Rudy Giuliani tonight, and I'm spending an hour with him, and there is a lot to discuss. last night he shared alleged sexually explicit materials involving underage girls from Hunter Byton with the police in Delaware. I want you to know this is really serious if this is true and it, I mean, I believe the emails, I haven't seen anything else. There is something wrong with the emails on what he's talking about with underage lovers. but I haven't seen them. I don't ever want to call somebody a pedophile if they are not a pedophile.

But we do know that he is out of control. This is sick and really needs to be addressed. And this has nothing to do with the election. I am very interested in the corruption of Joe Biden. We know his son is sick. if he knew about this, and that's the problem. It looks like Joe Biden knew about this. And I'm going to give you the email from Hunter to his father.

If he knew about this, we're in a whole different ballgame. Text messages and photos discussed by Giuliani and shown last night appear to have been found in a laptop hard drive that purportedly belong to the 50-year-old son of Vice President Joe Biden, who is now the Democratic presidential nominee. Those computer materials are already in possession of the FBI, but there's an update on that. I'll give you in a minute. According to Ruli, and he showed it last night, there's a text message to Hunter's

father in which he says the following, and he's discussing his sister-in-law, who for quite some time was his lover. He says, quoting, she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate. This would be with the unnamed 14-year-old girl. The text messages shown on the screen with some parts blacked out as Giuliani continued to read from them said Hunter Biden's sister-in-law went on to say that he was being sexually inappropriate with a redacted name when she says that I FaceTime naked with her and the reason I can't.

have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked smoking crack something something girls on FaceTime when she pressed when she was pressed she said that redacted name never said anything like that but the bottom line is that I created and caused a very safe environment for the kids unsafe unsafe I'm sorry unsafe environment for the kids if it stopped there I would would let it go. But then, redacted friend, redacted sober coach. Okay. So this appears to be,

he's talking about Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter, the brother of Bo who's died. They had a romantic relationship until spring of last year. Giuliani says the text he read were supported by numerous pictures of underage girls, but didn't get into what they showed.

The former mayor also didn't provide exact date for when the messages were sent, but at one point suggested it was around three years ago. Neither the Biden campaign nor Hunter Biden has denied any other element of the email stories up until now that they had not denied anything and not really shed light on the, you know, Biden's former business ventures and struggles with drugs, though the former vice president had called it a smear campaign. This goes beyond what we saw with the laptop memos about Joe Biden in bed, so to speak, with three Chinese communists who were sending money to the, quote, big guy, and that money was $10 million to be held for the big guy.

Um, last night, the Delaware state police, uh, apparently Rudy Giuliani and Bernard Carrick delivered the materials. Don't know if that was the hard drive or the laptop or, we don't know, but it was delivered to, um, the, uh, Delaware state police. They would not comment on that. Uh, however, uh, one of, um, one of, um, um, the, uh, Delaware state police. Uh, however, uh, one of, um, of the Delaware State Police spokespeople was unable to confirm or deny whether those materials had been handed over, as Rudy Giuliani claimed.

However, it does appear, this is according to the source, actually delivered text messages and photos to the Newcastle County Police Department. They have the hard drive or the laptop or something of that effect. A new photograph from the laptop has emerged of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden,

posing with Hunter Biden and Kazakhstan oligarch, who reportedly worked with the former VP scandal son. The picture first published by a Kazakhstan anti-German, anti-corruption website follows the revelations last week detailing how Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings and a report that Biden was a go-between to broker U.S. investments with the Kazakhstanian former president. Now, this photo was shared by the Kazakhstan Initiative on Asset Recon, And it's a picture of Hunter Biden, the former prime minister and his son and also Hunter Biden.

The Daily Mail published Friday details of Hunter Biden's alleged work in Kazakhstan, claiming he dined regularly with businessmen there and attempted to facilitate investment for his cash in New York, Washington, D.C., and a Nevada mining company. So here's the thing. The guy he's in the picture with has close ties to the former president who was running a kleptocratic administration, stealing the wealth of that country blind. And Hunter Biden is now in a picture with Joe Biden and these people that were trying to get their money out of Kazakhstan and into the United States. that's the same thing we now know from new documents that Peter Switzer had that are not related to the laptop, that that's exactly why they received $3.5 million from the oligarch in Russia, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow. So now you have a clear pattern developing. Now, this picture is important because Joe Biden said,

No, they never, look, our official calendar shows, I never met with these guys. Yeah, well, your official calendar does leave a space open. Unfortunately, the picture shows that you did. And this isn't in the U.S. picture. This is a picture released by the anti-corruption department in Kazakhstan. So how many sources are we going to have? to discredit. Law enforcement sources reportedly are confirming the emails in question, including one in which the Ukrainian officials were thanking Hunter for inviting him to meet his

father are real. FBI has declined to confirm whether or not it's examining the laptop and its contents, but they are now saying these letters, these emails are. are real. Yesterday, a reporter said, so Wisconsin's Republican Senator Ron Johnson put out a statement on Homeland Security letterhead saying, Hunter Biden, together with other Biden family members, profited off of the Biden name.

Is there any legitimacy to Senator Johnson's claims? Biden said, none whatsoever. Now, this is really important. None whatsoever. This is the same garbage Rudy Giuliani Trump's henchmen. It's the last ditch effort in this desperate campaign to smear me and my family. There's no, there's no, there's no, there's nothing here. Listen to this.

Ron Johnson asked the Secret Service to provide information about Hunter's travel history, says he needs it in the next 10 days. We don't have any word on whether that's,

People are saying, how did Hunter Biden, why would he possibly drop this laptop off?

Have you ever known anyone to self-sabotage? Have you ever known anyone who just wants things to stop but doesn't know how to stop them? what Giuliani shared last night was the text message to Joe Biden from his son. And I just want to give you just this. He said, the sister-in-law said, claimed that I was being sexually inappropriate when she said that I face time with someone naked with her. and the reason I can't have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked smoking crack and also doing something with girls on FaceTime. She, I pressed her.

She said that she never said anything like that, but the bottom line is I create and cause a very unsafe environment for the kids. I'm not sure he's talking about some third-party 14-year-old. I think he may be talking about. about Bo's children. When he says, I created a very unsafe environment for the kids. If it stopped there, I would let it go. But then he goes on and it's all redacted.

He's discussing this with his father. And in another email that I read that was discussing about how he has put the family in danger, and he also is a little angry with his father because he said, this is the campaign that's doing this. And he's expressing sorrow and anger and desperation. He wants out. I think it's possible that whether he knew he was doing it or not, if that signature of Hunter Biden turns out to be authentic,

and he is the guy who dropped it off, I think it's because he won. wanted this to end. I think his father, you know, I've always thought good things about Joe Biden with his kids and he was just protecting, but these documents show Joe Biden was using his son to enrich the family. And you don't do that to somebody who is struggling from massive, massive alcohol and drug problems. You don't. And it appears if these things are true, it appears as though he knew about it and he was using his son and just trying to hold him together so he could enrich the family. That's despicable. And if that's true, it makes sense that Hunter would release this because he wants out and his father is part of the problem that he's facing. He can't get away from his problems because his father is like, just do these things.

And I'm one of those suburban housewives that everybody's so worried about my vote. and this year my vote is going for Trump first time. But my question...

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Hold on just a second. You voted for someone else last time. I've never voted because I felt like I was too ignorant to vote. And since the media wanted to take away all of our jobs and set us in front of TV and Trump kept yelling fake media, I needed to go see what that was about, and I found out. Wow. So I will be voting for the first time, me and my spouse, for Trump.

And my question is, with all this treasonous activity, can, I'm sorry, Biden be disqualified from even running at this point? And then also a very even more serious question is, can we even trust the FBI? So I will ask Rudy Giuliani that, because the FBI has had this laptop in their possession for a while. And that says a lot to me. Now, they won't comment on that. And there has been a grand jury that has been called. So to me that says that they saw this information, they found it real and credible, and they opened up a grand jury and there is an investigation going on.

But I have to tell you, I don't trust the FBI at this point. And that's not a slam on the agents or whatever, that there is a sickness in our intelligence, in our State Department, and in our Department of Justice and FBI. and it needs to be cut out. People need to be held responsible for what is going on. This is a deep state operation that has been going on. We now have the evidence that they briefed President Obama on this before the 2016 election, that this was an op done by the Hillary Clinton campaign along with the Russians. So everything they accused Donald Trump of doing, we now know Hillary Clinton was doing.

And Barack Obama, he personally was briefed on this twice and failed to act on it. So, no, you can't trust anybody right now. Can't trust anybody. And that is a really bad place to be. Jamie, can I ask you another question? What was it? How did you go from, I'm not paying attention to, I want to check out the media to listening and calling in on my show today? What was the series?

It was the coronavirus. You know, when I heard about flying two last time it came around, I wasn't really worried. I have a background in immunology, but I also have a daughter who's immunocompromised. And so I would sit and watch every single press conference Trump would do about the coronavirus. And he kept screaming fake media, fake media. And I didn't like him. I hated his gut, hated him, because why was he so nasty? And then I started to think, he's so nasty to them, they're so nasty to him.

I've got to go figure out why this is going on. So I flipped the channel after his speech and listened to the news. And the news said stuff that he didn't say even at all. And I don't even like the guy. And I'm like, hey, wait a minute, I don't like the guy, but you can't plain lie about him. And then I thought, they're lying to me about this. What else are they lying to me about? And I realized at that moment that what President Trump has been doing is what any mother would do if somebody came up, no matter how nice you are and tried to steal your child, and America is his child.

You would scream and kick at the top of your lungs to get as much attention as you could to get people to come and help you. And that is what he's doing when he screamed fake media at all of his press conferences. Jamie, good for you for figuring that out. You know, I talked to his son right after the last debate. And I said, what happened? Why? Why? And he said, my dad was just pissed.

He knew that the moderator was in the bag. He was not going to ask any tough questions. He wasn't even going to correct Joe Biden. And somebody had to do it. And he said he just lost his temper. And I completely understand that. I think Donald Trump has been remarkably restrained. if you understand what the press has done,

or if she ever handed that information over to the FBI? The Attorney General's office was previously held by Beau Biden. So it would be interesting to see why she held on. I'm from Delaware. I'm actually on the road in Kentucky. And I wanted to tell you that your analogy of, the Biden family and the Corleone's was right on. Bo Biden was Michael Corleone.

Yes. I mean, he was the apple of his father's eye. Hunter Biden, you, and living in Delaware for 47 years, you didn't even know Hunter Biden was still alive, but you knew Bo was, and you knew everything about Boe. Do we think that maybe with her being so involved with the UN and all of the politics and stuff that she's been involved with that perhaps some of this information on these hard drives with pedophilia accusations, that somehow that could go back to the Maxwell Epstein. You know, I don't know, and I don't want to get ahead and start connecting dots that we, you know, it's a good question and it is speculation. But this one is important that we don't read more into it until we know there's more to it. But I think that once we, once we have verified this charge, I think that's worth looking into Maxwell's testimony.

what you know that's not their goal their goal is revolution and gain control. And, you know, the Black Panthers and the, you know, black liberation movement, they couldn't have, they couldn't have seized power back in the 60s. It wasn't going to work. So they thought, if that doesn't work, how can we do this? Well, back in the 60s, and we talked about this with the weather underground, they knew that they had to expand their revolutionary force.

It needed to be broadened. So you have the minority of African Americans, but also you'll have the minority of Hispanics. You have the poor, the unemployed, those unwellfare, other minority groups. This is why you have Caesar Chavez Boulevard, because it was labor and migratory workers. That's what, that's the beginning of this communist outreach, okay? But then they needed the students. and they could get the students in the 60s, but it wasn't broad enough. They needed at least a generation past the students that believed the same things.

You couldn't just do it with a bunch of 16 to 21-year-olds. You needed people at 35 going, yes, critical race theory. I believe that. So they had to infiltrate and start teaching all of these things and undermining the United States of America and mass. So they have done this. And they've done it and completed it. This has been done before. We've told you before.

Czechoslovakia. The communist used a method of internal conquest, not the war of national liberation. And what they did is they used political means and they used all of these other resources to cobble people together to bring a more peaceful transition to communism. Now, here's the plan that was hatched, and this is what's happening today. Using, this is from the 60s and 70s, using unidentified communist agents and non-communist sympathizers in key positions in government, in communications media, and in mass organizations such as labor unions and civil rights groups, they demand more and more government power as the solution to all civil rights problems. So they've accomplished this key positions in government. Socialists, Marxist, yes. Communications, yes.

Mass organizations like labor unions. Have you seen the teachers union lately? And in the civil rights groups, BLM. Now, total government is the objective of communism and Marxism. Without calling it by name. Now listen to this. This is the part of their plan. without calling it by name, build communism piece by piece through mass pressures for presidential decrees, court orders, court reforms, and legislation, which appeared to be aimed at improving civil rights and other social reforms.

I guarantee you, if Biden wins and the Senate is lost by the Republicans, you are going to hear that this was all voter suppression, and that's why we have to get rid of the electoral. college. They're not going to say it's because we can have total control. They're not going to get rid of the filibuster so we can rule the world. It's so they can stop bad guys who are trying to continue the oppression that this government has done for so many years. Now, riots. What if riots come? Well, more government housing, government welfare, government job, training, finally federal control over police. The essential economic and political structure of communism can be built legally and in apparent response to the wishes of the people on the streets who have clamored for some kind of

solution to the problems played up, aggravated, and created outright by communist, socialist, and Marxists for just that purpose. Now listen to this. People right now feel like, This is crazy. I can't live like this anymore. The problem's been played up. I don't know. The problems with police were making good progress. Many of the police chiefs that they've gotten fired or accused of being racist are black.

In many cities, half of the police force is black. And yet it doesn't matter. We were all against what happened to George Floyd. All of us. united but they played it up and they aggravated it it's why we all said back in the summer how we all agree on this how is this a problem it was the machinery of Marxism now listen to this after that machinery is completed this will blow your mind and it is firmly established then and only then can we allow the hidden communists socialist Marxist one by one to make their identities known?

You remember just eight years ago it was racist to call somebody a Marxist? And today they can't wait to tell you. We have Marxists everywhere. So that's the next step is to allow the hidden communists and Marxist and socialist one by one to make their identities known. We're there. next step liquidate first the anti-communists and then the non-communist sympathizers who are no longer needed in government this is what's happening to donald trump and anyone who stands for the constitution anyone who fights back do you know how alone donald trump is in this fight you

It is probable that the communists, the socialists, the Marxists, the radicals, the anarchists, the Islamists, are determined to use force and violence to its fullest, coupled with the weakening of the economy, our military being stretched, everybody being confused, are, our allies and our enemies knowing that we are weakened internally and they are working hard to create the kind of psychological desperation in the minds of all citizens that lead them to accept blindly the government measures which actually help the radicals take over. That's where we are right now. This is the game that has been played on you for the last 20 years. You are tired. You are worn out. Disregard all of the people from the Bernie Sanders campaign that Joe Biden has put in surrounding him on policies.

They will dismiss it. The reason why they dismiss it is because they're tired of the chaos. And that is what the press is trying to do. They're trying to say that Donald Trump is the source of all chaos. That's not true. Donald Trump does like chaos. He does. He operates the best when things are crazy. It used to be a good thing for the, for the, you know, as a president.

When the going gets tough, they're at their best. But he does like chaos. But that's not what's happening anymore. Donald Trump is speaking the truth about the lies the press is saying. And we now have the evidence. It's not some kooky conspiracy theory, but you'll notice that the press when it comes to Hunter Biden is only talking about. how media has reacted to that story.

They're not actually telling the story or doing any investigative work to prove it wrong. There are no facts being disputed by the mainstream media. Why? Because it causes doubt, chaos, frustration. Oh, geez, we'll just be done with all of this. So the communist program, the socialist Marxist program that was developed first in the 1920s, then refigured in the 1960s, has been going on in America for since then.

And it is well advanced. And it could have been. been thwarted in a very short period of time 20 years ago, just by exposure. Sheriffs obey the Constitution and they only report to you. Now, some sheriffs are lost. They're leftist. We have a great sheriff here in Tarrant County in Texas,

and he's fantastic. He's running against a guy with all kinds of Marxist money. If you lose the sheriff, you can lose the Constitution because that constitutionally, that position of the sheriff is the last line of defense. They answer to the people and the Constitution. Nobody else. Nobody else. Don't allow the police force to be funded by the federal government in any kind of anything that discourages the police to do their job, anything.

that says, oh, money, we like more training, we want federal money. That comes with federal controls, and you do not want a federal police force. All right. The last thing. We need a massive awakening in America, both spiritually and to the true nature of this blueprint for revolution and the blueprint of the Constitution, of peace and prospect. I've always believed that Biden is, if he wins, is not going to be in office for very long because of his obvious health issues. But what I'm wondering now, and I don't know if Giuliani would have a thought on this, do you think that maybe these recent scandals with the laptop and so forth, that his handlers might think this is a good reason for him to just resign?

Oh, I have to tell you, I don't think it'll just be his handlers. I think that, you know, if this election goes the way it could and Joe Biden wins, God forbid, this investigation will go on. Donald Trump will expose all of this stuff, and there will be enough exposed that he'll have so much baggage. He may not even make it into the Oval, and you'll have Kamala Harris sworn in. on January 20th, just because the press, once he's won, the press doesn't have to protect him. And they probably are motivated to have a real socialist in office. So, yeah, I think that's a great point, Beth. Thank you so much.

We're going to talk to Jason Buttrill in about a half hour in great length about the latest allegations. but he's our chief researcher and has been on this story with me for years when we started on Joe Biden on China and then Ukraine and then the impeachment hearing and now this. Give me in a nutshell any new developments. Yesterday was a big day. A little bit of a big day. Started off with the photograph Kazakhstan that was released. Really big because that goes again. Joe Biden saying there's no official record of our meeting or anything else.

Now we have a photograph which only hurts his credibility on all the other times. There wasn't an official meeting. Exactly. So we were starting to see. I believe what the ban and rollout was intended to do. And I'm assuming Rudy Giuliani was part of this as well. But they're trying to build this case. I think that, look, he's been lying about this the entire time.

The big thing here is that if Joe Biden was in any way involved with Hunter Biden, if they were coordinating in any way to, you know, amass these millions of dollars. That would be probably the illegal part if they're actually going to make a legal case. If he is receiving money directly, then they have a legal case. Well, we know that one of the things from the Chinese government was $10 million to be held for the big guy. Yeah. If you can prove that the big guy is Joe Biden, you're done. You're done.

Yeah. But beyond that, we've already known. I've talked about this before, but we already know that these what look like shell companies, the entire Biden family, Joe Biden's brother, his sister-in-law, they were drawing off money off some of these companies. Was some of that Chinese money, some of the Kazakhstan money, some of the Ukraine money, was that going? Some of the Moscow. Yeah, for some of the Moscow money, was it going into these shell companies? And that's how the family was spending.

I think the direct quote from one of those was $100,000 just on random luxury items. It's pretty amazing. The press is not covering this, but we are. You bet. You write in your new book, I don't want to quote, in 2020, the left has even weaponized the COVID-19 pandemic. There are a number of ways our republic can be and is under assault. one of the most unsettling and truly vile would be the attempt to weaken its freedoms, its laws, its borders, and accountability of its government by exploiting a global pandemic for partisan or personal gain. Yeah, well, that's what's happening. I mean, there's no good reason for the continued lockdowns other than a political agenda,

mostly to get Donald Trump. In fact, the science suggests that some of the lockdown measures are are unhelpful and dangerous and deadly. There's new numbers out just yesterday and today, talking about how young people are being killed in part thanks to the lockdown trauma. So you have increased deaths related to overdoses and things like that. It's just awful.

It is. And, you know, we've never had lockdowns to curtail an epidemic like this. It's never happened before in human history. The idea you would shut down in a country, to curtail an epidemic is the equivalent of we're going to kill the patient to save them. And so we've had this radical experiment done on the American people. I don't recall giving informed consent to it. No.

And there is no health basis for it. CDC never recommended it. And what is the result then? We have people praying in New York for fear, you know, for fear being arrested, being told that, you know, you wear the wrong kind of mask, you'll be thrown off a plane. You can't even travel anymore. You're so restricted in your liberty. And now we're using it as an excuse to curtail and suppress the right to vote where the left is telling people they're going to die if they vote in person.

They shouldn't have to choose their help over their vote, which is about the most suppressive thing I've ever heard in terms of the right to vote. And so it's resulting in people relying on a more risky way to vote, voting by mail. So it's upending our entire society. We have to need to open the society up again. We've got to get our freedom back. You lodged a FOIA request for the Fauci emails between Fauci and the WHO. What do you think you're going to find? And did they deliver them?

I don't think we got them yet. I think we're supposed to get a batch this week, although they didn't want to give us anything until after the election. And it was a request that was really quite specific. I think it was done with our friends at the Daily Cold News Foundation that give us emails around the beginning of the pandemic, communications between Fauci, his top deputy concerning WHO, China, and the coronavirus. And, you know, I'm a charitable guy, Glenn.

I kind of was thinking maybe the Chinese were lying to us. want to figure out what they were telling us and what lies were going on there. And, of course, they don't want to give us the documents. They've been slow rolling the release of the records. It's only 4,000 pages or so. They're telling us Fauci has to review them all, which is rather extraordinary under the Freedom Information Act. It's like saying Hillary Clinton has to review every email before we get.

Oh, wait, that already did happen. But that's what's happening now. And so we've got, you know, what did Fauci and the CDC? know and we're being told by China and WHO about the coronavirus in the beginning of the epidemic. It's kind of an important issue. It's a political fight right now. And you have the deep state holding up the records. So if you didn't believe in the deep state four years ago, I was kind of there. I mean, I didn't like the term deep state, but I did think that there was a, you know, a legacy class of federal people that just didn't really care. I, I,

think that's what the deep state is, but it's more insidious than that, as we're seeing now. If you didn't believe it in 16, okay, but if you don't believe it now, you're either in self-imposed ignorance or you just don't pay attention at all. Yeah, I used to, my initial phrase for it was alt government. This government that thinks it's beyond control by civil authorities, meaning the people elected and put in place to actually run the government by the American people. And to be fair, Democrats and Republican presidents probably know exactly what I'm talking about. Sure. Resistance at the top echelons of the agencies, mostly, the senior executive service,

well, it's literally there's a senior executive service, but the top level civil servants who think they know better than the peons put in place by the American people. And they just have contempt for anyone who thinks that they can tell them what to do. They see themselves as long-termers and political appointees as short-termers. And that's true whether you're Democrat and Republican. Now, if you're a Trump Republican or a conservative, the contempt is beyond all measure because the dirty little secret is this deep state leadership I'm talking about. It's entirely, practically speaking, a Democrat and left.

you talk about the deep state in in your new book and i i want to ask you it's different than it used to be i think the obama administration and we have shown documents that that uh lead one to believe this is absolutely true and verifiable that they really almost militarized uh that deep state they really uh were putting the final touches on it so it could go on and on on and on. And I think that's why Donald Trump is so dangerous to what we have going on in the federal government because he's not a part of it. And he is such a wrecking ball that he's exposing it, all of it. Are we going to see anyone actually go to jail on the things that are happening? Not without a radical change in who's doing the investigating and prosecuting. I don't think this Justice

Department under its current leadership, the FBI under its current leadership is going to do anything more than we've seen that to date. My perception has been that the criminal investigation has been woefully lacking and you just can't rely. It's kind of an old adage. You know, you can't rely on one agency to investigate itself. And that's what's happening essentially with the Justice Department here. We see it with the Biden laptop. It's the weiner laptop all over again, Glenn. They had it. They wanted to hide it. And they only fessed up to having it once someone blew the whistle on it. Is there going to be a way for the American people to know? I mean, I think we already, I think the American people are realizing, oh, wait a minute, there is something

to this. Is there, do you see an end to this that the press finally says, oh, like they did with the Wiener laptop? Well, you know, the book accounts, we talked about our exposing the Clinton pay to play scandal in August of 2016. We didn't time it for that time. It was just when the documents came out, because the cover up ended then as we broke it open. And I think this is Hillary Redux. And, you know, the grand jury is probably going to be voters on Election Day, and they're going to figure out whether they want to indict Joe Biden one way or another. And that's the big question. Well, you write extensively in your book about voter suppression and how, and how this is going to possibly change everything.

The name of the book is Republic Under Assault by Tom Fitten. So Tom, do you have confidence that they won't be able to pull off voter fraud on a massive scale and change the results of the election? No, I don't. And we see this with the Pennsylvania ruling, which I'm sure you've already covered that of the Supreme Court that allows ballots to be counted without a postmark. frankly, Glenn, any ballot that comes in after election day shouldn't be counted, postmarked or not. No. It's an open

invitation to vote a fraud. It undermines confidence in the elections. I've become convinced, even since I've written the book, it became even more convinced. The left has zero interest in your vote. They don't care about the votes. They've got a process in place and a program in place

to overturn the results of the election if it turns out they don't like it. and, you know, we talk just, I'm sure you've talked about the Transition Integrity Project, where you've had a war game and the guy playing Biden was no one other than John Podesta, and their wargaming was pushing it into Congress and having certain states threatened to secede from the union in order to have the Biden electoral college slate seated. I think you missed the, I think you missed the headline there. That war game was, what if Donald Trump wins?

in a landslide and there's no way to change the result. There's no court case that can change it. He just openly wins in a landslide. What do we do? Anyone who wanted the integrity to be involved with the transition would say, we admit defeat. But that's not what they did. They said what you just said.

That's their plan. If he wins in a landslide. So sure enough, the left is pretending it's the right that one accept the result of the election when in fact it's the left that's planning for the cycle of acts that could precipitate a civil war and how do I know about this I read about it in the New York Times it's incredible and and we're attacked for raising concerns about what they're doing let me take one minute let me take one minute and then we're going to come back with Tom Fitten from judicial watch which has just made the world of difference

fairly applied. And the public square now is social media. Well, that's an interesting First Amendment issue. I think it's even simpler than that. They're engaged in business fraud. They're engaged in the sort of fraud that any other company would be shut down over, which is falsely saying they're doing one thing when in fact they have another reason for doing it. So they're saying that they're They're not being neutral, and they're not being neutral, as you point out. That's fraud. The FTC should have been on this months ago when President Trump, frankly, sign an executive order telling them to get on.

And now look where we are. And as Justice Thomas pointed out last week, Section 230, as read simply, doesn't them allow them to censor folks because they don't like their ideas as opposed to them being terrorists or otherwise engaging in conduct, which is obviously outlawed. No chaos. This suburban voter, like many others, who might decide this election, now leans more towards Joe Biden, and he's not alone.

So this voter actually voted for Donald Trump last time, and you're saying that you're meeting people that are like, I can't take the case. anymore and they blame it on Trump. Right. So first of all, thanks for having me on. So it's interesting. So that story ran, oh, I don't even know, like less than a week ago. And that was at the peak, which a lot of people found off-putting.

And when the president said, we can't let COVID run our lives or said something to that effect. Yeah, right. And that hit suburban voters and senior voters in a way that while they would be Trump voters, they started to soften and become closer to Biden voters. And he were on COVID from their perspective. In particular, seniors and basketball is canceled. And they can't go to Sunday dinner because there's vulnerabilities in the family. And, you know, their jobs have completely.

changed and home is chaotic. So unfortunately, they perceive that they can't escape from the impact of COVID. Now, it's not because a lot of those rules have put down by Trump, but nonetheless that statement got under their skin. Now, then I wrote that story. He called me back and said he was back with Trump. Okay. So there's a softening, but it's not, I, I, I, I wrote that story. I, It's not permanent because Biden... All right. How do you think this is going to impact the election with the Hunter Biden emails that are coming out not just from the laptop, but Peter Switzer, who I know you know, is a credible individual. It has 26,000 emails that have just been released by Hunter Biden's partner who's in prison and pissed that he's sitting there alone.

So here's what the Hunter Biden event does for these softening voters. And that's the case with this voter that I spoke to. The corruption and the sort of swamp that they wanted to drain with President Trump's inaugural election is now, that is now coming at the forefront of, of, of, of, them moving back away from Biden and towards Trump. But Trump has one job he needs to do. And he needs to do this at the debate. And what he needs to do is we're going to get through this together.

We are not the slogans that you see on TV that, you know, every corporation uses. But voters trust him. That's the advantage that he has over Biden. is his vigor, but he needs to say, we're going to get past this, and I am the only one that can bring the country back on the economy, and voters trust that. Because if you look down, if you look in the most granular parts of the cross tabs of polling, he scores very highly with people. People trust him on the economy. He just needs to tweak how he talks about the virus. So when he talks about Biden tomorrow, which you know he will bring up,

is there any electric wire that he could accidentally touch or touch and shouldn't? Look, the reason, this was missed by so many people. So the reason that people liked him that wouldn't normally like him is because he was aspirational, that because he wanted to make people part of something bigger than themselves. If he makes it a grievance about how he's treated, he is not going to pull people together. People already get that grievance because they experience it every day. They experience in the way their communities covered. They experience the way their school boards are elected.

They experience in culture and sports and entertainment. They have the same grievance. They don't want to remove the grievance. They know the grievance is there. It's on the Biden's 100-day plan, his first 100 days in office, if he indeed wins. It's a little terrifying. But we had to change because we booked Rudy Giuliani for a full hour tonight just to talk to us about the breaking news that really came out last night, which is really. really disturbing. So there was a lot actually that came out last night. We had the, we had the Kazakhstan photo that proved a lot of that stuff, right? Okay, hang on just a second.

So if you don't know what that is, Joe Biden has denied that he and his son met with the leadership of Kazakhstan, which there were, there were many accusations of money laundering and trying to get the wealth of the nation out of, out of Kazakhstan and Joe Biden said, no, there's nothing on our official record. I don't recall that. That didn't happen.

Well, now there's a picture. And he continues to deny that he discussed any of his son's business opportunities everywhere he was running around doing foreign policy things. But we keep showing that that is false. There's just no way. I mean, he lied. He's right there. There's a photo showing him. Did that.

And that doesn't say what he did. But unfortunately, that also comes with all kinds of documents now. Right. And not just from the laptop, but from Hunter Biden's former partner who's in jail, prison, and is little pissed off about it. And a few days ago told Peter Swiser, come over and I will give you access to my Google email drive. And I'll give you access to 26,000 emails. And now the news that they're having to move him out of the facility that he's at to another one,

because they fear that he might be at risk. Oh, they should put him where, what's his name was? He was fine, and the cameras, I'm sure, all worked. Yes, he's probably going right to Rikers. Yeah, go to Rikers. Then also, we got the news that the FBI is also in agreement with the intelligence community, as is the DOJ, that, look, this is not a Russian disinformation operation. It is not.

Now you have the DNI. Now you also have the FBI and DEOJ. all saying, this is not true. I just saw a story right before we got on the air with MSNBC, how Trump supporters are being convinced of the truth of these conspiracy theories. So this is absolutely insane. They're taking the word over Adam Schiff. Adam Schiff is where most of this came from.

He's the one that said it. The DNI had to make a very rare public announcement to denounce it. But they're not even listening to that. They're not listening to the FBI DOJ or the DNI. They're listening to Adam Schiff. every single major outlet. I'd tell you what, they have seriously crossed the line

during this election. I mean, it is insane how they are sticking with that narrative and running with it. They won't even comment on this. I don't think the New York Post even still had, do they even have access to their Twitter account even still? I don't think so.

From the post? No, I don't think so. The post was told that they have to retract the story before they'll get their Twitter feed. back. That is absolutely insane. Now especially, how much more fact checking do you need to do? Their independent fact checkers are going to work, but I mean, if you notice the stories in the media today are not about the story. They're about, it's a story about how the story has been blocked or released. So they've skipped even telling their audience what the story is. If you're listening,

you know, if you're listening from, you know, the left, you would know that there was a hard drive. It's questionable. There was some documents and the media and Twitter and Facebook blocked it because they were trying to protect from conspiracy theories. That's all you know. Yeah. And what's amazing is if they would have left this alone and just ignored it. Would have been a lot smaller. It would have been a lot smaller.

Axios just put out a report saying, how they actually caused this to go viral. It went viral after they put the light on this when trying to censor it. This is a lesson to have they never watched or studied any authoritarian dictatorship all throughout history? Censorship is what brings them down. They push radicals into a corner when radicals didn't even exist before. They forced them to go underground.

They force them to bring all this stuff out in public. And that's what they're doing. So what's the analysis of why they're doing it then? They obviously have to have some. awareness of this? Or is it just that their arrogance? They're going to bring themselves down because they're going to be the one that are going to succeed.

And they don't, they honestly believe, I think they honestly believe that their own bubble is the only bubble that really matters or exists. I do think that's a big part of it. I think some, I honestly think, you know, you look at like the extended, uh, conversations with some of these guys at these tech companies, some of them, not all. Some of them actually think they're being. like arbiters of free speech in an appropriate way. In a weird way.

In a weird way. But like because they think legitimately these things are absolutely, you know, like they think this is false information. I don't think they do. I really do. I think some of them do. I think maybe some of them do. But I think anyone who is actually looking and says, well, let me see.

I'm not going to report on it, but let me just look at it. I think you're, you're far too intelligent to actually look at these things and say, yeah there's nothing here i mean it's clear nobody's the Biden campaign is talking all of their denials go back to the denials uh from the impeachment hearing they're saying that you know even don't Trump's own people testified that there was nothing uh no wrong doing well that was that was six months ago right that's not this that's not this tell me what you think about the the the really disturbing uh story that Rudy jill I mean, Bernard Carrick brought apparently to the Delaware state police of Hunter Biden of having sexual relationships with 14-year-old girls.

So really disturbing. I personally wish this would not have hit the media right now. I wish I'm so glad that they caught it and I'm so glad that they send it off to the police so that this can be investigated. I just don't. I think that there are a lot of people that are trying to make. make this story about Hunter Biden. This is not a story about Hunter Biden. This is all about Joe Biden. Well, the reason why that came out is because he apparently admits it in a email to his dad. So his dad knew about it. So that's the connection.

But I tell you, it's weird for a group of people who want to make it all into conspiracy theories that they wouldn't. They wouldn't immediately jump on that story and say, see, this is how ridiculous it is. I think they're shutting up on that particular story because it is uncomfortable. It's not a, it's not a home run, an automatic home run. You know what I mean? You have to think about that one and nobody wants to think about that. They could easily make that into, this is just salacious and crazy and blah, blah, and they're not. What does that say?

Yeah, well, I mean, they've refused to denounce any of it. really. They made a really, you know, half-baked attempt at the very beginning to say that, like, that meeting between the Ukrainian executive, you know, they couldn't find it on the schedule, which was not a denial. And then even later walked back that even pitiful, you know, non-denial. They haven't refuted any of it. And again, that goes to show you how stupid this is of people trying to say that it's not real or that it's part of some disinformation thing. Nobody has denied it. Biden, this would be very easy for Biden to deny. You know, it's crazy. is it just sets the stage for Biden to be removed from office if he wins,
