I was watching the mainstream media and I didn't see anything. So it must not be important. But Chuck Grassley came out yesterday and published an unclassified FBI document, which is from a confidential human source. And this is a trusted source from the FBI. This is something that the FBI said, we don't, what? We didn't have it. And then when they were pushed, they were like, well, okay, we have it.

but we can't produce it. Why not? Well, you know, it's in my other suit. So finally, even though the FBI would not produce it, Chuck Grassley had a copy of it, which is really interesting, isn't it? So Joe and Hunter Biden are involved with the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, and this is a document from a confidential human,

source trusted by the FBI that shows exactly what was going on and how the FBI quashed a probe into the Ukrainian prosecutor general Victor Shokin. Remember, do we have that audio by any chance, Sarah? It was the time when Joe Biden was over and he came back home and he was, I think, at the Council of Foreign Relations and he brags, yeah, well, they had a really bad prosecutor over there and I just told them my told them they got to get rid of them otherwise I'm not going to give them the billions of dollars okay so here's here are the key takeaways um Burisma Holdings hired Hunter Biden to have the his father protect the company during the first meeting with a confidential human source senior official Vedim Pajarski reportedly stated that Burriski reportedly stated that

Riesma had hired Hunter Biden to, quote, protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems. In another meeting, the confidential human source conversed with the CEO, Zoljevsky, about President Joe Biden's recent declaration that Ukrainian prosecutor general, Victor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma at the time, was corrupt and had ought to be removed from office. He said, in that instance, not to fret about any of the. adverse impact such a declaration might have on Burisma's prospect saying, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad. Biden succeeded in getting Shokin fired. He said he was going to withhold a billion dollars in loan guarantees. Then

Burisma, through the confidential human source, said that they were afraid that Shokin's probe would stop its efforts to get public. traded in the U.S. They were trying to merge with a U.S. company. They wanted to be publicly traded and make all kinds of money here in the U.S. They were trying to do all of this, and Jolsesvsky said, this is going to screw everything up. And the confidential human source was told that if you just retain Hunter Biden, we retained Hunter Biden, so everything will be okay. Burisma also knew Hunter Biden had no experience, thought he was dumb, and sought additional counsel. During the Confidentials Human Sources first meeting with Burisma officials, the company discussed the

composition of its board and the aid of the Bidens, to which the confidential human source questioned why they sought additional assistance. Pajarski replied that Hunter Biden was not smart and they wanted to get additional counsel. That's a quote. During the conversation, the confidential human source advised him to at least hire more conventional U.S. oil and gas advisors, citing the Biden's lack of experience in the industry. Jolzevsky acknowledged the Biden's shortcomings, then called Hunter stupid, and suggested that the Burisma CEO's dog was smarter than the first son. Now, I just want you to know, we don't know anything about the CEO's dog. So that may not be such a slam.

That dog, I mean, you can train a German Shepherd to find keys. I mean, you can't train them to lose a laptop, but you can train them to find keys. That's the truth. And so then the confidential human source testified that he believed the payments made. to the Bidens were illicit in nature. The CEO dismissed the confidential human source proposal that they pay a lawyer, $50,000 to litigate a case in Ukraine, an idea that elicid laughs from Zoljevsky, who quipped as to the expense of the related of the related to paying the Bidens to handle matters.

He said, quote, it costs $5 million to pay one Biden, five million to pay another Biden. He then, the confidential human source, warned him against retaining Hunter Biden and not to make it an international incident of the Shokin case. Zoljevsky contended that it was too late to change course and that both Joe and Hunter had pressed him to keep Hunter on the board. Don't worry, this thing will go away, the executive said. It's too late. We had already paid the Bidens. Then the Burisma executive also said during a phone call, Apparently, there are phone calls, there are tape recordings of these conversations.

I mean, I just don't know how the people in the press sleep at night. Your president has sold the country out. I remember when I was working at Fox, and this was a whole other era. It was 2008. and I said, President Obama is lying to you about this. And Roger Ailes called me into his office, and he said, don't say that. And I said, what are you talking about? He said, don't say that the president is lying.

You can use any kind of other language, but don't use that. And I said, but it's true. And he said, I know it's true. Everybody knows it's true. He said, but people don't want to hear that their president is a liar. soften the language. There's respect for the office of the president. I disagreed with him. I continued to call him a liar because he was and maybe it was just a generational thing. But your president, and I can't believe I'm saying this, your president is on the take from

foreign countries, one of which is our biggest enemy, China. The other one is the one that we're currently sending billions of dollars to we're not tracking the money we have no idea where that money is going to but it is common thought that we're losing at least 30 percent and maybe as much as 70 percent through bribery and everything else that happens over in ukraine so we are on the verge of world war three with a country by the way uh the guy who's on tape saying, yeah, we bribed the Bidens. He's now an advisor for the president of Ukraine. Does this not bother anyone in the press? I mean, I'll be honest with you. And if you've listened to me for a long time, you know this to be absolutely true. If half of this, half of this

would have been found about Donald Trump, I would have been screaming for impeachment. Why is no one in the Democratic Party and no one in the media? Do they not respect their own freedom and their own country enough? Are you that blind and stupid? What is it you're getting? What is it that you think is worth selling your country out for? Your president is not just a liar. There is good evidence now.

and it is from the FBI. We have to do a lot more. But if this stuff is true, your president is not just a liar. Your president is a traitor to our country. That's not worth investigating. That's not worth looking into. That's not worth talking about.

Are you kidding me? The FBI didn't investigate any of this. I'd like to know the names. I'd like to know the names of everybody who saw this and said, we shouldn't investigate. This is from, according to the FBI, a trusted confidential source. The FBI went to Russia to try to find the pee room on Donald Trump. This wasn't worth investigating? And by the way, I just have to point out the investigative team and our head researcher Jason Butrell is truly remarkable.

We were ahead of the game by how many years? I mean, if you watched my show on the impeachment of Donald Trump and you saw our investigation into Ukraine, you know all of this. We showed you the documents. We were the only ones at the time. You're not surprised by this. What is crazy to me is this is a surprise to everybody else now. My investigative team can prove much of this. What the hell are we doing?

America, you have got to stand up. You have got to be screaming, bloody murder, you have got to send a message to Washington. Enough is enough. And quite honestly, Democrats and independents, if you sit on the sidelines on this, may God have mercy on your soul. If we lose this country, which we are damn close to losing it, if we lose this country, you will forever be remembered.

denied all of this you know you didn't even you didn't even note that a really important detail that they say they didn't do it so we shouldn't even look into it oh he's the president so that's like You wouldn't lie. That's like my son didn't do any of those things. My son didn't leave his laptop. My son didn't have his gun thrown into the garbage behind a grocery store and the Secret Service didn't cover up for that. Yeah. I mean, it's kind of like that. Yeah, kind of like the idea that he's done nothing wrong despite the fact that he's pleaded guilty to multiple crimes. So even even with the really, really weak pursuit of law enforcement here, he still had to plead guilty. but like I mean you could argue maybe that if this was the only thing we knew about it is a an FBI informant right we don't know for a fact that all these things are true yet but it's such a I mean it fits every single pattern of all the stuff that we do know and at the very least it would be something that the media should be hounding them about every single day I mean I keep coming back to the WhatsApp messages which we found out yesterday or two days ago, that they wouldn't even allow them to ask about in interviews or pursue in any way

the messages that Hunter Biden said that he was in the room with his dad, we need this payment, we're holding a grudge against you, we're going to make your life a living hell if you don't send this money. By the way, that's China. That's to China. Go ahead. Yeah. So, I mean, that they haven't even looked into.

I mean, they said in the testimony this week that they didn't even. interview Hunter Biden. The very basic part of an investigation is to talk to the person who's involved, right? You ask them questions and you make them tell you they're not going to pass along any information. Everyone knows this. Everyone's watched true crime documentaries. The person who's suspected for murder is always asked a couple of questions at some point.

You know what? I read a story in the Federalist last night that said the same thing. We all watch crime shows. We're not even supposed to see that their guy who is out of control cocaine user is in the White House the same day that they find the cocaine. We're not even supposed to ask that. We're also not supposed to even recognize that there's no fingerprints on this baggy. No fingerprints. So that means whoever came into the White House got past security because you never are asked to empty all your pockets.

Have you ever in a security check ever been? then asked, is everything out of your pockets? Okay, so he was never asked to empty his pockets. And then when he did take the cocaine out, he apparently in the middle of the summer was wearing gloves. And nobody noticed. It's insane. It's insane what they're asking you to believe.

America, don't put up with it anymore. Stand up. Call your congressman. Call your senator. where are people rising up and at least making the phone calls and writing the emails? How far they have fallen. All right. There's a couple of other stories that I think are worth hitting here that are kind of in the same bag as the story on Hunter Biden. You know, we have the cocaine thing. We have Robert Kennedy, the Democrats, trying to censor him and say, say that he should be stricken from the record on the things he's talking about at a censorship hearing is one of the most incredible things I've ever heard. My gosh, they're just, they've gone insane.

Also, the FBI now admits they knew the Hunter Biden laptop was real when they killed the story. America, what do you need? what do you need so they knew and they went silent and they they stirred all of the social

media giants up said that Russian misinformation is coming and it will probably look something like this they knew that that story was breaking they knew that it was true and then they went silent

not correcting anything allowing the national security, what was it, 20 of them, former national security people, to come out with a lie and the FBI allowed it to happen. If that's not manipulation of an election, I don't know what is. Let's see, the bribery, the cocaine, the cover up, what else? Oh, there's the trouble with what's her name. Who's the girl, Stu, that was kidnapped and then she wasn't kidnapped?

Oh, yeah, Carly Russell, is it? Carly Russell. Okay, so Carly Russell, I've only been following this story a little bit. Apparently she was kidnapped, and then they found out that she wasn't kidnapped, and it was all a hoax, but Jesse Smollett believes her. And the one thing I can't find in any story is who the hell is she? Does she have her own talk show on TV in the afternoon? Does she a podcast or why?

Why do I, am I supposed to know her? I have no idea who she is. No matter what story I read, it just says, Carly Russell lied about her kidnapping. I'm like, who the hell is Carly Russell? That's interesting because I know, I don't think you're supposed to know who Carly Russell is other than this story. My understanding is she's just a regular person who told a fantastical story that people got very invested in because of it was basically, if you don't know, she said she saw a toddler on the side of the road. She went to go help the toddler and then was kidnapped.

It was basically bait for kidnapping. She disappeared. Then she turned up again. and people were very invested in this story apparently. And almost immediately, police were having all sorts of questions about whether this story was true. There's footage of the moment where she does pull over to the side of the road, but there doesn't seem to be a toddler. You know, there's all sorts of forensic questions. Like she was saying she was following the toddler in her car.

She traveled 600 feet in just like a minute. And like, I don't think they're that many toddlers that are that fast. Well, there, did you, have you seen the invincibles? There you go. It could have been, it could have been, Jack, Jack. Could have been Jack. Could have been Jack. Okay.

So it's, it's not like, you know, Sally Jesse Raphael was lying about her kidnapping. Oh, I don't think so. I'm just not supposed to know. Okay. I will say, you were excused as a person over a certain age. And by the way, I am also over the certain age. So this is not a criticism of your age. but it's like, I am at the point now where I read entire news feeds and I don't know any of the people involved in them.

Correct. We do this for a living. We talk about the news. They're like YouTube stars or like, I don't know, Instagram influencers. I don't know any of them. But they should be identified as such. I don't understand the journalistic standards of writers today. It is so low.

They don't even identify. anybody. You know, it used to be Carly Russell, 27 of Such and Such Highland Street, who was once tested in the third grade on math and got an 86 on our math test. It used to be that you would understand. Now it's just like, Carly Russell, kidnapped. I will say, what would you say in that scenario? Like, Carly Russell, who has no other, she's not notable, she's just a regular person was then how would you state that? Carly Russell who is currently currently a popular discussion online due to her alleged kidnapping, blah, blah, blah, currently famous for or something like that. I'm sort of identifying. Yeah. Yeah. Carly Russell, mom of three, who has.

who has reported to be kidnapped and caused great conversation in America is not telling the truth. Just not Carly Russell. Yeah, I feel like too. I mean, honestly, you know, we knew that we were, we made it. Remember this? When we started reading Glenn Beck said it was no longer Glenn Beck talk show host, Glenn Beck podcast, nothing. It was just. Glenn Beck and that's when you know back in the old days you knew you had become a just a common thing that everybody knew not everybody knows Carly Russell and I contend not everybody knows who Glenn Beck is we should maybe go back to some standards and pretend people don't know everything you're writing I because if they did why are you writing it I think you're right

although I think this is number 9,847,000 on the media problem list, but I will say it is hard to understand the media reporting. I mean, we've been talking about this one for a while, where now they're using these pronouns, words that are actually plural words to describe individuals. And I can't even tell what the hell is happening in these stories anymore. Bob Jones involved in the bank robbery where they, away with such and such and you're like who's they I you were just talking about Bob were there multiple suspects they won't even say yeah yeah there's not multiple so just Bob decides to call himself they and the reporter doesn't say oh by the way he's a weirdo and he thinks he's a they yeah which would be fine honestly I would like that I think the other one other

additional problem with this particular story is Carly Russell just seems like a celebrity name like it's not like Bob Windorf. Right. Like it's something where you feel like Carly Russell just feels like I should know who it is. It's probably a singer or a talk show host or something. Yes. I thought it was.

I thought it was. And then I saw the pictures of her and I thought, wow, American standards for celebrities is just going to hell. It's not good. Glenn Beck talk show host criticized the appearance of Carly Russell. We will not identify for any other reason. Right. Thank you. Yeah.

Thank you. I appreciate it. Can I give another random person? I don't know. What do you think of this name for a talk show host? Celeste Burgess. Would you think Celeste Burgess would be someone you might say, well, that could be an Instagram influencer.

I don't know. Could, yeah, could be an Instagram. Okay. Who is Celeste Burgess Burgess. Soles Burgess is, well, I'll give you the, I can just, obviously, I can get out of the paper of record and give you the headline and you'll know exactly who Celeste Burgess is. All right. Brasquitine who used pills to end pregnancy gets 90 days in jail.

I mean, what's the, what do you get from that story from the New York Times? If you were New York Times Rear. Celeste Burgis is living in the wrong state. She's living around a bunch of religious zealots who don't, you know, understand that, you know, the, the, the abortion process is just a matter of, you know, every, day occurrence. Human right. Here's this poor little teenager that didn't have anything else to do. So she finds out she's pregnant and she takes a bunch of pills that are totally legal and

sent to her in the mail. Right. And of course, this is because of the restrictions that have happened since they overturned Roe versus Wade in these red states, right? Correct. That's exactly how you're supposed to read that story if you read the headline. The actual story. Wait, wait, wait.

Wait, wait. That's the way the New York Times will leave you. I'm going to take a break and then we'll tell you the full story. The story in the New York Times was about Celeste Burgess Burgess. is a teenager in Nebraska who wanted to have an abortion and now is spending 90 days in jail for killing her fetus. And it's all because, really, honestly, the abortion ban, you know, these zealots, Stu,

fill me in on a few of the little details that I might be missing here. Yeah. Well, the first detail that might seem interesting to people is this incident occurred in April 2022, which if you remember, Rovers's Wade was overturned in June 2022. So right there, maybe off the bat you have a little bit of a crinkle of your forehead there trying to figure out exactly what exactly is going on

here in the story. And it gets a little worse than this. Because Nebraska, like so many states, even before Roversus Wade, had some limitations on abortion. Nebraska's law was a 20-week ban. Now, viability is 24 weeks, typically, 23, 24 weeks. This abortion happened at 30 weeks. So it was horrifically illegal before the Roe versus Wade thing was overturned.

In all but like a couple of states. Yeah. I mean, even in a lot of blue states, you can't have abortions at 30 weeks. I mean, yes, we all know the Democratic Party platform is you can have abortions. up until the last second before birth, but that is actually not even the law in a lot of blue states. Even many states that are very democratic find this to be ad hoc. So she goes for 30 weeks and then she tries to abort the child.

Yes. And she gets an abortion drug? She gets the abortion drug in the mail. She coordinates this with Mommy, who is 42. And she, they trade a bunch of messages on Facebook. Now, the problem, of course, when you have an abortion past 20 weeks is he can't. can't just have an abortion past 20 weeks. You need to figure out how to get away with something like that, especially at 30 weeks. What do you do? You have an actual body. What do you do with that body?

Well, they decided to trade messages on Facebook about how maybe they should burn the body to hide it from police. Now, why would you do? So they went on disposing of the body themselves. And with all of this going on, she was charged her 90 days in prison, not actually for having an abhorment. abortion at 30 weeks, but instead of hiding human remains, which is also a crime, she had multiple other crimes that she was charged with about hiding a death and some other things like that. She was let off on. And she was never even prosecuted under the abortion law.

She didn't even get punished for the abortion. So the headline is completely wrong. Teenager who aborts child goes to jail. No. teenager who aborts child hides the body, goes to jail for hiding the body. Oh, yeah. Okay. Well, thank you, New York Times.

Now, in my opinion, and I'm not speculating, this is educated opinion, Joe Biden certainly knew that tens of billions of dollars was flowing into his family. He knew that, and he lied about it. that he didn't know. That's number one. I am 100% convinced that the vice president, then vice president, knew the shakedown was going on. Whether he himself derived cash, I don't know that yet. But certainly, the indications are that he did. Well, his family did. And no matter how you want to launder it,

Yes. The fix was in. The Massachusetts judge did, and the Attorney General messages did everything they could not to charge Ted Kennedy with the crime that he committed. That's what's going on right now with Biden. exactly the same thing. And I was on a Cuomo news station. Go ahead. Go ahead. No. I was going to ask you,

in your years of reporting, have you ever seen anything close to this? The Kennedy thing was close. That was close. He wasn't a president. No, but he was the most powerful senator on the Democratic side. The person died.

So that was, that was close. But here, what needs to happen is someone from within the Biden camp come forward just as John Dean did in Watergate. But once Dean, it was counseled to President Nixon, came forward and said, yeah, he did all this. That was over. That's what has to happen here. And it could. It could absolutely happen. But I think people listening to you, and me, they already know that Joe Biden as vice president was a grifter. I think they already know it 100%. So the media really didn't cover this yesterday.

Media doesn't think this is a big deal, which is screaming for alternative meeting, a media. Are they, do they really just not care that this level of correct? corruption if everything in that report is true, and that's a big if, but if those tapes exist and all of that is true, the vice president of the United States, now the president, sold his country out. That's kind of a big thing. Not only that, but the whole thing led to the impeachment of President Trump. Correct. Because he legitimately called Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, and said,

Hey, you got to look into this. And for the call, he was impeached. And your question is, do Americans care or the media, do they care? No, because it's all about Trump again. All right? It's about, oh, we can't, we can't say anything bad about Biden with the Democrats because then Trump may get reelected. That's what it's all about.

It always goes back to the same thing on the last. left their hatred of Donald Trump. But when I come back in September, you can almost count on new things emerging. And that's when it will accelerate. In the meantime, the Democrats are very, very worried, very worried about this financial stuff, and the fact that Biden himself is really declining quickly. You know what I'm talking about. You go over the side. Okay? And that's what's happening to Joe Biden. The combination is devastating. So the polling will begin on the in earnest, on the presidential race of 2024 in September. You will see Biden's numbers start to drop. If Trump were smart and some days he is and some days he isn't,

he would shut up for the next six weeks. I wouldn't go to that Fox News debate. He's insane if he walks into that thing, all right? And I just let it percolate and take myself out of this and let the Biden forces destroy themselves because they have no defense, Beck. They can't defend the grifting of Hunter and Jim Biden. They can't.

And they can't defend. his mental and physical decline. There's no defense. So who's going to be the nomin? Who's going to go ahead. Go ahead. Once Trump gets involved, then the whole media shifts over to Trump.

Now, as far as what the Democrats' future is, they have no future, Beck. None, except for Michelle Obama, who right now is sitting up there in Martha's Vineyard

on her lavish estate with her husband, and they're trying to figure out, do I want to get involved with this presidential race, Michelle Obama? Gosh, do you really think that could happen, Bill? Yes, I do. She's not going to campaign. She doesn't happen. She doesn't have the campaign. Okay?

Oh my gosh. Say Biden is off the chart, right? Well, Kamala will certainly try, and then Gavin Newsom will try, and a few others, Amy Klobuchar, they'll get in. But none of them are going to really get enough delegates to get the nomination. So guess who shows up? Michelle Obama. All she has to do is show up. That's it.

Oh, there she is. Hooray. It's possible. Is it probable? No, not at this point. But it's possible. Oh, my gosh. Well, thank you for that happy news on a Friday, Bill.

yesterday in the house hearings is shocking to say the least I mean we have all the documents I gave them to you two years ago to show you that all of this stuff was going on but now to hear it in front of Congress under under and to see the paperwork actually being introduced to Congress and to the United States is shocking that no one seems to care, especially as we are on the war on the war path with the same country he was involved in. Somebody who is very on top of this and very concerned about war powers and everything that we're doing right now is Senator Mike Lee. And he joins me now to discuss it. Hi, Mike. How are you, sir?

Doing great, Glenn. It's good to be with you as always. Thank you. So, Mike, first, let me get your read on what happened yesterday with Grassley. How important or damaging or not important is that? Well, look, these forms, this form, this documentation that Senator Grassley released, got a lot of detail in it. Detail that is going to help lead an investigation, help prompt more investments, investigations into exactly what happened and into what these whistleblowers have to say. It is fascinating, though, how many media outlets, or I should say how few media outlets

are having anything to do with it. It's like a non-story. Rather, talk about something entirely different, anything, anything other than this. I mean, they'd rather write an article about National Sofa Care Months and the best ways to celebrate than they would talk about this for. So you tried to get the Senate to reinforce what the Constitution says that a treaty, a NATO treaty, does not cut the Congress out. It's not an act of war. A treaty will say that an attack on one is an attack on all, but Congress then needs to act to declare war, right? That's right.

That's right. And in fact, it's a very simple amendment. This amendment was offered by Senator Rand Paul in connection with the National Defense Authorization Act. And he and I worked in tag team formation to get our colleagues on board now. I really thought this one would be a pretty easy lift, especially with Republicans, but probably with a whole bunch of Democrats as well. In fact, one could argue it should have been an even easier list with Democrats. Republicans will have the Constitution. and talk about it a lot. Some Democrats do too in those same terms. And a lot of Democrats have historically been war suspicious, war leery. And so that should be good for this. But, Glenn, we got only 16 votes, only 16 votes for in the entire United States Senate. There are a hundred of us, of course, who are willing to vote for an amendment that simply says, if we're going to go to war in defense of a NATO ally,

that doesn't supersede the need under the Constitution for Congress to grant an AUMF or pass a declaration of war. Only 16 members voted for it. Now, one might have thought that their reasoning would have been, well, of course this is true. It's obvious that the Constitution isn't superseded, But no, as I was whipping this on the floor of the Senate, person after person would say something like,

oh, no, we've ratified the NATO Treaty. And Article 5 of the NATO Treaty makes it clear that we've got to go to war with these people. Well, it doesn't. It doesn't, Glenn. Article 5 of the NATO Treaty just says we will decide what steps to take to stand up for and defend the sovereignty. of a NATO ally that has been attacked. And then Article 11 of the NATO treaty makes clear that every nation,

not just in ratifying, but in implementing the terms of the NATO treaty, needs to go through its constitutional processes for doing stuff that it does in connection with the treaty. It could not be clearer, Glenn, nor could it be clearer that you can't deem a provision of the Constitution, undone. simply by a treaty. That doesn't work. And yet, only 16 votes out of 100. So, Mike, I am so concerned, we're talking to Senator Mike Lee. Mike, I am so concerned, you know, that the paper that Grassley put out and even our own internal investigations,

which took us a year to do two years ago, shows that Biden, at least his family, and I believe Joe Biden and others within the Democratic Party are deeply involved in corruption in Ukraine. We're sending billions of dollars over, one of the guys that is actually listed as saying that the president's son is dumber than the CEO's dog. He now is a chief advisor of Zelensky. I mean, I am very concerned that we are involved in. something that is enriching people that we don't know and that there could very well be deals made to get us involved in war. I mean, you can't have a president and you can't have a Democratic party and then apparently war mongering Republicans all hepped up on going to war when you have

these kinds of questions out there. We're going to be sending our sons and daughters to die for what? For what? For what? And when and why, under what unholy circumstances might this relationship have started back when Joe Biden went over to Ukraine and instructed that the prosecutor be fired, apparently. The same comment about which he later reflected, well, I told him they had to fire the prosecutor and, well, son of a bitch, they fired. him, what prompted that? Jeez. What prompted that? What happened three months earlier that prompted him to do that?

And what sequence of events was set in motion then that might be influencing, inevitably would be influencing what's happening now? And so, look, the House committees looking into this are doing yewens work on it. I wish we'd be doing those same things in the Senate. We certainly would be if Republicans have the majority. And we certainly should be, even though we don't have the majority. And yet the Democrats are whistling past the graveyard on this. Meanwhile, the mainstream media, which is essentially their press operation of the Democratic Party,

is saying nothing. I have some disturbing news in about an hour. We're going to release. We're giving Fox a chance to respond so we can include their response in our reporting, but I have an exclusive story in about an hour that is so disheartening on Fox. It is just, it's they are gone as an ally to the average person, I think. And now we need voices more than ever before. Last week, Mike, you were trying to figure out the ordering of the selected reserve when we called them up to, you know, stand up for the NATO operation on Ukraine. We looked into it, and the only time this has happened is before a major skirmish or war.

Are we that close to war? Really does worry me that we could be. this is the kind of thing one might do if one had reason to believe that we were that close to war. It doesn't mean that that's exactly what's happening, but it's hard to read it other ways without some sort of indication from the White House, from the Pentagon, that that's what's going on or that that's what we could be facing. And it's not like they would be fully inclined to tell the country in advance of whenever they decide they're ready to tell. the country that. And so that's why those two events, that that troop mobilization order that you were just mentioning coupled with this week's odd vote on which there had oddly been a lot of lobbying done with members. Do you know who weighed in

affirmatively on that vote that we were just talking about? The Department of Defense. No. Why the heck is the Department of Defense lobbying on something like this? Why the heck is the Department of Defense coming out with its own position? Wow. They are not the custodians of the Constitution. The people are. And the people's elected representatives in the House of Representatives and in the Senate have an obligation having sworn a note to the Constitution to do their own thing. Boy, if that's not, if that's not Eisenhower's warning coming true. That is amazing. Military and South Rose conflicts. Yep.

Oh my gosh. This is terribly disturbing. Why is the Department of Defense taking a position on this amendment? Who benefits from that and who could be harmed by that? And what sane person would ever think that it was even relevant, much less persuasive, what the Department of Defense thinks about? the U.S. Constitution. Look, the Department of Defense has done a lot of things to make the American people safe. I'll grant them that. They're good at doing a handful of things that only they can do.

And by a handful of things, I mean military things. That's what they're good at. But their expertise is certainly not, you know, telling us what the Constitution means. And I don't think they should be given like they should be neutral. they should be neutral. They work for the people and the Constitution. For them to come out and have an opinion on what the Constitution says is not their place at all. And I will tell you, Mike, you're right to be suspicious. The military industrial complex.

Somebody is making a lot of money right now. And I don't think it's the good people of Ukraine. Thank you for putting. up the fight that you do every day, Mike. I appreciate it. I know you get a lot of heat from the media, and most of them are lies. In fact, I think all of them are lies or half-truths about you. I'm really glad that you're in the Senate. I mean, the first vote is going to be cast in, what, January? And in March, he's going to be in trial. I mean, Super Tuesday. I don't know if we have a date for that yet. Tuesday.

I'll see if I can find it. It's got to be right in the middle. He might be in, how is he going to be campaigning? Like, I don't know he's going to need to campaign if they keep doing this. No idea. Yeah, well, who's, I mean, if, if Bill O'Reilly, is right with what he said. The Democrats aren't going to be campaigning either.

They're just going to have Michelle Obama. I mean, that would be a nightmare. That would be a nightmare. Looks like early March for Super Tuesday. Yeah. So he's going to be right in the middle of these two trials when, I mean, now the way, you know, if Trump, if this works the way Trump wants it to, he may lock it up by Super Tuesday. Like it might already be over. If things go his way, if it's a competitive primary, certainly will not be over.

So, I mean, it's going to be, this is going to be a freaking crazy year. I don't know if we have any idea how wild the next 18 months are going to be. We are in the calm before the storm. Okay, that's true. However, when you read it, you automatically think, well, yeah, that's because Republicans are hate mongers. And so they don't have any black people ever in Congress. From 1867 to 1876, 69 African-American. served as delegates to the Constitutional Convention or as members of the state legislature in Georgia. If you were in the South and you were a Republican, odds were highly likely that you were a Republican.

Hello, Misha. How are you?

I am great, Glenn. Thank you for having me. Thank you. I just wanted to get you on. I don't know how much we even agree on, but I believe that a healthy country is one that has people who have reasonable disagreements. As long as you agree on the Constitution's Bill of Rights, I'm on your side. Why did you leave the Democratic Party?

I left the party for several reasons. There were several bills that have come through over the past three years that I completely disagree with the Democrats on. And those bills are some core values for them, meaning education, public safety, and systems over people. I fundamentally do not agree with their stance. I fundamentally agree with the Republicans on their stance with that. But what's more important is I don't like political propaganda.

Now, yes, both sides may do it. But when it comes to my constituents, we don't have the opportunity to have political propaganda be an oversight to what is really going on when it comes to kitchen. table issues. And so that is ultimately why I change parties. So what do you mean by kitchen table propaganda? Meaning the Democrats will talk about January 6th as if that impacted the kids and the schools failing, right? Ninety-seven percent of the kids in my school cannot read. That is a problem. Two percent have passed. Ninety-seven. That's what I said, three away from a hundred percent.

So if you don't believe that children like that need an option, we have a fundamental disagreement where I cannot stand with you any longer. The other thing is defunding the police. It's interesting. I had a conversation with another radio show earlier this day, earlier today. And he said, Democrats do not, did not support defunding the police. I said they don't now. They don't now, but they did. And when the bill in Georgia was out to defund the police, I, again, did not vote with the Democrats on that.

I voted with the Republicans. I don't support defunding the police. No one in my community supports defunding the police. And now that everyone realizes we do not need to defund the police, now the Democrats will say, we never said that. But that is absolutely not true. Oh, my gosh. I can't, I just can't take the lies. You know, I can disagree with people and we can have a good, healthy conversation on that and walk away friends.

I cannot take the lies. And the way, I mean, the African American community has been, in many ways, enslaved by the Democrats. They just have been brainwashed into believing that the Republicans are all evil and they're going to, as Joe Biden said, put you back in chains, and the Democratic policies are good for the black community. That may have been true at one point. I don't think it was, but it might have been true at one point, but it is certainly not true now. It's killing the inner cities. I agree, and the Bible scripture that I give people is Exodus 14, 9 through 14, where people are enslaved, And they tell Moses, please, let us stay with our slave master.

We do not want the chance to see what opportunity is. We would rather stay slaves. And unfortunately, and so it is, if you have a system that is continuing to enslave your spirit, we end up right where we are. And so our black Americans in particular, look around you. There's not a Republican. not a white person that has been over your local school board at the county commissioner's office, at the state legislature. So we cannot blame Republicans or white people for what is happening

in our communities. It has been black Democrats that have been leading the policies where you live. So you are, I mean, you are the devil now with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, with, Democrats. I mean, the messages that you have received, you know, calling you the N-word, saying that you're following blindly, a stain on society that needs to be flushed, an Uncle Tom B, a Jemima M.F. Trader. I mean, you, the hatred is beyond understanding. It is beyond understanding coming from the party of tolerance. I think that is showing America how intolerant Democrats are. I can't do it alone. It's hard to take on an entire system nationwide. wide. It's not just Georgia. You know, I'm receiving hate messages from across the country from Democrats, but I'm going to fight. I'm going to fight for what's right. I'm pretty sound in my convictions. You know, sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. I'm confident in who I am, so they can call me anything they want. I know who I am. My family knows who I am. My children know who I am. So, I'm praying for them.

That is the most important thing. I know when I started this, I had a long conversation with my children and I said, Dad's going to be saying things and it's going to be ugly and, you know, I just want to know you know who I am and you never forget who I am because there's going to be all kinds of things said about me that aren't true. Some are true, but most of it is not. Misha, as you go into your constituents and you meet people on the street, et cetera, et cetera, we know what the real strong activists are saying. What are your constituents saying to you?

Great point. They are saying, Representative Maynard, we support you. We don't care what alphabet is next to your name. You have been an outward community helping us. No one has brought light to issues in the past 50 years until you came into office, so we wholeheartedly support you. The other thing is for every one hate mail, there are 100 letters of support. And so my community is behind me. It's going to take some education.

What people... Sure. I need to let people know is that in November during the general election, you may not see my name on your primary ballot, and that's okay. But when it comes to November, you have my name there and you have my option and you can switch sides just like they did with Herschel Walker and Warnock. Misha, you know, there was a story that I read about you. It says you become the first black Republican woman in state legislature. And I think that is so misleading. It is absolutely true, but it is misleading in the way.

People just think that in Georgia, there would never be a black Republican. In the 1860s and 70s, I think there was, what did I say earlier, Stu? 72 black Republicans that were part of the Constitutional Convention and the legislature in Georgia. I mean, if you were in the South and you were a Republican back in the day, you were most likely black. And it's just in those years, you know, starting maybe in the 20s and 30s that things started to change. But the Republican Party, when they're at their best and being who they're supposed to be, they were the champions of the little guy. the champions of freedom. They were the champions of freedom for all men. Absolutely. And I would even say it's more recent than the 20s and 30s. I think, you know, with Lyndon and Kennedy,

that kind of changed the tides of black folks, if you will, turning from Republican to Democrats. So, and also with the Roosevelt. But yeah, you're right. There are more than just black, I'm not the only black Republican in Georgia, so by far I'm not. In fact, you know, it's stigma. I told in my press conference, for whatever reason, there's a stigma to be a Republican if you're black. It's a stigma to be gay if you're black, and it's a stigma to commit suicide if you're black. Those are three things in black culture you just cannot do. And I hope jeez i hope so too misha thank you so much um stay strong um and thank you for speaking your mind and following your conscience appreciate it thank thank you misha manor dot com and i appreciate you

in canada has a reporter for a christian news magazine that aired on network television she wrote columns for national newspapers that appeared in the sun and national Post. You may not have heard of them, but Canada has heard of them and her. She produced rule breakers such as Ezra Levant and Gavin McGuinness and John Stossel. In 2016, she made the leap from Fox News to conservative digital media, where she built a Washington, D.C. Bureau and lead programming and production for Mark Levins' CR TV, which later, you might know, became Blaze TV. She's now director of programming for Blaze Media, executive producer for our networks and our live events like the summit that you saw in Iowa last Friday. And despite what Stu May say, she's the executive producer for all Glenn Beck content.

So, not to make you more nervous because I know you were vomiting here just a few minutes ago before we went on the air. Don't worry, you, me, 10 million people and Fox News. And you are going to break an exclusive that, honestly, you worked at Fox News.

I worked at Fox News. Bill said, Bill O'Reilly was on today, and he said he's just heartbroken at what's happening to them. But this is a really big deal. Can you tell the story here of what we have been informed that is, going on. Yes. Thank you for that lead up. That definitely helped my nerves. Sure. In all serious, though, I'm going to give a disclaimer. So I worked at Fox from 2013 to 2016, and I really did enjoy my time there. I would not be doing what I'm doing today here at this network if it weren't for the experience that I got there. Around April, or whenever the Dominion

news came out, and then the Tucker News came out, I started to have some nervous Fox News staffers reach out to me. And understandably so. I think what happened to Fox with the Dominion lawsuit is probably unfair. There were legitimate criticisms of Dominion's technology that were led by mainstream news and Democrats prior to the election and election certification. So all that to say, I don't think that's what happened to it's fair, but I do understand why staffers are nervous and have reached out. And earlier this week, I got a tip from a former staffer about a program inside the company's HR portal. And I could not believe it. I said, no way, no way. I don't, this is too absurd. I have to see this with my own eyes. And so I started

to reach out to some sources inside Fox News. I have three, two who are current employees at Fox and one who is a former producer at Fox. And all of them have loved working there. They're all missional employees, meaning that they're driven by the values of, yes, the conservative audience, the Fox's core audience. So I was given a video tour of the company portal.

So I watched them log in with their ID, and they went to what's called a Fox Giving app. Inside the company portal, let me paint a picture. you can see Slack, you can see other apps that people would use for their workday. And then there's this other app called Foxgiving. And it's actually put together by a third-party app called Benevity, based in Canada. But through it, employees can search for their favorite charity, and they can make a donation,

and Fox will match up to $1,000 annually. and the charities that they brought to my attention, they're not what you might consider to be a typical charity. Like when you think charity, you think Samaritan's purse, Mercury One. And yes, those charities are on their website. You can donate to them if you're a Fox employee, and Fox will match up to $1,000. So maybe you'll see something from that at Mercury One, Glenn.

But there are some other organizations that were there and available for employees to donate to, that shocked me. I'd like to call up some graphics. Let's go to Plan Parenthood. So there's a Planned Parenthood graphic.

Hopefully if you're watching on Blaze TV, you can see exactly what I was shown in the portal and the employee input like a dollar amount. And you can see there that Fox has 100% donation matching for Planned Parenthood.

A little bit antithetical to some of the things that they espouse on air about pro-life causes, but anyways, let's now go to the Trevor Project. That's also an option. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the Trevor Project, they help promote LGBTQ services, and they are most recently known for supporting legislation for what they call gender affirming care, but what Fox's core audience would refer to as child gender, gender, mutilation. I'm going to go to a real fun one. This is kind of ironic. You can also donate to the Southern Poverty Law Center. This is ironic because, yes, because Southern Poverty Law Center has referred to many of the Fox News hosts as hate mongers and as Fox News is a hate-filled organization. Many of the hosts have been attacked by Southern Poverty Law Center. There are many good hosts at Fox who have done reporting on them and have uncovered just how, They are, in fact, hateful.

Yeah, you're seeing there where the staffer input $1,000, and we were able to see that, in fact, the system does show that it's eligible for matching. You know, you couldn't say a lot of things, and we reached out to Fox, and the reason why we didn't break this earlier is because we wanted to give Fox enough time to respond. And my expected response, they didn't respond,

but what I would expect them to say is, This is third-party company, and we don't have anything to do with that. However, I know my company, Mercury would not do it. The Blaze would not do that. The minute we would see that you could donate to the Satanic Temple, our values would say, no, we're not going to. And if we have somebody that wants to give to the Satanic Temple, you know, maybe we should have a meeting because I'm I don't want a lot of Satanists walking around Fox News. It is, to me, this is just another deep example of how Fox News has changed and has sold themselves out to the ESG movement.

The real answer on this is they're probably not Satanist. I'm pretty sure of that. Although, listen to my interview with Tucker Carlson on God. but they have sold out to the woke culture and they are not the people that were on a mission

for so many years. Can I jump in here? I just want to read some of the quotes that I got from these sources. They say Fox pretends to care about Christians but some of the stuff they push internally suggest otherwise. Glory holes, strand surgeries for kids

and potential donations to Satan are a huge slap in the face to every Christian at the company and re-resented. There's another staffer that said it became clear certain things weren't going to be tolerated on air anymore after Tucker was gone. We were told lay off Dylan Mulvaney. That's the famous TikToker who got Bud Light destroyed incidentally.

Once I realized we couldn't say certain things on air anymore, I started to dig more into the reality of the corporate views. Another staffer said they intimated that Fox has capitulated to the woke left. And they're saying it's driven by the HR, corporate, lawyers. Sure. There are a lot of good host and good people. people that work there that really believe in the values and are aligned with their core audience. But they said this is a means of signaling to whatever ESG police are out there to say, don't come for us. So these people, these sources, I thank them for trusting me. They were terrified

to talk. But, and they have loved working there. However, they hope by telling this story, they don't do this with glee, that Fox will maybe course correct, at least. internally. I highly doubt it. You know, it's interesting. Bill O'Reilly said today that Donald Trump should not do the Fox News debate and for completely different reasons, but I agree with him.
