a holiday show. The film again for going always in honor, by the way, but normally it's a little slower pace, you know,

and I don't know if there's hazard pay involved today, but normally, normally you're talking about things, this time of here, well,

it's firework stories. I mean, there's still plenty of those, you know, but this Yahoo blew off his finger or that one. In fact, there are some, there are some good fireworks. So try and make some room for those, some wild things that have happened with, one that I think set off, it's a glorious, it's like a Clark Griswold moment. There's one out there, and honestly, it's kind of prophetic, because it's sort of, to me, it's a great picture of what's happening to this country right now. There's one firework that,

essentially, I don't know if there was a snafu, the whole thing went up, the whole show in like a matter of a minute. Instead of supposed to be timed and precision, all with the computer and all that, but it all went off at the St. It was glorious. It's absolutely glorious to watch. And I feel like that's what we're watching with the country right now is as well. It's a bit of a dumpster fire.

but that's what we're supposed to be talking about right now, the cost of the 4th of July meal and things of that nature. But that's not where we are, is it? No, we've got full speed ahead, a 5 alarm, 4 alarm, I don't know, I mean, whatever, how many alarms, all the alarms on the fire right now. And it is, it is a dumpster fire. It is. Every day, I say it's like we're drinking from a fire hose,

because every day there's another story and all the, It just all of it continues to pile up one after the other, and it's crazy. You almost can't stay on top of it, and I do this for a living. That's the nutty part of it. I'm coming to you from the great state of Michigan, the mitten, where I host a couple of programs. One, Detroit's News Talk Superstation, 9.10 a.m. I do the morning show there, 6 to 9, and then on Wood Radio, that's News Radio Wood 1300 and 10FM in Grand Rapids, 9 to 10.

and I do four and a half hours, but do an after show podcast after I do all that. Four and a half hours every day, and it's still not enough time to get to everything. So I long. I yearn for the days, the quiet days. I'm looking at the stories yesterday. I thought to myself, boy, sure is a slow news day.

Whatever shall we talk about? And, I mean, just looking at some of the things that are happening. Of course, the Biden story, Probably the biggest story of a president, commander-in-chief, who's not in command of all of his faculties. You've got a guy who's clearly going through it, dementia, whatever. I don't know. You can determine that for yourself. He's not altogether there.

And he hasn't been for quite some time, and that makes you really concerned. Not just because of the politics at stake in the race, and folks are looking at it. But the bigger thing for me is the guy's got his finger on the button, so to speak. He's the one that's supposed to have the codes and all that. But I guess the, maybe the good news is he probably wouldn't remember the codes if he had to launch. So would that kind of accidentally get us into a, but the world is watching.

That's the thing about the debate I saw the other day. The world is watching. Not just us. Putin saw it. She saw it. Kim Jong-in, all the folks in Iran, they all the people that want to do this country damage and harm, They all saw what you and I saw.

So I've got rumors galore. There are a lot of questions. Is he in? Is he out? We've got all of that. We're going to break some of that apart. There's some, there's even one that's a glorious conspiracy theory. I mean, this one, and I love a good conspiracy theory.

I'll get the tinfoil hat on with you. I'll go down in the bunker. I do. I just, most of them, I can pretty much. you know, I can tell you, like, in a matter of moment, whether that's legit or not. But I do enjoy the critical thinking. So I'll go down to the bunker with you coming up.

There's a glory. There's a big, bad conspiracy theory out there. That's a good one. That's actually being floated right now. I think it was Newsmax. Talk to a professor. I'll figure out where he's. I can't remember where he's from.

but he's got the conspiracy theory to beat all conspiracy theories right now about what is really going on and where this is all headed with with Biden you know because the question is it has been over the last I don't know a week now since the debate is the guy getting out because you think to yourself there's just no way after everything you saw in that debate there's just no way and by the way we have fresh audio for you today. We have fresh clips, fresh cuts, freshly squeezed just for you, just actually from yesterday. These are fresh and ready to go. Some of them as

recent as just last night in the fireworks. Different kind of fireworks show at the White House this year. He's desperately clinging the power. Everything I hear behind the scenes is he doesn't want to go. And what I mean by that is it, Jill. doesn't want to go and the rest of the family they are you know i'm not telling you anything you

don't know but they are desperately clinging the power but it's not only that there is unfortunately for this family a threat of prosecution and when i say prosecution i mean further prosecution because hunter's already wrapped at it uh by the way did you see the convicted felon hunter biden convicted felon attending briefings and whatnot inside the white house with joey sitting next to him. He doesn't trust the AIDS, apparently, and so Hunter's there asking questions taking notes. I know that I'm probably

selling that information off to the highest bidder. Is he getting classified briefings? That's a question that lingers out there as well, I don't think. Is he getting classified briefings? Somebody, does he has a security clearance? Somebody want to take a look at that?

Well, it's all part of the question. of what's happening again. They're clinging the power because of the pardon, obviously. It's not just Hunter, but it's the entire family that's implicated in this mess. It's the Biden crime family.

And yes, they are all implicated in what's essentially been going on behind the scenes. That's, that's part of what this is about. But there's another whole other group of folks. In fact,

I believe there's dueling or battling factions inside the party right now. You've got Biden and his family, and they are entrenched. They've dug their hills in. Dr. Jill doesn't want to go anywhere. In fact, she does go. She's out campaigning for jobs. She was just in Michigan just the other day. Something interesting happened when she was here.

It's not what she did. It's what she didn't do that is truly, fascinating. It gives us a look, a window into what is really happening with the Democrats right now in this election. And, look, Republicans have their fair share of battling dumpster fires as well. We do our fair share there, too, plenty. But Democrats, a lot of times it happens behind the scenes. What you're starting to see now is it's leaking out into the open. And we're starting to really get a glimpse is what's happening. are out. So I mentioned the

Bidens. You've also got the Obamas. You've got the Clintons in there, too. But the donor class may be the biggest threat or the biggest issue right now as a look at what is going to happen moving. Not just what

is or what can or what's even possible at this point because there are a lot of constrictions on timelines. There are a lot of constrictions on laws, state laws, and then the rules of the party and what they might do at the at the convention. But aside from all that, you've also got whether the Democrats, the donors, that is,

they have any stomach for all of this. And that money, at least what we're hearing right now, is starting to dry up. They're trying to figure out how they can push Joe out. Because if he's dug in, there really is no moving forward on this unless you come up with the 25th Amendment. or and that's that there's a lot of loyalists in the cabinet that might be tough to do i'm not saying i'm but let's say it can't happen unfortunately everything that we're watching these days and people ask me what do you think's going to happen i don't know i can't tell you a lot of times

anything's possible now we've we've we've we've now the window that overton window is just i think it's been ripped wide open it's hanging by a thread at this point, and it's flapping in the breeze. So I don't know what could happen. I'm just telling you that all bets are off. But the donors play a big role here. So I'm going to get into some of these stories in just a moment. All right, so there was a big meeting that kind of quietly happened behind the scenes the other day. They didn't talk about it, but it was all hush, hush, closed. door and it was all the Democrat governors

Justin Barclay in for Glenn Beck today on the Glenn Beck program all the Democrat governors that met with Biden in the White House and essentially laid it out for it. I think it was a come to Jesus but it was also sort of and it had to be

I think strategically done because each of these governors you have to remember they while they are going to be as eager as they can to knife Biden here or there wherever they can or anyone, anyone who stands in their way, because each of them has that, well, they have that ambition to reach higher office. And whether the window is now or again in 2028, each of these governors is taking a look.

In fact, we're going to dive into this coming up a little bit later in the bottom of the hour. one of the possibilities and and and dig into who might else be on that that list and who I think the obvious choice that they really have not choice but we can get into that a little bit later these these governors they essentially came and they they even said this in front of the cameras so we told them what our constituents told them what they're are we've listening to the people and this is the concerns that the people have and essentially the difference in the news media turned and make no mistake. That was not by chance.

They got the green light. Someone somewhere gave him the green light. Chances are that's Obama. He's the one who still has tentacles inside the media. And maybe donor concerns as well. So they have this,

we'll talk more about that here in just a moment, but they had this meeting. They come out and they say, we told them what they're going to. Out of this meeting comes some really interesting. stuff. Biden admits he's tired and needs to work less. The guy's on vacation 30, 40% of the time anyways, at the beach. These 20 governors met with Biden at the White House. He says, I'm tired. I got to just, it's just my brain. He says, no, it's not just your brain. That's a big deal.

We need your brain. If you're the president of the United States, you need that brain more than anything else. They, of course, blamed it on jet lag. You know, the other thing they blamed it on cold he had a cold maybe it was some cold medicine and maybe it was just a cold maybe he needed a little more sleep he had what it was it over a week to prepare and could have rested in all of these things now i've been jet jet lagged been jet setting all of these things and of course uh i don't think anybody buying it just my brain he says they they're going to Stop scheduling events post 8 p.m. Post 8 p.m.

No more post 8 p.m. events for Biden. So if you want to attack anyway, I guess this one, you know, you got to do it after 8 p.m. and he'll be, you'll be on. But they did a big one last night, which is kind of interesting. We've got some of the audio video coming out of the big fireworks in 4th of July, extravaganza. All right. So that brings us to the,

essentially, I think probably the most important piece here in what happens. Does he stare or does he go? I really, I do hope he stays. I just think, I just think it's a much easier contest if he does.

In fact, I believe it's no contest. part of me for the election hope he stays but for the good of the country i then wonder to myself is he capable of discharging his duties as a commander-in-chief so that's a that's a solid and a fair question but you know anybody anybody that comes in next are they going to be as damaged or in and i don't mean that in the brain way i just mean that in the polling sense you know you bring somebody fresh in and so whole different battle folks you have to be we have to be realistic about it i understand we've had a lot of good breaks lately a lot of great things going our way but we have to be realistic when you bring somebody fresh or somebody new in and by the way this is what the donors

realize they don't have any time or republicans of the trump campaign uh in the media that we do have on our don't have enough time to do enough of the damage when it comes to producing creating negative images of that individual. And so that's why this is such an important... You can bring a fresh face in it, by the way, this is what I believe the country wants more than anything else. They want a fresh face. And they've wanted it, I think you look at the folks in the middle,

they call them the normies. But, you know, soccer moms, the people that aren't even paying attention that say, I may have saw the debate. They certainly saw the fallout from it, but they're not really paying attention. they're enjoying summer right now. They're doing everything that normal average every day.

People that get engaged maybe at the end. These are the swing voters. These are the people of independents, whoever. They just sort of float with the wind. Those people will buy in. They want a fresh face because, and here's why, they feel like whoever it might be, they just want to change.

They want something different. Whoever that might be is going to give them peace and calm and just cut the chaos. Here's the flaw in that thinking. It is not going to get any better. It's only going to get worse from here on out. But the donors, the donors are trying to do their best to pull the money. In fact, one of the things that they want to do right now,

and they're talking about this. In fact, Rahm Emanuel's brother, Ari, out in Aspen in Colorado, big elitist think tank thing out there talking about this, how they're going to pull money from Biden's campaign and start putting it to down-ballot races. We're going to talk more about that and dig in. Who might some of these replacements be? One, it probably definitely won't be after she stepped in it big time.

I don't see if we we have it yet but we're going to get the transcript of the interview. One of the questions the thoughts people were wondering about this is would he use this time would it possibly be that he might use this time to step down

or aside at the very least and say you know for the sake of the country whatever he might say then I'm going to step aside and what happens next so I'm hearing some question about that, whether it might be either today or maybe even next week or whatever that is.

There, again, are lots of reports from inside the White House. And, of course, like I said, Jill and the rest of the family, they don't want to go anywhere. They get their heels dug in. The knives are out. That's for sure, inside the Democrat Party. Joining us now to talk a little bit about it. She ran for governor here in Michigan, so she's keenly aware. of one of the folks who

whose name has been tossed about here and there, but after what has happened this last week or so, I don't know if that name is still in the running or not, after everything that sort of happened, she's stepped in it. We'll talk about that coming up. Tudor Dixon is joining us now.

She's got a big book coming out, and as the governor of Michigan, she certainly made a name for herself here. And she's starting to make a similar name on the national scene as she's kind of stepped in it recently. Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for having me today. Yeah, she has stepped in it recently because she strategically timed a book to come out on Monday of next week, right after the debate, which is very strange because if you think about it, politicians have one reason for releasing a book.

And that's because they want the nation to notice them for the next big race. So everybody says, what a genius. She released this book knowing that there was the potential that Biden could end up getting kicked off the ticket. But that backfired because once they saw, once the public saw how truly bad it was, the other Democrats in leadership went, what are you doing? doing. You are making this look like you are already ready to kick him off, that you want him to be one foot in the grave, that you are not a supporter of this president. And then she starts tweeting out, hey, I support Joe Biden. Give to my PAC, not his PAC, not to their campaign, not to Pamela. People

started to go, wait a minute, this is actually not about him at all. This is not about the Democrats at all. This is purely about power for one person, which you know, Justin, has always been the case here in Michigan. This is a person who has always been out for the next job and always for herself. In fact, when we were running, we said, watch her. She doesn't care about Michigan. She won't be in Michigan after she gets reelected. And sure enough, she wasn't. She started traveling to other countries on our dime to try to show that she actually had some international experience, which she doesn't. She has no foreign policy experience. So she started to try to get people to come to Michigan and build their businesses because she's chased all of our businesses off. We've lost half of our Fortune 500 businesses under Gretchen Whitmer. The funny thing about it is the first business she goes to is a robotics company that makes it so that you can have your entire factory run through robotics.

And there's not a soul in the plant because everything runs by robotics. it's like, how could you crush more jobs? How could you be even more idiotic than to go to a company that literally gets rid of jobs? But that's who's running Michigan and who wants to run our country. You know, I think it's a warning for everyone who might be listed because a lot of folks don't know who she is. If they do know her on the national scale, they know her as that woman from Michigan. As the one took a little bit of a flag from Trump is she was so bad with COVID. it. And the numbers still point that out. I know you could speak to that extensively, but

thousands of seniors died because she sent sick patients from hospitals into nursing homes, infecting and killing thousands more who didn't need to die. She closed businesses. She did all sorts of things with the schools that just continue to be a mess for kids who are still trying to recover for all these things. And of course, she's one of the worst lockdowners. You remember she had the crazy, hey, you can go out on a boat if it doesn't have a motor on it. You can buy pot from the weed store. Yeah, we have recreational, legalized recreational marijuana here in Michigan. So you buy pot there. You can buy liquor from the liquor store, but you couldn't buy potted plants or seeds in stores, which was really strange. All of it really, really strange. And, you know,

the nation may not be familiar with just how bad. she is. Yeah, don't, don't forget, you could get an abortion, but you couldn't get a knee replacement. And ultimately, these decisions majorly hurt not only our hospitals, but our businesses. And the hospitals is a big deal. We have a lot of rural hospitals. They live off of those surgeries like shoulder replacements, knee replacements. Those were suddenly considered elective surgeries.

And abortion was critical health care. And we were like, wait a minute, what are you talking about? Suddenly these crucial surgeries that were all scheduled, their elective surgeries, everything became elective. I was, you know, I'm a cancer survivor. I didn't get to go to see my doctor for a year. When we finally got back into the cancer center, I remember the lobby of the cancer center was just filled with people, filled with people that had had no treatment. The number of people who probably either died or became immensely,

more unhealthy because they were not able to see their physician. It's shocking. In our town, we had two teenagers, two high school students that committed suicide. Those are the things that you don't hear because our schools were out for so long. And it was, I mean, gosh, you look at Georgia. They literally went back after like 15 days and they were fine. And yet nobody's saying, well, wait, let's look at Georgia. Let's look at Texas. These states, let's look at Florida. The states that started to reopen, they refused because they loved the power of the moment. But when you look at weaponization of government, to me, that's one of the scariest things about Gretchen Whitmer. Because when I was campaigning, when I would go to the big corporations, the few that are left

in the state of Michigan, they would say to me, man, I'd love to give to you, but she's so vindictive. And it wasn't like they were making up an excuse. We had one guy who owned a few hotels in Detroit. actually had the Republican Speaker of the House speak at an event. And she sent the health department in. They came up with bogus claims, shut down his hotels. He was like, you don't, you got to understand. She cannot take criticism. She cannot take someone who might go against her. She just weaponizes her government against you. Remember Marlina Hackney, she kept her restaurant open in Holland, Michigan. They came and arrested her. She was in jail for a few days. not just in jail.

She was in jail 100 miles from her house with shackles and chains, chains around her waist, like she was some sort of violent criminal. She had a restaurant open. I mean, this is the type of person. So when you think about Donald Trump having government weaponized against him, you don't want this person to be in power. It really is. It's incredible.

I'll tell you, the other thing that makes her very unpopular here now, And I think the folks will start to see this on the national. This is something that threatens Democrats and particularly Biden. She's been riding with Biden, including in that electric vehicle mandate. Tudor Dixon, host of the Tudor Dixon podcast, gubernatorial candidate here in Michigan, last go around. And she's been pushing these Chinese Communist Party-linked battery plants here in Michigan, which residents are very, very concerned about environmental impact, but also national security. concerned. She's taken hundreds of millions of dollars from taxpayer, Michigan taxpayer money and

handed it over to the Chinese Communist Party essentially to buy pure Michigan farmland. And it's starting to really backfire. Not just that, but the auto workers are really starting to become concerned as well. And I know that Biden had an issue with over 100,000 uncommitted votes during the primary here in Michigan. There's a reason why she said the state doesn't look good and that he can't win. I just wonder if any Democrat crack could win Michigan. You know, at this point, I would think that most people are wise to what's going on after this new EPA rule where they're going to change the way we make a vehicle completely. And by 2030 to 2032, you have to have 56% of your auto sales have to be electric vehicles. I mean,

this is pie in the sky type of stuff, but it's ridiculous. There's no reasoning for it. There's no way to guarantee that 56% unless you are making so few gas vehicles. And then you're really taking a chance of your automotive industry in the United States completely going under because the demand is not there. The consumers are not buying. So you take a look at what she did with Goshen. Like I said, she's been traveling overseas because she's run so many businesses out of Michigan.

During the campaign, she had this win. And the Republicans helped with this. well, she called it a win. We're bringing this company in. There's never been a confirmation of how many jobs will come with Goshen, but we started researching the company. Man, this company is connected to the Chinese Communist Party. And so when I was running, yeah.

So when I was running, I said, this is crazy. I actually had the mainstream media come back on me, and they started just attacking me over. She would choose not to have these jobs here. And I said, you don't even know. if we're getting jobs. Are you out of your, you don't know what the factory is. And in the debate, she actually said during our debate, if she were governor right now, Goshen wouldn't be coming to Michigan. Yep, she's right, because I would protect us from outside Chinese corporations coming

Trump sentencing that was supposed to happen on the 11th, but you know, that was moved because of the Supreme Court ruling on immunity. At least they moved it at least to the 18th. This whole thing could go away. At least I know that some of the attorneys are working on that behind the scenes right now.

And one guy in the left, I don't remember who this is. I had to find the guy, but just a stront after story after story keeps dropping about all of this, saying essentially Trump has a golden horseshoe firmly implanted, you know where. He just couldn't take it. He couldn't take it. There's definitely been a lot of winning happening lately, so what's next? There was leaked audio too over the last day or so President Trump outriding in the golf cart. I didn't realize it, but it looks like Barron's right next to him.

And the guy has recorded him having a great conversation on the golf course about Joe and the fact that he's got to go. What I did he did that old broken down pile of crap? Yeah, it's a bad guy. He just quit, you know, he's quitting the rest. Is that right? Yep, I got him out of the right. And that means we have Kamala.

I think she's going to be better. She's so bad. You're so pathetic. It's just so fucking bad. I just can't imagine. But can you imagine that guy with dealing with Putin and the president of China who's a fierce person? He's a fierce man, a very tough guy. And they just announced he's probably quitting.

Congressman Byron McDonald's joins us now to talk about the latest. this story and more congressman welcome to the glenbeck program man it's a pleasure to be on thanks for having me absolutely you know you are uh you you you've got a uh very up close and personal seat on this ride watching all of the developments over the last week's been a really rough ride for democrats but it really has been uh smooth sailing for president trump it has been

the last actually i talked to the president the other day i told them i was like you You might be having the best week ever. The debate, obviously, in Atlanta was, the president was great and then Joe Biden was such a disaster. And now you have a situation where the press and the Democrats are all eating themselves because they're trying to find a way to get Joe Biden out. They realize they can't really get Joe Biden out. The press has, whatever credibility they had is now officially gone because they were covering up for him. and then the polling just looks awful.

Donald Trump's up massively against Joe Biden in every swing state. Even if you try to talk about Kamala, he's up massively on her. I think a new poll just came out about that. Things are looking good, but I want to tell all your listeners, none of that matters. The only thing that matters now is getting out the vote. It doesn't matter how you get out the vote. You got to get out the vote.

People need to get to the polls. There's a bunch of voters out there that we, people we got to get registered to vote. A lot of people who typically do not vote, we got to get them to the polls. What matters now is execution, not just laughing at the Democrats, because eventually they're going to get their act together, and they do have a machine that they're going to turn on. And it's important that every American loving this country, patriots all through our country, we get the vote out in every one of these swing states. That's the thing that matters right now. I think that's a fair point. Congressman Byron Donald's with us right now. The president's

talked about making it too big to rig. You have the protective vote effort and their efforts in states all across the country right now in trying to get aimed at getting people low prop voters. People who would vote, would vote for Trump. But yet for some reason sit it out and doubt. It's crazy how many churches. There are people in churches all across this country that just don't vote. And yet, if they would, things would be dramatically different hunters. You know, there are all these different categories of folks that if they could just get out and vote, of course, in Michigan, like where I'm at, you know, we've got all these new rules that have gone into effect. Or you can register permanent absentee and all these things to take advantage of the rules, the way they had shifted things and changed things and put them in our favor. And they're just things that the president has, as embraced with that effort to make it.

too big to rig. Yeah, totally agree. And I know obviously we're going to get back to the politics, but I would be remiss if we don't do this. There's a lot of Christians, and God bless you, God bless you all, they are prayer warriors. But my Bible says faith without works is dead. You got to get the polls.

You got to vote. We have a lot of hunters, people who are Second Amendment believers, followers, and love that part of our, not just the entire Constitution, but they hold the Second Amendment, sacred, but you got to get to the polls to protect that. These Democrats, these people are nuts. And so, whether it's Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsome, it doesn't matter who they put up there. The radical agenda remains the same. We are in a battle against their agenda, not just Joe Biden.

And so me personally, I think Joe Biden isn't going anywhere. That's what I think. So I'm sticking, I'm sticking to that point because his family is a family of grifters. He has always wanted to be president, and whether he's here with us today or not, he's going to hold on to that thing for all dear life. But this is about our country, and what it requires is citizens to get out there and do the thing that must be done. We have the candidate. Donald Trump's going to get the job done, folks. He's going to go back to Washington.

He's going to get the job done as the 47th president. but you got to get out there and you got to vote. And it's voting for him and is voting for Republicans in the Senate, Republicans in the House, even though, yeah, look, I'm a Republican in the House and sometimes my colleagues piss me off too. I get it. But we got to have the bodies in Washington, D.C. to actually get the job done. You know, you mentioned being at the debate,

and I think I saw you there in the spin room and all that and talking to folks afterwards. one of the things we heard from the president was the tease in the true Trump form and the showmanship that he's so good at is that even than his vice president the running mate would be

at the event so I got to ask you about I'm not doing my job if I don't any news you want to share with us or what's your take on maybe if that call comes answering it Well, let me see. First, I know America would love me to break news, but I'm not saying a word. I have no information to share with anybody. I mean, look, Donald Trump is going to make that decision. He's going to decide. And then what's going to happen is, I think everybody on that list, we're all going to rally around that decision. And we're going to go and be focused on victory. That's the only thing that really matters at this point. If the call came, of course, yeah, I would say yes. There's no doubt about that. I've been very clear on that.

But I think the real focus is who's going to help the president get through this election cycle, get through the process of winning voters all through this country. I'll tell you, you talk to him, he wants to win every state. You know, he wants to win New Jersey. He wants to win New Hampshire. He wants to win everywhere. He doesn't want to just get 272 electoral votes. He wants over 300 electoral votes.

So he wants to win everywhere. So I think the vice presidential and then, help him accomplish the agenda, be his partner to accomplish that agenda to make America great again. Well, whoever he picks, I'm four. I just want to win. You know, I got in the politics really about a decade ago, and it takes a lot of time away from your family, you know, away from home. And so I don't mind making the sacrifice. I just want the sacrifice to count. And so I'm here to win. I want to get the job done. That's where everybody's focus is. And I'll tell you as a party, I've not seen us this united in a long time. We are united because we see just how

terrible the Democrats can be when they have unchecked power. And so we got to do what needs to be done. We got to win whoever he picks them with. I've got to ask you. This is another one of these. As you mentioned, it looks like they may be stuck with Biden. But I've talked to a number of folks about what may happen next or who possibly may be filling that role if he does decide to step decided any number of reasons for that but if that does happen who it might be and over and over and over again it comes back to um and one of the best ways i heard it put was uh from a man here in michigan um who said black man said this if they try to toss comala harris aside it'd be like sending her to the back of the bus like rosa parks it'd be the end of the party so essentially

I have to ask you. And what do you make of that? And I know you've come out on record talking about the fact that you don't think it matters who they pick. But let me just ask you about that. I don't think it matters, but you're correct. They cannot step over Kamala Harris. They would have, you think they're imploding now,

it would be a major earthquake in that party if they decided to go with Gavin Newsom stepping over Kamala Harris. It's just not possible. I just don't see how that would happen politically. And then the other piece is, I think the way campaign finance laws are set up, the amount of money that they've raised for Joe Biden's reelection can only go to Kamala Harris. If they go to somebody else, they essentially have to refund all the money and re-raise all the money.

And that's a real mess. And none of that can, I don't think that can really happen until after their convention. which means that now they're trying to raise money in late August, September for a presidential election where ballots in most areas are going out in late September, October. Yeah, that doesn't work. And so right now, they're caught between a rock and a hard place, but it's their own fault. They knew Joe Biden was not with us, and they wanted him to run, and he wanted to run. And you could blame Jill Biden for that. You can blame the Biden family for that.

I mean, obviously, everybody knows, I guess Hunter Biden is now back in the White House. He's the one making decisions. I mean, this thing, this is great. This is great for our country. But they're stuck between him and Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris, she could not win. She couldn't get to a state to run for a state when she was running for the presidency back in 2020.

People forget, she couldn't even get to a state. So that's their fault. That's what they're dealing with. Congressman Byron Donald's, you know, the other thing that I think is important about all of this is, and I'll let you have the last word here, but it doesn't matter whoever they pick, whoever they switch out. It's these radical policies from the Democrats. It's the agenda that will stay the same, and it's that agenda and these extreme policies that have done all the destruction and the damage here in this country, and that's what's still going to be

on the line. Totally agree. I mean, look, understand they have massive open borders. Do you hear a Democrat or anybody in the media complaining about immigration this last week? They're not. They're concerned about Joe Biden's performance. They've spent billions and billions of dollars of money we did not need on this Green New Deal crap. They're going to spend, according to Wall Street, another trillion, trillion and a half more in tax credits for the Green New Deal scam. Is anybody in the media complaining about that? Is any Democrat complaining about that? They have massive regulations that make no sense, everything from getting rid of gas stoves to trying to get rid of the internal combustion engine and everything in between. Do you hear anybody in the media or in the Democrat Party complaining about that? No. These people

like the agenda. They like what Joe Biden has done. That's not the issue. The issue is, is that they don't think he can sell to the American people anymore. And then Donald Trump will win and basically take apart their entire agenda. That's what's freaking them out. And then let's mess about democracy. I will not listen to the Democrats to lecture anybody on democracy. It's Joe Biden that's violated the Supreme Court precedent, not once but twice on student loans. It's Joe Biden that does not faithfully execute the laws of the land with respect to securing the border. It's Joe Biden that fired members of our military for not taking a COVID vaccine. It's Joe Biden that has spied and suppressed speech of the American people. He is the destroyer of the constitutional republic that is the United States of America.

So their only concern is they don't have a spokesperson right now. That's what's freaking them out. We have the candidate in Donald J. Trump. We got to get the vote out. We got to get out and work hard for this for Donald Trump. We do that. We win. It's that simple. Congressman Byron Donald's, thank you for taking the time, sir. Appreciate it. All right, could Obama really, really become president again? Well, I'm going to lay this out to you. This comes from news, Max. First of all, I'm going to tell you, as we go, we take the little walk down into the bunker, put the tinfoil hat on. I like that. I'll take a look at everything.

I will, absolutely. I'll entertain different ideas, thoughts, and And I think this is an interesting one. I don't know how likely it is, but it is an interesting point. Democrat strategists might be ready to exploit a loophole to get former President Barack Obama back into White House. It includes making him Joe Biden's president Biden's running mate. And next in line should Biden step down after the election. Obama was term limited as president, but legal scholars are now suggesting. Biden could give his slipping campaign a shot in the arm by replacing Vice President Harris.

I already told you what we think about that, with Obama as his running mate. Paul Boudard writing Thursday for the Washington Examiner. The interesting piece of this is that it all hinges really on the 22nd Amendment, which is the term limit portion of the Constitution. When you look at this, it essentially says that you can only be elected to two terms in the wording. But that means only elected the two terms. See, if Obama were to become part of the Biden ticket, he would be elected as vice president. And there's nothing that I see, at least what I've looked at, that indicates that that wouldn't be possible or legal.

So it is interesting. I don't know if it's likely, but it is part of the speculation out there. I want to talk about this. Someone who is familiar with the Constitution. Someone I want to talk about on a number of different levels. He's a great guy. We'll get into all of the conversation about that. Whether this is even legal or not, or it's just some pipe dream coming up in just moments.

You know, originally I wanted to talk to our next guest just because I really really love what he's doing in fact throughout the country. I have participated in one of his classes.

I guess it's sort of like a small group we did at our church called biblical citizenship. And he's got a great, in fact, a great organization. We'll talk a little bit more about what he's up to. Justin, doing great, man.

Thanks for having me on. Really enjoyed biblical citizenship and everything else that you're up to. I want to talk about those things in depth here in just a moment. In fact, I just thought it would be great to have you on around Independence Day altogether. but then we get this story yesterday that pops up out of nowhere and I think, oh boy, Rick's going to have a field day with this. Let's dig in. So I don't know if you've heard this or not, but Newsmax put out this story. Apparently somebody had written about a plot.

There's some sort of plan out there to remove, I guess, Kamala Harris from the ticket in the Biden campaign as a vice presidential candidate in this election and insert former president. President Barack Obama. I know. That's probably causing you to throw up a little bit in your mouth. I'm not sure that that could cause a little pain for a lot of folks. But anyway, this then, they say, would allow them to run and then give Democrats the confidence. In fact, they might even come out right out and say it that, hey, we're just going to get across the line. And once we do, we're going to restore everything that needs to be restored here. And of course, Biden will step down. and then Obama will step up and serve. And the question is, can he?

And I was looking at this 22nd Amendment. And the language I read is that the president can only be elected twice. And so the question is, if he's elected twice, but then he's elected as a vice president, could he still serve a third term? And what's the restrictions around serving in the constitutional? Since you are the constitutional coach here, Rick Green, I thought we'd ask you. Is this just a pipe dream? Or is this some reality to this fantasy?

Well, first of all, thank you, man, for having me. And yes, Independence Day last night, wonderful to celebrate 24th, 8th birthday, 48th birthday of the nation. And we got two years left, man, before we hit the 250th, which is when most countries crumble. And this is what makes them crumble. Exactly this kind of thing. These are the same people that don't know what the meaning of the word is, is, right? So remember the nuance that they tried to get around for Bill Clinton, all of the ways that they have twisted the statutes created, literally took a statute designed to keep you from shredding documents

while you're under investigation to bully these J6 defendants and put them in jail. I've watched a lot of the hours from J6. I don't remember anybody with a shredder outside the Capitol on their way in, shredding documents. That's the types of things that they have done. They've twisted the statutes to convict Donald Trump. They've twisted the statutes to do all of these things. And now here they are doing the same thing with the Constitution. course, this is how we've ended up with a federal government doing 17 million things instead of

17 things like the constitutional allows them to. This is how we've ended up with a completely post-constitutional America where the federal government dominates everything in our lives when in fact the family. Here they're trying to do it again. They're basically trying to reverse the idea where, okay, you have somebody that's vice president. They ascend to the presidency because half of the term, so they haven't filled out more than half of a term. So they could get elected two more times and served 10 possible years. That could happen. That is constitutional for that to happen. That was contemplated when the 25th Amendment was put in place, when the 22nd and the 25th will put in place. But this is nonsense. They're actually talking about putting somebody on the ballot

just because of the technical language in the 22nd Amendment about can't be elected to the presidency and completely ignoring the language in the 12th Amendment that says you cannot run for vice president and be elected vice president if you're ineligible to be president. Well, he's ineligible to be president. And so this is, this is absolutely. Now, I'm not saying they couldn't do it, Justin. These people do not care about the law. The rule of law means nothing to them. They don't listen to America, the beautiful in the song where it says, by liberty in law. And that's why they'll probably find any way they can to replace Joe Biden on the ballot in Wisconsin, these other states where they have statutory issues. They'll change their convention rules. They'll do

anything to win. They have no morals. They don't believe in right and wrong. We talked about, you know, last night was the celebration of the Declaration of Independence. Well, what's the heart of the declaration? We hold these truths to be self-evident. They don't injustifies the means, do anything you can to win. And for all of those Republicans and conservatives out there that are thinking this is impossible and they would never do it, and Mark Levin and all these other people told us back in the summer of 2020, when they saw the Secretary of States starting to change election law, unconstitutionally,

only the legislature is supposed to change election law. And we warned and we warned and we warned and people didn't pay attention. And then we saw the disaster of 2020. So, bro, I think raising this today is important. I think people need to be ready for this. They need to stand up and say, this absolutely violates the Constitution. If not the letter, definitely the spirit of the Constitution. So just get this straight, Rick Green, the constitutional coach saying,

this violates the Constitution. But again, as I kind of lean towards too, you know, Why do we think that that's going to stop them? Nothing they have done. So far, I mean, student loan debt, all that. And they just stayed. They don't care about any of the laws. So you're right.

I mean, they will stop at nothing. And, boy, if we don't know. If we don't know, they'll run over us, right? I mean, that's the whole point of civic education. Yes. Yes. And that's how they've been able to do all of these things they've done. I mean, brother, we don't even have, we don't even have.

we don't even have but 25% of the country that know there are, you know, three branches of the federal government. We got about a third of the country that can name even one freedom out of the First Amendment. And so when they go monkeying around with it like this and changing the system and, you know, moving the shifting the power from the states to the feds and from us as individuals to the government and all that, we stand by. And it's because we're in the good times, you know, we're becoming soft. We've had it so good for so long.

everybody's seen the meme right tough times make tough men tough men tough men good times good times make soft men and soft men lead to tough times well man we've been blessed so much so america's the greatest nation in the history of the world we've had it's so good so easy and we've gotten lazy and we've forgotten to do the hard work that it takes to keep freedom alive and that's of course why you took that class that's why patriot academy is why we do what we do is to shake people out of their slumber and say hey we're about to lose this thing you are going to pass to your children a broken country. If you don't start doing the hard work, we need to interrupt the tough times right here at the beginning of the tough times, and not, as Ronald Reagan said, be thrown into

a thousand years of darkness. I think it's so important. And the work you're doing with, you know, civic, to raise this civic conversation in churches across the country, in our church and many others that I've seen are really, this is, the church has to wake up, they have to stand up and they've got to get involved. And if they only knew so many of these folks, we just talked about aren't voting and so many of them aren't aware. I saw this is Prager, you I think did one of these on man on the street things,

and they went out and asked these kids and different people on beaches. Hey, what's the significance of 1776? And a lot of the kids didn't even know what Independence Day was all about. And no wonder. I mean, all they've heard about the last year, years has been Pride Month and Juneteenth and all these other summer holidays that really kind of cloud the water about how important Independence Day was and why it matters. And that's how you lose it, right? Ronald Reagan said, if we forget what we did, we won't know who we are. And so the

petri dish where bad government grows, and man, it's spreading like a virus. But the petri dish where it grows is civic and biblical ignorance. If we don't know truth, we don't know what our nation was founded upon, we don't know, you know, what the principles are, the good stuff. But we don't know, that produces good stuff. In other words, if you put garbage in, personally, you're going to get garbage out. It's the same with the nation. If you put garbage in, you get garbage out. You put good stuff in.

You get good stuff out. And in our nation, we've been pouring the cultural Marxism into our children for three generations. And the reason that we have so many people now coming to these Constitution classes because they went through those schools where that cultural Marxism was seeping in. And now they're going, wow, I was lied to. That's not the truth about America and who we are. And so now that they're learning it, That's why I think we're up to, we're a little over 28,000 Constitution coaches around the country.

And these people are holding classes. You wouldn't believe it, man. They're getting together, not just in churches and schools and homes, Harley Davidson dealerships, bait and tackle shops. Had a funeral parlor guy tell me, he's doing a constitution class at his funeral parlor. I'm like, that's weird. But then again, I guess Democrats vote dead people. So, you know, why not? Anyway, it's happening.

I mean, the good news is there's a resurgence, man. People are waking up and they're saying, I want to know the formula. to restore freedom. And I don't like the pain I'm feeling, whether it's the inflation or the tyranny or whatever, and it's starting to get people to wake up. Not enough. You mentioned the numbers, man.

Very few people, I mean, the number, especially the church, right? Half of people that are faith-based people vote. So that means half of our team is not even on the field, the people that care about right and wrong and believe in right and wrong. So we got to get them engaged, get them away. You've got to get away from this wimpy, wimpy faith.

These people that say, I don't want politics in the pulpit, or I'm just supposed to preach the gospel. Well, the gospel is to make disciples. The politics is just how you treat your neighbor. I heard something somewhere. You ought to treat your neighbor the way you want to be treated. Yeah, I think it's written down in a famous book somewhere.

I mean, I want to live in a neighborhood where people treat each other the way they want to be treated, where they think stealing's wrong, murder's wrong, you know. So anyway, sorry, I didn't mean to filibuster, but, you know, that article, you shouldn't have said that to me, right? That got me fired up. You listen, I know you are preaching to the choir, but look, the key is, is we've got to get off the bench and in the game, as you just mentioned. She is a self-described J6 conspiracy theorist insurrection denier. Maybe these are things other people have said about her. Former food blogger, but she's also

an author and she writes for real clear investigations, but also extensively on Twitter X and keeps us up to date with everything that's happening January 6th. All the Scots rulings, the Trump case is in more. Julie, thank you for being here with us today on the Glenbeck program. Hey, Justin, good to talk with you. Thanks so much for having me on. Always enjoy reading because you are bringing us a lot of times I find the story behind the story. In other words, you can read, you know, some of the blogs are mainstream media sources

and did a lot of times you're going to get a lot of stuff that's left out. You're bringing documents in actual conversations about what's happening in the courtroom. You're You've been in the courtroom, as I mentioned, a lot of the times for these things. So there's just a unique perspective on this. I want to start maybe with the Supreme Court cases. Out of everything that we got, and there was a lot, but out of everything that we got, not only was there a good number of rulings that we got this last term, but, you know, there were, I think several with major, major impact and implication on what we're seeing happening.

What do you think was the biggest? Well, I mean, I think you could argue cases like the Chevron overturning the Chevron doctrine, which gives deference to federal agencies and the vagueness. This is, this was an issue in another one, the Fisher ruling vagueness of the laws that Congress passes and really sets up these interpretations that maybe they didn't intend. Maybe they did. So Chevron will be a big one in terms of how. these rogue federal agencies can just make up their own regulations and impose them on the

American people, businesses, et cetera. Of course, the two that I was watching most closely is the official versus the United States. This was the case that originated out of the J6 prosecution and this 1512C2 obstruction of an official proceeding statute. Again, an example of how the DOJ can weaponized, very vague language, misinterpret it, abuse it before the courts. The courts allow it, of course, and in this case, in a very destructive way. So this was a post-Enron document evidence impairment statute, as you recall, Arthur Anderson, shredding documents related to the Enron scandal in 2002. This law was passed.

Well, now the DOJ used it. They claimed that protesters who went into the building, some who didn't even go into the building, obstructed and official proceeding, meaning interrupted the counting of the electoral certificates that day and therefore were guilty of this felony punishable by 20 years in prison. Justin, they have brought this felony count against more than 350 J-Sixers. It also represents two of the four counts in Jack Smith's criminal indictment against Donald Trump for January 6th in the 2020 election. What the court did on Friday, and I have to say this was.

so gratifying to me on behalf of the January 6th defendants and their families. My first article about 1512C2 is March of 2021 is they started indicting protesters on this count. So the court basically came back and said, no, no, no, interrupting a government function that is not what this law is intended to do. You have to prove that there was evidence impairment, document record tampering or impairment or destruction, not just interrupting a function of Congress. So they have now kicked that back to the lower courts and basically said to the panel, the appellate court who upheld this and said,

you have to demonstrate now the government and the judges have to demonstrate in the burden of proof that that particular defendant impaired evidence were a record. So we're going to see what happens there, Justin, but you won't be shocked to hear that the DOJ, Joe Biden, Mary Garland, Matthew Graves, the DC US attorney who's overseeing this criminal prosecution. They're trying to figure out a way that they can connect the electoral certificates that day. That's the nexus to holding up this count. They are absolutely unrepentant.

And this demonstrates the corruption, the dirtiness and the lawlessness of our own Department of Justice, who can't just say, okay, he tried, gave up. Of course, these people weren't impairing certificates. never saw them, they never got within, you know, a mile of them. But it's not stopping the DOJ. So we'll see how the federal judges in Washington handle that. But I'm going to have a piece up on my substack this weekend detailing how the DOJ plans to keep that count. So let's hope that the courts don't go along with it. And then, of course, the immunity decision that came down Monday is huge, not just for Donald Trump, but of course for the future of the country,

future president. You know, I want to come back to immunity, but first on January 6th, Julie Kelly with us right now. You can find her on Twitter access, Julie underscore Kelly, too, and all of these things that she's writing about extensively there as well in her substack. But let me ask you the January 6th, a lot of these guys in their horrific stories, many of them who've had to just really go through torturous conditions. They've been some suicides. Some of them had taken their lives.

And these stories aren't being told. A lot of people outside of people like you and various, but few others, have talked about these stories. The miscarriage of justice, the weaponization of the Justice Department and all of this. What's going to happen to them? They seems like they may have gotten some relief from the Supreme Court. but as I've been paying attention more and more to these things and talking about these cases and what we see happening here, I realize Supreme Court can come out and they can weigh in as they ought to. But at the end of the day, who holds these other folks accountable in the,

in the Justice Department and the Biden administration, how do we actually get relief for these folks have gone through it all. Well, there has to be a full-blown investigation into the Department of Justice for how they abused and wrongfully prosecuted an entire group of individuals. And to your point, resulting in suicide, at least five January 6 defendants have committed suicide. One we know directly, Matthew Perna, as a result of the 1512 C2 charge, where they warned his attorney that they were going to ask for years in prison after he pleaded guilty to that count and a few misdemeanors. You have over 110, 120 defendants who already served their jail time or are in jail right now because of being wrongfully prosecuted and convicted either by a D.C. jury or pleading

guilty, which technically is still a conviction in jail right now. Lives destroyed. These families have been bankrupted. families have been torn apart. Marriages have ended. These people are complete outcasts in their communities, which is why some of them committed suicide. And after these suicides, I hear from J6 or she say, I understand why they did it. I've thought about this myself because never before has a group of political protesters, demonstrators,

been cast as domestic terrorists hearing this from Joe Biden and Merrick Arlin and Christopher Ray. being hounded by the national media and their local media. I mean, I have so many horror stories. I talk a little bit in my first book. I'm going to need an update. But, Justin, the one thing that's a little bit helpful is as these protesters, these J-6ers aren't getting out of jail, they are telling their stories about what happened and their personal stories.

And we just have nothing like this in American history that's similar to this. So to your point, what is the accountability? Full-blown investigation? Donald Trump wins and to the Department of Justice for what they did, weaponizing this, holding not just Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, the deputy, Matthew Graves, but these line prosecutors by seen in court in Washington, D.C., wanting these people hauled up to jail immediately for 1512 C2. More importantly, Justin, this Congress, if we win again, needs to impeach, hold impeachment

proceedings for, I mean, I have 15 judges in D.C. I would want to start impeachment proceedings against. They need to regain their oversight ability, control authority of federal courts, especially in Washington, because you had 18 judges sign off and put their judicial imprimatur on the abuse of that statute. They knew that's not what the statute was for. They knew the language which was not intended, how DOJ tried to convince them. But you had 15 judges on the district court, including Trump appointed judges, and then two on the appellate court, who also upheld this. Or excuse me, three.

They knew what they were doing was wrong, but they didn't care and they didn't care about the lives they destroyed. We have to impeach some of these judges. It has been, I think, a few decades before, since Congress has impeached a federal judge. it is time to rain in, not just a rogue DOJ, but their enablers who are sitting a powerful, unaccountable posts on the federal judge. Julie Kelly with this right now, it sounds like the road to clearing this up, the road to redemption coast right through this election here, again, underscoring how just how critical, the most critical of our lifetime.

President Trump said maybe even the nation's history. I think there's a lot of truth to that, to be able to go through and write some of these wrongs. Julie, can you, I'm going to take a quick break. So there were some big blows dealt in the Supreme Court cases, everything from the powers of some of the deep state, the folks in the bureaucratic state will be able to do, specifically when it comes to their options and they're paying the EPA and how these folks are going to be bound in so many different ways because of these decisions. But also immunity. another big case that we barely scratched the surface on here. President Trump, and this is something that I guess this, really the Supreme Court did here, as we're talking with Julie Kelly right now about these latest Supreme Court cases.

This was always the case. The president has always just sort of off the record, I guess, had this immunity, especially when it comes to official acts, but they sort of really just put the official sign-off on this. Is that what we see here? And what does it mean for this president? Obviously, President Trump in his court cases moving forward. He's got various, including the one that they've now moved, the sentencing back from July 11th until September 18th. What does it mean for all of them, Julie?

Unity decision that came down Monday. This originated out of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment against Donald Trump in Washington. And unlike the other cases, well, except for Georgia, this case relates to specific conduct. of the former president while he was in office versus the classified documents case I'm also covering in Florida where the indictment starts after or the alleged crimes happened after he left. So this has been moving, marching through the court system rather quickly despite how the media has portrayed it. And to your point, Justin, this is an unprecedented question. Never before has a president been criminally charged in a federal indictment. Jack Smith now has two against Donald Trump.

And the presumption that, of course, the president would not be criminally prosecuted for things he did in office because of the potential chilling impacts, et cetera, things that the court talked about in the opinion handed down Monday authored by Chief Justice John Roberts. So basically what the court said, they kind of created three different buckets of immunity. So number one, the court said, very, explicitly. A president has to be immune from criminal prosecution for official acts. So these are authorities and powers that only a president has, you know, Justin, the idea that a president is

just like the rest of us and should be held to the same standard of the rule of law, well, the president is the only person in America who can send troops to war, who could authorize the murder, the killing of foreign leaders or terrorist leaders, et cetera. There's a whole host of powers outside of the law that a president possesses. So how do you draw that line? So the court said, official acts that are clearly defined in the constitution and law, that that has to be protected. Number two, they said kind of this outer perimeter powers of the president.

So maybe not directly related to commander in chief and his other positions, but say, okay, vice president. they have they consult each other you select the vice president they run with you you're you know they have a collaborative consultative relationship so in terms of the j6 indictment was his communications with mike pence under his even outer perimeter authority as the president at the time or was it outside of that because of course he was trying to convince mike pence to go with the eastern plan and send these electoral certificates and contested states either reject them or send them back to the states, right? So the court said the lower courts have to figure out where that falls.

And then the court said quite reasonably, if it's clearly personal conduct and criminal conduct, it's not protected by immunity. So, of course, that would be related to, you know, a lot of different crimes if the president went and knocked off the sex Fifth Avenue. Okay, well, he's not getting immunity from criminal prosecution. So that's basically the rundown. What happens now, Justin, and I have a piece on my substack explaining this, the court sent it back to the lower courts because the lower courts really did not do their due diligence in figuring out in the elements in Jack's mis indictment, which one is an official act. And of course, the president can't be charged criminally and which aren't.

So this will now go back to the lower court. Judge Chutkin, who's presiding over this in Washington, will hold some sort of evidentiary hearing between both sides. as they flash out what should be covered based on the Supreme Court's ruling and what isn't. That will then make its way through the courts again and probably end up at the Supreme Court in the fall. Meaning what? There will be no trial of Donald Trump in Washington, D.C. for the events of January 6th before the November election. It just won't make its way through the courts that quickly.

But there will be a lot to learn in the process during these evidentiary hearings, making it to the appellate court, et cetera. best for that stands. So we'll keep an eye on that, particularly with what comes out of the latest with Jack Smith. There, Julie Kelly, always a pleasure. Where can folks find you and stay up to date? And certainly not after 8 p.m., which his campaign has now said that they're going to stop, And he's told governors, Democrat governors, he's going to stop scheduling events after 8 p.m. Biden, he may have just said, you know, it might have just been a reaction to cold medicines. You know, I know a thing of that, too, about the cold.

Because, you know, it colds a coronavirus. You know that, right? Anyway, this is Fauci himself saying that there's nothing wrong with Biden. It just looked like a bad night because my interaction with him was what I described in the book. and what happened even subsequent to what I described in the book after I get out, you know, he's very probing in his questions, very analytical, very calm about things. When you go into brief him, Major, you better really know your topic because he's going to ask you very relevant questions. And he's very reflective on things and just doesn't jump out with conclusions or anything,

but is very analytic. So my interactions with him, I have to say, have been very, very positive. Did you see the debate? I did. Did anything about that, what you saw, medically alarm you? You know, I can't say. I think it would be inappropriate to say that major,

because when you just... The answer is yes. Looking at someone on a one shot. If it weren't, look, if it weren't yes, He'd just say flat out, no. It seems like it may have been one of the most uplifting and positive hope-filled Independence Day celebrations I can remember in a while now. I just went to a couple of different places and saw some parades and some things and people out in full force. and that always to me is really cool to see. There was an interesting moment, fireworks and things like that. But yesterday, Yankees Red So, the Yankees Reds, National Anthem, there was a standoff. It happened yesterday.
