campaign is absolutely stunning. Cut five. Kamala Harris has spent decades fighting violent crime. As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border. As vice president, she backed the toughest border control bill in decades. And as president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking. Fixing the border is tough. So, is Kamala Harris. Unbelievable. I mean, this is misinformation, gang.

This is propaganda. People, the average person does not know who she is. So they're finding now in polls that they're asking people, you know, on the streets, hey, do you know who she is? Nope, I have no idea who she is. They don't know who she is. And so they're just filling this in with lies and propaganda. Now, why would Kamala Harris do this?

She has been for the open borders. She's for the mass immigration. She's been tough on criminals. Are you kidding me? She helps pay for people to get out of jail during BLM. She is all for the no bail for criminals. You don't have to stay in jail. You're immediately released.

don't need bail. What? What's the problem? She's one of the leaders of redefining the police. It's crazy. It's absolutely crazy. But she's from California. And what did California do yesterday? California Senate passed a contentious bill to allow undocumented immigrants to use the state's zero-down, zero-interest home loans program with 23 votes, four and 11 against, including, all nine Republicans, California's dream for all shared appreciation loans. The program allows to secure loans up to 150,000 or 20% of the home's purchase price, or about what a typical down payment is with zero down payment, this state loan, and zero payments. In exchange, the state receives the original loan amount plus 20% of the appreciated gain when the home is refinanced.

There is no rhyme or reason we would do this for illegal aliens and we wouldn't do this for our veterans. We don't do this for our poorest in the country. Why would you do it for illegal aliens?

Have you seen what's going on around the country? country around the world? German Chancellor, he's up for election. He's one of the guys who has just let everybody in to Germany. He's now promising swifter deportations because

he has an election coming up. And there was, in a western city of Germany, there was a really bad stabbing, a mass stabbing in the city. And everybody's like, enough is enough. Enough is enough.

So he promised swifter enforcement of deportation rules. Now, what does that mean? Well, the guy who did the mass stabbing, he was supposed to be deported long ago. Does any of this sound familiar America? So he came out and he said, you know what, this is a real problem now, and I'm going to get to the bottom of this.

Exactly what Kamala Harris is doing. I'm going to get to bottom of this. And you know what? Because crime is so bad right now, I'm not only going to have swifter enforcement of deportation, but I'm also going to put into that bill tougher weapons laws. Oh. Well, you have a problem with stabbings.

So are you now going to ban knives? What exactly are you going to do, Chancellor? So he, of course, you know, was very, very moved by what he called very moving accounts of emergency service workers who tended the victims. And he was furious. And he would not let this tear apart the German society. This is terrorism. And it's threatening all of our lives.

Our coexistence and our way of life. That is also what the people who plan and carry out such attacks always intended. And it is something we will never accept. We're going to coexist. Well, you cannot coexist with people that don't want to coexist with you. Now, Harris has flip-flopped on the border. She is coming out now, but she's flip-flopped on everything. Okay?

Apparently, because she's not answering any questions yet, she does not support electric car mandates anymore. She has backed these for a decade. She has been four open borders for a decade. And she's now against them. Why? What changed in you? Senate Democrats are now virtually certain to pass a Supreme Court reform.

This, according to Sheldon White House, he's a senator. This is unbelievable. They're planning a package and stopping the filibuster and then passing a bill that includes permanent reproductive rights, permanent restored voting rights, getting rid of corrupting billionaire dark money, and Supreme Court reform, all in one bill as soon as they're re-elected.

How, how, how, how, how, how, how, why? Why would you do this in California? You don't care. It doesn't matter if Harris gets in or not. They'll burn the freaking country down. and if you pay attention, please pay attention to what is happening in Europe and in England because it's the same thing. They're just a little ahead of us. We cannot have another radical president. And not that Joe Biden was radical. He wasn't doing anything. You hired the machine.

When you voted for Joe Biden, you didn't vote for him as president or her as vice president. you had two willing puppets that I don't know who is calling the shots, but it is not Joe Biden. How is it that he is so out of control, he doesn't know his own name practically, and yet everything in the country is running on schedule? How's that possible? Why does nobody want to invoke the 25th Amendment?

So Harris was asked by volunteers, Campaign volunteers. Can you give us any policy details to share with voters? No. No. No. They have been rebuffed. The people trying to tell people what she stands for,

they can't get anything from her or the campaign on what she stands for. Now, maybe, maybe she's going to talk about it on Thursday. She's done her first interview. She's very excited about it. It's going to be a pre-tape. It'll happen tomorrow. And you know what's really great? Is she such a team that she's going to have Tim Walls with her?

You know? And that's not a man that could be there to talk for the little woman. No, no, no. She's not afraid of that. She wants to build up Tim Walls. Really? Me thinks that you were trying to get somebody else to eat up at least half the airtime and be able to joke with you. Well, that's not,

I mean, come on, that's not what we really need. Oh, no, no, that's not what we men. No, you're right. It is crazy. If this woman, you know, I know a lot of people think that Donald Trump is not standing for abortion. And I get it. It bothers me. Do you know what happens to the pro-life movement if she's elected? Do you have any idea? It's over. It is over. I have a guest on today.

She's 89 years old. She was in a Russian prison camp. She never thought she would see it in the United States. Well, she's in prison. Why? Because she was praying. She's 89 years old. She told the producer, I'm very nervous because I'm older.

And sometimes I forget my words. And our producer said, worry, Glenn will be very kind and gentle with you. Don't worry. Gee, like, okay, I'm just very nervous. I don't, I don't want to. We wouldn't allow anyone to prosecute the president of the United States for crimes because he was a sweet old man that sometimes got confused. But we'll put her in jail for praying. Do you have any idea what happens to pro-life if Kamala Harris wins?

don't talk to me about Donald Trump. Talk to me about what the alternative is here. By the way, they care so deeply about you. I'm up here in the Mountain West, and so I'm learning all about animals and horses and everything else. And draft horses, A draft horse, a strong draft horse, can pull 8,000 pounds.

Now, how much can two draft horses pull? You would think maybe 1,600 pounds. No. When two of them get together, they can pull between 20,000 and 24,000 pounds. What? You can get draft horses if I, if, I'm, I think it's if you have three, it goes up into like 35,000 pounds. It's they pull more than their weight by themselves.

When you put them together, if they are, if you have two draft horses that have been, that are in sync, that have been taught together, okay? And so they work together and they're in sync. One can pull 8,000 pounds. Two can pull about 22,000 pounds. And if they can work together, if they were taught together, they pull about 30,000 pounds. We think alike.

We have to work together. We can get this done. But in Pennsylvania, they start voting in two weeks. How many people know these things about Kamala Harris? There's a reason she's not giving an interview, and now she's not giving one alone. But let me tell you who her running mate is. Oh, you think you know.

Well, I'm very, very excited for Tim Walls because he is just the other side of the Oreo cookie and socialism is the white stuff in between. Effective in Minnesota, July 2025, teaching licensing rules passed last year in Minnesota under Tim Walls will ban practicing Christians, Jews, and Muslims from teaching in public schools. That is, if they believe it.

You know, if you're a Christian, you don't really believe it, you're just like, yeah, I'm a Christian, I guess. You don't have a problem. This is a guy who is as a high school social studies teacher sponsored a student queer sex club in 1999. So he was a pioneer in this field. Starting next July, Minnesota agencies controlled by Wall's appointees will require teacher-license applicants to affirm transgenderism and race Marxism. If you don't, you cannot get a teaching license. You cannot work in Minnesota public schools, nor in private schools, where you also have to have a license. The latest version of the regulations require teachers to affirm students' gender identity and sexual orientation to receive a teacher's license.

The teacher fosters an environment that ensures student identifies such as race, ethnicity, national, origin, language, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical, developmental, emotional ability, socially economic class, and religious beliefs are historically and socially contextualized, affirmed, and incorporated into a learning environment where students are empowered. Okay, so last spring, administrative law judges in Minnesota approved these changing these changes. The Federalist reported one month before they were finalized, universities will be affected starting in 2025. They have to train their teaching students to fulfill these anti-Christian requirements or be banned from offering state licensing. So, you know, if you want to be a teacher

in Minnesota, you must turn the line. Now, here's the disappointing part of this. Some Christian universities in the state will obey these regulations. Of course. Yeah, you hear the Jews in the trains going by. Just sing louder. Some Christian universities will not, but so far, the Christian universities that the press has reached out to, plan on disobeying these state commands to violate their faith, would do so quietly. and only sue when the state finds and punishes them.

Are you kidding me? I think that's what Jesus taught. I think that's what he taught. I think that's what he meant when, you know, he was talking and saying, you know, whoever confesses me before men, I will also confess before the father. Whoever denies me before men,

I'm going to deny him too. So I think that's what he was talking about. only confess him, you know, once you're caught, once you're caught, then you're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. If Christians do not stand up now, it is only going to get harder. If you don't stand up now for life, and even if Donald Trump says one thing, you know what Harris will do. She's the first vice president or president to ever go to an abortion clinic. She loves death. If Christians do not stand up now, you will repeat. You will repeat the past.

I refuse to do that. Join me. Come on, draft horse. Join me. Pull your weight and together we pull much more. than our weight. So this week on Thursday on Blaze, Dennis Quaid came up to the ranch and we recorded an interview. And it was unlike any other interview I've ever seen with him. He's, you know, because we, you know, we just, we just

chatted. It was really a neat experience. And at one point, he just got up and started playing the piano. You really want to see this. That's on Thursday. But the Reagan movie, he's out talking about the Reagan movie. And we talk about it. quite a bit, but this is a movie that totally captures Ronald Reagan. I've been talking to one of the producers for 10 years trying to get this thing made. And when Dennis was offered the role, he didn't say yes, but he didn't say no either because he was afraid of the role. This is his hero. Ronald Reagan is Dennis Quaid's hero. And he's like, I don't know if I can play him. When you see him from the beginning in his early days, all the way through the iron curtain and the negotiations with Gorbachev,

It was, it was a little, it was a little hard. If you didn't, like, my wife was like, I was just, but even in that state, it was great. It was great. And I was really surprised with Dennis Quaid

because I went in going, I don't know. And the first scene, they start giving a speech and the camera's pulled way back. And you actually think it's Ronald Reagan until it gets up close. That's interesting. That was my one hesitation on it because Dennis Quaid is a great actor.

I mean, he's really good and definitely has the chops for a role like this. But like I know him and I've seen him and I don't know that I would be lost in it and think it's Reagan. But he actually pulls this. off. Yeah, Tanya and I, you know, all throughout the movie, one of us would lean over to the other

and go, man, he's got him. Wow. He's really got him. Yeah, we need this. If you put him side by side, you wouldn't be able to know, obviously. Sure. But he just has his movements down and the way he held himself and that the crooked smile and the way he would move his head.

I mean, he really has it. Really has it. I think we need this, too, because certainly there's not going to be positive movies. glorifying the presidency of Ronald Reagan made by... But there hasn't been one. Not one. Which is incredible. Because even among Democrats, the guy's popular.

Like, you know, but the truth needs to be told. I was thinking about this actually is something, because I definitely want to see it. But I was thinking about this of something maybe to take my kids to. Would it be something that would hold their interest, do you think? Yeah. And your kids would like it. I thought the one thing I thought of is, you know, the kids who don't have, you know, lovey-dovey parents that maybe maybe mom and dad don't get along all the time yeah um they might look at

this teenagers might look at this and go no way that was corny but that's the way ron and nancy were and it's not a love it's not their love story it is just it shows how they just couldn't be away from each other how he would write notes to her every day and it's just a sub uh story that goes along and I mean, I was, I thought, oh my gosh, who has a relationship like that now? Who is, and not just who has it. I mean, Tanya and I have that. But who has it is not as important as, are you ever seeing that, ever? Outside of real life, are you ever seeing that portrayed?

The answer is no. So it will be a little shocking, I think, for our teenagers who have never seen a relationship like that portrayed on, you know, in a major movie. And all reporting says that was just real. Like, obviously, like, I mean, they wrote books. He legitimately wrote a note to her or a letter to her every day, right? Yeah. And that's not a, but you weren't just like exaggerating when you said that.

That's actually what happened. But does it have enough like action in, you know, is it suspense? Oh, yeah. No, no, no. The Gorbachev stuff is really good. They cover the Iran-Contra affair, too. They do his whole life from start to end. It is really good. You're going to like it.

Reaganmovie.com. I have, you know, I have one of his letters posted right by the door of our bedroom to Nancy. And he wrote something for their anniversary, and he gave it to them while they were having dinner with Princess Diana and Lady Charles. Princess Diana and what's the dirt bag that's king now? Prince Charles. Prince Charles. Charles. So it's just fantastic. Anyway, you seem really passionate about that. Well, no, I mean, it's really cool, but then you realize, oh, and he gave it to her their relationship compared to Lady Di or Princess Diana's relationship with her husband. It's kind of sad. There is something out from Media Matters about me that is just hysterical. I take it hysterical about me, but it's really not about me. It's about saying, sending a message to you.

First of all, it starts with probably the best picture of me ever taken. I actually do like... I don't like Media Matters. They're a bunch of horrible human beings, but I will say, I do like their picture selection here. You look miserable. Yeah, I do. I do.

It is, I think this was taken a screen grab from like a CNN interview. I don't know when this was taken, but it was like from an interview. It had to be with CNN where I'm just like, you people are pathetic and disgust me. So anyway, they're saying that right-wing media figure and now teen fiction author Glenn Beck

is partnering with Moms for Liberty to place his new novel in public schools. Beck was an early supporter of Moms for Liberty, an anti-LGB parental rights organization whose members have advocated for banning books across the country and harassing school officials. and his Blaze Media Outlet even has a page on its website dedicated to promoting the group. Notably, Beck is set to speak for the group's 2024 summit beginning this week.

Yeah, that's right. Moms for Liberty Foundation ran a special campaign in late July as part of its Moms for Libraries initiative to place conservative propaganda in school libraries in classrooms, promising that 100% of the donations of the foundation would go to putting Chasing Embers, Beck's premier teen fiction novel into public schools. This suggests that the money raise was likely eventually fed to Beck through payouts from his publisher. Dun, dun, dun. Well, first of all, I'm the publisher.

And I'll tell you, when I got that money, I did exactly what I said I would do on the air, that I donated my proceeds, which from that week was like $21,000 for all the books sold, and I wrote a check for 21,400 and whatever it was, and I sent it to Moms for Liberty. I sent it to Moms for Libraries. And they asked me, do you want it to buy more of your books or whatever? I said, I don't care. I believe in the cause. You buy more of mine or buy books that you just think are really important for the libraries.

It's your money. I promised you I would donate my money. And so it's your money. Use it the way you want. So I'm trying to figure out because they call me a grifter in this. Man, I'm a bad grifter if I am one. You're a terrible grifter, Glenn. You are both a terrible grifter and a terrible anti-Semite.

We've learned that you're bad at both of these things over the years. I don't know why. You're like this. So, but here's the thing, though, I don't know if you've got a, maybe you've hacked the system here. What if you just take that money and make them buy more of your books and then you'll get more royalties and then make them buy more of your books and then don't think this out because that number might get a little smaller, but don't think it out. Just keep going.

It's like, it's like, you've got your own circular economy working right here. I know. I know. It was great. I actually thought that. after I read the media matters, I was like, Krifter, I guess you could do that, but wait a minute, I could have had them buy more books. And then the money would have come back to me again.

And I could have, we could do this forever. And only a financial genius would think this plan would actually work, right? Like, you'd have to be on the level of like the crew of, it's always sunny in Philadelphia to actually make this actually work in your head. Would not be a good plan. It does not make any sense. It's a terrible, terrible grift to donate money to charities. It's not a good way to be profitable.

Listen to this. The Moms for Libraries campaign works with right-wing authors and organizations producing blatant conservative propaganda in the form of children's books. For example, the organization partners with the Tuttle Twins, a children's entertainment company that produces libertarian propaganda. No. Yes. Yes. and unsurprisingly, Beck also promotes Tuttle Twin. Oh, there it is.

They got us. They got us now. There it is. You know what? I think they got you on this. What it seems like is that you might actually believe the things you say. Yeah. You know? Well, and maybe are concerned about the future of the country.

Like, you know, you say you are and you think maybe these solutions of smaller government and less government intrusion is actually something that you not only just say on the air, but actually believe in real life. So your actions are consistent with that. Yeah. And I'm sorry for the propaganda of history. That's what Jason Ebers is all about, is a rabbit hole to history, actual history. So, you know, but what do I know?

I'm just doing propaganda, unlike the Harris campaign. By the way, this is exactly what they do, except they actually take the money. They actually are, you know, taking the money and enriching themselves and everything else. This is what the left does all the time. We just believe in it and we believe in our partners and we believe in the cause, like Stu said. And that's what makes us dangerous. Now, when I say us, I don't mean me. I mean you.

This is not, I mean, just looking at the picture they chose, what are the, they saying? If you do this, we're going to make you look horrible. We're going to just make you look like it. We don't have to show the picture on Blaze TV. I mean, is it necessary? And I think it's important to note that it does appear that you've done a lot of work to make yourself look horrible as well. It's not just them. Like you seem to be putting in 40, 50 years on the project. So I just. All right, I got it. But what they're trying to do is to tell you,

and this goes back to what I told you about Christians in these schools in Minnesota that are not going to sue. You must sue. You must sue. You have to stand up now. Don't hide in the corners. Expose it for what it is. You have the Constitution currently on your side.

You will win. But if we don't stand up now, and this is what they're trying to do, cause you to look and go, I don't want to be that. I don't want to do that. I don't want to be involved. What difference does it make? Really, honestly. I mean, do you know why Jesus in the Bible cursed the fig tree?

There was a fig tree growing, and he cursed it, and it withered up and died. Why did he do that? because it wasn't bearing good fruit. Let me ask you, what does our country, as a nation, what good fruit have we been bearing lately? Are we bearing any good fruit? You have to bear good fruit. You have to be standing up for man's freedom, for God, for God's principles.

I mean, they have literally tried to get every single candidate that opposes them, all the third parties, everybody off the ballot. And now they're trying to get RFK Jr. to stay on the ballot. I know.

It is crazy. It's crazy. The Green Party won their battle against the Democratic Party in, I think, Pennsylvania, so they're staying on the ballot. But it is. Honestly, it's nuts how people believe that this is the party that is going to protect democracy. I'm good. How are you this morning? I'm very good. I'm very good. Thank you for all of your hard work. all of the people that are working with you to ensure that the election has some integrity. But I want to talk to you first about the Georgia battle against the Democrats. What is happening in Georgia right now? Well, what we have going on, Georgia seems to always be.

Georgia's always on my mind, I guess. What has happened is that the state election, board is a five-member board that has one member appointed by the Republicans, one member appointed by the state Democratic Party, one member appointed by the Speaker of the House, one member appointed by the lieutenant governor who's president of Senate, and the chairman's appointed by the governor. That should be a four-to-one Republican-to-Democrat ratio. However, historically, there have always been these Republicans who vote with the Democrat. And so the idea, it's how many places do we see this, Glenn?

Oh my gosh. It is just, it is just so exhausting. The Republicans are such, they're just limp noodles. God, they're bad. Exhausting, it's the best word. But as of June of this year, we finally have a rule of law majority. Three, the Republican appointee from the state party, the lieutenant governor's appointee, and then in June, the Speaker of the House replaced his pro-democrat Republican appointee with a firebrand, smart, capable, conservative woman. And so for the first time, we have a rule of law majority of election board members who are determined that the lobby implement.

that the Georgia lobby implemented. And so they have issues, which is that the, let's just start with one with the things the Democrats are going for CERC over, a rule that will take effect next week that requires reconciliation of the ballots before and the votes prior to the time when they're certified. And what that means is that at every voting location, before those results are sent to the county, that voting location, the workers must make, they must look at the number of voters who are shown as having been issued ballots, and that number must match the number of ballots issued, and that number would much match the number of votes cast in that precinct.

That's crazy. That's right. I mean, you want to make sure that the numbers match. match. Wow. Right. As we say, it's kindergarten arithmetic, but the left is going berserk, absolutely berserk. And they are saying, well, it will delay certification. Well, no, it doesn't delay anything.

They just have to make sure those numbers match and that the results are accurate. The Democrats are literally saying they want speed. over accuracy. Now, why would they do that? Yeah, especially from the people who say it may be days before we know. You know, got to get used to this new system. Right. So they want speed. We want to be able to receive ballots for two weeks. Right. How hard is it to have a tally sheet of everybody who signed in and got a ballot and start numbering them as they come in, one, two, three, four, five? And then look at the counter on

the machine and see if they match. I don't think that's a problem. No, but it was a problem in county after county after county in 2020. And so they also are taking the position. And this is another rule that's a new rule. Now, mind you, this is already the state law. Let's not forget that. The statute requires it.

It's just that there's been no procedure in the state board's rules that say, here's how you do this step by step by step. So this just implemented the state statute. You wouldn't think you'd need to. But another rule says that the members of the board at every county, you have either a three or five member board. It's up to the county. And it's a bipartisan board. It's either four, it's either three to two from whatever part.

controls the county because it's appointed by the county party and the county commissioners. So if you have a Democrat County commission as in Fulton County, the Democrats will control. If you have a Republican county commission, as in some of the red counties, the Republicans will control. But it says the law, the state law says that they must, they take an oath to certify the elections, which, that is a true and accurate, each of them has to sign. the certification. Yeah.

Right. Kind of like part of the job. Well, yes, except that Mark Elias, the Democrats' election cheating lawyer, has come up with a theory that he is advancing. And now the left wing, the ABA, American Bar Association, all these left wing advocacy groups are advancing this all over the country to say that these bipartisan boards are just ceremonial. that they have no authority. They just, I'm not making this up. They have no authority. The Democrat legislature in Michigan about a month ago passed a bill to strip the bipartisan

canvassing boards that has historically performed this role of looking at the data and looking at the results and certifying, agreeing, certifying that what the administrators, election workers had done, that this is a true and accurate result. And I call it, you know what I call it, I decided, you know what this is like fouchy, I think, the election process. Don't ask any questions. Trust the experts. Do what we say. And don't look behind the curtain.

So that's what they're doing in Georgia. We're talking to Cleita Mitchell. She's, her website is who's counting. U.S. But what's happening in Georgia, and I want to expand this a bit, are illegals being registered to vote?

Yes, they are. And here's how it's happening. You have them going into the Department of Motor Vehicles or whatever it's called in your state, Department of Transportation, Department of Driver Services. And you know,

31 years ago, Congress passed the law saying that states must you at the at the at the at the at the at issue the driver's license that people must be given the uh voter registration forms they must be given

those forms at the dd at the dmv or if you go to sign up for food stamps or uh welfare benefits that they that wherever people interact with these two types of government agencies they must be registered to vote and so there And that law also requires that states must accept and use the federal voter registration form. Well, that form just has a box to check. Are you a citizen?

And we have ample evidence over a number of years where people will check the box, no, I'm not a citizen, and they get sent over and registered to vote anyway. Well, now what you have, and I have had reports, people have seen them. all over the country. They have been going in, our being just normal people, going in to get their driver's license renewed or a tag for their new car,

and they see these clusters of people who clearly don't speak English. In Michigan, a fellow sent me something about a group, and this woman had a big sign around her neck that said, interpreter, and she was taking them in to get their driver's licenses or their ID card.

and I have absolutely no reason to think that they're not automatically being added to the voter rolls because Michigan has a new law that you have to opt out. You have to opt out in Georgia. And these people don't even speak English. How are they even going to know that they've been added to the voter rolls? Because they're automatically added. And once they get on those voter rolls, it's very difficult to get them off. And the two ways that states have historically confirmed identity and residency

were with the driver's license and with the Social Security number. Well, you don't have to be a citizen to get either of those. And in 19 states, illegals are issued driver's licenses. It's been a big push by the ACLU. So it's a very big problem. It's a very big problem. And what we finally figured out, Go ahead.

No, no. What we finally figured out is that the only way that the states could, if they wanted to, right now, they could run their voter rolls against the database that the DMVs have of citizenship because of real ID, the DMVs are required to only, issue a driver's license, one of the real ID licenses to someone who's a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident. You don't have to be a citizen to get a real ID. But in Wisconsin last week, a suit was filed to force the voter rolls to be run against a Wisconsin Department of Transportation database. They have said, they have acknowledged publicly that they have citizenship data, but so far,

the Democrat regime in Wisconsin has refused to run the data bases to see who on the voter rolls is a non-citizen and then require them to come and provide proof of citizenship to be able to stay on the rolls and vote. It's a very big problem. All right. So, Clita, in listening to this, I can imagine the average person says, you know, it's already taken. It's done. They've already won because they're going to cheat and it doesn't matter anymore. And if they're not saying it now, they will say it by the end of this election season if things look shady, which I can't imagine that they won't just because of the number of illegals. So what do we do to help shore this up? Every American, Republican Democrat, independent, should all be on board with making sure there is no funny business in a blue state or a blue district or a red district.

district. It doesn't matter. Nobody should be voting that shouldn't be voting. And every vote should be counted that should be counted. That is an actual voter. All of this fraud. You must vote if you're a citizen. But if you're not a citizen, it is illegally for you to vote in a U.S. election. And we want to... We just basically, Glenn, have to build a national neighborhood watch. I'm calling it like the national DMV watch to try to make sure if we put enough eyes and enough noise and enough saying things,

talking on local radio, talking to their, you know, writing letters, to the editor, it will deter some bad actors. It will. That's why they, that's why neighborhood watch is important. Is that it changed the law? It's just people watching in their neighborhoods. And we better be watching in our neighborhoods about these left-wing NGOs, non-governmental organizations that are bringing illegals all over our country into the communities. We need to be watching. How is that translating into registrations of new voters, legally in my county.

Thanks so much for having me. You bet. So tell me what you guys found and the links you have to the Democratic Party and how they're in effect working together.

Sure. So I would say this is the ultimate manifestation of what you had talked about for years, about the solidification of this alliance that we've known about, but it was kind of like they work together here and there, and now it is one network. essentially one entity of communist anarchists and Islamist extremists coming together. And that shows itself in the range of the groups, regardless of whether you consider the protests outside the Chicago Convention to be successful, the network behind them that was putting that together is now as well connected as they can possibly be. And I reviewed, I believe, every single one. And the numbers that I came to was I counted 162 that I identified as a case.

extremists with the criteria being they have to support terrorism, uh, openly or be linked to terrorism or identified themselves as communist, Marxists or anarchists. Even if they went so far as to say, I don't think Israel should exist. I didn't include them. I want to have the worst,

the worst numbers. And I came to 162, 147 of them were openly celebrating Hamas and what happened on October 7th. Uh, and so this is the threat. and I'll even go a step above what you've been saying, because based on my own analysis of foreign policy and having studied for so many years

and seeing the connections of these groups and the sympathies they have for foreign terrorist organizations and foreign governments they hate the United States, that's the threat. It's an international threat, and this is like the fifth column of every adversary of the United States, Iran, China, Russia, even North Korean supporters are part of it.

And so it's just, To me, this study has really convicted me to a hundred had previously to stay publicly, which is that this is a new way of looking at the political disorder in the country and the conflict internationally as being all one thing. How come you don't have anybody? We talked about it every day during the convention. Nobody was talking about on the mainstream media. I mean, these groups, the majority of them you found, are linked or to have expressed solidarity

with at least nine foreign governments that are hostile to the United States. How is that not a story? Well, it took time for me to come up with those numbers. And in my experience, aside from the back of a lot of liberal, our reporters are liberal, and so they don't like this. I mean, they are massively underpaid and overworked and worked at a fever of pace. So I have some sympathy for that, for them not going deeper, and then they lead it to things like ours to do the deep research

and come up with those numbers of, like you mentioned, these are ties to nine foreign governments that hate the United States and 19 foreign terrorist organizations they have links to Orrb Express support for. And I read probably every single mainstream news article about the protests leading up to when they started. And not a single one, literally. not a single one that I saw, mentioned a specific group involved in the protest and followed it with, hey, readers, you shall also probably know they support Hamas.

It was always pro-seas-fire, anti-war, pro-Palestinians, just really unbelievable failure across the board. So how far up does this connection go? I know that Tim Wals is involved with some very nefarious figures in Minnesota, which we'll be talking about tonight. But this is happening all over the world. Is this part of the bring in all of the, quote, refugees from all over the world to overwhelm us and to put this population onto our streets? Yes. So for a lot of these groups, they openly believe the United States should not exist, using the exact same logic that they say Israel should not exist. Many of them say no colonial borders, which means any country they view as having taken over an indigenous population, which would include the United States, should not exist. No borders at all. That's common cause. And so a lot of this flows from that because even though these may not be the policymakers, themselves connected to the actual members of these groups, what happens online, their dominance of social media and the narratives trickles in. And it's been Walt's example of that radical Hamas

supporting Imam who he's close to that was discovered. He's also pro-Hitler. It's a perfect microcosm because it shows how, especially when it comes to the Democratic Party, they're able to get in there, They're able to have a voice and have influence without the Democratic Party leaders, in many cases, even being aware of it. But they're still not on the same page. So, like, this faction hates the Democratic Party. They hate Tim Malt, to Kamala Harris. So they hate all those guys. But they're still able to get in there and get in the room and influence them.

And I would also add, it's significant that the Imam is pro-Hitler, because, you're still able to get in there and get in the room and influence them. because you, Glenn, I think, were the only major media figure on the conservative spectrum that I'm aware of that's pointed out and, you know, passionately made the point about the Russian connection to what's been called the alt-right or the white supremacist and basically the Hitler lovers. I love you, Ryan. Thank you for knowing that. And you probably got a lot of crap for it, too, right? Yeah, I did. Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Oh, yeah. Mm-hmm. they're absolutely correct. You know, I'm watching this stuff in Europe, and if you're not following the tweets and everything else from Europe and seeing what the streets are starting to turn into, they are ahead of us in Europe.

And not far ahead, but they are ahead of us. And you look at this and you see that their reaction, this is not a Trump, I mean, a Trump versus Harris thing. This is about Trump being pro. America, loving America, wanting America to exist, and those who are trying to collapse the entire West. Why would they do that, Ryan? Do you have any thoughts on the motivation of why everybody remains silent on what's happening? Well, I think that first of all, who has an incentive to talk about this? All you get are negative effects. So there isn't much of an incentive,

especially when you make the point that this kind of, it exists somewhat in the partisan sphere, but it's somewhat out of it. It's almost like this is an extremist third party that tries to influence the two mainstream parties for different ways. And it's just too hard for people to believe. I mean, it sounds like what people say is McCarthyism.

It sounds crazy. But 99% of my work, as it always has been over the past 20 years I've done this, It's just me quoting these guys or quoting classified up documents. And that's it. I know. And I copy and paste it. And then I put a conclusion that summarizes it.

And that's all I do. But then folks like us, we do that, you know, we get demonized as being far-right conspiracy theorists who hate Muslims, hate black people, and hate everyone, basically. But they're the ones that hate everyone. They're the ones complaining about every element of society and saying it needs to be overthrown and socially engineered by them. Yep, yep, but we're the dangerous ones. Ryan, thank you for everything that you do,

Jeff Clark, he is a senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America. and he knows this case quite well.

The case against Trump, the latest indictment filed by Special Counsel Jack Smith. Jeff, I've been trying to understand this story. It's very complex. Can you just break it down for dummies like me? Well, Glenn, thanks for having me. And you know, you're definitely underestimating yourself, Glenn. But hopefully I can help the audience to understand the case. the case. So look, obviously this case was filed a while back and it had, you know, resulted in

several important decisions, first of the district court and then in the D.C. Circuit holding that President Trump was not immune. You know, they tried to laugh that argument out of the lower courts, especially with this ridiculous seal team six hypothetical, the idea that President Trump could order seal team six to assassinate his political rivals. And so the argument goes, you know, because that would not make any sense. Therefore, he can't have any form of immunity. And I always thought that hypothetical was totally ridiculous when the case eventually reached the Supreme Court in a case called Trump, the United States, which was decided by the Supreme Court six to three, most of it, on July 1st of this year. They gave that argument short shrift, too,

and they held consistent with the fact that every other branch of government has some form of immunity that the president of the United States, and it wasn't just applied to Donald Trump, but it was applied to all presidents of the United States, have to have, you know, a set of immunities. And the immunities they decided that he had it were basically in a trichotomy. So the first tier is that when the president exercises his core executive powers, you know, the things that are at the heart of being president, he is absolutely immune for those, full stop. Then second, for anything else that he does, which is not within his core powers, so that would include things like speaking using the president's bully pulpit, he is immune out to the outer boundaries of

his office, as long as it has a nexus to his official duties, which a lot of things do, and that there he has presumptive immunity. And in order to overcome it, you'd have to show that it would really make no impingement or inroads into the executive power to be able to pierce that immunity. So that's also a very strong form of immunity. But that would be something like, that would be something like he's, you know, saying, you know, WWE is real and somebody Susan says, it's not real. It has nothing to do with the presidency, right? Exactly, right. And so, to my mind, Dave, you know, outside the White House on the ellipse on January 6th, he was clearly talking about matters of public concern, which the president can express himself.

And I think that that is presumptively immune. And I think to tell a president that he could not set out his views about an election would be an inroads into the presidency. And therefore, he would also be immune for that. So the last category in the tricotomy is a category for which a president would not be immune, Glenn. That's the category of an unofficial act, an act in a private capacity. And so after the Supreme Court's decision, decision on July 1st, you know, it kind of goes down each step. It steps down to the Court of Appeals level and they were mandated back to the district court to Judge Chutkin and then Judge Chutkin

started to set proceedings more on that in a minute. And then what's ultimately come once she now has jurisdiction back of the case is that Jack Smith was off to the side working with an entirely different grand jury and he got this superseding indictment that came out yesterday. and in a phrase what that indictment is, you know, new indictment, you know, meet the old indictment. You know, it's just the same as that old indictment. He's just reformulated it to try to make it consistent with and fit everything into the third box, the box of everything President Trump did that he had indicted for the first time is actually a set of private acts as opposed to a set of official acts.

and therefore Jack Smith argues he's not immune. So are they doing this to smear him yet again so late in the campaign, or is this a plan just in case he wins? They think this will keep him out of office? I think, Glenn, that they're doing it for all of those reasons, right? They absolutely want to block him any way they can. So this is election interference. There's no way that, you know, way.

that you should be issuing a new indictment like this, using a new grand jury this close to a major presidential election, especially Warren and then, look, and that it also shows me that this was being concealed. So what happens is that the court was told, because it was ready to go and start trying to set deadlines and the like to try to march back toward a trial. And Jack Smith made a filing in the last couple weeks,

said, oh, no, no, hold on, slow down. I need more time. We're doing consultations inside the Justice Department. Well, I'm sure they were doing consultations inside the Justice Department, but that's not the real reason. It's now clear that the real reason is that he was actually in secret grand jury proceedings getting this superseding indictment. And the media, right, the media has been all over watching the D.C. courthouse. I mean, you know, back in the real height of this a year ago, you know, no one could walk into the courthouse, even if it was for an entirely different reason and not have the media report, X, Y, the notable person went in, they must be going to the grand jury, or there was, you know, speculation amundo. But for this proceeding somehow,

like, it surprised everyone. All of the mainstream media purported to say, well, Jack Smith's just consulting inside the Justice Department. I think that that was essentially running a cover story for the fact that they were conveniently not watch or purporting not to watch the courthouse because they would have seen the prosecutors regularly going to the grand jury to get this new indictment and yet there was entire radio silence on that until the surprise of yesterday. So what is supposedly new in this one that changes the ground? It's not. It's essentially just a reformulation, right? So the original indictment started out by saying, you know, Donald Trump, President of the United States,

you know, from these dates to candidate Trump. So everything has been reframed in the light of trying to fit it into the third box of being a private unofficial act. Yeah. And, you know, otherwise it's the same. It's the same four counts, particularly remarkable to me, Glenn, is not just that they have the, trying to repackage the allegations, right, to go against Trump in his private capacity. but the fact that two of the allegations relate to this statute 28, I'm sorry, 18 U.S.C. 1512, and that statute went to the Supreme Court also this past term involving the January 6thers, and the Supreme Court decided that 1512C2 about obstruction of an official proceeding,

which I'm sure you and many of your listeners would have heard of, a statute that really they stretch to try to apply to January 6th, even though it didn't. The Supreme Court held that it did not apply to the January 6thers, and it remanded. So, you know, Jack Smith is never say die. He's still using 1512. Many commentators thought that after the Supreme Court's Fisher decision, that's the one about 1512 C2, that he would drop the 1512 counts, and he would just go with a conspiracy count, two conspiracy counts. There's one 18 U.S.C. 371 conspiracy to defraud the U.S.

and then the second conspiracy count is a conspiracy against civil rights. But no, he's using exactly the same four counts that he used before. That's why I say, you know, the new indictment is really the same as the old indictment. I have to tell you, I don't think the Rosenbergs went through this kind of trial and tribulation that Donald Trump. I've never seen anybody treated like they treat Donald Trump. Never. What the courts have done to him, what the prosecutors have done to him in these cherry-picked courthouses and districts is absolutely obscene. And I'd love to hear your point of view, Jeff. I think they're going to put him in jail in September. Well, I'm actually, you know, Glenn, making preparations to go up there to be in the

Judge Mershan's court in Manhattan on September 18th, if the sentencing goes forward. Look, two days before that time on September 16th, Judge Mershahn is supposed to issue his decision about whether the Supreme Court's immunity decision, Trump, the U.S., that I've been talking about, whether that essentially requires a new trial to be granted. And I don't see how it couldn't possibly, you know, you could come to any other conclusion to the fact that it requires a new trial because what the President Trump is a for his official acts, and there's even, in addition to the three tiers of immunity I described to you, the Supreme Court created a new exclusionary rule and said that internal deliberations inside the executive branch

are protected, and they cannot be presented in court as evidence against the president. And so the Alvin Bragg prosecution in front of Judge Mershan, it presented precisely such prohibited evidence. It had just talking to the president and testifying about various things. The jury heard that, and you can't unring that bell. They produced a verdict based on hearing that evidence. Alvin Bragg's trying to argue, oh, it's all harmless error, right? We would have gotten that even if we hadn't presented that evidence. Well, who knows?

No one knows that, and I don't believe it. And so he needs a new trial. So I predict, sadly, you know, for the same reasons you say that the lawfare is just so intense and unprecedented against President Trump, and it really is a dagger at the heart of the Republic, that I bet, you know, Judge Mershon is going to go ahead and deny the, you know, immunity-based motion for a new trial, and then he's going to, you know, do the sentencing. And I actually would not be surprised President Trump to prison. And maybe he tries to, you know, soften it a little bit at the edges by saying the sentence

wouldn't begin to run until after the election or something like that. Or if you really wanted to go full bore, right, he could say, no, you're remanded into custody immediately or you are remanded to home confinement immediately. He has a lot of different options. I got to tell you, I think the American people will lose their mind, both Republican and Democrat, and especially I think independence. I think there's a lot of people who are sick of this, and they will see this is a banana republic. I agree.

It's already gotten to a banana republic level in terms of, the level of lawfare directed at President Trump, at myself, you know, at Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro. It, you know, all of my co-defendants down in Georgia with Fannie Willis. Now they have a new case, you know, out in Arizona, which they're trying to press on. You know, it's relentless. It's it really is something that is trying to criminalize politics and criminalize the ordinary operations of law enforcement and pretend that because Donald Trump was the chief

executive of the United States, that he's some, you know, unprecedented threat that requires a level of treatment that no one's ever gotten before in the history of our country. Just take Glenn the Mar-a-Lago raid, right? You know, what does they do with Vice President Pence and President Biden? They negotiated an agreement to go and search through their homes, right? But did President Trump get that treatment? No, he got a jackbooted raid with armed agents who wouldn't even show the president's lawyer, Christina Bob, at the time, the warrant initially, until she had to basically, you know, pry it out of them. Would you hold on just a second, Jeff? Because I have to take a 60-second break.

And then when we come back, I would just like to know what happens if he goes to jail? Can he be president of the United States? how would that work? Does Secret Service go with them? What happens? Also, former U.S. DOJ assistant attorney general Jeff Clark is with us. So if they put him in jail, Can a president be in jail? Let's say he wins the election, but he's in jail. What happens? So there are two periods, right? One would be a period prior to inauguration. There to answer your question right before the break, you know, the Secret Service would still protect him.

And, you know, indeed, Alvin Bragg had been talking to the New York jail system about trying to make accommodations for that. And then in the period after he's inaugurated, then I think all of the, you know, any kind of imprisonment would have to be ended or suspended. It would be what lawyers call preempted by the Constitution since he would be the duly elected and inaugurated president of the United States. He can't be kept from exercising those functions by a state conviction. That is absolutely unbelievable. I mean, I don't think our founders ever, they never, I don't think they ever saw something like this happening. I mean, you know, our, our checks and balances are so far out of whack and the administrative state is so strong now that, you know, almost anything can happen. It is really crazy.

Yeah, I was just going to say, look, you're absolutely right. the republic is is hanging by a threat at this point and hopefully judge mershon will come to his senses and uh you know i think the supreme court's always in the background to you know make this all come out right like they did in the trump immunity case on july first jep clark thank you very much i appreciate it you can follow him on twitter at jeff clark u.s

at jeff clark u.s thanks jeff appreciate it uh i mean Can you imagine, Stu? Yeah. I was thinking about that as you're playing out those situations. What if they, you know, putting him in jail would be really, would send a message. And I think, as you pointed out, I think would backfire on them. Could you see them do house arrest? So he can't go in campaign anywhere.

He can't do any rallies. They put up, they put an ankle bracelet on him. I don't know. That one I could see. I can also see the jail thing, though. Especially if they're losing, I think the more, the more, the more. dire they feel their situation is, the more likely that happens that he goes to prison because, you know, they will see this as well, I mean, we've got this other, you know, card to play.

Why not give it a shot? We're losing. Right now, I don't think they're, they feel like they're in that situation. I feel like they think they're winning and why would they shake it up? I have to tell you, though, I think if Donald Trump was under house arrest and he couldn't leave his house, first of all, he could do video from his house, I'm sure. And the, and this, there'd be people like me. I mean, you know, I'd be willing to take a hiatus

and go campaign for the man if he couldn't campaign himself. And not because, well, he's a Republican. Because this is an American that has been wronged. And we all have to stand up for it.

I mean, they are out of control. That's going to be fascinating. Can you imagine if they win? Oh my gosh. You imagine. Imagine how much trouble we're in if they win, Stu? I mean, everything we've ever talked about is happening right now.

As Jeff just said, a republic hangs by a thread. Who's going to rush in and save it? Well, I will tell you it will only be good and godly people, because it's got to be people of merit that are trying to find favor in the eyes of God and say we will be a fruitful nation and we will bear good fruit. Otherwise, he will curse us and we will wither on the vine quickly. Wait till you hear the next story that we have on. This will blow your mind.

So she's nine years old, and they come for her family, and they separate her from her family,

After a miraculous reunion with her mom and siblings, Eva was able to escape to Austria. She spent eight years in a refugee camp before immigrating to the United States. When abortion was legalized in 1973, she saw the similarities between the legalization of abortion and the legalization of extermination of her ethnic group. I'm fine thank you I've been looking forward to talking to you since I first read this story, what are your thoughts about what has happened to you in the past and what is happening now? Well, there is really no difference. You know, as heard it said, our natural mind can justify anything our evil hearts want to do. During World War II, as we all know, the Nazis justified the extermination of Jews and gypsies. and blobs and other people, simply by using the phrases that they're not quite human yet,

according to evolutionary theory. Well, then at the end of the war, when the communists came in, they decided to just say, because you are of an ethnic background of a certain people group, your blood is already evil. So even if you're a newborn baby, you are. evil in itself and have to be exterminated. And that was their excuse. But I think the main reason for all of it was greed because now everybody had our fields and our factories given to them because they were communist that was promised to them. And Nazi Germany, they had other reasons,

I suppose. But right now, why are we exterminating babies? Because we are ourselves. office. Nothing has changed. Oh, I have to finish my college years or anything else. But if we don't watch it, the next group of people will be exterminated. You know who that is going to be. The elderly, the sick, the handicapped, because it will cost us too much. Nothing has changed. Evil minds just find different excuses. So the thought of you being in prison and receiving a sentence up to 10 years, how are you dealing with that? Well, I'm prepared to die in there, and I'm not afraid, really. And I believe in the Lord Jesus. I have eternal life now in him. And so why would I be afraid? The main reason I'm doing what I'm doing is simply an obesity.

to him. He said in John chapter 14, he said, he who has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves me. And I love him and therefore I keep his commandment. And a simple one there is in Matthew 7, chapter 7 verse 12. We call it the golden rule. Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them. For this is the law the prophets. Well, when I look back at my life as a child, when I was pushed in that cattle car and nearly choked to death because we were so tightly put together, that somebody in my country would have loved Jesus enough to risk their own freedom or even their lives and gathered in front of that train stood on those railroad tracks to keep us from being shipped in there. Well, this is basically what I'm doing.

Because if somebody had stopped the train while the guards would have been busy trying to arrest those people, another group could have come in, pride open our cattle car and perhaps saved our lives. And when I stand in front of those clinic doors, I'm just buying time for our sidewalk counselors to reach women in a calm and quiet way and touch their hearts. I stood on the sidewalk for many years. I was a sidewalk counselor for years and a rescuer. But when you're so far away from the women as they jump out of the car,

you have only a few seconds, but you have to shout in order to be heard, which sounds like you're screaming at them. But by standing in front of the door and buying time for our sidewalk counselors, were effective, I believe, and women get help. and there are many that are just grateful afterwards that we were there for murdering their own babies. Did you ever think you would be facing prison in America? Oh, no, no. When I came here, I was so idealistic. This was the land of the free and the brave. And I thought if I ever ended up in court, all I would have to do is explain my situation if I were innocent.

and of course I would be set free. I found out very differently nowadays. How do you, I mean, I've been saying for a long time now, Eva, that we are repeating the same story that man has repeated over and over again in the last time in the 1930s and 40s. Do you see that same seed here in America now? Yes, we're far, far gone already, honestly. because when good men do nothing, evil will prosper.

In the 70s or 69, when I first heard the word abortion, I knew instinctively that it was the killing of a human being inside the womb. And most people in those days, unless you were one that wanted to have an abortion, would know that it's a human life growing inside the mother. but we had now several generations brainwashed by believing that, well, it's not quite human yet. Well, is it a tumor at first? When does a tumor turn into a human life? At what time in development?
