He left the band when I was in early college, which is when I first am able to like have freedom to go

to stuff. And he didn't come back until last year. So he was gone for like 10 years. What's crazy? Is these? Like when did they start? They have been and they're still touring. Like 91. Dude that's so. It was

I don't kind of makes me, but I feel like something like red hot chili peppers and like groups rock and shit, they're way more like timeless. For sure. I don't think our generation has bands like that. Maybe if like, maybe if Taylor Swift stop making music, Katie Perry stop making music and then they go on a reunion tour like, okay. I mean, because like, I mean, that being said, I never went to any of the Backstreet Boys, like, reunion tour. So I don't know how there could have been. And they're still, they still do shit.

The fucking the groupies, the drugs, the alcohol. Well, it's like the older bands, they don't even do, like, they don't do shit like that anymore. I wonder how their life, like, they just live some regular ass life. Most of them do. And then they get on stage and everyone's like, yeah, like worshiping them and shit. Dude, it was crazy because they tour with a band called The Strokes, I think. I never heard of them.

But the strokes go on stage and Alexis and I are walking around, like, getting drinks. and stuff. And like people are fucked up. No. Because it was so hot. It was in Houston. So it was like, outside.

It was in the, the Astro Stadium. So it was like a, it can be outside, but, you know, but they closed the top. So it was just hot.

So I was like, I don't want to drink too much. Like, I want to enjoy this. I'm waiting fucking 20 years to see these guys. Because, because they had just gotten back together like two years ago. So they just,

this is their first tour. back together. And so I never thought I would be able to see them together. So it was kind of like a treat more than anything because, you know, when your favorite band,

Dude, it's so hard, man. And then like, I was even, I was even thinking like, maybe I can cheat the system. And like, while he's at, editing it, I still continue this diet and working out every day. And I'm, I put in, in the past

week, I've ran almost like 25 miles. Yeah. I've worked out every single day. But I've had chicken chicken, like, I'm talking like, I have my, I have my regular day. I have like a protein shake. I'll have something like a Chipotle label or Kava. I don't know if you've had Kava. And then I'll still be pretty full, but I'm like, damn, I need to eat like one more time. Definitely need some protein in me. So I'll order two spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fry, mac and cheese, go to the gas station, like three rice Krispies, a pack of donuts. And it's just like, and then I'll be like, but tomorrow I'm going to wake up and run 10 miles.

So it's like, it almost cancels this out. You're mine. Even though it doesn't, even though it does not fucking cancel it out. And then, like, last night, what did I eat? I pegged out. Actually, the day... So that was, like, Friday night. Saturday night, I ordered...

And these are all, like, my first three days, like, done from the... Or my first, like, few days done from the video. Saturday, I think I had a regular day of eating. Then it got it to nighttime. And I'm, like, I'm a little hungry. So I ordered Pizza Hut. I ate, like, ordered pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza.

pizza. God, that sounds so funny. Oh, damn, you can't. That sounds so fun.

Dude, it was so good. The large pepperoni pizza, like 18 boneless wings. Oh. And a big,

in a dessert cookie, which is like one of the big ones in like, in like the box. Yeah. Had seven slices

of pizza, probably like 10 wings, and I ate the entire cookie. That was probably like 4,000 calories. And then next day, I woke up, I ran like four miles.

And I just think it's like, I'm canceling this out, but it's not even close. Then I'm like, oh, miles is like 700 calories. And then after the pizza, like when you're full, you're like, all right, I'm done. Like when I wake up tomorrow, groceries, fucking. Then like tomorrow comes around. I do, I'd work out. I lift weights.

I run. It's like four or five p.m. I haven't even ate yet. And then I think, what was it? Yesterday. What did I eat? I don't know. It's like two large rice Krispies, a kava, like Chipotle sort of bowl.

What else that? Cheba Hut. Have you had Chewit? I don't know. It's like a Dallas thing. But it's like a large sub. Then I had like 10 pretzel mini bites. And it's just, it's actually insane how much I can eat.

And like probably what I've done in the past three days, it was like ruined the past like month. I mean, so my plan on like being like while he edits, I'm just gonna lean down a little bit and we'll get like a better after shot. Because it's not that it's, I try to make a point that it wasn't,

I wanted a crazy transformation. But the point wasn't about the crazy transformation. The point was, oh, I don't feel like going to the gym. I'm not going to the gym. Or like I can't, I can't, could never stick to a diet or just like a diet of like not necessarily being in a caloric

deficit but a diet of just like eating clean could never stick to it i'll always uh yeah do some cheat day or fucking something but so i want the point to be about just sticking to a goal and actually doing it which we achieved it had its ups and downs i really think it's like it's weird i think I think how much food affected. Like, I definitely felt stress and shit. But the better I ate, for some reason, I just, like, had more peace. Things that would, like, truly, and I've noticed it since I've stopped eating that way. The past, like, three days just goes, oh, the challenge is over.

I'm going to start, like, binge eating. Yeah. I feel like the past, like, three or four days, I'm just, like, a little more, like, groggy. And I just stressed and over. How's your sleep, Ben? I'm thinking. My sleep is never good. Really?

Yeah. It's weird, you say that? Because I feel like two days ago I woke up and my sleep was just so bad. And I was like randomly thinking like, I'm my ass hitching on the fly guys. Like, how is his sleep? My sleep is so shit all the time. I wake up 100 times. I wake up sweaty.

If I go on like, because with this whole like vegan thing like, it doesn't mean you're eating good like I've said that a hundred times but like if if I if I have like going vegan will not save it won't and also if you go vegan just because you went vegan does it mean

But you can, but so every once in a while, like yesterday I had like a, like a, like a, like a right like a power bowl and it had like a bunch of you know from like 54th street and it had like an impossible patty on top as the meat and like it just it didn't really feel that great to eat like it was it was good but it didn't feel that great to eat like I'm sure there's a bunch of shit in there but like days where I'm like I'm really just like rice beans avocado salads uh you know water real food. Like I'm eating real, like a lot of fruits and stuff. You're eating food.

Like those, when I go on like a four or five day kick of that, like, dude, the sleep that I get is so good. Really? And that's what I've always, I've always heard. Whenever I, like, talking, like, before I started this, I was, like, talking to a few, like, people that I knew at least went vegan at one point or are still vegan. And I'm like, is, like, please don't bullshit me. Like, am I going to see anything? signs of happiness from this. And they're like, uh,

you will get the best sleep. Like sleep is like the best thing. And I do notice it. It's, it is kind of crazy. Yeah. Sleep has never been. Sleep has always been bad for me.

Even like, I will just lay in bed and put your phone down. That does absolutely nothing. Even in like, bro, my parents would make me do that in like middle school. of like turn the TV off and it's like 10 p.m. I just lay there until 2 a.m.

And it's just, I don't know. I feel like that's definitely something I need to step up in my life. Or figure out. Like I've tried like pills fucking like talked at a doctor and they try to. Melatonin. shit. Melatonin gives me nightmares. Yeah. But I don't know.

the thing with the phase OGs and this is the mistake that we made or that I made specifically because we went through a very similar situation if you're gonna get upset with the corporation of phase it will always be better to not name drop

They also pick up a women's valerent team that they're probably paying 100 grand a month for. And so that's like why, and they're not making any content with any of the teams. They're not promoting them. They're not, you know, collaborating with them.

They're not using them in content. They're doing nothing with the teams except throwing money at the wall. And I guess hoping they qualify four years down the line. I don't know.
