They're the ones that usually, are standing with the big government.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Which will you be? Will you be the person that looks at the individuals and the individual rights? Or the big state that just knows best? I've made my choice. Starting point is 00:05:31 The Biden administration has seemingly caved somewhat on the IRS snooping provision that they have been pushing, getting reports on accounts that have an inflow. or outflow of $600 or more. That's a provision that would basically give them the ability to look at everyone's account. Now they're claiming they will scale it back to $10,000. But that's $10,000 over the course of the year. Poor people, if they have a bank account, poor people will put $10,000 a year into their bank account. And I don't mean that they will have it in their bank account.
Starting point is 00:06:08 they might put $500 in every two months, and they have nothing else. But over the year, it will probably amount to $10,000. Oh, okay, so that's how we're going after the rich? Huh. I want to tell you right now, this has nothing to do with the IRS. This is a ruse. You have to stop talking about the $600 or the $10,000. That's a ruse.
Starting point is 00:06:40 the entire thing that they're trying to catch people who are cheating is a ruse. What you need to understand is this is about total control. When you look at the modern monetary theory, which we explained in my book arguing with socialists, and at the time, we honestly almost left it out of the book because it's so insane, we thought, that's never going to happen. Thank God at the last minute we decided to leave it in the book and explain it and show you what it actually means. So if you really want to know about modern monetary theory without reading a big boring book
Starting point is 00:07:23 about it, you can grab arguing with socialists and there's a chapter on it. Modern monetary theory is the theory that they say is so modern because nobody has ever thought of it. Okay. The first part, everybody has. thought of. Five-year-olds have thought of. Well, you don't need to sell a bond or you don't need to have the money. Why don't you have a printing press? Why not just print more money? Okay. You're in first grade. That's the kind of thing you think of, right? Well, we're out of money.
Starting point is 00:07:56 Why don't you just write a check? Because it doesn't work that way. Because it always leads to Zimbabwe. So how is this new? Because of the second part. It doesn't work. It will end in Zimbabwe either way, but for sure if you just print the money. The second part of monetary theory is the government must control everything. They must be able to have the levers of society. on the influence over the manufacturing. So in other words, they can say if cars are just becoming way too expensive because too many people are buying cars, they can first go to the manufacturer and say, make more cars.
Starting point is 00:08:54 And they will do it. The other thing they do is they have control of your finances. So let's go to you and your finances. are you a critical employee? Are you a critical worker? We know who's critical because of COVID in the first 15 days to flatten the curve. Who went into work and who did not go into work? If you're deemed a critical employee, let's say gas is now $10 a gallon.
Starting point is 00:09:28 Well, that's because inflation. And the good news is it's because everybody's going to work. That's exactly what the White House is saying now. It's because there's more demand, and that's a good thing. So then with modern monetary theory, how do you stop the gas price from going up? You lessen the demand. And so they have control over your credit cards. They know what you're spending, where you're spending.
Starting point is 00:09:58 So you're not a critical employee. You stay home now. You just have to stay home. For the next few weeks until we get gas prices back down, you can't drive your car. That's the way this works. This is not about $600 or $10,000. This is about modern monetary theory of being able to control everything. If you think I'm wrong, why are you listening to the show?
Starting point is 00:10:32 At this point, honestly, go listen to a show. that's going to tell you what you want to hear and will make you just think that everything is sunshine and lollipops. I am at the point that I think Franklin was. Franklin said at one point, I can't go to parties anymore. I can't talk to people who aren't serious. The times are too serious.
Starting point is 00:10:54 And I cannot spend another minute surrounded by fools. So honestly, I'm not. saying you're foolish. I'm saying if you don't want to know what is really going on and I can back it all up with their actions, their words, their policies, it's not a conspiracy. It's out in the open. If you don't want to know that, then stop listening. If you know people who do want to know what's really going on, tell them to listen. Because it is all hands on deck right now. The bill for now Biden is saying it's $1.9 trillion. It's down from $3.5. That should not make you happy. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:56 This bill cannot pass. It cannot pass because again, the dollar figure is a red herring. it's not what you should be looking at. Buried in this reconciliation bill are unconstitutional fines for employers that don't mandate COVID-19 shots or COVID-19 testing of all of their employees. The employers will get fines as high as $7,000 for serious infractions and $700,000 for serious infractions and $700,000. for each willful or repeated violation. This is, this will put every small business, only Google could afford to fight something like that. Every small business, everybody who has, you know, less than 5,000 employees could not stand up because it's $700,000 for each $700,000.
Starting point is 00:13:05 for each willful. So imagine you have a corporation and you've got a bunch of people that are not going to get vaccinated, just like we have here. I have the antibodies. I'm not getting vaccinated. And now it has become,
Starting point is 00:13:25 I'm not against the vaccine, but it has become a fight for rights for me. No, I'm not doing it. Not because you tell me to do it. And our company has decided we're not going to, we're not going to do it. Well, I think we have more than 100 employees. And because of that, we're going to have to abide by that rule. And because I'm very open about it, they are going to fine us. They will find us. so I have 100 employees let's say 1001 well if I don't have them take a COVID test once a week
Starting point is 00:14:10 and I don't have them get the vaccine force them to get the vaccine or fire them well then every then I have 100 and one willful willful um infractions and each one is worth 700,000 That's what's in this reconciliation bill. Do not celebrate. Don't even look at the numbers anymore. It doesn't matter. They are building a machine. Page 168 of the 2465 page bill,
Starting point is 00:14:58 the wording should wake Americans up. It outlines the fines, for employers that willfully, repeatedly, or seriously violate the labor law, including, but not requiring COVID-19 jabs or regular COVID testing. The increase fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations. this is not going to stop with COVID freedom given is never returned you give your freedom up here it will not be returned so now what do you do I want you to get on the phones today and I know you say it doesn't matter but damn it does it does it does but only if we all do it.
Starting point is 00:16:12 Mike Lee and Chip Roy have introduced a bill the no taxation without representation, no taxation without Congressional Consent Act. It will prohibit the federal government from imposing a fine fee or tax on individuals or businesses for violating a COVID-19 vaccine mandate and issued by OSHA or any other agency. if it passes, it will stop these fines and stop this from going through.
Starting point is 00:16:43 Your decision on what you put into your body is your decision. If I was older and of ill health and hadn't already had it, I would take it personally. now might be a different now might be a different story now that they're forcing all of us to do it now just the American comes out in me and I'm like screw you dude but they are targeting us
Starting point is 00:17:17 every step of the way now so you know the World Economic Forum's 2030 agenda the Great Reset there is something called the Global Redesign initiative drafted by the World Economic Forum in 2008 after the crisis.
Starting point is 00:17:41 This is where it all started, calling it a multi-stakeholderism and a corporate push for a new form of global governance. I mean, Israel is way ahead of everybody else, right? They've been way ahead on the vaccines and everything. Not for a while now.
Starting point is 00:20:29 They did start out ahead. Yeah. They were the first to really get up to about 60% vaccination, but most countries have passed them at this point. Okay, 77,000 or sorry, 7,700 COVID cases reported. since May 2021 in Israel, only 72 occurred in people who have previously had COVID-19. 72. That's less than 1%. In contrast, according to the Israeli Health Ministry, more than 3,000 cases, or approximately 40%, incurred in people who have received COVID-19 vaccines. This is nothing
Starting point is 00:21:06 against the vaccine. This is a question. Why do we never talk? about natural immunity makes no sense because it is not about COVID it is not about keeping you safe it's not about any of those things it is about control how do you even argue with that I don't know because it clearly this would be a thing that if if if our goal was just to make sure people were safe from COVID that natural we wouldn't necessarily you don't want to encourage people to go get it to get natural immunity, but if you have the virus and you've passed through that part of your existence safely, hopefully, then you have real protection. That's not a crazy idea. And yet it does
Starting point is 00:21:57 seem to be all about control. So rather than building a set of rules that would be left to the interpretation of member states or private sector operators like cruises, airlines, you know, people who are convening a gathering, we need to create a standard for the entire country and the world. And the body that could really oversee this is the WHO. That's why the W.E.F, the World Economic Forum and the Commons project have created the Common Trust Network, which has a common pass, a health passport that allows people to prove that they've been vaccinated. Starting point is 00:24:30 Does the executive action by Greg Abbott to ban private companies from requiring employees or their customers be vaccinated against COVID-19 protect you and other employees in the state of Texas? I don't know. I have a feeling that's going to have to be decided by the Supreme Court. court, but you are in luck because I have somebody who has probably the best answer for you, and that is Ken Paxton, our attorney general, the state of Texas. Ken, how are you? Hey, I'm doing well, Glenn. I hope you're doing well, too. It's been a while. Lovely. Ken, I just had a call from somebody who we've been talking about the vaccine mandates that are in this new
Starting point is 00:25:13 reconciliation bill, $700,000 fines. I mean, it's crazy. stuff. Does the governor's action protect companies and employees in the state of Texas from having to comply with the federal government? All right. So a complicated question because it involves federal workers, which will be probably treated differently than non-federal workers. And so it'll depend on who that mandate is going after. It's harder for us to protect federal workers. it would have been easier if our legislature passed something that would have explicitly protected workers. But I can tell you this, if they seek to impose mandates on employees like he's talked about doing, we'll certainly do everything we can to fight it. That doesn't sound good. If it's in a federal law, if it was OSHA and it was a regulation, it would be different than if they stick it into it.
Starting point is 00:26:15 a statute, a federal law, makes it harder for us to win. Well, they're throwing it into the reconciliation bill, and it's my understanding that OSHA will be the enforcement arm. Yeah, and that doesn't surprise me, because I think we threaten them with lawsuits if OSHA just did it without any federal law. Right. So, I mean, I'd have to see how it's drafted. We're certainly going to look at it, because I don't want my people being controlled
Starting point is 00:26:45 by the federal government being told that they have no choice on vaccines. Okay. Let me ask you a couple of other questions. This is Jen Saki at the White House yesterday. Cut five, please. Why is the administration's lying thousands of migrants from the border to Florida and New York in the middle of the night? Well, I'm not sure that it's in the middle of the night, but let me tell you what's happening here.
Starting point is 00:27:12 It is our... 4.29 a.m. Very early in the morning. Here we are talking about early flights. Earlier than you might like to take a flight. It is our legal responsibility to safely care for unaccompanied children until they swiftly can be swiftly unified with a parent or a vetted sponsor. And that's something we take seriously. We have a moral, a right obligation to do that and deliver on that. As a part of the unification process, our Office of Refugee Resettlement facilitates travel for children in its custody to their families or sponsors across the country. So in recent weeks, unaccompanied children passed through the Westchester Airport,
Starting point is 00:27:48 which I think is what you're referring to, and root to their final destination to be unified with their parents or vetted sponsor. Is that what's happening on flights at 2 a.m. that are just earlier than flights you would like to take? Well, I thought she tried to dodge that, didn't she initially? And then she had it was forced to answer. No, I know that's going on. I've seen it in Texas where there are buses that show up in the middle of
Starting point is 00:28:10 night. In downtown Dallas, I've been told by police officers that they, they unload the buses and these people disappear in the night. So this idea that somehow they're going to some, you know, family member, their parents is probably not true. And the reality is I think the cartels are heavily involved in connecting people across the country because they, these people pay a lot of money to cross the border. I think it's close to 8,000 could be more sometimes, sometimes a little left, but if they can't afford to pay, they're indentured servants to the cartels for years. And then, of course, they're being connected to the cartels. They're all working through the cartels.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Fantastic. So what can we do? What can states do? What can people do? This is, I mean, while we're being told we're going to be fired if we don't have a vaccine, they're not even given a COVID test, let alone the double jab. and then they're just released into our streets. This is not about, this is not about COVID.
Starting point is 00:29:11 This is not about humanitarian. This is about power and control. That's all this is about. Well, no, you hit the nail on the head. It's true because if they really cared about COVID, which, you know, let's just say you don't care about federal law and protecting the border the way you're supposed to. You don't care about the cartels gaining power. You don't care about the drug trafficking, people dying from fentany all over this,
Starting point is 00:29:31 all over the country, which is going to happen more and more. You don't care about all the crime, the property damage, the cost, the social, the economic cost of the country, but you have said that you're willing to fire Americans. And if you're an American, you can't come back into the country if you have COVID. So you're willing to put harsh restrictions on American citizens. But at the same time, I was just on the border in Del Rio. They come across. They're not vaccinated.
Starting point is 00:29:53 They're not tested. And they're released. So there's no way that the Biden administration cares about COVID. Because then, not only that they brought in, they're sent all of the United States. the country with COVID to spread it. So the idea that they care about COVID at all one-inch, one amount is a lie. What did you learn last week when you were down with the ranchers? You know what? It was interesting to talk to people that are honestly scared to death. Their property and their cattle and their other animals are being hurt. They're afraid for their
Starting point is 00:30:25 families. They won't go outside at night. They carry, you know, a weapon because they're afraid that they're going to get hurt. They don't know these people. I don't know if they're terrorists. They don't know if they're cartel members. They are not identifying themselves as who they really are. And so these people are at great risk. And I'm talking Democrat Republic and they don't care. They are afraid. And the Democrats will often explain it a little different. I say, well, we just don't understand what Joe Biden, why he just doesn't get it. Well, I don't think that's it. I think he does get it. This is exactly what they want. They want to bring as many illegals in here, whether they're terrorists, they are criminals, whether they're cartels. It doesn't.
Starting point is 00:31:00 matter. They want as many as they get, my guess is they'll do about two and a half million a year. And if they do 10 million and they can hurt the country as much as possible, especially the Republican states, that's what they're trying to do. This isn't like an accident. It's not like it randomly happened. When they said on the first day, we're not enforcing federal law. And then, you know, hundreds of thousands of people are coming every month. That is not an accident. This is purposeful. They want this to happen. And all the consequences with it are fine with them. all the bad consequences are planned. So you filed the state of Texas with you six different lawsuits against Biden.
Starting point is 00:31:38 Where do we stand? I think the most important one right now is the stay in Mexico because that had the most significant impact. And so that one, we were successful in winning at district court. It went all the way the U.S. Supreme Court. We were successful. And the Biden administration was ordered to implement the stay in Mexico. program. As of today, my guess is they haven't done any of that. And so we've sued them, we've filed a motion to enforce asking the court to monitor them, to give them deadlines,
Starting point is 00:32:12 to give us discovery so we know exactly day to day or week to week what they're doing, because they have to be held accountable. At this point, there's three branches of the government. There's the states. They're ignoring the states rights. They're ignoring the other two branches. it is a it is a presidency that just doesn't honor any part of the constitution and their view is look impeach me and they know that won't happen so they just literally the constitution is meaningless to them so then why honestly i don't understand then if we are a state that believes in the founding documents then the bill of rights um and we are living by those and they are not. Why is it that they can come in? For instance, you know, you said, well, I don't know if I can
Starting point is 00:32:58 protect, you know, for federal employees. I assume that you mean that too for for private employees, but if if they are going through with things that are clearly a violation of our Bill of Rights, why does federal law still trump a state law if they're standing for the Constitution? So here's what I'd say. We're in the process of sort of testing all of this. Like we've never been here before. We came close to this under Obama, but usually, you know, he would ignore federal law and try to implement his own laws, and we would fight him.
Starting point is 00:33:38 We would get a court order. They would stop. Usually it worked. I mean, it worked. We want 80% of our cases against him. The difference here now is that it appears, and this is still, we're still in the process of seeing if the system can stay in place where we, can actually have a court order and get it implemented. So far that is not working, but that's
Starting point is 00:33:58 where we're going back. So I do think at some point, if we have this realization, look, there's nothing you can do to make this president operate into the Constitution. I think we have a whole different question. And we're back to the Declaration of Independence saying, hey, this government needs to be reformed in a way that is drastic because the reality is they don't honor any of the Constitution. These rights are not from them. They're from God. And they don't have a right. Joe Biden didn't have a right to ignore the First Amendment like he's trying to do, the Fourth Amendment, or the Tenth Amendment. It's not up to him. It's up to us. The Fourth Amendment right now with what they're doing with banking, and everybody's looking at it and saying, you know, oh my gosh, $600 or $10,000. It's not
Starting point is 00:34:39 about that. It is about control. It's the second half of the modern monetary theory. It is about being able to control what people spend and do to be able to, they think, control inflation. that's the actual theory. And we're only doing one half of it right now, but what is in this reconstruction bill is allowing the IRS, is telling the banks that they have to report to the IRS all of our activity. That's a violation of the Fourth Amendment. And I don't see any banks standing up and saying,
Starting point is 00:35:14 no, we're not going to do that. Look, we just had this whole issue with the airlines, including Southwest, And we had a protest, the pilots protested, the employees protested two mornings ago. And I was out there speaking. And these companies tend to feel the pressure. Biden has a gun to their heads and says, hey, we're taking away your federal money. You're going to be punished if you don't do what we said.
Starting point is 00:35:37 So he's not doing this by, you know, there may be some companies that actually want to do this, but he's not doing this in a, you know, hey, let's all work together. This is like, we are threatening you. We're going to hurt you. And if you don't do what we say, and this is very much like a non-free country now. And this is the administration that is operating in a way that we've never seen before. And the reality is I think when we went out protested, Southwest Airlines and some of these other companies said, okay, we're not going to fire these people. So we can still, if we're not afraid and we're willing to fight and enough people aren't afraid and are willing to speak out, even under threat of FBI investigation and prosecution, which they have threatened parents who speak in front of their school boards, we cannot shut up, none of us.
Starting point is 00:36:19 I can't believe we live in these times, Ken. But we all have our times. We're all called at this time to do what we're supposed to. And I guess this gives us the opportunity to see who we really are supposed to be or who we allow ourselves to become in our shame later. Ken, thank you so much. Absolutely. It's a time to fight.
Starting point is 00:36:43 I hope Americans will not put up with this and stand up and fight. Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General, just so everybody is very clear, he doesn't mean go grab a gun. If you think that's what he meant, you are a partisan hack. Back in a minute. So when you're about to undertake something as difficult and potentially financially risky as buying or selling a home or both, you want somebody who is there who knows the ropes who can actually help you. you out, you know, an expert, somebody who knows the ins and outs, the best practices that can make sure that you get the best possible deal that you can. Starting point is 00:39:45 We've talked about the $1.9 trillion. That's what they're saying now, the reconciliation package. It must not pass. Support Chip Roy and Mike Lee in their legislation on no taxation without congressional authorization. That has to happen. But also get yourself into a local bank. It's really critical that you get into a local bank. Local banks are going to be, I'm sure,
Starting point is 00:40:22 put under the same kind of restrictions because I don't know if you know this, but they don't have banks, they don't have money in their vault anymore. That ended a couple of years ago. Now the Fed takes all of the money and it returns to the Fed at night. So very few banks have very much money in them at all.
Starting point is 00:40:44 And it's going to get dicey. But get out of these banks that you know are waving the flag for these things now. and that would include all of the big Fed banks. Get your money out of there. Stop doing business with them. Go to a local bank. This is the Glenn Back program.

We told you last hour what the real instrument that they are looking to obtain is, and that is control of your finances. It is the second part of the modern monetary theory. We are, this is the instrument.
Starting point is 00:43:42 This is probably the most important instrument that they can gain. The other is high tech in a way that we have never seen before. Starting point is 00:45:23 Rachel Bavard is the senior policy director for the conservative, I'm sorry, conservative partnership institution. She's also the co-author of Conservative, knowing what to keep. She recently authored something at the Federalist that was about the race for AI dominance. And we are, according to, you know, the people who know, we are sadly way, way behind. And what does that mean for us? I thought I'd get her on to talk about it. Hi, Rachel.
Starting point is 00:46:00 How are you? Hi, there. Thanks for having me. I'm well. So are we, tell us the thesis here on the race for AI dominance and how we really can't trust Google and where we are as a nation. So there's been a lot of attention paid over the last decade to the development of artificial intelligence because as Vladimir Putin, of all people, recently ominously said in 2017, whoever wins the race to AI is going to control the world. old. And for those not familiar with what artificial intelligence is, it's essentially intelligent software. It's intelligent computer programming that can learn, that can take on sort of human
Starting point is 00:46:45 decision-making characteristics. And, you know, naturally, this has many, many consequences, not just for making life easier, but also a lot of very sort of concerning consequences for civil liberties, you know, changing the nature of war, you know, all these, all these different areas. So the U.S. has been comfortably leading in sort of the research and development angle of AI really up until recently. And the U.S. has been shocked by how fast China has been nipping at our heels. And this recently came to a head when the Pentagon Software Chief actually resigned in September. And in doing so, he cited the fact that, look, he said, DoD is too bureaucratic to keep up with any reasonable metric to compete with China on this. And he also cited Google.
Starting point is 00:47:32 He said, we are also hamstrung by companies like Google who refuse to work with the United States government. And why this matters is because Google is home to the most brilliant and brightest minds in AI, right? Google has a monopoly on that talent. And Google won't work with the United States government. And in fact, Google is actively working with the Chinese and sort of hedging their bets about who's going to win this war. If it's America or if it's China, Google doesn't really seem to care. And there's a host of other reasons why I think relying on Google for this service is a questionable wager. So we are talking about AI, but unlike anything that anyone really understands, we're talking about most likely AGI, which is artificial general intelligence, which can think like a human being, except a lot faster and a lot more.
Starting point is 00:48:24 And it can be used for all kinds of things. And it's one intelligent system that can handle multiple topics. For instance, Big Blue can only play chess or Watson can only diagnose cancer. We're looking now at entering a realm where one program would be smarter than the best minds on Earth on everything. In fact, have the computing power of more than all minds on Earth put together would have. And we're not even sure if it will eventually control us or will ever be able to control it. But Putin is right. Whoever gets this rules the world.
Starting point is 00:49:16 And I have been assured by people who know this stuff. in the Pentagon that don't worry, we're going to be fine. And I'm like, you know, I don't think you should ever say that because you guys having it, I'm not sure is the best thing. But anyone having this is not good. Google does not care. And I don't understand that. I don't understand how they can be dealing with something that is this dangerous and still be
Starting point is 00:49:46 willing to share it with the Chinese who are knowingly locking the, people up into concentration camps. Yeah, and more to the point, they're using AI-supported technologies to do that, to track, to lock up to sometimes forcibly sterilize their weaker Muslim minority. But contrast that, right? Google has no problem opening an AI office in Beijing and working with the Chinese, but they won't work with our U.S. government citing ethical obligations. This was a specific project called Project Maven where Google was supposed to work with the United States government to develop AI that would be used for drone technology. Well, Google's employees said, no way, we're going to protest this, about 4,000 of them signed a letter. We're refusing to do
Starting point is 00:50:31 this. So Google pulled out of the contract and has been hesitant and reticent to join the U.S. government in any AI project since then, but have no problem, again, working with the Chinese who obviously, very openly are committing gross human rights violations, sometimes using AI technology. So it's a real, it's a concern because, again, And the U.S. government for many years has relied sort of on private industry, private research, sort of this U.S. national champion model where they outsource a lot of this, you know, this research and development to private corporations. But when you have companies like Google, who, again, will not work with the government,
Starting point is 00:51:09 but also their AI department for the last year has been just embroiled in a woke struggle session about, you know, either the resignation or termination, depends who you talk to, of a woman named Timit Gabriel, who was a very well-known black research lead in AI. They got into a conflict with her, and it's dominated their entire AI department. So, again, no one's laughing harder about that than the Chinese, because you know who isn't involved in woke struggle sessions? China. I find it amazing.
Starting point is 00:51:41 I don't know if you've followed, but Microsoft has just developed the most powerful language software, artificial intelligence, that is. has ever been developed and they won't release it yet because of wokeness it will at times spit out things that are not woke and they need to stop that before and I thought to myself what are you what are you teaching this thing who is teaching this and what are you teaching because, you know, you don't, you don't fear the machine, fear the software and fear the people who built a software. What was it that they put in as a goal? Well, that's the question, you know, and I think that's one of the big challenges with AI development is that it very much takes on the biases of people who create it.
Starting point is 00:52:39 So I think there is, there are good questions being asked about the ethics, who's programming, what are we getting it right? But in so many cases where, again, we are in a sort of geopolitical battle for dominance of this technology with China, and we are getting caught up in just circular firing squads where you cannot get this technology out the door because of, you know, special interest groups or, you know, this faction or that faction. And it's really like if we're going to win this war, we have to be able to sort of make collective decision making and move on. And we are unable to do that presumably even at, at the fact, to private level, but also even in the government. And this should be really concerning to anyone who is worried about sort of competition with China, global dominance with China. This is a key area where we are failing and we don't have a lot of time to get it right. So let me change subjects here, because I know you wrote the book, Conservative, knowing what to keep. There is a change that is happening right now. And I'm seeing this from a great deal of people, people even like Joe Rogan, who would not necessarily classify themselves as conservative, but certainly don't
Starting point is 00:53:49 classify themselves as progressive, and they are wide awake. And conservatives, I'm not even sure how to define it anymore. I know what I'm for, and I'm for the Bill of Rights. I'm for equal protection under the law for everyone. I believe in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and the Bill of rights and none of it has been done for a long time and it's all gone almost now. So what is it concerned? How would you describe what the conservative believes in now? It's a great question. I think your diagnosis of the issue is apt in that the conservative movement is in flux.
Starting point is 00:54:32 And this has happened many times before. I think what, what's happened for a long time in D.C. is that people have identified conservatism with a set of policies or ideologies when in fact, it's always been about principle. And that's what makes conservatism sustain is that it's the broad principles that can be applied to new challenges in every generation. And that's why, unlike progressive ideology, it's not brittle. But unfortunately, I think too many people have ascribed it to this sort of throat dogma or ideology. And so what I think we're seeing now is a lot of the institutional conservative movement here where I am in D.C., waking up to the fact that, hey, the country doesn't
Starting point is 00:55:09 look like it did in 1980. It's a different country. We have a different base, we have a different set of challenges, our principles can handle this. Our traditions are made for this. And that is preservation of the family, you know, preservation of traditions that have worked over time, an emphasis on individual liberty, an ordered liberty that fits, you know, within our democratic tradition, our speech values, our religious liberties, and bringing those to bear to the modern problems. Those policies are going to look different than they did in 1990 or 1980 or even 2000 and that's okay because again we are not a party that's driven by this you know ideological conviction to dogma we we are creative problem solvers but keep our principles in mind and make
Starting point is 00:55:53 policy accordingly and I think right now what we have is a left that is hell bent on destruction of anyone who doesn't agree with them and so I think a lot of conservatives need to wake up to that moment and be a lot more aggressive than they have been in previous years because we are not dealing with the left of again 20 years ago. We are dealing with a totalitarian ideology that seeks to destroy anything that gets in its way. And we haven't seen that in a long time. And I would say that it's not just conservatives that need to wake up. It is the independence and the Democrats. I mean, if you are a Democrat and you always have been, you have to understand that's that's not who you're voting for anymore. That's not what they're doing. You are in bed with radical
Starting point is 00:56:36 revolutionaries. For instance, Google working with China as opposed to the United States. I could understand them saying, we're not working with any government. We're not doing that. We're not giving this to China. They suck. And you know what? We think the United States might misuse it too. We're not going to do that. Okay. But that's not what you're dealing with. You're dealing with people who are intentionally trying to destroy the West. And you've got to wake up. Our bill of rights has to be protected. No, that's right. And I think, you know, for a long time, there's been this notion that, oh, well, the left just wants to live and let live.
Starting point is 00:57:13 No, they don't. They do not want you to live. And I think there's been an acknowledgement that, oh, you know, the free market will have problems. Corporations will always do what's best for their bottom line. Well, that's obviously been proven false as well, right? It's not, you know, oh, Republicans by sneakers, too. It's Republicans by sneakers, but maybe they shouldn't. And that is what is striving a lot of these corporations who are actively working not only against the interest of consumers who disagree with them, but with countries who are our tribal.
Starting point is 00:57:40 So our policies have to reflect this new reality. And, you know, hey, it's a struggle to get people to pay attention to that in D.C. But some of us are speaking out about it. Rachel, thank you. Thank you for everything. I've seen 10% price increase in the next 60 days, he said. The trend is not going to drop any time soon. I see food prices going up tremendously. You've got to be ahead of the curve, and the way they're doing it is they're dropping all promotions. They're dropping low-moving items. Why give away something when you don't have to give it away and make more margin.

Starting point is 01:06:16 How? He has no power. Oh, he will. He will. That thing will be, you know, the palaces. Those things are going to be museums in no time. But again, that wouldn't destroy the country. That would do nothing.
Starting point is 01:06:33 None of that. Nothing related to the British royal family means anything. That's the summary of all the stories about the British royal family. I'll give you that. But it is a tradition that, you know, I'm not paying for, so I like. You know what I mean? If I lived in England, I'd hate them. I'd hate them.
Starting point is 01:06:54 Because why? Wait, I'm paying. Wait, what am I doing? Hang on. No, I don't think so. But I'm American, so I kind of like it. We have a tradition of a monarchy, so we're just going to spend. No, they're going to.
Starting point is 01:07:07 No, I'm saying. If you were in England, we're going to do what now? We're just going to buy them all this stuff. Yeah, that's what I would be saying. Yes, that's. And I would be saying, abolish the monarchy. Yes. I would be saying that.
Starting point is 01:07:19 But since I'm a tourist, I think it's kind of quaint and cool. This is a cool palace. Right. It's really neat. I like that. Look, they have guards. Let's try to make them laugh. That's our extent.
Starting point is 01:07:29 I think it's an important tradition that Americans started long ago. And we can't lose those guys in the funny hats. Can't. Can't. What are our kids going to do when they go over to England if they can't try to make that guy laugh? Just drink Guinness. And I'm about to tell my kids to start drinking. Let me give you a couple of things here.
Starting point is 01:07:53 First, may I just say thank you to In-N-Out Burger. The In-N-Out, mm-hmm. I knew I had you an In-Out Burger, didn't I? The San Francisco In-N-Out Burger was shut down after employees allegedly didn't check for customers' vaccine documents. Oh my gosh, you must be vaccinated because for all the healthy activity you're about to participate in inside the In-N-Out Burger, you must be protected. Right. In San Francisco, people have been required since August 20th to show proof that they've been vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to enter some indoor places like restaurants, gyms, and bars. I'm sure Home Depot is fine still.
Starting point is 01:08:40 The fast food restaurant located in Fisherman's Wharf was forced to shut. down on October 14th, but Howe's now reopened with indoor dining remaining unavailable, the company said. A statement, in and out chief, legal and business officer, Arnie Wiseninger, defended not having employees check their customers' vaccine status. Now, don't you want to hear this from more companies? We refuse to become the vaccine police for any government. We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that,
Starting point is 01:09:14 forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is a clear government overreach. Amen. That is fantastic. You know, there's an argument to be made if you want to come up with a vaccine mandate that you want to police, then use your police to do it. Right? You're forcing these companies to micromanage the health of everybody that walks in the door. Some are being forced.
Starting point is 01:09:42 Not all of them. Yeah. And that's the thing. so much of this you could just ignore. I mean, look, we should fight against it because it's wrong. But so much of this you can ignore. I was talking to, I think it was Ami Horowitz was in town. And you know, Ami. I love him. Great filmmaker does a lot of great things. And we've talked to him a bunch of times. And I asked him, I'm like, what's it like in New York right now? That's where he lives. They've got these vaccine mandates to walk in the door of these restaurants. I'm like, what's real life like?
Starting point is 01:10:06 He said, some places are doing it. But in vast majority, you just go in and no one says anything to you. You know, I mean, and that's, like, this is the thing, you know, we talk about all of this stuff so often and so much of it is focused on the government policy, which is important. But there's a big element of this that if you just don't do it, it doesn't happen. Well, as long as NPR hasn't convinced somebody in your employee to rat on you to OSHA. And someone will in a lot of these bigger companies. But again, so much of this can just be ignored. You know, I mean, so much of this. This can just be, you know, we have speeding mandates all over every single town.
Starting point is 01:10:48 And the people who want to go the speed they want to go generally just go that speed. You know, I mean, and like, yes, sometimes they pull people over. But like everyone kind of knows it's a joke. People go the speed that they think is appropriate 90% of the time. And we sometimes give too much credence to government. You know, we don't listen to them. And this is the United States of America. We do what we think is right.
Starting point is 01:11:12 most of the time. And sometimes people get caught up in overreach of government, so we must fight back against it. I'm not saying we shouldn't. But we also should take responsibility for our own actions and standing up against this stuff personally. It's not always just about what the government does. Well, may I just say, friends. Yes. Friends, I'd like to open the scriptures right now. You see, friends, it was the 11th century BC in the land of Israel. Samuel had been the judge of Israel, and his sons who took his place had fallen away. They had fallen away.
Starting point is 01:11:59 Amen. They had fallen away. Now, friends, this was a judge. This was a judge not the same thing as a king. The true king of the Israelites was God. God. Amen. Hallelujah. Can I get a name? I didn't ask for hallelujah.
Starting point is 01:12:17 Amen. Thank you. The judges were the people who God used to rescue Israel from its enemies, and there were many, many enemies. And the judges were usually held high in esteem. Can I get an amen? You can get an amen. But the sons of Samuel straight away,
Starting point is 01:12:38 oh, they wanted that evil lucre. they wanted their money, they distorted justice in exchange for bribes. They forgot the way of life that God had given them. And so the people, the people all gathered together. And they began to cry out for a king. Give me a king. King! I don't, that's not how this.
Starting point is 01:13:07 They said, give us a king to judge us. and Samuel didn't want to do this. So he asked God for advice, and God said to Samuel, if the people ask for a king, I mean, they're rejecting me, but, you know, they don't want me to be their king. Fine, I don't have to be their king. Beat it. Or something like that.
Starting point is 01:13:31 You see, the Israelites were stubborn, and God knew it. So he told Samuel to warn, hey, if you're not. Hey, if you want a king, you know, to roll over you. This guy's going to draft your sons in a service, going to make your daughters work in the kitchen, take the best crops, redistribute them, impose heavy taxes. You know, just tell them that, will you? Tell them it's from me.
Starting point is 01:13:57 They'll get it. So Samuel told the people, he said, we don't want a, we don't want a king. And they said, we want to be like other nations. We want a king to fight our battles. And so God warned the Israelites that he could not save them for the consequences of their choice. That a king would do all of those terrible things. And when they cried for freedom, God was like,
Starting point is 01:14:25 oh, you want me now? Oh, I thought you didn't want me. I thought you wanted a king. Why don't you cry to a king to have him save you? Because I told you, you got to do your part. You got to do the things that you want to do. and when you when you cry out for a king
Starting point is 01:14:40 you're going to get it and he's going to control everything and Israel received the king that they asked for can I get an amen? Running low on amen's supply chain issues right now
Starting point is 01:14:55 right stop this is what's brilliant about the Bible it lays out universal truth about human nature we are all looking for someone to in and save us and really it's us that need to save ourselves if you want a king to save us if you want somebody to ride in on their white horse to save us I'm warning you right now that's the wrong way to go that's what that's what the Democrats did they wanted to get rid of
Starting point is 01:15:35 Donald Trump and they said he is a king he's going to do all these things and subject our children to the flag and stuff. And so they voted for a different kind of king. People will give up the burden of freedom for the ease of the moment. I want you to listen to that. People will give up the burden of freedom. What is the burden of freedom? What does that mean?
Starting point is 01:16:08 To be free, it carries a heavy price. You have to do stuff. If you want to be free and you don't want a king to rule over you, that means you have to rule over you. And you have to make some really tough decisions. You can't say, you know what, give the power to keep all of us safe to a king. Because once that power is given to that king,
Starting point is 01:16:32 that power is not going to give it back. You read stories in history and it keeps repeating itself over and over and over again. Why? Because people are stupid. People think this time it's different. And you know, one time it was, the American experiment. It was truly revolutionary. They were not crying out for a king. They cried out for the king to be removed. They were willing to die for the burden of a free conscience. Where the Israelites rejected God as their king in the story, the new Americans declared, Only God could be man's king and no other man. Now, you would expect when America falls back and we lose our way, that we would fall back to the original factory settings, but we're not. We fall back into the cycle of bondage. America changed everything.
Starting point is 01:17:41 It is the longest standing democracy or republic in the world. Every free nation looks to us as the model of liberty. They may not agree with our choices. But we have always been the nation of God, and God was our king. The problems we have today is we are expecting and crying out for a king and a government to solve our problems. Anyone who we agree with to give all the power so we can go back to our lives, That's what we're looking for. We're not looking for representatives.
Starting point is 01:18:19 We want kings. That means we're the Israelites. It means we don't want God as our king anymore. Starting point is 01:20:15 Let me go to John in Texas. Hello, John. Hi, Glenn. How are you, sir? I'm good. Oh, the reason I'm calling is, you know, where I live, there's a nuclear weapons plant. It's the heart of our national security and deterrent. And these guys are getting forced to take this vaccine and half the workforce is not and don't want to. And I just feel like they're pushing these guys to do something either quit or get terminated.
Starting point is 01:20:45 And that's going to cause our national security. security after what China did last week this is a big deal and with all these people if they walk off the job we're losing clearances we're losing expertise training years and years of knowledge that we need to keep maintained as deterrent and it's just nobody's listening to them and it's just a scary how many people do you think this involves that will not get it or at least claiming that now? Between 50 and 45 percent. And how many do you think will stand strong on that? That's right now I know the guard force that they maintain security there they're all 90 percent ready to walk out to protest.
Starting point is 01:21:39 All right. Can you hold on just a just a second, John? Hold on. I want to carry this over. Let's move the guess that we had to the bottom of the hour. And because I want to, I want to address this. This, none of this stuff makes sense. So let's talk about it next. It was back in the 1960s where Ronald Reagan, who hadn't even run for governor yet, said, now is the time for choosing. He was right then.

Starting point is 01:25:44 She was working close by the bank It was also in Scheheranao Kabul As usual, and because of too much traffic, I decided to get out of the car and walk, because it's going to be faster. I was walking. It takes two minutes, then I hear the fire. Did you know what it was? No, I didn't know anything.
Starting point is 01:26:19 I was stopping there, and I was looking around myself. Everyone starts screaming and everyone starts running. For the moment, I just lost where I am, what just happened. What's amazing is on the other side of the planet, her sister was at home in the Washington, D.C. area, watching all of this unfold, knowing that her sister was somewhere there. Here's the next cut.
Starting point is 01:26:47 I was really scared. Really. You were all by yourself. Everybody is there. Yes. And when you're looking, you can, what you can do for your family. Just makes me feel, first I want to hear where they are. I called my dad.
Starting point is 01:27:10 I tried to call my mom. They wasn't online. I tried to keep calling to my sister. Finally, I get a phone with my sister. She was in her office. She was crying. I asked her, why you, why you're crying? What happened?
Starting point is 01:27:33 Are you okay? She said, I just received a call from asthma. And she was out. So she told me, don't come out of your office. They were here. Eventually, there were seven buses of schoolgirls at the Kabul airport at the gate. And they were trapped. And you know what was going to happen.
Starting point is 01:28:00 to them but because of these two girls who you will see tonight in the show who helped themselves first I believe God intervened and helped them but you have to take the first step and they did while the rest of the bus and the girls didn't know what to do asthma she did some heroic things that you have to see tonight only on Blaze TV. I want to thank the people that have helped in recovery in the car on the way from Macedonia to Albania, communicating with asthma in Kabul and Azuda, I think she's in Nebraska, actually, was Gino, Chris, Soraya, and Al from the Nazarene Fund. Starting point is 01:29:20 But honestly, the ones who really got it going, was Azuda, the sister, and asthma. And you will understand it tonight. It's an amazing story, amazing story. No, not only has it, has it not stopped? It's doubled down. We have, we have ongoing operations that, you know, we did operation soccer balls in
Starting point is 01:30:20 conjunction with Nazarene Fund. It was a, was a great success. Those girls are currently in Lisbon. We are developing a long-term landing pad essentially for them and an Afghan diaspora within Lisbon for them to be able to really kind of create whatever life they want. And that's an important thing for people to understand, your listeners to understand, is that think about these girls. I mean, yes, women, but also young girls, young teenage girls who are not free to do something as, simple as kick a ball in their backyard. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:31:00 Think about that. Yeah. And imagine if, I mean, all of the things that we take for granted and even in the current environment, all of the liberties that we still have that we take for granted and they aren't free to even kick a ball in their backyard, much less go on to be world class at that. And so now these girls are in Lisbon. They are being supported by the Portuguese government, by Deliver Fund, by some of our ministry partners like Reload Love. And they are, they're free to really become whoever they want to become.
Starting point is 01:31:40 They're free to become a professional soccer player. They're free to choose not to play soccer anymore ever again and do something else. And that's actually the good news. I think Nazarene Fund, I think I was talking to Rudy yesterday. You guys have gotten like 24 flights out. Yeah. It's absolutely amazing. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:00 That is a significant number of people and at significant expense that has really, there's a liberty and a freedom that all of those people are going to get to experience. I don't think people understand the generational impact. It is, I mean, think of the Jews that were saved from the concentration camps. Right. And think of the impact. their families have had because they survived. Absolutely. It's the same story here.
Starting point is 01:32:29 The generational impact is going to be remarkable. Remarkable. Well, the generational impact globally is absolutely remarkable. And you're 100% correct there. However, the thing nobody's really talking about is they're acting like Afghanistan as a lost cause. Right. It's not. It's not a lost cause.
Starting point is 01:32:51 It's a significant setback for sure. but it is not a lost cause. I mean, the, the church in Afghanistan proliferated over a 20-year period in a way that otherwise would not have been able to. That church has since obviously gone primarily underground, but it's still there. I know of a couple of missionaries that are in a certain city in Afghanistan, who Western missionaries who went underground and were offered the opportunity to leave,
Starting point is 01:33:21 and they said, no, we're staying. This is what we're called to do. I mean, the absolute courage there. The fact that there were female, especially young girls' sports teams, those sports teams, while they've primarily gone underground or have disbanded or been taken out of the country, those young girls will tell their siblings stories about how they used to get to play soccer. And I will tell you, I don't think that the people who are outside. of the country, I mean, they want to go back. They want their country. They love their country as much as we, well, I can say some of us love our country. And they do want to go back. And I think that they are going to come back stronger and they will find a way. That's a lot of people.
Starting point is 01:34:11 That's a lot of people globally. Well, almost just as importantly, you've got Afghans now. Like you were just talking about, you know, God helps those who help themselves, right? And while, while while that's true in many instances, now you have people who aren't worried about whether or not they're going to get pulled out of their house and forced into a marriage with a Taliban fighter. They're not worried about whether or not they're going to get pulled out of their house
Starting point is 01:34:37 and, you know, tortured or their head cut off. They have food. They have shelter. They have bandwidth to think, which means that they can now be more of a help to their own country. Sure. Because it's very difficult to help other people
Starting point is 01:34:52 right to feed the world when you're starving yourself correct but if you aren't starving now you have the ability and especially if you have excess now you have the ability to help those others and that's that's another kind of just good news story that's coming out of all these evacuations and and these girls who are in in in Lisbon who you know some of them will go on to become world class soccer players you will see one of them at least one if not multiples in the Olympics. This will happen. And what that will do is it will shine a light on the problem.
Starting point is 01:35:30 Part of the problem, I think, for the American people over the last 20 years. And I mean, I've got 30 combat deployments myself from my time in government. So I understand Afghanistan really well. And part of the problem is that there were no faces to the Afghan people. It was just it was the Afghan people. It was the problem over there. You know, we would lose, you know, soldiers, we would lose Americans, but we weren't really talking about the Afghans. And it's hard for
Starting point is 01:35:57 you know, Nick McKinley, a, you know, white, blue, white American to really get people to, to get people to understand the Afghan issue. But now you have Afghan women, Afghan men, who can talk to the world about the Afghan issue. And that is really going to help shine a light on the problem. And not only that, but, you know, I fight human trafficking. I mean, that's that's what Deliver Fund does all day, every day. And we aren't going to shift to the entire organization to suddenly take on, you know, advocating on behalf of Afghan women. Right.
Starting point is 01:36:38 We're going to continue to rescue Afghan women and children who are at risk of trafficking. Yes, that we will do. But that's, you know, Deliver Fund is not going to suddenly become an Afghanistan based 501C3. however the the afghans that have left they will continue to carry the torch for this issue well it's important too i think for everybody to know that not only that the people in afghanistan have real lives and real futures and real hopes and dreams but also i think it's important to tell the story of the work that you're doing the work that the nazarene fund has done the work that this audience has done because it shows that we can actually make a difference in these things
Starting point is 01:37:17 and Glenn hates when I focus on the media coverage of all this. This is ridiculous. And I only do it partially because he hates it. But let me ask you this, because I saw this article that they wrote in Vice that you were quoted in. It was about all of these rescues. And when I read it, what you say, and they're giving you lots of credit for this and your organization for all these rescues. Deservedly so. And several other groups.
Starting point is 01:37:46 But of course, with any time Glenn's involved, you know, they always go after him and try to make him look like he had nothing to do with this. You throughout the article are clear that the Nazarean Fund and this audience played a really important role in this. But they bought your quotes up against unnamed Biden officials who seem to downplay what the role was. Oh, said that we stood in the way. Yeah. So what is the truth here? So I've said it publicly. I think I've said it publicly on your show before.
Starting point is 01:38:15 and I'll say it again. Without, without the help of, of Rudy Atala. And Rudy only is able to do what it is that he's able to do because he's supported by the Nazarene Fund, right? Right. I mean, yes, my Deliver Fund team did an amazing job.
Starting point is 01:38:35 You did stuff we couldn't have done. The folks from USAID, Samantha Power, you know, as part of the Biden administration. I mean, they did phenomenal things. Senator Chris Coons, absolutely amazing the stuff that he did. However, it's a team. It's a huge team effort. And one of the things that I think everybody needs to understand is in these crises, these are apolitical.
Starting point is 01:39:01 You know, especially with what we're doing at Deliver Fund, where we're focused on women and children. This is apolitical. This is a what you're with us or against us issue. And if you're against us, as we like to say, Deliver Fund, thank you for self-identifying as a target. it will our analysts will be making you their hobby but for for
Starting point is 01:39:20 these types of issues it's just everybody comes together in a crisis there's no there's no philosophical debate about what we should or should not do it's people are in danger and we need to help them right and so there were
Starting point is 01:39:36 definitely all sorts of groups here but the Nazarene Fund was important here it's super important this audience didn't waste their time with all of this no no in fact and and I said this before and I really want to hone in on this point because this was the lynchpin in the entire thing. There's two things actually that the Nazarene Fund
Starting point is 01:39:52 and then you specifically Glenn did that that solved two of our biggest problems. One was Camer. Yeah. Camer is a phenomenal organization and I have nothing but good things to say about them. However, as a charter company

And Stu, we were talking about. Yeah, I was taught. There's a particular article from Vice that we were discussing. I'd love to get your thoughts on a couple of things here and take whatever you can. One, they seem to claim that basically these rescues would have happened anyway with or without the Nazarene Fund's help, not really important.
Starting point is 01:45:50 Two, that the Nazarene Fund raised tons of money, but doesn't seem to be spending it on anything. My understanding is you guys have gotten, I talked to Rudy Atali yesterday, you guys have gotten 24 flights at a country. I think that's accurate. You're looking at about an average cost of somewhere between $650,000 and $725,000 per flight. And that's just the flights.
Starting point is 01:46:16 Which is negotiated down. Yes. And that is just the flights. So if you did 24 flights, let's call it just an even 725 per flight, 730 per flight. What are we looking at about about $15.5, $15.6 million? Just on flights. Now, I know that you guys, aren't you guys also running safe houses and things like that? Yeah, and aftercare.
Starting point is 01:46:40 We're trying to save half the money for aftercare. So with my, my, my, POS, deliver funds, donors costs on the ground for safe houses for just the soccer team was running roughly just shy of 5,000 a day. Wow. And that was just for 80 people. So if you're doing hundreds of people, what are you guys in the probably 25, 30,000 a day? Right. And one of the things that people don't realize is when you have these types of crisis, what you have to do.
Starting point is 01:47:12 And we did this at Deliver Fund. our ministry partners are reload love did this, you guys are doing this, is you have to raise as much money as you can as fast as humanly possible so that you have room to maneuver strategically. So that when an opportunity comes, you have the financial ability
Starting point is 01:47:29 to take advantage of that opportunity. You know, people talk about luck. Luck is just, you know, luck is just divine intervention. And that divine intervention to talk about you saying that, you know, God helps those who help themselves. well, it's actually when preparation meets opportunity. And if you didn't prepare financially, then you aren't going to be able to take advantage
Starting point is 01:47:52 of the opportunity. That's why it's so important that donors give as much money as they can up front in the middle of a crisis because it allows the organizations doing the work, the room to strategically maneuver. So just in the numbers that we've talked about, um, by my, mental math and I'm by no means a mathematician but you guys are already in the 20 to 23 million mark just in costs so far and there's an entire aftercare and an entire more group larger group of people to remove and at deliver fund we're still engaged in operations in
Starting point is 01:48:31 Afghanistan so we're still incurring expenses so are we yeah are we so I will tell you Nick I I you know I I saw the the vice thing and I I I know what's coming. I know people are, you know, the press and the way everything is political now, I know what's coming to us. They'll never say anything good about us. That's fine. But, you know, we go through, as you do, we go through an audit every year. And if there's one penny that is not spent right, everybody will know it. And I'm just sick of the media. It doesn't matter to me. I wanted you to come on to say, thank you again for everything that you've done and everything you continue to do at Deliver Fund. Well, thank you and thank you for all the

Can you explain again? what you were talking about of what's happening to a group of people that you know of here in Texas. In the Monroe, Texas is at the nuclear weapons plan where they assemble and disassemble our nation of stockpile. The population is about 3,000 there of the plant population. Only about 10% actually do the work.
Starting point is 01:50:01 So if we lose any of those people, our production or maintenance of that deterrent stops. I mean, it's in its tracks because only so many people can do this in this country. country that are trained and the qualifications and the clearance of security clenances to do this and on top of that from what from what happened at Sandia they lost 800 people in one day over this and they were threatened if they didn't take the vaccine that they would be on a domestic terrorist watch list that the that the Biden administration put together what yes so these people are afraid of the same outcome it's crazy uh uh I
Starting point is 01:50:44 I'm going to put you back on the phone with our producer after we chat, but I will tell you, I will tell you now that this is the beginning of many people's long, long journey. And those who stand now will have the thanks of all those who are free later down the road. for those who fail to stand now. I'm afraid things won't go well for you or anyone else that likes freedom. You know, I don't want to tell people what to do, but I will tell you that the mandate to put a vaccine, I'm not against vaccines, but the mandate I am strongly against.
Starting point is 01:51:34 It is not their right. It is your right to decide what you put in your body. I want to play this audio from this woman that just lost her job at ESPN. And now she and her husband are trying to get pregnant with their second baby. And there are a lot of women who are trying to get pregnant who have some vaccine hesitancy for obvious reasons. They're amongst the lowest when it comes. So you have the, we have the wrong. We have, that was Megan Kelly, obviously, talking about it. I want you to, I want you to listen to the statement that she made on her own, on her own,
Starting point is 01:52:37 social page. Listen to this. I have been not denied my request for accommodation by ESPN and the Walt Disney Company. And effective next week, I will be separated from the company. I am also so morally and ethically not aligned with this. And I've had to really dig deep and analyze my values and my morals. And ultimately, I need to put them first. And the irony in all this is that a lot of those same values and principles I hold so dear are what made me a really good employee. I don't know what it's like to run a multi-billion dollar company and to have shareholders and board members and financial quotas to answer to and not to mention societal and I'm sure political pressures. So I respect that their values have changed. I had hoped they would respect that mine did not.
Starting point is 01:53:32 And ultimately, I cannot put a paycheck over principal. And I will not sacrifice something that I believe and hold so strongly to maintain a career. And so many of the people who are in the same situation as me are serving society and benefiting this country in ways I could never do. They are nurses, they are teachers, they are doctors, they are police officers and first responders. They are most importantly our military, and they too are pilots. They too are choosing to put their beliefs first. And I just want you all to know I stand with you.
Starting point is 01:54:15 But I also want people to know who support these mandates that I fight for you. Because if this is the direction we take our country, there will come a time when the government or corporations mandate you to get something that does not allow. with your values. Power given is seldom returned. And when that day comes, I want you to at least know that we fought and we tried. I think everybody should play that over and over and over again for your friends. I mean,
Starting point is 01:54:53 this is really what we're at. And you notice she said, my values haven't changed, but the corporation's values have changed. That is a really important thing. That's what I said the other day. Talk to your friends and ask them about the Bill of Rights. If they can't agree with you on the Bill of Rights, then you're not the radical.
Starting point is 01:55:13 They are. You haven't changed. They have. You haven't moved closer to the cliff to the abyss. They have. And you need to stand firm where you are. We are now dealing with a situation where, every employee is going to have to make the decision.
Starting point is 01:55:36 And you're going to be really tempted to make the decision to just go along with it. Because, you know what? I got to have a job. I understand that. But that is a very large step. If you don't want to take it, if you want to take it, fine. But either taking a step to force others or force. or for you to do it against your will,
Starting point is 01:56:06 you are now beginning to put your name down on a ticket or a bill that you are not going to want to pay. I'll say to as someone who really thinks the vaccines have done a good job and I'm not against them in any way. Not at all. I will say this. I've always opposed the mandates on personal liberty grounds, but we have reached a point now with this craziness that it's also completely ineffective and is going to have reverberations throughout all sorts of aspects of our society.
Starting point is 01:56:42 I mean, as far as like, I guarantee this sort of thing plays out as far as people turning against other vaccinations and other childhood vaccinations and things that most people right now pretty much agree on. But this is going, the way they are acting is going to hurt people in totally. unrelated realms to the one they're trying to move. And as a person who sits here and looks at this data all day, what you could gain by getting a few extra people vaccinated is absolutely not worth it, even if you take out the personal liberty grounds. You're still in a globe with global travel
Starting point is 01:57:22 and 2% of the developing world is vaccinated. There is no way you're going to be able to eliminate this from society for at least a very long time. This is not about COVID. It's not about COVID. That's all you have to keep coming back to. It's not about security. It is only about control.
Starting point is 01:57:41 And if you think this is where it ends, you're wrong. If you give up this liberty now, you will not get it back. Stand your ground. Starting point is 02:00:53 I don't like that. If that's not your line, that's fine. but find your line. If you don't know where this stops, you will find yourself on the other side quickly. You have to decide
