Starting point is 00:04:23 For the Hall of Fame, this incredible broadcaster is ready for yet another super, super, just really good. Any other superlatives that a better broadcaster could come up with a program for Friday. Welcome to the program, Mr. Pat Gray and also Stu Bergier. It's Friday. Yes. It's just an honor to be, you know, among such greatness. It really is. It really is.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Wait, what do you? Not greatness, but nominated greatness. Yeah, well, it's an honor just to be nominated. I don't know if you know that. Yeah. It was the first time. The second time, it's starting to get a little irritating. You know, now it's like, okay, you're going to, I'm not going to win again.
Starting point is 00:05:12 So, I mean, they're just doing it to torture me at this point. By the way, is today the last day you could vote? No. For the Radio Hall of Fame? No, August 9th. Yeah. August 9th. Okay, when do they announce the winner?
Starting point is 00:05:26 When are they going to be letting either John and Ken or the NPR person know? I don't know. I don't know on that one. But I will say this, when I went to RadioVote.com and I was looking at the nominees and I saw the NPR show down there. I was tempted just for fun. See? See, this is what's going to happen. But I didn't.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Yeah, this is what's going to happen. This is what's going to happen. I know this audience. They think this is going to be funny if I lose a second time. It's not funny. It's not funny. It should be clear, though, it will be funny if it happens. I mean, it's going to be hilarious if it happens.
Starting point is 00:06:08 I'm not saying it's a good reason to do it, but it will be very funny. They set a limit that you can only be nominated five times. And I think they put that in there because they know I'm just going to, they're just going to keep nominating me. ah, you tried five times so. Darn it, Clinton. All right. Anyway, enough of that nonsense. Let's talk about Bill Clinton here.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Doesn't look good for Bill Clinton on this Jeffrey Epstein thing. Yes, you're right on that. Very rarely, when someone who's been named and basically confirmed to be trafficking, young, underaged girls all over the world when you're at this island on the plane multiple times and you have one of the accusers
Starting point is 00:07:02 who's just, I guess, randomly saying that you were there with two young girls from New York. I doubt she described Hillary that way, so I think it's probably not her. Yeah. Yeah, some two young girls from New York She's, she's, this Virginia, is it, Gaffir? Joufrey, I think.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Jafre said that, well, that's the French in you coming out. And I've also watched 14 Jeffrey Epstein documentary, so I've heard the name pronounced. You know, I watched the first one. It's so disturbing and so dark. It is so disturbing and dark. You know, still, it's funny because I've heard listen to podcasts about it and, you know, the Netflix one was, I think the one you're referring to. There's been a bunch of them. Really, one of the best things, if you actually really want to read about how twisted this guy was and all the stuff he tried to pull off, is that initial Miami Herald story about it.
Starting point is 00:07:59 It's probably the best one still. There is so much detail about all the stuff that this guy tried to do. And I don't mean as far as, like, you know, sexual detail, which is obviously disgusting. But just like the, just the balls of this guy to say, I'm going to continually recruit high school. girls from the surrounding communities that were just like, I mean, you know, there is a known thing about high school girls that they tend to talk and gossip a lot, right? Like, that's like every movie that you've ever seen about high school is, and you're expecting to basically bring in dozens and dozens and dozens of these girls and expect no one to talk. The only explanation can
Starting point is 00:08:39 be that he was so confident that he would never get in trouble for this because of all of this other stuff he had going on that he just didn't care. Plus, he didn't think there was anything wrong with it. Yeah, he was definitely a defender of the overall philosophy. He thought it was fine. Yeah, he did. He used to, he talked about the fact that, well, in the 1800s, this was very common. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:02 That you would be with the younger girl. Yeah, well, it's not the 1800s of me. Right. So is slavery. I know, Jeffrey. So was slavery. And that relates to the story relatively well, unfortunately. It does.
Starting point is 00:09:15 It really does. It does. It does. So the other one that is, I'm, you know, he's been on the show. He has denied it several times. He is very outspoken on it is a professor. What's his face? Dershowitz. Dershowitz. He's been on the show a couple of times to answer this. And he is very, very clear. I had nothing to do with this. Oh, he's adamant. I was never involved. Yeah. Oh, he's adamant. uh and uh it's not looking good for him either i mean it's not looking as bad as it does for bill clinton um but uh you know if you have if you have dershowitz you have clinton even if dershowitz is not involved let's just say he's your lawyer you have alan dershowitz is your lawyer you have bill clinton who you've got the goods on i mean he's going to help defend you i mean he also helps you know, hurt you and your credibility on this, but you've got him. You have other powerful people involved.
Starting point is 00:10:20 The FBI, these are all what was released yesterday were all notes from the FBI. The FBI knew all of this stuff. They knew all of this then. Why wouldn't you think you're going to get away with it? I mean, it's just you're involving, you know, there's, think of the Elliott Spitzer thing, right? Remember Elliot Spitzer with all of his shenanigans? back in the day. He went to
Starting point is 00:10:45 high-priced call girls, right? Whose business is to keep this type of arrangement secret. Right? And he was very powerful and but he went down a road well-traveled for this type of activity.
Starting point is 00:11:01 The idea that you could just go to random women, girls who live in trailer parks and just essentially abduct them for a couple of hours and then release them back to their high schools so they can recruit more of their friends is something so much different, right? Like, it's so over the line and crazy that he would think he would get away with it.
Starting point is 00:11:26 And he did for a long time. A long time. Amazing. Yeah. Which leads one to believe that he had some sort of connection. He that, you know, he was either working for the intelligence community or he had the good on so many people that he just thought, if I go down, we all go down. And I think that's reasonable. I think that's reasonable for him to think that. It does seem more and more as you look at these details.
Starting point is 00:11:55 That was certainly at least his belief. I mean, it does seem, I mean, even in the documents, Joufrey says, you know, everyone owes me favors. That's the way he talks about, well, how can these people be here? Well, everyone owes me favors. We don't know, I mean, exactly what they were. She doesn't know either. told, which she would only be told in like some sort of spy movie where the villain gives away his entire plot right before you. Why would he tell the 16 year old? And let me tell, I'm going to tell the 16 year old this too. Whatever happens, do not let him cut the white wire because the white wire stops the bomb.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Right. All right. I got to go. I'm leaving this to you. You 12 year old girl, I'm leaving this to you. I'm flying away for some unexplained. reason right now. This is, I think, though, why there's so much resonance in the idea that he did not kill himself, right? It's just, oh yeah, it's so, there's so many layers to this and the
Starting point is 00:12:55 behavior was so brazen and the fact that he thought he could get away with it, or at least, and did for so long. And then even after getting caught, he was shielded by person after person after person. You know, the arrangement where his, you know, he goes to this little, a cushy sort of prison quote unquote where he had his own wing and he gets to leave prison whatever he wants uh or every single day and go to his office to work like this is not prison um he goes through that yeah when did when did prison start to have wings right he understood sell blocks but he's got his own wing it's in prison when did they when did they suddenly get fancy i they got fancy and he was spending money to make it fancy inside the prison buying things making the indifereer
Starting point is 00:13:42 But he went, he would go to his office every single day. A lot of the stuff he bought was from Wayfair, too, which is weird. Giant cabinets, really expensive cabinets. Yeah, $84,000 cabinet is just really strange. Name Cindy. But then the agreement that he signs not only says that, okay, he's been convicted of this, this is his punishment. Also, by the way, no one in the country can ever go after anyone who. might be a co-conspirator of his.
Starting point is 00:14:14 What the hell kind of arrangement is that? I've never heard of anything like that in my life. How can you possibly, what if you find out later on that someone else was the head of this whole operation that was a much bigger, you know, figure? The only reason, you're so naive, the only reason why you haven't heard of this any time in your life is because you've never lived in Russia. Yeah. This is exactly the kind of stuff that would happen in Bogota or, or, or, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:42 Russia. That's the way it works. And I'm telling you, the Clintons, I talked to a, I talked to a Haiti national the other day. And we were talking about, you know, Haiti and just how unbelievably corrupt it is. And he said, my country will never recover until the Clintons are gone. He's like, the Clintons are so corrupt. And they have used Haiti as a money laundering system for so. long and everybody's in on it. Everybody's in on it at the upper level. I mean, that's really, that's amazing. If that, if half of that is true, which if you bend to Haiti, oh, no, the Clinton Foundation, oh, they clean that thing up. A lot of the roads are still broken up from the earthquake. What happened all that money, Hillary? I mean, this is, this is so unbelievably. corrupt. And it goes to what Phil Haney told me. You remember Phil Haney, the guy who shot himself with a shotgun in the middle of the night on a lonely highway in California, you know, right before he was getting married and he had talked to his priests that, you know, a couple of hours
Starting point is 00:16:00 before and said, hey, listen, I've got some really important stuff I want to talk to you about tomorrow. Yeah, that guy who killed himself, he, he was a government informant, uh, or informing the press on the government. And he told me years ago that this stuff was happening at the highest levels. And he said that the Clintons were involved in the cover up. None of that stuff was ever provable because he told me that he had that thumb drive around his neck. well, that thumb drive, I have seen now. And that information is not, was not part of what was around his neck.
Starting point is 00:16:49 There was some important information on it, but nothing like that. I wonder if it was the same thumb drive or, I mean, why would Philippiney lie about something like that? It just doesn't make any sense. And it all kind of goes into that pizza gate, stupid conspiracy theory. there's something deeper here that, you know, maybe one of the reasons why we're losing our country. Because I have a feeling when you start digging, these people are so dirty and so corrupt that all of us would shake in horror after we saw it. All right, let me tell you about blinds.com. When it comes to window coverings, you can either shop like a champ or shop like a jump.
Starting point is 00:17:35 the guy who buys his blinds from some seedy dude wearing a trench coat in an alley somewhere. I mean, I just, hey, you need some blinds? I mean, who's buying them? Anyway, bottom line is your best experience is not going to be in the alley. It's going to be shopping for your window coverings online at blinds.com. I've used them several times. We just use them again to cover some windows at the ranch. And it's, I mean, they're really, really good at what they do. Starting point is 00:18:57 Who was traffic to who? We were just talking about Prince Andrew. Yeah. And Joufrey, as she's kind of outlined earlier, went to Europe and was trafficked to Prince Andrew. that it was the accusation for a long time. You know, it's one of these situations where I think most people at the beginning of this thought something was, something went on with Epstein, you know, but didn't know what. She had named all these big celebrities and everyone was like, you know, can this possibly be true? And over time, obviously these things have received much, much more credibility as we've gone on. I mean, I remember going back to the baseball steroid scandal and the first person who talked about it really was
Starting point is 00:19:41 Jose Konseco, who's a bit nuts. And I remember when he came out and said it, people were like, Jose Konseco, come on, this guy's just saying anything to get attention. And then all of a sudden, everything he said was true, right? Like, wait, wait a minute. This is all real. And the same thing seems to be happening here with Virginia Joufrey, who basically accused, I mean, dozens of very famous people of these things.
Starting point is 00:20:06 And, you know, more and more evidence seems to come down the line that a lot of it, at least, was true. I know Alan Dershowitz has been on this show and saying it is not true at all. He says he can back up that he was not even there on the days that she claims he was there. And he, you know, he has a, I mean, he's a defense attorney. He's got a very good outline of his defense. But taking him out of it, I mean, you look at all these other people. Prince Andrew looks terrible in this.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Oh, he looks really bad. It has not looked good at all. And so, you know, the Dershowitz thing, I think is odd because it's such a strange one. It's like, I always say this with the stuff on Clinton and the stuff. with Trump. Of, they were the president of the United States. Of course,
Starting point is 00:20:44 they've got dozens of accusations against them. It's almost impossible to sort through them. Because everybody knows they're the top of the world. And so everyone's made accusations against them. It's so common. When it comes to Alan Dershow, which, it's so out of the realm of normal.
Starting point is 00:20:58 Like this, just this random defense attorney? Why would he be on this list if he wasn't actually there? And obviously it shows we've learned that he, you know, did have ties with Epstein, you know, and worked with him at the very least.
Starting point is 00:21:10 least. Yeah, but it's, you know, it's one thing, you know, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, they have a reputation. Alan Dershowitz has been in the, at Harvard forever, and he's never had a complaint against him. He's never had any of this stuff. So it's so, it's so weird and out of the norm for him that it's, it's a little, you want to give him the benefit of the doubt. because you've never heard anything like it. With Bill Clinton, you're like, uh-huh. What a surprise. Yeah. Let's be very careful on how we define sex with that woman or that girl this time around.
Starting point is 00:21:55 You know, when you have a lot of smoke around a person, it's easier to see it. Alan Dershowitz, this is weird. It's just really weird. That's one way to put it. I'll say it is really weird. It's an understatement to say that. But yes, that's definitely true. Nearly two-thirds of voters say progressive activists will respond with violence if Trump wins election, re-election.
Starting point is 00:22:25 But only 38% of the same people say that conservatives will do that. What does that say? Also, Biden says, do we even know if this virus cure is going to be real if Trump? is behind it. Glenn Beck program. And the NBA still coming up. First, let me tell you about Simply Safe. Nothing worse than having your home security system that you can't afford and really
Starting point is 00:22:51 don't understand how to operate. You know, sit there in an off position while your house is being robbed. The best you can hope for, the first person to rob your house will be tech savvy. Maybe they'll help you set the system up so the next guy will get caught. I mean, hey, we live in 2020. Stranger Things could happen. Or you could just go to SimplySafe. SimpliSafe makes it easy and affordable to have the best home security on the market, state-of-the-art equipment, round-the-clock monitoring.
Starting point is 00:23:25 It makes Simply Safe the first name now in the business. And if you pair how simple it is to set up with the fact that you're going to pay 50 cents a day for monitoring, 50 cents a day. That's $15 a month. Make sure you let them know that I sent you, simply safebeck.com.
Starting point is 00:23:56 And you can vote for Glenn Beck. In the Radio Hall of Fame, it's RadioVote.com is a place to go. One vote per email address. It's RadioVote.com. This is the Glenn Beck program, and it is Friday. Okay, so you know the doctor we have. had on yesterday. Dr. Gold, she is, she's a emergency room physician, prestigious hospitals in Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:24:33 Well, we have an update from her coming up in a few minutes. She arrived back home yesterday in Los Angeles and was getting ready for work when the phone rang. Guess who doesn't have a job anymore? We have the story from her coming. coming up in just a few minutes. It's amazing. It's amazing what is what's happening. Meanwhile, the NBA set up these really cool schools and these, I hate to use the word,
Starting point is 00:25:07 camp in China. But ESBN has exposed them. And I guess, congratulations to ESPN for having a spine. They get money from China. and they ran the story anyway. But give me the update so I don't butcher it. Give me the update on this, Stu and Pat. Well, I mean, you kind of outlined it there.
Starting point is 00:25:34 Basically, the NBA was trying to reach its hands into the giant market, which is China, and develop players out of there so they could get lots and lots of money in the future. They created and planted these sort of camps. And camps is probably the right. term to use all around China to try to develop players. And the idea was an American sort of version of this, right? Where they were go,
Starting point is 00:25:58 they would be in school and they, the best athletes would have a chance to sort of grow into, you know, NBA style athletes. China just does this, right, with all their sports programs. They've got, they've got sports camps and they start kids as young as two or three years old and grow them up at these sports camps.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Well, the American coaches that were there are saying that they were the Chinese partners at these camps were physically abusive to the young player. Yeah, and it was so bad that they were reporting it up the chain because they were freaked out about it. I mean, it was, you know, again, Glenn, we should not judge other cultures. We were always told that American culture is not superior. But you know what? That seems we seem like we're pretty superior on that one.
Starting point is 00:26:42 And so they were getting physically abused and not being taught. They were not being taught. Right. Yeah, they're just doing sports and not actually doing. school at all, and they were completely apparently unsupervised after the practices were over and they were doing whatever they wanted to. Not a good situation at all. And something that basically the NBA is, oh, what? Huh?
Starting point is 00:27:02 They were what? Where? Interesting, too. One of the camps was right near the Uyghur, you know, million people in political prison sort of camp as well. No, camp camp, camp. They're camping too. They're camping too. Reeducation.
Starting point is 00:27:20 political camp this is a this is a a a NBA camp they sometimes maybe they would be you know be working together on projects like rocks you know or uh or you know or you know or executions but generally speaking it's just camp for both places so um the NBA where did where did ESPN the biggest wussy network on the planet, where did ESPN all of a sudden
Starting point is 00:27:52 get their their cahones to cover this? I'm glad you brought that up. I thought that was an interesting part of the story because obviously they have been terrible
Starting point is 00:28:02 on this sort of stuff. Horrible. However, apparently the reporter and his brother were just really interested in this. They started it after the Daryl Morey thing.
Starting point is 00:28:13 He's the Houston Rockets General Manager who tweeted, a while ago, you know, basically support Hong Kong and then got eviscerated by everybody in the league about it. He was just, you know, like thought that was crazy and decided to start looking into what was actually going on in China. And they uncovered it. And ESPN, to their credit, actually ran the story, didn't bury it. It's an important part of this because they keep talking about human rights because, you know, people like, you know, LeBron James, who make $50 million a year or so, oh, so oppressed.
Starting point is 00:28:43 where on the other side, you know, LeBron James is, you know, just letting these people in Hong Kong, they're left to their own devices as they fight off the Chinese communist government. Yeah, but they're all about freedom. But they're all about freedom.
Starting point is 00:28:55 All about freedom. And human rights, human rights and freedom big to these guys in the NBA. And they turn their back on what's going on in China every single time. They don't want to hear it. Well, nobody wants to because they're all making money, which is so grotesque is why I say,
Starting point is 00:29:13 You know, if you look at, you know, maybe we have some apocalypse talk. If you look at the apocalypse. What show do you think you're on? You mean I had to ask permission? This is what we do here, Glenn. I know, I know. So the, you know, in the scriptures it talks about the great horror of the earth. I think we're the great horror of the earth.
Starting point is 00:29:37 I think that's what we are. We have sold out everything we believe in. everything we stand for, everything we believe in, these corporations have just gone over. Our own government does it. Hey, we don't torture anybody. We're going to let them do it over there for us. We'll just drop them off at the airport.
Starting point is 00:29:56 Can you come pick him up and we don't want to know about the torture? We're just basically an Uber. But if he happens to talk, let us know. Yeah. Where does the torture Uber? That's all we are. I mean, we have just sold out all of our values. And I'm so sick of these corporations lecturing us
Starting point is 00:30:12 on what we're supposed to do. I want Bill Gates. You know, he's making everybody at Microsoft, you know, read all these books and have all these classes. How about your classes, Bill? Are you in any of those confessional classes? Because I think these CEOs and these heads of corporations, they're all making, you know,
Starting point is 00:30:32 $20, $30, $50 million a year or more. And they come in, they stroll in, and they're like, yeah, well, you know what? This darn company has been racist. long enough. And so I want all of you to sit down and listen to this guy we've hired. He's a complete radical nut job. But he's going to tell you on what you need to do to make sure that you are no longer racist because I've had enough of it. Now I'm I'm going to be jetting off to another exotic locale while you guys are doing it. But I want to see those confessions on my
Starting point is 00:31:10 desk on Monday morning. Yeah, I'm going to go on the Lillita Express to Pedophile Island, but you guys listen to the speaker about race. Exactly right. I want these companies to have their CEO on television saying what their crimes against humanity really were. And how come they, how come those CEOs that are making these decisions and these board of directors, how come they don't have to answer for anything? You were running the company. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:37 Why don't you have to answer for it? That's a fascinating part of it. I mean, if you watched the NBA game last night, which I know probably most people tried to avoid, it was nonstop. Every commercial break, every interview, Black Lives Matter on the court, constant. Now, I take nothing of value from these things,
Starting point is 00:31:54 and I don't go to the NBA athletes to care about anything that they're saying. I just don't care. And I can let it roll off my back. But like, it's so in your face, and they're so trying to make this into a big deal. And it's essentially they're get out of jail, free card, except it's not free. Right? Like, it's just one of those things where they're paying tons and tons of money to get
Starting point is 00:32:15 these people to come in and, and make probably a bunch of white people in their boardrooms to make up advertisements honoring Black Lives Matter, an organization they won't even admit has come out with a manifesto saying essentially their business would be illegal. Right. Like, I mean, they want a Marxist state. Right. That would not allow for a for profit NBA, right? They all know that. I assume, but maybe they've all been, you know, maybe that's been pushed down so far.
Starting point is 00:32:45 They haven't even read it. And of course, every single person that was involved in a game last night knelt during the national anthem. And of course, the NFL is completely, is completely bending over backwards to this, too. So we're not going to get any relief at all during the NFL season. They're stenciling Black Lives Matter messages in the end zone now. I can't take it. I can't take it. Can you imagine what could have happened?
Starting point is 00:33:09 If those who stood for the Constitution and the Tea Party, if we would have had one one hundredth of this kind of support. Oh my gosh. Can you imagine? It would have been life-changing for the country. If you would have had if in every end zone, you just would have had one amendment to the Constitution in every end zone. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:33:33 Can you imagine that? No. I can't. No, I can't. Balance a budget amendment. of being touted in the end zone. No, and that's not going to happen. Right.
Starting point is 00:33:42 The NFL's also going to do two national anthems. They're going to do the black national anthem. Yes. And then they're going to do the starslingled banner. Now, what would happen if they knelt during the black national anthem? Would that be okay? I don't know. Can I do that?
Starting point is 00:33:55 It's just a sign of respect. No. That narrative has gone up in flames when you watch the WNBA players walk out of the stadium as that was going on. I've learned something from Congress. this week. You rat bastard murdering SOB who's responsible for everything bad who should be executed. How dare you interrupt me? Show me some respect, man. Oh, the way they, they, go after these witnesses. Yes, that's a, that's a successful tactic. I love, by the way, I love by the way, too, that, you know, I don't know if you guys know this. What is MLB,
Starting point is 00:34:37 Major League Baseball, MLB backwards. BLM. Yeah. So that's their clever thing. They've just reversed it. And now the little baseball thing. That's adorable. BLM.
Starting point is 00:34:46 And I noticed, I realized after that happened, Glenn, this week, what's the name of the company we work for? Blaze Media, internally, it is often abbreviated as BLM. We're basically the entire movement. We have to have a free pass here because our abbreviation can be BLM. we can put it right up on the walls We what? It's a second letter in place.
Starting point is 00:35:12 Bole boys. We don't refer to it as BLM. We do all the time. Internal documents all the time abbreviate it that way. And I don't think you wanted to abbreviate it as BM because that's a different abbreviation. It's not when you want your company.
Starting point is 00:35:28 I would rather have us, I'd rather have us known as a bowel movement than a Marxist organization. I can see that. I could see that. Yes. By the way, congratulations to Charles Barkley, who says if people don't kneel,
Starting point is 00:35:47 they're not a bad person. What a crazy man he is. A crazy man. More on also more craziness. From California, the new tax hike. Oh, it's going to work out so well for you, California. No, it is.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Somewhere in America, within the sound of my voice, there's a man, honing the edge of a blade to the soothing soundtrack of a noise that it makes as it slides across the wetstone. Uh, nature's morning tune all around him. All his life, he only bought quality. His knife is a fine example.
Starting point is 00:36:23 When he's out on the range and he needs it in a pinch, it's the razor's edge. He knows. He, he sharpened himself. It's not going to fail him. It'll cut through rope like it was butter. His daddy always taught him that the shave test for the blade, that's the way to check it. Sure enough, a few hairs slide right off of his forearm.
Starting point is 00:36:43 He smiles. Cowboys only as good as the equipment he carries with him. He knows that. And this cowboy knows that something's been made with integrity. He knows even more when it hasn't been. It just screams integrity. He stands in a pair of Tocovus boots. Tachovus, that is quality.
Starting point is 00:37:03 200 handmade steps it takes to make them. and if they're made from the finest leathers, you know they're Tocovus. He likes the integrity from head to toe. Find your pair of Tocovus boots. Now at Tocovus.com slash Beck. That's TECO-V-A-S dot com slash Beck. Go there now.
Starting point is 00:37:25 Tocovus, Western Goods, for your frontier. And the winner is Glenn Beck. A minute. Who would nominate Glenn Beck to be in? inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame. Hello and welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Oh, yeah. I mean, this guy?
Starting point is 00:37:43 Oh, my God. It's trying to be a little more accessible to my peeps. Really? Glenn Beck? And in other news? Well, if you think Glenn Beck should be inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame, go to RadioVote.com. This guy's brilliant. You're listening to Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Oh, thank goodness. California is going to fix it. They have a new proposal to raise taxes on California millionaires, and it will result in a top tax rate of 54%. So you got that going for you. Yeah. Finally a fair share. Well, is it, though, is it really? They still get to keep 46% of their income.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Yeah, I don't think so. That's not fair. I don't think so. When they're serious, they'll get it up to about 80%. You know, if they can just get. 80% or 90. Or 90. You know?
Starting point is 00:38:48 Or more. Once they get that going, then I'll believe Californians are serious. Here's what I believe, Glenn. If the Lord can get by on 10%, then Californians certainly can too. Am I right? Am I right? Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:04 Who is this Lord? Tracy Lord? Who is this Lord you speak of? We're talking to California. Yeah, it was Jack Lord. By the way. From Hawaii, 5. There's a name I haven't thought of it a long time.
Starting point is 00:39:18 So Dr. Gold, who was on with us yesterday, she arrived home. She's going to be on with us in a few minutes and tell the story. But she arrived home back in Los Angeles and was getting ready to report to work at the emergency room in the hospital she was working at. And she got a phone call. And she's been let go because she was involved in an embarrassing video. And, uh, wow. So she's been canceled now. She knew it was coming. She's got an attorney. Um, and, uh, and she is an attorney as well. I wouldn't, I personally, I would not mess with her. But, uh, but good luck with that, California. I mean, this is, this is exactly what she said. Um, and
Starting point is 00:40:05 she warned about yesterday that you've got to stand up and exercise your free, free speech because they are, they are silencing everyone. And now she's been silenced as well. You gotta love that. There has to be a hospital administrator who would like a good doctor who is willing to, you know, stand up and have a spine and maybe say some things that are uncomfortable. I don't think so. Pat, pat, pat, pat, pat, pat, pat, pap, pat, before you go any further. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:36 You probably didn't know. She's Jewish, too, I think. Oh. Oh, wow. Yeah, so she's Jewish. I mean, I think. Her last name is gold and Jews like gold, I hear. So, you know, she had that going for her, you know, from the beginning anyway.
Starting point is 00:40:53 You can't have a Marxist regime with Jewish doctors running around. My gosh. That's true. I'm pretty sure Jewish people are one of the few groups you're allowed to openly hate at this point. It is. I guess that's a success. And Jews. And you know what?
Starting point is 00:41:09 That kind of talk, that kind of talk, five years from now, if nothing changes. that kind of talk will be acceptable. Where do we all turn when things fall apart? Well, if you're like me, you lean on things that stand the test of time, your closest friends, your family, or a cherished movie that re-inspires. The classics are made to last, and that's why we turn to them in good times and bad.
Starting point is 00:41:32 I have one of those beloved things in my life. It's my Tocovus Cowboy Boots. At Tocovus, they don't see themselves as just makers of quality boots and Western goods. They believe that a good pair of boots can change the way people feel about themselves. Now why is that? Why is it something that you put on your feet can change the way you feel inside? Because the boots are a manifestation of things at last, boots that can weather the storm and walk confidently to the other side. Cowboy boots are and have always been. For the frontiers ahead. Find your pair at Tocovis.com slash back and face the day comfortably and
Starting point is 00:42:06 confidently like the generations before. For generations to come, Tocovis, T-E-C-O-V-A-S-com, Back. Tocovis.com slash back. This is the Glenback program. Hello, America, and welcome to the Glenn Beck program. If you listen to yesterday's show or podcast, you heard Dr. Simone Gold on with us. She's the founder of America's frontline doctors. She is an ER physician.
Starting point is 00:42:33 She is a Stanford trained attorney as well. Well, she journeyed back from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles to go back to work at her hospital. Guess who found out they've been fired. She was fired by her hospital because she was involved in an embarrassing video. Oh my gosh, America. Wait until you hear the details and you must begin to stand up. Freedom of speech is gone in America. It is gone.
Starting point is 00:43:12 Wait until you hear in a half an hour, the story of a guy you've never heard of before. And he is your story soon if we don't all stand together. He's been fired from AT&T, and you won't believe why he lost his job. All that and more, we begin with Dr. Gold in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program. Yes, it's Friday. All right, take a deep breath. You managed to pull off safely off the side of the road.
Starting point is 00:43:49 You've turned the car off now. There's an awful lot of smoke coming from under the hood. And those little pieces of the engine that fell out on the road that you heard and you kind of looked into rearview mirror. Probably weren't spare parts. But now you're sitting there going, the warranty is expired, isn't it? Yep, yep. That's when your car falls apart when the warranty is expired. But Car Shield will help.

So up until five minutes ago, we had Dr. Simone Gold scheduled. I don't know what kind of pressure she has received. It may just be from her defense attorney now because she did hire a defense attorney. She hired Lynn, what's his face?
Starting point is 00:45:29 The guy who got all of the justice for the Covington kids, Nick Sandman, he is now representing her. She hired him about two days ago. But she got home last night after being on the air here and elsewhere. And she has been terminated from her job in the emergency room. She is an emergency room doctor. She is also a lawyer. She is a very brave woman who I want to give credit where credit is due. She was terrified to come out.
Starting point is 00:46:14 And she talked to a dear friend of mine and his wife, Mark Levine, and his wife, and he and Julie talked her in to standing up. They kept pointing out, you know, look at what's going on. And then she finally saw it. And, I mean, she had seen it, you know, all the way through. She knew that it was wrong, but she saw this isn't going to end well for medicine. This isn't going to end well for patients when your doctors are afraid to say anything. And that was her warning yesterday.
Starting point is 00:46:49 and the night before on my Wednesday night special, you need to watch that special. Those Wednesday night specials, even if you, God forbid, I hate to say this, even if you exchange this radio program for one episode a week, those episodes right now are the most important things I think we do. And it's the only place you're getting the full story. When you watch them episode after episode,
Starting point is 00:47:18 they build on each other and it is the exposing of what is really going on in this country and you need to watch it. The special this week was with this doctor. She did the last half of the special with me. You can watch that. It's on demand now. We don't dare put it up anywhere or it'll be another strike against us and they will, they've already so damaged our business with Twitter and Facebook and YouTube, you know, just always banning us for one reason or another. Many times, in fact, I think every time we fight it and we win, but the damage is already done. So we're just not playing that game anymore. Blaze TV is asking you now to become a subscriber. I'm asking you to become a subscriber.
Starting point is 00:48:15 If you use the promo code back, you'll get $20 off the promo code. If you use the promo code, I'm sorry, this time of unmasked, unmasked. Subscribe now this week. It will probably be over this week. So you can get that 20% discount on your year-long subscription at blazTV.com. We need you now more than ever. By the way, talk to Greg Gutfeld from Fox News last night. It was a fascinating conversation.
Starting point is 00:48:45 conversation really fun and funny he's really funny and we talked about everything that is coming out for blaze subscribers as soon as this radio show is over today and then at 3 p.m. you'll be able to find it on youtube that's 3 p.m. tomorrow eastern time and you'll be able to find it on youtube or wherever you get our podcast but blaze subscribers will be able to watch it as of noon eastern time today please join us now i want to continue our conversation about the simone gold here is this doctor she is she graduated from the uh chicago medical school she attended stanford university law school she has her jurist doctorate degree she completed her residency for emergency medicine at stony brook university hospital in new york she's worked for the surgeon general in washington dc
Starting point is 00:49:43 she is she is volunteering her time she works at a hospital she is i mean i don't know how this woman does it she's extraordinarily bright i don't agree with everything that she says i because i don't know everything she says but she has a right as a doctor to speak out and may i go a step further you know we were talking about um the um doctor that was also a part of her group that has been pilloried in the in the media her name is dr stella emmanuel and when i first heard the story we talked about it on on air and i don't know why she was allowed to speak just because of p r however what a ridiculous thing for me to say that is a horrible thing for me to say do you remember when donald trump was branded a racist for saying that some places were asshole countries
Starting point is 00:50:40 well you know what that doesn't make him Hitler that makes him a a plain spoken guy because quite frankly a lot of these places are crap holes have you have you been to some of these countries they're awful and it's because of corruption and because of government being completely out of control and nothing you can trust exactly what's making this country a crap hole Oh my gosh, when he said that, he's a racist. He's Hitler. You can't say that. You have to use the word third world. That, I guess, makes everything okay. And don't say black. Say African American. Don't say Latino or Latina. It's Latinks. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. We're turning into the crap hole. Now imagine if he would have continued on and he would have said it's a crap hole and then ridiculed their religions from those countries. Can you imagine the fallout? And yes, there would have been fallout. Even though it is religion, it would have been fallout because it's Donald Trump. The same people engaging in the collective freak out over the words of asshole countries are all up in arms now that these doctors are speaking out in defense of hydroxychloroquine. Jeez, whoa, crime is against humanity. she supports hydroxychloroquine and now she also supports Donald Trump. I don't even know if she does.
Starting point is 00:52:18 I assume she does. So the Dr. Stella Emmanuel, she tweeted a video and she talked about the experiences with the drug on the front lines of coronaviruses. And then the journalist went into overdrive to destroy her reputation because she has another unforgivable sin. She believes things that I don't. don't believe in. She's a pastor. And they dug up videos of her sermons. Well, pretty soon the words
Starting point is 00:52:51 demon sperm, which she never said, were being used to prove this woman is crazy. Now, don't forget, she didn't actually say that. But her religious views do include the idea that demons have a role in health. Now, she said that from a pulpit. To be specific, she said having sex with demons in dreams causes certain ailments. Does that sound weird? Yep. Do I believe that? Nope. Is that something that was part of her culture growing up and training in Africa? Yes. Yes, it was. But do you see what they're doing? How can this doctor who is black? She got her medical degree in Africa. She has different religious views. Can she be trusted? She trust hydroxychloroquine. They're saying she comes from an asshole country with an asshole culture and asshole religious beliefs.
Starting point is 00:53:48 They're saying that a black female immigrant can't possibly know anything about science because her religion is crazy. Well, let me just say this. Having demon dreams and having sex with demons in your sleep. Okay, yeah, that's weird. That's weird. But so is a guy was nailed to a cross. He died, was resurrected. He lives today everywhere but nowhere.
Starting point is 00:54:17 Hello. Pick any random Christian doctor. Are they unqualified if they believe in the healing power of prayer now? Would a Muslim doctor be unfit for duty because he believes in gins? Let me ask you this. How about the Cuomo family? The doctor believes in star power and energy healing. I don't believe in that, but should this doctor be able to say it?
Starting point is 00:54:45 Should this doctor be able to keep their license? Yes. The Cuomo's actually pick their vacation spots based on their energy. One spot in Mexico that they frequent is picked due to its high vibrational qualities. Now, you can make the case that Cuomo's doctor is worse than the, uh, than, uh, than, Stella Emmanuel, because Stella Emmanuel, we don't know, we don't think, is using any of the demon seed stuff in her practice. She's using medicine. Cuomo's doctor is using the healing power of star power.
Starting point is 00:55:27 So you got that. And I don't mean star power like Hollywood. I mean like the gift of the stars. And you know what? She has a right to say it. And he has a right to believe it and go do it. I seriously want to know how far you're willing to let this go, America. There is an implication here that a doctor cannot believe in science and religion.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Forget about our religious and doctrinal beliefs. We all disagree on doctrine in some form or another. Take it from a Mormon. Everybody disagrees with us. To all the people that are attacking Dr. Emmanuel right now, take two seconds from the smear campaign and tell us when at any time her religion got in the way of science. Her science acumen apparently good enough to enable her to rise above her male competitors and succeed where they couldn't.
Starting point is 00:56:23 And I'm not talking about a place where things are equal like here in America. She did it in Africa where the deck is stacked against women. Her science savvy, again, good enough to become certified as a medical doctor, not only there, but then go through training and school here in America and become a medical doctor, a licensed doctor. Has she said crazy things that I don't agree with? You bet she has. Wow. But imagine going to a place that has never heard about Christ and telling them about the sacrament of communion, the Catholic sacrament of actually drinking the blood and body. Gee, that sounds like cannibalism.
Starting point is 00:57:08 Should we ban all Catholics from being doctors? You don't have to agree with Dr. Emanuel's religion. In fact, it's exactly why people trek to cross the Atlantic to form this nation. It had nothing to do with slavery. In many ways, it had everything to do to escape from slavery. Does her religion interfere with her science? Does it affect how she treats her patients? You know, like Cuomo's doctor.
Starting point is 00:57:40 I haven't seen a single hit piece in the media addressing this, probably because they don't have much to go on. You know, all they've got is a black female doctor, an immigrant from Africa with different religious views. A doctor that supports Donald Trump has found positive results with a drug that they seriously don't want to be successful for some reason or another. And I believe it goes way beyond just Donald Trump. This is insanity. Who do you think knows more about anti-malarial drugs? Cuomo's doctor or a woman from Africa or little nerdy journalist who are digging up opposition research from the safety of their own home. These are the same people that are telling us now that men can menstruate.
Starting point is 00:58:34 They can tell you babies are only human beings after birth. Wow. Wow, I've never seen a baby pop out and reveal itself as a doorknob or a desk lamp, but that's probably just me. These are the scientific experts. They cannot be trusted. Why don't they just say what they really mean? They hate Donald Trump. They hate Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:59:00 They hate Donald Trump. They hate anybody who likes Donald Trump. They hate the Constitution. They hate America. They're doing everything they can in their power. to destroy it and grab power for themselves. Oh, and this woman comes from an asshole country with an asshole culture and an asshole religion.
Starting point is 00:59:21 They're the party of compassion. Well, it's finally out in the open. Enough is enough. Back in a minute. You know, sometimes I just want to wake up early in the morning and just get on that treadmill and run, baby. I mean, run, forest, run. It's hard.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Maintaining a body like this with ice cream and run. rest. It's really hard. All the cool kids run. I don't. I don't. I don't. But if I did, one of the things I would complain about are my stupid Apple AirPods that heard in my ears and they pop out of my ears all the time. Let me tell you about Raycon's newest model. The everyday E25 earbuds. Best earbuds Raycon has put out yet. They have six hours of playtime, seamless Bluetooth tooth pairing, more base, more compact design, gives you a nice noise isolating fit. They're half the price, half the price of Apple earpods. And they are great.
Starting point is 01:00:25 They're great. I have grown up with earphones. I am an earphone snob. I'm losing my hearing. I've got to be able to hear things. I'm telling you the RACON earbuds are great. And you get 15% off your order. Remember, they're already 50% less.
Starting point is 01:00:43 15% off your order at buy raycon.com slash Beck. That's buy raycon.com slash Beck at 15% off Raycon Wireless Earbuds at Buyraycon.com slash Beck. 10 seconds, station ID. Believeable. This is the Glenn Beck program. I can't take it anymore. You're going to hear your story. This is going to be your story in the future.
Starting point is 01:01:21 If America doesn't start standing up against. this insanity of silencing people. Your story has already happened to a guy who worked for 16 years from AT&T. Just lost his job. You will not believe why he lost his job. And we reached out to AT&T. Oh, wait until you hear their response. He's going to be joining us, but listen to his story.
Starting point is 01:01:48 It's coming up next. And by the way, three Chicago cops were shot outside of a police station. during an arrest last night. A man was knifed at a Portland protest. He was stabbed for being a conservative journalist. But other than that, it's mainly peaceful. Other than that, you know, you can't use hydroxychloroquine because that's madness, but men can have a baby.
Starting point is 01:02:23 And a woman who just comes out who has a spectacular track record. She comes out. She's part of a video where a woman who has religious beliefs that are really radical, but she's only talking about science on the video and science that I disagree with. But it is a scientific position that she was taking. Because Dr. Gold is part of that video and that video was embarrassing, they fired her. This isn't a firing because they were embarrassed. This is a firing because they will tow the line.
Starting point is 01:03:05 They're trying to teach you every day. To the line or you will be destroyed. You must not tow the line. Back in just a second. Is the Glenn Beck program? Do not go over the cliff with the rest of humanity. Whenever I pass a sign that says for sale by owner, I always think one of two things.
Starting point is 01:03:33 Either these people don't know what they're about to get themselves into, or these people had a really bad experience with a real estate agent, and they don't want to get involved with that sort of thing again. Actually, a third thing, too. These people just think they can keep all the money, and a real estate agent's fee is not worth it. Wow, if you've had a bad experience, that's true. But when you get the right real estate agent,
Starting point is 01:03:56 they're worth every dime you pay them. This is where real estate agents, I trust, comes in. It is a free service to you. I started several years ago, and it pairs you with the phenomenal real estate agents who are going to work their butts off to get you into your next home, to get your home sold one or both, and get you there with a smile on your face and the most amount of money in your pocket. Real estate agents, I trust. The name says it all. It's a free service to you. Don't take my word for it or their word for it. Do your own homework. Just interview the person we're going to send your way when you sign up at real estate agents. I trust. dot com. Just tell us what you're looking for. We'll get you a phenomenal agent to interview. Real estate agents, I trust.com. And you can go to RadioVote.com to vote for Glenbeck into the Radio Hall of Fame.
Starting point is 01:04:45 You have until August 9th, RadioVote.com. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. So glad that you have joined us. We have Jonan Diaz. He lives in Miami. He worked for AT&T for 16 years. I know. He's just been he's just been fired. We have his story. He's a Cuban immigrant. You will not believe how he has lost his job. The goal of this interview, no mainstream media has reported on this. AT&T is listening right now. As you should AT&T, shame on you. And we have his story coming up in just a second. Dave Rubin is still going to be with us. Dennis Prager is coming up still before the end of the hour. And we just got Mike Lee on. I want to spend about five minutes. then we're going to take stations a quick break,
Starting point is 01:05:37 and then we're going to come back with Jonas, uh, Jonan, because you have to hear, uh, his story. Mike, I got an email from you last night that said,
Starting point is 01:05:46 okay, tech is, is got, uh, to be stopped on what they're doing. Tell me what's, tell me what's going on and, uh,
Starting point is 01:05:56 and what you discovered and what's, gotten you to really move hard against tech. We've got a few tech platforms that are, in control of most information that most Americans have access to every single day. Now, look, I believe in the right of any company to do what it wants to do. Companies are not arms of the state, they're not arms of the federal government. But at some point, when they engage in such heavy-handed censorship, that can become a sign of exactly the sort of degraded quality
Starting point is 01:06:30 that one can expect uniquely of a monopolist. So, and monopolies, Mike, hang on just a second. I think you pointed out in your letter that they are acting like a monopoly because they are all, they're all working in tandem, whether they're calling each other or not. They all believe the same thing. So they're all banning all of this speech. Right. Banning it simultaneously.
Starting point is 01:06:56 Now, I don't know by what arrangement or whether that's just sheer coincidence that they all ban the same stuff at the same time. but this is crazy, and it's crazy just in and of itself when you look at the fact that they're treating their customers this way. Many of their customers want to be able to gain access to information, even information that they themselves, the customers disagree with. In any other business, you've never dreamed of treating your customers the way that these guys have treated those simply because of views that they disagree with. And I think that warrants some scrutiny.
Starting point is 01:07:31 Okay, so, Mike, you're not talking about regulating those. them. If we regulate these guys, it's going to work to our disadvantage. So you're not talking about regulation, right? You're taking about removing some of the protections? The worst thing we could do for the American consumer is create a new federal bureaucracy to regulate them. In fact, that would only entrench them further in their market power. But we do need to look into what can be done. We do need to look into what privileges they have onto the law and we need to look into why they're doing this. I'm starting right now and I started yesterday by sending them a letter asking them a series of questions about how they make
Starting point is 01:08:13 these decisions in consultation with whom and what they take into account. You had in a hearing in the House, what, two days ago, an extraordinary exchange where Jim Bort, Jordan is producing documents. And Mike, I can tell you, if President Trump, lose loses this election, mark my words, my voice, Sean Hannity, all of the radio voices, all of our internet platforms, Dave Rubin, all of them. We are all in trouble. I don't think we last 12 months under a Marxist kind of platform where the government just turns a blind eye. They will, they will deperson us. And I'm telling you that's coming, Mike. Can we move fast enough on this and still do it right?
Starting point is 01:09:08 First of all, that won't happen, Glenn. That won't happen as long as you stop being an enemy of the state. You just get with a program, everything will be just fine. I know. I know. But yeah, yeah, look, there's time. There's still time for us to make sure that this country makes an informed decision this fall. It's unusual when a majority of the people in this country choose the wrong thing. I hope I expect this time will not be an exception.
Starting point is 01:09:37 So, Mike, let me ask you one more question. You know who Dr. Robert Epstein is, right? From Harvard, MIT. And he's been studying the election. I get an impassioned plea from him all the time. Please, Glenn, this election is going to be stolen. It's not going to – the big tech is going to work all of their tricks. He needs $50 million to be able to money.
Starting point is 01:10:02 monitor it nationwide and to have it dead to rights. Is there anybody that you know of or anybody in the Senate that can, $50 million is nothing to protect our election? Yeah. So I've got some rich colleagues in the Senate. Maybe we'll pass a plate around there. And so far as you're talking about money authorized by Congress, I doubt you'll get that.
Starting point is 01:10:28 I can't imagine anything like that passing through that. Mike, we just need some. big voices that will step up with some deep pockets. We can talk about this off the air. Mike, I commend you for what you're doing. Please, please guard against regulation as it won't work out well. But thank you for being on this case. We really appreciate it.
Starting point is 01:10:50 We'll talk to you again. Senator Mike Lee, you can read all about it at his website or Facebook page. We come back with Jonan Diaz, an amazing story that I think is your future. if we don't change the course soon. We'll do that coming up in just a second. First, our sponsor is Shave Secret. Life is so much less stressful when you can remove all the complications. And when it comes to shaving, things don't have to be so complicated.
Starting point is 01:11:19 I want to give Shave Secret a try, you know, see if you're like me. You don't end up tossing out every other shaving product in your bathroom. I hate shaving. It's one of the reason why I have a goatee. is, uh, I just, I hate it. I hate it. With shave secret, it is a pleasure. It really is.
Starting point is 01:11:39 It's a mix of essential oils. You can kiss by, kiss goodbye, all of the, the bumps and the, and the irritations from shaving. It feels great on your skin. It smells amazing. And it will replace all those foams and gels in the bathroom. It's 100% natural, easy to use, compact, great for travel, made in the U.S., backed by a hundred percent money back guarantee. What are you waiting for?

Starting point is 01:12:17 It lasts you forever. A couple of drops. And it changes your world with shaving. It really does. For men and women, shavesecret.com. Use the promo code back and get a 10% discount. I want to tell you the story. Actually, I want Jonah and Diaz.
Starting point is 01:12:43 to tell his story to you. He is a former AT&T employee. He had worked there for 16 years as a technician. He ran new copper and fiber lines. He had a pension 401K, health benefits. He's an immigrant from Cuba. He was a citizen as soon as he could. He's proud to be here.
Starting point is 01:13:07 And he has now been canceled and fired from AT&T for a reason I'm going to let him explain, but I want you to know there's two things. One, because of the way he was fired, it's my understanding he can't even get unemployment. He has two kids. He's never had a problem. He was a good employee. And he also can't find a lawyer to represent him because he's, you know, apparently against Black Lives Matter. this is insanity.
Starting point is 01:13:43 We need a lawyer that will take his case and win his case, especially when you hear it. I think if you're a lawyer, you'll want to take this case. Jonan, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Good morning, Glenn. Thank you so much for having me. It's a pleasure. You bet. You bet.
Starting point is 01:14:01 Okay, so Jonan, tell me the story. You were online and you were in a private message between you and you and, you and a family friend or a family friend yeah okay so i'm going to tell you a little bit about this friend this is a family friend from 20 years she went to school with my sister and we've had you know many gatherings together so for 20 years we know each other she's the godmother of my nephews okay so that's how close this person is i had many conversations this person was very involved in the in everything that was going on back in in the beginning of june you know with a george floyd and she will be posting yes a lot you know on on her social media and every once in a
Starting point is 01:14:55 while i will go in there and i'll see it and i'll agree with her or i'll put a little like or i will have a little comment you know difference of opinion no problem well happens right at this day apparently she wasn't having a good day i don't know why i was going to through her mind. I made a comment on one of her postings. Well, she decided to take that private comment that I had sent to her in a private Instagram. Okay, it wasn't public. It was all private. And she decided to go into Twitter. She went to Twitter. She tagged AT&T with a comment saying, do you condone racist employees, Joan and Diaz, who worked for your company in Miami? So basically, she chose to throw me under the bus.
Starting point is 01:15:45 So let me read the comment that you made back to her. I can't read the comment that she sent to you is so blurry. I can't read it, but it sets you off. And you said, oh, m.g, none of the people destroying cities lived any of that, just like I had nothing to do with that. I refuse to feel any type of guilt for something I had nothing to do with. Stop playing the victim game. That's why blacks feel discriminated because they have been raised like they still have chains on.
Starting point is 01:16:21 You know, very controversial thing to say, but you could make the case easily. Politically, people are being trained to have the chains of victimhood. And it's not just blacks. They are trying to chain all of us to that, all of us, to those slays. slave chains. To put that comment into perspective, I'm an immigrant. Okay, I wasn't born in this country,
Starting point is 01:16:48 and I came when I was 12. I know why racism is. Okay, I've been looked at, you know, you know, you know, when you've been looked at a little bit weird and this and that. I have kids now. I'm a father.
Starting point is 01:17:02 I am not going to raise my kids without mentality. Okay. I'm not going to, I refuse to raise my kids with a mentality that everyone in the United States is a racist, okay, and that they're going to be treated inferior for being Hispanic.
Starting point is 01:17:16 And that's how I'm raising my kids. I'm not, I'm raising my kids with the best way possible, so they could feel that they are equal, you know. So when I go in the comment, yeah, right. Yep, the next comment you made was if black, Spanish, Mexicans, Asians were discriminated. Why are blacks the only one still to this day playing the victim card? Exactly. That's rough language.
Starting point is 01:17:47 It is. It is. It is. But you know what? I've been discriminated. You know, Asians have been discriminated. Every minority in this country has been discriminated. I don't play the victim card.
Starting point is 01:18:01 I don't go around saying, oh, you know what? I didn't get that race because I'm Hispanic. You know, I don't throw it. that in people's face, you know, and that's what I was saying, you know, what, what does she have to, you know, why do they have to play the victim card, you know? Well, I will tell you that it would be harder to make this case a few years ago than it is now when you see the, the out and out training of people to be victims and to never forgive anyone, even generationally. So she writes a, she writes a tweet.
Starting point is 01:18:40 She has the black fist, Black Lives Matter, and she sends it to AT&T. Do you condone racist employees like Joan and Diaz, who works for your company in Miami, Florida? I have more screenshots of his harassment. They write, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Starting point is 01:18:58 It doesn't align with our core values. We will investigate further and take appropriate action. You find out about it, and what do you do? Well, I found out, I don't even know this was going on because I don't follow Twitter. So I found out one morning when I have a meeting and they're asking me, have I made some, someone made an accusation saying that I made some postsings on Twitter, you know? So I'm like, well, that can be because I don't have Twitter. You know, I mean, I do have Twitter, but I haven't used it in a very long time.
Starting point is 01:19:33 Yeah. So it can be me. Okay. So they keep asking me, no, but, and they show me the comments. And then they even show me a Twitter account with some name, and I'm like, well, that's not my Twitter account. I even provided them with my real Twitter account so they could see, look, that's not my Twitter account.
Starting point is 01:19:51 Okay. Well, the meeting ended. Come to find out later on that those comments, I had, it was through that private conversation that I had with. That person back, like two weeks before, through Instagram, a private text through Instagram. It was never public. I never posted that out. Right.
Starting point is 01:20:18 When you found out, I'm sorry to cut you off because we have such short period of time. But when you called her and she immediately said to AT&T, I retract that. That was a private conversation, yada, yada. but you were still fired. And boy, would I... Yeah, no, I didn't call her. I haven't talked to her ever since. My sister called her because when she heard what was going on with me,
Starting point is 01:20:47 she called her and said, listen, what are you doing? You're getting my brother in trouble. So she retracted her story. She said that she had posted it and then took it down, that it was a moment of, I don't know, a rage of, of employees. post. Whatever. She didn't mean to, right. She went back to Twitter and retracted her statement, tagging AT&T again, and also made an email in more detail saying, you know, that she
Starting point is 01:21:21 known me for pretty much her whole life. I'm a terrific person. And we should put this behind us. It was her mistake. She has... Well, okay, so, Jonan, I need you to... to hold on. Tell Dave Rubin that I got to bump him for five minutes because I want to get the end of the story and I want to tell you, boy, do I want to tell you what AT&T said. But
Starting point is 01:21:45 we'll continue our conversation with Joan and Diaz and how you can help next. Glenn Beck program. Whether you're working from home or working on fitness, it doesn't matter. You want to listen to what you want to listen to and not what your kids are listening to or somebody else is listening to. And right now is the

Starting point is 01:23:03 We're finishing a conversation with a guy from AT&T, we used to be from AT&T, worked there for 16 years, had a private conversation with somebody. They decided to share it in a moment of anger with AT&T. He's lost his job. He can't get unemployment. He doesn't have an attorney. Seven firms turn him down because they're all afraid of Black Lives Matter.
Starting point is 01:23:25 There's got to be an attorney in this audience that will take this case of injustice on. it's happening to him. It will happen to you. In a private conversation, unbelievable. Then Dave Rubin joins us. He's about to go on to a month-long hiatus. I want to talk to Dave Rubin about that and what he expects the world to be like when he gets back. And then Dennis Prager joins us.
Starting point is 01:23:53 Dennis is all over the high-tech hearings and freedom of speech. we need to hear from him as well before we end up the week. That's all this hour. Let's get to it. We start in one minute. This is the Glenn Beck program. Oh, my gosh. Okay, so let me tell you about relief factor.
Starting point is 01:24:15 When a bowling ball slips and falls on your foot, do you leave it there? Do you spend the rest of your evening standing in one place, not bowling with your friends, just wincing and wishing you didn't have a bowling ball on your foot? No, you wouldn't. You'd remove the ball. Let me ask you another question. Do you have frequent pain in your life, mild or severe? Have you tried everything you can think of?
Starting point is 01:24:39 Well, if you have, you've tried to remove the bowling ball, but now you're just standing there because nothing works. May I suggest you try one more thing? Relief factor. It is not a drug, but it was developed by doctors. 70% of the people who try it go on to order more a month after month because it works for them. That's 70%.
Starting point is 01:25:01 I'm one of those people. You can order the three-week quick start for only 1995. You don't have anything to lose except your pain, that giant bowling ball that is holding you in place. Get your life back. Go to relieffactor.com. Relieffactor.com or call 800,500,83, 84. That's 800,500,883.84.
Starting point is 01:25:23 Relieffactor.com. All right. I want to get back to Jonah Diaz. We were talking to Jonan just a few minutes ago before the break. He's an AT&T employee. He is a Cuban immigrant. He has seen communism and Marxism before. He was having a private conversation with a family friend, a godmother, of his nieces and nephews.
Starting point is 01:25:47 And she was all wrapped up in Black Lives Matter stuff. She even changed her, you know, her Twitter handle and it has the black power fist, etc., etc. he is saying to her in a private email on Instagram, in a private conversation, he says, I refuse to feel any type of guilt for something I had nothing to do with. Stop playing the victim game. That's why so many blacks feel discriminated because they have been raised like they still have chains on them. If blacks, Hispanics, Spanish, Mexicans, Asians have all been discriminated against. Why are blacks the only one to this day still playing the victim card?
Starting point is 01:26:27 now if you're in an exchange like this uh you know it's it's it's uh sloppy uh it has to be explained in today's world but it's a private conversation with a family member or a friend of the family of 20 years well she decides to take that private conversation tweet it out to his employer and say you know what are you going to do about this do you want racist working for you AT&T. Well, AT&T says, thanks for bringing this to our attention. It doesn't align with our core values. We'll investigate and take appropriate action. Well, they did. Now, she retweets and says, wait, there's a complete misunderstanding with your Miami employee. Please contact me immediately. She writes a letter, says, I hope this email finds you well, AT&T. I was informed that Jonah Diaz is
Starting point is 01:27:22 being investigated because of a tweeting screenshot of a private Instagram conversation we had. I deleted all those tweets right after I posted them. It was a complete misunderstanding and an abrupt action on my part. I've known him my entire life. He's a fantastic person. I would greatly appreciate if we could forget all of this. And this is my mistake. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
Starting point is 01:27:45 Well, two weeks later, he got called into the supervisor's office thinking everything was fine. What did they say to you, Jonas? Jonin. Well, to my surprise, I'm thinking. thinking, well, they already got the retraction letter. They got the apology. Everything's going to be solved. That's completely the opposite.
Starting point is 01:28:06 I got to the office of my manager and he said, we have to let you go. I'm in complete shock. 16 years of my life, completely my career destroyed. You know, the question about this is they did not question. my district manager, they did not question my immediate supervisor. They did not even interview my fellow workers to see what type of employee I was. Okay. So I don't know what type of investigation they did.
Starting point is 01:28:43 You know, I don't think they did any type of investigation because most of the investigation I did because I brought it, I brought everything cleared out for them. You didn't get any severance. you can't get unemployment because of the reason you were fired, which was what? It's very vague. I broke the code of business conduct and social media policy. It's very vague. According to that, then, you weren't fired for any other reason.
Starting point is 01:29:17 And as you know, as far as you know, you've not had any complaints. you've not had any kind of racist. Yeah, I mean, you're not a clan member, you know, okay. I have a clean record and they could see that in my record. Not a problem in my 16. Now, you've gone to seven different firms and why will no one take your case? Well, they don't really tell me. They just don't take it, you know.
Starting point is 01:29:50 They don't go on specifics. They just say, no, we're not. We're not interested in your case or we're not going to take it at this time. It's unbelievable. You know. Okay. So AT&T, we reached out to AT&T. We told them you were going to be on the show today.
Starting point is 01:30:05 And we wanted to find out. We offered them time to come on. They said, we cannot comment on the specifics of a former employee, but we can tell you that what you've suggested is not accurate. We conducted a thorough investigation and took appropriate action. That's incredible. That's incredible. Yeah. I'm still in shock from what happened.
Starting point is 01:30:31 You know, my coworkers are in shock of what happened, you know. Did they take their opinion into consideration? Did they actually talk to anybody? They didn't ask. Glenn, they did not even call the person that made these comments back and clarified with her. They didn't even take the time to do that. Okay. So, Johnan, this is, let me just talk to the audience here for a second.
Starting point is 01:31:00 I want you to, if you're an attorney and you are willing to go up against the machine, somebody must. Remember, it was John Adams who defended the British. He didn't want to. He just believed they need a good defense. Everyone in this country deserves a good. attorney to defend them. The Constitution needs defense. If you are an attorney, I beg of you, reach out to us. We will put you in touch with Jonan. We need some big ass dog attorneys right now on this case. There is another person that was on this show yesterday that said,
Starting point is 01:31:49 I am risking it all to tell you what I believe is the truth. You don't. You don't. have to agree with people's speech. You have to defend free speech. She's just been fired. She returned to Los Angeles after this program, and she got fired from her job for being a part of an embarrassing video. This is a doctor of good standing, and this one also is an attorney and has a damn good attorney. And let me tell you one more thing. If you have a T&T, these companies that are are flexing their muscles right now and are terminating people in this case over a private conversation over a private conversation if you think that this is going to get better you're mistaken if you're doing business with AT&T I sure would reconsider it in fact this is not an ad but let me tell you about Patriot mobile. You're going to get the same great service. You're going to
Starting point is 01:32:58 the plan started like 25 bucks. I'm just doing this off the top of my head. This is not a commercial. They don't give money to plan parenthood and anti- First Amendment and anti-Second Amendment causes. They're not apologizing
Starting point is 01:33:14 for something they had nothing to do with. Here's what they do. They provide great service and if you want great service, switch to Patriot Mobile. Go to patriotmobile.com right now. Don't know if there's a promo code or anything else.
Starting point is 01:33:32 Throw my name in there if it asked for it. Go to Patriot Mobile. Do it now. Stop doing business with people who are betraying our values of our Constitution. You don't have to agree with Jonan, but you have to agree with the Constitution of the United States and the right to have private conversations. and to be able to work.
Starting point is 01:33:56 Jonan, thank you so much. We'll talk again. I really appreciate it. Okay, I've got to take a quick break, and then I'm sorry I've slighted the time for Dave Rubin. We'll get to him here in just 60 seconds, so stand by. Sorry, Dave.
Starting point is 01:34:13 Let me tell you, I'm sorry, I'm going to lose my voice here soon. Let me tell you about our sponsor at ZipRecruiter. If you are having a hard time, hiring somebody. There is a lot of gnashing of teeth when it comes to hiring because you are right now fighting for your life in business. And it is getting trickier and trickier. And this weird landscape that is the American economy now and workforce and all of this,
Starting point is 01:34:44 hiring is one of the trickiest parts. You hire the wrong person and you might as well just close up shop at this point. you are you are somebody who is busy and needs help with your business if you're looking for the right hire go to ziprecruiter.com slash Beck that ziprecruiter.com
Starting point is 01:35:03 slash Beck. Do it now. ZipRecruiter.com slash Beck. Try it out for free but get the right hire the first time use zipRecruiter.com slash Beck. 10 seconds station ID. All right, let me tell you a little bit about Dave Rubin. He is the host of the Rubin Report.
Starting point is 01:35:37 He is the author of a great book, Don't Burn This Book. And he is a co-worker. His shows can be found on Blaze TV, Dave Rubin, a man who I have a ton of respect for. And a legend, at least to me, because he takes a month off and does not watch anything. No social media, no news for a month. You're a God. Glenn, I clearly am a Renaissance, man. I'm going to live like people lived in 1985.
Starting point is 01:36:10 It's just absolutely, absolutely incredible. Yeah. Listen, right before you brought me on, you said that you slighted me some time. I am not going to speak to any human beings, basically, for 30 days. I mean, I'm just going to be at home. I'm going to work on eating right and relaxing and exercising, and I'm going to catch up on reading. That's it. No news, no nothing.
Starting point is 01:36:32 So I am completely fine if we have to go a little short here. So tell me, you do this to be able to clear your mind and to reset yourself, right? Oh, yeah. Well, look, this is the fourth year that I'm going to be doing it. You brought me back on the grid last year. I tried to have a different surprise. Yeah, a different surprise host. Do it every year.
Starting point is 01:36:57 And I do it really because about four years ago, I started feeling. that this endless machine that we are all caught in, this endless matrix of all being slammed with information every second of the day. You know, it was a couple of years ago that we were talking about the 24-hour news cycle, but we're way past the 24-hour news cycle. We are now in an instantaneous, endless stream of information that we're all like salmon. We're all swimming uphill, but usually for the salmon, they kind of get there, but we're all being caught by the bear on the way. We've all seen the videos and that's what we're what's happening to all of us and what I found was my patients was wearing thin if I was at the supermarket you know instead of actually saying hello to the person that
Starting point is 01:37:39 was behind the register you know I'm just flipping on my phone all this stuff and I really think that so many of the problems that we're having as a society right now are because of this we've had a degradation of our ability to be present our ability to be okay with each other so I said you know what I'm going to do this and it's getting harder every year obviously because the craziness ramping up. And I'm going to miss an awful lot this August. This is the first time I remember wondering if the internet's going to be here when I get back. I know. You know, I've talked to several people, Dave. I was just talking to Great Gutfeld last night. And he said, you know, Glenn, you and Dave Rubin and people like that. You guys haven't made because you're not going to get trapped
Starting point is 01:38:18 in the silencing. And I said, you're, you're sadly mistaken. I said, Dave and I have talked about this off air several times. I could see a time in the very near future. where Dave, you and I are silenced. That doesn't matter we own our own company. They'll just, they will deperson us. And you won't even be able to take money because you'll, you'll lose banking privileges. I mean, this gets exactly to the story you were just doing on AT&T and that fellow a moment ago. I mean, there are so many major problems with big tech right now.
Starting point is 01:38:50 And I don't know that watching those congressional hearings yesterday and the day before, I don't know that any of that is going to cause any of the solutions. I mean, I think you have done an incredible job by building the blaze and getting off the pipes in many ways. But your point is true, obviously, truly getting off the pipes. I mean, using none of the infrastructure of these giant companies and their connections to the government, I mean, it's almost impossible. There's a lot of interesting stuff happening, of course, with blockchain and everything else. And, you know, I've built some really cool tools for creators with locals.com.
Starting point is 01:39:25 And there's, there are alternatives. but yes, could any of us just be cut off by banks, cut off by the phone company, the internet service, the rest of it? It's like, yeah, that's on the horizon. That's absolutely on the horizon. And when you cut yourself off entirely, you also remove yourself from the public square. The public square, especially now, is not out in the streets. It's online. And if you are cut from that conversation, you might as well not exist.
Starting point is 01:39:55 It's what the Germans did to the Germans. Jews. Talk all you want. Just behind this wall. Well, Glenn, you know, you and I, because we come from more of the libertarian side of this, I know we don't want government regulators in Google, as if that could accomplish anything, that you're going to send in some middle management guy into Google as he's going to understand how to manipulate the algorithm or what they're doing. We know that's not going to work. Now, I think what Trump did with Section 230 stripping some protections is probably basically good. So it sort of forces the tech companies to behave as, more as platforms instead of publishers.
Starting point is 01:40:31 But that being said, I am somewhat sympathetic to what we hear from our conservative friends saying that the government has to break up these companies. It's not really the tool that I like to go to. I would always prefer to go to competition. But I think you're making the right point. And Tucker Carlson's been talking about this a lot, that these, there is no way,
Starting point is 01:40:51 there is no way that the founders could have ever envisioned companies that would have become so massive that they would have dwarfed the ability of the government to do anything. And yet that's the situation we're in. So I am somewhat sympathetic to the break them up crowd. And that's not a position that I love to take. I'm guessing you probably think something similar. I'm exactly in the same place that you are.
Starting point is 01:41:14 I don't know what to do. But our constitution does not apply to these companies. It applies to the federal government. And they are more powerful than the federal government right now. And it is truly, truly, really. remarkable. Dave, you said earlier, it's getting harder and harder to leave every four years. We are entering an election. We have things that are going on right now. And would you be surprised by anything? I mean, what do you expect the world to be like when you get back in a month? A month is an eternity now.
Starting point is 01:41:55 No, it's absolutely eternity. You know, it's funny. When you bring up, up me back on the grid last year, you know, you had collected, you know, the 10 or 15 sort of big stories that I missed. And there were some interesting stuff in there. But because of the election this year, it's like, look, I know for a fact, Biden, if he is to remain the nominee, the presumptive nominee, which I'm not even sure that's going to happen. He is going to name his VP in August. He has to. So that's one thing I'll miss. And I'll go on the record right now. I don't think it's going to be Kamala Harris. I think they've been floating that as a test. You know, that political article, that strikes me as a real fake.
Starting point is 01:42:29 Like, let's test it, balloon kind of thing. It does. And the little note that he had, you know, with Kamala, it does seem like a test, a trial balloon to me. But why do you think it's not going to be her or who do you think it's going to be? Well, I think she's the worst sort of authoritarian. I mean, there's an incredible moment. Maybe your guys can find it and you can show it at some point during the debates where
Starting point is 01:42:52 they question her. They say, well, would you do an executive act? Well, first they say it to Biden. They say, well, you do an executive action on guns when you're the president. And Biden says, well, it has to be constitutional. And Kamala Harris turns to him laughs in her sort of evil laugh. And she says, Joe, can't we just say yes, we can? And it's like, oh, well, this woman clearly doesn't understand the separation of powers
Starting point is 01:43:15 or anything about how our government works. So I think she's deeply dangerous. I suspect, look, this is maybe what the plan was the entire time, is you fake it with Biden, You get everyone to back Biden, and then that looks like you guys are moderate. And I don't think they thought Biden was going to break down this quickly. And I think realistically what happens is you get some progressive Trojan horse behind him. But I have a feeling it's not going to be one of the people that were running for president. I think it's going to be somebody else.
Starting point is 01:43:44 Okay. Dave, God bless you. We will talk to you in a month. I'd like to have you on radio when you come back to talk about. I'll do it that day. I'll see it on the other side, my friend. You got it. God bless. Dave Rubin. You find him at Dave Rubin at YouTube, The Rubin Report, and here it plays TV. Gosh, we have Dennis Prager coming up in just a second. This is like a marathon today. All right. I'm a guy who could absolutely burn water, easily burn water. I am not good with a grill. I don't know why. My dad never grilled, and so I was never taught, and I just don't. I hate it because I burn really good food. But I haven't burned anything over the summer.
Starting point is 01:44:30 In fact, I've made really good food on the grill. You don't have to be an expert on this because the rec tech has smart grill technology. And rec tech allows you to control the cooking from an app on your phone. You're inside. You're in the air conditioning. And a touch of a button, it all gets started. It tells you exactly what's happening with the food. and tells you the temperature.
Starting point is 01:44:58 It is really, really game-changing. If you like, you know, if you like to grill and to smoke food, man, there's nothing better than rec tech. Go to rec tech grills with an S.com. R-E-C-T-E-C-Grills.com. Do it now. And you can vote at RadioVote.com for Glenn Beck into the Radio Hall of Fame. Would you appreciate it if you do. RadioVote.com.
Starting point is 01:45:24 Hey, the Glenn Beck podcast is back this Saturday at 3 p.m., wherever you find your podcast or on YouTube, you'll be able to get the latest with Greg Gutfeld. It is, it's really funny, very entertaining, and really strangely deep as well. It's a wide-ranging interview with Greg Gutfeld. And you can find that on YouTube or wherever you get your podcast tomorrow at 3. if you're a Blaze TV subscriber, you can get that in about 30 minutes or actually 25 minutes from now. It will be posted right after this broadcast. Dennis Prager is one of my favorite people on Earth. And Dennis, I want to officially invite you to do a podcast with me. I would love to do an interview with you just on some of the things like you were involved with the Helsinki Accords with Reagan and everything else. I just like to, I just want to hear you talk about.
Starting point is 01:46:33 the things you have experienced. So we'd love to have you on the podcast. I would be honored. You're one of my favorite people on Earth, too. I want you to know that. Thank you. So, Dennis, you were watching, I'm sure, the hearings this week on big tech and censorship. One of the most incredible moments I have ever seen,
Starting point is 01:46:56 and it reminds me of the 1850s where they almost beat a senator to death on the floor of the Senate because he was standing up against slavery. Listen to this moment with Jim Jordan that happened two days ago in this hearing. Listen to this. The chair now recognizes this is a gentle lady from Pennsylvania. Ms. Scanlon. Thank you, gentlemen. I'd like to redirect your attention to antitrust law rather than fringe conspiracy theories.
Starting point is 01:47:27 Mr. Bezos, our investigation... Mr. Chairman, we have the email. There is no free... Not your time. Jordan, you do not have the time. Please be respectful of your colleague. She controls the time. Put your mask on.
Starting point is 01:47:41 Put your mask on. Mr. Jorz. Mr. Raskin. Mr. Jordan. Mr. Jordan. Why would the deputy secretary? It is amazing that Scanlan from Pennsylvania, the congresswoman there, calls conservatives being dethrottled or depersoned. or shadow banned, a conspiracy theorist.
Starting point is 01:48:07 It's not a conspiracy theory, is it, Dennis? We're living in a very perilous time, Glenn. I have spent my life calming fears. I don't get scared easily, but I am scared, not of the virus, not of death even, but I am scared of the death of America and the West. and the left has announced that it can't stand either. And what you do is you lie on behalf of your cause. That the idea that conservatives are not being shut down by the big tech,
Starting point is 01:48:48 and that's a conspiracy theory. I testified in the Senate last year, and, you know, exactly a year ago. And Ted Cruz was the chairman of the committee. and one of the heads of Google was there. And he asked him, why did you place Mr. Prager's video at Prager You on the restricted list, meaning that if you filter out pornography and violence,
Starting point is 01:49:16 you cannot see his video on the Ten Commandments. And his answer was, you can, folks, by the way, this is available on YouTube. You can see my testimony, and you can see Ted Cruz's question and the man's answer. He said, because it contains the word murder. Unbelievable. Are you with me? 100 of our videos are on the restricted list. We are banned.
Starting point is 01:49:44 We were just banned from Twitter because we forwarded to our millions of followers the press conference given by the doctors. Yes. Who, by the way, I don't know if you heard this, but Dr. Gold was first. fired in Los Angeles when she returned home. I mean, it's crazy. You are banned from Twitter for sharing this, and yet this tweet has just gone out.
Starting point is 01:50:14 Today, more than ever, the interest of the Islamic nation lies in unity, the type of unity that creates power against enemies and shouts out loudly the emboldened at the embodied Satan, the encroaching U.S., and its chained dog, the Zionist regime, and stands up against aggression. That tweet is from the Ayatollah Kamani, and it is still on Twitter today. It just went out. That's okay, but nothing about hydroxychloroquine. Well, as I wrote in my last column, this whole preoccupation with slavery in America is only anti-American. It has nothing to do with a moral opposition to slavery. There were 300 to 300 to 300. 160,000 Africans came to America's slaves.
Starting point is 01:51:06 17 million were enslaved by Arab Muslim countries. 17 million. Not a word about that. 3% of all the African slaves coming to America came to the United States. 3%. 97% went to the Caribbean and South America. We live in a world of... And then 1619, the 619, the 6%.
Starting point is 01:51:31 1619 lie. They talk about the president lying, but the world of the left since Lenin, not John Lenin, Vladimir Lenin, has been the world of the lie. That's why Lenin named his newspaper, the Communist Party newspaper. This was my field. I studied Russian in order to read Pravda. Pravda means truth in Russian. Truth is what the left says it is. 1619 is truth to the left. So, Dennis, you have studied Russia. You were there with Reagan as we dismantled the evil empire. I think there has been a dramatic change in Washington.
Starting point is 01:52:14 They have fully pulled off the masks. They don't even fear. They don't fear touting this lie, this hearing with Bill Barr was, was unbelievable, just unbelievable. They weren't listening to them. They were setting up a conspiracy theory. They are demanding respect while calling someone a murderer. The lies are growing so out of control, Dennis, that one of these things is going to break,
Starting point is 01:52:52 either the back of the United States or the back of what used to be the Democratic Party, and now is just a Marxist party. Where do we go from here? How does this work out? Excuse me. The issue is clear. You just said it. I've been saying it.
Starting point is 01:53:14 Either America survives or the left survives. It is a battle for survival. Everything the left battles. Everything the left touches, it destroys, the universities, the arts, now sports. I mean, how does one watch baseball, football, or basketball? now. The players have announced that you and I and 95% of the fans are scum, because if you're a racist, you're scum, let's be honest. So I want you to cheer for us and pay for us, but I want you to know I have utter contempt for you and your flag, but please watch the game. I mean,
Starting point is 01:53:53 It's, if Americans just, if they don't fight even on that basic level, which is a loss, it's a loss, sports are important, the arts are important. The leading music critic of the New York Times said we cannot have any more blind auditions for orchestras. Orchestras are selected by, you get the next violinist, you get the next trumpeter, they play behind a curtain so you cannot know race. or sex or looks or friends, nothing. He wants to end it in order to have more blacks and orchestras. Everything they touch, the schools, the Los Angeles. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Dennis, I'm going to disagree with you on one thing.
Starting point is 01:54:39 They don't destroy. They pervert. Evil perverts. And that is the scariest thing because they use the power of those institutions in a perverted way. The power of the United States of... Dennis, If it is perverted, we will become the darkest nation ever in the history of the planet.
Starting point is 01:55:00 We will make the Nazis look like rookies, and it is coming soon. Well, we don't even need to end up. I think it's more communist, but the communist made the gulag. So it's a rivalry between the two. Yeah, it doesn't matter. Socialism. Yes, that's right. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:55:25 Look, but people don't understand this. If the U.S. collapses as the beacon of freedom, and freedom is not a left-wing value, it has not been since the French Revolution or the Russian Revolution. Freedom is not a left-wing value, as we see with the free speech issue. If the United States ceases to be the beacon of liberty in the world, then what I would say is not America will be the darkest nation, but the world will end up in the dark age.
Starting point is 01:55:55 And that I believe utterly sincerely. The U.S. is the protector of the little guy on earth. Without this, the cruel will devour the weak if the United States becomes left. I will tell you this, though, Dennis. The more I see on how corrupt it is in Washington, this Jeffrey Epstein, thing now with Bill Clinton involved and all these people and the FBI knew all of this stuff. You know, I wonder, you know, the people, the people of America are the protectors of freedom. But the corruption in our own government, if it's not cleaned up, we can't protect anything
Starting point is 01:56:42 because we're just as corrupt. The, I've said much of my life because I've been to 130 countries. The reason that countries don't develop is not because of lack of manpower, talented people, competent people, resources. No, it is all one reason, corruption. Corruption is the cancer. They both start with C, it's the C word. Corruption is the cancer that brings societies down. Can I ask you a sensitive question?
Starting point is 01:57:18 And I probably should save this for another time. You feel free to say, we'll save that for another time because I've only got about two minutes. But as a Jew, Dennis, you've seen this movie over and over and over again. You hear what they're saying, then who they're banning with right now. They are banding with Islamists. They're talking about, you know, from the river to the sea. at what point does the Jewish community start to stand up and go, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Starting point is 01:57:52 This is really going in a dangerous direction. And where do you go? I have to say, with great sadness, as a deeply committed Jew, as a founder of a synagogue, a Jewish day school, as the head of a Jewish Institute, as the writer of a commentary on the Torah, it is embarrassing to be an American Jew at this time. I say that.
Starting point is 01:58:20 I could cry when I say it. That Jews don't understand the fragility of civilization. If there's any group that has suffered from the breakdown of civilization, it is the Jews to not know that the left hates us as they hate America because hatred of America and hatred of Israel, are synonymous. My last column, I hope all your listeners read it, is anti-Americanism is the new anti-Semitism. That's what it is. Dennis, God bless you. I don't know whose computer. I don't think it's mine. God bless you for all that you do. You are truly an amazing man, a God-fearing man,
Starting point is 01:59:09 and an answer that so many people are looking for. And I support you and everything that you do. I can't tell you how happy I am that Prager University exists and it all exists because of you. Thank you. And we'll talk again, my friend. Thank you. I look forward. God bless you.
Starting point is 01:59:32 God bless you. Is anybody feeling this? Is it just me? All right. I want to thank our sponsor. It's American financing. American financing is a little overwhelmed. All of the banks are overwhelmed right now.
Starting point is 01:59:56 Refis are up 122% from last year. And that is because people are just now figuring out, gee, I can save a lot of money if I refinance my mortgage. Because if you have a mortgage over 4%, it's, you're way overpaying. You're way overpaying the bank right now. If you can refi, you can save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. And by the time you're done, the interest rate may be even lower than 3.5%.
Starting point is 02:00:26 I mean, this thing is, we're in trouble, gang. You'd need to save all the money you can. Please have some patience. Get in line right now because it's going to take a while, but this line is only going to get longer. go to Americanfinancing.net, Americanfinancing.net, or call 800, 906, 2440, Americanfinancing.compancing.com. American financing.com American financing, NMLS, 182334, www. www. nmLS consumer access.org. This is the Glimback program. I don't want to leave you as breathless and speechless as I am right now. If you've listened to the show,
Starting point is 02:01:32 It's been incredible. We had Dennis Prager really scared. We had Dave Rubin talking about how freedom of speech is lost. We had a guy before that that has lost his job because of a private conversation. Before that, we had the update on Dr. Gold who spoke out for hydroxychloroquine, and she has now found out last night, she's lost her job. This is a critical pivot moment for. the world, not just America, but for the world. I urge you, please, to join us at the Blaze. We need your support, and we need to make sure that we never lose contact with each other. The only way to do that is to join either our free email.
