No. You conservatives don't. Anybody, anybody who's living in a red state, you just want to kill grandma. Well, let me tell you something. Last week, the U.S. the UK health officials said that mask mandates and social distancing could go on for years. Isn't that exciting? For years.

Now, could I ask you a question? How is that happening at all? How is that possible at all? I mean, we've got two vaccines. They're about to hit the market. They're 95% effective. Uh, wait. I thought we had to do these things until we got a vaccine.

Okay, now we have a vaccine. Well, we have to wait until it's injected in people's arms. Now it's going to be injected in people's arms. 95% effective. Why do we still have to do all these things? Why? Now, if you are caught defying this, you will be shut down. You'll be silenced.

And as we're seeing lately, fired. A doctor in Oregon attended a Trump rally a month ago. He had the audacity to have a different opinion. He told attendees that they could take off their masks. And none of his staff wore masks for COVID in his office. Oh my gosh! He's a danger to society. We have killed him, haven't we?

We didn't just fire him. We didn't just take away his license to practice medicine. and I hope we've killed him. Well, he was already on the Oregon Medical Board's radar. Back in July, he actually had the gall to tell a patient that wearing a mask doesn't prevent the spread of the virus. He advocated for something crazy called herd immunity. What a quack! We should kill him.

Well, the Masters of the Universe, a.k.a. the scientists that will tow the party line have been telling us lately on their televised hits on MSNBC and the like. We're supposed to lock ourselves in our homes. We're supposed to close the family business. We're supposed to put a mask on even in our Zoom calls. Sit down and take it. Now here we have a doctor, a man of science, saying, that's stupid. Shouldn't his opinion be taken seriously? Of course not. Of course not.

Not according to the State of Oregon Medical Board? Because they launched a little investigation. And apparently that little Trump rally was the last straw. And they officially suspended his medical license for, quote, gross negligence. Claiming he, quote, actively promotes transmission of the virus within the extended community. Yep, that's what he was doing. That's what he was doing. He wasn't questioning masks.

He was promoting the transmission of the virus within the extended community. Oh, see, if everybody would just wear a mask, we'd be able to crush the virus and end the pandemic. Why do you not care about your fellow Americans? Why? Did you not listen to the public health experts? Because the problem's not them. The problem is you. Because you won't wear a mask.

Have you seen the numbers in the hospitals? They're going up. This pandemic is getting worse. And because you wanted Thanksgiving. And now I suppose you want Christmas as well. Well, you go ahead and kill more people. Why don't you? Well, unfortunately, now we're going to have to fire all of the people at Carnegie Mellon University.

But they have developed a very informative, consistently updated mask compliance tracker just to find out who's wearing a mask and who's not. Oh, yeah, Santa is coming to town, and he knows who's wearing a mask and who's not. Well, according to Carnegie Mellon University, the overwhelming majority of Americans across the nation are wearing masks. In fact, in virtually every major population center in the United States, especially in areas where COVID-19 cases are rising, mask compliance levels are off the charts. with most major metro areas registering well over 90% compliance. So wait a minute.

The lockdowns failed and we were told masking up. If you could just mask up, remember? Mask up. If we could just mask up over 80%. We'll do more to reduce COVID-19 spread than a strict lockdown. Really? So universal masking at 80%. If 80% of us just adopt that, that flattens the curve,

significantly more than maintaining a strict lockdown. Scientists told us, quote, we'll not only be able to flatten the curve, we'll be able to significantly reduce the spread of this virus and return to life as normal sooner rather than later. Oh. Okay, well, are we doing it at 80%? San Francisco, 97% mask compliance. Hey, how's COVID doing in San Francisco?

It must be flattening. New York City, 97% compliance. Hey, how's New York doing? It's flattening, right? Cuomo's got it under control. D.C., 97% of the people there are wearing masks all the time. Dallas, Fort Worth, yeah, it's just like those people in Texas. They don't care about people.

Yeah, 94% compliant. Philly, 96. Chicago, 95. Miami, 96. Seattle, 96. Now, these are the places that have had the harshest lockdowns. I mean, unless you're in the movie business and in California, then you can pretty much do whatever you want.

But, I mean, we're looking at science, right? They have the harshest lockdowns and restrictions in the country. And they're over 80% compliant. In fact, well over 80% compliant. It's almost like those masks and lockdowns, Don't do jack crap for Corona. Not the beer, the virus. Oh my gosh.

Oh my gosh. So we have overwhelmingly exceeded the mass compliance that was supposed to flatten the curve and reduce the transmission of the virus. So is it us? or is it maybe that it's wrong? Maybe the so-called public health experts should shut the pie hole. Maybe they could learn something from listening to a few different opinions. No, no, no. No, you know what?

People are always blessed. They're always blessed and things always get better when you stifle and shut down, shove, shoot, or kill anyone who has a different opinion. That's how we got to the moon, guys. We had one guy in charge and said, this is the only way, and I'm going to kill everybody else. That's how we got to the moon. Yeah, I've read it in a brand new history book.

For the overlords of control, there is no dissent. There is no choice. You do it. And if you don't prepare to be dealt with, it's pretty amazing. You know, by the way, that's exactly what De Blasio said about the restaurant owner that is daring to defy him. He said, quote, there will be significant repercussions for this, end quote. Oh, yawal.

I don't mean to make you sound. It should be more like this. Yes. Yes, sounds very good. Maybe we put them into chamber downstairs and I break legs. A few weeks ago in Oregon, a nurse was put on an administrative leave for admitting that she didn't wear a mask.

Not at work. But when she was off duty, she was fired. She made the statement on TikTok. Now she doesn't have a job. TikTok. Goes on and on. Guy working at a gas station in Indiana, fired for not wearing a mask.

Professor at NYU now fighting for his career for making anti-mask statements during class. We got him in basement. Oh, he's going to meet Nutushia in just a minute. You work at a casino in Vegas? Management already told their employees, if you don't wear a mask, you'll be fired. By the way, the new one is,

if you don't get the vaccine, you're going to get fired. Oh, yeah, there's a new, this is really great. Coming from Silicon Valley, there's a new app that will show if you've complied. Waterpark manager in Wisconsin sent an email questioning the face mask policies.

Questioning, he was fired. In Dallas, Texas, two election workers were fired for not wearing masks, even though Governor Abbott specifically made mask exemptions for poll workers. Restaurant owner in Florida actually cited by, get this, code enforcement officers. Yeah, and we like them for not wearing a mask. They came back two days later, this time with police, found out he still wasn't wearing one. He was fired. But it's not even the actual act of not wearing a mask that will get you in trouble.

Just a mere opinion. This is so American. I just want to break out into la la la la la la la. This is American National Anthem. Yeah. I just want to break out every time I see that somebody who has a different opinion as being finally silenced. Thank God.

Or not God. We don't believe in God here anymore. Of course not. He's in the Gullog. The Vancouver Canucks. Their beloved anthem singer was just recently fired for refusing to wear a mask while singing at a rally organized by anti- Time mask advocates.

We've got to stop them. Yes, they're even leaking out and going in the middle of the night underneath our borders to places like Canada. It's a country. I'll tell you about it later. A member of the Public School Advisory Board in Boyertown, Pennsylvania, also recently fired for committing the Cardinal sin of questioning mask. There will be no questions. There will be no toys. I could go further, but I think the message is pretty clear.

You're not allowed to have a different opinion. We get it. You'll be destroyed for the mere thought that science isn't clear here, because it's science. When is science ever wrong? Well, maybe, because I am a doctor, I don't know if you know this, maybe it's the doctor coming out in me, but I'm old enough to remember that it used to be a good thing to question science.

Actual scientists did it. and encouraged other actual scientists to do it too. What was it called again? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. The scientific method. See, he was part of the process in those old ancient dusty times where you would question things

and then you'd have to prove it and new stats would come in, new evidence would come in, and if it didn't match up with your claims, the scientific method said, or you should change your behavior. But now they clutch their pearls every time someone questions the science of things like wearing mask or even, dare I say it, climate change. How dare me even say that?

Because it's not like science has ever been proved wrong before, right? Remember when scientists used to say that the shape of someone's skull proved how intelligent you might be? or we could tell by the shape of the skull of the Jews or not? Yeah, bigots and racist never took advantage of science, did they? What about when the scientist of all scientists, Albert Einstein, said the universe was static and not expanding? Well, it's not. We should never question that. We wouldn't question Albert Einstein.

How about in 1982? when Dr. William McBride claimed his research on a morning sickness drug proved that it caused birth defects. So the drug was taken off the market. Lots of lawsuits. Later found out he and his assistants all changed and altered the data to prove his claim. Yeah, found guilty of scientific fraud by medical tribunal. Jeez. I hope we shot him.

They're questioning science. You damn wrong. right we're questioning science. In fact, question with boldness, everything, everything. Especially when the holy name of sciences evoked to strip you of your rights, your livelihood, and God-given, constitutionally guaranteed freedom. Do not give in to being bludgeoned into submission. You're smart enough to make decisions regarding your own personal safety.

We are masking up. Stop blaming us. Wear a mask, don't wear one. You know what's best for your situation. We don't need the government to impose these decisions on us. And any attempt to do so should be viewed for exactly what it actually is. Fascism. Now, later on, I'm going to have an opinion or two.

They want to make sure that they, uh, that we're, that we're, that we're saying and that we understand. Well, that's not going to happen ever. I don't think that's ever, ever, ever, ever, will we be sane? So, uh, I mean, my first thought is he's 87. Mm-hmm. He's got a little Joe Biden going on him. You know what I'm saying?

Yeah. Um, uh, however. However. hasn't it been odd how since Donald Trump has been president? All of these things have come. It seems like it seems like the alien network is the only one that understood, hey, he's a big distraction. Let's just dump all this information out there. And then, you know, in four years when they're like, wait, the Pentagon said that they had a extraterrestrial device and a plane.

Another reverse engineering it. Right. then you can say, yeah, that's old news. That came out a long time ago. That is the way to do it. It is. Yeah, just pop it out there. Wait, wait for like, you know, there'd be some other big story.

Like, you know, the McRib is back in stores this week. Wait till that comes out and then just leak out the alien information. No one pays attention. Because the McRib is so much bigger. People are like, oh my God, where's the McRib? Which store do I go to? Wait, isn't that meat pressed to look like rib? You're right.

Like, it looks like it's bone, but it's made out of meat. It's just pressed into a rib shape. And that... Yeah, it's not... You look at it and it looks like it has bones in it. But it does not have bones in it. There's absolutely no bone in it. It's like boneless chicken wings without any meat.

Right. So he goes on to say there's an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. Hmm. Well, you know, I understand that because there's nobody that loves experiments, you know, more than the Israeli people. What?

Wherever I've gone in this with academia, they've said the man has lost his mind. Today, they're already talking differently. I've nothing to lose. I've received my degrees, my rewards. I'm respected in universities abroad where there's a trend also changing. So is he saying? Is he saying people are ready to accept this? Is this what he's saying?

Yeah. I don't know why this isn't going everywhere. This is huge. So the Pentagon, the Pentagon. released video. It had already been smuggled out of the Pentagon. This shows, you know, that they're hiding information. It had already been smuggled out.

I think it happened in 2017, I think. And they confirmed and re-released the video and said, yes, this was taken by our jets and also tracked by our warships. And it was this gigantic triangle. shaped ship that came out from underneath the ocean. That was an episode of Sequest. I know. And they tracked it going 300 knots underwater.

No. Yes. Look it up. Look it up. Oh, that is unbelievable. I mean, what the hell is happening? I know. The Pentagon released it.

The Pentagon released it last week. Didn't we talk about this? I don't think so not while I was here. Yeah, we didn't. There's so many things going on. I can't remember what we to do on the air or not. It kind of is like, you know, maybe they should readjust our priorities. And they had footage of it.

Yeah, they had footage of it. And they tracked it. And it stops. It goes up in the air and then it stops. And then it kind of spins it around and you hear the pilots going, look at that. Look at that. It just stops and then just flips around. Yeah, that's literally there is a sequest.

Like, do you remember the show Sequest? There is a show where a giant UFO comes out of the sea. And it had been there for like, I don't know, a million years or something. And they reawoken it. And it just came up out of the ocean and flew back off into space. Well, this time they released that there is, they are, they didn't use the word targeting. They said something along the lines of there is, um, there is some special concern with these ships that they are observing our Navy, our Air Force, and our nuclear weapon sites.

Why? I mean, the technology to get here from somewhere else where there's life would have to be such that you don't need to spy on us for technology. One of the guys who are safe than sorry, though, Pat. Yeah, do you think? I think you plan for the worst. It'd be like us spying on ants to see what they're doing in their ant. Hill. How do they build those?

That's what it would be like. Have you ever tried to kill ants in Texas? They're actually studying us. They would. Have you ever tried to kill ants in Texas? Yeah, it's among the five most difficult things in the world to do. So they always come back and they always eat your children. Always. That's how it ends every time.

I had 10 kids. I only have two now. Wow. Is this talking about ants or aliens? Alien ants. I think the ants are the aliens. I think they've been here the whole time living underground. So let me ask you, if they came down and they were big octopus people, and they were like, yes, we look just like on the Simpsons.

Don't you guys know that guy is a genius and a seussayer? And he came down and they were like, yes, and we're here. We come and peek. First of all, do you think that there's a chance we just don't try to blow them up anyway? That we don't try to? No, I think we would try to. Yeah, we try to blow them up. Mm-hmm.

So that's a bad thing for them and most likely for us. Yeah, because we're not going to win. No, like, so we're just going to wind up trying to blow them up. They're going to any hope they had of a good relationship is going to go up in flames. So does this, does this at all, would this shake your faith at all? Because nowhere in the scriptures does it say, and in those days, aliens show up. I mean, you know, that would be kind of a big thing. It would be, well, weird.

Unless that's like the heavens open. up. Yeah, and aliens spill out. So, well, instead of angels, aliens are spilling out in chips. Well, maybe they're the angels. That would be weird. Maybe they're the angels.

I don't know. If they didn't look like us, I think that would, I would be confused by that because I would assume they would look like us. White came from the. Yes, of course. Typical race. Yes. They have to be white.

If they're green or something. We're just going to reject them. No, you can't be on our planet. Sorry. Nope. Of course, we're going to nuke them. if they're a different color. Unless their bodies are shaped exactly as ours are.

Okay. All right. Last question. Green Lives Matter. Ask questions. Last question. And I mean this sincerely. Odds that we see an alien announcement with maybe the aliens standing next to or in our

sky or something like that. Mm-hmm. In the next, in our lifetime. In our lifetime. Well, what is this? What is this? No, I mean like an actual like... Like an announcement.

Like the president steps up and like, I want you to meet Goreab over here. That's his name? Yeah, Gorab. Yeah. What planet is he from? I don't know. I don't know. I'm not limiting it.

I just want... Goreab as far as I'm willing to go out on the list. So someone who lives on another planet is announced in a press conference. In a press conference. In the United States. And it's credible. It's not like me holding the press. conference going, hey, this is Goran.

Right. He comes out. And he slithers to stage or something. Whatever. Whatever. He could walk. He might look like us. He may not look like us. He may look like a, he may want to destroy us. He may be dressed as Gandhi or Jesus. I mean. But a U.S. a major U.S. official making this announcement. Yeah. Or the the world official. You know, the way it always happens. Before 2020, I definitely would have said zero percent. But I mean, now 85, 90. I don't No, seriously. I would have said maybe 5%, maybe in my lifetime five years ago. But with everything that has come out in the last four or five years,

it's pretty hard to dismiss because it's no longer cooks. It's the Pentagon. Maybe they're all cooks. That's possible. Chance likely. I'm still going to say zero. Zero. I don't think there's any chance of that.

I'm up to a solid 1% I think now. Really? I've gone from zero to one. Have you really? Well, because I mean, my guess is this is probably some, you know, military craft or something. I mean, we're pretty amazing. And we come up with a lot of really crazy things that we would not be able to explain five or 10 years earlier than discovering them. So I don't, you know.

I got to tell you, after 2020, I say 2021. After just this election. Yeah. Vampire space bunnies in a week. Absolutely possible. I'm surprised they're 90, 85, 90%, 80%, 85, 90% vampire space bunnies take occupation and they kill us all. But we don't know it because they're cute little bunnies.

I think these cities, I mean, Stu, this is exactly what I said would happen by 2030, it just happened because of COVID a lot faster. A lot of this stuff you've talked about has happened just a lot faster with this. And a different at a different source or different.

Yeah, maybe a different way. But I mean, you always talked about it. It's some sort of like launching event for these circumstances to happen. And I don't, you know, you didn't never said it's going to be this particular virus from this location. Yeah. But it is, it is a qualifying. Yeah.

Everybody would be working at home and the, you know, these cities would start to rot because nobody was working in, in giant buildings anymore. and jobs would change and life would change and here we are. Who are the scientists behind the Great Barrington Declaration? All three have advocated against lockdown measures since the start of the pandemic. After the authors of the Declaration promoting herd immunity spoke to White House officials last week, the scientific community immediately called into question the declaration, as well as the scientists who wrote it. Bum, bum, bum, they must be evil. Well, one of the doctors that actually authored it is with us now. His name is Dr. Martin Koldorf. He is from Harvard Medical School. Professor, doctor, welcome.

Thank you very much. He's a great question. So let me just voice what I think is the frustration of many Americans. And that is, we don't hate Grandma. We're not trying to kill Grandma. We love Grandma. We love our parents. We are smart enough to figure out that Grandma probably should

be around at Christmas or Thanksgiving, you know, or anybody else with the, with, you know, circumstances that will make them much, much more vulnerable. But our kids should go to school. Our kids are being destroyed. Colleges are out of control with their belief that they're, they're a target, college-age kids. This is bad for a small percentage of the population, a cherished population, but we should protect them.

we'll do the masks, but it doesn't seem to be working. Can you respond to any of those feelings? Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, with the great brain of the Declaration, we are advocating focus protection. And a big part of that is that we have to do a better job protecting grandma and grandpa, which we have not done. It has been a huge failure with this lockdown strategy.

It has not managed to protect the older, vulnerable people. And for all people, COVID-19 is more dangerous than the influenza. So we have to do a better job. We have to do more testing of staff at nursing homes so that do not infect the residents. And Scott Atlas, for example, has worked hard on that in August and September and October when he was at the White House. And we also have to have less staff or tased at nursing homes. So we can do and we should do much more to protect older vulnerable people. but for younger people, for children,

they are, COVID-19 is less dangerous than the annual influenza. There's more than a thousand, well, anybody can get infected. There's more than a thousand-fold difference in mortality risk by age. So there's absolutely no public health reason to keep schools closed or keep the universities closed. The students should go to the classes for in-person teaching. And the problem is with all these long-term. There are enormous collateral damage.

And that includes collateral damage on public health. Education is, schools are good, important not only for education, but also for physical and mental health of children and students and of social development. We have worse cardiovascular disease outcomes. We have less cancers, but that's not because they are fewer cancers if they are not detected and therefore they're not being properly treated. So somebody who might have lived another 15, 20 years may not die from, for example, cervical cancer in only three or four years because they didn't get the screening. And, of course, the mental health has been deteriorating.

So there's all this collateral damage from the lockdowns. And one of the principles of public health is you can't just think of one disease. You have to think of everything combined. And all those other diseases, all other public health. It feels as though the cure right now is worse than the disease. And the population is made to feel like it's their fault. And as these numbers come out and show that we're 95% compliant all over the country, and they told us that if we were 80% compliant, it would flatten the curve.

it shows us that something is wrong, and I don't think it's the American people not wearing masks. The problem is, possibly do the masks even work? Or why are we seeing this great spike if everybody's masked up? Yeah, so I think the population, the public has done a heroic effort to try to follow the various public health advice that has been out there. The problem is that the public health device has not been the best possible. And we would have had many fewer deaths, much less mortality if we had followed a focus protection strategy at the outside in the Great Burlington Declaration. So for anybody who didn't follow the Great Barrington recommendation, you and two other scientists got together and you wrote this. declaration, then you open it up for people to sign it.

And of course, now you're suspect, everybody's suspect that anywhere near this, that you're just quacks. What does it actually say? So it starts from their premises that the mortality risk is more than a thousandfold difference between the oldest and the youngest. So this is not a dangerous disease for children or young adults. It is a dangerous disease for old and frail people. and therefore we need to do a better job protecting the old,

while the young people, young adults, should be allowed to live their lives normally. We cannot eliminate the risk 100%, but we can mitigate it and minimize the risk, and minimize mortality. So if I would give people the benefit of the doubt, I would look at, you know, the gathering of event to a one,

where, you know, some of the best minds around the world got together and said, okay, so if there is some sort of pandemic, what do we do? And the idea was for the first time, we can close everything. We can do it globally and close everything. And they thought that if you give them the benefit of the doubt, they thought that that would work. Well, it's clearly not working. So why, what is, what is, what, what, what, what's happening? Why are we denying things like herd mentality when we know that is, or herd immunity? When we know that that is the way our bodies work and viruses work?

Yeah, herd immunity is a scientific fact that's like gravity. So it doesn't make sense to talk about herd immunity strategy because whatever we do, we will eventually reach herd immunity. So the key thing is to minimize mortality until we get there. And what we're doing now is we are protecting low-risk professionals who can work from home, like lawyers or journalists like you or scientists like me, who don't need to be protected because risk is very low. At the same time, we have older people still in the workforce who work as a cab driver

or a supermarket cashier or a janitor or in the meat processing industry who are being exposed even though they're high risk. So that leads to excess mortality and more deaths than necessary. And we should protect older people, which we're not doing properly. So in my view, the lockdown is the worst assault on the working class in half of centuries in segregation and they get now worn. Is there anything to the locking down of restaurants with, you know, with no outdoor, you know, service, et cetera, et cetera.

You just can't even gather outdoors. Is there anything to that? Well, if grandpa is 76 years old, he should not go to a crowded restaurant. Yeah, but we know that. I mean, that's the crazy thing. We, every American knows that grandma and grandpa and mom and dad, depending on their age and their health, they should not be out. We know that. What about the rest of everybody?

If you're your 20s or 30s, there's absolutely no reason for public health reason not to live a normal life. You should still wash your hands and it's fixed to home. But other than that, live a normal life and make sure that society operates. That's very important for both health and well-being in general. Have you looked into the vaccines, and are you confident at all at this point that it's going to help? Are we going to be in this situation, you know, for a long time? Well, I'm a big fan of vaccines. So if we have a good vaccine, that will help.

There will be one more tool to protect older people in two ways. both by vaccinating old people and also to vaccinate staff at nursing homes and hospital staff like doctors and nurses. Well, they're talking about having a vaccination passport now for everybody that everybody will have to have the vaccine. Do you agree with mandatory vaccines? No, I think that public health must be based on trust between. the public and public health officials. So I think putting it, making a vaccine, mandating a vaccine will lower that trust. And I think it actually will last backfire and have less people wanting to get the vaccine.

I think you're exactly right. I think that's, it's not a smart public health policy to mandate vaccinations. I think that is exactly why this has become what it is now. People are skeptical because they're being told exactly what to do. and you have no choice. And if you just ask people, you know, and say, hey, here are the facts, do this. We have always done it.

We always, we're smart enough to figure things out. Doctor, one last question. Are you concerned at all about your position at Harvard? I mean, there was a, there's been a lot of people that are being fired for these things. One of the, one of them was a doctor that was just fired in, or just had his license. revoked in Oregon for speaking out against masks. How do you feel about this and are you concerned it all about your positions? I'm very concerned about science in general because science require a scientific discourse, open

scientific discourse, and to ignore or silence scientists so that you don't have that is a bad thing for science. I'm very concerned about the scientific community. And when, even if people are not fired, if there are sort of criticism like there has been of many scientists speaking up, that makes other people afraid to speak up. So it creates

the fear in the scientific community. And I think that's extremely detrimental both to science in general, but also, of course, to public health. Are you the average scientist you're just willing to speak out? Or do you think you guys

fairly alone on your concern about the way science is being used right now? There are many people who are that concern, and there's also many people who are concerned about the lockdown. So among the infectious disease ethnologies that I talk to personally, that I know personally, the majority is in favor of focus protection and against lockdowns. I think in the scientific community in general, most people who's outside of infectious disease technology, most people who speak out speak in favor of lockdowns. But among infectious disease technologies, the majority are against lockdowns and in favor of focus protection among those that I speak to personally. Dr. Martin Koldorf, thank you for speaking out. Thank you for having the courage to speak out, and we will keep you in our prayers.

Monday, just before midnight, the state of Texas filed a lawsuit that they are saying now is more important than all of the others surrounding the presidential election. Texas brought a suit against four states that they say did some. something that they can't do. They violated the Constitution in their conduct of the presidential

election. The violation occurred whether or regardless of the amount of election fraud that they may have had or even if it turns the election. The four defendant states are Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Texas filed the suit directly in the Supreme Court. Article 3 of the Constitution says that there is a category of cases which the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. And one of those categories is controversies between two or more states. Well, that's exactly what this is. Now, the Supreme Court has said in the past they may not take all of these cases. It'll take them at their discretion.

But this is one the Supreme Court should hear and should be on record. no matter how they decide, they should be on record. Now, here's what the Texas suit claims, and it's, I think, compelling. It's something that bothered me before the election, and we talked about it before the election. The four offending states violated the U.S. Constitution in two different ways. First, all four of them violated the Elector's Clause of Article 2 of the Constitution. Constitution when executive or judicial officials in the states change the rules of the election without going through the legislature.

This is what we were talking about. All these states just had either a judge or the governor just say, oh, we're changing. Here's what we're doing. That's against the constitution of the states and against the U.S. Constitution. You can't do that. It has to be through the legislature. Well, the judge, it was ruled on by the local judges and the local judges said, nope, it's fine. Well, is it?

The electors clause requires that each state shall appoint its presidential electors in such a manner as the legislature thereof may direct. Now, the reason why this is in there in the early years of our country, the legislators, appointed their presidential electors directly without holding a popular election for the president. That changed, obviously, but the constitutional principle remained the same. It doesn't matter whether the state appoints its electors by a vote in the legislature or by the vote of a people. It is still the state legislature and only the state legislature that sets the rules for the election. That way, you can't have what just happened.

Somebody getting into power, changing all the rules, and now all of the election is screwed up. So when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended by three days, the deadline for receiving mail-in ballots, we said this at the time. You can't do that. It was not a law passed by the state legislature. In fact, it went against that law. The state court changed the rules in violation of the electors clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Similarly, when Georgia's Secretary of State responded to a lawsuit by entering into a compromise settlement with the Democrats, they modified the signature verification requirements spelled out by Georgia law. That was changing the rules. In fact, the Republicans weren't even involved in. that. This one guy, a Republican, met with all the Democrats. They said, this is what they want. This is what we want. And he said, okay, and gave it to them. Well, where is the due process on that one? Also, election officials in Wayne County, Michigan, ignored the requirements of Michigan law and denied poll watchers access to vote counting while other counties in Michigan followed the law.

This violates the equal protection clause. Now, this would is really important, and I don't know how the Supreme Court wouldn't take this on and rule exactly the same way. In Wisconsin, it happened. The administrator of the city of Milwaukee's election commission ignored the requirements of Wisconsin law and directed election workers to write in the addresses of witnesses on the envelopes containing mail-in ballots while the ballots without witness addresses were deemed invalid everywhere else. That means those ballots were unequal. They had unequal treatment to other places in the state. Now, what they're doing, and these may not change the outcome of the election at all. But everyone should be very focused on this. Because did you hear Maduro won again last night in a free and fair election?

And all of his allies won as well. once you corrupt the system it's over we have to have confidence in our system so now this is a pure question of law it's not dependent on disputed facts although the changes the unconstitutional changes to the election rules could have facilitated voter fraud there's no proof and there's not even an accusation they don't need a single case of fraud to win It's enough that four states violated the Constitution. So the lawsuit asked the court to remand the appointment of electors in the four states back to the state legislatures. Supreme Court in 1892 said the case in McPherson and Blacker, whatever provisions may be made by statute or by the state constitution to choose electors by the people,

there is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time. Now, the reason why this is so important is because the Supreme Court knows that 20 years ago, this very case was made about Florida. You can't count the ballots differently in one county than you did in the rest of Florida. Remember, Al Gore just wanted to cherry pick the counties where he was doing well and have a recount. And the Republicans said, you can't do that. You'll recount the entire state the same way. Went to the Supreme Court.

They said that that is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. So why wouldn't they say that this time? Texas followed the constitutional rules. other states followed the constitutional rules. A chess master. He's kind of iffy. and a great writer. Hello, James. How are you? Glenn, so good to be here. I'm doing really good. How are you doing? That's great. It's always good to have you on. How are you doing with the demise of New York? I know you are a lifelong New Yorker who reluctantly said, I think it's over.

Then Jerry Seinfeld, for some reason, attacks you for it. And it looks like you're right. Yeah, you know, and the thing is, are technically on the same side of this, which is that no one wants New York to die. I presented some facts that I was seeing that were undeniable, and everybody wanted to shoot the messenger. But then I called people ranging from mayoral candidates to congressmen to even the Federal Reserve looking for solutions.

Everybody seems to be in denial. I wrote that article three months ago. New York City is in war-shaped now. And there's articles. You just quoted DeBlazzi. I think he needs a course on law and order. You can't close down businesses without due process. 90% of restaurants in New York City are going to go out of business.

Cuomo's going to ban indoor dining next week in New York City. Businesses are collapsing. Employees are going unemployed. City workers are getting fired. Trash collectors, EMT workers, teachers, police, health care. How are you going to do, James? How are you? I mean, I love New York City.

I think it's one of the greatest. doesn't like me, but I think it's one of the greatest cities in the world. And I don't see it ever coming back to the way it used to be. I can't even figure out how it doesn't become escape from New York soon. You know, Glenn, I agree. And again, I talk to a lot of smart people about it who should be on tap with solutions. It's very difficult. Money is leaving New York. And people say, good riddance, the rich are leaving, but it's not the rich for leaving. It's 80,000 small restaurants. It's mom and pop landowners.

It's the people who are 10 months behind on their rent who are never going to pay. You know, there's two billion, one in four New Yorkers have not paid rent since March. They're not going to suddenly pay on January 1st. They're just going to leave. Half a million people have already left New York. It's the largest flight out of New York City ever. So when people say, you can't say this time is different. And this time is very, very different.

The economy's been shut down. People have left. You know, I saw that number about how many people left. They say it is bigger than the Exodus right after 9-11. But 9-11, you still had things going for. You just needed courage. And you also had Rudy Giuliani, who was good for business. He was doing the opposite.

Stay here. Stay here. Continue to build. Where now it's just the complete opposite. it shut it down, shut it down, stop doing everything. I mean, I was in the World Trade Center on 9-11. I lived three blocks away. It was rough, and, you know, but the entire world rallied behind New York City, helped New York

City rebuild. There was love for New York. New Yorkers loved New York, wanted to rebuild. The same thing is not happening now. There is, you know, there is so much, there is so much kind of fighting. There's the violence is up 150% year over year. Murders are up. And again, it's not just like a few businesses downtown are closed for a little while.

It's probably going to be about 100,000 businesses closed in New York. Just the other day, there was news 70 financial firms, including Goldman Sachs asset manager businesses, have moved from New York to Palm Beach, Florida. Yep. So there's an exodus. And how do you pay for New York's probably? in my back of the envelope, Matt, New York is probably about $100 billion in the hole. How are you going to pay for that with no taxes collected?

Because everybody who pays taxes is leaving. And the people that are the worst off, the people like this bar owner that's just trying to keep their restaurant and their bar open, they can't move to West Palm. They're not moving. They're stuck there. I know. And that's the sad thing. It's in the Constitution.

people need due process before property is taken away. This guy's business, this livelihood was taken away, and it's not just him. It's every restaurant owner all around, I'm standing in New York City right now, all around me, restaurants that have been staples for decades are out of business. The people who work there out of business moved out. The employees move back to wherever they're from. This is not just something that affects, quote, unquote, the rich, nor is this, a lot of people are saying, oh, well, this will go to a, back to the 70s, which was

this artistic utopia where the rents were low. No, I was there in the 70s. It was disgusting. And it's not, it's actually even going to be worse than the 70s, because at least in the 70s, businesses were open. Let me, let me switch gears slightly. You're right about the Constitution, and you're also right about there has to be compensation. If the government takes away something of yours or destroys it. They have to have fair compensation for that. I've been saying from the very beginning when they said, we're going to close down businesses for more than two weeks.

I've said, this is a huge lawsuit just waiting to happen on behalf of all of the people who have lost business because they weren't allowed to open it up. But that brings me to, well, we'll just print more money. I mean, the value of the dollar is, you know, did you know, did you know, know that the Federal Reserve has printed more money. In fact, they've printed three quarters of all of the money they have printed in 107 years. They've printed three quarters of that amount recently. Yes. And, you know, I even, look, I even called people at the Federal Reserve to talk about New York City just for my own benefit so I could see that someone's thinking of

solutions. All of their thinking is, hey, you know, their demand for the dollar is strong, which gives us an opportunity to print, but it means that our children are going to be paying back money to the children of the wealthy Chinese people who are lending us the money. And now the Federal Reserve is lending it. We're not even borrowing it from the China. Nobody will buy our debt anymore. It's now 100% financed by the Federal Reserve. I mean, did you know more, since March, money supply, more than $11 trillion has been added to the money supply? That's not a trivial amount. And now they're talking about, oh, let's just get $50,000 to everybody who took on student loans.

What are they talking about? You're only benefiting the top one-third of society when you do that. So it's not a progressive action at all. And what about these guys like this Staten Island bar owner who's one. work for 40 years, building up his bar, helping his community, serving his city, and now being told that he's not a name and law and order when he just wants to feed his family. It's sad and it's disgusting. So let me ask you, because there's not been any talk on, a very little talk on this, especially compared to last time. Bitcoin is almost, I mean, it has broken its all-time high, I believe,

or it was within a couple of hundred dollars of breaking the all-time high. But that only lasted a few days. Bitcoin is now up around $18,000 to $20,000 and has been for a few weeks, maybe a couple of weeks now. And there's no hype on it. What's happening with that? Is that a reaction to people with money saying, I'm getting out of the dollar, I'm putting it into something that might be stable? Yeah, I think it's several things.

I think one is, even since March, everybody breathed a huge sigh of relief that Bitcoin existed. Because what other currency would you trust? The dollar is the most trusted currency in the world. And like I just said, they're printing maybe another $10 trillion for all we know. Like Bitcoin, the supply cannot change. You can't print Bitcoin. The supply is permanently fixed at 21 million Bitcoin. So, and it's not reliant on the financial system.

Every dollar transaction goes through banks and central banks and federal reserve banks. It's all tied to a system that could collapse. Bitcoin is outside the system, which is why companies like micro strategy is putting all of its cash reserves into Bitcoin. That didn't happen in 2018, the last time Bitcoin reached a high. The last time Bitcoin reached a high, it was speculators, people wanting to day trade Bitcoin. Now it's people who are parking hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars in Bitcoin for safety because they don't trust the dollar.

And you can't find any more Bitcoin. So if supply is six, but demand is going up, then what does it mean? Price goes up. There's $150 trillion of fiat currency around the world, but only $300 billion worth of Bitcoin. So if you think there's a reasonable chance that some percentage of currency will switch over to Bitcoin, which seems kind of obvious now, then Bitcoin is a very safe place to put money, not go crazy with it, but put some money there for safety. So, James, what does it look like? Because I think it was Goldman Sachs. It may have been

Citibank that came out and said they're expecting a 30% drop in the value of the U.S. dollar in the next year to 18 months. If they're printing $11 trillion, it's going to be more than that. What does that mean? Can you help explain to the average person what that means to them? I don't mean people with lots of money. I mean people who are living on the edge. The average person.

I mean, look at what happened in January and February this year. Before the lockdowns, China locked down. And guess what happened? We suddenly realized that all manufacturing, 100% of manufacturing happened within 200 miles of the Wuhan province. Surprise. We didn't know that. Like people were saying, well, didn't we do something in India or Vietnam? No, it was all, everything from the drugs that you take to the dresses and clothes you wear to your iPhone to all electronics.

It was all coming from China. shut down, so suddenly we couldn't even get toilet paper. We couldn't get anything. And so what's going to happen is when all your goods are made overseas, but we're paying in dollars, where the value of the dollar is going down, everything's going to get more expensive. So a thousand dollar iPhone might be $2,000. A drug that costs $100 might cost $300. All of these prices start to go up. But there's a little bit of a battle happening short term, which is that right now the Federal Reserve wants inflation. They're fighting deflation because everyone's been sitting at home not buying anything, not traveling, not doing anything. Businesses are going out of business.

There's a danger also the dollar could go, the dollar could deflate in the short term, but then inflate in the long term. So basically, everybody goes broke and then everything gets more expensive. So that's the scary part. And so the Federal Reserve actually wants to print more money because they want to inflate as fast as possible. The benefit to them of inflating is that they borrow now. They weaken the dollar, so we're paying money back in weaker dollars. It's easier to pay back the debt. That's no good, though, for people at home.

You can't get dividends or your products are going to be more expensive. So the people at home are in trouble. The government gets away with it, and a new generation has to pay back. back the children of all the people in the rest of the world. Is that a true number? 5%. Yeah, and it's going to be less next week of more lockdowns go in place. But, I mean, that's just it, is that right now everybody's going remote. People say, oh, you know, just like the financial crisis, miracle bounced back. No, it's different because in 2008, 2009, bandwidth was one-tenth the speed of bandwidth now. and they could save on costs, they just stop leasing office space. So I tell you, James, I've talked about this, Stu is pointing this out this morning. I talked about this because of a digital revolution that was coming. I've been talking about it for five or six years and describing what it was look like if the transition was sudden

and describing New York City. We knew it was going to happen. What it's also taken out, though, is the entrepreneurial spirit in some ways. It's just being crushed. What do you say that entrepreneurs should be looking at in the future? Where does it go from here? Well, you know, it's an important question because there's a hundred,

228 million workers in the U.S., but 55 million of them filed for unemployment insurance at some point in the past eight months. That's a sad statistic. It shows there's no loyalty in corporations. So entrepreneurship has to be on the mind of many people, particularly young people, start looking towards who benefits from everybody working remote or everybody moving from the first-tier cities to the second-tier cities. So obviously, online learning is going to benefit social media management for companies,

helping companies pivot from offline to online, working on online newsletters, online courses, you know, anything relating to remote, relating to media being created remotely, all of these things are going to, boom. You know, app development, again, helping companies with their social media management. This is a great time for young people

who have been using social media since birth to now step up their skills, start off, The way I did, creating an online agency and building a business to the many people of the older generation who need the help moving remote. So I don't know if you've been following Max Public House in Grant City, Staten Island. But two guys own this bar, and they have been shut down. They've tried to do everything they can.

They're going to lose their bar if they have to shut down. if they have to shut down again. So they decided that they weren't going to shut down. We're not closing it. Well, then the liquor license was revoked. And so they said, you know what? We're declaring ourselves an autonomous free zone. We worked in Seattle.

Why not here? And we're not going to charge for alcohol or food. Well, it was against the law to serve alcohol if you don't have a license, blah, blah, blah. So I think it was last night or the night before last. the cops were waiting for the owners. And Danny Presti walks out, he's one of the owners, he walks out, cops are there, he runs from the cops, gets into his car, one of the cops, you know, like Barretta, jumps on the hood of his car and goes for a couple of blocks before they stop him and they do arrest him.

He's out of bail, or he's out of jail without bail, and he's with an attorney here, and we're going to talk to him in just a second. First, I want to play what de Blasio said about Danny. Here it is. Hello, Louis. How are you? I'm good. Thanks for having this, Glenn. Always love your show. Thank you. The first thing I want to address is they were not cops. They were not NYPD police officers. They were sheriff deputies. And it's in New York City, as it's probably different than down where you guys are throughout the country. In New York City, sheriff's deputies play a different role than NYPD. They're civil enforcement officers. My partner or I have been criminal defense attorneys for over 40 years. We have never dealt with the sheriff's department in a criminal

matter. So we want to make perfectly clear the NYPD, Northern New York State Troopers wanted anything to do with this. That's why they sent Shiff de Blasio's personal. political hit force to handle this. Well, I tell you, in Texas, sheriffs are the good guys, not the bad guys. So tell me, tell me what is happening because I think there's a lot of people that feel, Danny, exactly like you did, where you guys are trying to keep your business open and you keep being told no, no, no, and you don't have a choice other than to go to the poor house. Am I right?

Yeah, that's why this whole thing started in the beginning was because we were left without any options. And it was to bring attention to what's going on to the businesses and how dire it is. And in the beginning, we just tried to bring attention to say, hey, let's try to bring as much noise as we can to try to get the mayor and the governor. And not just here, but across the country to understand that small businesses need assistance. All these big, big chain places are still thriving and you're killing the small mom and pop places. And we either need assistance if we have to shut down or you have to help us open in a safe manner. But just the shutdowns and ignoring us and pushing us to the side and killing our livelihoods just wasn't acceptable to us. This is what's happening in California as well.

And people are starting to go rogue because they've got nothing left. You have nothing left. and nobody is offering any help. Did you expect this to get to this point? Did you expect to be seeing the inside of a jail? And I didn't know what to expect when we did it. Again, we just knew that something had to happen. So when Keith and I sat down, we decided to do something about it.

Did I think that getting arrested two times in one week was going to happen at some point? No. So, Lou, what is the, what's the, what's the plan from here? How are you going to fight this? And what do you think it means? Well, we obviously on a legal level, we have two issues. We have the criminal case where we're representing Danny. But we also have the civil cases where the sheriffs gave over $50,000 in fines to Max Public House. I can assure you we'll take care of Danny's criminal cases. But as far as the civil cases go, that we're going to have to battle those. This is,

is certainly something that was unexpected. But I want to assure your viewers, what happened in California is interesting. They had a judge rule that they have to show their signs before they shut businesses down now. We started with lawsuits, Glenn. My partners and I brought four different lawsuits to open the restaurants.

And we've been shut down by judges in New York City on each time because obviously they're appointed by DeBlasio. and Cuomo. We would love to have a ruling that happened in California. Unfortunately, it seems like going the legal route hasn't been working either. We will continue to do that in the appeal process, but sadly, the small business owners on Staten Island through the rest of the country can't open and still can't open, and they still can't put food on their table. So it's a sad situation, and I applaud Danny and his partner Keith for for leading the charge and staying open, unfortunately, it's ended up in these ridiculous criminal

charges. So I know you guys are doing a GoFundMe. It's max fights for small businesses. You are trying to raise 500,000. You're currently at about 100 grand. And you say that anything that you're not using, you're going to apply that to fight for other small businesses. Is there, is there some sort of an association or is there any group of small businesses that are starting to band together and say, we've got to fight this as one,

because we're all too small? Well, we started, the small business on Staten Island started a business association a while ago. That's who we brought the lawsuits on behalf of. We will continue to bring those lawsuits on their behalf. And I believe there are a lot of people, throughout the country starting to form these coalitions so they can have a strong voice into these ridiculous orders by the governors and mayors of these liberal cities. You know, Glenn, it's sad. The virus doesn't know the difference between a red state and a blue state, but it seems that the blue states can't stay open.

Their small businesses are shut down, yet the red states are of, able to stay open and and keep their businesses open. It's absolutely ridiculous. And it's said that even the COVID virus has become a political animal. So I have to ask you this because I am, I'm strong with law enforcement that stands with the Constitution. And usually, that is, the sheriffs, et cetera, et cetera. And I, I preach against, you know, the people like, you know, all the people that de Blasio has supported and all people like him that go out in the streets and they commit all kinds of crimes. Black Lives Matter has been responsible now for 6,000 injuries with police. So I have to, I just have to ask about the sheriff that was on the roof or on the hood of your car.

He did break his color bone or he broke one bone. Not true? Not absolutely not true. That doesn't hurt the people at all, does it? no I mean not at all there's not extensive research showing that when you take away for example kids educations that it really hurts there's the famous chapter in I believe it's tipping points Malcolm Gladwell where he talks about how the main difference between rich kids and poor kids and when it comes to education over long periods of time is that generally speaking rich kids parents during the summer engage with them often and challenge them to do not just, you know, sitting around watching TV, right?

Where poor kids' children are more likely, again, this is generalities, but more likely to think that it's, that's a school's job for them to learn when they're home, they can do what they want to do, right? And not engage them mentally over summer break. So during the school year,

the kids perform pretty much identically, but during the summer break, the rich kids get a little bit ahead and the poor kids get a little bit behind. And that happens every year throughout their entire schooling. And that's the difference between the two groups. That is, you start doing this. This is much more extreme.

And we go to just Zoom learning and, I mean, these kids are falling way behind. Just think of this. What happens to those kids that are in child care? Both parents work. They can't take care of their kids. There's no child care now. What happens to those families? What happens to their monthly rent?

how is someone going to stay at home? And this is one of those issues too where the science was relatively clear at the beginning including from the scientists by the way that said you should keep schools open that I can but you know when a new pandemic is coming down

you didn't know anything about it. You can kind of understand be like we can't risk the kids at the very beginning over time it became clear a thousand times less likely yeah it's not even close the kids are really not in danger from this So it became clear that that was not a good thing to do. The science changed.

Most places have recognized that. Places with very powerful teachers unions continue to fight it, though. And they said, well, we don't want our teachers in there. And they brought up all these other arguments. So places like New York City set ridiculous standards for keeping schools open. Even that has started to turn over where de Blasio recently had to change those standards to reopen the schools, particularly for young kids, because of what a terrible decision it was. initially to pull them out anyway. It's killing our kids. So take that and separate kids from real education.

Friends. From friends. And then you're putting them on maybe Zoom learning for part time while their parents are trying to get. I mean, it's impossible. It is a really problematic situation. You're leaving them at home alone, some of these kids. This is going to be an absolute disaster. The cure is worse than the disease by far.
