And today is, it's still different. Even though we're in kind of a holiday weekend, sort of week, weird time between Christmas and New Year's, People forget what day it is.
Starting point is 00:02:30 I guarantee you won't forget the stories that are breaking today. The big one, in fact, is the Somali daycare fraud out of Minnesota. It's a story so massive what we're hearing and seeing now, just breaking over the weekend. I believe just the tip of the iceberg. When I get into it, break it off and let you know what we are expecting to see and what we're hearing already. It's so big, I'm just telling you, strap in. It's not a one-off. It's the blueprint.
Starting point is 00:02:57 and it's finally being exposed. If you thought maybe it stops at Minnesota, you're not paying attention. We'll get into it after this. I don't think anybody is enabling fraud to heaven.
Starting point is 00:04:34 The whole governor rolls accountable for this. What was this money spent on? 1.269. What was that money spent? Ask the dollar. Are there children? There's no children inside this building. Potentially the largest fraud scandal in U.S. history is taking place in Minnesota, as literally billions of dollars have been funneled through Somal Iran fraudulent businesses.
Starting point is 00:04:57 So much fraud, it could actually almost replace the entire GDP of Somalia. These fraudsters have worked hand in hand with the Minnesota government as they enabled billions of dollars be given to fraudulent businesses underneath welfare purposes. Nick Shirley is his name. By the way, the report to a full 40-some-odd minutes. I highly recommend you go check out what he's got to say in the story that is, like I said, just a tip of the iceberg. You're finding out millions upon millions upon minutes, hundreds of millions of dollars,
Starting point is 00:05:29 probably billions before it's all said and done with. And it is taxpayer money. That has been stolen and given out sounds like Democrats and some sort of, I believe there's an election scam involved here too. You're going to learn a little bit more about that as well. But it all works together. And it's an NGO issue. It's one that we've been seeing through the years now that is finally starting to see the light of day.
Starting point is 00:06:02 It only took a man with a camera. I think he's in his 20s. Nick is something else. Vice President J.D. Van saying, you know, this guy beats all anybody that's been honored for a Pulitzer in years. I mean, the guy goes out, one man with a camera, essentially, and knocks on the doors. All he had to do is go knock. Knock on the doors of these daycare centers. Nobody's home.
Starting point is 00:06:27 And yet they're being fed millions upon millions of dollars in order to, well, do something that you would think is noble, right? take care of kids. That's the goal here, but there's something much bigger happening and this this isn't anything new. Elon's been ringing the alarm on this for a while now.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Doge and the rest of the project, this is back from the Cutter Economic Forum, Elon, talking about the track records of NGOs and how they've used kids to funnel this money essentially from your pocket into the pockets of those,
Starting point is 00:07:06 politicians, the folks that contribute to their campaigns, the corrupt and more. Many times over with USAID and other organizations, when they said, oh, well, this is going to help a children or it's going to help some disease eradication or something like that. I say, well, please connect us with this group of children so we can talk to them and understand more about their issue. We get nothing. But they don't even try to come up with a show often. It's sort of like, well, can we at least see a few kids?
Starting point is 00:07:34 I joke. Listen, it's not a funny, I'm just laughing because it's so ridiculous. But he's right. I mean, can we, can we just love to help some people? Can we at least just see a few kids? That's what happened when they went knocking on the door of these daycare centers, Nick Shirley. And so folks, with the camera, they saw that they'd knock, but nobody was home. Now this story, as I mentioned, the Somali daycare fraud out of Minnesota under Tim Wall's watch, Ilhan Omar, and the red, that you're starting to see some things kind of come together here. Hopefully you can start to see the pattern emerge, but I'm going to tell you, it's, it's this thing blowing up on the weekend is, like I just said, it's just the beginning. It's not a one-off.
Starting point is 00:08:26 It's a warning flare. These viral videos make it around over the weekend all over social media. and I'm glad to see it. Finally, we're starting to see some coverage on some of the mainstream. In fact, one of the local, I think one of the local folks, maybe CBS did a story. I don't know. I've got to tell you, it's crickets for a lot of this stuff. They don't want to admit it because this is, if you really want to pull the curtain back
Starting point is 00:08:52 and see how the sausage is made, this is what they do. This is how they've done it, like parasites, sucking you dry in the country thus for years upon. I mean, this is the blueprint. So Nick and another guy with a camera, and one of the folks that kind of tipped him off to this, they pull up to the childcare centers there in Minnesota and they go knocking on the doors. And as you see in the video, nobody's home.
Starting point is 00:09:23 And they get met with some mad folks too. Some of this money eventually landed in the hands of terrorist groups in Somalia like the al-Shabaab and others enrich themselves all at the US taxpayers expense and in this video we will break down all of the fraud from start to finish from going to the fraudulent businesses and confronting the people who are making millions of dollars from the government and we will also be confronting the incompetent government leaders who let this fraud happen and to make this happen I met up with a man who's been doing his own investigation for years now again this guy's a 20 year old case a 20 year old
Starting point is 00:10:02 kid. You're telling me, you're telling me that a 20-year-old kid, some odd-year-old kid can do this, but massive, you know, billion-dollar megamedia corporations with all kinds of resources and money, they can't, they can't get it done? It's either incompetence or maybe they're involved. I don't know. Maybe they don't want you to know what's really happening there. President Trump talking about Somalians and the fraud, the billions being ripped off? Somalians ripped off that state for billions of dollars, billions, every year, billions of dollars. And they contribute nothing. The welfare is like 88 percent. They contribute nothing. I don't want them in our country, I'll be honest with you. Okay. Somebody who said, oh, that's not
Starting point is 00:11:01 politically correct. I don't care. I don't want them in our country. Their country's no good for a reason. Their country stinks, and we don't want them in our country. I could say that about other countries, too. The fraud is massive and on a level, like I said, they knock on these doors. All of it kind of looks empty. The lights off, no kids, no activity. And yet they're still pulling down big money, your money.
Starting point is 00:11:30 You know, some of the most, and maybe the worst, like, most insulting party, People are struggling, had been under Biden for years, trying to get things back, Biden inflation, and the cost of child care, the cost of child care alone has been a big problem for many, many folks. And yet you have places where money was supposed to go to help people, Somalians, not Americans. You imagine that. Well, we're going to help Somalians, not Americans here. but they're doing this all over in different places. The state where I'm at, by the way, I'm in Michigan, a snowy, white-covered Michigan today,
Starting point is 00:12:15 and they're doing very similar things here. They're doing it in states all across the country. Democrats, this is the playbook. They've got money for everyone else, but they don't have money for the people who need it most, apparently, and the people who would nine times out of ten probably be voting for them until they discover what's really going on behind the scenes. It's fraud is fraud. Criminals should go to prison, and that's the point you can't ignore.
Starting point is 00:12:44 We can't just talk about this. This isn't just, oh, well, let's hold some press conferences. You know, let's shine a camera and the light spotlight on this and talk about it and be outraged. We've got to see accountability. This is not just one daycare. It's a pattern across programs, across years. and like I said, it's not just Minnesota, it happens other places too. I want to talk about this.
Starting point is 00:13:19 We're going to dig into a deep. In fact, somebody running for governor in Minnesota, somebody who you'll know for his pillows wants to be your governor. If you're in Minnesota, we'll talk to Michael Lindell a little bit later on in the program today. But I want to dig through to talk about why this is happening. and more importantly how you stop it from happening, how you cut this cancer out once and for all, because that's where the real, I think the real conversation needs to happen,
Starting point is 00:13:52 cutting out the noise and getting really to the solution of it all. Part of it, yes, is the awareness. You're hearing about this now, people are finding out about it. You ought to be mad, right? Yes, but we ought to also take action in the situation where we're in right now. We've got to see investigations, but we need to see arrests. to we need to see these people held accountable. We're not just talking about the fraudsters on the ground.
Starting point is 00:14:13 I'm talking about the politicians who enabled it, who allowed it to happen. It happened right under their noses. And then how do you make sure that this kind of thing never happens again? That's the key to it all. Again, Nick Shirley with the bombshell videos over the weekend that continue to get people excited talking about this story. and I hope they don't stop.
Starting point is 00:14:39 I'm just telling you, I think it may be just the beginning. I certainly know the story is just the beginning of what we're going to learn in states all across the country. But it is a story that many are calling today. In fact, Senator Ron Johnson calling it this the tip of the iceberg. But, folks, this is a story that needs to be shared loud and clear, let everyone get on the phone tell us to my listen today. Well, first of all, we need to put all kinds of press. on the state agencies to give us their records. I'm chairman of the permanent subcommittee investigations.
Starting point is 00:15:13 This will be a primary focus of ours. We're already reaching out to Nick Shirley and David and other people who can provide testimony for this, but we also need documents. So, you know, these agency heads who funnel these federal money to the state agencies, they have to demand that the state agencies are transparent. And unfortunately, particularly in Democrat-controlled states,
Starting point is 00:15:32 they're not. They're refusing to turn of those records. I've got subpoena power. I will use that subpoena power. use that subpoena power to obtain these records because we have to get the bottom of this. Understand, Somalis have just been in this country a few years. They're amateurs when it comes to fleecing the federal government. And let's face it, the federal government is probably the easiest consumer, the easiest payer to fleece, and states do it time and time again.
Starting point is 00:15:55 So this is just a tip of the iceberg. Senator Ron Johnson. Again, I wanted to get to because it's going to be easy to point the finger at Somalis here. But don't think that they came up with this scam on their own, folks. That's not how this worked. How do you stop it? We'll talk about all of it next. Quick break back after this.
Starting point is 00:16:20 Justin Barkley and for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program. Relief actor loves hearing from pain-free customers and hopes that you will be their next person. Bill wrote in and said, I have been crawling under sinks and working long hours for decades. back and my knees took the punishment. And I thought my pain was just part of the trade, but relief factor surprised me. Within weeks, I was working without wincing. I could get down on the floor and get back up again without thinking twice. Bill knows hard work. He knows pipes, tools, long days on the job. What he didn't know is how good life feels when pain stops tagging along. It's relief factor.
Starting point is 00:16:59 Relief factor didn't change Bill's trade. It changed his tomorrow. They've changed mine too, And this is why I recommend you give Relief Factor a try today. Relief Factor 100% drug-free, targets the inflammation that causes pain so you can move better, feel better, and actually enjoy life again. Try the three-week quick start, 1995. Go to Relieffactor.com or call 800 for relief. Let's see you. Get out of that pain and get your life back. One-800 for relief. It's Justin. And by the way, you catch up me, Justin Barkley.com. I'm at Mr. Justin Barkley on social media everywhere from Grand Rapids, Michigan Day, filling in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 00:17:47 Love to hear from you too. You can email me, Justin at Justin Barkley.com. Carol just did. Thank you for checking in this morning. I appreciate it. The story's so big, again, we're just scratching the surface.
Starting point is 00:17:58 The Somali fraud. The Somali fraud is just being exposed in Minnesota, but it's not, this goes bigger than Somalis, folks. This is a Democrat scam. This is the blueprint. they use with NGOs all across the board. And it's what Doge tried to explain and explore and exploit exposed.
Starting point is 00:18:24 But they were kind of, you wonder why. You wonder why. I think now it's becoming more and more obvious. Here he was, I think this was over the weekend on Fox Surly, talking with the panel on the big weekend show. Yeah, there better be a change. People are demanding it. The investigations have been launched just from that,
Starting point is 00:18:43 alone. And so there better be changed because, like I said, we work way too hard to be paying taxes. We work way too hard to be not knowing where our money is going. And at the end of the day, people in the government, they work for us. We don't work for them. And so it's their responsibility to hold these people accountable. And so if there's not something that's happened, people are going to be very frustrated. And so if President Trump's watching this, it's time to really get down to need and greedy and to make a difference in this place of Minnesota that is pretty much like Somali land right you know we've we've seen that already start to take place we've seen that kelly loffler uh with the uh small business association has already started to take uh some
Starting point is 00:19:22 some as far as pulling back climbing back some of the money so the small business administration dropping the hammer on somali fraud cuts off all of minnesota because you just don't know where if this starts and where it ends um she's she's uh telling minnie johnson that she is disgusted from a report on X here and sickened by the expose a small business fraud it's taking immediate action SBA cutting off and clawing back all SBA grants to Minnesota effective immediately says this is due to Tim Walls and his refusal to enforce laws governing small businesses and the governor's allowance and facilitation of fraud Loughler says the SBA was able to uncover half a billion dollars of fraud within
Starting point is 00:20:10 days. Let that's again, half a billion dollars of fraud within days in Minnesota alone. I'm beginning to think we wouldn't have all this debt, we wouldn't have as much as we have, and folks, we wouldn't be in debt if we didn't have all this fraud here in this country. Imagine what your taxes would be next to nothing. She notes Trump administration will focus on the state officials who built an industrial crime ring to rip off hardworking Americans. The scope of this international scam is still unloomed, likely billions
Starting point is 00:20:48 pending further review. And that piece that I played earlier for you from Nick, just part of it, they shared that we've already known that some of this money has gone to terrorists overseas. Back in Somalia, back home.
Starting point is 00:21:09 Imagine, Imagine that. We're funding with your taxpayer dollars. It's enough to, you ought to be, you ought to be upset about it, each and every one of us. So what do you do? This is the, this is the find out era. So once we find out and things are exposed, you've got to move forward. There's got to be accountability. These people have to be investigated. They've got to be charged. I want to see them in jail. And I understand you're frustrated too. this is by the way the system isn't broken this is exactly how this thing was set up to work and why because when you got politicians who love nothing more to cut ribbons and go out and pat each other on the back and see what we did for the community here and there and the this is easy it's easy to throw around money especially when it's not yours it's not theirs it is yours and you have programs like this it had low-bearing
Starting point is 00:22:12 minimum records requirements. Of course they're susceptible to fraud. So what do you do? What do you do? You can't just give press conferences. There has to be action. So here's some of the things we ought to see, and we ought to ask the Trump administration moving forward
Starting point is 00:22:29 in Congress to take action on. But this is what I'm telling you is just sort of barrier to entry. We need prepayment verification on high risk claims. We need cross checks. with teeth, public transparency, and folks, probably the biggest, prosecutions, prosecutions that don't just stop at small fish. We need to follow the money all the way down the rabbit hole. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 00:23:01 We are only a few weeks into winter and already brutal cold, huge snowstorms, and of course power outages. Think about this. If the power goes out, when it's really cold, Do you have a way to keep yourself and your family warm? Winter power outages can even be life-threatening. We learned this in Texas not too long ago. That's why so many Americans are getting a Vesta off-grid heater from My Patriot supply.
Starting point is 00:23:23 It's a space heater. It doesn't use electricity or propane. It runs on something called canned heat. And it's an indoor safe fuel. With Vesta, if you have it stashed in your closet, you know you can keep warm, keep your kids warm no matter what. And it even doubles as a stove to cook your food in case you have an electric cook-tow. The best part is right now you can get the Vesta and a bunch more preparedness gear as free gifts when you order the winter survival kit from My Patriot Supply.
Starting point is 00:23:49 Go to MyPatriot Supply.com slash Glenn. See everything that's included. The offer is not going to last long. So go to Mypatriotsupply.com slash Glenn. Stand up, stay informed, and fight back with facts. Join the free Glenn Beck newsletter at Glennbeck.com. If you want the edited version of history, you can find that anywhere. If you want the real thing, come to glenbeck.com, January 5th. Well, I don't know if you've seen it. It really, like I said, it's been one of those wild weekends.
Starting point is 00:24:46 And again, it's like drinking from a firehouse. I always say never a dull minute. We got another headline that broke over the weekend. It's worth exploring. Iran declares. Total War on America and Europe in huge World War III alerts. Justin Barclay in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program. You can email Justin at Justin Barclay.com, B-A-R-C-L-A-Y.
Starting point is 00:25:09 Justin at Justin Barclay. I'm all over all the social places at Mr. Justin Barclay. But wanted to reach out to someone who could maybe give us a little bit more insight. Either what's going on. Obviously, Iran's been an issue. They have been a problem. there for quite some time now. The goal to get the nuclear weapons.
Starting point is 00:25:33 You've seen President Trump in the strike and obviously the moves that he's made recently. Let's dig into this with us right now. Ali Reza, Jeffers-Aidas with us. He's the deputy director of the U.S. Office of National Council of Resistance of Iran. We appreciate you taking the time to be here with us, the author of Iran threat. Sir, thank you for being here with us this morning. and digging into this story, it is a big one. So much, Justin, really appreciate the opportunity to be on your show.
Starting point is 00:26:06 So, you know, digging into this, it doesn't seem like this. The headline is new, right? But to me, is there anything new about some of the sort of the extremist rhetoric and language coming out of the government there? Just to put things in proper perspective, one has to understand the behavior of the Iranian regime when it comes to their external actions is part and parcel of their status inside the country. This regime has survived over the past 40-plus years only through war and terrorism
Starting point is 00:26:55 and nuclear development of nuclear weapons, firing missiles and drones, and for a good reason they are declared that the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism, but at the same time they are very repressive on their own population inside the country. That's how they have survived and stayed in power. The problem the regime is facing increasingly is that they have lost the drug. grip of power inside the country, a vast majority of the Iranian population are opposed to the regime. And they won't change. They want to end the rule of the clerics because, you know, Iran is a very rich country
Starting point is 00:27:41 with tremendous amounts of resources. One of them is actually oil. We have the second largest oil and gas reserves combined in the world. yet 80% of the Iranian population live below the poverty line. People are rejecting the clerics who are very corrupt, very oppressive, and use the resources of the country to pursue their own agenda, which is export of terrorism. That's why the more the regime gets in trouble in order to hide their weakness and to deviate attention, they step up their rhetoric or their threat.
Starting point is 00:28:21 externally. At the same time that there are threatening the United States and all the countries in the region, the rest of the world, at the same time as we speak right now, this is the second day of major protests breaking out in Tehran. Business people are shutting down their stores, the bazaar, which is, you know, the business sectors of the city are shutting down because the Iranian currency has severely put. really plunged and lost its value. Today the currency was $145,000 to months for a dollar. Just to give you a comparison, when the molest came to power, with only seven to mons you could buy a dollar. Now it takes $145,000 to buy $1. That's how terrible things are.
Starting point is 00:29:20 And the currency is really plunging. It's just an indication of the disastrous economic state that the country is facing, and people feel that they need to end this. And Ali Raisa, Jeffersedo with us right now. He's a deputy director of the U.S. office of the National Council of Resistance here in Iran. And we got a little bit of an echo here on the other end of the line here. So I just want to see if maybe we can fix and correct that here for folks listening. So it makes it a little bit easier to hear.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Yeah, this is interesting because we hear and see certain things on the news in headlines that may paint a certain picture. But do they really give us the full details, the breakdown of what you just talked about, the financial issues inside the economic issues inside the country, at what the will of the people actually involved there is. And again, very different, it seems like, in a lot of ways, from the extremist government. Absolutely. You know, the Iranian population are exactly diametrically opposite to what the
Starting point is 00:30:32 mullahs, the clerics who rule the country, represent. There is a very deep-rooted desire on the part of the Iranian population to have a free society. that would not be Islamic extremist. You know, over 98% of the Iranian population are Muslims, but the vast majority of them are vehemently opposed to Islamic extremism, how the Mullahs are using, misusing religion to justify their fascist policies, their terrorist policies under the name of the religion,
Starting point is 00:31:10 and that's why people are fed up and have done with it. You know, since December 2017, there have been several rounds of major uprisings in Iran, people asking for change. And those uprisings were not just in one area of the country or just the capital. It engulfed all 31 provinces of the country all over Iran. And it's not limited to only intellectuals or certain sectors of the society. Everyone is involved. In fact, the most recent uprisings engulf, the poor, the deprived, you know, those smaller towns and cities who used to be the bedrock of support for the regime and all of them are now turned against the regime. So you have a regime that is extremely weak, is troubled, is rejected by its own people.
Starting point is 00:32:01 But the only thing they have in their hand is their nuclear weapons program, their missile program, their proxies. outside of Iran. The good news is that a lot of those assets, so-called assets for the regime are gone. A lot of those proxy groups have been shattered, you know, from Hezbollah in Lebanon to, you know, the Shia militias in Iraq to Houthis in Yemen. Their biggest ally in the region, Assad in Syria, is gone. And their nuclear weapons program, which we played a huge role in exposing them since 2002, has been. been shattered. And that's why I think the world has to understand that this is a troubled regime that makes, you know, threatens the rest of the world. But we need to understand. This is not the same
Starting point is 00:32:55 regime five years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago. This is a regime that is so unstable, so weak. And the world has the opportunity to side with the people of Iran to undermine their ruling regime and establish freedom and democracy in the country. What needs to happen next? I mean, we've seen the attack, obviously, the strike on the nuclear facilities there. But what's the next piece of this? Obviously, as, you know, people don't want to see war. Obviously, that's one thing that Americans have made clear. But at the end of the day, this regime, who seems, as you mentioned, is weakening, needs to be dealt with. Definitely, Justin, you know, Iran is not any other countries in the region.
Starting point is 00:33:48 Iran is not Iraq. Iran has a very organized opposition force inside the country and also outside of Iran. You know, almost all of the major nuclear sites of Iran were exposed by the main Iranian opposition, the parliament in exile, the National Council of Resistance, of Iran is that has a clear platform both for the overthrow of the regime but also for the transition after the fall of the Ayatollahs. This movement is headed by a woman, Mrs. Mariam Rajavi, she's headquartered in Paris, but she has gained tremendous support both inside Iran but also outside of Iran. She has introduced a 10-point platform for the future of Iran that says
Starting point is 00:34:40 ballot box is the only criteria for legitimacy in the future of Iran. She is called for the separation of religion and state for freedom of religion, equality for men and women, free market economy, a non-nuclear republic form of government in Iran, supporting peace in the Middle East. These are the things that are the desire of the people of Iran. Now, unfortunately, over the past three, four decades, the outside world, Europe and mostly in the United States, they were just interested in reaching out to the regime, finding a way of cutting a deal with the Ayatollahs, searching for so-called moderate elements within the regime that actually at the end of the day helped the regime survive. That era is over. I think it's the opportunity for the outside world, short of war or appeasement, to be able to side with the organized resistance.
Starting point is 00:35:37 in Iran, recognize the reality that this is, Iran and people reject this regime. They want change. We have a lot of support on the Hill. You know, in the House, there's a resolution, Resolution 166, that has the support of bipartisan support of over 227 House members. A similar resolution is also in the Senate, which has a significant bipartisan support, that they're saying that, you know, U.S. and Europe, everybody need to stand on the side of the people. There's no need for boots on the ground or appropriation of money.
Starting point is 00:36:15 That's the change we need to see, and the prospect for change has never been so bright. Lali Reza, Jeff Razade, the latest on this story out of Iran. And, of course, the deputy director there, U.S. Office of National Council Resistance of Iran. Thanks for shining a light on it and continue to pray for the folks there. obviously under the thumb of that extremist regime and continue to pray for peace and, of course, prosperity eventually in that region. Thank you so much. We really appreciate taking the time to be here with us today. Thank you so much, Justin. Always a pleasure. And again, happy New Year. And I'm very hopeful that the new year, 26, would be a totally different prospect for both the people of Iran, but everybody else in the region and the world.
Starting point is 00:37:03 Think about it, Justin, a free Iran, a democratic Iran, and non-nuclear, non-bullition Iran. What a difference it will make, not just for the people of Iran, but for the whole world. You got it. I appreciate it. Thank you, sir. And, you know, as we talk about some of those major moves towards peace, President Trump has made in the last year. He's working on one this weekend, Ukraine and Russia. We have the latest from that.
Starting point is 00:37:27 We'll dig into it after this. Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program. What the ride goes on. This is Glenn Beck. The older I get, the more I think about trust. I think about the people in my life who have my trust and earned my trust. And the trust that I have placed in some people who I later learned abused that trust. I know we're alike in that way.
Starting point is 00:38:04 We don't trust a lot of people anymore. It's like we're all Ronald Reagan trust, but always verify, to make sure we're not making a mistake. I find it a little exhausting, quite honestly. And that's why I started real estate agents. I trust.com. I didn't have good experiences with buying and selling my homes. So we built real estate agents I trust to introduce you to one of the thousands of agents all over the country that we work with that we have verified that they will help you have the most successful and good real estate transaction possible. Our network agents share our sensibilities, have great
Starting point is 00:38:37 track records, are good and decent people, and I trust them to help you with your real estate needs. So whether you're moving across town or across the country, visit real estate agents, I trust.com. The name says it all, real estate agents I trust.com. Hey, Justin, and for Glendon the day on the Glenn Beck program, email coming up from Aaron. Thank you for you.
Starting point is 00:39:06 Email said, stop talking about Minnesota. No one's going to jail. You're wasting time and breath. This, and I will warn against, and thank you for the email. If you want to email me, Justin at Justin Barclay, B-A-R-C-L-A-Y, Justin at Justin Barkley.com. Love hearing from you.
Starting point is 00:39:22 But that's called the black pill. Sky is falling, chicken little. I got to warn against you. You got to be careful because this type of philosophy or idea will make you think I just sit on my hands, do nothing, get my popcorn watch, and then just wait, you know, because the plan, you know, got to follow the trusted plan. Something's going to happen. I don't have to do anything or the vice versa. It's really, you can't do anything. And folks, that's what the enemy wants you to think.
Starting point is 00:39:48 We wrestle a lot against flesh and blood. We know that about the fight that we're in right now. It is good and evil. We've got to be active. We've got to be involved. So the story about Minnesota isn't just about Minnesota, and we do need to see arrest. In fact, we are seeing some movement, probably not as much as you want to see. I share your frustration in a lot of that.
Starting point is 00:40:08 But I would encourage you to stay in the fight. It does matter. Over the weekend, President Trump asked about the question, how things are looking at Ukraine and Russia. Ukraine security guarantees. What number are we at right now? Well, I think we're, look, you know, you can say 95%, but I don't like to say percentages. I just think we're doing very well. We're very, we could be very close.
Starting point is 00:40:30 There are one or two very thorny issues, very tough issues, but I think we're doing very well. We made a lot of progress today, but really we've made it over the last month. This is not a one-day process deal. This is very complicated stuff. But I think when the president says 95, I think, you know, could be close to 95%. There he is at Maralago with the meeting and, of course, Zelensky. One kind of funny moment in all of it, by the way, that's very similar to what we've heard in the past coming out. But another funny moment is the press is there.
Starting point is 00:41:01 They're all sitting in the dining room and they're about to have probably lunch. And he's asking the press if they'd like some food. Listen to this. Are you okay? Is everyone fine? Margo, if you would. I think you could sit outside and have some food. Would you like to have food or do you consider that a bribe?
Starting point is 00:41:20 And therefore you cannot write. Honestly, or therefore you have to write a bad story. Because if you'd like, would you like something to eat at this time? Yes or no? You can speak. Yes, okay. Margo, take them outside, tell the chef to serve him a little on chicken. The chef's going to serve him something nice or marlago.
Starting point is 00:41:40 Then it goes on and tells Zelensky, you know, they're still going to write a bad story about me anyway. This is Glenn Beck. Want to go electric without sacrificing fun? Somebody might die because of this, in fact. Oh, and we're also watching shenanigans happen in Chicago. It's these blue Democrat lefty cities where things continue to spiral out of control. The latest, in fact, Elon says, because of this, people will die out of New York City. We'll bring you the latest and the stories you won't want to miss this out.
Starting point is 00:44:01 Our Justin Barkley and for Glenn today, the Glenn Beck program full speed ahead. Relief Factor loves hearing from pain-free customers and hopes that you're going to be the next that writes in. Kim wrote in and said, Before trying Relief Factor, Glenn, I struggled just to make it through my work days. I'd collapse on the couch at night, aching everywhere. Within a few weeks of starting Relief Factor, that daily pain began to fade. Now I'm keeping up at work. I still have energy left for my family.
Starting point is 00:44:33 My life has changed. Kim's is the story of thousands of kitchens and office. desks and factory floors, the story of parents having more love to give because they have strength to share it. Starting point is 00:45:27 This isn't the first time that things like this, unfortunately, part of that find-out era that we're in, you fool around, you do find out. These types of things have consequences. We've seen it with DEI and several other issues before. Before, this person with no experience as a firefighter,
Starting point is 00:45:44 has just been named the head of the, and you'll find out why here in just a moment, the head of the fire department there in New York City, the commissioner. Nor is a career first responder. In just nine days, she'll be running the world's busiest fire department, one of the most important appointments
Starting point is 00:46:02 of the incoming administration. It's just a glowing report here, by the way. They deserve a leader who cares about their work because she did it herself, who understands every detail, and it will fight tirelessly to empower FDNY and make it the best firefighting force in the world. Lillian Bonsignor began her career as an EMT in 1991 and was ultimately promoted to chief of the
Starting point is 00:46:26 city's EMS division where she served for three years before retiring in 2022. Although she never served as a firefighter, she's confident that won't matter. I know the job. I know what the firefighters need and I can translate that to this administration. who's willing to listen. I know what EMS needs. I have been DMS for 30 plus years. Bonsignor is a trailblazer for the LGBT community who will serve as the FD NY's first openly gay commissioner. She's a highly respected detail-oriented manager whose style has been compared to NYPD commissioner Jessica Tish who will remain in her post in the new administration. For these people Zoron and the left and the rest of them, you know, identity politics,
Starting point is 00:47:13 the DEI stuff is, well, it's the biggest issue for them. Getting the job done, being fully able to get the job done is a second, well, maybe even last place. It takes a back seat in that fire truck, unfortunately. Scott Singer is here with this right now. He's the mayor of Boca Raton, and probably seeing a lot of folks fleeing New York to the free state of Florida, where I'm sure he's welcoming with open arms with some conditions,
Starting point is 00:47:44 I'm sure. Don't bring any of the voting for the leftist policies our way, he might say. He's also announced to run for Congress. Mayor, we appreciate you
Starting point is 00:47:53 being here with us today. Thanks for having me. Delighted to be here. You know, this is one of the reasons, but so many people have talked about the fleeing that's happening from
Starting point is 00:48:05 New York City, just one of the many reasons. Electing somebody like Zoranamandhi you know, communist, but obviously extreme in a lot of other ways, got people really concerned and, and quite frankly, freeing, because they're afraid for their lives. Yes, and we've been seeing people flee New York and their high taxes,
Starting point is 00:48:28 high regulations for decades. I stepped up after COVID, and Boca Raton was a beneficiary of a lot of job creators and innovators moving corporate headquarters here. We now have more than 40 publicly traded corporate headquarters in our cities. and in June after Mamdani won the primary, we actually had targeted advertising trying to grow our job base here. Boca Raton is a successful city, 100,000 people. We can't accommodate everyone who's going to want to flee New York and more are going to want to leave, but we are trying to focus on the job creators and innovators,
Starting point is 00:48:56 and that's helped us maintain a strong corporate presence and the lowest property tax rate of any full-service city in Florida. Scott Singer with us right now, the current mayor there of Boca Raton, and he is also chair of America First Policy Institute's mayor's council, just announcing his run for Congress there to unseat the Democrat in his district, Jared Moskowitz. So let me ask you, because I want to talk about your run too, but as a mayor and part of the council there, what are you saying this administration and the ability to work? Because there's a massive difference.
Starting point is 00:49:29 In fact, I got a story today here coming up just a little bit. It's kind of funny, but when you think about it, it's downright disturbing, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson doubling down wants to name a taxpayer-funded snowplow abolish ice. Now he's got to do cute little stunts like this at the same time they've got
Starting point is 00:49:49 folks getting murdered right and left in what they call Shirek these days. It's just a shame that this type of stunt would be something that he'd take more time and interest in doing. At the same time, we've got mayors who care about their cities are working with the administration.
Starting point is 00:50:05 You know, if these guys did, maybe they welcome in ICE, didn't take the sanctuary policy, they'd see a lot better response. Well, I don't think there's anything cute about it. That's why I'm honored to work with nearly 50 mayors across the country or focused on trying to get common sense solutions implemented at the city level and work better with the administration to advance an America-first agenda. Let's talk about immigration. President Trump shut down the border miraculously compared to what people said was not possible. He did be possible. And our streets are safer as. a result. And I have mayors on my council have been able to partner effectively with the help
Starting point is 00:50:42 from the Trump administration to drive out train-d-a-wagra gang members from their cities. And these are not massive cities. These are smaller cities. That cooperation with the federal government to enhance policies that make streets safer is what we're about. It's about common sense solutions. And it's part of the reason why I'm inspired to run for Congress because we need people focus on doing things, not just grabbing headlines, not being obstructionist, not trying to shut down the government over extreme ideas like funding health care for people who don't need it when Americans don't have it. These are just some of the things that we need to take back our country. I'm inspired by so many things that have been accomplished by this first year of the Trump administration,
Starting point is 00:51:23 but we need other people who are going to advance this agenda beyond the executive orders and act policies that are going to keep us safe, lower costs, bring jobs home, and do all the other great things that are going on right now. You know, I've got to ask you, too, as we talk with the Mayor of Boca Raton, is running for Congress, Scott Singer with us right now. Mom, Donnie will be sworn in later this week. I think Bernie Sanders, part of that whole ceremony, which just makes you, I think, emphasize even more of the sort of the clownish nature of it all.
Starting point is 00:51:51 But the circus continues. You've been front row for some of the things that are happening, obviously, in New York City, the things that you're hearing people as they want to leave that area. Chicago's another place. But we're also hearing now Minneapolis and Minnesota, some of the things that are happening
Starting point is 00:52:10 in that city. And this weekend, massive newsbreaking about the fraud that's happening there. And these folks, it's not just happening because they ignore it.
Starting point is 00:52:20 It looks like they're a part of this. This is a whole other piece of what's being exposed. That seems like it's straight out of the Democrat at Playbook and the blueprint for how to sell out America. It's heartbreaking to see the massive amounts of fraud and how deep this is going. And I even think back to what in Florida, when I had to take my kids to pre-K through, you know,
Starting point is 00:52:47 the organization, I paid for it, but the organization got funding from the state, you had to sign in each student in a blue pen. So to see reports of, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars going to entities that have no students is staggering. And it is a part about what are we really focused on. We focused on what's best for the American people, or we focused on a long-term plan to try to sway votes by allowing more immigration and then convincing people to vote for one party. That's not what we're about. It is, it's concerning.
Starting point is 00:53:17 Going back to what you said at the beginning, yes, we welcome people who have the right mindset in Florida. That's why. But people are coming here. They're voting for better policies, and they're voting on the right way. We've gained 1.7 million more Republicans over the last seven years. over other parties. And it's helped turn this state from a purple state to red state. And part of the reason that I hope, you know, to earn a lot of those votes coming in the
Starting point is 00:53:40 August, primary November election. Like I said, Scott's running for Congress. One of those big, I think, it's going to be a big push here, obviously, in 2020, to make sure that President Trump continues with the ability to have that path and has Congress to help. You know, if Democrats take control of the House, they've already said, they're going to impeach him. They've already talked about some of the things. I mean, complete, you know,
Starting point is 00:54:04 deadlock in a roadlock with all the policies and the things that he's ready. He's already been able to get done. I mean, all of that's going to come to a screeching halt and we're going to have chaos again. And if they get control, it's going to be a nightmare. I don't think it's, I don't think folks understand how bad it's going to be.
Starting point is 00:54:20 And that's why it's important. Folks like you are able to win and help enlarge that majority. Well, I appreciate that. And I think you're exactly right. You know, the Democrats have made clear about what their objectives are. It's not about new policy of the next two years. It's impeached Trump, which won't go anywhere and just gets us in deadlock.
Starting point is 00:54:38 We saw this at the 43-day shutdown that accomplished very little, and we have more threats of shutdowns. You know, if we really care about democracy, then you have to give some deference to the party that actually won. But in 2026, we're going to be on the ballot again. And I think it's so important that people turn out. We can't take our foot up the gas. We need to move full speed ahead. President Trump has done amazing things already for our economy. the one big beautiful bill will be transformative and we're going to see major impacts.
Starting point is 00:55:04 No taxes on tips. No taxes on overtime. We become the party of the middle class. And I want people to understand that. And I think they are. But it's important that we turn out the vote. And I hope people will be voting for me. You can find out where and how at Scottsinger, USA.com, my website.
Starting point is 00:55:19 We're going to put more information as we get closer there. But we want people involved now. We have a moment in our history where we can continue games or we can backslide. We can go back to the four years of the Biden. inflation, four years of unsecured borders, and we can't allow that to happen. We need to get everything we can to keep our country moving forward, improve our defense, improve our economy, and that's why I'm excited to go try to do all I can to make us get on the right side of things. Scott Singer is the mayor of Boca Raton in Florida, obviously running for Congress as well,
Starting point is 00:55:49 the website, Scott SingerUSA.com. Scott, can you, I have another question, but it's completely unrelated to what we're talking about. I'm just so curious. I have to ask. Can you hang on for a moment? We'd take a quick break. Absolutely. Back right after this on the Glenn Beck program. Don't go anywhere. 60 seconds. The older I get, the more I think about trust. I think about the people in my life who have my trust and earned my trust. And the trust that I have placed in some people who I later learned abused that trust. I know we're alike in that way. We don't trust a lot of people anymore. It's like we're all Ronald Reagan trust, but always verify, to make sure we're not making a mistake. I find it a little,
Starting point is 00:56:32 exhausting, quite honestly. And that's why I started real estate agents I trust.com. I didn't have good experiences with buying and selling my homes. So we built real estate agents I trust to introduce you to one of the thousands of agents all over the country that we work with that we have verified that they will help you have the most successful and good real estate transaction possible. Our network agents share our sensibilities, have great track records, are good and decent people. and I trust them to help you with your real estate needs. So whether you're moving across town or across the country, visit real estate agents, I trust.com.
Starting point is 00:57:08 The name says it all, real estate agents, I trust.com. I just couldn't leave this. My apologies, I don't know if you're tired of talking about this is, well, this is okay. You don't have to answer, but Scott Singer, the mayor of Boko Raton and running for Congress. We talked about a number of things this morning, but I just was looking at your information here. were you really a jeopardy champion? Yes, I was. It was a fun thrill of a lifetime to be able to go on a show that I watched my whole life.
Starting point is 00:57:47 I was on about 12 years ago. Wow. And a great experience. Was that when Alex was hosting? It was when Alex was hosting, yes. And actually, in law school, I had the chance to be on who wants to be a millionaire with Meredith V.R. too. So made more from game shows than I did my first four years of public service as a councilman. Obviously, this is not a career you go into because for the money, you go into it because you love serving.
Starting point is 00:58:12 Yeah. Oh, I can imagine. What was that like to be on Jeopardy and to be a champion? I admit it quite the experience. Quite a thrill. You know, it's fun to actually play for real the game you watch at home when, you know, everyone watches at home and do you know the answer in time? Well, you're competing with two other great contestants who you almost all know all the answers to all the questions. It's just a matter of whether you can ring in first.
Starting point is 00:58:37 that you got to be quick on that buzzer huh i mean that's that's got to be it huh uh it is about being quick on the buzzer but it's helped me in public life you know when i've had town halls you get questions on all sorts of things when i'm interviewing with you you get questions from different directions you got to be ready to respond and and think about the question a little differently that's incredible but so so you you were a champion um how much did you end up taken home from that uh from jeopardy 42,000 dollars that's good what a what that's a good haul. Man, that's incredible to make it on a show like that and actually be able to do it. Well, I'm sorry, you know, I had to ask. I saw that here and I thought,
Starting point is 00:59:15 is there any game show that you'd like to go on that you haven't been on yet? I think my days are over. Jeopardy was what I watched as a kid, and it was a real thrill to be able to go on that. And who wants to be a millionaire having my luck when I was in law school? I just happened to see that they were looking for contestants and went over the next day, and they picked me. I think I'm done in my game show career, plus they don't really have candidates there, Now, you know, I'm focused on what I can do to improve our nation. I feel like this is a critical time. And that's why I'm stepping up.
Starting point is 00:59:44 I had no plans to, this is not something I planned out. I got involved in my local community to improve our job base here. And frankly, with the terrible policies that you're going to see in New York, we have a great opportunity to really accelerate that because I want to create more jobs for my kids and for other people's kids. But nationwide, I think we have an opportunity to bring back American manufacturing, restore our job base, make sure we have better employment opportunities for everyone, and so much more. And again, inspired by what's happened last year and understand that we're at a critical juncture. And that's why I hope people will turn out to vote because we can't lose the enthusiasm.
Starting point is 01:00:19 We can't go backwards to an economy that drags borders that are porous and American defense and national security week. That's why he's a Jeopardy champ, folks. Scott, thank you so much for taking the time to be here with us today. I really appreciate it. Well, thank you. You got it. Mayor Scott Singer, Boko Raton, and I had to, I'm sorry, I had to ask that. I just looked down at my notes, I thought, I didn't realize.
Starting point is 01:00:44 He was a, it was a champ, and he was on who wants to be a millionaire. So I had to ask about that. But another one of those candidates, you're going to hear more and more of some of these folks obviously running for Congress, but also maybe in the next day or so we can talk with some of these folks running for Senate. There are 10, I saw released today. there are 10 seats, at least that are critical when it comes to the Senate story that came out the other day. We'll dig into that probably.
Starting point is 01:01:11 I'll be back with you tomorrow and maybe even get a chance to talk with somebody in one of those very critical races. 2026, 24 was about obviously getting President Trump back in the office and had a miracle that really had to take place to get him there. but your next question is okay now that we've gotten there how do we continue to not only see you know because we're just beginning to start to say look we can talk about it till we're blowing the face they'll they'll yeah and I think a lot of this we need to but they'll tell you that things aren't changing they'll tell you that things aren't working but I just disagree with that I paid $254 a gallon now I'm in Michigan 254 a gallon for gas the other day that's unheard of.
Starting point is 01:02:02 We've been paying upwards 3.23.50. Who knows for the last four years Joe Biden. And every one of these folks on the lefties there were a lot of these people that had their medical degrees over the last four or five years. You probably remember hearing from those folks online. Well, they've all got their
Starting point is 01:02:18 degrees now, apparently, in gas and oil. And they all come out saying the same thing. They all come out. So the president doesn't control the price. a gas or and I find this to be incredible. So Ford
Starting point is 01:02:36 which of story I'm following closely here because I'm in Michigan. But Ford just announced they got billions upon billions of dollars they're throwing away because of the unpopularity I guess probably the best way to put
Starting point is 01:02:52 it of the Ford Lightning which is the F-150 the electric F-150 and I don't have to We're talking about billions of dollars of money that they're just, they've flushed down the drain. Now, they're backing out of it because they said, well, the market didn't bear it out. Well, it was policy changes. President Trump comes in and says, we're not going to do this green new scam thing again.
Starting point is 01:03:17 We're done with it. The green pipe dream, we're done with it. We're going to get rid of it. And we're not going down this road anymore. And they're forced to because the policies in real life have. teeth. They actually bared out and that is the same when it comes to oil and gas. The policies
Starting point is 01:03:40 of the president and how he is said, we're not going down this electric vehicle road again. We're done. We're putting the brakes on this. How dare you? Yes, Grant is not happy either. But you're telling me that Ford will switch gears. In fact, Will a U-turn
Starting point is 01:04:00 billions of dollars President can impact that industry and his policies do, but they don't impact the price of gas at the pump? That's just incredible. Ridiculous. Peak insanity. More truth logic and common sense. Coming up next on the Glenn Beck program.
Starting point is 01:04:18 Just get in for Glennon. We are only a few weeks. This is Glenn Poll back. Huge snowstorms and, of course, power outages. Think about this. If the power goes out, when it's really, cold. Do you have a way to keep yourself and your family warm? Winter power outages can even be life-threatening. We learned this in Texas not too long ago. That's why so many Americans are getting a Vesta

I'm talking about this morning, but Scott, or excuse me, Nick Shirley and the expose he's done a kid with a camera, has done more to expose the truth about what's happening and the scam Democrats and, of course, those folks in Minnesota are doing with this daycare fraud. It's not, I told you, it's not just, in fact, you're going to see other states.
Starting point is 01:06:28 These stories will begin to become more and more prevalent. You're going to hear more and more about it. Ohio attorney is talking about it in this video, I think, for Bright Party, confirming massive fraud in another situation of a hotbed for Somalis. This is Ohio. They run a fake quote. home health service and build $250,000 per year per family when no one and no one's working. Nothing's actually being done.
Starting point is 01:06:58 Also happens in Pennsylvania. And I think you're going to start seeing more on these stories in the days ahead. But here's a little bit of the coverage on this from this attorney. So these individuals tried to report the fraud that was happening in Ohio and then eventually came to me to say that we're watching providers rubber stamp paperwork for home health. So in Ohio, and there's many states like this, Pennsylvania and other states too, where you can go in and you can say my aging parent needs a home health care and I want to provide it. So the state will, as long as a doctor has approved it, continue to pay you.
Starting point is 01:07:37 It could be for 10 hours, 12 hours, up to 24 when it's critical care. So you could sit at home without caring for an elderly parent who really doesn't. need it make about $75,000 to $90,000 a year. Now you add two parents. That's 180. Now you add your in-laws, 250. You continue to add this and you wonder, what are the services being provided? Where do I sign up? That's as the other, where do I sign up for this? So a lot of providers came and said fraud is occurring because we said we weren't going to rubber stamp this paperwork. So they went to other providers. Their home health care network saying, we'll make it worth your while. Well, sounds like a kickback to me.
Starting point is 01:08:16 So we really need to investigate the Medicaid system and how much it's increased since the Somalian population came and who really needs critical care because that's meant for our disabled, our elderly, and people who really need it, not to just live up our system. And that's what's happening in Ohio. I think it's ridiculous. I think it's despicable.
Starting point is 01:08:35 But authorities are now looking at it from the Attorney General's office to the U.S. Attorney's Office. I flagged them all because this is Ohio tax dollars and we have to take it seriously. I'm tired of people telling me, well, this is the way it's always been. It's subjective, and we can't really check. No, you can.
Starting point is 01:08:50 Audit America, audit Ohio now, and I'm pushing for that in every single state. You know, it's a really good point, and one that she makes here, um, this, this, when these things happen,
Starting point is 01:09:03 it's, you got a couple of victims. Not only are we as taxpayers victimized by this corruption. but we're also seeing that happen with the people who need it most. This all came out with the food stamps, the snap, and all that. You're talking about you're putting the most vulnerable. You're putting the most vulnerable amongst us at risk.
Starting point is 01:09:28 These people may not get the help and the care that they need because you've got people gaming the system. Because you've got people that are out there trying to in corruption trying to suck us dry all of this money now I think this might be a local news report out of Minnesota if so
Starting point is 01:09:59 this is this might be the first I've seen they're finally starting to cover it I started by visiting quality learning center daycare so it is that 14B which sits right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis between 2019 and it's a busted up door slash window with a board over the top and graffiti on it. Looks quality to me.
Starting point is 01:10:17 In 2020, the Minnesota Department of Human Services found 95 violations at this location. They range from failure to keep hazardous items away from children to no records for 16 children, which include things like immunizations, emergency contacts, and medical needs. So state investigators placed Quality Learning Center on a conditional license in 2022. I went to the daycare's location. several times and only once did I see people there. Oh, that's your daycare. But I did not see
Starting point is 01:10:48 any children. So there are 80 kids in there? No, no. No, no. After school? Okay, gotcha. All right, thank you. DHS declined. Sure. Sure. After school? Okay. But in a statement, acknowledged quality learning center was put on a conditional license because of its poor safety record. but it's still received nearly $8 million in taxpayers' money since 2019. That's incredible. That is incredible. It looks like this is eyewitness News 5 ABC who did this report. I just, just the tip of the iceberg.
Starting point is 01:11:31 We've been talking about this throughout the show, and I guarantee you're going to hear more and more about this. It's just another one of these. stories that you're finally starting the blueprint, starting to see it come the light here. This is how they've gotten away with it for years. They've gotten away with us for years. And the NGO, the whole game is starting the shell game, starting the crumble. And good.
Starting point is 01:12:02 And good. Justin at Justin Barclay.com is my email. You can shoot me. I'd love to hear from you during the program today. I fell in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program. Justin at Justin Barkley.com is the email. Well, what else is happening in some of these Democrat blue cities? I mentioned when we talk a mayor of Boca Raton earlier about some of the really bad things.
Starting point is 01:12:26 Mount Donnie and the DEI hires there and some of the really bad things that are coming for New Yorkers. Things are already happening. I think his approval ratings in the single digits, the mayor of Chicago, Shirek as they call it, Mayor Brandon Johnson. A cute stunt wants to name a taxpayer-funded snowplow abolish ice. He wants to put that on, I guess on the signage for the snowpull. Meanwhile, how many people were murdered over the Christmas weekend alone? In fact, every weekend. This isn't every, unfortunately, everyday thing in places like Shirek.
Starting point is 01:13:06 Quote, Abolish Ice. It's funny and it's clever. What are citizens saying both about naming the plow and about ISIS actions in the city? Reverend Al Sharpton. Well, you know, Reverend Al, you know, from the very beginning of this administration, I made a commitment to ensure that we protect working people. But really, you know, this was really about protecting our democracy. And, you know, when putting a sticker on a snowplow?
Starting point is 01:13:39 Oh, yeah. That's a resistance. right there, buddy. The Trump administration moved on, you know, the big, nasty bill. Now, I don't know if enough people actually realize this, but the amount of money that the ICE division of our government has received as a result of this administration is quite significant. In fact, there are only two other entities that have a larger budget than ICE. It's the United States military and it's China's military. And he has used it as a privatized force. to enact terror. So this is the problem. Law enforcement is the problem. Enforcing the law is the problem, not the criminals. That's where they get all this backwards.
Starting point is 01:14:23 By the way, this guy knows he's got folks, black, Hispanic, et cetera, showing up at these city council meetings. Absolutely. Just enraged with the fact that he won't allow President Trump to come in do the things that need to be done to restore law in order and peace in the city of Chicago. What's he doing? He's naming a plow truck. Abolish ice. I mean, I just, you can't make this stuff up.
Starting point is 01:14:59 At the same time, at least 28 people shot, I think six killed. Was that Christmas the last few days alone in Chicago? I believe that's ahead. Let me fact check that and I'll get back. It sounds about right, but let me fact check it and I'll get back to you on that. It's insane to see what is happening with the folks in some of these leftist cities. Folks, we'll get to that coming up in just a moment. Take a quick break.
Starting point is 01:15:32 It's Justin Barkley. We're back for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program. Teach your kids right. Shoot. You know, schools won't do it for you. This is Glenn Beck. If you're upgrading your window treatments, but don't want the hassle, Blinds.com is here to change the game.
Starting point is 01:16:06 They're already the only company that lets you shop for custom blinds and shades online, but then backs it up with a professional in-home measure and installation service. Do it yourself, or sit back and let Blinds.com handle everything. Either way, you have access to experts every step of the way. Blinds.com. They make custom window treatments easy and affordable. for everybody. Get the same quality and service that you'd get at other high-end stores, but at a fraction of the price. Samples are sent directly to your door, fast and free. Tanya and I compare colors and
Starting point is 01:16:34 textures and materials right from the comfort of our own home. All Blinds.com orders are backed by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They've been around for 29 years and have covered over 25 million windows, making them the number one online retailer of custom window treatments. Right now, blinds.com, they're giving you $50 off when you spend $500 or more. Just to use the promo code Glenn at checkout, limited time offer, rules and restrictions to apply. See blinds.com for details. We found that while the mayor of Chicago is busy putting stickers on snow plows, you know, to make people feel safer.
Starting point is 01:17:20 Stickers that say abolish ice. The mayor's town is being inundated by real violence. At least 28 shot. That was the number. We got Chicago Sun Times since the start of the holiday street. stretch Wednesday, December 24th through the 28th. Chicago sometimes. 28 shot 6 dead.
Starting point is 01:17:44 So the mayor and his cute little stunt, unfortunately backfiring in a big way for folks there in Chicago. And it's you hate to see it. Because every one of those numbers, you're talking about real people, no matter what they do or what they say, we're talking about real people. And this idiot, it's so unnecessary.
Starting point is 01:18:16 It's so needless. I mean, it's obvious. It's clear what needs to be done here. And anybody with a couple of brain cells would tell you. That's what we're watching. It's all part of the scam. Elon puts it this way, by the way. Well, we saw there, there's just a trans amount of money being sent to,
Starting point is 01:18:34 non-governmental organizations, but actually it's a, this by the way, is I think one of the biggest sources of fraud in the world is government-funded non-governmental organizations. This is a gigantic fraud loophole where the government can give money to an NGO and then that there are no controls over that NGO. So your money just, you basically, well, it's, it's flying. away in the way and that's the best way I can put it without saying things that I can't say it on the on the air here Justin Berkeley in for Glenn today on the Glenn program we continue by this is an old an old video but it's worth showing Tim Walls doubling down on bringing now we know why he's so in the bringing the Somalis in governor walls what what can you say about the latest on the Somali fraud that
Starting point is 01:19:31 happened under your watch sir governor have you been able to apologize yet to the people of Minnesota for allowing this Somali fraud to continue under your watch. It's the time to apologize. How about the whistleblowers that you have allegedly retaliated against? Would you like to respond to the whistleblowers? And right now our neighbors are being demonized, our neighbors are being paralyzed, our neighbors are being hit up off the streets. The antidote that is, is positive actions to improve lives that go against what they're trying to do. So instead of demonizing, the personal community we're going to be more welcome morin and welcome you with more money with
Starting point is 01:20:16 we are going to suck more money out of the taxpayers of this great country that's that's essentially what tim walls wants to do in and i think it's front lines a t p u s a thing that they they put out there I, uh, now, now this piece is starting to come again. I don't think it's ever been more obvious. Why they're doing it and exactly what they're doing. By the way, a guest coming up next hour, talk about this in his home state of Minnesota as he gears up for a run. A run for governor. We'll talk with Mike Lindell on the way.
Starting point is 01:20:55 And I, I'm sure he'll have a thing or two to say about this. and maybe even how it ties into the election issues. Now, have you seen Ilhan Omar she refuses to talk about it? She doesn't want to say. Apparently, her husband's firm, $30 million, quietly scrubbing names from the website as the squad member faces mounting questions on sudden wealth. I wonder what happened. How did she suddenly get so wealthy?
Starting point is 01:21:27 How did that possibly happen? I can't imagine. Any idea? No, no. It's just absolutely baffling to me. How did her and her husband get so wealthy there? Now, when I say husband, I don't mean her brother. That's the other one.
Starting point is 01:21:43 This is the new one, I think. I know it's so confusing. All of this is just so confusing. You've got to put the pieces together here. It's hard to keep up with on some of this. But her husband's venture capital firm, quietly scrubbing key officer details, including former Obama officials, as scrutiny grows. The New York Post writes over the family's skyrocketing wealth.
Starting point is 01:22:16 The Post has learned. Omar went from being nearly broke to worth up to $30 million in just a year. Well, I'm sure that was just luck. You know, a massive... up to $9 billion fraud scheme involving the Somali community and her district unfolding right under her nose. Nothing to see here, folks. Nothing to see here.
Starting point is 01:22:46 It's sparkly in for Beck today. We continue back with Mike Lindell after this on the Glenbeck program. Maybe never really uncovered a scene before, yet I believe it's happening in more and more places. The story, Nick, surely just, uncovered over the weekend in Minnesota. All of these fraudulent daycare situations
Starting point is 01:24:37 getting millions upon millions of dollars and taxpayer money and there are no kids. When they go knock on the doids, there's nobody to be found. It's the latest scam and I wonder if it ties in to elections as well. He's running for
Starting point is 01:24:53 governor in the state of Minnesota. We'll talk with our good friend, Mike Lindell, wants the pillow guy. Now, wants to be your governor from my pillow to my governor. That'd be a heck of a change. We'll talk to him right after this, Justin Berkeley and for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program. We are only a few weeks into winter and already brutal cold, huge snowstorms and of course power outages. Think about this. If the power goes out when it's really cold, do you have a way to keep yourself and your family
Starting point is 01:25:31 warm? Winter power outages can even be life-threatening. We learned this in Texas not too long ago. so many Americans are getting a Vesta off-grid heater from my Patriot supply. It's a space heater. It doesn't use electricity or propane. It runs on something called canned heat. And it's an indoor safe fuel. With Vesta, if you have it stashed in your closet, you know you can keep warm, keep your kids warm no matter what. And it even doubles as a stove to cook your food in case you have an electric cooktop. The best part is right now, you can get the Vesta and a bunch more preparedness gear as free gifts when you order the winter survival kit from My Patriot Supply. Go to MyPatriot Supply.com slash Glenn. See everything that's included. The offer is not
Starting point is 01:26:13 going to last long. So go to my patriot supply.com slash Glenn. Mypatriot supply.com slash Glenn. From my pillow to my governor. I think it has a nice ring to it. Mike Lindell joining us now on the Glennback program, Justin and for Glenn today. Mike, welcome and appreciate you being here with us. Well, thanks for having me on. Hey, it's a heck of a day to have you. I wanted to talk to you about your run for governor, and we got this massive story breaking over the weekend from Nick Shirley
Starting point is 01:26:50 and the governor's there, Tim Walls, trying to hide from it. But there's massive amounts of fraud millions upon millions of dollars, at least it appears, for daycare centers that are empty. Children here in your child care? Minnesota Child Care right here. It's from the state of Minnesota's website. we're just wondering where the children are. Where are the children?
Starting point is 01:27:13 Yeah, where are the children? It says you have 102 children here and you got $2.66 million this year in funding and $2.5 million last year. We're just wondering where the kids are. This is incredible. Eventually the woman closes the door slams the door on them. But Mike, it's incredible to watch this.
Starting point is 01:27:35 Well, it really is. And it's something everybody, can understand going, okay, you can't even argue your way out of this one. There's no kids. We've been dealing with this Somalia and with this fraud in Minnesota for a long time in, not just with children, with autism, with education, Medicaid, housing. It's one welfare thing after another, and they just scam it. And it's a scam, scam, scam. The New York Post reported on December 21st, just a week ago or whatever, they said, it looks like it could be as high as you're ready for this,
Starting point is 01:28:17 $9 billion with a B. Now that's half of Minnesota's $18 billion that came from the federal government funding over the last six years. That means that over half of it was stolen in these frauds and fraud schemes. And by the way, the country of Somalia, That's their whole national economy is around $9, $10 billion.
Starting point is 01:28:44 But what I really like is it's the silver lining here, it's exposing. This stuff's been going on all over the country with our welfare programs. And as we all know, and it's popping up now in Maine, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington State. So Nick's, but Nick and him getting in there right in there going. and door to door basically. And then there's one of them that was shut down, you guys. One of them was shut down for, or no, not shut down. They were warned.
Starting point is 01:29:19 They had all these violations. And I guess only then part of their license was taken away. So then they had no kids, but they were paid $7.8 million over that course when they were on kind of on probation. And what's easy to not get another violation if you don't have any kids. This is one that actually had kids, but there was so many violations, and they couldn't account for half the kids. But most of them have just no kids. And the one that I got a kind of a, I look at you, I go, you've got to be kidding me.
Starting point is 01:29:51 It says child learning center, and they took, they didn't have the end in there. It was Learing Center. They spelt it wrong. I mean, you can't make this stuff up. And in Minnesota, our politicians there, you either say was governor, was our, we, we, I believe we have the worst governor in history. I think he's so corrupt. I think he's evil.
Starting point is 01:30:12 And the stuff he's done, I could spend two hours on your show and we still wouldn't get to the list of what he's done to our state and blatantly to what, you know, like even back with the virus were. He called out the guard or whatever to shoot paintballs. People get him back in their house during the virus. And then he made, if you were in Thanksgiving, if you, had more than eight, I believe it was eight people in your house, your neighbor could turn you in and you get 90 days in jail.
Starting point is 01:30:43 Yeah, he had a hotline, didn't he? Yeah, you had a hotline. And at Christmas, at Christmas, we, Christmas he threw us a bone. We got to have 12 people. Thanks to him. And, you know, and this, and him and I went round and around for years that this guy, now put it this way, everybody, either he, let's just say he really didn't know. then you've got to be the most incompetent
Starting point is 01:31:07 governor in history. You should be fired immediately. You should step down. But what is he doing? He's doubling down. He's saying, oh, there's no problem here. Donald Trump's attacking us and coming after this nice Somalians that are in Minnesota. But we've got to get rid of our guns. Then he deflects to, we've got to get rid of our guns. We've got to get rid of trying to ban guns now in Minnesota, but he's something else. And, you know, this is all the Minnesota media, too.
Starting point is 01:31:40 You've got to put a lot of blame on that. They're, you know, here with this, what did next thing have a hundred million hits or something? It's just bizarre. And they can't hide it anymore because our Minnesota media, the Stirling the Star and Tribune, they just, they used to report stuff like this. They don't know. It's like they're protecting this. eruption that's going on right from our elections with the, you know, the Somalians.
Starting point is 01:32:07 There was a big problem in our election in 2020 in Minnesota. And it all starts there, of course. You know that with me. That's my next question, Mike, is, by the way, Mike Lindell will this right now, so, you know, my pill running for governor in Minnesota. How much of this ties into the election issue? Well, it all comes from our election. The stolen elections, which, by the way, we're making great progress there,
Starting point is 01:32:31 the president from the top town and my team's from the bottom up all of our country. Dallas counties go into paper ballots, hand counted for the primary. And that's one of the biggest counties in Texas. But yeah, it all comes back to the elections. I remember sitting up on the night of the 2020 election, or no, it's the date before, I think. And I got the president on the phone and I said, you know, there's been reporting in Minnesota here because, you know, we have that early voting of all these Somalians and they had video, they were caught on videotape and everything else. And of course,
Starting point is 01:33:07 that was a whole different from the theft and not with the machines, which I really focused on after that in the computers. But, you know, it's all tied into that. And then let's just say, here's another thing. Everybody, let's just say you don't believe that there's anything. Oh, our elections are all secure, which we're only, there's 132 countries that banned electronic voting machine. and we're not one of them.
Starting point is 01:33:30 But anyway, let's just assume that they're all secure. Well, then what you do then is you bring in what? You bring in 100,000 Somalis. How do you think that Elon Omar got elected? Everyone says, why would you guys elect Elon Omar in Minnesota? We didn't elect it. You know, there's 80,000 Somalians in her district, and then plus you coupled that with all the cheating that can go on.
Starting point is 01:33:56 And then remember, we have Keith Ellison. our attorney general is part of the Muslim Brotherhood. And you look at his checker pass. It's horrific. He's come after me for the last year and a half to shut down my foundation and my Lendale Recovery Network because the foundation is a perfect replacement for all these welfare platforms. Even if they are good, it's a replacement I've worked on for eight years going back before these elections. So when I'm governor, you put them in place.
Starting point is 01:34:27 It goes perfect with the private sector, and I believe it'll replace these things nationwide because all they do is they just people come dependent on them if they're even, if they're even used right. And then otherwise it just sits an open door for the biggest. They're calling it the biggest fraud scandal in American history, and they just touching the tip of the, the tip of the iceberg. Mike Lindell with my pillow, now running for governor here in Minnesota. The story is, it is explosive. We're going to hear more. I do believe we're just talking about tippy iceberg,
Starting point is 01:35:02 and I think we're going to see that this isn't about Somalia. It's probably not even fully about Minnesota. I think what we're seeing is a Democrat playbook, a blueprint of how the fraud and the corruption in the NGOs, as Elon's kind of pointed out with Doge and how they were able to find some of these things, that this is how they've been doing. So tell me, I mean, obviously, Mike,
Starting point is 01:35:25 we just talked about elections. we talked about this fraud, but I want to talk about the run for guys. She's got some good news in some of this as well. I want to a quick break if we can and come back to you and talk about those things. It's so important for us to stay encouraged, especially as things seem to be. So you look at a story like this and gosh, how corrupt is it? How bad is it? I mean, how do we ever cut this cancer up?
Starting point is 01:35:47 But there is some good news. Let's get to that. We come back. Quick break, 60 seconds, back on the Glenn Beck program, Justin Barkley, with Mike Lendell, back after this. Starting point is 01:37:11 and before to have been the things have not really changed. Negoti-tit-T D. You can't
Starting point is 01:37:17 to renew with your instinct of negotiation. With without operation gratuit, no amount of minimum and nocure
Starting point is 01:37:23 money- minimum and you're made for negotiate. and the appellee negotiate T-D and make it
Starting point is 01:37:28 telecharged it right now. We've got to get some of this good news then because otherwise you hear the headlines and you think
Starting point is 01:37:45 well it's hopeless it's helpless there's nothing to be done but at the end of the day I think that's part of the strategy make you feel like there is nothing that you can do that's just not the case
Starting point is 01:37:54 Mike's been in the fight tirelessly over the last several years been paying a price for numbers of ways that can't begin to mention and monetize give you a figure for it
Starting point is 01:38:05 but Mike You're starting to see the tide change in a lot of ways. And in fact, you're seeing that with some of these things that are getting exposed. But also, as you decided to run for governor, you must feel like you really got a shot and the people are ready. And you guys, let's just tell you the good positive news about our election platforms, because that's what I've worked the hardest on for five years. Like I said earlier, there is great progress there. President, if you guys can see through the news.
Starting point is 01:38:37 And I would suggest you follow my feed in any of the platforms, Gatter, Gab, Truth, X, Facebook, vocal. And we're always putting out what the president's going to put, he's pouring stuff out of the DOJ, like, I don't know, you should all be aware that Georgia now has admitted. There was 300,000 votes on account of it, you know, all the stuff we told. you five years ago is all true now and that just came out a week ago it's going to be a big
Starting point is 01:39:09 evidence stump of the 2020 election everyone says well why who cares Donald Trump's in power now everything is great no we need to secure our elections to get rid of the machines and go to paper ballots well we've got great progress we've got in Texas alone like I said five counties Dallas County is that there's going to be a perfect prototype to the country paper ballots hand counted no machines and and then you've got get in, let's go into Minnesota. Now, I think right now, you know, I waited until the other candidates, they all announced earlier this year. They've been campaigning for months, but I, in August, you know, I guess my wife and I started, we're praying about, I'm going, you know,
Starting point is 01:39:50 I don't think anyone else can get this done right. There's, there's so many things I know how to fix it, what, you know, what's wrong. And because I've been there, seen that, done it. And So as far as winning Minnesota, I really think the time is right now. I'm going to get a lot of pushback from Republicans going, Mike, this is our perfect time to win. Our traditional candidates and our establishment candidates can win because of all the bad things that Waltz has done. Well, you guys, I'm sorry, but I don't trust that that's going to happen with you guys. I think I'm a little bit of a marketer and the stuff that I was doing for the president that worked in the 2024 election. That's just to get elected, but I think the thing is being a CEO, you know, I've been through,
Starting point is 01:40:38 I've built businesses from scratch. Nobody ever handed me anything from the ground up mini-businesses, including the Lindell TV during these last five years of the attacks on my pillow. But then also to have a company under attack like my pillow was the most attack company in history, not only by our own government under Arctic Frost, but by lawfare with these machine companies and my own attorney general, like I said, Keith Ellison attacking my pillow, all too shut off my voice. Well, during that time, you had to go to each sector of my pillow and, hey, let's, you know,
Starting point is 01:41:13 move this over here. We have to stop this over here. Imagine a ship getting blown full of holes, but to guide that through. And I had to get to where my pillow was in a very safe place, secure. I care about my employees. And I wanted to make sure they were safe before I moved on to governor, because that's going to be a fight of all fights and getting in there and getting things changed, getting things gone.
Starting point is 01:41:38 You put all these people that did this in prison. You get rid of all the illegals immediately. You hold the leadership, whether they were in on it or not, if they belong in prison, I don't know. Well, I don't even know if Waltz will be there by that time. But you have programs that you could take anything like education, making the school safer. I have a perfect prototype for that.
Starting point is 01:42:00 You have all these welfare welfare programs, though, are what I was working on for 10 years. And this with the private sector involved. And this is, it's not really complex, but it actually works. We tried it in Detroit. I tried it in a hundred and some different countries to test it back then before I got involved with all this political stuff. And so I've got great solutions. And I think that, you know, I've been, when I came out of addiction in 2009, I spent millions of dollars downtown
Starting point is 01:42:37 Minneapolis when I, where I live down there with the teen challenges and the homeless and the, and the, the people in addiction and that mentally people are mental problems in the streets. And there's a program that Ben Carson had. He's a friend of mine back when he worked with the government in 2016 to 2020. And, and I have the blueprints to that program. So I really believe I have solutions to all these things and solutions that aren't going to change years. I think people want to see, you know, problem solution and here we want results. And this has proven results and it's going to work.
Starting point is 01:43:15 And I think everybody is ready in Minnesota. I mean, this is like perfect marketing for me. And when we're under a critical, like right now, you can go to Mikelindelgobb.com and help out. But right now, I have to get the, we have a primary in Minnesota and everybody wants the GLP blessing. And that's, I think a lot of my pushback will come from that going. Mike Wendell is a conspiracy theory, isn't he? You know, all he wants is to get rid of the voting machines.
Starting point is 01:43:45 And, well, there's a lot more to that than that's just the biggest problem we had in this country. But we're solving that. And then now, because everything comes from our elections. and if it goes past this next election, I don't think there's, you can ever get Minnesota back. I don't think our country, we're in a very critical time in history,
Starting point is 01:44:08 these midterm, it could be some of the, probably the most important midterm in history, but I think it's even beyond that. I think if once this isn't a thing of, we're not in a space anymore, oh, Republican, Democrats, Republican Democrat.
Starting point is 01:44:25 No, this is a new thing where the people have even woke up to even waken the people. And it's a new party of common sense. And we have to stay with that. It's Mike Lindell from my pillow now wants to be my governor. And listen, I love this. Mike, you can take that. I don't know if you want to use that or not, but it's yours. I can't wait to see what you do.
Starting point is 01:44:48 Minnesota needs you and so is the rest of the country. Well, thank you so much. And you guys, if you can help out, it's Mikelindelgob.com. I'm going to launch in January, something I was going to do with the president. It involves a marketing strategy. I just talked to him about it again yesterday. And we didn't have a chance to even use it, but it's going to be so amazing. And basically bring awareness to the people, educate the people.
Starting point is 01:45:16 People need to be educated on the problems and educated on the solutions, in spite of the media, trying to block everything for the devil. Democrats and the Uniparty. Mike Lindell, we'll get it up. And, of course, Mike, love to talk to you again when you get a little closer. Mikelindelgov.com. Back after this, Justin Barkley in for back today. This is Glenn Beck.
Starting point is 01:45:39 Relief factor loves hearing from pain-free customers and hopes that you will be their next person. And it all begins January 5th at glenbeck.com. Barkley in for back today on the Glenn Beck program and got some good news. In fact, I want to get to before we wrap things, put the bow on it all today. Like I said, there's a couple of things that are just still floating out there.
Starting point is 01:47:35 I want to make sure that I touch on. We did a lot on the Somali fraud today. I'm sure more will be coming out of the days ahead on that. We'll make sure that you hear about it. I'm in for Glenn tomorrow and Wednesday. And we have a couple of good guests and great shows planned. So we'd love to have you back here for those. Starting point is 01:48:12 Ryan, John, Gary, Levi for folks that have reached out today as well and a few others on the email. And at Mr. Justin Barclay over on Facebook, Twitter, X. Let's see. Basically all the places you can find me. At Justin Barclay.com. In fact, I'll be posting the stuff we talked about and what I call the stack little in on today. But first, let's do this. Because, as you know, the politicians are so fake and funny every time something like this presents itself.
Starting point is 01:48:45 Can't help but chuckle. You can't help but laugh because, again, does expose them. Here is Governor Gavin Newsom. Grusom Newsom, talking about how he and his wife have joyfully celebrated Kwanza. You know, because we're still kind of in that Christmas mode right now. I talked about, I talked about, I like Christmas. I don't like how it just sort of abruptly ends after Christmas Day. And I think I'm going to stick with the 12 days of Christmas.
Starting point is 01:49:18 And in fact, I think that would end on January 6th, the Feast of Epiphany is what they call it. I'm not Catholic, but I like that stretching it out. I like that celebration, like making it last a little bit longer. So I'm doing that this year. I'm going to continue to say Merry Christmas. Probably not going to catch me saying happy Kwanza or whatever they say. Happy New Year I can say. Happy Hanukkah I can say.
Starting point is 01:49:44 I'm fine with all those. Kwanza is just not real. It's been made up. And that's why it's so funny to see some of these folks get called out about it. In fact, here's Governor Gavin Newsom getting called out with some folks commenting. who celebrate. Happy Kwanza. This holiday was created to honor the rich history of the African American community and to invite all communities to come together, reflect on our past, its struggles and triumphs,
Starting point is 01:50:14 and look ahead to our shared future. Yeah, she says it. This, this holiday was created. It's not like a legitimate holiday. The seven principles of Kwanza offer guidance as to how we can make the future bright, reminding us to keep faith in ourselves and in each other. So as families across the country gather to light the Canara, we wish you all a joy. The light, the what? I don't. I don't even think they know
Starting point is 01:50:44 what they're talking about. I really don't know, and who knows what they're lighting, Gavin and his wife, I have no idea. Is that legal in California anyway? I think might be. But the best thing is to watch how people respond. It's one thing to hear them and to see. what they've, but it's a whole other thing. The kids call this the ratio.
Starting point is 01:51:11 Representative Sarah McBride, who goes by Congresswoman Sarah McBride over on X. You know the true story. That's a man, man. That's not, anyway. I won't
Starting point is 01:51:26 believe it that. I just tell you, so you understand you can get the context of what these comments are going to be. I'm wishing all in Delaware. Here's the post. I'm wishing all in Delaware who are celebrating the day. A blessed Kwanza. Cyntered on culture, family, and community.
Starting point is 01:51:52 May this time be one of reflection. Unity and a hope. You see this stuff and it just, it blows you away. Some of the responses, 100 proof over on excess. Brat. Coco's dad, fake holiday, J-W-F, Kwanza is a real holiday like you're a real female, bro. And then my favorite from Kyle Beckley,
Starting point is 01:52:27 who says, couldn't you just call both of the people in Delaware who celebrate it? It's dead. Yeah, couldn't you just call both of the people there celebrating Quanza Instead of Instead of posting about it You can't make us That's what they call the kids called the ratio
Starting point is 01:52:50 Which is the response That's where the kind of the truth logic and comments Since you have no You really have You just have the No way to avoid it It must you must be confronted by it And that's by speaking of which
Starting point is 01:53:08 I The truth about the this holiday is kind of funny because, again, I tried to remember, I don't remember this anything about this as a kid. I don't remember anybody talking about it, but you definitely see like the corporate types. You see the politicians talking about it. It's just not, it's none of it was real. It's all sort of a made up created thing. It's been wrapped in this sort of package of this glow of unity and African heritage. But the roots are really more tangled in deception, violence, and a man whose past reeks of hypocrisy more than anything else.
Starting point is 01:53:50 Kwanza is a seven-day made-up celebration from December, to 26th to January 1st. You're all discombobulated at that time anyway. They're trying to sort of pull you in every which direction. They tout it as a beacon of black empowerment. But let's expose what it really is. it wasn't born from ancient African traditions handed down through generation. No.
Starting point is 01:54:17 Now it goes all the way back to 1966. A man named Malama Karinga or Ron Everett. This is a real name. And so he was born Ron, Ronald, Aaron Parsenburg, Maryland back in 1941. Fresh off the Watts riots, co-founded the black national. Nationalist Group, U.S. Organization in 1965, and the very next year, he cooked up Kwanza, so-called Pan-African holiday modeled loosely on African First Roots harvest festivals. Now, those are real, but Kwanza is not.
Starting point is 01:54:58 He claimed it was to give African Americans an alternative to Christmas. So it's really anti-Christian, but most Marxists are in a lot of ways. now you're starting to see the reality of what we're really up against here what you're actually facing quonsa promotes seven principles we just talked about someone or or knew some of his wife dead unity self-determination collect all of that sounds great right noble but when you dig deeper you find this master teacher moala it means in swahili arabic the master teacher that's his name Malana, what he renamed himself. He was no saint.
Starting point is 01:55:46 Dig into the roots of who this guy actually was. And the irony drips thick here. Karenga preached empowerment, but in 1971, he was convicted of felony assault, torture, and false imprisonment. Crimes had landed him a one to ten-year sentence in a California prison. Who were the victims? Two black women from his own organization. Deborah Jones, also known as Gail Davis,
Starting point is 01:56:10 and another, subjected to unenestined. imaginable brutality because this man paranoidly believed they were plotting to poison him, fueled, some say, by police pressure and his own drug use. Now, picture this whore. These women were stripped naked, whipped with electrical cords, beaten with karate batons, burned with a hot soldering iron, pressed into one's mouth and against her face, and had a toe crushed in a vice. forced fed detergent while horses or excuse me the hoses ran water down their throats according to the reports I'm reading bashed over the head with toasters the man who created this holiday his associates did it all in inglewood in his home in california
Starting point is 01:57:02 all while he denied involvement and cried political persecution he served about four years before parole in 1975, emerging to later earned doctorates and teach African studies. Again, where do you go when you fail in all these other places? That's academia. As if a prison stint could wash away
Starting point is 01:57:22 any of that blood. Yet Kwanza endures, celebrated by millions, who might not know, or maybe choose to ignore the dark underbelly. And this man, all the while mutilating black women, police, I guess, accused him of being a
Starting point is 01:57:44 police informant. He's never fully atoned. And the holiday, it's fabricated. It's phony as much as Sarah McBride is. According to the poster. It's not an ancient right. It's made up.
Starting point is 01:58:07 Peddle his cultural revival. Its creator's hands are stained with the very violence he claimed to fight against. So next time you light the Canara, I guess that's the candle that Newsom was talking about. Just remember. And remember who Newsom is honoring
Starting point is 01:58:24 in this whole thing. The roots of Kwanza aren't in Africa's soil. The buried in the shadows of a convict's twisted vision. The truth sets you free, folks. But only if you dare, take a look.
Starting point is 01:58:41 More truth, logic, and common sense. Up next. Barclay and for back today on the Glenn Beck program. The wise man wants said, trust in God and always keep watch on the gate. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a solid plan to me. This is Glenn Beck. The older I get, the more I think about trust. I think about the people in my life who have my trust and earned my trust. And the trust that I have
Starting point is 01:59:25 placed in some people who I later learned abused that trust. I know we're alike in that way. We don't trust a lot of people anymore. It's like we're all Ronald Reagan trust, but always verify, to make sure we're not making a mistake. I find it a little exhausting, quite honestly, and that's why I started real estate agents, I trust.com. I didn't have good experiences with buying and selling my homes. So we built real estate agents I trust to introduce you to one of the thousands of agents all over the country that we work with
Starting point is 01:59:52 that we have verified that they will help you have the most successful and good real estate transaction possible. Our network agents share our sensibilities, have great track records, are good and decent people, and I trust them to help you with your real estate needs. So whether you're moving across town or across the country, visit real estate agents, itrust.com.
Starting point is 02:00:13 The name says it all, real estate agents, I trust.com. All right, I don't know if this is real. And I don't have to preface it by saying that, but there's a guy on TikTok who did a video, conservative immigrant.
Starting point is 02:00:36 Apparently, he called one of those fake Somali daycare centers and that was exposed by Nick Shirley and the folks. and it turns out the number. So guys, this is absolutely mind-blowing. Goes someplace familiar. Watching the most recent video by Nick Shirley exposing these daycare centers.
Starting point is 02:00:55 Now, they're going daycare to daycare, and the next one that they go to is called Sweet Angels, sweet angel childcare. This is where they show up to. And this is the business right here. Now, he's pulled it up on Google. It looks like a Google Maps,
Starting point is 02:01:09 and he's calling the number. This is what you hear when he calls. Oh, My God. Thank you for calling Tim Wall's office. Just wait for it. Thank you for contacting the office of Governor Tim Wall. Again.
Starting point is 02:01:29 I don't know. Yeah, I don't know if it's real or not, but it, nothing would surprise me these days, if that's the case. You just, you cannot, you cannot make this stuff up. All right. Now, I told you I got good news. Only got a little bit of time to share it with you tonight. But this happened in New York Islanders game the other day. 104-year-old World War II veteran, Dominic Critelli, performing the national anthem.
Starting point is 02:02:03 That sergeant, Dominic Crotelli. You can hear the crowd go wild for him. He's got, I think this is some sort of Reed, Woodwind instrument. And here he goes. We'll give you as much of this as we can as a crowd. Just loved it. 104 years old, Stan Sergeant Dominic, God bless you, sir, and God bless America.
