Relieffactor.com. All right. Hello, Stu. Hey, Glenn. How are you? Well, I am really, really good. I want to just kind of give a year-end review. Tomorrow is our last show of the season. We come back with, you know, everything and starting fresh for 2024.

But I just am so overwhelmed and honored to be anywhere near this audience. This, I believe, and I've said this for a very long time, two things. I felt that this audience is going to be the audience that somehow or another is the turning point in whatever it is we're facing, that this. This audience, some way, somehow, saves the Republic. I don't even know how that even happens, but I just have always been, I just, I feel that so strongly. You've always, I believe that for as long as I can remember. Yeah. And most of that time I was like, yeah, you know, they're okay.

The audience, they're all right. They're fine. They're good. But I think recently I've been one over to this viewpoint as well. It's amazing. They really are, you guys are awesome. Yeah. It is, it's an amazing group that you happen to be a part of.

And so last night, I was talking to a 20-something because I'm preparing something for TPSA. And they're having a big conference this Saturday, you know, this weekend. And Saturday night I'm doing the closing remarks for the day. And I, you know, I was really wondering, what do I have a value? And so I was talking to a 20-something and I said, you know, what is? is it that you you think people of your age need to hear? And we went over some things. And she ended with, you know, the biggest thing is a call to action. She said, we're always told that we can make the difference, that how important we are and that you got to go out and, but what specifically?

So I was thinking about that. And then I got the year end reports in from Mercury One and the Nazarene Fund. And I just want to tell you, you might think that you haven't done anything this year, but just this audience, this year, listen to this. In Afghanistan, currently, the Nazarene Fund is supporting roughly 125 people monthly inside of Afghanistan. These are people that are hidden away and nobody knows about them. Monthly sustainment includes food and life-sustaining supplies. Most are recipients, most of the recipients are widows with children and Christians in hiding. Vacuations from Afghanistan have decreased significantly, but we are evacuating the high-risk individuals from Afghanistan as needed. Currently in Pakistan, we have eight safe houses with

at-risk Afghans waiting for final resettlement. We have 12 families, 42 people in our care, just in Pakistan, waiting for a country to open up. One of the greatest challenges for pathways for the Afghan situation is the countries. Nobody wants to take these guys anymore. So we are still trying to establish the pathways for resettlement. It is a full-time job in, well, I can't give you the numbers, but we are working with Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Turkey. total completed TNF cases with successful locations to date. 22,000 people we have relocated around the world.

In Armenia, the hostilities inside Armenia began in September, in Azerbaijan. Over 100,000 Armenians have fled. We are really having a hard time with a mass exodus. However, we are on the ground assisting Christian families as they flee their homes looking for safe passage. We have 127 individuals that we have gotten out and gotten to safety. In Egypt, we have 32 Coptic Christian widows that are in need that we're sheltering. Iraq and Syria, this is where we started, and this is an amazing story. We're continuing to be on the ground there. There is one.

big, like prison camp. And all of these Yazidis that have been taken as slaves, all these women, we know they're in this camp of about 10,000. And we have people that are working on finding them. Okay. We have taken just this last year, 172 souls out of out to Australia. 18 to Canada. It is the Yazidi women from, it's the camp is called Al Hull.

It's in Syria. We're reuniting these women with their family members in Iraq, rescuing survivors from human trafficking in Iraq. We're rescuing families fleeing a religious persecution for their Christian faith in Syria. We have safe houses for. at-risk Yazidi women and their children of war, children of war, children fathered by ISIS fighters. We are providing protection for former Isse of captives who are witnesses against ISIS for crimes against humanity proceedings. In Israel, after the October 7th attack, the Nazarene Fund responded

with assistance to our partners in Israel, one chartered flight from Tel Aviv to Nashville for U.S. citizens and Israelis who were survivors of the October 7th attack. We partnered with M1 to provide funding for the relocation to the U.S. of six Israeli families who were survivors of the attack. Who even knew we were in Nigeria? Operation Lego launched in Nigeria on April 30th. Our primary objective is to collect irrefutable evidence along with actionable intent. and target any and all individuals, rings involved with the illicit trade of organ harvesting, human trafficking, child abduction, and exploitation, baby factories, and ritual killings. Some of the operations that we have conducted just in this year, we have arrested six human traffickers,

and these guys are the scum of the scum. The rescue and aftercare of 32 children are now in our care this year. The rescue of 15 pregnant women who are being used as a baby factory. They actually have a black market baby factory. They come and they kidnap these women. They impregnate them. They take the baby, sell the baby parts on the black market. Infant hearts are worth $2,000.

$50,000 on the black market. So they take this child from the mother, kill it, harvest the organs, sell all the organs, then re-impregnate her, and have her do another baby that they kill and harvest. It is, it's unbelievable. We have, again, rescued 15 of these pregnant women, the recovery of two siblings abducted by their maid to be sold into the Nigerian trafficking market. we have found them and reunited them. We have Operation Renaissance that is going on now in Asia.

It is a platform which has a range of tools to support a Christian minority community and other minority groups. Operation Resistance was established under the guise of conventional research and community outreach project to shield it from exposure to security agencies in the lockdown states. We had to shut it down at the end of third quarter this year, but some of the operations. We assisted 1,590 Christian families with food, medicine, and legal assistance to fight different types of persecution that they were facing. We rescued a 15-year-old Christian girl who had been abducted and brutally tortured by her employers for several days. Police, legal financial support to and successful rescue of a 12-year-old Christian girl kidnapped, coerced to convert to Islam and forced to marry her 35-year-old Muslim adducty. Police and legal support for a 14-year-old Christian minor raped repeatedly and filmed by one of her

superiors at the factory where she worked. Rescue and relocation of a father and his three children who were victims of slave labor for over 10 years. In Sierra Leone, Operation Silver was launched in Freetown, Sierra Leone, on September 1st of 2023. its primary objective is to collect irrefutable evidence along with actionable intelligence and target any and all individuals and rings involved with illicit trade for organ harvesting, human trafficking, child abduction, and exploitation, baby factories and ritual killings. It also pays particular focus to Christian persecution who have been singled out for abuse based on their faith. A few of the operations just this year that you have made possible.

I'm telling you all of these things to let you know there's a lot of good in the world and you are responsible for it. Recovery of two trafficked minors, 14 and 16 year old from the Republic of Guinea, rescue and repatriation of nine children trafficked in the Republic of Mali. Recovery of a 10-year-old girl who's being trafficked to the Republic of Mali. Recovery of a 14-year-old girl trafficked from her village. in Sudan, we began this in April, 23. Fighting between rival armed factions broke out in the capital city of Khartoum. In June, we took 180 Kurdish workers with emergency evacuation and assisted them to get them on flights back to their home. Food packages for 900, medication for 150, sleeping kits for 8.30.

We were in Turkey with a 7.8 magnitude earthquake. $200,000 of emergency funding, tents, food, medical care provided. What makes us different is nobody is left in Afghanistan. All these people that were marked for death and have been for a long time, nobody else is there. We're the last there. We're usually, we try to be the first or second in, but we are also the last one out.

And a good example of that is what's happening. happening in Maui. When we went to Maui and Lahaina, we flew the food and everything else out, and we found that they were so skeptical of any aid people because they said, you guys just want your names on the TV. You just want your logos. Here, stand with this and the logo. And then you beat it. And my guy said, did you notice there's no logo anywhere? We're not, that's not what we do. We're here to help. And we'll be the last one here. Well, we will be in Lahaina for at least the next year, maybe two years, providing supplies. We're helping build tiny homes.

They just found that arsenic is all over Lahaina. So these people are not going back to their homes anytime soon. That all has to be cleaned up. So we're helping build tiny homes so they can stay in the area. Plus, I don't have the number on how many people have killed themselves, but the suicide rate is through the roof. So we are there providing PTSD care as well. And these things, you know, Israel helped 440 Americans return to the United States. Two flights.

We partnered with Corey Mills, partnered with the, I think it's the Shai Fund. we have provided ambulances for the Israeli people that they needed. I mean, you have done so many things. On education, we have hosted pro-family legislators network giving over 200 legislators information, critical information that they need. We are now, we just finished. starting ticketing. So now if you come to town,

It's open at certain hours and you have to be ticketed to go in. We are now scanning our artifacts every day, 3D scanning, plus all of the books. We have the third largest library of the American

founding. We have the largest collection of documents from Jamestown, also from the Pilgrims in the world. We're scanning all of those documents. They can be translated into any language, and they're all searchable. We are putting them all on blockchain, along with all of the artifacts that I buy. We are 3D scanning them. So eventually, you'll be able to have that and be able to manipulated and look at it, you know, through a virtual reality there at your own home. And it's all going to be on blockchain. And we are deep into that right now. It's taken us longer than we wanted.

And we have a massive, massive program starting next year, hopefully, with your help, to educate not only families, but also take seriously all of the students in high school, and college that not only want to know the truth about America, but are willing to teach it and want to dedicate their self to history of America. I want to talk to you about something that I found that I'm getting my, My whole family for Christmas, everybody in my family is going to get one of these. And they don't know it. So if you know a member of my family, they don't usually listen to me. So don't tell them. But I found something. My wife has been approached at the gas station now multiple times. And so she's freaked out by gas stations.

What do you mean? Approached at the gas station? Approached by people who are asking for months. money and everything else. Oh, yeah, that's huge. I get that all the time. Right. All the time.

And so far, it's just been, you know, very calm and peaceful and everything else. But that's not the case in other parts of the country. And she is so freaked out. And I've said to her, honey, carry your gun. In case something goes wrong. Because usually, you're right. It's just, oh, well, hey. I should never know.

Yeah. I've been getting the same story about the guy who, needs just $5 of gas to get to I can't tell you how many times. That's the same story guys. Do a remix. Use AI to write something new.

Yeah. She actually followed one of those people at one point. She gave them. And I was like, what are you doing? You're the one talking to me about being afraid of. And she's like, I gave them the money. And I just, soon as I did it, I thought,

these, they're scamming me. So I waited in the parking lot until they drove away. And then I followed them. and they passed the gas station and went to the liquor store. Really? And I'm like, honey, can you not play Inspector Gadget? Please. Never again.

But also, that's fascinating to it. Right. So anyway, so one of the things that, I mean, I am, I carry a gun. I'm a very good shot. And I will kill you if you try to harm me or others. And what about me? If someone trying to harm me, would you do it? Oh, no. Do whatever you want with Stu.

just leave me and the women and children alone. That's what I figured. So, but if you carry a gun, the problem with it is, if you take somebody's life and you're wrong, God, that's, I mean, if you take somebody's life and you're right, it's going to be, you know, it will always weigh on you. It will change who you are. But it will also be something that, you know,

will wreck your life for a very long time. time through the court system, unless you live in Texas. Even if you do live in Texas. Yeah. It might be, I mean, there was a story in the prep today about a person who wound up killing someone who was trying to kill them. Even though they were justified. Even though they were totally justified.

And the court ruled that it was self-defense. Yep. They're still getting in trouble for it. Yeah. It's crazy. So there's a company named Berna and it is B-Y-R-N-A, Berna, Berna. you know, you fill them, uh, with pellets. Now, there are two kinds of pellets, three kinds of pellets, actually. This one is really for target practice or breaking windows. And when you use it for target practice,

you can just go out and find them again and keep using them over and over again. And that thing coming at you that fast, you know, it'll hurt. But it's actually made to penetrate car windows. Okay? So if you're in a car and somebody is, harassing you and trying to get into your car, you're stuck, you know, and there's a protest,

a BLM, and they are trying to get into your car. You can take this, push it through the window, or even just open your window a crack if you want to, and your second shot is this. Now, they have pepper shots, so it's like pepper spray. You can use that. My family is not going to use this. This is the... the one we're using. This is Max projectile. It is, contains OC and a tear gas blend. So this is legitimate tear gas. And the thing about it is, if you load this and shoot it, if you're six feet around wherever it hits, you could just shoot it at their feet. You'd shoot it at their chest. You could shoot it at the wall behind them. You don't have to be.

necessarily a good shot. You just better be six feet away because this will put tear gas in a six foot radius. And if you don't know anything about OC, OC is quite effective. It will, it burns and it gets inside of your lungs. It makes you feel like you just can't breathe. It, you know, five hours later, it looks like you have first degree burns on your face. and every time you get into the shower for the next four days, it's reactivated. This is, this will put anybody down. You're standing in a supermarket and somebody is starting to beat somebody.

Even if you get the other guy, at least he's not going to get shived. You shoot this at the person and they're not going anywhere, not going anywhere. And it's all non-lethal. You can carry this in New York. city. And it's a $10 or $50 fine. I was told 10. I also heard 50. So it's somewhere between 10 and $50 fine for carrying this. That's it. It's a non-lethal weapon. And I'm looking at the website. It says it is the same classification as an Airsoft gun or a paintball gun. But of course, it's doing something totally different. Totally different.

And that's one of my big worries. We used to live in Pennsylvania. When we did the show in New York, I lived in Pennsylvania one block from the river that separates Pennsylvania and New Jersey. And so I was always terrified of having my weapon with me because if you go across that bridge and you go in, you get pulled over in New Jersey and you just forgot your gun in the back of your car. You didn't realize you didn't remove it before you. You go to prison. Yeah, prison. I will tell you, I go to New York. Go ahead, write me the ticket officer.

Here's the 10 bucks. I have no problem. I do that every day of the week in New York City. One of the reasons I don't like New York City is, you know, you're completely unarmed. You're completely defenseless. You carry one of these on the subway and, you know, you're pretty good. Now, this is the AR version of it. Wow.

And it is quite amazing. You put the air here and then it has the shoulder stock. And then the magazine. is put in and it comes together. So you have two magazines. So once you hit it to a, you run out, you just take it out and put it in for the other magazine.

And so you have I think 20 or 30 shots on this thing. Wow. And I will tell you, we have people that approach our house. We have all kinds of signs on our ranch. Do not

cross this line. This is private property. watched by dogs video, and there are guns. We take security seriously. And people still just like, well, I'm different. I'm just going to say, don't do that. Please don't do that. There was somebody that was coming on our property about four years ago.

And they almost got shot. They had a hearing problem and they wouldn't stop. And, you know, thank God, nobody fired the gun. But stop. my security detail is serious. And I'm going to start carrying this on the ranch because I don't want to kill somebody. But if you're coming in and you won't stop, I am going to hit you with tear gas. And it's my right to do that.

Signs are posted everywhere. Don't do that. Please, for your own safety, don't do that. And still people do. And God help me. Somebody comes across and no, no, somebody came to our house at night recently. Really very bad idea when you're, because you had to crawl over a fence to get there. Really bad idea.

Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, I know my kids, my daughter, you know, she goes and she does, you know, plays and she's in a, you know, sketchy areas all the time going in, you know, at 10 o'clock at night coming out of the theater. I want her to be able to protect herself. She has pepper spray now, but no, you can fight through, you're not going to do it happily, but you could fight through pepper spray. Tear gas, you're not going to.

I'm in another state route, you know, right? And you're doomed up there. Right. And not to mention, like, you know, God. Man, if you, we always talk about this. The Second Amendment is great if you need to protect yourself.

God forbid something's happened to you or your family. You're able to protect yourself. But like, in those situations, it would be great to have an option that if you screw up, you don't necessarily end a life. Like, I have zero confidence in myself that I would actually shoot the right person. I might shoot myself in the face. God only knows what's going to happen. You, you, the average person is not accurate with a pistol at 60 feet. That's the best thing about this.

Because when you pull a gun on an attacker and they're already on top of you, good luck, good luck. This gives you the ability. Let's say you go in the, I've done this before. My son was creeping around the house in the middle of the night. He was up doing stuff he wasn't supposed to do. We heard it. Oh, God. I got the gun.

In your house? In my house, I got the gun. And I went around, you know, like a spy coming around the corners. with the guns where the lights were on. Then I started to go into places where the lights weren't on. And I heard something and I said, I have a gun. Identify yourself right now.

Or I will shoot and I shoot to kill. I fear for the life of my children and me. Identify yourself. And then I heard, This is me, Dad. Oh my gosh. Good God. Oh, my gosh.

Okay. That's terrifying. There was somebody just a couple of weeks ago. that actually shot their daughter just for the same thing. This, I hear something and something's moving behind my couch. You know what? I don't mind my son have been hit by a little tear gas. You know what I mean?

It might actually make me feel good. I don't know if I would recommend that. Yeah, I know. You're 60 feet away. So you can shoot this and hit something at least by them, six feet. That's how close you have to be, six feet. And this tear gas situation. gas situation hits them and it's not pepper spray.

You're at a, you're at a, you're living, God help you. You're living in one of these cities that are going ape. You never know when you're going downtown. Am I going to run into a mob? What's going to happen? You can at least get people because you'd have several pepper shots, I mean, OC gas, tear gas shots, in the gun. Boom, boom, boom. Boom, boom.

there's a lot going on with the economy. There is the corporate transparency act rule. It is coming right after the new year, and it's really going to affect the smallest of small businesses. But it's very, very important. Very important. It's going to stop, you know, people who have, you know, shell corporations. Oh, you mean like every member of the Biden family?

Well, not them, but. You know, okay, we're going to talk about how your life is going to change next year, and you have to be aware of it. We're going to talk about that. Also, it's interesting, you know, we can't pay for the debt because we're close to a trillion dollars in additional interest every year now. Our debt payment, our interest payment is approaching a trillion dollars a year. That's kind of a bad thing.

But the good news is stock markets flying high again. Why? Because the Fed came out and said, Yeah, we're going to lower the interest rates next year. Well, hello to my good friend, Carol, Carol. Hi, Glenn. How are you doing? Oh, I am just fabulous. So I was just trying to explain to Stu in the top of the hour we were talking about what you were going to talk about.

And I want to start with what the Fed did because right now, if you look at the poll numbers that are coming out from all of the swing states, it's pretty dark news for Joe Biden. Yeah, new Bloomberg poll that is out today of the swing states. Real quick, we'll go through them. Wisconsin, Trump 45, Biden 41. Georgia, Trump 49, Biden 43. Michigan, Trump 46, Biden 42. Pennsylvania, Trump 46, Biden 44. Nevada, Trump 47, Biden 44.

North Carolina, Trump 49, Biden 40. And Arizona, Trump 46, Biden 42. That's not good. If you're Joe Biden. If you're Joe Biden, and that's, And that comes from Bidomics. People are just not believing it. However, what the Fed did yesterday by saying they're going to lower the interest rate three times next year, doesn't that mean more free money is coming out and it will juice things to make people feel better for the short term?

Okay. So a couple things. First, you know, what happened yesterday is they decided they were going to hold rate steady. They do something called the dot plot, which is an expectation from the members of where they think interest rates are going to be. And from that projection, it was extrapolated that there could be three interest rate cuts next year. Now, that being said, what the members project is always wrong. So some of them—I know this is shocking news to you. Yeah, right.

They're economists. They couldn't project their way out of a paper bag if they tried. So this is an expectation that if everything were to stay on the trajectory that they think with the same variables today, that they would be in a position to normalize rates. And what that is telling you is that they think that by that point in time, the monetary policy will have worked its way through the system, that you will have inflation coming close to their target, probably not their target, and that they're going to try to normalize interest rates. It doesn't mean that this particular statement does not mean that they are going to print additional money.

It's just a shift in the interest rate. That being said, there are other factors that could lead to all of that happening. But this is just, you know, hey, we have no idea what's going on, but we want to put something out there. By the way, as you know, you led in with Stu's poll numbers that could perhaps create some more optimism for people to say, oh, well, things are getting better. Maybe you should vote for Joe Biden. Correct. Correct. And that's, you know, this is the one thing that the Fed can do. They can raise the interest rates. They can tighten money and they can make a politician's life and reelection hell or happy. It is really, this is why. This is why.

you don't ever tie these two things together with politics, but they have. They have. So we'll see what happens. But it's wild. If you think about what's happened, we've been in this massive tightening cycle, and you have the indices, one of them hitting an all-time high and two of them getting close back to all-time highs. That's sort of the opposite that what should be happening with policies. You have this weird thing that's going on, where you have this magnificent seven tech stocks that are at this point, more than a quarter of the S&P 500, it's the largest chunk that seven stocks have ever accounted for in terms of the stockmaker in terms of S&P 500 before. And so they are driving the narrative. You know, if you pulled that out and you normalize things, things look very, very different.

So you're getting this kind of disparate story, something that would probably be very different and look a lot more like last year. if people weren't so all in on AI and all of these promises. So here's the, by the way, I don't know if you've seen the AI newscast. Have you seen this yet? Came out yesterday. Do we, do we even have that? Do we have that pulled yet? No, I think we'll have to do it tomorrow.

There's a new AI newscast, all written by AI and delivered by AI people that look absolutely real. and they're like, you know, don't worry about it. There's not going to be any bias because we're all computer generated. Like, that doesn't fill me with confidence. Okay, that doesn't make me feel good. But I digress. Let me talk to you about the other thing. You wrote this great op-ed yesterday as a warning to small businesses.

This makes no sense to me if you're trying to do what the government says they're trying to do. What this looks like is let's attack the smallest business owners that we have in our economy and get them to close their doors. That's what it feels like to me. Explain what's happening. It's part of that and it's part a massive data collection program that nobody knows about. This is a rule that goes into effect January 1st, 2014 that no one in the small business community had heard about it was put on my radar by a couple of my great followers over the past few weeks. I had not heard about it. I'm a small business expert, advocate, and somebody who owns a small business. Nobody told me about this. So this is the corporate

transparency rule. And what they're trying to gather is beneficial owner information for businesses. And it's estimated that this could impact up to 32 million small businesses, including sole proprietors that have entities. So this is focused on entities. So if you're a single member LLC or if your business has an S-Corp, even if you don't have employees, you're impacted. And basically what they're saying is that you have to register with a group that's out of the Treasury called FinCEN, which is the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, because they

want to prevent money laundering, much in the way that hiring 87,000 IRS deaths was meant to go after 800 billionaires, right? Right. But, hang on. But Finsen is the group that tagged Hunter Biden that everybody ignored, right? Correct. Right. Right.

And that's, I mean, that's the irony of the timing here, right? Is that you have all of these flags, suspicious activity reports and the like for Hunter Biden and the Biden family that, you know, were made and went completely ignored, but now you want to go after the small business. And why I say going after the small business is that there are all kinds of groups that are exempts. If you are, a lot of the different financial services companies, they're exempt. I'm guessing because they already have to register with FinCEN. But if you are a large business, if you have at least 20 employees and $5 million in revenue, you don't have to register for this either.

Hang on just a second. So they're going after money launderers. Right. What crappy money launderer are you that you're not at least making $5 million? Hunter Biden made $5 million in one deal. So what kind of, what are you doing it for? Are you doing it for snacks? Yes.

I mean, that's ridiculous. Your money laundering for Doritos or something like that just for fun and giggles. And that's what the ridiculousness of it, the burden, the invasion of privacy, the collection of small business information, which puts it at risk, obviously, anytime, you know, not only is it a personal invasion of privacy, but it's the potential for, you know, cyber criminals to go after it. What is it that they're collecting on you? So it's called B.O.I. Beneficial Ownership Information. And so it's what you might think.

It's your name. It's your address. It's all the names that you do business under. It's your government ID. So again, you can, you know, you don't need ID to vote. but to be a small business, apparently you need one. So something like a driver's license or a passport, and they're going to associate all of that in this national database so that they can track who is doing business as a small business entity. And again, with so many, you know, up to 32 million small businesses in this country, the benefit of potentially tracking down a few money launderers,

which we know they have one that they've done absolutely nothing about, versus the burden that this creates in terms of privacy, there's a fee, Glenn. Surprise, surprise. $85. And that is if you don't need to hire someone else to make sure you've done this the right way. And if you don't do it exactly right, a massive fine is coming your way, right? So not only fine, but you could also go to jail.

Like there is a jail penalty associated with not participating in this. you have to not only do it the one time, which they say the initial burden is three hours. So that's assuming that you know how to do this the right way. But thinking about three hours and filling out a form for a small business. I mean, that sounds pretty invasive, right? I don't have three hours a day. I don't have three hours to do stuff. You know?

It keeps them away from revenue generating productive activity on some nonsense here. And then, by the way, any time something changes, it is up to you. to make sure that you keep them informed. And again, if you don't do it in a certain period of time, well, oh, I forgot. I moved. Okay, well, now FinCEN is going to come out. This is the way Germany did. All dictatorships do it.

Every time they give so, make so many laws that are on your back and your shoulder that you can guarantee you're breaking some law that you may not even know about, but they've made it so everyone is a lawbreaker at some level or another. So you better not step out a line. You better shut your mouth right now because you think you can't go to jail. Oh, really, did you move last year? Did you let FinCEN know about it?

You must be a money lenderer. You must be, you know, that $10,000 that you collected as a hobby mom and decided to put it in an LLC structure. Let me give you one more thing on this. This is being blamed. This isn't Joe Biden. This is not Joe Biden. And it's not.

It happened, I believe, in January 2020. So Donald Trump was still in office. It went to his desk. Both houses voted for it. It went to his desk. He vetoed it and said, this is insanity. He vetoed it. It went back.

Both houses passed his veto. And then it was law. So this isn't Donald Trump's fault. This isn't Joe Biden's fault. This is the Congress and the Senate. I don't know what they're getting out of this except more information on you. But it is wrong. It is.

And I think it's something we have to really try hard to repeal. If you are an existing business, you have all year. You have one full year in order to comply. if you're a new business, you start a new business, it's 30 days. But old businesses, existing businesses, entities have a whole year. Where do you even go? Where do you even go? Well, I put a statement in the last House Small Business Committee on the record that said

this needs to be a top priority. So the House Small Business Committee, this is on their radar. And we need to be picking up the phone and calling our representatives and particularly if you own a small business and say this needs to stop. There's absolutely no benefit to this, and all it does is it's a mass data collection program against small business that's going to make it harder for people to start and people to operate and create more penalties and shift the landscape again in favor of big businesses. So I am personally not going to look at compliance until, you know, at least the back half of next year and try to do everything possible to get this repeal. Okay, 32 million people you've got to band together and stop yet another abuse of power. We'll get back to Carol on something else that is happening right now.

Natural asset companies are being built. This, we talked about yesterday. This is the end of ownership, the end of real freedom and ownership. and they're going to pass this or sign it in. It doesn't even have to go to the House or Congress. It's going through the SEC, and it will change ownership entirely. We'll talk to you about that in 60 seconds first. That's some great news.

Natural asset companies is the weirdest thing that's come on my radar, Glenn. You put it on there, and I think today is all about things that we've never heard of that can be transformational. But basically, the New York Stock Exchange is working with this group who came up with a new class of companies. This is something that's like unheard of. It's like, okay, we've come up with this new structure.

They've come up with their own accounting system. And their whole thing that they're trying to do is use the public markets to raise large amount of capital to go out and get basically the control rights. They're not necessarily buying the land, but they're trying to connect. control the land in this country and all of these natural assets. And their pitch is, oh, if you're an investor and you want to invest, you know, in the earth and in climate change and in preservation, you had no way to do it before. The guy who came up with this has basically said that he wanted to find a private sector solution, something that went around legislation, that went around taxes, that went around, you know,

all of the things that are required to do something like this. And they're trying to pass a rule through the SEC, who is supposed to be looking out for the rights of shareholders to allow large pools of capital to go in and whether it's public lands. And remember, the federal government owns around a third of the land in this country, as well as private land, go in and manage it, not to maximize profit,

but for all of these ridiculous E.S. kind of philosophy. It is absolutely ridiculous and you've got to tell your congressman and senator, I don't even know if they're aware of this, but you have to tell them that they've got to stop

So I'm still happy, just kind of a struggle sometimes. You have three kids, two grandchildren?

Three kids, adult kids live California and my youngest is Spokane, Washington. He's playing three and I have five grandbabies. They all in California. That's been the hardest part of being ill is I can't be around and know my grandbabies before I go home. Where do you live? Where do you live, Kathleen? I live in Sand Point, I hope. Oh, it's a great place.

Yes, it's very cold this morning. Do you ever get to go out and be with them? Can you travel? Since the little stroke from kind of overdoing it this summer, I don't get behind wheel no more because it's not safe. So my son in Spokane sometimes tries make it see me because he's busy in his career. But I haven't seen any of my other kids in California in almost four half years. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh.

Because COVID really did lots of things and things just hard down here. Satan is running amuck Yeah Kathleen I just want you to know that everybody on on the call center they were just so moved

I feel the same way you do if you've listened for a long time that we know each other. And I know we don't. But we all gather here to do some marvelous things. The things that you do. You know, I got a note from somebody because I said, you know, where are the people that are actually cleaning up the roles of the voters and making sure that the election's not stolen, the Republicans haven't done anything? And I got a letter, a kind of a hot letter for

somebody I know that's like, Glenn, you have no idea. You have no idea. You have no idea the time that individuals are sacrificing right now to keep our roles clean. And it's happening all over the country. And I just wrote back and said, I apologize. Please let me highlight those people. Because there are people and they go unseen, you know, and that's why fame and fortune is so poisonous to the soul. It's just it's it's battery acid for the soul because you'll get you'll get credit for things you didn't do. You'll get blamed for things that you didn't do, but you get credit for things that you didn't do. The people that watch you or listen to you or whatever, they're amazing sometimes. I am so fortunate to have you as an audience. And you do so much.

And you don't get seen. I get seen. And it's humbling. It's humbling because I'm like, I'm sitting in a chair and I'm just blabbing. And people are doing amazing work all around the country. And I can't end the year. Tomorrow's our last day on the year. I just can't end the year without thanking you, without informing you.

Thomas Massey, welcome to the program, sir. How are you? Well, I've been better. I'm a little bit out of breath. I just ran from that vote that just threw away the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution. They passed the extension of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Of course, it's been used to spy on American, so it's misnamed.

Was it even close? It was close in a way. We only needed one third of the House to vote against it to stop it. See, I sit on the Rules Committee. Chip Roy sits on the Rules Committee. Ralph Norman sits on the Rules Committee. We have a blocking position. and we said you're not going to mash this thing together with the funding for our military and put it on the floor.

That's the swamp way of doing things, and we're done with that. So instead of bringing the bill through the rules committee, as most bills go, they brought it on the floor without going through the rules committee by suspending the rules. Now, they can do that, but then they have to get a two-thirds majority vote. So we needed 140 votes roughly out of the people who were present to stop it. Yeah, yeah. We got 118. I would assume most of them are Republicans, but I hear there were some Democrats that were against this as well.

Yeah, we had 73 Republicans vote against this and 45 Democrats vote against it. Listen to this, America. Just 76, did you say? Republicans. Yeah. That is insanity. What are these people thinking?

Well, Glenn, they put you in a skiff here, one of these secret rooms without your phone, and they try to convince you the world's going to end if you don't allow them to reauthorize this. But that's a false choice. We passed a reform to this that would require the government to get a warrant out of Jim Jordan's judiciary committee, another committee that Chip Roy and I sit on. And the speaker, instead of bringing it to the floor as a standalone bill, brought this, this horrible thing that, as you said in your intro, we already know they've admitted they've used it illegally on 250,000 times on Americans.

They brought this same program back to the floor, and they say it's a four-month reauthorization, but as Mike Lee, who's read the bill, points out, it may be more than a year reauthorization, because they'll just reset the clock in January. Can you give me any hope for the Republic? people ask me is there any hope i say i am here on the 5% chance that we can fix it and on the 30% chance that it all goes to hell and i live through that and i can be here to to try to put it back

together so you know we started out this year we were going to you know and McCarthy put three of us on the rules committee so we could make sure this didn't happen so that we can make sure they didn't put two different bills together. You understand, I don't want to defend them, but I want to explain the reason 147 Republicans voted the wrong way. They were given a false choice. They were saying, if you don't fund this program, then we won't be able to spy on terrorists. And oh, by the way, we've attached it to the military funding bill and the soldiers won't get paid.

You know, I'm sorry, but I'm sorry, Thomas. I don't mean I'm probably as mad as you are, but you're being much too kind. I'm sorry, if you're in Congress and you fall into that trap, which has been used over and over and over again by both sides, you're a moron and not smart enough to be in Washington, D.C. Sorry. It's Lucy and the football for some of us who've been here 10 years, we've seen it about three times because this program comes up for reauthorization every four years or so. but you're right. They use the same tricks over and over. And in the classified rooms,

they give you examples of how this program's been used to stop terrorists, but they don't give you examples of how being able to spy on Americans without a warrant has ever been able to help them stop a terrorist. We have, I mean, does C-T-I-L ring a bell with anyone? Are they even paying attention? You know what, Matt Taibi and, uh, and Schellenberger came out and testified to about C-T-I-L and the program of psychological ops being run on the American people.

The last thing this government needs is more power. You know, everybody on the left in the media, oh, Donald Trump is going to be a dictator. What's the difference from what we're doing right now? What's the difference? Here's what's so frustrating to me, Glenn, is we've waited. I've waited a decade to get a chairman of judiciary or chairman of intel, and in this case we get the chairman of judiciary who actually cares about this issue, Jim Jordan.

And Mike Johnson served on this committee. He was working on this problem with us. Then he became speaker and he won't bring the judiciary bill to the floor. Why? But part of his soul, do you think he sold? I don't think he's sold his soul. I think they have put him in one of these rooms and shown him the extra super classified stuff and convinced him that if he doesn't do this, there'll be a terrorist attack on January 1st.

There's going to be a terrorist attack in this country because our borders are wide open. That is true. I mean, you cannot have it both ways. You can't say we have to have this tool because terrorist attacks are going to happen, but we're letting 15, what is it, 5,000 people in every day. You can't have it both ways. Listen, you're, I know, I'm sorry. But your frustration is an expression of the frustration of your listeners and of my voters.

I mean, I am, a Chip Roy, he tried, I got to give him credit. He called a motion to adjourn before they brought this bill up. He tried to adjourn Congress. He should have put a, you know what, he should have pulled the fire alarm. They don't do anything about that anyway. I guess we should all pull fire alarm. Yeah. I mean, it's unbelievable.

And then the gall of James Clapper to come out and have the same people that wrote the public statement about Hunter Biden's laptop, the same people come out and say, we really need Section 702. How do these people have any? credibility with anybody? I don't know, but they put them up as subject matter experts. They should be a reason you should vote against it. Exactly right. Exactly right. Okay, can you tell me, gosh, Thomas, you know I love you.

I'm sorry. Don't feel like I'm taking it out on you. I know it probably sounds that way, but you're one of the good guys. And thank Chip and Mike and everybody else that's working behind the scenes to stop this stuff. there's a little bit of hope Glenn let me give you a little bit of hope we still have the judiciary bill they could still bring it to the floor we could still pass that in the house that's what we need to do there's a fake reform package that the intel committee has passed we do not need to bring that to the floor actually chip roy and i and ralph norman stopped that from coming to

the floor this week the fake one so there's a real one on the docket they could mark it up January, February, March. That's what we need to do. It's got reforms like get a damn warrant. It's got reforms like criminal penalties for people who abuse the program. It's got reforms like congressmen can go over there and look at what's going on kind of reforms. I think it's a serious bill. That's the one we should bring to the floor and we should do it as soon as we get back after Christmas. All right. What else is being sneaked by the American people in the holiday season? because this is when it always happens. What else is going to happen?

Well, while I've got you on here, here's what's coming up next. They did the extension, the CR. Yeah, of course it did. It's January and February. But you remember, I got a provision that if they keep doing CRs, the whole budget gets cut 1%. I know that's not enough, but that will kick in in April. And they are freaking out right now.

Over 1%? Over 1%? Like the world will end if we spend 1% less this year than the Democrats did last year. Joe Biden, Joe Biden farted out $200 million to Ukraine. And that wouldn't need, I mean, that's not even touching 1%. Are you kidding me? They're freaking out. They're freaking out.

Right. 1% is 15 billion. And Joe Biden's asking for another 60 billion. He's asking for 4. percent of our discretionary budget additionally to go to Ukraine, and they're freaking out over this 1% cut provision that I got signed into law. They did this out of desperation, but now it's coming up. They will move heaven and earth to get out of that 1%.

That's what everybody needs to be watching, I think, right now, is whether they cheat us out of the 1% cut. Did Chuck Schumer voted for, and Joe Biden signed so that they could get the debt limit through? unbelievable um well thomas thank you for all the fight that you guys are doing and i know because i hear from you guys personally i hear from you you know late at night what the hell am i still doing here uh you know it's not making a difference you are making a difference uh and at least somebody is uh is standing up to to all of this can i ask you do you have an opinion

on the Supreme Court taking the Donald Trump case? Or not the Donald Trump case, but the what's his face, you know, the prosecutor, that case. I've been so busy with the FISA thing. I haven't paid attention to that. I saw Hunter Biden scroll through here without showing up to testify. Imagine the gall of that. It's insane. It's insane. It's insane. Insane. he's just flouting it in our faces. I know. And you guys can't really do anything, can you?

I mean, you can hold him in contempt of Congress, but that doesn't mean anything because the Justice Department is rogue. That's correct. You refer it to the DOJ. They're not going to do anything. It's a president's son. It's obscene. Thank you so much, Thomas.

Okay, so hang on just a second. When they say the fall of 2024, do they mean autumn or do they mean the country's falls in the collapse?

After the collapse of 2020. It will be known. We don't know this yet, but it will be known as the fall of 2024. Okay, good. Okay. They say, though, marine snipers can still get trained, but at the reconnaissance training center and the Marine Raider training center, according to the Marine Corps message announcing the change. I wonder why.

All schoolhouses cost people, Smith said. So they don't have their crying poor mouth for our snipers? I mean. Oh, my God. They said, yeah. Oh, my gosh. I will say, I, you know, just hearing about this from you, I had not heard about it, and I don't know the ins and outs of sniper trading well enough to be able to comment on it.

I have two snipers at work on my security staff. So you probably do. And they're both Marines. So, yeah. They're not happy about it? I haven't even talked to them about it. I just remembered it. I haven't even talked to him about it.

Oh, really? But I am going to find out. Going to find out. Yeah, apparently it's happened a while ago. The announcement happened a while ago, and we must have missed it somehow. It's going to be because, I don't know, the world is collapsing everywhere around us. Everything this government does. I mean, you know what?

They keep saying that Americans are becoming extremists. You know, I just read something today from Germany, and there's this new 20,000 person strong, seemingly fascistic group that seems to be pretty bad. I don't know anything about it yet. I haven't looked into it. But I, you know, I looked at this and I thought to myself, what they're saying is they're not going to obey the government laws anymore. Okay. It is the Reichberger movement. I like any movement that has burger in the name.

So I got to be careful on this one because maybe it's a hamburger movement. I don't know. But the Reichberger movement is literally. that's translated to Citizens of the Reich. Okay, bad thing. And self-administrators. It's a loose collection of groupings and individuals who, with different motives and on different grounds,

reject the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany and its legal system. Okay? They say that Germany is still occupied and controlled by the allies, therefore it's not a sovereign state, blah, blah, blah. They reject the basic law. Well, you know what? that's a whole sick kind of thing that I don't know anything about.

But this is happening all over the world where people who were decent human beings are saying, I don't recognize the law anymore. And that's going to get worse and worse. And do you know why? Because they're not upholding the law anymore. They become an illegitimate government if you don't enforce the Constitution. That's our system of government. If you are dismissing the Constitution, what gives you the right to power?

Because in this country, the people give you the power to execute, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. If you throw the Constitution out and you're violating the Constitution, where do you get your authority? That's an honest question. I'd love a scholar to answer that for me. Where do you get your authority? I mean, the living constitution view of the world doesn't need one, right? Like you can always come up with some justification to do the things that you want. If it is always changing and always meaning something else, then how do you possibly protect and defend it?

That is not their goal. if my daughter was I have a duty to protect and defend my daughters okay but if they were betty one day and completely different and then Susan the next day how would I even know who to protect and defend now I have three daughters so it is kind of in the cards that they're constantly changing but I know the basis of who they are. I don't know what the Constitution means anymore. Are we going to uphold it today or tomorrow?

We're going to uphold it. Is that an old-timey thing? Do we care about the Fourth Amendment? First Amendment? Do we care about any of the amendments anymore? Because they can use them against you, or if you're standing up for it, they'll use that against you.

Here's cut four. This is Hunter Biden yesterday. He said something that the New York Times decided to quote by using a misquote. Listen to this. Let me state as clearly as I can. My father was not financially involved in my business. Stop. Why is that important? Well, you know, Glenn, you have a song and then you remix it. And then there's a club mix and a dance mix and a dance mix and a dance. disco mix. And eventually it's not the same song. And that's where we are in the Hunter Biden saga. You're not singing the same song here.

Because it was first, I've never spoken to my child, Hunter, about my business at all. And he would say, I've never spoken to my father. Never spoken to my father. That was the initial claim. Any of my business. And that moved all that, you know, it got to, I never spoken to him about the finances. I've never met with any of the, all these things have now been proven to be true. And now we've gone all the way to, what was the quote again?

My father was not financially involved in my business. Now that is a massive leap because I think, thinking about what we believe about Joe Biden. Like, for example, there was a payment that went, we've talked about it before and I'm not going to be able to exactly get it right. It's China to the trust to the. trust to the, you know, the Shell corporations. Actually, through, I don't remember, it was Sri Lanka or some crazy place like that. China, Sri Lanka, then to the Shell corporations, then to the lawyer, then the lawyer to, I think, Joe Biden's brother, Jim Biden. Then he wrote a check to all of the other Bidens, including one to Joe Biden that said loan repayment.

Loan repayment, but there's no paperwork or any kind of indication that that money was ever loaned to Jim. Right. Yeah. So now, you could probably technically look at that arrangement and say that's not a financial involvement in the business, right? Like, he's not investing. It's not like Joe Biden's not investing money into that business. He's getting repaid for loans. He's getting repaid for loans, right?

But like, even the way it is now, like, it's clearly a payment. Yeah. But it's not on the books as a financial investment in this company. No one's accusing him of investing in this company. Look, here's the thing. Let's just look at this. Let's just look at this as a normal human being. First of all, my kid is doing drugs and hookers, and I know about it.

I don't send him over to Ukraine to a job with a guy who literally beheads his enemies. For any reason. For, yeah. I never do that. I never do that. I never put my son, who is addicted to cocaine and everything else and hookers. I never put him in a situation to where it's going to make it worse. Okay?

I don't send him money to bail him out with his hookers. None of that. I don't think you do either. Now, here's something I might do. If my son was legitimate, I'm at the end of my career. I'm 78 years old. and my son is making money. And as long as I'm not making money,

you know, I'll pop in and just say hi to my son. He's with some clients. I'm not going to do anything for him. You know, I'm not going to do anything for those clients. But I pop in, blah, blah, blah. But I'm not taking any money from it. Oh, God, no. Yeah.

But you could see yourself walking and go, hey, oh, I'm so glad, you know, you know, my son. It's great to meet you. And then those people go back and tell their little stories. Oh my gosh. And then Joe Biden walked in. The vice president walked in. You can see that being something that you'd do as... But that's not the only thing he did. He would take private conferences with them. Dinners.

Dinners with them. He would get their kids into colleges. He was certainly at the very least part of a threat for payment. Now, we don't know for sure if... My dad will make you miserable. Yeah, exactly. We know that he was at least using his... dad, that's at least what we know. And we know they were in the same location at the time of that message. And I think if you and your wife or your wife and your husband had Hunter Biden as your son,

and you really believed the things that you had said, I wasn't involved in that. I wasn't. Okay, I did meet with some people, but you believe that all the way. And you believed your son was struggling. but at this point this is going on. He's now in contempt of Congress, okay? At some point you say, you know, son, you're out of,

get out of jail free cards. I'm sorry, but you've humiliated me and the family and quite honestly yourself and your children. And I don't want your children to believe that they can get away with the kind of stuff. And maybe it's my fault because I raised you like this. I don't know. But no more.

No more. And I would come out and say, I'm really embarrassed. I'm embarrassed by my son. My son is sick. I've done everything I can. But I'm sorry. I'm the president of the United States. Now, I would say that just as me, just as a dad.

If he had embarrassed our entire family like this, over this many years. Nope. You probably have members of your family or at least people that you know that their family who have you know basically excommunicated members because of things they've done to damage the family unit after a while. I mean, listen to Dr. Laura for five minutes. Yeah. Listen to one of those calls when people call up, hey, what should I do? My husband ripped us off and he hit my daughter and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, but I want to stay married. Get them out of your life. Yeah. Or get off my phone. I have no sympathy for you. No sympathy. At some point, you have no sympathy. You are a part of it.

You are part of the sickness. But so, and speaking of remixes, you know, we, because you get down this road, I was actually listening to, it was ABC News this morning. And what has been the constant refrain from the media on this entire topic? They have nothing. They have no evidence, right? They keep saying this. They have no evidence.

They're talking about the impeachment inquiry this morning. I'm listening to it. And they say, they now say, The remix is started on this. Okay, before you get to ABC, let me tell you what AOC said yesterday. Here's AOC on that very point. That not only is the committee not allowing Hunter Biden to testify publicly,

but they have not called a single witness, a single first-hand witness to any of their allegations. They haven't allowed anybody to testify publicly because they do not have. a single witness to any of their alleged allegations. They don't. They've done interviews. I mean, they've publicly done interviews about this. What are you talking about? She is a buffoon.

I'm telling you, the people, no, the American people that still buy into this and watch CNN or ABC or any of these networks that will play that without saying that's untrue, you're a moron. And that has been their role for a while. Of course, this evidence has existed for years. I know. I know. It was out before the 2020 election. I know.

Some of it. However, it really has, we've learned a lot more over the past year. ABC said, they still kind of claimed, like, you know, this is stuff they're going in, they want this impeachment inquiry. But they don't really have evidence to prove. They don't have proof of this. Now, now, evidence has turned to proof. And I think that's interesting because, look, having proof of something is you're in court arguing with all of the evidence you need. The Republicans explicitly said the reason they're doing this inquiry is to get the evidence.

The evidence and the witnesses they're trying to get on record to be forced to actually come. Right. The problem is they're just saying no right now. Right. So they have to make this formal so that these witnesses have to show up and answer these questions. And there will be plenty of witnesses. We've had whistleblowers. We've had business associates. We have text messages.

We've bank records. There's a ton of evidence. The other thing they said, though, is while they don't have proof of all of this, what they have shown is a series of statements from Joe Biden that are misleading or outright. Lies. They didn't use the word lies. They said something else. It was some other word close to lies, but not quite.

And I didn't notice that there was a difference. Contradictions, I believe, is the way they said. But think about this, and we bash the Republicans all the time, for good reason. They let us down often. But let's, let me look for just one bit of sunlight here. The Republicans got elected by what, three or four seats, right? That's it. It's, you know, they don't have a lot of power.

As we said, and I said this to you, you said this as well, Glenn, back in, in 2022, the main thing they're going to be able to accomplish are these investigations. They're not going to be able to pass laws. They're not going to be able to block the worst case stuff from the Biden administration. That's number one. And number two, they'll be able to do investigations. This is Joe Biden said, my son, this is where it started. We didn't even get the starting point right of the song before the remixes.

His first statements was, my son, my son has done nothing wrong. Nothing. We couldn't even get him to say, look, he's a disaster, but it's not me. He didn't even say, well, he's done a lot of mistakes, but nothing was illegal. My son has done nothing wrong. When was he saying that? May of this year. Oh, my God.

May of this year, Joe Biden was still saying his son had done nothing wrong. The Republicans have moved this ball down the field in impressive fashion over the past six months. And it is something we should notice because they have actually done a good job moving this. I think the weaponization of government committee and the Hunter Biden Investigation Committee, I think both of those have done a remarkable job. Every once in a while, you've got to stop and say they've done something right too. In just exposing. And like you said, they can't stop it.

It might not lead to anything. They might still lose elections. they might not get to the end of this, they might blow it in some way. All that's true. But we do know a lot more now that even we did a year ago, even conservative talk show listeners knew. Like we have got, they have learned things, they have proved things, and they've even moved the mainstream media to have to admit some of the stuff.

I want to get your opinion because I don't know if we agree on what we think is coming with the Supreme Court and the Donald Trump issue. We'll do that in just a few minutes. Hang on. Jack Smith, who is the special counsel in the case against Donald Trump has gone to the federal, to the Supreme Court

and said, you know, we want to make sure that we can try him. Now, the problem is they want to try him right now. There's, there's no time to, to prepare a case of this magnitude.

There would be three million papers that Donald Trump's attorneys have to go through and analyze. You want it done in January, February, March? Are you out of your mind? So the Supreme Court's going to hear this case and people are now saying, well, you know what? That will undo all the hundreds of January 6 cases. and it will throw a tire iron into a jacksmith's case could let Donald Trump walk free. Okay, just based on that, there is no way the king of all weasels, John Roberts, allows that to happen. The guy is afraid of his own shadow.

He is afraid. He believes he is the protector of the integrity of the, image of the Supreme Court. And so we don't want to go too far one way or the other. There's no way he is going to preemptively strike down something about Donald Trump because what will happen is everyone will say, the Supreme Court, they're out of control, this politically controlled court. They just let all these January 6 people walk and Donald Trump didn't even have a trial. That's, he'll never do it. I think I agree with that. Who's your fifth?

Kavanaugh? Because remember, with Roberts, you're only at four. So you need an extra one. Is it Kavanaugh? Is it? I'm not sure. I'm not sure. But he'll convince one of them.

He'll flip somebody. He'll flip somebody. I think, and honestly, I think they, obviously they're coming to the Supreme Court with confidence here. They wanted to just get it decided because they think, at the end of the day, the Supreme Court is going to do this because they believe the precedent. would be, but also if you have, he knows he has the Supreme Court, you don't bring a case in front of the Supreme Court that you have no idea. Okay, the Supreme Court sends signals. We're

looking for this kind of case, okay? Or we're going to go this way probably with the right case. Okay. So he's not bringing this blind to the Supreme Court. And what he wants is permission to do it because you won't be able to convince the Supreme Court after, but it's easy to convince the Supreme Court before because of John Roberts saying, I'm not going to get involved. Let this run its course. They shouldn't have taken this case because right now, I mean, I'd love to because, you know, I'd love to see this all go away. but I don't think they should have taken this case because they're being played,

knowing that John Roberts and everybody else who's afraid of their own shadow will say, I'm not getting involved in this Donald Trump thing. Let it play out. And once they decide before, they have no place to go after. You agree? It definitely could be a way that it plays out. I think that's certainly likely. I'm not 100% sure I agree with every aspect of that,
