Yes. They were very pumped up about impeachment. Well, they announced yesterday they're going forward with it. So, Kavanaugh, this. there was some actual details. Now there's a slight wrinkle in this story. When you left, yes, the press, the New York Times had come out with a whistleblower that said Kavanaugh had done all these things.

That turned out to not be true. And so last week, yes, we were talking about impeachment, but they were all gung-ho on impeaching Brett Kavanaugh. Right. Right. I've only been out for a week. You left you left on, you left on Wednesday, right? Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Well, something happened on Wednesday. We had another whistleblower.

On Kavanaugh? No, no. On Ukraine and Trump. Now, we don't. Ukraine and Trump. Yeah. We don't. Not Ukraine and Biden. That was where the whistleblowers that I had heard about. No, no, that was, that's old news. Okay. No, that's quite honestly, today, that's now what aboutism. I'll explain in a minute. So we have a new whistleblower who we don't know who said that the president threatened to hold back funding if they didn't give him dirt on Joe Biden and his son. Okay. But the whistle.

Did we need more dirt on the Joe Biden and his son with Ukraine thing? Apparently we do. Because the press says there's nothing to that story. And so... It came from the press. It was reported by the New York Times. I know. But there was nothing to that story.

Okay. So that's a conspiracy theory now. Wow. I really have missed some updates. You've missed a lot. So now that's a conspiracy theory. And Donald Trump is only bringing this up. because he is trying to get out of his threatening verbiage on this phone call that a whistleblower,

well, I was going to say heard, because that's the way it was first presented. But it turns out the whistleblower did hear about this, but it may have been at a bar. It wasn't even at work, okay? It had nothing to do with his work-related duties. So he heard someone talk about how the president was withholding funds and so he blew the whistle to Congress and they're moving forward with impeachment papers. Now, the president says he didn't do this. You ready?

The president said he didn't do this. And he's going to release the transcript of that conversation. And he's also going to release the IG report, which apparently shows that the whistleblower was dismissed by the Attorney General because the whistleblower has it out for Donald Trump is political operative. Oh, my God, these news cycles. There's been 40 of them in the past five days.

Yeah. So you're with the rest of America. This has happened so fast still. The whole, all of America is going, like last night was anybody else going, wait, you're going to file articles of impeachment? No, no, no. Oh, sorry, sorry. That's another story.

They're not even filing articles of impeachment. They're not actually doing impeachment because they have to vote on impeachment. The whole House has to vote. Can they move forward with an impeachment proceedings? So nothing really is changing. They're just saying, you know, it's like Michael Scott. And I declare bankruptcy. I declare bankruptcy.

That's not how you declare bankruptcy. That's right, exactly right. So Nancy Pelosi said, I declare impeachment. It doesn't really mean anything. It doesn't do anything. It doesn't do anything. You have to actually vote on that. Yes.

Yes, you do. This is fascinating. You know, well, Pelosi's an interesting part of this, right? Because she has been the one supposedly holding this up the whole time. Yes. They went through two years of investigation on Russia and she didn't pull the trigger. But now, in the time when I went on vacation, in the last week, she's changed her mind on this story where there's no investigation on it? She's changed her mind.

There's no investigation on it. She doesn't even have the transcript of the call. and she's already for impeachment on this issue? I was just saying what she was announcing it yesterday at 5 o'clock, Eastern time, I thought to myself, you know, in 18 hours, you're either going to have evidence or not. And we found I thought pretty clearly that if you just wait for the evidence and the Mueller report, for example,

we probably wouldn't have been worked up all that time. No, they're not going to do that. No. That is. So we've gone, we have now gone into impeachment without going into impeachment. It's just not on Kavanaugh. it's on Trump. And it's not on the whistleblower that was discredited for Kavanaugh.

It's a new whistleblower that we have no idea of what he even said. And neither does, neither does Congress. But they're already for the impeachment. They're already for the impeachment. This does not sound like the action of a party that is confident it's going to win the next election. You think? That does not. Does it seem to you like maybe they're in favor of chaos?

I could. Yeah, it kind of does feel that way. It's almost like their hope is, hey, maybe everybody will be so tired of this. And they'll just go, we just can't have, you know, President Trump, he does stupid things from time to time and the press and everybody's so against him. I'm so sick of everything. What do you say? Spin a wheel. Okay.

Andrew Yang is president. There you go. I mean, I think that's their. Hail Mary pass here is, is just it's anybody but Trump. Anybody but Trump. But I don't know.

But if you have anybody but Trump is easy. You have an election coming up in a year. They're jumping on this bandwagon in this short of a period of time makes me feel like they don't think they're going to win this thing. There is a chance. There is a chance that in the next

five weeks the president resigns in and we have President Mike Pence. Don't think it's a good chance, but there's a chance. We also have a chance that the president has, has, is going to nail boards across the windows of all media outlets because they've all gone out of business because they've so discredited themselves that this is the last straw. I mean, let's remind people, it was a week ago, the president.

press was all in a tither because they were going to impeach Brett Kavanaugh. Remember, it was a week ago. And they were discredited. And we thought, oh, well, the press, no, he's going to listen to the press now. They've been discredited. Oh, no. Uh-uh. Same organizations now saying this, which is leading to an impeachment frenzy for the president now. at some point you're going to board up the windows you know what I mean at some point everybody would be like I mean you want to talk about the boy that cried wolf this is amazing by the way you you you missed all the global warming wonderful just the speeches from the children were beautiful

it is absolute child abuse what is happening right now but again you're going to board up the windows because even the IPCC report the people who wrote that damn reporter saying, guys, we're not dead in 10 years. I just want you to know, it's not extinction level. We're not saying that. Who's saying this 10-year thing besides AOC?

Now the press and everybody let these kids go on TV saying, and you stole my childhood. We're all going to be dead in 10 years. And everybody said, oh, my gosh, look at them. How dare you criticize one of them? One of those children. That's one of those things where the Lord works in mysterious ways. He sure does.

And it's very mysterious right now. And he, you know, he comes to, how does he, how do you provide for your family? I did see a clip of the climate protesters. And I thought, me being on vacation while a 16-year-old is lecturing me about how evil I am over the climate, it's probably a good week for me to be on vacation. It probably is. Probably is. They should be made for a little bit longer. So today, today we're going to get the transcript. And it's, by the way, it's not a transcript. We don't tape the phone calls of the president. So don't be surprised. I'll tell you how this is all going to play out in the press. But first the transcript comes out. But it's not a transcript.

It's a memo. It's a memo of what happened on the phone call and the recollection of like four. people that were witnesses to the phone call. They do this and they put it in a file. So the first thing is, he didn't even release a transcript. There is no transcript. There is no transcript. We don't tape the president's phone calls. Hello, Nixon. They kind of got away from the recording everything. So the first thing they're going to say is, this isn't even a transcript. We want the audio. Why won't he released the audio. There is no audio. Then they're going to say, well, the IG report and this transcript, we can't tell anything from this. We can't tell a darn thing. So now they're going to get

the evidence that there wasn't anything. My guess is there is something in there, something little, but it's going to be able to be read either way. And they're going to say, see, this shows. And the Press will assume the worst, and they will continue to go forward. Last night, now, if you've been following this at home, you know that what this started with impeachment, because he would not release the IG report. He wouldn't release the IG report. If you won't release the transcript and you won't release the IG report,

well, that is, you're violating the Constitution. And you have to, we're going to impeach him because he will not release the IG report and he will not release the transcript. So then he says, okay, I'm going to release the transcript and I'm going to release the IG report. They go ahead with impeachment. And after she says impeachment, this is a quote from CBS News. this president doesn't care about the presidency he only cares about himself he is going to release the transcript what foreign leader now will trust any of our presidents going forward that their conversation will be kept confidential unreal i mean do we do are we goldfish are we

goldfish because i really feel like i'm living in a world of of goldfish because everybody's just turning around in five seconds. They've forgotten what just happened. You forgot that last week, they were doing this with Kavanaugh, and the same people who told you Kavanaugh was guilty have been discredited, and you're listening to them again. I guarantee you no matter what the IG report says, it won't matter today. They both could say they could have the Ukrainian president on saying, please, Mr. President, please threaten me. No, I'm not going to do it. It's wrong. Please, Mr. President, please, I've got information on Joe Biden. I'm not going to hear it, Mr. Prime Minister. You could have that on the tape and they would find a way.

Did you see what? Did you see what? Yeah, that's what the words say. But we can't tell without hearing the inflection. We can't tell without hearing the pauses what he really meant. Anybody who thinks, well, I got nothing to hide. Really? Listen up.

This transcript will not matter today. It will go to inflection, his intent, what was in his heart. But they know because they're the party of fairness. They're now accusing the right of what aboutism. Oh, yeah, this is just the right playing what aboutism. No, you have to be the first in with a story to claim that. And the Joe Biden Hunter Biden story, we've been on for months, for months. This isn't what aboutism.

This is, wait a minute. You're just, wait, you're saying that the president shouldn't say, hey, I'd like to know about our vice president. Was he in dirty dealings? Because we lost $1.8 billion because Joe Biden said, yeah, we're going to give you this. It's going to go to Burisma and some other things, whatever you decide. But put it into this bank. We're going to transfer it into this bank, which was owned by the corrupt oligarch of Burisma.

And it just disappeared. Does anybody want to know what happened to $1.8 billion of your tax money? I would. I would. Let's trust the Congress to get to the bottom of that. Not a chance. Trust the Justice Department. Not a chance.

The Intel. Not a chance. This administration? No. The media? Absolutely not. So who is going to ask for it? You no longer have anything you can trust.

Everything you thought was solid is now liquid. Look, the reason why they're saying this is what aboutism now is because they control something called what we used to call in radio QM. And as a programmer, I used to play the QM thing all the time. Whoever has the most listeners, you might have people who are very, very loyal to your station. It doesn't matter. whoever has the most listeners,

even if they are listening only for five minutes a day and they're listening to their favorite station all day long, the one who has the most listeners, you can steal anything. Number one hit music station. As long as they don't have a lot of listeners, the very next day, if you get on and say, you're the number one hit music station,

everyone will believe they stole it from you. Okay, it is a game. of who has the loudest voice. Right now, the media has the loudest voice. It is why they are trying to shut people up, shadow ban. It's why they are trying to silence the right online. Because our voice is becoming effective, and they can't have that. This is why they're playing what aboutism, but I don't think it's going to work.

We don't know anything about what happened during the phone call. Yeah.

But we know that one was made, not enough for me. Is it? It's enough for me. Well, both sides are admitting that part of it. Yes, that is true. So that much, at least, we know is fact. Transcript's not going to mean anything. Anything.

And as you pointed out, it doesn't matter. It's not actually a transcript. So this will be their fallback position, right? Yeah. When it's not a transcript, those are. Well, I thought we were getting a transcript. Everyone is expecting, and they all know. The media knows, the politicians know, everyone knows.

It's not a transcript, not a transcript. So it's a recollection of four people that they do after the call is made, they write notes, they put it in a memo, they put it in a file. So it's not an actual transcript. So why is everyone calling it a transcript? Because when you see it and it's not a transcript, then everybody say, why didn't they release a transcript? it's also why they're asking for the whistleblower report

as opposed to the transcript and they got the whistleblower report he's releasing that too and the whistleblower report will be essentially not even a recollection of someone who heard the call but someone who heard a rumor

of what happened on the call and they are going to say obviously they don't like Trump or they wouldn't be you know or they don't like what he's doing here so the IG apparently said we're not pursuing this because this guy has it out for

Donald Trump. He is just a political hack. And so we're not pursuing this. And apparently that's all in the IG report, which is also supposed to come out. I mean, there has to be more than just what is said on this call, too. Well, that's the Democrats are saying that there is. There is. There is. Okay. Well, there we go. This whistleblower, it is rumored that this whistleblower has much more than just this.

Do we know what they're alleging or what they're supposing? No, no. We don't know. We don't know. No, we don't know. This whistleblower just has more than this. So wait a minute. The whistleblower has more than hearsay, which really, he didn't tell us anything other than he heard that the president had done something wrong on the phone.

That's very exciting. So I can't wait to hear the next shoot-a-drop. Well, wait until I share this with you. You guys were on the air, so maybe you didn't see the CNN breaking news about 20 minutes ago. No, no, no. CNN breaking, the legitimate CNN banner. Breaking news, according to a CNN source, Trump does not want to be impeached. Wait, whoa. Shut up.

Yeah. Yeah. Shut up. I don't know if they verified that spine-chilling information. Wow. Who's their source? Everyone? It won't say. You don't give up a source like that. Right.

Come on. More breaking news, though. I'm on the site right now. This is from an insider close to the source now. is apparently close to Trump. He has mentioned on more than one occasion that he does not want to contract bubonic plague. Really? Wow. Wow. Is that why he doesn't shake

hands with people? Yes. That's one of the reasons. There are a German phone. That's one of them. Right. Okay. Oh my gosh. There's this just in. A whistleblower over heard Donald Trump declaring he would not enjoy soaking in a vat of battery acid. Huh. Wow.

Wow. This president has got to go. He's got to go. He's got to go. Think about all the jobs associated with battery acid manufacturing. Right. Right. Did you ever think we would get to a point to where we would look back fondly on the Clinton impeachment and say, that was at least rationing? No. And it's happened.

It is happens. We're there. We're there. For anybody who didn't live through that, it wasn't rational. It was crazy at the time. But those were the good old days. And do you remember the world seemed, I mean, we thought at the time the world was nuts under Clinton. Can you imagine?

I mean, that was like, that was like a Shangri-La compared to what we're involved in now. Pat, you said to me, you said to be in 1992, wait until you see what the world's going to be like between 2010, 2020. I don't think we make it. And I'm like, Pat, do you know how much would have to happen for that to, look at what's happened. With blinding speed. Blinding speed. Every day it's something more incomprehensible.

I watched the news last night and I really had to go into the other room and just hug my wife. And she said, it was that bad. And I said, honey, you haven't seen CNN in a year. It's insane. It's incomprehensible. It's what it's like. It's insane. I mean, almost everything they were saying, I'm like, that's not right.

That's not right. No, wait a minute. Right. How can you possibly say that when they just. They just keep saying it anyway. And they just are just their certitude is so crazy. Anything that they ever said about me on Fox, I am Edward R. Murrow compared to those people. Literally.

Oh, God. Literally. That's. I was Edward R. Murrow in compared to this clown show that is going on. And they have such certitude. and they're going to protect us and they're going to protect the Constitution. It's insanity.

It's insanity. You're on vacation. Did you hear what Bill Weld said? Did you hear he suggested that the president be executed over this? Executed. We have no facts. We have nothing. He said it like multiple times.

Because this is such treason and treason the only penalty called for in the Constitution is death for treason. and so he's suggesting that Donald Trump be executed. Oh my God. I mean, that's how nuts it is. We don't even know what happened on the call. And even the worst accusations about what's happened on the call don't seem like anything close to treasonous. That is a, wow, and Weld is running against Trump.

I mean, so he's going to say bad things about him. But still, like that's a, that's a tad over the line there, Can I just ask a question? I just saw, as you two were talking about something far more important, I got distracted like a goldfish. And I saw on Fox News the banner, only two presidents have been impeached. And one was Nixon and one was Johnson. No. But that's what they said?

That's what they said. Only two presidents have been impeached. Nixon was not impeached. No, they were going to. Oh, going to. They were going to, but they never did. He resigned before they could vote for it. Clinton.

It was Clinton and Johnson. Yeah. I mean, maybe I may mess that up. There was no picture of Clinton anywhere there. Facts are not something that's important to us right now. Right, right, right. What is our obsession of the day? What were we talking about?

I mean, CNN is a perfect example of this. It just doesn't matter. Any story, like when it comes down to, it's a weather-related story. There's a big tornado. They will find a way to bring that to Donald Trump. It doesn't matter. what the story is. We went through this, I think one day. I think you were here that day. This is a few months ago, but we went through the app, the CNN app. Literally every single story on the app is

about Donald Trump. And it was about 17 or 18. Yeah. And then they finally, like after I think 18 stories got to one that did not bring it to Trump. And they were all from whatever scandal of the day they had with Donald Trump from there, but also stuff that's completely unrelated to Donald Trump. Like if it's, you know, it's a story about, you know, a company like going out of business or, you know, a change in leadership at a company, they'll say how it's related to Donald Trump. They bring everything back. Sports stories back to Donald Trump. So here's everything back to him. Here's the thing. People are sick of it. Mr. President, learn one thing from Bill Clinton. One thing. You need to release these transcripts. And they're going to say all

kinds of things about the transcripts and the IG report. You need to say, I'm done talking about impeachment. Last week, they were talking about impeaching Brett Kavanaugh. And the same people who brought you that flawed story brought you this flawed story. They told me that they wanted to impeach me because I wouldn't release the IG report and the transcript. Now they're saying, because watch they will, that's not enough. Now they want to tape where they need. know a tape doesn't exist. You don't even have to get into all of this. Just say that last week they were talking about impeachment. The same discredited source has got them in a frenzy this week. I'm done talking about impeachment. The American people want things done in their country.

And this Congress is only about they know I'm guilty of something. They just haven't found it yet. this is the party of fairness, I'm done talking about it. I'm not going to address it. It's time I go back to work for the American people, and I suggest those in Congress do the same. He wins. He wins.

He wins if he does that. He's not going to. He's got to stay out of this now, because it's just ridiculous. And if he gets entangled, he will be covered in the same mud of the media and the Democratic Congress. It doesn't seem like the way he likes to handle these issues.

He kind of likes the fight. He does. He likes the battle. But America is tired of this fight. They've already made their mind. You're either he's absolutely guilty or he's absolutely innocent. And you're not going to change people's mind unless you have actual evidence. And they're not going to come up with evidence on anything.

Whose mind is going to be changed by this? Nobody's. Nobody's. What is this? I really think this is wear them out. Make Donald Trump look like the reason we have so much chaos in the world and can't get anything done. They're going to say this president is, we're not able to get anything done with this president. We can't do anything now.

And you should say, yeah, you're right. You're right. because you've been on a constant impeachment from the day he was elected, not even sworn into office. The day he was elected, you went on this march. Then you actually had legitimate marches when he was putting his hand up to be sworn into office. You have been on this forever. What are you so stupid that you don't understand if you just praise this president? He's your buddy.

you have made every wrong call and you have celebrated. They were again last night. They actually said, Chris Cuomo, these words came out. What was the date yesterday? The 18th? No, it was 24th. 24th. He actually said, September 24th,

a date which will live in it. Well, we don't know yet. Wow. That's the balance of the media. Holy cow. That's unbelievable. Every time, we got them this time, boys. It's almost like the Ghostbusters movie, the original,

where she pushes the button, we got one. It's every time they come swinging down that pole, running to their cars going, we got him this time. We got them in our trap. No, you don't. You know. Wouldn't you just feel just depressed at this point if you're CNN? You've tried this how many times over how over two years or three years.

Because it was last week that the New York Times was trying to tell everybody that they had a source that would lead to the impeachment of Kavanaugh. And everybody was talking about impeachment with Kavanaugh. Then we found out, oh, that's discredited. and we moved on the very next day the New York Times had a whistleblower that said they have something that could impeach Donald Trump. And we all went there. Yeah. And the guy heard it secondhand. What did he get the guy drunk who does the carpets in the West Wing?

We didn't, you know, a bathroom attendant heard something. But Trump comes out and he's so funny. He goes, it was the perfect phone call. Who qualifies phone calls like that? This is the perfect phone call. Honey, I'm not going to be home tonight. I'm going to strip club with my friends. I'll see you tomorrow morning.

And your wife goes, okay, honey, just wear a rubber. That's the perfect phone call. Or Megan Fox calls your apartment and says, I'm five minutes away, I have a gallon of baby oil and 50 blue shoes. That's the perfect phone call. Or the IRS going, you know what? owe you money. I got it. I got it. I got it. So what do you think is, what do you think is, who's this going to work out for? Because I can't find a good ending for Congress. I can't find a

good ending for Biden. I can't find a good ending really for Trump. I mean, unless Trump comes out and does the Bill Clinton thing, and let me be specific about that with you, that is, Bill Clinton thing. Yeah, where he came out and he said, I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky, and I got to go back to work for the American people. If he would come out and say, this is a clown show, I didn't do it, they know better than this, and I'm going to work for the American people. I don't care about any of this. I think he would be the adult in the room and it would make them look like the clown that they are. That's what he's saying, and that's what he's going to say. he's going to benefit from this unless our country is that stupid now but i mean they're saying

this is an impeachable offense how about obama saying to the president of russia in 2012 on a live mike uh medvedev i'll be more flexible after the campaign yeah what were they talking about a hot yoga class what do they i mean Biden why do you have to dig burr you don't have to dig dirt up on Biden he'll give it up him himself eventually. He's the opposite of a self-cleaning oven. You just got to get a couple of PBRs in him and go, Uncle Joe, tell us how you and Hunter scam the Chinese out of a billion and a half dollars. We were in unique situation, able to achieve unique success. He uses unique, like Trump uses terrific. I'm able to

tell you following for first time. You called me to congratulate me when I won presidential election. Second time, you're now calling me when my party won parliamentary election. I think I should run more often. You can call me more often. We can talk on the phone more often. Laughter. Trump says, that's a very good idea. I think your country is very happy about that.

Well, yes, to tell you truth, we are trying to work hard because we wanted to drain swamp here in our own country. We brought in many new people, not old politicians, not typical politicians, because we want to have great format and new type of government. You're a great teacher for us in that. the president. This is the part where the president gets the idea this is the perfect phone call. This guy is really, really sharp. Say these things to the president. He's going to say it's a perfect phone call.

President, well, it's very nice of you to say that. I'll say we do a lot for Ukraine. We spend a lot of effort and a lot of time, much more than the European countries are doing, and they should be helping you more than they are. Germany almost does nothing for you. I love this. All they do is talk, and I think it's something that you should really ask them about. when I was speaking to Angela Merkel, she talks about Ukraine and she doesn't do anything. A lot of the European countries are the same way. So I think it's something you want to look at, but the United States has been very good to Ukraine. I wouldn't say it's reciprocal necessarily because things are happening and are not good for the United States, but have been very good to the Ukraine. Okay.

Any problems with any of this so far? Yeah, nothing's happened. The president of Ukraine says, yes, you're absolutely. right, not only 100%, but actually 1,000 percent. This is the perfect protocol. I can tell you following.

I did talk to Angela Merkel, I did meet with her, I also met and talked with Macron and told them they are not doing quite as much they need to be doing on the issues with the sanctions. They are not enforcing the sanctions. They are not working as much as they should for Ukraine. Turns out that even logically the European Union should be our biggest partner,

but technically the United States is much bigger partner than the European Union. And I'm grateful for you because the United States is doing quite a lot for Ukraine, much more than European Union, especially when we're talking about sanctions against Russian Federation. I'd also like to thank you for your great support in the area of defense. We are ready to continue to cooperate for the next step specifically. We're almost ready to buy some more javelins from the United States for defense purposes. The president said, I'd like you to do us, I'd like you to do us a favor, though, because our country

has been through a lot, and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine. They say crowd strike. I guess you have one of your wealthy people, the server. They say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you're surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I'd like to have the Attorney General call you or your people,

and I'd like you to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, the whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller. an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine. Whatever you can do, it's important that you do it, if possible. President Zelensky says, yes, very important for me and everything you just mentioned earlier. For me, as president, it's important that we are open for any future cooperation. We are ready to open a new page and cooperation relations between the United States and Ukraine. For that purpose, I just recalled our ambassador from the United States,

and he will be replaced by a very competent and experienced ambassador who I work hard on making sure that our two nations are getting closer. I'd also like to hope to see him having your trust and confidence and have personal relations with you. You want to go on that one, Nick? I want to have personal relations with you so we can cooperate even more so. I will personally tell you that one of my assistants spoke to Mr. Giuliani just recently

and we're hoping very much that Mr. Giuliani will be able to travel to the Ukraine and we will meet once he comes to the Ukraine. I just want to assure you once again that you have nobody but friends around us. I will make sure that I surround myself with the best and most experienced people. I also want to tell you that we are friends. We're great friends.

You and Mr. President, we have friends in our country. We can continue our strategic partnership. I also plan to surround myself with great people in addition to that investigation. I guarantee the President of Ukraine that all the investigations will be done openly and candidly. That I can assure you. Good, because I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good, but he was shut down, and that's really unfair.

A lot of people are talking about that, the way you shut your own very good prosecutor down, and you had some very bad people involved. Mr. Giuliani is highly respected man. He's the mayor of New York City, a great mayor. I'd like him to call you. I will ask him to call you along with the Attorney General. Rudy very much knows what's happening, and he's very capable guy. If you could speak to him, that would be great. The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, she was bad news.

The woman. I like that. The woman. She was bad news and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news. I just want to let you know that. The other thing, there's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution. And a lot of people want to find out about whatever you can with the attorney general. That would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution. So if you can just look into it, it sounds horrible to me. The president responds. I want to tell you something about the prosecutor. First of all, I understand. I want you to understand I am knowledgeable about the situation. Since we won the absolute majority in our parliament, the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved by the parliament and will start a new prosecutor in September. He or she will look into the situation specifically to the company that you mentioned.

That would be Burisma. The issue of the investigation of this case is actually the issue of making sure they restore honesty so we can take care of that and we will work on the investigation of the case. On top of that, I would kindly ask if you had any additional information that you could provide us, it would be very helpful for the investigation to make sure we administered justice in our country with regard to the ambassador to the United States from Ukraine. As far as I recall, her name was Ivanovich. It was great that you were the first one who told me that she was a bad ambassador because I agree with you 100%. Her attitude towards me was far from the best as she admired the previous president, and she was on his.

decide she would not accept me as a new president well enough. Then the president says, okay, I'll have Mr. Giuliani call you, and I'll have Attorney General Barr call you, and we'll get to the bottom of it. I'm sure you'll figure it out. I hear from the prosecutor was treated very badly, and he was a very fair prosecutor, so good luck with everything. Your economy is going to get better and better, I predict, and you have a lot of assets. It's a great country. I have many Ukrainian friends. They're incredible people, and we're done. The rest is just good buys.

They go back and forth about energy and nonsense. What's your thought on that? Well, the creepiest thing about that whole reading was how good your Russian accent is. I'm starting to think you had something to do with this point. Are you hanging out with Carter Page for the last two years? That was Zumble. That was the best example of quid pro quo I've ever heard.

And that's one of the things they're going to look into.

Okay. What is the problem with that? CNN is reporting saying he said it twice. He said it twice. Oh, no, they said he repeatedly came back and asked about it. No, he said it twice. That's a repeat. Oh, my gosh.

Repeatedly. And the president of Ukraine said, we'd like your help. Yeah, that's the tough thing here. I mean, Ukraine is. It's not like this is like the Ukrainian president was not like, well, I don't know, Mr. President. I mean, that's not something that's on our agenda. I'm not sure. The Ukrainian president, the first time he brings it up, he's like, we know.

Yeah, we know about the issue. Then he goes, on top of that, I would kindly ask you, if you have any additional information that you can provide to us, it would be very helpful for the investigation to make sure that we administer justice in our country with regard to the ambassador to the United States from Ukraine. They were, he was pretty clear that he wanted the help of the president of the United States. The president wasn't saying, I'm going to not sell. you missiles because of, you know, because you won't help.

The president of Ukraine was like, I know, we got it. We're on top of it. In fact, we could use your help. So that's where this goes next, though, right? They're going to say, well, the money wasn't mentioned at all. Then they're going to say, well, now we have evidence that he did withhold the money because this guy didn't follow through on this promise. Right.

Like, that's going to be their next step in this, in this continual moving goalpost of impeachment. where every single day there's a new thing that's supposed to make it ironclad, that thing falls apart, and then the next day they move to something else. So the next thing is going to be, well, we didn't care about the transcript. The transcript. Who cares about what they said on the call? Of course he's not going to say anything on the call, but here's this next bit of information.

So what they're going to say next, because I didn't expect a transcript because this was taken by note takers. It must have been taken by some. It does say, there's a disclaimer in there, Glenn. I don't know if you saw it. I know you're reading it live on the air. says a memorandum of a telephone conversation is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of situation room duty officers and NSC policy staff

assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place. A number of factors can affect the accuracy of the record including poor telecommunications connections and variations and accent or interpretation. The word inaudible is used to indicate portions of the conversation that the note taker was unable to hear. So it's basically a live transcript. Yeah. But they're not guaranteeing 100% accuracy. So I think they're going to say, we need to hear the tape.

Yeah, right. Yep, you're probably right. I'll hear the tape. They'll go down that road. Because you don't hear the president's inflections. You need to hear his pauses and his inflections. The way he was saying, you know, we do a lot for Ukraine. I will say, too, it does not appear that Donald Trump is particularly familiar with

the story. As you read the transcript, he does not know the details. He has generally speaking the players and then it keeps saying, you got to talk to Rudy, you got to talk to Barr about this because they know all about it. He at one point says crowd strike, almost

like it's a question. He's like they call it crowd strike. Right? Like he doesn't seem to be completely in tune with this actual information, which I think works to his advantage politically. I mean, he does not look like he's he's obsessed about this.

He's not an orchestra. He's telling the attorney general. It legitimately reads. It reads as if someone says, hey, while you're on the phone with this guy, ask him if he's got any information about this. Here's some notes on it.

And it looks like it's, it honestly comes off as if he's reading. He says they call it crowd strike. Like, it's not his information. He's like, this is what people have handed me this document and what they've said.

I mean, I think that works to his advantage in this particular situation, right? He does not seem to be, hyper-focused on Biden, he seems to be making a request to make sure that this goes

down the road of investigation. We lost $1.8 billion. It was stolen from the United States. Stolen by the oligarch that happens to own Burisma, which he doesn't even know his name. Right. He says, you have

a very wealthy person. Yeah. The oligarch that owns Burisma that that Hunter Biden was working for and Hunter Biden's partner was also working for, they were the ones that were going to help them administer all of the American money, and they'd get paid heavy fees for that. So they were put on the board because they have zero experience, zero experience in natural gas or anything like this.

So they were put on the board. For what reason? That money was transferred into a bank account. and that bank happened to be owned by the same, you know, oligarch that owned the gas company, and it just disappeared. And it went off to a whole bunch of offshore accounts. And nobody knows what happened to it. Don't you want to know?

Don't you think the president should be asking, hey, what happened to our $1.8 million or billion? What happened to that? You know, can we make sure that our guys were not involved in that? because it seems like you had a guy investigating that. He was about to investigate Joe Biden, and then it stopped because Joe Biden said he's going to threaten the money and hold up the money unless you fire him.

What was that about? Doesn't that seem like something logical to ask as president of the United States? What else is going to talk to the guy about? I mean, it's kind of embarrassing, honestly. When you listen to these, I mean, reading this transcript is embarrassing. for the president of Ukraine

just because he's just they just heap the kiss ass onto Donald Trump and I it is like Isn't this the guy supposed to be the John Stewart guy Wasn't he the guy who was like

Basically John Stewart won the presidency in Ukraine Yeah isn't this guy Yeah And so I would assume he's not He did not run as a guy who I'm super aligned with Donald Trump And now this comes out As a

As a transcript where he's just completely kissing ass. I mean, and again, look, we're the, we're the United States of America, these other countries. You don't think that everyone was kissing Barack Obama's ass? Oh, totally. It's just so, it's so, like, you go to your people and you say,

I'm going to stand up to these, you know, these other countries and we're, and then it's just like, not only do I 100% agree, I 1,000% agree with you. That's legitimately a quote from this transcript. It's so laughable. How damaging? is this to the internal security of Ukraine.

Because if his supporters would hear him talk like that, and it might have all just been political, they'll go, you're a total sellout. I will say that is, I do expect that to be a new narrative from the media to say, first of all, they're releasing this and they're hurting Ukraine. Yeah, they're hurting the president there. He's showing, you know, he's tipping his hand on a bunch of stuff that he shouldn't be released.

And also the Angola Merkel thing. He's like, look, Merkel's doing nothing for you. You know, we're doing a lot for you, but she's doing nothing. She doesn't care about you at all. I guarantee you. Supposedly an ally, right? So they'll say that that's a problem. Yesterday, yesterday, right after Pelosi's speech, when it was brought up,

why not just wait for 18 hours? Why not just wait until this comes out? I am perplexed by this. And you seem to have a better handle on this part of it than I do maybe, but Nancy Pelosi was. Pelosi was the firewall against impeachment for this entire time. At least has been

reported in a million different places. There's so many different ways to look at it. One, one could be that she wants the fight to be between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Because this is

my belief on the way this affects the race in that this, the big loser here, to me is Elizabeth Warren. And I don't think that we talked about this a little bit beforehand and there was varying opinions on this. Everything from, you know, agreeing with that point and the exact opposite, that it helps Elizabeth Warren. But let me give you the case on it hurting Elizabeth Warren.

Here she is. She's rising in the race. She's the number one contender now. It seems to be down to a two-person race for all intents and purposes at this point. Biden and Warren. Warren's rising. Now the Democrats are all going to jump on board with an impeachment with no evidence, with no evidence yet. We didn't even have the transcript. And they all jump in on this issue that's related directly to Joe Biden, which is going to present a marquee matchup to everyone in America who does not follow these things very closely of seeing like Trump was so afraid of Joe Biden that he was calling foreign

leaders to try to get dirt on him. This is Trump versus Biden. and every piece of reporting, as it's tied to this impeachment, is going to be Trump versus Biden, Trump versus Biden, Trump versus Biden. Biden support, people who are considering Biden are going to see this as, who's the guy who can beat Donald Trump? Well, Trump has told us. He called Ukraine and tried to ruin this guy's political career before it even started.

He wasn't calling about Elizabeth Warren. He was calling because he's afraid of Joe Biden. And they want, you know, as you pointed out earlier, CNN and all these media sources, are all focused on whatever's going to stop Trump. So they're going to be hyper-focused on this impeachment talk. And that presents essentially, you know, Rocky Balboa versus Ivan Drago, right? You have a marquee matchup of two people. And is that going to help Elizabeth Warren, who's the person left out of this conversation,

who's just saying, yeah, we should impeach him over that. Trump is going after Biden directly in their minds. And so they're going to see this as, okay, well, this has been decided. These are the two people. And I wonder if Pelosi is breaking here on this issue because she doesn't want Elizabeth Warren. She doesn't want Bernie Sanders. She'd rather have Biden and sees this as a way of focusing this race on these two people. That could be.

And I think my guess is that's. old think, because I think what my gut tells me, and I want to hear from you, our phones are 888727 BECK, we're going to take a lot of phone calls and want to hear your opinion. My take is that this taints Biden so badly. Now, their attempt, I think their attempt is we can get in front of this and we'll call this what aboutism when they start to drag this out. We'll be on the record saying, this is a conspiracy theory. This is only a response because of what the Democrats tried to impeach Trump over.

This is a nothing burger. And everybody knows it. I think this is a way to clear Biden. That's interesting because I think it's going to be what Trump's going to do is now dive deeper into this and start promoting all of these things that the American people don't know about Biden. It doesn't clear him of China and any of that. I don't think it's going to clear him. No, I think it's going to hurt him deeply. But it's going to be set up as do you agree with Biden or do you agree with Trump?

And for Democratic voters, that is a decision that Elizabeth Warren doesn't like the construct of. You've tied Biden to the press. You've tied Biden now to impeachment. If this turns out to nothing, again, the press is hurt. Biden is hurt by it. You're making a big deal out of this and your strategy didn't work. And I think what most people miss is, and I could be wrong, I think most people in the country are so sick and tired of this that they would be, they'd consider going a third way. Now, that means that Elizabeth Warren would have to become a moderate, which I don't think could happen. I think they've just misread the American people entirely.

To me, it shows how clueless the Democratic Party and quite honestly the politicians and the means, media really are. They're living in a different country. And it is a country of their own making. So about an hour ago, the classified secret phone call between the president of the United States and the president of Ukraine came out, and it is nothing. A big zero burger. Nothing in it. Nothing. Yeah, but the president talked about, you know,

So now your comments. What the hell is going on? What is the strategy behind this other than just, flat out craziness. I think the Democrats literally have gone insane. I think the media has literally gone insane. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This is what they did last week with Kavanaugh.

They had a secret source. They said that he did something and they were going to impeach him and they were all talking about impeachment. That was Monday through Wednesday. Then it was over. Then on Wednesday, morning, a new accusation came out about the president. Oh, my gosh, we can impeach him on this

and they've been talking about impeachment. Yesterday they said, we're going to launch impeachment proceedings, which they're not, actually. There's nothing formal that has been, that nothing's changed except she gave a speech. What is their strategy?

They have laws that they pass that they exempt themselves from. They are above the law.

And when they commit crimes like sexual harassment, probably sexual attacks of some sort, like slapping somebody in the butt or whatever, they use our money to pay off the victims. And we aren't allowed to know who would. is paying off, you know, some poor victim. We don't need to know the victim, but we have a right to know who these perpetrators are. People are that are not exonerated. So, Mark, I have to tell you, I agree.

I think that we are living in the times right now where you obviously are a longtime listener. Thank you for the duct tape reference. You've heard me talk about the Bubba effect. That's what's happening right now. The Bubba effect is going into hyperdrive. Another year of this, and no one's going to listen or believe. They started mocking people in Congress last week during these hearings. They were openly mocking them.

Those people should have respect, you know. Nobody has respect for these people. None of them. No one has respect for them. These guys should be very concerned. And that's why I think they are working with Google. and everyone else. They've got to get their power base somehow.

They should be very concerned that they are becoming a national joke. Now, it's always been a joke, always been a joke, but a good, kind-hearted joke. Not anymore. We're to the point where, like, I'm not going to listen to you. Really? Oh, really? You're going to protect the Constitution now. Yeah.

Where were you on the IRS? targeting conservatives under Obama. Oh, that's right. That's right. That was nothing. Oh, you're going to go after Donald Trump now on this phone call where here's the document. There's absolutely nothing in it that is of concern or at least impeachable for sure. But you don't want to hear about the Joe Biden thing with his son. That's a conspiracy theory. No, that happened.

We have all the facts. We have all the facts. You know where we get some of the facts? The New York Times. How is it possibly a conspiracy when the New York Times itself reported it? Can I ask another question on this? Because you're helping me clarify this a little bit today. Let's just say the worst is true.

The accusations against the president with this Ukraine thing are fully true and they will play out with evidence. Let's say a recording of Donald Trump. Okay. Holding the cat in his big oversized chair, petting the kitty. Yes, yes, now my plans. Right. So the accusation is Donald Trump uses the power of his office to influence Ukraine and an investigation in Ukraine to get the result he wants. And if he doesn't get that result, he's going to withhold money that Ukraine is expecting. That's the accusation against Donald Trump. And we don't have all the evidence that that's true. They deny that it's true. But let's just say he came out and there was a statement of him admitting this in public. How is that different than the actual initial conversation about Joe Biden? This is the initial clip that started this whole Joe Biden thing,

him talking in front of an audience, talking about how he went to Ukraine and threatened them if they did not pursue this investigation in the way that he wanted. And fire the prosecutor. He would withhold money. He's admitted this on camera. Listen to the clip. I'm desperately concerned about the backsliding on the part of Kiev in terms of corruption.

They made, I mean, I'll give you one concrete example. I was not I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones. And so I got Ukraine. And I remember going over convincing our team, or others to convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee.

And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yotsanyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't. So they said they were walking out to press conference, and said, no, I said, I'm not going to, or we're not going to, give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You're not the president. The president said, I said, call him. I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting the billion dollars. I said, you're not getting the billion. I'm going to be leaving here. I think it was what, six hours. I look at it. I said, I'm leaving it six hours. If the prosecutor's not fired,

you're not getting the money. Oh, son of a b***. Got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time. So again, like, forget the, forget the Hunter Biden part of this at all. Forget if he was motivated by Hunter Biden. Forget that for a second. This is the exact thing they are accusing Donald Trump of doing of withholding money to get a particular result in an investigation with this particular case firing a prosecutor from all investigations. And he's withholding money and he's using the power of his office to accomplish that goal. It is precisely the thing they're accusing Donald Trump of and it's the thing that started. conservatives on this whole, on this whole chase in the first place.

And so that made me think of this as we were talking about, what is the motivation here? Is the motivation essentially to get out in front of how bad this is for Biden? Because now you can say, look what you're doing. They've both done the same thing. Yeah, exactly. Right. And you are missing the Hunter Biden story. Right.

What he did with the prosecutor, that may be that they fired the right prosecutor or fired the wrong prosecutor. Listen to the president. This is from the transcript. I heard that you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that's really unfair. A lot of good people are talking about that. The way they shut your very good prosecutor down and you had some very bad people involved. So now he's coming to the president of Ukraine saying the exact opposite.

The exact opposite. Barack Obama and Joe Biden said that's a bad prosecutor. Some people think he was a bad prosecutor. Some people, like the current president of Ukraine, don't think he was a bad prosecutor, don't think he was a bad prosecutor, thought he was a good prosecutor that was going to be, that was wronged. Okay, I don't know, but you have them saying exactly the same thing just on opposite sides on who the bad guy and the good guy was. It's the same story. Now, there's additional layers. And also, we should point out, again, that Trump has not admitted to doing the thing that Biden did admit doing.

He didn't. It was said by this inside source that that's what he did. That there is no talk of that whatsoever. None in the transcripts. None. It was a friendly phone call. The president of Ukraine was like, I know, we got to get all over that. We are working on it now. We'd love your help on that. They were in complete agreement. So is the effort here by Pelosi to launch this investigation and the inquiry into impeachment to essentially give the impression that both of these guys are guilty of the same thing so you can't really count it against Biden? And that means that you have to go through a million loops and you have to forget about the Hunter Biden part of the story. Let me give you something that really didn't get much attention.

It was reported that Robert Menendez, Dick Durbin, Patrick Leahy, wrote a letter to Ukraine's prosecutor general. Uri Lusenko, expressing concern at the closing of four investigations they said were critical to the Mueller probe. In the letter, they implied that the support for the U.S. assistance to Ukraine was at stake, describing themselves as strong advocates for robust and close relationships with Ukraine. The Democratic senators declared, we have supported the capacity building process and are disappointed that some in Kiev appear to have cast aside those democratic principles to avoid the ire of President Trump

before demanding Lusenko reverse, I'm quoting, reverse course and halt any efforts to impede cooperation in this important investigation. So, wait a minute. So you now have, you now have the senators, three Democratic senators, going to Ukraine,

saying exactly the same thing that they just accused President Trump of doing. This doesn't go anywhere. They all did it. And everything in today's world is political. When bathrooms are political, of course political people, talking to other political people is going to be political. Because there is no integrity anymore on any front. It's all about politics now.

So this is misdirection. This is saying, see, what Joe Biden did in Ukraine wasn't bad. I don't have a problem with what Joe Biden did in the Ukraine unless it is connected to that prosecutor going in and starting and opening an investigation on Burisma. And that includes the board of directors which Joe Biden's son was on. We lost that. Remember, he said, we're not going to give another billion. We're not going to give another billion dollars. Well, we did give another billion dollars. But what that prosecutor was looking for was,

where did the $1.8 billion that was supposed to be in this bank and then go through Burisma, where did that money go? Because it was just gone. It went to offshore entities. And the guy who owned the bank owned Burisma. And the guy who's on the board of directors was Joe Biden's son. Why was he on the board of directors? he speak Russian? Does he

know about the oil and gas industry? The answer is no. This is misdirection to make it seem like what Joe Biden did was just say fire that prosecutor. That's not where the problem is. And

the bad news for Joe Biden is it's even worse in China. In China, it was literally our national security. It wasn't just our money. It was our national security at stake. So Thanksgiving is coming up soon. Do you have to be thankful for today?

Let's talk about China instead. What's going away on this is something that is not illegal.

It is not illegal, believe it or not, for a politician to let his family make all kinds of money off the side while doing deals. I mean, it's insanity that we allow this to happen. But who's going to change the law? The people who are benefiting from it? This law should be changed. So what Joe Biden did, we don't think, was illegal, but it is grotesque. And so anybody who says, you know, Joe Biden should go to jail or Joe Biden, no, no, no. This to me is an impeachable offense if he was the vice president because you get to make up whatever it is that is a high crime or misdemeanor.

It's whatever the public thinks is discrediting, dishonoring, or hurt. hurting the office that you hold and hurting the public. Well, I think this really hurts the United States when you have a vice president getting money. Let's change to China. A vice president meeting on certain things while his son is meeting with the Bank of China, which is the Communist Party. So dad's in one room talking to the Communist Party leaders about politics. And the sons in the other room with the Communist Party.

talking about the bank giving him all kinds of money to invest. And then that son taking that money and buying U.S. companies that help transfer weapon technology to China. Do you, are you okay with that? Because it's perfectly legal. But are you okay with that? Because I'm not. I don't like this at all. And that's what Joe Biden is hoping he's going to get off the hook.

with because the press will do the press we have we have the senators doing exactly the same thing they're accusing Donald Trump of and so far we don't have Donald Trump we have the text he's not he's not threatening them he's not threatening any quid pro quo the senators did Joe Biden did but the media will focus it on that's Joe Biden's sin and we just let the president get off with that. That's not the sin. Is it an effort essentially to make it into this? He said, she said, red versus blue thing. They both are guilty and you can't sort it all out. They both did bad things with Ukraine. They're both the same. Let's just not even think about that. We've said this forever that if Biden runs and wins, this is going to become a massive issue for him. Is this

their essentially preemptive effort to diffuse that? I think it is. but you have to then rope in China. It shouldn't work. I'm just saying that this is their strategy. Because the accusation isn't even the same. No one's saying that Joe, that Donald Trump wanted Biden, the result with Biden because he wanted to help his son make money. That's not even an accusation.

You throw away the entire Hunter Biden's storyline, which is the main storyline. But he has had admitted on camera the worst accusation about Trump and Ukraine. Biden has admitted on camera. Yeah, I know. I just don't even... You don't have to...

What should the Attorney General be? Should Bill Bar be impeached too? Because he apparently knew about this. They were going to impeach him over the fact that he delayed the summary for three days. Geez, if you want to talk about, you know, somebody saying one thing to the public and then saying something else to the other, I don't know, you can keep your doctor and you're going to save $2,500 per family. That's probably an impeachable thing. Here's the president has made a call. His interest is political, but our interest is cleaning up corruption.

They both align. Right. That's why I think Because I mean, I think you can look at this and say, well, I mean, look, he's about to go up against Biden. You know, we were raising questions right around this time about this story and made a big deal about it. And I think it is a huge liability for Joe Biden as he enters a general election campaign. It's not going to do much in a Democratic primary. But in a general election campaign, this story, when you have it all laid out, is really, it brings a lot of questions up.

Okay. When it comes to the way he handled this. And he's admitted to large portions of it, as you heard in the tape we just played. So, like, you take a step back from this, and it's like, I don't understand where they think they can go with this, other than just to muddy the waters. It is an effort seemingly.

Chaos is the key word. Exactly. You know, because it's going to get frustrating. Oh, this person, this person's saying this about Ukraine. This person's saying that. I don't even know what it means. Look, I either trust, you know, the, the left or the right. It really does set it up as a Biden versus Trump contest. Who do you believe?

And that's something that is really good for the Democrats if you understand the full story behind what actually happened with you. But the one thing that we're not talking about today is the fact that Elizabeth Warren in many polls now is starting to pull ahead of Joe Biden. So you're not talking about Joe Biden's collapse. So that does work in favor of Joe Biden. Although I don't think this is going to help him at all. I don't think there's any winners in this. Ken in Arizona, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. they don't know what's going on, and they think it's a circus. So why are we treating this so seriously? I mean, we have to, our job is to get the truth out as we understand it. to get the truth out. But are we playing into this? Conservative news sources usually,

Yes, good morning, Glenn. Good morning, Stu. The thing that's most upsetting to me, the most frustrating thing, and I think the average voter sees this, is that there's no accountability. We go from one story to the next, whether it's Hillary's 30,000, east, and I think, and I think the average voter sees this, is that there's Hillary's 30, emails, or it's the Mueller investigation with the Russian collusion, the obstruction. You know, there doesn't have to be anything there. We've read the transcript between Trump and the Ukrainian president, but it doesn't matter. It just matters that they can go on and continue this investigation, so-called investigation for a couple of more years to damage Trump.

Well, you know, that's why I said earlier today that we're goldfish. last week, based on an anonymous source at the time, they were going after and going to impeach Kavanaugh. And that was the big story, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. He's going to be impeached. He's got to be off the Supreme Court. Then it was revealed, oh, wait, that source was wrong. The next day, the New York Times had another source,

unnamed, unknown, with unknown information about this document that was released today. and they're all going on about impeachment. We're goldfish. At what point are you going to remember, wait, the same people said the same thing about somebody else last week, and it was discredited? How many times are you going to fall for this? It just goes to a much greater problem, which is the media,

and they will lie through a mission. They're not going to cover this story. They're just going to cover the transcript and what Trump said. They're not going to cover all the details that you are out in front of. I think it was clear back in March you had the author of Secret Empires on, and we know all the information. We appreciate you getting that out because there's fewer and fewer sources to get the truth. But the problem is the reason we're so polarized in this country is you can't have a conversation with the other side because they don't get that information. All you have to do is find out their news sources and what they listen to, and you can't have a conversation.

You're living in an alternative universe when you go to talk to. And you'll mention a fact, or you mentioned something about Biden going to China. They'll go, what? What are you talking about? So this is a tremendous problem. It even goes to our schools where you have these liberal individuals that are writing for our history books. We don't get the correct information anymore. You know, I, Stewart, yesterday I did a monologue. I don't know if you heard it about the greatest heist in all of human history.

and it was not just our money, our jobs, our joy, but our identity, our history, everything has been taken from us, everything. And of course we're not going to know how to handle things if we don't know who we are. We don't know who we are anymore. We don't know where we came from. We don't know why we came here. Everything has been distorted and anything has been, anything that is good has been erased. Of course we have chaos. Of course we don't know what to believe.

People are being told you've been lied to about this country and about who we are and who you are your entire life. Of course. Who would you trust? And then there's no one in a position of power that is actually seemingly exercising it with restraint. My son yesterday came home and he said, dad I almost had my first fight today now this was concerning because he's about to get his black belt in taekwondo

and he's been sparring lately and and he he's like I want to I want to go really spar and I'm like why do you want to get hit why do you want to get hit in the face I don't understand that where's the joy in that if you're good at it that's the point yeah I know yeah good hits that's what he's that's what he says and he's like go ahead try to hit me in the face and I'm like no I'm not playing that

Anyway, I've been reading it with him, and I've been, you know, making sure that it's all highlighted and everything with him. And so he had his job done. Well, this kid was trustworthy. He's new in the school. He thinks he's fine. He's like, I forgot my book. Can I borrow your book? And I'll give it back to you.

Yeah, well, the teacher happened to know that it was Raff's book because he sits right in front of the teacher. So when she saw that book that he had, Rave didn't know he was using it to to con the teacher. He just thought he needed the book. He said, I left it at home and blah, blah, blah. Fine, so he does it. He goes back to the classroom afterwards and he's open about it. He's like, hey, where's my book? I need my book.

And the kid, you know, went back and forth. and started joking and the teacher walks in. And she said, oh, you think this is funny? Go ahead. Tell him what you did with the book. Anyway, long story short, he was using Rhaef to cheat without Rave knowing. And then he marked up Rave's book. Okay?

And Rave was really upset. And kids like, you know, the teacher said, tell him what you did. And he looks down. And Rave takes it from there. And he said, What did you do to my book? And the kid said something under his breath while looking down. And Rave said, no, look me in the eye and tell me what you did.

First of all, this is the nerdiest fight topic in history. I know, I know. I know. He's like, look me in the eye and tell me what you did. And the kid looked him in the eye. And he said, why would you do that? And he said, because I was being a jerk. And he said, fine, go. And the kid just went.

and left and he looked at the teacher and he said I'm sorry and she's like no I think you handled that really well so he came home and told me and we had a long conversation about when you have power and you know you can take them and you don't that's really important who in our lives are offering examples of having power and then not using it because it's not the right thing, not calling people names, not crushing them when they can, not, you know, I saw Donald Trump the other day, and I have to admit, I enjoyed it for a second, because Mitt Romney was like, this guy's got to be impeached. And I'm like, imagine Mitt Romney is as bad as Orrin Hatch, but at least Orrin Hatch had 20 good years of being a conservative before he went nuts.

Romney's picking it right up. And so Trump did, you know, a little clip of him losing the election. And I thought, okay, that's childish. Don't you don't need to. I enjoyed it. And then I said, that's childish. Who in the media is living up to their responsibility and going, guys, I don't like him as much as anybody else. But this isn't right.

Nobody. Nobody. You're going to have to be that example in your own life. You know, I remember when I first started preparing for, you know, any kind of disaster. The food that we bought were MREs. that I can quickly. I watched live in this night and he was saying about all this. Where are the Republicans? My thought was, well, they're probably as guilty as bottom is. So, you know, from a few years ago, There is something that Russas would be charged with insider trading. They can do when it's perfectly legal. So my guess they're keeping quiet because we don't want their case law. Man, you're breaking up so badly, Claire. I think I have the gist here that the GOP is just as dirty. I think this is true.

There's a mountain of evidence on Gazprom and that scandal and also Burisma. There are a lot of people involved, and I think they are on both sides. and I think that the Democrats are, they don't want radicals. They don't want radicals. They want someone who can beat who they think is a radical, Donald Trump. But they're looking for the same thing we are. We're still in line. No one has given us what Barack Obama promised, and that was hope and change.

Hope for a transparent, ethical government. and it's getting worse and worse every election. And the media is missing this. They're missing it all over the world. They're missing it with Brexit. That's what the people in France want. That's what the people in Brexit want. That's what the people in Hong Kong want.

That's what the people in Germany and Sweden and America want. We want a government that is responsible, that they are accountable, they're transparent, and they answer to the will of the people. And nobody in the world is giving it to them, and the media ignores it.
