Yesterday, I asked myself something that Ben Franklin asked himself, as they were writing the Declaration of Independence, and as they were going through what they went through, He sat in his chair after the Constitution, and he had been looking at John Hancock's chair, and it had a son on it, half a son. And he said, this whole time I have been sitting here thinking, wondering, praying, is that a setting sun or a rising sun? He deemed at the end it was a rising sun. I asked myself yesterday, is this?

a setting sun or a rising sun? Is this the day historians will write down as the end of America where its people were still asleep and just didn't really recognize it? Or is it the beginning of a new chapter? We are in our history and in our lives faced with challenges that test our resolve all the time. Push us to the limits. And it's in these moments where everything seems unwinnable. Everything seems so steep. The odds are all against us. And those are the times you discover who you really are. Those are the times you forge your character. We as a nation because we have been fat and lazy and we have had everything handed to us. Don't really know who we are.

Most people never change because they're afraid. Lisa, I'll speak for myself. When I was at my worst, I was afraid there was nothing good in me. There was nothing good to discover, so I was afraid to look. But you'll never find those things unless you look, unless you embrace the hard things. You have to understand that every trial, every setback will make you stronger, will make you wiser, will make you more gentle. America, today is the day of choosing. Today is the day.

It is now our turn to step up and save the republic. And the world, make no mistake. the world is watching and I hope you feel the weight of that expectation I hope you realize the sting of failure that will come if we don't step up I thought a lot about Roger Kipling last night I thought a lot of Teddy Roosevelt

if I may paraphrase his poem in the man in the arena it is not the critic who counts but the one who dares to step into the ring to risk everything, who will fail over and over and over again, but continues to get up, tired, face marred with blood and mud, but he goes up again and again and again. It's really easy to quit. It is.

It's easy to say, well, we have no chance. easy to be knocked down and as humiliating as it is to lie face down in the dirt, that's exactly what every bully wants you to do. That's why every bully they command, stay down! Don't get up against stay down or I'll give you a bigger beating. But the man who inspires others to stand continues to get up. wobbly, barely able to fight, but he refuses to bend the knee, refuses to surrender to the bully. Failure is not the end.

Nor was this stain on American justice yesterday. It is simply a stepping stone to the path of greatness, a stepping stone to make America great again. That's not just a slogan for a campaign. That is true. We have lost our way. We have become an embarrassment for everything we say we stand for. Each fall teaches us resilience. Each setback strengthens our determination. Every time the bully knocks us down and says, stay down. Every time we get up, there's someone in the crowd, watching, who then turns our way and sees the bully for who they really are. Oh, Lord, hear the words of my mouth, save our republic.

But he will only match us. If we don't get up, he will not help us. If we don't follow him, he will not, he cannot help us. So what we have in front of us today is a decision. Do we get up or do we lie down face down in the dirt? What is possibly worth taking these beatings? Donald Trump is just a symbol. He's a symbol of what bullies do to anyone who refuses to play it my way.

To stay down. Police come to town all the time, and they teach everybody in town. Go along, get along, whisper. Don't you even whisper. Don't you try to help that beaten man stand up? Don't do it. We must decide. Will we stand idly by while the crowds chant Barabbas?

We want Barabbas. Building anything of value. Whether it's a country, a career, a relationship, or simply our own character requires unwavering dedication. We have to be willing to get back up time and time again. To face our fears, to face our doubts, to press on no matter what happens to us, it is through that relentless effort that we become Americans. We discover our true potential, not to be.

just as people, but as a people the world has always known as Americans, not the kind of Americans we've become, but the kind of Americans we've all striven to be or thought we did. I've always believed the American was defined by a can-do spirit. The people who crossed the Rockies, tamed the West, changed the world, rescued and healed. I didn't realize how much until I studied history. Real history, not the crap they teach you in school. Real history. I never really understood how stained our name is from those in power,

those who only serve through corruption and greed and sometimes out and out evil. But I have truly always believed, and I still do today that the American truly believes in honor and integrity and truth and justice, that that is the American way.

I will tell you this. Yesterday, for those who live in the Shepard, of fear around the world. Yesterday may have changed that belief for those people, but it did not change it for me. I will not surrender to those words. I will not surrender to the belief that puts me and other Americans into action. Yesterday was a defeat, but we are not.

Done. Each of us coming together, you're not going to do anything grand. I'm not going to do anything grand. I'm not telling you today anything you don't know. We just have to remember every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to the journey where people who continue to stand up, those people who refuse to give in always end up winning. The value is not. in just the destination, but the courage and perseverance that we show along the way. It wasn't that we always won with no cost. Americans have always paid a high cost for what we believed in. That's what's admirable. And quite honestly, I think that's what Americans have lost that put us into this position. by doing the hard things, by refusing to give up, we build a legacy of strength and integrity.

And I fear we've squandered it because we didn't understand it. That's what we've lost. That is what the world will lose should we fail. Should America fail? 10 seconds station ID. In today's world, everyone seems to get a trophy. Which makes the trophy absolutely worthless. Because unless it's fought for, unless you struggle to earn it, it doesn't belong to you. The same for freedom, unfortunately.

I've never earned our freedom. I fear I spent much too much of my life squandering it. And for what? Ease? Money? Just to get along to go along? A trophy that everybody gets? There's a few statements that I want to make today that I hope you will echo.

I do not accept, nor do I want that damn trophy. I want one that means something. Scriptures tell us there must, very important word, there must be opposition in all things. That means freedom of speech is something that God commands us to do. There must be opposition in all things. so let us be led by the principles of the gospel and be that opposition and worthy and ready to fight the darkness. I will never say we are finished.

I will never utter the words we have lost because defeat is not an outcome. Defeat is a choice. It always sucks before you get to the summit. The question is, as you're driving your wagon train over the Rocky Mountains, do you give up or do you press on? Let me ask you this. Do you actually have an unwavering belief in our republic? Do you even really know the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution? Do you know why we fight? Because if you don't know, you will lose. enough of us call upon that something that is always been said is bred inside of us and I no longer believe that? Will you call on whatever it is deep inside of you, that unyielding spirit to stand for those values that we've been told our whole lives are self-evident? Well, apparently

they are not self-evident anymore. It is the greatest mission statement the world has ever seen. When you tell me and give me a choice, I will drop America in a heartbeat. If you can tell me we are fighting for something greater than the opportunity to create a country where all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, and among them are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,

where justice and freedom can be had by all. We've never, ever gotten there. So here we are on the side of the mountain, and we're asking ourselves today, do we just go back down? Is this as far as we go? Or do we say it's just over the next hill? Press on, America. Press on.

I mean, especially if, you know, your state is incredibly blue and filled with corrupt judges and biased juries and whether it just bend the law and make up laws. I can't imagine living in New York today. Honestly. Honestly.

If they'll do it to him, what do you think they're not going to do it to you when they want to? you can't imagine how many things I've spoken into existence. So I'm glad you're here. Thank you so much. So let me ask you, 34 counts yesterday against Donald Trump. How are you feeling? Well, is it out of the realm to say I'm pissed off? Is that out of ounce? No. Okay. I am, I was, I couldn't even, I saw it and there was a good portion of last night. I honestly thought about calling in sick because I thought I'm going to be so angry.

Can I tell you? So we were taping the news and why was Sarah Gonzalez yesterday. We had to completely just stop because we heard out of the blue. that the verdict was coming down. And immediately, because everyone was predicting that this, the best case scenario was a hung jury. That was the best case scenario. After the crazy instructions and rules that the judge had set, we're like, okay, the best case scenario is hung jury. He's not going to get acquitted.

But when it came that fast, instantly, I knew. The only possible outcome was he was getting convicted. And I couldn't even explain, 34 count, felony count. counts over something that shouldn't even, as in the history of law in New York, has never been tried like this, has never been handled like this, completely unprecedented. The only thing that made sense was like the John Grisham, you know, novel runaway jury. That's the first thing that popped into my head. Well, you had two attorneys on the jury.

Yeah. You had two attorneys. And you know that they were sitting there and they were advising and they were the ones going, no, really, honestly, this is the way it works. Yeah. And I think they made a big, big impact. This is, to me, this is the O.J. Simpson jury. They just, O.J. Simpson jury didn't matter what the facts were.

They wanted him freed. This jury, no matter what the facts were, they wanted him in jail. This outcome was predetermined. They went through all of the steps to get to where we were yesterday afternoon. they raided Mar-a-Lago. They went through and tried him and put him on court. You knew that even if they didn't get it this time, would that stop them? No.

They would keep going until they got this because the end goal was to be able to say Donald Trump convicted felon. Sentencing at July 11th. Yeah. The Republican National Convention, July 15th. That is not an accident. I will tell you that I think that it also would. will be used as the excuse for Joe Biden not debating him. I don't debate a felon.

Ha. You know, yesterday I was thinking, wow, look, they're already moving on to the Supreme Court. They're moving past this, and they're moving to the Supreme Court. I was dumb enough not to figure, wait a minute, they are launching cannonballs at the ship saying, don't you dare get involved in this trial. Yeah. Because the Supreme Court, it may end up there. Yeah.

And quite honestly, this is such election tampering. They should make a decision one way or another. Make a decision. Yeah. But they set the message to Alito and Thomas and everybody else. Back off. Stay down. Yeah.

That's the entire point of this process. in a nutshell is intimidation, telling them to back down, do not stand in our way. I mean, this was, I mean, not only intimidation. This is, I mean, this is humiliation. Go back to Mar-a-Lago.

Not for Trump. They went through his wife's bedroom and logged everything meticulously. They went through a minor child's bedroom and then made notes about it. That they wanted to humiliate Donald Trump. And I'm glad you talk about like this going to the Supreme Court. This is absolutely getting appealed.

It talked process just for a quick second. What happens next? This is absolutely going to get appealed. But first, he has to go to this sentencing. Now, normally, and in a sane world, I would say, you know, he's only going to get probation, maybe at the very worst, like house arrest. Fine. But is this normal?

Is this judge normal? If they put him? No. if they put him under house arrest where he can't go on the campaign trail, are you out of your mind? I mean, I keep hearing this and I see the numbers of the people who are stepping to the plate. I mean, people who didn't vote and don't like for Donald Trump or don't like Donald Trump. I've seen them yesterday give and commit to voting for him.

There is a chance this works out horribly. Oh. However, isn't it interesting that it fits right in to one of the seven steps to a color revolution? You've completely, no matter, even if it was a blowout, even if it was a blowout for Donald Trump, you now have some illegitimate president because he's a felon. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, and take that even further because, and again, this goes back to process. If they just hand him down, let's say, a probation sentence, then that's a state-level case.

So Trump cannot pardon himself in a state-level case. But the judge can change that to a more serious sentence after other crimes have been committed. So he still has to go through how many other trials? There's the classified docs trial. There's the election tampering charge, all that. those are going to come probably come down after the election. Oh yeah.

So they can tack on more and more. I mean, they could probably say after that if he just gets probation, well, after these other crimes, now he can go to jail. You see Megan Kelly yesterday? Yeah.

What did you think of what she said? She wants to have the retribution is what she's saying. And that is what a lot of people are feeling. What as Republicans out there today, if you can hear us, what are you going to do leading up to the elections to make sure that they are free and fair. We see what's happening. We see what they're doing to Donald Trump. So at the state level,

which is all you can control right now, what are you going to be able to do to ensure that you can give voters some peace of mind that it's going to be legitimate going into it? That has to happen. Everybody has to be out watching and recording and everything else. However, what she's talking about is when you do get power, take them out. Legally, take them out. And I'm all for that. I mean, I've been for that since Nixon. I remember my father saying to me that, you know,

he hadn't done anything that all the presidents do. And he just got caught. And I remember feeling as a kid, that doesn't seem right. Why wouldn't we put a criminal in jail? But a real criminal in jail. Think of this. This guy is the most investigated man in all of human history. That is not hyperbole.

Every single intelligence agency on the planet has gone through everything and everybody trying to find anything on this guy. and this is all they could come up with? I mean, I'm shocked. Quite honestly, I'm shocked. I've told him this to his face. I think you might be the cleanest guy ever to be in the White House. I mean, this is all they have on you? That's remarkable.

So they take all of this and they can't get anything. And so they have to make things up. And they, and honestly, if these polls continue to be like they are, I think they'll kill him. I really believe these people, no, let me just ask this. You remember when they said, Sarah Palin said the word targeting? these people 24-7 for seven years have said this guy is Hitler Hitler you don't think that there's somebody

within the sound of your voice you leftist you people who broadcast with differing opinions than mine you really haven't thought or have you or have you and you're fine without outcome I think there's been a like a gentleman's handshake for certain people's in power especially within the government of going back to Nixon but probably even before that where yes there is a law to land but yeah we're not we're not really going to enforce it on certain no you know you know what I've always felt that too Afterwards, after that, I thought, you know, it's just a gentleman's club.

They're all going to, they're all in. Mike Lee said, this was when Hillary Clinton, you know, erased her servers. Okay. And I said, that woman has got to go to jail. Mike, everyone would go to jail on that. I mean, prison, hardcore prison for that. And he said, we don't put our political. And I said, it's not just that she's a political enemy.

She's broken the law like six ways to Sunday and put our nation in peril because of top secret information on her freaking server. He said, Glenn, once you open that door, it never closes and you become a banana republic. And here we are today. And here we are today. And what did Megan Kelly say? get them. And you know what I feel inside? Get them.

Go after Hillary Clinton with everything this is. Because honestly, she's right about one thing. It will never stop unless their hands are burned by the same fire. Really? Poles lost independence for 123 years. What's happening right now in America, I call it the second Bolshevik's revolution. This is the greater reset. We have a leader, and we have to stand behind our leader. We have to get strong. We have to get united all over the world to get their country back. I hope we don't fall that deep, but we have to fight. We have to get united.

We have to get smart. And we have to realize that these people want to destroy we, the people. This is the war against the human. And we have to fight. So did you feel like we lost the war yesterday? No, no, no. This is how I take this gland is simply. to the call to wake up more people.

Yeah. I strongly believe that this nation will defend the world. The revolution is happening here, and we Americans are standing on their way. And I don't think they really understand what they are doing to America. I mean, the psyche of America. They think they're depressing you. I don't think it's going to work out that way. I just don't. And we'll explain and talk about it here in just a second. Stand by. Pretty obvious right now.

Americans need to get back to our roots. I knew I would say things before they would, the announcers would say them on the game. And I was in junior high and I was like, that's so easy. I'm going to do that. Not realizing all the work that you have to put in behind the scenes. But then I always knew when I was 18 years old.

I said at some point I will turn over to politics. And I grew up watching your show and, you know, Butchroll was one of the first people that I saw when I got to come in here as a contributor for the first time. And just talking with you guys and seeing that this is what I feel like I was meant to be. be doing the whole time. Sports was fun and I got to do really cool things. But at the end of the day, if there's not a country left, the sports don't matter. Right. I have almost the same story, except it was alcoholism, not sports. Alcoholism was fun, but I had to give it up and do something of kidding. Can I go in reverse and get the job you left? Can I go to the sports world? I'll give you my connection. Don't worry. the blaze, and I want to start with this and make sure this is, you understand, this is, I am not comparing myself or my situation or our situation in any way to the situation of Donald Trump. This is a little teeny example of it. But one of the things that has happened at the blaze is we have started so many careers here. I mean, a lot of people started with the blaze. And the influence is tremendous now. We are the largest conservative video, what is it? Video platform or video consumption. I can't remember what this stat is.

In the world. In the world. It's crazy. Here's why I bring this up. What they did to Donald Trump, Cheryl Atkinson in her book, will tell you, all of these things started and they thought they perfected it when they took me down.

Tried to take me down, okay? And one of the things I said, the last show on the air, you will wish for the days when I was only on at five o'clock on Fox. Because I knew what we were going to build. Now, it's not just my voice. It's your voice. It's your voice. It's hundreds of voices.

Daily wire. All of these things sprouted up because we made that first move. that they don't understand. And they showed it again with what they did with Donald Trump. Every time they throw another charge at him, his ratings went up. Yeah. Every time with this, do you think that's going to shake his voters? No.

No. And I saw person after person after person last night on Twitter saying, I don't even like Donald Trump. I never voted for Donald Trump. But to hell with this, I see who they are now. I'm voting for Donald Trump or I'm contributing to Donald Trump. Yeah, absolutely. And I pulled some of these tweets.

Christine Flowers said, breaking news. Donald Trump just won the race, not because of him, despite him. My vote is going against the people that destroyed my faith in our judicial system. Wow. Daniel Bosick said, I'm an RFK guy. And I can't believe I'm saying this. I just donated to Trump 24. I can't take this anymore.

These freaks are destroying our country. More when you look at Jeremy Tate, he says, I don't love Trump, but the far left just pushed me into his camp. What a joke. And this was echoed all night long. People who don't like Trump, right? We know MAGA is out there. We know that they're in his corner.

People who didn't like him are now saying, I can't believe what I'm seeing. what I'm seeing, what my country has turned into. I have to tell you, I wrote last night a couple of things on X. One, for a group of people who seem to love jihad, they seem to be in bed with Hamas and Al-Qaeda and everything else, what is this the worst thing you can do to a movement like that? What's the worst thing you can do? Silent, try to silence it or suppress it. Kill their leader.

Yeah. Okay. Wipe their leader out. You make them into a martyr. It's why we dumped Osama bin Laden's body into the ocean. So there would be no body to go and worship. Okay. What are they thinking?

You guys love that. You know that jihadists are like, go ahead, kill our leader. Do it. Do it. Do it. Yeah. I tweeted the same kind of thought yesterday with, uh, watch episode five of Star Wars. Go ahead. Strike me down. You will only make me more powerful. These people are

morons. Well, are they? And that's what's even more concerning. Well, two things happened yesterday as a result of this. One, the biggest online source for funding the GOP was, you know, when Red, crashed because of this outcry and all the people donating. Now, wait a minute. Oh, is that not? No, no, no. Now, wait a minute, I heard on a news broadcast. Oh, and I say news, in quotation marks, a cable news outlet, I think it was, I don't remember who it was, I don't want to blame anybody. But they said, well, that website crashed

because they added a comment from Donald Trump and it just hadn't reset, and so it caused it to crash. And I'm like, yeah, that happens to news websites and big websites all the, happens to glenbeck.com all the time. We'll add a line that I said and the whole thing crashes for an hour. Well, I think it was either that excuse or the intern tripped over the power court. Right. Either or.

Yeah. If it wasn't because of all of the donations coming in, it was because the deep state shut it down. Yeah. There's only two answers to that. The other thing that happened was, have you noticed that CNN, MSNBC, they refused to show anything from Donald Trump or whether censor it and say, oh, there's just too much, you know, inaccuries. So we're not going to, we're not even going to give him the time of day. We're on a platform. Every single one of them was covering his speech as he walked out of the courtroom.

Yeah. Every single one. So the entire country got to hear directly from President Trump what is happening to him. That he's a political prisoner. You know, it's an amazing thing to see that this, the most important. O.J. Simpson wasn't the most important trial of the century to America. Not even. This one really decides the health of the republic.

And they were so confident in what they had, but you can't watch it. And none of them are, you heard Dershowitz. He's like, I was in the courtroom and he doesn't vote for Donald Trump. I was in the courtroom. room. And then I saw the reporting from the mainstream media. It's two different worlds. Dershowitz said this was the weakest case he had seen in 60 years of teaching and practicing law. You know, last time I talked to Dershowitz, you know what he said? You know, I voted for Biden before. And I've always voted for Democrats. I haven't made up my mind yet who I'm voting for.

Excuse me? Yeah. I thought that was massive, massive. Glenn, so you said, are they morons? I think the scariest part of this is, you know, you talk about color revolution. You talk about what I pointed out earlier when after the other cases get tried. And if this state case, which he cannot pardon himself for, will the sentencing get upgraded once he gets convicted of other crimes? And they try to put a sitting president in jail. That goes right along the color revolution steps.

Yes. I mean, I think I said at one point, and you came in, I think during a break on Wednesday night show, because I ad-lib something when we were looking at the seven steps. And I said, you know, Biden and unpopular. But it also works to Donald Trump or something. I don't remember exactly what. And I didn't have time because it was so tight of a show to really explain. And you said, what did you mean by that? And what I meant was they might actually want him to win because color revolution is almost guaranteed if he wins.

And you don't even need to have, you could have him win 70, 30. But you could have color revolution because people would, they would riot in the streets and say, he's a felon. You can't have a felon as president, whatever it is. and this lawfare stuff is just going to continue and continue and continue. And people don't understand. On the left, they think, not on the left. In the Democrats, the average Democrat actually thinks that maybe justice was done here.

Are you that blind that you cannot see what's happening? And you really think we'll have a two-party system? I mean, we barely have a two-party system now. But you, both parties are happy with him going away. Have you ever seen anyone, anyone, serial killers, ever been hunted like this before? No, and they would absolutely be rioting in the streets. If this was reversed, if this was against Joe Biden today, we would see rioting and looting. No, I think if he.

would have been found innocent of the 34th. They would have been rioting yesterday. Absolutely. And I would say that this is probably Soros's money paying dividends this week, right? He put in all of the money to get the DAs in all of the different states, right? He's out there. He has so much money to go ahead and use at his discretion. But this is what is paying off the most for him because we see the illegals going out there

and beating up the New York police officers. They don't go to jail. They aren't going to jail. Donald Trump is going to jail today. So that is exactly the outcome that he wanted with his money when he put them in place. I can't believe because I lived in New York. And Donald Trump was revered by everybody. Everybody loved him.

Everybody loved him. And the reason why was he got crap done. You know, when something, when the city would fail, he would step in with his own money. be like, oh, God, let me just finish this. And it'd be finished and it'd be great. And everybody loved him. And now New York hates him that much. It's, it's an incredible PR job that they have done on him. Not only that, Hollywood loved him. One of the things that we have been working on here at the museum for the last two months is I said by June 1st I want copies made of absolutely everything and the important pieces are going into a mountain vault. and because that's what I felt called to do back in 2009. We have the largest collection of Jamestown and Pilgrim documents and artifacts. We have the third largest, only outside of the Library of Congress and the National Archives of founding documents. We have an enormous Civil War artifact and document treasure trove.

And soon, we will have the largest. progressive eugenics abortion final solution documents probably outside of the Holocaust Museum in the world and we are doing everything we can to preserve them I also have an enormous library of books and papers from the radicals in the 1960s and we are currently collecting things from today and it has been my calling I have felt to spend my time and my effort and my money and my attention on preserving these things. And I believe that, and I've felt this way for a few, well, probably six or eight months, that this summer and until the next president is sworn in and is stable, things are going to get a little dicey. And I want to

make sure that they're preserved. In doing so, I and my team have prayed a lot. How do we preserve these things? And, you know, I thought, well, you know, a granite, you know, a granite, you know, a granite mountain vault would be a really good place to keep them. But that's, that, that would preserve things for a nuclear war. It wouldn't necessarily preserve them from an out-of-control government that wanted to destroy our history. So through prayer, we have decided that we are going to put packets together

and we're going to seal them. We haven't decided yet if we're going to seal them or we're going to ask you to vacue seal them, but we're going to print them on acid-free paper. We're going to print copies of all of the important documents, and we're going to put them in bunches, for instance. We'll have the Jamestown Pilgrim,

and then we'll have the founding era, and then we'll do when we first went wrong with Jackson up to the Civil War, and then the Civil War and the Progressive era, and you'll be able to buy whatever packet you want. And you can use it to teach your children, but more importantly, you can preserve it yourself. I think it's a lot easier to preserve a million documents than one. You'll never be able to find all of them. And I would ask that you would be a part of this. We're putting them together now. I wasn't going to announce it until in July, but I want you to know how serious yesterday was

and how we have seen these times coming. It's not a surprise, and it's not a surprise to God. The details may be a surprise to us, but never surprise to him. And everything that we have talked about since I was on radio after September 11th and started doing television, it's all here. It's all here. And I am asking you to pray on if you would play a role in play a role in. preserving our national treasures and documents. And I'll give you more on that exactly how that's going to happen later, probably later this

month or early in July. The other thing I wanted to mention, and I'm sorry to go on here because we're waiting for Donald Trump to come up and he's going to be speaking a few minutes. But the other thing I want to tell you because I think it's important in some ways today, if we want to preserve our republic, we have to teach our children. And they have to know both the good and the bad. And in those packets, there are going to be bad things that our country did. A lot of them, especially when we get to the progressive era and the Jackson era.

Really bad things have been done. and we have to know them. But our only 40% of Generation Z could name a right in the Bill of Rights from multiple choice. They don't know our history. They don't know who we are. So the other thing I've been working on with Michaela Hedrick is chasing embers. It's a new series. It's young adult and it's coming out, I don't even know, July 23rd, and it is, it's full of secret codes and everything else. If you want to go that deep,

you'll be able to find out all kinds of different things in it. But also, it's filled with pieces of history and hopefully enough that will get your child, your teenager, you as an adult, to go, ooh, what is that? What did they? I didn't know that or what is that. The official account for the campaign said that they had a record-shattering small donor fundraising hall that amounted to over $34.8 million. So basically a million dollars for every felony that he got.

That's not a great way to look at it. Around 30% of them were brand new donors. They'd never donated before, but that was the action item that it took. What you brought to the table, I think it was last hour, the people that are saying, I'm never voted and I can't believe I'm donating. I don't even like Trump. Yeah. But I'm voting.

There's a chance that this will help overcome all of the cheating that will probably happen in the next election. Alvin Bragg could have handed the GOP, the Senate, the House, and the presidency. I hope so. I hope so. And not because I'm a fan of the GOP. But I hope people are waking up and seeing these the people that want to be. to protect democracy? These are the people that are trying to say our republic is under attack by Donald Trump. This is what they do? I mean, to me, it has been so obvious for so long,

but hopefully this has woken more people up. Absolutely has. I mean, all the independents that Trump lost in the last election, that's what lost in the last election, the independence that just switched from side decide that gave him the election in 2016 but but lost it in 2020 what are they thinking right now if you have you know RFK Jr. right now if he's saying okay um you know what they did was bad you know if he's admitting that while also running against Trump as right president um if you have all the other people that I saw on Twitter last night it was insane insane unless they were like an MSNBC hack you know or one of their in the bag lawyers they were the only ones that were saying

Oh, yeah, this is legit. And every other person is recognizing, you know, the danger that we're currently in. And this was country-ending stuff. And you have to ask yourself, why have they spent this amount of time and money trying to destroy him? You know, everybody's born for a reason. And, you know, Ronald Reagan said, I've been saying the same thing since the 1960s. And then all of a sudden in the 80s, I'm popular. He said, there's a window of time for everybody.

and you just fall into that window and then when your time is up you just kind of it just moves on life moves on Donald Trump he is the right man for this season only because if this wouldn't have happened yesterday I'm not sure

I believe sick people When you look at our country, what's happening where millions and millions of people are flowing in from all parts of the world, not just South America, from Africa, from Asia, from the Middle East. And they're coming in from jails and prisons. And they're coming in from mental institutions and insane asylums. They're coming in from all over the world into our country. And we have a president and a group of fascists that don't want to do anything. think about it. Because they could right now, today, he could stop it. But he's not, they're destroying

our country. Right now today, he could stop it. But he's not, they're destroying our countries. Our country's in very bad shape and raise your taxes by 40. This is amazing. What is happening? We just went through one of many experiences where we had a conflicted judge, highly conflicted. There's never been a more conflicted judge. Now, I'm under a gag order, which nobody's ever been under, no presidential candidates ever been under a gag order before.

I'm under a gag order, nasty gag order, where I've had to pay thousands of dollars in penalties and fines and was threatened with jail. Think of it. I'm the leading candidate. I'm leading Biden by a lot, and I'm leading the Republicans to the point where that's over. So I'm the leading person for president, and I'm under a gag order by a man that can't put two sentences together, given by a court, and they are in total conjunction with the White House and the DOJ, just so you understand.

This is all done by Biden and his people. And maybe his people, more importantly, I don't know if Biden knows too much about it, because I don't know if he knows about anything. but he's nevertheless the president, so we have to use his name. And this is done by Washington, and nobody's ever seen anything like it. So we have a judge who's highly conflicted. You know what the confliction is. Nobody wants to write about it, and I'm not allowed to talk about it.

If I do, he said, I get put in jail. So we'll play that game a little bit longer. We won't talk about it, but you're allowed to talk about it. I hope you do. because there's never been anybody so conflicted as this. We will in a minute. As far as the trial itself, it was very unfair. We weren't allowed to use our election expert under any circumstances.

You saw what happened to some of the witnesses that were on our side. They were literally crucified by this man who looks like an angel, but he's really a devil. He looked so nice and soft. People say, oh, he seems like such a nice man, no, unless you saw him in action. And you saw that with a certain witness that went through hell. And when we wanted to do things, he wouldn't let him, he wouldn't let us do those things. But when the government wanted something, they got everything. They got everything they wanted.

It was a rigged trial. We wanted a venue change where we could have. a fair trial. We didn't get it. We wanted a judge change. We wanted a judge that wasn't conflicted. And obviously he didn't do that. Nobody's ever seen anything like it. We had a DA, who was a failed DA. Crime is rampant in New York, violent crime. That's what he's really supposed to be looking at. Crime is rampant in New York. Yesterday in McDonald's, you had a man putting Trump, hitting him up with with machetes, a machete, whoever can imagine even a machete being wielded in a store,

in a place where they're eating, and he's going rampant, and Bragg is down watching a trial on what they call crimes, crimes. They're falsifying business records. That sounds so bad. To me, it sounds very bad. You know, it's only a misdemeanor, but to me it sounds so bad. When they say, falsifying business. That's a bad thing for me. I've never had that before. I'm falsifying. You know what? Falsifying business records is in the first degree. They say falsifying business records sounds so good, right? It means that legal expense, I paid a lawyer, totally legal, I paid a lawyer, a legal expense, and a bookkeeper without any knowledge from me correctly marked it down in the books. A very professional woman, highly respected.

She testified, marked it down to the books as a legal expense. So a legal expense, paid a lawyer, is a legal expense in the books. It's not sheetrock construction or any other thing. It's a legal expense. Think of that. This is what the falsification of business records were. And I said, what else are you going to call it? What else are you going to call it?

Now, I would have testified. I wanted to testify. The theory is you never testify, because as soon as you testify, if it were George Washington, don't testify, because they'll get you on something that you said slightly wrong,

and then they sue you for perjury. But I didn't care about that. I wanted to. Only him. But the judge allowed them to go into everything that I was ever involved in, not this case, everything that I was ever involved in,

which is a first. In other words, you could go into every single thing that I ever did, Was he a bad boy here? Was he a bad boy there? And my lawyer said, what do you need to go through? And all you wanted to do is testify simply on this case. Because I would have loved to have testified.

To this day, I would have liked to have testified. But you would have been, you would have said something out of whack, like it was a beautiful sunny day and it was actually raining out. And I very much appreciate the big crowd of people outside. That's incredible what's happening. The level of support has been incredible. So the whole thing is legal expense was marked down as legal expense. Think of it. This is my, this is the crime that I committed that I'm supposed to go to jail for 187 years for

when you have violent crime all over this city at levels that nobody's ever seen before where you have businesses leaving and businesses are leaving because of this because heads of businesses say, man, we don't want to get involved. with that. I could go through the books of any business person in this city, and I could find things that in theory, I guess, let's indict him, let's destroy his life. But I'm out there, and I don't mind being out there because I'm doing something for this country and I'm doing something for our Constitution. It's very important. Far beyond me. And this can't be allowed to happen to other presidents. It should never be allowed to happen in the future. But this is

far beyond me. This is bigger than Trump. This is bigger than me. This is bigger than my presidency. And the people understand it because I just see a poll just came out, the daily mail. That was the first one. Came out. It was done last night right after the verdict where I'm up six points, six points from what we already were. We were leading fairly substantially. We're up six points in the Daily Mail poll. Now maybe other polls come out and it says something differently. but a lot of people have predicted it because the public understands and they understand what's what's going on. This is a scam. There's a rig trial. It shouldn't have been in that venue. We shouldn't have had that judge. He should have allowed us to have an election expert. We had the best

expert, most respected expert, head of the Federal Elections Commission. He was all set to testify. He was waiting for two days. And when it was his turn, Bragg's people protested, and the judge knocked him out, said you can't testify. He actually said you can't testify for anything having to do with the trial. You can say what the federal elections is. Well, that doesn't help. Everybody knows that, but you can't testify. So essentially, he wasn't able to testify. Other people weren't able to testify. But with these people, they were able to use people salacious. By the way, and Nothing ever happened. There was no anything. Nothing ever happened and they know it. But they were

salacious as they could be, and it had nothing to do with the case, but it had to do with politics. And do you notice the timing? The timing was perfect. This case was dead. It was dropped by every agency, every governmental board. It was dropped by the highly respected Southern District. They said, no, there's no case here. It was dropped. dropped by federal election, and that's what it's about. This is about a federal election, not a state election. You're not even allowed to look at it. They took the state and the city, and they went into a federal election. They're not allowed. The people from federal election, Southern District, and Washington, dropped the case. Everybody dropped the case. There was no case.

Syvance dropped the case. And when Brad came in, he said, this is the most ridiculous case I've ever seen. And who would have a certain person, again, gag order. Who would have a certain person like this ever testify? He said, this is essentially one of the worst people I've ever seen ever to testify. He said, the craziest case I've ever seen, this is Bragg. Then when I announced, I was running for president, a long time later, they decided to revive this case. And they got a judge, judge Martian, who was responsible for another case that was also brought. It destroyed the life of a very good man, by the way, destroyed the life of a very good man who went to prison once and then he just put him in prison again because they said he lied. He didn't lie. I looked at

the statements he made. In fact, he didn't remember something and they put him in jail again. They've destroyed him with me for many years. He was an honorable person. He was an honest man. And if you look at what he did, supposedly, it never happened. There's never been anything like this over the education of his grandchildren. Over, he didn't report that he had a car or two cars on his income. I don't know. I wonder how many people here have cars. I wonder how many people said, oh, gee, I have a car. That's worth X dollars. How do you even figure it? And I I guess you do have to report it, but I would say probably almost nobody does. Nobody even thinks about it.

They put this man, they destroyed this man. But they put him in jail again because they didn't want him to testify. They didn't want him to testify. That's why he went to jail. He put him in jail twice. He's 77 years old. Now, normally I'd say that's an old guy, but I don't feel 77. Nobody ever says that about me.

I'd like them to say, gee, we have to have a little sorrow for this man because they just don't say that about me, but maybe I'm better off that way. I think I'm probably better off that way. But they put him in jail twice. And you have to see what they put him in jail. And he was threatened by the judge. This man was told you're going to get 15 years in jail if you don't give up Trump. And he was told that.

You're going to get 15 years in jail. And he made a plea deal because he didn't want to spend the rest of his life. And he was told that viciously. We're living in a fascist state. He was told that viciously. So you can go to jail for four months, five months, or you can get 15 years in jail. So do a plea. Almost who wouldn't do that plea?

Everyone does those pleas. It's a horrible thing. There's a whole group of lawyers that fight that. It's so unfair. It's so unfair. But they destroyed his life. So many other things. You look at Southern District didn't want to bring the case. Nobody wanted to bring the case. And then you know who didn't want to bring the case? Most of all is Bragg. Bragg didn't want to bring it. But then he brought it. And they tried to make it a different case. They didn't say legal expense equal legal expense. again, if I wrote down and paid a lawyer, and by the way, this was a highly qualified lawyer. Now, I'm not allowed to use his name because of the gag order. But, you know, he's a sleaze bag. Everybody knows that. It took me a while to find out. But he was effective. He did work.

But he wasn't a fixer. He was a lawyer. You know, they liked to use the word fixer. He wasn't a fixer. He was a lawyer. At the time, he was a fully accredited lawyer. Now, he got into trouble not because of me, he got into trouble, because he He made outside deals and he had something to do with taxi cabs and medallions and he borrowed money.

And that's why he went. And then he pled to three election violations. And as soon as I saw that, I said, I wonder why he did that. He pled. He took a deal. Now, he took a deal because he wanted to get off. In other words, I'll take a plea deal and I want to get off. And he wanted to make a deal with the Southern District.

and they wrote the worst report I think I've ever seen on any human being other than the report that was written on James Comey by the Inspector General, a very great Inspector General, actually, wrote a report that was so bad. This one was possibly worse. The Southern District, the judge didn't let us use it. He said, it's hearsay. I said, it's not hearsay, wouldn't let us use it. This is about the man. but he got in trouble for a very simple reason because he was involved with borrowing a lot of money and he did something with the banks. I don't know if it's defrauded the banks,

but something happened. You guys know what it is. And then in addition to that, he gave up in three things where he wasn't guilty. In fact, they were going to testify in that. The head of the FEC, the Bradsmith, the election expert, number one rated in the country who was going to testify. He took a plea on three things. He just added them in because that gave him more bargaining power with respect to me.

But the three things that he pled on having to do with the election and having to do essentially a little bit with me, they weren't crimes. They weren't crimes. Nor is paying money under an NDA. So we have an NDA, non-dislozier agreement. It's a big deal in non-disclosure agreement. Totally honorable, totally good, totally accepted. Everybody has them. Every company has non-disclosure agreements. But the press called it slush fund and all sorts of other things. Hush money, hush money.

It's not hush money. It's called a non-disloasure agreement. And most of the people in this room have a non-disclosure agreement with their company. It's a disgrace. So it's not hush money. It's a non-dislozier agreement. Totally legal. Totally common.

Everyone has it. And what happened is he signed a non-dislozier agreement with this person, I guess, other people, but it's totally honest. You're allowed to make the payment. You don't have to make it, you can make it any way you want.

It's a non-disclosure agreement. And he signed that. And there was nothing wrong with signs. it. And this should have been a non-case. And everybody said it was a non-case, including Bragg. Brad said, until I ran for office. And then they saw the polls. I was leading the Republicans. I was leading the Democrats. I was leading everybody. And all of a sudden, they brought it back. It's a very sad thing that's happening in our country. And it's a thing that I'm honored in a way. I'm honored. It's not that it's pleasant. It's very bad for family.

it's very bad for friends and businesses, but I'm honored to be involved in it because somebody has to do it, and I might as well keep going and be the one, but I'm very honored to be involved because we're fighting for our Constitution. The money that was paid was paid legally. There was nothing illegal. In fact, the lawyer in creating the NDA, because at that time he was a fully accredited lawyer.

He wasn't a fixer. I never thought of him as a fixer. The media called him a fixer or the prosecutors called him a fixer. He was a lawyer, and he was fairly good. Later on, I didn't like what he did. I didn't like, for instance, I didn't like that. When I became president, he went around and made deals with companies. When I heard that, he was gone.

He was gone. And he had payments coming to him, and a lot of this involved. things that are very simple. There was nothing wrong. These were standard. This was standard stuff. All standard stuff. Everything involved was standard. There was no crime here. In fact, I just watched a couple of the reports. You watched Jonathan Turley, Andy McCarthy, Greg Jarrett. You look at all of these people, Mark Levin, all very talented people, great people, many more, many more. And they don't know me, essentially, they don't know me. They're legal scholars and experts. But I look at them. I watched Turley this morning saying, there's no crime here. Everybody says there's no crime here,

except for this DA that's got the city out of control with crime. It's absolutely out of control. So we have an NDA that was signed. We have legal expenses. And here's the thing on legal expenses. You have 100 where they say they do a charge. I just recorded this out. Falsification of business records in the first degree. It sounds so bad. I said, wow. And even my own lawyers, I get very upset with them

because they don't say what it is. They say, well, falsification of legal records is only a felony. Well, that's a lot. is only a, they say, a misdemeanor, but they try and bring it up to a felony if there's two crimes. They have all these different things. The other thing is they missed the statute of limitations

by a lot, because this was very old. They could have brought this seven years ago instead of bringing it right in the middle of the election. So they missed the statute of limitations. They did everything. Now, let me give you the good news. The good news is, last night, we just got a report this morning,

in the history of politics, I believe, Maybe I'm wrong. Somebody will find that I'm wrong, maybe. But I don't think so. They raised with small money donors, meaning like $21, $42, $53, $38, a record $39 million in about a 10-hour period. No, think of it. I like those people. Because so far, I guess it's back far. Now, I don't know. I'd rather not have it happen. I don't want to have it backfiring. I don't want to win this thing legitimately, not because they were stupid and did things that they shouldn't be doing.

They shouldn't have brought this case. They were saying it this morning. This is a case that should not have been brought. I watched Andy McCarthy say, this is a case that should not have been brought. And that was this morning. But they all say that. Every legal scholar has said it.

These are great people. They really understand the law. The other thing, a poll just came out, The first poll, I don't know, maybe others will be bad. But a poll just came out a little while ago. The Daily Mail. Does anybody read the Daily Mail? It's very good.

They have a good poll. At least I like it today. And the Daily Mail just came out with a poll. And it has trumped up six points in the last 12 hours, six points. Six points since this happened. Who thought this could up? Because the people of our country know it's a hope. They know it's a hoax. They get it. You know, they're really smart. And it's really something. So we're going to be appealing this scam. We're going to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn't allow us to have witnesses. He wouldn't allow us to talk. You wouldn't allow us to do anything. The judge was a tyrant. And you got to see that with Bob Costello. A fine man, I've never seen anything like it. And neither has anybody that was in that courthouse where he demanded

that the courthouse be cleared. Now, the good news is most of the people in the courthouse were the media. And anybody that was in the media of your fare, you'll say, wow, that was anger. That was crazed. He was crazed. And the reason that Bob Costello acted a little bit upset, which I think he has a right to, was that every question he was being asked was being objected to by the other side and sustained by the judge. Sustained, sustained, sustained. I think he did it many times. I don't know what the number, many times.

Even I was sitting there saying, and these were basic questions. And I never saw anybody treated that way by a judge, and I've been treated very badly by two other judges also, because it's all the same thing. And it all comes out of the White House, Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of our country. Just so you know, we're blowing off all of the commercial breaks so we can continue to carry his message. Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of our country.

He's the worst president in the history of our country, the most incompetent. He's the dumbest president we've ever had. He's the dumbest president, most incompetent president, and he's the most dishonest president we've ever had. And so many of the, he's a Manchurian candidate. You take a look at the way he treats China, Russia, so many others. You know, I ended the Russian pipeline. It was dead.

He comes in and he approves it. And he gets three and a half million, meaning three and a half million is paid to the family, his family, from the mayor of Moscow's wife. And I said, where did that come from? Nobody wants to talk about it. But he's a very big danger to our country. And the only way they think they can win this election is by doing exactly what they're doing right now, win it in the court. because they can't win it at the ballot box. So we're going to show them that,

oh, we're going to fight. It's actually, I don't know. It's something where I'm wired in such a way that a lot of people would have gone away a long time ago. They would have gone away after impeachment hoax number one. That was a total hoax. I had great support from the Republican Party, though. Then you had impeachment hoax number two.

And then they formed the committee. How about they formed the committee of thugs? the J6th Committee of Thugs. And they took their records, and they destroyed all of the records after the committee was abandoned because those records were great for us. Now, can you imagine if Republicans did that?

Everybody would have been in jail by now. Think of that. The unselect, I call it the unselect. They call it the unselect committee. I call it the unselect committee of thugs. They meet to 100% Democratic. and two past Republicans that are no longer Republicans that are no longer in business anymore. Thank you.

But it was all Democrats and two wayward Republicans. Liz Cheney and crying Adam Kinsinger. He cries every time he goes on television. He's the most emotional human being, I think, I've ever seen. And that was our representatives. These two people were our rep. So they had all this stuff that they're leaking. And then when it came time to look at the records, like where the police said and the Capitol Guard said, that I supplied, think of it, that I recommended as many soldiers or National Guard as you want.

10,000. If you had 500, you wouldn't have had a problem. There wouldn't have been a J-6. But Nancy Pelosi and the group didn't want it. Anyway, so they have testimony to all of that that. did not attack the Secret Service agent in the front of a car. You know, these are strong people. And I supposedly went to the driver and I grabbed him around the neck. And he rebuffed me. And then I went to the other guy who I think is a black belt in karate. And he's slightly younger than me,

maybe 35 years, 40 years, 50 years. And I grabbed him around the neck and said, he's a black belt and karate. They know how to get somebody from around their neck. They would have gone like this, and that would be the end of that. Actually, I had a friend that said, you shouldn't dispute that. That makes you look like the toughest cookie we've ever seen. You should have let that go on. But the fact is, it never happened. It was all made up. And that was proven to be made up. It proved to be a false story. And they deleted and destroyed all of that information. every ounce of it. We're dealing with a corrupt government.

We have a corrupt country. Our elections are corrupt. Our borders are open. Our borders are going to be closed. Very soon. November 5th is going to be the most important day in the history of our country. Now, when I say that, because my people are always saying,

do this, do this, because we're fighting for America, Donald J.Trump.com. I hope everybody watching right now, Donald J.Trump.com, because it really makes a difference. They have a lot of money on the other side. I don't know where they get it. Nobody knows where they get it. But for some reason they get money. But they're not on the side of our country. In many ways, I think they hate our country. Who on earth can want open borders where people are allowed to pour in from countries unknown, from places unknown? from languages that we don't even, that we haven't even heard of. We have people sitting in schools with languages where very few people have ever even heard of these languages.

It's not like Spanish or French or Russian. Languages unknown. We have people coming from corners of the globe, and many of them are not good people. many terrorists record levels of terrorism record levels of terrorists have come into our country record they've never seen anything like it you know there was a report that in 2019 i don't believe this by the way that media gave it and it was good for me believe it or not they said in 2019 there were no terrorists recorded that came into our country i don't believe that i don't think that's possible But they actually, 2019 was a Trump year.

I don't believe that that could be possible. But they said no terrorists came into our country. So let's say it was close. Let's say it was close. But now record levels of terrorists, record levels, the highest level we've ever seen of terrorists, are pouring into our country. You have China with just in the last few months, 29,000 people came in, and I looked at them on a line,

and they looked like perfect soul. They're almost all male from 19 to 25. It looks like a recruiting exercise. They have beautiful tents. They have propane stoves. They have cell phones, the best you can buy. I said, what's going on? It looks like they're building an army right in our country.

Now, I don't think that would happen, right? We're losing our country. And I really think that this is an event, what took place yesterday, with this judge. Look, we have conflicted, but he's a crooked judge, and you'll understand that. And I say that, knowing that it's very dangerous for me to say that, and I don't mind, because I'm willing to do whatever I have to do to save our country and to save our Constitution. I don't mind. So, thank you. So we will continue the fight. We're going to make America great again, very simple. When people fight MAGA, they say, we're going to fight. I watch Biden. We're going to

fight MAGA. We're going to stop MAGA. It's make America great again. That's all it is. MAGA, make America great again. Our country's in serious trouble. We owe 36 trillion dollars. We were going to be, we were energy independent for the first time ever, and now we're begging Venezuela for oil. One statistic you have to hear. Venezuela was crime-ridden. Caracas, their cities, crime-ridden. Two years ago, three years ago. They just reported a 72% drop in crime in the last year because all of their criminals, most of them, and the rest are coming in now,

the ones that didn't come in. In Venezuela, their prisons have been emptied into the United States. Their criminals and drug dealers have been taken out of the cities and brought into the United States. And that's true with many other countries. The Congo has just released a lot of people from jail. Congo, Africa, just released a lot of people, a lot of people, from their prisons and jails,

and brought them into the United States of America. This is what's happening to our country, and it's not sustainable by anyone. Little things like our kids can't have a little league game anymore because you have tents and you have migrants living on the fields. That's the least of it. People are taking over our luxury hotels, migrants, and yet our veterans, our great veterans, are living on the streets, like dogs. They're living on the streets. But migrants are living in luxury hotels and cities all over our country run by Democrats. So it's my own.

honor to be doing this. It really is. It's a very unpleasant thing, to be honest. But it's a great, great honor. We're going to do what I have to do. I'm going to do it. And the support has been, that's why I mentioned the number of $39 million. That's why I mentioned we're up six points. And we went up a lot over the last month because everybody saw it was a rig deal. It was a rigged trial. But we're going to make America great again. We're going to make it better than ever before November 5th. Remember, November 5th is the most important day in the history of our country. Thank you very much, everyone. Well, let's, as he walks away in the Trump Tower, I think there was one miss, and that was right

at the beginning. He should have walked down with Melania down the escalator exactly the same way he did in 2016. I noticed that that speech ran about 34 minutes and within the first 10, the mainstream media had already broken away except for Fox. He was telling his story and doing what Trump does best, just goes out and just wings it. I wish he would have been a little more focused towards the beginning when everybody was watching. But it was a real embarrassment for our country, the things that he was saying. And I took pages and pages of notes here of it, and we're not going to have time to go over at all. But we're going to move the three of us into the TV studio after this, and we'll record a special Friday episode of

Glenbeck TV, and you'll be able to download that as soon as we're done with it. We have Steve Dace coming up next so we can't do it live. What were your impressions? I loved the way that he did come out and say, you know, they were coming after me. And he called them a group of fascists. And he was using very strong language at the beginning. But then it felt like he hasn't been on the campaign trail for so long. And he wanted to get back out there that it felt like everything was just spewing out of his mouth.

Things that he wished that he could have been saying instead of talking about the trial for the last month, we got all of it in one speech. But this wasn't necessarily the time for that. This was I am a political prisoner. I thought the first few minutes, maybe the first five were very effective because he said things that were powerful like fascist. I can't talk about this because of a gag order. You know, what's happening in the country between our finances, our economy, and the border. I thought those were all really, really strong. He said this is bigger than my presidency, which is really strong. That was really strong. Several times he said, it is my honor. It's not pleasant, but it is my honor to do this because

somebody has to. Somebody has to. Yeah. Democrats and Bragg released the crackin. Absolutely did. I saw a couple of Twitter posts, I think one from the Trump campaign, that it took screenshots of every single network that was covering this. And they said wall to wall, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, and then CNBC. Everyone had this, at least the first 10 minutes of this. Everyone. And it's been complete blackout on him for, what, years now,

since he left office, a complete blackout. Now they're forced to cover it. They're forced to allow the American people to listen to what they did to him. It's a big screw-up, in my opinion. You know, the one thing that would have made this much more fair is, if they would have covered the trial. One thing I would like to see if it could ever be done is to release the video footage that we know was taken in the courtroom. They were watching it, some of the press watching it in the hallways.

But we weren't allowed to see it. What could be more important to the American people? And that is why they didn't do it because they know if Americans actually pay attention to this and go, well, is anything that he's saying? Is that true? and they go and they actually look for the information themselves, they'll be horrified and they will understand how much trouble the Republic is in. We're running out of time. It goes back to your point of storytelling and why that is so important.

Correct. If you were able to sit there and watch it for yourself, you have a completely different view of what this trial would have been. But they have the ability to manipulate it and spin it in a way before they present it to you. and that is a completely different viewing experience. You know, when you're watching somebody with a biased agenda giving you the facts, quote unquote facts of the case, you're not going to say, okay, this is exactly from the mouth of the judge,

from the mouth of the witnesses, from the mouth of Donald Trump. It's completely different. You know, and I found it interesting that because he just speaks, and you can show that, you can see that there was so much for him to say, I had an experience with George Bush towards the end of his presidency and we were we were just, he was underwater and

he was like, and another thing shoes and you were like, what? Every time he would talk, he was just all over the board. And he said to me, because he was talking in the Oval Office privately and there were a few of us in there and I was seeing right next to his chair on the couch. And, man, he was strong and told me what was going on in the ground and everything else.

And I said, no offense, Mr. President, but this is what the American people need to hear, what you just said. And he gave a couple of caveats that aren't worth getting into now. But the one thing he said was everything a president says is watched and monitored by Intel all over. the world and they interpret my shift of my eyes, the shift of my weight when I say it. He said, there's so many things that I can't say that I'm calculating all the time. Donald Trump never seems to calculate. However, you could see the subtle calculation there. When he was talking about, when he was talking about, you know, that very great guy that

was just raked over the coals and yada, yada, yada. That was Bob Costello. He said it later, but I think that is again him, where is the line on what will get me in trouble? Bob Costello, when they cleared the courtroom, I talked to Alan Dershowitz the very next day. He was sitting in the front row and he was allowed to see what nobody else saw. They cleared the courtroom. And he berated him because when the judge made a ruling that was an unusual ruling, In fact, Alan Derswitz said one of the only, I've never heard a ruling like that.

It just made no sense. He said, Bob looked up at the judge and raised his eyebrows. Like, really? And then he cleared the courtroom and berated him. You will, you will not do that. I think he might have threatened him with jail if he raises his eyebrows again. This guy is unhinged, just unhinged. and you know

Donald Trump is going to continue to tell the story as much as he can but the American people should have seen it themselves. The other things that I think were important that he said he continued to come back to the border. He continued to talk about the terrorists that are in. He said something I've never heard him say before. You know, 2019 and this was good for me, but they said in 2019, no terrorist.

entered the country, but I don't believe that to be true. I've never heard him take a compliment and say, I don't believe that. But I agree with him. I don't either. But now we're at the highest level. He also talked about our debt, our dependence on oil. He called, he not only called Biden stupid and the worst president we've ever had, he referred to the president and those who are in the administration as fascists, which I thought was really strong language and appropriate, but shocking to hear. It'll be shocking for many people on the left that don't even know the definition of that word

that have been throwing it around willy-nilly to hear that about themselves. I hope there's a little bit of self-reflection. There won't be. There won't be. But the definition of a fascist is an authoritarian state that partners with corporations and the media to control. And that's exactly what we're doing. It's exactly what Biden is doing. He is technically 100% accurate on his labeling of this administration, fascistic.

All right, back with more in just a second. First, let me talk to you about leave home gutters. You know how sometimes your wife will look up the gutters at your house and then look back at you and then just shakes her head a little bit, you know? And you can just hear her without saying it. She said, he only had one job to do. That was it. That was it.

And you can hear the tone of her voice even though she never even said it, you know? Okay. There's a better solution than that. It's actually cleaning your gutters, except you don't do it. I know, I know. My son do it, right? No. This is a leaf filter from leaf home gutters.
