All right. I want to start with the facts that we know today. We think it's the RIGC, that is the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, that is now shelling the Golan Heights. The Golan Heights is, exactly what it sounds like. It is, it is this mountainous kind of area that looks down into the Sea of Galilee, all of the historic places outside of Jerusalem, and an entire community for as far as the eye can see in Israel. If you take control of the gold,

Heights, you can kill everybody in that valley. The Israelis took it in 1967 because they knew what that meant, because they had seen Syria and others take it, and they saw the damage that could happen in just a few short days. So they took that territory and said, sorry, you're not getting this one back. now missiles are flying in from Syria. We don't have an idea yet of who is doing that, but most likely the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. That is on the south or sorry,

the northeast side of Israel. On the northern side of Israel, Hezbollah is lining up on the border. They are also a direct offshoot of Iran. They are lining up. This is a terrible, terrible, vicious group. Not that the rest of them aren't, but this is a very effective group.

Then in the south, you have Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, both of them financed and run by proxy through, Iran. Then you also have the sleeper cells that are suspected to be inside of Israel in Judea and Samaria that have not been activated yet. By the way, it is important for you to call the quote, West Bank by its real name, Judea and Samaria. The West Bank is used by the Palestinians. to confuse people. You can't have something that is occupied by Jews if its name is Judea.

Stop using West Bank. I know it's hard. Now we have aircraft carrier going in to help on the western side with Hamas. but we probably need two aircraft carriers and we need another fleet in the Strait of Hormuz and Bob El Mandeb. These are the two places where most of our oil, most of the world's oil, flows through those two straits and then down past the coast of Africa and the rest of it goes through the Suez Canal. If you have the strait of Bob El Mandeb, which is right off of Yemen, now you know why Iran has been trying to get Yemen for so long, if you control that, you can pretty much control the Suez Canal. You control the Suez Canal. You control most of the world's oil.

Let me tell you about something that happened here. I'm trying to put all of this into context. for you in a way that when I tell you what I need to tell you today, it will make sense. Cut two here. This is a massive pro-Palestinian rally in Michigan. There's got to be 3,000 people indoors, tons and tons of Palestinian supporters in a rally in Michigan. This is happening all over the world, but it's also happening in all of our big cities. Now, I want you to know that these, not necessarily this one, but one in Spain and several around the world, have begun chanting, gas the Jews. gas the Jews.

And you can say, well, that's, you know, that's not everybody. No, it's not everybody. But if I'm standing around somebody that says gas the Jews, I get away from those people pretty quickly. We have been having a debate about how, you know, Nazi white supremacists are everywhere. I will tell you, I haven't seen the Nazi rallies. I've seen one in Charleston. That was enough. I just need to see that one to have enough of Nazi rallies.

But I see these Palestinian rallies everywhere, everywhere. And there is no difference in your support of Palestine today than your support for the Nazi party in Germany in 1938. No, I'm sorry, there is a difference. In 1938, we only had speculation. We had Hitler's words. We had words like this. Here's a montage of Hamas leaders talking about what their ultimate goal is in Iran.

Three, please. He says, O'Aala, paralyse the Jews, destroy them entirely. O'AA, enable us to get to the Jews, enable us to kill the Jews. The day of your slaughtered jurors, Jews, extermination and annihilation is near. Another one, until not a single Jew or Zionist is left on the face of the earth. Our doctrine in fighting you the Jews is that you will be totally exterminated. You will not leave a single one of you alive. The Quran says, kill them, wherever you may find them.

We will fight them wherever we can. The moment will come when property will be destroyed, and their sons, annihilated. O'Alla destroy the Jews and their supporters. Oh Allah destroy the Americans and their supporters. Oh Allah, count them one by one. Kill them all

without leaving a single one. This is who they say they are. Now, we had that in the 1920s and 1930s with Hitler. We had him saying what he was

going to do. And then smoke. Then as they were putting together and executing the final solution, they covered it and tried to let the world know that that's not what they're doing. But this time, we know this is what they said they were doing. I'm going to play some audio here and video that is disturbing. this is from an interrogation from the IDF of a Hamas terrorist that they caught and questioned. Listen to this. It's an interrogation, untouched, unedited. What did you want to do with the Israelis? What did you want to do?

Why did you want to have your way with them? Talk. Talk. What did you want to do? with those hostages. Dirty them. Dirty them. And why take the kids and the babies to rape them?

Why did you take to rape them? Do you understand this? Why did you take the children and the babies to dirty them? What does that mean? To rape them. Rape them. Give me the reporter on the severed. babies, heads.

One report. Cut one. I'm talking to some of the soldiers and they say what they've witnessed as they've been walking through these different houses, these different communities, babies, their heads caught off. That's what they said. Gunned down. Families completely gunned down in their beds. I don't know. We don't know if that is one baby, 40 babies. That's what's being kicking. around now is that they've found 40 babies. One baby is enough. And quite honestly, you don't have to behead them to be a monster. You just have to execute them. You just have to walk in to a, to a crib, look in it, and shoot them. To me, that makes you a monster. Anyone who is saying

right now, that this is at all justified because of the situation they're in. Let me ask you, what kind of civilization are you building? Because I don't care how bad it got. I would not walk in to house to house to house and shoot children in their cribs, let alone behead one of them. I would be very clear, we're on the first. wrong side. The first thing I want to tell you today is the choice is clear. This horrible situation that happened over the weekend is a blessing to all men on earth, for they have one

last chance to pick aside. You have one last chance. I don't think it's going to become more clear. But what is going to happen from here is the sides are going to calcify. And now we are overlooking not just chance of shout your abortion in this death cult. We are now seeing the execution and rape of children and babies. And don't think they're not connected. There is a very clear side, and I'm not saying it's the United States of America or Israel, but there is a very clear side on good, and the good side does not kill and rape children. Clear, crystal clear. If you make any, any excuse for any of that, you are on the wrong side. If you ignore it, you will be on the wrong side. If you look away, you will be on the wrong side. This is a culling. This is a

gathering of people who still understand the difference between right and wrong and good and evil. You have been so manipulated that most of Americans, they can't tell the difference now. they landed, they took their gun, they killed all the people at a concert, and then went into the kibbutz's and killed as many as they could. For them to do this is saying one thing. We do believe in the end of the nuclear family. If it's by raping and killing and beheading children, so be it. If someone did those very things 200 years ago,

they should be condemned. But if you do it to Israelis, you're fine. BLM is an evil organization. And if you cannot bring yourself to say that, you are going to end up on the wrong side. It is an evil organization. Its own charter should have let you know that long ago. They are not about anything.

In Azerbaijan, there is a liquidation going on, a genocide going on again of the Armenian people. The Armenian people are the first, that's the first Christian nation on earth.

And it is the Armenian genocide around World War I that actually taught Hitler. I can go just erase a whole bunch of people and the world won't say anything about it. you know when they say that history repeats itself some will say no it doesn't well maybe it rhymes this is history repeating itself currently uh under the gun the liquidation of christians armenian christians and jews ambassador uh brownback is with us now sam brownback he's the national committee for the religious freedom he's chairman of that he's also an ambassador at large and former Kansas governor and good friend of the program. Sam, how are you, sir? Hey, I'm doing well, Glenn, and thank you for addressing this topic. It's just getting precious

little play and more people need to know about it. We have been following it from really the beginning. We've been doing it quietly because there's not a lot of people that know about it, and it's getting no play, and it needs to be understood. So you were just there. Can you tell us what's happening? You've got Turkey basically behind Azerbaijan, and it's best to think of Azerbaijan like Belarus is to Russia. Turkey's the puppet master here, and they are pushing and allowing and giving military armament to Azerbaijan as we have.

And they're pushing to have this done while the Biden administration is looking another way or is being infectious in our response. That's basically what's happened is they have long-term wanted Armenia and these Christian enclaves out of there. It's a bone in their throat. Erdogan, the head of Turkey, is an Islamist. He wants to take over the world, certainly this region. And he's doing this while the United States is distracted. We have 100,000 refugees.

Now, from this region in Azerbaijan, it is a, it's right, it's almost like a, a Native American reservation here in America. It's right smack in the middle, surrounded by Azerbaijan, but it's Armenian. And then there's this corridor that connects to Armenia. And they have been starving these people out. They've been cutting off everything. About 100,000 have escaped. how many more are there?

Probably 20,000 that are still there. But here again, Glenn, and this is the big point to me, is this is yet another ancient Christian population being driven out of this Middle East kind of extended region. And what will happen, they'll go to Armenia, they'll be absorbed into Europe, into the United States, Australia, Canada. But it'll be another one gone. And we just kind of, we've had tools to sanction Azerbaijan, to sanction Turkey,

to press and put some real teeth out there. We can stop army in Azerbaijan. And we've not used any of these tools that are readily available to the administration. How connected is this to what's happening in Israel? Well, I've argued that Armenia is to Christendom what Israel is to Judaism. It's kind of the first. Now, Israel is the only Jewish nation. Armenia is the first, and you've got Muslim populations surrounding both trying to kick them out.

And this is a play you see often in the Middle East, where there's just not tolerance for Christians or Jews. Jews. And that's why I've been pushing so much for religious freedom for everybody everywhere. And this is the standard by which governments and nations should stand by. And we're certainly not seeing it taking place in either of these situations. Talking to Ambassador Sam Brombeck, Sam, the administration, you know, you say is asleep at the switch. But I have a hard time believing that all of these things, I mean, if you see what is how much money this administration has been sending Iran without us really even knowing it, they're on the wrong side of things. But would you say that this is the way the world looks if we don't turn America around?

Look at what you've got. You've got an axis of evil or evil axis, malign axis, whatever you want to call it, between Iran, Russia and China. And they're out to take over the world. And they've been losing ground. But now they're out there pushing to gain background. So Russia goes after Ukraine. Iran is behind Hamas and Hezbollah and pushing on Israel.

Turkey, a regional player, is saying, let's go get these Armenians, which we've wanted to do for a thousand years. Let's do it now. Well, we have an administration in Washington that won't. I won't fight back, won't use the tools that's available. And I have no idea, honestly, Glenn, why the Biden administration isn't doing more in these situations. They have the tools. We have the ability to do this. And we're simply not acting here.

What do you suggest, Sam? What can we do? What can people do? Well, they can push Congress. And I hope people even will write the administration. but they can Congress can step up and do and and put this a lot more out there on the on the map would be something that people could help could help out with because we've got to sanction Azerbaijan and we've got a sanctioned Turkey and right now we've got to really go after

Iran they're the puppet master on Hamas and Hezbollah that Hamas and Hezbollah do not act without Iran and we've been sending money to Iran instead of sanctioning, Ron, as you pointed out. This has to stop and people need to yell about it and call into radio programs and put it out on their social media. Iran and this axis of evil and Turkey is a regional player just seeking to take over the world while we're not acting at all. Sam, I appreciate everything that you guys are doing. Can you tell me a little bit about the 120,000 reasons coalition? A group of Christians and Jews primarily that are trying to stand up for this ancient Christian population

and saying they need to be able to live in their native homeland that's been native to them for thousands of years and not being driven out. And that's what this coalition is standing up and pushing. And it's one of the coalitions that's trying to get some publicity, some knowledge of people out there about this ancient Christian population of Armenians that are primarily orthodox Christians, but love their faith, love God, and are being driven out and in a second genocide. There's, you know, Stu said to me about 15 minutes ago, there's not a lot of good. I'm not seeing a lot of light in the world. I am, and let me tell you about it. Some have chosen to remain in their home enclave, while others have feared being injured or killed or facing imminent danger from Azerbaijan forces. Some of the casualties are a result of large explosions at a crowded gas station, which left dozens of dead people

and unaccounted. We are in contact with 15 to 20 families whose loved ones, predominantly men, are missing. Our team has already located, recovered, and removed the remains of a father and his son who were across the border providing some closure for their families. Also residents of border towns, many of whom have family members considered as war heroes are currently under threat. We are committed to their protection. Our team has also begun extending financial assistance for rent and medical care and food to numerous families. There is a lot of grave concerns that this is going to get much, much worse. These are Christians that just want to be left alone.

I told you four years ago that after the collapse of trust, which we have now, nobody trusts anybody, the next thing that will happen is war or the collapse of the dollar, one could cause the other. I talked to somebody in Washington yesterday that answered when I say to you, what should we the people and our country be doing right now? The answer was, pray for a miracle because it will take a miracle to say,

stay away from World War III. When you see that Syria now has been launching missiles into the Golan Heights, Hezbollah is massing on the Lebanese-Israeli border, more missiles from Hamas. There are sleeper cells not only in Israel, but they are all over in Europe, in the United States, and the entire Western world. And we have welcomed them. the first thing that you need to do, and I ask you to listen to the entire podcast.

If you think I'm full of beans, then that's fine. Don't whatever. But if you believe that there is possibly any truth, I ask you, A, do not, panic, don't freak out. Fear does not come from God. What I'm asking you to do is mentally prepare for a different world. And you have to prepare so you can help. others because so many people are going to be shocked by this. So many people in your own family are going to call you a lunatic. That's fine. I want you to pray on everything that I'm about to say

and do what you feel God is telling you to do at this time. I'm just here to warn you. First thing I asked you to do at the beginning of the podcast was know whose side you're on. I try to be on God's side. Well, is God on America's side? No, he's not on anybody's side. He wants the Palestinian children to live just as much as he wants the Israeli children to live. But there are consequences to embracing evil. And the Palestinian people have embraced Hamas, which is a distorted evil ideology that comes right directly from Iran. Make no mistake. Make no mistake. stake, their goal is to kill Jews. That's it. It's not a two-state solution. When you hear someone say two-state solution, understand that as the final solution. I'm not sure Israel can

make it through this. They've made it before, but this is different than what we've seen. This isn't armies amassing. These are terrorists. They're not killing soldiers. They're killing babies. It is going to be bloody and harrowing for some time to come. And at some point, the evil access of the world, the evil access powers that are coming together right now, you can see them form. They will do what I told you would happen in 2009. The Islamists, the socialist, the communist, the communist, the, the anarchists, all those who wish to destroy the United States and the Western world will work together.

Well, they are working together. And that exactly the way I said they would work together, they're not coordinating. Sometimes they are. I believe Russia, Iran, and Hamas have coordinated. But I, you don't have to have that coordination. What's happening to the Armenian Christians, that's not. coordinated. That's just Turkey seeing the conditions of the world and saying now. I have no idea if China is going to take Taiwan, but I would be shocked if they didn't try in the next year or so.

So the first thing I want you to do after you've chosen sides is find God. Make sure that you've centered your life on God. And the best way to serve God is to serve your fellow man. Once you have your center is God and service and charity and love, then you have to begin to prepare for a very different world. There's a couple of things that I'm going to say could happen. But there are sleeper cells all over Europe and all over the United States. There was a huge, huge pro-Palestinian. Now remember, we're not talking about pro-Palestinian when these events are happening today. We're not talking about pro-Palestinian thoughts. We are talking about raising the flag and shouting praise for people who, just went in and raped and murdered viciously. And that was their intent. And then did not hide it.

Put it on social media. There is no difference between the Palestinians and ISIS. And anyone who would have been carrying a ISIS flag in the United States and then gathering, we all should have taken note. you're looking at a United States that is unprepared for war with a commander-in-chief that is unprepared for almost anything and a vice president who is also extraordinarily unqualified

to be the commander-in-chief at World War III. We also have given our strategic oil reserve away. We have depleted our ability to go and make and get more oil and gasoline. We have also given away a lot of our armaments. We've given away seven years' worth of our missiles. Seven years worth. That means it will take us seven years of building and not use. using just to replace the ones that we have given away.

We care more. Well, I don't know. Maybe the generals in the Pentagon are putting their flats on today and no longer wearing high heels. We care more about this garbage, this evil lie that has been shoveled at us and our children and has corrupted our entire culture. we've paid more attention to that than actually doing the right thing and preparing. Our government has turned against so many Americans because it's all about power. We already learned what we were supposed to learn in COVID, but then we did nothing about it. And that is, we are at the mercy of much of the world.

We don't make our antibiotics here. We don't make our medications here. We're killing our farmers. we're killing our ranchers. We're doing everything we can to make it impossible for Americans to actually survive. They want to take away our guns. Do you know what is happening in Israel today?

What's happening in Israel today is they're giving out 10,000 assault rifles. The government has purchased them and they're giving them out to civilian security teams. Why? because they know a well-armed people have a chance. Even if the whole world stands against them, at least if the Israelis and they will fight to the last man

because they have no place else to go. Before it was get out, get out, get out, get out, get out, get out. Well, now they have a place and it's theirs and they control it. They're not going to surrender nor should they. What are we doing? our government is making it impossible for you to have a gun, making it impossible and so wildly expensive to have ammunition. Do you know how much ammunition will cost if we go to war?

And we will have terrorist activity on our streets in our cities and most likely major attacks done from the inside in multiple American cities. how could I possibly say that? Well, I don't know. Have you seen the border lately? Thousands. Thousands of people that have come across with the millions that we don't know. Thousands, if not tens of thousands, are from Iran, Iraq.

They're from Yemen. They're from Turkey. They're from Russia. They're from China. We've opened our doors to the enemy and we have no idea what their intent is. So, yes, we will have terrorist activity in our streets. And we will also have civil unrest because that's what the left wants. That's what Russia wants.

That's what China wants. They need to pull us apart from each other. I want you to shift gears, please. I want you to look at the world today as very different than it was last week. Because no one is preparing you for what is coming. World War III and an economic situation that will be more grave than the Great Depression. Civil unrest and terrorism. And when that happens, possibly martial law.

Wherever you are is where you will be. If you want to be somewhere else, you need to get there. And don't look to the government wherever you are to help you out, because that ain't happening. But we can be there for one another, and we can be a light in the nation. We can be the good guys that preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution by living it in our own lives, no matter what the rest of the world does, by living our gospel, while the rest of the world does not. Do not fear. The Lord is our shepherd. He is very aware. This is not a surprise to him. It should not be a surprise to you either. And he's tried to tell us, but unfortunately, too many

One of the big stories today, I'm just not going to have time to do more than just touch on is the number of times that vice president Joe Biden emailed about his son's business Stu, how many times

According to New FOIA, first legal lawsuit, it revealed. Well, I remember because They did eventually acknowledge that he was on about 20 phone calls. It was on about 20 phone calls. 29. 29.000 times. 29,000 emails with Joe Biden getting involved with his son's businesses. 29,000. So it's a little different. But something, I don't even know how to, I don't even know how to say. what's more disturbing because we have the president of the United States lying to the American people about taking money from our enemies. You want to know what gas is going to be like if we go to war.

This is going to be the biggest scandal in the State Department since Alger Hiss, those who know about these documents, claim. he allowed more than the generous payment of $1.7 billion that Obama gave to Iran.

And the choice has never been more clear. It's just, it's not going to get any clearer than this. You know, are you for drag queens in our schools?

Are you for mutilation of our children? Are you for the end of the nuclear family? Are you for some sort of social justice that usurps the real justice that only our savior can provide? It's your turn. You must begin to stand up. And the choice has never been clearer than it is right now. and I warn you, if you do not choose, if you think you can just not think about this and go away, you will end up on the wrong side. You must make a physical, and I'm telling you, vocal choice. You need to sit with your family. Who are we as a family?

What is it we believe? Are we going to be people that are going to be remembered as the greatest, American generation because we stood for something? Or are we just going to go along with a crowd into insanity and quite frankly, hell? I've asked you to choose. I've told you to prepare yourself mentally for war and a very different America. I mean, they have been helping the injured, the over 1,500 at least injured in the fields. They have rescued babies who no longer have parents. And they are providing medical care, also mental health care.

And I just got a message for them because we just send them a very large amount to help resupply, because this is going to be long-lasting. It's incredible to see how the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob continues to protect the people of Israel.

If we found out that 900 is what the initial number was, 900 is about 30,000 people per capita. So 9-11, have been 30,000 people. Can you imagine how that would have affected us? Then, remember, we thought there would be more. We thought there could be up to 30,000, but it ended at 3,000. This now number keeps going up.

It's now at 1,200. If it gets to 1,600, that's 60,000 people, if you compare it to the United States. Anyway, he said, the horror stories keep coming in. I heard the words beheaded babies on TV last night. anchor almost couldn't say it out loud. I wish I could say we didn't believe it. If anyone need yet more proof of evil, real demonic anti-life evil does exist.

Here you go. One of our friends was in the villages around Gaza, which took the brunt of the initial attacks. This is a man who was in combat. Real, up close, life on the line, urban infantry combat. He's not a delicate flower by any means. I can't detail what he saw, but he came out traumatized. saying, that's it. That's it. After this, I'm quitting. I've had it.

He's a father now of small children. That changes things. Another friend was asking for a cell phone for one of the soldiers in his unit. His was damaged. It takes a second to realize this means that our friend and our neighbor who we know mainly as a farmer and a father has already gone into combat with his unit on our side of the fence. One of the images on the news last night I saw the corpse of a Hamas terrace laying face down on the ground. I thought for a moment, this is also someone's son. This man was also once a small child. It was once a baby in the crib, just like the ones he and his buddies murdered just now.

I thought of his dad. Are you mourning for your son? Are you weeping that you will never see him again or hold him again? Do you wish he hadn't gone to murder our children? or are you proud of him? Was this against what you taught your son? Or was this precisely the way you led him? Your child chose.

He chose to be a part of a death cult and he chose to pick up a weapon and use it on innocence. That's on him, regardless. But what did you teach him? Because yes, it makes a difference, you see. Every time we go to war, we find ourselves killing too many civilians. I blame Hamas for whom human shields are not just a way of life, but they're a bonus.

They're statistic and fodder for the foreign press. Whatever we do to Gaza, Hamas will not be the first to pay the price. In some cases, they will be the last. And I don't want a massacre. I don't want one innocent killed. And yes, I do count children who may one day become terrorist as innocent. But I also see you celebrating in the streets every time. One of us gets killed.

I see you choosing Hamas, choosing death again and again. You may be a non-combatant, but I cannot hold you blameless for what has happened, and yet what will happen. If in order to eradicate evil, we find ourselves forced to go through those who support and nurture that evil, so be it. God will recognize his own. Golda my ear said famously, We can never forgive the Arabs for killing our children.

Sorry, we can forgive the Arabs for killing our children, but we can never forgive them for forcing us to kill theirs. Glenn, tonight, that took on a whole new meaning for me. Back in a minute. So the difference between our debt and our deficit is that our deficit is what, at the end

of the month, at the end of the year, are we short? And we add that to our debt. The deficit in September alone was $166 billion. In terms of what you're missing is that we are in a shift of a global financial order, which has been brought on by ourselves, by our leadership, by the lack of leadership, the fact that they have put us in this financial position, the fact that we have this balance sheet that makes no sense given the financial strength of our country. This is an emerging market and crisis type of balance sheet that would not. normally have a currency crisis attached to it, but because we have the world's reserve currency,

that's what keeps us afloat. And so this has empowered what is going on. It's empowered the bad actors around the world, the China's, the Russians, the Iran's, who want to take down the United States to try to cause chaos. If we were in a really strong financial position, this wouldn't happens. So our economic security and our national security is really closely tied together. And I think that is a fundamental tenant that has been missed from the broader mainstream media conversation for quite some time. They've been acting like we can just spend whatever we want because we quote unquote print our own currency. And that has put us in a very dangerous situation. So we are, I believe, and maybe you have a different opinion, but in talking to the experts that I've talked to off the air and just looking at the tea leaves here, I think it'll be a miracle if we avoid World War III.

Would you agree with that or disagree? So I am going to pray for the best and prepare for the worst. Right. The fact that we have been on this press. of war is not something that is new. You and I have talked about this for, you know, probably at least six months, if not longer. The introduction of my book actually says that World War three hangs in the balance with a certain probability. So things have been very tenuous. Certainly this situation has kindled it and brought it to a new level. I think if you look back historically, you will see that, you know, the Ukraine situation.

is also tied into this loosely and, you know, kind of creates a historical trajectory. And, you know, all we can do now is just pray and hope that, like you said, we find that that way out, but we cannot count on it. And so we do need to prepare mentally. We need to prepare our finances. You know, we need to do everything we can to protect our families because, you know, that's what you do, even if something is a lower probability but has a really bad outcome. you insure for it, you would prepare for it.

And it's strange to say this, Carol, but I don't think World War III is a Black Swan event. It was two years ago, but today it's not a Black Swan event. You can easily see this happening. So what will that mean for the dollar? I mean, we don't have the money for a – this would be a two-front war because it would be Ukraine with Russia. Russia and Israel with Iran. And then also, I don't think China would hesitate to pull the trigger on Taiwan, because we couldn't do it. We've never been in this position since World War I.

Yeah, you pulled the words out of my mouth. I think it's important to kind of understand the financial backdrop in where we are today, because obviously war is always costly, but we're in a very different situation. We're in a situation where we need to finance war, and we don't have a lot of people who have the ability or the desire to finance it. So if you go back before the Great Recession financial crisis, the 2004 to 2008 period, we had mostly foreign entities who were financing our deficits. After the Great Recession financial crisis, they sort of started to lighten up. And so there was a mixture. Anything that wasn't financed by foreign entities, central banks, you know, adding treasuries to their reserves and the like, was financed by the first time we legitimately had QE, which was the Fed monetizing our debt going in and buying the treasuries themselves. Something, by the way, that the Fed said they would never, ever do. Right.

From 2014 on, and this is all per Luke Rahman, who does a great job in breaking this down economically, global central banks have been net sellers instead of net buyers of treasuries. So the biggest entity that we have today to buy our own debt is the Fed. Private institutions, as we know, the banks and the like, they don't have the capacity. They're teetering right now anyway. So we're in a very precarious situation. So what happens when we need to go out and we need to raise more debt? Either the interest rates have to go so, so high to entice investors, private investors,

to leave behind other investments to go and finance this debt, or because that's going to cause mass chaos everywhere, then you have the Federal Reserve that has to come in and they have to do some buying in either the form of that QE, which is a certain amount of bonds that they say that they're going to buy or something called yield curve control, which means we're going to get the interest right down to a very specific point, and we'll just buy as many bonds as we need to in order to make that happen. So that's one thing that could happen. And of course, this is all very multifaceted. So at the same time, you have the BRICS entities who could be working on the other side saying we're going to start flooding the market. We're going to sell more treasuries

and try to make the interest rates going up. That's what they've been doing on kind of a light basis. But, you know, China still has a massive amount of treasuries on its balance sheet and some of these other countries. So that could be happening. And then the third piece of the puzzle, and this is going to sound strange to people, as we always, you know, beat up on what's happening with the U.S. dollar in our economy, but the U.S. Treasury market is the biggest, most liquid market that is considered a safe haven. And in times of war and uncertainty, investors flock into the treasury market. So that could actually counterbalance it. So you have these three different kind of scenarios that are all kind of working in different directions in play.

At the same time that you probably have a slowing of the economy, you probably have a raising of taxes to try to, you know, eat away at some of this deficit. And so none of this is good. You know, so from an individual perspective, when you have this, this is why you often see kind of the flight to the safe haven assets. So you do have people right now who are flocking back into treasuries. We've seen the interest rates come down because there has been more of that over the past few days. And things like precious metals that people consider more safe haven't. haven assets. But it is a really complex financial picture in the short run. In the long run, Glenn, though, a couple things. One is that we know that this is not going to be good for our

debt position. And as I've talked about with you, and I said in my book, you know, not every new financial world, or not every war brings about a new financial world order, but every new financial world order has been preceded by war. So don't think that the powers that be that are looking to shift the dollar's dominance isn't a huge factor in what's going on right now and seeing that this could be an opportunity to bring about that seed change that we have been warning about you in dark future me and you own nothing. So there are a lot of things at play and at stake here, highly, highly interconnected and complicated, but none of them would be considered a good short-term or mid-term out.

Okay, I want to talk to you about what the average person can do. And are we entering a time where some of those lessons that our grandparents taught us who went through the depression should be resurrected and maybe we should kind of talk about, you know, those lessons. Because I don't remember anything except if you don't eat your dinner, it's going on the top of the fridge or in the fridge and you're going to have that for breakfast. You know, save all Christmas paper, all the crazy things. that our grandparents did if you grew up with a grandparent from the great generation, the greatest generation. We'll talk about that. Give me one minute here.

Let me tell you about Goldline. I mean, what more do I need to say? I don't know what is coming. I don't know what's coming for the financial world. I mean, it's crazy. I do know that the world is going into chaos. You know, the Fabian window, you know, so I heat up the world so I can. mold it closer to my heart's desire.

That's what's happening right now, but they shatter it to pieces first. They have to shatter it to pieces. In storms like this, the beacon of stability is always gold or precious metals. And, you know, Arthur Herman, who is one of my favorite historians, wrote a book, oh, what was it, the war machine or Freedom's Forge? And in it, he talked about the companies that stepped to the plate in 1940 to get us ready to go to war. And he has wondered, in fact, the Pentagon has had him out to talk to him about, would we get that kind of support from American industry. Well, one, we don't have a lot of American industry.

Are we headed towards a time that the average person will recognize this as something that they will teach their kids and their grandchildren like our grandparents did with World War II and the Great Depression? I mean, I certainly think it's too early to make that prediction as a probability, but I do think that it's not a problem. off the table. And as I was saying before, when you have things that might be lower probabilities even, but have really high cost outcomes, that's when you insure and you plan for those kinds of things. And you hope that it doesn't come to that. But I do think we need to be thinking

through those. Even if we are able to avoid World War III, or even if there's a conflict that, you know, it is regionalized and doesn't sort of fully draw us in the globe in, we were already in a very precarious financial situation that was going to cause some of the chaos anyway. So that would just be a complete wildcard taking things in the other direction. I think you need to be concerned about how you're getting your energy, whether it's the cost of it or the availability, because given the players that are involved, certainly that's going to be an issue 50 years ago, you know, during the the Arab-Israeli-Yom Kippur war conflict, obviously that was a huge issue. And so I think that we can realistically say that's an issue today.

And by the way, our president who did this little stunt of releasing our strategic reserves, you know, we don't have strategic reserves here in the U.S. the way that we did before. So I really think you should be thinking about that from an energy standpoint. I do think you need to have those safe haven assets that we talked about. So in the short term, maybe go into some of the shorter term treasuries, make sure that you have some hedges in precious metals like we were talking about with gold and silver. And then, you know, from a personal austerity point, you know, I don't think we have to do, like you said, what my grandma used to do is she used to wash her paper plates. And I didn't understand why are you washing the paper plates.

And, you know, that was what you did in the Depression because you needed to reuse those again. I don't think we need to move to that level of austerity today, but beef up your emergency funds. You know, make sure that you are cutting back on your spending and getting your own house in order so that you do have some extras. And as you were talking about before, some of these other preparation types of items, making sure that you have the food and you have the water and you have the medicines, which if things go sideways, we saw during COVID how the supply chains go down. imagine what happens if that becomes a broader international conflict. So we should have learned that lesson over the last three years. And I know it's a lot coming out of this period to have to go back into another period potentially immediately.

But you need to get your head on straight now and prepare. And again, we will all pray. We all pray that we don't have to be in that situation. But if you are prepared, you are going to be far ahead of everybody. else in dealing with this if it takes a massive turn for the world. So the real problem is not necessarily collapse of the dollar, but it is inflation. And we talked a little bit about this yesterday, that no matter what the Fed is doing, it's bleeding people dry.

And the government continues to spend. And inflation should be going down with the interest rates, but it's not. It's going up. How does that work with, let's say, if you. own a house or if you are working at a job. I know people, geez, we only have one minute. Can I hold you over? Yeah, of course.

Okay. Let me just finish the question. I know people here that are, you know, living on the edge now, making good money, what was good money, now it's not going very far. How does this work and how do you keep, let's say, a business afloat where you have to pay your people more because they can't afford to live. But you can't charge more for your product. How do you navigate that?

And, you know, the average person is their savings being depleted. They're up to their eyeballs in debt with credit cards now, 20, 25% interest rates. That could even go higher. And they're going to, we're going to hit a time here where their salary. We're probably close to that now where their salary does not make ends meet at the end of the week. So how does the average person navigate that? And what do companies do? I mean, just raise the price because they got to pay people more?

Yeah. So first of all, I want to reiterate that this discussion is not meant for people to panic, but for people to prepare. And it's a very different mindset. that don't let yourself freak out because that's when you make bad financial decisions. So you want to just be resolute and gather as much information and do things that are sort of sound financially. And the other thing is, is that while Glenn and I both see trajectories, neither of us have a crystal ball. I do. I don't know.

You're not part of the Psychic Friends Network. No, I am and I do, but I don't talk about it very often. I've got my crystal ball. Okay. So we don't know exactly because people can react differently, right? I mean, you could have a war. People could go yolo. Hey, I don't know if I'm going to make it.

I'm going to spend all my money. You could have a strong account. We just really don't know. So we just want to protect and ensure ourselves. It's why I say, I am here to warn and you are here to warn, but this doesn't mean it happens. People can choose other things. Look at how Biden kind of reacted in the right way yesterday. Yes.

I mean, it doesn't have to end this way. But just with your mindset, you shift gears. So you're traveling along the same road. So if we decide to take the exit at war or whatever, you're prepared mentally. You're not way back in another region. Exactly. Exactly. So this is meant to make you resolute and strong.

I would say, first of all, if you are somebody who is retired or close to retirement, you have to talk to your financial advisor. If you don't have one, you have to get one about capital preservation because there is going to be increased volatility and you don't have the same trajectory as somebody who's maybe 20 or 25 years away from retirement who can wait that out. So you have to be focused on capital preservation and you may need to make some switches in your portfolio

not only to include a little bit more insurance and hedging, but to maybe switch up your allocation so that you have that capital preserved because we are going to potentially be in a position where we can see very wild swings. Certainly, again, there are bad actors around the world who have lots of U.S. dollar capital. They could put pressure on the market. What's going on could put pressure on the market. So you just want to be in a place, especially if you're counting on your income, that you have, yes, you have preserved your capital.

If you have a shorter runway. If you, again, if you have a longer runway, do not freak out right now. I think you need to be thinking that, you know, hopefully we're going to make this through long term. Again, make the insurance adjustments, but you're in a very different position. And if we're in a position where everything goes sideways, that's going to be sort of the last of your concerns. I think that, again, some austerity. I know people, you know, are having a very difficult time making ends meet. And I'm not trying in any way to dismiss this.

My heart goes out to you. The inflation has been a huge burden for the middle, middle and working. class. But there are always places where people can cut back. I look at people's budgets all the time and they say, I've pulled back everything I can. And it's like, well, what about these subscriptions and what about this vacation and, you know, what about this? And there's always things that really fall in the category of wants and not needs. And so it really is a time when you should be practicing that personal austerity and building up that emergency fund. And I think for a business, it's a really good time to go through a planning exercise and say,

if we do need to downsize, what does that look like? Where can we cut back if we need to step up? Because maybe we're a business that is going to be, you know, more required in a period of war because obviously, you know, all different kinds of businesses in this country, you know, how would we go about doing that? But just put yourself in a good financial position, you know, having yourself. in a rocky area where you're having a hard time making ends meet or you're drowning in debt is really bad in any scenario, but it's extra bad in these very uncertain times.

So do what you can. And if you need a helping hand, just reach out to somebody who can sit down and maybe it's hard for you to make that decision personally, but somebody else who's a little bit more objective can look back and go, you know, do you really need to do this? Or can we cut back here, you know, even if it's just for six months, just to give you that peace of mind, Glenn, to give you a little bit more breathing room. So you feel like if something is going badly or we're in a scenario for six months or nine months or a year, that you have more flexibility to feel like you can make it through that. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

All right. We'll talk again. Thanks, Carol. Thanks, Ben. The most important thing is do not panic on anything. It is, I'm here. I'm here. to warn you, but also to tell you that God has things under control. And he's aware of all of this. You just stay close to him. Do the next right thing. And don't panic. You're going to be fine.

We'll make it. Certainly no reason to panic. I mean, there's plenty of ways out of Israel if you happen to be there. You know, and it's not a big deal. I mean, you know, have you heard from John Kirby? I mean, he outlined this quite clearly. Really? Because there's a lot of people trapped in Israel. Some people are saying that.

But it's not true. Okay, here's John Kirby. There are still many viable options for Americans who may want to leave Israel. The airport is still open. Not all commercial carriers are flying out of Ben-Gurion, but many are, particularly international air carriers. And there's still some viable ground routes. So if people wanted to leave Israel via road, that's still possible as well. Oh, there's lots of ways out.

Tons of ways. You could go, you could drive south and go through Egypt where Hamas is amassing at the border. Yep, yep. You could go north to Lebanon, where Hezbollah is there. Rumors of that front opening up today. You could go east to Syria or to Jordan. Jordan might be a good way. There you go.

Let me ask you this. Have you ever heard of Uber? You just get on the app and you call Uber and say, get me to, you. Turkey. Turkey, which is a very safe place for Jews. Very good. You know, hey, what's going on in Damascus these days? Right.

You know, take me there. Right. Get a lift. Right. There are multiple options. Have you ever... You know, can I tell you something? You're missing the most obvious.

Okay. Okay. You're over there. Let's say you're just, you know, you're over there because it was the holy weekend or whatever it is. Sure. You're American and you just say, uh, you know, I need the house car. Because, you know, you're probably staying at the Waldorf or something like that.

And so you just say, you call the Waldorf up and you say, hey, Waldorf Astoria, yeah, hi, I'm in room 323. I need the house car to take me to Istanbul. That's not bad. I don't know why people don't do that. They just don't, you know, they don't utilize it nearly enough. Yeah, they really don't. I might also recommend my kids really enjoy riding their hoverboards. Really?

The two wheels and they balance themselves on top. I mean, you could, why aren't there a flood of people on hoverboards just going towards a Syrian border? Hezbollah loves them. The IRGC, the Iranians have not seen hoverboards. And look, they'd be fascinated by them. They'd probably run the other direction because they'd be like, oh my gosh, well, how are these things floating? What's going on? What's going on?

So I'm just saying that that's a possibility. He's right. There's a lot. Whatever happened to us, Stu, whatever happened to, hey, we have people trapped, we're going to go in with a seal team. Yeah. Hey, somebody kidnapped everybody. We're going to go in with a SEAL team. Kind of surprising there hasn't been more talk about that.

I mean, look, Israel has got a lot to deal with right now, and they're in the middle of putting this plan together. But like, I'm a little surprised at the silence of America. This is... No, he gave a speech yesterday. This would be, would have not, Glenn, the greatest, the worst kidnapping of mass kidnapping of Americans since Iran? Oh, yeah.

I mean, by the same people, too. Of course, by the same people. Yeah. Wouldn't that be something we'd react to? I feel like we reacted a lot to the Iran thing. Well, I bet affluck being a movie about it. Yeah, there was a movie. A lot of people don't know.

Ted Koppel got his start on that. Maybe people don't know who Ted Koppel is or Nightline, but that started, you know, we're day five in the Iranian hostage crisis. And every day that broadcast was. was made. It later morphed into something else after we retrieved the hostages. This time, I'm not sure we're even thinking about that because there are lots of roads. You know, look, you've been taken hostages. You're a hostage with Hamas. There's windows, there's doors, just use one of those. There's lots of routes out of that hostage house. Yeah. And then there are

roads that can take you out. Right. I mean, that's a very, good, it's a very good point. They're not even thinking of these things, you know? Remember those hover crafts? They can go over sand. What about landing a bunch of American planes or just calling up and saying, hey, American Airlines, you're still running? Could we maybe double the amount of flights that are going in there?

I know Luftanza is doing that. Now, think of this for irony. Lufthansa. Lufthansa. The German Airways. line is helping Jews get out of Israel. If you're a German citizen, Lufthansa's flying at, you know, they're fine.

Yeah, they're fine. They, you know, they, I mean, and John Kirby pointed this out, a lot of viable ways out. Why not private jet? You know, just schedule your own, just charter one. You don't even have to own a jet. You don't even have to go to, see, I, you're such a, I mean, you're smarter than, I said, hey, you know,

Waldorf Astoria, house car, take me to Istanbul. Right. Just take me to a, you. you know, a private FPO, just take me to the private airport. That's how you do it. Where, you know, I can get a jet. You know, and there's just so much misleading information out there. And I feel like people don't go to trusted sources anymore, you know.

Like, well, I mean, I was going to use it. I mean, obviously there's a lot of examples of this. But maybe I would start with Mia Khalifa, the porn star. You know, what does she think about the Israel, the debate? Thank you for saying. I thought it was just me. Right. I mean, I feel like a lot of people are forming their opinions on this conflict without even knowing what Mia Khalifa believes about it. I mean, who doesn't go to their favorite porn star when things are out of control, you know?

Now, technically, Glenn, she's an ex-porn star. So, and I would say, once a porn star, always a porn star, right? You don't lose that title. Like, Paul Newman is still a movie star. Yes. Right? Yes. Well, maybe not now. Not now. Today. Well, I would say still today. He's still a movie star, right? It's not active.

Not active. In fact, he's very inactive. Very inactive right now. But you can go back, I mean, Sean Penn. Yeah. Sean Penn a movie star. He's not making any hit movies now, but he's still a movie star. You're right.

Once a porn star. Always a porn star. Number one most important thing is here. Mia, don't sell yourself short. You're not an ex-porn star. You're still a porn star, and that's important for people to understand. And it is, you got it because I don't know. It's like the house car.

thing. Why aren't more people just looking for what do we do? What do we think about this? Let's check with my favorite porn star. Right. Right. Now, if you don't know, Mia Khalifa is Lebanese and you might say, oh, I saw some of her Lebanese movies. No, that's a different word. Lebanese, she's actually, she's not the L and the... No, it's a totally different. Is it really? Yeah, it's a totally different thing. Well, that helps me on the, well, the L people because I thought, man, they're getting violent. They were. But they're separate people. Totally different.

Totally different group of people. All right. So she is a little upset at this. Yeah. And you might think, well, of course she's upset. A bunch of babies were decapitated and a bunch of women were raped and thousands of people were killed. Right. And you would be right that she is upset just about something a little different.

A little different. Now, the slightly different thing was that she actually thinks, She's completely siding with Hamas. Oh. She has now been fired from multiple wonderful organizations such as Playboy. Playboy. And two controversy still for Playboy. Yes.

She was also fired, and this is sad, Glenn. Now, again, we're so against cancel culture. Sure. We don't want. No. I don't care. How many times you cheer on the murder and rape of people, you should not lose your job at a psychedelic mushroom company, which she also.

Wow. What is she going to do? What is she going to do? She might have to go back into porn now. Wow. Well, she'll have to. I mean, you know, but the good thing is porn can help those that just want to go out and rape. She can just kind of get them warmed up.

Okay. You know what I mean? And they just go out and rape. Well, look, it's all coming together. Who are? She's very upset.
