The Glenn Beck Program - 5 Theories to Explain the Epstein File Bindergate | Guest: Liz Wheeler | 2/28/25

Episode Date: February 28, 2025

Yesterday was supposed to be the day the Epstein files were finally released to the public, but it turned out to be nothing more than previously released information. Who's to blame? Are deep-staters ...going against the AG's orders and withholding the information? Glenn lays out everything we know so far and the intense adverse reaction the Trump administration received from its own side. BlazeTV host Liz Wheeler, who was in the White House yesterday, joins to discuss the controversial Epstein release and reveals what everybody needs to know about what actually happened. Glenn lays out the case of treasonous actions by our own government. When government officials defy orders and threaten to release secrets if they lose power, something must be done. Glenn lays out what the punishment should be for withholding the Epstein files. Glenn's chief researcher, Jason Buttrill, joins to discuss the rot that exists in the FBI and the DOJ. Glenn, Stu, and Jason go farther down the rabbit hole on the possible Epstein files conspiracy.  Learn more about your ad choices. Starting point is 00:02:52 I don't want to compare myself to Elon Musk or anything, but I'm just as socially awkward as he is. That's where the comparison ends. Anyway, I started a company decades ago called Real Estate Agents I Trust. He started Tesla. I mean, right? I mean, you see how much? Anyway, let's say you need to buy or sell a house or both, and you are like I used to be, I didn't know the first thing on how to find a good real estate agent.
Starting point is 00:03:22 I didn't know what made them. I didn't know what best practices were. I just didn't know. Pretty much anybody can become a real estate agent, and you don't want most of them. You want the kind who knows what he or she is doing. Does it better than anybody else? Has the kind of integrity you can find in a good handshake deal? you need somebody you can trust.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Well, the gauntlet has been thrown down, Elon. Yeah, let's see if you can top this. How about government agents I can trust? Real estate agents, I trust.com. The name says it all. Real estate agents, I trust.com. Okay, so, hello, Stu. How are you?
Starting point is 00:04:02 Glenn, how are you? Good. We have Liz Wheeler on with us in about 25 minutes. Liz is getting hammered from everybody. and I just want to stand up for my good friend Liz, who was invited to the White House. She didn't know why she was going. She had just come out on her show and this show and on X and everything else
Starting point is 00:04:27 disagreeing with the president on IVF. So she knew she was going to meet at the White House, I think, with J.D. Vance. But when the White House calls and says, the vice president or the president would like to meet you, meet with you, you just go, okay. You don't say, I don't know, you say okay. What does you want to talk to me about?
Starting point is 00:04:51 You just say okay. I say this from experience. You know, I remember in the, in right around 2004, five, six, somewhere in that area. And I was on CNN and I was ranting about. how poorly the war was going and how poorly George Bush was handling things. And I said, George! Wake up, dude. And I get off the air.
Starting point is 00:05:19 I'm in my car. I'm driving home. And my phone rings. And Mr. Beck, yes? This is so-and-so from the White House. The president would like to see you in the Oval tomorrow morning. I didn't know what to do. I just, I said, hang on, let me check.
Starting point is 00:05:37 I didn't have a calendar or anything. I was such in shock. I just put the phone away from my face, kind of looked at it and then went, okay, what time that works for me? You just go. That's what happened with Liz. She didn't know. She thought it was about IVF.
Starting point is 00:05:56 She didn't know. So she gets there. And I'm going to have her tell the whole story, but she gets there. And they say to her and others who were also invited, the president, the vice president, Pam Bondi and Cash Patel would like to see you in the Oval. Follow me. Okay. So at this point, she still doesn't know.
Starting point is 00:06:17 She gets in and Pam starts in on here's the release of the Epstein files, but it's not what we thought it was. It's not what you thought it was. Blah, blah, blah. And they say, it's the Southern District of New York that is withholding the evidence. Okay, I've got a lot of questions at this point. But she takes it and then she just reports on what happened. And she tells that story. And now she's getting hammered because you were in on it.
Starting point is 00:06:49 You were just carrying water. No, no, I was invited to the White House. I'm telling you what happened. Now, let's just look at this for just a second. What happened? Two days ago, well, let me start six. months ago, Cash Patel, he was the interim director of national intelligence. He told me months and months and months ago, before he knew he was going to be part of this administration
Starting point is 00:07:19 or Donald Trump was even going to have a chance to win, he told me, I saw the Epstein stuff and it's vile and grotesque and it's with the FBI. So he told me that before he knew. He he was going to be director of FBI. He then goes and delivers it to Pam Bondi. Okay, well, he could release it, but perhaps he did that because the smart thing to do if you're going to release this is give it to the DOJ and say, are you going to prosecute any of these people? Have you seen this? And are you going to draw prosecution papers for anybody? Because I'm going to release it. The president it wants it released. So it'd be nice to have it released and then have you follow up and saying these things are going to be pursued and yada yada. That's what I assumed. And I really assumed that
Starting point is 00:08:17 when she was on Jesse Waters two days ago and she out of the blue made an announcement that she was going to be releasing the Epstein files. And she said they've been sitting on my desk for almost a week. I got it on Friday. And she said, so tomorrow I'm going to release. She said, it's not all of it, but as I'm sitting there, you'll be amazed at the grotesque things that this guy was involved in. Something along that. I'm paraphrasing from memory.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Well, wait, wait, wait, wait. Twelve hours later, you're in the Oval telling Liz, Wheeler, it's not what we thought it was. You just said last night, you saw it, you've been vetting it, so you knew. Now, she's saying that she had directed the FBI, the Southern District of New York, to include everything and send it down to Washington so they had all of that information to include.
Starting point is 00:09:28 And then the Southern District of New York, the FBI office in New York, the FBI office in New York, York did not do what they were supposed to do. The problem with that is it doesn't work with the timeline really because why did you hold it for five days? If you didn't have that evidence, it just doesn't make sense to me. But I think the president has earned my trust enough to say, Mr. President, this doesn't look good. What's happened here? And take them at their word until really today, Pam, you really have till today. I've never seen a reaction like this before, ever.
Starting point is 00:10:17 The most popular president in my lifetime for a conservative, he has surpassed the way people felt about Ronald Reagan in some ways. He is seen as doing and changing things at lightning speed. It took us six years, at least four, but six years for people to feel like this about Ronald Reagan. We liked him. We trusted him. But he hadn't accomplished everything, you know, that we had hoped. really even all the way to the end of his administration.
Starting point is 00:10:56 So Donald Trump has looked at differently, and I've never seen anyone as popular with their base on our side as Donald Trump. I've also never seen a group of supporters turn on somebody in the administration as fast as they did yesterday. when this came out and it was a nothing burger and they heard what they heard about how this came together, people immediately said, I don't believe it, I think something's wrong. This is the same kind of crap that they always do. Somebody's protecting somebody. I want you to know.
Starting point is 00:11:43 I am really pissed. However, I'm not sure why what happened yesterday. happened yet. So don't jump to any conclusions yet, but I'm just as skeptical as you are on this. When I saw how people are reacting in the last 12, 14, 16 hours, something else came to mind. We know that Cash Patel is walking into perhaps the most corrupt, agency, I mean, besides the Department of Education, the most corrupt agency with guns and power out of all of them. The FBI has gone dark to the point where one of the whistleblowers was on
Starting point is 00:12:44 with us yesterday. And I've got a quote from him as well, to the point to where people are saying before he even got in, I'm not sure you can revive the FBI. It's so far gone. It is the army of the deep state. When we reached out last night to Steve, Steve Friend, the whistleblower from the FBI, do you believe the Southern District of New York FBI headquarters Is that a scapegoat or is that real? He said, quote, it's a coup attempt. They are flexing on Patel because they think they have enough people in HQ to control him. If that's true, we're now talking about an entirely different world.
Starting point is 00:13:45 And in about 45 minutes, I'm going to lay out a case and use language I have never ever used and I'm going to be very, very clear. But this is a turning point if what Steve Friend and Pam Bondi and everybody else is saying happened. We should know from Pam Bondi because by 8 a.m. Eastern this morning, time is past. the Southern District of New York was ordered by her and the president to turn over all tapes, all records, all files on Epstein. We know that they have them or had them. They are refusing to turn it over. She gave the deadline of 8 a.m.
Starting point is 00:14:41 If that deadline has passed and they are not sending in. either FBI or whoever else, if the FBI is too corrupt to do it, if we're not sending someone in to begin making arrests in the Southern District of New York and shutting that revolutionary, radicalized agency down, I don't believe, Pambandi. You don't mess around. This is an insurrection. This is a coup attempt if what she says is actually happening. And there are only three things. There are only three ways of what's happening. One, what the White House is saying,
Starting point is 00:15:38 the Southern District of New York, the FBI headquarters, is out of control. And they have the documents and they are thwarting justice. Either that's true. Or, I mean, I guess the worst thing on the other side would be Pambandi and the Trump administration are protecting their friends that were in on the, you know, on the planes and everything else. But I just don't believe that. I find that almost impossible to believe. But it is a possibility.
Starting point is 00:16:15 It's what I would be saying if Joe Biden, if this exact same thing happened with Joe Biden or. honestly, any other administration of the past, I would say that's what's happening, because that's what always happens. I'm having a very difficult time believing that that's what happened because this administration has shown us in the last 40 days. They are different. But are they this different? Time will tell. The other option that I see, if you're going to play three-dimensional chess, there is one other thing. And remember, I've said Donald Trump is playing five-dimensional chess. There is one other option that is, I think, not just possible,
Starting point is 00:17:05 but perhaps probable as the answer on what just happened. And I'll explain that coming up in just a second. First, let me tell you about good ranchers. When I put food on my table for my family, it's important that it's good food, not just taste good, but I want it to be the best quality. And that starts with the meat. Every cut of meat from Good Ranchers,
Starting point is 00:17:26 beef, chicken, pork, raised here in the U.S. It's free from hidden additives like antibiotics and hormones or even seed oils. It's just meat. And they uphold the values of tradition because when you shop with Good Ranchers, you're directly supporting local farms and ranches here in the United States.
Starting point is 00:17:44 These are the people who have been feeding Americans and the rest of the world for generations now. and good ranchers is working to keep them in business. You would not believe the failure rate of our ranches and our farms here in America. We are at crisis level and we must help keep these local farms and ranches alive. Or if there is a disruption, we are in real serious problem. We have to be able to grow our own food. Right now, you can get free ground beef, chicken breast or wild caught salmon
Starting point is 00:18:18 in every box for a year, plus $25 off when you subscribe to Good Ranchers. It's the kind of deal that you're not going to want to pass up, so order it today. It's Good Ranchers.com. Use the promo code Beck. Claim $25 off and free meat in every box for a year. promo code back at Good Ranchers.com. American Meat delivered. 10 seconds, station ID. Okay, so here is the third option. And Stu, this has just come to me today. Help me explain if I'm going off the rails here. We know that the FBI and the DOJ have gone dark, right? We know that.
Starting point is 00:19:15 We've seen it. We now know also that it's the FBI that we're warning cities, hey, they're going to be doing these maneuvers to grab the illegals in your city. Okay. So they sold out our federal government by leaking, hey, you better protect your illegals in these cities. Okay. So we know that they have the means and the motive to stand against the administration. And they've already done it.
Starting point is 00:19:48 If what Steve Friend says is true, which is they think they have enough people in headquarters to control Cash Patel, and they can thwart the change of the DOJ and the FBI. You have to wage war against them. So let's just say that several things are true. One, the release yesterday, for as clumsy as it looks, was not necessarily clumsy, but expertly played. they release something because that's all they had in D.C. the rest of it, we know the rest of it at least was in New York.
Starting point is 00:20:41 So they release it and they release it the way they did and they say it's a Southern District of New York, knowing that that is a cesspool. If you would not have released this and you would not have released this in the way they did directly to Donald Trump supporters, You may not have had the reaction or the backup you needed when you say, I'm sorry, but we're going to shut the FBI down. We're going to fire all these people in New York, all of them. You would have not necessarily had the passionate cover you needed to be able to do that. But what he did was he activated his base and quite honestly risked his base by saying, saying, look, they're in rebellion here. And yeah, I know we have egg on our face, but it's because of these guys.
Starting point is 00:21:41 So it could be true that all those things were happening. But this was done and released the way it was because he needs your support to go in and say, I don't care what you think about the FBI. They were covering up molestation. Is there anything worse? worse than the raping of America's children and enslaving through sex slavery, underage girls. Is there anything worse than that, gang? Yeah, perhaps.
Starting point is 00:22:16 And that is the covering up of that happening. So it's possible, does this make sense to use to? It is possible that this, all the world is but a stage. This whole thing happened yesterday the way it did. to make sure that you have been activated, you know the real problem in the FBI, and you are going to back radical action against the FBI. What do you think?
Starting point is 00:22:48 Radical action against the FBI. I'm going in and I'm going to put a padlock on the doors in D.C. I'm firing every single person. I may try them for obstruction, for aid and abetting these criminals. and I'm going to clean this up and I'm going to make New York, Southern District of New York, an example. You do what I say or you're done. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:23:16 Liz Wheeler is up with us next. Sometimes you come home at the end of the day and you really just need a comfortable place to rest because the news has been making your head explode all day and you're all out of duct tape. Times like that, you're going to be the most happy that you have bedding from cozy earth. Never in a million years would I have thought bamboo sheets were a good idea. When you get out of the shower, they also have pajamas that are so unbelievably soft. It's all about comfort and style of an expensive hotel, but it's your bedroom. It's your bathroom. And it's affordable.
Starting point is 00:24:12 All of Cozy Earth's betting products come with a 10-year warranty and 100-night sleep trial so you can send it back if you don't love it. But I'm telling you these. This is unbelievable and affordable because you can now get them at 40% off. Softest sheets, towels, pajamas, and so much more, cozyEarth.com slash Beck. CozyEarth.com slash Beck. So Tuesday, President Trump has a big speech to Congress. We're going to be covering it live on blazedtiv.com slash Glenn.
Starting point is 00:24:39 promo code is Glenn. Liz Wheeler next. You know, I just, I want to say this before we go to Liz Wheeler. Stu and I are talking about what happened yesterday off the air. And I know Cash Patel quite well. I vouch for him. I know Dan Bongino quite well. I vouch for him.
Starting point is 00:25:08 I've known him for years when he was the body man for Obama. I know Donald Trump quite well, and I vouch for him. The only player in this that I can't vouch for, and it's only because I don't personally know her, I've never had any interaction with her, is Pam Bondi. And that's the one piece that just doesn't feel right to me because of what she said on Fox the night before. It doesn't fit.
Starting point is 00:25:38 Now, Liz Wheeler was invited to the White House. I told you a little bit of the story, but I'm going to give her the floor because I want, Liz, you have the time that you need to tell this story, and I'm not going to interrupt you. But tell us exactly what happened, because you were there in the Oval Office yesterday. I was, and thank you for having me this morning, Glenn. You know, people are very mad about what happened yesterday, and honestly, I don't blame them for being mad. I am also very mad about what happened yesterday. because we all expected to get the dirt that we have ever gotten, the corruption of the government, the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:26:20 We were promised this. We expected this. And we didn't get it. Hang on just a second. Hang on just a second. I'm sorry, I have to interrupt. But you have another reason because you were at the White House, but you didn't know that's what you were asked to be there for.
Starting point is 00:26:36 So it looks like you're carrying water for the White House. when you were just there and they call you in and say, oh, here's the deal, correct? I feel like if it's nefarious, you've kind of been used. Well, let me get to that because I think when I tell the narrative story, it will make clear we weren't actually at the White House for that purpose. The Epstein Files is not why we were called in. We were called in to be given access to the most powerful people running our country.
Starting point is 00:27:06 We met with almost every cabinet secretary with the vice president, with the president himself with all of the staff. We were given access as new media figures to replace the legacy media who has lied to us and demeaned us for all of these years. They are no longer going to be rewarded for doing that. So we were given the access to these people.
Starting point is 00:27:24 But again, let me tell the narrative. I want to make sure that everyone knows what happened because people are angry and rightfully so because they felt like they were subject to a bait and switch, which was not the intention. I think on anyone's part, certainly not on my part. So we were invited to the White House,
Starting point is 00:27:43 and we were in meetings with all of these different cabinet officials. And Pam Bondi, the Attorney General, comes into the room with Cash Patel, the FBI director, and they talk to us about what they've been doing. They give us some glimpses of what's happening behind the scenes. And Pam Bondi then brings a stack of these white binders, these intimate white binders that say Epstein filed phase one on them. And when we saw these bindings, Of course, all of our jaws dropped, and we had the same assumption that this was going to be the juicy stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:12 This was what we've been waiting for. And almost immediately, Pam Boddy says, wait a second, this is not juicy. You're not going to find in these binders what you think you're going to find in these binders. Let me explain. And immediately, she holds up that letter. I posted that letter on my ex account. It was widely reported yesterday and says, this binder is filled with 200 pages of Epstein files that was given. to me by the FBI when I made the request upon the request of the president, because he was
Starting point is 00:28:42 fulfilling his promise, to declassify and release the Epstein file. I asked the FBI, give me the files. They brought me these 200 pages, put them on the desk, and assured me that this was all the files that they had. And Pam Bondi relates to us. She's like, it seemed weird. I smelled a rat because this is all the files. This is all we have. And she's like, and I repeatedly made requests to verify, Are you sure this is all the files? And I was assured that this was all the files. And she's like, you will find in this binder that it's a nothing burger, that we have most of this information already declassified and redacted.
Starting point is 00:29:16 I do believe there's a few things in there that hadn't. But it's nothing salacious. It's just a contact list of phone numbers. It's nothing. And flight logs and stuff we already have. And she said, the scandal is that last night, after it was clear that I was going to release these documents, I got contacted by a whistleblower from within the SDNY, which of course is part of the Department of Justice, part of the FBI.
Starting point is 00:29:38 And this whistleblower told me that the SDNY was hiding potentially thousands of more documents about Epstein because they did not want her to release it. Now, this, of course, if true, is the scandal of the century. Yes. That there are deep state agents swamp, swamp, in the FBI, in the SDNY, that are defying the president of the United States, defying the attorney general, defying the director of the FBI. That is breathtaking
Starting point is 00:30:08 in, I mean, I'm at a loss for words in how breathtaking this is to see the swamp. Now, you and I know, Glenn, everyone with us today knows that just because you cut off the head of the snake, just because you replace the top political appointees at an agency, it doesn't remove immediately all of those who would
Starting point is 00:30:27 wish to subvert the will of the president. That takes time. And so the fact that we have concrete evidence in the form of this tangible binder that they gave the to Pam Bondi and told her, this is it, this is a smoking gun. When it is a nothing burger, that is a huge story. The entire SDNY should be fired. This post should be absolutely raised. I agree. So put a pin in that for a second. That's what happened in the secure briefing room at the White House. We were then, we met with other, we went into the Oval Office. We talked to President
Starting point is 00:30:57 Trump. We talked to, we talked to Secretary of State Marco Rubio. We talked to HHS Secretary. K Jr. And then, of course, we weren't allowed to have our phones on us at all, during this time in the West Wing. They were in a secure box downstairs. We were told that, you know, we needed to leave this secure briefing room because the UK prime minister was coming and they were going to take us out the back of the White House and downstairs to get our phones. We were, of course, really excited because we had just gotten a coin from the president personally. And, you know, he was showing us the portraits in the Oval Office. I mean, it's just a real experience to, to visit this, this. central place of power and we were really honored to have been there as I think anyone would be. So we go out back, excited to get our phones because as soon as we get these phones, we're going to dive into these binders. We know that there's nothing really in them, but we have this letter, this huge story to break that previously would have been given to the legacy media, but it was given to us about the SDNY. But as we're going out the back door, we're rushed a little bit by White House staff. And I personally found this funny because I'm a history nerd.
Starting point is 00:32:05 We're told, hurry, hurry, the British are coming. The British are coming. Because we needed to be out of the way of the hallway for the UK prime minister. Now, being the political nerds that we are, we all thought that was really funny. Once the last time, someone shouted the British are coming in in the White House. But once we get outside, we see that there's a gaggle of press, essentially in the bushes to the side of the White House. And the looks on their faces so sour, so dower, so astonished to see us because it wasn't a publicly announced meeting per se. And they were kind of like, what the heck are you guys doing here? And so we were, again, giddy from having been in the Oval Office, having just come out of a meeting with RFK where he was telling us some remarkable things he's working on. And they were curious about what we were holding. Now, this is a very important part of the story. We had not been told up to that point that there was any sort of embargo on this information. It was our impression at that moment that within about two minutes, we would be able to break the story.
Starting point is 00:33:05 of the SDNY stonewalling Pam Bondi. And so when the media was so sour and bitter that we had gotten this binder, yes, we were kind of laughing at them. We were holding up the binders in defiance, saying, you know what? You've been relegated to the bushes because you lie and you smear
Starting point is 00:33:22 and you gaslight the American people. And we are the media now. And that was the background of that picture. Now, within about two minutes of that picture being taken, we were told, please don't report on the binder itself or the story about the SBNY until 3.30 in the afternoon because they didn't want the press conference between Donald Trump and the UK Prime Minister to be solely focused on the SDNY Epstein-Files story.
Starting point is 00:33:51 So all of a sudden, we are in this situation where the press has gotten photos of us with these binders that appear to be real Epstein files, and yet we knew that they were not. and we begged for the embargo to be lifted. The process of that embargo being lifted was frankly botched up. That should have been, I mean, it was an error on the, on the, on the part of the White House, not to allow us to go ahead and do that. We, of course, were being respectful of that embargo because we were just given a, an exclusive story.
Starting point is 00:34:21 But what happened then is pictures of us holding the binders were the only things that we were allowed to post at that moment, but we thought we'd be able within about five, minutes of those posts, just getting people's attention, to tell what the real story is. Right. And yet the embargo wasn't lifted. And so it created this situation. And I cannot even tell you how frantic I felt in this situation, Glenn, because it appears to be a bait and switch.
Starting point is 00:34:45 And my goodness, that's the last thing that was ever intended. I was frantic behind the scenes telling the White House, you have to let me tell this story. You have to let me release this. Do you know what this looks like publicly? but unfortunately it was at least over an hour before we were able to do that. And so in the interim, everyone in the country, understandably so, assumed that those binders were full of Epstein files and they felt like we were withholding information from them.
Starting point is 00:35:16 They felt like we were engaging in clickbait. They felt devastated and used when they found out there was nothing in it. And again, honestly, I'll be blunt. I totally understand why people are pissed off because I am too. about that. I am, I am too. I'm pissed off for you and also as a citizen of America. Yeah. Yeah. And I think, I think part of the thing that outrages me about this is like, okay, so basically it was a bad comms decision that led to a really significant story. I don't want to call it being overlooked, because when I posted on X last night or yesterday afternoon, I was on a plane, and said, here's the real story. I mean, as of right now, I think it's been viewed by 46 million people.
Starting point is 00:36:03 So, I mean, we know, I mean, these are our people on X and in the conservative media sphere and American people. They, they, there are people. They know us. We know them. We've been through everything together from COVID to January 6th to the vaccines to the assassination attempt. They know that we're seeking the truth. They know that we are that, and I don't even know why I'm using the word we. They know that I am an honest broker.
Starting point is 00:36:30 They know that I would never intentionally do this. And that's why I'm just telling this story, because the real story here is getting pushed to the side. The real story is the scandal of the SDNY. And that's the part that I actually want to focus on, because what happens from here on out is actually the important part. We have now identified that there are people trying to subvert the president from within the FBI. So what happens now? What does Cash Patel do? What does Pam Bondi do?
Starting point is 00:36:56 What does President Trump do? Are those Epstein files really there? Are we going to be given those Epstein files? What happens from this moment forward actually sets the course for the rest of the administration and signals administrative agencies whether they can defy the president and the attorney general and the FBI director and get away with it or not? This is open rebellion revolution. This is way beyond insubordination.
Starting point is 00:37:24 I'm going to talk about this here in a minute. But there's only one thing the president can do. And I expected Pam Bondi to do something this morning. She set a deadline of 8 a.m. Well, 8 a.m. Eastern time is long gone now. And I'm wondering, is she on a plane going to New York? Are they going to begin arresting or shutting that down? You cannot play footsies with people who are defying the president.
Starting point is 00:37:56 of the United States and also protecting those who have committed some of the most heinous crimes. You can't do it. Or you're going to lose control. My question to you is, I don't know Pam Bondi. I think I've met her a couple of times, but never, you know, I don't have a relationship with her at all. So I don't, I don't know her. The thing that bothers me is she was on Fox the night before saying that it was sitting on her desk. She was going to release it. It wasn't everything that you were looking for, but she had read it and you can't believe the grotesque things that have happened.
Starting point is 00:38:38 The way she... Did she say that? I didn't see that clip. A couple of people have mentioned that to me, forgive the interruption. Did she say the night before that there was... Get the whole clip. Let me get the, let's get the whole thing and play it because it is, I don't know if that's my memory or if that was something that.
Starting point is 00:38:54 that I read. I watched it in real time. And she did say it wasn't everything that you had hoped, but, and I don't remember what she said, you have the whole clip, play it. You said last week that you have the Epstein files on your desk is when can we see them and what's taking so long to release them? I do. Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick. 200 victims, 200. So we have, well over, over 200. 150, actually. So we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information. But other than that, I think tomorrow, you know, the personal information of victims, other than that, I think tomorrow, Jesse, breaking news right now, you're going to see some Epstein information being released by my office. What kind? Are we going to see who was on the flights? Are we going to see any evidence from what he recorded?
Starting point is 00:39:52 because he had all of his homes wired with recording devices. What you're going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information. But it's pretty sick what that man did. Yeah. So that doesn't make sense. I got to take a break. Liz, can we have you back on the show for some more conversation on this later on
Starting point is 00:40:16 the program? I've got to take a quick network break. Starting point is 00:40:42 So what do you do for your kids? Are you going to become a burden on them? Are they going to inherit nothing from you? listen, I want you to call Lear Capital because you want to leave them security. You want to have security in the rest of your life when you retire. That's going to be again Tuesday night. Don't miss it right here on blazedtiv.com slash Glenn. Biennue at board of Via Rai. Embarked and profite. Embarked and relaxe.
Starting point is 00:43:12 Cirote. Bookine. Oh, that also. And profite. Via Rai. The voice that we're going to tell you what I think is going on in Washington, what needs to be done in used terms. I have intentionally never used before in my broadcast career.
Starting point is 00:43:47 We'll address that next. This is Glenn Beck. Friday, I want to lay out a case for you, and it's a case that I have never made before. I do not, I've never used this language without couching it before. There's no couching this language. I'm making the case that I have never in my broadcast history, made. And it needs to be made. What we have seen brought to light just in the last five days compels this conversation. And it's not going to be an easy one, but it's one we must have.
Starting point is 00:45:30 Because if what we found out yesterday about the FBI is true, we live in a different America. And we'll go there next. First, in a situation. where you have to protect yourself or your family from somebody dangerous, your first thought probably is, I need a gun. That's right for a lot of cases, and it's part of why we have a Second Amendment. But when you shoot a gun and you kill somebody, your life has changed. You better make sure that lethal force was the only option. You should have a burn a launcher. It's a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home, but it'll teach somebody a very painful but non-lethal lesson. It's legal in all 50 states, no permits or background checks required, and can be used by all age groups over 18. The Burna launcher has powerful deterrence like tear gas and kinetic rounds with a 60-foot range, and one shot can incapacitate an attacker for up to 40 minutes.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Government agencies, law enforcement are using it all around the country. It's a great addition to your home's defense. It's a great addition to the gun. It gives you the extra options you might need. Burna, B-Y-R-N-A-com slash Glenn. Burna.com slash Glenn save 10%. B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn. I want to be very exact on what I am saying,
Starting point is 00:46:51 because what I'm about to say, I mean, and I am choosing the words carefully, because these are some of the most dangerous words or most powerful words in our country. We have been standing at a question, crossroads for a while now. And it's not crossroads of our choosing. It is the crossroads of necessity. In November, we made our first choice which road we wanted to travel. The people voted and the selection was made and the winner was pronounced by the electoral college and the popular vote.
Starting point is 00:47:32 And it was such a shock because this man was supposed to be Hitler. Every time, every time, tool was used against him, but he campaigned and told us exactly what he was going to do. He was going to stop the corruption, arrest the bad guys, secure our borders, get Elon Musk to follow the money and streamline the government. He was going to fire much of our government. Trump said he would also release those things that were withheld for reasons that seem to be only to protect the wealthy and powerful. Ebstein was part of that promise. That's what America, like it or not, left-wingers and the press, that's what America voted for, that agenda. And the president is executing it in an unbelievable fashion at hyper-speed. He is doing exactly
Starting point is 00:48:28 what he told us he would do. We asked, if anything, please, please, just create an administration that is not going to play the same game over and over. Tell us one thing, I'm on Team Average American, and then betray everything you told us you were going to do. And so far, he's given us the people and he's given us the action that he said he would. far too long we have let shadows just go. They've lengthened across our institutions that we've entrusted with our liberty. We've just seen them just start to go into darkness and we would ring the bell, but nobody would do anything about it. For far too long, we have whispered words like corruption and betrayal, and they have become more and more open.
Starting point is 00:49:25 but there are a few words that really, at least me, I haven't even whispered them, but the time for clarity for me arrived yesterday afternoon. It's been building for the last 20 years. It picked up steam with the Biden bribery scandals, the way it was all covered up and then excused. An old man, he was just confused. Too confused to stand trial, but not too confused. confused to have his finger on the button. The cover-up of that, which is now laughingly being exposed by Jake Tapper, the man who
Starting point is 00:50:03 insisted over and over. This isn't senility. It's just a stutter. Really? Was it? Today, we have to use new language. The word that I avoid like the plague because it is the only one mentioned, the only crime mentioned in the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:50:25 and it comes with the punishment, death is treason. And I use that word today not as a casual accusation. I understand the constitutional reality, but we cannot, we can no longer ignore that part of our constitution. So let me begin laying this case out with what the word treason means, because unlike many people on the left, I believe words matter, especially this one. Constitution Article 3, Section 3 defines treason plainly.
Starting point is 00:51:03 Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. Only crime mentioned specifically in the Constitution. That should show you this is a testament to its gravity. And to convict, according to the Constitution, it demands two witnesses to an overt act or a confession in open court. And the punishment is death at the discretion of the courts. History shows most times mercy has prevailed, but just as mercy is not a weakness, justice is not optional. treason is a word that you do not use lightly. It is a blade, the last one you pull out, and it is forged in the fire of betrayal. It is sharpened by the oaths that have now been broken, apparently, if this is true, what they say. It is an oath broken by those who swore to protect and defend the Republic and the Constitution against all enemies. and domestic.
Starting point is 00:52:26 So let me ask, let's take an inventory of what we've seen, just really a lot of this in the last week. Bureaucrats, unelected, unaccountable, funneling your hard-earned dollars, your tax dollars that you practically sweat blood over, you send it into Washington, and these unelected, unaccountable, bureaucrats have funneled them to radical revolutionary NGOs who are intentionally designing systems to destroy the fabric of America and freedoms, not just here, but all over the world. They are housing, let's just say, the threat of what happened on our border with your tax dollars spent on five-star hotels in New York City for those threats. they have come after Texas for busing these people to their beloved sanctuary cities claiming Texas has no right.
Starting point is 00:53:28 All the same time, they're lecturing us, Texas has no right. They have shipped people all over the country in the middle of the dark. And we find out this week that they allowed the TSA at airports to board people with no other ID other than an arrest warrant the FBI disobeying President Trump's order to turn over the names, the recordings, and the videos of one of the most vile crimes on our books, one that has gone in circles for years. They've withheld them, apparently. Do those records even exist? Don't tell me we don't have the tapes. Don't tell me we don't have the evidence. We mount. a case and threw somebody in jail who was who hung themselves with paper sheets.
Starting point is 00:54:31 And then on top of that, his partner literally in crime is still in prison. What? We, we, we condemn those people to those, that that, that was their life over flight logs and what was released yesterday? It's a lie. It exists. Or it did. Now, we also find out yesterday that members of our CIA and Intel organizations are threatening to sell or release state secrets if they're fired, if their power isn't preserved.
Starting point is 00:55:14 Well, okay, I don't know about you, but our nation's security is not a bargaining chip in their game of self-preservation. anyone who would even think about threatening our safety and our security and the secrets of our republic to preserve their little fiefdom are certainly the very definition of the word traitor. One who commits treason. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, they are now supposedly clear. the Epstein files. Evidence, hear me, evidence of the most unspeakable crimes against the innocent. Refusing now to release them to the Department of Justice, defying the Attorney General and defying the President of the United States. They have also siphoned billions, if not trillions of dollars through fraudulent schemes, the oaths to protect the Constitution disregarded like yesterday's
Starting point is 00:56:25 newspaper that you just wrap the fish in. When the duly elected leaders of this nation issue lawful constitutional orders, some now in the deep state are folding their arms and saying, nah, no, not only are we not going to obey those orders, you can't even fire us. or will release secrets. This is not the definition of insubordination. When it comes to the safety of our nation and upholding the laws, the highest laws of the land that is spelled out in the Constitution, it's not insubordination, it's not a policy disagreement.
Starting point is 00:57:12 It is rebellion against the very framework of our government. a framework they raised their hand to swear to protect and defend. If that's not treason, I don't know what is. Let's take and actually measure this against the standard. To levy war. What does that mean? Well, you can levy war. It doesn't necessarily mean cannons and barricades.
Starting point is 00:57:47 You can mean a war of soldiers. A war of defiance against the constitutional order. To give aid and comfort to enemies doesn't mean that you're you're cradling them in your arms and then sending them band-aids. I mean, I guess it could. It also doesn't mean you're arming a foreign foe. It can be shielding domestic criminals and predators. rapists, groomers, those who pray on our children. Remember what we're talking about here, because I want every Republican, independent, Democrat, anyone who was praying on our country or the world's children to go to jail.
Starting point is 00:58:39 They are now being protected under the guise of privilege or power. when you withhold evidence of heinous crimes like this, when you obstruct justice at the highest of levels, when you undermine the will of the people expressed through their constitutionally elected representatives, you're not just breaking the law, you are breaking the trust of a nation, you are eroding the foundations of the republic, you are an enemy to the Constitution of the United States. My friend, you are a traitor and you are committing treason. However, before we get to the death penalty, before I, well, let me just, let me, let me just take the death penalty because that is the, that is the sentence. If you are, if you are convicted of treason, the sentence is death.
Starting point is 00:59:43 Okay. I don't like the death penalty, generally speaking, because, I mean, I didn't create that life. I don't, I'm not comfortable with the, you know, power to destroy that life. Now, the catch for me has always been it's innocent life that we protect. All right, still. But if we're going to do the death penalty, which I agree with, I'm just uncomfortable with, and I think we all should be at least uncomfortable with it, It should be for the most heinous crimes. And one of the most heinous crimes I can think of is raping children, engaging in sex slavery. That rises to the death penalty. But if it is even possible to be worse than that, it would be protecting those who engage in that satanic right, especially when it is done to preserve your or their power or wealth. Death penalty. It's a heavy thing.
Starting point is 01:00:50 It is a final thing. But it is a tool of justice. And the Constitution and the courts hold that authority guided by evidence and reason, not emotion and vengeance. There are acts so egregious, so destructive to the soul of this nation. the founders saw fit to name them and set them apart. There are some betrayals that cut too deep to ignore that some enemies, foreign or domestic,
Starting point is 01:01:23 threaten the very survival of liberty, and they entrusted you and me the people to recognize them and name them. More in a minute. Stand by. Listen, I don't know if every bell, you know, when every bell ring, you know, an angel gets their wings. I sure they say it on TV, but can you believe everything you see on TV?
Starting point is 01:01:47 No. Here's what I do know. Every time your phone rings, when you've got Patriot Mobile, a cause you believe in gets more funding because that's how Patriot Mobile works. They're on the top three cell towers. They offer the same great coverage and service. I think their customer service is even better. For one thing, it's entirely based here in the U.S., and it's hard to beat that.
Starting point is 01:02:12 I have believed in Patriot Mobile now for years. I even got a cell phone. I don't like carrying a cell phone. I don't usually carry one. Somebody asked me, do you have a phone number? I don't know what it is, so no. But I got one because I want to support Patriot Mobile. I believe in these people.
Starting point is 01:02:31 They are America's only Christian conservative mobile phone company. And you can get a free month of service if you use the promo code Beck and sign up right now. 972 Patriot is their phone number. number, 972 Patriot. Make sure you use the promo code back. You'll get that free month of service. You're going to save money. You're going to be helping save the Republic as well. Patriotmobile.com slashback. Patriotmobile.com slashback. 972 Patriot. 10 seconds, station ID. Stu, I, let's take it from here. I've got much more to say before I rest my case. But let's just take it from here. Am I being clear?
Starting point is 01:03:24 I think so. I mean, I think, and you've been clear on this, but it's important to, I think, reemphasize it, that there's a lot of, if this is true, attached to everything you're saying, right? It all has to be proven in a court of law. We are not vigilantes. No. And, you know, there's a lot of questions about whether, there's so many questions as to what we even have. We don't even know what we have, right? We just have. We do know that they made a case that put two people in prison. That case was well made without any new information coming from the government. No, I know that. I mean, you go back and read the initial reports and they were extensive that the Miami Herald did. I mean, they have everything. Remember, he went into prison and came out of prison for these crimes. I know, I know, I know.
Starting point is 01:04:10 So there is a lot of information that we do have. I know. And none of that was in the entire case file they released yesterday. Like, yeah, like, I mean, just what was seemingly intended for that, right? what we're, I guess, looking for is to make sure that we understand the scope of it and who else was involved. There's plenty of information to put those people in prison. As you know, I mean, those people were put in prison with, I think, extensive information. The question is, was that information utilized in this case that also implicates others that we don't know about, right?
Starting point is 01:04:46 So, yes. And honestly, where are the videotapes? where are the recordings, where are the things that we have been told the government has, where are those things? And if they're being held in the Southern District of New York, the offices of the FBI, they were given until 8 a.m. Eastern to turn those things over. If there is not a raid on the Southern District of New York, FBI headquarters today by our own Justice Department, Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Something is wrong. I'm going to finish on what the punishment should be and make that final case next. This is Glenn Beck. International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is helping so many people in the Holy Land. Here's a great example. Did you know that it actually gets cold enough in Israel for parts of the winter that elderly people get hypothermia? The Fellowship is fighting this by delivering warm blankets and clothing and vouchers to help heat the elderly people's homes. They're reaching over 80,000 people just over the course of the winter.
Starting point is 01:05:54 Jews are our spiritual brothers and sisters, and they have notoriously been hated by the left and, quite honestly, enemies of God. And it doesn't mean that, you know, you have to agree with everything people do or whatever, but they, we are required to stand for Israel. It doesn't necessarily mean our government needs to arm them or fight their battles. We need to stand with the Jewish people. And to give them hope at a time like this of great uncertainty is a gift that you can give to bless Israel and our people by. Just go and make any contribution you can.
Starting point is 01:06:36 Support IFCJ.org. Get a blanket. Help send hope through a blanket. Support IFCJ.org 888-488-48-IFC. and go to blazedtv.com slash glen and subscribe to blaze tv use the promo code glen to save so i thank you so much for listening if you miss the first part of this hour make sure you get it to the podcast because i'm making a case on treason which i have never made before that i that i can remember yeah kind of a big deal you usually very much stay away from this sort of thing so yeah i mean i'm interested to see where this goes
Starting point is 01:07:23 so let me pick up on what we have seen because we have watched those in power twist the rule of law into a weapon against the innocent while shielding the guilty over and over and over again. The Biden laptop, innocent whistleblowers who just told the truth, destroyed by our FBI and DOJ, only to find out later that those whistleblowers were correct, that the FBI and DOJ had known those things were true for years. But it didn't matter to them. it protected their power.
Starting point is 01:08:00 We've seen medical professionals now, not just run what I believe is the largest medical experiment on at scale and a scale that Mangala would have never imagined and forced the twisted cures after creating the curse of COVID all in the name of their God money and power. But those same trusted medical professionals then committed treason, I believe, against the most sacred and the precious among us, our children. They began to butcher and mutilate children under the banner of progress. Prosecutors have targeted parents who dare protect their children, and bureaucrats amass wealth and influence by selling you out. Now, when it comes to
Starting point is 01:08:48 the Epstein files, the tapes, the documents, the proof of evil, locked away not to protect justice, but to protect the powerful. That's not incompetence. That is not negligence. This is a calculated assault on everything that we hold dear. I have always said when you negotiate or when you are serious about something, never ever threaten. Make promises.
Starting point is 01:09:17 So this is a promise, not a threat. This is a certainty. Those in the deep state should understand. Things have changed. The American people are waking up and every day, more eyes are open. More voices will rise and join the voices of those who are awake. More hearts burn with the realization that this cannot stand. And this administration, this clear-eyed, resolute administration, is unlike anything I have,
Starting point is 01:09:50 and I think most people have seen in their lifetime, they will not. and must not play the games of the past. They will not and cannot negotiate with those who barter our future for their own gain. They will and must not look away from the crimes of people, the powerful people that are protected by a corrupt division or agents of the FBI. They will and they must end the game that this country has been playing, for the powerful and the elites, not on some levels,
Starting point is 01:10:30 but on every single level. It must come to an end. So, I believe, based on, well, if I were president, based on what we've seen with the FBI, just on this, let alone all the other things we've seen just in the last week, that today, because there was an 8 a.m. deadline,
Starting point is 01:10:54 or perhaps this weekend, you should see the first steps, the arrest at the highest echelons of the FBI and DOJ, not out of spite, but out of duty. These people should be perp-walked if this is true. Handcuffs on those who think that they are untouchable, not as vengeance, but as justice. The rule of law and the law,
Starting point is 01:11:24 the Constitution demands it. The Constitution itself requires it. And I think we, the people, deserve it. And if it doesn't happen when our FBI is in open rebellion, then come next week, we need to demand why? Why isn't this happening? If they're in open rebellion, why haven't you shut that office down? and listen, if you are one of those people who have chosen the path of defiance, hear my promise to you clearly. You continue down this road at your own peril. Times have changed.
Starting point is 01:12:11 You are not the rulers of this country. You are its servants. The country doesn't belong to you. It belongs to us. of us, both Republican, Democrat, and yes, even though smart enough to lead the way away from those two impostors and become independent, beholden only to the truth and to the Constitution and her people. This people, we the people, the first in human history, created a constitution that you
Starting point is 01:12:44 swore to uphold, not to subvert. You've mistaken your positions for power. your influence for invincibility. But the tide has turned. The American spirit, no matter what you did to it, battered, beat it up. It's not unbroken. In fact, it is rising to meet you.
Starting point is 01:13:13 And this time, because it knows exactly the evil it's dealing with, especially if you are covering the crimes of sex with minors, We understand that is evil. This administration, backed by the will of the majority of those who voted, will not flinch. You think Donald Trump's going to flinch? You think Donald Trump's afraid of you? Donald Trump will act legally, constitutionally, but decisively to restore what you seek to dismantle. Imagine this.
Starting point is 01:13:53 Evidence goes missing all of a sudden. Tapes vanish. Files are shredded. What happens? What happens? Do you think this president does nothing? If that happens, this president has every right and in fact the duty to demand accountability and then put those people up for trial. But I believe, for the first time in my life, I believe that trial should be a trial of treason. If it is proven that you aided and abetted the worst of humanity, that you shielded those who prayed on the defenseless, betrayed your oath for either your personal gain or for someone else's elite privileges, then treason isn't just a word, treason is a charge.
Starting point is 01:14:43 And the courts, not the mobs, not the machines, will weigh the evidence. two witnesses, an overt act, that's the bar. Cross it and the consequences are yours and yours alone. No one should interpret anything I've said as trying to create fear. Mm-mm. I've been very careful on what I've said because this is about clarity. Evil must be stopped. and you don't stop it with chaos or mobs.
Starting point is 01:15:22 You stop it with constitutional order. You don't do it with vigilantes. You do it with the law. The Bill of Rights, the constitutions, the principles of liberty. They're not suggestions. They're the bedrock of our nation. And for those people who wage private wars, split off from the chain of command,
Starting point is 01:15:47 think that your little office in New York can get away with defying the president, the DOJ, and the head office of the FBI, you are mistaken. You can't defy the president and attorney general. And if you do, you have made yourself a domestic enemy of that constitutional order. To those who understand their oaths, soldiers, lawmen, citizens, our duty is clear. act within the law, uphold the Constitution, and let justice flow like a river. If it's an unlawful, unconstitutional order in America, you are encouraged.
Starting point is 01:16:34 In fact, you are charged with the duty to stand against it. But hiding or, God forbid, destroying evidence of crimes this heinous is not just unconstitutional. It is a crime against nature and nature's God. the safety of our children is not your bargaining chip where the rule of law isn't a privilege for the connected where the government answers to the people not the other way around that was an idea that was an experiment that was a dream
Starting point is 01:17:08 it's not a dream it's reality and we're never there perfectly but the more awake we become the better we get to the statist, to the revolutionaries, to the criminals who have forgotten their place, you will feel the full weight of your actions because this administration is not about social justice. This administration is about equal justice. And it's not because we seek your destruction or because we disagree with you politically. It's because we demand our country's survival. You had your turn. You had your time to run the country as if it were yours,
Starting point is 01:17:59 but it never was yours. It is ours to protect and ours to reclaim. So here's the promise that I think the president has already made, but I'm hoping that we're going to see it in action in very bold ways here in the next few days. This ends now. The game is over. The American people guided by a resolute administration will constitutionally see justice done, not with malice, with resolve, not with excess, but with precision. If arrests come, if charges follow. If treason is named, it's not going to be a spectacle.
Starting point is 01:18:47 It is going to be a reckoning. A reminder that liberty isn't free. Oaths are not optional. That betrayal has a price. For those of you who are thinking about, oh, you know what, I'm going to stand, just know this. You should turn back now or face what's coming. The choice is yours. The outcome is inevitable.
Starting point is 01:19:17 This ship will right itself. We will protect our children. We will restore the republic. And we're going to do it together, both Republicans, independents, and Democrats. We will do it constitutionally. We will do it legally. But we will do it unflinchingly. The dawn has come. It is a new day for America. those who oppose the Constitution or violate their oath, your day is coming soon. All right, listen, life is too short to spend every day feeling exhausted.
Starting point is 01:20:03 I don't know about you. I'm exhausted just after the last hour. You've got goals to achieve, worlds to conquer, but you can't do that if you're not getting good sleep at night. So whether you're one of those people who can never sleep or somebody like me who has sometimes, Oh, this week I've had a horrible time sleeping. I've had to take Z Factor every night. The answer is the same.

Well, after all that, I think it's only fair that I share with you. One of the letters that Elon received from, you know, some members of the government who said,
Starting point is 01:21:40 hey, I can tell you five things that I did this week. Oh, nice. Dear Elon, first of all, I cracked a genius scheme to funnel taxpayer cash to North Korea. The pitch I used was humanitarian aid for the poor souls living under an oppressive regime that denies global warming. the funds loop through my cousin's startup, which turns out chopsticks made from recycled paper straws. Yeah, the chopsticks won't hold even noodles either just like the straws, but really, who cares?
Starting point is 01:22:11 It's a progressive cause. And the people don't really eat anyway. So North Korea gets eco-friendly utensils. My cousin gets a payday, and I'm morally superior. Also, you know, the second thing I worked on was, I green lit a new renewable energy project to harness unicorn farts. We're installing fart capture stations in all of the enchanted forest across the country. I know it's visionary, but clean energy from mythical creatures.
Starting point is 01:22:45 I mean, it's really following the green instructions from the last administration. No unicorns yet, but we do have a $10 million feasibility study funded. So it's basically a done deal. Big oil is shaking in their boots. Finally, I mandated sensitivity training for all of the staff at the Pentagon on extraterrestrial pronouns. We can assume that aliens won't use he or she, but that makes us real bigots for assuming anything. But we just think he or she is so earth chauvinist. With modules like Gender Fluid Galactics 101, we begun to prepare for,
Starting point is 01:23:25 for first contact, misgender and alien invader. Boom. Intergalactic war. So we're just trying to keep the peace here. I mean, I don't know that's only three things I did this week, but I mean, compared to some other people. I mean, that really counts as five, right? Elon? Right.
Starting point is 01:23:44 Right. More in just a second. We're going and going to take a deeper look into what? It has the Southern District of New York FBI, what have they been doing? What have they been involved with? Would you be surprised to know that they are the people that are investigating
Starting point is 01:24:09 the assassination attempt of our president? This is Glenn Beck. When you were little, you had been braced in court of recre, always in trying to negotiate, exchanging these cards of hockey, these bonhomes, even de collations.
Starting point is 01:24:25 You know that each thing has a value. well, before to have counted. And, and the things have been in not really changed.
Starting point is 01:24:31 Negoti TITT D. You can't to renewing with your instinct of negotiation. With
Starting point is 01:24:36 without operation gratuit, no amount of minimum and no free monthly, you're made for negotiating.
Starting point is 01:24:42 And the Apply Negotiate T-D is made to you need to now.
Starting point is 01:24:47 America, welcome to the Glennbeck program. I'm really glad that you're here.
Starting point is 01:25:47 What is happening with the administration, the DOJ, the FBI, and the Southern District of New York, the office of the FBI. We were told yesterday by Pam Bondi and others that that office of the FBI is in rebellion,
Starting point is 01:26:10 and they are holding back documents that they have. They have no right to do that. And that deadline that she issued yesterday has come and gone. and I'm wondering and expecting that if all of these things are true, you're going to see the FBI shut down the New York FBI and start putting people in handcuffs and taking them away because they're in open rebellion. And that's the only way that it can be read.
Starting point is 01:26:46 You don't wait around until next week. However, this is such a serious. issue. I would imagine the president has already addressed this with Pam yesterday because he is standing in front of the White House right now waiting for the car to come up of bring Zelensky. He's still working on Russian peace this week. There's so much to talk about. We're going to get into it and bringing Jason Buttrill in. He is our head researcher and foreign affairs guy watches all of our foreign affairs as well. He's going to be with us in just a second. First, let me tell you about tunnel to towers. You know, I want to tell you the story about
Starting point is 01:27:21 Christopher David Fitzgerald, the Temple University Police Department, that's in Philadelphia. And unfortunately, he was shot while attempting to arrest a robbery suspect. And this guy was shot and killed. He has five children and a wife that he left behind. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation heard about him, stepped in. And thanks to people just like you, maybe you, they were able to provide Christopher's surviving family members a mortgage-free home. nothing can bring him back to them, but removing their financial stress from their lives is helping in a huge, huge way. And as a dad myself, if I were Christopher, I was a cop and I knew that my kids were going to lose their home and would be struggling.
Starting point is 01:28:09 To know that you had my back would be unbelievable. And honestly, that's the way his family feels. And I'll bet you Christopher feels the same way. The foundation is doing so much good, but it needs your. your help, more than 95 cents of every dollar you donate goes to the Tunnel to Towers programs. So donate now. Would you donate $11 a month? It's t, the number two t.org. That's t2t. Dot org. Anxious to have now a conversation with Stubergear, our executive producer and also our head writer
Starting point is 01:28:44 of the television program, Jason Buttrell. What are you more excited for? Is it me or Jason? I think you know the answer to that question. So, Jason, what do you make of everything that has been happening? I think the word Game of Thrones comes to mind the most when I'm thinking about the FBI and the relationship with the DOJ and all this stuff coming out of New York. I remember about a month ago there was a Guardian article that was talking about, and this was before Cash-Fill was even, you know, confirmed.
Starting point is 01:29:14 Yeah. That the New York office specifically of the FBI was in an open, quote, battle with the Trump administration as far as some of these firing, some of these position moves, everything. But I was thinking, it's absolutely insane to me how the media and I think a lot of the progressive left see how the checks and balances work within this country. They see not a checks and balances system of, you know, Congress checking the executive, judicial. They see that the, and they believe the bureaucracy has full congressional duty and power
Starting point is 01:29:49 to check the executive branch of government. Yeah. Which sounds kind of chaotic to me because I think... No, it's absolutely unconstitutional and it is chaotic. But they're like fine with it. I know. They're like, oh, that's good. That's good.
Starting point is 01:30:03 Can you imagine if they were acting like this under Biden and the FBI was acting like this under him? Oh, my gosh. They would go out of their mind. Who do these people think they are? They're in rebellion. They're in revolution. And yet, they are. These guys are now in open rebellion if it's true.
Starting point is 01:30:21 So I asked Steve Friend, he's the FBI whistleblower, he was on with me yesterday, texted him during this whole debacle, what we found out yesterday, that apparently the Southern District of New York is holding back all of the evidence that the president has said to release on the Epstein files. And I said, do you buy into this? And he said, it's a quoting. It's a coup attempt. they are flexing on cash Patel because they think they have enough people in headquarters to control him.
Starting point is 01:30:57 Wow. That's incredible. What? Yeah. Is that how bad it's gotten at the FBI? Oh, I think so. Did they run their own, I mean, why even call it the FBI? Do they run their own agency now within these different little sub offices all over the country?
Starting point is 01:31:12 It's clear. If, I want to say this clearly, because what I charge, If this is true, I believe this is treason. Treason is the only thing in the Constitution, only crime mentioned in the Constitution, and it's defined, and it's also the punishment is the death penalty, and it's all in the Constitution. So I don't throw that around lightly, but for the first time in my history as a broadcaster, I am saying what is happening right now, if it is true, is treason.
Starting point is 01:31:54 And all of these people that are FBI agents or anybody else, they need to be arrested and tried for treason. And if it's, if it truly is treason, I'm for the death penalty. You cannot have a police force turn against itself in our federal government. Can't happen. Can't happen. You don't have a country. And this is only one case, right? This is being brought out. It's being brought into the open. This is one thing we know about. Can we talk for a second about the assassination attempt? Yes. Because I don't, you know, I read up in that last night because this is being investigated, surprise, surprise by the Southern District of New York, right? Right? So that I don't know. I don't know. I'm not sure about that. I know they're involved in that. And I'm not sure what to think. I don't think. we've gotten any of the answers. I don't think the right questions have been asked. And I'm not satisfied with that investigation. So what do we know about the FBI investigation of the assassin who tried to assassinate President Trump? Well, can we can we go back really quickly to the oversight project, Heritage's oversight project? So right after the assassination attempt,
Starting point is 01:33:10 they said, hey, look, we've gotten this system where we can do it from migrants where they were like tracking cell phone data. What they're doing is. tracking ad data, which is a whole other Glenn Beck chalkboard, I think. You know what? You know why they're doing that? You know why they're doing that? Because that's the private sector. It's, you're selling that data. Yeah. So it's, you, the government can just come in and say, oh, it's an open source. I just want that data. Yeah. That's a whole other conversation. I know it is. They're doing that through like games and stuff and apps. I know. I know. Guys, walk that down. Yeah. You schedule it. I got a chalkboard for you. So anyway, so they tracked this data and
Starting point is 01:33:44 they found that there were several phones were pinging at the assassin's house traveling around, but also pinging in a location where there was an FBI office nearby. Okay, it's actually, let's be really careful on that. It is in a building where the FBI has offices. So we don't know what floor he was on, don't know, but he went there several times in the same building where, in Washington, D.C., where there are FBI offices. But I haven't heard anything. I haven't even heard the answer to the question or even the question posed.
Starting point is 01:34:21 Why was he in that building? Right. What else is in that building? And why is this kid traveling like that? Correct. It makes no sense. So it automatically says, okay, maybe if there's other people that have not been named yet, there's other people involved here that we haven't been told about. So why?
Starting point is 01:34:35 Well, you come to the latest allegations now on the assassination attempt that there are private investigations. There's specifically one group that's been tasked with finding out what was involved, how many people could have been involved. And they have been personally escorted out of the county and taken to the state line so that they stop investigating. And they're like, what's going on here? They suspect fits. So again, the... Wait, say what happened again? I don't...
Starting point is 01:35:07 Say that again, please? This private investigation group is like six or seven individuals, one guy that's been... is very respected and very competent. They've been trying to figure out if more people are involved with this. They were in, is it Butler County? Yeah, Butler County. They were in Butler County, and they were investigating. They claim that they, while doing this investigation, were escorted away from where they were doing their investigation.
Starting point is 01:35:33 I assume around where the assassination happened or maybe the gas house or whatever, and they were taken to the county line. So now you're thinking. And told not to come back? And told to stop. Okay. So they're like, they didn't know who it was. They said either feds or maybe some kind of crazy private security. I don't think private security, you know, has the legal authority to take someone to the county line.
Starting point is 01:35:52 No, they don't. So again, the idea of the feds being involved here. And some of the quotes that they were talking about, they said, well. How sure of that are you? Going off of what they told the New York Post. Okay. So, yeah. Now, we've had other investigations, which have been talked about recently, some from Congress.
Starting point is 01:36:11 And they've talked about it. And there's this one guy specifically that said, look, I think that he acted alone. But, again, but we have been thwarted at almost every step by, guess which agency might have been thwarting them, Glenn? The FBI? The FBI. Every single one of these stories, that is right at the middle. See, you know, the FBI was at the center of so much during the last administration. You know, and they denied.
Starting point is 01:36:40 We're not after parents. We never said that they were terrorists. Yes, you did. You're just talking about the wrong email. You're talking about the second email. In the first email, you described them as parents being domestic terrorists. So stop with your BS. Everything that was happening in our country was being funneled through the FBI.
Starting point is 01:37:03 It was the enforcement arm. It was the one that either would put you in jail or, make your life so miserable that the punishment was the process. And it was run by, you know, such a corrupt group of people. The DOJ, my gosh, with Garland, I've never seen anything like that. You can't tell me that at the end of this last administration with all of the progress, because remember, it is, they're coming to storm the castle. That's the way they look at.
Starting point is 01:37:38 They're coming to storm the castle. and they are going to destroy everything we've done. You have got to stand strong. You can't tell me that they didn't weed out anybody who might stand up to Donald Trump or go along with Donald Trump. They had to have weeded those people out. But they also put loyal soldiers to the progressive cause in there. And if you're not going to do it in Washington, do it in New York. And they're in, if this is true, they are in open rebellion.
Starting point is 01:38:09 Have you ever seen, Stu, have you ever seen this ever? An agency, a law enforcement agency standing up against the other part of the law enforcement agency? I mean, no, if that's what's happening, no. I've, not like this. It's not like a FBI director has ever held compromising sexual information against a sitting president of the United States. Has that ever happened? Has that ever happened? This is what they do.
Starting point is 01:38:40 Not in the J. Edgar Hoover Building. This is what they do. Right. Their shrine is the Hoover Building, named after the monster that did these things. Is that the same as this? Why would we think it's changed? I'm thinking because it's two different agencies. There's a distinction there.
Starting point is 01:38:54 But maybe there's not. Maybe I'm... What do you mean there's two different agencies? Well, you're thinking of like, you know, the FBI and the DOJ. DOJ, FBI falls under the DOJ as the enforcement arm and the DOJ, FBI is the enforcement arm. The DOJ is the legal arm. That's kind of what I mean. Like, you're, they are, they have influence over. One has influence over the other. So typically, that's not the way it works. We're like, you know, and obviously the, as you point out, I guess I'm,
Starting point is 01:39:28 I'm making it too specific. But like the executive has, uh, as certainly has agency over the FBI. And we've seen those things happen in the past. So yes, historically, we've seen those types of things. But it is, I still seems notable to me. But see, I don't think that, because if we broke it down to a local level as opposed to a national level, yeah. Your attorney general is, um, you know, your lead prosecutor in your, in your city. And he doesn't have anything to do with the police. Police usually will argue back and forth. Come on, man. We've done all of this. And then the, uh, the prosecutor will say, yeah, well, you brought me evidence that's tainted or whatever, okay? So they don't necessarily control the police, but they work together.
Starting point is 01:40:15 I think the DOJ, under Biden and under Obama, became way too intertwined with one another. But that's not what we're talking about here. If this is truly happening what they said, what Pam Bondi said was happening, you don't have the two agencies going after each other. You have just the FBI going after the FBI. Yeah. I mean, there are territorial disputes, but this one does seem significant. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:46 So let me ask you this, Glenn. You mentioned three things earlier in the show that you thought could be the reason. No, we're not going to do a Rick Perry thing where you get halfway through it. I don't remember what I just said, like right at the beginning of the sentence. I remember two of them off the top of my head, which one of them was the FBI's withholding documents, like this, essentially, straight what we're hearing from the administration, from Bondi. That's true. Okay, that's one possibility.
Starting point is 01:41:10 Yeah. Another possibility, you mentioned kind of this 5D chess type of situation where the, this is kind of being used as an entry point to be able to kind of clear out that office. They realize that if they kind of point the blame on them and they are. But legitimately point the blame on them. Well, I think in that one, it could go either way, right? Could be legitimate or not legitimate. Yeah, I would only support it if it was legitimate.
Starting point is 01:41:36 I'm not asking if you support it. I'm just asking, trying to figure out which one's true. So in some way, they're putting the blame on that office specifically, kind of knowing what they were doing, getting into this. Yeah. And saying, let's point the focus there. And we can point the blame there and people will be upset about it. Because it's going to take, it is going to take all of the people with us to be able to crush the back of an out of control FBI. Right.
Starting point is 01:42:01 So we need the fuel to be able to. say this is some of the highest crimes with Epstein involving the powerful people which everybody knows that should upset all sides of political sides. But also it needs to be shut down. Yeah, because there are probably people in that office that were still involved in investigations on Trump, for example. If he goes in there and just clears those people out, people are going to say it's just politics he's punishing his enemies. But if there's, if there's Epstein and stuff, I think people be much more supportive. There was a third one. Do you remember it off the top of your head? You don't have to. I'm just curious if you remember it off the top of your head. Yeah. The third one is, and I don't believe this one at all, but the third option that should be considered is there are friends of the administration on that list and they don't, they said they were going to release it, but they're not going to because it's the same old same game. It's the same game that is played over and over again by all parties. I don't believe that one. I think that's the least likely. Okay. Back in just a second. If you finish your point. Let me first tell you about preborn.
Starting point is 01:43:05 Most precious thing we have in this world is the life of a newborn baby. That's something that you kind of know when you see it happening. You know, but you really understand this miracle when it's your child and you are holding your newborn. Sadly, so many moms for so many reasons choose not to experience that moment, but you would be amazed at some of the reasons why they choose abortion. It is like I can't afford another mouth to feed. I can't afford to buy additional clothing for the baby or whatever it is. It's amazing how small some of these things are. When you offer the mom, maternity clothes, doctor visits, help when they need choosing life for a full two years,
Starting point is 01:43:55 you'd be amazed at how many moms change the path. A single heartbeat can echo across generations. Sponsored by preborn pound 250 keyword baby. 10 seconds, station ID. So I have something I want to get to with these ideas and maybe throw a couple of other options in there. But let me first hit you with this. The idea that the 8 a.m. deadline was set for today. and we haven't heard anything.
Starting point is 01:44:43 It would, it would, though, be shocking for them to do something that dramatic while the president of the United States is meeting with Zelensky. No, but I would, I would have expected Pam Bondi to just respond at 8 a.m. Eastern. The deadline is up. We still have or have not received the documents from the Southern District of New York FBI. More to follow. That would be fair. Let me see if there's anything she's put out.
Starting point is 01:45:15 It is interesting, though, what they're setting up, they could potentially set up for Cash Patel because he is a breaker of chains, basically to keep with the Game of Thrones references. He is a disruptor. I really sure. I watched this now because I would have gotten these references, but I didn't.
Starting point is 01:45:30 Oh, Stu. Yeah. But you just need to know, winter is coming. Right. Winter, yeah. Well, that's what they're setting up. Because they've said, oh, but if you give him cause
Starting point is 01:45:39 to do the disruptive things he wants to do, right. They just gave the director of the FBI cause to start cleaning. That's why I said the third option to me is you are building cause and you are showing cause. So it is very clear what has to happen. And he's been eerily quiet. He noticed that? He was also quiet in the meeting apparently at the White House yesterday when they released all of this information. We're on to something. We'll see. We'll see. More in just a minute. This is Glenn Beck. If you are a dog owner, I'm sorry, I guess my headphones went out, thought all of a sudden, I'm not on.

Starting point is 01:47:56 It's Friday. Jason Buttrill, head of research, is in here. Stu Bergier, our executive producer with the radio program. And we've, I mean, I talked to all I was blue in the face today, outlining treason. Because I think if what is being told is happening in the Southern District of New York with the FBI, that is treason. And it should be treated as that constitutionally listened to that case.
Starting point is 01:48:23 You can hear it. If you missed it, just grab the podcast, wherever you get your podcast today. So we're talking about the options, the different options. We could explain this. That could explain what happened yesterday. Yeah. All right. So let's start.
Starting point is 01:48:38 The first one was the first through three were there, you know, Trump is just protecting friends on his list or someone in the Trump administration. Zero on that one. Then you've got the FBI is withholding documents. Essentially the Pam Bondi's story here is true. Okay. Like they're withholding documents. There is really crazy stuff out there, but the FBI is withholding it. That's why you don't have it.
Starting point is 01:49:00 Okay. Three would be your, I mean, this is maybe the most, you're speculative on this one. Yeah, yeah. That this is sort of a plan. A useful, no, a useful, what was it? Never let a tragedy or a crisis go to waste, right? This is a crisis that is useful. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:49:24 And they're saying what we're going to do with that information is use this as a way to clean out that office in a way we couldn't necessarily get away with if they weren't hiding Epstein documents. Just a blanket, you know, the FBI is withholding documents doesn't make sense with Cash Patel as the director. Because he's already seen, if we're going off of his statements, he's already seen it. He knows it and he has vowed to release it. So that's got to be knocked off. But if they hold it, they may have. moved his access to the information. They may have quartered it in New York. Yeah. And I think that kind of goes towards point three, right? Because if they know how New York's going to respond on this,
Starting point is 01:50:04 that firm office, they're just pushing them into the corner to react how they know they're going to react. Correct. Correct. All right. Let me give you a couple others. And these might be a little uncomfortable for our side. Okay. I'm putting that out there. But I think they should be considered here. All right. Okay. A combination of possibility number four. a combination of incompetence and a bunch of people in really high-profile roles who say a lot of things on podcasts and Fox News that sound good on podcasts and Fox News but don't necessarily have the actual backing of the facts. Okay.
Starting point is 01:50:38 So, first of all, incompetence, I have not seen this administration act incompetently. So it would be the first act of incompetence that I have seen, I think, of any note in the first, you know, what are we in, 40 days. There's bits and pieces, but I see what you're saying. Generally speaking. This is a major problem if that was true. However, on that, I don't know anybody in this administration that is part of this, that would be Cash Patel. uh jd vans uh
Starting point is 01:51:20 pan bondi president and pam bondi i the only one i can't vouch for that would write would uh write checks with their mouth you know what i mean this can't be cashed is uh is pam bondi only because i don't know her but like doesn't mean she's like that i just don't know her again i'm not saying i necessarily think this is the actual yeah the story but let me just push back on that gently uh cash pertell also said on day one he was going to close the FBI
Starting point is 01:51:47 office and turn it into a museum for the deep state. As far as I know, it is not occurred. That's a Donald Trump thing. And because you're saying it's a Donald Trump thing, I must also bring up that Donald Trump also says a lot of things. And he says things that sound great on podcasts. And sometimes they're negotiation tactics or whatever. But he often does that.
Starting point is 01:52:05 There's a lot of over-promising from some of the people he's put in these positions. That is, I think, inarguable. That would lead me to believe it's option three. That there is the- That there is a method behind the madness. When Donald Trump says those crazy things, usually because it's negotiating or positioning something that we don't understand. And that's what number three is.
Starting point is 01:52:29 This is a well-executed op that is made for people to think one thing, but it's actually setting up. It's like his negotiation for trade barriers. Yeah, that's possible, right? What's interesting, I think, and you point out the incompetence, just to pause on that for a second. With the exception of number three, which to remind people is this sort of idea, using this as a precursor to go into the deep state in this particular area. A useful crisis. Yes.
Starting point is 01:53:01 Every other option has to have incompetence included in it because of the way they sold it. She was on TV the night before saying it was going to be this dramatic thing. And then the next day, she said, they didn't send me the documents. That's a terrible way to talk about that publicly. At the very least, it's bad messaging and bad press. And that is why I hesitate on any of this because, and I specifically say, I would think the weak link here would be Pam, A, because I don't know her. But B, I saw that live. I saw her say that live.
Starting point is 01:53:35 And it felt weird. I'm like, that's weird. Yeah. And she didn't seem all that comfortable saying it. She felt, to me, just looking at her, she didn't feel like, I know it's. exactly what's coming here. It just felt like it was a big promise. It was the opposite of what you've told me seven million times.
Starting point is 01:53:50 Never over promise and under deliver. Yes. He always under promise and over deliver. You never do what she just did. Right. Because it gets people pissed off. So again, I don't know that that's true, but I think that needs to be at least in the discussion here. Right.
Starting point is 01:54:02 Yeah. Well, I mean, but she immediately deflected, because they knew there was going to be outrage on this, because this is one of our main issues on the base is the Epstein Files. Yes. She immediately directed all that rage towards one specific point. New York. So there's only two reasons to do that. One, to deflect.
Starting point is 01:54:21 To deflect. Which would work with the one I just described. In companies. Two, to set off point three. Yes. And I think, true. I'm hoping, because I don't know Pam, but I'm giving her the benefit of the, I mean, she was the attorney general for Florida with with, for a while. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:54:38 With Ron DeSantis. I mean, he's not an idiot when it comes to law. He's not going to have an idiot attorney general. but I tend to think it's number three. Anyway, can I give you one more? I have one more here. Okay. What if?
Starting point is 01:54:55 What if? What if? Just throwing this out here. All right. What if it's the truth is that not every famous person we know has sex with children. I'm just throwing it out there as a possibility. What if the Jeffrey Epstein story is a wide-ranging, conspiracy of
Starting point is 01:55:15 Jeffrey Epstein, Jelaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, several others doing all sorts of terrible things, but maybe we kind of know all of it already. Maybe there isn't that much left for us to uncover and they're not, we're not going to find.
Starting point is 01:55:31 Not with 250 victims. I, well, I mean, not with the CIA director going to meet him twice. Not with a, I think, I think that's kind of a big thing as well. It's possible. So you don't think there's any, because we knew about, what, 70 victims or so just in the initial 2018 reporting.
Starting point is 01:55:52 So 250 is a high number, but it's not absolutely absurd that that's the number is. All we've heard is what he did. We have not necessarily heard what others have done. But we have heard a lot of that. Why haven't they been prosecuted that? Well, you know, for example, some people have been accused and they've withdrawn their accusations. Yeah, I know. Like, think about how central, again, to bring up someone, a friend of the program was on here often,
Starting point is 01:56:20 Alan Dershowitz was to this case. He was one of the guys who did all these things, according to the accusations. And then the girl, the woman now, who came out and said, you know, who accused him all this time, said, ah, maybe it wasn't him. Like, maybe a lot of these people that were tied into this had, you know, connections with him. But really, we don't have videos of them having sex with 14-year-olds. Maybe that's not the reality. I don't, you know what?
Starting point is 01:56:48 I find that more implausible, and this is saying something, because this is one that really just bothers me like crazy. I find that more implausible than we just didn't go to the moon. Wow. I mean, I think we just didn't go to the moon is more likely than. that one. Wait a minute. Come on. We have a ton of people are known.
Starting point is 01:57:18 We know with incredible line by line detail of what this man did in multiple different areas, right? Like, we know a lot about this case. And the fact that we have not uncovered that Bill Gates did it, you know, might- There is anyone that went to jail other than those two? I mean, I'd have to go back and look. I don't think there's been many. There's been not a lot of high profile people, but that's what I'm saying. Like maybe, look, maybe just maybe.
Starting point is 01:57:47 Just maybe, Jayz. I know this is, like I, and this is by the way, the best option for all of us, I will point out. It is. It is. And it is. I did when you said it, I thought immediately moon landing. And then and then I thought to myself, wow, am I that jaded that I, I, I, dismiss the happy option as no way.
Starting point is 01:58:13 Okay, well, hold on. Let me finish my point real quick. Real quick. Maybe it's possible that, you know, wanting to, the desire to have sex with underage children is a little bit more rare than we believed. And that would be great information. Maybe not every rich and powerful person is doing this. And I know there's a lot invested in that theory.
Starting point is 01:58:34 But to just go off on this for just a second. you, we have had multiple politicians. Multiple size. By the way, as we've been told and talked about when many of our people believe that Donald Trump, the ultimate truth teller on this stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right? And he's been president twice through this period
Starting point is 01:59:02 and every time we're promised it, they can't come up with it. So it could be that there's some mass conspiracy hiding it, Or maybe, just maybe, it's not there in the way that we believe it is. Maybe, just maybe, it's a little bit less sexy, and that's a weird word to use there, salacious, I suppose, than... That would be great. It would be.
Starting point is 01:59:23 It would be great. But it's a moon landing. Yeah. So, yeah, I think it should be discussed. I'm not saying it's necessarily... Let's, you know what? Let's just get onto the moon landing set and we can talk about it. I've seen that being floated around a lot, and especially yesterday on that.
Starting point is 01:59:38 I spent years doing intelligence, actual intelligence operations. I'm going to go full-on conspiracy here. I've seen how misinformation and disinformation works. I was warning people that once information started coming out, listing random names, like, oh my God, let's tie every single name to Epstein. That was a big up, in my opinion. The fact that, like, I'm just going to, this is, she was not involved, but just the fact that like, they're like, oh, look, Rihanna was at a party.
Starting point is 02:00:06 She's on the list. Well, no, she's not. I mean, she could be eventually, I don't know, but she's not on the list. More like he was victim of it pending anything else. Just because she was there, you know, or some random person was there. Just because you're invited there, just because you flew on his plane does not mean that you were part of that. However, the way he made that kind of into his bread and butter leads me to believe there are many more people involved. Well, so it might be, that's a big distraction.
Starting point is 02:00:36 That is to blow it up to make it look like it's this vast right-wing conspiracy and hide the fact of what was really going on. What was really going on? I don't know. But we know that members of the world of family were involved. We know, I'm going to say this again, that the CIA director, at least twice, when to meet with Jeffrey Epstein. He does not do that on some random dude that they've discharged for a crime that didn't exist. Why would the CIA director meet with Jeffrey Epstein?
Starting point is 02:01:03 I don't know. I mean, I mean, I... That doesn't happen. Yeah, I would agree. But, I mean, it could be very well that they're looking at something, right? And there could be more. Like, let's say, I mean, Prince Andrew would be a pretty big thing for them to go look at. And we know, at least allegedly, he denies this, that he was involved in some of this stuff.
Starting point is 02:01:21 Right. So, but, and there could be five other names, ten other names. There could be Saudi Arabian kings. Right, right, right. Who knows? I'm just saying, like, maybe it's not where we, where the biggest version of this. I think that would be great. Here's what the only thing that I think we can walk away and say we know to be true
Starting point is 02:01:41 You're a jerk I know what's coming You're gonna say I was involved in the list I'm not even gonna let you get away with it It's on the list all right We see what's going on Stu That's what you get for working with each other for 30 years All right It was a free flight and a private plane
