Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to board of Viarai. Embarked and profited. Embarked and relaxes. Cirotay. Bookiné. Oh, that also. And profite. Villaray, the voice that we love that we love.
Starting point is 00:00:15 To an certain extent, you are in charge of your future and the future of your family. Now I say to a certain extent because the federal government, the global governments of the world, are taking control of your future. Right now, if you don't want somebody control, your future. You have to have your finances in order as much as possible. You need to be able to get out of debt as much as possible. And I know this sounds impossible because it's, I mean, everything is just out of control. Please, if you own your own home, please, please, just call and find out if this is right for you. They can do a consolidation loan at, um, at, at a, at a, at a
Starting point is 00:01:00 American financing, they are saving on average people about $695 a month. That is really a lot of money that can help get you out of the trouble that you might be facing. Please call them American financing at 8009062440 or go to Americanfinancing.net. Hello America and welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're so glad that you're here. Today is Election Day in Georgia and It really matters. Please go out and vote today. I want to start the program with a question that we need to start asking all of our friends. Are they this stupid?
Starting point is 00:02:42 Is it a coincidence or is this the intentional destruction of everything? Literally everything. I'll explain in 60s. seconds. First, let me tell you about Jason. He wrote in about his dog's experience with Rough Greens. He said, my dogs will actually push my hand away when I mix Rough Greens into their food bowls just so they can start chowing down. Their fur is shiny. They have lots of energy. I definitely, definitely recommend Rough Greens to anybody who's thinking about it. Thank you so much, Rough Greens. Thank you, Glenn. Jason, I know what you mean. Once you put Rough Greens on the food,
Starting point is 00:03:29 you better get out of the way, especially if you have a German Shepherd like I do. It's not a dog food. It's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black. You sprinkle it on the food, and it's chock full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and antioxidants. It's honestly like we used to have in our house grape nuts. And I remember my mom would buy, you're not having any sugar cereals. Grape nuts? I would never eat it.
Starting point is 00:03:58 But once she would look away, I would just dump sugar into that. It made me eat the grape nuts. I'm probably the most healthy thing to put the sugar in it. But this is the way the dogs look at Rough Greens. It's like dog sugar for them. They love their food, but it's actually healthy. It's vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants. Get your first bag of Rough Greens free, just pay for shipping at roughgreens.com slash Beck.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Rough Greens, RUFF Greens.com slash back. Get a trial bag now. 833, Glenn 33. Okay, so I want to go through a few stories and ask you if this is a coincidence, if this is just global stupidity unlike we've ever seen, or, as I believe, it is intentional. and it is an intentional thing to bring down our economy. And when I say our our economy, I mean the entire Western economy, to bring down our economy to reset it to something new, the Great Reset.
Starting point is 00:05:10 Also, to take down our electrical systems, our power generation, and to be able to put us on the ropes with energy. then to just dismantle our food system. And as crazy as this is, I'll explain in a minute. That is part of the Great Reset. Plus, at the same time, turn our children into people that don't want to procreate, take our young girls and stop them from being able to reproduce, confuse children so they can't think logically and then destroy all truth.
Starting point is 00:05:57 Are those things happening as a coincidence? Is it really? All of those things? Let me give you a couple of stories. Switzerland is looking at banning electric vehicle use during an energy crisis. Now, how is that possible? How can the all blessed battery an electric car be considered as something we could ban during an energy crisis? It's supposed to save us energy.
Starting point is 00:06:39 No, that's a lie by the left. It takes more energy to produce one of those cars than it does to produce a regular gasoline. engine car or diesel engine car. So you'll start at an energy deficit. And then the thing that they never talk about is, where does that magic electricity come from inside of your wall? It comes usually from a coal fire plant, a hydroelectric plant, or a nuclear plant. It could also come, as it is in Texas, in a natural gas plant. All of those things are being dismantled. So where are we going to get our electricity
Starting point is 00:07:29 when we have an energy crisis, which they have now, but they'll blame it on the war, they have now in Europe, but we're getting rid of dams here. We're shutting nuclear power plants down here. We're banning coal here. We're banning oil. production here. Where's that magic energy coming from? Next story. Soros has a another
Starting point is 00:08:01 little great spooky dude problem-solving council. It's called the governing for impact. Funded by me, Spooky dude, George Soros. We just put out a memo Now, advising the Biden administration that the Clean Air Act grants the Environmental Protection Agency the authority to control or prohibit the manufacturing and sale of gasoline. Hmm. Wow. So in this republic of ours, the president through an edict through one of his department, the Department of Ed, or sorry, the Department of Environmental Protection, they can just ban gasoline. There's your republic for you. By the way, L.A. has voted the ban of any new oil wells.
Starting point is 00:09:08 So what does that mean? If they're not pumping oil, they're going to have to buy it from someplace else, and you ain't buying it from America, because America isn't allowed to drill either. The city is going to get rid of operations that are already running after a 20-year period to phase them out. This is the most important step toward environmental justice. Is it environmental justice? Because I don't even know what environmental justice is.
Starting point is 00:09:42 I know what they say it means. But here's what I think it means. intentional destruction of our way of life. All right, let me give you this one. Is this a coincidence or is this very well planned? A joint resolution has just gone to the house in Michigan. Michigan is, let me see if I can find the stupid PDF here. Because they got to read it to you.
Starting point is 00:10:18 Oh, shoot. Michigan is now looking and putting a joint resolution in, joint resolution Y, they are looking now to control all gasoline production, oil, gas production, as a natural gas, and distribution, and creation of electricity in Michigan. The state is now discussing a takeover of the entire energy sector in Michigan,
Starting point is 00:10:59 and they want to do it through eminent domain. So Michigan is now talking about a state takeover of all electricity, all gasoline, all natural. gas. I couldn't see what could possibly go wrong there. I think Whitmer is probably the most important person in the electric production and distribution family. Do you know anybody who's more qualified than the governor of Michigan? Is this an intentional enslaving of people? Or are they just this stupid. You'll have to decide. Let me give you this story yesterday. I told you about the Netherlands and how farmers are being bought out by the state if they won't stop using nitrogen fertilizer.
Starting point is 00:12:01 The farmers have been protesting saying we will not be able to grow enough food. We will not be able to have enough cattle to be able to feed Europe. Now, remember, you might blow off the Netherlands as who cares about the Dutch farmers. The Netherlands are the second largest food exporter in the world. The second. So all of Europe will starve if you destroy the farmland in the Netherlands. That's exactly what they're doing. They've said, because of global warming, the World Economic Forum and the Great Reset says we can't use any kind of modern fertilizer. So because we can't use modern fertilizer, we're not only going to be cold in the winter because we can't use fossil fuels, but we also are going to be starving. Now, I told you that story yesterday and warned you that it is coming here.
Starting point is 00:13:08 Let me give you today's story. German farmers are ordered to slash their nitrogen fertilizer usage to comply to the EU and World Economic Forum Green Laws. So Germany is banning farmers from using nitrogen fertilizer, which, by the way, because of nitrogen fertilizer, we probably have 50, percent more yield to our crops. That means 50 percent less food if you don't use it. It's not like we have a better solution. We're just saying stop using this. Exactly what we're doing with energy. We don't have the magic green energy yet, but we're just stopping producing hydroelectric.
Starting point is 00:14:06 We're taking down dams. We're shutting down. nuclear power plants, we're shutting down coal plants, we're shutting down oil, and replacing it with nothing, just a different lifestyle. You won't own anything and you'll like it. I'm sorry, but all of this, all of this is the intentional destruction of your way of life. And I'm not saying that our way of life is the most thrifty, is the best. I'm saying the Western world saved millions, hundreds of millions of lives just from starvation in the last 50 years. Our progress actually helped people become more educated to become better people, stronger people, stronger people. more inventive people, all of that is being destroyed.
Starting point is 00:15:11 And it's being done intentionally. I just found a report from the APA, the American, I think it's Psychiatrist Association. And in this, they talk about the social benefits and the social drawbacks for identity conflict. So identity conflict is, I don't know if I'm a man or a woman. I don't know who I am. I don't know if I'm part of society. I'm an outcast of society.
Starting point is 00:15:52 I'm a male. I'm a female. I'm a Bambi. Okay? Social conflicts, the current increasingly complex environment, people often hold more. multiple social identities.
Starting point is 00:16:07 For example, an Asian American may identify both as an American and an Asian. A mixed race person may simultaneously identify with both races. Whenever the different identities are simultaneously activated and give conflicting behavioral direction, people experience social identity conflict. Seven studies, both measured and manipulative. social identity conflict in surveys, secondary data, controlled experiments show that social identity conflict shortens one's planning horizon in future-oriented choices. Now what does that mean?
Starting point is 00:16:52 It means our children cannot plan for their future. They don't know how to plan for their future. They can't look to the future. So not only have we confused them, we are also not teaching them critical thinking, we're teaching them never to question. And because we've confused them, they can't think critically and make any long-term decisions. Now, is all of this being done because somehow or another, the whole elite, the elite world has just forgotten science or is this being done intentionally by a group of
Starting point is 00:17:42 elites who quite honestly are anti-human you'll have to ask yourself that question and your friends that question but I urge you America to ask your friends to hurry and answer that question American financing NMLS-182334. www. nmLS consumer access.org. I'm sure it would help you. It would help me. It would help everybody saving $700 a month. That sounds pretty sweet. Now, maybe you have a lot of expenses, things like high-interest credit card debt. That can be a killer, and it is going to get worse. Of course, inflation
Starting point is 00:18:28 is now making everybody's life harder right now. That's the bad news. But the good news is There is a solution to your problem if you're a homeowner. American financing is the place to call for some of those solutions, whether it's putting you in a position to use your home's equity to help you get out of debt. Well, I'm just transferring the debt. Yes, you're transferring the debt, but you're going to be paying 5% interest instead of 25% interest. And you'll be able to spread it out. So you're going to save $695 a month.
Starting point is 00:18:59 If you don't need the $695 a month because you're not, really stretch thin, which I find that hard to believe in anybody's house. Use that $6.95 to pay your debt down faster. Over 20 years, people have been seeking the financial assistance and advice from American financing. My family's one of them, just about everybody I work with, have used American financing. They are America's home for home loans. Call them now 800-906 2440, 800-906-2440, or Americanfinancing.net. 10 seconds, station ID.
Starting point is 00:19:47 So I found something extraordinarily disturbing last night. Google is here to help us out again. Google is helping us out. Google has interventions. Dot with Google.com. I urge you to go. They have found a way to predict pre-crimes. They have found a way to predict a pre-information, misinformation.
Starting point is 00:20:20 So they've found a way through analytics to be able to see what you're viewing, what you're discussing, and what that might lead to, and get rid of that. So you don't fall into the trap of misinformation. It is incredible. This is 1980. They claim now, and you'll see it on their website, Interventions.withgougal.com. You'll scroll across your social feed, and it will alert you, and it'll show you all the different alerts, and you're not the only one being alerted. They're being alerted about you, too.
Starting point is 00:21:09 and they're going to have an expert figure out what's true or not. And they say, look, you can do a lot of this on your own. Here's one of their recommendations. Make sure the person reporting the story or making the claim is an expert on the topic. Oh, you mean like an approved person on global warming? like an improved person from the World Economic Forum that's going to tell me about global warming and how we have to not use fertilizer. Oh, an expert like the ones that are saying we should buy electric cars,
Starting point is 00:21:51 and then don't worry, we're going to come up with new energy to be able to generate enough electricity. You mean those kinds of experts? or the experts like in Washington that say we can just continue to print money and there is no inflation. Those experts? See, this is the problem. This is the dream, quite honestly, of Woodrow Wilson.
Starting point is 00:22:21 The dream of Woodrow Wilson was to replace the American people's vote and a constitutional republic and make it into a democracy run by experts coincidence or do they know exactly what they're doing
Starting point is 00:22:46 and destroying intentionally our republic and the Western way of life the Glenn Back program all right let me tell you about my pillow in case you don't already know, Giza cotton is widely regarded as the best cotton in the world. It'd be this from The Poor Man's Poison. and there's blood all over the ground Let's all just blind for the poor We must remind them what's in store
Starting point is 00:25:09 We got them now Just break them down a little bit more Feed the machine Bring them all back down to their knees No time to waste Remind the slate They ain't gonna make it out alive today Together
Starting point is 00:25:55 And just to make it all clear We want the same thing as you This will all be over soon. Now here's a little deal is the truth. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. It is Tuesday. I want to thank K&RS in Salt Lake for hosting me here. I'm working on a fundraiser for an organization called United We Pledge.
Starting point is 00:26:59 They are, they're transforming America's first count. It is probably the most red, I'm sorry, yeah, the most red county in the country. And they are planting their stakes in the ground and developing some things in St. George that are truly remarkable. And I want to assist them on that. So thank you, KNRS for allowing me to do the broadcast from here. Time Magazine has announced that the finalist, have been selected in its 22 person of the year.
Starting point is 00:27:41 Pat Gray is here to join us. Are you pulling for Liz Cheney or for President Z? Wait a minute. Or Janet Yellen. Oh. Or Vladimir Zelensky. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:27:58 Yeah, and there's also DeSantis, but why even talk about him? Right. Yeah. Gosh. Most of those people I can at least understand as nominees, right? they were big figures.
Starting point is 00:28:09 Liz Cheney though? What was her contribution exactly? She got beat by 70 points. I think that was their big contribution to the world. She lost by 70 points and then she headed a commission that I guess if you want to give, let's just say the most optimistic look at her year would be that she was kind of a big figure on the January 6th commission, which possibly, I guess, contributed to the Democrats having either the same amount of Senate seats or one more and losing the house?
Starting point is 00:28:39 What possibly could be the argument for Liz Cheney to be person of the year? Well, she's thinking about running against Donald Trump. Well, if she does that and wins, I mean, maybe then she could be person of the year. I don't know, but she hasn't even announced that. And that would be next year anyway. Oh my gosh, Pat, do you hear this from this guy? And I suppose you want the Nobel Peace Prize to be given to somebody after they've made peace.
Starting point is 00:29:06 Well, that would be my preference. That would be my preference. So picky. So picky. Weird stances I have sometimes. Really? Seriously. I mean, Liz Cheney losing by literally 40 points and then potentially running for president makes so much sense that she should be person of the year.
Starting point is 00:29:29 She really should. In today's world. Yeah. In today's world. And Rhonda Santos is now. you know, upended the entire potential Republican primary, if you want to look ahead, right? He won, he's
Starting point is 00:29:40 turned Florida from a purple state to basically a red state at this point. He won by, what, 18, 19 points in a state that usually is decided by the slimmest of margins. He's changed the culture in many ways, the approach of an entire
Starting point is 00:29:56 political party, and now is among the favorites to become the nominee for the Republicans. That's why you can't consider it for a person of the year. I can't even consider him. I mean, what are you even talking about? How about John Bolton? He's considering there you go. John Bolton. And I got to tell you, who is not on that John Bolton? I don't think John Bolton is on the John Bolton train. He can't even guarantee his own vote. I don't. I really don't. I really don't think so. I was listening to your show this morning, Pat,
Starting point is 00:30:30 which airs on Blaze, TV, and radio every morning prior to this program, and then you could get it on podcast wherever a podcast are found. But I heard you play John Kennedy, but I only had the headphones up very, very softly, and they were on the counter and I was doing work. Was that a spoof, or is that really John Kennedy? Senator Kennedy? Yes, it's really Senator Kennedy. What was you talking about?
Starting point is 00:31:00 He was... No, no, no, no, no, don't settle. Okay. Just listen. Here it is. These woke, high IQ, stupid people, they're easy to recognize. They hate George Washington. They hate Thomas Jefferson. Right. They hate Dr. Zeus and they hate Mr. Potato Head. These woke, high IQ stupid people, they walk around.
Starting point is 00:31:30 They walk around with Ziploc bags of kale that they can eat to give them energy. Now, if you want to eat kale, that's up to you. I don't eat kale. You know why? Because kale tastes to me like I'd rather be fat. And these high IQ stupid people, the walkers in charge in Washington, D.C., the Berserkers in charge in Washington, D.C., the berserkerk wing, of the Democratic Party, they hyperventilate on their yoga mats if you use the wrong pronoun. They're all over Washington, D.C.
Starting point is 00:32:11 I love him. I just love him. Is that one of the greatest senatorial rants of all time? Oh, yeah. Good stuff. Oh, yeah. Fun. Let's see.
Starting point is 00:32:24 By the way, yesterday it was announced that the Biden administration is launching an investigation into Elon Musk and his company Neuroling. Wait, why? Why? Isn't this... Well, he's the CEO. That is the only qualifier needed. Like, wouldn't Elon Musk be an interesting person of the year?
Starting point is 00:32:49 I think he seems like he might be... Well, he was person of the year in 2021 when he was popular. Oh, so now... Yeah, so now he can't be. That's amazing. It really is. Now he's the... Now it's like one of the Hitler Awards. When they give a person of the year, every once in a while, they give it to like Hitler because even though he's terrible, he's made a big impact.
Starting point is 00:33:07 That's how they look at Elon Musk now. And it's strange because first Time magazine embraced Hitler. So it's kind of the same thing. You know, they embraced Hitler. They embraced Elon Musk. The only difference is Musk isn't going to turn into Hitler. And Hitler was always Hitler. Maybe it's just me.
Starting point is 00:33:31 So they're looking into his Neurrelink. They just want to make sure that everything is up on the, you know, the up and up on this one. They're very concerned. You know, not about, not about Neurrelink itself, not about that it will open the gateway to information in your mind to anybody like Google. none of that they're investigating his his use of animals in research and teaching and testing
Starting point is 00:34:06 yeah yeah did he tested on monkeys isn't that what happened he probably did did test it on monkeys yeah or somebody in his organization did I'm sure he wasn't actually sticking the probes in the monkey brain but no I think he is you think he is the guy
Starting point is 00:34:23 I yeah Pat let's be honest and I mean this half sincerely he is one white kitty cat away from being a James Bond villain he he probably is
Starting point is 00:34:39 he I mean he really he is I'm not sure if he's a good guy or a bad guy I think we find that out in the second half of the movie I mean I really like him but he's also developing the
Starting point is 00:34:55 portal for the internet implanted in human brains. Yeah. Every time I start to think that Elon Musk is just like us and he thinks like we do and he's pretty conservative, then you look at some of his work
Starting point is 00:35:14 and you think... No? No. No, he's really not. And I love the way they're making him conservative now or that he's nothing. They're like, you know, was all for the Democrats, then he was for the Republicans. Now we don't even know who he's going to vote for. Yeah, because that's not the way he vote. He doesn't care about the Democratic Party or the Republican Party. He's looking for something, and it may or may not be what I'm looking for in a candidate, but that's what he's doing. He's so disingenuous. He just won't
Starting point is 00:35:47 walk, lock, lock step with one party. Oh. Oh. Yeah, I get it. He is evil. And once upon a time, you know, that was a pretty good thing. Most people agreed that, hey, if you had principles and you didn't care about the party affiliation, then you're a guy we like. I'm not sure if it was ever as good as we would hope. Yeah. You know, because my grandparents were zombified by FDR. and no matter what happened
Starting point is 00:36:24 they voted Democrat because of FDR. A lot of people do that. You get on your team and you stay on your team no matter what from some weird decision when you were like a kid you know, like one memorable moment shapes your political
Starting point is 00:36:39 views for a long time. Probably not wise to do that. Probably not. But it's interesting to me though that the ones who are breaking this pattern really are the Republicans. I'd throw every single Republican out. I'd throw them all out, if I could,
Starting point is 00:36:57 because I think the party itself is so rotted that you have to start a new party. And with none of those people, I mean, we're fighting the Republicans and Mitch McConnell, as much as we're fighting, you know, Joe Biden. Yep. Remember, vote Republican.
Starting point is 00:37:18 Actually, do vote Republican. If you are in Georgia today, vote for Herschel Walker. The betting market is giving Herschel, what, 10% chance of winning? Yeah, about a 10% chance according to Betty markets. Wow.
Starting point is 00:37:33 90-10 situation. So you can make some money for yourself if Herschel is to win today. Yeah, hopefully. Yeah, I mean, and to be clear, the polls are really close. This was a one-point election when it went into the general.
Starting point is 00:37:47 Now the runoff. The polls, there was a poll came out. Yesterday had Roranock up five, but, you know, all within the margin of error. Okay, so hang on just a second. Let me, let me, I'm going to take a quick break, and then I want to come back to you and talk to you about the polls and how Democrats win elections,
Starting point is 00:38:06 and it's not about corruption. Well, kind of. All right, let me tell you a little bit of our sponsor this F hour. It's real estate agents, I trust.com. Real estate agents, I trust. This is, this is something that I started, with my brother, Robert. Robert and I both had really horrible experiences with real estate agents.
Starting point is 00:38:30 I've had them for my whole life because I didn't know what to do, and I'm always selling at the wrong time. So I've never had a good experience buying or selling a house. So I decided, as I was working with the 500 best real estate agents around the country, according to the Wall Street Journal, to ask them simple questions like, how do you know what a good real estate agent is? What do you ask them?
Starting point is 00:38:56 How do you find them? Are there certain things that all of you guys do that maybe is the secret to the sauce? The answer was yes. So we put all that information together and we started going out looking for the best agents all across the country. We have found many of what we deem are the best.
Starting point is 00:39:17 And part of that is somebody who's not going to say, and this is definitely not the racist master bedroom. They could give a flying crap, quite honestly, I think most of them. Here's the thing. If you want to sell your house, you want to buy a house in another location, and you need the person who really knows the market, you need to go to real estate agents, I trust.com. It's a free service to you. We'll match you with the right agents.
Starting point is 00:39:44 You do your own homework on them, but I think you're going to really like them. real estate agents, I trust.com. Glenn Beck. Join the conversation, 888-7-27-B-E-C-K. You know, here's the problem with our side politically. We are holding the losing hand politically, and that's only because the left is completely united. They are.
Starting point is 00:40:28 They're actual enemies. Do you think Marxist and Antifa agree with Klaus Schwab and the W-E-F? No, of course not. but you notice they're not going after each other. They're actually working together. We're not. When it comes to elections, they do all of the stuff that is legal.
Starting point is 00:40:49 And then on top, anything they can get away with. We don't. We need to do all that is legal. The GOP needs to fix this fast. If somebody asks you for money at the GOP, ask them, what are you doing to get the vote out? What is actually legal?
Starting point is 00:41:07 in your state. Can we harvest ballots? If it's legal, we should be the best at it and beat their own game. Get out the vote. You know, as they're not talking about getting out the vote. Why? Because they've mastered getting out the vote. Where is the Republican Party? I'll give you the answer. Stuck in 1954. It's time for dramatic changes and unite. The Glennback Program. I want to talk to you a little bit about Eschelon. I know Stu is an exercise freak. That's me Glenn. He's yeah. They call me, some people duratively call me a gym rat. And I don't, that just, it makes me uncomfortable. Yes, I'm there all the time. Yeah, of course you are. You know, like I don't, I don't think that's a nice way of describing. It's not. It's really not. But they, a lot of people say the same thing about me. They're like, Glenn, you got to get off the echelon bike. You got to get off the echelon rower, you know. and I'm like, I can't.
Starting point is 00:42:09 I'm too fat. I'm too muscular. I mean, you're trying. You just cannot roll off of the echelotment equipment successfully. Exactly. Exactly right. It's stuck in my butt. Anyway, there's a new you waiting around the corner
Starting point is 00:42:24 and New Year's resolutions to be made and possibly break. If you don't have the reason to do, if you're looking for a great Christmas gift for somebody wants to get into shape, this is an affordable way to get the way to get the way. workout equipment it's echelon fit I want you to go right now just text 81818181 text Beck 818181 get 840 dollars off of the retail price of any of the echelon fitness workout machines up to 840 dollars off text back at 81818181 of entertainment is welcome to the Glenn Beck program we want to talk to you about
Starting point is 00:43:58 a couple of cases that are going on right now to the Supreme Court and one that you have not heard of and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I think I'm okay with it and I think if the Supreme Court does end up hearing it, it could make a massive change in Washington. But we're going to start with the Supreme Court case, the hearings yesterday in Washington on the web designer who said, look, this violates my religious principles. I can't design this particular site. They'll Yuville watch in line, yeah. Supreme Court has to decide, is there any freedom of religion? We go there in 60 seconds. I've been telling you about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation for a while now. Honestly, they are really an amazing organization and they keep just outdoing themselves.
Starting point is 00:45:03 In Land of Lakes, Florida right now, they are building their do-good village. And this is thanks to a massive donation of acres and acres of land from people just like you. They're building this community of 110 homes for their program recipients. This means families of first responders, Gold Star families, and the families of catastrophically injured first responders and service members, all of these people can be part of this community. Their children are grown up together, playing together, healing together. I know you want to give only to worthy causes. Tunnel to Towers is really worth your time to investigate.
Starting point is 00:45:45 I think this is a tremendous organization. I support them. Tanya and I both support them. and really feel that it's worth your time to at least investigate. If you do your own homework, you'll find that they are super clean and really, really good. Donate $11 a month to Tunnel to T-2T.org and do the right thing by our veterans and first responders. It's tunnel to towers, t2t.org. So does the First Amendment even exist anymore?
Starting point is 00:46:18 We have a White House telling us no. Will we have the Supreme Court telling us no as well? I want to play a couple of things that happen in the Supreme Court and outside concerning the court case now that is involving this web designer who says she cannot make a website with gay marriage announcements and everything else because she's a Christian. Well, let's start here. This is the Colorado Attorney General that is insisting on television here that even if you have moral objections, you have to do the work. Listen to this. Cut three.
Starting point is 00:47:03 You talk about the slip. I'm shorting a bit. It's the slippery slope argument, right? If this happens, then what's the next domino to fall? There are 29 states, including Colorado, that have non-discrimination laws. What is the impact? if the court sides with Smith. What is the impact for, you know, makeup artists, hairstyle,
Starting point is 00:47:19 you know, people in this sort of consider themselves having expressive professions? What is the actual big implication here if this case doesn't go your way, as you see it? Well, first off, we're going to start having to figure out where to draw that line. If someone makes specialized lattes, do they have an expressive interest in saying, I'm sorry, I don't want to serve Mormons because I don't believe in the Mormon religion. That set of hypotheticals could become reality if we lose this case. Now hang on just a second. Isn't this what cancel culture is doing?
Starting point is 00:47:51 Aren't these businesses that disagree with your political view? Not a status as a human being, but your political view, aren't they canceling you? So aren't they already having the right to do it? you are just trying to take away the religious right because I don't want to cancel anyone, but I'm not going to work for MSNBC. You know, they're never going to hire me, but I'm not going to go to work for them. I don't do that. I don't want to do that.
Starting point is 00:48:29 I don't want to say those things. If I worked at MSNBC, well, then I had made a choice to take that job. because that's what they do. Do I have a right to get on MSNBC and do the exact opposite? Don't I have a right to my own conscience and what I deeply believe, especially when it comes to faith? Now, listen to Katanji Brown. She got a lot of heat on this. She was talking about it's a wonderful life from the stand yesterday.
Starting point is 00:49:09 Public business. I'm a photographer. My belief is that, you know, I'm doing It's a Wonderful Life scenes. That's what I'm offering. Okay? I want to do video depictions of It's a Wonderful Life. And I'm knowing that movie very well, I want to be authentic. And so only white children and families can be customers for that particular product. Everybody else can, I'll give to everybody else. I'll sell them anything they want. Just not. the It's a Wonderful Life depictions. I'm expressing something, right, for your purposes, that speech. What about, what's the other step? Sit down. Sit down. You're a mora. What a moron. First of all, yes, I am making It's a Wonderful Life scenes. That is clearly a vision that we've seen. We can put the standard side by side. So if I'm creating that scene, yeah, I can discriminate and say, no, I need white people in this. Because I'm recreating that scene. Now, if I'm updating that scene, if I'm showing it's a wonderful life in today's America,
Starting point is 00:50:31 well, then I could include and should include everyone. I don't even know what she's talking about here. First of all, it's a wonderful life. Is not a religious objection? If I have a religious objection, I can't change what I believe. Just like you can't change your skin color. I cannot change a deeply held religious belief. But it's true, first of all, but it's also an indebted.
Starting point is 00:51:05 thing, right? Like, the religious part of this gives you additional protection beyond what is already there. You can't compel someone to say something. That is like really a bright line in our country. You can't, like, take it to this example. If Kanye West decided to open up a website that said, hey, I will customize birthday songs for you, which, by the way, given his career arc, may be a real possibility very, very soon. He's working on the pancake recipe now. Right. And so let's just say he's like, you know, hey, I will customize your happy birthday of rap.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Just give me your name. And then someone decides, hey, in fact, how about do my bar mitzvah instead? Does he have to do that? The answer to that is no. You can't ask, despite. his anti-Semitic views being abhorrent to most, you cannot force him to sing a positive song about a barbizvah because that would be compelling his artistic expression. You cannot do that. It's already there, whether it's a religious belief or not. Just because he does it.
Starting point is 00:52:19 In his case, it is both. Well, it might be. In his case, it's bug. You could argue, I guess the black Israelite, maybe that's where he is. But I mean, even if it's just, he just, it's not about religion at all, You still can't make somebody do that. Add on to that, the religious protection. It's a whole other layer. I mean, really a lot of this case has been less about religion and more about the idea of whether you can compel speech. There was a famous case that happened recently where it was a religious institution.
Starting point is 00:52:50 I can't remember which one it was, but was saying, hey, there's a new state law that says if you're going to counsel people on pregnancy, you have to post a poster that says, that says abortion is an option and here's how you can get one if you want to. And the Supreme Court said, no, you can't force a religious organization who doesn't believe in abortion to post that. You can't compel them to speech.
Starting point is 00:53:12 And that speech was defined as posting a poster. This has been a bright line forever. And hopefully this Supreme Court will actually have the balls to cast a very broad net here to make sure this is protected for everyone. You should never be forced to. to say or express something you don't believe.
Starting point is 00:53:32 So here's what Barrett said yesterday. She said Canada's designer declined to serve a Catholic club because they disagree with their views on marriage. The Colorado attorney responded, yes, because that's not status-based discrimination. wait, hang on just a second. She went in and said, wait, but the designer can't decline to do a same-sex marriage design. Yes, because same-sex marriage is inextricably intertwined with status, and religion isn't.
Starting point is 00:54:16 Hold on just a second. Hold on just a second. There is a whole right that was defined as a very bright line. as Stu just said. So it's not like we're looking and trying to read in, well, we've got to have freedom of speech. And does freedom of religion fall into that? No, freedom of religion is entirely separate. Entirely separate. And so it is protected clearly. There is no troublesome comma in this one. It is clearly protected. But if you want to argue that you have the right for a designer, a web designer, to discriminate against a Catholic church, which they do have that right. I don't want to do your design. Great. I'm glad you told me that you hate us
Starting point is 00:55:16 because I don't want you designing our website. I don't think you'll do a good job. If I can decline the church, why is it the church that has a deeply held religious belief? I mean, my church was founded on the family and the sacredness of men and women and gender. Gender is ordained by God before birth. There is no confusion. That's like 40 years old in my church. Wait, I have to change now? No.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Because I can't change because the government tells me I have to change. This is something I believe to the core. And I either believe it or I don't. Now you think that I can just change my belief because you're right. No. No. I believe God has set the... has set these standards not man not you not me I can't change the standards neither can you and as long as I'm consistent in that I have a right to assert my religious
Starting point is 00:56:39 exemption from your little rule I'm sorry I my faith tells me I cannot go there if you have a religious objection to war and you are a pacifist and it's a religious exemption, you don't have to go fight in war because you're a Quaker and it is a deeply held religious exemption and it's a deeply held relief or belief. That's a great example too. Like we have come think of what that particular exemption is. We are saying our country is under attack. nation may fall. It's the literal most important thing that a government can do, right? Without your nation, without people fighting this war, we could fall to the Nazis and you won't have the right to your religion. Right. That's the argument against. And even with that scenario,
Starting point is 00:57:43 yes. We say to Quakers, you know what? You don't have to do it. Your religion's more important than the war. Religion is more important than the entire country falling or not. We don't. Because we don't have the right to get between you and God. And yet here we are having an argument about lattes. We're acting as if wedding websites, which are they even a thing? I don't know. I guess I got married too early. But wedding websites, we're acting as if that's as important.
Starting point is 00:58:14 We've said the actual defense of our country to Nazis is not important enough to overwhelm this right. And we're talking about lattes and photographers and cupcakes. And this is completely ridiculous. And then you add on the free speech element of this, which is what this case seems to be surrounding more than anything else, whether the government can say you must say two plus two equals five. With this, the way they're describing this right, the government could tell anyone to say anything. And either one of these rights is clearly defined. Either one of them overwhelms the left's case on this.
Starting point is 00:58:52 And they have both of them working in conjunction here. This is not a close call. This is a freedom-breaking decision. If they decide in favor of Colorado, this is a freedom-break. You have no right anymore. You'll have no right. And this done in conjunction with what they just passed, the Defense of Marriage Act, an interracial marriage act,
Starting point is 00:59:18 This is what they're hoping for. This is what they're shooting for. To be able to shut down anyone that objects. It's not about living together and tolerating one another. It is about forcing everyone to do exactly what they say, when they say it, and have you accept and profess a belief you don't have. that's a dictatorship. That is Naziism, communism. It is a religion. We are headed towards a a theocratic autocracy. Their religion is just of Gaia and of Baal and whatever it is that
Starting point is 01:00:07 worships the earth and slaughter and perversion of children. Back in just a second. NMLS 182334, www. nmLS consumer access.org. Here's something the Treasury will never say. Here's something that nobody on mainstream media will tell you because we're not in a recession and there is no inflation. Don't worry. It's just transitory. Economic studies are now showing that two-thirds of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. Two-thirds.
Starting point is 01:00:40 Sixty percent have decreased their spending as well. Why? Because of inflation. Because things are headed in the wrong direction. If you're one of those people, may I please ask you to call American financing now? You could be saving hundreds of dollars every month, maybe as much as $1,000. The average person is $695 a month. That's their savings. So please call them. They've been working for people just like you and me for two decades. American financing at 800906 2440, 800,9062440, Americanfinancing.net. 10 seconds, station ID.
Starting point is 01:01:35 All right, I want to give you another court case that you have not heard of in just a minute. First, I want to talk to you about tomorrow's Wednesday night special, how the sexualization of children is being normalized. You know, I hear from people all the time. There is so much to worry about. I'm just overwhelmed. There's nothing I can do about any of this. Good. That's the way I felt when I went to AA.
Starting point is 01:02:05 When I went to AA, I couldn't stop. I was completely out of control, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't stop it. So the first step was to admit that I'm powerless over this situation. and to look for a higher power. You feel overwhelmed. These are not all separate issues. They're not.
Starting point is 01:02:32 They're all one in the same. We are not fighting a political party. We're not fighting this court case or that court case or this school board and that school board. We are facing evil. And it is time that you recognize that. You are powerless over this situation because what we are experiencing is evil, period, closed case. So now you have to do everything you can to get into shape spiritually to be able to fight this. Anyway, I want to talk to you about the Dobbs decision tomorrow, a monumental victory worth celebrating.
Starting point is 01:03:14 But the war to protect the lives of our children, new battles. of evil are everywhere. Never before in American history has there been such a blatantly evil push to sexualize all of our children, and it continues to come from major left-wing companies and organizations. We already told you about that fashion brand that was doing that. We're going to show you some of the people behind the scenes that make it absolutely clear this is evil. Also, I didn't tell you yesterday, Planned Parenthood. They've led the charge of sexualization of our children for a long time. The director of the Center for Sex Education said just last week that children are born
Starting point is 01:03:55 sexual and they should be taught about sex as early as kindergarten and he doesn't want, and I'm quoting the bad porn, but there's a lot of good porn that should be shown to our children in school. Are you what? tomorrow we expose this evil. Bigger than Balenciaga, the progressive roots of child grooming. That's tomorrow night, 9 p.m.
Starting point is 01:04:29 BlazTV.com and BlazeTV YouTube. The Glenn Back program. Picture of this. You walk to your mailbox one fine sunny day, and there stands someone you've never met, and he has all of your mail in his hands. And he's just rifling through it, opening it up here and there, he takes a piece of mail in, puts it in his back pocket. Would you be okay with that? Of course not.
Starting point is 01:04:54 So why are we okay with this online? It is important to understand how cybercrime and identity theft is affecting our lives in the virtual world. This is a lawsuit that I want to talk to you about that I have, I just learned about this weekend when I met the guy who he and his brother are suing
Starting point is 01:06:19 right now and it is going to the Supreme Court. I don't know if they will accept it yet, but I had never heard of it, and I was shocked. It is by the Brunson brothers, and I met one of them, and he told me what was going on, and I'm like, why haven't I heard this? He gave me a copy of the case that they filed
Starting point is 01:06:43 and told me that there is interest at the court, level, the court, somebody on the court, has asked for a copy of this, indicating that the Supreme Court wants to take this on, or at least a justice or two wants to take this on. I don't know. I am not an attorney. I both, I think this is partially a very great case, partially makes me very nervous. Part of it I don't think I agree with, but I am new on this case. I'd like to have Brunson on with us maybe tomorrow so he can explain it and I can voice some concerns with him. But the question is, how can you support, defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic if you refuse to investigate possible crimes against the Constitution.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Well, they're making the case that you can't, that you're violating your oath of office. If there are credible indications that there is a threat to the Constitution, you have taken an oath to investigate. Doesn't mean you have to agree with the investigation. results doesn't mean that you have to take action, although that would be the next logical step, if that result of that investigation was that, yes, this is a credible threat. But you must at least investigate. How can you determine a threat unless you investigate?
Starting point is 01:08:34 You can't. So were there threats and claims of a threat to the Constitution? Yes. where did the serious claims come from? This lawsuit says 100 members of Congress. What was the threat? That there were enemies of the Constitution who successfully rigged the 2020 election. So is this about a rigged election?
Starting point is 01:09:05 They say no. It is about the members of Congress who voted against the investigation. thereby thwarting an investigation to find out if it was rigged or not. We don't know the answer because nobody took it seriously except these hundred, you know, senators and congressmen. So this is what they are proposing that the Supreme Court decides. The brothers believed that to support and defend the Constitution, an investigation into possible fraud needed to take place. I agree 100% with that.
Starting point is 01:09:54 So how could anyone with certainty say that that election or any election is not rife with fraud, especially when strange things were happening and we were trying new kinds of voting processes out? we should have done in an autopsy on that election just to see how things changed and how things worked with mail-in votes. Okay. So this is a serious conflict of national security, they say. So what is it that they're going to do? What is it they're asking for? they are saying that, if I'm not mistaken,
Starting point is 01:10:46 due to the serious nature of this, that could have involved the possible removal of a sitting president and vice president or did, and the removal of now Joe Biden, et cetera, et cetera, along with members of Congress, the Supreme Court can find that they, violated their oath of office and deemed them unfit from ever holding office under federal, state, county, or local governments within the United States. At the same time, the trial court
Starting point is 01:11:19 has the authority and validated by this court to authorize the swearing in of a new president and vice president of the United States. This is where it gets really dicey. We cannot fight the 2020 election. We have got to solve the riddle. Was it? And if so, how was it tampered with? And fix that problem now? We also need to hold people accountable for what they did. But please, let's not refight the election of 2020. Let's solve. the problem because if you're fighting the election of 2020 and you want Donald Trump to be instated now, there's no constitutional place for that. None. It's not in the Constitution. You want the Supreme Court to decide? Well, I'm a little uncomfortable with that, but let's
Starting point is 01:12:28 see what happens. This case means something if it gets into the Supreme Court. I'm not sure what it means. I like it on the surface for multiple reasons. It is time that the people's voice is heard and people are held to account to their oath of office. You protect that defendant and defend that constitution at all personal costs or you don't. And if you don't, you shouldn't be there. Now there's another case that is going to be coming soon. Oregon admits now that all gun sales will stop in the state of Oregon on Thursday. Wow.
Starting point is 01:13:21 This according to the Oregon Department of Justice, which is tasked with defending measure 114 in court, this is, excuse me, this is a new law. that has just passed by 1.6% and it is the total elimination of gun sales. Oregonians have set new records by flooding gun stores ahead of the deadline. If the DOJ delaying request fails and gun sales in the stop are wholly in the state, are wholly eliminated, laws unlikely to survive the multiple challenges to its constitutions. There's no way this could stand. But again, stranger things have happened.
Starting point is 01:14:11 This is the goal of so many people. And again, I go back and ask you, is their goal to strengthen our country and everyone's rights? Or is it to give it into the hands of authoritarian and the elites and let them make all of the decisions for us in direct violation of human rights and our Bill of Rights. I want to give you another case here. This one is happening in Canada, but I am telling you it will come here. In Canada, there is a former Canadian military member who is a paraplegic now,
Starting point is 01:15:00 and she is a retired Army corporal. and she was competing for Canada in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Paralympics. She had, she has now a problem going up her stairs in her home. So she went to the VA and said, can I get a stair lift? I'm a paraplegic and I can't get up the stairs. So can I get help with a stair lift? I can't afford one myself. Well,
Starting point is 01:15:39 testifying in front of the House of Commons, Veterans Committee, she said she's been fighting for a home wheelchair ramp for five years and then asking for medical assistance on the stair ramp. And she was told that we cannot help you with the ramps, but if it is too difficult for you to navigate now in your own home,
Starting point is 01:16:11 we will offer assistance in your dying. She read a letter that said, you're so desperate, we can offer you made medical assistance in death, in dying. We can offer you assistance in dying. So again, this is Canada where they are doing this with children. They're doing this with the homeless. And now they're treating their veterans and saying, yeah, I know that you became a paraplegic while you were in the military.
Starting point is 01:16:51 But if it's a hassle for you to live, you know, we'll just make it easy for you to die. Why don't you take your own life? if this isn't a battle of good versus evil, I don't know what is. Any court case, good or bad, is not going to solve our problem. Because our problem is a spiritual whole. I suggest that we go into some pretty heavy training. The times that are coming. I mean, I know they've said this for 2,000 years,
Starting point is 01:17:31 but it actually gives me a little hope, although it also gets worse before it gets better. But I think there's a chance, guys, that Jesus is coming. I think there is that chance. I don't know how great that chance is, but I think it could happen. That means if you believe in these things that we are the people that will prepare the road.
Starting point is 01:17:57 We are also the people that will have to go through great turmoil. We're seeing the setup for this. I hope it doesn't get there. But, you know, with the digital currency, with the attack on religion, with everything that is going on, the sexualization of our children, we see that evil is trying to swallow us whole. That means we don't have to prepare for a next election only. we also have to prepare us and our children for a massive spiritual battle. And I don't know about you, but I'm not prepared yet for that.
Starting point is 01:18:41 Are you? Are you sure that you're going to be able to stand, that your family will be able to stand? If your children are in a public school now, or even many private schools, are they being prepared for that? Or are they being weakened by everyone questioning their sexuality or their gender or God, which is making us stronger and which is making us weaker?
Starting point is 01:19:12 We have the winning hand if we choose to pick up the spiritual hand. But I highly recommend it because we are at least facing the 1930s and 40s all over again. we may be facing something even more evil and even more anticipated in the end. Let me talk to you a little bit about Rough Greens. Alice wrote in about her dog's experience with Rough Green. She said, My dog was only touching his food about once every three days. He would barely even eat then.
Starting point is 01:19:48 He was starting to get sick. I was really worried about him. And then I heard you talk about Rough Greens and how Uno loves it. And I thought, what do I have to lose? at first he would just lick it off the top. Then he started eating it like a champ. Thank you, Rough Greens. By the way, I take it and my wife doesn't.
Starting point is 01:20:07 She just puts it on the top. But I mix the food so it's all coated in Rough Greens. And he eats it either way. But if you have a dog, you might want to give him the best life possible, right? Kibble doesn't cut it. Unfortunately, been sterilized so it can have a long shelf life. but that cooks everything good out of it. This has all the vitamins, minerals, and probiotics that your dog needs.
Starting point is 01:20:32 Folks at Rough Greens, so confident that your dog is going to love it, they're going to send you a free trial pack. You just pay for shipping. That trial pack will make sure that your dog likes it. If your dog likes it, get the full pack and just watch the changes over the months. It's Roughgreens.com slash Beck. Roughgreens.com slash Beck. Or 833 Glenn 33.
Starting point is 01:20:53 The Glenn Beck. This is me. Tom Tillis just pisses me off. He's a Republican from North Carolina. He is the guy that, you know, shoved through the compromise bill to redefine marriage. And then, even though that didn't have to be done, it already ruled on that. Then Tom has done another thing. Yeah, Tom Tillis, he's great.
Starting point is 01:21:39 He's reached an agreement on a draft of framework for immigration reform. and some compromises in there that'll just, you know, just make citizens of two million dreamers, a large boost in resources to speed up the processing of asylum seekers, more resources to expedite or expedite the removal of migrants who don't qualify for asylum, continuation of Title 42 COVID health rule restrictions, and more funding for the border officers. Wow, that sounds great, including the citizenship, the pathway to citizenship for the dreamers. No.
Starting point is 01:22:22 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Also, while I'm at, no, no, let me talk to Mitch McConnell, who is now saying that they're going to pass the omnibus bill. Why would a single Republican pass the omnibus bill and vote for it? Why? Why? You're giving the IRS all of the agents? You're giving the Biden administration access to all of the money that they want? That is the only thing Congress can do is start working on the money with the budget. Mitch McConnell, I got to tell you, man, we should fight as hard against you as we do the Democrats. Let me talk to you a little bit about American giant. The quality of getting true American products, products with merit made by people in this country, made by people who are getting a fair wage.
Starting point is 01:23:28 Every stitch, every metal rivet, every drop of ink is made and assembled here when you buy, clothing from American Giant. So you can go and you know get cheaper quality made by workers overseas who aren't paid a living wage or you can help rebuild America and and wear the American Giant patch in the back that means something. There's an American Giant in all of us. These guys are trying to rebuild manufacturing and many of our clients on this program I have chosen to represent because of that, these are the best in it. American Giant, American-dash-giant.com slash Glenn.
Starting point is 01:24:14 American-dash-giant.com slash Glenn, makes a great Christmas gift for a true believer. We'll say, in the phone, all the world can be a guy of the finance. Not to have a gross mowr in gold, to be a pro of the crypto. Not even no need to be a guy, no more. In any case, you have always made some things. always made of affairs. And the apply, Negoti, T-Titre T-D, you add to renew with your instinct of negotiation.
Starting point is 01:24:46 With the support 24-hour-per-hour-pard, no amount of minimum, nor fray-mensual. You're made for negotiating, and the apply-negoti-tit-tid is made for you help. Telecharge it right now. ...of entertainment and enlightenment.
Starting point is 01:25:45 This is... Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program. We told you yesterday that in the Netherlands, they are starting to seize property of farmers. Farmers that will not comply or cannot comply with the new rule of not using any nitrogen in fertilizer. It feeds too many people. I told you that it will come here. Well, we're already seizing land here in America just in a different way so far. There are these cabins that people bought and have had for years.
Starting point is 01:26:30 They're in Oregon. And when they bought it, there was a road that led to those cabins. And it was owned by, I think, what was it, Boise Cascade, the paper company. And they had access on that road. Well, then that road washed out. And now BLM owns the land and says, yeah, there's no right of access at all to those cabins. So if you want to go to your cabin, you know, you're going to hike up the mountain. There's no more road.
Starting point is 01:27:06 You can't bring any vehicles there. This is how they're doing it. They're making the process so incredibly difficult that people give up. So what is really happening in America? What's happening to the land being gobbled up? We'll explain in 60 seconds. We are never more than a generation away from losing our freedoms, and it could be this generation.
Starting point is 01:27:39 Right now, your children and mine are the answers to the cancers. They are staring down the barrel of some pretty serious guns right now that are pointed at the American way of life. Do they have the fortitude to stand up? Do they have the knowledge to be able to have the fortitude to stand up? Well, you are responsible for your kids' education, and it is going to come from you, I guarantee, no one else, and they're not going to learn it through osmosis.
Starting point is 01:28:12 The Tuttle Twins is a series of books that tell fun and amazing stories and teach your kids like how free markets work. the true founding of America, how big government will always become oppressive. There is a bigger need now than ever before for young people to rise up and say no to tyranny. Yes, to personal freedom. When you get your kids into teenage years, they're not going to listen to any of this, and they'll be so far indoctrinated, you need to start young. Please, your grandkids or your kids, Tuttle Twins book,
Starting point is 01:28:51 they will help you. And right now, they have, let's see, are they still doing the offer? No, they're not doing the offer right now. They have just offers out on all of their books. Go to Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. Get the life-changing books for all the kids in your life. You need to order soon.
Starting point is 01:29:11 Beat the shipping deadline. Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. That's Tuttle Twinsbeck.com. We have Ben Burr on with us now. He's Blue Ribbon Coalition Executive director he is watching and fighting against the federal land grab that mainly is happening in the West Ben welcome to the program yeah thanks for having me Glenn so did you look in I I had my office reach out to you and
Starting point is 01:29:40 ask you about the story of the the homeowners that have to walk to their cabins and nobody is repairing the road because it's BLLN land now. Is this just another land grab? I believe it is. I've been working against these federal agencies for years now. And one of the common trends I see is that these agencies work to dispossess property owners of their property. And the way they do it is through what is called a regulatory taking. They enact so many regulations. They make it so difficult for you to access and enjoy your property that eventually you just can't afford to own it anymore. So you sell it and then they turn it into a wilderness or a conservation area or something.
Starting point is 01:30:23 And it's a really pernicious form of tyranny that exists within our public land system. And these poor property owners in Oregon have been fighting the BLM for two years to be able to access a road that they've been accessing since 1906 to go to these cabins. And now the BLM's telling them they're not allowed to do it. They put up a gate. They won't give them a key. And they are being prevented from going to what is essentially their homes. So what is it that they can do? Well, currently, we're putting a lot of pressure on the BLM.
Starting point is 01:30:57 They've started an administrative process to see if they can reopen this road. But the reason that I think this needs national attention is because there just needs to be pressure. The Congressman Bentz has been helpful in trying to get this done. But as you know, the Republicans were in the minority last Congress. as soon as they're in the majority, I'm hoping there's some congressional scrutiny on the behavior of what's going on at this BLM office. I don't think that the BLM should be an agency that can just decide one day that you can't go to your home anymore and they block off a road. I got news for you. I know you agree with me on this.
Starting point is 01:31:36 No agency should be able to get up one day and just change the rules. No agency should do that. Congress makes the laws. They don't even have to change the rules. The BLM's own rules say, like, if you go look at their handbook, it says that they cannot deny a property owner access to go and use and enjoy their property. They're not following their rules, and so, but they are willing to play chicken. Like, and so the question is, is this going to have to go to court? Like, it's just frustrating that that might have to be the outcome because all you need is for one field manager to change his mind and say they can keep using this road.
Starting point is 01:32:17 they've been using since 1906. And one thing you should know is I did help them get emergency access to go winterize their cabins one year. There was an early freeze coming. Nobody had turned off their water. This was the first year they couldn't go up. And so we petition the BLM, say, can we just go up to turn off the water so we don't break all our pipes and destroy the homes?
Starting point is 01:32:40 And they're like, okay, fine, you can do it. So they actually drove up the road that's been allegedly destroyed by an erosion event that happened from a flood, they were able to, the road is passable, you can still do it in a four-wheel drive vehicle. So no work actually needs to be done, but the BLM just won't let them open the gate.
Starting point is 01:32:58 They're telling them no. And the reason is because they're worried that these four-wheel-drive vehicles will run over fish in the river. And I've walked up, I've hiked to these cabins, Glenn. I have a picture
Starting point is 01:33:14 on our website of me hiking up there. The river goes up to my knees. Have you ever tried to run over a fish in a river that be deep with a jeep? Oh, I do it all the time. I just run over it. That's how I fish and how I take out my anger. I just drive up and down rivers to kill fish. Yeah. This is ridiculous. There are a few places where there's river crossings. They've been doing it for a century and more. And they're worried about the fish. And I'm just like, I don't think they're going to run over the fish in their jeeps. I've I've tried to catch fish with my hands in a river when I was a kid, and it's impossible there.
Starting point is 01:33:50 They're pretty adapted to... Yeah, it's almost as if water is their element. Almost. Almost. Okay, so, Ben, is this part of... I remember during the Clinton years, somebody was talking about Yellowstone and letting roads in and around the... park degrade so people would um just eventually just kind of vacate that area because it was too
Starting point is 01:34:25 difficult to get to i don't even know if that was true that was something that was going around in the 90s are is there a concerted effort in our uh in our land management agencies to do these kinds of things oh 100 percent um in a clinton area you had what was called the broodeless rule which is one of these rules that the agencies just dreamed up, that I think if we could get it before the Supreme Court again, they'd strike it down after the EPA versus West Virginia case because they just made up the rule out of clean cloth. They have no congressional direction to do it.
Starting point is 01:35:00 But my organization, Blue Ribbon Coalition, that's one of the primary things we fight over is roads. Because if you can close roads, you can close access. That means we're not using our natural resources. It means people can't access private property. I've helped ranchers, in the same case as these folks in Oregon, try to get up to their grazing permitted lands and their private properties. And so there is a concerted effort to obliterate and decommission roads all across the public
Starting point is 01:35:29 land system because that's how you can turn it into what's called designated wilderness, which is you can only go and walk on it on your own two feet and you can't do anything, no mechanized anything on a wilderness area. And in some wilderness is okay. I mean, there's some people, like for recreation reasons, that's probably okay to have some areas that are kind of set aside for that. But this group that wants to close this all down wants it all. I have to tell you, I have land up in Idaho that when I bought it,
Starting point is 01:36:04 it was a good thing. It's surrounded by BLM and then surrounding. by National Forest. And I thought that's a good buffer and everything. No, that's really bad. It is literally surrounded. The road has to go through the national forest to be able to get to my ranch. That's exactly the kind of stuff they want to shut down, isn't it?
Starting point is 01:36:29 Yeah. So you have neighbors who have the infinite power of the federal government to hurt you if they ever decide they don't want to be your neighbor anymore. And so you and I get in a conflict with our neighbor. We go knock on their door and we talk up to them and we work it out. And if things get really heated, maybe we go to civil court. Do you have a disagreement with your government? And the government says, well, we don't want using that road anymore.
Starting point is 01:36:54 Now you have to go up against something with a $4 trillion budget, infinite regulatory power to dispossess you of your property. And how often do you think an individual citizen wins those fights? it's hard work. The only reason I have any ability to know how to do it is because I had somebody who had been working in the agency for 35 years train me on how to challenge these decisions that come out of these agencies and there's not a lot of people that know what to do or how to do it.
Starting point is 01:37:23 And so that's an open invitation, by the way. If any of your listeners ever need help with these federal land agencies, we're here to help them. And your website is sharetrails.org. Share trails.org. I have to tell you, BLM is the worst neighbor out there. There is a noxious weed that grows in my area. And once it spreads, it just devastates everything.
Starting point is 01:37:51 And my family went on BLM land just to dig up the weeds because it was destroying the farmland and the grasslands and everything else. They don't care. BLM just doesn't care. So what are we supposed to do? They have an impossible mandate. They're being asked to manage 600 million acres of land. There isn't a government agency on the planet that has enough staff or budget,
Starting point is 01:38:18 no matter how much you give them to manage that much land. And so, and then they've been co-opted in a lot of cases by a lot of special interest groups. And so they are, they have the tendency to be an almost impossible agency to work with if they dig in on a position and they're unwilling to change their mind, which is what we're facing in Oregon, good luck with your weeds. That is a, you're probably not going to get a lot of help on that. No, I'm not even, I'm not even calling. I know the answer.
Starting point is 01:38:51 Of course not. It's probably, you know. Be careful about the surrounding forest. I mean, they try to manage these forests for wildfire. You have the Forest Service trying to, in forest, just do. basic management and they get sued every time by the environmental litigation groups, and they block everything. And so the agencies, their hands are tied one way or another, either from internal direction or because they get pressured into it through litigation. And so it is a different
Starting point is 01:39:23 America that we are living in today. Ben, thank you so much for all of the hard work you've done over the years. Thank you for the hard work that you're going to be doing. Again, if you have have a land management, BLM or federal land problem, just go to the website, sharetrails.org. You can also follow Ben at BRC Blue Ribbon on Twitter. Starting point is 01:41:39 Who knew they had a sex education? claim that children are born sexual and has called for comprehensive sex education from kindergarten up as well as porn literacy for older kids still I just want you to think of yourself you're 13 years old and your teacher says it's time for porn literacy and another film or film as a 13 14 15 year old boy i'm probably pretty okay with that it's the sort of literacy you can get behind at that age it is it is um he said we have an assumption in our society of asexuality um people with intellectual disabilities it's a myth that is perpetrated
Starting point is 01:42:35 that everyone is a sexual being from birth until death i mean unless you say you're asexual. Anyway, sentiment was echoed by Planned Parenthood, send a guide fundamentals of teaching sexuality. Sexuality is part of life through all ages. Babies, elders, everyone in between can experience sexuality. I know those babies, man. They are so hot all the time.
Starting point is 01:43:04 They're like looking at the other baby in the crib going. Yeah, I could get a slice of that pie. He also said children of certain age should be taught about pornography in sex education. Now, I love this. I love this. He said there's access to erotica pornography, and that's very different for young people 30 years ago. There is a lot wrong with porn, but there's some really good stuff out there as well. Now, maybe it's just me.
Starting point is 01:43:44 But if I want to speak as a 15-year-old boy, I would say there is crappy porn out there, but there's some really good stuff as well. However, I don't think that's what he wants us to think the good stuff is. So Stu, can you think of some good porn that should be shown in high schools and middle schools? You know, there's not a lot that comes to mind. I feel perhaps as, you know, maybe some other parents do in that I don't think you need to encourage people to look at porn. It seems like the type of thing that winds up happening. In fact, if you don't protect against it, it seems to happen a lot.
Starting point is 01:44:36 So I don't know. I think it's one of those things that maybe, you don't have to teach everything. The kids are going to discover things, and adults will discover things on their own. No, that's their point. They said they have their laptop. So, you know,
Starting point is 01:44:48 we need to present opportunities for young people to think about, for example, their values. You know, by showing them poor. Let's do an opinion activity. Let's do the ethics of pornography. You know,
Starting point is 01:45:06 And let's make sure to say, you know, there's not a really a right answer to this. Oh. Yeah. Okay. That sounds. You don't want to take a strong stance on that for children. For children. You know, I think I'm going to continue to draw that line.
Starting point is 01:45:25 Yeah. I'm against pornography. You know. But even for kids? Yeah. Oh, wow. Okay. That's a strong.
Starting point is 01:45:35 That's a hot take. Babies, not for babies. You know, babies need it. Look at the way they're dressed. They're usually just wearing some skimpy diaper. Like, what is the argument, argument for this stuff going to kids? Right. Like, you know, we all can talk about whether it should be, you know, whether adults should, you know,
Starting point is 01:45:55 engage in such activities. And the same thing goes for drag shows. Drag shows have been around forever, you know, but generally, not forever, but for a long time. and adults go there and check it out or whatever if they feel like it. But the priority of these groups targeting children should at least need to be explained. Like, why is this a priority suddenly? Is this a rhetorical question? Because I have an answer.
Starting point is 01:46:23 I'm just not sure anyone wants to hear that answer. But I'll let you decide next. The Glenn Back program. Let's talk a little bit about Goldline. Right now, I don't know how you see this, but things aren't looking real good. Economically speaking, things aren't looking good for the U.S. dollar. I mean, right now, it's the best piece of crap on the crap pile, but it's still a piece of crap. But nobody's ever going to come up with something to challenge the dollar.
Starting point is 01:46:59 That'll never happen. So just keep sticking with it. They're just going to keep printing and printing and printing. I, for one, have worked kind of hard for my money. I'm guessing you have two. The money you've made over the years, the money you've put away for retirement. Last night, as I crawled into my hotel bed here in Salt Lake, where I'm being hosted by K&RS, Thank you for use of your great studios and your really absolute best engineering staff.
Starting point is 01:48:21 I'm crawling into bed, just going over some of the news of the day, and I see really sad news that Kirstie Alley passed away. She was, and this shocked me, she was 71. Does that even seem reasonable to you, students? that she's 71? No, when I was like, oh my gosh, she's so young. And then they said 71. I was like, wow, I did not realize. She was 70. What happened? I mean, she's never looked 71 to me. And maybe I just haven't seen pictures of her in the last, I don't know, 45 years. I mean, I've seen her. She was on the show just a few years ago. Yeah, I remember that. She was a big fan of the show.
Starting point is 01:49:04 I'm a big fan of hers. And she was just sweet, fun. and funny. Smart. Really, really smart. And a sad day to lose Kirstie Alley. They said a brief fight with cancer. So I guess this kind of was really a surprise. I kind of think that's way.
Starting point is 01:49:28 If I have cancer, that's the way I want it to go. Just, hey, you've got it. You could be dead soon. And then you die. I don't want to go through if you had it. I wouldn't want to go through all the chemotherapy and oh it's just so brutal so brutal obviously you could choose that path but it's you know no i wouldn't want to do a line right you you don't yeah i mean if i had it and i had a chance to
Starting point is 01:49:53 live but if i'm you know if i find it and it's like you know it's nothing i i'm just getting on a plane and going someplace see if i get cancer i have fun with a family if i get cancer i want to go out like hunter biden i just want to i'm just going to be i'm going to have my laptop out we're be film in there's going to be dozens of Russians all around me it's going to be fantastic uh there's going to be blow all over the the the laptop screen i mean it's going to be yeah oh yeah it's good and you're going to start calling cocaine blow yes that's what you do when you're hunter biden and and also at the same time goes down quickly for you i should i should know i should know cancer give me some blow right i should note also i will become an artist at that period uh i will become a famous artist that can sell
Starting point is 01:50:37 paintings for 750,000 dollars a piece wow just so you know all those things will happen wow yeah get in line i'd have an incredible party i'd have an incredible party not with blow and hookers but oh i know an incredible party uh i'll leave the hookers and the blow to you you pagan animal um there is um kirstie ollie was on with us i don't remember how long ago sarah do you remember? It's a few years ago. Here's a clip of her last appearance on the program. I've been attacked my whole career for certain things. And I'm sort of used to being attacked and I feel like, wow, I don't really go out of my way to reach out and say mean things to people or to offend them or to, you know, and I have a track record on the environmental issues, a good
Starting point is 01:51:30 track record. And I have a lot of good things to offer people. And if they can't see it, I just can't help them. You did go after CNN this last week, and I think rightfully so, you said that they have a fear of dying.
Starting point is 01:51:46 You said if you want to understand your friends that are walking around in sheer terror of COVID, you just have to watch CNN. I decided to watch CNN myself to get their viewpoint, and oh my God, did I ever? If you two want to live in terror, just watch CNN. They have a fear of dying. It is their mantra. It is. Do they think
Starting point is 01:52:08 really, I mean, like this has gone on now for eight months. Do they really believe that only their viewers know what's going on? Do they really believe that their viewers are the only people who know that they could risk their lives, or at least risk getting sick or something with with COVID out there? It just seems so, it seems so elitist. to be telling everybody how to basically not walk out of their house and die. And then it's flipped on you. Then it becomes flipped. Like, oh, you don't care if people die.
Starting point is 01:52:42 Oh, I had friends that were sick. I've had friends that were sick. I've had friends that were sick and died this year that didn't die of COVID, too. So I am aware of death. I don't need to be reminded of it 24-4-7. And also, it wasn't just that they were reminding it's 24-7 to keep us in horror. They were reminding it 24-7 so they didn't have. to talk or report about Biden and his son.
Starting point is 01:53:05 And it's possible alleged, I mean, those countries where he got Paola. It's not alleged anymore. Too bad. She wasn't able to see the end of that saga. Yeah, she's talking about COVID and everything. It was November 2020. So that was not just over two years ago. And does that sound like a 69-year-old woman?
Starting point is 01:53:33 Doesn't know, does not sound like that and does not certainly sound like anyone who's sick. I mean, it really, really said that that happens so fast. Our thoughts are with the family. I want to play another piece of audio here for you. This is Rachel Levine to doctors. I want you to listen to this. For almost 40 years now, I have considered an honor to be a doctor. I believe in our role as healers.
Starting point is 01:54:00 I believe in our role as truth tellers. And the truth that we need to confront now is that medicine and science are being politically perverted around this country that destroys human lives. And we have reached a tipping point for the role in medicine and civic life for the health and well-being of LGBTQI plus youth and other Americans. Those who attack our community are driven by the agenda of politics. It has nothing to do with medicine. It has nothing to do with science. It is nothing to do with warm, empathy, compassionate, and understanding. They are rejecting the very the value of supportive medicine, rejecting well-established science, and simply rejecting basic
Starting point is 01:54:38 human compassion. We as doctors and as people who love our communities and love our nation have to confront the fact that the language of care and compassion that they're using is being taken to granted to literally tear our communities apart. So we have to stand up. We have to take a stand on behalf of those who are being hurt. That's what we do in medicine, even when it's difficult. This is her plea to doctors to become activists for trans youth. Everything she said there is a distortion of the truth or an out-and-out lie. We are facing just incredible darkness, just
Starting point is 01:55:35 incredible darkness. And we were talking about Planned Parenthood a few minutes ago and how they are pushing porn on our kids. How they are pushing transgender, non-binary.
Starting point is 01:55:51 You know, you can be any gender you want. They're pushing surgery on kids. How is that logical or decent at all I urge you to watch the video that I made with somebody who is detransitioning.
Starting point is 01:56:12 She started transitioning, she was 11 with the support of loving doctors. She now doesn't think those doctors were so loving. They used her fear. She's now detransitioning because she realizes she is a woman and always was a woman. Stu asked me, you know, why are we, why this big push for children? And I have to tell you, I think the answer is really clear, really clear. The agenda is a very old, Old Testament pagan worship ritual, and it worships earth, and it puts earth above everything and uses your sexual desires.
Starting point is 01:57:09 to worship Ba'al or Molok. It is very anti-human. If you look, if you're part of the Earth worshippers now, the people who are anything, do anything to prevent global warming, when there's no research that any of the stuff they're talking about and will actually work. And they are willing to shut down our economies. They are willing to shut down our farms.
Starting point is 01:57:48 They are willing to shut down our businesses. Why? To protect the earth from CO2. Who produces that? Humans. They worship every. and despise human beings. This is just part of their earth worship. This is just part of their ritual. The sexualization of our children is ritualistic in its nature. The sacrifice of our children
Starting point is 01:58:29 and their innocence is being put up on the altar of whatever God it is they are serving. I'm not suggesting that they know they're serving an evil God, but they are. And I do believe there are those that are very clear on what they're doing. They're sexualizing our children. They are sacrificing our children. They are willing to sacrifice millions of lives in honor of Gaia, the spirit of the earth. that's what's happening and that's why I said earlier today it's this isn't about politics and you don't have to get overwhelmed
Starting point is 01:59:20 what's happening in your school with the sexualization of your kids what's happening with ESG they seem separated but they're not they're the same the fight on global warming is exactly the same fight as the fight against the Constitution all of these things seem like separate battles, but they're not. Sorry, separate wars, but they're not. They're just battles in the same war. We never, you know, said, oh, we've got to worry about this, but wait, it's happening in Berlin, too, but wait, it's happening in Russia, too. We knew all that,
Starting point is 02:00:06 and we knew it was coming from one source, Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. So what is the one source that is creating all of this chaos and confusion and policies that lead to death? It's the same source it has always been. The author of all lies. We are not fighting against flesh and bone. We are fighting evil. Once we get that, you'll no longer be overwhelmed. because you will understand this is a spiritual battle.
Starting point is 02:00:53 And if we understand it's a spiritual battle, we will be able to fight it effectively. We are now fighting this like it's flesh and bone. It's not. We're using a losing strategy. Understand this is a spiritual battle and begin to fight like that. And we know how the story ends.
