself to like making some insane documentary
video or something like logging shit every week.
So it's like I'm just going to do a vertical 10 to 5 to 10 second tap in every week and just
like let people know what I'm doing.
So I have done that and I've done it every single week.
And we'll see when the marathon comes if I'm going to record during the marathon and then
maybe some kind of like TikTok video or something after that just to see from like, like,
Because in the first shot, I was fucking dying.
My face was red.
I was like, two miles into my first long run.
Got to run three.
And I was walking.
I was like, and then it ended on.
I was at like an 11 minute, 45 second pace.
And so it is cool to see that.
And then like, see like eight weeks later.
It's like, oh, I just ran five miles at an 850 pace.
If we did a, if we did a YouTube channel.
I mean, this is a lot of dedication.
But if we did a YouTube channel called Optic Run Club,
would you vlog like once a week on it?
I mean, what would we do?
Run.
Like, just make like a vlog.
Yeah, just vlog, vlog.
I just don't know if people would give a fuck.
I think if we made like a React channel
and had someone dedicated to finding what the,
I think there's a few things we could do.
besides podcasting that, like, would work.
Like, I think, like, a React channel.
I mean, yeah, reaction.
If we had someone that, like, went out and found the hottest things to react to
and then, like, clipped it all up or something, I think that would be good.
Yeah, an Optics React Channel.
That's a crazy idea.
I didn't write that on a board three years ago multiple times.
And then Roger's like, well, I think it's just kind of take a little, I think we did a little...
Shut up, Roger.
Disneyland looking ass
I think
What he was?
I don't know
Roger was in Disneyland
So I keep
I keep making Disneyland jokes
Is that where he is?
I don't
Where is he right now?
With the reeds at Disneyland
Oh my God
He's spending time
With this golf shit
I'm tired of this
This golf and
What's the paddle ball
Pickle ball?
Pickle ball
Pickle ball
Like come on man
Where's the real sports
Are we doing like
an irl basketball game
it's next week isn't it
are you doing that
we're doing like an irl basketball
stream aren't we full court game
with optic members next thursday
what i think so
yeah really
yeah we're doing that
we're not allowed to stream and i'm guessing right
not allowed to stream yeah
No, I think it is streamed.
Oh, it's like an optic eye or...
Oh.
That'll be powerful.
I gotta learn how to shoot again.
Dude, I feel like an idiot.
Oh, dude.
When I pick up a basketball now, it's like...
But then I remember it's like...
I can dribble and I can pass.
That'll never go away.
But shooting, dude,
shooting, it's like...
It's like, dude.
Dude, I've played...
We've played basketball by like seven times
in the last 15 years.
Yeah.
15 years.
Like, do you remember at, uh, at Major 1 last year when it was like the double space,
or major three?
Then there was a basketball, a smooth competition basketball court.
Dude, I was trying to shoot on that and I was like, dude, did they make the rim higher?
Is the basketball heavier?
Bro, I was on purposely shooting from far as fuck.
Yeah.
Well, I can't really get judged if I miss this one.
That's true.
That's true.
And just shoot fucking bombs.
I used to be nasty at one point.
Bro, I thought I was, it's crazy how.
As a kid, I thought I was nasty.
I was like, I'm fucking good.
Or like, I thought my dribbling was really good.
I was, I've never been a good shooter.
It just, just doesn't go in.
Like, I've always, I have never known what the fuck's going on with my shooting and basketball
because I just never got better at shooting.
But I was always really good.
I was always like a smart player, good passer, good dribbler.
Like, I wouldn't fuck it up for the team.
I always started until 10th grade.
Then I rode the bench.
But I always felt like a good basketball player.
And then it's almost like that person who thinks they're a good halo or call a duty player.
And then you travel to a tournament and you're like, God, I'm horrible.
Horrible.
Like I remember we went to like Ocean City for some tournaments and just got fucking.
So you played like ball.
You played like club ball.
Well, this is like seventh, eighth grade.
But like that was like my peak.
I was playing, I was playing on carpet.
and we were praying at halftime.
That's where my organized,
my organized basketball was in a church league.
Yeah, no, I was playing in some leagues,
but like it got to the point where I was like,
oh my God, like this show,
it's like when you're playing Halo online
and like you think you're good,
then you go,
then I went to my first Halo like local tournament
and just got destroyed by Demon D.
Yeah.
And like the other fuck.
But I really,
and like now doing this shit next week,
it's like I actually want to like
touch a ball
and try to
because I'm like I might just fucking embarrass myself
it feels it feels so
foreign touching any
kind of doing anything
I was still I was still in a football the other day
and it felt good
throwing a football did you
but you did you ever play football or throw a football?
I played football when I was like young like
like flag football like 8 to
11 or something
did you play flag football? No
Tackle football?
Yeah.
Like real football.
I played two years.
Yeah, I played two years of football.
I thought I was nasty at football too.
Dude, I was good.
I mean, it's weird.
I don't know if, I don't know if I look back on things.
I think I was just, I think it was just an athletic kid.
Yeah.
And a lot of kids aren't athletic.
Yeah.
But, like, I played, like, Pop Warner.
I played Pop Warner one year and then I played for my middle school one year.
And, dude, it's so long.
ago obviously.
What positions?
Uh, linebacker.
Same.
Linebacker, linebacker and fullback.
Same.
Really?
Yeah.
And then my, my, uh, that was in Pop Warner and then in, um, and then line, in, in, uh, middle
school, I played linebacker and quarterback.
Quarterback?
Yeah.
Damn.
It was really, I didn't, I didn't think I was, I mean, he, I, there, no one, I,
else could throw.
Really?
Yeah, I was the only one to, well, besides the starting quarterback, because I played like,
there was something called fifth quarter, you go out there and you play eight, eight,
eight plays or four plays on both sides of the ball, basically, and then, and then the starters play.
So, like, that's all it was, that's all I was really doing, but I was practicing and stuff,
but I, I feel like I finally got to a point, I mean, we're talking about when I'm like,
what, fucking eighth grade, or seventh grade, but still, I got to a point where I was like,
I can finally hit.
And then I, and then, uh, and then I had to choose between soccer and football that year.
Eighth grade, eighth grade, it was the same, the same season.
So I either had to choose soccer or I had to choose football.
So I chose soccer.
And then I didn't play anymore.
And I low key, I kind of regret it.
Do you think you could have went to like college for it?
No.
For soccer?
Oh, for soccer.
Yeah.
For soccer, if I had any sort of motivation.
Any, any motivation at all.
kid there's i now get being like when i was a kid i didn't know honestly halo kind of taught me a
little bit there there came a point to it's like i know how to get better like i need to get on every
day i need to actually focus when i'm fucking doing it i need to maybe play some fucking octagon warm up
get some good matches and really try get put in effort and like when you get older you realize that
but as a kid it was just like i would kind of shoot around in my driveway
And we'd go to basketball practice and like that's his.
That's, but then I would see like the coach's son.
And that motherfucker's probably doing drills at home.
Training at home.
Has a hired trainer.
I'm just like, this motherfucker is so much better than me.
But it's like he had, like I didn't know how to get better.
I was just like my parents didn't really give a fuck.
Like they take me to my games or whatever for my practice.
But it was like there was no.
I just wonder how if I could have got.
anywhere, which probably not.
If I could have got anywhere if I knew from the, say from fifth grade.
Are you going to, if you have a son?
He'll be doing the first thing.
It's a good question.
I didn't even if I, first thing my son is doing is.
is over any sport
he's going to learn how to fight
really yeah
if if anything
he might suck
but he'll knock you out
so don't
I just want I can't
I don't know if I'm going to be able
school and kids are so harsh
and I look back and I'm like thank God
it like there is times
I've honestly
maybe like once or twice
because I never got bullied
but there was like one or two times
where like an older kid
that would have fucked me up like
talk some shit
and I was like yeah
this guy would fuck me up
I can't really
and you're just like sort of defenseless
and that's how like kids are in school
and kids are so mean
mean so they're so cruel
especially the fucking rich kids
they're so they're so fucking
I'm talking dude
scum
there's people in sixth grade
Like, there's people that was talk to shit to me in sixth grade
that I still get pissed when I see on fucking Facebook.
Yeah.
Well, like, fuck, like.
I hope you're doing bad.
Yeah, I hope you're doing bad.
When, like, three years ago when I was popping off,
I was like, I hope you see, look at me now, bitch.
Now don't, now don't look at me.
But three years ago, look at me now, bitch.
Don't actually.
Don't look at me right now.
Keep looking wherever.
But there was like, there was just,
just thinking of how
it affected me
when I felt like
not that I was getting bullied
but I was just super uncomfortable
and I was like
this guy would beat my ass in front of everyone
if I stepped up and like
sort of defended myself
and that was it's just such a shit feeling
and I can't stand
especially like if I have a daughter
or something
I mean it might be worse for boys though
in school
but like I can't
I don't know if I'd be able to do
send my kids
kids to a public school and just be like god like i hope they just like have friends and are having
like an easy time and it's so like if if i found out my kid was like getting bullied or something like
fuck i can't imagine having a how shitty of a feeling that would be as a parent to like know your kids
are getting bullied or i mean there's part of it i mean obviously if it's severe bullying no
but there's part of public school that just teaches you life i think i think
I think so.
In my opinion.
Yeah, I think so.
Because you can always, like, no offense.
It's probably some people that went to Monsorna.
What's it called?
What's it called that?
Private.
Monastery.
There's probably some homeschool kids watching.
And, like, I'm sure you guys are dope.
But, like, a little weird.
You could tell when someone's been homeschooled.
What, are you going to go home and get bullied by mom?
by cousin?
But at the same time
I can also see
I bet school
I mean I know people
personally that I think
school and just their early childhood
of just getting picked on
and bullied a little bit
like I still think it
it affected them completely
and they're in their 30s now
and they live just some
sort of tucked away
hidden life
and they kind of just like got scared as a kid
and remained scared throughout their life.
I think I did have a good,
a good public school,
uh,
experience because my public school was so big.
So like I can imagine that public schools,
public high school,
public high schools that are like a class of,
I don't know,
75 to 100.
I'm sure those are rough because you've got the football team.
And then you've got like three dweeps.
at my school we had a pack of deweeps
so it's not like
you couldn't
you couldn't bully the dweaves because they
they they they do their own thing
like you couldn't the
baseball team you could the
the band guys couldn't bully the baseball team
because there's a
we got enough for two baseball teams like you know what
like it's everyone had their own thing
we had horse we had
we had a horse team
a horse
a jockey team like we had
we had so many people
that were they they you you kind of had your own little communities everywhere but I can
imagine if there's only if the chess club is two people at your high school then it
might be a little tougher because if you're bullied you've got no one to turn to so
that I can imagine that well that would be hard three things I've always said to get
back to your question that you didn't that you almost got out almost asked yeah that you
almost asked my kid is gonna learn out a fight which I still need to learn now
Because I still be thinking sometimes I'm like, man, like, I just know I'm going to run into a fucking UFC fighter that the one guy piss off.
The one time I choose to finally stand my ground, I'm just going to get fucking that way.
Or it's, I'm probably just never going to get in a fight and don't have to worry about it.
But even now, I still think about, like, taking boxing or something.
My kids are going to.
You won't get into a fight.
Knocked out.
Don't make me.
Don't make me.
you pull up in the crocs
I pull up in the crocs
you win the stocks
so my kids are going to learn out of fight
this is
I've always thought of this
learn out of fight
play piano and play a sport
play piano's a really good one
regardless if they want to or not
play play piano's a really good one
God it'd be so nice to be
once you hit like middle school
and you can
as long as you're not like
stinky and fucking gross
if you can play the piano
like girls are like
oh my God
It's just going to set you up.
So I'm going to ask you the same question.
What?
Football.
What's the mandatories as a hitch child?
Oh, are they going to be going to have to do?
Organize sports for sure.
Organize something.
Like if I have a daughter, if she doesn't, if she's not interested in sports.
Ah.
If she's not interested in sports, then like, like dance or or some sort of like club, like a chess.
club or some some sort of like organized thing where like you know people chess club huh or like
cheerleading dance or cheerleading or gymnastics gymnastics actually gymnastics is probably my top
like what i would want to put put them in if i had a daughter but it's just like i mean or soccer
like it depends on how sporty she is i don't know but like i just think that organized stuff
early is so important.
Yeah.
Like, mad important.
Because, like, you meet, that's how you meet friends.
Like, I met friends through sports and church.
Those are my two outlets.
I feel like just having a team to accomplish life with is so, like, I'm so jealous of your TST stuff.
Because it's like.
Really?
Oh.
Oh.
Yeah, you should be.
Because you're not.
only are you working with two of your best friends from home, but it's like, whether it succeeds
or fails, you're in it together. Yeah. And I don't know. That's just, uh, and I always, and I still
feel like that, I've talked to scump about it, but something about like the camaraderie of playing
competitively, Halo or Kod, and then you retire in that like, it's like, yeah, we are in
opt to get together and we all want this to rise but everyone sort of does their stuff individually
then i just always like kind of i miss having a a team to where it's like boom sit down call this
time what are we what are we doing today to yeah i don't know i just that part i mean that part is fun
there's a there's a there's an element when we hit like our flow state with tst where it's like
why do you say the past
therapy time
why do you say the past month has been
because you said it's not even like views or anything
what I mean it's it it's just like
what's caused
a lot of a lot of
to struggle in your mind
TST is like I mean
why are you struggling
it's probably it probably I mean a lot of it is me
but it's a
when the three of us think very differently
and
and then also
like,
also...
You mean you think
differently than them?
Most.
I mean,
they think differently
in some ways, too.
Because they do,
I want to play,
I want to play.
You're just,
how are we
going to make this
playing good?
Yeah,
exactly.
Yeah.
But also,
also we,
uh,
I know you guys are probably like,
oh,
true edits.
You're talking about
the editor for Scump?
You're talking about
the optic editor?
No,
he was ours first.
Ah,
here we go.
He was ours.
And then Scump
stole him and,
and now he's just fucking
But true
I mean true is
True he's like I'll never
He's like I'll never leave you guys
Because you guys are the
OGs but also we have to pay him
And we have to pay Atlas
And it's it's tough whenever
You know we're getting to a point where like we got to figure out how
And like it's it's it's tough
And when you put that kind of pressure on top of like already
Trying to figure out how we're going to make it work
And make it entertaining and make it fun in first place
It gets I mean it's it's it's
It's fucking tough.
Yeah.
It's tough.
If I've said it multiple times, but if Blake and George were not my best, I, I've said it a lot and I, now I'm double tripling down.
No one else could do what the three of us do.
Nobody.
It's fucking.
I mean, is there anyone that?
No, there's no one.
No one can do it.
Look, you saw what happened with Joe Budden in his podcast.
They split up.
It's like, it's very, it's impossible to do it because, like, like, what?
We have a very, very unique relationship where it's like those are,
I'm assuming how I see Blake and George or how brothers see each other,
like how siblings.
I've never had a sibling.
So I'm just assuming that's how it is.
And it's,
and it's,
it's tough,
but,
you know,
we'll find a way through it.
We've had a bunch of talks and shit like that,
trying to get back on track.
And,
and I think we all see eye to eye and in most cases now.
But I don't know.
It's still, I mean, it's still mad fun.
We're going to do it as long as, as possible.
Blake is now on his, like, as long as I'm still breathing, it will, it will not go away.
And I'm like, yeah.
And I'm like, all right.
Like, I don't know where this.
He loves it, dude.
They both love it.
But I thought formal, who we would have talked about this with today, but sketched.
I thought formal was getting to a point.
where, like, you could tell with Halo, he was kind of, like, falling off the I'm a gamer.
I love gaming thing.
Yeah.
Like, I thought he was kind of falling off of that.
But then I see him playing, like, fucking that Wukon game.
And he's like, dude, this is, like, the best game of all time.
I'm just like, fuck, man.
I'm so just.
Gamer, gamer.
Yeah.
And I'm just like, fuck, I'm so, like, jealous of that feeling because it used to be so fun.
Bro.
And now I just, I just fucking rot my brain.
Dude, when I'm telling you...
No, but this new card, though.
I'm telling you, I haven't been...
The last time I was addicted to a game was 2020, and it was Minecraft.
I'm kind of...
Sorry.
Sorry.
I'm interrupting again, and I'm fucking yapping.
I'm kind of excited to play, like, do an Eldon Ring, like, Sub-Athon thing,
and just, like, how long until I can beat it.
But not necessarily for the game, just the, like, community experience of, like, people enjoying it.
But that's just the game itself.
I don't give a shit.
You will.
I haven't been addicted to a game.
Besides, since Minecraft in 2020,
I can't get enough of this Eldon Ring shit.
If there's one thing I do appreciate,
it's a good product.
Bro, I'm telling you,
I never thought I would have liked Eldon Ring.
Never liked, I never even,
I never even touched the Dark Souls
because I saw it and I was like,
why the hell would anyone want to play that?
You ain't no nerd?
Yeah, I'm not,
I'm going to fight a,
big boss and then I'm going to be like okay
and then I'm going to run to the next room and there's
another big boss that sounds boring
like that sounds like why would anyone
play that
dude
it's
it's it's
we hop on Eldon Ring and I'm like this is going to be a fun
little thing it'll be it'll be rage inducing
it'll be fun dog
the game is
it makes it
it's a $60 game
and it puts a
fucking shit on
every other game that's $60.
No other game should cost $60.
Every game should be free.
Every game should be free.
It is kind of crazy.
Because this game should,
if this game charged $150,
$180, I would still pay for it.
It is
unbelievable.
The graphics are unbelievable.
The world, dog.
Oh, shit, you're passionate.
Dog, I'm telling you, I'm telling you,
I heard people say this too much.
me and I was like all right
I get you like an open world game
yeah I know God of war is pretty
good I know sure left of us
Red Dead Redemption
But dude
The
the scale of that game
of Eldon Ring is unbelievable
It is it is a it is the
It is in my top five immediately
Immediately
It is amazing
We beat it yesterday
And we beat it
we beat it using a mod
where all three of us could play together
so it was glitchy so I might turn around
I might turn around and do a solo run too
because it is
Wait aren't you guys playing like three people
So we're we're playing a mod of
Of Eldon Ring where every boss is three times stronger
Every enemy is three times stronger
Oh okay so
So it's it's
In some cases it's a lot harder
And in some cases it's a lot easier
because we can hit them multiple times
so they stagger a lot more often
and I'm using like magic
so Blake and George are in there with swords
and I'm like behind them just like hitting them
with fucking magic rocks and shit
and like coming comey haze
and
but it is dude I'm telling you
I'm telling you
at least try it at least
at least do try like a 24 hour
sub-aathon and we have
we have the Halo
Halo World Championships next weekend.
I'm going to be joining Scumps Watch Party.
Also got something special plan for the watch party as well.
And then I think I'm thinking I'm going to use that
because I'm going to be obviously streaming on my channel as well.
But do the Halo Watch Party and then from then on after start streaming again.
I think I might just go straight from the watch party and then on Monday so I'd do like an Eldon Ring.
You do it from your place?
here
here.
Well, if I do it,
I kind of want to,
if I do a sub-a-thon,
I kind of want to,
it's fucking hard
with the animals
because then my girl
would have to,
she,
like,
because she's gone from
8 a.m.
to 6.45 p.m.
So it's like,
then if I was to do it
from here,
she would have to go home
from work and,
especially if I did
multiple days,
like they're just
locked up all day.
Charlie's in her little
fucking pin.
Yeah.
So it's just with that,
if I didn't have
dogs I would obviously just do it here and like not really give a fuck and just just do a play it till I beat it set up a mattress here or whatever but I don't know it's just hard to say I would rather do it here because I feel like it'd be more of a vibe have people come in and hop on stream with me or whatever I think it would go a little bit better and just be more entertaining so I might just end up doing this and having mission
I'll hold the owl
with the dogs.
Just get it,
just do daycare.
But we'll see.
I think that sort of,
actually you're right.
Daycare.
Daycare is the way to,
I mean,
if for,
we're planning like a 24-hour type beat thing,
and for that,
I'm probably just going to pop Mason daycare for a few days,
just so he gets all the attention because he's got,
he's got some really good,
uh,
really good,
uh,
daycare people on Rover that like watching it whenever I go.
So,
Yeah.
Might just treat it that way.
Yeah, I actually completely forgot about that.
We could do that.
But yeah, that's sort of the plan.
Halo World's next weekend.
God, that'd be...
I don't want to go, dude.
Imagine...
Oh, yeah, I don't know if...
I mean, I don't know if it's been announced
and I don't know when this is dropping,
but we will not be in Seattle.
It's not on me.
Whatever Scump wants to do, we do what Skump wants to do.
There were some internal reasons.
of why we aren't.
And during the watch party,
maybe I'm sure we'll talk about it and
scumple explain, but we will be here
for the watch party. I'm excited for
it.
Imagine formal wins again.
You think he retires if he wins?
I don't.
Usually there's like people
he's unpredictable.
There's, yeah, I can't read him.
I can't read what's going on.
And I was wondering today if
we were going to like kind of cherry pick at that a little bit.
But I was like, I wonder if he'd even.
I texted him.
Honestly, I was like, it might be weird because all the questions you want to ask,
what's your plans after this?
He can't answer.
He can't answer.
So I was like, what the fuck are we even going to like talk?
Like that's why I tweeted out.
And I was like, you know guys, formal is going to be on their podcast.
Give me something.
Because everything everyone wants to know as far as his future,
we just wouldn't be able to add or he wouldn't be able to talk about.
So, yeah, I don't know.
if formal wins worlds, does he stay with Halo?
Does he leave on top?
I think he leaves on top.
That would be kind of, I feel like that might be the end.
But then it's like then what?
But that being said, there's an entire,
there's an, the HCS is funded an entire another season for the same amount.
So like you're leaving, I don't know how.
You're leaving tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands on the table.
so it really depends
yeah depends on what he wants to do
yeah I texted him whenever console
Val came out because he loves Val and he's like
you know arguably the best
console player in the world yeah
and I'm like if
he never texts me back but I was like if
if Val comes out with a league
for console
you had the audacity to even text
him thinking a response was coming
I was probably high waiting on Taco Bell
for real and so I text
and I was like dude you should
do you should really look into this console vows shit like as far as money legacy is there something
like i'm sure i'm sure riot's going to do something i feel i thought it console vow would just kind of be like
uh what was that game everyone was hyping up and then two weeks after no one gives a fuck anymore
exify it yeah i thought it'd kind of be like like oh shit yeah this is cool yeah we don't then just
no one cares anymore vows just a good good like
The bones of Val is such a good game.
Yeah, I don't know where it's,
and I don't know where we were going to go.
I mean, we would have talked about random shit if Forma was on,
but yeah, all the questions we want to know, man,
we're going to have to wait and see.
It's like if he wins, does he stay?
If he wins, does he go out on top?
If he stops, does he switch to Cod?
Does he stop become a content?
Like, I could see Formal just return.
retiring becoming a
but I also I was gonna say
I could see formal retiring
becoming like a content creator
and I think that would do really well with him
because like I'll tune in his streams now
and it's he will say funny shit
and he is a good streamer
but when he really wants to be a good streamer
same when he's on podcast
you never know what formal you're gonna fucking get
sometimes he can say three words
and the people will say I fucking love formal
formal formal was hilarious with that sentence he said
so I could see formal retiring
and doing
extremely well especially it doesn't imagine formal scump zinny and me streaming streaming streaming
streaming together every day or playing war zone i'm sure i'm sure it goes really well dude i don't
think matt's like but i don't think he's like i don't think he needs something to fucking
matt is going to retire and he's going to do something else immediately like compete is he's
either going to try apex or he's going to try war zone or he's going to try com for he's going to
I think he's gonna even think about like an optic war zone team.
Apex.
I mean, I think, I don't think Matt will play war zone because it's not inherently competitive.
I think he'll play Apex.
I think he would grab two and play Apex.
I really do.
But, bam, he could probably get some.
Dude, he could, he could join a team within a year.
Yeah.
Within a year, he could join a team.
A nasty team, too.
not to mention just the formal buff of him
because there's certain people
you want to have that experience of like
I've always wanted to team with formal
I don't know how they are
I don't know how friendly they are
or anything outside of game
Do you think Snipdown would team with formal
immediately or no?
I don't know where Snipdown's at
in his Apex career right now
I mean I don't want to speak out of my ass
but I don't know if formal would team with him
because I think
think and that's not a
because I'm thinking
formal is going to come in to try to win
right I get sure and I don't
I haven't maybe Eric is
in the top right now I don't
I don't know where Snipe down stands
in Apex I just feel like I haven't
really seen his name around the past
like year so I would assume
Matt Matt likes Apex
I would assume Snipe down is not necessarily
in the top like 12
maybe I just don't know
And I think when Formal comes in, he's, like, he needs that if he has two good players
that he, that have placed good and are currently placing good, it's going to be so much.
Like, he will make it a thing to fucking keep up with them and impress the fucking apex community.
If it, I think, I think he would look at Snipe down, like, maybe they both have like similar play styles and maybe
He wouldn't think
Snip down is like
Evolved in Apex enough
He would rather
He would be able
He knows snipe down's good
But it's a little,
He'd rather get like
I would look at it like
He'd rather get like two cracked
fucking apex players
And like work
Work with that
You really never know with Matt
But yeah
Matt Matt
Matt when he likes somebody
And it wants to impress them
He's like all about them
Dude
And then when he
He plays so good
And then when he's like
When he's like
Nah I wouldn't never team with them
Like he's like kind of like written them off.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So while we're just sitting here speculating.
God knows what formal.
But you know,
you know that DMR shots come on next week.
It is actually insane how consistent he has been every single.
I mean, he's probably out of a bad tournament or something.
But just the past 14 years to be that guy on your team.
team.
I mean,
lucid,
I would say people
were kind of
looking at him.
Like he was the
best player,
if not the best
player in the league.
But for formal
to just do what he's done
for as long as he has,
and he's always that name
on the team of like,
fuck,
like if he's,
he's just always doing,
playing good.
Yeah.
I'm just amazed at how long
and these are just some of the things
I was thinking about,
like,
asking him today.
But it's just like
how long he has been that guy.
Because a lot of people
will be
that guy for like a year or two.
Like this, I'm trying to think of like a cod, like, say,
Hooke. Like, Hooke was probably
that fucking guy for like a year or two.
And then they kind of get top six and maybe a top eight.
But foremost just like on fucking top every single time,
every game he plays for the last 14 years.
Yeah.
So we'll see, man.
Hey, Little Worlds next weekend.
I think we also have a special guest next week as well.
Do we?
That's going to do it for the.
All right.
for the flycast episode
