There's just so many demands being made of the American people. Everybody is demanding everything. Yeah, you got the little darlings at the universities all over the place. Demanding. Start demanding things of the American people. Don't you love that? I do. I love that. I do. I have a few demands on my own I would like to make. Maybe, I don't know, America first. Wow.

Maybe you know what? That's ugly and xenophobic. First. Wow. What kind of racist hate monger are you? You're just a person who mongers in hate. Why do you monger like that? Why?

That's me. I'm a monger. Are you proud of mongering? I kind of am. I don't like it. Jeffie, I got to tell you, I don't like it. I'm a little bit ashamed of you right now. Well, then what are the demands?

What do you want for me? What are the demands that you want? I'm going to get into the demands here in a second. But first, we should show you the illegals that are encamped in Denver. This is cut 11. And here's a look. The camp as a collective came up with a list of demands. That came after a petition by city officials for migrants to move from this encampment near train tracks under a bridge to indoor shelters funded by the city.

This morning they sent buses to take people over without presenting that document and without having any kind of signature for accountability. That's what migrant advocate, V. Reeves, says the city responded with, instead of meeting the migrants' demands. We've been offering time and shelter, basically just trying to get families to leave that camp. Denver Human Services. John Ewan with Denver Human Services says shelter comes with its perks, namely getting out of these conditions outdoors. Which comes with three square meals a day. You can cook your own if you like to.

That is one of the main demands by these migrants who have had their grievances in the past about the food provided by the city. There have been so many complaints about the food being spoiled or not being enough and malnutrition amongst children. Migrants who do stay in shelters are often put on a path to work from it. Reeves says these folks haven't received the same benefits. They're not receiving any kind of official housing or immigration documents of court, which is incredibly necessary for them to be able to navigate the bureaucracy around these systems. The city says its own offer comes with these benefits. What do you qualify for? What do you not qualify for?

What might be something that is a feasible path for you to success that is not saying? on the streets of Denver. We try to compromise. We try to figure something out. You know, at the end of the day, what we do not want is families on the streets of Denver. Yeah, they don't want that. No, they do not. Yeah, so in all, the migrants sent a list of 13 demands to the city. The city, meanwhile, says it is continuing to send buses to this encampment for any migrants who change their mind and want to take that offer for a city from shelter, whether a congregate or in a hotel. We're not sending buses to send them back. send back them. We're not sending buses for that.

No. No, no, no. That would be helpful. Hey, anybody want to go to a shelter? This is unbelievable to me. It's unbelievable. We have a list of their demands. It is 13 items long. And so very reasonable. You know, they took the time to sneak into our country illegally and to travel to Denver.

The least we can do is take care of their every need and want. Thank you. It's the least we can do. I mean, we have the advocate checking in. We have human services checking in. We have the city sending buses. We have Denver City asking residents to house immigrants. And I'm not sure what you get paid for that, but you do get income from the city for taking in immigrants.

And I don't know if you have to take in a family or one or not sure all the details of that. But they are asking residents to take in illegals. Well, I hope these self-eastern. I'm sorry. Denverites are responding to this favorably and inviting these people into their homes while new homes are being built for them by American tax dollars. That's my hope and expectation. But until then, they have a few demands. Number one, migrants will cook their own food with fresh, culturally appropriate ingredients provided by the city instead of pre-made meals. I don't want your pre-made crappy meals. I don't want your pre-made crappy meals. I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't have fresh, good food.

We want rice, chicken, flour, oil, butter. And I don't want it to be melted by the time it gets to us. Tomatoes, onions, et cetera. Also, people will not be punished for bringing in and eating outside food. Okay? Oh. That's demand number one. Number two, shower access will be available without time limits.

So if I want to take a three-hour shower, It's none of your stinking business. Don't worry about that whole water shortage in the West. Don't worry about it. But you're whining. We'll take as long as we want. And they should be accessed whenever we want. Thank you.

24-7. And I'm really not opposed to them bathing. I don't have a problem with that. But they make the point and they're right, we are not in the military. We're civilians. So they can't be told when to shower. Okay.

Who are you to tell us when we should shower? Thank you. Number three, medical professional visits. Will happen regularly and referrals slash connections for specialty care will be made as needed. Again, if I need a specialist. I'd like that as well. If you're an American citizen, you're not entitled to. Oh, that's right.

That's right. Don't start getting grabby over there, Mr. Hate Monger, Mongering and Hate. And greed. So if I need a specialist, one should be provided for me and come down here. to the encampment. I don't want to have to travel all the way to their place. What if you had special needs? Do you need, we need to take care of you then as well?

Yes, of course. Yeah, that's what I'm saying here. The specialists need to be provided. Number four, all will receive the same housing support that's been offered to others. They cannot kick people out in 30 days without something stable established. So if you're going to kick me out, you better have my home built. Something else. Something else.

Yeah. someplace else for me to go. Don't try to stick me into something small like I had where I lived before. Don't try that nonsense. It's got to be at least 3,000 square feet. I'm not doing that. At least three bedrooms, 3,000 square feet, and it needs to have a theater room. And cupboards need to be stacked.

You don't have to have like two separate living rooms, but I need one family room and a theater room. Because those we will use. Yeah. You know, the old style game room. you can skip that. I'm going to allow you not to put that into my home. For now. For now. For now. I may change my mind and you'll have to come in and remodel. For now. Number five, there needs to be a clear just process before exiting someone for any reason, including verbal, written, and final warnings. Okay. Number six, all shelter residents will receive connection to employment support, including work permit applications for those who qualify.

Seven, consultations for each person or family with a free immigration lawyer must be arranged to discuss and progress their cases. And then the city will provide ongoing legal support in the form of immigration document clinics and including transportation to relevant court dates. My gosh. Free loyal services. Lawyers are free. Is that too much? Lawyers or attorneys are free. to the illegals.

Travel to and from are free. We want to be able to have access to the courts. Food is free. The housing is free. Are you getting a theme here? Yeah. Number eight, the city will provide privacy for families and individuals within the shelter. Okay.

No more verbal or physical or mental abuse will be permitted from the staff, including no sheriff sleeping inside and monitoring 24-7. we are not criminals and won't be treated as such. Well, yes, you are. It kind of are criminals. In fact, more than kind of, you are criminals, okay? You've already broken our laws. Just coming here illegally.

Number 10, transportation for all children to and from their schools will be provided until they finish in three weeks. I'm guessing they don't mean the schools, their schools in Mexico. Or China or Guatemala or Guatemala. Russia, Iran. You know, Qatar, whatever. Yeah, that commute gets a little long. Yeah, it's kind of grueling. No separating families.

This is number 11, regardless of if family members have children or not, the camp will stay together. Number 12, the city must schedule a meeting with the mayor and those directly involved in running the newcomer program, ASAP, to discuss further improvements and ways to support migrants. And number 13, the city must provide a. all residents with a document signed by a city official in English and Spanish. And I would add here, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Scandinavian languages of all kinds. Whatever language. Yeah. In fact, every language.

Every language. Every language. Yes. That's ever been spoken. So that includes Latin. Even the dead languages must be spoken. We need somebody here who speaks Mayan, Cherokee. And of course, Latin.

again. With all these demands, we need to have a number to call to report mistreatment of any of these demands. Right. Now that's it, though. These are all the demands. That's it. Only 13 of them.

And they just demand everything. But they don't demand more than everything. They just demand everything. Is that amazing? Again, if I illegally went to me. Mexico City. And I set up a tent in the middle of the town. You'd be fine. I'd be fine. Okay. But further, I then decide, I'm not being treated very well here. I took the time to sneak into this country illegally and get all the way to Mexico City in the interior of the nation. I'm not

being fed. I want American culturally appropriate meals. I want cheeseburgers. I want roast. I want roast with mashed potatoes and gravy? I want them fresh, too. I want them fresh. Don't try to do me any of these pre-made things. Those are gross. No. Thank you. No. And I want a house. Where's my house?

Okay. I want the same house that others have gotten. I want to speak to the mayor of Mexico City right now. Can you imagine? I mean, is there any American who would ever assume that'd be okay and go over well in the country they broke into? I mean, no way. No way. How are we subjected to this and we're the only ones?

I don't know. We're the only ones who are expected to conduct a business like this, to conduct a country like this, to just cave into people's demands because they want it. I mean, we have people making demands on top of demands. Everybody is making demands. Yeah. Little idiots on the campuses aren't demanding.

They're throwing the hunger strike. Then they expect to be fed by the administration. Right. Oh my gosh. The administration's not taking care of us. We need to be taken care of. You said you were going to go on a hunger strike. Right. Okay, so go on a hunger strike. Stop eating. What do you talk about? That's the whole point of the protest. Yeah. You know what a hunger strike is, right? That's when you don't eat. I don't think they do. I don't think they do. It is absolutely mind numbing. The things that are happening right now. And, you know, again, just a few years ago, could you have even imagined any of this would be possible? You would have laughed in somebody's face if they would have told you the things that are going on right now would be happening. You'd have laughed in their face.

And yet. And yet here we are. Here we are. Here we are. This is what comes of not expecting anybody, not having any consequences for your actions, not enforcing your laws and your rules, not bringing up kids. to realize there's consequences to their actions. Like if you go on a hunger strike,

sorry, you're going to be hungry. Okay. Okay, you're, you made that decision. You're going to be hungry. And I'm not going to come in and feed you, and I'm not going to cave into your demand just because you decided. We're not going to eat for a while. You're not going to, hey, thanks for the demands.

I'm just going to tear them up here and put them in the trash. Right. And they're going to move on. Or set fire to them right in front of their face. Fine. Which is what needs to happen. Instead, they're being placated everywhere they go. So agonizing.

Denver caves into all of it. I'll bet you're a cave. That's what I was saying. I mean, they're already asked, my gosh, they're asking residents to take in the immigrants. Mm-hmm. The migrants. I mean, they're already doing that. So, of course, they're going to cave in.

Of course they are. And it's just, it's maddening. They've spent 100. I don't know about Denver. I mean, we've spent hundreds of millions of dollars, if not billions of dollars on these illegals. Oh, billions of billions. And Denver's had to have spent at least 100 million. Oh, easy.

I mean, it's not sustainable. I'm sorry. These cities cannot afford to do this. And at some point, it's going to break. And then everyone suffers. Yeah. Right? Then everyone suffers.

And it's going on all over the country. You know, it's part of the genius again of Greg Abbott's, Governor Greg Abbott's decision to start shipping illegals, the eastward, northeast in particular. It was a good move. It just brought them into the situation. Yes, it did. They had no clue. about what was going on at the border, but now they do. Now they know.

Now they do. Now they know. And they don't like it. And so all of these sanctuary cities are starting to rethink their sanctuary status just a bit. We became sanctuary cities because we hated Donald Trump. What he was doing to the migrants, those are illegals. Everybody wants to. We need to be a sanctuary city. Okay.

How do you feel about it now? Yeah. Here's the look at the illegal encampment in New York City. Check this out. Tint. Queens, New York, standing outside of migrant shelter that is for men. This is a huge encampment back here, housing over a thousand men from all over the world. Most of these men that you're seeing right here are from Africa and Venezuela.

I want to show you right across the street for me. Okay. Is a baseball field. There's an elementary right there, a YMCA down the street right there. And beyond these tents is a senior citizen center. This is built in a neighborhood. All of these men here, right here, they need work. They want work permits so they can work.

They entered into America illegally. Therefore, they cannot work. And they're put in a neighborhood in Queens, New York. Could you imagine if this happened in your neighborhood, how would you feel? There were protests in these streets when this all came, but those protesters, nothing happened because this was still built here. The city is taking care of these men because this is a sanctuary city. And this is what is happening. Another result, having these open borders, all these people have came.

All they can do all day long is just sit and wait and hope that they get a work permit someday. It's going really well. Insanity needs to stop. Yeah. Yeah, they're doing a really good job. It is. Aren't they? My gosh.

And, you know, they protested in the beginning, but now they're going, yeah, people have jobs. Yep. Can't protest for every day. Don't forget, though, that, you know, the border is secure. Oh, yeah. Alejandro Mayarchus told us the border. The border is secure. So, relax.

However, she's going to continue her relentless advocacy for education and acceptance with her multilingual children's book, The White Jaguar, and the organizations that have the privilege to work with long before I started competing. She's in the 11th grade. The Lotus Pedal Foundation and the Bridge of Books Foundation. So I mean, Miss USA and Miss. Slash Miss Teen USA and Miss Universe, I mean, they've had some issues, right? Because they had the B. Bonnie Gabriel who won Miss USA in 2022.

They didn't rush over to give her a big hug when she won. And then the next day they were like, nah, it was rigged. She shouldn't have won. So, I mean, even the contestants were like, it was rigged. There's no way she should have won. Wow. The president was suspended on a sexual harassment scandal for both organizations. And then so they had the two winners stepped out this week.

And I guess congratulations are in order to Stephanie Skinner of New York, who was the runner up of Miss Teen USA. She now, you know, gets the crown. And Savannah Gankowitz from Hawaii as the first runner up is now gets the Miss USA crown. So congratulations to you. You get to be very. Very exciting. The head dog of the crown.

They based on their performance on health care, education, natural environment, opportunity, economy, infrastructure, physical stability, crime, and corrections. That encompasses thousands of data points across 71 metrics in eight categories to capture how the 50 states serve their residents. Number one. For the second straight year. Utah. Utah.

I mean, Utah is beautiful. I can live in a state of Utah. Number two. New Hampshire. Which doesn't make any sense. Number three. All right. Nebraska.

Uh-huh. Number four. Nebraska. I don't know. Minnesota. All right. Number five, Idaho. I could live in Idaho.

Idaho's pretty. Number six, Iowa. Yeah. Thanks, Kathleen Clark. Number seven, Vermont. Yeah. Number eight, Washington. No.

Number nine. Florida. Yeah, that needs to be bumped up a little bit from number nine. Number 10, Massachusetts. Those are your top ten. How is Texas not on that list? Well, Texas. They're way down the list.

They're on the list, Pat. You're right. They're 29th. 29th. Yeah, 29th. Ridicrous. Come on now. Number 11 is the new, they have their new logo on their license plate.

Now the gravel pit state, South Dakota. And then you're, of course, home. state of Montana 24th. It's Texas. Wow. And so, I mean, the bottom five, nobody likes the south, really, but the bottom five, West Virginia, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Louisiana. And Arkansas, Alabama was in like, I don't know, they were 45th or something like that,

so the South did not fare well. So some of the criteria that they used were like, what's the economy like? How about the health care, education, those things. And so, again, Utah for the second straight year, number one. They just score high in many of those categories. So I am really surprised. Even with being the home of the godless animals, even with that. Yes, the University of Utah.

Yes. Even with being the home of the godless animals. But I was really surprised. The Texas is not, I mean, our economy is great. Our health care system is great. I know. People come here from all over the world to be treated for various ailments. I mean, Houston has probably the greatest cancer care center in the world.

And so how do we not make that list a little bit higher? I don't know. I don't know. 29th. Come on now. I know. Ridiculous. And we don't have any state income tax. Right.

I hate that argument so much. Because everything else is really high. Yeah. It bumps the property taxes up just as tad. It does. It most definitely does. Number four, Disney in the news, big time. We had the latest Rasmussen reports on a telephone survey that 71% of American adults agree with the statement,

Disney should return to wholesome programming and allow parents to decide when their children are taught about sexuality. Thank you. I mean, is that coming to a surprise? 71%. 71. Yeah, should be much higher than that. Well, still 71% is pretty good. 53% said, okay, fine. We agree.

And so with that in mind, they had their big earnings call this week. Their subscriber growth to Disney Plus, they now have 117.6 million subscribers to Disney Plus. They added 6.3 million subscribers, mostly outside of U.S. and Canada. Canada. They reported a loss of like, I don't know, $20 million, and they recorded a huge profit in streaming and direct-to-consumer segment. But they didn't put in ESPN Plus, which is weird, because they turned to profit. But I guess when you put in ESPN Plus, you lose money. They said that they, overall, they lost like $18 million. So I'm not sure how those books are working for them.

Iger said he was going to expand licensing content, including Netflix, indicating a shift from before when he said, No, our stuff is our stuff. So he's going to allow maybe some other platforms to stream Disney stuff. They're going to cut back on Marvel's output, and they're going to balance between sequels and original content, because they have, I mean, they have sequels coming up of Toy Story, inside out, and frozen.

There's another Toy Story? coming out? Yeah. Wow. I thought they did a really heart-wrenching last one. They did. And they're doing it again. This one's Toy Story dead, I think.

I don't know what it is. I'm not sure. Wow. All right. And they also announced that Disney, Warner Brothers, Discovery are going to bundle with Max, or you're going to have Hulu, Disney Plus, and Max, able to all in one. So, okay. Wow.

So much for, you know, we'll see how that works out. And we found out this week that, for sure, that Tinkerbell, the character from the 1953 Peter Pan movie, she's almost completely disappeared now at The Magic Kingdom. She doesn't do meet and greets anymore. And they confirmed it saying, yeah, look, why? Well, they said first of all, Pat, that meet and greets do change. So why don't you check the website for updates, okay? Don't be coming at us saying that these characters are gone, okay?

But, you know, she's, you get to see her at the fantasy parade where she's on, she's on a float waving with Peter Pan. And she does a flyover of the happily ever after after the fireworks show. Oh, well, then shut up. But she doesn't do any. That's two things. Right. Thank you. Thank you.

She doesn't do any meat. We found out that why, because Disney's team, the Stories Matter team, who was developed to spot and correct negative depictions of people and cultures. Oh, come on. In Disney products that Tinkerbell is potentially problematic. She's body conscious and jealous of Peter Pan's attention. So we'll get out of here. Shut up.

Oh, my. So if you go to the Magic Kingdom, you're wondering, hey, I only got to see Tinkerbell twice. That's what you get and shut up. Check the website. All right, stop whining. She's body conscious. What does that mean? She's got a nice body.

She cares about her body. Yeah. Okay. Then that's... We can't have that. It's unsightly now. I'm sorry. You look good.

We can't have you looking around people. No. No. All right. Okay. And I got... For number five, I got sucked into a Tesla cyber truck rabbit hole. Oh.

Yesterday. And there were people making fun of it. according to some fact check that's correct a few of those maybe a little bit of a stretch but not much not much and we'll get into this Biden lied through his teeth

over and over and over during this speech he made the other night well this was the interview with CNN right that's right it wasn't the speech it was the interview. Believe me, but my lie there as well. Yeah, he always lies. It is lips are moving. You know he's lying. 100%. Yeah. So we'll get into that. Share that with you coming up in 60 seconds. It was an interview with Aaron. And, you know, we played clips on your show. For instance, this one. That gray on leaf. Bringing down inflation was 9% when I came to office. Wait, what? 9%. But look, people have a right to be concerned.

No. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, we have a right to be concerned about a lying sack for a president. It was not 9%. And he said it twice. Yeah, he did. So you know it wasn't a mistake.

No. He said it on purpose twice. It was 9% when I came into office. 9%. No, it wasn't. It was 1.9%. 1.9% unbelievable. But that was just one of the lies.

Just one. And this is the New York Post editorial board. I know from the New York Post. But it talks about... But everybody did this. Politi fact, Washington Post, everybody. A lie a minute. Yeah.

Which is incredible. And they go down the list of, I've created over 15 million jobs since I've been president. Such a lie. Garbage. It's good. The introduction, I mean, it's created nothing, right? I mean, the introduction of the vaccine had people, you know, back in the workforce.

Finally, it wasn't, was jobs lost because of that, not created new jobs. Right. These were jobs that came back into the economy because everybody was going back to work. Right. Had nothing to do with him. Correct. Lie number two. Other than Herbert Hoover, Donald Trump is the only president who has lost more jobs than he created. Wow. Lie number three. Look at what he says he's going to do if he gets elected, says he's going to do away with what I've done on Medicare, reducing the price of Medicare. I hate this because he's never said.

Not one time. He's not going to reduce Medicaid and Medicare. He's not going to jeopardize Social Security. He's not going to do that. Nobody has the guts to do that. No, they don't. It should be done because it needs to be done because it's going bankrupt and it's made us insolvent, but nobody will.

Nobody will ever do that. And look, I'm a person who's coming up eventually. And so is Jeffie, by the way, but he won't never admit that. I don't know what you're talking about. Where I'm eligible for those benefits eventually. You know, you're way down there. Way off. Way months from now.

I'm talking months and months from now. But they should be reduced or elongated. I don't know. Something has to be done. You got to wait until you're 68, 70. I don't know. I don't know all the numbers. I can't do the math for you,

but something has to be done where you either wait to receive those benefits or they're reduced or something so that they're still there. There's some solvency left when the rest of us get there. And we've been paying into that stinking system our entire lives. Yes, we have. And then what you're going to find if we don't do something about it, it's not going to be there. It's gone.

Although they've been saying it's not going to be there for a long time. A long time. That's true. And it's still there. It is true. Yep. But why? That's because they keep printing money and making our money worthless. And that'll catch up to us, too.

Lie number four. Okay. You know, we have 1,000 billionaires in America. know what their average federal tax is, 8.3%. No. No. Even according to this, if the average rate is 25.1%.

Okay. So if you earners with more than $4.4 million. See, but if you said that, 25.1 sounds like a reasonable number to people. Okay, yeah, you're taking 25% of their salary. That's good. Yeah, for the rich guys. For the rich guys?

I think that's great is what they will think. but they don't want anybody to know it's actually that high. Because everybody else is, there's a lot higher. A lot higher than that. Many of us pay, you know, because you don't have the tax breaks and you don't have the accountants that some of these people do. And you're not paying capital gains taxes. You're paying income tax.

And so it's, you know, closer to 40% or 50%. And if you live in a state that charges income tax as well, it can be over 50%. Absolutely. It's insane. line number five. We've already turned it around on the economy. Oh my gosh. Now, Burnett quoted some tough figures on the economy.

I don't even know if you have that clip, but that clip was incredible because he talked about how people, yeah, how people had the money and real income when your account for inflation is actually down since he took office and he just denied it. Yeah, he just lied. Lie number six. So that was a lie on a lie. Correct. Lie number six. The polling data has been wrong all along. Every survey that says people are upset about the economy. Every poll that puts Biden's approval rating at historic lows. All of them. Dozens of sources. Wrong. Okay. That's amazing. Because if it benefits him, it's absolutely right. And why aren't you citing those numbers? If it doesn't benefit him, and many of the numbers don't. they're wrong. They're wrong.

They're just wrong. And those numbers are getting worse by the day. They should be a lot worse than they are. And by the way, isn't that what you're hammering Donald Trump for saying that, you know, the election results were wrong? You can't do that? I thought that was not okay to do. But it's okay for him to do it. It's okay for Biden to do it.

You know, speaking of that, I don't know, a side note of that, didn't we impeach Donald Trump for saying that country couldn't have money unless they did what he said they had to do. Seems like that country was Ukraine at the time. Yeah. Yeah, it does seem like that. Okay. Isn't this administration, this president, Joseph Robinette Biden, isn't he demanding that a country can't have something if they don't do what he says? Is that the same thing or not?

Right. Yeah. Huh. Weird. No. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know what I'm thinking. Lie number seven.

There's a corporate greed going on out there, and it's got to be dealt with. This is one of the things that's difficult to quantify. Is there corporate greed? Probably. Does it have to be dealt with? No. How are you going to deal with it? And his big deal is the shrinkflation, right?

The corporate, it's corporate greed. Yeah. It's making the Snickers bars smaller. And he just said the Snickers bar thing again. And Snickers has refuted that. Yeah, they've said that their bars. are the same size. To calm down, beating us up.

What are we doing here? We're selling a Snickers bar. Incredible. Lie number eight. Inflation was 9% when I came to office. Yeah, I love that. Yeah, that's... Bring you down inflation.

It was 9% when I came to office. No. 9%. No. No, it sure wasn't. Again, 1.9. Does it say 1.9 there? This says 1.4.

1.4? In January of 2021. Oh, my God. That's even better. 1.4%. Jeez. It's half a percent lower than I said it was. That's pretty darn good.

That is. That is. Wow. Lie number nine. They have the money to spend. Oh yeah, this is what, this is part of his. They have the money to spend. It angers them and angers me that they have to spend more about you and I.

Pat, we've got the money. We've got the money. We've got the money. We've got the money. We've got whining about inflation. Things costing more. You've got the money. Really?

That was a shot at the money. American people? They have the money. They have the money to spend. They have the money to spend. Yeah. Oh, gosh. That's amazing. It's just... Wow. You're just a whiner. Yeah. Yeah, you're just a whiner. Stop your whining. You're doing really well. Never mind that, you know, you have to cut back on groceries or gas or any food. Never mind that. You've got the money. You got the money. I'm sure you've got to spend a little bit more. So, guys outrageous. Maddening. Lie number 10. Civilia. have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of those bombs and other ways in which they go after population

centers. Okay. I mean, Israel's been warning them. We're coming. And in fact, I'm really surprised that they haven't done more than they already have. It's really... If this was really genocide, they just carpet bomb the place. And they wouldn't send any warnings, just carpet bomb it.

And like we did in World War II. Two. That was war. Yeah. I mean, we're already getting reports that our soldiers are getting fired on building the port. The pier. Our pier out there, yeah. So, I mean, we knew that was going to happen. And I mean, even our officials were saying, well, so what happens if our soldiers get fired at? Are they able to return fire? Well, yeah, but that wouldn't be a boots on the ground or a war or anything. That just got a couple guys firing at people. Oh.

And that's exactly what happened. As we're building the humanitarian peace. To help them. So that ships can arrive and deliver food. The Hamas is firing at our troops. It's incredible. And we're supposed to, and we're on their side. Israel's the bad guy.

Yeah. Amazing. Lie number 11. We're not walking away from Israel's security. We're walking away from Israel's ability to wage war in those areas. Yeah, well, they're waging war in those areas to ensure their Security. It doesn't make any sense.

No. Line number 12, it made no sense in my view to engage in thinking in Iraq. They have a nuclear weapon. Well, you were all for Iraq when we invaded it the first time, Mr. President, when you were a lowly senator. Line number 13, you can't only love your country when you win. Okay. Yeah. I believe you love our country every day, Joe.

I don't. Is that how they're making a lie out of that? They just don't. Yeah, someone better tell all the celebrities and elites in the Democratic Party who claim they are going to move if Trump is reelected or say they don't know their country anymore or who burn American flags as they rally for Hamas. Biden's chiding of Trump with this line could carry more weight if he said it to his own voters. Nice.

That's really true. Yeah. Line number 14. I travel around the world. Other world leaders know what they all say. 80% of them, you got to win. My democracy is at stake. 80% of them say that.

That's what he says. That's what they say. You know that's a lie. In their words, give us a break. Our other world leaders really fully Biden aside after his nap and saying democracy is at stake. No. No is the answer to that.

Plus, he has spit in the face of all the democracies that we're friends with. He's slapped him in the face, spit in their face. he's placated our enemies and he's spit in the face of our allies. So they're not taking him aside and saying anything to him. Lie number 15 in the 17 minute interview. All right.

Trump is going to put a 10% tax that's going to increase average Americans cost $1,500 a year. No. You're doing that, sir, by taking away his tax cuts. Right. And he's bragged about that. Yes. after telling America nobody who makes

400,000 under $400,000 will see a penny extra in taxes and now he's going to sunset the tax cuts which will raise taxes on everybody

what a liar So it was just 15 lies in 17 minutes That's all That's not bad A couple of those lies were lies on lies So maybe it was even more Yeah I think it was but you know like Barack Obama said once

when inflation was 10% at least it's not 15 or 20% that's right oh okay it was only 15 lines at least it wasn't 30 or 40 on okay so there you go

This is Chip Roy talking about immigration and the insanity that's going on right now that he's trying desperately to get people to listen to and think about. Here he is, cut 12. Is anybody paying attention to what's happening in London? I'm going to say it here on the floor of the house and get the scorn of people when I say, you've got a massive Muslim takeover of the United Kingdom going on right before our eyes. He always said, Chip, well, what is wrong with that? Well, I've got some pretty strong concerns about Sharia law and whether that'll be forced upon the American people. In this case, the people of the United Kingdom.

I've got pretty strong concerns about people who want to see Israel's destruction, who were happy about October 7th, who were elected in the United Kingdom. Some might say that we've seen that here in the United States. Some might. What are we going to do about that? Nothing. We have 51.5 million people who are foreign-born in the United States. They have about 20 to 25 million kids.

51 million. That puts that well over 20-something percent of our population. It's the highest such number in the history of our country. People say, well, isn't that great? Is it? Are we teaching people about Western civilization? Are we teaching people about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law? Are we teaching them Western values?

Are we teaching them God exists? Are we teaching them the importance of freedom? Or are we teaching an entire generation or two or three to run around complaining about what's wrong and why the entire world is against them because of their skin color, their sex, their supposed gender identity, whatever the hell category we create to make people have an excuse

for not just stepping up and achieving the American dream? Wow. I know. We need more like him. That's the problem. There's only a couple of these guys in Congress right now. Between the House and the Senate, you can maybe name five, 10 at the most. I'd say there's 10 at the most like Chip Roy.

But thank goodness for him because, you know, I'm sure the Democrats just blew that off. Zenophobia, homophobia, whatever. kind of phobophobia. Sure. I mean, we see what's happening in the United Kingdom. I mean, you know, so many cities have mayors that are Muslim, including London. They have thousands of mosques, a couple thousand anyway. Yeah.

The report was the other day. I think, in fact, didn't he say it? No, somebody was somebody in England that said they had 3,000. Yes. And they were kind of fact checked. It's only 2. It's only 2,000. 12 or something.

So, okay. All right. So everything's fine then. Don't worry about it. And the cities that he listed that all have mayors that were Muslim, people were like, oh, there's three cities. Those cities don't have mayors that are Muslim. Okay.

All right. So he got, he got it in England. Right. But there was, according to this post, there was 130 Sharia courts, 50 Sharia councils. In England. 78% of Muslim women do not work, receive state support, plus free accommodation.

63% of Muslims do not work, receive state support plus free housing. State supported Muslim families with an average of 6 to 8 children receive free accommodation. Now every school in the UK is required to teach lessons about Islam. And I didn't see any fact checks on those numbers. All of that's great if you want your nation to turn into Iran or Saudi Arabia. If that's what you're looking for, I guess you're excited about those numbers. If not, You might want to wake up.

Dwight towers over everyone. Yeah. It's amazing. But he looks a lot like Donald. And instead of heading to the NBA, he's headed to the, he's going to be one of Florida's state at-large delegates

to the Republican National Convention. It's kind of cool. I guess he's really into politics and wants to follow in his dad's footsteps. Of course he is. Of course he does. Why not? Are you telling him, no, no, Barron.

You can't be an at-large delegate. No, he's probably never been told no. in his life. It would not be used to that. Is he, now he's got, if he wants to, he's going to be the guy that says Florida nominates Donald Trump, right? Now, that would be cool. I don't know.

I don't know what the process is for the delegates. The process is, Baron, would you like to do this? Barron, you want to? Okay. It's yours, man. Yeah, you're doing it. Get up and not your dad. In fact, we're not even going to ask. Barron, here you go.

Yeah, that's the process. So it should be interesting to see. No kidding. I would think, you know, he'd have a future in politics if he wants it. Is he not going to get elected if he runs for, you know, some minor office right now? Of course he's going to be elected. At 18, he's a congressman. Except he can't be a congressman yet, not a U.S. congressman.

All right. State. Maybe. He could probably be mayor. I don't know what the cutoff is for that. Like, city council will start there. Maybe. You could do any of that.

County commissioners in Florida. That's a good gig, actually. But as soon as he's old enough, is there any doubt he runs for Congress? And then Senate and then president? Right. I mean, those offices, the congressional office, that's an easy gig for him to win as soon as he's able to. Not whatever the, you know, whatever the restrictions are. And the left will go out of their mind.

He's got to wait. 25 to be a congressman. Yeah, 25 for U.S. Congress. We need to change that. We need to change that for the Senate and 35 for president. Yeah, we need to change that for Barron. He just needs to be able to do it. You know, do you remember when Arnold Schwarzenegger was being elected governor of California?

And because he was a Republican, conservatives were saying, You know what, we need to change that. You got to be born in the United States thing. How do you feel about that down? So this guy can run for president. Yeah, how would that have worked out for us? How do you feel about that now? The founding fathers were, I don't know, somewhat intelligent.

Screw your freedom. Thank you. That's where he is now. That is where he's at. It has been for a long time now. He's kind of backed up on that a little bit. Yeah, he's trying to be nice. Too late now.

you know, Stu was in yesterday, and we talked a little bit about RFK Jr. Stu's not a fan. I don't know if anybody's noticed that who follows this show. Not a fan, not a big, big fan of RFK. RFK has said a number of things over the years that I can understand why. Then he's not a fan.

I can understand why Stu and other people are not fans of it. Yeah, I'm, I've never been a fan. I thought he's done some interesting things lately. He's said some interesting things lately. I don't think he means it. Apparently not, because if you are to look into what he has been saying about abortion, first of all, his vice presidential running mate, whatever her name is. I don't even know who she is.

She's some rich woman who, Shanahan. Yeah, she married, she married Google guy, right, divorced him, got a bunch of money. Now she's a pontificator of politics. Mm-hmm. Which, okay. All right. I gave him a bunch of money and said, I'll give you more if you make me your vice president. But she was asked about his stance on abortion, and she said that he wants limits.

Okay? Right. Also, yeah, so here she is talking about that last week. And then I think they placed him. My understanding is that he absolutely believes in limits on abortion. And we've talked about this. You would cap it at 15 weeks? 15 weeks, yes.

Or 21 weeks? Yes. So three months. You would sign a federal cap on that. Yeah, he would. Okay, that was in Iowa. Right. When everybody was in Iowa.

running. So when was that? January? Yeah, it was January. Yeah. Okay. So that's in Iowa and not, I mean almost, he's four limits. Almost immediately his people back off of that saying, oh no. This is what he himself,

the Grinch, said yesterday. Yeah. So to leave, so, so in other words, keeping it as is with Roe versus Wade having been overturned and leaving it up to the states to determine if and when a woman can have an abortion. No, I wouldn't leave it to the States.

Right. I would. You would say completely, it's up to the woman. Can you pause for just a second? I mean, what is the deal with the no shoes? He took his shoes off. He's sitting there in his socks. It's the comfy podcast, look.

Almost laying completely down in the chair. It's a comfy podcast feel. Yes, it is. She's got her legs up on the couch. It's just weird. It's kind of the Drew Barrymore feel, you know, when Drew gets in your face. I want to hug you and love you. Okay. All right, true. All right.

All right, but here's the rest. What he had to say? You would say completely, it's up to the woman. We should leave it to the woman. We shouldn't have government involved. Even if it's full term. Even if it's full term. Wow.

Wait, what? Okay, so we've gone from, you'd sign a ban after 15 weeks. To 21 weeks. You'd sign a ban 21 weeks. Now you're saying full term, no bans whatsoever. Doesn't matter. Whenever you want to kill it, kill it. We don't care.

Okay. On the day of the birth, you can go ahead and abort that child. Right. Hmm. Seems like more than a fetus at that point. It does. I mean, to just about everybody in the world on this planet, anybody with any common sense, I think you'd agree. Okay, that's a child.

Yes. That's a baby. That's actually, well, I mean, anytime is murder. But that really is murder. And it's clearly murder A viable human being right now. And the numbers back that up. I mean, it's like 84% of Americans or something.

Agree with that. It should be much higher than that. I don't know how it's not 100, but everybody knows that, okay, you carry full term, that's an actual baby. Yes. And you're going to abort that baby now? Why?

We know at that time. We know at that time that it's not a piece of broccoli. Yes, we do know that. It's not a Volkswagen. Right. It's not, you know, it's not a Routabega. Surprisingly, you've got a human being in there. Wow.

No. My gosh. I mean, at three weeks, we didn't know. We didn't know. I thought for sure that looked like a Ruta Bega I used to pull out of the ground. It could have been a cabbage patch doll. I don't know. I don't know what was in there.

But now we know. Yeah. So let's not abort it. I mean, you can't get everybody on board with that? No, you can't. Guess not. Not even RFK when he's trying to placate both sides now. You know, it's interesting because I think he's,

enjoyed the attention he's gotten from the right, which he's never had before. He's never had praise and accolades from the right. And he likes it. Because he was a nightmare. Right. His climate change world is a nightmare. Who has been such a nightmare that he even called Glenn Beck a traitor because he doesn't buy into global warming like this guy does. Yeah. And what happens to traitors? Oh, that's right. They're executed. Huh. Huh. That happened. Okay. Well, and then during the interview with Glenn, he backs off that stance a little bit. But, you know, do you trust him now? I sure don't.

Not after that. No. So I'm hoping that's opened up the eyes of a lot of people who were thinking, you know, I might. Well, I might look for RFK Jr. They, the news broke, I don't know, yesterday or the day before that he's got like a dead worm in his brain. Oh, yeah.

Yeah. So he's got. Well, he said that a while ago. Okay. That was some time ago. I'm not, sorry, I apologize, I'm not upon the breaking news of RFK, so I know. I should be, but I do know now that he has a dead worm in his brain, right? Well, the worms started eating his brain away, portions of it, and then died.

And so it was in there just, I guess. And so now it's just a rotted dead worm. Rodded dead worm in his brain. I mean, that explains a few things. It does. It does. It does. To me. that maybe you change, your brain changes the way it thinks from time to time.

It does explain some things. It does. I would think personally. I would too. If you had a dead worm in your brain, it may affect the way you think from time to time. I don't have an argument with that. Okay. I think you're right on that.

I think you're essentially correct. All right. We've got to play this iPad ad. This Apple app. about the iPad. I mean, people are having a cow over this thing. They're really wound up. I mean, there was a bunch of celebrities that were yelling at Apple.

I'm not a big Tim Cook Apple fan. I mean, I like some of their products. I've got an iPhone. I have an iPad. So I guess I kind of am an Apple fan. But this commercial didn't hit me the way it did with some. I mean, were you offended by it? Have you seen it yet?

I've not seen the whole thing. All right. Watch this. I mean, I don't think I have. I don't think I've seen the whole thing because I was reading about it and I was reading about the destructive imagery. Yeah. They destroy some things. Yeah.

And they're making a point about I think everything being contained in the iPad. Plus, the iPad is so thin, you really can't squish it because it's already squished as thin as it can get. Watch this. Watch the ad. It was the trumpet being squished. Yeah. Yeah. About to crush a piano here.

Oh, and a lot of. the paint coming out. That's kind of cool. Yeah. Smashing the metronome. Okay. I think people are pissed off about this and there goes a guitar.

You're crushing all of human creativity. Yeah. I guess that's okay now. Shut up. Relax. The most powerful iPad ever. Also the thinnest. Oh, okay.

And there it is. Yeah. That's just a good ad. Are you going to get wound up over that? It's just a good ad about the iPad. I think it is. Everybody's like, is it real or AI? Apple wants to destroy humanity now.

Okay, so we've discovered something interesting about the Sam Bakeman-Fried situation. The guy's in prison for, was it, 20, six years or something, like a long time. And he's in prison because he supposedly defrauded investors out of billions and billions of dollars.

Essentially it was like an Enron type Ponzi scheme, right? That's what I thought it was. That's what I was told. That's what the news reports were. However, what are they reporting now? They're reporting now that I guess the FDX has a CEO that's work to track down more than $8 billion in missing assets to repay an estimated $11.2 billion owed to creditors. Plus, then this week they said, oh, you know what?

We've recovered actually between $14.5 and $16.3 billion, which is tied into all these funds. So people are with the hedge funds and the digital assets. We're working to recoup payouts made to former company executives and the parents. So now if this proposal goes through, 98% of the customers and those who invested 50,000 or less are going to receive 118% of their investment back. So they're getting their investment back plus interest. What has been? Who is defrauded? I don't know.

I don't know. I mean, if there is. Maybe a financial person can shed some landowners. Let us know what actually happened. That is weird to me. If you invest in something. Yeah. And then you get your money back plus.

That seems like I would like to be defrauded that way. Right? Yeah. So you're getting an 18% profit on it, right? Yeah. I mean, if you're getting 118% back, you got all your money back, and then another 18% on top of that in profit. I guess maybe you didn't get it back when you thought you were going to get it back.

It's been delayed. But, oh, well, most investors know it's going to be down the road somewhere. that's amazing. So I know that they were partying and living the life of Riley, you know, with the money. Don't all Wall Street executives do that? Did you see? Anybody see Wolf of Wall Street? I did, actually.

Yeah, I bet you did. Yeah. Yeah, there's a couple scenes in there. I may have watched more than once, but that's just me. When they're at the stock exchange. Yeah, that's one of them. Yeah, that's one of them. Yeah.

It's one of my favorite parts. Oh, yeah. It's very sexy when they do that. That is. When they're yelling. Oh, man. You know, it's buy, buy, sell. Sell.

Yeah. Yeah. Oh, let me buy two of those. Yeah, you want to put it on pause and say, okay, what's he buying right here? I got to see what stock it is because that's important. So, yeah, that's fun. I don't know. I don't understand.

Maybe somebody can in love it. lightness on what the frog was. If it's a policy scheme, there's no money, right? Because you're taking people's money. Right. And you're paying off other, well, yourself usually. And then people don't get paid back ever. So if they're going back and finding all this money from assets and finding it, I guess

maybe the Bitcoin investments probably are up now, right? So what was worth nothing before is worth something now? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just fascinated to think, well, does Sam get out of jail now? I don't think so. I don't think so. He's going to be there. What, is it 25, 26 years or something? It was a long stretch. It surprised me. I thought it was going to be, you know, they're going to give him a slap on the hand. He's going to be out in three years. Whatever. 25 years. He got. 25 years he got. And I think, is he in federal prison? So you got to serve two-thirds of that. So you can. If you're in federal prison, yeah. If you're in federal prison, there's a mandatory sentence that you must serve before you can get parole. And it might not even, I think it's, if I remember right, it's 85%. Because what's her face?

Elizabeth Holmes is they've been knocking time off for her sentence already. Elizabeth Holmes. From, uh, um, uh, thranos, uh, you know, the blood, uh, fraud. Oh, yeah. A case. Right. And she's in prison and they keep knocking time off of her. And I was thinking, well, they keep saying that they can only, she has to serve so much time.

But I feel like they've already knocked off more than what they say she has to serve. So. So she going home. What are we doing? No, it's still, you know, 10 years. You know that if Donald Trump is convicted, if he is found guilty and convicted, there's no way they're knocking off any time. time from his sentence. I mean, they're trying desperately to put him away for a really long time. Well, Pat, he built some buildings and paid off the loans. I mean, yeah. And he deserves to be in prison.

And he may or may not have slept with a former porn star and given her money to keep her mouth shut. And we can't have that. We can't have that. We can't have that. So, because nobody's ever done that before. Nope. Not, not anybody in public office. Actually, I didn't realize that it was illegal until now. It's actually not. Oh. Yeah, it's actually not illegal. Weird.

The illegality comes in if he gave it to her to affect the election. Well. And out of campaign money, right? And out of campaign money that was going to affect the election, right? Yes. So they haven't even necessarily named the crime that raises it from a misdemeanor to a felony. for jail time purposes. And they haven't really even,

they haven't even proven that campaign funds are involved. They haven't proven that he did it because of the election. Could have been he did it because his wife, he didn't want his wife to know. Right. That's not good enough reason.

Which he claims he didn't do anyway. He didn't do it in the first place. So he didn't need to pay her. And she said years ago he didn't. So why are we even here? Well, because Donald Trump. It's an amazing situation because Donald Trump. That's right.

So yesterday, Trump attorney Susan Netchels. Is it Netschols? Sure. Went after Stormy Daniels suggesting her porn films indicate she's lying about sex with him or President Trump. But I guess Stormy Daniels got a little feisty with her. And now CNN absolutely loves that. They absolutely love that. They said that the Trump defense was slut shaming.

Oh my gosh. Stormy Daniels. And you can't do that. You can't do that because there's nothing more legitimate than being paid to have sex on film. Right? I mean, we all know that a porn career is nothing to be shamed. I'm sure her family is very, very proud. I'm sure.

No, you're not. I mean, if she wants to do it, go ahead. I know. But they're making her out to be the victim here. I know. Come on now. Come on now. And she said all along, you know, even assuming this did happen, she wasn't threatened. He didn't pay her for this night or the two nights, whatever it was. She claims it happened in a hotel room at Lake Tahoe. And then somewhere else at a hotel room another time. So she hated it so much the first time she did it again. But that was only to further her career and get on his TV show. And she said, well,

she lost a court case, supposed to pay Donald Trump, I don't know, $100,000. No, $500,000. Hundreds of thousands. Yeah. And she said that she didn't want to pay it because she didn't think it was fair. Oh. Okay.

That's great. I'll be happy to tell the judge that. Incredible, isn't it? It is. And we're supposed to be okay with it. Oh, she doesn't think it's fair to pay what the court has decided that you pay. Okay. Does Don't get that?

No. I don't think so because somebody just told him to pay that other woman from Barneys or Bergdorf Goodman. $83 million. And I don't think that's fair, but they're not taking that into account. No, they are not. The other thing is, I wondered how you felt about the new Kevin's because I know you've been. defending Kevin Spacey for years. And did you see that there's new accusers in the Kevin Spacey

universe? He just talked about it too on some show, on some podcast, yeah. I forget what it was. The new accusations or the old ones? I think he was still talking about the old ones. Okay, he needs to address these because Daniel, an actor said of his alleged sexual assault by Kevin Spacey, I felt like I was staring at a soulless monster. Did you, Daniel?

That's what they all said, and they've all gone away with their hands empty because it's not true. So, apparently there's a documentary coming out. Spacey unmasked. It features 10 men, Daniel among them. Yeah, are these any of the 10, the ones that have been found to be fraudsters against him? I don't think these have yet. Yeah, okay. It's the old ones that have been found to be fraudsters.

Correct. Right. None of them, none of these were involved in the London trial, okay, that saw the actor acquitted of nine charges. And all but one have never spoken out before. Okay. So, so this is all new gold diggers. The charges stemmed from alleged acts that occurred from 2001 to 2013 when he was artistic director of London's old Vic theater. That's when this was the other, the other case was from there when he was the artistic director. Which, by the way, they kicked him to the curb for that, just for the other accusations. Yeah, that's unfortunate. I know. That's unfortunate. I mean, he lost the Netflix money, all of it.

It all went away. He was booted off House of Cards, which was his project. His show. His show. Did he not write it and produce it? It was all his deal. Nickflip. The original deal from Netflix was out of $100 million or something like that for him to create

it. And everybody freaked out, oh, my gosh, they're giving Kevin Spacey all this money to create a show. And then after that first season, it was like, wow, what a genius idea. Right. Oh, wow. Netflix was genius on that, wasn't it? Yeah, everybody loved it.

Yeah. And how many seasons was it before he got accused of whatever as four or five, six? Yeah, something like that. How many are there all together? Seven? Six or seven? Because she ended up. Robin Wright, who was his wife on the show, she's the one that continued.

Right. Because she believed that she was owed the same amount of money as Kevin for doing the show, being his wife, and they finally bent the knee and said, you're right, you are. And then after the one year of her being the lead, they canceled. And they canceled because they said, ooh, Robin, you're not as good as Kevin. What a surprise. Yeah, I know. And she originally said that she complained about not getting paid as much as Kevin and went to Netflix

and complained. And they ended up paying her. and then she complained about that, saying, you know, I really haven't talked about it, but I complained that, you know, I wasn't making as much as Kevin. Well, they paid me, but those bastards started out not paying me.

So, I mean, it's just insane. It's insane. It is. Yeah. Wow. So anyway, and I know that Kevin is, you know, he's taken a beating, you know, do I, a lot of these things, do I believe,

I don't believe all of them. You know, maybe some of them are true. But on the other hand, I know if I'm working on House of Cards. Let's say you use an example. Let's have working on House of Cards. Okay. And Kevin walks by and cops of feel.

Am I? Could you blame him? I mean, look at you. Look at you. You can't blame him. I don't appreciate the tone in your voice. I mean, enough said there, I think. Could you blame him?

blacklist? So they're putting together a blacklist of these groups and organizations and countries that have committed sexual violence against women, mostly. But they did not include Hamas in that list. Huh. After October 7th

especially, you... Right. After all the evidence and all of the violence against the hostages after, even after October 7th, you still don't put them on the list. Isn't that interesting how the Palestinians in Hamas in particular never seem to incur the wrath of the United Nations? Isn't that interesting? Who are the countries? Yet Israel always does. The document is titled Conflict Related Sexual Violence.

It's published as a report of the Secretary General, and it noted there is evidence that sex crimes were committed during the Palestinian terror group Hamas' devastating October 7th attack on Israel, but did not specifically attribute responsibility to Hamas. Oh my gosh. It's unbelievable. It's just unbelievable. The ministry elaborated in the statement that Guterres ignored. the plethora of testimony and evidence that was collected and then included in the report of the special representative of the Secretary General on sexual violence in conflict.

Patton's report after her visit to Israel found that rape likely occurred during the Hamas attacks and said there was convincing evidence hostages were facing sexual abuse in Gaza. And yet still didn't include Hamas in the report. Yeah, we thought something else was going on. And whatever, but we didn't think it was important enough to write it down. Nah, so we just didn't. We're not talking about it. Oh, okay. Well, that's convenient.

No kidding. You know, this was a few years ago, but I remember a report that they did on the number of times the UN has chastised Israel over the years. You know, they give them, I forget what it's called. What is it called with the UN? Not demerits. Not chastising. But it's like that. It's like a slap on the hand.

Yeah, it is. Hey, you guys did a bad thing there. And they've done that like 150 times to Israel. You know how many times? They've done that to the Palestinians. Two. Zero. No times.

Sorry. I went over. None. None. So. And apparently they're not. They're going to continue that. And so that's really wonderful.

And I'm sure that just will fuel the Palestinian supporters on the college campuses. And they'll continue to proclaim that Israel is committing genocide while Hamas and the Palestinians have done nothing wrong. And look, our administration, this administration is, you know, on their side, or seemingly on their side anyway, for sure. You know, they believe they can tell Israel what they. can and can't do. Yeah. And, you know, if not, we just won't give you your weapons or arms. Yeah.

I mean. Yep. Okay. They've got something like 14,000 more Hamas soldiers that are in Rafa. And they need to finish that job. Yes, they do. They need to put a stop to this. Otherwise, it's going to happen again.

They're saying they found them on this money to pay back the investors. Okay. So we're a little confused. Where's the crime then? If you found the money, if he had the money available to pay these people and

118% of what he owed, how was that defrauding them? So we were asking for, you know, somebody's take on what kind of positive? scheme this was where everybody got paid. Interestingly enough, I put the Rubik's cube together in my head and I said, why would they want to do that? Well, after donating, my take on it would be after donating so much money to, you know, certain entities. Yeah. I believe that more than the actual money that was. claimed to have been lost, has been taking. And what, what he would accomplish or what the defense, you know, team would accomplish for him doing the 117 return or 118 return percent, 118 percent would be an appeal to prove that nobody was defrauded. Okay. Right. Taking advantage of the justice system and, you know, judges that are not familiar with what's going on here. And they'll be,

oh well, you know, okay, I guess everybody got paid back. There is no fraud, that I'm out of jail. And that is my take on it. That would be a pretty good take though, right? Yeah. How have they been defrauded if everybody got paid back? I think that's a pretty good way and a pretty good piece of evidence that you didn't defraud people for the appeal. If they have people in charge now that are putting things together and going through,

whatever the back assets are to find this money and recoup the money for the investors. Well, SBF could have done that. Yeah. He was busy being tried for defrauding them. Right. I don't know. But if you found the money to pay back the investors, then...

No one was defrauded. Nobody was defrauded. Because if they were defrauded, you wouldn't have found the money. Right? Right. Unless it's the government paying, back all of these investors. I don't know that.

I don't. I don't know that. That's not what I read. I don't think that's what's going on, is it? I didn't say that. Now, if that's the case, that's obviously different. If the government is going to make these people whole and they're paying $16 billion to do it and bail them all out. I mean, I have a kind of an issue with that actually.

Well, yeah. So do I. But I'm glad they're getting whole. but I am too, but that's not the way to do it. No, it is not. So maybe that's it. Maybe it's the government paying this back? That's not what this, you know, this article did not say that.

Because if they found it from Sam Bankman Friedman or freed, then that's not fraud. I mean, they talk about how they're tracking down missing assets to repay the creditors. And they've, you know, they're talking about they've recovered from investments that FTCS and the sister company made in hedge funds, digital assets, and their AI startup company. So, that's not defrauding. No, it's not. No, it's not. And you've got pretty good grounds for an appeal if you were able to pay back your investors.

Yeah. I'd say, let them out of jail. What are you doing? It got paid everybody back. Yes. Or at least 98%. If it's only 2% who are not made whole, you know, give them some time to look for more funds.

Right. and give him a shorter prison sentence, maybe. Maybe. I don't know. It's amazing. It seems weird to me that we're paying all this money back and he sits in prison for defrauding them. Yeah. No.

Yeah, bizarre. It's bizarre. All right, I got this list of 35 things at the top of liberals list to ban forever. Oh. They want to ban so many things. Yes, absolutely. They do. And here are the top 35 on their list.

I don't even want to let Apple have a commercial. commercial. And Apple bent the knee, by the way. Oh, that's right. They bent the knee, by the way. They're not going to air the ad. They're not going to air the ad. They apologize, said they missed the mark.

I mean, stop it. It's assonine. Now, Apple deserves what they get. That's fine. They can do what they want. But it's just unbelievable that a few people got, got their panties in a wad, and then Apple bends the knee. This is what happens every single time. It sure is.

If you complain on Twitter or X, whatever you want to. call it about a company. They're going to cave. Tim had posted the video on X and they posted it, I think, on YouTube. So they're not going to run it on TV ever again. They apologize, said we missed the mark. That's unbelievable. I disagree with this thing.

So now there's 36 things. The Apple TV spot. That's thing one. They got that. They got that. That's done. They want to ban the death penalty. Yeah, they've been trying to do that for a long time.

Yeah. And they're, long time. That's a battle being won. I mean, there's fewer and fewer death penalties. And they've found ways around it. I mean, they're finding ways to make it difficult to get the drugs. That's why some states have gone back to the firing range. And I will say it really sucks when somebody turns out to be innocent who's already received the death penalty.

That's a problem. That's a problem. And it's happened a few times. Not very many. Not very many. But it sucks for anybody who's ever had that happen. From that standpoint, I understand it. But I'm in favor of the death penalty, frankly, even so.

Fracking. Yeah, they've been trying to get rid of fracking. That's for sure. Which saved our economy years ago. And they hate fracking. They lied about how bad it is for the environment. How bad it's causing earthquakes and water fires. It's not causing earthquakes.

Stop it. Assault rifles, obviously. Assault weapons of all kinds. If it's black and it's metal, that's an assault. That's a military weapon of death. So you don't need it for hunting. You don't need that. What of the deer wearing Kevlar vests?

I mean, it's just another example of modern petro technology, though. Right. Which I'm a fan of. Like everything else, you want to go. get rid of all this stuff and it's all made from petro technology all of it so what happens when we get rid of it oh i know none of your products exist a lot of products don't exist anymore plastic bags is that happening or what i there's a store near me uh called uh sprouts where when you buy items there and you're at the checkout line they'll say every time do you want a bag

for that for 10 cents extra Are you kidding me? You're going to charge me 10 cents for the stupid plastic bag. If you pretend that it's your first time in there, like, oh, no, they give it to you. Do they? Yeah. They really do? I've had one give it to me.

And I was like, oh, really? I can charge me for a bag? I'm like, not this time. Thank you. They should feel guilty about charging you 10 cents. I mean, it's 10 cents, but still, Costco does that? They charge you for bags? Oh, Costco, you have to get a bag.

Yeah, they make you carry it out in your bag. back. Yeah, I know. Unless you steal an empty box underneath the register. Something else are trying to get rid us of. And man, they are trying really hard on this. Gas powered vehicles. Oh, yes.

They want those gone by 2035. And 2030 in some cases. I think some of them bumped it up to 30. That is true. But that's not going to happen. It can't. It's just not going to happen. It can't happen.

Mandatory minimum sentences. So you can commit as many crimes as you want and still no minimum sentence for you. You can still get parole. You can continue to commit crimes as long as you want and nothing ever happens to you. There's no consequences for your actions. Especially if you're a minority. Yes. How about this one?

Voter ID laws. Are they ever trying to get rid of those? And successfully, by the way. They have, yeah. Despite the fact that nobody has a problem with voter ID. Or having an ID, you're forcing us to have an ID to buy cough syrup. But I can't show my ID to vote. Right.

Incredible. And it's just insulting. to minorities to say, well, minorities don't have driver's licenses. They don't have ID. They don't know where the DMV is. They don't know how to get one. Really? But they do.

They do. It's amazing that they do. They do also support voter ID laws, which is amazing. It's amazing. Leaf blowers. Not good for the environment. Oh, man. Not good for the environment.

Right to work laws? You got no right to work in a state. Well, it's because of, that's because of labor unions. Oh, yeah, yeah, okay. Balloon releases, choking turtles and fish. And birds. Birds. Yeah.

Everybody's choking on it. Don't eat the balloon then, stupid. It's the matter with you. Balloon releases. They're not to eat. You imagine being pissed at seeing people with balloons? I can't. Honestly.

It's just incredible to me. It's agonizing. But this is what we're up again. I know. You can't release all those balloons. They eventually land somewhere. So? How about the turtles will choke on them?

How about we worry about the spy balloons coming over our country? Then we'll get back to you about the kid's birthday balloon, okay? Offshore drilling. That's a big deal. That's a big deal for Californians, Floridians. But they all fall in love with offshore windmills that kill a bunch of people. Okay. They're fine killing whales and killing people and killing the environment.

We're all for that. By the way, the offshore drilling rigs are usually so far offshore. You can't even see them from the beach. It's like, I don't want those messing up. My beach view. You can't see it. It's 15 miles out. And that's the argument.

But I lived in Florida for a lot of years. And Floridians do not want those oil rigs off the coast, man. I know. They do not. And when I lived there, I felt the same way. And DeSantis, did he not, he caved into that. Yeah. I mean, you have to because people, they just don't.

I mean, all the time I lived in Florida, I, was against it as well. And it was dumb to be against it, really, except that, you know, it's just like, no, I don't want to see them off the coast. I know. I want to be able to see the sunset without the oil rig. How about this one? High capacity magazines.

Oh, my. Yes. They're definitely average. You don't need 15. Bad, blah. Shut up. Don't tell me how many shots I need. Right.

Don't tell me how many bullets I need. If there's 15 people coming at me, I need 15 bullets. Probably more than that because I'm not that good at. shot. Okay. So do I need a hundred bullets in the magazine? Yeah, maybe. Yeah, maybe I do. It has nothing to do with the deer wearing Kevlar because, first of all, the right to keep it bare arms isn't about hunting. Okay? That's part of it, but that's not all right. And that's not the main issue anyway. Well, we can by a cannon. Yeah, I can, actually. Yes, I can. I could then, and you can now. I'm so tired of that.

I have to, oh, man. Hate speech. Trying to do it. Yes. Oh, yeah. They're winning that. And you see where the FBI, I mean, they're back into getting in with big tech again ahead of the election because we need them to let us know what dis and misinformation is.

So, I mean, it's the reason that they, you know, hate Elon so much. Because hopefully Elon tells them. Take a hike. Take a hike. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Single use plastic straws.

I love that one. because that's compliments of a nine-year-old kid who did some science. He did a school project or something. And I think his teacher told him, yeah, go call some people and find out how many straws are wasted every day. So he did. He called. And he got the answer that 500 million straws. So he went with it.

And that's what he went with. And that's what everybody started reporting. I don't know, kid. 500 million. I got to get back to work. Thanks for calling. And that's where we've been ever since. It's not 500 million.

I would be interested to hear from the guy who actually said, I don't know, kid. I would, too. I would love to. Conversion therapy for minors. They're trying to do away with. Private health insurance. They've been trying to do that for a long time. Junk food advertising for children.

Pesticides harmful to bees. Oh, yeah. You know, the bees know. The bees know. And the bees are disappearing. And we can't have it. Yes, they are. We cannot have that.

Sale of public lands. You know, I want the sale of public lands to China to stop. So that part of sale of public lands, I'm with you on that. Foreign entities should not be purchasing up a bunch of property in the U.S. Here's another thing that's really been pushed lately, non-compete agreements. Oh, yeah. Yeah, they're trying to get rid of that. And they pretty much have.

And they have. I believe they have gotten rid of it. You know, were they terrible? we survived it. I've had non-competes many, many times. I think I have one now, and I've survived it. Yeah, but I mean, if you decided today, you know, I've decided I want to go work across the street.

Yeah. What was going to happen to you if you don't, if you do? Did they shoot you dead? They'll shoot me dead. Okay. Well, then you don't want to do it. Yeah, you don't want to do that. You really don't want to do that, no.
