Starting point is 00:00:00 When you were little, you had braced in the course of recreat, always in trying to negotiate, exchanging the cards of hockey, the bonhom, the bracelets, even of the collation. You know that each has a value,
Starting point is 00:00:10 well, before to have counted. And, and the things have not really changed. Negoti-tit-T-D you can't to renew with your instinct of negotiation.
Starting point is 00:00:19 With, without operation gratuit, no amount of minimum and noct money-musts. You're made for negotiate, and the
Starting point is 00:00:25 appellee-tit-tit-tit-ted and fete to you help. Telecharge it right now. What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is
Starting point is 00:01:10 the Glenn Beck Program. Erica, hello America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. It is Friday. And we concentrate on you. We'll talk about it in just a couple of seconds. First, my Patriots apply. I'm a big fan of food.
Starting point is 00:01:28 You know, I mean, look at me. It's not too hard to tell that. However, I'm even a bigger fan of food when it's essential to life. And we could have any kind of problem here in America, and we would have a hard time finding food for our children and for our families. Do not find yourself at the whims of someone else. Make sure that you have enough food for your family in case of an emergency situation. Mypatriotsupply.com.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Mypatriotsupply.com. Now, if you order before 3 p.m., your items are going to ship the same day. It's really super fast. It's really good food, and you can pick and choose what you want. And it has breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks, drinks, everything. By the way, speaking of drinks, don't forget about water filtration and the purification products. Perfect for your bugout bag, survival supply, or just a camping pack. Mypatriotsupply.com has it all.
Starting point is 00:02:33 Mypatriotsupply.com. Prepare mypatriotsupply.com. All right. So today, I really want to talk to people who disagree with me. Because I don't, you can disagree with me on things and, you know, that's normal. but I really don't understand people who, for instance, are Democrat and at this point hasn't seen what is happening to our country and what has happened to the Democratic Party. So I want to talk to common sense Democrats.
Starting point is 00:03:19 And what I mean is no political hacks. I want honest conversation. I'm not going to try to change your mind. I want you to know up front. I'm not going to try to change your mind. I am not going to, you know, make you look foolish or anything else. I never invite people. This is probably the longest running rule we have.
Starting point is 00:03:43 If I invite people into my house, I do not embarrass them or bring them in unless they know. If you say, this is not going to be a pleasant conversation. Then they know coming in. You're not walking into a friendly room. You're walking into a friendly room. I am not trying to change your mind. I am not trying to argue with you. I really, truly just want to listen and understand.
Starting point is 00:04:11 So I'm going to ask questions, but they'll be honest questions not to make you look bad or to win. And if I want to call you stupid, I'll shut up. Okay. That's my promise. To me, in case you want to call me stupid. I'll call you stupid whatever I want. I'm just saying to a caller who you're promising you'll be nice to, I won't then inject in the conversation and call you stupid while you're being nice.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Thank you, Stu. See? This is how you come together, America. We're modeling this behavior for you. I'm wondering. So we're opening up the phones now 888-7-27-B-E-C-K. And it can be a lot of things. It can be, you know, you voted for Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:04:54 and you're seeing things now, but you can't bring yourself to vote for a Republican. Okay, believe me, I understand that. I just want to understand where you are. I don't want to just preach to the choir. I really want to understand the people who are sitting in the pews or the people who are outside of the church going, this is a sham inside that church. 8 at 8-727-B-E-C-K.
Starting point is 00:05:24 So while we're screening through the calls, can you give me a, like, are you looking for someone, let's say, who was a Clinton or Biden voter in the past two elections? Something like that. Yeah, Obama. Yeah, Clinton or Obama. Okay. Someone who's voted in the past, maybe someone who is looking at this election and saying, you know, I don't like what Biden's doing, but I can't deal with Trump or DeSantis or any of these Republicans. But I don't know. I don't know if anybody would call in, but preferably somebody who says, I still like Biden.
Starting point is 00:05:59 I still like him. I voted for him and I still like him. Or yeah, yeah, maybe like, even though if you don't think he's the most dynamic candidate in the world, you like the policies better than you like the Republican policy. And, you know, you see what the media is saying about him as accurate. What about this person? Because the media says this person does not exist. A person who was a Trump over Clinton voter.
Starting point is 00:06:25 But in those four years, switched to Biden. And we know there were, you know, a lot of those people, Trump, Trump, then Biden, now coming back to Trump. Because they say, once you switch from Trump, you're never going back to Trump. So if you're Trump Biden, you're going to be Biden again. That's what the media keeps telling us. So a Trump Biden Trump person. If they exist. Do they exist?
Starting point is 00:06:47 Okay. We're like those, you know, nature shows. where we're like going through the forests. Right. We're like looking for a rare creature that has never before and been discovered. So Kathy is a common sense Democrat and she's in Florida. Hello, Kathy. Thank you for listening.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Hi. Hi. How are you? Very good. I'm excited that you talk to me because I'm wondering when somebody with my thoughts are going to be popping on your radio show. Really? Well, I'm glad.
Starting point is 00:07:18 Right now you're here. I'm glad. Okay. So tell me your thoughts. Where are you and what have you been thinking? Well, I'm disgusted with all the old guys running for office and the fact that we just seem to be stuck in name games and name calling instead of worrying about what's happening to me, the average American who makes under $100,000 a year. And I don't care what side of the aisle you're on. They're just, they're all in the, they're just, they're just, not in it for me. Well, I can understand that. Now, is there
Starting point is 00:07:58 anyone on the horizon that you, even if they're not running, that you would say this person? Well, surprisingly, you know, the debate for the Republican was pretty good, but we're not going to end up with a woman president, so I don't even want to mention her name.
Starting point is 00:08:19 So, no, no, no, Nikki Haley. So you like Nikki Haley? What do you like about her? Um, she seems willing to listen to everybody. I mean, the whole abortion question was very, you know, more centered on, let's make a medical decision and not let's make a law. And, you know, there are women who have medical issues who almost die because the doctors are afraid to abort and the, the child is, you know, that's not an viable, a viable fee.
Starting point is 00:08:55 it so or baby or whatever you want to call you know and the doctors are afraid they're going to lose their license and the woman almost loses her life because how sick do you have to be to be you know endangered your life endangered and I just think that we're taking too many things you know here in Florida you can't take a factual book about two penguins who happen to be male and raise an egg you know not the fact that it's just two birds that don't normally do things it's just the fact that they're good birds. You know, I mean, and we have to take that out of the school because it's damaged people. So you want to be interested in your child's life, be interested in your child's life, not your
Starting point is 00:09:36 neighbor's child's life. Okay. So, so where do you stand on schools and what's being taught in schools? Are you fine with the, you know, drag queen story hour or? Drag Queen Story Hour, I think, is fine at the public library. And, you know, I can see where parents should be able to opt their kids out of that. And I don't know how many drag queens actually go into the schools. So, you know.
Starting point is 00:10:11 So. That I understand where parents can have a problem with that. But the library is a fine place to have that so that you have a choice to bring your child there or not. Would you be fine with Kirk Cameron coming in? and with religious-centered books into the library? You have the choice to bring your child there or not. Okay. Do you...
Starting point is 00:10:35 School just needs to be Story Hour. Pardon me? And, you know, bring a politician in maybe. I don't know, let Rick Scott go read a book for Kamala Harris. Not that we're going to get a VP in there or a senator, but, you know. So where do you stand... So where do you stand on parental rights in school? on, you know, the parents having a right to know what their kids are doing, if they're transitioning.
Starting point is 00:11:07 Do their parents have a right to know that? Your child goes to school six or seven hours a day, and then you have them for 18. If you don't know what's going on with them, how involved of a parent are you is my first question. Okay. Now, let's say that's, you know, let's just accept that premise. But should the school be able to keep information from you? I don't think they should be able to hide information, but I certainly don't think that they need to be saying, your child wants to be called by a different name today. You know, there are children, especially little, you know, the younger kids. I mean, sometimes they want to be a dog. You know, I mean, they're just,
Starting point is 00:11:58 They're just trying on what they hear in the world. Right. What they hear at home, what they hear, you know, in school. And so is, do you think that's healthy mentally for them? I mean, I'm not talking about little kids. I'm talking about, you know, teenagers that say I'm a dog. Or I'm a girl who says, I'm a boy. Should that just be accepted?
Starting point is 00:12:26 I think we should help them. Wouldn't it be nice if we had some counselors at school so they could help them instead of one for every five high schools or, you know, two guidance counselors for 3,000 students in a high school? Sure. But should the parents be involved in that? Should the parents be notified if a school counselor is notified that they honestly think that they're a boy? I think they should ask their pay. I think they should be finding out if they've talked to their parents. and encourage them to talk to their parents.
Starting point is 00:13:02 But I think that's a small percentage of students. I think we have more bullies and we're concentrating on this. And we have more bullies who then go and shoot up schools. You know, and that's a bigger problem. I mean, if your child is trying to be trans and you don't know about it and you're upset about it, that's not going to affect me as much as your child is a bully. and you know about it and you don't do anything and they go in and they shoot up my child. Yeah, I mean, I think those are two different issues.
Starting point is 00:13:37 They are. Yeah. But my whole thing is we're spending too much time and energy. Florida is wasting so much time and energy on this. And we have a rent and a rent housing and insurance crisis right now. I mean, it's $1,200 for 400 square feet. No, I know. We're making $12 or $14 an hour.
Starting point is 00:13:56 So what's... That's the problem. That's the 2% of the children that want to be something they're not born into. We're wasting too much energy politically on stuff that is not. So let me ask you, what is causing the high rise in prices of homes in Florida? It's a good question. Well, I mean, do you have any thoughts on that? The cost of the house, are you talking about the rent?
Starting point is 00:14:26 The cost or the rent? What would be the cause of rights? of rising rents and greed? Supply and demand. Yeah, greed. If I raise the price, they'll have to pay it. And somebody else, if they don't, somebody else will. Okay, you were going to say the second one, which is supply and demand, and that's different than greed. But there are plenty of houses for sale right now. But you can't afford the 20% down because you don't make enough money, so you have to rent. Uh-huh. So why do we have the problem with...
Starting point is 00:15:06 You're lying about work. There's workforce housing, and they're overcharging for that. They're overcharging what the law allows for workforce housing. You know, the government's not doing its job and tracking the important things that help lower cost people. Okay. They're not helping the insurance go down. You know, eight insurance companies have left South Florida for homeowners. That's a lot. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Mm-hmm. Can I get back to the housing thing? What is causing the price to go up? I mean, besides greed? Hello? Could it be that other states that are raising taxes and stifling business and stifling people on making choices for people instead of letting them make their own choices, that that influx of that many people is driving the housing prices? up.
Starting point is 00:16:13 We don't have a ton of people coming down. We're not bringing in new businesses, but what is happening is people can work remotely now. Uh-huh. The weather is much better here than it is everywhere else. Okay, so it's a weather thing. Well, it's beautiful. I mean, no, I know. I've lived in Florida.
Starting point is 00:16:30 I know. I know. All right. Kathy, thank you for calling. I appreciate it. You're welcome. You bet. You bet.
Starting point is 00:16:39 You bet. You bet. You bet. That was very. very difficult, especially for Stu. Don't say. No, I just want to listen to people today. I may not be able to make it three hours, but I'm, I learned something there. It's interesting to hear her list of concerns.
Starting point is 00:17:02 No, it is. It is. And it's, and it's, there's a disconnect there. And I don't know what it is. And I don't know how. to help it, but there is a disconnect. We're looking for things that maybe we can connect and help people, and she can help me understand what people are feeling.
Starting point is 00:17:26 And I will tell you that, you know, I tend to think that it is the Fed and the banks and the government that have all colluded to, you know, make money for the people at the very, very top and the things like ESG and BlackRock that are coming in and just buying up all these homes at higher prices than even offered. I think there's a lot to do with that, but also supply and demand on the influx of people. And there is a huge influx of people in Florida and in Texas and some of these other freer states. All right.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Let me talk to you about relief factor. That was good. That was a good summary of what just happened. It is. I know. I thought you did a good job. Yeah. You kept to your promise.
Starting point is 00:18:20 And so did I, by the way. I know, but you were making faces. Not on the radio. I wasn't. No. Not on the radio. I wasn't. If you were a Blaze TV subscriber, perhaps.
Starting point is 00:18:30 And I thought, I ended it because I thought you were going to leave a piece of your tongue on your desk. I thought you were biting your tongue so hard. I just didn't want to see the blood. Anyway, are you one of the millions of Americans, and I appreciate her calling in? Yes. Okay. You're one of the millions of Americans who live their lives in frequent
Starting point is 00:18:53 and often debilitating pain. If so, what would you give to be free? Living in pain is a lonely existence. Believe me, I was in pain. My hands were so bad. I couldn't hold a paintbrush. I couldn't write with a pen. for very long, like two, three minutes and my hands would just, I couldn't do it anymore.
Starting point is 00:19:12 I'm learning to play the piano. I started this week. Now, I'm not saying I'm going to be any good at it, but you don't do that if your hands are in pain like my hands were in pain for, what, six years, seven years? I got my life back. Try Relieffactor at Relieffactor.com. 800 for relief. 800 for relief.
Starting point is 00:19:34 Relieffactor. com. Feel the difference. 10 seconds, station ID. Okay, I don't want to start with, I don't want to start with anybody because I want to spend time today actually listening and talking and just asking questions. Michelle in Kansas, Jacob in Washington, Matthew, North Carolina. Michelle says she'd vote RFK Jr. over Trump.
Starting point is 00:20:09 Love to hear that. Disagree about free education. Really want to hear that. Disagree about the state of the country. great things. So if you are somebody who has, who you happen to be listening to this program, you're listening for a reason today. I don't know what it is, but you're here for a reason.
Starting point is 00:20:30 And if you happen to really disagree, I want to know how you got there. And I, I guess, you know, with Kathy talking about, you know, drag queen story hour, and there's no way to really know, and I don't think people would say this, but, you know, even Bill Marr said, you know, that no one is going to say a man could have a baby. He said that five years ago. His audience laughed at the idea that men could have a baby and that, oh, he even said, you know, where are you getting that, right, winger? now that is accepted. And so I'd like to know what changed your mind on that, because that was a very, very narrow view.
Starting point is 00:21:22 What changed so many people's minds? What new evidence did you get that this is okay? The mutilation of our children. Do you see the effects on another subject? of the Fed. Who's responsible for the prices going up? What is causing that? I promise you I am not going to make you look foolish,
Starting point is 00:21:50 and I'm not trying to change your mind. I just want to listen to you. The number is 8 at 8-8-727 B-E-C-K. Michelle Jacob, Matt, we're on the way next. The Glenn Back Program. One of the things I love best about Patriot Mobile is they, let you know right up front who they are. Let me give you an example. If you're with Verizon, did you know that they are donating to plan parenthood? So that's who they are. Okay, that's fine. If that's
Starting point is 00:22:22 who they are, that's fine. But I don't want, I mean, I was promised my tax dollars would not go to abortion. Now, that's in the rear view mirror. I don't want my money going to fund abortion. You do stay with Verizon. If you don't, go with Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile donates money to conservative causes, American causes, not things like Planned Parenthood. Sorry, Verizon. Patriot Mobile is 100% U.S. base.
Starting point is 00:22:54 Their support team is standing by to help you make switching easy for you. You'll get free activation. You can keep your phone, upgrade to another phone, keep your number, change your number. It's up to you. All on the same three networks the big three have because they're on the same cell towers. Patriotmobile.com slash Beck. Patriotmobile.com slash Beck. It's going to be an interesting day today.
Starting point is 00:23:20 Subscribe to BlazeTV. BlazTV.com slash Glenn. The promo code is Glenn. I hope our first caller is still listening. You know, she was worried about housing and she's right to worry about housing. But when you look at it, and this is where we need to, focus and I don't want to change anybody's mind when they're when they're on if they listen that's great I just want to ask you questions but when it comes to housing the reason why our
Starting point is 00:24:11 housing prices are so high right now few reasons one after 08 there was no supply we didn't build new places because nobody wanted to take that risk afterwards we didn't do it because of 2020 everything became bogged down so there are fewer houses houses that are available. Then the interest rates also play a very big role on not being able to afford a house. Those interest rates are set by the Fed to control inflation. What causes inflation, spending and printing too much money. We are $2 trillion over our budget this year alone.
Starting point is 00:24:52 Then you have the pressure of places like Black Rock and Vanguard that are buying up whole communities because they want to be a renter. Why? Because they understand where the world is being pushed with Build Back Better. The WEF, we talk about in The Great Reset. That is, you will own nothing and you will rent everything. Well, someone's going to own those things. And those someone believes they are BlackRock and Vanguard.
Starting point is 00:25:26 that's what the fundamentals are happening. And then you add things like you've got a governor who is making business easier and not restricting people so they can live free. And people are moving away from oppressive states like New York. That's what's happening. And there's other things, but that's how you would correct that. Michelle, in Kansas. Hello, Michelle. How are you?
Starting point is 00:25:55 I'm wonderful. Good morning. Thank you so much for calling in. You're welcome. So you say you would vote for RFK Jr. over Trump. Tell me your background of who you vote for, or are you conservative or liberal or what? I'm a Democrat. But because of the people that were running, I chose Clinton at the time. time. Okay. I didn't really research it. I liked him better. And I was seriously tired of the bushes.
Starting point is 00:26:37 And then when it came to Obama, I was in Washington State and I didn't really like what I was seeing. And it was a mail-in ballot, so I didn't mail it in because that's all of Washington State. Right. And then when it came to 2016, I had watched, you know, I'd watched, Donald Trump. Donald Trump, thank you, an apprentice and just really didn't like the man. I knew he was a businessman, you could tell. But I didn't like him personally. And of course, I didn't like Hillary Clinton, so I chose not to vote.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Okay. And family, when I get back here into Kansas, you know, they were big Trumpers, and they said, come on and vote. And I said, oh, my vote never counts anyway. Sure enough. as far as I'm concerned, it didn't. The reason that I would go for Kennedy is two years ago, I was taken to an anti-effects being here in Kansas,
Starting point is 00:27:41 and he didn't make it that year, but I, you know, the doctors were showing the slides. They were telling us what was going on. This is what's going to happen to you. And sure enough, you know, the next two years, it's exactly what they said. and so I have chosen not
Starting point is 00:27:59 I chose not to do any of that me too so let me ask you Michelle are you anti-vax or you're anti-vaccine for this particular and others that you might do research on or are you just
Starting point is 00:28:14 blanket anti-vaccine at this point I'm blanket anti-vaccine and I also have the slip from even this year for the children and they're getting like the babies are getting hep B. They don't need help. I mean, there's the whole list of things you shouldn't give a baby.
Starting point is 00:28:32 All right. So, okay, so is that your only issue? Well, just period, because I won't put that in my body because I just, you have that instinct. Right. I have allergies to like, you know, like iodine. You can't give me a cat scan. So I knew that I, you know, I wasn't going to have allergies. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:55 So I'm just asking if this is your only. only this is the thing that you're voting on is anti-vax. Well, it's nice to hear him talk about. And then I happened to come out of the doctor's office, and the little girl had a dress on. And I said, cute dress, and she goes, she has autism. And I went, yep, I bet you gave her the shot. So when I asked a couple people lately,
Starting point is 00:29:22 if they gotten the shot, they said, yes. And then they got the COVID. but the man now has mercer and his leg and they may take it off. I didn't argue with them, but I didn't give him a degree. Right. Michelle, I appreciate it. RFK Jr., if you are, if that is your issue, he's your, he's your man. Jacob in Washington, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Yes. Yeah, the disconnect, Washington. And it's, I'm starting to believe in the, free education. You know, I think we really, really should do it. It's right now, prices have just gone through the roof. And if we give this free education, you know, if everybody's going to go to college, they're going to feel very great. And at least now we're going to have a big influx of great education, educated people. And we know cause and effect, which they do not teach. That is the disconnect between, is the disconnect of cause and effect. Nobody knows cause and
Starting point is 00:30:33 effect anymore these days. Correct. So let's let's go on that. We have things like men can have babies and all kinds of different things, Marxism, et cetera, et cetera. And that is coming out of our schools as the cause of most of this kind of thinking, the effect that you're seeing now on the streets, making our education even closer aligned, all of it, with government and a government that colludes with the unions, you find that to be a better thing? Yes. Why? Well, they're working on getting rid of cause and effect, and they've done well.
Starting point is 00:31:26 As a business owner, there is a line of generation of people that were taught before a certain age, and people talk after a certain age, and they lose all cause and effect. Correct, correct. But it is. So, but why would you? Because you're going to pump all these people back into the same thing. A business owner on, this is why people lobby, and this is why they give so much money, is so they can keep pumping all of these people in and out.
Starting point is 00:31:56 They just become drones and everything. And that is the greatest thing that they are doing. and I say jump on board. Okay, so hang on just a second. I'm sorry, Jacob. I'm not trying to be argumentative here. I'm really trying to understand. So you see the problem with the system as it is now,
Starting point is 00:32:19 but you want to make sure that the government doubles down on that and gives all education free. Yes. So with your cause and effect, does the government being involved in things like health care and not involved in things like televisions, is there a reason health care education goes up the more they get involved? And on things where they're not involved, like televisions, we can go from $10,000 to $200. Would drop everything down. There would be a mass influx. If the government was. doing it? If the government was doing it, if we give out free health care, or free education,
Starting point is 00:33:13 it will drop the prices down. Okay, no. But the, wait, wait, wait, again, I'm not trying to change your mind. I just, okay, okay, that, that is not evidence-based. What is evidence-based is when the government gets involved and the more involved, for instance, we have Obamacare. They're supposed to drop the price. It didn't. It made it. higher. Education. We pay the most money in the world and our education is getting worse. The more the government gets involved, it actually drives the price up for that education and the quality usually goes down. It does. Yes, that is up, but you need to take it all over. You can't just do little bits and pieces. You know, healthcare went up in price because the people who were paying
Starting point is 00:34:04 healthcare now has to pay for the people that weren't paying health care. Now, if you give everybody the health care all at the same, you know, big companies, the smaller companies. That's why big companies are lobbying so they can kill us smaller companies, because we can't afford doing all this Obama stuff. But it wouldn't it be better if we wouldn't it be better if we tried to limit and get rid of lobbying? It would, but we never win. Ever. Ever. You know, these companies, are too big, too large, too powerful. You know, as smaller companies,
Starting point is 00:34:39 there is no more mom and pop shots. And if there is, you know, we make less than what we could work for the bigger companies. And that's just a fact. That's what life is. So I, I, Jacob, I so thank you for your call. I'm a small business owner as well. And I was offering my, my employees, the best health. insurance available. In fact, at one point, I was the only Blue Cross Blue Shield employer in the
Starting point is 00:35:11 entire state of New York and New York City that was still offering this plan because it became so grossly expensive after Obamacare. They eventually discontinued it and ObamaCare was charging me for a Cadillac tax, trying to do the right thing. Now that insurance isn't even offered at any price. You know, I wonder if you really believe in cause and effect. You might look into the governments getting into bed with the insurance companies and how they are limiting, again, more government, more corruption, higher prices. But thank you for calling in.
Starting point is 00:35:56 Let me go. What was the word you used before? I used the word, disconnect was an interesting word. I'm going to be adopting that today. That you're going to disconnect or there is a disconnect. Also, a silent prayer to help me get through this show today. I hope the audience can come together and just pray for me to make it through. But don't look at it as you're frustrated.
Starting point is 00:36:21 Look at this as a learning. No, come on. Look it as a learning. What did we just learn? I'm not going to answer that question. Here's what we learned. There is a lack of information on the truth about government involvement versus quality and cost. Every time, this is why our universities are so wildly expensive, because once the government said, we'll take care of the loans, we'll guarantee the loans, we'll take care of.
Starting point is 00:37:01 of the loans, the price of the university education went through the roof. I had a totally unrelated issue. Actually, recently I went to the doctor and they said, hey, you're overweight. How much fast food are you eating? And I said, about half my diet. And they said, oh, okay, well, what you need to do is make it 100% of your diet. If you eat all fast food, then you'll lose weight. That's, that's... Let me tell you about Mantis X. If you're a shooter, you've noticed that ammo prices have gone through the roof. Why?
Starting point is 00:37:35 Government involvement. Every time you go to the range, it's like literally trying to, you know, you're just setting money on fire. And it is so hard to do it because it's so rare and so expensive. I want to give you a high-tech, easy-to-use system that is widely used by the military. Now, it started with the Marines. And it is like having a Marine shooting instructor right next to you the whole time, except it is showing you digitally exactly where the barrel of your gun is going as you pull the trigger,
Starting point is 00:38:05 as you aim, and then it gives you instantaneously what you need to do to fix that. Every shot. It's really great. Start improving today. Get yours at mantisX.com. That's mantisX.com. Glenn Beck. We have Jason on the phone. Jason, I don't mean to give you less amount of time than you deserve, but I'm trying to squeeze you in here. You disagree with me about our system of government. Tell me about that. Yes. Yes. Well, so I've studied, read a few books over the years, and I don't want to get into conspiracies. No. I believe in them. And our system of government, we keep, we keep saying, well, we need to go out and vote. We need to go out and vote. We need to do this. I don't believe it does a darn bit of good. They're all puppets.
Starting point is 00:39:10 anyways, especially when we got the deep state and we've got things going on behind the scenes. And we could see it with this with Trump. When he doesn't do what the system wants him to do, they bury him. And most politicians get in there and they just end up, they end up compromising and doing whatever they're told anyways. And I just don't, it's never changed. It's, it just never changed. So what do you, so what do you suggest?
Starting point is 00:39:38 because I do believe there are a lot of good people that are in trying to fight, but they are overwhelmed by the, because we didn't pay attention for so long. So what is your solution to that? A new form of government? Not necessarily, but how about self-governance? I don't need the government to govern me. Correct. If I learned correct principles, I can govern myself. Correct.
Starting point is 00:40:07 So I just don't see why we place so much emphasis on especially, you know, a president. I mean, I think our local elections are more important than anything. So Jason, you and I actually don't, we actually don't disagree. You're exactly right. That is our system of government. What our system of government has become is oppressive. but our system of government was originally to allow you to govern yourself. And those correct principles are all in our Bill of Rights and our Declaration of Independence.
Starting point is 00:40:46 So now are we going to clean it up or are we just going to dismantle it? Because if we dismantle it, just repeat the palm of Humpty Dumpty. The Glenn Back Program. Sometimes when you think, hey, something bad's coming around the corner, you know, you can freak out about it or you can just do enough to prepare. So you're not surprised by it. Starting point is 00:42:27 And profite. Via Rae. The voice that we love. We have entertainment. This is. the Glenn Back program. Hello, America. It is Friday, and we're doing something very different today.
Starting point is 00:43:22 We're taking phone calls 888-7-27-B-E-C-K. For people who disagree with me or disagree with the right, people who have voted for Joe Biden, I really want to understand, you know, where you're coming from. I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm not trying to change your mind. Right. I get it.
Starting point is 00:43:44 It is... I'm not saying it's not important. Yeah. Very interesting. You are learning. I am learning a lot. Yes. A lot.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Right. Things I didn't necessarily always want to learn. Right. But you're learning. But it's difficult. You're making... I'm going to make it easier. I get it because it is difficult.
Starting point is 00:44:02 Because I'm not arguing. I'm not arguing back. You're just... I'm just asking questions. And I'm going to make it easier because it is a little hard if you disagree. And so, for instance, I've got I've got
Starting point is 00:44:17 an old episode of Dragnet out where he's talking to these young beatnicks these teenagers these days that's fantastic it'll make you feel good I also have the new Cardi B Megan V. Stallion lyrics for a dramatic reading
Starting point is 00:44:33 that we can do Oh no no no no not yet Not yet, not yet Sarah No no no That's when you just pull that rip cord When you need it Okay And a dramatic reading is coming up
Starting point is 00:44:43 First, let me tell you about real estate agents I trust. In almost all cases, the secret to success in buying or selling a home is having the right real estate agent. It isn't as simple as just having somebody who knows how to find a good home for you on your budget. To get the right home out there, the best possible price, those are important, but there's so much more to it. Are they listening to what you are looking for? Do they understand you, your lifestyle, what you're looking for in a school and a neighborhood? The agents we work with take their jobs seriously. They know all of the best practices to elevate your real estate experience to the next level. So if you're buying or selling a home,
Starting point is 00:45:23 whether it's across the street or across the country, get your home sold, get you into a new home, or do both of them, but don't take my word for it. Contact them today. Find out for yourself. Let us give you a list of just some of the best people in your area. And, you know, you're just, you you interview them for yourself and see if you don't see the difference. Real estate agents. I trust.com. Real estate agents. itrust.com.
Starting point is 00:45:53 Okay. We have, Cardi B is waiting for you, Stu. I may be pulling that rip court at any moment. Okay. We have Matt in Pennsylvania who disagrees about the attack at the capital. Hello, Matt. Hi, how are you, Glenn?
Starting point is 00:46:08 Great. I'm a listener. In fact, coming up 2003, Halloween episode is the first time I heard you coming up on 20 years. Oh my gosh. Wow. Wow. You've seen some changes.
Starting point is 00:46:21 Yeah. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, I think it was FLA 970. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Are you still in Florida? No, you're in Pennsylvania. No, no, I'm actually, I'm in Pennsylvania. I always listen to you on the internet. I'm a truck driver and I hear you over the internet.
Starting point is 00:46:36 I heart radio back in the day I was an office worker. But the reason the reason I call, is and perhaps we agree on, I mean, we agree on so many things, but I keep hearing that these people were bad that went into the capital. And I will admit, the people that stole like laptops, put their feet on desks. Yeah, I don't agree with that. Broke the windows. Yep.
Starting point is 00:47:02 Broke the windows. All that. But the people that went into the capital that went in peacefully and demonstrated, they're not bad people. Oh, no, no, no. They're not horrible people. And I keep hearing over and over and maybe I'm just misunderstanding from you, but I keep hearing, oh, how dare they?
Starting point is 00:47:20 That was terrible. We did a bad thing. Oh, no, no, no. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. This is really important to address. Thank you for bringing this up, Matt. Important to address because there were bad actors there. There were people that that's what they intended to do.
Starting point is 00:47:37 And you could tell because they were wearing all black. I'm not saying they're antiques. but I'm not not saying that either. There were people that were there that were breaking the windows, breaking the doors, fighting with police. And as you will see in the coming weeks, as more and more of this January 6 video is coming out, you will see that many times the Trump supporters were protecting the police. They were saying we love the police.
Starting point is 00:48:07 The conservatives, real conservatives are not anti-poliv. Now, that doesn't mean that you can't be walking in a crowd with people who say they agree with you, but they don't agree on the police thing or they want to break into the Capitol. Every single one of those people that did violent things, just like every single one of those people that burned down cities and were involved in violent things should go to jail. However, if you were there and you weren't participating, but you happened to be on the street in Minneapolis, and you were observing and you were not doing anything, you shouldn't go to jail, nor should those who are going to jail in the capital that did nothing. This is a horror show from our government. It is, this is persecution, not prosecution. This is persecution. And I want everybody to go to X, Twitter. I want you to go to X and watch Laura, Laura Logan's new special on January 6th. It is, it's 60 minutes quality. And it shows who they're actually prosecuting and persecuting. They can't seem to find real ringleaders, but they are coming in and this one story that she says, this is part one, it is worth every second of watching. This is part one of one of the people that ended up killing himself because of the persecution from the government.
Starting point is 00:49:47 And was a guy who believed in the police, was a guy who believed in, you know, a fair trial, believed in America. They destroyed him and really didn't. have any reason at all to charge him or harass him, and that's what they did. Thank you, Matt, for pointing that out. Let me go to William in Florida. Hi, William. Hello, Glenn. How are you? I'm very good. Who have you voted for in the last few years? Actually, I voted for Biden. I've been a Republican for 40 years. And, yeah, this whole Trump thing, man, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:50:29 He's just, I'm from day one, Trump, you know, I was 20 years in the Navy and our credo is honor, courage, commitment. And he has shown none of that. Never. Yeah, okay, okay.
Starting point is 00:50:45 You got to give him some moments. You could, you could show something that shows he's a decent dude. But, There is a narcissism that is dangerous. You said something earlier. You said something about Humpty Dumpty about dismantling the government. And that's exactly the way I see Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:51:05 That's exactly the way I see the MAGA movement. And that's exactly the way I see Ron DeSantis. There's a dismantling of something going on. Okay, hang on. Just say, hey, hang in. William, I just want to understand. I'm not trying to change your mind. Just want to understand.
Starting point is 00:51:20 First of all, when I said last week, dismantle, I mean burn the place down. If you are somebody that wants a revolution, balkanism, you want to reset into something brand new, that's extraordinarily dangerous. That's why I brought in Humpty Dumpty. Once Humpty Dumpty falls, all the Kings horses, all the Kingsmen cannot reassemble this. So be careful what you do if you're flutely. washing things down the toilet. However, we were having that in a conversation about the deep state and how the deep state is controlling much of what's happening in the world without any kind of elections or voting on those people. Do you see the world that way? So why do they want to burn it down? I mean, I'm genuinely curious. The deep state. That's the way I see it.
Starting point is 00:52:23 That they won't a great reset. Yes. You know. The deep state does. Just to back up two steps, back up two steps, Marjorie Taylor Green calling for civil war. That is the most dishonorable statement I've heard from an American in the past 200 years. I don't know about that, but it is very dishonorable and I denounce it. I mean, there's been some crazy things said in 200 years.
Starting point is 00:52:50 But if she said that, I would denounce that. Did you say she called for Civil War? Yes. She called for a separation of the states, the red and the blue. You can call it anything you want. You can put a capital C and a capital W. That's the old one, or you can make it a lower case, and that's what she did. She's calling for a separation of the state.
Starting point is 00:53:14 Just the national divorce thing. Got it. Okay. Sorry. Okay. It's civil war. That's a civil war. sending them for it. That's all there is to it. We're all growing in here. We can we can say the truth.
Starting point is 00:53:25 And that's exactly what she's calling for. So may I, may I just, may I nuance a little bit. Absolutely. We have had conversations of I wish we could, I wish we could peacefully just split up the states. And I said, you know, they could even pick first. And, you know, they pick their one and then we pick one. And that, you know, a union broken up like this will never stand. So it is the end. And of the union, you know, as Lincoln said, we'll either be all slavery or will all be free. You can't coexist and live like this, broken. However, that is different than saying, I want war and I want a civil war. Anyone who claims they want a civil war is out of their minds.
Starting point is 00:54:14 You have no idea how close we came to losing that war. and the only reason why we won it is because we had John Quincy Adams' son over in France and they were about to throw in with the South and he said, wait, wait, you'll see. This is not what the South is saying it is. There's no one that would support us and it would be awful. Now, if they started something, you know, rounding people up, well, that's a different story. then you have a right to protect yourself, but civil war is dangerous and must not happen. And just to quickly note, there was a post that went around that Marjorie Taylor Green did call for Civil War.
Starting point is 00:55:01 That was a fabricated post, though. So it is important, especially when we're talking about these topics that we're clear, she is, to my knowledge, is never called for that. Okay. And if she or anyone, Stu did it, if I did it, denounce me. Okay, it should never, that's not wise. Does that help you, William, on that? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Okay. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:55:24 Great. Yeah, I'm with you on that. I just, but I just think Trump is leading us in a direction. Now, listen, everybody knows that follows politics that Joe Biden has never, let me word it like this. If Joe Biden was to have peacefully passed away in his bed in 2017, 2016, no one would ever have mentioned his name again. He was a subpar politician at best, but he was a safer bet than Trump, who is dangerous. So do you think, okay. And I'm a Republican. Listen, my mom voted for George Wallace.
Starting point is 00:56:05 She was a Democrat, a hardcore Democrat, and those people are all MAGA now. There's no, there are no Democrats down here that. Okay. So hang on. So hang on just a second. William. Help me out on Joe Biden. I can understand what you're saying about Donald Trump. We don't have to agree on everything. I want you to understand that. But I'm trying to understand where people are coming from. So I got it about Donald Trump. Now, talk to me about Joe Biden. What he's currently doing and what the path that we're on as a nation. You don't find the path we're on. extraordinarily dangerous? I absolutely do. And this goes back for 40 years we've been on the dangerous path. I mean, look at our national debt, $32 trillion.
Starting point is 00:57:05 Those are numbers that weren't even said 30 years ago. No, I know. But let me, let me push you just a little bit further along that. I agree on debt and things that are common sense, yes. but the left is dismantling even our justice department. Our justice department is wildly corrupt right now, in my opinion. The FBI, for the first time in my life, I don't trust the FBI. I don't trust our government.
Starting point is 00:57:36 What I'm seeing coming out of the Pentagon is horrifying, absolutely horrifying. We're not prepared to fight a war. We're so concentrated on abortion and, transgender surgery that I don't want to fight with these people running our military. Do you agree with any of those things? Yes, sir, I can't speak for the DOJ or the FBI, but the Pentagon, good Lord, is it true? I mean, you've got a guy that can fact check what I'm about to say. Didn't they lose a trillion dollars like just last year?
Starting point is 00:58:15 isn't that at least the second time that they've lost a trillion dollars? It's just magically, we don't know, man. Right. And people say that we can't take on China and Russia at the same time. So, BS. We could absolutely take them on at the same time because the Pentagon is the most powerful entity on the planet, bar none. And they give me the creeps, my man. And I was part of the system for 20 years.
Starting point is 00:58:43 there is if if if if if if Congress can't audit the Pentagon well then that's a problem would you agree with the audit the Fed as well I think if you audit the Pentagon you are good if we have to go that route first to figure out the math that it takes to actually audit the Pentagon then let's start with the Fed my man okay William thank you very much for your call. We, we, we, we, I agree to disagree, but I'm, I'm glad you called in today. Thank you. Um, relief factor. You're ready for the Cardi B thing? Because I mean, I could be talked into it. Uh, does relief factor work against the pain that I'm feeling today? No, relief factor sleep might. Uh, but regular relief factor for pain will not, well, I don't know. I'm willing to break up one of the capsules and just maybe rub it on my head. Um, but anyway, anyway, anyway, He wrote in, he said, about a year ago, I was bent over like an old man.
Starting point is 00:59:46 I could barely stand up straight. Really bad back pain. Dreaded even going to the mailbox. Started taking relief factor and within a week, my back pain was almost completely gone. No more pain. Relief factor worked for me. Thank you so much for telling me about it. Eddie, thank you for listening.
Starting point is 01:00:03 A relief factor exists to give you the life back that you have always led and love. Three-week quick start. It's a trial pack. It's not a drug, so it's not going to whack you out. Plus, more than a million people have bought Relief Factors Quick Start, and 70% of them have gone on to order more. Go to Relieffactor.com. That's Relieffactor.com or 8004 relief, 800, the number four relief. Relieffactor.com, 8004 relief.
Starting point is 01:00:32 Feel the difference. 10 seconds, station ID. You know, let me just give you a little salve, okay? Just a little saff. this is from Dragnet, the TV show, back in the 60s and early 70s. And early on in Dragnet, they were talking to hippies and beatniks. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:05 And here's, what was his name, Joe Friday? Speaking to the teenagers, the 60s. Listen. Just don't understand. Maybe we do, son. Don't think you have a corner on all of virtue vision in the country. or that everybody else is fat and selfish, and you're the first generation to come along that's felt dissatisfied.
Starting point is 01:01:24 They all have, you know, about different things, and most of them didn't have the same opportunity and freedoms that you do. Let's talk poverty. Most places in the world, that's not a problem. It's a way of life. And rights, they're liable to give you a blank stare because they may not know what you're talking about. The fact is, more people are living better right here
Starting point is 01:01:42 than anywhere else ever before in history. So don't expect us to roll over and play dead when you say you're dissatisfied. It's not perfect, but it's a great deal better than when we grew up. A hundred men standing in the street hoping for one job, selling apples on the street corner. That's one of the things we were dissatisfied about, and you don't see that much anymore. You're taller, stronger, healthier, better educated,
Starting point is 01:02:03 and you'll live longer than the last generation. And we don't think that's altogether bad. You've probably never seen a quarantine sign in your neighbor's door, diphtheria, scarlet fever, whooping off. Probably none of your classmates are crippled with polio. You don't see many mastoid scars anymore. We've done quite a bit of fighting all around the world. Whether you think it was moral or not,
Starting point is 01:02:21 a lot of people are free today to make their own mistakes because of it. And that may just include you. I don't know. Maybe part of it's the fact that you're in a hurry. You've grown up on instant orange juice. Flip a dial, instant entertainment, dial seven digits, instant communication.
Starting point is 01:02:37 Turn a key, push a pedal, instant transportation, flash a card, instant money. Shoving a problem, push a few buttons, instant answers. But some problems, you can't get quick answers. to no matter how much you want him. We took a little boy into Central Receiving Hospital yesterday. He was four years old.
Starting point is 01:02:53 He weighs eight and a half pounds. His parents just haven't bothered to feed him. Now give me a fast answer to that one. One that'll stop that from ever happening again. And if you can't settle that one, what about the 55,000 Americans who will die on the highways this year? That's nearly six or seven times the number that'll get killed in Vietnam. Why aren't you up in arms about that?
Starting point is 01:03:13 Or is dying in a car somehow moral? Tell me how to wipe out prejudice. to wipe out prejudice. I'll settle for just the prejudice as you have inside yourselves. Show me how to get rid of the unlimited capacity for human beings to make themselves believe that they're somehow right and justified in stealing from somebody or hurting somebody. And you'll just about put this place here out of business. Wow. I don't think they make television like that anymore. Television that likes America.
Starting point is 01:03:42 There's a new thing to try. Back in just a minute. the Glenn Beck program. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Out of the terrible tragedy of 9-11 came the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Out of the Ashes something always good sprouts, which Tunnel to Towers is really good. They're committed to helping our nation's heroes and their families in their darkest hours. If we want the government to do less, we have to do more.
Starting point is 01:04:28 Our first responders that lose their life in the line of duty are veterans. and they come home now, severely injured, line of duty? Where are they? We have so many homeless now. Our homeless veterans program with Tunnel to Towers helped over 2,000 people this year stay off the streets in the country they signed up to protect. If you come home horribly injured,
Starting point is 01:04:55 in the line of duty, they're going to lift your financial burdens through their Gold Star Family Home Program and their fallen first responder program. Smart home program for catastrophically injured veterans. All of this happens because of you. Will you donate $11 a month to Tunnel to T-TT dot org? That's T-2-the-number-tutee.org.
Starting point is 01:05:20 And it's playstvee.com slash Glenn. Use the promo code, Glenn, and you'll save $10. We're doing something entirely different today. We're asking people that maybe voted for Biden and still are going to vote for Biden, how they got there, why they're there, how they see the economy, how they see the world, and also people who just disagree with some things that I would say,
Starting point is 01:06:07 I really want to understand you. And I can't do that by trying to win a fight. I can't try to do that by arguing with you, but I can learn. By asking you questions on what you think about things, how you got there, why is this a problem or not a problem? So I welcome you to call in 8887-27-B-E-C-K. Keith is in New Hampshire. Did you vote for Joe Biden last time, and you say you would vote for him this time? I did vote for him last time, and yeah, I would vote for him again.
Starting point is 01:06:43 And I based it really on two things. All right. One, the NLRB, I think his appointments have been outstanding. I think when it comes to thinking about the economy and thinking about how hard it is to be working class these days, the only way that we can really exert our power. I mean, there's really not much that comes down to a presidential election, really just two corporate candidates. I think we can agree on that. But if one corporate candidate is going to make it so that if companies interfere with union organizing, then a union gets to exist, that corporate candidate is giving more power to the workers than the
Starting point is 01:07:22 alternative. And I think when we spend eight hours a day at work, all day, every day, that's where we spend our most time, that's where we have our most influence, and that's where we can grow our power so that maybe one day we don't have a two-party corporate duopoly. So, well, you know, the unions have, you know, they are in with the government now with Joe Biden. You wouldn't deny that. I don't really know how that works when you think about what happened with the railroad strike. Wow, Biden totally undermined that effort. I don't really know how I would see that.
Starting point is 01:08:01 And I don't know if the UAW president would agree with that. Can I get another issue, too, by the way? Well, I just want you to know that they've given a. billions of dollars to the Democratic Party, and you don't do that unless you're supporting. Right, because like I said, Trump is not going to put anybody on the NLRB who's going to help unions. Correct. So it's in union's best interest, yeah, to help Democrats. Because Democrats are the ones closely aligned with their interests.
Starting point is 01:08:27 Are unions? And mine. Are unions balanced? I mean, when a union balances bad, corrupt capitalism, it's good. When a union becomes corrupt, it's bad. It's usually somewhere in the middle where it works. The power that I can exert, where is my power closer to? The company that I work for when I have a union, or I should say the union that I belong to,
Starting point is 01:08:59 or it's some company that I might work for where I'm just some peon all in my own, and they can isolate me and fire me and run me open. Okay. Or if you think about it in the bigger one, is it me versus Walmart as an individual person, right? Or maybe it's a union going to do more for Walmart. Okay. So I got it. Can I ask you some other questions here?
Starting point is 01:09:24 Where do you stand on the White House directing social media in censorship? I think that what they were doing was they were pointing out specific things that they thought were misinformation and asking them to look at their terms of service, which, by the way, I mean, I didn't like it anymore when Trump did it than when Biden did it, but at the big grand scheme of things, not my biggest concern. And knowing that Trump is going to do it over posts where he doesn't like how people talk about him.
Starting point is 01:09:54 I mean, I imagine he might be a little bit more than that. He was accused of saying he was going to sense. He was accused. He was accused of saying those things. But, you know, the press. pushbacked quite hard and I was one of them that said you can't censor the press and you can't tell the press what to do this president has just issued a memo this week uh instructing the press what to do which was which was pretty amazing okay let me ask you a couple of question um the
Starting point is 01:10:26 the the Biden laptop and the FBI is any of that concerning to you and if not why Nah, because what's more concerning to me, really, is trans, right? Because I'm actually a mental health professional, and I work with people who are transgender every day. And I've got to tell you what I really see. No, no, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. You're the first seminar caller, I think I've had. So thank you for your call. You're the first one that is, seems to do this for a living.
Starting point is 01:11:03 And I won't have conversations with people who will not answer the question and stay on topic. And also, quite honestly, I'm not wasting time with people who say men can get pregnant. That's not true. You don't live in the real world. You don't understand basic science. And so it's not reasonable to have a conversation with you.
Starting point is 01:11:31 And sort of behind the scenes, when we started, we were talking about the show this morning, that was what I thought we would get out of this. And we didn't. And you were right. That's the first one. That's the first one we've got. That's the first one we've got.
Starting point is 01:11:41 We've had really good people. Really good, honest people who are just trying to make their way. And I can learn from those people. Many of them still drive me insane, but they're very nice. And they were very honest. They were honest. Searching for answers and viewing things honestly. This was a, this was a seminar call.
Starting point is 01:12:05 We were going to get the first. Okay, let me get to Jake in Minnesota. Hello, Jake. How are things in Minnesota? Well, I'm sitting in the car in the rain right now. I appreciate what you are doing. This is my first time ever doing this. It's kind of fun. But I really do appreciate. I've listened to the other two callers, and I love the civility. Thank you. Thank you. So do I. I wish we had more of it. So Jake. Well, the country needs more of it. Absolutely. We need. need to challenge each other, you know, with our divergent thoughts and understand that neither side is evil or stupid, and that most of us kind of fall, probably 80 to 90 percent of us would
Starting point is 01:12:54 agree with most things. Let me take you here. You believe in the First Amendment, freedom of the press, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom? 100%. Second Amendment? It's nuanced? Yeah, it is nuanced. I don't, I
Starting point is 01:13:16 understand culturally, the right to break our arms, the importance of that and everything. I don't think we're a better country because we have 400 plus million guns in the country. But that's fine. I'm just, I just want to, I was just taking off a few things
Starting point is 01:13:32 that, I mean, this is where this is where the rubber meets the road. You're not going to quarter. You don't believe the government should quarter any soldiers into houses. You believe in a fair jury trial. You believe in, you know, you don't have to testify against yourself. You can face your accuser. All of that stuff, right?
Starting point is 01:13:55 Well, that's what makes the country beautiful, yes. Thank you very much. Now, let's talk about the things that you say you're a common sense liberal. What, you voted for Joe Biden. Yep, yep. I've typically voted Democrat my entire life. Okay. And are you going to vote for Joe Biden again if he's the candidate?
Starting point is 01:14:18 I would. You know, I guess I would prefer someone younger and somebody who, you know, I would vote for anybody who's number one concern was to reunite our country. I would vote for a Republican who made his or her priority reuniting us, like getting us off of the hatred train. I think that's great, Jake. Now let's talk about some things that if they concern you or not. What part of Minnesota do you live in? The Twin Cities area.
Starting point is 01:14:57 Okay. So you saw some of the damage and the fires and everything else from the riots. Yeah. Reimagining the police. Is it time to say, okay, maybe we shouldn't have done that, but there is a problem in some police forces with individuals, but this was not a good idea. And I think that most people, including even most liberals, would agree that police are necessary, that there needs to be some changes. There needs to be some greater, you know, a greater level of trust and acceptance in communities and everything. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:38 But 100%. I mean, I think most people are pro-police recognizing that certain things in police culture, you know, the George Floyd killing and stuff, I think that was a result of, you know, certain not being able to challenge. challenge, to truly challenge he or she who is in command and everything, you know, those cultural things, I think, could be, need to be addressed in everything. Of course. I do think that there is a level that there's a level of bias and prejudice in policing that needs to be addressed or at least in everything. Yeah, I got it. So now you said that you, I want to make sure I understood, that you felt that the riots on the street were because it was a logical, you know, if you don't address it, it goes into that, if you feel unheard. Is that what I heard you say? Well, I would, I guess I would agree with that
Starting point is 01:16:45 for the most part, yeah. Okay. So would you say- But I'm not a fan of rioting. Yeah, neither am I. You know, yeah, yeah, yeah. Peaceful protesting and stuff like that. Right.
Starting point is 01:16:56 You know, all that. But in, so let me, So let me just, I just need to ask you two questions. And then I want to talk to you some more. You're a very reasonable guy. With the riots in the streets in Minneapolis and all over the country, most of those people did not go to jail or pay any price. And I think they should have.
Starting point is 01:17:16 The bad guys should go to jail. The good guys that were there that were peaceful and were not trying to burn things down should not go to jail. The same with January 6th. the people that were breaking in, hitting police, et cetera, et cetera, bad guys and should go to jail. Many of them were not that. Would you, do you recognize the difference in the way those two groups are being treated? And is that right or wrong or justified? I don't know as much, certainly as much as those of you who are in the business of
Starting point is 01:17:57 following everything super closely. I agree. I think once again, it's nuanced and stuff. And you talk about peaceful protesting. And I appreciate, you know, I've listened to the other callers and stuff. And you're not playing gotcha or anything. And I don't want to play gotcha. If you could follow my line of thinking here, like if you take like the Colin Kaepernick thing, peaceful protest.
Starting point is 01:18:22 I believe that maybe if his peaceful protests were not so demonized by, and once again, I don't want to, I'm not blaming or anything like that, but the right side, if we, if we acknowledge and appreciate forms of peaceful protest, the thing is, is that protest got so demonized, then it's like, well, I mean, I don't. I'm not, I still think violence is wrong and everything. Right, right. But we kind of took away. So if, so will you? It should have been a respectable police, the peaceful protest. Will you give the same benefit that all MAGA people or people who support Donald Trump or are on the right have been grossly demonized for the last 15 years? I, I 100% agree with you. you know, to a, for the most parts and everything.
Starting point is 01:19:26 The demonization of rural, particularly white America, is tragic in so many different ways. I mean, as, you know, the Democratic Party should understand how they lost. I mean, because you go back a few decades, and those rural communities were frequently quite blue. And, you know, that was very stupid, very, very, very stupid. So, Jake, you are great. I just love you. You're going to vote for Joe Biden, but we can have a conversation and it can remain civil. I'd like to continue with you. Could you hold on for a few minutes? I guess that answer is yes. Cotter Boyack. He is the author of the Tuttle Twins books. He met with thousands of parents and identified their top concerns. We all have the same. I've got about a minute before the top of the hour, so I don't want to pick our last caller up again and see if he'll hold for the next segment because I think he's fascinating and I like him a lot.
Starting point is 01:21:54 I don't think we should bring him back, though. I think, what do you mean? That was like an encourage. I feel like I didn't know people like that existed on the left anymore. I feel like I thought that all went away. He seemed like a reasonable guy. Like I liked him. Right.
Starting point is 01:22:07 All you can do. now is ruin it. You're going to ask him more questions and then he's going to get annoying and you're going to ruin my week. I have this one thing. You'll hurt yourself or you'll hurt others. You have to be responsible with it at all time. Well, the way ammunition is up in price, I mean, I just, it's like setting money on fire every time you go to the range.
Starting point is 01:23:27 And dry firing is important, but it's not the same to me. And neither is just target practice. Mantis X, actually you can dry fire or you can live fire with it, but it will show you. on your phone or your tablet exactly what you're doing as you're pulling the trigger. So it will show you how that gun is moving
Starting point is 01:23:48 and how to correct it. I have to tell you, most shooters improve, they say, within 20 minutes. I know I did. I went from a score of like 81 to 96 in 20 minutes. And then I went out to live fire without it. And I have

Starting point is 01:25:34 Back to the phones In just a second We're having a fascinating conversation With a guy in Minnesota named Jake He voted for Joe Biden And I think he'd vote for Joe Biden
Starting point is 01:25:44 Again We disagree with each other on some things, but I think he's really common sense. We agree on much of the things. The main thing is the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. When you have that, you can kind of see your way through a lot of different things. It's a great example on how people can and should be talking to one another. First, we'll get back to that phone call, but let me tell you about my Patriot Supply.
Starting point is 01:26:14 My Patriot Supply is there to help you stock up. There's all kinds of things that could come our way. God forbid. But we are on, I believe we are going to be at war within the next 18 months with Russia. That won't be good. And I hope I'm wrong. I'm counting on being wrong on that one. But the world is just moving in that direction.
Starting point is 01:26:39 We're also moving in the direction of real economic trouble because we are spending too much money. We're a trillion dollars over budget. In a budget, we were already a trillion dollars over. I've never seen such bad accounting in my life. We're $2 trillion more than what we took in. And that was a big cut, they say. So, prepare yourself. So you are not a part of the problem.
Starting point is 01:27:06 You're not standing there wondering who can help. You can actually help yourself and help others. Starting point is 01:27:33 Jake. Hello, sir. Hey, thank you for having a decent conversation. I think this is really, really healthy. You know, I'm going to blow Stu's mind here. most of my good friends lean liberal and most of my and most of them kind of are on the same page and everything. So he would actually enjoy hanging out with most of my friends. Good, good to hear.
Starting point is 01:28:00 I have to tell you. And talking politics. Yeah, I will tell you, I think I've talked to people all over the country. I think when you get into, when you get out of the cities and you get into places where, you know, it's, It's not run by, you know, it's not Chicago. It's not New York. It's not L.A. You find much more in common with Democrats than you would elsewhere.
Starting point is 01:28:26 And I think you probably feel that way with Republicans because we're not all fire breathing, you know, got to be my way. Absolutely, yes. Okay. So let me ask you. I want to ask you a series of questions just to see. where you are. And they're kind of ethical questions.
Starting point is 01:28:51 But first, let me ask you, are you paying attention at all to the Hunter and Joe Biden laptop and bribery scandal that is now impeachment investigation? Yeah, I'm aware of it. You're aware of it?
Starting point is 01:29:06 How closely? And I've followed it. So I listened to you and other conservative commentators and everything to kind of get an idea. And then I've noticed, I have noticed that the medias that you criticize are also picking up on it more and everything. And I would agree that they should have at least picked it up earlier than they get. Okay. So let me ask you where, and not just necessarily you, but people that you know, if Donald Trump breaks the law, and I said this at the beginning of his impeachment, we were going to do
Starting point is 01:29:49 investigation, and I told my staff, I don't care whose side you're on. If he broke the law, he should go to jail. I believe that if you break the law, you go to jail, no matter if it hurts your side or not. No, I would agree. You would agree. Okay. So let me ask you, because there's a question on impeachment. So let's just use. You know, this one as an example. If the president didn't take any money, his family, just his son,
Starting point is 01:30:24 was involved in business with these oligarchs in China, and it was just him in business. And dad said, I've never talked to his business partners. I don't know anything about it. And that turned out to be a lie. is that lie big enough to be impeached for?
Starting point is 01:30:49 Yeah, I guess theoretically. I wasn't entirely on board with, you know, all the impeachments of, I knew that it would go anywhere. It was all circus, right? Right. The whole, I mean, we are in just a circus. A perpetual state of circushood. Yes, we are. So you think that doesn't rise?
Starting point is 01:31:09 Because you might be able to convince me if he lied about that. and it was just about I'm not involved in his business. And he lied about that. There needs to be more than just the lie. Accountability. Yeah, there needs to be some form of accountability. Right. But it might not. Yeah, but it might not be impeachable at that level. As I, you know, the Trump stuff too, like I, you know, I will admit that I'm not a fan of the guy or anything.
Starting point is 01:31:43 but, you know, I would have preferred, it wasn't going to go anywhere. You know, it just, we knew that it wasn't going to go anywhere, and therefore it shouldn't have taken the oxygen. Okay, okay. Now, if the president, and I'm just using these, I am not saying that this is true. I'm saying the evidence looks like this is where it's leading, but we've seen evidence before that ends up being nonsense, okay?
Starting point is 01:32:09 if the son uses the president's office or vice presidential office to enrich himself but not his father but dad knew um that he was you know his son was working with oligarchs and chinese companies and you know that was all you know bad stuff um but dad was not involved but he knew about it Is that impeachable? You know, I guess, you know, if it is proven. No, yeah, that's what I'm saying, proven. I'm not saying, you know, that we take anybody's word for it. I'm saying that you've got the good.
Starting point is 01:32:51 You got the documents. But he'll be, you know, so it goes through, it's not going to go anywhere, just as it didn't with Trump. I mean. But I'm asking you should. Hang on just a second. I'm asking you if it should. If it's true.
Starting point is 01:33:07 if it's proven to be true, I think that's the fair. Okay. Okay. Now, dad and family members profited and had a system where they were funneling money from oligarchs and bad guys. That should piss everybody off. Okay. So that is definitely. How can anybody say no?
Starting point is 01:33:31 Like, if that's proven. Jake, you know people exist around. us that will say no. I'm aware, yes. And let me ask you, if not the last one, but if any of the others were true, should it concern us that these things happened in China, Russia, Romania, and Ukraine, and we now know that the Ukrainian president has an offshore account himself. and is involved with one of the oligarchs from Burisma.
Starting point is 01:34:12 Should forget about impeachment or anything else. Can we trust that this war and our money, et cetera, is on the up and up? With somebody who was involved, but if the president was involved in this stuff, can we trust that this war is bright? Well, so the way that you are framing those questions, Like if the answer is yes, like this corruption exists and everything that should absolutely concern us. And, you know, that at the same time that alone, yes, it should concern us. I mean, at the same time, I think that Russia needs to get out of Ukraine.
Starting point is 01:35:02 And to be honest, I mean, I'm certainly not an expert. but the way that you framed your question, I mean, anybody, any reasonable person would say, if the answer is yes, then we need to be concerned. Okay. Let me ask you about inflation. Where is that coming? What is causing this? What happened?
Starting point is 01:35:29 So, well, I, I mean, absolutely, the pandemic and the lockdowns and the, the, the supply chain issues and all of that sort of stuff. And you would, would you throw in, would you throw in, because I would, the out of control spending from the Republicans and under Donald Trump at the beginning? Well, yeah.
Starting point is 01:35:54 Any sort of out of control spending and stuff. I mean, I, you know, as a, I fully understand, you know, at least as a, certain economic principles and everything. And it's easy to understand if you don't have enough money coming in, you know, you shouldn't be spending stuff that you can't afford.
Starting point is 01:36:16 The DOJ corruption, the things that even happened with Hunter on the IRS and all of that, the way they are treating one group of people differently than the other. Justice should be blind and non-political, but right now, you know, the Supreme Court is politicized, you know, the DOJ under different administrations. I mean, you know, we are just beyond, past the point of common sense, though, and all. We are in the state of culture wars and whatnot where everything is politicized and, you know, once again, like, so dangerous. I would vote for anybody who brings us back together. Okay. And depoliticizes our lives. Like, you know, we're putting food on the table, paying our mortgages, like, all of that sort of stuff. And frankly, we deserve to enjoy being around the people that we're around.
Starting point is 01:37:24 I couldn't agree with you more. I just don't know how we do that without, because the government is in our face, because it is it is affecting all of us by what they're doing. And so I'm wondering, can you, can you depoliticize as a government is getting bigger and bigger in everyone's life? Mm-hmm. I would say,
Starting point is 01:37:54 you know, the right person, group of people, you know, there are people who are trying. You know, we have, we have people,
Starting point is 01:38:03 you know, as a member of team left, I do my best to seek out other people kind of on my side who are critical of my side. And I think that that's extremely important. And I'm not afraid to engage with ideas that challenge my ideas and everything. We have to get to that point and get to the point where it's actually fun to have our ideas challenge. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:35 Last question. Joe Biden, his age, it's not, to me, it's not a matter of age. It's a matter of whether you're all there. Does that bother you at all? That's not going to stop you from voting for him. Well, I, you know, the alternative is also, I, I would prefer to see somebody younger in there. I don't, you know, I, Trump also says some pretty. whack-a-doodle stuff and everything.
Starting point is 01:39:05 Yeah, but in all fairness, he said those things when he was 30, so I don't know if you can blame that. Well, that might just be... Right, I mean, we, and once again, I'm not playing gotcha, but you know, I know. Telling us that the, you know, the Revolutionary War heroes had airplanes.
Starting point is 01:39:22 I mean, like, you know, no, I'm very well aware. You know, we, we play all that stuff, you know, your side plays that, my side plays the, or that you you'll play the, the, um, gaffs that Biden makes. Jeff Myers will play the gaffes that Trump makes and everything. Right, but hang on just a second.
Starting point is 01:39:38 Hang on. There is a difference between gaffes. I mean, the president has degraded mentally and physically a great deal. He's not the same guy that was running for election. He's just not. And, you know, I think that that's fair. I don't know, you know, the way that I don't think that that's a, it's not a concern. because, you know, no president, no president should make decisions on his or her own, you know,
Starting point is 01:40:11 that president should be advised by people who know more than they do to begin with and everything. You know, it's not the concern of mine that it is of yours. Okay. Would you give Joe Biden the keys to your car? I have kids learning to drive and everything. He couldn't be worse than them. Okay. All right. Jake,
Starting point is 01:40:43 it's been great talking to you. Thank you so much. It's a lot of fun. I really do appreciate. Have you heard of Braver Angels? No. I'll look it up. Yeah, look it up.
Starting point is 01:40:54 I mean, it's a nonpartisan group that, I mean, they do fantastic things of just trying to get people to understand. stand and talk to each other. It's really quite beautiful. Our country needs that. Yeah, we've done, we've done a few shows like that on television that have been really good, where, you know, we sit down and everybody's skeptical of each other, and then you start to talk, and, you know, there are those that have such divergent, you know, non-constitutional or Bill of Rights-based solutions that, you know, you're like, okay, I don't know what I can do here, but it's great. It's great to talk. Thank you so much, Jake.
Starting point is 01:41:31 God bless. You have a wonderful day. You too. Bye-bye. See? He didn't ruin himself. I didn't ruin him. It was great. All right. Let me tell you about Goldline. Global investor, Mark Faber, he is called Dr. Doom. You know, I mean, he's got the name. What do you expect him to say? The U.S. dollar will become over time a worthless currency. He says it's the government agencies like the Fed.

Starting point is 01:42:45 Goldline.com. 866 Goldline. 10 seconds. Station ID. There is a important podcast that is available now for, for Blaze TV subscribers. I did it yesterday, and it was posted last night. And it will be posted for anyone who gets their podcast on Saturday.
Starting point is 01:43:17 It'll be available wherever you get your podcast. And it's episode 194. Did Pope Francis just activate Entine's prophecy? This is something that Catholics have a lot of prophecy on. and the last pope, if you will, is supposed to make a deal with and visit Russia. And that's really kind of all that the prophecy says, and then it gets very, very dicey from there. Well, Pope Francis is the first pope that's, like, been very excited to go to Russia, and he keeps trying to do that. So that is overall what we talked about.
Starting point is 01:43:59 What is prophecy from the Catholic point of view? And what is Pope Francis doing? But we go into a lot of different things. The first thing that we get into is the guy we had on, he's Dr. Taylor Marshall. He's a very nice guy, but he is a radical traditionalist. And I asked him, is that capital T or lowercase? And he said capital T set off some alarm bells in me. He knew who Dugin was, and that's a very dangerous man in my opinion.
Starting point is 01:44:36 And radical traditionalists can be people who believe in state religion. And he said on this that he's 50-50 on whether we try something new or constitution. I am clearly for a return to the Constitution, and I am not for anything that is outside of our founding documents. We have to find a way to unplug it and plug it back in and reset to factory settings. But it is a fascinating conversation, very polite, but I think I'm very clear. And he answered questions to where he left me. I'm not sure if his version of radical
Starting point is 01:45:31 traditionalism is concerning or not. We just sometimes we were talking around each other. So you're going to have to decide yourself. But it's a fascinating conversation with Dr. Taylor Marshall.
Starting point is 01:45:50 That is the podcast. Comes out Saturday. Episode 194, Did Pope Francis just activate end times prophecy? The Glenn Beck Program. American financing NMLS-182334. www. nmLS Consumer Access.org. One of the things that will really improve your quality of life is peace of mind.
Starting point is 01:46:34 And that seems harder and harder to come by, you know, when you're trying to, you know, make ends meet at the end of the month or you're, you know, reading the news or whatever it is. There's a way for you to have that piece of mind, and that's just do the next right thing. And when it comes to financing, I don't know what it is in your life, but I know a lot of our listeners have reached out to American financing and they've done a refi. They get the monkey off their back of that very high interest rate that is now being charged on credit cards. It's up to 25, 26 percent now. I mean, that's, I mean, we're entering mob kind of land.
Starting point is 01:47:15 You can save up to $700 a month. That's the average. That's what people are saving $700 a month. Skip a couple of payments and close in as fast as 10 days. Please call and see what American financing can do to help you and your finances. 800, 906, 2440. And blazedt.com slash Glenn. Use the promo code Glenn and get 10 bucks off your service.
Starting point is 01:47:40 description to Blaze TV. Oh, America. It's Friday. And I think I'm going to make it through the weekend. You are. Yes. Although at the beginning, I didn't think I was going to make it through the end of the show. But I will say, I think we pulled through there.
Starting point is 01:48:16 And I was interesting to hear you talk to the last caller who, you know, was, I mean, like, everyone had their own views. But I think, you know, that was sort of the person that you'd want to, you were looking for, right? the person who would kind of talk to you about these things and consider both sides and try to react rationally. And like, for instance, I didn't feel comfortable at the end that he had drawn a line in his head on the impeachment. Well, that was one of the things that was interesting because I've, you know, I've known you for a very long time. And I've heard you speak three hours a day for what seems like my whole life. And one of the things you think it's bad for you, think of me. One of the things you've mentioned before is this is going back to our very first days working together back in the Clinton impeachment days with Monica Lewinsky.
Starting point is 01:49:12 And we went through that whole thing and you would say, hey, this is, this, Bill Clinton did this stuff. And our Democratic callers would call up and say, no, he didn't. He's not lying. He's not lying. And we would say he is lying. He's blatantly lying. And they would say, no, he's not. And then when he came out and admitted, yes, how he was doing these things, the argument changed to, well, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:49:38 Doesn't matter. Doesn't matter if he did it. And you always said, if this opportunity ever comes up again, I want to ask Democrats beforehand, if it is true, does it matter? So that is, and that seemed to be like what you were doing with that. That's exactly what I was doing. I asked him, where is the line? Yeah. Where is the line here?
Starting point is 01:49:54 Are these things? and I, you know, not as a trick, but like, I'm really legitimately interested to know where that line is for people. And that is the only thing. And I don't know. He seemed like such an honest guy. But unless you make your decision on what matters beforehand,
Starting point is 01:50:16 you will just keep going because it's just going to keep changing all the time. Like it did. Joe Biden said, I had no idea what my son was doing. I never talked to him about business. I was not involved in that. Well, now it shows that he was. And all they did was change.
Starting point is 01:50:35 Yeah, but he didn't profit from it. And if it shows any profit to his family, he'll say, you know, yeah, but it was no big deal. I didn't do this. You know, I didn't change policies because of it. No, stop moving the goalpost. This either matters or it doesn't. because we have to know where our lines are with one another.
Starting point is 01:50:59 If he just lied because he knew his son was in trouble, okay, is that impeachable? Well, I don't like it. But if he wasn't involved in any way, which we now know is not true, but if he was not involved in any way, okay, you can make the case. He was doing it for his son. But did he involve the DOJ?
Starting point is 01:51:21 Did he clear the path for his son with the IRS? Yes. So now you have to go, well, is this cover up? Does it matter that he used our federal resources to cover up? Okay, yeah, I think that's impeachable. But even more so, if the son got rich and the family got rich, but you can't tie any of the money to Joe Biden, even though he met 25, at least 25 meetings, is that impeachable? You have to be able to say now dispassionately, this is my line. This is my line. And we can have different lines, but I want to know you have a line.
Starting point is 01:52:16 If this is proven, and that's another problem, because now we are like, well, what do you mean proven? The blue dress? I mean, is it enough proof to have the State Department, the Treasury, and the White House all warning the vice president, this looks really bad. It looks like money laundering that your son is involved in. You've got to stop this.
Starting point is 01:52:53 This looks really bad. well, we have that. Then we have the bank accounts and the offshore. If we see the money that is in those things, does that matter? And what is it going to, what do you mean by proof? If I have the goods, if I have the banking records, because we already have the, what I think 150, what are called yellow flags from the Treasury Department, that banks call in and say, this is money laundering, you should look into it.
Starting point is 01:53:29 We already have those for Hunter Biden. What is your line? And I only say this because you begin to change. If you keep moving that line, you change. And then you're all of a sudden saying, how the hell did I get here? An additional question that I'd be interesting to hear from, I don't know, quote unquote, sensible liberals, would be the idea of like, okay, let's say you can entertain the line where the corruption is proven to a point where you think this is a real problem, maybe he should be impeached. But I'm curious as to what is the line that would actually make you change your vote, right?
Starting point is 01:54:17 Like, does it change? You might say, okay, well, Joe Biden, I think either should be impeached or he is guilty and I don't like him. but is there more evidence in your mind that Donald Trump is bad or Ronda Santos is bad that you wouldn't consider them? Here's what I think I learned today and it'll take me a while to really digest everything, but here's what I think I learned. A lot of people do not have information. And I mean basic information, not right-left information, just a basic understanding of how things work. Okay. And then on top of that, you have people.
Starting point is 01:54:53 who are informed but are locked into their position. And that was the seminar caller that we had. And then we have people who are really trying to do the right thing and listen to each other and listen to the other side. But I'm not sure if they are, if that would ever change their vote because this is the main point, the alternative. I have to vote for him because of the alternative. And I think that's specifically a Trump thing with people. Yeah, I think there's that's just that. Look, obviously Trump elicits a lot of passion on both sides.
Starting point is 01:55:37 Yeah, but they all will. I mean, if anybody else is the frontrunner, Desantis will be that way or Ramoswami will be that way. Everybody will be called worse than Hitler. That is true. That is what they will be called. I do think there's an inherent. Yes, I agree. There's just high passions around Trump, right?
Starting point is 01:55:53 We all know that. I mean, it's what he's built his career on. Right. Just like Cardi B. She built her career on incredible lyrics and in songwriting. No, I'm not going to be. Along with Megan the Stallion. No, I'm not going to be.
Starting point is 01:56:05 I'm not going to be. Roped into this. No. No, I believe you said I could pull the Cardi B. Ripcourt at any point during this program. Okay, would you rather hear, stop. No, I'm not. This is, you're cheapening this art.
Starting point is 01:56:19 Would you rather hear Senator Kennedy reading from a pornographic children's book. I've seen this video only in video form where they describe what happened and I do not want to hear it. I think we should play a little bit of it. No, I don't think we should.
Starting point is 01:56:34 You should go in with an open mind. Go ahead. Let's take two books that have been much discussed. The first one is called All Boys Aren't Blue. and I will quote from it. I don't know that we need to hear his.
Starting point is 01:56:56 I put some lube on and got him on his knees. No, I just, I've had enough. You've had enough? Yes. Then why do you want the Cardi B thing? It's a great question and I can't answer. I really don't have an answer to that. I really don't.
Starting point is 01:57:12 I don't know why. Partially because I think like part of the reason I can't listen to Senator Kennedy do that. And look, I respect what he's doing here. It's important that he's. doing this. However, it makes me cringe for him. And I will then, when you're doing the Cardi B thing, I will cringe for you, but I want you to feel, like, I want bad things to happen. Ladies and gentlemen, Cardi B, Megan the Scallion. The lyrics from Bongos. Bong, Bong, Bong, bong, we could. Bong, bong, bong, bong, bong, like a drum.
Starting point is 01:57:53 Bong, bong, bong, bong, bong, this is fire. Bong, bong, bong, bong. N word, eat this A like a plum. Plum. This P word tight like a nun, none. None. Better chew it up like it's gum, gum. Gum.
Starting point is 01:58:18 Then, hmm? you don't think that this is we saw that Senator Kennedy I mean this is now this we were talking about this earlier stop the music because I mean uh
Starting point is 01:58:31 we were talking about lyrics there is nothing in any song today that doesn't revolve things that go inside of you that's really the only option of songwriting there used to be love songs
Starting point is 01:58:45 and political songs and all different things Now it's just insertion songs. How does anyone listen to this and think this is good? Well, we don't even know what happens in the song. How would we be able to answer that? Well, that ain't your N-word. He is both ours.
Starting point is 01:59:05 Why are they saying Edward so much still? I don't. P-word tight like a nun. Counting hundreds up with my thumb. Thumb. I don't care where you're from. From? Better beat this S.
Starting point is 01:59:20 like a drum O'cur Don't know how that I mean Don't be talking S like you know me Woo I ride D Like a pony
Starting point is 01:59:34 Girl that N word looked like a brokey Real hot girl S Go an F with his homie He's a Ah
Starting point is 01:59:47 That's all I Ladies and gentlemen, the lyrical stylings of Cardi B and Mega the stallion. Megan, Megan, Megan, Megan, the... Stallion. She is, wow. That's... No, what, I don't think our culture's gone downhill. I mean, not at all.
Starting point is 02:00:11 Not at all. It's well written. Look, you might not like the music, but you can tell that is a, it's a lyrical masterpiece. I think you can say that. At this point, I am. rooting for AI to take over. Rebecca writes in about... AI legitimately would not allow you
Starting point is 02:00:27 to come up with those lyrics because they would say there's all sorts of racial slurs throughout it. At the very least they would stop you at that. Oh, now you've challenged me. You think you can get... I think I could get... No way. I think I...
Starting point is 02:00:43 No way. Okay. You cannot get AI to... to produce something like that with those words in it. Those are naughty words. I believe I've been challenged.
Starting point is 02:00:58 Join me Monday for the lyrics of AI. Rebecca writes in about her dog's experience with Rough Green. She says, I have an eight-year-old toy poodle been really picky eater
Starting point is 02:01:11 since he was three months old. I started adding Rough Green's to his dry food about a week ago and success. He loves his food now. I can't believe how good the ingredients are. I want my puppy to have a long, healthy life. Your product is amazing.
Starting point is 02:01:25 Thank you, thank you. Thank you. Thanks for trying it. This isn't a dog food. This is a supplement developed by naturopathic doctor Dennis Black. You sprinkle it on the dog's food. Remember, brown food is dead food. You want the green stuff. If it's healthy for your dog, it's most likely in rough greens.
Starting point is 02:01:42 I brought it to my vet and said, what do you think of this? She looked at the bag and said, if you can get your dog to eat this, more power to you. I don't know what they've done to it, but it's like dog crack. They love it. The folks at Rough Greens are so confident that your dog is going to love it, they have a special deal for you. Roughgreens.com slash back is where you go or call 833 Glenn 33. They'll give you your first trial bag free.

Starting point is 02:02:35 Everything here is impossible, but it's also real. Sci-fi vision comes up the best show streaming right now. We're running out of time, and we still don't know the rules. Don't miss what the movie blog calls something you need to watch. Saving those children is how we all go home. From, binge all episodes exclusively on Paramount Plus. Oh, come on. I could not do it.
Starting point is 02:03:08 So I was just telling Stu, you know, what are you doing this weekend? And I recommended, no, you got to remember, I'm a little different. I did go to Hobby Lobby yesterday with my daughter because she wanted to paint and we needed some more canvas. So I went to Hobby Lobby. And I might have bought some very nice Christmas wrapping that they happen to have. and I knew they wouldn't have it closer to Christmas and I knew my wife would want that Christmas packing. So I bought it.
Starting point is 02:03:40 So when you look at my TV selection, may not be, you know, for you. Right. It is not for you. In fact, you decided to try to tell me I should watch this show. Yeah, Lydia. Which is called The Law According to Lydia Poet.
Starting point is 02:03:55 So good. And so I, you know, it's Italian. It's on Netflix. Yeah, it's Italian. So you're literally breaking every rule of my television watching. Well, I will say. Number one, two subtitles. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 02:04:08 That was not the number one thing. Well, the first thing he said was, I can't watch this movie. And I said, why? And he said, fancy hats. Yeah. They're wearing hats. You fancy hats, I'm out, right? Like, look, that's just not something I'm going to consider.
Starting point is 02:04:21 It's a non-starter. It is one, I mean, this is like every frame is so beautiful. The story is great. It's great. It's a true story about the first woman who was an attorney and what she had to go through. in Italy. It's amazing. It's amazing. But it is, it's just beautiful. It's beautiful. Really well done. A lot of the beauty comes from the fancy hats. Okay. So let me give you this. Then let me go the opposite way.
Starting point is 02:04:46 Yellowstone premieres Sunday. Yeah. Is it the hat thing again? Well, I have a really, a serious line on time periods. This one's current. But it looks like it's all. It's not. It's current. I know. People keep telling me that, but then I see the pictures and they're like outside. What do you mean? It's current. This, I'm telling you, if you haven't watched Yellowstone, you're missing it. It is the best female villain of all time.
Starting point is 02:05:21 Beth Dutton is expertly played and she is the best villain of all time. Does she wear fancy hats? No, she does not. That's good. Maybe I'll watch it then. I will not watch the law according to Lydia Poet. I didn't think you would be the one to watch it. Okay, good. Good.
Starting point is 02:05:39 I'm glad you have some respect for this still after all these years. Have a great weekend. The Glenn Beck Program.
