Starting point is 00:00:00 We'll say, in the phone, all the people can be a guy of the finance. Not to have a gross monger in art, to play to golf, or to be a pro of the crypto. Not even,
Starting point is 00:00:10 in any case, you have always done these affairs, and the apply negotiates-titred-T-D you add to to renew with your instinct of negotiation.
Starting point is 00:00:18 With the support 24-hour-pard per-jure, no amount of minimum, and free-mensue you're made for negotiate, and the apply-tete-tit-tit-tit-tid
Starting point is 00:00:26 is made to for you help. Telecharge it right now. A really wild show for you today. So stand by. Burn a launcher. I am a gun owner.
Starting point is 00:00:36 I believe in the Second Amendment. I believe in being prepared for every situation. But I also know that according to law enforcement, 99% of all situations where force may be required doesn't require lethal force.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Do you know why Burnhamount Launcher was first design? The guy who designed the burner launcher was in a road rage incident. Some guy just was just raging against him. And he pulls over to the side thinking that the guy will just pass him. He didn't. He gets out of his car. The guy who designed Berna Launcher first went for his gun and said, no, I don't want to get into a gun fight. Well, he was beaten to an inch of his life on the side of the road by this guy. He never again. Burna, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn. Burna.com
Starting point is 00:01:23 slash Glenn. Go there now. Oh, hello America. Do we live in a parallel universe? Could be. Did you see President Biden's farewell address last night? That came from a parallel universe. I thought we slipped through a wormhole. What's happening today is bizarre and exciting. We're just a few days away. We're just four days away from the fundamental transformation of the United States of America and Donald Trump. But there's some warnings coming from our government. We have that. And I had Michael Schellenberger on last night. And what an interesting conversation. He is one of, I think, the most trustworthy sources out there
Starting point is 00:03:09 because he doesn't go looking for his answers. He goes looking for the answer. And he won't say things that he doesn't know for sure. And I started asking him about the drones. And I said, what do you think? Are we going to find out the truth on these? are these? And he said, I can't tell you what they are, but he said, I will be shocked if there are. And I said, China? I would be shocked even more if it was China. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:03:39 okay, we're narrowing things down. And I said, outer space. And he said, I don't think outer space. Well, I'm out at that point. But he wasn't. And there's some breaking news coming later today and tomorrow that is groundbreaking on this. I'm doing an interview today, a podcast for tonight on the Blaze, with a guy who's an icon carver. And there's a lot of, I know this sounds weird, there's a lot of lost information in icons. And we're in a spiritual age. We're going to talk to him for just a few minutes.
Starting point is 00:04:22 He's sitting in an airport. He's coming in from Monday. Montreal, and he's halfway here, so we're going to talk to him in just a second. Stand by first. Meanwhile, in this dimension, we are going up to cover the inauguration on Monday. And I thought, you know, if I were to just make my flight a little earlier, I might find myself maybe a little north in Philadelphia where I could go watch the Eagles play this weekend. So I'm going to be doing that. And I'm going to be making sure I play some prize picks lineups as well. Price picks is so much fun.
Starting point is 00:04:58 It's the number one Daily Fantasy Sports app and you can win up to a thousand times your money on prize picks. With over 10 million members and millions of dollars in awarded winnings, prize picks has made Daily Fantasy Sports accessible to all. The app is really easy to use. All you have to do is pick two or more players across any sport. Pick more or less on their stat projections
Starting point is 00:05:17 and you can win tons of money. Plus prize picks invented the flex plate. Took advantage of that this past weekend. had a six-player lineup, only hit four of the six, but still got some cash. That's price picks. Download the app today. Use the code Sudeau. Get $50 instantly when you play only a $5 lineup.
Starting point is 00:05:33 $50 instantly after you play your first $5 lineup with prize picks. Use the code Sudeau. It's prize picks. Run your game. So Jonathan Pajot is with us. Yes, he's French, but he's French-Canadian, so it lessens the blow a little bit. He's with us now. is an icon carver. You can find it at pajo carvings.com. He also writes a lot, orthodox
Starting point is 00:06:00 artsjournal.org, and he speaks on the symbolic world, the symbolic world.com. And that's what I want to talk to him about. I want to talk to him about, you know, there's a lot of things. I love icons. And carving, you know, Thomas Jefferson said, if you really want to embed the truth. You want people to remember who your society was embedded in your architecture. And there's a lot of lost meaning in icons. And I was talking about this today with one of my researchers. And she said, you know, Jonathan's probably going to be able to talk about this. And I don't know how he's going to talk about this, but I wanted to get him on first thing as he's in the airport traveling here for the full show later today. Jonathan, welcome to the program.
Starting point is 00:06:49 it's good to meet you it's nice to meet you I can't wait to meet you in person so we were talking about I had a conversation with Michael Schellenberger do you know who he is yes yeah so Michael Schellenberger last night I asked him about the
Starting point is 00:07:06 the UFOs or the UAPs the flying disc whatever they are in all over America and the world and I said what do you think those are and he said well I'll be surprised if they're China and I said wow okay and he said I'd be shocked if they were ours and I said well we're narrowing it down here Michael where are you
Starting point is 00:07:32 going and he said and I don't think they came from outer space I said okay I'm out of options and he said well I don't know he said but the most logical is some sort of other dimensional being. And he said that could be spiritual. That could be scientific going into the, you know, a fourth dimension. And I went down a rabbit hole last night at two o'clock in the morning just looking at all this stuff. And I mean, we're in for something huge if that's what it is. Game changing.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Do you have any comments on this? Well, I think the first thing to say, in terms of meaning, Like the thing that I'm interested in is really symbolic structures and symbolic meaning. The first thing to understand is that this is an unidentified phenomenon. That's really important. That is, we don't know what it is. There's a category for that, right? So we're trying to guess.
Starting point is 00:08:31 We're trying to understand. It's something like the category of stranger, right? That is because it's like an alien influence, we use that word alien as well. And so no matter where it comes from, at this moment, it's playing an alien influence on us. that is it's acting on us in a way that it's making us trying to understand what their intentions are, what exactly is the reason for this happening, why it doesn't fit in our normal meaning structure. And that in some ways is really important. It's like a monster, right?
Starting point is 00:08:59 You encounter a monster or you don't know what that is. You have no idea, a sphinx or something like that. And that is a role that a lot of these stories are playing, the alien, the extraterrestrial, the unidentified object, the unidentified flying object. And so people try to connect it with all these other stories that we encounter. And so, of course, people are going to have religious interpretations of it. They also are going to have kind of scientific inquiries about it. And the only thing we can do is try to think once we figure out what they are,
Starting point is 00:09:29 then they won't be that. They won't be alien anymore. They won't be unidentified and will be able to know how to deal with them. But until we have an idea of what they are, now we're dealing with the problem of something that's like a monster, that's like a hybrid monster that you don't know what it means. So that's the way that I see it. You know, I was thinking today, I got up after a fitful few hours of sleep. And I thought, this is Nietzsche.
Starting point is 00:09:59 We have destroyed God. And we, you know, so many no longer believe in God. They believe science is God, man is God, whatever. And we are looking at making things. For instance, Abigail Schreiber says, you know, there's now this thing that is not part of you but lives outside of you and inside of you that might tell you that you're a different gender. Well, that sounds like a soul that's misinformed. And so it's, so it seems as though we are creating or recreating a religion in our society. That's exactly right.
Starting point is 00:10:38 And for sure, the extraterrestrial and the unidentified flying orb lights are a way to kind of re-inscribe religious stories and religious imagery into our world with a scientific lens. And often the problem, I think, and that's why I focused on meaning before, that the problem is that we're so focused on understanding what these phenomena are in terms of, you know, what is their physical, mechanical causes. And we are not trying to figure out what they're doing in terms of the way we perceive ourselves, and the way we perceive our place in the cosmos. And that's the biggest thing.
Starting point is 00:11:14 AI, all of these questions, people are always asking the technical question, but very few people are asking, what does it mean for us to be dealing with these types of intelligences that are kind of poking their nose back into the world right now? So what would happen to us? I mean, my faith would be fine, but what would happen to us if we did find that we weren't alone in the universe? Well, you know, you could ask the question in all kinds of ways.
Starting point is 00:11:43 What happened when we discovered that there was a whole continent that we didn't know about and that there were cultures that nobody has ever talked about and no one has ever dealt with? The situation would be the same. It would be catastrophic in some ways. It would lead to the end of a world. It would lead to mass transformation. But it wouldn't change the basic structure of what meaning is and what, you know, spirituality. is what God, when we talk about God, what we're talking about. In some ways, it would be a big clash,
Starting point is 00:12:13 like the Colombian clash, you could say, but it wouldn't destroy religion at all. I don't see why it even affects them. Right. You know, in looking at icons that are, that have happened all over the world, you see a lot of the same kind of icons on different continents that look to be like a some sort of a alien or something that's coming from the sky. You see the huge icons that can really only be viewed from up above and made at a time when nobody was up above. What do you make of those? Well, I think that the idea of something that comes down from heaven is definitely a, you know, it's a universal image, it's universal structure.
Starting point is 00:13:04 It has to do with how light is up in the heavens. It has to do with how the stars are like a big clock that structure our world. And that's really important to understand. Now, we have to be careful and not confuse that with the kind of scientific worldview that we live in right now. And so there's a kind of inversion that happened at some point during the Copernican Revolution, where now, you know, how can I say this? It used to be that the Earth was the place in which we stood, and we look at the heavens to kind of to give us meaning.
Starting point is 00:13:36 But now we've changed that. You know, the heavens are as physical and as mechanical as our bodies. And so they're not the spiritual thing. They're not the pattern that helps us, at least when you see it from the scientific point of view, the sun still gives us meaning. You know, it's still cast light on your day. It's still basically structures your entire existence because you comes up in the morning and goes in the evening, you wake up, you go to sleep.
Starting point is 00:14:03 But we have to be careful not to confuse science fiction with spirituality. And I think that that's a big danger. And what do you mean by that? Well, what I mean is, you know, the idea, for example, that there are alien beings outside in the world is far more similar to the ancient story of what we call the Mariners tale, right? Or something like going and discovering a new continent in America. So when we do that, well, now outer space has become something like the ocean, or you see that in. Star Trek, the ocean that you go out and then you explore and you find these new worlds and find these new beings that you had never seen before. And that's very different from, let's say,
Starting point is 00:14:42 a spiritual hierarchy of gods or of angels that are qualitatively different from us, you know, and that are in some ways the beings that provide meaning to smaller beings, you know, like angels are messengers from higher meaning down into us. And so it's, it, what, the reason why I say that is because there will be a great temptation to confuse, If we encounter aliens like extraterrestrial beings, there will be a great temptation to confuse those with the idea of angels or of gods. And we already see people talking about it that way, you know, like as if they have this idea that, you know, the ancient stories of gods and of angels were just extraterrestrial visiting. Correct. Yeah. And you also, I mean, I'll get into this with you later when you come in, but the idea of a gollum. I think we're about to enter the world of a new gollum with AI.
Starting point is 00:15:34 And the old story of Gollum is like, it's unbelievable. It matches today what we're going through. Well, we definitely, I think that humans have had intuition about the notion of artificial life and artificial beings for a very long time. Right. And for sure, the story of the Gollum is a great warning about, you know, how when we try to manipulate intelligence, we try to capture it in, physical terms, how it can, you know, turn against us. There's also that image and revelation of, you know, the beast that the statue that speaks, like if we make this creation of ours speak, then everybody is surprised and can be deluded by it. Yeah. I'm anxious to talk to you. I can't
Starting point is 00:16:16 wait, have a safe flight here. Jonathan, we'll talk to you a little while. Good morning. All right, thanks, Ben. All right, bye-bye. Jonathan Peugeot. He is going to be on the podcast tonight. It's also going to be on a plane in about 10 seconds. It is. It is. You know, it's weird because do you remember the book we talked about years ago called Hitler's Monsters? Oh, yeah. We're repeating that right now.
Starting point is 00:16:39 We are beginning to enter this world where perverse spirituality is starting to take hold. People are looking for meaning and things. There's a bright light that is happening. I think we're at the very beginning of a new Great Awakening. But at the same time,
Starting point is 00:16:59 I mean, it just really freaked me out with Michael Schellenberger yesterday because he's not a guy to, he just doesn't, he doesn't exaggerate. He doesn't chime in on things that he's not sure of. And he made it very clear. I'm not sure. But he's like,
Starting point is 00:17:16 if I had to place my money, I wouldn't place it on China or America, that this is Earth technology. or technology that mankind has. Gosh, that's unbelievable. That's unbelievable. I even know what to think about that. I know.
Starting point is 00:17:32 It's bizarre. I know. But I guess those are the times we're in. Good. Good. Good. We got that going for us. Repeating Hitler's monsters?
Starting point is 00:17:39 Great. Great. We needed a sequel. Yeah. Well, we didn't know the first time. I mean, Nietzsche warned us, but we didn't have, I mean, we can figure this out this time. And I think God gave us a break.
Starting point is 00:17:53 I think it's going to be a quick break, really quick break. But he did give us a break to catch our breath and say, okay, wait, wait, wait, what's really going on? It's going to be everything. Everything should end with this every day. It's going to be interesting to see how we navigate this. Back in just a second. Let me tell you about Rough Greens.
Starting point is 00:18:15 Joseph wrote in about his dog experience with Rough Greens. This is my Beagle is 17 years old, sleeping 20 hours a day. I was afraid he was near death. I tried Rough Greens, and I am amazed. He's wagging his tail again. He's happier. Is food with Rough Greens gone every day? He's eating well, more active.

Starting point is 00:19:26 10 seconds, station ID. So you want to go on a rabbit trail down a rabbit hole? Just Google some of the things that Michael Schellenberg and I were talking about last night on the show. Here he is when I said, are these drones from a foreign power? Now, we had about a 20-minute conversation after the show, but here's what he said during the show. The UAP thing, what do you think? the worst case is that it's an alien life form that we're not really sure of or that it's China. I mean, the best thing is we can find out that it's us.
Starting point is 00:20:14 Okay, good, fine. Why you lied to us, I don't know, but fine. I mean, I'm skeptical that it's a foreign power. I just think it's too aggressive. I mean, when China threatens us, it's in the South China Sea, you know, we haven't caught a single one of these drones, which suggests that it's anomalous, certainly unidentified. I don't think I can't see Iran having this technology.
Starting point is 00:20:40 It does appear to be behaving like other UAPs. And so I'm skeptical that it's a foreign power. It could be the United States government, but then we would have really advanced technology. And there's like, you know, 1947 National Security Act, the Fourth Amendment, there's plenty of things. It would be illegal to be conduct.
Starting point is 00:21:02 a UAP experiment on the American people. So, yeah, look, I mean, I'm, I'm still a person of faith. I still have my faith. I don't imagine that somebody's going to say something that will undermine that. But obviously, there's some concern that if they are in H.I, if they're nonhuman, then there's some sense in which people won't be able to handle it. Oh, you know, we're grownups. We were able to handle the reality.
Starting point is 00:21:26 The earth revolves around the sun. I think we can handle the fact if that is what it is, and we don't know, but if that is what it is we deserve to know. It's our constitutional right to know. Michael, it's going to be an interesting year. Let me ask you. Because I asked him, I said, Trump is saying that he's going to come out with what it is on Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:21:48 And he seems very nonchalant about it. And he said, yeah, that's the one thing I can't figure out. He said, if he does know, you know, it's either the United States breaking the law or it's China telling us don't even think about Taiwan or it's, you know, non-human. And all three of those are disturbing. And he said Trump is just taking this very casually. But I'm not sure if Donald Trump knows yet as the president. He says he does, but does he?
Starting point is 00:22:23 I don't know. And if it is, are we going to get the true? I think so. The way Donald Trump is going to. to really solidify a bigger base is to just come out with all the facts on everything. Just say them. Here they are. Here are the documents.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Here's what it is. And I think people will actually appreciate that now. I mean, I don't know. If there is some weird interdimensional alien force coming down here, it would explain the Tim Wall's pick. It would explain him as an individual. This is. Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:23:02 All right, I want to talk about legacy, what we're leaving behind for our children. Right now, we are leaving them country that is in really bad shape, really bad shape. I don't think people understand that the economy is going to get worse before it gets better interest rates are going to go up. They already are starting to go up, creep up, and it is, it's not good.
Starting point is 00:23:28 It's not good. We've done so much damage over the last 25 years, and this last administration has been crazy, and we'll have $51 trillion in debt if we keep doing this by 2028. Not good. Call Lear Capital today. $800957 gold, get your free gold ownership kit and a special report, $4,400 gold ahead. I'm writing just a little radio kind of drama, 10 episode drama right now. for fun. I don't know if we're going to release it, but if we do, it's about this.
Starting point is 00:24:02 It's about why you have to have gold or something because what happens when the dollar collapses? It's not Venezuela. It's America. What happens? Don't get caught with your pants down. 800-957 gold. 800-957 gold. Go there now. Subscribe to Blaze TV. We've got the inauguration coverage coming up. It's going to be a little different than what you might get on MSNBC. It's blaishtiv.com slash Glenn. Promocode Glet. Welcome to the Glebeck program.
Starting point is 00:24:46 So yesterday in the hearings, it went really, really well. Pambandi was great. I honestly don't know how these people stand it, you know? When they're like, are you going to live within the law? Are you going to show up and make sure that people show
Starting point is 00:25:02 up if they have been subpoenaed by Congress? Are you kidding me? I was just waiting for Pambandi. I mean, I want one of them to just do this. Just sit there at the desk and then when they ask a question about what you're going to do. And do you find that to be remarkably un-American? Then just sit there and hold up a mirror.
Starting point is 00:25:25 I don't know. Why don't you ask that guy? You know what I mean? It's like. That would be a fun moment. Oh, my gosh. The exchanges that they had yesterday. The temptation to be snarky and sarcastic and yell at them.
Starting point is 00:25:42 Must be incredibly intense for these people. But you can't do that. You have to do the opposite. Right. You have to sit there and take all the questions and ask them as if you think their actual honest question. Answer them as if you think they're actually honest questions. It's got to be torture. Let me just, I mean, this was torture.
Starting point is 00:26:01 Maybe for Adam Schiff, not for, not for you. So let me play cut four. Here's Pambani with Adam Schiff. It has called for it publicly. You are aware of that, aren't you? No one has asked me to. investigate. But the president has called, the president has called, you know what we should be worried about? Ms. Bondi, please answer my questions. You are aware of the roof. Ms. Bondi,
Starting point is 00:26:22 your robberies are 87% higher than the national average. My question is this. That's what I want to be focused on. Do you have the power to say no to the president? And what you're suggesting today by your non-answer is you don't have the independence to say no to the president. So let me ask you a different question also requires you if you're going to be a good attorney general to be able to tell hard truths to the president. So my questions now are, can you tell hard truth to the president? So let me start with an easy truth that you could speak to the president. Can you tell us, can you tell him that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election? Can you say that? You have the independence to say that. You have the gravitas, the stature, the intestinal fortitude to say, Donald Trump,
Starting point is 00:27:08 you lost the 2020 election. Can you tell us that here today? Senator, what I can tell you is I will never play politics. You're trying to engage me in a gotcha. I won't just ask me a simple question. I won't play politics with any ongoing investigation. So let me ask you another. Reming your colleague, Devin Nunes's memo. If you could be able to review hundreds of cases on day one, I will look at every file. I am asked to look at. So will you advise the president? Can I answer the question? Well, my question is. I would have plenty of staff. You said, of course you want. You'll be able to review hundreds of cases in her stay. I'm not going to
Starting point is 00:27:41 mislead this body, nor you. All right, let me ask another question. You don't want to ask that. You were censured by Congress, Senator, for comments just like this that are so reckless. Oh my. Fun. Yeah, I don't think they're going to just lay down and take it. I just don't think this administration with the people that we've seen. Do you hear Marco Rubio yesterday? Marco Rubio was also like, what the cut three, Marco Rubio. If we stay on the road we're on right now in less than 10 years, virtually everything that matters to us in life will depend on whether China will allow us to have it or not. Everything from the blood pressure medicine we take to what movies we get to watch
Starting point is 00:28:26 and everything in between, we will depend on China for it. They have come to dominate the critical mineral industry supplies throughout the world. everywhere in the world, they've now established critical mineral rights. Even those who want to see more electric cars, no matter where you make them, those batteries are almost entirely dependent on the ability of the Chinese and the willingness of the Chinese Communist Party to produce it and export it to you. So if we don't change course, we are going to live in a world where much of what matters to us on a daily basis, from our security to our health,
Starting point is 00:28:55 will be dependent on whether the Chinese allow us to have it or not. That's an unacceptable outcome. Mike drop Look at the difference between what he just said And what our State Department's been saying about China We've been pussy footing around And there's just no more pussy footing It's just it's not going to happen
Starting point is 00:29:15 Yeah, no, it's true And you know, you like to see the pushback You like to see someone taking an actually A strong stand that seems like it aligns with common sense Which I would argue both of those people were I mean Bondi in particular That exchange with Adam Schiff is a really good reminder. We talked about this yesterday. Will California wake up? They just elected Adam Schiff to the Senate.
Starting point is 00:29:37 I know. So you want to talk about if it, I don't know. If anything can change that state, maybe it's these horrible tragedies, but they're months away from putting Adam Schiff in the Senate. That is a remarkable transformation if they can make it. Yeah, but we're four days away from this. I'm just, I'm just saying, the world can change quickly. It can. It does seem to be at least at some level. I just, it's a heavy lift in California. So let's talk about this deal in the Middle East. Here is, and remember, the State Department is ground zero for everything bad in the world.
Starting point is 00:30:28 I mean, honestly, I think Marco Rubio should go in and he should fire everyone on the seventh floor, maybe the six. Just fire them all. You're all gone. I don't care. If some of you are good, I don't have time to sort it out. You're all gone. Because it has been out of control since really FDR. And they think that they're in charge of the world. And it is the State Department that has brought us these endless wars and everything else. They got to go. They all have to go. So with that in mind, listen to the State Department's spokesperson on the Hamas deal. Listen to this. When it comes to the involvement of President-elect Trump's team, it has been absolutely critical in getting this deal over the line. And it's been critical because, obviously, as I stand here today, this administration's term and office will expire in five days. And one of the things that we have always said about this deal is that when you get from stage one to stage two, that the United States, Egypt and Qatar are the guarantors of this deal. And Egypt and Qatar will push Hamas to stay at the
Starting point is 00:31:35 bargaining table and to get from stage one to stage two. And the United States will push Israel to stay at the bargaining table to get from phase one and phase two. So obviously those are promises we cannot make on behalf of the United States for any longer than the next five days. And so it's critical that all of the parties to the agreement and the other mediators see that when the United States is in the room making commitments. Those are lasting commitments that extend beyond this administration into the next one. Okay, so stop. There are longstanding commitments that will they will go long past the five days. Well, they didn't even make it today too. Overnight, this deal has started to fall apart. And it started to fall apart with Benjamin and Yahoo and the
Starting point is 00:32:20 Israelis. Okay. Well, wait, I thought that's the critical role that Donald Trump was playing. That's what he just said. We can bring Benjamin Antin Yahoo and Israel to the table. Well, Benjamin Netanyahu did not go to the table under Biden. Didn't come to the table. No, Hamas
Starting point is 00:32:40 didn't come to the table because of Biden. This is all happened because Donald Trump said this. Cut one. I think they heard him loud and clear. Better get done by the inaugural. But when you say all hell must be paid or that all hell must be paid.
Starting point is 00:32:55 They don't release the hostages, don't you? Do I have to define it for you? All hell will break out. If those hostages aren't back, I don't want to hurt your negotiation. If they're not back by the time I get into office, all hell will break out in the Middle East. And it will not be good for Hamas. Okay. So wait, how is Donald Trump responsible for a deal that looks like it's really good for Hamas and not good for Israel?
Starting point is 00:33:23 All hell will break loose. this is the only reason why they're talking. And Joe Biden, eager to make a deal, made a deal that's good for Hamas, not Israel. So that's falling apart right now. The deal's falling apart already? Yeah, fell apart overnight. It looks like it's not holding. Well, because, I mean, it is obviously has some good in it for Israel and potentially America, right?
Starting point is 00:33:49 With potentially American hostages released. But potentially, we don't know. But it's something like. 33 for a thousand or something of that. Yeah. As always with these deals, it's heavily favors. Correct. And it leaves Hamas in power, all kinds of things that are bad for Israel.
Starting point is 00:34:07 It is not, it does not end the war, though, right? It is a ceasefire. Okay. So, yeah, that's important. So Donald Trump is the reason why something will happen. Okay. Biden has not been able to make a deal, get them at the table. He can make a deal now.
Starting point is 00:34:25 but it's a Biden deal, a bad deal. He can make that deal with them right now because they all know, Daddy's coming home. We better stop our bickering because Daddy's going to solve it and I'm not sure we're going to like the solution coming from Daddy.
Starting point is 00:34:44 So they try to get into a deal. Notice if the Israelis are the ones pulling out, you don't think Benjamin Netanyahu is just springing that on Donald Trump. he's not just like Donald Trump's not getting up today going, wait, the deal fell apart. Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli Knesset don't want to deal with that. What happened? Uh-uh.
Starting point is 00:35:05 They were on the phone with him. So he knows that. This is, no matter what the White House tries to do and rope him in, this is not his deal. It's moving because of him, but that's all. And I take him seriously when he said, I mean, let's talk about this. in a week. Let's talk about this next Friday. Where will this story be next Friday? Because I don't think it will be here.
Starting point is 00:35:37 You'll notice he said, make a deal before I even get into office. There's going to be a lot of talk with Hamas on what exactly they have to do and what the ramifications are. because I would not put it past Donald Trump by Monday evening drones to be flying over Hamas. He will release hell on them. He is a guy that keeps his word because he knows if I don't, then I'm known as somebody who just bluffs. And I'm not going to do that because that puts the United States into real trouble. and he's been real clear on this over and over and over again. Hell will be paid if you don't release the hostages by the time I'm in office.
Starting point is 00:36:33 So we'll see exactly what is coming on. By the way, we're going to talk about China and what's going on with China. Because there's some interesting things going on with China. Is China preparing for war? Is China falling apart? What is the truth? Gordon Chang is going to be with us. China, he says, is going to war.
Starting point is 00:37:00 And the Panama Canal could trigger that war. It's really important to understand the Panama Canal, especially since Donald Trump is getting in next week. What does it mean Gordon Chang is going to be talking about that here in just a few minutes first? Exactly how far into an emergency situation do you have? to get before you think, wow, Glenn was right. Should have prepared for this. We've talked for a while about a crime the FBI calls house stealing. It's also known as title fraud. And whether you own any property or your title and, you know, the hard-earned equity that you've built, whatever it is, it's at serious risk because of this. It's a fast-growing crime. And it's a very serious.
Starting point is 00:39:01 problem for property owners. In fact, in California, a district attorney recently stated that known title fraud, which is just a fraction of it, over the past year and a half, jumped from zero to almost 80 in one little tiny county. So how do these criminals do it? They first find your home's title online. They print out documents to transfer ownership, and then they forge your signature. They file it then with the local recorder's office, and they get the ownership of your home transferred out of your name into theirs. It's literally all it takes. for your property become their property, and then they can do whatever they want with it. Even if you're still living in it, they're making money off of, you know, fraudulent loans and such.

Gordon Chang, I've followed for a very long time, and we don't always agree on everything. He has said for a long time that China is going to fold.
Starting point is 00:40:39 it's on the economic edge, and it is on the economic edge. But when you're on the economic edge, sometimes you are backed into a corner. And an animal backed into a corner is never good. I'm having him on because he's now saying that China could take down. In fact, he said, if I quote, they're going to take down our grid. They're going to take down everything we have. We are going to be like an 1850s country without the things that we've been accustomed to, all of the things that operate in our country. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:41:16 That sounds pretty dire. He also said what happened to the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore is going to happen to the Panama Canal. He says that that is strategic to them and will be the start of the next World War. Will it start in the Panama Canal? was the name of his article for Newsweek. People are not paying attention to the Panama Canal. Over the summer, the president said to me, and I didn't know anything about the Panama Canal,
Starting point is 00:41:47 and he said to me, you know, the real crisis, the real choke point is the Panama Canal. And I said, oh, yeah. He said, really? And he said, yeah, do your homework on the Panama Canal that's going to play a very important role in 2025. He said that to me months ago. and I started looking into it and I'm like, he's right. He's right. I mean, he is way ahead. They have positioned companies and companies are all part, especially in wartime. They become representatives of the Communist Chinese Party and military. And they have their companies run both the mouth and the exit, if you will, of the
Starting point is 00:42:33 Panama Canal, and they have companies all the way along. They could take that thing quickly if they wanted to. What do we do about it? I don't know. How much of a threat is it? I don't know. Gordon Chang says a big threat. But he is also on record saying they're so close to collapse.
Starting point is 00:42:54 So which is it? Are they stronger than we think? or a tiger backed into a corner ready to do something to galvanize their society, which is what I think. They need some sort of nationalistic movement because their society is starting to revolt against the Chinese Communist Party. We'll talk about that. Gordon Chang next. This is Glenn Beck. Let's talk about Patriot Mobile. So we won the last election.
Starting point is 00:43:29 That's great news. But this is the start of the journey, as you know. We have to rebuild. We have to have him just plowing through a lot of stuff. And this week has given me confidence that he's putting the team around him that he needs. Now, part of this means continuing to build the parallel economy, doing our part. And I want you consider switching your cell service to Patriot Mobile. Why?
Starting point is 00:43:51 Because they are a vital part of that parallel economy. They are vital to absolutely everything that is. is happening in your local community. Biennue at board of Vyarai. Embarked and profite. Embarked and relaxe. Ciro t'oeuquin. Oh, so see. And profite. Via Rae. The voice that we love. So I want you to be prepared for some of the things that are going to happen because some of them are going to happen quickly.
Starting point is 00:46:00 First of all, the Israeli Hamas deal has fallen through. What a surprise. Donald Trump is the reason why they came to the table. But this is still a Biden deal. But he was very, very, very clear. This has to be done before I get into office. If those hostages aren't returned by the time I get into office, there will be hell to pay.
Starting point is 00:46:21 And he is a guy who makes promises. He doesn't threat. He makes promises. One of the things he told me over the summer before he was, elected, he said, Glenn, I have to tell you, one of the places you really have to keep your eye on is the Panama Canal. And I thought it was just because, you know, we were getting screwed by the Panama Canal, blah, blah, blah. But that's not it. As I started looking into it, that thing is run by China. And China has operatives up and down at the mouth and the butt end of the Panama Canal. It all
Starting point is 00:46:56 runs through China. That's not a good thing, especially if China is going to war. Now, Gordon Chang, he is a guy who has been talking about China his whole life. He is really, really astute on this. He has said for a long time that China is a paper-tight tiger in some ways, that it is in such financial trouble. And it turns out he's right. They are in deep financial trouble, but have they now been?
Starting point is 00:47:26 backed into a corner. He now says China is going to war and it will be the Panama Canal. True? Gordon Chang is here to talk about China in 60 seconds. First, let me tell you about American financing. I want you to think about what it would look like to be out of debt, especially all the high interest stuff. I warn you, interest rates are going to go up. Things are going to get worse before they get better. So now is the time to get out of that high interest debt if you have huge credit card debt. Last year, it was about $836 every month that any listener that came from this show saved. That's like a $10,000 raise. So please just see if you can be helped and get out of debt. Call 800906 2440 for details about credit costs and terms. Okay. Thank you very much. All right. Gordon Chang is with us now. Author of China is going to war. Gordon, welcome to the program. How are you?
Starting point is 00:48:57 I'm fine, thanks, Glenn, and thank you so much. Yeah, I've wanted to talk to you about the Panama Canal. There's a lot of things I want to talk to you about with China. You know, you have been saying for a long time, China is a paper tiger. They've got, you know, real problems with their economy, which is proven to be absolutely right. They're in real trouble, which kind of makes me nervous because when somebody is backed into a corner and because of their economy, they're starting to have uprisings, or at least people vocalizing that we're not with everything that China is doing. They're going broke.
Starting point is 00:49:35 They're losing all of the money they've put towards housing, et cetera, et cetera. They need some sort of a nationalistic kind of move to galvanize the population behind the party. At least that's the way I look at it. Do you think that's accurate and what is coming? Yeah, Xi Jinping clearly needs a war. And the reason is that he is being held responsible for China's simultaneous crises, which is not just a crumbling economy, but it's also, as you point out, plunging property prices. That's really important because 70% of the wealth of the Chinese middle class is in property, and they're losing double digits every year. But you go through the list of all the problems, and C knows that the only way out for him is a misadventure abroad. And I think he wants it for one primary reason. And that is, if he has a war, he prevents other Communist Party leaders from challenging him and deposing him because he knows that they can't move against him in a warlike situation. With the Chinese people, I suppose he wants to galvanize him, but we've got to remember that the Chinese people right now are really unhappy.
Starting point is 00:50:48 They don't want a war. They just want peace and prosperity. They know the Communist Party is responsible for taking away those two things, and they're not very happy right now. So a couple of weeks ago I did a show on what I thought might happen in 2025, and one of them was China's going to war. But I thought it would be something that was not the Panama Canal. It would be something where we wouldn't get involved, but it would help them and their people, so they would go into one of the countries around them. and just take it and go to war.
Starting point is 00:51:23 Do you think that's likely or more likely it's going to be something big? Well, right now, we've got proxy wars that China is waging in Ukraine, North Africa, and in the Middle East, in Israel. So one more war looks like global conflict, World War III. So anything can happen, Glenn, and so we have to be prepared for anything at any place at any time. I think that Xi Jinping is going to stumble into a war someplace in East Asia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, something like that. But the first sign that we will have of a war could be an incident in the Panama Canal because the Chinese want to prevent the U.S. Navy from taking ships and submarines from the Atlantic Fleet to the Pacific Fleet. So we may know about this first, and this war may start in our own hemisphere. And you've written that you think that an accident.
Starting point is 00:52:19 quote unquote accident, something that like what happened at the Francis Scott Keybridge, where something just goes wrong with a ship and then just destroys the Panama Canal for at least a few days. Is that what you think, how it would begin? Yes. There are any number of ways for China to do that. So, for instance, they could take a ship, they could ram one of the locks, they could scuttle it in the Calibra cut, which is a narrow portion of the canal. they can also take down a bridge. They're building the fourth bridge over the canal. They can design that bridge to come down easily, or they can construct it so that it falls apart. These are things that we've got to be worried about
Starting point is 00:53:03 because the Chinese have a thorough knowledge of, and they've penetrated Panama, so they know what to do. You know, one thing that we learned in New Orleans on New Year's Day, and that is when you have a determined adversary, who knows a lot about the territory, the places crowded, it's very difficult to prevent a terrorist act. It's the same thing with the Panama Canal. The Chinese are there.
Starting point is 00:53:29 They've thoroughly penetrated everything. They know what to do. Yes, we can think about contingencies, but the Chinese will be one step ahead of us. So explain to people because China says they're not there, but there's, what is it, C.K. Hutchinson or something like that, a company that was from Hong Kong, has been there for a long time. And they're saying, no, that's not the Chinese. Explain what they actually have in assets there.
Starting point is 00:53:58 They have, well, you talk about Hutchison. They've got ports at both ends of the canal, at Balboa on the Pacific end and San Cristobal on the Atlantic side. But they've also got Chinese state enterprises there. When Laura Hutchinson, who was headed, of U.S. Southern Command in the middle of 2022, she flew over the canal and she pointed out all of the Chinese civilian, quote-unquote, operations. She said they were dual use. They would be turned into military facilities at a time of war. Now, Hutchison is a private Hong Kong company, but the point is, in the People's Republic, no company, regardless of ownership, can disobey an order of the Communist Party. So Hutchison port operations in the Panama Canal Zone,
Starting point is 00:54:46 will be military bases, as will other Chinese facilities in the area. So what does Donald Trump, I mean, when he told me this, and I started looking into the Panama Canal, he told me this months ago, and he said, do your homework, and I did. And I saw him as somebody who actually knows what's going on and cares about the country and was way ahead. what does he what does he have to do because people are poo-pooing everything he's saying about the Panama oh he wants a war in
Starting point is 00:55:23 Panama no he doesn't he just doesn't want that canal to block everything we need in case there is a war what does he have to do it's going to be very difficult but I'm sure Trump can do it and one of the things is we've got to make sure
Starting point is 00:55:38 that China doesn't have port operations in the canal zone which means Panama expropriating them that means we need to have American businesses who are willing to take it over. Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. How do they do that? Didn't they just sign a big contract? They renewed for 25 years.
Starting point is 00:55:56 Yeah. Franchise for both of those port operations. But a country can expropriate. They can void contracts. We can do it. China can do it. Any country has a sovereign right to do it. So does Panama.
Starting point is 00:56:08 And we've got to convince Panama that it is in their interest to do that. So we've got to get the Chinese. businesses out of the canal zone. Not easy. It's going to take a lot of effort, but when you know what the problem is and you're determined to protect the United States, you can do it. The other thing, and this is last resort, and that is that when we turned over the Panama Canal to Panama, there were two treaties. One of them is called the Neutrality Treaty, which is the treaty that survives, still in existence. We believe the United States. States, when we ratified that, we had a reservation that allowed the U.S. military to move
Starting point is 00:56:49 into the canal zone to protect it from a third country. So that is our ultimate card. Panama won't like that, but there's nothing they can do about it. So clearly, we've got a lot of cards to play, but hopefully we don't have to use that one. Right. You wouldn't necessarily use that if we convince Panama, cancel those leases, right? Absolutely. And we've got to make sure that American businesses are interested in alive to the possibilities of actually doing business and making profits in places like Central America, South America, Africa.
Starting point is 00:57:27 American businesses have, I think, made poor business decisions in allowing those regions to be taken over by the Chinese. We have a strong diplomatic presence in Latin America. These are things that we need to do. And by the way, it's also the Caribbean. Just to give you an example, talking about port operations. China has a port operation 87 miles east of Palm Beach, Florida. That's in Freeport in the Bahamas.
Starting point is 00:57:54 That container port could be turned into a naval base in an instant. So we really need to make sure that we look at all of these Chinese port operations. in our hemisphere. They've got 40 of them, Glenn, 40. I will tell you, Gordon, I look at what's happening, and again, I credit Donald Trump for bringing attention to this in a global sort of way. It feels as though we are possibly headed towards a kind of a Cuban missile crisis moment. Well, funny you mentioned that, because in Cuba, China has taken over the Soviet listening posts. And China has at least...
Starting point is 00:58:39 Oh, we lost him. Hello? Let's get him back on. Let me take a quick one-minute break. Be back in just a second. More with Gordon Chang. Lear Capital, silver might be about to shoot up in price. It is vital in production of solar panels and electric cars. And the demand for it has already been rising and continues to rise day after day.
Starting point is 00:59:00 But now India is looking at doubling their silver import over the course of this year. They've lowered the import duties by more than half since July of last year. I've been telling you gold and silver for a long time. I've been telling you gold is relatively cheap in comparison. Silver is something that is absolutely going to be needed. It is something the average person can get into. And with the way our dollar is going, gosh, we go into a world war with China. It's not going to be good, especially for our dollar.
Starting point is 00:59:35 We have no anything left. We have no gold. Please. Lear Capital. Please back yourself up. Do what our Fed should be doing. Do what our Treasury should be doing. Do what the Treasuries and the Central Banks all around the world are doing by reinforcing what you have with gold or silver.
Starting point is 00:59:57 800-9-57 gold. 800-9-57 gold. Get your free ownership kit and a special report. $4,400 gold ahead. Just call them, ask for it. Ask how you can also get up to $15,000 in bonus gold with qualifying purchases. $800957 gold. That's $800957 gold. Call them today. 10 seconds. Station ID. So, Gordon, we lost you a minute ago. You were talking about the listening post of that former Soviet that now has gone to China in Cuba. a base that China is building. They say it's a training facility
Starting point is 01:00:50 turned into a full military base, and China could easily bring missiles. Okay, hang on just a second. Let's disconnect with Gordon. Try to get one more chance at this line. You know what problem is? Chinese technology on these phone lines. No, that's all-American.
Starting point is 01:01:10 Oh, we did it. We did it. We stopped them from doing it, so it's good old American. It is, you know, we haven't even talked about the drones yet. I don't know what is approach on the drones. is, but some people think that is China saying to America, don't even try to stop us. We're going to be making some moves here and don't even try to stop us.
Starting point is 01:01:32 You know, we didn't bring a single one down. I'm not sure we could have brought a single one of the actual concerning drones. You know, some of them were, you know, drones that you could, you could buy and we know about. but the ones that are operating differently, we didn't bring a single one down. I don't even know if we tried, though. Gordon, are you there? I'm here. Okay, good, good, good. Okay, so you were talking about now maybe China could move missiles into Cuba.
Starting point is 01:02:03 Yes, because, you know, the Soviets did it. The Chinese could easily do it. They don't really respect the United States. They certainly haven't during the Biden administration. Right. Hopefully under Trump, they would have second thoughts. But right now, Xi Jinping is extremely arrogant. And as you pointed out in the beginning, he is desperate.
Starting point is 01:02:25 So I was talking to Donald Trump. This must have been, I don't know, about a year ago. And he said, you know, I was meeting with Xi Jinping when he was president last time. And he said, we were having dinner at Mar-a-Lago the day they killed the Soleimani. And he said, I had it. I had him at dinner. and I planned it so I could walk away and say, excuse me, I have to take care of something. He said, then I came back after we killed Soleimani.
Starting point is 01:02:54 And he said, yeah, I just, sorry, we just had to kill General Soleimani. And Xi Jinping was, you know, kind of taken back by that. And he said, yeah, you know, just got to take care of business. And then they started talking. And Donald Trump, they were talking about something. And he said, you don't ever want to do that. Just don't even think about it, Xi Jinping, because I will, you know, I can make Beijing disappear. And he said he laughed. The Chinese president laughed and then kind of stopped laughing.
Starting point is 01:03:25 And Donald Trump just smiled at him and left him with the with the thought, gosh, this guy might just do that. I'm not sure if he was joking or not. I mean, he plays hardball. Do they respect him? I think they do. And the tone was set in April 2017 when Xi Jinping first met Trump as president. And that's when at Moralongo, where you have Trump standing up at dinner and saying he had just launched 59 missiles in Syria, which happens to be a Chinese friend, and Xi Jinping was flummoxed. So that's another story of Trump playing power politics. And it worked, because Xi Jinping was relatively well-behaved during the four years of Trump. Yes. He certainly wasn't well-behaved during Biden's four years.
Starting point is 01:04:14 I heard a story last night that said that China didn't talk to the United States for several months after we blew their balloon out of the sky. And I'm like, we should have been the ones pissed, not them. What's that all about? You know, and that's an important point because the State Department, after we shot the balloon as it crossed into the Atlantic, desperately tried to reestablish communications with China. And that's wrong. I mean, American diplomats have been doing that for decades, and it's not produced good results for us. You know, we should make the Chinese come to us and beg for discussion. We shouldn't be going to the Chinese and saying, we want to talk to you because that's all wrong, because the Chinese are doing engaged in very bad behavior, and then we end up looking craven. I've got to, I hate to do this to you now, who we've lost you so many times, but I've got to take a break here in a second.
Starting point is 01:05:12 but I want to come back and talk to you about the drones and what you think those are. I was talking to somebody the other day and they said, well, they think this is China warning the Americans that we're going to take Taiwan or whatever it is and don't mess with us. But I think that almost defies logic that they would be that far ahead of the United States. Why would you be stealing our, you know, our plans for our, you know, our military jets if you can do that? Does that make sense to you? Yeah, I understand what you're saying. The drones are a little bit complicated because there are a lot of different drones and there are different explanations for each set of them. Okay.
Starting point is 01:05:55 All right. So let's come back to that. If you can hang on just a second. We'll come back with Gordon Chang. He has a book that is out now. China is going to war. I think he's right. is something we
Starting point is 01:06:09 you know we all think well China doesn't want war yet I think they're backed into a corner and I think they do want war Xi Jinping needs it to survive Gordon Chang more in a minute this is Glenn Beck
Starting point is 01:06:27 so Jane 71 and she had pain in her knees and her right arm for a few years constantly dragging her down nothing she tried help and she started to think she was going to have to deal with the pain for the rest of her life. But that's when she heard me talking about Relief Factor and decided to give it a try. The good news is her pain went away within a couple of weeks. Jane got her life back and so could you.

It's not going to work for you, most likely. But if you see any difference, keep taking it because it'll get better and better. Starting point is 01:07:38 It's relieffactor.com. Sign up for Blaze TV. Just go to blazTV.com slash Glenn. Use the promo code Glenn. Get 20 bucks off your subscription to Blaze TV. Ron DeSantis has just announced the pick for Rubio's Senate speech, his pick. It is Ashley Moody. She's the Florida Attorney General.
Starting point is 01:08:19 She is fantastic. I have met her. I think she's really, really strong. You know, he's talking about immigration, cash crunch, getting rid of the money printing, downsizing the government, abolishing departments in the national government and restore constitutional order. And he says she is the one to do it. I've got to go back and look at my notes on her.
Starting point is 01:08:46 But I met her probably a year ago because I was concerned who. Who's going to replace you, Governor DeSantis? And he said, I'd like you to meet our attorney general. She's really good. Interesting. Yeah, yeah. So Gordon Chang is with us. He is the author of China is going to war.
Starting point is 01:09:06 You can follow him on Twitter at Gordon G. Chang. His website is g.chang.com. We've been talking about the Panama Canal and the disorder that Xi Jinping has in his own country, the unrest that he has. has can't happen in a communist country that's not good. But I want to talk to you, Gordon, now about the drones, because the drones were a big deal before the holiday. And now all of a sudden just nobody's talking about it. And I think it's important that we paid attention to those drones.
Starting point is 01:09:41 What do you think they were and do you think China was involved? Well, China is involved in some of the drone incidents. And we know that. So, for instance, a Chinese national flew a drone through Vandenberg Space Force Base at the time of expected launches. So that clearly was China. Also, there have been drone incursions in other military facilities in the U.S. Some of them were China. Some of them could only have been China.
Starting point is 01:10:10 In the category of it could only have been in China was Langley Air Force Base where there was a series of drone incursions. These incursions were far too organized to be hobbyists. The drones were far too large to be hobbyist drones. China was involved there. Over my great state of New Jersey, there have been a lot of drones, and I'm sure there are a lot of different explanations for different drones, but there is one thing the Pentagon and the Biden administration has refused to deal with. And that is drones entered U.S. territorial airspace from the Atlantic Ocean.
Starting point is 01:10:46 those could not have been domestic drones. The Pentagon said that they were. I don't think so. So clearly some foreign power was doing this. We know that some people in my state think it was Iran, but if Iran was doing this, Glenn, it had to have been doing it with the approval and the support of China. Because Iran does not have the capability to do that on its own.
Starting point is 01:11:10 Correct. So Donald Trump says he knows what it is, and he doesn't know why the government won't announce what it is. It makes sense to me that some of these drones are coming from a foreign power, but it's awfully provocative. But if you're going to do that, the time to do it is under Biden because he, you know, he ran like a little girl after we shot down the balloon begging them for forgiveness. We're so sorry.
Starting point is 01:11:40 We're so sorry. Excuse me. It's the kind of he's the. kind of guy that would allow them to cross into our airspace and do whatever reconnaissance they want to do. That's really bad. Have we ever done anything like that to China? No, certainly not. We have always tried to encourage China into responsible behavior, even though the Chinese were engaged in extremely bad conduct. And certainly during the Biden years, he was trying to be as nice as possible to Beijing
Starting point is 01:12:15 because he thought that would entice the Chinese into reciprocal good behavior but as we know the Chinese just took advantage of that and saw him as weak and they pressed the advantage what should Trump do if that indeed some of those drones were Chinese I mean that that is in in other times that would have been almost an act of war
Starting point is 01:12:39 if not an act of war you don't do that You're violating our airspace and flying over our most sensitive air bases. Well, it is an active war, especially in these circumstances. And I think what Trump should do is to start imposing asymmetrical costs. Because we don't want to fly a balloon over China. And we don't have the balloons to fly over China. But we don't want to do something like that. What we want to do is make them hurt.
Starting point is 01:13:08 And the way to do that is what Trump has been already talking about, which are tariffs. Tariffs would certainly drive the Chinese economy into an even more desperate situation. I think the Chinese would understand that they cannot continue that. So there are things that we, all sorts of things that we can do to make sure that China engages in much better behavior towards the United States. So who is in the driver's seat? Us or China?
Starting point is 01:13:34 I mean, they're making 80% of all of our non-name brand drugs. I mean, that's, we're in trouble if they cut us off. That's the one area where I worry the most about. You know, I think that, you know, if you go back to the last months of the first Trump term, Trump actually had implemented a plan to bring pharmaceutical manufacturing back to the United States. He had a $750 million loan program to Eastman Kodak to make APIs, active pharmaceutical ingredients. That plan was executed poorly, but I think that given another term, he would be able to come up with even better ways to do with this. And so I think that we can eliminate that vulnerability to China.
Starting point is 01:14:26 We absolutely have to do it, Glenn. Are we at war with China in the next 12 months? Your prediction? I don't think they're going to take Trump on in the next 12 months. I think they could easily stumble into war in East Asia. I hope to God that they won't. But right now is a time where the Chinese regime is desperate and Xi Jinping is desperate because he knows that he has probably no way out other than to engage in some sort of hostile behavior towards a neighbor. Could be Taiwan, but more likely the Philippines.
Starting point is 01:15:04 It's anyone's guess, though, because there are any number of targets that Xi Jinping has already been going after in various ways. Gordon Chang, thank you very much. China is going to war as the name of the book, and you can follow him on Twitter. His handle is at Gordon G. Chang. At Gordon G. Chang. Gordon, as always, thank you very much. Good to talk to you.
Starting point is 01:15:26 Well, thank you, Glenn. I'm so happy you're raising these issues because they're critical to the United States right now. I know, and I don't think people understand. You know, it's really weird that the mainstream media is focusing on Donald Trump is going to send troops into Greenland. No, he's not. Can you focus on the Panama Canal and China? That's a real threat, not us sending troops into Canada or Greenland. It's insane. Yeah, you know, Greenland is a China issue,
Starting point is 01:16:02 by the way. As Georgia O Maloney, the Italian Prime Minister said last week, this Greenland talk is all it's all what it's all about Beijing it's all about China because of the resources there because of the resources there because China and Russia are cooperating in the Arctic trying to push out
Starting point is 01:16:24 the United States and Canada it's all about China boy I really sincerely hope the press will someday get a clue and start talking about the things that actually matter I was, that's the one thing when he started talking about the Panama Canal that I took away from.
Starting point is 01:16:43 And I thought this guy is actually, he's not talking about paper tigers. He's not talking about politics. He's talking about something that actually is important that nobody's paying attention to. So, Gordon, thank you. God bless. Well, thank you, glad. You bet. Gordon G. Chang is Twitter handle at, at X.
Starting point is 01:17:03 All right. Let me tell you about Z Factor. We are a relief factor family, quite a. honestly, I take relief factor. My wife takes relief factor for inflammation. But we also use Z Factor. It's another product from Relief Factor. It was developed by the same doctors of Relief Factor.
Starting point is 01:17:19 Z Factor uses a formula of all four natural ingredients to calm your mind and relax your body. I have to tell you, I wasn't, you know, I have such a bad reaction to hippies that anything natural really has graded against me. and it's all because of the damn hippies that destroyed our lives, you know, back in the 60s and 70s and just will not release their grip, Nancy Pelosi. So I'm not, you know, I'm not in, but I am really changing. There is something wrong with our society, and I think it comes from overmedication is one of them.
Starting point is 01:17:59 Possibly our food is another one. Z Factor is all natural. And it can help you ease into sleep faster and sleep, right through the night. You know, the nice thing about it is, you know, unlike the pharmaceuticals that put you to sleep, you'll remember what you did the day after. If you're looking for a better night's sleep, you're looking to catch some Zs, try the right formula.
Starting point is 01:18:25 It's Z Factor. Z Factor. You're going to enjoy 46% savings right now, just 1995 for a 30-day supply. Just try it. Relieffactor.com, Relieffactor.com. Relieffactor.com or 1-800 for relief. 1-800, the number four. Relief.
Starting point is 01:18:42 There you have it. The truth. Stripped down like a fence post in a prairie storm. Glenn Beck returns after this. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Still want to play a little game. I'm going to give you some names. And you tell me if they are Republican and Democrat.
Starting point is 01:19:16 I want you to keep score. Oh, okay. And I also want you to. to just keep track and we'll talk about it after, which how many of them are real conservatives and how many are rhinos? So I need multiple scorecards here as we do this? No, you just need Democrat, Republican, and rhinos. Okay.
Starting point is 01:19:35 Okay. So count the rhinos in the Republicans as well. Okay. You got it? I'll try. All right. David Rouser. Okay.
Starting point is 01:19:45 He's a Republican. Debbie Schultz. Democrat. Ron Wyden. Democrat. Roger Williams Republican Make sure you remember
Starting point is 01:19:56 if you mark a Republican Yeah That's going to be your tougher one I know Morgan McGarvey Democrat Larry Bushan Republican Pete Sessions
Starting point is 01:20:10 Republican Susan Collins Republican That has gotten a little easier Secondary Yeah David Kustoff Republican
Starting point is 01:20:19 Nancy Pelosi I'm pretty sure she's independent. Democrat. Ann Wagner. And Wagner is a Republican. Tom, Tom Suozzi. Democrat. Dan Crenshaw.
Starting point is 01:20:33 Republican. Kathy Manning. Democrat? Dan Sullivan. Republican. Seth Moulton. Democrat. Tina Smith.
Starting point is 01:20:46 Democrat. Mark Garcia. I've only got two more names. Mike Garcia. Look that one up. Let's see. Republican. Brian Donald's.
Starting point is 01:21:00 Byron Donald's. Yep. He's definitely Republican. And John Curtis. A new Republican senator. What is the total? So 12 Republicans, eight Democrats, if I counted that right. Okay.
Starting point is 01:21:13 How many of the Republicans are Republicans a name only? I mean, it's tough. I mean, I certainly wouldn't say Byron Donald's is. I would say Dan Crenshaw is. Yeah, I mean, sessions, you know, the easy one. How about over 50%?
Starting point is 01:21:29 Okay, over 50%. Yeah. Okay. Last night, the president of the United States gave a speech and what was he worried about? What was one of the things he said had to stop? I mean, he said many things. Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 01:21:41 The oligarchy? Yeah, the oligarchy. Yes. And the fact that congressman can benefit from the stock market. Oh. Okay. This is the latest report of 2024, members of Congress, who made the most in the stock market.
Starting point is 01:21:58 Interesting. Number one, Republican, with a 149% return. It's a good year. Yeah, Debbie Schultz, 142. Ron Wyden, 123. Roger Williams, 100. How much did you, what were your returns like? I mean, your returns got to be, no, three, 400.
Starting point is 01:22:18 No, it's less. Significantly less than 100% return. Less than 100%. I thought I did pretty well too, but no, apparently not. Apparently no. Morgan McGarvey at 105%. Lots of triple digit annual returns here. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:22:33 Wow. How is that? How is that possible? Everybody complains about Nancy Pelosi, but let me find her on the list here, how good she is. Now, she's been higher on some years, but she's only a seven, 70% return. Okay.
Starting point is 01:22:48 Although the raw numbers are very large with Nessie because she's had a lot of money in the market. But yes, that is, it's nice to have a 70% return. Correct. It would be nice. Can you imagine having at least a 70% return on your money every year? It's very nice. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:02 People fight for 5% return. I picked a couple of good stocks recently too. I'm nowhere near 70% annual returns. I'm not close to that. I'm not close to that. So, yeah. Yeah, my point is here is that this is both sides of the aisle. And it tends to be those who are more liberal and big government that are the ones involved in this.
Starting point is 01:23:29 Now, not all of them, obviously. And there are some big government rhinos out there that aren't on this list. But, you know, if you want to know who's working the system, I would just look at their portfolios. There's a top 30. You know, Tommy Tuberville, 5.7% return. That's not. Okay.
Starting point is 01:23:59 That's that's that's that's fairly normal. Yeah. Not even, it's like maybe a little below. Yeah. You'd expect in an ear like this. Right. But it's huge. With this bionomics working so well, you'd think you'd get more than 5%.
Starting point is 01:24:13 Yeah. Yeah. But you can get 5% at a bank account if you're in the right one. Correct. I mean, maybe a little bit less than that these days. But it's right around that. I mean,
Starting point is 01:24:22 you're making 10% maybe. 10% returns, I think, are over a long period of time, totally rational to if you do well. And especially in the market recently, you know, with the stock market just be completely bogus.
Starting point is 01:24:35 You can, you could probably make that. But we're going to go over the farewell speech. you know, because they always try to leave us with some ancient wisdom. You know, we've got to avoid this and this. And if you just listen to me in my farewell address. So what were the things that Biden was warning us against? Oh, you won't believe it.
Starting point is 01:25:00 I'm only going over it because I know you didn't watch it. You know, I thought about having just AI watch it. But couldn't figure that out yet. Yet, yet. This is Glenn Beck. We're so glad that you're here. Thank you so much for listening. So the ceasefire deal
Starting point is 01:26:21 and the whole deal that, you know, oh, that was Donald Trump, that was on, fell apart. The Israeli cabinet has delayed the vote on that. Now, I gave you some perspective on this in hour number one, if you were there, thank you very much. If you missed it, all you have to do is listen
Starting point is 01:26:41 to the podcast today. This is something that I don't think Donald Trump was surprised by overnight. I don't think Israel is going, nah, we don't want it. Without at least talking to President Donald Trump,
Starting point is 01:26:58 because he's very clear there will be hell to be paid coming probably Wednesday if all those people are not out. It was a bad deal for Israel, which leads me to believe the reason why it was even struck, was because of the threat
Starting point is 01:27:13 from Donald Trump, but the people who made the deal, of course, was Biden and his administration, which they're not going to give Israel a good deal. Of course not. It would all be in favor of Hamas. Now, the president,
Starting point is 01:27:29 he gave his farewell speech. And boy, wasn't it good last night? Did you know, you didn't see it? Reportedly, it was, Glenn. Yeah. Reportedly, it happened. It occurred. But, you know,
Starting point is 01:27:41 If a tree falls in the forest and no one heard it, did it really happen? We're going to go over it because it was incredible what he said last night. We'll go over that here in just a second. Stand by. First, let me tell you about pre-born. When you put your hand over your heart, what do you feel? Let's that beat, beat, beat beneath your hand. That's how you know you're alive.
Starting point is 01:28:07 Expecting moms, when they go in, for an ultrasound. Are they going for an abortion? They've been taught to ignore the beating heart. But when they see an ultrasound of their unborn child, not just a glob of cells, but a beating heart and a brain in arms and legs, that changes them.
Starting point is 01:28:30 Now, the abortion pill accounts for over 60% of all abortions, and it's available pretty much 24-7. This is why the ministry of pre-born is so important. They've got to get those who are going in and give them an ultrasound because that stops a lot of that, but also they're fighting on another front now. They need your help. For $28, that's the cost of a dinner.
Starting point is 01:28:53 You can sponsor one ultrasound and introduce a mom to her baby for the very first time and 100% of your donations going towards saving babies. So will you help? Just dial pound 250. Say the keyword baby. That's pound 250 keyword baby or donate securely at preborn.com slash Beck. preborn.com slashback sponsored by preborn. By the way, I'm speaking at their annual fundraiser in Florida on Saturday.
Starting point is 01:29:18 I hope to see you there. All right. So Joe Biden, and I know this is all going to come as new news to you, Stu, because I'm not going to lie, it came to me as new news this morning when I read it in the show prep. This is not something I would even care about from this president. but I think it's important just to notice how he's leaving office. And there's a couple of things. One, have you ever seen a president that nobody gives a flying crap about more than this one?
Starting point is 01:29:56 I don't think so. I don't think so. I mean, have I, no. Has it ever occurred in American history, I think, is more of the question. Right. It could be like, you know, John Tyler or Taylor. I don't even know what. Tyler, right?
Starting point is 01:30:10 That was the one I didn't even realize existed. Right. John Taylor, I think, is the basis for Duran Duran. John Tyler, former president. Right. So former president. I care about what's happening in this administration just a little bit more than John Tyler. Or John Taylor.
Starting point is 01:30:26 Or John Taylor, either. I mean, I care a little bit more about John Taylor. Yeah, I do, yeah. Because he had, I mean, they did have some great songs. They had some great songs, man. Just admitted. So, I mean, I just don't care. I don't care.
Starting point is 01:30:38 The only reason why I do care is because what is he doing today to do? destroy our country. Okay? Yeah. You know, we've been doing the series of Biden's parting shots on our show. Studeau's America, by the way, Blaze TV. And there's a lot. You could say he's not doing anything because you think he's incoherent and falling asleep on the job. No, he's not doing anything. Yeah, it may very well be true. But it also doesn't matter. He is doing a lot. Yeah. To the country here as he walks out the door. Sure. But it does not seem like anyone seems to, you know, really care. Like there was another. what, $500 billion
Starting point is 01:31:12 dollar forgiveness of loans yesterday? Not that much, no. How much was it? He did 150,000 people and then another 200,000 people, I believe, over the past few days. It's a lot of money and a lot of people.
Starting point is 01:31:28 Yes. And this one, he's saying, because the university scammed them. Oh, okay. Okay. So, yes? I think that's just, it's amazing.
Starting point is 01:31:39 It's like, okay, if the university scan them, you go through legal proceeding. That's how they get their money back. They don't get the money back to speak. We don't have to take that on as a country. And again, none of this is legal. None of this is constitutional. Most of this will be overturned after he's out of office.
Starting point is 01:31:55 Most of these poor people who believe they no longer have these loans will wind up having these loans. Right. But they're still going. They're still going. I mean, they're filing all kinds of suits in courts and you're like, that's not going to stand under Trump. They're not going to pursue that. It's just, okay, well, then stop it. Spend the time to stop it.
Starting point is 01:32:13 That's what he's doing. He's just lighting little brush fires everywhere. Thank goodness. Donald Trump is not California. He'll put them out quickly, I think. Now, Biden gave a speech, and I just rewrote it. I'm sorry. I rewrote the speech because, you know, I said everything that he said,
Starting point is 01:32:37 but I added a little bit of the truth, okay? So let me give you what he said last night. I mean, first, I mean, do we have the hail to the chief or something that makes it sound official? Because it was a very official. It was in the White House. He was sitting on, I'm not kidding. He was sitting on a pillow last night. Yeah, no, real.
Starting point is 01:32:57 And just go ahead. And so he's now a message from the president of the United States. My fellow Americans, folks, I'm serious. This is it. This is my last address as your president. No joke. I've been in public service for 50 years now, maybe more. I've seen a lot in my time, but I've got to tell you, still believe in America.
Starting point is 01:33:22 But there's some things we need to talk about, things that really worry me. I'm not kidding. It's a serious stuff. First of all, the oligarchy thing. Yeah, it's bad. Folks, we got billionaires and corporations running the shows right now, and it's dangerous. I mean, come on. We can't have people, billionaires who think they can run everything like George Sort.
Starting point is 01:33:45 Well, no, okay, probably he deserves a medal, but other people like that that vote differently than the way we want them to vote. That's just got to stop, got to stop, okay? He's a good guy mostly, you know, and big tech. Don't even get me started, folks. Don't. Don't. It's like my dad used to say when I was growing up in Scranton, you know, just an average scrappy kid hanging out with black people and minorities mainly.
Starting point is 01:34:11 You know, my dad used to say to me, don't trust Big Tech. He was way ahead of the game, way ahead. I loved my dad. I'm going to cry. By the way, California, I can relate because I've had a kitchen fire once. Anyway, back to Big Tech. Don't even get me started. We had to work with them, you know, you know, to protect democracy.
Starting point is 01:34:31 That's why we had an open line to Facebook and Twitter. Some people called it censorship. That's malarkey, okay? It was just, uh, what's the word? Guard rails. Yeah, guardrails for democracy. That's what that was. And misinformation, folks, I'm serious. It's everywhere. No joke. Americans are buried in misinformation. But let me be clear, we weren't part of that. Okay, maybe a little bit, but not very much. I mean, not that you know of. It's coming out. Okay. Well, all right, maybe a little. I mean, we, we did say Hunter's laptop was fake.
Starting point is 01:35:08 Turns out it wasn't. That was a surprise. No joke, people. I had no idea. You know, maybe we got a few things wrong about COVID. You know, like the origins, the lockdowns, the vaccines. You know, but come on. Come on, folks.
Starting point is 01:35:21 I'm serious. It was confusing. You try keeping it straight. Come on. Look, I know some of you are mad about my family making a few bucks overseas, but folks, let me tell you, that's how business get done sometimes. You know, what are you going to do? My son, Hunter, good kids.
Starting point is 01:35:36 smart as a whip. Oh my gosh, what a talented painter he is. Did you hear $500 million of his paintings have been lost in the fire? Damn it! But a good thing we had insurance on all of that art. You know, he got some deals, you know, China, Ukraine, whatever, but it was all above board. I mean, I'm serious, folks. It's fine, totally legit. And here's the thing about AI. It's scary. Artificial intelligence. That's what they call it. I don't trust it. One day you're talking to your phone, the next thing you know, it's running your life. That's why I wanted Congress to ban stock trading for government employees. No joke.
Starting point is 01:36:16 No joke. You can't have senators buying stocks when they know stuff about stocks. It's just wrong, folks. Never. I mean, not recently. I've not recently benefited from stock trading. No joke. My family made it the old-fashioned way through bribery.
Starting point is 01:36:32 Okay? That's what we did. All right. And that's America. Let me tell you about America. and unity. Folks, we need unity now more than ever. But you know what's stopping us? And I mean it. People who don't listen. They spread lives. They stir up division. Some of them even vote for the other guy. And I'm not kidding. These people are dangerous. Folks, I'm not kidding. Makes me so mad.
Starting point is 01:36:57 I could, I don't know. You know the rest. Now I know I've made some mistakes. Nobody's perfect. I mean, I'm pretty damn close, but come on, folks. Give me a break. I'm just doing what's right, you know. You've got to trust me on this. In closing, I want to remind you of the Statue of Liberty. That lady's been swaying in the wind for years, but she never falls, just like America. She might lean a little to the right or to the left, but she stays upright. No joke, it's a miracle. They wouldn't let me change that torch to an ice cream cone, which I think would have been great. You know, in her feet, we should have given her some socks or something, because her feet. It's got to be cold. They're made out of metal, you know, seriously. Seriously, folks, I'm not joking. What's her hair smell like? So now it's your turn to stand guard. Keep the faith. Protect democracy. And remember, I love the little children. Hey, God loves the little children. He keeps him in the palm of his hand. I've got my palm of my hand on little children. It's good. Folks, come on. I'm being serious. It's real. I love it. I'm serious. I'm serious. serious. God bless you. And God bless something else. I don't remember what it was. So that is the summary of his speech last night. And then he walked off into the sunset. And they're pretty close. He had the seniors come in, you know, from his senior center. And ride up. It was pretty good.
Starting point is 01:38:41 Ow, that one hurt there. But hey, he was trying. No, folks. Seriously, they're trying their best. They're seniors. And look at him going. Look at them going. The Joe Biden players, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 01:38:56 And we're going to miss them. We're going to miss them. We really are. We really are. You know, I was thinking I really don't care except for the destruction. And I think Democrats kind of have it in the exact right place because they don't care about the destruction. I don't think, you know, at least the ones in Washington. And they're not paying attention to him at all.
Starting point is 01:39:16 They do not care what he's doing. They don't care. Okay. Isn't this exactly the way we should all feel about our president all the time? Without the fear of, good God, what is he doing behind the scenes? Without that fear. He should not have that big of an impact, nor should all those clowns in Washington. You know what I'd like to do?
Starting point is 01:39:38 I'd like to go back to doing comedy like, Remember Stu in the old days? 25 years ago before 9-11, we were doing comedy. Wouldn't that be nice? That would be nice. I'd love to do that. But we suddenly had to care because these people are completely out of their mind and out of control. The way the Democrats care about Joe Biden right now is the way we should care about every president.
Starting point is 01:40:06 Okay. They should have such little power. Not, I'm not joking, folks. I'm not. Being serious. such little power we don't care. Yeah. Now let's go have some ice cream.
Starting point is 01:40:23 I mean, that's, you know, what the founders kind of wanted, right? Yeah. They wanted a country in which you didn't have to think about the king all the time. Yeah, and you would say, shut up. Shut up a you. That's what I think our founder, our Italian founders used to say. Shut up a you. Shut up a you.
Starting point is 01:40:40 Shut up a you. Because, again, it's easy to think about it now as someone you probably like is coming into office, right? Yeah. So you might like the focus on him. Well, I like the focus on him because he's going to fix it. He's going to undo a lot of the things that buy him and stuff. And then we need to, we need to care enough to get those things out of an executive order. And I don't know, past his laws.
Starting point is 01:41:02 Otherwise, four years from now, we can have somebody even Carl Marx, they might bring back from the dead. And they'd be like, Carl Marx, you know, his first time around didn't go well. But I'm serious, folks. He's great now. And look at that beard. I mean, that's a great beard, especially for being dead for so long. And they could bring him back and we'd be facing it again. He'd be like, I'm going to do a few executive orders.
Starting point is 01:41:26 What's the problem? No. We need to pay attention so they actually pass these things as bills. Interesting thing development on that front. The Republicans are trying to talk Trump out of doing some of these executive orders when he first starts. because of basically a technicality that comes with this law that they want to pass, this reconciliation bill. This is coming up.
Starting point is 01:41:53 This is their one big bill, right? And to do that, they can pass this bill with only 50 senators if it's cutting the deficit, essentially. And so the, what some of these executive orders that Trump wants to do will help that, right? But they need to have them in the bill to make sure the score. The scoring is right so they can pass it. I got to tell you, I think there's more to cut than everybody thinks. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:42:21 I'm with you on that. You know, oh, gee, we've got to reduce the deficit and you're going to cut a lot of places. I think you can find more. I think he can. I think he can. Again, if you're going to do it anyway, I'd prefer, like, if it's a good measure and it's going to improve the budget situation, I would rather have it in the reconciliation bill than as an executive order for the same reasons you're talking about. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:43 Yeah. So I think that could be good. But I would like to not give away the stuff that we could get also through executive order. Yeah. You know? Like, if you can get it through the law. Get it through the law. Get it through the bill.
Starting point is 01:42:57 Yeah. Get it that way. If you, if it's not available there. Yeah. Then take it elsewhere. Because there's a lot that can be cut. I mean, gee, I don't know. We're a few hundred billion dollars away from, you know, being able to save, you know, in the deficit and pass this bill.
Starting point is 01:43:13 I don't know. Department of Education, where are the keys? You can't do that by executive order, though. No, no, no, I'm saying Congress. Yeah, Congress, go for it. Oh, we can't do it in the bill because we, you know, we can't pass it with just 50 because there's not enough. Where are the keys to, you know, the Department of Education?
Starting point is 01:43:29 You know, I'd just like to see them right now. Let's put them in the pile. All right, back in just a second. Let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. The convenience of the modern American life sometimes complicates our efforts to maintain our values. For instance, not long ago when you wanted to. coverage. I mean, when I was a kid, we had Ma Bell. Do you remember Ma Bell? I mean, I know of it.
Starting point is 01:43:49 I don't remember it. The phone company, it was weird. And then all of a sudden, we got it out of the hands of the government. And wow, we had call waiting. And then we had phones with big huge antennas on them and you didn't have the cord. It was weird once it went to private. And then you were stuck with, you know, good phone service. But then we figured out, nah, they were contributing to all of the wrong causes and we're paying them to help support things like abortion. All right. Here's what I want you to do. America's only Christian conservative mobile phone company whose mission is to passionately
Starting point is 01:44:24 defend our God-given constitutional rights and freedoms and they put their money and their effort where their mouth is. I want you to switch to them. You're going to get the same dependable coverage with access to all three major networks. You're going to get same coverage. You're not going to be sending money to the left. You're going to save money and their customer service is better. Sounds good.
Starting point is 01:44:47 Oh, did I mention you're going to get a free month of service? All you have to do is go to Patriotmobile.com slash Beck. Get a free month of service right now. 972 Patriot. Patriot mobile.com slash Beck. Use the promo code back and you'll get that free month of service. Switch to Patriot Mobile. Defend the freedom in every call and every text you make.
Starting point is 01:45:06 Patriot mobile.com slash Beck or call 972 Patriot. 10 seconds. Station ID. You know, you really didn't seem to care about our number one today, Stu. I mean, you kind of phoned it in. I didn't care about it? Yeah, you didn't, you didn't seem like all that intrigued by, you know, the drones, space alien. I mean, I told you this.
Starting point is 01:45:37 I'm not. Yeah. I mean, I'm just not, it's not my thing. I'm not saying that other people aren't. In fact, a lot of people are. Yeah. Who is not interested in possibly extra terrestrial life or, or, or, or, you know, Interdimensional beings.
Starting point is 01:45:56 Three times government officials have testified on interdimensional beings. I mean, I assume this is a rhetorical question because when you say who isn't, you just, we just confirmed that I wasn't. You know, I'm just, it's not. How is it possible? It's not my thing. I don't, I mean, first of all, I don't think it's interdimensional beings. I think there's going to be. I know.
Starting point is 01:46:16 Well, I love Michael. I do too. I necessarily. I don't know that he believes that either, but he's, he's trying to figure it out. I'm trying to figure it out. that's the most likely that I see. I will disagree with Michael if he believes that. I don't think it's the most likely.
Starting point is 01:46:30 I think, I don't know. I mean, I kind of had felt like the whole story had faded away, honestly. I mean, we were talking about it a lot in December. He told me that there was a story that they asked him to work on, and he said, I saw the raw stuff, and he said it was, This is Glenn Beck. Mind blowing. Mind blowing.
Starting point is 01:46:50 He said it's a game changer. Can't wait to see it. Yeah. He's supposed to come out today or to be. tomorrow. Cozy Earth. There's something about coming to the end of the day, leaving all the cares of the world at your doorstep walking into the comfort of the home. Do you have comfy clothes? Because I walk in, I can't. I mean, it can be three o'clock in the afternoon and I'm like, where are my pajamas? Yep, 100%. I mean, I just want comfy clothes all the time. They make those
Starting point is 01:47:10 comfy clothes and then they make the best bedding and pajamas and bath products. I mean, the towels are like you're drying off with cashmere. It is weird. It is so nice. This is the kind of stuff that you would only find, you know, at the very, very, very, very best hotels. I mean, like the six star kind of hotels. And usually this kind of stuff is not affordable to the average person. This is you can wrap yourself in luxury with cozy earth because they're giving a 40% discount if you use the promo code back. Check this out.
Starting point is 01:47:47 I mean, they'll give you a 100-night trial. Like the sheets come with a 10-year-old. warranty? Try it. CozyEarth.com slash Beck. CozyEarth.com slash Beck. Get 40% off right now. Your leading coverage of interdimensional beings. And the inauguration. And oh yeah, that too. BlazTV.com slash Glenn. Promocode is Glenn. I try to sell Stu on this story. I just can't get him. Yeah, I mean, look, it's just one of those things. First of all, you know, I keep thinking if it's some other explanation other than the basic earthly types of explanations. What am I going to do about it?
Starting point is 01:48:46 I don't know. I mean, I watched Independence Day. What was I going to do with that laser? I can stand up on it. I can stand under it and I can yell at it. But there's not much I can do. It's coming. It's coming.
Starting point is 01:48:54 Right. So I find this fascinating for in all categories. Really? If it is earthly, then somebody, us, China, whatever, we have jumped leaped ahead, way ahead. These things are pulling 700 Gs. What is, I mean, you say that, and have you seen video of it? Yes, yes.
Starting point is 01:49:19 They can tell by the speed and how it just starts and stops how many Gs it would take. Everything I've seen on this looks fake. I've seen, have you seen the Tic Tac video? I think so. Yeah. I mean, that one's really credible, and that's, we had some guests on them. three different, that's three different, uh, military sites tracking the same thing. So they had it triangulated.
Starting point is 01:49:42 Where they, they had like the circles going around it. No, no, no, no. Like that looked completely fake to me. Yeah, no. The entire time. No, no, no. And people took it seriously. No, this is the one that has, there's just one, it's shaped like a tick-tac.
Starting point is 01:49:55 And, uh, the pilots are talking about it. And it's, it's all of a sudden stopping and then just gone. And then under the water and then above the water. and they could track it just barely. But, you know, 700 G, you pass out. The human body cannot take. You pass out at about 10 or 11 Gs. I will tell you, I used to love roller coasters back on the day.
Starting point is 01:50:18 Like, you know, my favorite thing when I was a kid. Took the kids to, you know, six flags here. And we went on the biggest roller coaster they have. I literally almost passed out like three times on it. I mean, it was not. It's like probably one G or something. I mean, it's fast. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a,
Starting point is 01:50:34 Pretty big roller coaster. It goes fast. But I couldn't believe it. I think it's just me getting old. I was like, going around these tight turns, I used to love him. I could feel myself drifting to sleep. I thought I was going to die in the middle of this thing. And the kids were like, that was so much fun.
Starting point is 01:50:48 I'm like, yeah. Daddy almost died. Let's do it again, Daddy. Could you write it all day? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, 700 Gs, there's nothing that could take that. Right. So if it is us.
Starting point is 01:51:03 or anybody on earth, we have, we've crossed a barrier into something entirely different. What's the skeptical case on this video? There's got to be when they're always this. That it's... Perception?
Starting point is 01:51:19 The video doesn't... No, the, the skepticism is, I think the best skepticism on about a hundred of these videos, okay, or a hundred of these. A hundred. A hundred of these actual psychics. Not everything that was over in the skies of New Jersey.
Starting point is 01:51:36 I think there were about 5,000. They have 5,000 reported. And there's a hundred that they cannot explain. So 4,900 they can't explain. Yeah, they just said, that's this. It's a plane. It's a drone. It's a weather thing.
Starting point is 01:51:50 Whatever. There's a hundred of them. They cannot explain. Okay. And those are the ones that move at incredible speeds seem to defy all physics. Okay. If that is earth, somebody's way ahead and the stuff that we can now do is going to blow your mind. Because if they have this technology, what is the alloy that is holding that thing together? What is the propulsion system? How can we use that propulsion system?
Starting point is 01:52:24 How can you keep a human body from experiencing 700 Gs? if we have that technology, we're going to Mars quickly. Okay. We're able to do things we've never, ever been able to do. You could have transportation with that technology that could take you from New York to China in what? Ten minutes? I mean, the ramifications if this is Earth technology are phenomenal. Now, the other thing that is interesting is they're talking about, they're not talking about necessarily space aliens.
Starting point is 01:53:09 Right. Okay. They're saying non-human individuals or something like that. And the reason why they're saying it that way, they're not calling them extraterrestrials is they think that this might be something that. quantum physics is allowing to happen, but not from us. You know, we've always speculated in movies and things like that. Always speculated that, you know, you'll come to a place to where there's a turning point. Okay.
Starting point is 01:53:46 And they're going to, you saw this in Star Trek and everything else. They're about to discover this. We want to be there. So when they discover this, it's time for them to know. You know what I mean? Mm-hmm. And here we are on the verge of, I mean, we're opening the quantum world. We've opened it already, but we're just peeking at it right now.
Starting point is 01:54:10 And now these interdimensional, which is how quantum physics kind of works, this interdimensional, I don't know, being is kind of being projected into our world. I mean, that has ramifications spiritually. it's one way, but if it's a quantum physics thing, I mean, I read a paper last night. Go down, Stu, you start going down a rabbit. Just...
Starting point is 01:54:39 Stop, I have enough rabbit holes. I don't need any more rabbit holes in my life. It's fascinating. It's fascinating. You know, it is to some people. You know, it doesn't have to be fascinating to everybody. I talk, I rant about things all the time off the air that you don't care about. Yeah, because it's not fascinating.
Starting point is 01:54:55 Yeah, because you don't care about it. Yeah. These are just... It's just science that is so far. A lot of the stuff I branch about is science. You're like, oh, God, I can see your eyes glazing over as I start speaking. Like what? Give me a science thing I wasn't interested in.
Starting point is 01:55:11 I mean, I was trying to sell you on the red number three stuff the other day. You're like, oh my gosh, the red number three. You would look like Homer Simpson when a donut passes by. Exactly right. Red number three, who cares? Right, exactly. You don't care. I think it's interesting.
Starting point is 01:55:28 You don't care. Now, sell it to me. No, I'm not going to. There's no reason to sell it to me. I mean, it's already been banned. I know. So sell it to me. Why was that so interesting?
Starting point is 01:55:35 I think it was fascinating because they did it before RFK Jr. even got the gig. Barely. I think the evidence on it is interesting, which again, I'm going to piss everybody off in the audience. But like, you know, red number three, like, there's no evidence whatsoever. It causes cancer in humans. Does anyone interested in that piece of information? Now, one little bit. It causes it.
Starting point is 01:55:58 rats at massive doses. Are we rats? We keep saying there's a difference between men and women. We're very convinced to that. Is there a difference between humans and rats? I don't know. I think there is. All right.
Starting point is 01:56:09 So hang on. So here's how you can get me. I also don't care if they be one. Number three really at all. Here's how you can be interested in this. Yes. Okay. Something's going on with the human body.
Starting point is 01:56:21 Autism is one thing. Right. There's no tie of right number three to autism. No, no, no, I know that. Right. But that's not even alleged. You get me into the food thing by talking to me about why are peanut allergies through the roof? What is autism all about?
Starting point is 01:56:37 What is causing that? I don't have an answer. But I'm fascinated by those conversations. Well, we have these things off the air all the time, mostly, where you try to convince me of something you think is important. You try to get me interested and I try to get you interested and stuff that I think is important. That's part of what goes on. That's the show off the show. That show exists here.
Starting point is 01:56:57 I know. I just want to show to the people that you are just, I mean, I don't, you know, when it comes to space aliens, I'm just like, I'm not saying they're space aliens. I don't know what they are, but it's fascinating. Part of it is that, too. Like, we don't know anything. I mean, I told you this. Well, wait, wait, wait, wait. There's a new theory. There's a theory about, and there's a documentary on people with, what were we just talking about? that's why I never get interested in anything he says because you can't even remember what he was just talking about. Autism. Okay. So there's this documentary on autism that now they're showing that some kids who have autism, and I'd hate to put it this way, but there's a simple way to it, can read the minds of their family.
Starting point is 01:57:46 Okay. They know instinctively what they're going to say. Wow. All right. What's that about? Which leads me to a story I read 10 years ago, an appellate. opinion from a scientist who said that he thought autism was actually the humankind mutating or evolving for the next stage of humanity, that the way information is delivered so
Starting point is 01:58:15 quickly and everything else, that it needs kind of almost an autistic mind to understand it and to slow things down and to be able to communicate. in a different way. I don't know the answer of what autism is, but I think those are backed with some science. I think it's fascinating. All those conversations are interesting, and your conversations are interesting as well.
Starting point is 01:58:42 As I said to you off the air, you know, we're always talking to people around us who are always asking us news questions, right? Because that's, you know, that's what we do. They know what we do, so they're asking these questions. One of the most common questions outside of election results that I get asked about lately have been the drones
Starting point is 01:58:59 in New Jersey. People want to know what they are. And I don't have a strong take on it. I don't, I mean, what I've seen, I'm not at all convinced. So did you see the, did you see the scene with Donald Trump at Marlago meeting with all the GOP governors?
Starting point is 01:59:14 Yeah. And when he said, don't take it for me, ask the governors. And they went around the table and they were all like, no, they're over our nuclear power plants.
Starting point is 01:59:23 Right. No one can give us an idea of what they are. this is this is out of control yeah right so we know something important is happening yeah and maybe it's just our government out of control but even that has massive ramifications i think one of the things that the core of this is just that you like things where there's no answer more than i do like you like oh i think we're on the verge of answer i think we're on the verge of answer right but you don't habit. As you said, as you said, Michael Schellenberger said. Everyone's, everyone's like, I don't know, but it could be this. And that's the part like, I'm like, okay, show me, I'm Missouri on this.
Starting point is 02:00:05 Show me. Prove it. Give me the evidence. I don't know. This is honestly why we're good partners, but he drives me out of my mind sometimes. I mean, we can wildly speculate, which you like doing, frankly. I just like tying dots together. You're honest about it. I like tying dots together. And go, wait a minute, that one doesn't make sense over there. That makes sense over here. Right. And I do too. But I like doing it. it a different way. Like, I like looking at some, you know, very boring, nerdy document where I find some... I gave you a very nerdy, boring document today.
Starting point is 02:00:34 You were at no interest in it. I was like, this is nerd city. But it was all weird speculation stuff. It was all like, oh, well, this interdimensional being... So you're not... Wait, wait, wait, wait, blah, blah. You're not interested at quantum theory. You know, you've dragged me along on that for years.
Starting point is 02:00:52 Frankly, it's so impossible. to understand and only after hearing you tell me about it 9,000 times. Do I have any understanding of it? And even then, it's still so theoretical. Okay, all right, all right, okay, all right. Let me give you a theoretical. Don't answer yet. I want to know. theoretically, anything could happen on Monday at inauguration. Anything. Anything. Yes. Space aliens could suck him up into space. There could be a nuclear bomb drop. They could assassinate somebody could just try to assassinate them again. All of those things.
Starting point is 02:01:32 All sorts of terrible outcomes. All theory. Yes. My question to you is, now that you know you're going to Washington, are you interested in any of those theories? My understanding is we're broadcasting from Virginia. Back in just a minute. All right. the decision to take your home security game to the next level. You could go around, you know,

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. I'm glad you're here, even though I have to drag stew along to the party.
Starting point is 02:04:13 Now, he was just telling me how he doesn't care about hypotheticals that you can't prove. What I said was, I think I care a little less about them. It's not like I would never be interested in a hypothetical. We talk about them all the time. But like those things, I can see your brain and your eyes light up when someone's like, here's some crazy possibility that has a one-tenth of a percent chance of being true. You're like, oh, my God! No, I think this has a good.
Starting point is 02:04:37 chance of being true. What that truth ends up being, I don't know. But something game, no, something game changing. Something game changing is coming. I don't know what it's going to end up being, but it's game changing. That's almost certainly true. That's almost certainly true. Glenn, why do you even care? Why is that? Why do I care what? That he doesn't like what you like. That he's not involved. Because everyone must like what it. No, because because he has a different kind of mind than I do. I have a big picture mind. He has a big picture mind. The smart one. Oh, I'm just praying for a nuke on Monday. I am.
Starting point is 02:05:16 I'm praying for the nuke. I know we're both going to be there, but he has a, he has the kind of mind that gets into the details and the math and the science of all of it. And if you were just into that a little bit more, you would be. Yeah. It would be fascinating just to have a conversation with you. It's hard to care about everything. Glenn. It's hard. Oh.
Starting point is 02:05:42 And I do think that, you know, at times you just have to, I know the audience who cares a lot about this story. It's just not my main thing. I'm interested in what you're saying. I just, I don't. Like you're overwhelmed with everything that's going on. There's a lot. There's way too many things. Like you're approaching the singularity. Everything is huge and happening and you can't pay attention all of it. Maybe I could be assisted by an AI implanted my brain. You know, that's all I'm saying. We'll see you tomorrow.
Starting point is 02:06:04 This is Glenn Beck.
