I want to take you down a road here today before we get into Comey and everything else. I I want to take you down a road of what I think is coming. What I do is what's next. And so let me tell you what I think is coming. And I'm going to use an example of something that is happening right now in the world that you most likely don't even know about. We'll do that in 60 seconds.
Starting point is 00:03:16 First, let me tell you about Z Factor. Every night when you go to bed, you're rolling the dice. Maybe you fall asleep quickly. Maybe you toss and turn. Maybe you'll wake up refreshed or maybe you'll wake up feeling like a truck ran over you. Sleep is supposed to be the part of the night where you recharge. but for a lot of Americans, it's a nightly struggle to stay asleep, to get deep sleep, to wake up with energy.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Z Factor is the sleep supplement from the makers of Relief Factor, and it's about knocking you out cold, but not with harsh chemicals. It doesn't knock you out like that. It just helps you stay asleep naturally through all the stages of sleep that your body needs so it can repair and recharge. It's about solid, quality, deep restorative sleep. You need to be sharp and focused and healthy. You need more than just hours in bed.
Starting point is 00:03:58 you need rest like you mean it. First time Z Factor buyers is going to get 45, sorry, 46% off. It's 1995 for a 30-day supply. Visit Relieffactor.com or call 1-800 for relief. 1-800, the number 4 relief. I'm going to try to talk about this a little later, but just before we went on the air, found out that another great warrior and good friend of mine
Starting point is 00:04:26 and the program Vodibakum was, taken home. He was 56 and went in for some emergency surgery yesterday and is no longer with us. So my thoughts and prayers are with his young family and his wife. This man was a giant spiritually and a giant for American freedom. Now, let's talk about we're at an inflection point right now. We are at, we're at a place, a change of direction that we really haven't seen since the 1960s, where political violence was seen as justified. And it is seen as justified now for a lot of people, a terrifying amount of people. And this has changed. The battleground is no longer a virtual battleground.
Starting point is 00:05:26 We used to say, hey, you're at the, you know, you're at the, you're at the tip of the spear. the front lines. You're really in the battle every day. No, now, now it is. Now it actually is. We're not armed. We're armed with the truth, with light, with the Lord, with the Constitution. We try to do that. They're armed with bullets and guns. And things have changed. And I pray that the decency will return to our fellow Americans. The political elite, many of them are just turning a blind eye or or silently nodding their approval as these dangerous lunatics plant bombs or shoot people from rooftops. But we are in a new era now, complete with the political assassinations and violent attacks on federal law enforcement
Starting point is 00:06:18 and insurrectionist street movements, terror cells now working, you know, it's havoc, it's chaos, it's chaos. And that is the point. So how did we get here? what's behind it and where is it going. This is what I try to tell you every day to the best of my ability. I try to give you perspective. I try not just to give you the news. You can get the news a lot of places. You can get the outrage a lot of places.
Starting point is 00:06:51 I try and I am doubling my efforts to give you perspective. So you can understand what all of this means and then bring some things to the table that you probably aren't aware of that I think are really important. And this is one of those things. Let me set the scene. Do you remember there was a tough talking outsider? Burst on the political scene. Guy who's not from the establishment, promising to drain the swamp, crack down on crime, bolster the economy, stand up for traditional values, right?
Starting point is 00:07:22 He's anti-illegal immigration. He wants to veto the radical bills left and right, call out the fake news media and the deep state judges who are about. about their own service and not the service of their country, and they were all trying to get him. And because of all of the scandals that he had and the family probes and his base loved him, but his approval ratings started to plummet. Then the left-wing attacks really begin. Massive protests organized by the opposition.
Starting point is 00:07:51 Labor unions organized women's groups, student activists, flooding the streets with candlelight vigils and marches, He's strung hundreds of thousands, sometimes even millions, demanding his resignation because he's a fascist dictator. And in the clashes, there was violence. The opposition on the other side of the aisle making governing absolutely impossible. They stall the confirmations. They slash his budgets, the things that he wants to do, launch investigation after investigation after investigation, turning his first term into a layman. Duck session. Who do you think I'm talking about? It's obvious, right? Donald Trump,
Starting point is 00:08:37 except I'm not. This is what happened to President Yun in South Korea from 2022 to 2025. It is exactly the same story as Donald Trump. And we're seeing this in multiple countries. And it is extraordinarily interesting to me that the opposition is, you know, is always passing almost the same word for word exact laws and rules. They're operating from the same exact playbook. It's a great reset. We just need a great reset. You know what we need is we need open borders.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Anybody who says open borders are bad, you're a racist. All of it is exactly the same in country after country after country. Youen was known they called him the Korean Trump or K Trump. He was a former prosecutor. He didn't have any political experience. He mirrored the U.S. Politics in many ways. Deregulation to help big business critical of unions,
Starting point is 00:09:49 restrictive immigration policy, raids on undocumented workers, still recruiting record numbers for the economy. I mean, he was hawkish on national security. He strengthened our alliances. with South Korea. He was confrontational with a communist in North Korea. Socially conservative, taking on feminist, dialing back gender equality, you know, or equity efforts, which he saw as reverse discrimination. All right. That was the president of South Korea. Let me get back to the Korean saga here in just a second.
Starting point is 00:10:28 But let me remind you what we're currently seeing here at home and in places like South Korea, because it's all part of a global plan. That's what you have to understand. This is a global plan. This isn't about Donald Trump. This is about are we going to go the globalist way or are we going to be strong independent countries that believe in actual freedom?
Starting point is 00:10:59 That's what this is about. and until we stop arguing about the little stuff, until we back up, we're not going to survive. Because all of this is connected and we better get smart on this fast because it will happen at home here in an instant. Because the radical left is not operating in silos. They are coordinating. You're seeing this. This is why Donald Trump is now saying we got to go after. We have to go after George Soros.
Starting point is 00:11:33 We have to go after Act Blue. All of these organizations that have been raising all of the money. It's why we went after USAID. That's not aid. That was a money funnler. They were funneling money to NGOs that were encouraging color revolutions in countries, including our own. And it's getting worse. Look at what is happening in the UK.
Starting point is 00:12:02 and the EU. You can't even talk now about the dangers of mass immigration without the government shutting you down and possibly putting you in jail. They have the Online Safety Act, the Digital Services Act. These were platforms now are forced to police hate speech and disinformation. Massive fines up to 10% of the company's global revenue, 6% in the EU. And that's if you don't remove it fast enough. So all these companies are like, we can't do anything. Freedom of speech is over. And it's vague definitions that chill dissent.
Starting point is 00:12:49 It's exactly what we had been fighting here with big tech. And if we hadn't have won this last election, we would be right there with them. My voice would be gone today. They wouldn't have had to kill Charlie Kirk. you can't even fly a British flag now, a British flag. You cannot fly it without risking an arrest in Great Britain. They're trying to hoist the union jack, and they send the police out. And there are multiple cases of this happening.
Starting point is 00:13:26 And religion? I mean, what religion is left? They're coming for that. In the UK, there's been massive confusion and outcry. over Bible Gateway. That's a website. You can go here in Bible Gateway. It's an app.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Now, suddenly, it's unavailable to users in England and in the EU. Why? What happened? What happened? Social media blew up with claims that it's the online safety act blocking it because it has harmful content in it. What? What harmful?
Starting point is 00:14:02 Well, it speaks eternal truth. Men are men, women are women. The publisher says, no, no, no, it's just technical issues. Really? Really? Wow, because I know Bible Gateway's been around for a long time. You're having technical issues now, which is causing a blackout in all of Europe and the UK. Wow. Critics are saying this is government overreach, possibly, possibly tied to scanning mandates for illegal or harmful material.
Starting point is 00:14:33 restriction of religious texts. This is not isolated. Polls now show that young Brits are open to banning books like the Bible because it's hate speech. So it's not just the elites, it's also the youth that have been indoctrinated. And it's the same playbook time and time again all over the world. They've captured our schools. they are either going globalist or communist, but it's absolutely authoritarian.
Starting point is 00:15:09 They are taking on our churches. They're taking on our freedoms of speech. They have perverted our own laws, our own country, our own histories. They have to control the narrative and silence the faithful. Because honestly, what gets you up in the morning? If you're going to fight this, if you're going to fight this, what are you what is motivating you the only thing that would motivate me the only thing and i have had conversations with people in my business as they are trying to sort through this new world
Starting point is 00:15:46 we're living in and ask themselves do i continue to fight do i continue to stand do i go out on stage do i speak out in public where i can be shot the answer is that's between you and God. That's between you and God. But you have to be clear because you are now risking that. So that's the only important thing I could do. I mean, if I said it's between me and my children and my family, no, I'm not going on stage. What could possibly get me to go on stage?
Starting point is 00:16:24 Only God. Only God. that's why they must shut down the churches because only God will give you the courage to stand for his rights. Only God will give you the courage to say it doesn't matter what happens to me. I'm serving a higher cause and I'm doing it with love and I'm doing it without a gun. and if it means I lay down my life, I lay down my life. But that's happened in the entire history of our country. That's why every soldier has ever died.
Starting point is 00:17:08 That's why Abraham Lincoln died. That's why Martin Luther King died. It's why Charlie Kirk died. It's noble. It's not wanted. It's despicable when it happens. but because it's in service of your fellow man, because it's in service of your God, it is noble. This is why they have to shut religion down.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Now, let me go back to the story of what is coming and what is happening in 60 seconds. Sirens go off in Israel. Families have seconds to react. Mothers grab their children, father scan for shelter, rockets, don't care of your rich or poor. Religious, secular, it doesn't matter. The aftermath always hits the most vulnerable, the hardest. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the ground now in Israel when these things happen. In these days, weeks, months that follow, they provide shelter for the displaced, food for the hungry, aid for the wounded, and care for the children that have been constantly nonstop traumatized by war. They also support Israel's first responders, the medics, the firefighters, search and rescue teams who risk their lives to save others.
Starting point is 00:18:28 In times of peace they build stronger communities. In times of crisis, they stand in the gap. They can't do it without you. Tanya and I have joined the millions that give to IFCJ to support the people of Israel. Not the war machine, not any of that. The people, let them know you have a right to live. You have a right to make your own decision and chart your own course. And we will help you in your times of need.
Starting point is 00:18:55 So you have food and shelter. Get more information about how you can. can join now the flags of fellowship movement go to the fellowship online and read all about it ifcj.org that's ifcj.org 10 seconds all right so let me go back to to um president yun he shows up as this korean conservatives what we're talking about here pro u.s alliances tough on north korea economic deregulation traditional family values all of exactly the same stuff okay But the left-wing protests erupt almost immediately after his 2022 election, organized by the Democratic Party.
Starting point is 00:19:48 And also the trade unions like the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, women's groups, Koreans' Women's Association United, student coalitions under umbrellas like Candelite Action. They had weekly rallies and sold tens of thousands strung, peaking at a million post his downfall, demanding his resignation. So, you got it? it? Have you seen those groups here? Students, women's, labor unions? They weren't always peaceful. Clashes with police pro-EUN groups, rival pro-EUN groups, similar to our Tesla take-down protest
Starting point is 00:20:26 or violent anti-Musk actions, but rooted in that candlelight tradition that happened in 2016 that ousted the other conservative. Hamstringing the government, absolutely. He had a landslide, April 24 elections because he reacted. I'm going to tell you. But they had a landslide on the other side. They took 192 of the 300 seats. The left did. They blocked appointments, vetoing reforms on labor and security.
Starting point is 00:20:58 They were winning everything. And Yun saw this and looked at this as legislative terrorism. And he stood. I remember the day. You might remember this too. He stood in front of their parliament and he said, 60 or 70% of you are all on the payroll of communist China. You are letting people come across the border from China.
Starting point is 00:21:24 You are aiding North Korea. I don't trust any of you anymore. And so what did he do? He did exactly what they wanted him to do. And this is where it becomes very important. for us. He did exactly what they wanted. He overreacted. He declared martial law. This is the first since the dictatorships. And he put troops around the assembly, the election commission. He banned all assemblies and all strikes. And he said, I have no other choice. It's out of control. And you
Starting point is 00:22:05 can't trust these people because they're all, they're all trying to overthrow the government. He justified it as fighting for pro-North Korean anti-state forces. However, it didn't last long because that's not the way the people saw it. And that is what the left had said about him the whole time. He's going to become an authoritarian dictator. And he gave them the fuel that they needed. And the protests swelled, impeachment happened quickly. Snap election was held. And the other side shifted. The next election, everything shifted massively to the left. Wealth taxes.
Starting point is 00:22:49 China, North Korea ties. Everybody's going that way and away from America. Progressive reforms. They have an absolute majority, president and super majority of the assembly in South Korea. Now, what are they doing right now? It's something that Charlie Kirk found out about and why he was there just a few days before he died and said, I have to let people
Starting point is 00:23:17 know, I'm going to let you know what it is next because it's the plan here as well. This is Glenn Beck. There are a lot of ways to support a cause, signs, votes, donations, but there's another way that doesn't get talked about much, and that's choosing companies that do business that you do business with that actually share your values. companies like Patriot Mobile, for instance. They're America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. When you switch to them, you're getting excellent coverage on the same towers as the big guys,
Starting point is 00:23:49 but you're also putting your dollars to work. A portion of every bill goes to support pro-life causes, veterans, religious liberty, first responders. We have got to get out of business with the people who are destroying our country. We have got to put our money where our heart is, where our mouth is. Instead of funding companies that actively work against you, stand with one of them that is fighting with you. Patriot Mobile. They make it super easy to switch.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Keep your number. They give you great customer service that's actually human. You can upgrade your phone, your number, whatever, or keep it all. It's Patriotmobile.com slash Beck. Save money right now. 972 Patriot. 972 Patriot. com.
Starting point is 00:24:32 Get a free month of service right now for using the promo code back. Patriot mobile.com slash Beck or 972 Patriot. We have so many important stories we don't get to every day. You'll find them in the email newsletter. It's free. We'd sign up now at glenbeck.com. We have so much to talk to you about South Korea and why this is so important, what they're doing now in South Korea.
Starting point is 00:25:22 And what is, it's, I urge you, when I found out about what was happening in South Korea, my first response was, oh my gosh, this is the playbook. This is exactly the playbook of what's coming here. And they are all counting on us, Europe, England, South Korea. Everybody's counting on us to realize this and step to the plate. But I get to more of it here in just a second. But the big breaking news today is Comey's indictment. He's been indicted on two of the three charges that went to the court.
Starting point is 00:26:02 and he I grand juries Stu don't I have this right grand juries they are presented with evidence and they say we have these three in this case we have these three charges do you think we should pursue this
Starting point is 00:26:16 they go through it and then they say yeah you don't have enough or you in this case you have enough for two but not for the third you're describing a functioning legal system yeah right I think that's the way it's supposed to work now I mean the criticism of that is what's the phrase
Starting point is 00:26:32 is you can indict a ham sandwich. That's what they always say. You can always get it. No, I don't know if that's, you know, fair. In this case, that John should know, though. Yeah, we have John Solomon, and we're going to go back to South Korea here in a second, but I want to get this from John. John from Just the News, he's a CEO and editor-in-chief.
Starting point is 00:26:50 Can you tell me the mainstream media is trying to make it look like, oh, this is just political retribution? How does this system work? the way it's designed to, which is that the Trump Justice Department wanted three charges. The grand jurors thought only two were warranted. Thoughtful jury that looked through the evidence. Yeah, I don't. I think people will see, by the time this case is over, that the evidence against him is going to come from his inner circle.
Starting point is 00:27:42 There are three people that the FBI is at James Comey, Havikfield. And then there's a question about emails and contacts with his chief of staff, James Rubikki. So when this case is made, witness, you're going to be hearing from things. three at the FBI. That makes us a very powerful case. It will most likely be the witnesses against a matter of trial. Okay. So can you tell me the third charge that didn't fly and then tell me the two that did? False testimony. We don't know exactly the statements there are. We know that they appear to cruise one is the one that makes it into the indictment. 20 dozen six statements. We have some idea what the cruise one is because that's been cited. Cited is answered. I believe that that was
Starting point is 00:29:11 impetus for part of this investigation. A criminal referral that came in on that. So hang on this. Hold on. Hold on just a second. So you know, in case you don't remember the Ted Cruz exchange, he was saying, did you ever ask somebody to leak this information? Or did you do it? Were you involved in the leaking of this information about Russiagate at all? And he said, no. Then people in his own circle said, well, that's not true. That's right.
Starting point is 00:29:42 And so now when Ted Cruz was asking him again, he's like, one of you is lying, which one is lying? And he doubled down and said, it's not me. So he was accusing the other people. But if I'm not mistaken, new evidence, including the people in his own inner circle, shows that, yeah, it was, it was him that pushed it out. The thing is that he authorized it. So you've got, and we've known about for some 2020 story we broke is an FBI document that, refers to some postal inspection service agents who interviewed James Baker. And James Baker does something even more severe than what the indictment alleged.
Starting point is 00:30:33 But specifically authorized classified intelligence in December 20, excuse me, October 2016. So for the first time, we have an allegation from an inner circle member. Not only did James Comey asked me to be the source, what he asked me to leak was a classified piece of information. Now, the way Baker describes it in this interview, went and did it. Sal Rubiky, the chief of staff, James Rubiky, and James Baker are implicated in that second leak. It's important to note that the indictment did at the present time a charge of leaking classified information or authorizing the leak of classified information. But it does, it died when he said he didn't authorize people.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Now, any one of those three would show up as witnesses there, we'll see how it ends up. We directly stating it. Okay, so what does that mean if he would be found guilty? What is a likely sentence? 50 years ago this year, John Mitchell, the Attorney General for Richard Nixon, was convicted on two similar charges, false statements and obstruction. It's not ironic. Of course, that was in Maudergate. He got about 18 months to three years. These charges today carry five years. You could imagine anything from a suspended sentence if he's convicted. And see, a lot of that will come into.
Starting point is 00:32:19 First off, what sort of trial does James Comey seek? Does he seek a trial by a judge or by a peer of jurors? That's one big thing that will have to be watching. But that will have an impact. And then from that, you'll see a sentencing recommendation. And another dynamic to keep a close eye on. Remember, we've been reporting that they're looking at a larger grand conspiracy case. Maybe James Comey was involved in more than this one alleged crime that is still on the statute of limitations. It may be what went on.
Starting point is 00:32:48 And Russia collusion in 16 and 17 was an ongoing custom to get Donald Trump at some point. A superseding indictment that's happened in cases like this. So there's a lot of uncertainties, a lot of history still to play out before we get to sentencing. But we'd have to see that the first key thing is knowing whether this is going to be a judge trial or a jury trial. And we'll see what James Comey picks. Help me out on the people that say, this is Donald Trump. He's just abusing the law, et cetera, et cetera. You know, he fired the guy, you know, on Saturday that wouldn't push it through.
Starting point is 00:33:26 And so he's just going after his political enemies. can you make a case and either it stands pretty strongly or where does that fall apart? I like to look at the words obviously President Trump, and that is different than saying charges guy no matter what, right? Right. And I think in Donald Trump's world, he's the speed of light in his presidency, and the idea that a statute of limitations was coming up and no one had made a decision one way or the other, telling the Justice Department of a Comey critic, and Comey is a critic of Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:34:36 She has shown that Donald Trump's assessment of Comey turned out to be more accurate than Comey's assessment of Donald Trump. In the Biden administration, Inspector General concluded that Donald Trump had to fire James Comey. He did, in fact, abuse his job. So when you look at the referee, calling balls and strikes in this personal battle between two guys, Donald Trump's opinion of James Comey and his actions have been upheld. James Comey's pursuit of Donald Trump as a Russian threat has been debunked. And so I think that has to also be weighed into what people look at. That's going to play out.
Starting point is 00:35:29 I believe me, the Democrats are suddenly going to be worried about weaponization of the Justice Department after hearing that they're suddenly singing that song. Tell me about the other indictments that could be coming. Letitia James. You have Clapper. Where did those things stand? Subpoenas and the Justice Department before a grand jury. and what does a grand jury think of that evidence? One of the things that is a 10 months into the presidency,
Starting point is 00:36:14 the number of lawyers to review congressional document requests is lower than what's needed, the number of prosecutors confirmed by the Senate. So Cash Patel's team has told there's as many as 100 in different cases. The Justice Department's working through them, but with a staff, we wanted the deep state to be shrunk. It got shrunk. So the Justice Department's lagging behind the evidentiary flow that the FBI has. I think they're looking at several people.
Starting point is 00:36:55 I think the most likely next decision to be made is John Bolton. We saw the search warrant returns this week that John Bolton did, in fact, have classified information in his office, including weapons of mass destruction, very sensitive stuff. It would seem to be. That seems like that is ripening and ready for a new thing. The question of whether all the... Why does that mean? It seems like everybody has classified information. So why is that one so important?
Starting point is 00:37:25 bigger than a Donald Trump was. Donald Trump had declassifying authority and had the argument before him that when I brought things to Marlago, I had declassified him. Obviously, he won that case. The case was dismissed. Joe Biden was in a much gray or absolute declassification authority. He took it with him, and the prosecutor assigned to that, I'd help it, someone that came from the Trump administration carried over into Biden, said he was too old to prosecute. I don't know whether that was a great debate that, but he was given a pass because he was old. and bumbling and bumbling. He had plenty of training to say,
Starting point is 00:38:17 you do not. There's a precedent of prosecuting national security advisors who illegally take classified information. Two decades ago, security advisors, tried a secret in his socks and pants, classified documents and steal them from the National Archives. He got prosecuted. So when you get down to the level of a John Bolton
Starting point is 00:38:44 or a cabinet secretary, there is no presumption prosecuting them. And you keep mentioning it. I think you're right, you're right, classified theft. They're prosecuting people. The deterrence factor is not there. And downstream from some of these leaks are real consequences. Human sources get killed in the intelligence community.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Spy operations get rolled up and exposed. Tactics of the U.S. military and the U.S. Intelligence Committee get exposed to Q. John Bolton, if the evidence warrants it, is to begin to send the message that, go on time, if you take anything out of your classified emails, move stuff to emails, and then he was hacked. John, as always, thank you very much. I have so many questions for you. We'll have you back next week. We'll get back again.
Starting point is 00:39:52 Thank you. God bless you. Let me talk to you about Chapter. Let's talk about Medicare for a second. I know it's a fun subject, but I promise it'll just be one minute. Since I talked to you about starting, working with Chapter, they have helped over a thousand members of this audience. Half, half of those have gotten into a much better Medicare plan as a result.
Starting point is 00:40:13 These people were being outright scammed. And the reason why you can get scammed on this is they're the only ones that I think cover every possible coverage aspect of Medicare. They are eight to ten times the standard number of choices. They explore all of them. The other ones only are doing a few because that's where they can make their money. They've earned my trust. Let them earn yours. Medicare enrollment starts soon.
Starting point is 00:40:45 get busy, do not wait. Please, whether you're on Medicare or soon will be, give them a call right now. If you're already in the right plan, they'll tell you. If not, they'll help you switch. It's easy and completely free. They review all of it in under 20 minutes. Just dial pound
Starting point is 00:41:01 250. Say the keyword chapter. It's pound 250 keyword chapter. We'll be right back. Imagine waking up one morning to find that the one thing that you'd work a lifetime for, the deed to your home, has been quietly altered. by someone who never even set foot on your porch, doesn't know who you are, but doesn't care either,
Starting point is 00:41:36 because that person now owns your home. Title theft is a very real problem, and it happens in the ways most people don't see coming. Home Title Lock watches the official records for you, just kind of scanning the county clerk's databases and title offices every hour, so you don't have to, and the minute anything unusual shows up, you get an alert. And then the real work begins, because a U.S.-based resolution team will help step in. They will help put the, record back where it belongs. They will help fight to restore your title. Because when someone tries to rewrite your ownership, you need people who know the system and won't, you know, let the red tape become some big roadblock for you. It's not about scaring you. It's about
Starting point is 00:42:15 being practical and proactive because a lot of homeowners sleep with the right to their house on paper and assume it's safe and, you know, the head's on the pillow and they're not thinking about what's going on. But cybercriminals are awake. AI is awake. It's working all the time to try to steal stuff from you and your home title is probably the most valuable thing they're ever going to get their hands on. It gives you the confidence to know that someone is watching your back basically. That's what Home Title Lock does. AI is changing the world. Don't let it change the name on your home's title.com. Use the code Blaze. It's Hometitalloc.com. The code is Blaze. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. I guess they're walking out of the United
Starting point is 00:43:08 Nations now because, well, Iran's not speaking because they don't walk out with Iran. in North Korea. He's not speaking because they'd sit through that. Benjamin Netanyahu is speaking. Oh. Got to walk out. Got to walk out. So it's fascinating.
Starting point is 00:43:24 Shocking. Fascinating. All right. We're going to get back to what is coming next here in America. And the playbook, I believe, is South Korea. And we'll explain that because we're about to lose South Korea if we don't wake Yeah. Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:43:59 I can't wait to share some of the things that we've just said off air because it's, the world's gone insane. Let me talk to you about the burn a launcher. Remember what people used to carry whistles for safety? Because you could whistle and then everybody would run. That was the idea. Nobody's run into your defense. Nobody's coming. Nobody's coming.
Starting point is 00:44:31 Then pepper spray, a little more powerful. But let's be honest, the world has changed. Okay. What you need is a tool that gives you the advantage without, you know, making you an a different person. This is where the Burna launcher comes in. Next generation self-defense device. It sits between doing nothing and doing something like killing somebody that you can't take back. Powerful enough to stop a threat yet designed to de-escalate non-lethal, legal in all 50 states, simple enough to use when your heart is racing. It's tear gas and it is really, really effective.
Starting point is 00:45:01 I want you to go to Burna, B-R-N-A.com slash Glenn. I don't know why you don't have one for every member of your family over 18. Get one. 10% discount. account on your purchase. Sportsman's warehouse, find it online, burner.com slash Glenn. America, welcome to Friday. I want to continue a conversation I was having last hour, bring you up to speed on something that this was, there were two things that Charlie Kirk was going to work on, that he had said, one in a speech just before and the other personally, privately, and I want to concentrate on both of them, but the private one, we're making public. And I have volunteered to take on this particular cause because it's near and dear to my heart as well.
Starting point is 00:46:43 And I think I'm seeing it differently, although maybe a little deeper than Charlie might have. I could be wrong, but I see it as a very grave warning to us as well. And it just won't leave me alone. So I'm going to talk to you about that in just a second. First, my Patriot supply, you don't need to be paranoid to be prepared. You've been paying attention lately to the news, the weather, the economy. You might feel the gut instinct that, wow, well, things are changing. I mean, I could give you 100 reasons, and I could give you a hundred different ways how America is in civil war in the next 12 months.
Starting point is 00:47:17 I can only give you one that it doesn't end in that, and that is God, that all of a sudden we realize what we're doing. We find God and God just continues to work the miracles he's been working. But, you know, I trust in God, but I would be prepared as well for a tough time. MyPatriotsupply.com slash Glenn. Go there now. You can get 90 preparedness essentials, totaling over $1,500, absolutely free. Go to Mypatriotsupply.com slash glen.
Starting point is 00:47:47 Mypatriotsupply.com slash glen get full details right now. Okay. There are a couple of things that Charlie Kirk had just started saying internally, and the first one I'm going to address in a speech right before he died, he was talking about how it is important now to start really paying. attention and start talking about the war with Islamists that we're actually in
Starting point is 00:48:12 that I don't think people realize we're in. We are in a war with Islamists, not Islam with Islamists. People who believe in Sharia law. And it is happening everywhere over in Europe. And we are losing Europe quickly
Starting point is 00:48:28 because no one will stand against the Islamists. They have infiltrated. They have taken over and Europe and the UK will be an Islamist state soon. And then you're dealing with Islamists with nuclear weapons. So that's something we have to keep on our radar. The second thing, and by the way, gang, it just... Hear me, please.
Starting point is 00:48:57 We are being isolated. The West is being completely dismantled and only because of Donald Trump, are we not continuing to go down that road? We have a very short window to really change our ways to wake up and start being the beacons that we need to be because it's happening all around us, which brings me to the second thing that Charlie had promised.
Starting point is 00:49:24 He had been over in South Korea. You saw the candlelight vigil he had over in South Korea after he died, all these young students. I am Charlie Kirk and doing a candlelight vigil. And it was amazing and heartening. That's because he was just with them. And they are this young group that they see, it's like our Tea Party in T-P-U-S-A, they see what's going on in their country.
Starting point is 00:49:53 And they are very concerned. And they are trying to alert America to wake up and not only change things in their own country, but also say, please, America, please wake up. Please don't turn your eyes from us because we're about to be gobbled up and lost. Charlie had met and had spoken with one of the religious leaders, Pastor Soun, and there were rumors that he was going to be arrested. And he is a massive figure, massive figure in South Korea. And his church has tens and tens of thousands of people that attend. And they were accusing him of all this crazy stuff that he was, you know, illegal campaigning, everything else.
Starting point is 00:50:43 And he wasn't, it wasn't happening. Everything that this guy has done is biblical and legal according to the South Korean Constitution. Okay. But he was a major figure speaking out against this new, really dangerous, corrupt and communist authoritarian style government that now is running and in full control of South Korea. It is not a friend of the United States. The people are this new government is not. They are a friend with China and North Korea. So we just put a picture of Charlie up with Pastorson because he said he was there and he said,
Starting point is 00:51:31 I'm going to take a picture of you. And if you go to jail, I can't believe they're going to arrest you. But if you go to jail, I'll post this and I'll make this famous. Well, he went to jail when Charlie was shot. And so I'm trying to pick up in my small way and urge others to do the same because this is so important. This is a chilling preview for us. I told you last hour that kind of the history, you kind of remember it. Remember they had this guy.
Starting point is 00:52:01 He was a Korean Trump. And he was going through exactly what Donald Trump was going through in 2016. Except this guy made a mistake. He decided to declare martial law because his back was up against the wall. He had nowhere to go. They were just killing him, just killing him. and so he made the mistake of declaring martial law. Then everyone turned against him because that's what the left had been saying.
Starting point is 00:52:28 He's a dictator. He's a dictator. He's a dictator. So they impeach him. They destroy him. And then they start going after anyone who was a supporter of the conservatives. They're now down to the pastors. Please hear that your religion has.
Starting point is 00:52:57 never been tough to live. You have not known religious persecution for 200 years in America. We have not had it. You've had arguments with people over religion, but you have not had persecution. Now South Korea, because they must get rid of the Christians. They must silence the churches because these pastors are awake. These pastors are saying, here's what the Bible says about dictators and totalitarianism and authoritarianism. Here's what the Constitution says.
Starting point is 00:53:37 And we have a right and a responsibility as Christians. And they're not telling you who to vote for anything else, but they're awake. And they're telling people, wake up, wake up. And millions have been going to the streets. So Pastor Soon, he is the head of the South Korean megachurch. He was arrested for illegal campaigning and endorsing conservatives from the pulpit and rallying against an anti-discrimination law that he calls anti-biblical. What was that? That was the trans bill.
Starting point is 00:54:06 And he's like, you know, it's the same stuff that we're doing here. You know, trans in, you know, in children's bathrooms, everything else. And he's like, no, that's not biblical. And we cannot do it. And millions came into the streets. And that's when he got in trouble. But he's not alone. The Unification Church, the leader in that one, Han, Pastor Hahn, he was jailed on September 22nd.
Starting point is 00:54:30 And I don't know if you've ever heard of this. This is a big guy, evangelical Billy Kim. He's a big guy here, but also in South Korea. I mean, his home was raided. They are flipping the National Security Act to target Christians and target conservatives. Now, don't forget the trade unions. SEIU is part of this mess over there, their partnership with some of their trade unions. We know about SEIU.
Starting point is 00:55:03 Some of the protests have deep ties, historic solidarity with U.S. unions like AFL, CIA, CIO and SEU. And they, you know, they're on the same wavelength. We can't check money, no direct funding or anything like that. but it is a global labor network. We know that. Workers of the world unite. Espionage. South Korean labor officials have been actually caught meeting with North Korean agents in China, Cambodia, and Vietnam from 2017 to 2019.
Starting point is 00:55:41 This is something that the president was trying to bring up. And one of the reasons why he said, I can't trust the parliament or the assembly anymore because you guys are all in with China. They have opened the borders. Does this sound familiar? They're opening the borders, but these are Chinese that are coming in and bad guys from North Korea. They are stirring up anti-American sentiment. They're gathering U.S. military base intelligence. No China ties, but using their soil.
Starting point is 00:56:15 It's not good. This is a global operation. And we are in the crosshairs. and they're taking out, I mean, look, if they take out South Korea, you have no chance of doing anything to help Japan or anybody else. China owns Asia, owns New Zealand, owns Australia, owns it. We have no base in South Korea. They are weakening us everywhere, and they're turning their populations into communist authoritarian, loving drones.
Starting point is 00:56:55 And it's happening here. We see it. It's happening in our schools. Everything that is happening here is happening everywhere in the West. So anybody who thinks this is just Donald Trump and the Democrats, you're wrong. You're wrong. This is global in nature. That's why when the president is speaking at the UN, that's why they don't like him because he is saying, We're not going down this globalist route.
Starting point is 00:57:26 We are going to be separate and independent countries. And we can work together and we want to work together. But we are not working together under one flag, one umbrella, period. And the only ones that are truly willing to die for this in the end are Christians. And they know it. the others that will die for their religion are Islam. That's the next battle that will be fought. Because if they take control of Europe under Sharia law and it's Islamist,
Starting point is 00:58:06 whether you like it or not, you're going to be fighting that battle. Because that is, I mean, Thomas Jefferson said that was our first foreign war. And when he stopped it because there was no stomach for it, he said, okay, I just want you to know, you need to watch this group of people because they actually believe the things in the Quran. They actually believe that you can be their slave because you're not a Muslim. These are Islamists. They actually believe in Sharia law. And he said, when we stop that war, just warn you should keep your eye on them because it's our first foreign war. and if we don't, these people will not quit and it will end up being our last foreign war.
Starting point is 00:58:51 So the scene is being set and the scene here in America is being set for real trouble on the streets. You see these things that are being said. It is time for your friends and neighbors to sober up. You're seeing these lies being told. I mean, it's everywhere now. everywhere. They're saying, I mean, I heard some official say, was it Comey? Who was it? That said, this is not a possible authoritarian government. This is an authoritarian government. If you're preaching that every day, then what do you have left? Then there's no way your ballot box
Starting point is 00:59:33 matters. It's an authoritarian government. You know, as Gavin Newsom is campaigning, let's be honest, That's what he's doing. He is campaigning. He wants to be the nominee. As he's doing that, he's also saying there won't be an election in 2028. Well, again, if you believe that and your followers believe that, there is no other choice. Would you go back in time and kill baby Hitler? Well, we're not talking hypothetically going back in time and baby Hitler.
Starting point is 01:00:05 You're talking about actual Nazis now, actual authoritarian. and no belief in the system that can actually thwart it. They keep saying that he's used the system. He's weaponized the system. Are you joking? Are you joking? Did you not see what the Democrats and the leftists have been doing with our system for almost two decades now? It is so perverted and maybe you're too lost.
Starting point is 01:00:42 But I'm not going to give up, and I'm not going to give up hope, and I'm not going to give up faith at another dear friend taken last night, who is a spiritual giant in my life and in the life of our nation and our religion, our faith, not my faith, all faith. He was 56 years old. Vodibakum, one of the greatest freedom fighters. I've spent so much time with him, learning from him, watching him, encouraging him, him encouraging me. And yet another one is lost. I don't know why God is taking all the strong ones. But the fight is now. The fight is now.
Starting point is 01:01:31 And our fight is with the full armor of God. Our fight is without guns. Our fight is with the truth. But things have changed. And this is a new season. And I want you to, I want you to pray. And I want you to decide whose side are you on. And that doesn't mean Republican or Democrat.
Starting point is 01:02:14 That means are you on the side of true actual freedom, universal truths? All men are created equal. All men have a right to free speech. It's wrong to shoot people down in the street. because they believe something different. It is wrong to put people in prison because they think differently. We can disagree on this is corrupt, that is corrupt, and we can see, but we can strive to make it better.
Starting point is 01:02:43 Together, together, united, we stand. Back in a minute. Well, maybe never more than now, we need occasionally a little bit of an escape from the real world. And on the weekends, I'd love to go and watch a little football. And that's why I love prize picks. Price picks is fantastic. You know, fantasy sports used to be sort of fun. It got buried under the spreadsheets and everything else.
Starting point is 01:03:12 It became a job. Price picks makes it easy. I'm just building a lineup on prize picks earlier today. They got James Cook over 0.5 touchdowns. You've got Jemir Gibbs less than 63 and a half rush yards. And, of course, America's quarterback, Jalen Hertz. over 0.5 passing yards. They make it easy at prize picks to have some fun and to win.
Starting point is 01:03:39 And you don't have to be, you don't have to dedicate your life to doing it. A little quick escape on the weekend maybe feels comforting at a time like this. I just started making some notes on something. I want to share something else with you. And I'll do that. I just need a couple of minutes just to be able to think and gather my thoughts. on this, but when Charlie, the memorial was going on, there is a lot of language that people don't necessarily understand. There's a lot of people that don't understand the Bible at all. They have no idea. And there's a lot of language that they don't understand.
Starting point is 01:05:09 I had somebody that said to me, you know, there was a lot of blood talk in that. And I'm like, yeah, well, they don't mean. actual wash yourself in blood. It's not, you know, it's the blood of Christ. It is he gave his blood. He gave us his life to redeem us to wash us clean. So when we're washed with the blood of Christ, it doesn't mean it literally. And there's, and it's interesting to me because I love so many different religions and I love going to different people's faith and watching them and listening to them because so much of it, is a difference in just language.
Starting point is 01:05:50 Some of it's not, but a lot of it is. Like, what do you mean? Washington blood? And when I say that we're in a battle, we're at war and put on the full armor of God, if you don't know what that means, that can sound scary. You know, especially if you're like, they're building an army. We're building an army of God. They're building.
Starting point is 01:06:16 There's a religious zealous. This is Christian. nationalism. They're building an army and they're putting it. They're building some armor. I don't even know what it is. But, but if you understand it, you, A, have a chance to actually use that real armor of God. And beyond that, maybe when people understand what that is, maybe their eyes open up a bit and go, wait a minute, I'm, maybe I am on the wrong side. Back in a minute. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 01:06:50 Hey, I want to tell you the truth about your dog, food. Most dog food is most of it is just fillers. It's carbs. It's processed mystery bits that have been heated, sanitized, stripped of most of the nutrients that your dog actually needs. You know, our dogs were much healthier when we were feeding them just scraps from the table. They were eating what we were eating. And we would never feed our kids. Forget, let's say we made it taste like, you know, I don't know, fruit loops. You would never, you would never feed your kids a daily diet of what we feed our dogs. Never. Okay. Because it's all sterilized. It's, it's process. It's bad. So what do you do? Well, you can start making your dog food yourself, or you can take the food that you have and just restore
Starting point is 01:07:34 some of this stuff that needs to be in that food. For instance, live nutrients, live probiotics, vitamins, vitamins, so much that are being destroyed because of the high heat cooking process of kibble. Starting point is 01:08:55 rest of my life of trying to be a better man every day, trying to just be a little better than I was yesterday, be a little more forgiving, a little more kind, a little more empathetic, a little smarter and closer to God. And it's hard. It's so hard. And it's so hard if you're doing it by yourself. But it is so, I want to ask you this weekend to make a touch, decision because things have changed. The world has changed and things are getting more and more serious and everybody will be awake to it soon, but you are awake. So just, I think you've already made the decision. You know where you stand. But I want you to up that because I don't think you understand how bad the battle is going to be.
Starting point is 01:09:50 And in some cases, I do mean actual battle, Charlie Kirk, kind of battle. where some of us will be killed. Hopefully that will be very rare and few and far between, but there are those that are arming. And so you have to decide, how are you going to fight? Are you going to fight? What's worth fighting for? What's worth living for?
Starting point is 01:10:18 You're going to stand on the sidelines? What are you going to do? I am not going to fight that way. I am going to do, I'm going to put on the full armor of God. And I wanted to explain this because I think this is one of the most profound things in scriptures because people don't know how to fight. And in Ephesians, God lays it all out. He lays it all out for you.
Starting point is 01:10:42 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. I had a friend right before I went on the air, I found out the dear friend of mine just died yesterday. And I'm in mourning again. and I got a lot of strength from him. And my first response was, why? Why? Why, Lord? Why are you taking all?
Starting point is 01:11:02 Why are you doing this? And I immediately said, I am sorry. My faith is in you. I know you know what you're doing. I don't understand. Just help me understand. But I believe so deeply in his power. And I've seen his power at work in the last two weeks.
Starting point is 01:11:21 Okay. And what he says to us is have faith in me. Have faith in me. Put on the full armor of God so you can take your stand against the schemes of the devil. This is really important because when Christians say we have to put on the armor of God, we're going into battle. It's not against, and it says here, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. you're fighting you're not fighting your neighbor you're not fighting your friends you're not you are fighting evil evil has entered into our world in a way i have never ever seen before and so you need to be
Starting point is 01:12:10 prepared for that battle so when the day comes you'll be able to stand your ground and after you've done everything stand stand firm then now this is what the armor of god means gird your loins with the belt of truth. I don't know how to gird anything, let alone my loins. What does that mean? This is so good. And anyone with a back problem, you'll understand. What does every, you hurt your back.
Starting point is 01:12:41 What does every physical therapist say you have to do? Strengthen your core. Strengthen your core. You go and you're hurting really bad. You go to CVS. What do you do? You get a belt that you put around yourself. You get some sort of a back brace to hold your core together.
Starting point is 01:13:01 Okay. So when it says put on the belt of truth, it's saying strengthen your core. Know what truth is. Make sure you understand truly what truth is because there's deception all around you. And you've got to strengthen that core or you will be deceived. That's what that means. Gird your loins in the belt of truth. The breastplate of righteousness.
Starting point is 01:13:31 I just think this is so profound because it's hitting all of the, it's hitting the body and the spirit at the same time. It explains it so well. The breastplate of righteousness. What does that mean? Where do you feel bad when you've done things? You feel it in your chest, don't you? You feel it in your gut.
Starting point is 01:13:53 You feel it in your chest. And you're like, I'm just, when you start to doubt, when you start to doubt yourself, when you start to beat yourself up, when others are beating you up, you feel it in your chest. In your heart, you feel it. It's saying here, be righteous. Always be righteous. Always do the next right thing because that will guard you.
Starting point is 01:14:16 You will have faith in God that you are doing the best you can. And so when the accusations come and say you're a despicable human being or whatever, You can have that bounce off of you because you know who you are because you have lived your life in a righteous way. Shod your feet in the gospel of peace. I don't, I don't even know what shodding is. Okay. But this I understand. What does that mean?
Starting point is 01:14:48 It means you have to be ready to go anywhere the Lord asks you to go and share the gospel of people. peace. Remember, we're talking about a battle, war. Put your shoes on. Make sure you are so deep into the, into the gospel of peace that you can share it anywhere. And that takes you, if your feet are shod in the shoes of peace, then it's not taking you into battle and to war into killing people. You're going the other way. You're saying, don't go that way. The shield of faith. Take the shield of faith. What is besides self-doubt? What is the worst thing that can happen to you?
Starting point is 01:15:43 You start losing faith. You're like, why are we here? Why are we in this battle? What are we doing? We're not going to win. We don't have a chance of winning. Look at how many people are against us. Doubt, temptation.
Starting point is 01:15:58 Put a shield up against that. I know who God is. I have faith in God. I know he is, I know he is a source of all power. I know it. And if I am strong in that shield, if I can have that in front of me, if I understand that and use that every day, it will bounce off of that shield.
Starting point is 01:16:26 And then there's only one thing that is given that is an offensive weapon. There's one thing. Full armor of God. You've got the breastplate. You've girded your loins. You got the shoes on. You get the helmet of salvation. Where does all of this stuff, all of this doubt, all of these things that you've done?
Starting point is 01:16:46 Where does that happen when you can't forgive yourself or you can't forgive others? Where is that happening? That's happening in your head all the time. It's a tape that's running over and over again. You're not good enough. You're not going to make it. You're not whatever it is. You shouldn't have done that.
Starting point is 01:16:59 You're such a bad person. All of that crap. It's running in your head all the time. Put on the helmet of salvation. Except. Wash yourself in the blood of Christ. Accept the atonement. Take the free gift of forgiveness.
Starting point is 01:17:13 Take it. Use it. And then guard against anything coming into your head like that. Those are all lies. And then the one offensive weapon. The sword of the spirit. That's what you're required to fight with. The sword of the spirit.
Starting point is 01:17:35 What is that? That's the word of God. I know that if I am surrounded by evil, I may not get out of it in my physical form, but I know I will get out of it in my spiritual form by declaring the name of Jesus Christ. He's my savior. He's my redeemer. Period. Charlie was so lucky that he had the opportunity to go that way.
Starting point is 01:18:15 What a joy for him. He didn't get out of it, but he knew the truth, and he was fighting every day with the truth that he finds in the Word of God. Every day he was fighting. His everything he did, that was his bedrock. That was his core. That's how he made all of his arguments. That's why they stuck. That's why people were listening to him because that's eternal truth.
Starting point is 01:18:42 It is the Word of God. It's eternal truth. And when you understand those words, you can express those words in ways I can't. Charlie could. I can't. You know why I can't? Because I haven't done all of this. Shame on me.
Starting point is 01:19:01 And the last thing. And then pray. Pray in the spirit on all occasions. Pray. When people say pray, what do they actually mean? I'm asking for stuff. What is that? Our whole day should be.
Starting point is 01:19:24 Everything we do should be prayer. Every word I speak should be prayer. Every action I take should be prayer. Praising him, trying to be more in line with him. Why? Because when it is that way, he communicates with me. I'm a clear vessel. You know, I don't hear God.
Starting point is 01:19:43 I don't hear God. Well, you might not because maybe God doesn't communicate that way with you, but he is communicating with you. But you have to do your part. It's not like, hey, okay, God, what do you want? me to do, he's not going to do that. But he does communicate with you. And you have to be a clear a clear channel, a receiving tower to be able to receive what you have to hear. And when you're praying all the time, all you're doing is just, it's like GPS. It's just constantly realigning you to
Starting point is 01:20:19 make sure you're on track. That's how he's communicating with you. Just stay on my track. Just stay here. Just stay here. You know what's right. Just do the next right thing. Okay, you miss that one. Okay. At the next possible turnaround, turn around. Turn around.
Starting point is 01:20:35 Your next possible location, take a left. It's just GPS constantly aligning with him and saying, you're going in the wrong direction. That's why you pray. It's so important that we explain this to our friends that don't understand God at all. because they're going to be lost. They don't know. Nobody's ever explained it. They don't learn it in school.
Starting point is 01:21:06 They're not necessarily going to church. And even if you are going to church, are they teaching you this stuff in a real way that actually you can apply to your life and you can see the spiritual battle that is right outside of our doors, pastor? Are you talking about it? So they don't know. And when they say Christian nationalism, they're building an army. Yeah, an army like this, I am proud to build an army like this.
Starting point is 01:21:35 And that's the only kind of army that will defeat evil. And that's what we fight. Back in a minute. Buying or selling a home is a huge life moment. It affects your finances, your families, your future. I mean, you get stuck with a bad agent, somebody who's lazy or inexperienced, or just chasing commission. They don't really care.

Dump in D.C.'s garbage while the swamp cries constitutional crisis. Back is back after this. I just want to, I want to share something with you. I shut off the mic and I looked at Stu and I was just, I did not have any of that planned today. I didn't have any of that. You know, I wrote a couple of notes in a break because it all came down to me. And that is the thing that I need more faith in because that gives me faith.
Starting point is 01:24:15 I spend a lot of time asking, what do you want me to say? What do I say? What do I say? And sometimes it takes a long time before that happens. where I just, and he doesn't give, I think things through. He doesn't have to. And so it's like, I just open my mouth and it just starts coming out. And that testifies to me, he is true.
Starting point is 01:24:39 He is real. That just happened. And, but when you have those moments, I think there's a lesson to me, maybe a lesson to you, you feast on that, feast on that for a while, because it may be a while before that happens again. And live your life. We won't make it unless we know we're living our life in a way that the spirit can be with us all the time. We just won't make it because I think because the doubt comes in. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:25:14 Are you even paying attention? Are you even there? I don't know what to do. And if you know you're living the right way, you know you're doing the right things, you have faith. When he needs, he'll. He'll take over. He'll just do it. And I have faith.
Starting point is 01:25:33 And I'm just going to stand here and keep shining my shoes and doing everything I'm supposed to do and be ready when he needs to pull me out of a toolbox. Have faith. He is real. He is mighty. And we all want to be on his side. And back. Picture this. You're tucked away in a remote mountain cabin enjoying the stillness.
Starting point is 01:26:22 The view, the peace is quiet. Out of nowhere you start feeling it, throbbing pain in your jaw, swelling. a low fever. Starting point is 01:30:51 How are you? I'm great. I'm happy to be here. I bet you are. Seeing the name of the book is the happiness experiment, you should be. Exactly. So can you... I love your question.
Starting point is 01:31:02 Are you happy? You know, that's a really important question. You ask people that and they'll say yes or no or whatever. But you know, those are the wrong answers. The only right answer to the question, are you happy, is I'm working on it. Because there's always more happiness. You can always increase your happiness. There's different kinds of happiness.
Starting point is 01:31:22 Happiness is a wonderful subject. So tell me, tell me about your brush with death. Tell me about how that happened, who you were before and how that changed you. Well, before I do that, I just might ask you this. You know, we ask ourselves, when we're teenagers, or even later in life, what is the meaning of life? What is our purpose? What is our core purpose? And you know, that question was answered by a very, very brilliant man.
Starting point is 01:31:51 2,500 years ago, you probably know him. His name is Aristotle. And he said, happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life. life. That's pretty special. That makes happiness first. And then about 2,000 years later, Thomas Jefferson and the others that edited the Declaration of Independence, they agonized every word of the declaration. And they said, what are the key inalienable rights of Americans? And they came up obviously with life, and they put that on a pedestal. And then they came up with liberty, and that was sort of obvious for America and Americans, but then amazingly, along with life
Starting point is 01:32:36 liberty, they put the pursuit of happiness. And that had never been put into a political or legal document before. This was unique. This was typically American. And I think that is something about America. Americans are pursuing happiness, at least in that they have over the centuries. And this turned into the American dream, which really means the pursuit of happiness. How do you pursue it? I don't think people even know what that means. Pursuit of happiness. What does that mean?
Starting point is 01:33:05 And that was, well, that's really what this experiment was all about. You know, I had 20 friends who were in my will. And as you mentioned, I had this experience, a plane was crashing. The plane was just diving to the ground. I absolutely knew I was going to die. And that's a good. That's quite an experience all by itself. But then as that happened, my will, all the people, I've got 20 people in my will.
Starting point is 01:33:35 And I thought, they're going to get a lot of money, but hell said, I'm not going to be there to see it. And so that was, that got me started to thinking about what do I do with the money that I have and the people that are in my will. And that's where the experiment came in. And that's where I started to learn more about happiness in real terms, not as an academic experiment. not as a study at some university, but in real life with 20 real friends. And the people in my will, there was four teachers, there were some former employees, friends, a legal professional, or different kinds of people, all kinds of different people. And so I got them started on an experiment in happiness, and that's where this pursuit came from.
Starting point is 01:34:25 Is you like to hear about it? Yeah, so tell me what was the experience? How did you conduct it? What did you do? These people in my will because I was grateful for what they had done for me. I learned gratitude, and I asked myself, question, where does this gratitude come from?
Starting point is 01:34:43 Why do I feel so grateful? And the answer I came up with is because of these men and women in my will have been generous to me. They helped me, that supported me, they've done really good things for me in one way or another. All of them had expressed some, kindness, some generosity to me. And I just felt grateful. And to express that gratitude, and this is the key thing, Glenn, gratitude is great. It's a wonderful feeling. But the key thing,
Starting point is 01:35:11 the virtue is expressing gratitude. And so I wanted to express gratitude. So I put them in my will. And then I met with each one of them. And I said, look, you're in my will, this amount of money. And they were real happy about that. And they said, well, why am I in your will? And I said, because I'm grateful for what you've done for me. And so I want to express it. And I said, but there's a problem. I plan to live till I'm 120. So you may not get anything.
Starting point is 01:35:40 And they said, well, that could be a problem. I said, the other thing is, look, I'd be dead and you wouldn't, I wouldn't see you enjoying this money. And I have the money now. So I want to make this bequest. I'm making it into a prequest and give you the money now. Well, that got an emotional reaction. action. You're all of it right now? You're kidding? I said, yeah, I sure. But there's one thing I want
Starting point is 01:36:05 from you. And here's where this experiment comes in. I said, I don't want this money to be an overwhelm. I don't want this money to hurt you. I want this money to help you. I want it to increase your happiness the way you've helped me to become more successful and happy. So I want from you a plan. And they said, well, what kind of plan? I said, I want a happiness plan. And he said, what's a happiness plan? So I said, well, I'm going to, I'll hire a coach for you. I'll pay the coach for a year and they'll sit down with you and work out a happiness plan. And then when should I see that you've got a plan?
Starting point is 01:36:42 I'll send you with money all of it. And that's what I did. So what does a happiness plan? Because you could, just hearing this part of it, Carl, you're like, okay, well, you know, somebody gives me a lot of money. And now I have the money to do the things that, you know, I, think are going to make me happy, but I know the end of this story is not stuff makes you happy. Success is not, does not make you happy. Business success doesn't make you happy. So what does, what does a happiness plan actually look like?
Starting point is 01:37:11 Completely different, but there were common patterns. Common to all of them was they had certain visions of their life. And under visions, I put dreams, a central purpose, and what what I call a heaven on earth. They had a vision, they had dreams. And so one of the things that went into every one of their plants in one way or another was what do they long for? What did they dream of when they were younger? What did they dream of when they first got married?
Starting point is 01:37:47 What dreams do they still have now which are unfulfilled? And they need to make a dreams list. And to make a dream, you imagine that you have all the time, all the money, all the help, all the support, all the things that you might need. What would you do? What could you do? And then just let your go a little while and just write down a list of dreams.
Starting point is 01:38:06 They're just dreams and you write them down. But then as life unfolds, it becomes an opportunity to pursue the dreams. So just writing out dreams is part of a happiness plan. Secondly, and you know all about this, you've got to have a central purpose. Whatever it is, it can be raising a loving family. It could become a famous broadcaster. It could be a lawyer. It could be a doctor.
Starting point is 01:38:29 It could be a teacher. whatever that central core purposes is so important because that's a vision for every day of your life, what you're pursuing. The other thing I love this is Ayn Rand, and I know you're a fan, I believe you're still a fan of Ayn Rand. She wrote, feel reverence for yourself, feel reverence for your own life and want the best, the highest, the greatest possible for you here now, for your very own. And then she's went on to say, imagine a heaven. And then not just to dream of it, but to make it happen. So that's another part of it. Imagine if your life is totally successful working in all aspects, not just financially
Starting point is 01:39:12 and business, but your family, your friends, all of your life was working for you. What would that heaven look like? So that's what I did. I imagined that my life was heaven on earth. And I wrote it down. What would be in your heaven? friends, family, pets, you know, all of, at home, all of these great things would be anything, which then goes to the second.
Starting point is 01:39:33 There's three V's, Glenn. So the first V is vision, and that's your dreams, your purpose, and your heaven on earth. But another two virtues, they're the two Vs, which I know you're very familiar with, is values and virtues. And values are really a translation of what you want in life, the things that you love, the things that are important to you. And I'm talking about secular values here. I'm not talking about religious values. And if you're religious values,
Starting point is 01:40:02 then they're your values, then they're your values. But I'm talking about things such as health and wealth, financial security, love, self-esteem, friends, family, children, pets. All of these things that we want, the things that we work to gain in our life, the things you want to keep in our life. And so these values, all went into the happiness plan.
Starting point is 01:40:26 But that's not so easy. There's a process you need to go through, identifying really what are your most important values. And then putting them in an order of priority. So that's part of everybody's plan. And people had common values. Home was always a huge value for people. Family was a huge value.
Starting point is 01:40:46 Interestingly, health, a lot of folks had been putting off exercising. They'd been putting off going to the doctor to figure things out. And they're putting off elective surgery. So a lot of health was on their happiness plans. They had common values. Friends and family were constantly there on these plants. And so...
Starting point is 01:41:07 And what is the third... What is the third V? That's virtues. Now, again, I'm not talking about religious virtues here. I'm not talking about virtue signaling, saving the planet, and all that other stuff. I'm talking about real world things. For instance, if you're... If you value friends, you have to practice a virtue of being friendly.
Starting point is 01:41:30 Or you're not going to have friends. If you want friends, you listen to people. You're kind and generous and thoughtful and considerate. Those are all the virtues that give you the value friends. If you want love, you have to be lovable. You have to be loving. You have to do nice things for people. And that generates love.
Starting point is 01:41:54 Whatever the value is that you want, whether it's, you know, you want wealth, there's certain things you have to do. You have to think. You have to plan. You have to work. Those are the virtues that lead to values. And that connection, you can't have one without the other. You know, it just doesn't work that way. So if you put all those Vs and one way or another went into all of the plans that these 20 people created, they created the plans,
Starting point is 01:42:22 every one of them has some sort of a vision for a wonderful life that they want their dreams or heaven on earth or whatever it was they had that vision for the life and they also identify a list of their top values the things that they really want love the things that were important to them things they wanted to keep in their life and then they thought about well what am i going to have to do and that was their action plan which increased their happiness and it worked out of the 20 one of them increased their happiness out of the 20 how many of them are really truly happy? I wouldn't quite put it that way. I'd say every one of them increase their happiness, that increased their level of happiness. They expanded their scope of life. And so everyone had an increasing happening. And I still get, I still get,
Starting point is 01:43:17 I mean, I just received a delightful email from one of my friends have just been on this fabulous cruise. And which they'd been put off. They got their bequest. They got the big quest right at the beginning of pandemic, and they wanted to travel. They wanted to go on cruises, but they couldn't do it. And so they've just now gone on this cruise in the Mediterranean.
Starting point is 01:43:41 And so they send me pictures of having a wonderful life. So they're all engaged. This is the thing about it. It's not one and done. You can't say, well, I'm happy today. That's enough I'm going to bother anymore. It's every day, every week. every year of your life, happiness is a project. And so, you know, whatever it is, these guys,
Starting point is 01:44:00 I would put it this way. Everyone is engaged in increasing their happiness, their scope and the depth of happiness. Carl, the name of the book is the happiness experiment. Carl Barney is the author, and that's who you've been listening to, Carl Barney. The Happiness Experiment, it is available everywhere. Carl, thank you so much. You can also find him at the website Carl Barney.com. I think one of the most important things he said was gratitude. Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. That would change all of our lives.
Starting point is 01:44:30 All right, back in just a minute. Let me tell you about the Bernal Launcher. Ever notice how many products you carry that used to be bulky, intimidating, or unreliable, and now they're tiny and they're smart and they're built for everyday life? Your phone used to be bolted to a wall. The camera used to weigh 10 pounds. Flashlights needed 4D batteries. Computers took up your whole desk.
Starting point is 01:44:49 Now it all fits in your pocket. Well, why isn't self-defense the same way? It is. The Burn a Compact Launcher is now exactly what self-defense should look like in 2025 and 26. It's non-lethal. It is not much bigger than your phone. It's illegal in all 50 states. It requires zero permits.
Starting point is 01:45:07 It fires high-velocity projectiles that can stop an attacker in their tracks without putting a bullet into anybody. No permanent damage, no close calls involving deadly force, just a decisive response that buys you time to escape, regroup, or protect the people that you're with. It's for everyone who has ever looked at the world and thought, boy, I hope that never happens to me. And finally has a way to do something about it. Go to Burnah, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn. Learn more about them. I love this company. I'm going to go visit them up in four-way in Indiana here in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to see them. Burna, B-Y-R-N-A-com slash Glenn. Go there now. Try before you buy at a sportsman's warehouse location near you. It's
Starting point is 01:45:45 Burna.com slash Glenn. 10 seconds. Back to the show. Hello, Stu. Welcome to the program. Thank you, Glenn. Yes, I appreciate it. Are you happy? I'm working on it. I think that's what I'm supposed to say, I believe.
Starting point is 01:46:13 I'm working on it. I do think myself as happy. I do. I think, you know, there's a lot that sucks in the world and a lot of really bad things, but... Yeah, I think I'm happy. I try to really avoid thinking, like, you know, like I... Because I can get overwhelmed by this stuff, by the... the stuff that we talk about on a day-to-day basis.
Starting point is 01:46:33 And this is an ingredient in your life, the stuff that we talk about every day. It's not your entire life. Yeah, I don't know. Too many people forget that. Yeah. And I don't know. I've never been happy, you know, because I went on a cruise. I've never been happy because I have stuff.
Starting point is 01:46:50 It'll make you happy quickly, you know, for a very short period of time. But I'm, I'm, what makes me happy are the things that are eternal family is probably the biggest. why I think he said it was on everybody's list. Family and friends and real connections, the things doing something good for somebody else that makes me happy. And I think we're looking for happiness in all the wrong places. All the wrong places. You don't think, I mean, I think if you scroll enough, you'll get happiness.
Starting point is 01:47:25 I think if you keep scrolling, yeah. The problem is you never get to the end, but if you could just get to the end of Twitter, you'd be happy. Maybe you haven't had the right hooker is what you're saying. That's another great one. Yeah. Yeah, I get that. So many people working so hard and we don't even give them any credit.
Starting point is 01:47:41 And I prefer sex workers. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. That's a much better. I'm an old guy. You know what I mean? I stuck in my old ways. You know, what Carl was saying, I think he's, I think he's happy because he's serving other people.
Starting point is 01:47:57 He's helping other people. Yeah. They could have worked out really horribly. You give people, I don't know how much money he was giving everybody, but you give people a lot of money. That would be really bad. Yeah, there's a certain amount that is helpful. You know, a certain amount really makes it okay.
Starting point is 01:48:12 Like to be able to enjoy the other things. It's hard to get through life. If all you're thinking about is surviving it, it's hard to get to happiness. It's really hard. Unless you're, you don't. But many people have, by the way. I know people who have. 100%.
Starting point is 01:48:24 It is definitely real. I know people who are happier, poor, and struggling than they are wealth. Yeah. I mean, if you want to, you know, bore yourself with statistics, you can come up with the polling that shows that it is more people. It's easier, I would say, to be happier when you have some money. There is a declining level of happiness increase as you get to certain amounts of wealth. Yeah. You know, like it, you know, it doesn't really make much of a difference. I think when you're not worried about making the rent and putting food on the table and I can pay my bills and they're all reasonable. I think that's happy. Yeah. I think you can be really happy there. And then you add, you know, $25 million on top of it. No.
Starting point is 01:49:11 That's what it gets really. I'm very grateful. I'm very grateful. Thank you for that. Carl, where were you? Where were you? Why is my name not near will? All right, back in a minute.
Starting point is 01:49:26 This is Glenn Beck. Most of us just adapt. You know, maybe we set out a few family activities. maybe we reach for the same old bottle of pain relievers. Every day. Every day we do it and we're masking the symptoms. And we're not doing anything about the root cause. But what if that wasn't the end of the story?
Starting point is 01:49:45 Relief factor is not a quick fix. It's not going to mask it. It is not putting a Band-Aid on anything. It's strengthening your body to fight inflammation. Couldn't let the week pass without talking to Ryan Morrow. He's a Capital Research Center investigative researcher. Counterterrorism expert. He is the guy. He is the guy. that really the DOJ is preparing probes into Soros and the Open Society, everything else, because of what Ryan did and exposed on this program. What was it last week, two weeks ago?
Starting point is 01:51:38 When was that, Ryan? I think it was about a week ago. Just a lot has happened. Yeah, I know. It has. And now, I mean, first of all, explain what you exposed and then what the DOJ is doing. Sure. So when I was doing my regular investigation into the anti-Israel anti-Semitic groups, the question of funding was always coming up. And so I had this amazing realization,
Starting point is 01:52:07 which is that nobody had gone through all of George Soros's grants from his Open Society foundations to all these different groups. It just been drips and drafts, but no one had actually systematically gone through it all. So it took me many months, but I did that. And the grand total, based on his own records, was over $80 million since 2016 going to domestic terrorists and criminal groups in the U.S. and pro-terrorism groups in the U.S. and around the world, including many that very obviously tied to foreign terrorist groups, both communist and Islamists. And so we put together this report. I really fit with you on Charlie Kirk's program, exactly one week after his martyrdom. And I know that you and your team did everything that you could to get it to
Starting point is 01:52:59 President Trump. I was using my own context, obviously, but fewer. They started hearing some good things, but you never know. And then it just gets reported yesterday by the New York Times that citing this report that we released, the Justice Department from the Deputy AG actually put out orders to attorneys in, I think, six states to prepare probes into Soros and the Open Society Foundations, and I hope the grantees, and not just all the way at the top. And there's a whole bunch of other things that can be done beyond what's being talked about and argued about right now that aren't being talked about, and I hope soon are, because there's easier or more effective things that can be done.
Starting point is 01:53:42 Like what? This is a bad thing. I mean, take away the tax exempt status. Like, the majority of the report is showing about how there's a spot in the IRS tax code saying that a tax-exempt nonprofit cannot engage in criminal activity. They can't sponsor it. They can't participate in it. Even use the word encourage at one point. And so that seems to me the logical starting point.
Starting point is 01:54:05 And the most radical groups, including one, truth out, actually wrote an article about our research that we did on the anti-Israel network. And they were freaking out. They said that this would be, that doing this type of thing would result in, I believe they called it a quick death. For most groups and the ones that remain, they said, would suffer from mass chaos. So they said that's the option that's going to hurt them the most. And then there's a bunch of other things I could also propose. This is why when Trump and Elon Musk went after USAID, they freaked out because that was a source of a lot of funding going to
Starting point is 01:54:47 these NGOs and they couldn't have those cut off. When you go after somebody like Soros and the Open Society where his fingers are in almost every pie, it's right, it will cause chaos, but they're not going to go away quietly. They're just, they're not going to just take it. What do you think? What's the other side of this? I think they're going to at the very least try to turn it into a political victory and then get more aggressive as they start losing.
Starting point is 01:55:17 But I think they still don't get it. I think that they're nervous, but they're not panicking like they should because they're so arrogant because when you go to their website, they say the grants are on their website, which is the basis of this report. Those are the ones they're comfortable sharing. They said if releasing this information could damage the operations of themselves or a grantee, they're not going to put it there. So this horrific stuff is what they're comfortable telling the world,
Starting point is 01:55:43 and then feeling like they can get away with. And their public statement that they put out was basically just, no, we're not doing that. Didn't deal with a single fact, nothing. Just they're trying to take our free speech away, as if everyone is just guaranteed tax exempt status no matter what you do. Right. No, that's a privilege. That's why it exists. But yeah, it's going to heat up.
Starting point is 01:56:07 So the Open Society Foundation, let me take three organizations. And you tell me, how are they connected to terror? the Sunrise Movement. So they're supposedly just about climate change. Actually, they're very favorable towards the Chinese Communist Party, and they say they're nonviolent, but they don't condemn violence fully, and that's why they promote things like the Antifa anarchists in Stop Cop City and tell people to donate to them.
Starting point is 01:56:31 The movement for Black Lives. This is not Black Lives Matter, Inc, is it? Or is it? It's not. They would say they're part of the movement, but then the movement has entities within it. And so this would be a powerhouse within them. They endorsed the October 7 attacks, and then they in a bunch of other Soros-link groups put together a protest guide that you think is just about how to talk to people and put something like that together. No, there's instructions and incitement for criminal activity and stuff that will qualify as domestic terrorism.
Starting point is 01:57:01 How are you going to get – because George Soros has got to have some of the best attorneys in the world. How are you going to get it to him or does it matter that it goes to him? This network is so big that you can do a lot of good without it getting to him, but I think you can get it to him. I mean, at the very least, ripping away the tax exempt status would do just, I mean, that would just cripple his network. He'd so much Monday still be around. But that would be a very bad situation for him. There's other things you can do like designating foreign entities and individuals as transnational criminal organizations or for involved in terrorism and other things. and then kind of stitch it together
Starting point is 01:57:44 because that would sever the link between the U.S. and the international networks, and then that gives you the basis for launching investigations against those that are in the United States and have those ties, because that's evidence of criminal activity. So there's a whole range of things that could be done. Any idea how long you think this is going to take the Justice Department
Starting point is 01:58:03 before they actually are ready to press charges or do whatever it is they're going to do? I don't know. The impression I get is that it's very urgent, and Trump is definitely demanding, immediate action and he's not the most patient man in the world. So I imagine that you'll hear things moving. I think if it's fully grasped what can be done through the Treasury Department and IRS with the tax-exempt situation, and if they were to have a meeting with folks
Starting point is 01:58:32 who say this like Capital Research Center and myself, it would not be hard for us to deliver the damning evidence that they need against organization after organization after organization. and just one day you just start hearing about dozens of groups and then dozens more groups having their statuses removed. And politically it would be a health storm. I mean, it would be quite the fight. But it would be one well worth it and one that I believe we would win. Tell me what you know, if anything, about the John Brown Society. The John Brown Gun Club.
Starting point is 01:59:04 Yeah. Yeah. So they are Antifa. They would call themselves anti-fascist, even though they don't put Antifa in their country. name, but they have material that is in favor of the popular front for the liberation of Palestine on their website, and they're basically a militia, even though they deny it. And that's also where that I try to stop saying far left and far right in regards to these organizations, because they're very pro-gun. Like, there is some truth to like the idea that there's like a
Starting point is 01:59:34 complete circle where you go really far to one side, you end up on the other side of the spectrum. Right. because they're very pro-gun, militia-like, and PFLP, the group that they are quite fond of, participating in the October 7th attacks. So that's a little bit concerning. In fact, most of this infrastructure, even though they're pro-Hamas, is actually more loyal to PFLP, the Marxist-Linist terrorist group that almost no one talks about, even though October 7th was a joint communist Islamist terrorist attack.
Starting point is 02:00:06 It's just everyone just thinks of Hamas and kind of leaves it there. Gosh, you remember when I said that Islamists and communists would work together, and everybody said that was nuts? And I'm like, of course they want to destroy us and the Western world first. They'll absolutely work together until they've accomplished that. Then it's going to get ugly. Then it'll get ugly. They basically merged now.
Starting point is 02:00:29 Like, you were right about that then, and then it became increasingly true. And now it's like one machine where you hit a button, and they all work together. And so you have the anarchists there. You have all sorts of extremists in there. That's why I personally call it the seditionist movement and sometimes the global seditionist movement because there's foreign governments involved in that. Because even the white supremacists and people that would be called supposedly far right, when you tackle the problem like I do and you're in that ecosystem 24-7, you see that it's almost like a single entity and it's all of us who mean well and want civil society to function well, even if we disagree on everything. It's all of us on one side, and then it's all these other guys who want to basically burn everything down and spread poison everywhere. They're on the other side.
Starting point is 02:01:18 Ryan, thank you so much for everything you do. I couldn't let the week go by without saying congratulations and thank you. Says somebody who's watched George, you bet. Somebody who's watched George Soros forever and ever and ever and been saying, why aren't we looking into any of this? Finally, you did, and now the government is taking heed and maybe we'll see some justice here. So thank you. All right, let me go to our sponsor this F-hour. It's pre-born.
Starting point is 02:01:44 When a woman finds out she's pregnant, unexpectedly unprepared, the world doesn't always rally around her. Sometimes it gets very loud with fear. Judgment. You're never going to make it. Don't have that. Don't do that. It will wreck your life. It, it, it, it.
Starting point is 02:02:00 Preborn meets women at that moment, and they calmly and compassionately and completely free of charge, help her. They offer pregnancy testing, medical counseling. and ultrasounds because sometimes all it takes is hearing that heartbeat to make things really, really clear that that is life growing inside of you. It's life and there is a way forward and it's better with life. Choose life every time. Preborn doesn't just help women choose life. They walk with them after that choice.
Starting point is 02:02:28 That's where the left always gets us wrong. They don't care. They don't really care. They just want to stop the baby from dying, but they don't care. I care deeply. My son is an adopted child from somebody who could have very easy. had an abortion and was offered that choice. And she was a hero and chose not to and give her child up.
Starting point is 02:02:47 We care about the child. We care about the mom, too. That's why I really, really like pre-born. Because they're not just talking about the baby. They're talking about the mom who is her soul and her life is in jeopardy as well. When she goes through this, it's going to stick with her for the rest of her life. Don't deal with any of that. Let's just try to save them.
Starting point is 02:03:07 Tax-deductible donation of anything will really help. but $15,000 will place a machine in a needy women's center, saving countless lives for years to come. I want you to give whatever you can to preborn.com slash Beck. Go there now, preborn.com slash Beck, or dial pound 250 on your phone and say the keyword baby. Starting point is 02:03:32 Coming up next. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. So a friend of mine that has been on this program before. We found out died last night. He was going in for some emergency surgery and lost his life last night. Bodhi Bakum, he was a religious leader, a giant, really, truly, in so many ways, a giant who had grown up. He was, you know, in his family history, actual slavery, and grew up in the worst sections of Los Angeles. Angeles in really dicey times. He was 56 years old, but he was a giant on the spirit and on America.
Starting point is 02:04:43 And he lost his battle. I just wanted to, wanted to play a little bit of a podcast that I did with him during the 2022 podcast. Here he is how people have been sucked in to believing things that just aren't true. The thing about movies and television and the portrayal of Christianity. right if there's a positive portrayal of Christianity in the movies or on television it's either somebody who's a political leftist right it's it's the minister or the priest who's out there fighting for social justice or it's the person who's running a soup kitchen right you know or it's the person who's you know running an orphanage or The only positive pictures of Christianity are those pictures that are social gospel pictures, right?
Starting point is 02:05:45 And if anybody is, you know, in any way, you know, conservative or anything else, then those are the images of Christianity that are basically the Christian Taliban, you know, if you will. And I think in many instances, Christians disdemean, um, Christians, sided. No, you know, we want to be thought well of. So we emphasized, you know, those social issues and social aspects. But Christ would have us do those things. So shouldn't those two sides be the same coin? Yeah, but if you do those without the gospel. You know, okay. Okay. Yeah. Right. Yeah. That's my point. Okay. Yeah. Is that those are the only things. that we're seeing.
Starting point is 02:06:36 Sure. And we see those things because of, you know, the sort of universal brotherhood of man sort of ideas, right? Nothing connected to Christ and the gospel, right? Nothing connected to this idea of sin and redemption. Nothing create, you know, nothing that gets you to, you know, here's our biblical worldview and this is our response because of our biblical worldview. you just this sort of, there's a universal brotherhood of man, there's a group of people out there
Starting point is 02:07:10 who are good people and they're good people because they do these sorts of social things. Correct. Right? And the Christians who join the ranks of these good people and do these good social things are good people, not because they're Christians, but in spite of the fact that they are Christians because they've joined this group over here that does these good things. And I think what has happened is there are a lot of people who sort of bought into that. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:07:38 And that's the face that they want to show. Because the new Christ is one of just do good things. Listen. Just be good. The 11th commandment is, thou shalt be nice. And we don't believe the other 10. It is. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:07:52 It is. That's Voti Bakum in a podcast with me from 2022. I'll see if we can repost it and maybe get it out on. Sunday. We have a great, great podcast. This weekend comes out tomorrow. You don't want to miss that. It's Katie Hopkins. She is fantastic. And we will see you back here on Monday. God bless and may God save the Republic. And back.
