Starting point is 00:00:00 Garren Lewis, with you sitting in for the great Glenn Beck, right here, and I am in Arizona. I am in Phoenix. I'm on KFYI and Phoenix, KNST in Tucson, and I am so glad to be talking to you. And, again, I never thought coming into doing this show and I'm so excited to do it, or even on my show, that I'd sit back and tell you about Nikki Minaj. I honestly, I couldn't even tell you a song that Nikki Minaj has made. I couldn't do that. And this is where I start to feel old where I never thought I'd get to in my life, where I thought I knew all the music and I thought my parents were lame.
Starting point is 00:00:38 But I'm 40-8. I'm sure my 12, almost 13-year-old might know a Nicki Minaj song or two. I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, Nikki Minaj was the special guest at the Amfest event. And she was out there with Erica Kirk. And look, I'm an optimistic person. and I always say there's more of us than there are of them on our side. I really do on our side.
Starting point is 00:01:06 And Nikki Minaj has been very outspoken about Christians being persecuted in Nigeria. And she has quite a following. Like, I don't think this should be downplayed. I think the media, for the most part, is going to ignore what you're about to hear just in case you haven't heard it. I think that the, I think that the media is, is, they are absolute, uh, there are a bunch of frauds and you know this. And I think they know they are cooked because they're not going to mention what is happening with Nikki Minaj because the culture battle is so big.
Starting point is 00:01:46 I mean, would you think that Nikki Minaj would be a big Trump and J.D. Vance fan? Nikki Minaj has 25 million followers on X. I tried looking her up on Instagram, and apparently she just two months ago deactivated her account because there was something, I don't know, drama with other artists, but she had 230 million followers on Instagram. I'm not on TikTok. I'm sure she's got hundreds of millions of people following her on TikTok, and by what she said at Amfest,
Starting point is 00:02:22 it made it okay and even more acceptable to not only actually support President Trump, support what we want, what you want. But she's making it acceptable to actually say it out loud. To say it out loud. I mean, politics, because Trump got in 10 years ago, politics is now pop culture. That's how it is.
Starting point is 00:02:48 I, again, I have a 12-year-old. My 13-year-old will become, well, 12-year-old will be 13 in two days. I have an 8-year-old. They talk more about politics than I did in my early 20s. That's how it's become. So, Nikki Minaj is a special guest with Erica Kirk, and all of a sudden it starts coming out. Okay?
Starting point is 00:03:10 I have the utmost respect and admiration for our president. Okay. He has, I don't know if he even knows this, but he's given so many people hope that there's a chance to beat the bad guys. Wow. And to win and to do it with your head held high and your integrity intact. Well, that's a lot different than what the media says. how many of Nikki Minaj's followers? And it's crazy to think about it, right?
Starting point is 00:03:56 Like people will actually base what they do in life based on what Nikki Minaj says. But it happens. It happens, right? Some people are influential. That's just how it is. So Nikki Minaj, all of a sudden, starts saying that stuff.
Starting point is 00:04:10 And I'm sure they knew was coming. They're not going to bring somebody out to Amfest that's going all of a sudden just be like, you know who I don't like? I don't like Trump. You guys stink. Whatever. And it's not just,
Starting point is 00:04:21 Trump, it's the movement. But she started going with that and there's certain things that she said because it's just common sense. It's just common sense. I thought and because you say Trump is a billionaire,
Starting point is 00:04:38 right? Trump's a billionaire. There are enough people that are not relatable. President Trump and just for me personally, I grew up on Long Island. and I'm out in Arizona. But my grandmother really could before I play another thing, because Nikki Minaj Nails Why Trump is very popular.
Starting point is 00:05:02 And it's simple, but not everybody could do it, right? My grandmother was a financial bookkeeper for a guy that developed half of Manhattan. His name is, where it was, Lanny Litwin. And he used to be very close to Donald Trump's stat. And I remember arguing my grandmother, she would, was in her 90s going back 10 years ago, nine years ago, 2015, 2016, when I would tell her she was in Florida where all the, I'm Jewish, well, all the New York Jews go to retire. So I would say, listen, you have to vote for Trump.
Starting point is 00:05:39 And I would totally play the Jewish guild card. You have to vote for Trump. If you want your great grandkids to be able to have a life, you need to do this. And I can't do that. What's going on? And she would tell me story. that in the 70s, now President Trump, Donald Trump, wanted to learn how to be a really big developer,
Starting point is 00:05:59 and he would go in to try to learn from Mr. Litwin, and Mr. Litwin would give him some jobs, and Trump would then bill him for that stuff, and my grandmother, being the financial bookkeeper, would look at the numbers and say, wait a second, this guy, Trump is overcharging, and she'd go over to Mr. Limbaugh, this Trump guy, he's overcharging you. Helen and so good.
Starting point is 00:06:20 Littwin was worth billions of dollars. He didn't care. Helen, it's okay. It's okay. It's all right. It's all right. And she goes, nope, nope, it's not all right. It's not all right. And she would bust it out to the lobby. And she worked in Queens. That's where Trump is from, Queens. And Donald Trump would be sitting there. He'd drop off his bill in the chair, whatever, and he'd be ready to go. Hey, and she would yell him before he'd walk in. Hey, you Trump, where the hell do you think you're going? Where do you think you're going?
Starting point is 00:06:47 You are trying to rip off Mr. Litwin. You're overcharging us. oh, it's okay, he can handle it. Oh, you can. And she would like go out and now he's the most powerful man in the world and has been in the most influential, the most famous and you name. And my grandmother used to yell at him. She used to yell at him quite a bit. That's what she would tell me.
Starting point is 00:07:08 So I thought that was kind of a, but it's that aspect to where Donald Trump is a guy from Queens who would talk to anybody. It could be the most prestigious, most brilliant, most rich, it could be blue collar guys, that's what he would do. That's what makes him
Starting point is 00:07:29 so appealable in that aspect is that he's just relatable. And I always look at him and I think of him as a, I always look at President Trump. I mean, there's some things that I'm like, I don't know about that,
Starting point is 00:07:41 but you know, the guy's done an incredible thing. You're never going to agree with everybody. I mean, my wife doesn't agree with me on everything, but that's why she's wrong a lot of the time. Only if she did.
Starting point is 00:07:51 But I look at President Trump like Rodney Dangerfield and Caddyshack. He's like Al Chernick. That's who I view him as. And it just, it cracks me up. And he does an incredible job. But it's the relatability in that aspect. And Nikki Minaj had a lot of things to say. And I thought this was very powerful.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Our vice president, he makes me, well, I love both of them. But they're both powerful men. smart, strong, all of that, but both of them have a very uncanny ability to be someone that you relate to. I can relate to them. When I hear them speak, I know that they're one of us. Like, I know that they're not... Don't you guys agree? They haven't lost... They haven't lost touch of the world. You know, they're still connected to the world and what's happening in the world with the younger people and older people, with the richer people and not so rich people. They have the ability to still connect and be real and make us feel proud to be American.
Starting point is 00:09:07 You know, again, the culture is the biggest thing, right? Culture drives politics. And it's the relatability like that. And that, look, you get this from Trump. As soon as, as soon as Trump came down that escalator 10 years ago and said, hey, you know what I want to do, I want to build a wall. Got to keep the illegals out. That's what wanted for Trump
Starting point is 00:09:27 because Americans were saying that for decades. What's going on here? Illegals are coming in. We see what's happening. It doesn't make us racist or anything like that. This is not good. And politicians would be scared to touch it.
Starting point is 00:09:43 Scared to talk about it. I mean, here in Arizona, John McCain actually said, if we don't give illegal's amnesty, the Republican Party is never going to win another election because Hispanics will not vote for us, which is one of the most racist things I've ever heard because apparently all illegals and only illegals are Hispanic. And the only thing you can do is cowtow to them by giving them something for a vote, which is why John McCain was really a Democrat, because that's what Democrats do. And that got us nothing but losses. and Trump comes down and says this and it's like, holy smokes, and you wouldn't expect a guy that's worth a billion dollars
Starting point is 00:10:28 that has connections out the wazoo that's dealt with the mob and's dealt with royalty and dealt with this and that. You wouldn't expect that he would be the kind of guy that would relate to Americans, but Americans relate to that. And that's why he's so great with angel families. And I wish there were no angel families, but that's how it is.
Starting point is 00:10:45 And that's why, you know, he's making it very difficult for Americans to get our job jobs outsource. They want to bring business back. Like everything Americans were saying, this is what we wanted. And yet we were stuck with, and I'll give you another Arizona, that loser that used to be here, Jeff Flake. I mean, they were trying to convince us that fair trade and free trade are the same thing. And they're not. And you know what?
Starting point is 00:11:10 We don't need to make things here anymore. Haven't made other places that are cheaper. It's going to be better for you because they were benefiting and their donors were benefiting. And for Nikki Minaj to get up there and say those things is, I think a big giant shockwave to the Democrats, to the media, to the rhinos as well, by the way. I think it's a giant shockwave to all of them because they're saying, oh, man, we are losing this. we are losing this. We are losing the base. We thought we could bribe them all.
Starting point is 00:11:53 This is why they had to import tens of millions of illegals to try to get votes. I'm hoping it's over. We can never stop, but I'm hoping that it is over. I really am. I really am. Nikki Minaj said some incredible stuff, incredible stuff. And it's just because it's common sense. And Americans think like this.
Starting point is 00:12:15 Americans think like this. And again, it's, I feel like I'm with him. And how many times can you say that? Did you feel like you were connected to Mitt Romney or George W. Bush? Did you really? I mean, no, hell no, right? No way. One more that I want to get you from Nikki Minaj.
Starting point is 00:12:40 And there's a lot that she said. And I have that. And J.D. Vance was on fire from that. stuff. I have a lot to get to as well. Attorney Points Amfest, they brought out that lady from Target, too. This lady from California wearing a Charlie Kirk Freedom shirt, and she gets attacked by some lunatic leftist Karen. They brought her out, but I think that lady could have done something a bit different. And I'll get to all that stuff. And we have the Epstein situation. Why are the Democrats talking about Epstein anymore? What happened with that? So I have it all for you.
Starting point is 00:13:11 My name is Garrett Lewis. Thank you for coming out. Happy Hanukkah, just ended last Merry Christmas coming up. I have so much more, and I appreciate you being with me, sitting in here for the great Glenn Beck. My name is Garrett Lewis, sitting in for Glenn Beck, and I have a show, afternoon show, on KFYI in Phoenix and KNST in Tucson. And I am so happy to be hanging out with you. This is like therapy for me.
Starting point is 00:13:48 I get antsy and paranoid when I'm out of the radio. I know I need some time off, but I'm glad I'm able to do this, and I'm off for my normal show. and I'm so happy to be able to talk to you. And if you want to follow me on Instagram and X, please do at Garrett Lewis 2R's 1T because my mother wanted to make it very difficult for me and everyone else. Garrett Lewis 2Rs 1T on X and Instagram, Garrett Lewis Radio on Facebook. So this Nikki Minaj thing, again, I think this is going to be downplayed and ignored by the media,
Starting point is 00:14:19 which should be the first flag that is thrown on the field to let you know. This is really big. this is really, Nikki Minaj shows up at Amfest. Nikki Minaj, and again, only because most people wouldn't expect it. But I really think there's many more people that think like us, right? There's many more people that have the common sense. And we've had enough. We've had enough.
Starting point is 00:14:42 We're not stupid. We see what's going on in the world. And it's been great. Donald Trump has been phenomenal for many, many things, including making politics understandable. I remember growing up, my mom would have. have NBC news on because all there were back then, I feel so old now. Three channels, right?
Starting point is 00:14:59 And you'd have Andrea Mitchell, the foreign correspondent for NBC News, and they'd talk about foreign policy. They'd make it sound difficult, and it's not. It's not. We have leverage. Trump's just doing it for the right reason. That's really what it is. And again, he relates to people.
Starting point is 00:15:20 He relates to people. One more really quick from Nikki Minaj yesterday at. Amfest. Sometimes, you know, even in the worst feeling times in your life, you think that you're never going to come back from it. But you do. And our president shows that he's been through every single thing a person can be through publicly, having to constantly be lied on. It's not really that funny. Until you are in that person. shoes that's being lied on, you'll never understand what it feels like. That person is a human being. They have a family who has to read those lies. And that's not, and it's just not fair. No, it's not.
Starting point is 00:16:10 No, it's not. And she's in the public eye. And the biggest, there's a lot of problems, but I think one of the biggest problems that we have is how people are dehumanized. Like you know it, I know it. we saw with Charlie Kirk, got a 31-year-old guy, gets assassinated, leaves behind a wife and two beautiful young children,
Starting point is 00:16:31 and people are cheering it and mocking it as if he's not an actual real-life human being. Nikki Minaj, I'm assuming, being in the spotlight that she is, right? There's always going to be haters. And she faces that same stuff, and she sees what Donald Trump has gone through. Donald Trump got shot in the ear.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Thank God he turned his head. They lied about Trump. They call him all the crazy names Nazi, fascist. They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to throw him in prison to get rid of him and to intimidate anybody from even thinking about running for officers, doing something publicly in the same mindset or ideology as MAGA and Donald Trump and America first, right?
Starting point is 00:17:12 They tried to do all that stuff. And Nikki Minaj is saying, this is insane what he has gone through. And he has come back for that. And again, it's not just you and me. There's an entire, there's a, I really believe there is a huge amount of people, a huge amount of people that, that agree with this. And you know what?
Starting point is 00:17:36 I have so much more to say about this. And you can hit me up on Instagram and Twitter. You can hit me up at Garrett Lewis. Let me know what you think. But when it comes to Trump, she said being lied about it. Trump took a lot of heat over the Rob Reiner situation. And I got to get to this. because people were kind of against what I was, what I was, do you think Trump was wrong about the Rob Reiner situation?
Starting point is 00:17:58 I have, I, I have a different thought process. I'm going to share that with you coming up. Garrett Lewis with you in for Glenn Beck. Real history, real context, delivered like never before. January 5th, glenbeck.com. My name is Garrett Lewis. I am sitting in for Glenn Beck. I am in Arizona, where it is a very warm Christmas, supposed to be.
Starting point is 00:18:38 81 degrees today. I'm on KFYI in Phoenix, KNST in Tucson, and I am so glad that you are here with me, and I am honored to be able to hang out with you. And again, I have to do this in order to keep my sanity. And I'll get to all that stuff because I have some stories. And I really feel that everything in life revolves around Seinfeld. So I have definitely some Seinfeldian stuff because I'm Jewish. my wife is Lutheran. She's my Shix-a. And I will get to this because we have stuff going on with Hanukkah, Christmas, Christmas Eve, all this stuff. I'll get to all that.
Starting point is 00:19:17 And I'm sure you can relate to it. But let me get back this. We had some great positivity with Nikki Minaj. And I've even more with Nicky Minaj, so many more sound bites. Because it's all about being able to critically think. And that's such a big deal. Because propaganda is the most powerful. in my mind, the most powerful weapon that there is.
Starting point is 00:19:37 You say things over and over and over, people start to actually believe it. Say with authority, people actually start to believe that too. And that's where Rob Reiner came in. And it was gruesome. Look, there's no way around it. Nobody is rooting or celebrating Rob Reiner and his wife's murder. It's just awful.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Nobody deserves that. Nobody deserves that. Donald Trump, our president, wrote on Truth Social, a response to Rob Reiner being murdered. Was it weird? yes, you can't deny that. Rob Reiner and his wife were killed by his son allegedly. And President Trump suggested it was something different.
Starting point is 00:20:16 And at first you're like, oh man, this is a little bit weird. But I think this is where we get to be too nice. And that's why I'm going to talk in the next hour about how I think that Target lady that got harassed by that nutjup. She was way too nice. but I think that sometimes we are too nice because we're good people. And by the way, just because you're not Uber-Nice doesn't mean you're a bad person either. A lot of things have happened over the last five years.
Starting point is 00:20:46 It's changed me as it changed you. So if you don't know, President Trump put on Truth Social, Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling but once very talented movie director and comedy star has passed away. together with his wife, Michelle, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding and incurable affliction with a mind-cripling disease known as Trump derangement syndrome, sometimes referred to as TDS. That's part of the truth social post. And you read that and you're like, all right, listen, you have to be a bit of an egomaniac and a narcissist to run for president.
Starting point is 00:21:21 And Trump's making this death all about him. It's a bit weird. It's a bit weird. You're like, oh, what's going on here? He continued. He was known to have driven people crazy by his raging obsession of President Donald J. Trump with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. So he never celebrated the death.
Starting point is 00:21:50 And you look at that and at first glance, you might say, ah, this is just awful. Like, what the heck is going on? Would it be something that you would do? And you're like, no, I would never do that. and I completely understand. But then I remember watching way too much of what was then called MSNBC. Now it's MS now. That'll change it, right?
Starting point is 00:22:13 New name. That'll change it. And then CNN. And they would have Rob Reiner on quite a bit, especially on MSNBC. And he would just say the most vile, awful things about President Trump. he would lie Rob Reiner and the more you watched it
Starting point is 00:22:36 and I started looking it up more because I knew he would do it and then I found a gazillion clips of him saying the craziest things and I'm like this guy was trying to overthrow President Trump's first term he what are the odds that some movie producer
Starting point is 00:22:50 an actor or director whatever he was in Hollywood would be working with four former CIA directors on his committee to investigate Russia non-profit. He had Rob Reiner working with four former CIA directors and Jay Johnson, who was the Homeland Security Director, those guys were all on the board.
Starting point is 00:23:11 And there were others. There were other former CIA high-level people on it as well. And I'm like, all right, is Rob Reiner in on this? This is what the CIA does? Is he just a useful idiot? Is he part of it? Do they, Rob, we're going to need you to spread this propaganda to the American public. I mean, that's what the CIA does. And that's what he did. And he would
Starting point is 00:23:34 see the craziest stuff. So I looked at this and said, because my wife got into it with me, oh, Trump couldn't, he shouldn't have done that. He shouldn't have done that. He shouldn't have done that. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I said, do you realize what Trump has gone through? Just like Nikki Minaj said, just I played it a few minutes ago. He's lied about. They say the worst things about this guy. If this happened to you, if you had as much negativity and lies spewed about you like Donald Trump, would you not look at the world a little bit differently? Would you not react a bit differently?
Starting point is 00:24:10 I mean, I think you would. I found an incredible clip. It's on my ex at Garrett Lewis, if you want to go see it. Scroll down a little bit. Actually, I'll retweet it so it goes to the top right now at Garrett Lewis. but this is Rob Reiner several years ago. I believe this is during Trump's first term. He's down at the border on MSNBC with Joy Reid, by the way.
Starting point is 00:24:36 It's Rob and his wife. And they say just the most vile things. They act as if there's no, there was no crisis on the border. Listen to this. There is no crisis except for the one that Donald Trump created. There is no crisis here. But he created one and clearly all he's interested in it, at this point, let's cut to the chase. This is about racism.
Starting point is 00:25:02 This is pure and simple racism. That's all this is. He's hoping that the people who support him will be ginned up and running to the polls to make sure that brown people don't come into America. They follow the exact pattern that Hitler has. I hate to say it's his wife. Uganda, even down to the Red Cross went into Auschwitz. They cleaned it up for two days. It looked fine.
Starting point is 00:25:25 They went back. They said everything seems fine there. It's a fascist playbook. And it's shocking that there are 40%, as you say, or 46%. Yeah. Those people who are supporting what he's doing here are racist, period. There it is. So again, do you hear that stuff?
Starting point is 00:25:44 And don't just sit back and say, you know what? Maybe Trump has a right to be a bit mad. Right? Just a little bit. So if you support President Trump, you're a racist. And by the way, this is just one. Like there are hundreds of interviews that Rob Reiner did. There's like a 22-minute interview that he did for CNN.
Starting point is 00:26:09 He actually was the one asking questions to John Brennan and James Clapper. He let them put out all the lies about the propaganda, about the Russia hoax. They were the ones that were behind it. They're the ones that got the idea from Hillary and took it to the next level. They knew what they were doing. So Donald Trump wrote that. Do you still think it was too much? Because in my mind, if you think it was too much, you're too nice.
Starting point is 00:26:41 You're too nice. So Donald Trump wrote that he didn't celebrate the death of this guy. But look at what the left has done to you and your friends. family. I look at them at what they've done to my family and me. Like we can't forget these things. We just can't. That's why I was so so happy that when President Trump tricked the media into playing his address
Starting point is 00:27:15 to the nation where he pretty much was like, these are the great things I've done over the past year. They thought, I mean, he used Tucker Carlson, who's like, I have a member of a congressman. is telling me that we're going to go to war of Venezuela. That's what Trump's going to say. And all the network's like, oh, my God, we have to carry Trump because he might say we're going to war with Venezuela. And Trump gets up there doesn't say a thing about Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:27:34 It talks about all those great accomplishments. I thought it was awesome. I thought it was hilarious. People need to see it because the media will report it that way. They just won't. People need to be reminded of how bad things were. People need to be reminded of the facts. Like, again, this is just one clip.
Starting point is 00:27:52 I don't want to bore you and play a million clips of Rob Reiner saying the craziest of crazy things. I have one where he talked about how we, the fact that there is a Russian agent in the White House that's actually more dangerous than us getting hit with an atom bomb by Russia. He actually said that. I mean, that should be your first clue, right? So he's out there. His job was to basically lie to people, to trick them, right? But we need to be reminded of all these things. And I brought this up on my show that's in Phoenix and in Tucson. You need to be reminded of this because I mean, I don't ever forget my wife when she gave birth to our first. If I were to say, yeah, like the next day or two or a couple days after that, hey, you know what, this whole baby thing's pretty good.
Starting point is 00:28:42 He's kind of cute. Let's do this again. I'd be a dead man, right? I mean, childbirth, I've never done it. Despite what liberals and Democrats think, I can't do it. I'm very happy about that. my wife had quite a time doing it I'm sure if you gave birth you know what it's like
Starting point is 00:29:01 it's it's a painful traumatic excellent but painful and traumatic experience yet like a year later two years later three years later there are women that are like let's do it again and to me if if you forget how excruciating it is to give birth then you need to be reminded about the crazy
Starting point is 00:29:24 things Rob Reiner said. You'd be reminded how bad the economy was under Joe Biden. I mean, it was only, I'm looking at a White House tweet when Biden was there from four years ago. A White House tweet when Biden was supposedly in charge where they're talking about the China virus scam, and they actually wrote, for the unvaccinated, you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm. do the right thing you get vaccine. Winter of death.
Starting point is 00:29:57 Do you remember that? They've done so many crazy things. That's why I'm like, you know what? I just, I really don't think that what Donald Trump wrote in the scheme of things is that. The Democrats led 20 plus million illegals walk right across the border, including gang members and terrorists. And you're worried about a Rob Reiner thing? I mean, what? Come on.
Starting point is 00:30:18 You got to be kidding me. But you know what? I think the country is. is really changing in that aspect. It's really changing. And I know this, because at Amfest, J.D. Vance said something that normally would have gotten so many people up in arms.
Starting point is 00:30:39 So many people. Did you hear what it was? I'll play that for you. I have it for you coming back. Garrett Lewis with you. So glad to be here. Sitting in for Glenn Beck. Here's a friendly tip. Always drink upstream of the herd. If you know, you know.
Starting point is 00:30:59 My name is Garrett Lewis, sitting in for Glenn Beck in sunny, warm Arizona. I'm on KFYI and KNST. Every weekday afternoon. Thank you so much for hanging out with me. Amfest was just here. And again, I played a lot of Nicki. I have more Nicki Minaj to play, and I will get to all of that stuff, because it was really remarkable.
Starting point is 00:31:39 And it gives me a lot of hope, right? This is what this time of the year is for. It's for hope and things like that. Vice President Vance was there as well. And we're saying things now that just a year or two ago, if we said these things, the media would be in an uproar. This is what Vice President Vance said yesterday at Amfest.
Starting point is 00:32:03 In the United States of America, you don't have to apologize. for being white anymore. Something as simple as that. Something as simple as that. You don't have to apologize for being white anymore. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:32:21 He's not wrong. Maybe it was about 10 years ago. In Arizona, the second biggest county in Arizona is Pima County. And there was a supervisor there. Her name was Ali Miller. And she wrote something about like, you know, I'm not ashamed of being white. And it became like this big local story
Starting point is 00:32:38 because the big local left media was like, you're racist for saying that. What are you talking about? So J.D. Vance said that. And I think that our side, our team, makes a bigger deal about him saying that because even the media, they've thrown in the towel. They're like, all right, you know, people are okay with this.
Starting point is 00:32:54 Because there's nothing wrong with it. And it's something that Nikki Minaj even touched on. And she's like, yeah, there's nothing wrong with this stuff. So I think we've come a very, very long way. in a very short amount of time, too. And we're very impatient people. We want likes. We want follows.
Starting point is 00:33:12 We want instant gratification. We want all of these things because we're able to get things so quickly now. But J.D. Vance saying that, I don't apologize for being white anymore. Just that, two years ago, a year ago, that's a race. Maybe not a year ago because a year ago Trump's president-elect and people have had enough. Yeah, no, we're good. media won't even attack him over this. They're not even going to say anything.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Again, our side made a bigger deal of this than the other side. Because the media realizes if they bring this up and try to frame it as, man, J.D. Vance is a racist. They're going to get destroyed. They're going to get destroyed. And they have other hoaxes they're trying to push on people.
Starting point is 00:33:54 So we've come a very long way. I'm very happy with this stuff. I can't wait. The economy's doing it. It's going to get even better. It has to it. He did in the first one. It'll happen.
Starting point is 00:34:02 again here. But I have a lot more to get to. Again, I don't like, you know, I like being nice, but not too nice. The Target lady, she was attacked. I think she was way too nice and what she said. I have that. And a bus driver got fired. Wait, do you hear why the bus driver got fired? I have it all for you. Garrett Lewis, in for the great Glenn Beck. This is Glenn Beck. My name is Garrett Lewis sitting in for Glenn Beck. Thank you so much for being here with me. Target lady. A nice target lady. Jeannie. She's so nice. She should not have gotten harassed and berated. But would you believe that I have a problem with her? I have a problem with the target lady. And I think you should too. That's coming up here on the Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 00:35:08 Garrett Lewis with you sitting in for Glenn Beck. And I appreciate you hanging out with me. You can follow me on X and Instagram at Garrett Lewis. Two R's in one T because again my my mom wanted to make it very difficult. On Facebook, Garrett Lewis Radio there, and I look forward to sharing all kinds of things and hearing what you have to say, good or bad.
Starting point is 00:35:27 It's all good. I actually really do enjoy the bad. I mean, that's just how it is. So Amfest, I'm here in Arizona. I'm on KFYI and KNST in afternoons. And Amfest.
Starting point is 00:35:43 I am in the Phoenix area. It just happened. And they had some special guests. Last hour played the Nicki I have more Nicki Minaj. I need to get to. But then they brought out the Target lady. This nice old lady, her name is Jeannie Beeman. If you don't know about this video, it went viral.
Starting point is 00:36:02 It's everywhere. I have some of it before. You don't have to play the whole thing. But Jeannie Beeman is this nice old lady out, I believe, in Chico, California. And she's working at a Target. How far have we come to where target workers are allowed to wear? Charlie Kirk freedom shirts. Right?
Starting point is 00:36:23 We've come a very long way. We want more. I get it. We've come a very long way. So she's wearing the Target classic khaki pants on the red shirt, but she's got a freedom shirt. So, of course, a typical commie nut job,
Starting point is 00:36:36 this lady named Michaela Ponce. She sees this nice old lady in a red shirt and she gets triggered because it says Freedom and Charlie Kirk. And remember, she's a commie because if you are doing something or wearing something or liking something that they disagree with, you must change, or they will try to crush your soul. And that's just how they are, right? And if you missed it, this lady is such a dull, this Michaela Ponce, this is a lady, she works as a medical
Starting point is 00:37:06 assistant for a company in California that said they had over 6,000 profane calls messages left to them, which I thought that was awesome. It's about time our side started speaking up, right? I mean, that's just me. Come on. Listen, nice guys finish last, okay? Nice guys finish last. So this Michaela Pond sees this lady, if you don't know, I'm sure you do, but if you don't know, and starts berating it, not just braiding her, recording it. So she records herself sounding like a psycho.
Starting point is 00:37:39 And then she decides to post it on her TikTok, thinking it was a good thing what she did to this nice old lady. Why? They let you wear that shirt here? Yes. Why? Why are you taking my picture? Why are you wearing that shirt? You're working. It's not a target shirt. I can wear any red shirt. It's not a plain shirt. It doesn't have to be a... It's a Charlie Kirk's shirt.
Starting point is 00:38:03 Yes. Oh, yes, I know. Are you stupid? No. Why don't you wear that? You're at work at Target. That's not Target shirt. It's not a plain red shirt. So, no, that's all you need. And it went from there. It's on my Instagram at Garrett Lewis, if you want to go see the whole thing on. uncensored for yourself. Have that, my ex as well, I Gary Lewis. It went on for like a minute and nine seconds that way.
Starting point is 00:38:26 Some cursing, some this, some that. This lady not only is mean, but she decides, again, like I said, to post it. Let me post being a bully and a jerk, and it's okay. Because, again, dehumanizing, right? You're not a real person. I don't care about your feelings. I don't care about what may happen to you. You're wearing something I don't like.
Starting point is 00:38:47 You're not a real person. is the dehumanizing thing is a big deal. It's a huge deal. That's what the Nazis did. They dehumanized Jews and anybody else that they wanted to kill. So that was awful. I don't know about you, but I think that lady should lose her job. She didn't do it at her work, but she should lose her job.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Because if she worked for me, I'm like, listen, you're not going to cause my business to get hurt. There's accountability for your actions. even if you're not working, you're still representing my company. This is not how you're supposed to act. And if you do this to some lady that's in a target, what if what if a patient shows up in a MAGA hat or a Charlie Kirk shirt, right? I think that lady should lose her job. She hasn't been fired yet.
Starting point is 00:39:37 I'm sure they're going to let it go and they're going to hope all this blows over because there's a million things that happen every day and people are going to forget about it. I haven't heard that she got fired. so I'm assuming she's not going to get fired. Her company had a CEO at a press conference. He's like, look, we're not going to talk about personal matters, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, Jeannie Beeman, the nice lady from Target. And again, the Target manager's like, oh, yeah, no, we're fine with her wearing that shirt,
Starting point is 00:40:00 which did you ever think that would happen? Jeannie Beeman came out, and she's so nice and at the same time, so wrong. I know people are calling for her to be fired. Do you think that that's right? Would you like that time? No, I don't think that's. That's right. Like one saying I have is two wrongs don't make a right. It's not wrong.
Starting point is 00:40:23 She wrong to me, but I don't want to wrong her, or I don't want her wrong because it's not going to make it right. I mean, that was her opinion. But she's the one that put it on Facebook or put it on that. So, you know, but I really wouldn't want to see her. maybe lose their job over it. I mean, she's such a nice person and such a sweetheart, but we have to get out of this mindset. And I guess she was probably in a tough situation because, I mean, if she said, yeah,
Starting point is 00:40:58 she should lose her job, people say, oh, you're so mean. I mean, honestly, I don't care. And at this point, I just don't. And we talk about accountability all the time, right? I mean, you want to, I don't know about you, but I want to see Fauci get a perp walk. Like, I'm the one person I'm really disappointed in is Pam, Bondi. All these people did some really bad things. Comey, Letitia James, Fauci. We know the people that took advantage. We know the Clapper, Brennan, all these people, right? And I know what they did is not exactly
Starting point is 00:41:36 what this complete Karen did in this target, but we want accountability. Right. My kid, when he does something wrong, no, you're going to be held accountable for this. I'm not just letting it go because the behavior is never going to change. I think that this genie is way too nice. She should have said, you know what? She caused a lot of grief in my life. She can't do things like that. You know, if her employer decides to fire her, that's a consequence.
Starting point is 00:42:07 I think we're all responsible for our actions. And this genie being this nice older lady, she did a great thing. She was so nice. She tried to defuse the situation. She walked away. she wasn't combative and that's just fine but now i mean i think that this lady needs to pay the price because she eventually apologized four or five days later but the only reason she apologized is because her world was turned upside down if you don't realize that it's not right to berate somebody
Starting point is 00:42:39 about a shirt they're wearing because you don't like it and then you decide to post it to try to ruin their life? You don't think that's wrong? You're never going to change. It's never going to happen. And I want the other side to be held accountable. They always go after us. They always do. We have an opinion that they don't like. They want to get us fired. We want immigration laws enforced. They try to get us fired. How many people were harassed because they didn't come out and say they didn't support Black Lives Matter. Remember when in 2020, there'd be mobs of people going up and down streets and they would berate people at restaurants.
Starting point is 00:43:30 Do you support Black Lives? They'd be, no, you know what? Accountability. I think Jeannie should, was way too nice. And I'm not mad at her for this. But this is why we always finished last. We lose with dignity. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of it.
Starting point is 00:43:47 I don't want to lose with dignity anymore. I want to be done with this stuff. they need to start paying the price for this. And maybe, you know, I change a little bit. With the whole China virus scam, I changed a bit. Going back five years. When they started trying to put masks on my kids' faces and they started, they want, Joe Biden, we always forget this, Joe Biden tried to make it to where we had to get a COVID shot to have a job.
Starting point is 00:44:17 They would lie. They would cheat. They would steal. They would try to censor us. Like, I mean, we're not bad people if we say that lady should get fired. And that's exactly what should happen. Hasn't happened yet. I doubt it's going to happen, but it should happen because enough is enough.
Starting point is 00:44:39 And we've, I don't know about it. I would think that we're taking enough. And you could sit back, look, I'm Jewish, right? You might say, I'm a Christian. I don't want this stuff. I want to be. You could have all those great values. but again, would you not hold your kid accountable for this stuff?
Starting point is 00:44:55 And that's the way I look at it. I do everything, right? Listen, my two kids play ice hockey, my oldest place, travel ice hockey. My youngest is going to start travel next year if he makes the team. And I pretty much work, not for financial security and all this other stuff. I work to make sure my kids can play travel ice hockey. It's just insane. The kids sports is the biggest racket that goes on today.
Starting point is 00:45:18 and you know what it's great in the i give up my life which is not great but it's great because it instills values and hard work and not a lot of kids are like i'm so excited to go to school and get great grades and all this other my son knows he has to do all that if he wants to continue to play he knows he has to make his bed he knows he has to do his homework he knows he has to take out the garbage or there's going to be accountability. Guess what? You're going to explain to your coach why you're not going to be at practice. I don't think he's going to be happy when you say, you know what, I forgot to take out the garbage. I forgot to do this. I forgot to do that. Accountability is a big deal. We always want it on our side and yet we can't have it for that. Come on. Give me a break. Accountability is a
Starting point is 00:46:11 big deal. And you have to be willing to fight. That's the one thing. And I love it with Trump. I would get so frustrated Republicans that would just give up. They get hit by the media, hit by the Democrats, and just take it. Trump punches back, and that's what we need to happen. And look at what's happening. Target's allowing Charlie Kirk shirts to be worn by employees. We're punching back. If you don't punch back, you're going to get to take advantage of over and over and over again.
Starting point is 00:46:40 You can let me know what you think about that. Hit me up with messages on Instagram and X at Garrett Lewis. and I would like to, I definitely would like to read those because there's some other crazy stuff that's happening too. Like, we've had it with this stuff in this, in this country. There was a school bus driver that wanted just to have more control over her bus with the students. Wait until you hear what she did that got her fired. This is insane.
Starting point is 00:47:10 And then I have some more insane stuff. The UK, Europe, they're losing it when it comes to, religion, freedom, all this stuff. You have to hear what is now being banned overseas. And it's in regards to Christmas, it's crazy. Gara Lewis with you. I'm on in Phoenix and in Tucson on KFI and KNST every weekday afternoon. So glad to be sitting in for Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:47:40 Aaron Lewis with you sitting in for Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck program. And again, listen, I'm an optimistic guy and I like winning. And I hope we don't see too many of these stories. And I think this one's going to bite these people right in the rear end. There was a bus driver out in Pennsylvania who just lost her job. Just lost her job. Diane Crawford, 66 years old. She was fired because she was told she put a racially insensitive sign on her bus window.
Starting point is 00:48:33 A racially insensitive sign. The sign read, quote, out of respect to English-only students, there will be no speaking Spanish on this bus. Again, I could see the woke bob winning two years ago, three years ago, years ago, all that stuff, all that stuff. But now, this isn't going to fly. And not every woke crazy person has gotten the memo yet, but a lot of them have, and they're about to.
Starting point is 00:49:07 I think they're about to. She was subcontracted by Roer Bus to serve the Juniata, if I'm pronounced that correctly, County School District 12 years ago. She served the district at a bus. driver for more than three decades. And now she got a call from her supervisor overnight saying your contract is now done. Your contract is now for putting that out there. What?
Starting point is 00:49:38 So now speaking English and America, it's not racist, speaking. Want to hear her side? I mean, since I have you here, this is what she told one of the local TV stations. She put up this sign which read out of respect to English only students there will be no speaking Spanish on this bus I didn't mean to be racially insensitive or anything like that Crawford claims she never got to explain that the sign was put up to encourage safe and respectful behaviors and was directed at a bilingual student who allegedly had a history of riling up other students I didn't know if he was bullying somebody telling them to do something they shouldn't do how do you keep control your bus if you have no control. Yeah. So she's saying, I don't know what's going on. I can't understand it.
Starting point is 00:50:32 There's a kid that has been doing some things on the bus that make everybody mad. It causes problems. And in America, she put up a sign that says, just speak English. And basically, again, so I can understand what is happening. Because if it's in a language, I don't understand. I can't understand. And honestly, at this point, shouldn't we not even have to explain this stuff? Should we just sit back and say, yeah, it's America. Speak English. We all need to understand each other.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Doesn't mean, I hate you. You're bad. Like, just this is crazy. This is crazy. Enough with the feelings. And now she is suing that school district. She's suing that company. She's suing them for being fired.
Starting point is 00:51:23 She said, I thought I heard him saying. Gordo, and I understand some of the words. I don't know who he was talking about, but I assume he's directing it at me. And again, if it's only over one kid, and even when you ask for help, you don't get any. Like, how do you keep control of your bus? She's looking out for the kids, the safety of the kids.
Starting point is 00:51:48 And yet this happened. I think we're past the point of being, again, too nice about this stuff. I'm afraid to offend someone. I mean, it's now coming out a lot that, I mean, Tim Walls, people are driving by Tim Walz's home in Minnesota, calling him the R word. People are okay with this now. And it's nothing against, it's not derogatory to anybody else, just that person. So this is crazy that something like this happened.
Starting point is 00:52:28 And there's even something that Nikki Minaj said about this. Out of all people, again, Nikki Minaj, never in my life that I think, as a talk show host, I'm going to spend a lot of time about Nikki Minaj. But I am in a way. Nikki Minaj is basically saying enough with the feelings. Enough with the feelings. And she's, you know, I'll have to do this coming up. I have some more Nicki Minaj.
Starting point is 00:52:56 Yeah. She actually brought something like this up. If you're mad, like again, a bus driver says, please speak. English. Again, no more Spanish, just English only, so we understand what's going on. And she gets fired for this. This is outrageous. And I don't think it's going to fly and it shouldn't fly. And Nikki Minaj touched on something like this. This is all common sense stuff, and I'm hoping we get it all back. Gary Lewis in for Glenn Beck. This is Glenn Beck. The American Story, The Days of Ash, and dozens more groundbreaking series all in one place. A new world of learning opens January 5th. at glenbeck.com. Garrett Lewis, with you, it is such an honor to be here with you. I do the afternoon show on KFYI and Phoenix, KNST, and Tucson in both markets sitting
Starting point is 00:54:00 here in sunny Arizona where again it is, it's going to be 81 degrees today. So you have, you have Christmas. It's supposed to rain, though, apparently. There's some rain in the forecast for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Still in the 60s or 70s, though, so it's really not so bad. That's why really quick, by the way, apparently one of our stations here goes full Christmas music starting like eight minutes after Halloween is over or something. And it's the number one rated Christmas music station in the country because you drive around when it's 85 degrees. It doesn't really feel like Christmas.
Starting point is 00:54:41 So people blast that music to make it feel like it's Christmas. So you put on the SPF 75 and you hear some Christmas music and you go from there. So anyway, thank you so much for hanging out with me. And I'll get to the Nikkim Nazia. Speaking really quick of Christmas. So I'm Jewish and my wife is not. She's a Shixa. And if you've seen, it's kind of funny, it's somewhat relatable.
Starting point is 00:55:10 There's a show on Netflix. The second season just came out about a month ago maybe called Nobody Wants. this. He's a rabbi. She's a Shixa, which is a non-Jewish woman. It's pretty funny. It's pretty funny in that aspect. And since my mom is Jewish, it's very relatable in that aspect. Anyway, my wife, even though she's a Shiksa, she has taken over raising our boys Jewish. And we celebrate everything, though. We celebrate Hanukkah. We celebrate Christmas. And it's a crazy time because on Christmas Eve, my oldest son has a birthday. So it's Hanukkah. It's Christmas. Last night was the last night of Hanukkah. So in two days, we have Christmas Eve. And then we have Christmas. And it's just,
Starting point is 00:55:54 it's just all blends into one. My wife goes bananas every single December for this. Last year, Hanukkah started on Christmas night. So it was really crazy. But even though she's the Shixen, I grew up celebrating Hanukkah and my parents would have all the presents in like a corner of the house. Right. You get eight presents. And my parents. And this is how I grew up like it was normal, right? They just wrap my mom would wrap everything and leave it in the corner. And I would stare at it and try to figure out which was the he man, which could have been the Sega game. You know, if you pick the wrong one, and this is the torture behind it, right?
Starting point is 00:56:30 You pick the wrong present. And you're like, oh, here's socks. You have to wait another 24 hours before he could pick one again. So it's a tough choice, but it was your choice to make. we get married, we have kids. My wife, the Shixah takes over Hanukkah. All right, I haven't written down one through eight what they're going to get. I'm like, well, no, they're supposed to choose.
Starting point is 00:56:53 No, no, no, I want to be able to control what they have. She's a control freak. She's a control freak for that stuff. So she tells them, you will open up this tonight, you will open up this tonight, to each kid. I'm like, what is going on here? I've lost control of my holiday. The Shiksa took over. She took over.
Starting point is 00:57:10 and one thing I've battled with her about is because she's taken over my holiday is I've battled with what her family does on Christmas Eve. And this goes straight back to Seinfeld with Kenny Banya and Seinfeld is soup a meal. Her tradition with her family on Christmas Eve at dinner is to have mushroom soup. Now granted, I don't know how this happened, but I cook just about everything. she does not. I cook just about everything. I mean, it was so bad when I got into this business and I had a job in Waco, Texas, and she was living in Phoenix, and she's like, I'm not going to Waco.
Starting point is 00:57:52 No offense to Waco. We love Waco. I'm not going to Waco with you until I get a ring on my finger. I'm like, I understand. So anyway, she would call my mother who lived in the Phoenix area and say, we were dating, and I was in Texas, and she's there all here in Phoenix. Hey, can you show me how to make your sauce? This time I'll actually pay attention because she'd con my mom. She'd go, oh, okay, I'll show you, I'll show you, Abby.
Starting point is 00:58:13 And then what would happen to my wife would go over my parents' house and she'd fall asleep on the couch. Wake up just in time to eat. Never learn how to make the sauce. I don't know what happened over the past 15 years, but I became a control freak, maybe because I didn't want to die from food poisoning. I don't know. And I cook just about everything. So I don't know why I get stuck with this idea of having only soup and bread.
Starting point is 00:58:38 Like I'm a prisoner. What's for dinner? Soup and bread. And I've told her for years. I'm like, that's not a meal. This is what my family does. I'm like, why can't I have a steak? And I don't even know why I ask this stuff?
Starting point is 00:58:52 Like, I don't know. Why don't I just do it? And I'm trying to be respectful, I guess, to her tradition. But she took over my family's Hanukkah tradition. So I'm trying to figure out what to do. But she's argued with me. And if you remember that Seinfeld episode when Kenny Banya gave Jerry Seinfeld and Armani
Starting point is 00:59:12 Sued for free he said just take me out to dinner or something and then Kenny Ben he said I'm out that hungry I'll only have soup and Jerry said soup's a meal and he said no soup's not a meal and I'm the same way so I get to not only do I not get full I have to be stuck making it she doesn't make the soup
Starting point is 00:59:32 and it's her mom's recipe it's the torture of my life so I think this year I might just say forget it. I'll have soup and I'm just going to I'm going to get a stick. I know my father-in-law, her dad agrees with me. But he won't say anything because he doesn't upset the apple cart. He's afraid of his wife's wrath. That's just how it is. So I think that I'm going to make something. I got to make a New York strip or something.
Starting point is 01:00:02 Maybe I'll make one for her dad. Hey, Don, you want something like this? Because it's just weird. I've got to fill up on bread and mushroom soup. and it just, it doesn't work. It doesn't work in that aspect. So that's my dilemma. You could hit me up on Instagram at Garrett Lewis. Send me a message or on Twitter or X, whatever I want to call it, at Garrett Lewis,
Starting point is 01:00:19 two R's one T. And let me know what you think. I mean, I'm telling that lady from Target to be mean and say that other lady should get fired. I think I should be mean to just say, I'll have the soup and I'm having this. Got to have a protein with it. You have to, right?
Starting point is 01:00:35 You have to. I'm going to keep you convincing myself, you have to. All right. Now, that school bus drive, who got fired for simply saying please speak English. And the reason she did it is because she wanted to be able to understand what the students were saying so she could have better control over the bus. And she gets fired.
Starting point is 01:00:53 This is in Pennsylvania. She's now suing. And just so, you know, if you follow me on Ex-Ed Garrett Lewis, you'd see this. Harmeet Dillon, who works in the Justice Department. She runs the Civil Rights Division. She put on Twitter, this is deeply concerning. I've directed the Civil Rights Division to open up an investigation into this. situation implicating DEI
Starting point is 01:01:14 wokeness. Because again, the bus driver was fired for writing, please. This is, you know, English only. Out of respect to English only students, there will be no speaking Spanish on this bus. And she was fired for that. And this is why we elected Trump. This is why we want normalcy
Starting point is 01:01:29 and common sense back. This doesn't mean I hate you. This is just common sense stuff. It's okay to say speak English. It doesn't mean I don't like what you're doing. I want to understand it. And this is my culture and my country. If you want to speak your language so much, go back to your country. You come to America, you assimilate.
Starting point is 01:01:50 If I went to your country, I'd learn your language. That's just how it works. And Nikki Minaj, who was incredible. And again, she was at Amfest. And Nikki Minaj, to me, this is so awesome for our side and so dangerous for the left. Because Nikki Minaj has a lot of followers. And Nikki Minaj is now saying everything that you've been saying for years too. everything.
Starting point is 01:02:13 And she did it yesterday. She was on stage. She was the surprise guest with Erica Kirk. And Nikki Minaj brought up that it's okay. It basically it's okay to stop feeling sorry about, you being good, you looking good, you wanting to speak English. Listen to this. If as black women, we felt that we. were not being represented and not being admired for our beauty.
Starting point is 01:02:51 If we felt like that as black women, why would we want to do that to other women? Why would we now need to make other people downplay their beauty so that we can feel... No, that's not how it works. I don't need someone with blonde hair and blue eyes to downplay their beauty because I know my beauty. Do you understand? It doesn't bother me that a woman feels and says that she's beautiful. Why shouldn't she feel that? Why have we gotten to a point where certain colors or certain kinds of people have to be afraid of loving themselves and loving the way they look?
Starting point is 01:03:33 Thank you. Isn't that wild? And then like, why should you feel bad about saying English only? it's not discriminatory against people. I want to be able to understand it. We shouldn't even have to explain it. And they should want to speak English. Yes, that's what I want.
Starting point is 01:03:54 Imagine teaching a class in nothing but a foreign language. And it's too much. And it's affecting the language. It's affecting the grades, I should say, of kids across the country. Because there's all these different languages being taught because people came in from everywhere. Enough is enough. Right? Enough is enough. We have to stop with this. And I think we're getting there. I think we're getting there. And I hope so. Because like this is just crazy. And we can't become Europe. They are doing some crazy, crazy things in Europe when it comes to Christmas with some bands on things. I mean, they are still stuck in the woke age. There was a Christmas card that was. was taken off the shelves.
Starting point is 01:04:42 There's more. There was a Christmas card taken off the shelves. And now, apparently, there is some woke people going nuts, a woke museum issuing guides about Christmas. I have it for you. Coming up, Garrett Lewis, with you. Sitting in for Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 01:05:03 Never put your future in another man's saddlebag or your lunch. You never know where that thing's been. More Glenn Beck in a Jeff. Garrett Lewis with you sitting in for Glenn Beck from Arizona. I'm in Phoenix. I'm on in Phoenix on KFYI in the afternoon and on KNST as well, which is in the Tucson area in the afternoon. So thank you for hanging out with me.
Starting point is 01:05:49 And thank you for all the people following me now on social media as well at Garrett Lewis on X and Instagram. I appreciate that. I'll be put on more videos and things like that, especially on Instagram. And I've been posting some stuff on X at Garrett-Lewis. at Lewis. So thank you very much. Now, I happen to see this. Again, where are we? Right? We can't turn into Europe. We're getting away from that. And this would not fly here in America now. This is crazy.
Starting point is 01:06:16 There's a, the second largest grocery store chain in the UK is called Sainsbury. It's Sainsbury's grocery stores. And apparently they are, they are very woke. they had a Grinch Christmas card pulled from the shelves. How offensive was this Grinch Christmas card? Well, it was a picture of the Grinch on the card, and he's holding up an ornament, and it looks like he's going to drop it, and it says, this Christmas, I'm identifying as a Grinch.
Starting point is 01:06:52 And that was it. That was it. Ask yourself, why did they have to pull this card? You may know, I'm identifying as a Grinch. I'm identifying as a Grinch. There are insane people that claim that because the Grinch says, I'm identifying as a Grinch, that it's, wait for it, transphobic. It's transphobic.
Starting point is 01:07:24 You are mocking people that identify as a different sex and not gender. Gender's made up. It's a sex. You're, what? Trans campaigners describe the phrase identifying as. That's what I, you're no longer allowed to say identifying as. You're not allowed to say, speak, please speak English only. Please do that.
Starting point is 01:07:47 Nope, you're identifying as. That's an anti-trans dog whistle. Here's what I don't understand. Like, what? You're telling me, you're trying to tell me that I, I have to actually believe when a guy says I'm a woman. I have to believe that. But I can't laugh when it says somebody that is a bit of a Grinch says I identify as Grinch.
Starting point is 01:08:19 It says here in the Daily Mail, the card was met with backlash from the trans community. They said it was belittling and worrying. You have some big problems. If this is belittling and worrying, first off, again, I'm going to hold up the doll. point to the body part that now hurts because of this card. Can't we get back to the old days where we just made fun of people like this? Can we do that? We're doing it with Tim Walls.
Starting point is 01:08:47 Can we do that? That's in the UK, though. That's in the UK. I doubt you're going to actually get away with this here. The publisher of the card is called Emotional Rescue. Of course. And they've removed the card. They've pulled it from the grocery stores.
Starting point is 01:09:05 They've pulled it because they don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. That's really what it is. A lady with the company said it was in no way our attention to cause anyone in the trans community offense. We will remove this design from our range immediately. I just can't. I just can't. It's crazy stuff, isn't it? But they're not done yet.
Starting point is 01:09:32 Some more crazy stuff about Christmas that you just have to hear. You have to hear. And I'll follow that with some crazy stuff going on in colleges here in America. and Nikki Minaj, though, some positivity with Nikki Minaj. Nikki Minaj, all three has what? Yes, Gera Lewis with you. Thank you for hanging out sitting in on the Glenn Beck program. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 01:10:02 Garer Lewis with you here on the Glenn Beck program. Listen, I'm Jewish. I'm standing up for Christmas. A woke museum wants to remake Christmas and Santa Claus and the reasons why are absolutely insane. hilarious at the same time. I have it for you coming up. Thank you for hanging out.
Starting point is 01:10:29 Garrett Lewis with you. I am in Arizona. I'm in the Phoenix area. My radio show is weekday afternoons on FYI in Phoenix and KNST and Tucson. I'm very excited to hang out with you and sit in for Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck program. And I'll be back tomorrow as well. You can follow me on Instagram at Garrett Lewis. Two R's one T to again.
Starting point is 01:10:51 My mom made it very difficult on, on X as well. Garrett Lewis and on Facebook, Garrett Lewis Radio. I've been posting things, and I just made a short little video. It's on my Instagram story, so it'll be gone within 24 hours, but I'll be back.
Starting point is 01:11:05 So, look, I'm Jewish. My wife is not. She's Lutheran. She's the Shixah. We celebrate everything. And we do it all. We do it all. She loves the brisket and the matzo ball soup.
Starting point is 01:11:18 And then again, she tries to starve me for Christmas Eve dinner that she makes me make. I'm like her food slave. Anyway, I happen to see this story. It's from the sun over in the UK. And this, I have no, I have no desire to leave the United States. No desire, except maybe for Italy, only because I like food. Like, I just want to eat pasta and pizza.
Starting point is 01:11:40 And I just want good food. And from what I've been told, by the way, the food in Great Britain is awful. It's bland, it's got no flavor. It's got no seasoning. Why go, like, I just don't care. And especially, they're crazy people over there. there. They are crazy. The UK, Australia, France, they're all giving into terrorists. They're still woke. They always seem to be behind us. I remember like Sassoon jeans went out,
Starting point is 01:12:08 yet they were still popular in Europe. There was something about them. They're always behind us, right? It's because we're the best. But anyway, I saw this story about a woke museum in the UK. They want to change Christmas. They put out this, this blog post, if you want to go back to like a 2004 term, it's Brighton Museums.org in the UK, Brighton and Hove Museums. And the blog post is decolonizing Father Christmas. Okay. You have to be a real psycho, crazy lib to put this one out there. Like, there's something really wrong. with you. It was published by somebody named
Starting point is 01:12:54 Simone Le Corbinieri or something like that. Decolonizing Father Christmas. And what it shows is apparently Santa Claus is
Starting point is 01:13:11 too male and he's too white. Not only is he too male and he's too white, he's also terrible because he judges kids on their behavior. What? Has this person never had a child before, by the way?
Starting point is 01:13:33 So at this museum, where I guess they're really looking for the meaning in life, they have something called our culture change project. Our culture change. They take, what they do is they indoctrinate. They take stories that we know, and they twist. It's like a public school in America.
Starting point is 01:13:50 They take stories and facts that we know, and they twist it to be liberal and crazy. That's really what happens right here. For many children, the story of Santa Claus, they write, is as much of a part of Christmas as gifts and Christmas dinner, but the tale of a white Western Santa who judges all children's behavior as problems. Listen, we're judging it. They're judging Santa right now.
Starting point is 01:14:17 So they have a problem with Santa judging kids' behavior, and they're judging Santa. Don't you love that? I mean, it starts right there. So they have something, our culture change project. It's about telling more stories of all of us who helped make history and also challenging accepted narratives. We re-evaluate events, re-examine why things happened, who is involved, and we reinterpret. They admit how they indoctrinate.
Starting point is 01:14:43 They change things. They lie and they indoctrinate. I mean, they're upset with this. Listen, I'm Jewish. If they sat back and said, you know what, Santa should really go to all the Jewish kids' houses, too. No, that's not how it works. And that's okay. That's okay.
Starting point is 01:14:59 But it's a mental disorder. There's something wrong with it. Like, can you imagine wanting to hang out with a person like that? Or being stuck hanging out with a person like this? How miserable they must be. So, they talk about Santa. As he visits each nation, he determines if the children deserve presence based on being naughty or nice. But who decided Santa should be the judge of children.
Starting point is 01:15:25 children's behavior in every community. Santa did. Isn't that how it works? Wasn't that a great thing, too, by the way, parents saying, yeah, Santa's going to be watching. So their kids behave well. It's a carrot and stick. That's how this works.
Starting point is 01:15:41 I told you my kids play sports. You want to play sports? You're going to do your chores. It's going to get good grades. This is what's going to happen. Who decided Santa should judge? These people are demented. How can he assess, for example,
Starting point is 01:15:56 indigenous children practicing their own cultural traditions. Who wrote this? Cousinetti? Told like this, the story presents Santa as the ultimate authority of all societies. This asks us to accept colonial assumptions of cultural superiority. It doesn't recognize the complex realities colonized people face. Like, listen, I don't know if they're kids listening. I'm not going to say a lot, but does this guy not get it? Does he just not get it?
Starting point is 01:16:32 He's talking about Santa erasing indigenous cultural practices and sovereignty? What? They write, for example, in many Santa storybooks of my youth, I said he writes, if it's a guy, who knows? And later, when exploring the story with children and the family, other cultures appeared simply as backdrops for Santa's adventure. There might be a flag and illustrations of children in their national costume, but we learned nothing about those places and people. So do it yourself. Oh, God. This perpetuates the harmful colonial gaze. Non-Western cultures are othered. So you celebrate Santa Claus, you're a colonizer. It says the colonizer is the power to judge all people. Wow. So Santa's a colonizer and he judges all people. No, he judges if kids have been naughty or nice. What do we say by having an old white man
Starting point is 01:17:38 supervised the elves work, he actually wrote that. This dude actually wrote that. What do we say by having an old white man supervise the elves work? Is it something entirely innocent? Elves are magical, mythical beings completely separate from the real world, or is there more to it, he writes? Are they representative of other groups? How do they reinforce how marginalized groups view not only father figures but also themselves?
Starting point is 01:18:07 You need a life. What happens in this museum? Is this a real job? He continues. Mythical maybe, but elves are identifiably different to what is often presented as normal, which is white, male, and non-disabled. Gotta throw that one in there, right? The non-disabled. And in the stories, the different ones make the toys,
Starting point is 01:18:32 and the white non-disabled man supervises them. So this guy wants elves in wheelchairs? We want non-binary asexual elves with blue hair that identify as the toys they make. Would that make you feel better, you psycho? Nikki Minaj, Nikki Minaj got it. We can tell the story of Santa in a way that starts to challenge the colonial gaze. Here are some ideas. So they want to change Santa.
Starting point is 01:19:10 portrays Santa as one of many winter gift givers around the world. But it's not a winter. It's people's religion and they want to do this. Let it go. Like, if you don't like Santa, don't do it. Highlight diverse winter traditions and spirits, figures specific to each culture. Have Santa learn about different cultures rather than judge them. He's not judging cultures.
Starting point is 01:19:37 What is this guy talking about? Okay. remove Santa rewarding children based on a Western binary of naughty or nice. Focus on bringing joy to kids of all backgrounds rather than judging them. No, the kids that don't behave, they don't get stuff. Oh, boy. Again, this is from a museum in the United Kingdom, Brighton Museum. Include people from around the world in Santa's Workshop.
Starting point is 01:20:15 This acknowledges global input. Like, whatever this museum is, it's beyond insane. And by the way, they get tax dollars. I read in this story in the UK, they get tax dollars to put out this garbage. Sounds like America before the second Trump term, doesn't it? Like, we literally dodged a bullet as he did. Teach about local historical winter traditions, incorporate them into celebrations, shut up.
Starting point is 01:20:45 Have Santa be a more diverse character who celebrates cultural exchange. Avoid promoting one culture's dominance. An inclusive adaptation could include many Santas from different regions. Oh, boy. And then the last one, this is a great one too. Include some mother Christmases. Patriarchy and colonialism went hand in hand. Show the next generation that men don't have to be in charge.
Starting point is 01:21:19 Oh, man, oh man. Look, Santa has to do the job. He has to escape that one night because he gets 364 days of nagging from Mrs. Claus. Let's just face it, right? That's just how it works. The goal is moving away from a colonial narrative of dominance. Tell a story that emphasizes cultural diversity exchange and respect. That is from Brighton museums.org.
Starting point is 01:21:44 dot UK. And again, they get taxpayer dollars over there. They were granted 900,000 pounds of taxpayer cash to teach kids that Santa is a colonizer and he judges all people. America's looking a lot better now, isn't it? Looking a lot better. Look at Nikki Minaj, I've been talking about her all morning. She was at Amfest. I have more sound bites. It's kind of related to this too, because this is what's up. I'll be honest with you. It's hard for me as a Jew to find a synagogue because it's not that every Jew is liberal.
Starting point is 01:22:28 And look, there's plenty of Catholics and Christians that are liberal too. It's hard for me because you might find this a bit odd as a talk shows. Hard for me to listen to other people's opinions quite a bit. Don't tell me how to live. I think I have a pretty good idea. It's good to hear.
Starting point is 01:22:49 I get it perspective. But I'm all about being a free thinker. Right? And this is not free thinking. Again, this is just talking down this museum and indoctrinating in that aspect. I mean, it's a blessing and a curse. I tell my kids question everything, you know, and critically think. And they're in certain schools here in Arizona.
Starting point is 01:23:12 We have charter schools. The ultimate in school choice, the free estate in the country for school choice. We put our kids in specific schools where they're allowed to think for themselves. They're taught to critically think. This is what is needed. Nikki Minaj brought this kind of stuff up. And again, would you have ever thought, I'm not a big Nikki. I'm not a Nicky.
Starting point is 01:23:34 I'm not a Nicky Manage. I don't even know her songs. I'm a Billy Joel guy. But you have to hear what she said yesterday at America Fest. And I think this is why the media is going to hope this. They never want to report it because Nikki Minaj, her influence, her power, her making it acceptable to think this way and give these. opinions and actually support President Trump and, you know, freedom and conservatism.
Starting point is 01:23:54 It's a good thing. I have it for you coming up. Garrett Lewis with you on the Glenn Beck program. Garrett Lewis with you from Arizona, from the Phoenix area. I'm on in Phoenix on KFYI in the afternoons. And in Tucson on KNST on both stations, lucky enough to do that, thankful enough to be asked to sit in the big giant seat for Glenn Beck here on the Glenn Beck program. I'll be back again tomorrow to entertain you more and to, of course, get me out of my house so I don't drive my entire family crazy because even, like, one day off, I start to get paranoid,
Starting point is 01:24:41 and I start to, I start to drive my wife a little bit nuts. But that's, that's her problem. That's her problem. So I'm glad even on my time off, I'm able to actually still work. So Nikki Minaj was at Amfest, which was in Phoenix. She was a surprise guest. And again, Nikki Minaj had like $230 million. followers on Instagram before she took it down for whatever reason.
Starting point is 01:25:02 25 million followers on on X or Twitter, whatever you want to call it. She, I mean, I don't know how I'm on TikTok. She probably is gazillions, hundreds of millions following her on TikTok. And she's been very outspoken about Christians being persecuted in Nigeria, very outspoken in her support, apparently, for President Trump. Again, I don't know this. I don't know her songs. I don't know any of this stuff.
Starting point is 01:25:27 but if Nikki Minaj has his opinion, I know others have this opinion, it's not what normal, I guess stereotypical conservatives would sit back and think, all right, here's a Trump supporter, here's a MAGA, here's America first.
Starting point is 01:25:40 It's just common sense stuff. And that's what Trump's whole thing was, by the way. Just we're doing common sense things. But when you get into the entire racket and the money-making ability of laundering and things like that of the Democrats and the rhinos, they don't like you. But anyway, Nikki Minaj had very interesting things to say
Starting point is 01:25:57 and again the media, her influence, she's going to make it acceptable for a lot of, for tens of millions of people, if not more, to think this same way and go, it's not just me, right? It was like the first Trump term. People would whisper, Ham of Trump support. We don't whisper anymore.
Starting point is 01:26:13 We don't. And there's a lot of people that don't even realize they agree with this. And God bless Nikki Minaj for being this brave. Listen to this from Amfest. The other people, they're the ones who are still just disgruntled. but really they just disgruntled with themselves.
Starting point is 01:26:30 They are angry with themselves. Yep, the haters. So you can't wake up and think about somebody who is determined to just stay mad. Like that guy, the roofers. I literally tell them, stay mad. Amen. Because we're going to stay joyful
Starting point is 01:26:48 and peaceful and iconic and smart. And we're going to stay thinkers in a world that doesn't want us to think, we will think. Wow. By ourselves or on our own, we will continue to think. That was huge. All that was big, right? The ones that are miserable, the one that wrote that whole thing about Santa being a colonizer.
Starting point is 01:27:13 Like, you are a miserable human being. You can't just see the joy in life. And what Nikki Minaj said at the end of that statement. In a world that doesn't want us. to think we will think by ourselves on our own. We will continue to think.
Starting point is 01:27:35 That's it. Because the left doesn't want you to do that. The rhinos don't want you to do that. That's why they wanted to control the internet. That's why they want to make things more confusing than they have to be about politics. And they are freaking out because
Starting point is 01:27:50 politics or pop culture. I was just at a wedding. I had a buddy and his beautiful now wife second marriages we were at a wedding last saturday so like a week and a half ago she has three kids one of them's in high school he's 16 years old and i was in the wedding party strange at age 48 to be in a wedding party but i was in the wedding party and this 16 year old comes up to me and he says hey you're trending at my high school so what are you talking about you're trending He said, we take your videos from Twitter and Instagram.
Starting point is 01:28:26 We put them on TikTok and we share them around. That's what you guys do. Yeah. It's freaking out the left. It's freaking out the media. Everybody, because kids, young people, they are some that are clueless, but some that really get it. More coming up. Gary Lewis with you.
Starting point is 01:28:43 In for Glenn. This is Glenn Beck. It's a new era, days of ash. History. Glenn AI. and a community built for truth seekers. And it all begins January 5th at glenbeck.com. Garrett Lewis with you.
Starting point is 01:29:15 I am in Arizona. I do afternoons on KFYI in Phoenix, KNST in Tucson. And I'm so glad to be hanging out with you. I'll be back tomorrow. And then the day after New Year's, we get to celebrate together doing the first show of the year together. On January 2nd, I'll be back as well. So I hope to hang out with you.
Starting point is 01:29:35 Thank you for following me on social media so we can stay connected at Garrett Lewis, two R's and one T. My mom made it difficult on X and on Instagram. And I just, by the way, put up a retweeted a video that's pretty crazy on my ex. How apparently says here, an immigrant lift driver. It's now going everywhere. She picked up some guys for a ride. Obviously, he's a lift driver really quick from Amfest.
Starting point is 01:30:05 in Phoenix. And when she realized these guys were at America Fest at Amfest, she's like, Republicans are slaughtering people, blah, blah, blah. So they started recording her and asking her questions. They said, if you're an immigrant, if you hit America so much, why'd you come here? And you have to see what she did to them. It's on my ex at Garrett Lewis. You can go see that.
Starting point is 01:30:30 Wait till after I'm done. But I'm like, man, these people are crazy. crazy. They're crazy. So I loved that, again, I love that Nikki Minaj that we're going to keep thinking in a world where they don't want us to think. And they don't, they don't want us to think. I'll tell you this. This was one of the most mind-blowing things that I was ever told. It was from a buddy of mine who was a state lawmaker.
Starting point is 01:30:56 And he was one term. Should have been two terms. There were some shenanigans here in Arizona. And he was a good guy. like after everything happened in 2020, people looking for answers, the COVID hysteria, all this stuff. This guy, young guy, wife and kids,
Starting point is 01:31:11 is like, I'm running for office. I'm like, good for you. And he's a good guy, very good guy. Anyway, he won and when he was, he was going through freshman orientation, state representative here in Arizona. He's going through the orientation at the Capitol. It's Republicans and Democrats that are all freshmen.
Starting point is 01:31:33 and they just want. So you know what happens, like when they go to work as a lawmaker. Where do you go for what you need when you're at the state capital? Very simple stuff, right? Well, he calls me up and he's like, dude, you won't believe what happened. I said, what? He said, it was crazy. He said, so all of us freshmen, Republicans and Democrats,
Starting point is 01:31:53 we're told to be at the Capitol this time we're going to be toured around and they're taking us around to different areas, right? Here's the legislative counsel. Have any legal questions? Ask here. Here's where you drop the bill. Here's where this happens. He said, but every time we went to a certain part of the Capitol.
Starting point is 01:32:07 And the tour guide was like, hey, for a lack of a better term, was like, hey, this is where ledge council is, legislative council, they will help you with certain verbiage and all this other stuff. He said, as soon as they were done speaking, these two people in the back that were on the tour with us stood up, they're in suits. They said, hey, Democrats, remember, you can't do that on your own. You want to do something like this? You have to come to us first. and he goes, the first time I saw it, I'm like, oh, that's weird.
Starting point is 01:32:37 Then we go to another area. This is where you drop your bills. Two people stood up. Hey, Democrats, remember if you need to drop a bill, you can't do that without us. Everything goes through us. And I said to my buddy, I'm like, this is like old school KGB stuff right here. Like the commies are following. He goes, yeah, he said, yeah.
Starting point is 01:33:02 He said, the Democrats are not allowed to do anything. The Democrat representatives, state representatives, state senators, they're not allowed to do anything. They can't think for themselves. Even though they were elected supposedly by people they're supposed to represent, they can't actually do anything. They can't come up with an idea for a bill. They can't do anything until they run it by whoever is running them. here in Arizona, we're behind the curtain.
Starting point is 01:33:34 And trust me when I say, it's like that in every state. And it's like that in Washington, D.C. The Democrats want to control everything. So I said to him, you have to go on. He called me and said, you have to go on the radio show and say this. He goes, I will. You would think that would be a really big story. I was the only one to cover that.
Starting point is 01:33:55 An elected representative talked about how Democrats, and they didn't deny it, Democrats were told, can't do anything. So who do they really work for it? They don't work for the people. They work for the interests. That's really what it is. And honestly, J.D. Vance, the vice president was at America Fest, and I'll get back to Nikki Minaj. He was there. The reason I'm telling you this is too is because what J.D. Vance said yesterday. One of the things that he said, he brought up the same. He brought up the thing. But ask yourself, what do all of these people have in common and the unfortunate answer is they are puppets. They don't actually matter. They are cogs in a machine that wants to make you
Starting point is 01:34:48 poorer, that wants to make you less powerful and wants to make you less safe in the country your ancestors built. That's very powerful. And it really speaks to me because I know of this. I wonder if people hear this. They're like, well, yeah, they just want to do this. Like J.D. Vance And Donald Trump have no problem throwing this out there. These are big matzo balls to put out there, okay? Huge. Because at the end of the day, it's shown that we are not really representative. We're called a representative republic.
Starting point is 01:35:21 You're not a democracy. We're a representative republic. Well, you know what? There's one party in particular that says that, nope, not happening. And look, there are Republicans that go through that, too. that's why you see the big rift between the America First movement and the establishment. The establishment's the same way, the same way. And people are starting to wake up to this stuff more and more and more.
Starting point is 01:35:47 I wish that Vice President Vance would explain that better. Kind of the way I did, because this is how it is. I mean, John Federman, who would have ever thought John Federman? The guy whose brain blew up when he was debating Dr. Oz, randomly saying things on the other side of the debate stage that made no sense. Hello, good night, everybody. I'll never forget that. John Fetterman, he's still a Democrat, but he's the only one that actually makes sense, some sense. And John Fetterman said we shut down the government, the Democrats did because we were afraid of parts of our party.
Starting point is 01:36:24 It's, again, it doesn't matter what's best for the people. They're a machine. And that's what I went on my show. I mean, I call whether they're rhinos or Democrats. I mean, they're slabs of beef. They're not real people. These are lizard people. If you want, you can call them meat puppets. You can call them meat puppets if you want. That's how it is. But between
Starting point is 01:36:47 what Vice President Vance said, what Nikki Minashe, this is some big important stuff. Big important stuff. And that's why you're probably, I know we're getting close to Christmas and people might be like, well, I'm not going to pay that much of attention. They wouldn't
Starting point is 01:37:07 want you to know this stuff anyway. They wouldn't. But you have to think of. Think on your own. You have to do that kind of stuff. And it's common sense stuff, too, by the way. One more from Nikki Minaj. I have to get to other stuff too. Hang on. This is another thing she said.
Starting point is 01:37:25 Be boys. Amen. Be boys. It's okay. Be boys. It's nothing wrong with being a boy. Hang on. Like this, this is considered like controversial on the other side. No, you can't be a boy. Patriarchy and stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:37:42 What? How about that? Amen. How powerful is that? How profound is that? Amen. Boys will be boys. And there's nothing wrong with that.
Starting point is 01:37:55 Thank you. So she is making it acceptable to all of the people that follow her. And give her credibility, right? Okay, Nikki says so. Look, she's an influencer in that aspect. She's an influencer. That's just how it is. But this is why I have a lot of faith going forward.
Starting point is 01:38:21 Because I think our side is fighting back in a very big way. I think we're winning. I think we're winning the culture battle in that aspect. I really think we are. It's happening more than people realize. It really is. Now, there's some more. It's just when it comes to common sense stuff that I've wanted to.
Starting point is 01:38:39 I got to get to this stuff too. There is a, I'll tell you this. And I'll do it coming back. There's a lot of crazy things going on to colleges here in America, right? Well, one college, and you tell me if this makes sense, one college had, again, here we go, co-ed showers. Guess who was upset with the idea of co-ed? And it was actually, it wasn't just an idea. It was happening.
Starting point is 01:39:11 Who was upset with co-ed showers? I have it for you. Coming up, Garrett Lewis, in for Glenn Beck. Freedom's worth a lot more than comfort. Are you uncomfortable yet? Glenn Beck is back after this. Garrett Lewis with you. Sitting in for Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 01:40:04 I am in Arizona. I do the afternoon show on KFYI and Phoenix. and KNST and Tucson. Thank you for hanging out. I'll be back tomorrow as well, where I definitely have to get into a local, a local story. There's an Arizona mayor
Starting point is 01:40:17 that has such a horrific case of Trump derangement syndrome that it's actually really funny. It's actually very funny. And that'll be one of the many things that I talk about. And by the way, thank you to a lot of people and are following me more
Starting point is 01:40:29 on Instagram and on X. If you're on Instagram, and you follow me, I had Garrett Lewis on my story. I mean, I put a little video up there, walk in the halls during one of the breaks, but I bust my wife's chops, as you've heard, because she really doesn't cook.
Starting point is 01:40:43 And I mentioned her. It's probably been about two or three years since you made a lasagna. And she actually made it yesterday. And she made me take a picture of her cooking to send to our family for proof that she does it. And I took a picture of lasagna and I actually shared it to give her credit because I really, look, I'm honest. Everything I say I believe and it's true. So if you want to see the lasagna my wife made.
Starting point is 01:41:06 and comments. You can send me a message. I would definitely love to share it and then see her reaction and share with you tomorrow. Add Garrett Lewis on Instagram. All right. So again, we need some common sense back here. If I told my boys, right, my one, my oldest will be 13 in a couple days. My youngest is eight.
Starting point is 01:41:27 And I say, hey, when you go to college, you are going to have to shower with the girls. They'd be like, wait, what? What? What? Yeah. This was happening at Michigan State University. Story at the College Fix. Young women were complaining to Michigan State University
Starting point is 01:41:48 that they had a gender neutral shower situation. A university spokesman, Michigan State University, said all gender bathrooms were based on researching best practices for dorms. Who the hell did that research? Where is that research? What biased person did that? What mentally ill person came up with that stuff? But all of the complaints about the new gender neutral bathrooms, including showers, were from female students. Hey, what a surprise. Females don't like showering with guys. You didn't have a guy complain. Hey, too many chicks in the shower. No, doesn't work that way. Women complaining, guys are in our sports. I mean, think about the kind of
Starting point is 01:42:36 politicians, voters, that just tortured women for the past several years. So all the complaints from the women, the girls, the female students, it made Michigan State change some of the showers back to single-sex spaces this fall. And I'm trying to figure this part out. I'm like, wait a second. Was it just like one giant wall of showerheads? and there was there was no like dividers or anything like that. I've been trying to figure this one out.
Starting point is 01:43:16 But the girls wrote comments. I think there just should not be gender neutral bathrooms. Another female student, I think it's weird to have gender inclusive bathrooms when no other dorm is like this across the entirety of campus. Here's another one. For the dorm to be specifically honors, it was the honors housing. by the way. And the building renovated, I feel we should have at least have separate boys and girls' bathrooms. They're also being only one private stall that I know of
Starting point is 01:43:50 is absurd. If boys and girls are sharing bathroom spaces, it would make them more private to have these private stalls, having everything one would need in a bathroom. No private stalls? Another woman. I mean, think of these sexist, these transphobic female students. They'd prefer women's and men's and women's bathrooms because it's uncomfortable to share a bathroom with men. I get it. Only one female resident comment that I love the co-ed bathroom,
Starting point is 01:44:24 I believe it's the best part of the building. I much you want to bet that was a guy claiming to be a woman. I much want to bet. And they did research on this. Best practices? There are no best practices when you tell women they have to share the showers with the guys. It's insane. It's insane. And I'm
Starting point is 01:44:45 Honestly, women are gross. Women's bathrooms, disgusting. I want nothing to do with that. Nothing to do with that. I'll be back tomorrow, and I have so much more to get to that I didn't make a chance to do today. The Epstein stuff. Why are Democrats not talking about Epstein now? Funny.
Starting point is 01:45:03 If you want to see the Bill Clinton pictures, they're on my Instagram at Garrett Lewis. Like me and follow me there. And again, thank you so much for hanging out with me. I will be back tomorrow. Garrett Lewis sitting in for Glenn Beck. This is Glenn Beck.
