What's on your list of the worst things that can happen to your home?
Is it a fire?
Is it a flood?
If you're in Tampa right?
Asteroid.
Asteroid.
Asteroid.
They put it off course and now it's going to hit my house.
Yes.
That's what we were trying to do with it at least.
Maybe it's just having kids, which might be the worst one of all.
It's a tornado plus a flood, plus a hurricane, plus an asteroid all in one.
Cybercriminals, though, actually have a worse thing for you.
It is home title fraud.
And they get control of your title online.
They can put it in their own.
name, they can leverage debt against your home, taking out hundreds of thousands of dollars of
loans, and then you're stuck with the payments. How do you deal with that? Well, the best way to stop
is not to start, and that's home title lock. They're going to make sure that you get protected from
home title fraud going forward, and you can check to see if you're already a victim, if someone's
already camping on your home title. Hometitlelock.com, enter your address, see if you're already a victim,
and then protect yourself going forward at hometitlelock.com. Home titlelock.com. The code is radio.

What would be really great is if we could take the medical license away from any doctor
who is engaged in misinformation or disinformation.
Of course, it would be even better if it was a surprise to the doctor.
Like, you didn't know what constituted that.
Like, is a mask?
Can I say that?
Masks are ridiculous or not.
You wouldn't know.
That way the doctors would be really spooked out.
Wouldn't that be great?
Yes, it will be great.
And we'll talk about the definition of fascism in 60 seconds.
A lot of really great charitable organizations that you could be given to,
and I hope that you'll consider this one, Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
It, I think, well, it's right for me and my family.
I try to support a charity that does what it says it does,
gives the most amount of money to the end user,
and they're that type of organization.
Don't take my word for it.
Do your own homework.
What you're going to find is they are noble, reputable,
and they have, I mean, they provide a great service that is really needed.
They take care of the first responders that's firemen,
police officers and our military when they either don't come home or they're catastrophically injured.
Now, if they don't come home or they're injured and they just can't work,
the Tunnel to Towers Foundation will take away their mortgage so they don't have to worry about that.
Their family only has to deal with one tragedy.
They don't have to worry about losing the house as well.
So I want you to check out Tunnel to Towers right now, T2T.
Help the heroes and their families join tunnel to towers on its mission to do good in their honor donate $11 a month at t2t.org. That's t2t.org.
Okay. So let's look at this California idea. Assembly bill, 2098. By the way, they've already gotten rid of gas cars. By 2030, you can't use gas, meaning natural gas or LP.
to heat your home.
Well, that's going to be great.
Oh, because they're going to have so much other electricity coming from something that we're
going to come up with really soon.
It's going to be great.
Now, they want to make sure you're getting the best in Dr.
Kara as well.
So they've come up with this little bitty bill.
Sponsored by the California Medical Association.
so you know it's got to be good and safe.
Now, the Senate committee, in discussing the dire need for this bill,
cited the example of the state of Florida refusing to take action
against the license of the Florida Surgeon General, among other things,
questioning the value of face masks, which we all know are essential.
They do so much good.
Well, you know, why didn't they discipline?
him. We can't allow this to happen in California. I mean, we're not, we're not just any state.
We're California. Now, members of the Medical Board of California have expressed a little confusion
on how the law would be applied, you know, and it actually withheld its support initially.
But the medical board president, Christina Lawson, she's an attorney. She's been a driving force behind this bill.
She claims she has clarity about how it would be applied.
But, you know, she can only talk about this matter in private.
Oh.
Well, they're the experts.
They know best.
They know exactly what they're talking about.
Why involve the little people?
Hey, that brings me to Italy.
Have you guys noticed anything?
Because I have the new prime minister of Italy.
Yeah.
that was a triggering event for the left apparently.
Now, I just see if any of these sound anything alike.
CNN has described her as
Italy's most far-right prime minister since Mussolini.
The New York Times, the country's first far-right leader since Mussolini.
Variety.
Most far-right prime minister since Benito Mussolini.
See, it's completely different.
LA Times.
She's the first far-right leader since Mussolini,
the Daily Beast, the first far-right leader since Mussolini,
the Washington Post, she's going to set up
the first far-right government since Mussolini,
the Atlantic, the return of fascism in Italy.
NBC News compared her to Patriot Front
and said her party, the brothers of Italy,
can trace its roots back to a fascist party
founded by supporters of Mussolini.
The Guardian called it a party,
with a neo-fascist origin.
Wow.
She must be as bad as
Mussolini.
Okay.
Wow.
What exactly is she for?
Because they hate her.
I mean, almost as much as they hate Donald Trump,
who is just like, say it with me,
Adolf Hitler.
The main characteristics of
actual fascism
is widespread media propaganda.
Okay, that's one sign.
Widespread media propaganda.
In the origins of totalitarianism,
this is by Hannah Arendt,
she describes fascism as a totalitarian organization
that is designed to translate the propaganda lies of the movement,
woven around a central fiction into a functioning
reality, a society whose members act and react according to the rules of this fictitious world.
I don't know what she's talking about. I haven't seen anything like that since, I don't know,
this morning. Now, this isn't new to the media. They called Trump a fascist. They labeled Ron DeSantis
a fascist. Everybody's a fascist. Unless you agree with the state. Okay, so what does she stand for?
Her slogan is God, fatherland, and family.
Aha!
The old fatherland creeps in.
Yeah?
In other words, God country family.
In her words, I am Georgia.
I'm a woman.
I'm a mother.
I'm an Italian.
I'm a Christian.
And you can't take that away from me.
Long answer is she's concerned about saving the country from its energy crisis.
and listen to this, the government's high debt
and avoiding dependence on the European Central Bank.
There I said it.
Oh my gosh, the Central Bank.
You know what that's code for?
Jews.
Yeah, that's what fascists always want to get rid of.
The banking community is always run by Jews
and all conservatives and fascists know it.
Yeah, that's not what she's saying.
surprisingly. Not what she's saying. She's saying the central banks are controlling the world.
Now I know that comes as a complete and total shock to almost everybody. Well, it would come as a shock
to everybody who isn't listening. And they're the people who get pissed off me,
pissed off at me more than anybody else. All those people who don't listen.
So anyway, the dependence on the European Central Bank, which is causing,
all kinds of problems, just as, oh, I don't know, our central bank, the Fed, is causing problems.
She championed the promise to maintain fiscal discipline.
She's opposed to increasing government spending.
In other words, she's a fiscal conservative.
Italy has the third largest economy in the European Union.
She wants to keep it that way.
She is a threat to the EU, which is a threat to the new world order.
Klaus Schwab.
Oh my gosh. Is that what she is?
One of her biggest fights is to end Italy's recent history of technocratic governments.
In other words, she wants to fight fascism.
How could she be a fascist if she wants to fight fascism?
But you're not going to hear about these positions.
Wall Street Journal is one of the few sources talking about the real reasons that she appeals to Italians.
Like most in the sane world, they have.
shifted towards parties with clear pro-Western stances.
Huh.
Clear pro-Western stances.
Do you mean the Italians are tired of her hearing about how their culture is just humdrum?
How there's nothing really special about Italians.
That they should fly the European Union flag proudly and forget their little green and
white and red flag Mexico has one. Why do you need one too? People love that. Newsweek said her victory is
Putin's best case scenario, which is kind of puzzling considering she's pro-Ukraine and is advocated
sending aid to Ukraine. She's against abortion, euthanasia, and radical gender ideology. In according to a speech,
Reuters. Reuters described her, her voice, raising to a crescendo of red face.
Take on. You will comply. Wow. In that speech, she was so angry. She said, let's say yes to natural families.
No to the LGBT lobby. Yes, to sexual identity. No to gender ideology. Yes to the culture of life.
No, to the abyss of death. Wow. She's a hater.
No to the violence of Islam.
Yes, to safer borders.
No to mass immigration.
Yes, for work for our people.
No international finance.
Hmm.
Sounds like another win for someone who is not a fascist, but is calling a fat being called a fascist.
So what is fascism?
Well, for one, it doesn't actually exist in any one form.
It hadn't been in practice for about four.
40 years. It's starting to look a little like America, but it hasn't held sway since World
War II. The doctrine of fascism from Mussolini, he called it the third way. Fascism,
totalitarianism. It's a union between the spirit of the people and the power of the state. So almost
like a public-private partnership, with pronounced nationalism supported by a robust military
infrastructure, where the function of a citizen and a soldier are the same. Now, Mussolini describes it
as everything in the state, nothing against the state, and nothing outside the state. So let's
see, everything is the state. So that would be like, uh, um,
football would be kind of run by the state, or at least you'd have to be, you know, for the state,
nothing against the state.
So you couldn't say, hey, no, I don't hate America.
I don't want to put, you know, Black Lives Matter in every end zone.
You see?
You couldn't do that in a fascist country.
You couldn't say, no, this doctor is against masks.
because he knows that this is complete and total bull crap.
See, in a fascist state, you wouldn't be able to have that.
You'd have those people eliminated or silenced.
Yes, yeah, a little bit of silence for you.
So let's see.
I'm confused.
We were nothing outside the state.
Everything in the state, nothing against the state.
Okay, I think I have that.
Fascism, listen to this one, makes everything political.
Huh. Huh. You mean like art and television and sports and history and sex? Wow. It's almost like everything is political.
Health as a reason for an emergency. Every part of society serves the state. Science, for instance, according to Mussolini, is only useful when it confirms fascistic ideas.
You mean like climate change and vaccine mandates and gender surgeries?
Oh my gosh.
This is crazy.
Who would have known?
Fascism is partly motivated by a disdain for socialism.
But Mussolini also saw democracy as a failure because it equates a nation to the majority,
lowering it to the level of the largest number.
He believed the purest form of democracy.
The nation is consistent.
from the point of view of quality rather than quantity.
They have no time for individualism.
You know, that's a right-wing belief, isn't it?
To them, what matters is the collective,
but the collective led by an authoritarian in conjunction with the state.
Oh.
FDR used to go by this definition.
Fascism is ownership of government by an individual,
by a group, or any other controlling private power.
So if our government was owned by, let's say, oh, a partnership between government officials in a party and like big business, then that would be fascism, according to FDR.
It's a good thing.
We're a long way away from that.
Fascists don't believe in God-given rights because they generally don't believe in God.
Oh, she does.
I do.
That's weird.
also because rights are something they get from the state.
I don't believe that.
Do you?
Does she?
And the state decides who gets rights.
By the way, Mussolini was an atheist.
Strangely, so was Hitler.
So in other words, Glenn, what you're saying,
Yes.
Is that it's not really right wing.
No, it doesn't sound like it to me.
It's also not exactly left wing.
Mussolini saw it as beyond left and right,
which is why it's been called the third,
position or the third way, an alternate path between capitalism and eastern block communism.
Now, here's the great thing.
I'm going to wrap it up with this.
Can you imagine living in this world?
In fascism, there is no objective truth.
What kind of crazy world would that be?
It's only their lived truth, which they then turn into law.
They control the media and they control it through a party of elites.
Oh, man.
Wow.
I can't even imagine a country like that or a party that would be advocating for those things.
You know?
Who, dodged a bullet in the head on that one because we're nothing like fascists.
All right.
Sherry wrote in about her dog's experience with Rough Green.
and she says from day one with Rough Greens,
my dog Lily started to enjoy her food again.
We were struggling to get her to eat.
Yeah.
Don't I know it?
She says every day was a battle.
Uh-huh.
The food frequently got thrown out.
Oh yeah.
But now she eats all of her food and she has so much more energy.
Definitely continuing to use Rough Greens.
Thanks for the tip.
Rough Greens is not a dog food.
It's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black and you sprinkle it on
the dog food, chock full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants.
You name it.
If it's healthy for you or for your dog, it's probably in rough greens.
And it actually is healthy for you, too.
It's just in different doses, you know, dogs are a little different than humans.
I know.
Science!
The folks at Rough Greens are so confident that how dare you say they are any different.
So confident that your dog is going to love it, they have a special deal for you,
Roughgreens.com slash back.
They're going to give you the first trial bag for free.
Free, all you pay for is shipping.
Just go to roughgreens.com slash back or call 833, GLENN-33.
Or in a fascistic society, it would be, call right now.
You will call!
Or just go online at Rough Greens, R-U-F-F Greens.com slash Beck.
10 seconds, station idea.
Hey, here's good news.
Completely unlike fascism.
President Biden,
is top environmental official
visited what is widely considered a birthplace of environmental justice movements
to unveil a national office that will distribute or redistribute
$3 billion in block grants to underserved communities
that are burdened by pollution.
Now, I don't know about you, but thank goodness that the air
and the Gulf Stream and all of those streams that we have, you know, of air that, you know,
are building up high pressure over this area of the country right now, that it doesn't blow
any of that pollution into nice areas.
You know what I mean?
It stays right there over the poor community.
Really?
Yeah.
That's convenient.
I know.
It's convenient for us white people.
You know what I mean?
Just leave all of that pollution right there.
Right.
that's how it works.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So we need to, I mean, because they are, they're more apt to be affected by that.
We can afford masks.
And we all wear anti-pollution masks.
White people do.
We just don't let anybody else know.
They're invisible.
Yeah.
They're made of the same material that Wonder Woman's plane is made out of.
Yeah.
It's great.
It's great.
It's great.
So we now have environmental justice happening.
And that's the best kind of justice.
justice. You know, there's God's justice, man's justice, and environmental justice. And I really
think environmental justice is the best. Well, it's good because you can kind of justify anything
based on it. Yeah, and you don't need a court or anything. Yeah. You know what I mean?
I just get so bogged down in things. So much easier to just do things than to prove things. Right.
By the way, the UN, uh, it told the UN General Assembly that polluters must pay and, um,
the U.S.
has to pay.
We have to hold fossil fuel companies
and their enablers
to account
and pay reparations to
you know places like Africa.
Even though we're polluting
in the really bad sections
of America, how does it get from
the really bad section in America
miss all the white people and go to Africa?
I don't get it.
The Glenn Back Program.
Okay, let me tell you
on CarShield. What's the difference between having Car Shield and not having Car Shield? Oh, I don't know,

all that money that, again, you don't have. Fortunately, when you have Car Shield, everything is
different. Car Shield offers protection plans for around $100 a month. All you do is choose the mechanic to do the

Hey, do you remember, man, I'm in a good mood today.
I just, I want to welcome you,
and there's no sarcasm to that at all.
I find the news just,
Wonderful and beautiful today.
And definitely not fascistic.
I want you to know only that lady from Italy, you know, pepperoni eyes over there, she is a
fascist.
She's clearly a fascist.
How do I know?
Because all of the media is saying she's the biggest fascist and going to be the first
fascist in charge since Mussolini.
So she's got to be a fascist because I believe the media.
Mm-hmm.
So there's another.
and very non-fascistic story coming out of Idaho today.
Their great governor.
Oh, he is good.
He was the guy who was making all of the really crazy draconian laws for a Republican up in Idaho during, you know, COVID.
And they shut down all the parks.
Remember, because you can't play.
You cannot play in a public park.
My gosh, why would you play in a public park?
bringing your kids to play in a public park?
What do you want to kill grandma and everybody else on earth?
So at one point, I think this is about a year into it.
It was July 20, 21, I think.
So that was what, year and a half into it?
Some people, sorry, I'm on the wrong story.
This happened in 2020, early weeks of the lockdown.
video goes viral of a mom arrested by local police after her and her children were playing in the Kleiner Park playground, which was closed, okay?
So they put her in cuffs and they marched her away and they arrested her and charged her with trespassing in a closed park.
I hope that woman
Rots in jail
Now as bad as it seems that this happened in the first place
The really good governor and his really good sidekick
Why Nell is tied to a train track
Dudley Doerite will be there
He's decided as the Attorney General
That he's going to continue the prosecution of this woman
Uh-huh
So she's now spent about $25,000 defending herself.
And they're still going after her.
She's finally getting her day in court.
But what's two years of having that hung over your head?
You know what I mean?
She says it's kind of hard to fight a state that has unlimited resources.
Can continue to prosecute this indefinitely.
Our family has been through so much.
We've been doxed.
We've been harassed.
we've had child protective services called on us,
simply for me taking my kids to the playground.
And knowing what we now know about COVID
and all the falsehoods that had been perpetrated
on the American people,
the fact they're still prosecuting me adds insult to injury.
Boy, I would have to say, uh, you're right, Sarah Brady.
Sarah, uh, keep fighting.
Keep fighting.
But it's definitely not fascism that you're fighting.
Now there's a couple of other stories here
When I look at politics
I look at yesterday
We were like
Who else can they run
Is there someone in a vegetative state
That the Democrats could run
You know
Because they don't seem to like people
Who can think or talk anymore
Joe Biden
Fetterman the clown from up in
Pennsylvania. Did I mention Joe Biden? Kamala Harris. Did I mention Joe Biden? What's her name from
California? What's her name? Feinstein. She's not even doing the word. They're admitting
that she's not even doing the word. Yeah. Why is she still there? What is what is wrong with us?
Well, today I'd like to focus on how about maybe people who have kind of criminal activity in
background. For instance,
Hunter Biden now,
it looks like there
was another national security nightmare.
He had a
Fang Fang
encounter.
With Fang Fang?
I don't think with Fang Fang Fang.
There's a different, a different spy
from China. Yeah, different. He was
dabbling with a Chinese
spy, but her name,
was Jaya Cabao.
Jaya Cabao.
Jaya Cabo.
Definitely not Fang Fang,
but Jaya Cabo.
And apparently they were
you know,
doing the Fang Fang thing.
And it's, wow.
So another spy.
Now, there's another something here
that you should be aware of.
The Democratic Senate candidate
that is running against
Senator Chuck Grassley
was accused last week of sexually assaulting his former campaign manager.
Nobody's giving this any story because it's no time on the news because they're so busy talking about Fang Fang and Hunter Biden and all the rest.
So MSNBC, CNN, they just haven't had time to get to that story.
Mike Franken raised more than $4.6 million, won the support of prominent Democrats.
such as Mark Kelly, the guy who's hopefully going to lose in Arizona and Tim Cain in Virginia.
And it was kind of derailed a little bit when he was accused of forcibly kissing his former campaign manager,
according to a police report she filed in April.
No, how old were you in April though?
Yeah, I mean, who didn't make mistakes?
Who didn't make mistakes back in April?
Was April before or after the Revolutionary War?
I don't even know.
I don't know. I don't know. Okay. So then you have Democratic Katie Porter.
She's running for California for the state house again or for the Congress position.
Katie Porter apparently is in a Tiff from the Irvine Police Department that, you know, they arrested the guy who lived.
with her because he was in a fight that broke out at her town hall event.
And she's like, hey, the Irvine police, they're just arresting anyone right now,
including the guy I'm sleeping with.
I shouldn't say that.
I shouldn't say that about her.
That might be smirch her good name.
Just the person that lives with her.
She may not be sleeping with him.
The New Mexico congressional hopeful, his name is Gainesville.
Vasquez, he gave a fake name during an anti-police rant to a journalist at a Black Lives
Matter protest in the summer of 2020. A Washington Free Beacon investigation kind of looked up and
they were like, you know, this guy kind of seems familiar. And they found out, oh, oh, because that's a
fake name. This is the guy who we interviewed, who expressed a desire to fund,
defund the police, quote, we need serious police reform in this country, he said over chance of no
justice, no peace. It's not just about defunding police. It's about defunding the entire system
that privileges white people over everyone else. Now, the interviewee shielded much of his face
in a hat and a neck gator and sunglasses and he just said, when he was asked, what's your name?
James
Hall
and I'm from here
so apparently
when
the Washington Free Beacon
saw that they were like wow he looks like Gabe Vasquez
and apparently he is
but Gabe
on the other hand
much unlike his alter ego
the shadow
is for the police is for the police.
So he just would like you to know that.
So we let them go for us.
It was a really convincing story there.
Yeah, I thought so too.
Mansion has attacked extreme Sanders over opposition to his energy permitting plan.
And I wish I had sympathy for Mansion, but I don't.
I do for the people in West Virginia, but for Mansion, no, I really don't.
apparently
Senator Sanders is standing in the way of
you know helping his deal go through that he had
with the Biden administration
and they're not helping him
that's sad
that's sad
Sanders is just a regular guy
you know
so that's very sad
so if you like any of those people
who have some crime in their lives or lies
in their lives. Democratic ticket. Democratic ticket is for you.
It's got some good people up there. Yeah. Good people.
We learned, of course, from John Federman that the Eagles are better than the Eagles yesterday,
which was... Well, no, don't say it that way because, I mean, you miss all of the excitement.
Here he is.
And the Eagles are so much better than Eagles.
Yeah.
No.
No. No.
Good. This is good. This is good. This is weekend at Bernie Sanders is what this is.
That's good. And they are putting him. He's, he can barely communicate in any way. He's a socialist in a hoodie.
And they are going to prop him up and try to make him. We're going to make that whole thing work.
I don't know. This is, it's a very, very dark time.
You know what I really, what I really like is that the right.
rest of the world, the Western world, is starting to lead the way out of fascism and we're still
going in.
Well, I mean, Spain is too.
The Spanish government officially reportedly claims children can have sexual relations with
whomever they want.
It's about time.
Okay.
Someone finally said it.
Yeah.
I mean, geez, the age of sexual consent in Spain is 16.
And so, I mean, you have 16.
and this allows them to live their life free of violence and allows them in the future to freely
live out their sexuality at really any age, at any age.
It's a real priority.
It's a real priority to make sure kids can get, can express themselves sexually.
That's a, it's a priority.
It's a priority for Nambla.
I know that.
Right.
And it's also a real priority to be able to say, hey, sexual relations with whomever they want.
So, you know, your kid's 12 and having sex with a 30-year-old.
What's your problem, old-timer?
What is your problem?
What could possibly go wrong?
Can anyone think of anything that could go wrong in that situation?
I can't.
Sounds great.
So here's a really good thing.
There is a movement afoot.
We're not leading it, but there is a movement all around the world.
And you're seeing it in election after election after election.
You're seeing it in Europe certainly a lot over the past couple of months.
Yeah, that's what I mean.
And it doesn't be a little nervous because, you know, far right over there means something different than it does over here.
But so far, other than smears, I don't see anything happening.
Yeah, with the Italian incoming prime minister there, they're talking about her decisions she was making as a teenager, right?
As a teenager, she joined some controversial group that had some roots in fascism, and she at times expressed some leniency toward Mussolini that maybe she shouldn't have had, but she was young.
Can I tell you something?
Almost everybody in Italy seems to have that.
You mentioned that before.
Yeah.
I mean, I can't tell you.
People are like, you know, Mussolini.
He was bad in the end because he joined up with Hitler.
But he wasn't, and it's true, he wasn't, you know, rounding up Jews or anything else.
but he was, you know, making the trains run on time.
And they were, you know, a lot of people look back in him fondly, which is really, really weird.
And Francisco Franco.
Some Spanish people do.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Very, it's interesting that that stuff still kind of hangs around.
Because that's the only, that's their only choice.
It's either communism, socialism, or fascism.
They don't have that third way, which is our way.
They call it the third way, but yes, you're right.
They don't.
Yeah.
I agree with you.
It's a very strange thing.
And it goes back to this idea that there's no government without centralized control.
There's no government without a powerful central government, which is right.
We're the one place that violated that standard.
And I think to good effect, because we said rights,
come from God. They don't come from the government. We're the only ones that recognize that.
And if you can just get your arms around that, that means no government can hurt the individual.
Everybody else is like, yeah, we'll save the individual through the collective. Okay, pipe down.

Well, it looks like more evidence is coming out
that the pro-life guy that we told you about,
Mark Hawk,
that he had the FBI storm into his house.
Looks like he had already said,
you know, months before,
I'll come and talk to you anytime you need me to talk to you.
And they decided to break his door down instead early in the morning, which is...
Very interesting.
I can't try and come up with a scenario where this makes any sense.
Well, we'll talk to his attorney in about a half an hour.

Okay, hiring should always be based on merit, not race, not sex, not politics.
Unfortunately, a large financial firm, many of them, most of them are using your money to force
companies like Apple and Home Depot to adopt racial equity audits.
That means it's not merit.
This is going to destroy these businesses, but here's the good news.
It's your money that you have an investment.

Is the fusion of entertainment?
America, well, it's going to be a dicey week for Governor DeSantis. He's going to be a little
busy. Several Florida counties have issued evacuation orders now. Tampa has not had a direct
head-on hit in 100 years, and it's a very low-lying place. We'll get all of the details and be
watching this, Florida. How is the government, the United States government, deciding where to go
and how to help? It's called the Waffle House Index. We'll tell you all about it, and so much
more in 60 seconds. First, nothing more frustrating than having your identity stolen online. By the time
you even figure it out that it's happened, some cybercriminal could be so deep in your personal
information that they could steal everything from you. So you've got enough to worry about,
enough on your plate, please just hire somebody just to take care of this, somebody who is
watching all the time. Now, nobody can watch everything and catch everything because it's
constantly evolving this crime. But LifeLock is the best of all identity theft, anti-identity theft
measures that you can take. Not only do they have the preventative measures to keep you safe,
but also access to a restoration team if you do end up having information that is hacked into.

Okay.
So what is the Waffle?
Did you know this, Stu?
The Waffle House measurement?
No, I did not.
So the Waffle House Index.
Now, think of the government and all of the resources that they have.
What is the best way, Cojacks, what is the best way to be able to know if an area has been hard hit?
All the government assets, they call Waffle House.
Uh-huh.
They call Waffle House, the Waffle House Index.
And here's how it goes.
Green, they call up and say, how you doing?
They label that area green if Waffle House has a full menu, restaurant has power, and damage is limited or no damage.
Okay?
So it's green.
Yellow, limited menu, no power or only power from a generator or food supplies might be low.
And red is the restaurant is closed.
Okay?
That's how our government decides where to go.
I mean, one of the ways.
They call Waffle Houses.
These are the people that we count on for all of them.
I don't know.
It's better than most of their other ideas.
No, it's, I mean, but you think of, you know, the federal government,
you know, private business, they don't do anything right.
Really?
FEMA uses Waffle House to help them with hurricanes.
FEMA Waffle House.
Let me.
This could be a bad week for Ron DeSantis.
I mean, if this is really bad and he's not prepared for it, it could backfire on him.
These are the kinds of things that, you know, Hurricane Katrina and George Bush, these are the kinds of things that don't look good.
And you have a press, just like George Bush did with Katrina.
you have a press that wants him to die.
So they're not going to, and the White House is not going to be responsive to Florida.
You think the White House and FEMA are going to be right on their toes?
That's a really good.
There's a really weird political thing that's going to go on throughout this.
And we've never seen it before.
If FEMA is political at all, hopefully it will be the.
death now of this kind of system. Because it's, it's, if they are putting people's safety
under political gain, that's really bad. And this is the accusation essentially with Chris Christie,
remember? Yeah. With his whole thing where he was doing some shenanigans behind the scenes
to punish his political enemies. Yeah. That was the accusation at the time. But I mean, you look at
situation, obviously, number one is the potential tragedy we're looking at. I mean, with how low
Tampa is and the potential of a direct hit and all the bad things that could happen there,
with the storm sort of sitting over the city for a, you know, a full day potentially, as least
that's what they're predicting. The water situation is going to be really problematic. So that's
obviously number one. But when you look beyond that for the rest of the country who maybe isn't
going to be facing the storm directly, the dissantis part of this is really interesting. We've seen
storms and how you handle a storm make or break politicians entire careers and something that's
this big with a national political and resource base that is completely opposed to everything
Ron Santa stands for and has incentive to destroy him.
It's going to be a fascinating thing to watch.
I mean, you hope the better angels wind up winning out and people.
People look at what needs to be done for actual citizens instead of politics.
But would you put it past anybody in Washington, D.C., to use this as a political?
No, and it definitely wouldn't for the media.
That's exactly what they did with George Bush.
Yeah.
George Bush tried to get them to evacuate New Orleans.
You know, he was like, look, what do you need?
This is going to be bad.
Everybody knew that that was going to be bad once you...
We did a show a year before, Hurricane Katrina, almost of the exact day.
Yeah.
And I said it was, I counted down the top 10 most dangerous cities and everybody thought it was going to be New York because of terror.
Or somewhere in California because of earthquakes.
Yeah.
It was the other big one.
And it was a shock to most people.
I said the most dangerous city in America is New Orleans because since the 1950s, they've been taking federal money to, you know, build up the defenses against a bad hurricane.
But if a bad hurricane hits them directly, they're sitting in a bowl.
and it will be an epic disaster.
No, that's crazy.
Glenn Beck.
It's a conspiracy.
A year almost to the day.
A year almost to the day.
And we knew what happened.
And the Democrats there in New Orleans
rejected George Bush's offers.
And so then what?
The media blames him and says he didn't,
because they didn't want to go against the Democrats.
So it's George Bush, he didn't do enough.
He, yes, he did.
Yes, he did.
And just some advice to Ron DeSantis.
Even if tempted, don't say anyone's doing a heck of a job.
That's the one thing you can't say.
Because that's what they beat George W. Bush up about.
He said one of his guys, ah, he's doing a heck of a job.
And then obviously they found out later maybe the job wasn't so wonderful.
It was more heck in it.
than job. And so then they just blame.
Again, this stuff all always,
tragedy always used
for politics and financial
gain. And this is an opportunity for people.
We saw the huge, we've been
talking about it this week of the $250
million stolen from
just by just one
charity during
the pandemic time. Some of the
reporting on this has been fascinating. And of course, I
you know, I didn't follow all
these programs closely. But I guess
there was one program where if you,
applied to it, they'd just give you $10,000 just for the application. Oh my gosh. So basically
the idea was they didn't, even if you got rejected for the actual program, they just let you
keep the $10,000. So people were just applying under different names over and over and over again
and getting $10,000 a pop just flooding into their own personal bank accounts. And even if their
application later was, okay, this is obviously not a real business or it's not a real need,
they'd still get to keep the $10,000. That's how the program.
program was set up. Why didn't I know about this? I know! Why don't the average people know about
these things? It's only just the bad criminal people. There's some great reporting on this. I think
it was the New York Times who had it, which they had rappers who were doing this and rapping about how
they were scamming these particular programs using the real names of the programs. In the raps.
I would just say, I need to listen to more rap music. The second thing is, I would just say,
you're there's something missing in your your dark sinister plan when it involves
filming yourself doing it and putting it on Facebook or writing a song about it.
Well, and see, normally I would agree with you on that analysis because that's a good point.
Right.
I got to say, just off.
Hey, let, did we wipe down all the fingerprints?
Yes, we did.
Were any of you clowns videotaping us doing it and thinking about.
hosting it online.
Well, kill him.
You know what I mean?
It's a pretty easy thing.
It's a great point. And normally, I would be completely on board with your point.
However, you have to understand this is the federal government we're talking about.
So the fallout from this is what the federal government has realized is it costs more than $10,000 to prosecute any of these people.
So what they're doing is just saying, well, if it was only the $10,000, we'll just let them,
go. They have no record of anyone being prosecuted for just keeping the $10,000.
Oh, I'm so mad. How did we not know about this? How did we not know? Come on. We should have
been able to, I mean, we could have made lots of funny names up to collect the $10,000. I know. I know.
I wouldn't have done it because I would, of course, go to prison. They'd be like,
yes, you'd be the one guy that president. He took a dollar. He took a dollar, life in prison. Life in prison.
That is true. And Federman.
would be like, you know what?
I agree with that one.
Right.
We live in very screwed up times.
Oh, we sure do.
Oh, by the way, you know, and I think everybody is onto this.
I think everybody is on to this.
I used to say at Fox, they self-diagnose all the time.
Whatever they accuse you of doing, they're doing, right?
And I think everybody is on to that.
Right? I mean, well, not every. People in this audience are on to them. Okay. Anybody who's paying attention, listen to this. An advisor to President Joe Biden said the MAGA Republican agenda was essentially to destroy the United States of America. There is, listen to this. I mean, if it's not, if it's not, I'm rubber, you are glue. There is a MAGA Republican agenda.
that gives no consideration to the rule of law.
It has no respect for a woman's right to choose.
They want to defund the FBI.
There's a MAGA Republican agenda that thought it was okay to attack our nation's capital.
I think it will always be important to call out any effort there is to destroy,
essentially destroy the United States of America.
So wait, wait, wait, there's no constitution.
Really?
They want to destroy the constitution?
Because I, again, I think it's just the opposite.
If there's not a clear agenda by this administration to burn everything to the ground,
our history, our families, our children, our schools, our businesses, our bank accounts,
our judicial system, our police system, our military, our relationships.
with other nations, our economy, our U.S. dollar.
I mean, do you say our border?
No, our border.
Everything.
Everything.
They are all in on destroying.
You keep us in this word.
I do not think it means what you think it means.

Now I'm going to say something.
That is crazy.
It's absolutely crazy.
But you're going to agree with it.
Remember the days when we only had to worry about impeachment?
Those were the days.
They don't come back.
Remember the days?
I mean, we just worried about impeachment,
but we all had jobs.
The economy was really, really good.
Gas prices were really low.
those are the good days.
Anyway, it's likely to get worse before it gets better, but just prepare for it.
If you prepare now, if you know it's coming, you're ahead of most everybody else.
Call American financing if you are having a problem right now with your finances.

How much are you paying out to the bank?
To the people who are bankrupting us.
it's American financing.
They don't work for the banks.
They work for you.

Tomorrow, the January 6th committee is holding.
likely its final public hearing.
Look out. No. Truth is about to come out. What will we do without it? I don't know. I won't know how to behave or how to live, quite honestly.
Newsrooms will be really out of luck because it's been 80% of their programming for the past six months.
So let me give you this.
Pro-life advocate, Mark, I think it's Hawk.
Do you know?
Hoke.
Hock.
He's the guy who took his son out and they pray the rosary and they, you know, pray in front of
abortion clinics and try to talk people out of going in for an abortion.
Well, there was a confrontation months ago and this guy is known as a follower.
What was it?
A flopper. A flopper.
That's the, that's the rumor.
Yeah.
That he, and flopper like a basketball term, like LeBron James.
You know, he's this guy's 265 pounds and some little tiny guy bumps into him and he falls back like he's been hit by a train.
Oh my God.
Right.
Right.
That's the accusation.
So this guy had to be taken to the hospital.
So I don't know all the details on the guy who fell.
But the word is this guy.
has he this is what he does um and he was screaming at uh mark's son and mark was he's he's a
peaceful guy he pushed him away from his son the guy fell down had to be taken so they charge this
guy the flopper charges uh mark um and says he you know assault and battery and whatever that
nothing came of that and then they decided to use the face law
And we're going to get into this here in a second.
But the face law does not apply.
The charges, all charges were dismissed.
All charges were dismissed.
Then for some reason, this little local story made its way up to the Justice Department.
And the FBI got involved.
Now, again, this doesn't fit the Face Act.
But the FBI decided they were going to charge him.
with the Face Act. Now, his attorney will tell us here in a minute the whole timeline and the whole
story, at least from their point of view, I want to be fair to the agents of the FBI. Apparently,
Mark said, I will go to the FBI and anything you need, you need to talk to me, you need
testimony, you need an affidavit, whatever, we're here, okay? Just let us know. He said that three
months ago. The FBI never took him up on that. Instead, at 7.20 in the morning, they decided
to send in a whole bunch of FBI with guns ablazing and just pound on the door until he opens it up,
then arrests him in front of his children with his children with having guns in their faces.
That, instead of just asking this guy to come in, this is exactly what.
what they did to Donald Trump.
He was willing to talk, willing to work.
What are they doing?
They are sending a message.
They are declaring war on anyone who steps out of line.
If you are a pro-lifer, this could happen to you.
Now, the question is, are you still willing to do it?
Are you still willing?
I think about this all the time.
you know, you call, you know, you order something from, you know, my store.
And I don't even know what I have in my store, but you order something from glenbeck.com.
You're on a list, man.
You're on a list.
And that happens with everybody.
You're on a list.
If you are talking about me or, you know, or Ben Shapiro or any of us, you're doing it online.
You're on a list.
Now, how far down the.
that list do you want to go? Do you own guns? Are you willing to still do the things that you believe in?
This is where we're at now. Are you still willing to stand? Because there will be a price.
If the Republicans don't win the House and the Senate, but definitely the House, you are going to see Americans
hassled like you've never seen before.
Are you willing to be peaceful and continue to stand up for what you believe in?
Every person needs to answer that.
You need to answer that for you and your family.
As for me and my family, I know who we serve.
Yes, we'll stand.
The Glenn Back Program.
So Megan wrote in about her experience with Relief Factory.
She says I was in a horrible car wreck, left me with shooting pains down my neck and my back.
It got to be so bad that I was having to go to a chiropractor almost every single day.
Then I heard about Relief Factor and ended up trying it.
Within two days, my pain began to subside.
And within a few weeks, I was completely back to normal.
Thank you.
Relief Factor is not a drug.
It was developed by doctors.
And it has four key ingredients that fight inflammation.
That's the source of most of our pain that we deal with.
The three-week quick start developed for you is only 1995.
It's a dollar a day like a trial pack.
And hundreds of thousands of people have ordered Relief Factor and about 70% of them have gone on to order more.
It says a lot.
It's Relieffactor.com.
I want you to call now 800 the number four relief.
800 for relief.
Get the 1995 three-week quickstarts developed just for you.
You can get it at Relief Factor.
com, that's relieffactor.com, or 800, the number four, relief. Relief factor. Feel the difference.
Jason Whitlock, Mark Levin, Stephen Crowder, and so much more, BlazTV.com slash Glenn. The promo code is Glenn.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. So we've been telling you this week about the story of the pro-life
activist that the FBI raided his house at 720, but we don't, we don't know all.
of the story because the FBI, of course, we can't discuss ongoing investigations.
Uh-huh.
And so we have not talked to the family, but we have very good connections and people who we know who have talked to the family.
So we wanted to get their attorney on today, Peter Breen.
He is with the Thomas Moore Society, Vice President Senior Council, and find out the entire story.
Peter, how are you, sir?
I am doing great, Glenn.
I'm looking at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
So glad to be on site here for the arraignment today.
Okay, so tell me, tell us a story and give us the timeline.
Well, in October of last year, there were, you know, they were outside of the Planned Parenthood here in Philadelphia.
There was an abortion escort, a gentleman named Bruce Love, 72 years old, known for having a pretty foul mouth.
and he's out there on the sidewalk.
Our protagonist, Mark Halk, he is the pro-life sidewalk counselor.
He's there with his 12-year-old son as well, who's praying on the sidewalk.
And they're having a normal day, except that Mr. Love approaches and starts harassing the 12-year-old son.
Words exchanged, altercation ensues, and, you know, Mr. Love claims.
to be a victim now, despite the fact he was an aggressor on this.
Okay, so he went and he started something with the son.
The father steps in.
It's like, hey, back off, back off my son.
Right, like any good father would do.
Okay, so he pushed him or how did...
Well, and certainly we're going to contend that it was all defensive and that Mr.
Loves, the aggressor.
The other side, you know, Mr. Loves says he was the victim.
he ended up on the ground, was there for about three seconds, popped right back up,
claims he had a scrape on his arm from falling.
But it's the sort of thing you'd say, well, if a crime was actually committed, then take it to the DA and
charge it.
Well, Mr. Love took it to the DA.
The DA didn't prosecute.
And this is the Philly DA.
This isn't some sort of pro-life activist.
And then Mr. Love continues.
He makes a private criminal complaint, which apparently you can do in Pennsylvania.
and the state courts eventually throw it out, Mr. Love can't be troubled to show up for the hearings for his own criminal complaint.
And now, of course, Mark Howke, he shows up faithfully, and so they throw the case out.
We were actually considering filing an abuse of process lawsuit against Mr. Love.
And then all of a sudden we get this target letter from the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
that was in May of this year, saying that they're investigating our client for apparent violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, the Federal Face Act is what we call it.
But he wasn't.
Right. No, I mean, it's, it, the funny thing about this is in this very district, we won a case three years ago on this same set of facts where you had the pro-life sidewalk counselor and the abortion escort, they have a little back and forth, they jowel.
a bit and, you know, physical altercation, but no one's hurt. It just, this, this sort of thing
happens very occasionally when you're in very close proximity on the sidewalk. So we won this case
three years ago. Our attorney sends a letter. So, so the target letter to Mark Halk says,
we'd like to talk to your attorney. Well, we respond in writing. We have a, it was a senior
experienced former federal prosecutor representing Mark and says, hey, by the way,
You don't have a case based on the decision we just won three years ago in this district.
And if you are going to indict regardless, we will present our client.
Please just send us a summons and we'll bring him.
So we did that in June.
Made phone calls to the U.S. attorney.
Nothing returned.
The next we hear is this last Friday afternoon or Friday morning, your client's in custody.
So that is where things were with the U.S. attorney.
They sent 20.
It was interesting.
Ryan Marie, who's a Mark's wife, she thought she saw 25.
The FBI came back and said it wasn't 25.
It was no more than 15 or 20, heavily armed federal agents.
And she had called them a SWAT team because she's a lay person.
I don't know the difference between a SWAT team and a bunch of heavily armed, armored,
and, you know, shield bearing of federal agents.
I didn't realize there was a difference, but I guess there is.
And so, yeah, they had guns drawn and pointed at Mark.
in front of his wife and their seven children.
So that whole show of force was done against a man who was not a drug lord, not a mafia boss,
but instead a law-abiding pillar of the community whose attorney said,
we'll bring him in if you decide to charge, even though you have no case.
So that's where we are.
So how did this get to the feds?
How do you suppose?
I mean, it's a pretty small, you know, case here that was thrown out.
Well, I am assuming that Planned Parenthood had something to do with it because I'd imagine Mr. Love has not got enough poll with Maine Justice to get this done.
And that was something we found out on Friday the press release from the DOJ.
Normally they would do this through the U.S. Attorney's Office locally.
Well, they noted they did a press release out of Maine Justice.
in D.C., and they noted the trial team is going to be led by a D.C. Department of Justice lawyer.
So you start putting all this together and you go, how did they send 20 heavily armed federal
agents out to this peaceful man's house? How do you get lawyers from Maine Justice coming into Philadelphia?
And all you can do is say, well, this is being directed at a very high level within the Department
of Justice. Did the Attorney General himself approve the raid?
I don't know, but certainly one of his top lieutenants would have.
So Planned Parenthood says they have a tape. Have you seen it?
You know, I have seen, we've got some evidence we're putting together.
Some of it we can show, some of it we can't because, you know, the way we discovered it.
Everything I've seen substantiates our claim, which is no federal violation happened here.
And the Mr. Bruce Love was the aggressor.
Can you tell me, because I've had questions.
understand this, but for people who don't, who are not necessarily the people who go out and
stand in front of abortion clinics may not understand. Why would you bring your son to a place
where you think there might be an altercation? Well, 99.9% of the time, there are no altercations.
And it's the sort of thing where folks, people of faith, pro-life folks, bring their families at
times to pray in front of the abortion clinic. This is a great injustice of our time. These folks
rightly believe. We've had this dispute for 50 years in this country, and sometimes you
know, sometimes you bring your kids. And so you certainly don't expect a 72-year-old foul-mouthed man
to harass and intimidate your 12-year-old child. I mean, a 72-year-old man should know better
than to do that. So that really normally, these things don't normally happen. They very occasionally
happen. But remember, there are many hundreds of abortion clinics across the country and folks
outside them on a regular basis every day. So we look at the different things that have happened,
justice being called, you know, on parents that disagree. Now this, we, we,
We also have FBI agents who are now testifying that they came out and they tried to speak out and whistleblow and that they're not being fired.
They're being they're being destroyed by the justice department.
Is there any step beside just getting this dismissed that should be done to get the Justice Department in line?
Is there any step you guys can engage in?
we are going to use every tool within our process here to get justice for Mark and his family.
I have already seen a number of congressmen and senators who are making noise about bringing
Merrick Garland in to answer for this.
And really, he needs to.
And I can't imagine that those 20, whom I presume to be just perfectly dedicated regular
federal agents, I can't imagine they were excited about being called.
out to a peaceful man's home, guns drawn on him to drag him out of it, you know, to have him
pound on his door, bring him out of his house while he's trying to enjoy his morning coffee.
You know, this is, I would hope there are going to be some whistleblowers, whether on this raid
or, you know, in some of these other circumstances that the Congress maybe can, uh,
that can use their power to be able to get more of the story.
And is there any, what would, let's say the face, which is blocking,
the entrance of a abortion clinic and trying to block people from entering the abortion
clinic. That's what's against the law. If that were even true that that's what he was doing,
what would the penalty be for that? It can be, if you have violence involved, you can then be
in federal penitentiary for many years. So up to about 10 years or so, as I recall, if there's
no violence, then you get to six months to up to 18 or thereabouts, depending on whether it's
first offense or multiple. The issue here, though, is that we have case law that supports us.
At least for the altercation that the books have been discussing, there were no abortion patients
around. It wasn't an issue of trying to keep somebody in or out of an abortion clinic. It's a matter
of defending your 12-year-old child from a gentleman with a very foul mouth who was harassing him.
So that's really we, we are confident in our defenses.
And I would say, Glenn, after Dobbs, there's still a question about whether faces even within the power of the Congress to enact based on the fact that abortion is not a federal right anymore.
What's the basis to take regular altercations on a sidewalk somewhere in Pennsylvania and bring federal charges over it?
Why should the average American care about this?
Well, I don't know about you.
I don't want to be dragged out of my house while I'm trying to enjoy my morning coffee by 20 heavily armed federal agents pointing pointing guns at me and have my wife and kids have to watch that, all because I exercise my First Amendment rights or I just happen to step out of line. At this point, it is a real, this is a real issue that people, it should wake us up, not just the overreach.
bringing the lawsuit would be bad enough or bringing the prosecution bad enough but then
executing the search the arrest warrant the way they did it it should frighten all of us
have you produced the letter yet that says hey we'll bring our client in and would you
be willing to uh share that absolutely i i will i will i will uh we will we will send that to you
right away okay i'd like i'd like to i'd like to see because that totally that that totally changes
everything in my point of view you know it's it's it's it's
I think your client is in the right here, but you never know, give the benefit of the doubt.
But if you said three months ago, we will produce our client, it's not a problem.
Just let us know.
Why would they have chosen this other than to intimidate and send a message to everybody?
And that's the issue.
Again, the point is, let's say you believe them.
And my client was in the wrong.
That's a matter for the local DA.
it's not a federal case. It's certainly not a face violation. Nobody was stopped from having an abortion or what have you.
The only reason to do this is to intimidate people of faith and pro-life Americans from exercising their rights.
I wish you all the best of luck and the best to your client, the family. I can't even imagine what the kids are going through right now.
But thank you, Peter. I appreciate it. God bless.
Hey, thank you, Glenn. God bless you, too.
You bet. Keep this family.
and this and this attorney in your prayers.
This has got to stop.
And I fear it's going to get uglier before it gets better,
especially if Republicans don't show up and vote.
If you don't vote, this kind of stuff is going to go crazy.
So please go out and vote.
So do you remember the good old days when all you really worry about with a company was how good they were at providing you the

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
We're so glad that you have tuned in.
Richard Grinnell is joining us here in just a second.
You don't want to miss him.
He was the DNI, the director of national intelligence under Trump.
He is a fascinating guy.
I just really like him.
I want to talk to him about the FBI because he knows.
He knows what was happening in the deep state.
He knows about justice.
He was there.
So we're going to ask him a little bit about that.
And also today is the day the National Archives has to reveal if Trump has documents.
They say that President Trump is still a possession of government records that he shouldn't have.
Well, today's the day.
What are they?
what are they?
They wouldn't miss a deadline.
No, the National Archives?
No.
No. The government? Never. Never. Never, never.
My understanding is when you don't do things on the schedule of the National Archives, they come to your house with a bunch of officers.
Really?
Oh, yeah, I don't know.
Really? That's going to happen this time. Probably not.
Probably, yeah. Do you think the armed officers will go to the National Archives to get those answers?
To demand those answers?
If this is the deadline.
Yeah, I think so.
I think they won't do that.
Also, Richard Paul Evans joins us.
Today is an exciting day.
It's the release of a new Michael Vey book.
We'll tell you all about it coming up in just a second.
It has been long, long waited and anticipated.
It is out today.
Richard Paul Evans joins us for that.
Also, beyond meat, it's too woke for people.
Its stock has gone down by 77%
Because literally
It's too woke

Richard Grinnell.
Richard, how are you, sir?
Thanks for having me, Glenn.
It's one of my favorite times is to have a long conversation with you.
So thank you for inviting me.
I appreciate it.
You're welcome on this program anytime.
I've got so much to talk to you about.
But let me start here first with your thoughts on what is happening with the FBI between
Marlago and now the pro-life advocate who had the,
the FBI come into his house, even though his attorney said he'll come in anytime, just tell us when.
Yeah, it's really outrageous. Look, we have to start and finish this conversation by saying that the rank and file FBI agents are very good patriots who love their country who do not want partisan politics involved in the investigations, no weaponization of the tools of the FBI and DOJ.
But unfortunately, the leadership, I saw firsthand, the leadership is not like that.
Look, we have a system, whether it's DOJ or the FBI or the State Department or the Department of Defense.
In order to get promoted in the swamp, you have to do certain things that the swamp wants you to do.
You just don't get promoted up the chain, which means pay increases, which means better retirement.
it means a bigger salary and a bigger office, all of those accoutrements that we value as humans.
And so Washington, D.C. has created a system that unless you abide by their rules,
which is woke rules, which is always going after Republicans, this is the system that is created
in our bureaucracy. And people are eager to climb that ladder so they play that game.
tell you we have a crisis at DOJ and at the FBI because they have weaponized their power
against people they don't like. It's crushing dissent. And look no further, Glenn,
than first and second generation Americans who are the canaries in the coal mine. They have left
fascism and totalitarianism. They're the ones on the front lines screaming about the Democratic Party,
the media and the problems in in Washington D.C.
They see it. They left it.
So can we, can we rid ourselves of it?
I mean, you were front and center in this fight when Trump was in office.
You know it from the inside as the DNI.
So can we crush this?
Yeah, we can.
And the reason why I say that is because I faced the rank and file.
Look, I'll tell you a very quick story when I would.
with declassifying certain transcripts and certain information.
I looked at the information and it was clear to me.
It was not a source of how we collect intelligence and it was not a method on how we gathered it.
And I went straight to the DOJ and FBI leadership and I said, I have the authority.
I'm going to declassify this information.
And both Barr and Ray just, you know, really said no.
is not a good idea.
They started by doing the bureaucratic thing of delaying me,
asking stupid questions that just were clearly about bureaucracy,
shoving me off on their deputies who would then create more bureaucracy.
I was no dummy.
I knew what they were doing.
So I pushed forward for a meeting with the rank and file FBI agents
whose names had been clearly attached
to the redactions and to the classified information blocking.
And I had a meeting, I pushed forward, looked them in the eye, and I said,
why did you classify, why did you redact this information?
It's clearly not a source for methods.
They looked at me, crossed the table, at the Department of Justice, and said, we didn't,
we don't agree with that.
We didn't want to do that.
Our bosses did.
there were wimpy people in leadership who hide behind the tough decisions by throwing other people
under the bus. As soon as I heard that, I said, I'm unredacting this. This is an outrage. This is a cover-up.
And of course, you know, the leadership was not supportive, but I didn't care. They threatened to sue me.
or expose me as someone who is sharing classified information, I said, oh, baloney, I'll challenge you.
And by the way, once I did it, once I unredacted it, once I released it to the public,
and everybody saw that there was a cover-up of the Russian collusion hoax, no one sued me.
They threatened to, they tried to stop me.
but the reality is in telling you the story is that the rank and file know there's a problem
they hate it but this is their life they live in Washington DC and this is their career and
this is you know everything they know and their family needs is in this job and they will be
thrown out and it will be very difficult for them so we need leadership change the long
answer to say yes it can be done we need leadership change do I have do I have Attorney General
bar wrong because I
met with him and
I really liked him. I thought he was an honest
guy and
but there were a few things
that didn't quite make sense to me
and we've seen
nothing come out of the
investigations that you know
he was supposedly protecting. Do I have him
wrong? Is he a bad guy?
I'm somebody that
recognizes that there are
gray patterns
Right. Everything is not black and white. I sat next to Attorney General Barr in the cabinet. He was incredibly nice to me. He was incredibly complimentary of my brave and courageous work and I think relatively supportive. But there were times when he as someone who values Washington, D.C. He is somebody who wanted to have a life still in the Washington, D.C. legal circles. Couldn't.
get past tradition.
Right.
And I think that's the best way to say it is that there are people trapped by tradition
who don't want to support the outsiders or the people that are rocking the boat.
And to me, Barr failed that test too many times.
Okay.
Let me ask you, with the DOJ and Donald Trump, I mean, it seems as though the DOJ was very nervous
about what Donald Trump had.
And they have gone after him because he's got something on them, right?
Because of tradition.
Look, the Records Act people are total hypocrites.
You look at how they treated Obama.
Right.
And it's completely different than how they're treating Trump.
This is, think of the Records Act people as the ultimate swamp creatures to control.
Here is a group of people who literally are saying, we.
bureaucrats must collect and approve what the president of the United States does.
I'm sorry, that's crazy.
The president of the United States doesn't report to anyone when it comes to classifying information
or declassifying information.
This is clear in the law, but it's not clear in the tradition of Washington, D.C.
These traditionalists, these people, well, everybody always comes to the record.
deck people. And, you know, we are people that get to control this. It's a control thing.
Washington, D.C. doesn't do well when people throw out tradition and try to fight for the people
rather than for the process. So did, did was the FBI trying to cover their tracks?
Yeah, look, on a daily basis, all of the agencies in Washington, D.C., including the FBI and DOJ,
They classify information when they look bad so that it doesn't get out to the public.
You've got people like Adam Schiff who play along with this and who only leak certain information that helps the Democrats.
It happens on the right as well.
But what we're seeing is that this swamp attitude is a protection of the system.
And so, yeah, they don't want the bad PR that they made a really bad decision early on with the Pfizer.
warrant. There was so many, there were so many warnings early on that the Russian collusion hoax
was a hoax perpetrated by Hillary's people throughout the government, Victoria Newland,
who was the Assistant Secretary of State for Europe at the time, who ushered in the steel dossier
in London. And, you know, guess who else was the station chief at that time in London?
was Gina Haspel, who became the CIA director.
So you've really got this swamp mentality of protecting Hillary early on,
trying to come up with every way they can to make sure that Hillary wins,
and DOJ leadership, FBI leadership, playing along because the system in D.C. wanted Hillary.
She had been Secretary of State.
Right.
She was somebody they knew, and she had a team, and the team was acting.
It was also, though, because this, at least it seems to me, that this, you know, great reset, this ESG system is in play all over the world.
And, you know, I think this is why they're going after anyone who, I mean, look what's happening.
Look what happened with the, what was it, the Swedish elections, now the Italian elections.
people are starting to say, we don't want your central bank telling us what to do. We don't want
the government to collude with business and the central bank. It's not what we're looking for.
By the way, if the European Union or the central bank or the feds were making decisions
about the people, I don't think you would see the pushback.
Wouldn't. You wouldn't.
But over time, let's just take corporate America, Glenn.
you and I know Republicans have been very supportive of corporate America, lower taxes, lower taxes, and Chamber of Commerce events.
And then corporate America went the way of the media and our universities.
They're completely woke. They're not for the people. They're for their own power. We all see it.
Why are Republicans still wanting to fight for corporate America and lower taxes for corporate America?
I'm not there. I'm done with it.
I'm done with this woke.
Look, I think the counterculture is now conservative because the big man controls the universities, the media, Wall Street, corporate America, everything.
If you want to be a 60s hippie that goes after the big man and does your own thing, you better be a conservative to this day.
This is why Bill Maher is like abandoning the left.
All right. We're talking to Richard Gernel, and I'm going to take a one minute break. And I want to ask you about California. I mean, you think it can be fixed. It's an amazing statement. Richard Gronel joins us again in 60 seconds. Have you taken a look at the markets lately? Nothing quite like throwing the keys to your car down on the poker table just as you're sitting there and you got, you know, you got two twos. I got nothing. Cross your fingers. That's a little.
how it feels right now. The inflation that we are experiencing the economy is insane. It is,
it was all avoidable and I think we are pouring gasoline on the fire. You need to hedge against
insanity. I've been telling you about this for years. You need to diversify some of your portfolio,
maybe 10%, and put it into precious metals. Goldline can help you do this with a self-directed,
precious metals IRA.
Tons of people in America don't even know this is an option, but now you do, and I highly
recommend at least looking into it.
You don't want to lose your shirt in this economy.
Goldline can help you keep some of your assets.

dot com. Ten seconds, station ID.
Richard, I have to ask you one more question before we get to California, and that is you
were the ambassador of Germany in Germany when they laughed at Donald Trump, trying to
warm about being reliant on Russian energy. How much trouble is Europe in right now?
I mean, we are watching a heap of trouble for Europe. They resisted every single diplomatic
nicety, every single dismal.
diplomatic push. We tried to be, you know, strong. We tried to be silent. We tried to be,
you know, as diplomatic as possible. Nothing worked. We had all sorts of levels of pressure.
And Chancellor Merkel led the Germans to really get rid of the supply of energy. Now, look,
the reason she did it, and it's not talked about, but the Green Party in Germany was on the
rise. They were about to get her. And so what we really saw is her survival instincts kicked in
politically. She wanted power. So she grabbed and triangulated on the Green Party issues, got rid of
nuclear energy, announced she was getting rid of coal. This was, you know, had the Frankfurt soccer
mom's all excited to join her party. And, and so that's what happened. And, you know, shame on the media.
People like Christiana Amantor who celebrated every decision of Merkel and never held her to account.
Now we find ourselves in a heap of trouble.
I don't know if you saw this morning, but Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 have had some sort of explosions.
They're now leaking gas.
Clearly, we know that that wasn't just happen since.
Somebody did it, and somebody got to sabotage.
But, you know, this is a problem for our media in Europe.
who really launched Merkel and her decisions and celebrated her and never stopped.
And also the American media, who did the same thing,
who called her just a genius.
We need to have a debate about the 16 years of Merkelism.
Let me talk to you quickly because we're running out of time.
And Richard, I would love to have you on again, if I may ask now to have you on again.
But talk to me about California, because California,
seems to be the anti-Dissantis.
It seems to me that in 2024 or 2020-whatever, eight, we're going to have two states to look at,
the DeSantis, Florida, and the California under Gavin Newsom.
And they're going in radically different ways.
Yeah, they are.
And I'm trying to, I'm on a one-man mission to separate the word California.
California from Gavin Newsom. It's Gavin Newsom, who is, you know, we live on the ocean in California,
but we can't increase the supply of water somehow. We're just telling people to conserve. We have the
worst energy solutions. I'm no great economist, but when I went to Harvard, I had to show up
early to do dummy economics. And in that class, I learned that if you increase the supply,
you can actually lower the equilibrium price.
And so it's basic economics that Gavin Newsom doesn't understand.
We need to increase the supply.
My attitude is I want to do to California what Stacey Abrams did to Georgia.
If you would have told me five years ago that Georgia was going to send two progressive left blue senators to Washington, D.C., to represent Georgia, I would have said you're full of it.
it should be a red state.
But she dug deep.
Dacey Abrams went county by county, registering people to vote and doing all sorts of
manipulations.
You look at Ohio and Florida, who used to control everything that happened in American
politics for the White House.
They were purple, purple.
Now they're hard red.
Now, why is that?
Because people took the time, a five-year, six-year plan to,
register people to vote. We're doing that in California. I took a pass at running for governor
because the numbers just don't add up right now. Right. But what I did do is launch Fix California.
You can go to FixCalifornia. Our donors, Glenn, in California, are showing up for this
California. We're doing great stuff, registering so many voters. We found 1.4 million conservatives sitting
on the sidelines in California. Wow. Wow. All right, Richard, great to talk to you.
My best to you and your family.

So, I don't even know. 15 years ago.
2011. 2011. I got a copy of a book, a galley of a book from a friend who was with, I think, Simon
and Schuster at the time. And he said,
would you just read this for me? And I read it and I said, this is fantastic because it's a,
it's a young adult book. And it teaches values and it puts these kids through absolute hell.
And they have to find out really who they are and what's worth fighting for in life. It's
fantastic. And I called them up and I said, this is great. And I love the fact that you didn't
dumb it down.
And Richard Paul Evan said to me, yeah, that's what publishers are telling me that I need to do to be able to publish and sell this book is to dumb it down.
And I'm like, dude, no way.
We'll publish it together.
I'll love to help you with this.
So Michael Vey came out.
This today is the release of the eighth book in the series.
It is wildly successful.
And Richard Paul Evans is joining us today.
I remember where I was when you made that phone call.
I was, it's like, I didn't recognize the number, but it's like, it looks important.
And it's like, Rick, it's Glenn.
I didn't expect Glenn Beck to call me.
Yeah, right.
And he said, I love this book.
Let's partner.
Yeah, I love it.
And what a great ride this has been, Glenn.
And so I should, I should tell you, I dedicated this book to you.
I know.
I saw that.
And that's out of great appreciation.
Well, so the last one, the last book, it ended with what seemed to be a conclusion, and everybody thought that was the end.
I thought it was the end.
And I get a call from the president of Simon Schuster, and he goes, this book, I mean, we sold three and a half million copies.
And it keeps going.
And I have a fan club in Tehran.
And Tehran.
And I called me and I go, I said, where in Iran?
And she goes, oh, they stole it.
And now there's like thousands of these Iranian kids who love Michael Vey.
It's just bred worldwide.
And he goes, why wouldn't you just write Michael Vey?
This is massively successful.
Why are you done?
And I said, I'm tired.
I'm tired.
I have a life.
But you know what?
I missed the kids.
You released it one a year.
I was doing two books a year.
My fall book, my Christmas book, like the Christmas box in those books.
And then Michael Vey.
And it's like, that's all I always doing was writing.
And I needed the break.
But I missed the kids.
I had 4,000 kids come to my last book signing.
4,000.
It is, it is, I will tell you, Rave and I read every single one, every year from when he was eight and devoured them.
It was one of my favorite things every summer to be with Rave and read the next Michael Vey.
And I'm so excited that this one is out.
He's now 18.
same age as Michael Vays
So we're gonna
We'll read it together again
This time
So tell me what
Parents should know about this book
Well the thing that surprised me right off
About the book
Because it's always like this magic you don't know
One is it gets kids to read
A parent wrote and he goes
I couldn't believe it like since not the video game
I couldn't find him
I know he was in his room reading
It's like what has happened
He goes, I've never seen that.
I hear that from teachers.
I hear from parents all across the country.
The other thing is that, because Michael Vey has Tourette syndrome, like you know I do,
and my son Michael does.
And somehow it's empowering for youth.
I had a woman right me and say her daughter, who had severe anxiety, never left her bedroom
and stopped going to school.
She took her to school.
She just walked home.
She goes, I was beside myself.
I'm a single mother.
I didn't know what to do.
One day, I get up, and she's ready to go to school.
And I go, what are you doing?
She goes, well, I'm going to school.
Hello.
And it's like, yeah, but you haven't been going to school.
And she goes, if Michael Vey can face his problems, I can face mine.
It is so great because all of the kids in it have a different ability.
They're wildly different from, you know, a really good kid to a kid who's maybe not the best influence at school.
but they come together and find their way.
Your kid will find themselves in these books.
Yeah, kids love it.
In fact, I think it was an event.
It was your event I came to, and there was a line for the book sign.
There was a quarter mile long.
I didn't realize it was my line.
I thought it was the line to get in, so I waited in my own line.
And finally, it's like, I'm going to miss my book signing.
And so I walked to the front, and all these people are wearing shirts that say, Vaniac.
and I go vaniac.
And that's what they call themselves.
So there's now hundreds of thousands of vaniacs around the world.
Isn't it amazing when you have an idea and then people just pick it up and take it places you never would have expected?
It's really.
That's the magic of books.
That's why book start revolutions.
And in some way, Michael Ave has done that.
Because it's never outside of you and your kindness.
It's like, I've really never had any national press on this.
it's almost been all grassroots.
Just people telling their...
You've never had national press on this?
No, never.
In fact, the day it was number one in the New York Times.
It was massive.
The Wall Street Journal did an article about what is the next big YEE book?
They had 20 books, didn't mention mine.
And it was number one.
It was number one at the time.
Simon & Schuster, they were so blown away.
I think it sold 60,000 copies that first day.
And they went back to New York,
they said, we have a number one bestseller.
And they said, we've stopped all printing.
we're doing nothing but just writing the book. We've stopped every other book. We're in our
sixth printing by the second day. Wow. But no one believed in it. You, you did. That's why I'm so
grateful to you. It's like, you believed in it. You believed in your heart. I believe in every single one.
And I tell you, Richard, I've enjoyed every single one. I can't, I don't think I can say that about
any other series where I think every single one of them is good. Can you pick it up at number eight? Because
it's really kind of a restart in ways. Can you pick it up at number eight? No.
I would start, I would start with number one, Michael Vey, the prisoner of Cell 25,
because first of all, it's going to be a fun ride, and you want to know these kids.
Because by eight, they're more mature.
And Michael, it starts out Michael's bored.
It's like, what do you do after you save the world, right?
And everything he's seen.
He's sitting in a classroom and listening to people's future dreams, and it's like,
I've kind of lived everything.
And then it's like, I wish something exciting would happen, and it's, be careful what you wish for.
The kids start disappearing again.
It's like, wait, I thought the enemy was gone.
You know, the mythical hydra, you cut off one head and three heads come back?
There's actually three other heads that come back.
Yeah.
I will tell you, the prisoner of cell 25.
That was the first one.
That was the first one that I read.
You named it, by the way.
Yeah.
It had a horrible name.
Yeah, the electric clan cheerleader or something.
There was Michael Bay and the electric cheerleader.
Yeah, yeah.
And kids hated it.
Yeah.
And you very kindly said to me, you go, you go, Rick, will you be open to change the name?
And it's like, I'll do anything.
that we'll get people to read it.
And I wondered if you would do it because it was so dark, you know, the prisoner of cell 25.
But I know if I would have seen that as a kid, I would have been like, sell 25.
What's cell 25?
And it's a really cool and frightening place.
Frightening place.
Yeah.
Much better than the electric cheerleader.
Yeah.
I've learned to listen to your advice.
Anyway, the new one is called the Prytony.
parasite. It is Michael Vey book number eight in this best-selling series. Get it for your kids.
Get all of them for your kids. Get them for your grandkids. You will this is this is great
entertainment. This is something I wish would become a series. And if we were not on the wrong
end of the political power right now, this would be, I'm telling you this would be a number one
series on Netflix.
I do have my first feature film coming out this November on Thanksgiving Day, which
with Justin Hartley and, and the acclaimed director, Charles Scheier.
From This Is Us, right?
Yeah, from This Is Us.
Yeah, the handsome guy.
But now they're asking, I got, I get this email the other day from one of the exacts and
it said, who is Michael Vey?
I go, I like that question.
I actually have some big producers.
we're just working some things out.
So I'm not giving up.
I believe there's a timing, the universe of the timing for these things.
There is. There is.
So, but I just, it's one of those things, Glenn, when you have something that is so good,
you just want to shout it.
It's like, trust me, if you have a grandchild, trust me, they will adore you for giving
this to them.
They will.
And even if they don't read, they'll say, why did you give this to me?
And then I had one school, I had a school teacher.
When we first tested this, she goes, I had a student go from an F to an A because
he was so obsessed with Michael V.
He had it memorized.
And because we were using that as our course study.
She goes, he got everything right.
He turned it around.
And now that it's been 11 years,
I have now,
some of those kids are enough school teachers
and they're using it in their school.
So I couldn't understand how my daughter didn't like to read.
My whole family, everybody likes to read.
And it's just finding the right book.
Yes, it is.
And she didn't, she just wouldn't read and yada, yada.
And we found out she has dyslexia.
and it's a rare kind, whatever, but it's, she's, she just can't process it.
And I'm convinced unless you have something that stops you from reading like dyslexia and it's untreated,
you will love this book.
If you have a kid who doesn't like to read, give this book to them because it is an
absolute adventure that is written for them and doesn't treat them like their idiots.
Yes.
I was speaking out of school in Ohio, Dayton, Ohio, and I had six youth with autism that stayed
after, and the principal came up, he goes, I've never seen that.
I've never seen them.
They don't want to talk to anyone.
They're obsessed with this book and you for some reason.
And it's like, I don't know, it's just kind of magic.
And kids with Tread syndrome, I mean, kids with disabilities, they relate to Michael.
And one thing that just kind of, I mean, I just school teacher to say, Michael likes his mother.
And I go, why is that so strange?
It's like, yes, he does.
It's like, no, he loves his mother.
And it's like, that's a healthy relationship.
I know.
That's what I loved about it from the get-go.
It's everything I would like my kids to learn is in this, but it's all subterfuge.
It's all, it's all, it's a clandestine parental mission to teach them.
things. Yeah, do you remember, I don't if you remember where the book first came out,
we're getting all these, it was a number one best seller, but we're getting adults reading it.
It's like, well, this was a lot. I love this series. But it's like, well, we wanted the youth to
read it, and it took about a year and a half, and then kids start flooding my book signings.
And then it got to the point of being ridiculous where thousands of kids would come to my book
science. But it took about a year and a half of the kids to say, wait, my parent told me to read it.
I don't know if I want to read it, because they like it. And it took a while for that to change over.
But once it did, it went nuts and the kids owned it.
So this is something that when you will see it on the New York Times best seller list, you will know the power of this audience and its ability to put something into the mainstream media.
They will ignore it, but they ignore it.
They ignore everything that is good for your family.
This is something that your kids will absolutely love.
You will love, and it's good, good for them as well.
It's Richard Paul Evans, Michael Vey.
It is the next chapter in Michael Vey series, The Parasite.
You can start at one.
I am going to be devouring eight.
Myself tonight, I just bought it on Kindle.
Oh, fantastic.
So I'm going to be reading it with Raph as soon as his busy high school schedule allows.
Yeah, God, that's something really funny happened.
I'm in the inner city, and this kid came by, I thought he looks like a gang member at the school.
He had the hood on and everything.
He walked up.
Didn't even look at me.
He goes, Mr. Evans.
I go, yeah.
And he goes, we have gang symbols for Michael V.
And he goes like this.
Envy.
He does this old sign.
And I go, you mean we have street cred?
He goes, Michael Vey's cool, man.
He's cool.
And it's like, it really, it's got to be cool, right?
The kids have to like it.
If you try to teach them.
values and come out, they're going to shut down.
But the fact is Michael is cool, and they could relate to him.
Yeah.
So I just want to, it's one of those trust us.
Yeah, it is.
If you haven't read, you need to, and trust me on this one.
Michael Vey, the parasite, get it right now at Amazon or wherever you buy your books.
Thank you.
Thanks, fun.
All right, let me tell you about Relief Factor.
Jim wrote in about his experience with Relief Factory.
He said, I used to have extreme lower back pain.
nothing I tried ever touched it.
Then I heard about Relief factor and decided to give it a try.
Relief factor works so well and so quickly it eliminated the pain, allowing me to function
better than I ever had before.
So thank you, relief factor.
Jim, thanks for writing in.
Thank you for giving relief factor a try.
It is not a drug.
It was developed just for you.
It has four key ingredients that attack inflammation from four different directions.
Ibuprofen never works for me.
I was like, oh, take some ibuprofen.
It never works.
Go to the doctor.
He'll prescribe what?
So I can take four tablets.
Like, I've never tried that before.
The three-week quick start developed just for you as a trial pack.
You take them three times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Take them as directed.
Do it for three weeks.
If you're not seeing any results, then it's not going to work for you.
But 70% of the people see results, and I'm one of them.
Relieffactor.com.
Call 800 for relief, 800 for relief.
Do it now. Relieffactor.com.
I can't tell you how excited I am for Michael Vey, the next chapter.
This is just a great series.
Welcome to the program.
We're just last couple of minutes.
What did we miss?
Stu, what did we miss?
Canada ended their COVID border requirements.
They're on top of things.
This is an issue with that.
It's actually close to my heart, Glenn.
because yeah it is legitimately
probably angers me more than anyone else in America
because the Toronto Blue Jays
America's team are my team
sure sure sure you're a Canadian sports hero
I am a Canadian sports hero and America's only
Toronto Blue Jays fan yeah and so
they put in this vaccine requirement to cross the border
so the Blue Jays could not sign any free agents
that were unvaccinated they had to let their own
Sy Young Award winner go
who's the best pitcher in the league just for you Glenn
had to let him go because he wasn't vaccinated
They couldn't resign him to play on the team because he couldn't travel to the home stadium.
Right.
So they do this.
The team gets punished all year for this.
The only benefit they get out of it is when some teams come to play in Toronto,
they also can't bring their unvaccinated players.
So there's a slight little advantage for these little series,
although they miss out on the entire year of these players, the Blue Jays.
Then what does Trudeau do?
Right before the playoffs, he lifts the vaccine mandate.
So now all these teams can bring all their best.
players to play against Toronto in Toronto.
This man must be put in prison.
Immediately!
I believe, I believe, uh, the premier Castro.
Uh, Trudeau.
Trudeau.
I believe he's evil.
I believe he's evil.
It's the one time I want a freaking vaccine mandate.
The one time.
And they pull it.
The Glenn Back program.
