I've had German Shep.
for a long time. I thought Uno was really healthy and active. The problem with Uno was we used to
have to hand feed him. We don't anymore, which was the biggest thing I thought I would like,
getting out of Rough Greens. But he has changed. He's such a healthy dog. And I think we have
given him years of much more active and healthy life just because of Rough Greens.
Yeah. You can get it, by the way, at Roughgreens.com slash Beck.

Hello, America. We've got a great show coming for you today. We have Tulsi Gabbard on.
We also have Alan Dershowitz. I don't know if you've heard what Alan Dershowitz just recently
wrote about. But he was in the courtroom yesterday for the final day of the Trump trial, and it was
amazing. Also, a little chart came out about how much your happy meal has gone up since Biden took
office. Oh, and another thing, I believe Biden is emptying the strategic oil reserve for the East
Coast because the election's coming up and we need to get prices down on gasoline. This is
unbelievably reckless.
Just suicide.
We're on a suicide course
as a nation.
We'll try to cut some of the rope down
here in 60 seconds.
Stand by.
Let me tell you about Lear Capital. One of the things
we're doing which is causing suicide,
it's, you know, nation suicide.
Well, let me just give you this. The McDonald
price increase. Do you know how much
a medium French fry was? Have you seen
this, Stu? How much
was a medium French fry?
fry at McDonald's before Joe Biden took office.
I don't know the numbers, but it's a lot less.
Okay, it was $1.79.
Do you know what it is today?
You'd think I would since I'm there 12 times a week, but no, I don't.
$4.19.
Wow.
What is causing that?
It's no longer COVID.
It's no longer shortages.
This is money printing.
This is our government spending all kinds of money and money printing.
You have lost 25 cents of every dollar.
25 cents of every dollar is just gone out of your bank account because of inflation.
Please, if you're in the stock market, everybody's saying,
oh my gosh, the stock market is doing great.
Yeah, well, why is gold doing so well as well?
Why is Bitcoin doing as well as it is right now?
That makes no sense that they're all doing well.
The reason why is because the smart people know that this is a casino.
Wall Street is nothing more than a casino and it's all being used with bogus money.
There's no rhyme or reason it is as high as it is.
You need Lear Capital.
Please call them and get your free wealth protection guide.
Lear will also credit your account.
if you decide to buy anything because you listen to me, $250 towards your purchase.
Call them today, $800957 gold, $800957 gold.
Well, welcome to the program.
Stu, welcome.
Nice to have you here.
Glenn, good to have you here too.
You know, the Blaze TV listeners are demanding a video appearance.
They want to see the Phantom.
They want to see the Phantom.
Yeah, they can handle it.
That's what they're saying.
You know, in the first part of the fandom of the opera, he's wearing the mask in
you're like, you know, I'm cool with that. And, uh, and then when he takes the mask off,
you're like, ooh, he should put that back on. That's a less, I mean, you could probably
pull some information out of that for your own life. Right. That has nothing to do with my
eye surgery, right? Right. Oh yeah. Um, uh, so I, yesterday at the Blaze, they were like,
please, uh, the, you know, Blaze subscribers are calling and blah, blah, blah. And I, I, I don't believe any of
I think this is somebody that works at the blaze who's just like, we got to have him on camera looking like a, you know, monster.
Yeah, someone.
Who knows who it could be?
I don't know.
I don't have a name, but it's someone.
Yeah, probably a three-lettered person like, Tom.
Anyway, so I've put on sunglasses.
I hate having to wear the sunglasses.
Should I wear the sunglasses or my regular glasses, too?
I think the sunglasses is a good look on you.
Oh, is it?
Is it a good look for me?
It's a good look.
Okay, so we're going to do parts of the show.
If you're a video subscriber, there I am in my glory.
You can't really see anything because you don't want to see it.
But so you can, there.
Are you happy blaze subscribers?
Is this somehow or another?
You're like, ooh, yes.
Oh, yeah, more sunglasses.
And you know, Glenn, you're kind of like the elementary school kid who goes away for chemotherapy and comes back without hair.
Then everyone in their class shaves their head.
So I just want to be supportive with you right now.
Oh, and you're going to put the shades on too.
I will also wear sunglasses for today's show.
Unfortunately, we're going to have to go back and forth because I have to keep ice on my face all the time yesterday.
I did the whole show with my face in a bag of ice.
So, but anyway.
Well, I'm not putting ice on my face.
I'm not putting my ice on my face to support you, but I'll wear the sunglasses for you.
I appreciate the sunglasses, too.
Okay, so where do we even start today?
I mean, did you read the story about Alan Dershowitz, his op-ed?
Yeah, he was angry, shocked, stunned.
He's going to be joining us.
He's going to be joining us in about 90 minutes.
He is, I'm anxious to see what he says.
about, you know, because he's been saying we're so close to a banana republic. And I'm anxious to see
what he has to say because he was in the courtroom yesterday. I think it was the last day of the
defense. Defense rested. And the attorney, the very credible attorney that was giving testimony.
Costello, him. Yeah, Costello. When when he was giving.
testimony, there was an objection from the prosecution without even asking, you know,
what's your objection?
Granted, and it struck a good portion of his testimony away.
And there was nothing, according to Dershowitz, there was nothing wrong with it.
And that's when Costello, who again is an attorney, raised his eyebrows, looked at the judge
and raised his eyebrows, like, what?
and that pissed the judge off so much that he cleared the courtroom,
and he said, you do that to me again,
and I'll strike every bit of your testimony from the record.
Dershowitz said he was allowing things that had no relevance in the case for the prosecution,
allowing that all in,
And then striking probably the death blow to this whole case from Costello, he was threatening to get rid of all of it.
And Dershowitz said, I've seen court in Russia, and I have never seen anything like this.
He said, this case should have been on television.
He said, because I was there.
He said, for some reason, I was the only one allowed to remain.
in the courtroom. Everybody else was cleared out. And he said, I saw what this judge did. And he said,
and then I went home and I saw what the reporters were allowed to see and what they were reporting
on, which I also saw. And he said, it was not the same. He said, Americans are losing on this. They have
no idea what's going on. You think it was bad. Dershowitz, yesterday, being
in the courtroom said this is this is a monstrosity of a trial and the whole thing has been a monstrosity
the fact that it's getting seemingly worse now at the end is is i don't know if it's not i don't
know that what i would say was surprising but it is something that is so disturbing i think the only
thing that that that you can kind of hold up and and maybe take solace in if you're the trump
side is that this has been i think obvious to a lot of people that this was the weakest one coming in
and it's actually gone worse, I would argue, than you would even think.
Dershowitz said there's no way this stands.
They can rule whatever they want.
He said, but none of this will stand.
The question, though, does that matter?
I mean, if he gets this thing overturned in March 2025, I mean, what good does that do him
if it hurts him for his election chances?
Let me just tell you America.
You know, they always say that it's the economy stupid.
and that's why check on this, Stu, I read a story today, and I hate to say this,
but I read it in a story and it was a credible source, but I'd like a second source on this,
because this seems insane, that the, however many gallons or barrels that Biden is releasing
from the Strategic Oil Reserve, he's doing it from the Strategic Oil Reserve in the Northeast,
which will empty our gas reserves in the Northeast.
That can't be true.
I don't know if it's not.
It is not the strategic oil reserve, right?
This is the strategic gasoline reserve.
Correct.
And it is coming from the Northeast in seemingly an attempt to buy a bunch of votes with lower gas prices.
But I will check on what the reserve levels are.
And I'll look like I'm doing it seriously in these sunglasses.
Thank you.
Me too. I'm glad we can get very serious. Look me into the eye. You don't want to do that.
Anyway, I just want people to understand, if you think it's bad now, what do you think it's going to be like in another four years of this?
Right now, McDonald's has their $5 value meal. They came out yesterday.
and said, we can't do this for very long because it's absolutely unsustainable,
but we're trying to give people a break.
When's the last time you went to McDonald's and you spent under $5, under $10?
If you've gone for yourself, it's probably $10 to $12.
You go with two people.
You go with four people, your family, you're probably up to $40 at McDonald's.
Listen to the price increases.
This is the first numbers will be during Trump.
French fries, $1.79.
Biden, 419.
That's an increase of 134%.
The McChicken, a $1.29.
Now it's $3.89, a 201% increase.
The Big Mac was, let me see, $3.99.
Oh, my, that can't be right.
Hang on.
Take me off the screen.
I have to take my glasses.
off and put my actual glasses on to make sure this is right.
The Big Mac was $3.99.
It's now $7.49.
10 McNuggets was $4.99.
It's now $7.58.
A cheeseburger was $1.00.
It's now $3.15.
That's, how do you?
What do you think is going to happen?
People at the bottom of the ladder, they always say, we're for the working person, we're for the, no, you're not, they're for the very wealthy. Who's getting wealthy right now? Who is not having a problem? The people who are not having a problem are the people who have lots and lots of money and are invested in the stock market. Now, you might be invested in your stock market in your 401k, but that's not what, that's not the same.
The corporations are getting all kinds of deals from the government if they play along.
All kinds of deals from the government.
And they're putting all of that extra money, and especially the banks, all of it into the stock market.
That's what's happening.
The rich, and I don't mean the rich.
I mean the Uber rich and the giant corporations.
I mean the people who are trust fund people
and the giant corporations,
they are clearing the table.
Every day they're clearing the table.
There won't be a middle class in this country
in another four years.
It won't exist.
I wondered when we first wrote the Great Reset,
I wondered,
how do you, how do you, in by 20,
arrive to a place where you will own nothing and you will like it, especially in a country
that is all about ownership.
I mean, look at what's happening just to your insurance.
How much is your car insurance?
How much is your home insurance?
Why did that go up so much?
Guess who's playing ball with the administration?
The insurance companies.
When they start raising your insurance,
You can't afford to own what you own.
You want to get rid of guns?
Great.
Make your insurance for gun ownership through the roof.
And the average person won't be able to buy it.
And they haven't done anything unconstitutional.
No, we're just going with the market.
Bull crap.
Bull crap.
All of this stuff, we have to begin to explain to our families and our neighbors.
this is not normal.
This is not Jimmy Carter.
You know, Jimmy Carter was a series of horrible blunders,
and yes, he had socialist tendencies,
but it's not the same as it was with Jimmy Carter.
We're on the edge.
We didn't have the debt with Jimmy Carter.
We didn't have the fractured society without God.
did you hear what's happening with AA, Stu?

Welcome to the program.
So the Blaze has an exclusive story out about AA, which I personally think the Blaze
and the writer.
I'm not sure who wrote this story for covering.
But we were getting word that AA is going woke.
And if you know anything about AA, it is absolutely nonpartisan.
You don't talk about politics.
You don't talk about those things.
You talk about what a dirt bag you were.
And I've seen people, I mean, look, if I were in,
a recovery with Hunter Biden, I would bless Hunter Biden for being there. I would listen to him and I would
think to myself, what a dirt bag, but I would say, keep on coming back, keep working the program.
Because if you work the program, it changes your life. But AA, up until the 1930s and Bill W came up with the 12 steps,
nothing solved alcoholism.
Nothing.
If you were an alcoholic, you would end up either dead or in an institution.
There was no hope for you at all.
Nobody had cracked the code.
And quite honestly, the code is, and you don't have to, I don't care what God it is.
I really don't.
Well, I mean, Satan would probably be a bad one.
I don't care what God it is, but you have to, you know, understand that the first few steps is,
I'm powerless over this. I've done everything I can to stop it, and I can't stop it.
And there's a higher power that can. And so I surrender to that higher power.
And then you go through the atonement. You go through, you know, if you've been a dirtbag, you're cheating on your wife.
It's not going to help if you just stop.
You have to make amends.
You don't necessarily have to tell her if it's going to make things worse,
but you have to make amends.
You have to confess it and you have to be forgiven for it.
There's steps that you have to do.
And there's 12 of them.
What's happening in a lot of these AAs is they are starting to go very, very woke.
and now they're starting to talk to people about, you know, hey, hey, hey, hey, don't miss gender.
Shut up.
You know, I said to my daughter, we were talking, we were having breakfast, the whole family and everybody.
And I used, and appropriately so, quite honestly, the R word that you're not supposed to say.
And my eldest daughter said, Dad, we do not.
not use that word. And I said, hmm, you know, I do. I do. And I think it's because I'm 60 now.
I don't really care. I do. And you can't become woke in AA. And if you read the story,
when you get towards the end, you see that they're now trying to cut God out of AA.
it will not work without a higher power.
Are there any AA members that will give me an amen on that?
It will not work without a higher power of some sort, your God concept.
They're destroying AA.
All right, let me tell you about real estate agents, I trust.
Once upon a time, it was sort of kind of just a given that if you had a job to do,
you would do it well, you'd do it right the first time, so you didn't have to do it over and over again.
I listened to my grandfather on that one.
After he made me, we were working on a chicken barn, and I don't remember what I had to do,
but he made redo it three times.
And he was like, it would have been easier if you would have done it the first time right.
And I'm like, yeah, but I'm lazy.
Anyway, you don't want people like I was, you know, before my grandfather taught me that lesson.
You want somebody who knows the job, knows how to do it right, really good real estate agents when you're selling your house.
Somebody who has a big Rolodex, has people coming to their website already looking for a house like yours.
I started a business a few years ago.
It is called Real Estate Agents I Trust.
We vet these people six ways to Sunday.
We have a, I think, a 10,000 agent waiting list, but we can't vet them all.
real estate agents i trust.com go there now tell us where you're moving to or selling and we'll help
you real estate agents i trust dot com and it's place tv.com slash glenn the promo code is glen save 20
box off please tv welcome to the glenbeck program you know before we move off money and how much our
government is spending i just want to ask you one thing imagine that you spend just some outreliven
outrageous number that you know you can't afford.
And you come home to your family and it's taken you a hundred days and you make $70,000.
And you come home and you say, I just spent a million dollars on credit.
What do you think your family would say?
How are we going to pay for that?
how's that going to work out? Sure.
But probably the first question they would ask is, what did you buy?
Right?
What did you spend the million dollars on?
And if you couldn't tell the family that, well, you bought a house and a boat or something
else that was great that you could sell, um, do you think that?
they would be, if you just said, I don't know, it's a bunch of stuff. You know, some of it was at the
strip club. Some of it I just gave to this guy on the street who was, he said he's got, he's curing
cancer and he has no reputation for, I mean, he's not even a scientist, but I gave him $250,000.
What would the reaction be? I would think that your, your family would put you in an asylum.
We are spending $1 trillion and borrowing $1 trillion every 100 days.
May I ask, what did we buy?
A trillion dollars is a lot of money.
I don't know if anybody remembers that, but a trillion dollars is an awful lot of money.
Did we buy giant companies?
Did we buy, I don't even know, a trillion dollars?
Did we buy a whole bunch of new aircraft carriers?
What do we have to show for the $3 trillion extra that we will borrow this year?
What do we have to show for it?
Can you think of a thing, Stu, that you're like, yeah, but I mean, look at that.
We got that cool thing.
One thing.
You might say roads and bridges, but I got to tell you, first of all, most roads and bridges are state projects or local projects, not U.S. projects.
And I've been hearing about our roads and bridges for 25 years.
They've been saying we need, you know, we need $787 billion to be able to do the roads and bridges and we'll be fixed.
What do we have?
Yeah, I mean, the infrastructure bill, which was, by the way, a bipartisan bill.
Yeah, I know.
That one was not even this year, so I couldn't put that in there.
And I don't know that we're getting certainly a lot out of that, but we're, I'm sure, getting a couple of roads and bridges here and there.
I don't know.
I can't, I can't, I, again, I ask myself this question every April.
I don't know, I don't know what I'm getting for this money.
I know, I know.
Okay, let me tell you about just a measly 320 million that we see.
spent. We spent
$320 million
on
a pier
made for the people
of Gaza.
The pier, Joe Biden's
idea, was to
be able to distribute more
aid within the war zone.
Why did they do that?
Well, they
were first bringing them through
border crossings and
the Hamas
was shooting all of the volunteers,
and then they would just steal all of the food,
so it wasn't getting to the people.
Then we decided, maybe we should air drop.
No, the same thing would happen.
So we spent $320 million, quite honestly,
risked the lives of our soldiers
and everybody else that was building that stupid pier,
and we've put some of the aid on this pier,
and now it looks like
none of the aid
has gotten to the people of Gaza
so zero
yeah nothing zero
nothing according to them by the way that's
this is according to the
to the people who are responsible
for watching this nothing has gotten
to Gaza and nothing
what they have now they have had
trucks leave this pier
and start going towards
get the stuff loaded onto trucks
and the stuff guards going to
Gaza, they just keep getting intercepted by Palestinians in the middle of it and Hamas members
who are taking all the stuff. So that's, and by the way, Glenn, if I could just note real quick,
if you make, let's say, 75 grand a year on average throughout your working life, and you work
for 50 years from age 20 to age 70 and you average $75,000, you pay your taxes diligently
every single year, your entire life will amount to paying for 0.3% of $0.3% of $1,000.
of that peer i i can't i mean i i've always been you know you got to pay your taxes you got to pull your
fair share and believe me i explained i explained to my grandchildren yesterday i picked them up at school
um i wasn't driving by my son-in-law was driving and uh picked him up at school and i said what'd you
learn today and they read this really great book about how rich people were stealing water for
from this community.
And they were making all this money.
And there had to be a law that is passed
that says that rich people can't do that.
Water belongs to everybody.
And I was like, oh, dear God.
And-
What school are you sending these kids to?
I'm not sending them to that school.
Oh, okay.
School, do our socialism?
Yeah, so it's an international baccalaureate school.
Oh, okay.
So anyway, so, and,
And she said, and they don't pay taxes, you know, Grandpa.
And I said, hmm, they don't pay taxes.
Do you think Grandpa makes, you know, a lot of money?
Oh, yeah, you make a lot of money.
Uh-huh, uh-huh.
So does Grandpa pay taxes?
Well, I guess.
What would be fair for Grandpa to pay?
I don't know.
Would it be fair if grandpa had to take 50 freaking cents of every dollar he makes and gives it to, you know, the community and everything else?
Wait a minute.
No.
So you'd make $20 and they'd take 10?
Uh-huh.
No, that's not fair.
Uh-huh.
That's what grandpa pays.
That's what grandpa pays if I'm lucky.
If I live in New York, I pay more than 50%.
Oh my gosh.
They are indoctrinating our children.
and how do you expect them to vote?
How do you expect them to know the truth?
If they're raised on this garbage every day,
hey, you know, trillion dollars, that's, you know, that when I was your age,
that number was a joke.
We didn't even know if a trillion, I mean, I'm asking sincerely,
because this is how unreasonable it was, a trillion dollars,
when I was a kid in the 70s and early 80s,
when you said a trillion,
it was usually followed by like a trillion zillion dollars.
I want to know,
is a zillion a real number?
Because I think we're going to learn it soon.
Do you know,
is a zillion a true number?
Or is that just what kids made up?
I don't think zillions.
I grew up thinking,
I grew up thinking a trillion was a made up
number. What is the next number bigger than a trillion? I know it goes trillion, quadrillion,
quintillion. So we got a little while to go before we're starting getting to a zillion,
which I do not believe is an actual real number. I don't think so either, but who knows?
We will find out. We will find out at the end of this. And your money will be absolutely worthless.
I wanted to ask you, we only have a couple of minutes. Let me ask you, Stu, about the,
the FBI authorizing deadly force against Donald Trump when they raided Marlago.
Yeah, this is a story that came out today and looking at the actual documents when they rated Marlago.
It has a phrase in there, and I don't have the exact phrasing in front of me,
but it says something in the fact of it was justified or only use lethal force if absolutely necessary is the way it's phrased.
Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.
When necessary.
So the question is, is this a normal thing that's on every quote unquote raid?
What I believe it is.
It is.
Okay.
So, I mean, look, that shouldn't be necessary.
Wasn't necessary, obviously.
We now know.
It's scary, though, with the way the government abuses their power when you see wording like this,
especially when you think, you know, you see how many people, how many threats a person like Donald Trump gets on a daily basis, right?
And, you know, no one ever seems to care or report on them, but this guy is constantly being threatened online.
I want to make sure that I would love maybe we have to foia it.
But the warrant to go into Joe Biden's garage and to go into Joe Biden's office, you know, at the university,
I wonder if it says use of deadly force.
in that one. It probably does, but I'd like to verify that. And here's why. I think we should engage our brains
when we issue the, I don't think there should just be, ah, you know what, it's just a boilerplate. You can use deadly force. No, I don't think so. You know, you're going to arrest somebody on the face act. No, I don't think you can use deadly force.
If you're going to a president's house or a former president's house,
I'd like to just put a little extra in there and say,
hey, you know what, no matter what happens,
unless you're being fired at by the president or his, you know, anyone in his building,
you can't kill them.
It's not really worth that.
You know, we're already trying to put one in jail.
what do you say we don't have the current administration put out and assassinate another president?
And I say that with Joe Biden as well.
If that was in Joe Biden's, it shouldn't be there.
What have we become?
Can we use some common sense?
Back in just a minute.
Let me tell you about my Patriot supply.

Well, if you're in New York, good luck with that.
Now, that means, you know, being ready in case of, you know,

kind of like zillion, nobody knew what the word even meant.
One week later, their diaries say, everybody is talking about hyperinflation.
It happens over a long period of time, and then all of a sudden, please be ready.

You're listening to the swinging sounds of Glenn Beck.
Sit tight, boys and girls.
We'll be right back after these messages.
You know, I want to make this really clear about this document
because I don't, well, I know that that kind of language about use of force
is in all of these documents.
I'm suggesting that we re-examine that, especially with the things that we have people dealing with right now.
I don't want to see any of our police officers or anybody in the line of duty get shot and put them in a bad situation.
But let's just talk about the president.
You would be, and let's take Donald Trump out of it, so it's not slanted that way.
let me go to somebody who I really disagree with.
If we had done the same thing to Joe Biden and there was an order to kill and you've got, you know,
somebody who likes guns and drugs in his family, imagine going in to get the documents
and there's any kind of gunplay at all.
We're shooting the president's son.
We're possibly shooting the president or his wife in an accident, whatever.
that makes us, that makes us a third world country all the time.
If those documents were that important, and this, I believe, was just a photo op,
and I don't believe they were going in to try to kill the president.
That's nonsense.
But they were going in for a photo op and to get these documents, I do believe.
And to, if from here on out, if you have a president has documents,
like that, you don't have an order to use force if necessary. You go there with some, you know,
with some bean counters, which they did and try to get the documents. And if they don't, I believe
the president, if it was Trump, he should get on the air and say, this, we've done it the right
way. We're going in. We're not going to be armed. But we have to get these documents and make
the case to the American people. Because if you do something,
something like, I mean, just look at what happened. That was an assault on half of America.
If something, God forbid, would have happened at Marlago, it would have been civil war.

Hello,
America, welcome
to the

program.
This is going
to be a fun
hour because
two of my
favorite
I guess I
maybe I would
call them
both
classic liberals
and I
disagree with
Both of them on many, many things.
But I like them so much.
I consider them friends because while we disagree, we can still like each other and talk to each other and pound things out without hating each other the way, you know, the way we used to be in this country.
The former U.S. Congresswoman who is supposedly on a short list to be vice president, Tulsi Gabbard, joins me.
And then in 30 minutes, we have Alan Dershowitz, who is in the courtroom and allowed to stay when the judge cleared the courtroom in one of the most amazing kind of Soviet Union things he says he's ever seen.
We'll talk to him 30 minutes, Tulsi Gabbard, in 60 seconds. Stand by.
First, let me tell you about our sponsor, it is pre-born.
You know, people say that conservatives, you know, you care about the baby and then, you know, you're not going to adopt the baby.
you're not going to. Yes, I've adopted a baby. And adoption is a really difficult thing to do.
And I would love to have easier or more kids to adopt. But they also say we don't care about the mom.
This is why I'm a part of preborn. I really love this group. What they do is first, they offer the moms who are thinking about an abortion.
A free ultrasound. It costs $28. A free ultrasound.
And when the mom hears the heartbeat and sees the baby, she's twice as likely to say,
no, I want to carry the baby.
But then there are so many of these women that they feel trapped.
Nobody in their life supports that decision.
Vane may not be able to support it.
This is again where Preborn comes in and helps mom.
60% of the women who have abortions regretted afterwards.
They felt trapped.
preborn helps mom take care of the baby and provides all the postnatal care and even clothing and books and everything else for up to two years after birth trying to save two humans not one they're both patients preborn would you like to help out just donate anything you can $28 buys an ultrasound you can do that for you know on a monthly basis if you'd like just hit pound 250 say the keyword baby

Tulsi Gabbard, welcome to the program. How are you? Very good, my friend. How are you?
I'm good. Are you in Hawaii right now? I'm in Virginia today and tomorrow and Texas the day after.
I'm on the road living out of a suitcase. Oh boy. So first of all,
you know, you're on a short list and I'm not going to ask you, you know, anything other than,
have you had a conversation with him about being vice president?
I've spoken to him.
I won't talk about what we spoke about.
That's fine.
I've met and spoken to him.
Would you serve in any capacity in a Trump administration?
I would serve in a capacity where I felt that I could actually be effective in helping to get our country
back on track both in domestic policy and foreign policy.
So Tulsi, you know I respect you.
I really like you.
We disagree on things.
You were a former Bernie Sanders supporter.
You know, but I also know you love the Constitution and America and the country.
And just finding somebody who loves America is very hard to find right now.
Can you help me out on understanding the Bernie Sanders to, you know, I'd be willing to serve in a Trump administration?
Of course. I'm glad you asked because it is on its face kind of a big mental leap.
But when you actually look at the reason when I made that announcement back in 2016 to resign as vice chair of the DNC so that I could get involved,
in that Democratic presidential primary, I focused on one thing. I announced my endorsement of Bernie
Sanders over Hillary Clinton around foreign policy. Bernie Sanders today is even different now than
he was back then on some of these foreign policy issues. But there was a very clear contrast between
Hillary Clinton, the queen of warmongers, and Bernie Sanders, who has for a long time largely been more
of a non-interventionist.
And I was frustrated because as an officer of the DNC, I couldn't, you know, according to the rules, get involved or speak out publicly.
But as you remember, Glenn, people were saying that Hillary Clinton was the most qualified person ever to run for president in the history of our country.
But of course, I know.
I still laugh when I think about that.
And it wasn't just her campaign people who were saying this.
It was supposedly serious people on, you know, the different cable shows.
and the broadcast news shows and the meet the press type shows.
But they never went beyond, okay, well, she's held this title and that title and that title.
They would never go into what her record actually was, the kinds of decisions that she made,
the things that she influenced and urged President Obama to do with his Secretary of State.
And for me, as an American citizen, as a soldier and a veteran of various wars and conflicts,
I felt strongly about the fact that Hillary Clinton would be the most,
dangerous president and commander-in-chief for our country, our freedom, our security, and our
liberty. And so I took the opportunity to make that endorsement of Bernie Sanders around that
issue so that I could have a platform to call her out directly to the American people so that
at a minimum they could make a more informed decision about who they wanted to be the Democratic
presidential nominee for that time. So this that. So this, that, that, that, that, that
Blaine's an awful lot. The State Department, you know, has been off the rails for a hundred years.
And they're very warmongering. What's happening in Ukraine is obscene. And strangely, I think since Ronald Reagan,
and I think even more so than Ronald Reagan, but it was a different time, Donald Trump is the least, he, he,
He understands peace through strength, but he is the least likely to go to war, and yet the
left keeps saying he's a warmonger.
It's their tried and true tactic, and you see them doing this not only with, with, you know,
an issue as serious as war and peace, but you also see how they're doing it around democracy.
You know, they're claiming he will be the dictator-in-chief, and this will be the last
the election that's ever held if he wins and so on and so forth. Yet we look at how they're
weaponizing the Department of Justice and all that they are doing both to target and prosecute,
throwing everything in the kitchen sink at Donald Trump, but also going after everyday Americans
whose names will never be in the headlines because they are the quote unquote political
opposition, the undermining of free speech, the undermining of the rule of law. And yet they cloak
all of this and try to distract and deflect attention away from the American people and the reality
of how they are destroying our democracy right before our very eyes. And they do so by saying
Donald Trump is the biggest enemy of democracy. They're doing the same thing around foreign policy.
The thing that I'm urging Americans to do across the country, both through my book for love of
country, but also in every platform or speech where people will have me, is to look at the
facts. This is the first time in our lifetimes. We've had a presidential election where we actually
have two people who served in the White House with a very real record for us to examine.
Compare. And take the emotions aside. People have strong feelings, one way or the other.
And that's what a lot of the Democrats and Biden people focus on because they're afraid that
we will actually compare and contrast their record on border security, on education.
on fairness for women and girls in sports and education, on the economy and inflation,
you know, the list on criminal justice reform, something that Democrats claim to be for,
and also, of course, first and foremost, foreign policy and how secure is our country today
and where are our taxpayer dollars being dedicated in each of these areas and more,
there's a very clear contrast between President Biden and President Trump,
And to me, what it all comes down to are the two most core critical questions that, as you pointed out, are rooted in the Constitution is, number one, who actually has served the interests of the American people in our country and our ability to live in a safe, free, peaceful, and prosperous society?
and number two, who has either defended or assaulted our fundamental rights and freedoms that are enshrined in the Constitution?
Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion, are civil liberties guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment?
And again, when you look at these metrics, there is no question about the difference between President Biden and President Trump.
Let me ask you, why should somebody, and I don't mean this just to you, I mean this for anybody, even, you know, Joe Biden, Donald Trump, why should we believe when we have not seen one for a very long time? And when they do believe this, they're called extremists. Why should we believe anybody or you that you actually, your oath of office would mean what it says, that you will protect.
the Constitution in the Bill of Rights?
I think with anybody and everyone,
it is going back to the old adage trust,
but verify and hold people accountable.
And that is true of me
and of anyone asking for the trust and confidence
of the American people.
I think part of that is recognizing
that as the world changes,
as the country changes,
there has to be room for people to learn and grow from these changing circumstances.
I think a lot of the problems that we're seeing in a lot of the political divides, and I get it,
trust is earned.
But in order for there to be progress, we have to allow people to grow and change based on the circumstances.
You know, we've seen, I think, over these last five or six years,
or especially during the Obama, I'm sorry, during the Biden administration,
we have seen what an increasingly tyrannical government looks like.
And we are seeing how our founding fathers were so wise in recognizing that our democracy,
this form of governance that we have in this constitutional republic,
through this representative democracy is very fragile and how people in positions of power are
often tempted and may fall to that temptation of abuse of power. And so we have this system of
checks and balances through three co-equal branches of government. We have the system of checks
and balances through the Constitution, our First Amendment and our Second Amendment for the power
to always and the power of a free people and a free society. I would know,
never have imagined, Glenn, in my lifetime, that we would see such brazen abuse of power.
And it's not only just a failure to uphold the Constitution, the Democrat elite, are actively
destroying the Constitution in broad daylight and telling us, no, we don't think the First
Amendment is relevant today because of misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, all of the
excuses that they give, which are very dangerous. They tell us that, no,
the Second Amendment shouldn't apply because, and they cite all of these different statistics of tragedies
that occur in our country, but that ultimately taking guns away from law-abiding Americans would not
actually prevent those types of tragedies from occurring. It would make it more dangerous. And it
denies the reality that we have faced throughout, I think the history of humanity is that you have,
if you have a person who seeks to do harm to others, they will find a way to do so,
unfortunately.
And, and, you know, so, go ahead.
No, you finish your thoughts, please.
I don't want to interrupt you.
They will find a way to do so.
It's incumbent upon us now, again, to understand and recognize the seriousness of this moment
and the fact that they are doing all these things because they're afraid of the power
of a free people.
but we're only powerful if we hold on to that power.
I want to ask you one more question.
I know we're out of time for your schedule.
Could I ask you to give me 60 seconds more?
And then I'll ask you just one more question.
Yes.
Do you have time?
Okay, good.

Tulsi, when you were in town, I'd love to do another podcast with you,
because I find you fascinating, and I actually think you could be a huge help
to bringing our country back together.
But the time is so short here.
I wanted to ask you, you know, one of the things that if I were President Trump,
I would actually consider you as a vice presidential candidate to unite the country,
you know, after much discussion.
But the one thing I know I would feel comfortable appointing you
who is Secretary of Defense.
Our military is a mess,
and it's because we have all of these woke generals
and all of these political appointments,
they've all risen to the top.
Problem is doesn't appear to me to be below the general
and all of their apparatus around them.
If you were Secretary of Defense,
could you clean this up?
Is it fixable?
Yes. Yes. Unequivocally, yes. And your diagnosis is correct. You know, it's not, it's not by accident that the kinds of general officers that are rising through the ranks are those who are advocating for these so-called woke slash DEI, whatever, whatever policies. The reason why they've gotten there is because of their civilian leadership, picking and choosing people who will not, I mean,
obviously we have a civilian-led military.
Those in uniform will follow the policies that are set by the civilian leaders.
Correct.
But these civilian leaders, Secretary Austin and the different secretaries of each branch of the military,
they are promoting careerists who have played it, safe, who have done whatever they needed to do
to go along and get along to rise through the ranks and have not been in those positions
and have intentionally so, not been in those combat-hardened positions where they've got to make
really tough choices that may come with some backlash.
But that is the definition of leadership.
And I can tell you, I know personally a number of officers in different branches of the
military who have been shoved out and forced to retire because they happen to be white
males.
And these are people who over the last 25 years have deployed every single year in the
most harsh combat environment and made those tough calls between life and death.
They've been investigations because of it.
But these are people who have the kind of experience that will never be replaced.
And they're getting shoved out and they are not getting promoted because of the civilian leadership at the very top of the Department of Defense.
So yes, as a Secretary of Defense, I would 100% be able to write the course, fix what has become so broken within our Department of Defense.
And it starts with putting the right leaders in the right places who put our country first.
and who really care more about our troops than they care about how many stars they wear on their shoulders.
I obviously have very strong feelings about this because I still serve and I know personally the
detrimental impact that this administration is having on our military, their morale and their
capabilities and readiness to be able to do their job.
Tulsi, next time you're in Dallas, please let me know.
I'd love to talk more about especially the military and where we're at.
Thank you so much.
I look forward to it, Glenn.
Thank you so much.
You bet.
I have to tell you, Stu, I've said this before, and I think, I don't know how, I'm sure I'm in the minority on this.
But simply because, I mean, I believe her that we disagree on a whole bunch of stuff.
And I know the vice president is so important for the party going forward to raise, you know, the next generation.
And, you know, she wouldn't be the next generation of Republicans.
But to be able to say, yeah, my vice president relates to classic liberals.
I'm not a monster that's just going to be going in.
I don't know if it would make any difference,
but it would be at least an olive branch to those Democrats that are like, you know,
the old Reagan Democrats.
They don't hate America.
And the one thing you can say about Tulsi Gabbard is she does love America.
Alan Dershowitz is next standby first relief factor.

I couldn't write with my hands.

Oh, man, so many things are going on.
One of the biggest, I just, I don't understand.
how our justice system got to where it is this quickly.
I hope it's different in, you know, in New York and Washington, D.C.,
but I have a feeling it's this way in many states,
and we are not, we're not even connected to the rule of law anymore.
I read an article in op-ed from Alan Dershowitz,
who was at the courtroom, the last,
when the defense rested and heard the testimony of, who was it, Cohen, or Collins.
I can't remember.
Anyway, and all he did was raise his eyebrows when there was an objection and the judge said, you know, sustained.
He looked at the judge and raised his eyebrows, which set the judge into a tirade, cleared the courtroom.
for some reason, Alan Dershowitz was allowed to stay, and he writes about it at Dersh.s.com, and you have to read it. And Alan joins us now. Hi, Alan. How are you?
Hi, I wish the trial had been televised so that all Americans could see the veins in this judge's head popping. I mean, he just went berserk. You know, he reminded me of the psycho in the movie Taxi Driver. You're looking at me? Hey, you looking at me?
the judge had so thick, thin skin.
You look at me, you're raising your eyebrows, I'm going to strike all your testimony.
Can you imagine the effect if the judge had actually gone through with it?
Hang on just a second.
Did he say that in front of the jury?
No, no.
He did that outside.
In fact, he didn't say it in front of the media.
He threw the media out for some bizarre reason.
I was sitting in the front row, and they didn't ask me to leave.
So I was sitting literally right near the judge and the judge.
defendants and Cohen and all of them, he took the jury out, but he said, basically,
if you raise your eyebrows again, I will deny Donald Trump a fair trial by striking your
defense testimony and not allowing him to put on the defense. Now, Donald Trump didn't raise
his eyebrows, at least in the courtroom. He certainly raised a lot of eyebrows outside the courtroom,
as he has the right to do because this is a political trial, so he's responding in a political way.
but the idea that you would strike the defense because of something you didn't like a witness doing,
first of all, everybody has a constitutional right to raise their eyebrows and to look and stare at a judge.
I've done that many, many times.
I never forget May West in the movie Little Chickadee.
She's in front of the judge, and the judge says, you're showing your contempt for the court.
And May West says, no, Your Honor, I'm trying my best to hide my contempt for the court.
and you know that's what many people do to this judge i i'm not a witness or anything so i don't i didn't
hide my contempt i rolled my eyes i raised my eyebrows i stared at the judge i whispered to people
next me saying would you believe the judge did that kept out this testimony led in this testimony
let's remember this is a judge who was so permissive with the prosecution he allowed stormy daniels
to testify that they had sex in a missionary position,
that he used a certain kind of deodorant,
and that he wore silk pajamas.
Now, how was that relevant to an entry case involving bookkeeping entry?
Utterly irrelevant, utterly prejudicial.
The judge had not enough.
That's okay.
Let it all go in.
Let it all go in.
But when Cohen tries to testify about what his former client said to him
and waived the client had waived the privilege,
said to him saying, I don't know anything about Trump, I can't incriminate him.
The judge said, no, no, I'm imposing restrictions on what your witness could say.
I would raise my eye back.
He wasn't, wait, wait, wait, wait.
He wasn't allowed to enter that into testimony?
He was restricted as to what he could say.
He was allowed to say that he had said on numerous occasions that he didn't know anything about Trump.
many other things, as he said,
he swore to tell the truth the whole truth
and nothing but the truth,
and the judge said,
no, I only want a partial truth.
When it came to an expert witness,
the judge was even tougher.
The judge said that even though the prosecution
was allowed to introduce evidence
that they claim
the payments were illegal campaign contributions,
the country's leading expert on campaign contributions,
who was prepared to testify,
these were not illegal campaign contributions.
The judge said, no, you can testify
as to your credentials and a few other things, but you can't testify as to the legality or
illegality, even though the other side was allowed to. What does it mean under the Sixth Amendment
then that you have a right to confront? You have a right to confront the charges and the
witnesses against you. You think that it means you have a right to call witnesses on your own
who would tell a different story and give a different account so the jury can make up their mind,
but not according to this judge. This judge has an agenda. He wants a conviction, whether it's
because his daughter would profit from a conviction. She works for a fundraising outset that
fundraisers off this trial or whether there are other reasons for it. I don't know. I'm not
going to try to psychoanalyze the judge any more than the judge would try to psychoanaly
Donald Trump. In order to convict him, you have to believe that the only reason that the false
entries were made, and they weren't even made by him, they were made by some underling, that the only
reason the false entries, if they were false even, were made, was to affect the campaign.
There had no reason to avoid embarrassment to his wife, to his son who was in school at the time,
to avoid losing his television show because there's a morality clause in the contract.
No, no reason to believe it might affect his branding business because, you know, all the
branding of the Trump hotels, et cetera. Obviously, there were mixed motives, but the jury has
conclude that the predominant motive was to impact the election, even though if it was a campaign
contribution, he wouldn't have had to report it until after the election. This case is so absurd
in 60 years of practicing, teaching, and writing about criminal law. I have never seen a weaker
case, and yet there might be a conviction because this is a New York jury. You have watched juries
forever. Did you see any signs from them at all, one way or another? Hard to tell. When he acknowledged
that he had stolen $60,000 from Trump and never tried to repay it, I could see the juries
literally raising their own eyebrows. They leaned forward. They paid close attention to that. There was a
lot of boring testimony. And, you know, jurors don't close their eyes, but they sit back. You never know
what they're thinking. The only problem is that jurors usually love the judge. The judge is the
benevolent despot. And he is benevolent when the jury is there. It's when the jury leaves that he
becomes the true tyrant that he really is. So the jury may take a cue from the judge,
and the judge is going to give an instruction, I believe, that clearly favors the prosecution and
is prejudiced against the defendant. So there's no real predicting the outcome. I guess the most betting people
are saying a hung jury that it's going to be hard to get 12 people to conclude either way
that he was totally innocent or totally guilty.
I hope.
And then what happens from what happens from there?
The prosecution has the right to try them again, but at that point the trial would have to take
place probably after the election and I'm not sure they would go forward.
It would depend on the vote.
If the vote were 10 to 2 for conviction, they might retry them.
If it was 10 to 2 for acquittal, they might not retry them.
So there's a lot to be seen.
The other thing that's bizarre, I've never seen this before.
The judge delayed the trial a whole week.
The jury went home.
The jury's home today.
It'll be home tomorrow.
It'll be home Friday.
Of course, then the holiday vacation.
Then it comes back next week.
Isn't this one of those cases that you really should sequester the jury so they're not seeing the news?
Of course.
And especially that they're not seeing CNN or reading the New York Times watching MSNBC,
which have already convicted him.
without a doubt. I mean, MSNBC thinks this is the strongest case since the Abraham Lincoln assassination
if it had been on videotape. There's no doubt by the MSNBC because they're rooting for a
verdict, as are the media when I was in the courtroom the other day. You could just see,
and you could hear from the media. They're all rooting for a conviction. Even one of the courtroom
artists criticized me for coming to the trial and showing support.
for Donald Trump. I didn't come to show political support for Donald Trump. I haven't made up my mind
who I'm voting for. I voted for Biden in the last election, but I'm not sure I'm going to vote for. I
didn't come there to show political support. I came there to show legal support that this is a case that
should never have been brought. I would have done the same thing if Biden had been charged with
a non-crime like this. I'm not political when it comes to my legal analysis.
Alan, let me switch gears.
There's a story out about the FBI and the raid on Marlago and, you know, there was a, you know, and they were allowed to use deadly force.
And it's my understanding, at least, that this is being misreported by the right.
That's in all of these.
It's a general thing.
It is.
But there shouldn't have been a search.
There shouldn't have been a search warrant at all.
There should have been just the subpoena.
when you deal with people like the former President of the United States,
you send the misapena.
And if he fails to disclose the material, then he's in contempt of court or in violation of statutes.
But you don't burst into his home.
Yeah, of course you need to be able to use deadly force.
Somebody there who's shooting at you,
but they should never have used the search warrant in the first place.
Yeah, that was kind of, I mean, I didn't know about the subpoena and all that,
that you had other options.
But as I'm,
I was looking at this this morning and I'm like,
you know,
at least for presidents,
and I think it would be fine for other things
because a lot of people seem to be having their doors kicked in.
But,
you know,
when it comes to the president,
and I say this about Biden too.
I'm sure that was in the same,
you know,
paperwork for Joe Biden,
you know,
in his garage.
No,
they didn't have a search warrant for Biden.
They had a subpoena.
So,
there was no such paperwork for Biden. So, you know, it's a very different, very, very different standard.
It's rare to get a search warrant. Normally, the way to go is just in a gentlemanly way or in a
ladylike way. You say, look, we're subpoenaing this, please produce it into the court tomorrow.
And if you don't, you'll be held in contempt. And if you try to destroy something like it is
claimed Hillary Clinton tried to destroy some of our servers, that's an independent crime.
but Hillary Clinton didn't have a search warrant conducted against her.
Joe Biden didn't.
I don't know about Biden's kid.
I don't know whether Hunter Biden had a search warrant.
But search warrants are not the usual way of obtaining material.
Usually it's by subpoena.
So I talked to you maybe six months ago,
and we were talking about banana republics.
And you said, we're up to six bananas.
Get ten bananas and we're a banana republic.
Where are we today?
If there's a conviction, we're up to seven.
but there's another court I want to talk about for a second, if you don't mind, and that is the
International Criminal Court that for the first time in its history has gone after leaders of a democracy,
namely Benjamin Netanyahu and the military minister in Israel, even though what they did was purely
self-defense. And it means that the United States is at risk, Great Britain is at risk,
risk, Canada is at risk. Any country that wages war is now at risk. There is a rule for the
International Criminal Court that they can't go after any country that has a working judiciary,
which is capable and willing to investigate their own people. And Israel has a very active
judiciary. Four former prime ministers were investigated. Four former prime ministers,
Rabin, Sharon Elmerk, and not to know. In one former president,
went to jail. In fact, I made a joke about that when I visited Ehud Omer in prison. I said in Israel, when you ask for a former prime minister's cell number, it's not necessarily a cell number. And what other country can boast that they have had such an aggressive judiciary? And yet the international criminal courts is no, no, no, no, no, we're going after you, even though Israel and the United States are not even signatories to the treaty. They're not members of the court. So we live in an age now where courts are going
out of control. The court in New York is out of control. The court in the Hague is out of control.
And we should not be living by the judiciary. You know, in the book of, I think it's the
book of Ruth in the Bible, it starts by saying, when judges rule the land, there was famine
and hunger. You know, you don't want judges to rule the land. Right. Alan, thank you so much
for talking to us. I appreciate it.
Always a pleasure to have intelligent talk with you. I always look forward to it.
Thank you. Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus, and host of the Dershow, the Dershow,
and he's also the author of Get Trump, if you haven't read that. It's well worth your time.
All right, back in just a second. Let me tell you about American financing. Your home is so much more than a place that you just live in.
It's an investment tool. And if you can put that tool to use, you can put it to use by accessing your equity as cash,
which you can then pay off the high interest debt that you might have on your credit cards.
The average credit card rate now, average is hovering at about 25%.
If you're not paying that debt in full every month, which do you know how many people, I mean, are you paying it in full?
These fees are adding up and it's like taking two steps forward and one step back and you can't let that happen.
If you own your own home, I urge you just a call, there's never any upfront hidden fees or anything like that,
just call American financing and see if they can help you get out of debt.
It's American financing at 800906 2440, 8009062440, or go to Americanfinancing.comnet
NMLS-182334, NMLS Consumer Access.org.

While you were sleeping, and despite the fact that the Supreme Court has said he's not allowed to do this with his previous efforts,
Joe Biden has taken another $7.7 billion of your money and called it student debt relief.
He's forgiven the loans of 167,000 new people.
Now, of course, there's no such thing as forgiving or canceling.
debt like this. This is just basically your money now paying for the money that someone else used.
But now he is up to $167 billion in student debt forgiveness, quote unquote.
This is more than the budget of the U.S. Army. It's really expensive to buy an election these days.
I mean, the inflation is really affecting everyone. You know, it's really, really expensive, a real problem.
$167 billion and he's still losing. Amazing. All right, AAA 727.27.

I told you
a story about
what was
happening to
a mom
and a daughter
and a whole
family really in North Carolina and Davidson County how out of control a school board has gotten
they suspended the son from school for three days for in an English class for using the term
illegal alien now after the mom complained the school board member is slandering mom about her
past. And this is an incredible story. As somebody who has sought redemption and as a member of
AA, this story just is rotten to the core. And I want an update. I want to see if the people of
Davidson County are starting to step up, what is happening in this case. And I understand
there is some legal updates that we may be able to get today as well. Both Lee McGee and
Unrelated, her attorney from Liberty Justice Center.
Dean McGee, spelled differently, is going to join us here in a second.
And by the way, before we start, let me just say this, Liberty Justice Center, educational
freedom, these guys, they are there and they don't charge for their services.
These are good guy attorneys, and they can really use your help.
You can go to the Liberty Justice Center.org or go to give, send, go.
and just search for support for McGee family.
And you can help support this legal action.
They need your help.
Okay, they join us with updates in 60 seconds.
Stand by.
First, our sponsor, this half hour, is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
You know, I don't know if other shows, because I don't listen to them,
advertise for as many charities as well.
we do. But this audience is probably, if not the, one of the top two or three drivers of funds to
tunnel to towers. They know you're good people and they know you care. And we care about our
veterans and our police officers, our firemen, anybody that is hurt. We care, at least I care
deeply about our veterans that are living on the streets. While we are how, we are how to
housing illegal aliens and feeding them and they're complaining about it. Our veterans are living on the streets and it is sick.
Tunnel to Tower Foundation, they help the veterans that are living on the streets, they help with PTSD, they help the families recover by giving homes to the families after, you know, dad has died, they make sure that the mortgage is taken care of.
This is the real deal.

Leet, welcome to the program.
How are you?
Hi, Mr. Beck.
I'm great.
How are you doing this morning?
Very good.
Please call me, Glenn.
And I want to make sure I got to, it is Lee, not Leah, right?
It's Leah.
Oh, sorry, Leah, okay.
So, Leah, what has happened since we spoke last time on the radio?
Anything?
Oh, my gracious.
We have been so blessed by so have received.
Ashley Carroll, who is a board of education member and chairman of the community
and to leaders of North Carolina,
spreading lies about our child being suspended from multiple schools.
He's never, ever been kicked out of a school.
And also, giving Chairman Beck part in sending us records.
So we have been absolutely blown away since your broadcast because it allowed people to step forward,
encourage, and boldness and share this information with us.
So I'm so thankful that you ask the community and the state to,
step up in order to expose this unethical, defamatory, and cruel text that they have shared around.
You know, I read a lot of the emails, and there was one posting that said,
I don't personally know this woman who continues to blast my child's school all over social media,
but I believe a person's past actions and criminal convictions make me question the legitimacy of their
current narrative and story. There's always three sides to every story, and I find it rather,
ironic no local news station has run the story only right wing political news i'm just saying uh and
somebody wrote back and said hey this is affecting the child involved here i think you should apologize
and in an amazing response i sincerely uh no wait wait wait wait uh i would like to sincerely
apologize for my post after thinking about it talking to a mutual friend i deleted the post blah
blah, blah. Then somebody said, you should apologize to the child. And they wrote, I'm so very sorry,
my post was shared with your son. That was absolutely never my intention. Yes, I will apologize
for my biased judgment I made. Again, I'm sincerely sorry. I mean, it shows that there are good people
out there. There are. I think that message from actually a family member of a commissioner.
I requested her public apology. She did publicly apologize. And I was,
so grateful for that, but that post is the post that was sent around my child's school.
So that post with the mugshot and the record that was sent around my child school,
and Christian received that post before I did.
So, oh, my gosh.
Okay, so let me just, let me just say that, for anybody who had done the story,
Leah, mom, she was arrested 14 years ago.
She was arrested on drug charges.
She was released over 10 years ago.
She served her time.
She's started her own business in North Carolina.
It had it for many years.
She was appointed by a Superior Court judge in Brunswick County, North Carolina,
to be part of an advisory board for that county's commissioners regarding substance use disorder,
nationally accredited with the Encompass Program of America,
where you educate the public on the understanding of the science of addiction
and everything else.
She has spoken over 30 times in several states regarding addiction and recovery.
She's a prime example of doing the crime, doing the time, and then not just putting her
life back together, but helping others not do it.
And this school board only released her arrest record, and they did it to smear you
because you were saying, you know, my son,
illegal alien is not a race, and they called him a racist, correct?
Absolutely.
Yeah, that's on the write-up.
It says he made a racially motivated, racially insensitive comment saying aliens need green cards.
That was the extent of the write-up.
On the write-up, it says, write a detailed description of the events that happened.
And the only thing they wrote is Christian made a racially insubes.
racially motivated comments saying illegal aliens need green cards.
Interesting.
So let me go to your attorney from the Liberty Justice Center.
Dean McGee is with us.
I understand there's a couple of possible legal updates.
First of all, you received new text messages from a local leader?
Can you tell me anything about that?
Yeah, Glenn, we've received new text messages
including a message that came in this morning.
And these are all screenshots.
I think the community in Davidson County heard your call, Glenn, to step up and help Leah
because people are coming forward who have been contacted by board members.
And the message I'm looking at right now that we received earlier this morning,
this is a board member, Ashley Carroll, talking to someone who I understand used to work in law
enforcement.
And she says, here's the mom's record.
if you want to know the kind of person you're dealing with,
didn't you work hard to get drug dealers off the streets?
So, you know, the only thing is to let that think in,
because he is saying, she is saying essentially,
that her son does not deserve a fair process
because of Leah's arrest over a decade ago
and trying to guilt this former law enforcement officer
into turning against Leah and her son because of her record.
What is the more we get in terms of messages from the community,
the worse it looks for this school and for this board.
What is the motivation to do this kind of damage?
I mean, that seems like you're at a squirt gun fight
and somebody brings a nuclear bomb.
I can't speak to their motivation,
but I think we see this from government.
at all levels. From the top, right down to the smaller local levels, like a school board,
pride, ego, the inability to admit mistakes and doubling down. It's nothing new. And Liberty
Justice Center, we sue the government at all levels. That's our job. And we do it all the time.
Thank you for that. Have you served papers yet? I thought they were supposed to be maybe served
today, am I? I don't know what I'm allowed to say.
No, that's fine. Our papers are going out. We had a meeting with our local council.
We have on the ground attorneys in North Carolina who are working to get papers served,
we're working to get an injunction served against the school, and the case is coming together very nicely.
And the school board is as well?
The board is the board is, the board.
is our primary defendant because at the end of the day, they're supposed to be the backstop.
They set policy, and they're supposed to be the final word when administrators mess up.
And as you can see in this case, not only if they failed to step up to help, they've made things much worse.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Any other updates you can give us on the legal side at this time?
That's where we are.
That's where we are for now.
The only other thing I'll say is that we're also meeting with lawyers in North Carolina.
to discuss possible defamation claims that Leah could bring against these board members.
Could. I mean, that seems like a slam dunk here, doesn't it?
Yes, and again, I'll say the more that community members step up and expose the unethical
and cruel messages and false messages that are being shared, the better case we have.
Leah, I feel for you. I really do because to me you are you're a symbol. I don't know you, but from what the story I do know,
you seem to be exactly what the redemption process is all about. You did the time, you changed your life,
and now you're helping others. I mean, that's, that's AA, quite honestly. And the, the,
the atonement of Jesus Christ.
So I just, I feel for you.
I really feel for you.
This is awful.
Thank you, Glenn.
That means the world to me.
I mean, for people to bring up something that was done over a decade ago
and not look at the work that was put in to, you know,
to help the community.
It's disgusting.
I also received messages that Ashley Carroll sent
to another leader in North Carolina.
And she is of Jewish descent.
What about the Latino child who took offense and threatened Christian?
And Ashley's response was,
wouldn't you beat a kid's A-S who was making anti-Semitic comments?
So she equated what Christian said to anti-Semitism.
It blows my mind how low an elected official will go to continue to abuse my child.
There was another text that came out that said the mother of said child who was kicked out,
has been kicked out because of multiple schools for being racist.
Yes, that was sent to the same absolute lie.
Christian has never been kicked out as in the label of racism placed.
on his record until this happened at Central Davidson High School.
Education is spreading.
They continue to just spread lie after lie after lie.
And if these people, there's more to the story.
There's more to the story.
Well, now, Glenn, we have the more to the story.
And it is them spreading these lies and unethical defamatory.
also had a local mother to school that sent the message saying that she has our total support,
but that she cannot share.
She scared she'll lose her job.
Oh, my gosh.
She said verbatim, she said, unfortunately, I wish I could share all of this because we will lose our job.
But we do share amongst each other.
We know what's going on.
and we are sick and tired of it too.
If it came down to it, I would absolutely voice my opinion.
I do think that these schools have much work to do.
Leah, thank you.
Dean, thank you.
If you want to help, go to Libertyjusticecenter.org and donate,
or you can go to give sendgo.com
and just search for support for the McGee family.
This has got to stop.
hope again the county of Davidson every single member shows up at the school board meetings and demands
them to resign it no one seems to be really helping here the school now should be cleaned out
if you have a school where this kind of injustice is happening and somebody in the school says
I agree but I can't say anything or I'll be fired what kind of fashion
community do you live in you cannot allow this to stand please stand up if you were in davidson
county in north carolina and to that person who is at the uh at the school who said that is your honor
is your is your word is your compassion is your your your your vow to jesus christ to live
like Christ and I know it's tough
you know
even the even the apostles
in their hour of shame
refused to call him friend
but I have to tell you
your job is not worth it
if you are working for those kinds of people
it will infect your soul
you've got to stand up
and take a stand and take your community
back
for truth and justice and the American way.
Dean, thank you for all that you do, and Leah, God bless you.
We'll talk again.
Back in just a second, first, let me tell you about good ranchers.
When I talk to you about meat, I'm serious about meat.
I love good beef.
I'm a rancher myself.
Well, I own a ranch.

That story pisses me off even more
every time we do that story.
I mean, how does it get worse, too?
How does it get worse?
It shows up?
That would be worse.
That would be worse, yeah.
I'm happy to say that, you know,
it's so good to hear that people
who got these messages are forwarding them to Leah. That's a really good sign that people are
standing up. But it's so typical, and I know it's tough. I really do. But it's becoming far
too typical to have information and then not stand up. You will find yourself on the wrong side
in the end if you do that.
You have to draw a line
in the sand. An injustice
anywhere
is an injustice
everywhere. All right, let me tell you
about rough greens. Your dog
is a member of your family,
but he's also there to protect you if somebody
breaks into your house.
My dog, not so much
right now.
Here's a hypothetical situation.
Let's say you feed your dog kibble food, but the
burglar brings along hamburger.
and it gives it to him.
I think Uno would be like,
no, no, no, no, he's kind of great.
The burglar's stealing all your stuff
while your faithful dog is maybe attacking you
because they're like,
kibble food, when this was available,
you can make your dog healthier
and love the food, it's kibble food,
love the food that they eat.
You just use the kibble food you're using,
but you put a supplement on top of it.
They love it.
I swear it's like dog crack.
They love it for some reason.
and it's really healthy.

They're going to give the promo code, Glenn.
You'll save 20 bucks.
I'm going to tell you some truth.
about your country that you may not like, but it is true.
We are the source of much of the instability in today's world.
And it has been intentional.
And it has been well crafted in the last 20 or 30 years by people like Hillary Clinton and the state department, et cetera, et cetera.
And I want to, I want you to understand what a color revolution is.
Okay. Instead of sending troops into a country in the name of democracy, we have developed and we are experts at this now.
We use what are called color revolutions as a tool to intervene in other countries' internal affairs to subvert the government to have, you know, reinforce global control.
okay it's estimated now that in the past three decades among all of the toppled governments
those that were subverted by nonviolent revolutions accounted for more than 90%
90% of the revolutions happened through quote nonviolent revolutions have you heard the term
these protesters are all nonviolent revolutions.
violent. That's important. During the Cold War, we had, we, we ran 64 covert,
covert and six overt attempts at regime change. And it's our, it was, you know, part of the Cold
War. However, color revolutions, they are, what they leave in the wake is not peaceful. It is destruction,
confusion, and chaos.
And let me just give you a little bit of what we do know.
We meddle in all of these things.
And so how does a color revolution work?
First, the United States and their planners find a target that they dislike.
Then they launch a physical or sorry, a psychological war.
Let's say the target is the president of the United States.
It usually is somebody like Donald Trump.
Find a target at the top that they can call a fascist,
and then they launch a psychological war and say that that fascist is the one that is responsible
for the end of democracy.
Now remember, we've done this 20 times.
I mean, we are responsible.
for at least six regime changes,
and including the Middle East and the Arab Spring,
that I can name off the top of my head,
and I know there's more.
So it's not impromptu, nothing, everything is a stage.
You know that we are watching what's happening in our colleges right now.
It's a performance, and it's orchestrated not by,
an individual. This is a deliberate political act organized and coordinated by planners, trainers,
trainers, funders, instigators, troublemakers, followers, and occasionally violent terrorists and
hired people. You know this because, remember when during the George Floyd riots,
bricks were dropped off on street corners? The color revolutions
across the world. We are the leader of it. So they find a target that they dislike. They start the
psychological war. They find and organize a group of political activists, provide them with information
and financial support. George Soros sound familiar. And then they help intensify their opposition
sentiment. Then the planners mobilize the masses to initiate
political protests, including compelling non-governmental organizations, NGOs, and the media
to intervene or participate in the protest movement. This is the textbook. This is, this is, this is,
this is, this is the textbook of how it's done. So there's a chain of protests, and they're set
off by planners just helping increase the intensity and expand the team to await the fall of the
government. The government falls because of these NGOs and you have a revolution. You'll have
chaos and then grabbing control. We have done it over and over and over again. Never did I think
we would ever, well, first of all, I at the time didn't know we were behind the Arab Spring,
but we were.
We are causing chaos all over the world.
It's why all democracies are under attack, and they're all saying this person, this group is a threat to democracy.
That's the calling card of a color revolution.
In 2020, I warned about an organization, a group of organizations and people,
that were plotting the color revolution in 2020.
I was so concerned about it.
I don't make political contributions,
but I gave an outrageous sum of money to Donald Trump,
before the election, to Donald Trump for his legal defense fund.
And I did it to get their attention,
because I had talked to all of them one at a time,
and nobody seemed to be listening to me.
and I needed to get in front of somebody with a call of,
hey, thank you.
That was quite a donation.
So I could hand them the information and say,
please read this.
This is what's coming your way.
Nobody did anything, and you saw what happened.
I truly believe that January 6th was part of a color revolution.
You had all of these FBI people on the ground.
You had them knowing what was coming,
but the government didn't do anything.
They wanted the revolution, right?
So tonight I'm going to show you,
well, let me just play a clip from tonight's show.
You have it?
Here it is.
Revolution becomes a primary value to the communists,
to the extent to which it can be used
to condition the masses psychologically
to accept the non-violent revolution,
which is offered supposedly as the only alternative.
We've been through revolution,
before America.
We survived a civil war.
And it was a revolution
that started this great nation over 200 years ago.
So, what's to fear?
Millions of dollars in property damage is done.
The plan is for raging fires
from one city to the next.
Violent revolutions can be good.
Our founding fathers
were violent when they were fighting.
Blah, blah, blah.
That's what the uninformed say.
That's what they say as the left slowly begins pushing that word to the forefront of our discussions, normalizing it.
Revolution, revolution.
We are in the middle of a revolution right now.
I know you can feel it.
And this time it's not just Bernie Sanders and his rag-tag group of far-left radicals.
No, it's the whole damn party.
Well, tonight I'm going to show you why this revolution is nothing like any.
anything we've ever faced before.
I will show you why this one is dark, dangerous, sinister,
and flat-out evil.
It is calculated.
The plans and preparations for a communist revolution
of force and violence are far advanced.
So calculated that while the left sits back
with smug smirks watching as we destroy each other on the streets,
thanks to their plan, Trump will be the one who takes all the heat.
The revolution will destroy all of us.
And it's nothing short of national suicide for us to continue to ignore their plans.
You know, Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances.
So, to stop it in its tracks, the first step, understanding how it began.
Because while we've been hit in the face with story after story and riot after riot and death after death,
Come on, G, stay with me.
Come on, G.
We've been left unable to sit back and truly see how all of this is connected and fits together.
If I do one thing well, it is putting dots together and showing you how it all connects and step away and back up and see the whole picture.
It's a habitability that as an artist, Surratt had, where it's a bunch of dots until you step away and you're like, oh my gosh, it's people picnicking in a park in France.
Tonight we're re-airing that show because next week I'm going to the chalkboard to reveal how the color revolution has progressed ever since.
If Donald Trump would have won, these things would have come true.
Because he didn't win, did you notice all of a sudden there were no left riots on the streets?
Only January 6, which they tried to make into the Civil War, and they have been picking and poking you for four years.
One of the groups I spoke about in 2020 and tonight's special, you'll see them in detail on the show tonight.
later mentioned in Time Magazine as part of a secret cabal that saved the 2020 election.
I tried to warn the Trump campaign last time.
I hope they listened this time.
Because next week, I'm going to show you where their leadership,
where they went after they left the quote,
what Time Magazine said was a cabal to save democracy.
I'll show you in great detail on what,
some of their partners are doing today and shockingly either in or directly in coordination with
the Biden administration. If tonight you watch, you will be reminded how the election results
prompted a general stand-down order. What does that mean? I've never seen it. The military was told
stand-down on everything, and it came from the cabal. And their plans,
to rush the streets all over the country.
It never happened last time.
But what happens if Donald Trump
wins in November?
Remember Hillary Clinton's words.
Joe Biden shouldn't concede
under any circumstance.
Is there a color revolution
going on? Is that our future?
Are we already in one?
I believe the answer to both of those questions
is yes, but it doesn't happen
if we know what they're doing.
This is a two-part special.
We go back to 2020 to show you what happened last time.
Next week, we show you where those people are now
and what's happening this time.

So I don't know if you've ever tried to travel with a gun on a trip.
I've done it when I lived in New York flying out of New Jersey
out west of the Rocky Mountains
and I will tell you it took me about two hours to get the gun
it had to be in like three different suitcases
none of it was TSA it was all made up at the time
and then they lost my luggage
and my gun ended up in Canada
but don't worry the Canadians surrendered to the
to the luggage so everything worked out all right
But you don't have to have any hassle if you have a burner launcher.
This is a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home.
It'll send potential threats running in the opposite direction.
It is legal in all 50 states.
It doesn't require a permit or background check.
And it can be used by all ages over 18.
And you can pack it in your checked luggage without the need to declare it as a firearm,
making your airport experience a little less of a hassle.
There are times when non-lethal really is the way to go.
And if you're traveling and you're driving or flying and you're going into big cities with what's going on in the streets, I don't know.
I'd like to have a little tear gas to protect my family.

Welcome to the program.
I've got some good news.
for you. Last night or night before last,
Portland voters went out and they fired the one-term George Soros-backed
the district attorney that was not enforcing anything.
It was close. It took them almost 20 minutes to call the race.
58 to 42 was the final number.
So maybe some sanity returns to Oregon.
I have a point of contention on that last thing you said.
About sanity returning.
Fannie Willis also won.
She wound up winning her reelection.
Well, she won her primary, which means she's going to win her re-election bid.
You've got to be kidding me.
Yeah.
So basically there's no way to lose an election.
If you're...
Well, I don't know.
In Portland, I would have never thought this would have happened.
But Fannie, you know what?
That shows how much the Democrats hate Donald Trump.
that when you can have somebody who clearly was lying on the stand,
all of the things that she has done,
and they say,
oh, no,
she's the one we want running.
I hope the Republicans have somebody that they can run
that can actually beat her.
No.
That's not going to happen.
That's obscene.
I know it's not going to happen.
But let's hope until we have our dreams crushed.
By the way,
we have a new Fannie Willis bit going up on YouTube.com slash studios America later today.
I think if you don't like Fannie Willis so much, you might just like the bit.
Ooh, I'm going to like that.
