When it comes to unity, we can't just have unity. You know, I call for unity. Well, that would be great, but what are we unifying on? What brings us to be united? Well, it has to be a set of principles, and right now we disagree on the set of principles. I have a set of principles that maybe a lot of people haven't heard of it called a Bill of Rights. That would be a good one we could unite on. We could become the United States.

It has to be about liberty. Nothing else. liberty is the principle that we should be striving for right now. That's the way to unity. Why is there no unity in the United States? Well, let's ask Joe Biden, why is there such a huge divide in the Democratic Party? I'll tell you why in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program.

All right, there's a, I don't know, we just won the Senate seat in a, Alaska, right? Yes, Dan Sullivan. So winning, they counted a bunch of the vote overnight, about half of it, and it was very, very close. So no big comeback for the Democrats. So is Chuck Schumer the president of the Senate or the head of the Senate if both Georgia seats go to the Democrats? Majority Leader? Yeah, I see the majority leader. Yes, he would be.

So this is not over. In fact, January 5th is going to be a big day. circle it with bright ink on your calendar. Because this is the both runoffs in Georgia go on. And Republicans must win one of them. Must win one of them to hold the Senate. And this is not over. I mean, anything could happen after that.

Otherwise, your taxes, if we don't win, the taxes go up. Everything that they have promised. I mean, remember, Chuck Schumer, what did he say? We win those seats in Georgia and we change the country. No thank you. No thank you. If we lose those two Senate seats, you are going to have, you're going to need some extra money.

Biden is not going to have the friendliest of Senates or so it appears. If we have a 50-50 split, the majority leader will be Chuck Schumer.

And you will get all of the different things that they are telling us they're going to do. They will split us apart even more because we don't agree. agree on fundamental principles. And that fundamental principle, the only argument we should be having right now is liberty, freedom, your protected, God-given rights. We need to understand those.

Let the cards fall where they may. Truth in the election. I'm going to give you the update on what's really happening on the recounts and with the courts tonight. Then the next step is Georgia.

And the third one is education. Educate yourself on the principles of our country and liberty. Those three things I'm going to concentrate on tonight. and it's vital. If you want to be a part of the army of Americans that will actually save this country, it will not be saved with guns. It will be saved by people who understand the principles of liberty because those are the things you can talk to your friends about and unite on. Or at least educate your friends on. All right.

So Biden is already having a problem. Casio Cortez is his out saying that John Kasich. John Kasich is an anti-choice extremist. He went on. She said, it's okay to say Joe Biden isn't perfect. It's okay to say that you supported him, not because you agree with him on everything, not because you think his policies are good, but because we need the. the Democrats to win. The problem is here is that there is a massive split in the Congress and in Senate, and the left is not going to let go. Rashida Taleb said yesterday, we're not going to be successful if we're silencing districts like mine. Me not being able to speak on behalf of my many neighbors right now, many of which are

black neighbors, means me being silenced. I can't be silenced. Now, listen to the hypocrisy of this. They want to silence people on the right. But she's saying, you can't, you can't silence my neighbors. You can't silence the people that are in my district. I agree with that. We should never silence anyone in America.

She said, we're not, now listen to this. This is from Rashida Talib. We're not interested in unity that asks people to sacrifice their. freedom and their rights any longer. Rashida, uh, well, you know,

I think you're trying sweetheart. I think you are. And I say sweetheart with all the love and respect that all sweethearts deserve. Um, you, you, you, you want to unify us on freedom and rights.

You don't understand freedom and rights. And it's time for these people. We must never forget who these, people are they are going to try to go back undercover i think because this election was disastrous for them just disastrous so they're going to try to morph back into no that's those crazy socialists we're not that because it didn't work for them so now they're trying to distance themselves from it and i think people like joe mansion might be serious might be sincere we're not marxist we're you know, we're old regular Democrats, but there isn't a regular Democrat anymore.

You could, they purged the Democratic Party of regular Democrats. If you don't believe what they believe, they silence you. Jeez, Rashida Tilibe, what part of rights? Don't you understand here? She said, voters can walk past blighted homes and school closures and pollution to vote for Biden Harris. When they feel like they don't have anything else, they deserve to be heard. She choked up as she said, I can't believe people are asking them to be quiet. Yeah, yep. And I, you know what? I'll stand with you on that, Rashida. No one should be asked to

remain silent. I mean, unless you're being arrested, then it's just helpful advice. Now, BLM, the global network. This is BLM, Inc. They wrote, are you ready? Without the resounding support of black people, we would be saddled with a very different electoral outcome. In short, black people won this election. Alongside black-led organizations around the nation, Black Lives Matter invested heavily in this election.

Invested heavily in this election. I thought that was just a civil rights march, wasn't it? Still, they invested. People were giving money so they could help with, you know, stopping police from kneeling on necks. Now they were heavily invested in this election. Yeah, an investment implies they wanted a return. It does, doesn't it?

I wonder how that works. We want to be heard and our agenda to be prioritized. We issue these expectations, not because black people are the most consistent and reliable voters for Democrats, but also because black people are truly living in a crisis in a nation that was built on our subjugation. Up until this point, the United States has refused to direct. reckon with the way it devalues black people and devalues our lives. This cannot continue.

Black people can neither afford to live through the vitriol of a Trump-like presidency, nor through the indifference of a Democratic-controlled government that refuses to wrestle with its most egregious and damnable shame. So they are putting out a list of things that they are expecting from the Democrats or else. the BLM network banked millions of dollars from a surge of donations, according to the Associated Press. They established a fund of more than $12 million now. That's congratulations, America. Congratulations.

You did good there. Jeez. Now, how extreme is the extreme? Rahm Emanuel is too extreme for AOC. she said that would be a divisive pick. Now, when she says to radical, what she means is to Clinton. This was the problem with Barack Obama. Barack Obama came in.

He was a godsend to the Marxists. They thought he was a transformative president. They said he would transform America. I believe he did transform America. Without Barack Obama, we wouldn't have the socialist that we now have. in Congress. He went and he put that in and because he played the race card, he got away with it. When I said Barack Obama is, and I retract all of my apologies on what I said about Barack Obama.

I retract all of them. I couldn't put my finger on it. And at the time, if you remember, I said, I think Barack Obama is a racist. No, that's not quite right. He just has a deep-seated hatred for the white culture. What's white culture? What's white culture? You Nazi?

Well, I can tell you now. What I was searching for was something I didn't know at the time, and that is critical race theory. That hates the white culture. And I always got stuck because I was like, white culture isn't quite right either because America is a melting pot. America didn't take just its ideas from the from the white west. There are many things that came from Native Americans, African Americans. This is who we are. The culture, if it was a white culture, we wouldn't have jazz.

We wouldn't have Nina Simone, which is important to our culture. America's favorite condiment is salsa. Thank you. I mean, that is. Thank you. Thank you. That's amazing. So there is no such thing as white culture, but that is what critical race

theory says, and I didn't know the name of it. So I think I was right on that call. I just didn't know the name. And it shows because I was saying, that's not quite right when I said it. The reason why Barack Obama, he was the guy who brought all of these Marxist ideas in, he was fundamentally transforming America, but he didn't go far enough for the left. Why? Because he put people like Rahm Emanuel in. He put people beside him that were Clinton cronies.

And so they saw Obama as somebody who had caved to the Clinton kind of idea of just big fat government. It is what the coming insurrection, the book from France that I showed you, I don't know, 2008, it's what it's about. and they're not going to stand for it this time. So who wins on this one? Who wins? We're going back to a time where America comes second again, where we are going to be, for instance, Biden's coronavirus advisor, or coronavirus advisor,

wants us to distribute the vaccine globally before it's available to all Americans. So we put our $2 billion into this vaccine to buy the vaccine so it could be given to Americans. And we said we will pony up for another 500 million vaccinations. And now the Biden coronavirus advisor, Guess who it was? Zeke Emanuel. He says that we have to help the world before we help ourselves. We're going back to America last.

It's the wrong direction. Let's not forget who these people are. Let's not forget what they actually said they want to do, because I believe if they get the power in the Senate, they will. and because of that, let's not forget that this battle is needs to be hard fought in Georgia. So the president of the National Education Association, this is the Teachers Union, just said, we know Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will, or Kamala Harris, will stand with us as we work to reclaim public education as a common good, the foundation of this democracy. No, public school is not the foundation of our democracy. It is not.

And let me just ask you this common sense question. If you want a republic that is free, you have to go back to what our founders said. And our founders all said you can never have an all powerful federal government. You must, as George Washington said, look at government as fire. It's a necessity. But you must always control the fire. If not, it will control you. Now, how do you teach that or expect a government to spend its money to teach, don't trust us?

Question everything. There's no logical sense to that. The NEA now is expecting Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to get rid of school choice once and for all. This is the mandate that they feel they have. Also, for the first time, the Fed, our central bank, has now said climate poses stability risks. This is the first time they've called out climate change and said that it is a threat to financial stability. We are moving towards the Great Reset. And if we lose the Senate, we lose.

You need to understand the Great Reset. We are going to be going over this soon. I'm going to publish a book, I think, probably sooner rather than later. We just have to figure out what is going on with the presidential vote count. And I want to talk to you about that next. but we we really need to pay attention to what is on the horizon. We have to do our work and let the attorneys work out whether there was election fraud or not.

This is in the hands of the attorneys, and there is no one more motivated than Donald Trump to make sure he wins in court. And believe me, they're doing, or they damn well better, be doing everything they can to make sure that that is a good court case. Then we need to let it go. Let the attorneys handle it. Well, possibly. There was possibly an incident where I got up. Just say, just say cut me. Just say cut me. Just say it. Like Rocky would. Cut me, Mick. That is what it looks like.

No, Rock. I can't do it. I can't do it. I'm not going to do it, Rock. All right. Well, let's see. there is news now that Donald Trump may be thinking about going back on the road for MAGA rallies. That would be good.

That would not be good. That would not be good. Why would you do that? Seriously. Focus on the attorneys. Focus on the attorneys. This election will be won or lost based on what happens in the courtroom, not at a rally, not on social media. None of that stuff matters.

I mean, it just doesn't matter. You have to win in the court. But what if 30,000 people show up? Well, no, that's not. They don't count those as extra votes, Pat. Well, he is losing momentum. 80% of the country now says that Biden won. And, you know, so far it looks like Biden won because I'm not hearing from any of the attorneys.

Yeah, they are filing some things. So far they have not had a lot of success. But hopefully there's something around the corner. You know, look, it's up to them to kind of come up with these cases. And, you know, there's a lot of stuff floating around online, which I actually think hurts. I do too. You know, because people, what happens is people float around every little thing. theory they think of. It gets, you know, 25,000 retweets. People get excited about it. And then, you know,

the next day, the wagon was filled with just television equipment. And, you know, like, people are like, oh, crap. And it hurts the credibility of the real stuff they're trying to do in the court. Correct. Correct. Now, what about the USPS affidavit? Yeah, that was the one with Project Veritas, right? Yes. Now, it's been back and forth, it seems like. They came out with a guy who's talking about, you know, his experience in the USPS as a worker, says that some ballots were backdated in Michigan. Right. Now, there's a pretty big gap in Michigan.

It's not one of the closer states, but still that, you know, any fraud we want to know about. So there was a story that came out that he had basically retracted his, his contention. But then there was a story right after that that said, no, I didn't. He was pressured into retracting it. So at this point, I don't really understand. I think, again, this is another one that's going to, we can't win this in conservative media. You can't win elections that way. You win elections by taking legitimate claims to court and have them and have the process go through.

And it should. Well, a lot of the people in the media are talking about this. There's a real, you know, the president is actually trying to do something about it in the courts. What about the fact that Obama was born in Kenya, though? No. What about that? So here's the. Does that make a difference?

No, I don't think that'll help. We have to stay focused on what we need to do and the president's attorneys need to focus on the real threat. They have until December, what, 9th or 13th, I think it's the 9th, before this thing is certified by the states. The only reason why Biden was declared the winner is because of the media. They declared him a winner. The official declaration happens on like December 9th. That's when all of the states have to verify, certify, and send all of the results to Washington. That's when it is official.

Then the 14th, the electors vote. Right. The electoral college places his votes. And so there's, I mean, this is, this is a serious thing that has to be solved. We have to go through the court process because if there is something wrong, we need to know it and we need to clean it up. Even if it doesn't overturn the election, we must have confidence in our voting system. Anyone who is saying shut down the election and quite honestly, anybody who is just circulating fake, you know, media theories or, I mean, voting theories, you're doing damage. Yeah.

We've got to come together. Let the attorneys do it. And there's a lot of, you know, people who are friendly to Trump who are out there just basically saying like, you know, all sorts of crazy claims. You know, a lot of people run in their mouth about stuff. Well, a lot of people don't know. They just don't know. They don't believe in anything anymore. So, yeah, there's a separation, right?

There's some people who don't know. There's some people, I think, who do know and are saying it anyway. I think the vast majority of people who are online are repeating these things, they just don't know. Right. My point, though, is that people are like, oh, well, how come you guys aren't just saying it's fraud? And how come you aren't saying that Trump's going to win? And it's like, well, first of all, there's a court process to go through, right? But second of all, a lot of the people saying that, I mean, let's put this in perspective here.

What are they doing? They're talking about these things and they should be investigated. I don't know how comfortable Glenn is talking about this, but I'm going to say it before he says anything. Glenn made a very large donation to the legal defense fund of the president in case of before the election, by the way, in case of a recount or this exact sort of scenario. Because I knew this exact sort of scenario was coming. Your money is where your mouth is, right? I don't, I mean, there's no offense. I think everyone should.

I'm helping pay for the, I'm helping pay for the freaking attorney. attorneys, probably more than one working 24 hours a day, I'd like to see some results. So, I mean, I think like, look, we all, we understand, and Glenn, I think, understands considering, you know, shut up, money's on the line. Never follow me on investments. I just, it's no matter what I do. If there was any chance of this actually getting overturned to a good result, it was ruined when Glenn got involved.

No, but I just, I did this before the election because I want, we can. cannot have an election stolen, nor can we have an election in question. We have to have good, rock-solid attorneys make a case, gather evidence, and make a case. It can't be one in social media. It will only make things worse. If we don't believe in our system, we don't have a republic. So, believe me, I would really like to say that the attorneys are out there and they've got these great cases.

I haven't seen them yet, but I'd like to see them because this is important, really, really important. Anyone who says it was stolen and are not waiting for the attorneys, they're sadly mistaken and I think they're doing harm. anyone who says this is all done, there's nothing to look at, they're mistaken, and I think they're doing harm. Let the system play out. That's the right way to think about it, I think. You know, I mean, whether you... That doesn't think so. Yeah, I mean, yeah, I do.

I do. Why the process should go forward? Well, I mean, is it going to be successful? No, it is not. It's not going to be successful. We don't. But I want it to play out. I do.

I want it to play out. Yes. And the president has the right to have it play out. American election has ever been overturned. It's never happened. It's not going to happen this time. So we shouldn't get our hopes up. I think what we should be planning for is Georgia.

Yeah. The Senate runoff on January 5th is going to be amazingly critical because we're at 50 right now. Yeah, they just said Alaska did go to the report. Who could have seen that coming? Who could have seen Alaska go? I was stunned. He was only up 6333. I was in question for a while.

Yeah. I thought, wait a minute. The dogs are bringing in some more balance. And I think it probably makes my audience mad, but I don't see it happening. And I, you know, I don't know that we get our hopes up and think, okay, because my family asked me every day. Is, you think Joe Biden's really going to be president? Well, yeah, I do.

Yeah. My wife is sorry. But my wife is. really upset too. I mean, you know. I'm upset. I don't want it to happen. I am too. But I'm a realist and it's going to happen. I don't think that's necessary. Let's not. It's like you know, I said this before the election. Wait, so you're saying Glenn's

giant donation is wasted? Is that what you're? Shut up. I think this is our angle I'm sorry. If I don't see those attorneys, you make a good case even if you don't have a good case. I want you to spend my money. The right way. Making a good case. Find it. Let me amend my statement. These are really good attorneys and maybe they'll find something incredible.

No, you know, the problem is. And, you know, I heard somebody say, no, they're just keeping their cards close to their chest.

And I'm like, well, that's kind of what everybody said about John Roberts. John Roberts wasn't playing some secret game. His game was he's not a conservative or a constitutionalist. Right. And I don't know if, I don't think the thing would be to play your card cards close to the vest and don't reveal anything yet. Maybe that's it, but I don't, because the president can't lose momentum.

And every day that goes by where they don't make a strong case. And we haven't seen any strong cases yet. I mean, here's the thing that should make you feel good about this. if you think they're going to find something, social media is going to pass around a lot of these things. Every single one of them with any credibility whatsoever is going to be looked into by the attorneys with Glenn's money. Shut up.

And they're going to look into every single one of them. And if they can find anything legitimate. And we've seen things where they have found some stuff they thought was legitimate. Things with a few hundred votes here, a few hundred votes there. We'll see if that stuff plays out. But the bottom line is you have a group, the president's campaign, who is highly incentivized to find some evidence of this fraud. And they're going to look into every little lead they can find with Glenn's money and try to figure out whether there is something.

And if they find something, they will file it in court. You don't have to figure out online. And if they're smart, they won't come out with it from Rudy Giuliani. Look, I like Rudy. I think Rudy has done some amazing work for this president, especially in the Ukraine. He's right on that. But I need someone who comes from a very big firm. I need, you know, what's his name?

Dershowitz in front of the camera saying, this is a constitutional question. And did they have the right to do X, Y, and Z? That's what needs to be done. And until they put somebody really credible in front of the camera, making a case, if they have one, it's not going to change anything. They have to have a credible team with a credible case.

Can they do that? If they can, great. If they can't, I want them to spend my freaking money on hiring that team that then comes out and says, we can't make that case. That's what should happen. That's what should happen. We got a case. We don't have a case.

And you don't know that until December 9th. December 9th is when they have to have this done. Anything past December 9th? Remember, it was the 13th, which on that year, I think, was the last day that... In 2000. That Al Gore said, okay, I'm letting it go. Yeah, the Democrats didn't have any problem with those 37 days, did they? They were perfectly fine with that process.

So we just need to keep moving forward and support the legal process. And maybe it's just, you know, trying to find... you know, the silver lining here. But if Joe Biden, Biden, God forbid, is our president, at least Glenn lit a bunch of his money on fire. She's just good. We do have that goal for us. At least he got that going for us. That feels good, doesn't it?

I mean, the problem here, the reason why so many people don't have credibility on election fraud is we know what's going on in Minnesota. I'll give you the worst example from the New York Times I think I have seen.

We're going to give that to you in 60 seconds. And then where do we go? Take heart. Take heart. This isn't over till it's over. And there are things we must do in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck program. If there's one thing I hate, I hate dealing with car dealers.

I hate dealing with real estate agents. I basically hate dealing with anybody who is going to make money off of me. You know what I mean? Just come on. All I want is a fair deal. I want you to make money, us to get a good price. That's all I want. But everybody's got to win.

You know what I mean? If they don't cover it, well, then it didn't happen. Or if they say something and their reporters spin it a certain way, well, then that just is. Listen to this. This is coming from Kevin Ruse at the New York Times. For the conservatives who are mad about this, yes, it's possible for a story to be factually accurate and for it to be part of a misinformation campaign. Okay. So what he did is he posted on Twitter yesterday.

Facebook is absolutely teeming with right-wing misinformation right now. These are all among the top 10 most engaged URLs on the platform over the last 24 hours. So he gives four examples, and help me out on this, Stu, because I know you're science-minded. Help me fact-check these. That's me. Okay. This is right-wing misinformation. Here it comes.

Story number one, Republican in Michigan goes from loser to winner after technical glitch fixed officials urge confidence in the system. Yeah, that's true. That's true. It's a true story. Anything misleading in that? No. Not at all. That's just the story of what happened. All right. Well, then this one, because this one is a little dicey.

Okay. This one, A.G. William Barr authorizes DOJ to look into voting irregularities. No, that's what he did. That's exactly what he did. Michigan legislature holds rare emergency session to investigate election irregularities. Yeah, that's fine. That one's okay, too. Purdue, Loughler call on Georgia Secretary of State to resign over election. No, they did do that. Yeah.

So how is this misinformation? Now, again, let me give you what he said. For the conservatives who are mad about this, it is possible for a story to be factually accurate and for it to be part of a misinformation campaign aimed at undermining confidence in an election. No, no. You don't get to tell us what we can read and who we can read it from and how we are to view it. The news reports.

People like me then are paid for our opinion on what does it mean? There's a huge separation there between a journalist. Now, not that you at the New York Times or anywhere else understands that, but there's a huge division between journalist and commentator. And when somebody is paying a commentator to commentator, Yes, we do take several factual stories and bring them together and say, is this what this means? You can't tell us that we need to be silenced because we are presenting true stories. We've gone now from we got to make sure there's no fake news to this isn't fake news.

This is a true story. But you're part of a disinformation campaign. You have to get away from the mainstream media. And by the mainstream media, I do mean social media now. I went over to parlor yesterday. I'm on parlor now. And I have no idea if I'm, I'd really like to just get rid of all of it. Now, Facebook and Twitter for me is a way to reach people.

I don't read them. I have somebody else that reads stuff for me and pulls it out. I don't spend my time on Facebook. I don't spend my time on Twitter. It is a waste of time because it's not true. It's not true. There is no freedom in Facebook. There is no freedom on Twitter.

And it's only going to get worse. I want a free atmosphere where, yep, there's some dummies out there. There's some people that say some crazy stupid things. They say things that I vehemently disagree with. But you know what? What? God bless America. What we do, and I mean anybody now, anybody who is telling the truth and really searching for the truth. I don't mean people who are just trying to win. I mean people who want to win fairly, legally. I do not want to become them. I want you to know you're not

alone. There's 70 million that have ignored being called racist, ignored being told Trump was Hitler, ignored being told we were science deniers, ignored the calls that we are somehow inhuman, ignored, being told the election was already over a month ago. I want you to know, don't feel alone, don't feel isolated, because you're not alone. Donald Trump did some amazing thing. Donald Trump's primary gift to us wasn't tax cuts. It wasn't the amazing process and progress in the Middle East, the peace accords. It wasn't the amazing unemployment numbers, the lowest unemployment on record.

All those were good. But he has a superpower that I've never seen before. And that was to get the left to take off their masks and fully admit that, yep, we're Marxist. Yep, we hate America. Yep, we hate the flag. Yep, we want to stop all of that. Yep, America's never done anything good. Yep, we hate Americans who love America.

That's a gift. People have been trying to pin that on the Democrats and get them to admit it for over 100 years. Donald Trump did it. We cannot let them go back to normal by pretending they aren't who they now told us they are. We have a duty to remember. We can't pretend that they acted in a way they did because of Trump

and now things are all good and we can be friends again. No, we must unite on principles of liberty. And it was because of Trump, they showed their cards. We know who our opponents are from this day forward. They seek the destruction of America, the dismantling of the Constitution. They said that. They marched for that. We cannot unite with people that want to destroy the family, the Constitution, the rule of law.

We can't. And we can't beat them by not obeying the rule of law. Democrats used to be about bigger government in higher tax. taxes. But that's not who our opponent is anymore, and we owe Trump forever for getting the left to admit that they're Marxist. His four years in office will absolutely be in vain if you forget who the media is and you forget who the opponent really is. Biden will be coming to power if he is the duly elected president in a pandemic. Never led a good crisis go to wait. His tax plan really isn't our concern.

The emergency powers enacted in the name of pandemic to remake America's health care system to take control of food supply, to take over education. Those should be our concerns. We are going to have to fight for the next four years. We have an immediate fight called the Great Reset that starts January 21st. And the pandemic will be used to align with global. and surrender U.S. sovereignty. That's going to be called crazy. That will probably be banned on the Internet.

I urge you to look it up for yourself. All you have to do is go to the World Bank, the World Economic Forum. Dot org. It's all there. It's called the Great Reset. That is what we have to unite and fight for. we're not fighting over a party. We're not fighting for an election.

We're fighting for the rule of law. That's why I believe strongly that President Trump has every right and it is his duty to follow every call of voter fraud to its logical end. And its logical end is to make a case in court. let the court decide. And if somebody is nailed for fraud, even if it doesn't overturn the election, that person must be prosecuted. We have this really weird thing where we have confused prosecuted with persecuted. The left persecutes people, and I believe they're going to start prosecuting people they disagree with. I hope I'm wrong on that.

And I hope there are many Americans that didn't vote for Donald Trump that understand the call of liberty, understand the Bill of Rights, understand the beauty of the Declaration of Independence, that they may have voted for Joe Biden because they saw him as a return to normalcy. I think you're going to be sadly mistaken. But as I said under Donald Trump,

if I'm wrong, if he's just a normal guy that just everything he does in his presidency is constitutional, I'm for him. I'll be for him and I'll admit it on the air. Don't think that's going to happen, but we have to be vigilant on liberty. We have to be fearless. And we have to know the truth. what the New York Times is doing is trying to convince you that anyone, anyone who has a different point of view, can't even tell you a true story. Now, I know that the devil himself takes truth and mixes it with lies. I know that.

We work really hard at the blaze to get it right. We work really hard and quite honestly, we take gut punches all the time. All the time we're punched over and over again, mainly from social media and the mainstream press. We will not retract things that are true. We all need to stand together because it's going to get harder and harder to find that truth. And we need to unite. what unites us we are the united states of america because we all came around the ideas enshrined in the declaration of independence and the ideas in the bill of rights if people disagree with the bill

of rights if they say no rights don't come from god no rights come from the government no you don't have a right to privacy no you don't have a right to protect yourself with the Second Amendment. No, you don't have a right to speak out. No, you don't have a right to question. I'm sorry. They are the enemy of liberty. And they can make the case all they want, but I will never stand with them.

Our problem in America is the addiction to the easy. They want to eliminate the struggles, skip straight to utopia, but it never works. It wins elections from time to times, but it never provides any positive results.

I've been listening to you for a while, but I'm really upset at least how I'm hearing it, and you can tell me if I'm right or wrong. Okay. But everything I see in the news, everything I see from a parlor, and I'm very wrapped up in parlor. And it just doesn't seem to me that you're saying you're not spreading the faith of the people. How am I not spread?

Wait, wait, wait, wait. How am I not spreading the faith of the people? I'm saying that everything needs to be checked, needs to go through the court system, that Donald Trump, is the one that is more motivated than anyone else to seek out this corruption. He has the power and the money to fight it in court, and no one should shut that down in any way, shape, or form. He has, you know, another 30-some days make the case in court. How is that? Well, doesn't he have until January, is the beginning of January, to be able to do this?

He has as long as it takes, however, it is certified December 9th. So the certification, right now the media is calling this. The media has no right to call this. You know, it's like me calling the election. So that means nothing. But they get together on December 9th, I think, to certify. And then the electoral college is sent to Washington, I think, on December 13th. Yeah, the elector is.

So there would be a transition period there from the time the electors actually cast the vote and made it official between that and January 20th. I don't know if there's any process to overturn it after that. So he would still be in office until January 20th, no matter what, though. So, Aaron, what are you hearing from me? I just hear, like, a bunch of negative, like, talked about how the president doesn't have this or it doesn't have that. And it's just like, I'm like, I've been listening to you for over 10 years. and I'm 40 years old and I really think very, very highly of you.

Thank you. And it's just like whenever I hear this and it's just like it puts me down. It really scares me down because you're the only one that's fighting really in the voice of the 12 hours I listen to conservative talk. Yeah. And I think that Aaron, that's first of all totally understandable.

I mean, I think there's a thing being passed around. You don't want to just give pep talks that don't lead to anything. What we want to do is do things that are material. And I know I mentioned this before, but like, Glenn is literally paying. He literally donated a small, a major, a large fortune. Shut up. To the legal defense of the president for this reason.

The reason why these cases are going into court in the first place is because people like Glenn are paying for them. So, I mean, he's very much on the record here on this. I think it's important to understand, though, that we don't, and I know this audience doesn't want this, they never have. You don't want a pep talk to just everyone get positive about something that may or may not happen.

We are trying to be honest with you and that the president faces some challenges here for this to actually happen. And the only way it happens is not on parlor, right? It happens in the court. That's where it happens. It doesn't happen on social

media. So we can look at those claims and try to figure out which ones are legitimate and which ones aren't. But the easiest way to identify that is that there is a very interested party who wants to win this election more than more than you do, more than I do, it's Donald Trump in his campaign. And they have, luckily, thanks to Glenn, lots of money to file lawsuits against these things when they're the legitimate. And they found some success in certain areas. It's just a question of can they get to that level of what they need to accomplish, which is multiple states.

So, Aaron, can I talk to you? Can I just talk to you man to man here? Um, not as host and listener, just man to man. I don't know what you do for a living, but what I do for a living is to try to tell people a, the truth and my opinion. I have, unfortunately, uh, I feel my, my calling is to be a warning voice. and and I don't, I don't usually, I don't usually seem to make an effect in that or any positive effect. And I wrestle every day. I, I have told my staff every day since the election, I feel like we're in the eye of the hurricane. And I'm just kind of floating because I don't, I don't feel like we have anything that I can

married to right now. I am married to one thing, and that is the truth. And I want the truth to be pursued and found. And if there is fraud and they can prove it, it's not enough to have it on parlor, the president is so motivated to have those attorneys uncover any kind of fraud. They just offered a million dollar reward for it. If there is any fraud, or quite honestly, If there's a way for the Supreme Court to rule that the things that states like Pennsylvania was doing, and I mean just changing the rules as they went along during the game, that can't be done. And if that's the case, then make that case. I don't know, Aaron, honestly, how to do my job right now.

Because I want to tell you the truth. I want you to feel empowered and I want you to feel, like, like, this ain't over, but I also need to tell you the only one that can make that case is Donald Trump and his attorneys. And we're looking into those things, but that's just the beginning. And I put my money where my mouth is. I want the attorneys to make this case. Does that help you at all? Yeah, it's just like, it's not just you too. It's, I mean, it seems like everyone had lost. the faith of the people and the faith of the people have spoken but it's a dumb democrat and i'm not trying to be negative towards them at all it's the political

democrat yes train machine is tearing up this nation and it's not allowing the the faith of the people to say who they want who they don't want i mean i've been seeing this for i am not scared at all completely not scared at all but whenever i turn on you you or turn on Sean or turn on Levin. I am scared to death of what news is coming out of your guys' mouth and it's scaring me. Wait, wait, scaring you? What news is scaring you?

The way you guys say, well, we found this or we found that. And it's just like, I don't see that at all. I just see a bunch of, you know, I don't know. Okay, so you're saying that. I know Trump will have a second. I know that with a shadow of a doubt. I know that. Well, he may have a second term either in a next, you know, a month or so,

or he may have a second term in 2024 because I think he is, you know, I think he fought valiantly here and he may still win. But if he doesn't, I don't think Donald Trump is going away. Donald Trump is in this fight. As I am and as you are, we can't be disallowed. discouraged if he look, Aaron, you've listened to me for 10 years. Do you not think I understand fully what is at stake if Biden gets in? Yes, I do.

Okay. So there's, do what can you? And that's the biggest thing that scares me. Right. So is there any motivation that I would have to go easy on this, especially with my own money at stake, you know, funding the attorneys, helping fund the attorneys for Donald Trump. Is there? No.

There's no, there's no motivation. So I'm with you in this fight. We just, I believe at this point, we have to keep our head down. We can only do what we can do. The attorneys damn well better do their job. And we will be. the attorneys believe me we will be on the attorneys to make sure they're doing their job but our job is to remain focused on the the state of affairs moving forward we cannot

put all of our eggs in one basket if Donald Trump wins God bless it thank you Jesus if he doesn't we must pay attention to other things we have to have a game plan going forward or they will take the seats in Georgia and they will transform the country. And so, but we also have we have to look at that as one thing. And at the other side, we can't lose sight of everything else. We have to be able to, everyone has their role here. And we have to make sure that guarding those Senate seats, again, in Georgia is probably

the biggest one right now. But there's lots of other stuff. I mean, they're going to be, he's going to start naming, if this goes forward, Biden's going to start naming cabinet members. I mean, all of these things are going to start happening on our, you know, right on top of us. And if we don't call it out as it happens, we're going to be on the wrong side of it. We have to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. We are on your side.

We are on your side. As long as your side is the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights, as long as you won't bend a knee to any government that wants to rule your life or rule over you. I have spent the last five years ago I was fighting against Donald Trump. And everybody was so pissed at me. But I was up until recently proud that I stood my ground.

Up until recently because I think I made it personal. and that was really wrong of me. But I did come through with one promise that if he did the things that he said he would do, I'd be the first to admit it, and I would apologize on air. And I've not only apologized, but I've apologized in person.

I've apologized on the phone. I've written a letter to his children because it really bothered me. I think Donald Trump is one of the best presidents we've had. Not, it's so weird, because it's not, I have a hard time embracing his approach. But then in the last few years, I've had a really hard time seeing an approach that would work other than that. Look at what this guy has been put through.

And he just keeps standing. He doesn't care. He's not beholden to anyone. That is remarkable. in today's politics. He has hurt the Trump hotel brand. He has really hurt that. And I can't say he did.

He's just been the guy he's always been. Two years ago, I started investigating the Russia thing, maybe three years ago. And honestly, when it first came out before the election, I believed it. I thought, I can see that happening. Don't know if it's true, but I could see that happening. We didn't talk about it on the air because I don't want to accuse him of something like we did with Biden. I don't want to say Biden was doing all this stuff if we don't have the goods on him. And we spent two years investigating and a year investigating Ukraine, about six months just investigating what was going on in the,

in the House and the Senate and the intelligence community. I wasn't a guy who was comfortable with deep state talk. I'm telling you now, it absolutely exists. I see what's happening with the media. I see what has happened to our education centers. I know where we are. I honestly think we're at the end of the Republic.

Unless we remain standing. And unless we are educated and super, super sharp. I told you what I felt was coming after this election. And as Stu continues to point out today, I made a significant donation to the legal defense of Donald Trump, and I gave it before the election. I put my money where my mouth is.

I believe it is important to fight with everything in you. I haven't had, I think, the right talk with you. Every day I come home, my wife says, how was the show? I haven't even been able to talk to her about it. It took me three days to tell her how I felt before the TV show seven days ago. And every day I've gotten up and I don't know what to say to you because I know we're in trouble. And I feel like I'm in this holding pattern. and I feel like we are in this, the eye of the hurricane.

The storm is coming. The other side of this storm, it's worse, and it is coming. But right now we're in this holding period of, let's cross all the T's and dot all the eyes. Let the attorneys do their work. And I know that's not a message you want to hear. I have looked into these, I mean, I have a sister, God bless her, and she is sending me, what about this?

What about this theory? What about this? Have you heard about this? I get it. I see all the things you see. I see them all. And I have a really good research staff. And some of the things are worth pursuing. Some of them are garbage. But I know this. There is no one more motivated to get to the bottom of this election than Donald Trump and his team. and I am waiting to see what the team does. What is the White House legal strategy? Because those are the ones that none of us really have to do our homework on. Because if they file frivolous lawsuits, they can be disbarred.

If they are presenting fraud, they can go to prison. So not only are the stakes high, because they want the president to win this election, but they also can't say anything that isn't true, at least to their knowledge, they can't say anything that's not true without losing their license. So we can't fight it on the air. And I wish I could,

I really do wish in many ways, I could say, man, there's fraud in Pennsylvania. of 100,000 votes. I don't see it. I don't know. I still think that the ballots that Scalia, not Scalia, but who is the Supreme Court that came out to, what?

Yeah, Alito. That Alito came out on Saturday and said, we got to, you got to hold these votes aside. I think there's a chance that those things come through and it could change things. And there is no one I would like to see pay for corruption and pay for what has been done to Donald Trump more than the Democratic Party. They have been so dishonest. When we started looking into the corruption in Ukraine, I said to the staff, we have no sacred cows. we are not supporting or demonizing anyone. We want the truth.

And that's the way I deal on everything with my research staff. I want the truth. And overturn every single stone. And when we got there, I was surprised. I was not only surprised that Donald Trump didn't do any of this stuff. What I was really shocked at was the fact that they had done all of these things. They have done all of the things they accused him of and more. I know that we've had people on the air that just keeps singing the praise of Bill Barr,

but Bill Barr, I think you suck. I really think you suck. You're running out of time. Where are you on these things? Where are you? Is no one going to pay for the crimes that have been happening during this administration? to this administration, is no one going to pay for that? I think the answer to that is no.

And I was trying to hold out belief. Because everything that doesn't go towards justice and towards the rule of law goes towards chaos. And chaos is our biggest enemy. I should have said to you right away how I was feeling. I used to do that more. but sometimes I think it's the worry of you that stops me from being real honest about finding the feelings that we both have because I don't want to be the downer in your life. If there's one thing, let me free phrases.

The biggest honor in my life has been the ability to hear clearly enough to warn you of the things that come our way in advance. But it is also the biggest curse. I grew up in an alcoholic family. I was the one that tried to make everybody laugh so we could move on. I hate tension. I hate arguments. And look who I've become.

The exact opposite of that. And I, in many ways, hate it. But I am grateful for the opportunity to serve. And so probably many times I try not to bum you out more than I do usually. I, you know, Jesus is coming in five years or ten years. This time I should have been more honest with you because I think we all feel the same way. We're trying to hold on to hope and we're so frustrated by the out-and-out criminal acts that we have witnessed. The lies from the media that we have witnessed.

The distortions, the fact that America is turning towards Marxism, it's hard to take. but you know what we were born for this we may not like it we may not want to do it we may not see a path but there is one because this is what we were born to do i'm sorry if you don't believe this but i do we were all born for a reason. And we may never know what that is until we cross over to the other side. But we have a mission, each of us. And that mission is based in goodness, light, liberty, freedom, things that expand mankind, not diminish. And this is your call to arms.

This isn't a call to physical arms. This is a call to wake up. It's on the edge. And if we don't do the things we must do, educate ourselves, be vigilant, be strong, have a spine of steel. If you're in school and you're afraid of disagreeing with your professor or your teacher, because you might get a bad grade, shame on you. If you are not willing to stand up and. And kindly, kindly seek answers from people.

Kindly correct people when they're wrong. Kindly say, yes, I am a supporter. Yes, I am a conservative. Kindly. Shame on you. It's going to take every single one of us, but have the hope that I know. There are more with us than against us. And there are armies in the spiritual realm who are working with us as well. All right.

We're not slaves to the United Nations or anything else. We are Americans first.

That is really good, but also in the party, the gains that have happened with African Americans, the gains that have happened with the Hispanic community, Republicans and conservatives need to be there. The other thing is Trump's not going anywhere. He's either going to be in the White House or I honestly think he's going to be doing a cable news network. And God bless him. I mean, Fox News, we got to do a, can we do a. that on Friday? Can we have the funeral for Fox? On Friday, we should hold a funeral

for Fox. Because Trump is coming. Trump is coming. And if he doesn't do that, he's probably going to run again in 24. The other is, and this is really important, the Democrats are in a death match right now.

The Democrats are at each other's throats. The Marxist wing and BLM are demanding certain things. Or what? Or what? You have, and I don't know what I even would categorize as a moderate Democrat, but the moderate Democrats, I guess that means the ones that aren't so Marxist, are saying, we can't say Marxism ever again.

Just so you know, though, my preferred pronouns are president and elect. and you guys bypassed those. So, President-elect, Dase, let me talk to you about what's going on. There is an effort online, and I don't think it's a coordinated. Maybe it is. But there are some people that are just putting out theories, putting things out that aren't true. There are some things that are true.

But this is not something that we need to be. arguing about, this needs to be argued in the courts by the Trump campaign, correct? Correct. You know, I've talked to some of my contacts and colleagues around the country, you know, in the Republican Party, in the conservative movement, even people we work with here, frustrated, hey, where are the talking points? What's the marching orders? How do we?

What's our message? And I think we're conflating things here that this is an extension of the presidential campaign. And it is not. This is now a legal issue. And I think you have to understand that, I mean, Donald Trump has lived in courts and lived with lawsuits. And that's his natural habitat. You can see the difference in tenor of how he has approached this compared to a presidential campaign. I think you can see him approaching it much more seriously. People, this is not, you know, hey, the chicanery of the last few years between the Trump White House and the media and both sides hate each other. And so you have to kind of, if you're stew, you're trying to decide what

the truth is with a handicap because you know they're both in the margins against each other because they can justify it because they hate each other. So all that's out of the window now. This is legalities. I mean, they're going to file 234 pages of sworn affidavits in Wayne County, Michigan this morning or at some time today. I mean, you file affidavits under false pretense. You're getting disbarred. People at Carmite, Dylan, Jenna Ellis, the president's attorneys, if this is just, you know, Trump's chicanery, as the media is pointing out, they're getting disbarred. People are going to be charged with perjury. For example, they're in Dallas County. If 200 pages of affidavits sworn affidavits were filed that said

Glenn Beck has violated every obscenity law in the nine realms by streaking naked across town. All right. And if you could prove that you did not discuss all these people, Glenn, by doing so, that would be a criminal act on their part. May I just correct one thing? If they couldn't prove that I did that. Yes, correct. I don't have to prove myself innocent. And that's the difference here with Trump, too.

He's got to prove it. Yes. and that will happen. You'll get clarity on this. I mean, Georgia's going to do a hand count audit of its vote. That is a minimum of what ought to be done in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. I mean, Wisconsin is incredible. They're two largest counties there, Dane County and Milwaukee County.

We're being told that the good citizens of Dane County understand how and when to properly use this new fangled thing called the U.S. Postal Service. And so their mail-in ballots were delivered on time, shuffled into the deck randomly, like would typically have. happen with a mail sort, but for whatever reason, they're just complete and total nimrods in Milwaukee County. They're like, I don't know what a postal service is, a postage stamp, what is it? The calendar? I don't know. And so somehow they just miraculously got delivered at 4 a.m. Maybe the people of Milwaukee County are that dumb. That might be true, or maybe it's something nefarious, but that's why we have to adjudicate this now. We have pull up the testimony from the court, I think it was yesterday. I wanted to

to just read this to you. It shows to me that Trump is going for a different strategy than everyone thinks. Everyone thinks he's going to come after, you know, fraud and the Democrats were all in on it. Listen to this exchange in the court yesterday. This is from the Trump attorney with the court. Your Honor, accusing people of fraud is a pretty big step. And it is rare that I call somebody a liar. And I am not calling the board or the DNC or anybody else involved in this, a liar.

Everybody's coming to this with good faith. The DNC is coming with good faith. We're all trying to get the election done. I think we were trying to, we think these were a mistake. They're talking about 592 ballots. But we think they are a fatal mistake and these ballots ought not to be counted. The court says, I understand. I'm asking you a specific question and I am asking you for a specific answer.

Are you claiming that there's any fraud in connection with these 592 disputed ballots, lawyer? To my knowledge, at present, no. Court, are you claiming that there's any undue or improper influence upon the electorate? with respect to these 592 ballots, to my knowledge at present, no. So they're going, I mean, some of the stuff is fraud. Some of the stuff they are chasing is fraud. Some of it is they're just looking at, look,

there may have been an honest mistake here. These things may have been just handled in an improper way. Every single one of these needs to be investigated and pushed all the way to the limits of the law, so we know what the truth is. And they're also seemingly going for technical things that you didn't have the right to change this. You couldn't change that, which will eat at these. numbers. Are you seeing Steve anything that will tell you that they have enough to change the outcome?

Well, we don't know what the outcome is. Remember, that's what we're disputing. Nothing has been certified. So we have a projected outcome, but nothing has been certified. So we don't know what the outcome is. Do I think, ultimately, if you skip me to the end of the story, do I think that John Roberts is going to eventually say in the U.S. Supreme Court, you know what? I really want those marauding mobs of leftist riots to show up at my suburban D.C. Brownstone here in January and ruin my winner. So we're just going to go ahead and toss this election out. Probably not, would be my guess. But the wording of what they're doing here is very specific and circumspect, I believe, for a reason. And it is because we have seen this multiple times in the federal courts and then also at the U.S. Supreme Court,

where they have violated their own principles of stare decisis, they have violated their own precedents, they have violated established constitutional law in order to rule against the president because they don't like what he says in public. And so what I think you're watching the Trump White House do, which I think is another sign, that this is not some gaslighting technique, but legally they are very serious about this, is that they are practicing a level of restraint, Glenn, that frankly men like you and I have pounded the podium for the last four years and a lot of debates in which they would have practiced, right? You're watching it take place right now, and I think it's because they recognize this isn't a political argument.

It is now strictly a legal one. If we get into motivations, like is it a mass fraud scheme, things of that nature, then all the media influence and everything else comes into play. It comes down to simply a simple question, is that ballot legal or not? Can you legally, as Samuel Lito, issued an order in Pennsylvania over the weekend, his home state? I want those ballots that came in after the deadline. I want them segregated. It's a simple question. Who determines the election laws of a state?

A judge who's unelected or the duly elected state legislature. I think it is very smart for the Trump team to keep this strictly in the realm of what's legal and what is not and not getting into some broad-based conversation about networks of fraud or anything else. But I will say this because I can do that. There's about five or six counties in the United States where we are being told the people there are really dumb and didn't know how to use the postage system. And so their ballots were not shuffled into the deck and randomly sorted like the rest of the mail and ballots around the country were. And that's why they didn't get delivered until three, four, five a.m. They all just happened to be overwhelmingly for Donald Trump with like no mistakes.

Donald Trump or Joe Biden. Or for Joe Biden. I'm sorry. Hundreds of thousands of them. voted for no other candidate other than Joe Biden. I mean, you know, you can pee on me and tell me it's raining. Or one of two things is true. The people in those counties are really, really dumb.

Those are the dumbest counties in the United States of America, and they're just morons or something else. And those ballots didn't have stamps, didn't have postmarks, didn't have nothing. How did they get to the post office? Is it like Miracle on 34th Street, where he's like, I want, them on my desk right here. I'll tell you, Glenn, one of my best friends is doing the vote monitoring in Pennsylvania for the administration right now.

And he's in a more upscale educated county. He told me two days ago in an hour, all right, he was able to successfully challenge nine ballots, filled out incorrectly, questionable signatures, different ink on the front to the back, the writing looked different, no signature at all, et cetera. Now, this is an upscale, highly educated county in an. hour. He successfully challenged nine ballots. All right. If, if, if, if, so there were errors, there were errors on those ballots in those counties, but these massive dumps in these five or six counties that they just so happened to have to roll up to go Chavez numbers in order to win.

There were no errors. Glenn, you and I are old enough to remember the Florida recount. And people forget that it didn't really kick in with hanging chats. It really started because a bunch of blue hairs in Palm Beach County claimed that they accidentally. voted for Pat Buchanan. Do you remember that? Yeah, it was the butterfly ballot. Yes, that they made mistakes on the ballot. They couldn't understand it. They couldn't read it. So you're telling me in all these places that they didn't know how to use the postage system, right? They didn't know how to postmark something when the mail it, when the election day was, when the deadline was. They didn't know how to do that, but they did know how to properly fill out Joe Biden 100% of the time. As Joe Biden would say,

I'm trying to make sure that the president has the money for good attorneys to make sure that's not throwing away money, right? Right. So the reason I call, my point is that we know that because of the Constitution, the state legislatures make the laws, therefore, media is not part of the equation. So does the Supreme Court have the authority to suppress the free speech of the media calling elections based off of the whole, you can't yell fire in a crowded theater? I suppose somebody would have to make that case, but I don't think. so because of the First Amendment. They have a right to do anything, just like I have a right to do.

Well, we had a right to do anything, but now social media and the mainstream media suppressing absolutely everything anyone says. But anyone can call the election. You don't need to have it called by ABC, NBC, CNN or Fox News. That is only because that's the way we've done it since the television era. And it should be counted and it's certified in December. We do it because it's never been close like this, at least over and over and over again. Yeah. Remember, you have to remember, the media has absolutely no power in this process. None. Like whether a media organization calls a state or an election or reports, ballots that look strange, none of that matters. They're just trying to basically cover the news. Just like if we were to say,

say, well, we think O.J. Simpson is guilty. That doesn't matter. The court is what determines that. So, like, you know, the media really doesn't have any power here, whether we give them the power by all going along with what they say is a different story. And also the Supreme Court does not have the power to make up rules. The Constitution is really clear on this. The legislatures of each state have to pass their own election rules. They're the only ones. that can change that. The federal government can't change it. The state says we want to do it by putting pennies into a jar.

much more well funded and have the ability and the motivation. And that is, the Trump campaign. They will put this together and there is time to fight this in the courts. They're putting it together.
