Julie Kelly will be joining us coming up in the program second hour this morning. But let me start with yesterday. It is Justin in Barclay and for Glendon today on the Glenn Beck program. From the beautiful state of Michigan, heard on Woodrad. And there's radio with 1,3069 FM in Grand Rapids and in Detroit on the brand new news talk super station 910 a.m. Last night on CNN, she was out in full force, this radical secretary of state from Maine. Just so you know, what happened in a just a short amount of time. time yesterday. As we had heard previously, Colorado, their Supreme Court had come out and said,

yes, we believe Trump should be off the ballot here. And then yesterday, in a surprise swing after Republicans in Colorado asked the Supreme Court to take this up, they were going to challenge it. After that happened, the Secretary of State in Colorado came out and said, well, you know, we're going to air on the side of caution. We're going to allow him to be on the ballot. unless the Supreme Court says otherwise. So that came out yesterday, a piece of good news, right? But then. But wait, there's more.

Yeah, but then, sort of unexpectedly in a twist of the circus. Another clownness, radical secretary of state from Maine comes out. And yeah, she says, oh, my beer. I'm going to outdo the one in Colorado. And here she is trying to justify and explain why a secretary of state believes she has the right to deny the will of the people or the chance for the people to even have their voices heard. Again, I am so mindful. And I said this in my decision that it is. So condescending.

I said it in my decision. I'm so mindful. Oh, these people are so full of themselves. But listen, that might be their downfall. Don't get upset. Don't get freaked out. Don't panic. We're not there yet.

We're just watching this unfold. Now, there are some things we do need to consider, and we'll talk about that coming out. But just go with me on this. Take a little bit of joy in knowing that it is sheer chaos and pandemonium inside the radical left, the Democrat Party right now. Because she's mindful. Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision, that it is unprecedented. No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. She is reading from a prepared set of notes, by the way.

Something I could tell you watching. But she's just now she's almost giddy in the fact she gets to be the first to do it. now you wonder why Madam Secretary nobody's done that before why do you think that is because it's illegal there's no basis in law

for anything that she's doing that doesn't matter you know the left you know how they operate you know how this is going to play out at least you should by now if you're paying attention to any portion of this

you know how this is all going to go she doesn't care about the law. None of them have ever cared about the law. They don't care about what's right. They don't care about justice. I mean, you want to illustrate this point. There is nothing better to illustrate. They don't care about the causes and the people they claim to care about.

Then watching what happened last week, when Christians in Nigeria, that is Africa for those folks playing along. Listen, let me just give you the. explanation of what a Christians were massacred in Nigeria by Muslims last week, and guess what? Not a bit of coverage on this, not a peep from any of these people that say they care about humans. Oh, and black lives matter? What about those black lives? The folks on the left only care about one thing and one thing only. That's power. It's control. It is about progressing their agenda, and that is their grasp on power. their grip on it and control over you.

The little people, they don't care. They don't care about the causes. They don't care about you. It's all a charade. It's all, and we're, by the way, getting a front row seat to it all right now. I'm just very mindful that I had to do something that's unprecedented. But no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection.

And in fact, this one hasn't either, which is wild because, you know, what's also interesting, Miss Sheena Bellows, I think is her name. Madam Secretary, there has been no court to rule that yet. I'll put the asterisk on it yet. Because it is a very good, in fact, this is part of why if there is so many people on the left right now that are just pulling their hair out, is it. as much as you think they might be celebrating what she's doing. There are people within the Democrat Party who know. They know what time it is. And they've got a full plan and a strategy worked out and she's going against it.

She's bucking it. Don't doubt me on this. She is stepping out and bucking the plan. And there are people that are going to start coming for her. This is going to get reversed at some point because she is getting way too ahead of herself. In fact, she's going too far and too soon. In my estimation, but they just can't help it. They can't handle themselves. They just lose control because you know what? Moby knew. Mumbai knew how to clue who Sheena Bellas was a few days back. Well, she had a fail run for Senate there in Maine, did not, uh,

Although the people, they squarely rejected her. She had a fail run for Senate in Maine. She is a nobody, a no one. And guess what? That's the way she was going to stay before she stepped out. Each one of these people is trigger happy. They're itching right now to get out there and be the one to take Trump down. Can you imagine the accolades?

What might come if they are the ones? one that can slay the giant. That's what she's doing. That's what this is all about. That's why she's come out doing what she does. That's why you're seeing this right now. And there are people in the Democrat Party that are happy. There are folks on the left that they don't care.

Trump deranged Smith syndrome. Any bad news for Trump, they're excited that there are smart people. There are strategists. There are tacticians. There are people that are behind the scenes who pull the strings. The Obama's. People in that camp. The people that are telling Basement Joe,

saying do every time they prop him up and send him out like weekend at biden's that's those are the people that are upset right now because they're saying what are you doing why do you think the secretary estate in colorado came out and backed off kicking trump off the ballot why do you think that happened they don't do anything that's not smart and calculated and and in fully thought out and and whatnot they don't they don't they really usually don't they take their time on this still why do you think she came out and did that because the folks in colorado the republicans there have played it very very smartly they they have they have uh calculated so at first you know look if if that's the way it's going to be if you're going to kick him off supreme court we're going to do a caucus instead of a

primary that'll be that that'll solve that then they said well you know what now we're going to take this to the supreme court we're going to challenge this we're going to do that and so then knowing that the supreme court would have to chime in at some point on this and probably pretty quickly, rather soon, because we've got primary starting in days. Did you see California rule just yesterday? The California said they're going to keep Trump on it. California, of all places. And you know what kind of wacky nut jobs they?

I know, I know you're some good people in the People's Republic of California. But you know that there are, they have their, I mean, they are the leader in the country in fruits and nuts. and there's a reason for that. But you understand. The folks in California came out and said, oh, you can be, you can be on the, you can be on the ballot.

It's okay. It's all right. So why all of a sudden does this gal from Maine decide she's going to jump the gun go rogue? As I just told you, there are people behind the scenes pulling their hair out right now. Why did, why would she do it?

Because you're going to see more and more of this. There are people that will, just will not be able to control themselves. And that is an advantage. That is a good thing because they've done as much as the Republicans don't seem to have. I mean, it's a make no mistake. Folks on the right don't seem to have it all together at times as well, many, many times. In fact, far too more than I'd like to even admit.

But it's true. The people on the left have lost it. And been disqualified under Section 3 of the 14. There she is. Somebody's been disqualified. Nobody's been disqualified yet. And by the way, this thing she's doing is completely illegal. So there's going to be more about this in the coming days.

So here you have it. By the way, there's a timeline on all of this. Main Secretary of State NBCN this is the headline. Top election official rules Trump ineligible for 2024 primary ballot. Now, in Michigan, just days before the state where I'm at, the Supreme Court, there's a lawsuit filed

by a crazy wild leftist activist wants Trump off the ballot in the primary. The Supreme Court said, no, no, no, we're not going through with that. This is the Michigan State Supreme Court. And by the way, a left-leaning Democrat favored court. They said, no, we're not going to do that. Now, the activist and the court even left it up. So this is just a primary. happens down the road see even the the the supreme court can't necessarily well they could

weigh and i guess it could get involved right now but without a conviction without a court somewhere somehow there's a conviction that this is a fact now a legal fact that he is guilty of insurrection which don't even get me started how can you be insurrect against the government when you are the government i mean he's the government at the time they're claiming that he was involved in insurrection. That won't matter. Facts, you know these people. Facts don't matter.

Truth. Logic, common sense. Don't let it all get in the way. Facts don't matter. So this is this this is all, this is why they're upset because there's a timeline

to this. They don't want him off these ballots in the primary. They want Trump on the primary ballots. And there's a reason for that. Many say the reason is they want him on the primary ballot. They want him as the Republican frontrunner because there are a lot of people that believe the situation here is that Trump in his base. It's the polling I just saw yesterday, even more so. But every time it was charged with something, he got more and more popular.

Every time Trump was charged or there was some phony charged, something that was. cooked up against him every single time he got more and more popular and democrats like this because they want him they believe they can damage him enough in fact they believe they can take him out altogether but they can prop him up as the primary way he i mean look how far it is it's not even close you look at some of these others and of course we've still got iowa and we've got all these other states and things are going to start heating up here shortly but it's a polling appears right now. And some of these polls, they could be, if this again, let me put the disclaimer, if they are to believe, because it's a poll again. But these polls are, could be, could be propping

up Trump, could be a push in order to get him, get folks to be confident enough to go out and vote for him. That could be part of this operation as well. This is what people are saying. So I'm telling you, just giving you the details on this. The idea is that he would be the, he would be the Republican nominee and then they'd be able to take him out in the general because they think again and there there there there's reason for some of this by the way okay uh you're watching it happen right now they are right now my orleans the rest of them are down at the border they're trying to negotiate and get a deal done and they want to close that thing down a little bit you've seen gas prices start to come down they're going to start telling you every day and in every way on all the mass

media mainstream channels they're going to be telling you that economy's not that bad interest rates are going down, things are looking up. Look at Biden. He's gotten us out of this mess. They're going to tell you that over and over and over and over and over again. And you tell a lie enough times, and, you know, people start to believe it. That's what they're banking on. And they believe that they might be able, Biden still might be able to pull it off against Trump. But if he doesn't, they got a plan B team lined up. They've got plan B ready to go. Switch him out, throw a fresh face, gruesome Gavin Newsome in there. Maybe the Wolverine Queen Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan.

Who knows? It doesn't matter where the face is. Because it's really about the people, the system, the people pulling the strings behind the scenes. The ones who are orchestrating the destruction, the chaos, the insanity. So that's that, who am I talking? I'm talking about all the Obama holdovers, all the people that were in his administration and now in Biden's. There's a reason Obama never left D.C. when Trump was president. You remember, the first president ever got a, you know, got a home there in D.C. Stick around.

Wanted to see what was going on. Wanted to be a part of the action. Here's the subhead from NBC. The decision by Maine's Democratic Secretary of State likely to fuel similar efforts in other states after Colorado's top court disqualified Trump from its ballot. So they're saying they hope this is something that picks up steam. But wait a minute. where Democrats behind the scene this is don't get off the timeline here.

We want him to be the primary winner. We want him to be the nominee. We don't want to really get him off the ballot or cause any issues until later on. And it doesn't matter whether they really pull him off ballots or not. That's not really what they're trying to do here. It's all about causing chaos, muddying the name. They want to affect and impact those independent voters who go,

Trump. Oh, I don't. I don't know about that guy. I just want all the chaos and noise to stop. Just make it stop. Make it all go away. Well, here's the news. It never will.

More Glenn Beck in a moment. I love this noise. nonsense, all the chaos, some by radical leftists. This one, Secretary of State in Maine. Is it all for nothing? Well, I just went through the full story. She goes on MSNBC. She goes on CNN.

She goes on all these different cable news networks to brag about what she's done and how she's going to suspend Trump from the ballot in Maine. And then, thanks to one of the crack folks here, Lance back in the headquarters in Dallas says, did you see this out of red state? They've got this article where they show she in her notice and she had written this

down. She's suspended immediately suspended her decision. You can't make this. Why are you going on all these? And nobody's reported this either. She says she's immediately suspended the decision and this is based on

well, you know, there might be more for us to consider here. I will suspend the effect of my decision until the Superior Court rules on any appeal. And then she goes on to tell because the main court might have to weigh in on this.

And then, of course, the Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, which is given the compressed time frame, the novel constitutional questions involved, the importance of this case in pending ballot preparation deadlines, I will suspend the effect. So just like in Colorado. So some, either, two things happen. Somebody got a hold of her.

Wait, wait, wait, wait a second. You got to slow your roll here, Missy. You're messing with her timeline. Or there was another situation where she just said, well, I'm going to get a little, I'm going to get a little PR publicity out of this and let it ride. Either way, this is what you're dealing with. Radical, wacky, kooky folks on the left who don't care about what they say they care about. They don't care about you.

they don't care about democracy. We're defending democracy. The guy who's attacking democracy is the one we're going to take off the ballot. That's what that's... There are 13 states that want to do this. They say they're looking at doing this. And this is all in the guise of the chaos and the circus leading up to all this. The question that I have to ask, and I think we'll ask coming up next hour.

We talk to Julie Kelly is, you know, what did they get? What are the chances they're going to? and get that insurrection conviction or something along those lines. I haven't been charged with you, but what are the chances that that happens? Well, the chances that they do get what they want. And all of this as it pertains to the election interference. Make no mistake, folks. That's what this is.

Election interference. Call it what it is in the 2024 election. What are the chances that that happens here? And then what is the plan? What is the plan? What do we do moving forward? We just hope and pray that people see through it all. Good questions.

Look, I want to go actually to some good news here because I think you deserve some good news. In fact, there are some bright shining moments. Earlier, I told you, all of this is designed to make you feel hopeless and helpless. You can't do anything. The chaos is everywhere and there's nothing you can do. So just sit back and take it. That's what it's all designed to do and make you angry. of course, I'm not an angry person.

I have been accused, I guess, by some of the folks in the left and weirdos. I couldn't be happier. I am concerned. And I hate to see what's happening in our country, but I know the answer is within all of us. In fact, that's the way the founders set this whole thing up. You and I are, we're intended to be the ones who hold off the hordes of leftists. The people that Khamis, the Marxists,

the people that want to destroy this country, the enemies, and our way of life. And we're the ones who have to hold our government responsible. In fact, there are people all across the country doing that just now. In fact, I want to introduce you to three of them who are fighting back in ways that I think you and I could probably do too. It's not always easy, but it is simple. and the solution, as I said, is closer to home than it is in the swamp. So let's start. Let's see.

Okay, so I got to ask you about that since we have you on the phone from the great state of Maine. What do you make of all this? Because I know Maine's kind of an interesting state. It's a mixed bag there in a lot of ways. But what would you, what do you make of this nonsense for her? Well, Maine's, it's kind of a diverse state. And along the I-95 corridor, southern Maine is all liberal. And it starts at, I literally exit 52.

north of that is all, you know, blue collar. People are just in an uproar about this. It's all over Facebook, and people are just really fed up about what's going on. Ms. Bellows really is out of touch with what's happening and see that for what it is. Any truth that she has, well, I know she has further political aspirations. Any truth that she wants to run for governor? I don't believe so. She tried to run for, I believe, Senator.

She got, you know, she got handed pretty badly on. on that. I don't believe she, you know, do very well in that at all. I haven't heard anything about it. All right. And before we get into the meat and potatoes and what we're going to talk about today and why I had you on the good news. Say, can you say lobster for me real quick? Lobster. Lobster. I love it. I love it. I love it. Spelled L-O-B-S-E-A-H, by the way. Here you go. I love it. So now we know, you really are from Maine. So, Matt, tell me what's going on in your state and because you're in an you're in an interesting situation there

people across the country find themselves in a very similar spot and they've found ways to fight back and it sounds like you are too yeah i mean uh the state of maine is in a pretty you know a precarious situation with you know these chinese companies and establishments coming in buying up properties our situation is they're buying up homes growing establishments and they're all China-based. You go to the council members and they say, oh, it's not a big deal. You cite sources and they say, oh, that's not a legitimate news organization. So they're always trying to discredit you as asking questions.

And that's where we're at. And you can't get any transparency through your government, local, state, or federal, the issues that we're looking at. So we've really stepped it up and tried to find out hold people accountable, transparency-wise with, you know, what we're looking at from our town, and we have several of these houses in our town, and it kind of follows the I-95 corridor right up through the state. There's about 300 of them in there. The main wire has been doing a great investigative job on this. They're wonderful doing it. We've seen this here in Michigan where the Chinese Communist Party

linked battery company wants to put in a plant here, where they will make these electric batteries and of course the citizens here have stood up, they've fought back. They've actually won some battles, just the fact that people are getting involved, I think, is a win. But they've won some battle. The war's not over. China. But they have won some battles. And this is not very – so what are you guys facing again?

What is it exactly? Is it farmland or is it – are they trying to put a battery plan or a factory or something like that in where you are? No, marijuana has been a major bull. booming industry and the Chinese are buying up all these residential homes and converting them into illegal growth. And there's over 300 of them that the Chinese have bought in Maine. Wow. And to go in and say what's going on with that piece of property, you just met with resistance

or I don't know or, you know, that's fake news or something like that. They're all chasing back and you can find out who owns them and they're all Chinese-based companies in Maine. Is Hunter Biden involved in this at all, I have to ask? He knows. I mean, he could be. I don't know. He's probably over there hanging out with them as well.

Come on, man. You know, this is a very serious subject. These are illegal, so there's crime involved in this. There could be violence involved in this, obviously. But any time you've got the Chinese Communist Party involved or any foreign entity involved in coming up and buying up, either farmland or properties, homes in this case there's a lot of concern national security concern there obviously

crime obviously issues with the things that could be going on there but there are all sorts of things that I think the thing that this shines a light on the most is that you know the people whether it be folks there in Maine or in Michigan or across

the country they're finding out that they just can't trust their elected officials whether they're the people in D.C. or their state capital, even closer to home in these townships. A lot of these people have just sold them down a river, and they're not paying attention until now. No, no, at all.

No, at all. Yeah, if they're being forced to now, now their arm is being twisted a little bit. Because these are, look, these are small-town America stories. This is what's happening in places all the consequences.

They may be small towns, but these are big victories. People are rising up. What would you say to folks who are listening today to give them a little bit of inspirations? We added to the new year. As far as Michigan goes, they've helped us out a lot in Maine. Hold your town councils accountable. They can be replaced. Every election has consequences, period, full stop.

Some of these are within 1,200 feet. What is the response been from people there in Illinois? Well, basically, we don't want it in our town. The people have come together, and we have fought back fierce. We have created a website. We take donations. Trump and the status on the ballots in places like Maine, Colorado, Michigan, even all across, I think 13 states at all, threatening to take him off the ballot. Because you know that's democracy. The fight continues what is coming next. And, of course, in some of those court cases that President Trump is facing, Julie Kelly joins us coming up to discuss.

He's been following it all along with the latest in January 6th, the folks who are still dealing with all of the things they're dealing with in the injustice system. Go through the list of what happened yesterday again, just so you know. Colorado came out, the Secretary of State there after seeing, you know, the Supreme. court there saying that they were going to kick Trump off the ballot. Then the Colorado Secretary of State said, no, we're just going to let the Supreme Court

decide on this. He'll be on the ballot unless they say different. Yesterday, we get your story about the Secretary of State from Maine. The maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellos, who's come out and said, we're going to boot Trump off the ballot here. She goes on CNN. She goes on MS. DNC. I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision, that it is unprecedented. No secretary of state has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section

3 of the 14th Amendment. But it looks like she's not going to do it either. Now, that's a story. We've heard this story this is going to happen. It's going to happen today. I'm not hearing this report anywhere. She's in her order, I don't know, you can't call it order, but in her statement, she said she's suspending that decision immediately, in her words, she says, until the Superior Court or the Supreme Court or somebody else weighs it. So what the heck is going on here? Because it's going to keep this circus straight. These monkeys are out of control.

I got to tell you. You know, like I said, trying to make sense of it all is a full-time job. Thankfully, we have Julie Kelly for some of that. Julie Kelly joining us now. I know she's been staying up on the latest of press. President Trump and some of the charges that he's facing to January 6 folks that are locked up as we speak now as well. And this story as well, Julie, I appreciate you joining us today on the Glenn Beck program. Hey, Justin, thanks so much for having me on.

Absolutely. So did I get this right? I mean, did she make a much ado about nothing essentially? She's suspending this thing? That's what it sounds like. I mean, never, first of all, never trust an uptalker. she talks like a 14 year old girl so that alone is disqualifying you're so right this is this is the same sort of narrative optics imagery you know sound bites that we've all been tormented by for almost now three years yeah but look what the colorado supreme court did and now the main secretary of state what they're doing is filling a void a vacuum of news because the january January 6th trial of Donald Trump is now basically on hold. So too is the classified documents trial

in Southern Florida. We are supposed to be inundated with news right now about jury proceedings and motions being filed about witnesses and exhibit lists and et cetera, et cetera. None of that is really happening because it's on hold pending the appeal of Judge Chudkin's immunity, denying Trump immunity in this matter in Washington, D.C. So naive Democrat operatives. stepping up to fill the void, the vacuum of news created by the suspension of both of these trials so far. And look, I think most Americans have caught on to this, that this is purely outside of the boundaries, obviously the law, but also outside the law, outside of the boundaries of normal American politics. And I'm sure, I know our side finds it offensive, but I'm sure a lot of independents do as well. but this is not a healthy political party, the Democrats, and it certainly speaks to their fear that Donald Trump could be Joe Biden next year.

You know, that is interesting. And I have to ask you, because you are somebody who has made some points before, you said that they are, and I believe this is true, because the left is not about, they don't care about the law. they don't care about any of these. They arrested Trump. They arrested Bannon. They arrested Flynn. They arrested Giuliani, Navarro, Roger Stone, all of them. They're trying to get Trump off the ballot.

They changed the voting laws, trying to make all of these things happen. They work with big tech behind the scenes. All of these things happening. And they're calling Trump and folks who are conservative. I don't even know if it's conservative anymore, just people of common sense and attached to reality. And while connected to it, they're saying that we, are the threat to democracy, which is a wild to me, but they will stop at nothing.

To your point, you've said before you think, you're only going to arrest him, but they're going to throw him in. Do you think, because essentially what all of this hinges on is a sort of charge for insurrection and eventually a conviction, do you think they're going to get that? Well, look, the four counts in Jack Smith's January 6th related indictment, of course, none of them are for insurrection or even seditious conspiracy. yet. I will add that qualifier yet. Right, right. Jack Smith has a mess on his hands, not only because the trial date now, March 4th trial date is in jeopardy. Very unlikely that is going to actually start on March 4th because of this

immunity appeal moving forward. But Justin, two of the four counts in that indictment are now before the Supreme Court. The legitimacy of obstruction of an official proceeding, this 1512 C2 that I've written about extensively, really started writing in March of 2021. And then another conspiracy count related to obstruction. Half of his indictment now is in real jeopardy as the Supreme Court is going to finally review how the Department of Justice and at least 15 D.C. judges have weaponized that statute against more than 300 January 6th defendants, including Donald Trump. So his indictment there is in real trouble.

Now, what I sort of suspect, Justin, is that some of this theatrics from the Colorado Supreme Court and now it is Maine in other areas is to give Jack Smith some juice to seek what's called the superseding indictment against Donald Trump, finally indicting the six unindicted co-conspirators bringing something like seditious conspiracy charges against Donald Trump. I would not be surprised. I've predicted this for a while. It hasn't happened yet. But now with half of his indictment in jeopardy, now with, you know, he can go to a grand jury and bring what the Colorado Supreme Court ruled, even though it's on hold, or, you know, certainly the main secretary of state. And add some, you know, bogus, but it doesn't matter in front of a D.C. grand jury,

same people who would be on a D.C. regular jury, all Democrats. and seek a superseding indictment and really continue to escalate this thing through 2024. I would not put a past Jack Smith, the Department of Justice, or certainly, you know, Judge Chuck can allowing something like that to happen in her courtroom. So certainly they have a timeline. And whether or not they get convictions or whether or not any of this plays out, some of it, that doesn't really even matter because what they're trying to do is muddy the water enough as they can when it comes to the general that this would affect it. But what, you know, I guess when I look at these things, I have to kind of look at all the possibilities. We're doing predictions of the last few days here. We had, oh, Catherine Harage on Meet the Press the other day.

It came out, or was it? No, it was the CBS show. She came out and said, defaced the nation. She said, well, we've got a black swan event. It may be coming in 2024. I think we've been living in one for the last. last few years it's been ongoing. But I just thought, well, let's, okay, let's open up the phones and hear from the people.

And I'm going to do that here in a little bit if you want to call in AAA 727 back. But Julie, I want to get your prediction for 2024. If you have something that you think stands out the most, certainly we've been hearing partially how you think some of this could play out. But if you, there's something that's just in your gut that you feel strongly about, 2024, what do we have to look forward to? It could be about this or it could be about something. altogether different.

If you can hold on the line, I'm going to give folks a chance with it. I want you to think about that. Chew that up a little bit, and we'll come back and get your prediction for 2024 after this. Sound good? It is. Certainly we are unprecedented times, the new norm. I hate all of that, too, but there is no denying that we are in some, certainly some interesting and some wild times here.

What do you see coming in the next year in 2024? We had some good ones over the last couple of days. But Julie Kelly joining us right now. I know that you've got your ear to the wire, ear to the ground on a lot of this stuff. You are paying more and closer attention than a lot of people are. Julie underscore Kelly, two on her. But what are you seeing?

What is your prediction? Look into that crystal ball. What do you see coming, your gut tells you about 2020? I think you are going to see a more rapid unraveling of the January 6th narrative. This is, as we know, the key, you know, the animating campaign issue for Democrats and for Joe Biden because, of course, it extends out to what you just said, the bogus claims that Trump supporters or the right poses some dangerous threat to the country.

So everything is going to be tied to January 6th. In the meantime, Justin, you have things happening at the Supreme Court, not just the possibility that the Supreme Court will come back, perhaps even unanimously, and unleash a well-deserved over, long-deserved thrashing of the Department of Justice and the entire D.C. court system for allowing these individuals to be prosecuted for obstruction, be held in pretrial detention on that charge, and then sentenced to excessive prison time. That is just one aspect. Obviously, the Supreme Court will come down in a ruling on presidential immunity that will be a landmark decision that will set, you know, the course for this country, whether former presidents can be criminally prosecuted for things that they did while they were in office.

That will be a landmark ruling as well, and of course related to January 6th. Is it okay for a president? As we know, every president has done if they've lost to the opposing party, look at claims of voting fraud or try to shore up what was the most unstable election in American history 2020. So that is going to be related to January 6th also. But there are also things, Steve Bannon, obviously his conviction for contempt of Congress now is before the appellate court. They're considering that if they uphold his conviction, that will go to the Supreme Court. The use of terror enhancements at sentencing for January 6 defendants also will be before the Supreme Court. So now you have these convictions and what the courts have been doing to January 6 defendants,

finally making its way to the Supreme Court. And they will decide whether this has been overall a lawful criminal prosecution, which it has not, or so outside the bounds of what statutes and sentencing guidance were supposed to do, that they have abused their power, not just the DOJ, but these judges on both the district level and circuit court level as well. we could have a huge upheaval, especially if the Supreme Court comes back and reverses DOJ on this 1512 C2. There have to be calls for mass resignations and retirement at the Department of Justice and court system if that is the case. Also in Congress, I really truly believe that Representative Barry Loudermilk, who with Speaker Mike Johnson's consent, is slowly doing this rolling production of a security video from January 6th.

I also believe that he is going to accelerate his own investigation, not just into January 6th, but the committee for destroying and concealing evidence that they produced during their quote-unquote investigation. So that is my prediction for 2024, aside from all the other law that's going on, what's happening with Jack Smith. And that's why they're so desperate to nail down the insurrection narrative because they see it unraveling in the court system. They see it unraveling in the media. They see it unraveling in Congress.

Justin, you know this is a big issue for the base, for the Republican base. They want accountability for what's happened to now more than 1,200 Americans charge for January 6th with newer rest announced every day practically. And certainly what's happened to Donald Trump and some of his associates. So I think this is why they're scrambling to kind of piece this back together and sustain it because it's completely collapsing in the public square everywhere except on the far left and, you know, cable news like MSNBC and CNN. What about some of these folks that being held? Do you think these folks, the January 6th of folks that are being held in some of the worst conditions? I saw Congressman Louis Gomer talking about this the other day saying, you know, we, and he was a judge at one point saying, you know, we don't hold. We don't punish people.

I mean, the guy that stabbed two teenagers in New York City the other day, Grand Central Station has been released. These criminals, real violent criminals are running the streets in cities all across this country. And they got people locked up awaiting trial who were just walking around the grounds of the Capitol that day. certainly there were some other folks that were involved in other things too but this is a fact and it's abhorrent are these people going to get justice are they going to be released if all these things happen you know i believe in my gut that they will um you already see judges in washington including the chief the new chief judge james bosberg um yes that james bosberg of the fiza court who are delaying sentencing for either convictions or pre-deals or

on this obstruction count. Look, these judges know, and some of them have said in court, including judges who have refused to dismiss the count against January 6th defendants, they knew this was headed to the Supreme Court. They expressed doubt in their own courtrooms that the DOJ was accurately applying 1512C2, but they didn't care because they are part of promoting this abuse of retaliatory prosecution. And I'm talking about Trump judges, too. in fact, Debbie Friedrich, a Trump appointee, she was the first judge to give her imprimatur on DOJ's use at 1512C2.

There's only one judge who dismissed this count saying that it did not apply, and that's Carl Nichols, another Trump appointee, and that's how it's gotten to the Supreme Court. So I do believe that justice is going to finally prevail for these people. It will be too late for a lot of them, though, Justin. I mean, you already see some people who were convicted of 1512 C2, who are already being released from prison after spending months over a year in pretrial detention, then sentenced to four years in prison. Now they're finally getting out. Where does Matthew Perna, who killed himself in February of 2022,

after he pleaded guilty to 1512C2 thinking he was doing the right thing and killed himself after he's found. out DOJ would seek years in prison for that charge. I mean, this has been so destructive, and that is why when the Supreme Court, and many people firmly believe that they are going to reverse how DOJ has used this, and this upholding, very tenuous upholding of it by the D.C. appellate court, this is going to, this should send a thunderbolt to the Department of Justice and the federal courthouse in Washington. From your lips to God's ears.

moving ahead to 24. What are your predictions? What do you see coming? You don't have to give me more than we. Give me one's fine. You know, but good, good news, too, is included in this. Now, we got a lot of sky is falling. Chicken little, you know, everything's on fire.

Because, of course, there is a good deal of truth to that. But I also want to open the door for some of the good things that you think may be on the horizon as we face the next year. I think, look, my goal, whenever I do any, my show, which airs mornings in Detroit on Detroit's News Talk Superstation 19 again before Glenn show six to nine and when I'm on in in West Michigan and Wood Radio I my goal is always to matter what I'm doing to make sure you have all of it the good the bad and the ugly so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family so I don't I'm not going to shy away from any of the most serious prediction but I also I welcome in some of the good news some of the things you see the optimism you see on

the horizon, the hope, those things are important. In fact, you know, I'm not the only one. I'm not the only one that thinks there ought to be a little more hope and that we ought to focus on some of that. And in moments, I'll give you an opportunity to hear what Glenn has to say about it all actually coming out. I'm sure he'd be talking more about this in the coming days. But back to the story, if I can, get some more audio. Bites that are coming in. The sound from Maine's maniac secretary of state, Sheena Bellows, who's come out and said,

she's taken Trump off the ballot and then immediately in her press release or letter that she put out, said, I don't know what I'm immediately suspending the city. But even though she went on CNN and on the D&C and the rest of them, she did all that. By the way, just listen to this, because this is another aspect somebody shared with me. Think about this.

Listen to what she has to say here. These are secretaries of state. Now, I know they run, like here in Michigan, they're elected. They run as partisans. They are. In fact, she is a Democrat. She is a leftist hack. But we are supposed to believe that these individuals are above and beyond reproach.

These are the people that, look, they are going to uphold the law. And, of course, you can't even criticize them because they're not going to get into politics and all that. But, of course, they're fully entrenched in it. We're supposed to believe that these people would never cheat. Now, we have a Secretary of State in Michigan. Goes by the name of Jocelyn Benson. She wants to run for governor here next time around. So she's trying to play her cards right.

Jocelyn Benson is the most lawless Secretary of State in the history of the country. of the great state of Michigan, in my humble opinion. Multiple times she's lost in court cases and rulings. In fact, one judge ruled, we're told 2020, the most secure, the most safe, the most effective. Oh, that was something else. We told it was the most secure election of all time. In fact, a judge has ruled that she broke the law. A lot of the issue and a lot of the question.

surrounding the election of 2020, the mail-in voting, the mail-in ballots. Now, we know for a fact, what I'm about to tell you is not crazy, wacky, tinfoil hat wearing, come down into the bunker with me,

conspiracy theory stuff. Though this is a fact. A judge ruled that she broke the law when she told clerks, that's local clerks, that they didn't have to inspect the absentee ballot. or the absentee ballot signatures that came in.

They didn't have to verify. So essentially, that's leaving the door wide open for fraud. We now know also that happened in the state at the same time. While all this was going on, there was a massive operation from Democrat operatives. It took place not only here in Michigan and all throughout the country as well and throughout the state, but they were busted in a little town, Muskegon, Michigan, where a clerk found somebody delivering they were going out part of this operation, going out and registering people to vote. These are absentee voter applications, and many of them were fraudulent.

They were found to be that they were the same handwriting on every single one of them. Go back, look this up. I think was a gateway pundit, did a lot of reporting on this. In fact, it's local news. Channel did reporting on it back in October of 2020. So the Attorney General here who's gone out and charged 16 different alternate electors. She's going after people right and left her political opponents. The same kind of people that are up to Donald Trump, President Trump right now, trying to charge him with all these things.

These are the same folks. She hasn't dealt with this individual who was out there in this operation. They knew the whole time. They knew. They knew what was going on. They knew the game. passed it along to the Department of Injustice and the FBI, and apparently Bill Barr sat on it.

Nothing was done. They knew what was happening, and nothing was done. Nothing has come out of this. So you have this operation happening where they're registered falsely, addresses that weren't real, handwriting that matched on multiple ballots. It's the same person filling the thing out over and over again. And then you've got a Secretary of State here in Michigan telling people,

Oh, no, no, no. Don't look at the clerks. Don't look at those signatures. We don't care. And we're supposed to believe that the Secretary of State in Maine and the rest of them and these Democrat leftist progressive enclose, we're supposed to believe that their election and every election that they oversee is nothing but fair and honest. Again, I am so mindful. And I said this in my decision that it is unprecedented. No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Yeah. But no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection and been disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Including the one that she's targeting and tried to take off the ballot. It's so shifty.

It's so shady that even CNN's own legal analyst says this won't cut the mustard. is were the processes, were these hearings fair? Did they comport with due process? And I think there's a question there with regard to what Maine did. Because if you look at the hearing, and she details this in the ruling, they heard from one fact witness, a law professor. She based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court.

She's not a lawyer, by the way. It's a smartly written decision, clearly consulted with lawyers, but this is an unelected. She's chosen by the state legislative. He's elected by the same way. He's elected by legislature, but not democratically elected, not a knock. That's just the way it's set up in Maine. And this hearing, look, it doesn't have to be a criminal trial.

We don't have to have all the protections. But I think the argument you'll hear from opponents is one, not up to the states to do this. This is why we have all different decisions from all different states. And two, the procedures were not up to snuff. It is phony baloney, in other words. Even CNN's legal analyst saying, it is a show of excremental proportions. There's no getting away and getting around it. That's just a fact. You know, you know, what's up and what's doubt. We don't have to have discussion on what a woman is or anything. Look, we're just plain old-fashioned common sense, but the truth is alive and well here. But you also have a firm grasp on what may be. coming. And of course, I don't think that's hard to do when you have the ability to think critically and you are aware. And more more people are waking up. But it is programs like this that are making that happen. And that's why I wanted to ask you what your predictions are for 2024. And there are going to be some good ones. There are going to be some dire ones. But I want to hear the good,

bad and the ugly. I think that's the best way that each of us can make the best decision for our families and the folks we care about. Let me go to Matt in Michigan, who is up first in my

current home state of Michigan. Matt, appreciate you joining us today with your 2024 prediction on the Glenn Beck program. What do you see coming? Well, I see a couple of things actually, but with, I think It's going to be a clean sweep in all three of the branches.

And I really look for Trump to carry almost a landslide. I think people are just so sick of things right now that any kind of change at all would work. But the 20 seats up for grabs, or 33 seats, I believe, in the Senate. And with 20 of them being Democrats, I don't think that's going to be a little turnover. I think that's going to be with the Republicans taking it by three or four seats. Let me ask you, Matt, I love to think that it would be a clean, clean sweet, but I'm not. I can't bring myself to say that I'm necessarily that naive. I got to ask you that what do you think has changed?

What swayed voters, or what do you think has changed? Assuming, let's say it was rigged. like Trump says in 2020, what has been fixed or what has been changed to allow that to happen in 24? Well, I think one of the things is like 22, we thought it was going to be a red wave and it turned out not to be in, I think, for the number one reason of abortion. So I think abortion is going to be on the back burner. Now, you know that, you know that and I know that, but you know who knows that even more so is Democrats. so we're seeing them bring that up and they want to make that front and center again and especially in some of these battleground states they're trying to get these initiatives on the ballot what makes you think they're not going to pull that card out again i just don't think that that's what people are worried about right now right now they're worried about 10 million people in their country and walking i don't know if you've seen it in michigan but i have here in shelby township

asking for food and, you know, and that's going to only get worse. It's not going to get better. I agree. And, you know, and Matt, I don't mean that, but I got to cut you off just a little bit here because you and I are on the same page. But that's because you and I are in touch with reality. But let me ask, because you know, not everybody is in touch. Oh, no, did he, did we just lose him?

I was going to ask the question. Okay, so here's the question. and if we get Matt back, or for you to ponder as you're listening. Because I didn't mean to cut him off altogether, but here's what, here's the question I want to ask. You and I know that the border's wide open, that Michigan's one of the states, one of the top, I think it's 5, 10 that they're bringing folks to. We know that we've crime through the roof. We know that we have major issues, the economy.

Oh, it's the economy, stoop. Think about the economy right now. It's more expensive for everything. I just saw a meme posted online. It says, your bill is ready to be viewed. And the person is saying, what if I'm not ready to view it? So, look, we can even laugh or cry about this. But seriously, everything is more expensive.

But my question is this. You and I know this. But what about the folks on the other side of the aisle, the other people that don't listen to the same radio programs, they don't consume the same podcast media that you do, they're not in touch with reality. What about those folks? Just a

the border will remain a big one in 2024. Unless the Democrats are able, somehow Biden is able to wrangle it and put the brakes on. They have been the ones behind it. They have been the ones who are pushing for all of this, but yet they're starting to see some backlash. And that may be one of the things that you see, shifts a little bit in 2024. Even the Democrat mayor of New York City, Eric Adams.

We're seeing the erosion of the quality of life that we've improved on in such a short period of time of this administration. And we have been impacted. For many months, we were able to keep the visualization of this crisis from hidden our streets, but we have reached a breaking point. Breaking point. This is language being used. folks all across the spectrum. Chicago mayor, even wackier leftist, Mayor Brandon Adams, so they are on the verge of collapse.

Chicago, anywhere else in the country, the public good is already stressed. Whether it's our transportation system, our health care system, our education system, all of these systems are already stretched to meet the demands of families who have been here. You know, over the past seven months, it's been an incredible, an incredible strain on every aspect of city services and in Chicago or anywhere else in the country. And then you add everyone else into the mix and you get what they got right now, which ain't good. Even CNN is talking about how big of a problem this is for Biden right now. This is why Mayarchus is down there with the rest of the folks in Mexico trying to work some of this. Can you put the brakes on this? Can there's something you can do to help us, you know, through the election year here? Blue states are seeing the most Google searches related to illegal immigration. as more Americans say it's a top issue. What do voters think about immigration right now?

Yeah, it's becoming a real top issue here. So the top issue facing the nation, look, the economy is still number one. It was number one in August. It's number one now. But take a look at the immigration slash border security. It was just 11% in August. Look where it's hopped to now. 19%.

So it's closing in on the economy. And a number of different polls I've looked at, immigration and border security is running a closer second place to the economy as we head in the 2024. And you might be thinking, though, okay, this is just Republican voters who are feeling this way. But I want you to take a look here

because I think this is rather interesting. The most Google searches for migrants by state. Look at all these states, Phil. They're all blue states. Illinois is one. New York is two. Massachusetts is three. New Jersey is four.

Colorado is five. And of course, there's been a lot of talk about the migrant crisis in both Illinois and New York. And it seems like even voters in those states, very blue states, states that Democrats win in general elections. have had enough.

They've had enough. So what you're going to watch and see in 2024, my prediction, is they're going to try and tell you over and over again. Now the economy's back on track. Look at everything. We've got interest rates coming down. Gases drop you. You're seeing the price of gas drop right now.

The price of things at the grocery store probably ain't going anywhere because it's, it's kind of baked in. And once it goes up, do you ever see it come down? No. But they're going to tell you over and over and over and over and over and lie and lying and I over again through the mechanism of the mainstream media machinery. They're going to tell you that it's fine and everything's good and Biden's got us back on track. And they're going to try and get these pictures in the video that we're seeing of people coming across the border off your TV screens.

That is going to be the big goal because those are the two biggest issues that they are facing. And Biden owns it all. He owns it. he owns it all. Just a couple of my predictions there for 2024. AAA 727 Beck. Bob, you're on. Good morning. How are you? Morning, great. Let's talk about government spending and waste. The Infrastructure Act that is set to release billions of dollars to state starting next year. when our supply chain is not ready.

We've already talked about a shortage of workers. We've been putting people to school, getting degrees, but we've not been putting people to blue-collar trades and filling up the trades. But yet we're going to spend billions of dollars on infrastructure, broadband investment, and there is not enough supply chain. The debacle of COVID, shutting down factories, is still plaguing us today.

Ordering equipment and tools takes years to get, but yet next year, we're supposed to start this big program. What do you see? Do you see a breakdown further than what we see? What do you see coming by?

I see a waste. I see a lot of opportunity for fraud and this government money to flow into hands of people that aren't going to actually spend it. They're going to show effort, but they're not going to complete the work because they can't complete the work. And it's just going to be another failed government program.

Yeah, well, you don't have to have crystal ball for that one. But Bob, I do appreciate it. Thank you very much. That's a good. That's par for the course of these bloated government projects and programs. And they're going to spend more and more money. And again, where does it come from? I saw the other day, governor here in Michigan. Free lunches for the kids and free breakfast and free, free, free. And then I saw another state where they said, we're like we're getting rid of this. We pass a law where you can't say free.

Well, no, that wasn't a state. What was, uh, let me lay down in, uh, Argentina said, we can get rid of that word free because it's not, it's not true. You mean the farmers gave the food that make these lunches free? No, no, no, no, no. You and I paid for it. So taxpayer funded. It would be the better, better word for that.

Dan in Oregon is up next with a big prediction for 2024. Dan, what do you see coming? First, the good news. There's lots of good folks in this country who believe in righteousness and there's hope. Let me give you a little background. I specialize in critical thinking. Three years ago, I thought, yeah, the one thing we give really important, Let's get some integrity back in the elections.

Of course, that didn't happen. Now, moving on to my Black Swan event, I've been talking about this for a long, long time, and now other people are saying, oh, yeah, gee, there might be terrorists. Well, yeah, duh. And here's what I think the terrorists are going to do. Our country's never been so vulnerable in, in many, many ways, from the economy to energy to everything. But I think, you know, it was demonstrated there on the East Coast a couple years ago,

so Yates with 30 caliber rifles, I think, shots a transformer. Hey, wide-spin, proud. All right. So imagine you have tens of thousand operatives, terrorists. They're already equipped. and they've got their mission. They're all assigned various substations around the country. They're pretty vulnerable.

And, you know, so you've got small teams. They go to a substation, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, shoot all the transformers. That's what you've got to do. Run a 30-caliber slug into a transformer. Yeah. And they take out thousands and thousands of transformers. Yeah. All right.

Well, we got hundreds of replacement. that ain't going to help and if you want to replace them i know because i got a friend who works in this field it all comes from china and it'll take years and years to get done and it's going to leave us in the dark um bob i appreciate your prediction this is this is a very real concern and bob is absolutely right to be thinking about it i just wish the folks in power would be thinking about it and taking it a little more seriously as well. Breaking news out of Ohio, Governor DeWine there, Republican has announced that he will veto a bill that would ban the gender-affirming care, as they call it, or treatments for my... This is all of the hormone therapy, all of the nip-tuck, all of that stuff for kids. DeWine says he will veto.

It's House Bill 68 after speaking with physicians and families impacted. I've also listened to youth. He says, and parents who have told him, if not for this treatment, their child would be dead. it is child abuse and I just don't see any other way around this and that is a very unfortunate

decision by a man who is a Republican masquerading as a Republican in the state of Ohio I look this is pretty simple to me you can't get a tattoo can't get a piercing in a state of Ohio without parental consent at age 18.

You know, these are things that are pretty simple, pretty standard. We would not allow that to happen to a minor in any other way. So why would we allow any other permanent things that can do permanent damage to children to be done before they've been able to actually make their final decision on things? And how many people have we heard from over and over again? When they have said, I went through with this. I did this. And it was the worst decision.

I regret it. Chloe, I can't remember Chloe's last name. One of the folks who was out there talking about this, very vocal about it. I've actually, I don't know if we've got, is the guest, is the guest ready? We got Adam, who has a similar story. Oh, we'll get that bottom of the hour here coming up in about 10 minutes or so. But that's similar story, a dad who's fighting this fight out in California. I just can't imagine.

And he's been going on and on and on for years now out in California. Dealing with this and has lost custody. Can you imagine as a father losing custody of your child in a situation like this? The world is on crazy. but look let's get some good news and predictions as well David it is in New York with some good news maybe maybe a positive prediction I'm hoping Dave you're on the Glybeck program

yes sir thank you love the show I watched the I watched the interview with Charles Schultz the writer the Peanets and he said that the common man the one that takes out his own trash and mose his own lawn will be the one that helps this country continue being this country.

He would just get up out of his chair, take care of his own business. And I grew up watching the Walton's. And I think that every town, every county has a John Walton in them. Just that, that wise guy that quietly gets up and takes care of. his family, his job and quietly votes. Nobody knows if he's the Republican or Democrat, just got that common sense right and wrong. You would not know what party he's from.

You'll never question if he's racist. You will open doors for ladies. That will all come back. I don't know what event will send it back. But this country is a great country. And I just feel that it's just going to continue. That's just my prediction. Dave, from your lips to God's ears, I certainly hope so.

And this didn't have a program. This happened while he was out, I guess, talking to folks doing the tour with the covenant that he was discussing. You know, what may be on the horizon and his calling and how it shifted.

And it has a great deal to do. with that hope that the caller just talked about. I don't want to play some of this. I don't know how much we're going to be able to get to, but don't play some of this before the break for you. Here's Glenn. Two weeks ago just ended last Friday. And I'm not sure yet because while I knew I had to show up,

and he got a little mushy with me and is like, you figure it out. And I think what he's telling me is something. that I've prayed for for a long time. I think he's releasing me from my calling, my calling to warn. There's a new calling coming and it is hope. All those that could hear the warning have heard the warning. It's time now to join with people and focus. He wins. I don't know what that means for us, but he wins. He has us. The one thing I got in the last two weeks is, I know you. I got you.

I got you. Let it go. You know, when Satan, you know, comes up to the Lord, it's not like the Lord is like, oh, I'm going to meet Satan again today. You're dismissed. That's good. All right. You're dismissed.

I got to say this is absolutely. I know this is right. In fact, I've felt the very same way for quite some time now. We've got to give people. I'm not talking about false hope. I'm talking about real hope and the truth. And look, I've got another clip later on that I think we'll put the cap on this program today. The solution.

The solution to it all of how we get things back on track. where that all plays out. That's coming up a little bit later on on the Glenn Beck program, but it's telling you the solution, just like the caller just mentioned. Sort of like what Glenn just mentions. It is. It's partly God. It's us,

Can you imagine as a parent, not being able to see your kid and for years as they are toyed with and all sorts of things beyond your control. And the government has stepped in and said that you're the problem. That is what's happening to a man out of California.

And he's dealing with it right now with his child. Adam Vina joins us right now with the story that is heartbreaking. Adam, I saw your story and heard a little bit about it and thought it deserved to spotlight so that you could share what's happening. And folks could come alongside you'd support. I appreciate you taking the time out to listen to my first.

my story. It's a coaster for myself for the last four years. It started, my son is now five years old. And it started, he started, his mother started dressing him in, in girls' clothes at two years old. And I spoke out against it to her and I thought it had stopped. but on my son's third birthday is when he told me that his mom had bought him a pink princess dress. And I got down on one knee and looked them in the eyes and I told him, hey, buddy, you're a boy, and boys don't wear dresses.

And he said, okay, Daddy, we went back to cake and ice cream for his birthday. And a couple days later, it was really, really bugging me really bad because this wasn't the first. first time. This was the second time that it had happened. I sent out 46 consecutive text messages to her dating that he's a boy, not a girl, stop dressing my son in girls clothes. Never once in any of those text messages were there any threats of violence to him or her, nor has there ever been any physical violence to my son or to her. But she was able to gain a temporary restraint. But she was able to gain a temporary restraining order on me, which put me on a restraining order against my son. Once it got into the court system, it seems like it has completely spiraled out of control.

I don't know what to do. I've had a lot of support, but the court system has, and the attorneys and the therapists have destroyed me. and more importantly, they've completely and completely brainwashed my son. I, the California courts ordered a gender assessment to be done on my son, which I spoke out against, and they continued with that. When I requested to sit in on the assessment, to be physically there as his father to ask my own personal questions, that was denied.

I requested a child therapist to sit in not to sway left or right on this situation, but just to figure out what questions and how they were going to determine, whatever they were going to determine. And that was denied. And I was also denied a physical phone call with the doctor from Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. What are you, what is any hope on the horizon for you? I mean, all of this is, it just seems insurmountable. a father, I'd never stop fighting for my kids.

No. What is, what's on the horizon here? My attorney, the new attorney that I have now is absolutely amazing. But the chips are, I mean, we are actually up against, I'm David and we're up against the Goliath, which is the state of California. Because what they believe what she is doing and what the therapist and the doctors and the attorneys are doing to my son is right. I mean, they refer to my son in court as my daughter. My son now has she, her pronouns at five years old, and he goes by a girl's name.

I have never once been sat down as the father to my son to ask what I think is going on with him. It has been 100% one-sided. And mind you, the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles stated that my son has gender curious. He's never been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, but yet the system is still treating my son as if he has gender dysphoria. And I say it every time I talk to people that the system has treated my son from A to Z. They don't, they're not treating my son A, B, and C, and D. I mean, most doctors or therapists should treat, treat something. B and C and work their way up. But in my son's case, they just went from A to Z with my son.

And now I have no physical contact with my son. I haven't, man, I'm, I'm a, sorry, I miss my, I miss my, I miss my, I hate the system, what they've done to my son, man. I really do. They've, sorry, they've completely destroyed my little boy. my little boy was a i asked my mom and my dad his grandparents every single day that i missed something with my son aden and they tell me every single day he was a normal and perfect little boy that wanted a normal little boy things never once did we as a family ever get an inkling that my son aden

wanted to be a girl that's why i know that this has this has been groomed and and he has been this has been forced upon my son. Because there's no little boy, there's not one person in this country that can tell me that a two-year-old up to a five-year-old knows the difference between male and female. There's not a five-year-old in this world

that knows the difference between male genitalia's and female genitals, unless it has been forced upon them. And that's what they're doing to my son. At five years old, my son is now considered full transgender. At five. I mean, I tell people all the time, man, I could have a billion dollars sitting in my bank account, and I could hire the greatest law firms and the greatest attorneys and spend a billion dollars on attorneys,

but it doesn't seem it's going to change anything because of the state that we're living. Everything is so stacked against me in this system. them. My attorney, when he asked to talk about the gender, they are allowed to talk about the gender in court. But as soon as my attorney starts to fight what they're saying on gender, the judge out of Los Angeles says, oh, I'm not here for a gender debate. And my attorney goes, well, wait a second, you just allowed them to spend 10 minutes talking about it. But I can't spend 10 minutes on my own to talk about it. So that's what we're up against. That's what we're up against, man. I'm sorry I keep speaking and I'm not allowing you to speak right now.

Adam, I am speechless. I'm at a loss of words. I can't imagine as a father of my own two children. What you're going through. I can't imagine a day without one of my little girls and let alone the amount of time that you've had to go without your boy. What if he's listening right now, what would you say to? him. Love you, buddy.

I've missed you a ton. Mom and grandma and grandpa miss you. I don't care about anything else. Man, all I want to do is hold my son. And they've completely taken away my father's rights. They've completely taken away my parental rights. I pay for his medical and dental and vision. And I requested to ask how a doctor's appointment went.

And they called the police on me because it was a restraining order of violation. I'm how can people listening help you at them because they know they're going to want to what what what is is there a way is their way to donate to a fund legal fund or something or make phone call yeah what can people do so it's difficult me to ask for help I've always been very independent but this fight is just not from for me it's for all the kids in California or across the United States this is not a a a a a left or a right issue.
