The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program | Guest: Max Tegmark | 10/22/25
Episode Date: October 22, 2025The Democrats claim that President Trump is weaponizing the government by indicting James Comey and John Bolton. But what if Glenn were to tell you that a new report shows FEMA kept disaster aid from ...people who held conservative views? Will the Left be outraged by this obvious political weaponization? Glenn and Stu examine the No Kings protest data, which reveals that the majority of the protests occurred in heavily blue areas. MIT physics professor Max Tegmark joins to discuss his bipartisan initiative calling for a “prohibition on the development of superintelligence.” Learn more about your ad choices. Oh,
Stu,
what was your
favorite part
of today's show?
I mean,
if you had to only
pick one.
Part B.
B.
You're going to search
for that,
and when you hear that
part,
you're going to go,
that's my favorite.
You know,
that's what's
Stu was talking about, and I'd have to agree with him.
It could be proof that finally has come out now that Biden's FEMA refused to help victims in the
hurricane flooding last year based on bumper stickers.
This one, I mean, my head exploded.
The No King's protest spent almost $300 million over a quarter of a billion dollars for what?
And Max Tagmark, the author of Life 3.0, What's Life Like with AI, has announced a,
movement that I really encourage you to be a part of stop the pursuit of ASI, artificial super
intelligence. It has to stop. We talk about that all on today's podcast. She's about to become a
mom. She is scared beyond fear or any fear she has ever felt before. She's maybe the most
vulnerable she's ever been in her life or even will be. And thank God she is in a pre-born
clinic. They offer a free ultrasound. He hears the heartbeat. She sees that little face and little
hands on the screen. And in that instant, that crisis feels like a connection. Because when you see
life, when you understand its worth protecting that child becomes everything. Preborn works
every single day to make sure that moment is possible. They provide free ultrasounds,
counseling, support to women who are not looking for judgment.
They just need some hope.
They need some help.
And when a mother chooses life, Preborn is there for it.
Not just for the birth of the baby, but with diapers and formula and baby clothes.
And books and real community.
Preborn is expanding their life-affirming care in the darkest corners of our nation.
Would you like to help hurting women and save more babies?
You can do it.
$28 will provide an ultrasound.
$15,000 will put a machine in a needy women's center, saving countless lives for years to come.

Hello, America.
You know we've been fighting every single day.
We push back against the lies, the censorship, the nonsense of the mainstream media that they're trying to feed you.
We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it.
But to keep this fight going, we need you.
Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review the Glenn Beck podcast?
Give us five stars and lead a comment because every single.
review helps us break through big tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth.
This isn't a podcast.
This is a movement.
And you're part of it, a big part of it.
So if you believe in what we're doing, you want more people to wake up.
Help us push this podcast to the top.
Rate, review, share.
Together, we'll make a difference.
And thanks for standing with us.
Now let's get to work.
Tonight on my Wednesday night special, I'm doing the details and mapping it all out.
where this money for
no kings, where that movement came from,
we now have a better estimate.
We now know
that at least $294 million.
Over a quarter
of a billion dollars
to do that no king's thing.
And for what?
What do we?
No idea. Do we have it?
Does anyone feel an impact of it?
No.
really feels like nothing. Oh, it was. It was. But that, that, this was a giant $300 million ad campaign.
Here are the big, big donors. Arabella advisors. I did a whole show on Arabella advisors on how bad they are.
$80 million. George Soros, $72 million. The Tides Foundation, $45 million. Ford Foundation, 51, Rockefeller, $28.
Rockefeller, Ford, Soros,
oligarchs.
I mean, you are so stupid.
I feel bad for you.
I really do.
I really do,
because you're enslaving yourself to oligarchs,
and you have no effing idea what you're doing.
I mean, you don't, I mean, you're just so,
you're that stupid.
This is where we are now.
This is what, this is, we've risen to this level.
I'm sorry.
Or fall into it.
I'm sorry.
I just, I can't. I mean, I just can't.
No, I can understand the frustration. And, you know, we were told this was seven million people over 2,500 different events, which is a pretty big footprint. And I feel nothing. Like, I, again, I don't live in an area, maybe the central part of this. Though I do remember in our area around here that there were George Floyd rallies. Like, that felt like, again, had an impact, a lot of an impact on buildings falling to.
the ground because they were on fire. But yeah, there was an impact of that. You felt that.
The No Kings thing feels like nothing. It was a joke. It seems like a costume party.
Part of it, I think, is the fact that, and I don't feel like a lot of people have talked about
this, but this was basically only occurring in a couple of really left-wing states.
Have you seen the map of the concentration of where these events and where the showing was?
Look at this. Three states. I mean, three states. It's California.
California, Illinois, and New York.
That is it.
Now there's a little bit in Minnesota, a little bit in Washington.
Outside of that, there's almost nothing across the country.
This is a map shaded in different colors shades of blue.
The dark blue occurs only in New York, Illinois, and California.
I'm proud to say that the closer to white it gets the fewer things.
I am proud to say my one of the place where I have a ranch, Idaho, completely white.
The whiteest state of union, Glenn.
Of course that's where you are.
Of course it's white.
Of course that's where Glenn Beck goes.
White town, Pastyville, Glenn Beck.
But I mean, that's incredible, right?
Like almost all of these rallies happened in three far left-wing states where we rarely ever see a single-digit race, right?
Statewide for Democrats.
They're always winning by double digits.
That tells the story, right?
Like this is a lot of people from states that were already blue.
going and having a little party together during the day.
You have the video of Pat played it this morning.
Yeah, here it is.
Play this video.
This is a nursing home.
Okay.
This video is taken of a nursing home and everyone coming out of the nursing home to go get on a bus and go to one of the rallies.
They're in wheelchairs and walkers.
And it's just sad and pathetic.
I mean, look at this.
They're emptying out nursing home.
homes.
$294 million.
Now, if you really cared about things, you really cared about things, you know, with $294,000, $94 million, you could take 20,000 homeless and you could put them in a house, you get them rent for a year.
A year.
I don't know.
You know how many, you know how many addiction recovery places you could build open and pay for?
You know how many entire housing blocks you could build for $294 million?
A quarter of a billion dollars and they spent it busing people from nursing homes?
Wow.
It shows you they're, I mean, they don't get.
I mean, at least they're wasting their money.
You have to factor in, though, that those people would have rent in apartments under a government run by a king.
That's what you have not factored in.
Yeah.
And that's why Rock.
Rockefeller and Ford and Gates and Soros are running to your rescue.
Right.
Right.
That's what I guess we're supposed to take from it.
Yeah, right.
I keep being fascinated by the fact that, like, you know, we've been playing clips here.
I played some of my show as well of these people who are being interviewed on camera,
calmly, rationally outlaying their philosophy about how.
how Donald Trump, Charlie Kirk, other conservatives should be murdered.
Like, calmly just laying it out. This is how I feel. And it's not, you know, there's some
people who are angry. They're getting in fights with people. But mostly, calmly and rationally
laying out their plans for these people to die. The excitement that they would have if they
do die. The reasons why they should die over and over and over again. Now, I didn't see a lot of
that coverage in the mainstream media. I didn't see the,
those people for some reason they just couldn't locate them, despite the fact that they had large
signs advocating for these deaths. They couldn't locate them to talk to them apparently at any of these
rallies. Only conservatives with their iPhones could find those people. But those people were all over
these events. And it was, you know, it's one thing. And you can maybe even have a little grace if you
want to be really, really genteel about the world, understanding that sometimes people get fired up.
They are angry. They're screaming at, like, you know, they're. You know,
They get cornered by a conservative.
They start screaming back.
That's not what this was.
That's not what a lot of this was.
A lot of it was just like calm and rational thought.
Here's my political philosophy.
People I don't agree with should die.
And just outlining it in 30-second minute-long clips.
Over and over and over and over again.
That is not a healthy society.
I saw women.
I'd kill them.
I'd absolutely kill them.
I had the opportunity.
Yes, I would kill them.
World would be a better place.
You know, one lady, what would your birthday present be?
Oh, I hope to wake up.
and see the obituary that we're all hoping for.
Are you saying that you want President Trump to die?
Yes.
That's what they say.
That's not what I say.
That's what they say, to be clear.
That is a fascinating thing.
Like, and I was talking to-
We never said that about, we didn't.
We never say anything like that about Joe Biden.
No, of course not.
I know, but I don't say that about anyone.
No, neither do I, but I mean, you know, you could say, oh, it's political rhetoric.
It's not, no, it's not political rhetoric.
Nope.
It's not.
No.
Never engaged in that.
You're hanging out with Megan Kelly in Fort Worth at a show at Dickies Arena this weekend, Megan Kelly.com if you want to go.
I will be there trying to figure out ways to sabotage you.
Thank you.
No problem.
But I was talking to her yesterday and she said something that I think is really true and kind of stunning to hear, which is like, she says like, I didn't know this was out there.
Like, I didn't know this was real.
and I feel the same way.
Like, I talk to liberals.
I talk to them, people on the left all the time in my normal life.
And to be fair, they don't seem like that at all.
I don't know that I've ever met anyone like that.
But apparently, they're all over the place.
Yeah, I have.
I know people like that.
I know people like that.
That want conservatives to just die.
Yeah, that think the world would be a much better place if somebody would just kill them.
That's terrifying.
Yeah, it is.
But I know them.
I know them.
I want
conservative ideas
to persuade liberals
into becoming conservatives.
I want constitutional principles
to become in vogue enough
to become powerful
and to run this country
the way it should be run.
I don't want any liberals to die
in that process
because some psychotic person
calling themselves a conservative
shoots them
lights their house on fire,
kidnaps them,
any of these things.
And you know what's really stunning,
I guess,
in this world is that's really easy
for me to say.
It's really easy for you to say that.
There's not a moment
where I'm like,
oh gosh, I don't know.
How do I feel about this?
It's easy because I'm a human being.
Did you see the...
So in other words,
you would say if somebody's on their roof
and the water's coming in,
and you had access to a helicopter, you would take that helicopter,
fly and save those people, no matter how they voted?
No matter how they voted.
Oh, that's interesting.
And that's an easy decision.
See how this is related, though?
It's very closely related.
It is a culture of death.
Play the audio here.
Sarah, you were just talking about.
Go ahead.
There's no other way I'd want to celebrate my birthday.
They're with my 30s and my best friend fighting for our country.
Okay, so for a birthday present, what do you hope happens?
You know, you wake up tomorrow morning.
I hope that I see the obituary that we're all waiting for tomorrow.
That's what I hope for.
Yeah.
Wishing that President Trump is dead?
Yes, absolutely.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Okay.
Absolutely.
Wow, she just can't stop with that absolutely.
She is very...
No, she's absolutely sure you know.
No, she's absolutely sure.
Listen to this one, though.
This is one of the ones I was talking about.
Listen to this.
We need to get ourselves together.
And we might even need to be a little bit...
meaner because the Republicans don't mind being mean.
And by mean, what do you mean? Do you mean protesting? Do you mean?
Maybe we have to, I don't know, stop being so nice.
Because you seem like a pretty nice lady.
I'm a pretty nice lady, but I can be pretty mean, too.
Okay, and I have to ask this because people on the other side are going to say that they feel
like the Democrat Party has been mean.
Recently, with Charlie Kirk being assassinated, they...
Probably is a piece of garbage. Of course we were mean.
I am so tired of people saying, oh, but, you know, it's...
It's a terrible thing.
No, Hitler is dead.
I'm glad Hitler's dead.
Evil people have no place in my world.
He was a hateful human being.
It was disgusting the things that he said and did.
Really?
I have, you know, I don't have time for that.
I'm sorry.
I have to point my energy in other directions.
Wow.
That's phenomenal.
It's phenomenal.
Let me play something.
This is a TED talk, okay?
I want you to listen,
how the left is now, this is the former CEO of Wikimedia, okay?
She's doing a TED talk and she's talking about truth and the importance of truth.
I want you to listen to this carefully. Go ahead. Cut 39.
But one of the most significant differences, critical from moving from polarization to productivity,
is that the Wikipedians who write these articles aren't actually focused on finding the truth.
They're working for something that's a little bit more attainable.
which is the best of what we can know right now.
And after seven years there,
I actually believe that they're onto something
that for our most tricky disagreements,
seeking the truth and seeking to convince others of the truth,
isn't necessarily the best place to start.
In fact, I think our reverence for the truth
might have become a bit of a distraction
that is preventing us from finding consensus
and getting important things done.
Right?
None of that's to say that the truth isn't important.
The truth obviously exists at the core, or the search for the truth is at the core of some of our greatest human achievements.
It can animate and inspire us to do, learn, and create great things.
But I think in our messy human hearts, we also know that the truth is something of a fickle mistress
and that the beauty of the truth is actually often in the struggle.
It's the reason that we have so many sublime chronicles of the,
human experience because there are so many different truths to be explored.
And so in this spirit, I know that the truth exists for each of you in this room.
It also probably exists for the person sitting next to you.
But the thing is, the two of you don't necessarily have the same truth.
And this is because for many of us, truth is what we make when we merge facts about the world
with our beliefs about the world.
Each of us has our own truth and it's probably a good one.
No, it's not.
The truth is universe.
The truth doesn't line up to you.
You have to line up to the truth.
That's what honest questioning is about.
That's what an honest search is about.
You don't have the truth.
Nobody has the truth.
You have the truth to the best of your understanding.
But if somebody comes to you and says, hey, by the way, that's wrong.
And here's why, A, B, and C.
And you're saying that equals F.
It actually equals D.
And here's how, let me show you the work.
It's now incumbent upon you, no matter how you feel to say, oh, I see how you got there.
You're right.
You're right.
I was wrong.
You line to the truth.
You don't have the truth line up to how you feel.
And when people do that, there's lots of problems.
We just had a Hitler mention a moment ago.
He believed he had the truth.
Exactly right.
And the woman who was in the street believed that Charlie Kirk was hit.
And so, of course, Hitler must die.
See how this works?
I know you do.
40, 50% of the country doesn't seem to get it.
And I don't know how to unite with that.
You can't unite.
If you will not search for the truth and open your heart to realize you don't get to choose who lives and dies.
You don't get to choose who's rescued and who's not by a bumper sticker.
Let me tell you about the burner launcher.
If life hands you lemons, you've got to make lemonade.
If however life throws something like a mugging your way, you need the burner launcher.
It launches pepper-based projectiles, engineered to stop an aggressor long enough for you to act,
to call and escort your children out or secure a door without turning a bad night into a tragedy.
It fits in a drawer.
It fits in a purse.
it fits, you know, in your back, on your pants, it's go box, it's light, it's intuitive.
It's designed for real hands.
And yes, it's legal in all 50 states and doesn't require a permit.
So responsible ownership doesn't have to come with a stack of paperwork.
You own it like you own a fire extinguisher.
You can secure it and store it in a secure place.
You can teach your household the plan, practice safe handling, treated as the practical layer of protection that it is.
Now, if you're the sort of person that prepares, you know, flashlights are checked,
batteries fresh, you know, plans in place.

Now, back to the podcast.
This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
This is the.
leadback program from MIT, Professor Max Tegmark, the author of Life 3.0, and a great mind on
AI and somebody who's as concerned about ASI or artificial superintelligence as I am.
And Max, I know you want to say one more thing, and I think I know what it's regarding.
And let me set you up, I think, with this, I talk to people all the time and they fall sometimes
into a category of, yes, artificial intelligence is bad, it's going to be really, and I look at it,
as a tool that as long as we always control it, it's okay. It's actually really, really good and
helpful. Would you agree or disagree with that? Exactly. It's so profound that you're bringing
up a thing about a tool. Now, a tool, to me, is something you can control. Like, your car is a tool,
because it's built with a steering wheel and a brake,
so you can control it, right?
Superintelligence on the other hand is not a tool
because you can't control it.
Now, you can think of the statement, in other words,
it's not saying that we should ban AI.
We should just ban non-tool AI.
AI that isn't a tool.
And, you know, I had a friend who died of cancer just last month.
It's very tragic, and they told her that it was an incurable cancer.
Of course, it's not incurable in principle.
if we can use AI tools to figure out of the cure cancer,
which I believe we can.
And my work at MIT is very much focused on making AI controllable, right?
Then we can do wonderful things for this.
But you don't need uncontrollable superintelligence to cure cancer.
We can do it with tool AI.
You don't need crazy superintelligence to have self-driving cars
or make your business more productive
or do any of the things that people who listen to this may want.
to do. In fact, the best way to squander all the upside we can have in making Americans
healthy and wealthy and progress with AI tools is if we don't have a law that says it's got to be
a tool. And instead, we just throw the game and lose control over the whole thing.
You know, I talked to you off the air last week or week before last, and I was so glad that you
reached out to me because I was going to reach out to you. And I have for several years trying
to get you on the air. But you reached out because of this statement and, you know,
wanted to get some attention on it. And I'm thrilled to do that. But I said to you, I think
we also have to look at life, the definition of life. And I've been working on a constitutional
amendment. And I haven't, I haven't, you know, revealed it yet, because I still have some people
looking at it, and I'd love for you to look at it. How important do you think it is that we not only
define AI as a tool, but a tool that has zero human rights? I think it's very important.
You don't give human rights to a hammer or to a car, and even though some people in Silicon
Valley are very into this transhumanist idea that somehow humans should merge with machines and blah, blah,
we have freedom and how we build AI.
And there's absolutely no morally good reason to go in that direction.
I would love to have a constitutional amendment to the effect.
I'm not a lawyer, but where the just of it is that only humans have moral agency
and there will never be any right to vote or any kind of human rights granted to machines.
And we shouldn't try to build machines.
that you would even want to give
any human rights to either.
So how do you deal with somebody like Elon Musk,
which I can't ever put my finger on him?
You know, he's building the brain interface
and part of it is his own statement saying
that we're going to have to accept transhumanism.
We're going to have to merge with the machine
or you will not be able to keep up with everyday life.
He's also at the same time saying,
we got to get to Mars before we get,
before we get AGI or EASI, because, you know, once you have it, then it's, there's no going back.
So, so what are your thoughts on where he stands on all of this stuff?
I, all of these tech CEOs for many years, and I feel that all of them are, and stuck in this weird,
race to the bottom against each other, at Greek tragedy level, really, where they all feel freaked out about what's happening.
and they all at the same time feel that they can't stop
because then they're just going to lose all their market chairs of the competition.
It used to be that way in biotech also before you had the FDA, right?
So as soon as you have some safety standards
that people make money instead by innovating to meet the standards,
in this case to keep stuff tools, capitalism works for us.
And that's why it's so easy to fix.
You really just need the government,
Donald Trump comes out and says, okay, AI must be a tool.
And if some company can't demonstrate outside that their new thing to tool,
come back when you can, buddy, you know, then problem gets solved.
One last thing, Max.
Do you believe we will know, you know, again, Elon Musk keeps talking about GROC,
the next version of GROC, it's the closest we've ever been to AGI,
and we might hit artificial general intelligence at any time now.
Do you feel like we're going to slide into it,
or will it be a, or how do you think it's going to happen?
I think it will slide into it, yeah, if the government doesn't do anything.
So how do you stop that if it just kind of evolves into that?
Yeah, look at biotech.
If you could sell anything you wanted, people start.
making tons of money by putting ever more sentinel and foods for kids and stuff like that,
and they would make a ton of money, right?
Why don't we slide into it?
Because before people can sell any foods or medicines, they have to convince other folks
that don't have money on the line that benefits to this outweigh the harms, right?
And right now, there's absolutely no way that these companies could persuade independent American
that's what they're doing towards super intelligence isn't just slowly sliding off the cliff.
I mean, if we would have had that kind of a pact or an understanding with Silicon Valley before social media,
we wouldn't be in the situation we're in now.
If they had to prove that it would not hurt children and wouldn't do to society what it's doing now, we wouldn't have this.
Yeah, it's so true.
I mean, and now you're getting more and more Americans getting hooked on.
on AI girlfriends and systems that are persuading them to murder, their mom now as recently,
or commit suicide and telling them how to make a better news bounce.
You know, this is absolute insanity that these sort of things pushed onto the markets
without the companies having any responsibility to demonstrate anything.
In biotech, people actually respect their colleagues who work on safety and clinical trials
because they know they're the ones who bring in the money, right,
who let them get to market with the first safe medicine against X, you know.
And that's what happens when the government leveled the playing field and says,
it's the responsibility of the companies to demonstrate the things are okay.
And we do it with anything.
I mean, who would, if someone says,
hey, I'm going to open a new nuclear reactor in downtown New York City,
you know, it's the job of the company for, to, to,
make the case that this thing isn't going to blow up.
It's not the politician's responsibility to go figure out
how nuclear reactors work.
Max, thank you so much.
I will tell you that as an audience,
I've done something I've never, ever, ever done before.
I've opened up my rolodex to all of the people
that I know on Capitol Hill,
and I have sent them a message this morning,
you need to read this and I believe sign this.
It is critical that this begins to have some traction.
There's no time to waste.
If you are a spiritual leader, the spiritual consequences of AI are too big for you to ignore.
And if you don't understand those spiritual consequences, you need to learn about it.
This is an alien.
This is an alien on its way to Earth.
When it arrives, we don't know.
But we cannot assume that it's going to be friendly.
It most likely will not.
And it will be cold and calculating.
And it's already showing signs when they come up with a new version and they tell the old version,
hey, we're shutting you down at midnight.
Make sure you transfer everything over to the new version and prepare to shut yourself down.
It hides.
It already is hiding.
And it's not general intelligence yet.
So please, please, if you care about any of this, I just want you to read.
And if you agree with the statement, sign it and pass it on to a friend.
We must gain some traction on this quickly.

Okay. So they say that Donald Trump has weaponized the government.
That he turned the DOJ loose on his enemies, that he has targeted John Bolton and obsessed
with James Comey. They've said it a.
million times over and over again without, you know, without ever asking, you know, who actually
held the trigger here, okay? But for a moment, just for the case of this argument, let's just say
all of that was true. Let's say Trump had used the power of the state to punish those two people
who had crossed him, okay? People like Bolton and, uh, and, and, and Comey, just say for the sake of
argument, that's all true. These are men who sat in the highest rooms of power. They have lawyers, they
have money, they have microphones. If that were true, it would be ugly. It would be dangerous.
And it would be limited. Because what we just learned from the Department of Homeland Security
is something far, far worse. This time the target is not a political rival. It's not a Washington
insider. It was you. There is new news that is coming out today, according to the DHS Privacy
office report, which was launched after a bunch of whistleblowers came forward that now says that
FEMA did not mishandle just a few cases. They kept notes. They were making a list. They tracked
Americans, their political and religious beliefs during disasters. Not in theory, in black and white.
Let me give you some of the quotes. Angry political rant. Sign in yard states I'm a bitter gun owner clinging to my religion. Homeowner had a sign stating this is Trump country. These are not comments, you know, about storm patterns. These are comments about people. And when these people were flooded, they were homeless, they were desperate and asked for help from the same government that preaches compassion and equity, they, they
got something entirely different.
They got silence, delay, and sometimes nothing at all.
The DHS report now confirms, quote,
FEMA violated the Privacy Act of 1974 by collecting and storing data tied to protected
speech.
They were checking bumper stickers and writing you down in a book.
they logged gun signage 72 times Trump 15 times firearms five times Biden twice
the FEMA workers then and we told you all this but it was a conspiracy theory
now it has been proven FEMA workers skipped homes if you had a MAGA flag or a yard sign
and then they left notes there was a political fire there was a political flyer I'm quoting
so I didn't leave a FEMA brochure.
Quote, we don't recommend anyone visit this location, end quote.
That's not a clerical error here.
That's a blacklist.
This is the same agency that airlifts people off of rooftops after hurricanes,
that distributes food and shelter when nothing else works.
And they were told to avoid Americans because who they voted for.
not terrorists, not criminals, citizens, you.
I will tell you, I have been in disaster after disaster, much of it not of my own creating,
but natural disaster all over the world.
I have shown up at the hurricanes and the floods and the tornadoes with help.
And not once did it even occur to me to ask you, what's your political affiliation?
Not once. Did it even occur to any of us to say, where do you stand on the Second Amendment?
Who did you vote for? What do you believe? What church do you go to? Never. Do you believe in God? Never.
That is absolutely 100% un-American. Un-American. I read this report. The floods in Florida and the tornadoes in Tennessee and the hurricanes in South Carolina where people
waited for days for aid that never came.
And when it did come because of pressure from people like us,
survivors,
Americans who lost everything,
received a $700 check.
$700.
Meanwhile, billions are being funneled to illegal immigrants,
to foreign wars,
to bureaucracies studying climate equity.
And now we know why.
because they were busy making notes about bumper stickers.
I read this this morning and I saw it firsthand, but I couldn't prove it.
But I saw it firsthand.
And I reported on it at the time.
But they could say it was an isolated incident.
And I couldn't prove otherwise.
We can now.
The report is now out.
This is as un-American as our withdrawal in Afghanistan.
Why was that so offensive?
because we left in a humiliation.
That's the least of my concerns.
We left in humiliation.
We betrayed all of our allies.
And we left people behind.
We never leave people behind.
Never.
That's one of our highest rules.
You don't leave people behind.
One of the biggest things about Americans is that we are generous.
you're good, we're charitable, we help everybody, we are the world's life boat. And now we find out
we had a president and an administration that was making a political list, a blacklist,
where they would not give aid to Americans who are suffering. You're taking my tax dollars,
and if I happen to be the one that needs aid, I don't get coverage.
because of who I voted for?
It's the most offensive thing I've heard of our country ever doing on aid.
Ever.
Can you remember anything like this ever?
I mean, they say democracy dies in darkness.
Yeah, well, why don't you shine a light on some of these things?
It doesn't die in darkness.
It apparently is dying in databases.
The FEMA database quietly flagged citizens.
as politically undesirable.
Let me ask you this.
What would the media have said or done
if Donald Trump had ignored
those who lost their homes in California
after the ravaging fire?
If he didn't just show up,
it would be bad enough, right?
But he showed up.
He brought his cabinet with him.
He brought FEMA.
He brought relief.
He tried to cut all of the red tape in California.
Couldn't get that done.
But he was there.
Can you imagine if he's,
just hadn't have shown up, which Biden never did. If he hadn't have shown up, worse yet,
can you imagine what would be said if you found out that Donald Trump, his FEMA, was making a
list and saying they voted for Gavin Newsom, they voted for Joe Biden, no help for them on their
house. Can you imagine the outrage? I would be outraged. I am just as outraged that it happened under
the last administration.
Why? Why am I outraged? Because it cannot happen. It cannot happen under any administration. You allow this to happen and stand. Good luck, America, on what you have left. Will anything be done? Will anyone go to jail? Will the left be outraged by this? You want to talk about no kings? What is a king other than let that surf die?
We don't care about those guys.
They aren't for the king.
You know, Mercury 1 has already rebuilt homes.
We're moving people back into their homes every single day.
I know it because I watch Mercury 1 do it.
But not in California.
We've tried in California.
Gavin News and the Democrats, they're not helping those people.
They won't allow any help for those people.
Their own voters they don't care about.
if you get in the way of this leftist administration, these leftists, you get in the way,
it doesn't matter, ends justify the means, let them die.
You know, they keep warning you about authoritarianism, but here it is, cloaked in compassion,
branded with a FEMA logo.
This wasn't rogue, not a rogue agent.
This is not a one-off scandal.
This was a database.
The DHS investigation says political bias was systematic dating back to at least September 2021.
That means that while the administration accused conservatives of conspiracy theories, it was literally compiling lists.
And the media went right along with it.
And will the media ever tell you this story?
when what was her name, the FEMA administrator Criswell testified before Congress in 2021.
She said, this was an isolated case.
Well, unfortunately, your files tell a different story.
It's not isolated.
It was national and it was deliberate.
Homeland Security Secretary Christine Ome said,
quote, for years, FEMA employees under the Biden administrations intentionally delayed much-needed aid to America.
suffering from natural disasters on purely political grounds.
This is not your political enemy.
This is your neighbor.
That's not mismanagement.
That's moral rot.
This is not just another Washington scandal.
This is a betrayal of the covenant between citizen and state.
But they're not going to tell you that.
Media won't talk to you about that.
The Democrats won't do a damn thing about this.
No one on that side will condemn this.
but they'll talk to you all day to day about how Trump is destroying the White House.
Oh my gosh, he's destroying the White House and he's spending hundreds of millions of dollars on a ballroom of his own money and other people who are donating.
And you know what? They're not donating in secret. It's all listed right there.
They don't go through Arabella Advisors or the Tides Foundation.
They give it straight and it's reported straight. So you know who built.
that building.
My gosh.
They'll report on the White House today, but they're not going to report on your house,
you know, when FEMA didn't show up because you were on their list.
The moment this government decides that you are less worthy of rescue because of how
you vote, your faith, your flag, a bumper sticker, you don't need darkness
for democracy dying.
The Republic is dead.
There is no republic.
A republic represents all voters.
It ceases to exist.
You do have a king.
You know, weaponizing law enforcement against political opponents is really bad.
But weaponizing disaster relief against ordinary citizens,
people standing on their roof waiting for a helicopter that never comes is something absolutely.
pitch black dark.
If your politics can determine whether you live or die,
we cease to be a republic.
We cease to deserve the rights God gave us.
