Starting point is 00:00:20 I wonder, part of me thought the other day, like, what if we ate vegetables? Would that help us? Let's not think that hard. I think this is, I think this is not. vegetables. This is really for dogs. This is for dogs. Yeah, this is probiotics and stuff. Yeah, that's science, man. Are you a doctor? No, I am.

Starting point is 00:00:55 slash Beck? Or call 833 GLE N-N-33. from behind my cardboard microphone with talent on loan from Lenny Don't ask any questions but he didn't need his talent today This is the Glenn Beck program We've got stuff on Merritt Garland
Starting point is 00:01:50 We're going to do our best to curb our whiteness For a little while at least today Also who is the fascist Who is the dictator The latest from the Democrats in Washington. That'll chill you to the bone. But let's start with your whiteness. We do that in 60 seconds.
Starting point is 00:02:20 Come on me, I should talk about relief factor. Susan lives in Texas. She suffered with pain in one of her legs for 30 years due to injury. She sustained from working out. See, I told you. Why work out? it only leads to injuries. She was in 30 years of pain.
Starting point is 00:02:44 Man, at any rate, Susan being in pain was just part of her life until the day she started hearing me talk about relief factor, decided she would at least give it a try. I want you to imagine what it would be like to go from having pain in your legs for 30 years. And then in a course of a couple of weeks, taking relief factor, all of a sudden you have none. Susan is, I mean, she's like an. idiot savant. She took relief factor. She got well. And now she's exercising again. What the hell? That's the idiot part.
Starting point is 00:03:14 What are you doing? Anyway, relief factor, not a drug. It was developed by doctors. And 70% of the people who try it go on to buy more. So just try it for three weeks. If it doesn't work, you're going to know by three weeks. If it does, excuse me, if it does, you've got to go on and order more. I am turning into
Starting point is 00:03:32 my grandfather. I am just like, oh, I've got gas today like you wouldn't I help me help me go to relief factor.com or call 800, 500883.84 800, 584. It's relief factor.com. Okay, racist. Listen up. It is very, very important. I'm going to give you a quick survey here.
Starting point is 00:04:00 It was, it's from New York University, the Steinhart School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. and now to build a more infirming environment, I need you to ask a couple of questions. Well, I'm going to ask you, well, I'm going to ask you one question, but it has 30 answers. Now, I think that's limiting myself. But, you know, apparently, apparently not for the people at NYU. Racists.
Starting point is 00:04:35 NYU would like their students to take this right before, you know, we have to just know who everybody is. So which gender do you identify with? And I should say parentheses, there's an S after gender. So parenthetically speaking, you could have more than one. What do you identify, select all that apply? Is there an upper limit of how many genders I can? Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:04 No. A gender. A gender. What does that mean? Well, I mean, asexual means, Ick, right, to everything. So this would be ick. Well, but this has nothing to do with sexuality, right?
Starting point is 00:05:19 Right, nothing to do with sexuality. This is just gender. Right, I'm just saying the A before sexual means ick. Yeah, you're opposed to it. Right. So I'm opposed to gender. Okay, so denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a particular gender.
Starting point is 00:05:36 Okay. So you're just against gender basically as a construct or something. Okay, maybe. I don't know if that's philosophical or internal. Then there is Alla gender. Like, Al-A-L-A-L-L-E-M-E-N-D-E-R. Hmm. A-L-E-L-E-M-A-L-L-A-L-A-R.
Starting point is 00:06:04 A, G, E, N-D-E-R. Okay, yeah, here it is. Okay, that is, um, hmm. Uh, alleg a gender experience, which is other, or stands apart from existing gender constructs. Ah. So if I say, wait, uh, Dema boy is, is kind of me, but not exactly me. then I would be Alla gender. This is like the catch-all of I'm not in the other groups, basically.
Starting point is 00:06:40 This is, may I? This is Paul talking about the unnamed god. You guys have all these gods. Well, there's one that covers everything else. I think that's what it is. Okay. So allagenda is a catch-all. Catch-all.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Okay, all right. By-gender, it would be two genders. Wait, at the same time. Right? But, I mean, select all that apply. By gender, you don't, I guess you're limited to, to, only two. Like, it seems like these are so specific.
Starting point is 00:07:07 You don't need catch-alls. But a lot of these seem to be... It's a denoting of relating to a person whose sense of personal identity encompasses two genders. So you're both at the same time. Boy, but it's spelled with an I, not a Y. So, B-O-I. B-O-I.
Starting point is 00:07:24 Boy is... I think that's a... Okay. Yeah. So, I see a slang term. Would they put a slang term in one of these? hope not. Because that's what they keep.
Starting point is 00:07:36 It's also the Bank of Ireland, by the way. So it could just be like, I identify as the Bank of Ireland. That's all. Okay, that's good. All right. Butch. I think we know that he was with the Sundance kid. Dema boy.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Dema boy. Now, I'm not familiar. I. Maybe that is. D.E.M. Yeah. Okay. D.E.M.I.
Starting point is 00:07:59 I'm a boy that likes Demi Moore. In the heyday years. Right. At the peak. At the peak. At the peak. Yeah. A demo boy is a gender identity describing someone who partially, but not wholly, identifies as a man. So you're a partial, partial man, basically.
Starting point is 00:08:20 But I don't know why it's boy. Yeah. Okay. Feminine of center. Feminine of center. That's a gender? Yeah. Feminine of sender.
Starting point is 00:08:29 This is like someone who's just noncommittal. This is like. Feminine of center. This is like somebody who didn't like Biden or Trump. They're, you know, I'm just in the center. Okay, I have a definition. A phrase that indicates the gender identity and gender expression of persons who understand and present themselves in a generally. Feminine way.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Feminine way without necessarily identifying as a woman. So, then what would a Fem be? Because that's the next one. Okay. F-E-M-M-E. because that would be an effeminate man or a effeminate woman, right? Okay, so femme would be a lesbian whose appearance and behavior are seen as traditionally feminine. Okay, so maybe feminine of center.
Starting point is 00:09:19 But I was told, I was told very specifically that gender has nothing to do with sexuality. So why would a gender have a definition as a lesbian whose appearance is anything? a very flamboyant man, very feminine man, be a femme. I don't know. This is, I would say this document's hateful. It is. That's, I'm, and not inclusive. Gender apathetic, which I claim, I am that.
Starting point is 00:09:43 I'm, I'm, well, I'm actually by gender. I'm gender apathetic and male. I'm sick of talking about it. So does that make me gender apathetic? Yeah, I think it does. Gender apathetic. Yeah. I mean, I guess you don't really care.
Starting point is 00:09:58 But isn't that, wasn't that? That was that every one of... That was no agender. That was a gender. That was a catch-all. Oh, yeah. Okay, so this one is kind of like, I'm a little hostile. No, I'm not hostile.
Starting point is 00:10:10 I don't care. I'm going to be hostile if you keep asking me these questions. I think that's what that means. So gender apathetic also called as app gender. So if you were out there going, I'm like, where's appa-gender? How come you haven't mentioned that? We're just using that under the other phrase for gender apathetic. But you know that.
Starting point is 00:10:27 When a person really does... really doesn't identify or care about any particular gender. Yeah, okay. All right. Okay. Gender non-conforming. Now, again, that's a catch-all. That's a catch-all, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Gender non-conforming just means... I'm not conforming to any of these terms. Right. Again, there's a lot of catch-alls here. Right. Gender questioning. I think that... Well, that's a catch-all. Gender fluid, which is also a...
Starting point is 00:10:51 Well, no, for gender fluid is different, isn't it? My understanding of gender fluid is you're kind of changing all the time. You do care. Gender fluid, denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a fixed gender. So you're kind of all over the board on that one. That's that you can kind of move like a liquid, like a fluid. You can go anywhere you want kind of thing. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Anywhere it'll take you. Now that's different than transmission fluid. That's not an actual gender. No, it's a gender. Transmission fluid? Yeah, yeah. It means I was made by God herself, spelled with an eye, to lubricate your driving machines. I don't think transmission fluid is.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Well, it should be. I think this is a hateful, hateful thing. That's fair. Okay, so we're down to, we're down to gender queer. We got that. Do we know what gender queer is? I don't know what gender queer actually means. I've heard it.
Starting point is 00:11:50 Denoting or relating to a person who does not subscribe to conventional gender distinctions, but, but identifies with nine. both or a combination of male and female genders that's just everything that doesn't mean anything that is just a catch-all again gender queer catch-all gray gender gray gender yeah that is J. Leno right I think that's J-Leno right no I don't you don't think so no okay gray gender yeah oh god this is really confusing I'm I could be considered great gender is it old people is that what it is okay a person who identified as at least partially outside the gender binary.
Starting point is 00:12:34 So they're not black or white. They're kind of in between. They're kind of gray. And has a strong natural ambivalence about their gender identity. Right. Which I think we've already covered that. This is kind of a catch-all. But it's also the same as gender apathetic, it seems like.
Starting point is 00:12:48 Yes, it does. Except apathetic is you really don't care. And gray gender is I kind of don't care about my gender. Correct. Okay. Correct. Got it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:57 Then intergender. Intergender. Yeah. This is, I mean, this was not supposed to take us this long. This is good, though. I'm really learning things. Yeah, intergender. Intergender is a variation in sex characteristics, including chromosomes and or genitals that do not allow an individual to directly be identified as male or female.
Starting point is 00:13:16 That's hermaphrodite then. I guess that's a new term for that. However, I've been told very specifically that these organs have nothing to do with your gender. So again, why is that in here? Like this is the only scientifically based one. Right. Because it's talking chromosomes. This isn't like a feeling that you have.
Starting point is 00:13:36 This is about your parts. So again, I was told that had nothing to do with it. Here's one you have to look up and I'm dead serious. Okay. I have no idea what it means. This is a man. M-A-N, man.
Starting point is 00:13:49 Are you sure it's not M-A-N-N-N-E? Nope, it's M-A-N-N-M-A. Look it up. It's got to be a new definition. I don't think I want. You know what? I'm going to stop myself. I don't really want to Google man.
Starting point is 00:14:01 I just feel like I don't, I feel like I don't know what, that what alarm that may. Give me mad.com. I don't feel like that's a good. You know, really? Okay. Well, I go to work.
Starting point is 00:14:11 If somebody knows what that means, like for instance, the next one's Martian. Martian. Martian. But it's M-A-R-S-H-A-N. Shut up. Martian?
Starting point is 00:14:22 Martian. M-A-R. It's somebody who feels like they're Marsha from the Brady bunch. I think that's not a real No it's not I think these are I think these are important
Starting point is 00:14:33 to include I don't know why you don't I think they're I think they are mocking people who are Martians I know a lot of people who are Martians All right masculine of center
Starting point is 00:14:48 That's like feminine of center So you're like you lean Maverick Maverick Mavric gender is That's John McCain Maverick Myvary my friend
Starting point is 00:14:57 friends. Is that a real one? Yes. It is a real one. Yes. Okay, here we go. Oh, no, I'm sorry. We should point out.
Starting point is 00:15:03 It's pronounced Mavrique. Oh, Mavrike. Mavrike. A specific... What is that cologne you're wearing? Mavri. This is so confusing. Like, it's so confusing.
Starting point is 00:15:14 How can it be the thing that everyone gets so mad about if you screw it up? Like, it's such a confusing thing. Mavreak is a specific non-binary gender identity, characterized by autonomy and inner conviction regarding a sense of self that is entirely independent of male masculinity, female femininity, or anything which derives from the two while still being neither without gender nor of a neutral gender. That didn't make any sense what I just said. You know what this is?
Starting point is 00:15:47 I mean, being serious, you know what this is? You just, if you say, you know, is neither male nor female, you can just go, this is ridiculous. You know, I'm non-binary. Okay, whatever. But when you take, if you're really trying to make something meaningless, you flood the system with all of these other choices that are all meaningless. So people will eventually go, it doesn't matter. I don't care.
Starting point is 00:16:15 It doesn't matter. And you take away the choice of man and woman because it's included in this. Yeah. So man and woman included, I'm just a man, I'm a woman. But when you start to look at all of these genders and you realize none of these mean anything. I mean so many of these mean the same thing. Or so. No, Mavreak is different.
Starting point is 00:16:42 But there's so, so many of them are just like basically outside of the normal, what they call normal gender identities or traditional gender identities. And it's like, well, you have. 26 names for people in that world. All right. I want you. So multi-gender is next, which we don't have time for. I want you to look up, it must be Neutra. Wait, how do you spell?
Starting point is 00:17:08 Well, because it's darn close to, well, I'll spell it. N-E-U-T-R-O-I-S. Neut-R-A. It's got to be. Otherwise, it could be mispronounced as like, Neutrosis. Just. Okay. Neutra.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Neutois. Neutois. Neutois. Neutois. Neatre is a non-binary gender identity, which is often associated with neutral or null gender. So why wouldn't I just call it neutral gender or null gender if that's what... Well. It also may be associated with genderless.
Starting point is 00:17:47 I am. There's like all these things had... We've already talked about other things that describe the same thing. Yeah, but for instance, I'm... binary. I'm binary. Oh my gosh. Okay. And I know. Well, but it's not really. My binary means I only speak in ones and zeros. Oh, okay. And so, wow. Yeah. So I'm, that's, uh, that's not what I.
Starting point is 00:18:11 So let me tell you about one one one one one one zero zero zero. One. Mm. Mm. Zero, zero. I'll dumb it down for you. You guys aren't binary. Day 54 of my weight loss regime, Dear Diary, today I decided to eat right out of the gate. I was going to eat healthy, you know, after breakfast, of course.
Starting point is 00:18:36 And I did. Yesterday for lunch, I had a sensible salad. I mean, I had some lettuce on my burger, but I took that off and threw it away in the trash where it belonged. I mean, who eats that besides bunny rabbits? Anyway, it's all good because despite the enormous number of calories and that delicious juicy, fat burger. I put a built bar on top. And let me tell you something.
Starting point is 00:18:58 A blue cheese burger with the hint of chocolate chip mint, delicious. Delicious. If you haven't tried a built bar yet, you're missing out. You take out the hamburgers, and it will actually help you stay fit and trim, low calorie, low sugar, high protein, high fiber. It's great. It tastes like a candy bar, but it's healthy for you. It's healthier than your average.
Starting point is 00:19:22 protein bar and it doesn't taste like a doormat. It's unbelievable. Don't give up on your resolution. Built bar is the answer. Go to buildbar.com. Use the promo code Beck. Get 20% off your next order. promo code Beck, 20% off builtbar.com. 10 second station ID. I haven't even gotten to the can you see if can you see if gender second gear is in there. Shut up. That's not no second gear should be in there. Gear. Gender second gear. It's like general, it's like gender neutral, but it moves a little faster. See, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:20:04 I don't think that one's real. Would you know you looked it up? You actually looked it up. I mean, that's what we should do. We should take the rest of these and say which one's real, which one's not. If you would have said allegender, I would have thought that that was fake. If you would have said gender apathetic, I would not have believed gender apathetic was a thing. Yep.
Starting point is 00:20:25 Like, isn't there a part of your life where you stop and you think, I'm spending too much time on this? Like, whether you think it's right or not, how can it dominate your life like it does for seemingly so many people? At some point, step back and like, I don't know, do the dishes. Like, I do something productive. Do the dishes. Who are you talking about? I'm only talking to the allegender people out there. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:20:51 What a sexist. Okay, post-gender. Oh, post-gender. I'm going to go with real on that one. I think post-gender is a real thing. Yes, okay. Post-genderism is not concerned solely with the physical sex or its assumed traits. It is focused on the idea of eliminating or moving beyond gendered identities.
Starting point is 00:21:12 In a traditional gender construct, one is either a man or a woman, but in post-genderism, one is neither a man nor woman nor any other assumed gender role. Again, that's a catch-all. Nope. That means nothing. That's not what it means. I actually made that one up. I didn't think anybody would. Oh, really?
Starting point is 00:21:25 I didn't think that was real. So postgender is, I'm evolved beyond gender. I'm also a breakfast cereal. I can believe that's a real thing, though. Okay. All right. People who believe their breakfast cereals. I mean, who are breakfast cereals.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Because all you have to do is believe it and you are it. Right, right. Let's see. How about two spirit? Distilled Two spirit. Two spirit is real. Two spirit is real. Now when I say it's real, I use that in quotes, but I do think it's an actual thing that will come up. Yes. Yeah. Modern man, pan-Indian umbrella term used by some indigenous North Americans to describe. This is the distilled. That's the right. This is updated. This is the distilled two spirit. Also known as the bender gender. And it just means I'm vodka and vermouth. Really? That's what it means. Yeah. Two spirits. Wow. And it's not completely different than oxygender, which means I'm high as hell all of the time.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Really? Yeah. Yeah. Deter gender? This is a good one. Deter gender? Deter gender? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:40 It means I'm a laundry soap. So. I'm legitimately fooled by all of them. I don't know. I tell you about Car Shield. Here's something super affordable. Customize coverage. lands with Car Shield. You know, it's not affordable. Out of warranty cars that go

Starting point is 00:23:48 Whether you're man, woman, gender, non-conforming, gender questioning, allegender, or maverick, you can still join BlazTV. BlaseTV.com slash glen. The promo code is Glenn. Not MacReeks. Not MacReex. This is the Glenn Beck program in about 30 minutes. It's the one year anniversary of the 1776 Unites Project. You remember we talked about that I can't believe it's been a year.
Starting point is 00:24:18 In some ways it feels like it's been a decade. Bob Woodson, the founder and president of the Woodson Center, started this to counter the 1619 project. We're going to talk to him, not about that, but reparations. And it's really important that you understand what we just did a few minutes ago was, might have been funny, but it was dead serious. The point of that was nothing means anything. Nothing means anything. It's deconstruction of meaning.
Starting point is 00:24:52 I think it goes to that postmodernism stuff that we talked about a couple years ago, a lot. So they're deconstructing all meaning and everything. And so I want to have a serious conversation. with Bob Woodson, who is against the reparations. He's a black guy against the reparations and has a good case against it. But I want to play the postmodernist. I'll show you why your argument doesn't work anymore. That's coming up.
Starting point is 00:25:19 Also, news on Merritt Garland, there is a very specific reason he was picked for the attorney general, very specific. And if he's confirmed, if he's confirmed, trouble, and I'll tell you about that coming up. Was he picked because he's the best possible candidate for the job? Of course he was. I mean, there's a secondary. Yeah, yeah, yeah, sure, sure, sure. So we have that coming up also as well.
Starting point is 00:25:45 Pat Gray joins us now. Pat, your wife and you started a new cookie company. We did. Which is a delicious. What's the name of it again? Kexie. Now, used to be scrumptious. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:00 You couldn't spell that one, but everybody can spell K-E-K-S-I. It's real easy. It's real easy. Once you know it, it's really easy. I would say, like, I wouldn't know it. I was thinking there was an X. And I like that, there's not an X in X. Well, if you do the X, it'll redirect to the K.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Okay, so, okay, so anyway, I don't know if you know this. Now, there are some things that in political correctness that are ridiculous, but I think this is one of them, or is it? In Dutch supermarkets, they have just gotten rid of a cookie. It's apparently a very big deal. It's like our Oreo. No cookie aisle can be without Oreos in America. Would you agree with that? Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Chocolate chip cookies. In Dutch supermarkets, it's the Jodenkoken. Joddenkoken. Joddenkoken. It's a good name. You should name your... Joddenkoken. Yeah, that's easy to spell.
Starting point is 00:26:54 Joddenkoken.com. I'm surprised you didn't. take it. They're shortbread discs. And apparently, Jodun Koken translates to Jew cookies. Okay. How have they gotten away with that?
Starting point is 00:27:11 Yeah. Well, I guess the, the, wow. Their ADL over there, which is the, uh, watch a group, watch a group for, I don't,
Starting point is 00:27:22 Dutch Jewish watchdog group on anti-Semitism. I don't know. And then the Jews. Jewish. You should name, you're going to be the Dutch watchcraft group on anti-semitism. And then the central Jewish board of the Netherlands. I'm thinking about that. They have spoken out and say, we don't have a problem with Jodin cookies.
Starting point is 00:27:37 Or Jodin Koken. So their version of the ADL is saying, like, we're cool with Joe cookies. We like it. Jodin Koken is cool. This is exactly what's happening all over. I can guarantee. Well, I mean, it's, it's, it's, they're Dutch. So it's white people who are like, we know better than the Jews.
Starting point is 00:27:54 We're taking Jod and Koken off because it's. It's offensive. And the Jews are like, no, it's not. We don't have a problem with that. It's like the Redskins thing here in America. Like these Native Americans were like, yeah, actually, we really like it. We're fine. But I mean, when you say it, when you're like, hey, pass those Jew cookies over.
Starting point is 00:28:10 I mean, it just doesn't sound good. It doesn't. It doesn't sound good. No. So we got that going for us. We also are having the, did you guys see the, that now they're asking for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the Jeep Cherokee, the Jeep Cherokee to change their name? Of course they are.
Starting point is 00:28:25 Of course they are. Which was interesting. And if you read the article, what I thought was fascinating about it, because they're like, the Native Americans are now saying, they want no more, they don't want Jeep to be calling it a Cherokee anymore.
Starting point is 00:28:37 And it was the head of the Cherokee Nation, the Cherokee tribe. So proud to live, the ones that are so proud to die. They didn't start him on that 70s song again. They took the whole Cherokee Nation. And they put them on that reservation. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:51 Took away their way of life. You know, the Tomahawk and the bow and the night. Cherokee people. Okay, thank you. But when you read the article, it seems to be that the journalist just like called up the Cherokee Nation and go, hey, guys, are you mad about the Cherokee thing?
Starting point is 00:29:09 Like, it wasn't like, it didn't seem to be started by the Cherokee Nation. It never is. The journalists are like, hey, shouldn't you guys be pissed about this? And then a guy was like, yeah, we're pissed about this. It seems like it was like generated from the side of the media. Yeah, of course it is. Of course it is.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Of course it is. Of course. By the way, did you notice scattered showers of journalism yesterday in the State Department briefing? Yes. Did you? Yes. Do you have that audio?
Starting point is 00:29:35 I have it here. I don't think I do. Okay. I don't think we have that. Yeah, let me, uh, you have it? No, she doesn't have it either. Okay, hang on a second. I have it.
Starting point is 00:29:45 Just just to bring up my computer. Here it is. This is fantastic. Now, I want you to know. That's amazing. Yeah. This is, this is audio, uh, from an AP. an Associated Press, Journalist, this is State Department
Starting point is 00:29:59 that our strategy, including the legislative strategy, the strategy that, of course, Congress is, has been behind, has been working to good effect. So we'll continue to work closely with Germany. We'll continue to work closely with our other allies and partners in Europe to uphold Europe's own stated energy security goals. It's a bit disingenuous to claim credit for the 18 companies winding down. All of this work was done of the previous. administration. You guys have only been in a month. I mean, I'll only been in office for a month,
Starting point is 00:30:30 right? Are you telling me that in the last four weeks, these 18 companies all of a sudden decide to say, oh my God, we better not do anything with I am speaking for a day. All of that I am speaking. You guys are taking credit for stuff that the previous administration did. I am not. I am speaking for the Department of State. The people who have been working this, the people who are working this now were the same people a month ago, where the same people, people three months ago three months ago so I he got him to kind of admit it got him to admit it he got him to admit it which is nice but uh that'll be the last shower that we have today yes yes it will is anybody watching uh wandavision I love it oh my gosh is that the most creative show on television see after the first episode how many people panned it and I was like I don't understand it but I
Starting point is 00:31:23 wouldn't pan it. Yeah, me too. They're too smart of a company to do something that's bad. Well, the first two episodes were so weird because they're just a 50s and a 60s sitcom with the laugh track. And you're like, I don't know if I get it or not. Yeah. But it all ties together. And you know it's going to because it's Marvel. And it's so good. The way it ties together and what they do with it is so creative. I've never seen anything like it. Now, I have a 15 year old son who is, is way deep into all the hidden clues. Oh. So it's really fun to watch with him.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Because he's like, a lot of Easter eggs, right? Yeah, lots. Lots. He's stopping it all the time. Do you know what that means? You know what that means? That means.
Starting point is 00:32:06 It's really a very cool show. If you're into the Marvel thing, which are in-house. A little black rain cloud. Stupid gear is not. No, I had, I had Spider-Man underpants when I was like four.
Starting point is 00:32:22 And I liked him then. And now I've Now I'm an adult. By the way, The Simpsons, Harry Shearer. I've got the Spider-Man into the universe or into the Spider-Verse underpants now. Okay, that's much more. I have the Depends.
Starting point is 00:32:37 Okay. I have the Depends. Those are nice, too. Yeah. So the Simpsons. They have spider webs on them? So anyway, Harry Shearer has said that he's not going to play Dr. anymore on the Simpsons.
Starting point is 00:32:55 Has he said it or did they just announce it? According to the rap, Harry Shearer, who is white, will no longer voice the black character of Dr. Hibbert. He will be replaced by Michael Richardson. Bless the Hearts. Thanks, goodness. It's been so offensive. Shear had voiced, does voices of Ned Flanders.
Starting point is 00:33:13 Is he a Christian? Really, honestly, is Harry Shear a Christian? Why should a non-Christian play that role? Shouldn't a Christian? Yes. And principal. Is he a pre-place principal Skinner? Is he a real principal?
Starting point is 00:33:27 Is he a real principal? No. No. That's where we're getting. So there is no quote from him, at least in this story. So I don't know if they just took him off of that. Well, no, because I remember covering this just a few months ago. And Harry Shearer was asked about about all of this because Hank Azaria had stopped doing a poo.
Starting point is 00:33:47 That was what started this. Right. And he was, he said, he goes, speaking to Times radio, he said, quote, I have a very simple belief about acting. The job of an actor is to play someone they are not. That's the gig. That's the job description. Right.
Starting point is 00:34:02 He said, Not anymore, though. Yeah, but so I don't think he was in favor of this. I mean, this was August of last year. So this is not a long time ago. Would it be great when, when the cameras start to roll on people who are just normal people and nobody's really extraordinary at anything and the movies are kind of.
Starting point is 00:34:22 more like like real life yeah kind of like those conservative movies 10 years ago yeah that'll be good that'll be really good when only dead people could play dead people I like that he's not Winston Churchill
Starting point is 00:34:38 yeah he's not so no Churchill movies from here on out I mean can you can the person drawing a poo be white can the person drawing Dr. Hibbert be white well you wouldn't have a white person do that because they're yellow Well, Dr. Hibbard is brown.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Yes. Yeah, but Homer and his family, there are no white people in that. It's just the voice, though, that's the only thing that matters. Obviously, this is going to be expanded afterward. It doesn't make, none of this makes any sense. We sit here and we talk about these things that mean nothing all the time. And it just keeps getting worse. Well, how about?
Starting point is 00:35:12 Let's talk about not making sense. I think Joe Rogan said it all when he talked about Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz, did you see a mariachi band? showed up in front of his. So assidine. I would have. And they're demanding that he resign. Because he went to Cancun when it was cold.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Really? That's what Cancun was developed for. This is what Joe Rogan said, and I think this is right. What was he supposed to do? What was the reason for him staying? Quote, can he make it warm outside? He cannot. Because of global warming, yes, he can.
Starting point is 00:35:47 Oh, he can now? Yes. He's hurting our environment. And he didn't. But he didn't before he left. There are no, I can guarantee you, no one is hiring that mariachi band that is a conservative or a Republican. Oh, no way. No way.
Starting point is 00:36:01 All this controversy is all them trying to do their best to destroy him. Yes. Try desperately to get him on. I want to talk to him about this. He should not be apologizing for it. Nobody who is a supporter of Ted Cruz cares about this. He's a smart enough politician to know this is going to cause him unneeded pain in his career. which I understand.
Starting point is 00:36:22 Stupid political mistake. Exactly. And if you looked at his Instagram feed all weekend, it was just nonstop him. He's just got cases of water. He's walking around every place in Texas. To me, that looks weak. To me, that does because it looks like he did something wrong
Starting point is 00:36:37 and now he's trying to make up for it. He didn't do anything wrong. He's done that stuff for other disasters. But you know what? There's a lot. Yeah. He's been working those things. He was fantastic. At the border?
Starting point is 00:36:48 At the border. He was fantastic on the hurt. hurricanes that have rolled through Texas. He's fantastic. This one is, I don't have any power. We don't have any water. What do you say we leave here? Because there's nothing we can do.
Starting point is 00:37:03 And I have a telephone that I can keep in my pocket. And it works on the beach or any place other than space. I believe it was our own Elijah Schaefer who said that Ted Cruz was just working remotely. like all the public school teachers. Oh, Mike. That's great. That is fantastic. That's apparently okay.
Starting point is 00:37:27 That is fantastic. All right. Thank you, Pat. You watch Pat Gray, Pac-Rae Unleashed to live before this broadcast, or you can get Pat Gray on Leash wherever you get your podcasts. People look forward to all sorts of things. When the weather starts to warm,
Starting point is 00:37:40 some people dream of jumping into a swimming pool on a hot tail. Others just want to sit around to the edge of that pool, sipping a cold drink. Astonishing, some people actually, look forward to the heat of summer. I am not one of them, but I live with one of them. One of the things that people sometimes either love or dread is mowing the lawn. I actually dread mowing the lawn if I have to push the mower or anything else. Love mowing the lawn. I love being on a tractor. I love, you know, mowing. I don't care how much lawn you have as long as I'm in a, why are you doing this? Why,
Starting point is 00:38:18 What are you saying? No, I just, you're just a big tractor guy. I'm going to think Glenn Beck. I just think a guy in a tractor. I'm good at it. Ask my wife. I mean, don't ask her about if he's good at it. But I mean, that's obvious.
Starting point is 00:38:31 But I love it. You like to sit and play tractor like, you know, like a four-year-old. Yeah. And when I'm done, I get out and I'm like, boy, my son runs out. Finish this up. I actually like it because it's quiet time that I can just listen. Anyway, hustler zero-turn lawnmower. This is the best lawnmower out there.
Starting point is 00:38:52 It turns on a dime. It cuts the grass perfectly. Riding on a hustler turf mower is a real pleasure. Named after the Air Force's B-58 Hustler Bomber. Hustler mowers are made in the U.S. They offer a hero's discount for veterans and active military. Plus, they are supporter of the folds of honor. This is just the best mower out.
Starting point is 00:39:12 They invented the zero-turn lawnmower years ago. Before you buy another motor, make sure you do your self a favor. Find a hustler dealer. Go drive a hustler. Check out hustlerturf.com. That's hustlerturf.com. Tomorrow night on Glenn TV, Texas's power failures provided America with the disturbing and deadly preview of the Great Reset. Then we're going to go over Clarence Thomas' dissent yesterday, but they're saying that that is, that's part of the disinformation campaign.
Starting point is 00:40:23 The Supreme Court Justice dissent on the election yesterday. And lawmakers are asking cable companies, are you planning to continue Fox News, OAN, and Newsmax on your platform, both now and beyond the renewal date? If so, why? The attack to silence these people are the muslims. Solini's of our lifetime. They are the dictators and the fascists.

I thought last hour I had Lenny's, but I was actually using Agnes's, so I want to credit her for this hour. That's where I get all my talent from. We have Bob Woodson going to talk to us a little bit about reparations
Starting point is 00:43:11 and what's going on in Washington. Also, we want to talk a little bit about Merrick Garland. His hearing was yesterday. He's going to be confirmed as the new Attorney General. He was selected for a reason, and one that you should be aware of. We begin in 60 seconds. All right.
Starting point is 00:43:42 Patriot Mobile wants to remind you that you can save money. You can get the same great service that you're getting elsewhere. But you are not going to be paying things for, you know, like Planned Parenthood. I mean, in your wildest dreams, do you want a dime of your money going to Planned Parenthood? I don't. So if you have Verizon or some of these other big mobile companies, why are you doing it? Why are you? Because they're taking some of their money, their profits that they get from you and they're sending it to places like Planned Parenthood or places that are working against everything that you hold dear.
Starting point is 00:44:23 Don't do it. Stand with the people who are standing by the principles that made this country what it is. Well, what it was. The freest nation on the. the planet, the only place where it doesn't matter who you are. You can start from scratch and you can do it and change not only your life, but the life of your children and your grandchildren. Only in America.
Starting point is 00:44:51 Only in America. And Patriot Mobile is fighting for those things. Now, first things first, they have a great service. They're on the same cell towers as everybody else. They have a great service. They have better customer service. and lower rates. So please just check them out.
Starting point is 00:45:08 This month, get free Premiere activation. Well, they'll set up the phone for you. That's the hassle that usually, I don't want to lose my number and everything. You can keep your number. You can get a new phone, keep your number. They'll do all of it for you. And you get a special gift with the offer code back.
Starting point is 00:45:23 Same service, lower price, and the values you believe in. Go to Patriotmobile.com slashback. That's Patriotmobile.com slash back. We're called 972 Patriot. One of one of the greatest men that I know who is just so brave in today's society. He is the founder and president of the Woodson Center and the author of a great book, Lessons from the Least of These. Bob Woodson is with us now. Hey, Bob, how are you?
Starting point is 00:46:00 Pleased to be with you again, Glenn. It's great to talk to you, sir. Time has gone by so fast. I can't believe it's been a year since you started the 1776 Unites Project. Made so far in just one year. That's great. That's great. So, Bob, I want to talk to you a little bit about reparations, and I want to play the other side to see how you would answer these things. Okay.
Starting point is 00:46:28 Right now, the country is going through all kinds of change, and the White House and the House has started hearings and a committee on reparations. What's the problem with reparations? The key liberator for liberation, not reparations. And also, the whole issue of reparations is really to deflect attention away from the critical problems. First of all, just going into it in detail, who pays? Did you know that five Native American civilized tribes? They had thousands of slaves. They were free blacks who also owned slaves.
Starting point is 00:47:16 Do they pay reparations? And so it gets complicated, but also we have had reparations in the last 50 years in the form of poverty programs, the $22 trillion we have spent that was supposedly targeted to these communities, where 70 cents of all the dollars went to people who served the poor. We created a commodity out of the poor, and now we're getting ready to create it. So let's look back what's happening. Let me play devil's advocate here and push back on who's going to pay. It's really not about slavery, Bob.
Starting point is 00:48:00 It's about the inequality and the system that has been racist from the beginning. So it's not really about slavery. It's about the disadvantages that minorities, in this case, African Americans have had from the beginning. Well, first of all, they make the incorrect. a statement that the problem is facing blacks today equality is nation. That is just not true. And the fact is that doing periods of banks, hotels, the median income in Durham, North Carolina,
Starting point is 00:48:47 in 1940, because of the Black Wall Street, was comparable to the income of whites throughout the country. So, and also today, Glenn, 3.5 million black Africans and Carrivians, they live here. If racism were the biggest barrier, why do they have incomes comparable to, if not higher than whites? They have a higher education level. Why is it that these blacks who look like any other black, how is it that they were able to thrive and outperform blacks and Asians in terms of education? If racism were the culprit, then how do you have this as an anomaly? Well, but if you could just give African Americans money, they would be able to change their
Starting point is 00:49:39 way of life. They'd be able to pull themselves out of poverty. If you just gave them a big check, they would be able to use that to create a different life for them and their family. Okay, let's just, as if the problem, let's just take an example. You have black men are 6% of the population, but they're 80% of the NFL leave. They are bankrupt. 80% of them are bankrupt within two years. If money, if wealthy men are able to, so it isn't a matter of having income that defines your status is how you use money. and black Americans historically, like I said, there are examples when we had the right attitude,
Starting point is 00:50:37 we were able to achieve against the odds. In Chicago, in 1929, there was 731 black-owned businesses and 100 million in real estate assets, even at a time when we were being redlined. able to build medical schools, dental schools, our own hospitals, our own hotels, our educational systems in five major cities where we had crumbling buildings. We outtested every other white school in five major cities at the turn of the century and up until 1940. So, Glenn, if racism under worst circumstances, the de jury segregation, Blacks were able to perform in ways where we had no control of the cities.
Starting point is 00:51:40 So, Bob, in all sincerity, I mean, we know that there are problems in the country, and there's growing problems, I think, within the system of racism, and it cuts in all directions. But the thing that really disturbs me is that we are telling people, we're telling white people that they are racist, they're born racist. They can only be racist till the day they die. And we're telling black people, you can't do it because these people are in your way
Starting point is 00:52:14 and you need a third party to keep them at bay so you could accomplish something. I think those are both so dangerous to teach people. They are, but Glenn, let me say that those people who are supposed to represent black people are not their representatives. If you look at the polls, 80% of blacks are against defund the police. According to a Pew poll, 60% of blacks do not believe racial discrimination is a principal barrier to their being able to achieve. So it is a lie that the people you see on television and those that are in the media
Starting point is 00:52:54 supposed to be representing black people, they are part of the race grievance industry. and we have, again, monetized pain and suffering and injustice, they are the ones that white America paying to give racially, they are the ones to millions of dollars to do equity training. You ask yourself, they should be compelled to answer the question. Look at the out-of-wedlock births. Look at the violence in these cities. Tell me how spending money on the training is a solution to these people. problems. What we're doing at the Woodson Center is that we are mobilizing people within those
Starting point is 00:53:43 communities to represent themselves, and we're raising money so we can demonstrate to people that the real answer to decline is not to demand that white people liberate us. I just in case you don't know who I'm talking to, this is Bob Woodson. He's the founder and president of the Woodson Center, author of the book Lessons from the Least of These, which is fantastic. he has been a community organizer in the best sense of the word for a long time trying to trying to bring people together and teach principles that actually empower people for quite a long time and he has he has stood in the same place on flinching and it's going to get harder and harder for him to stand. I got to believe that the pressure you guys are facing right now, I have to believe,
Starting point is 00:54:51 is enormous, Bob. Yeah, but it is, but I really think that that's one of the best of people. Jack Doris on race grievance. We need to mobilize our people to empower people. We're not going to do this by just complaining about what the left is doing. We must have a ground game. And what we're doing is we're mobilizing two point, I mean, 2,500 low-income black mothers call voices of black mothers united. They are standing up with the police against those who want to defend the police. And so I really think we've got to mobilize indigenous price for this race grievance. We must let the people speak for themselves. If you want to donate, I'm going to send them to Woodson Center. Is that good? That'll be good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Woodson Center.org. Yeah, Woodsoncenter.org. A really important work being done at the Woodson Center. And we all have to stand together. We have to put race aside. We have to, you know, I was pushing back on Bob on the reparations just to show that it doesn't, it's not going to stop. It doesn't have to make sense.
Starting point is 00:56:24 They have ways around all of your traditional arguments. arguments are not going to work you need to stay informed but we need to get active and we need to be seen together working to solve problems in all communities and Bob is a great great example of working in underprivileged communities and empowering people and I am proud to stand by his side and I would urge you to get involved even if it's just a donation I I know money is tight, but this is really important work. You're frustrated, you don't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:57:04 Reach out to the Woodson Center.org. Woodsoncenter.org. Bob, thank you so much. We'll talk again. Thank you. And your listeners have been very generous in the past, and I want to thank them. They are a good group of people. And whenever you need a community to come out and work side by side with you,
Starting point is 00:57:25 anytime we can do anything to help stand side by side, not just be a wallet, but also be hands. You let us know. We'd love to work with you. Well, I'm going to take you up on it because we do need hearts and hands. You got it. Thank you so much, Bob. You let us know. All right, thank you.
Starting point is 00:57:44 Woodsoncenter.org. Amak, when the time comes to choose the advocacy group that is right for you, where do you turn? There are lots of options out there. Some of them good. Some of them not so good. Let me tell you about one of them that I believe in. It's called AMAC, AMAC. It stands for the Association of Mature American Citizens.
Starting point is 00:58:05 Now, if it might apply to you, then you need to take a little time today and check Amac out for yourself. They represent courage, faith, reason in trying times. These are people that are going to give you the benefits that you're going to get from other senior organizations or mature American citizen organizations. But you also get a group of people that are fighting with you. This is so important that we put our time and our money into things that are working with us, not against us. They are standing up right now against HR1.
Starting point is 00:58:37 In fact, I have one of the guys from Amak on in about an hour to talk about what's happening with HR1. It is a total bastardization of our voting system. It is unconstitutional. And if they get a fraction of it passed, we're in deep trouble. You'll never win another election in your life. Amac is standing against them. You want to join their growing ranks. Stand with Amac as they fight the good fight by becoming a member today.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Benefits are great, but the cause is greater. It's Amac. A-M-A-C-S. I'm sorry, amac-ac-c dot U.S. slash Beck. That's amac. dot U.S. slash Beck. Better for you?
Starting point is 00:59:22 Better for America. It's Amac. 10 seconds station ID I want to talk to you about Merrick Garland Merrick is the guy that everybody will remember he was the judge that the Republicans refused to
Starting point is 00:59:48 confirm and that was what the whole Supreme Court thing was about they say they also said that he's not a guy that would have a problem with the Second Amendment the conservatives are freaking out
Starting point is 01:00:04 this is a very moderate guy Okay, let's forget about what he said and what was happening with the Supreme Court for the moment. I'm going to tell you that there is a reason he was selected as the Attorney General. We are entering a very, very dangerous time in America. You know, I've noticed that the left, not the Democrats, the left, they self-diagnosed. all the time. They say they're doing something, or they say the other side is doing something.
Starting point is 01:00:42 It's usually them. When they were accusing Donald Trump, you know, over the summer of going to play hanky-panky with all of the vote totals and that he was using all the tools at his disposal to change the way and make sure that people weren't voting. What they were doing,
Starting point is 01:01:06 at the time was changing all the rules to make sure that they could open up the coffers and all of the ballots that they wanted to come in would come in. They changed the rules at the last minute. I'm going to tell you about the Supreme Court and Clarence Thomas what he said yesterday about it. It is really important that you hear his dissent and immediately the left is coming after him saying that this is extremist talk. It's absolutely not extremist talk. Also, you need to know that next hour I'm going to be telling you about what the House has done. The House Democrats have, they are now pressuring cable news outlets and also Amazon, Google,
Starting point is 01:02:01 Facebook, to cancel any of the right-leaning. organizations like Fox, O-A-N, Us, Newsmax, not just on cable, but they are talking about going beyond cable to Roku, which would include us, and Google, Apple, they're talking about that now, and it's getting very serious. So what does this have to do with Merritt Garland? Married Garland was selected because he is, we are going to see, you know how we've been seeing a replay of the 1960s? We're now going to start seeing a replay of the 1990s. And the 1990s, if you remember right, as soon as Oklahoma City happened, what did they do?
Starting point is 01:02:58 They not only got the bad guys, but what else did they do? Within 24 hours, Bill Clinton was talking about Rush, Limbaugh, and Talk Radio, and trying to get that off the air. Well, we've had our Oklahoma City bombing now. It's January 6th. And Merritt Garland said yesterday that this was worse. What happened on January 6th was worse. than what happened in Oklahoma City in the 1990s. Let me explain who he is and what his background is and where he's going, if confirmed. This is the Glennback Program.
Starting point is 01:03:47 American financing NMLS-182334 www. nmLSS Consumer Access.org. Historically low mortgage rates that we've been experiencing will not last forever. the market is tricky. We have put in 26% more cash into the system in just the last 12 months. The reason why we don't have hyperinflation now is because the velocity of money is almost at zero. People are not spending, but you're seeing where big money is spending the stock market. That's inflation. There's so much money they're putting it into the stock market.
Starting point is 01:04:26 The market is tricky, but I'll tell you that when you have to pull those things back, you raise the interest rates. So please get yourself out of risky speculative mortgage rates that might be adjustable. Lock this low interest rate down right now with American financing. I want to give you some of the answers from Merritt Garland. Merrick yesterday said that he was going to vow to prosecute white supremacist. Listen to this. 150 years after the department's founding, battling extremist attacks on our democratic institutions
Starting point is 01:05:39 also remain central to the department's mission. From 1995 to 1997, I supervised the prosecution of the perpetrators of the bombing of the Oklahoma City Federal Building, who sought to spark a revolution that would topple the federal government. If confirmed, I will supervise the federal government. prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the Capitol on January 6th, a heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy, the peaceful transfer of power to a newly elected government. And that critical work is but a part of the broad scope of the department's responsibilities.
Starting point is 01:06:27 This is why he was selected. He was selected because of his work in Oklahoma City and the Unabomber. He has a lifelong pattern of going after extremists, which I am for. I was glad we caught the Unabomber, really glad we caught him. But he wasn't a right-wing extremist. He was a technophobe. He was warning against technobes. that would take over everyone's life.
Starting point is 01:07:04 Even a stopped clock can be right twice a day. But he wasn't a right-wing and white supremacist. When it comes to Timothy McVeigh, Timothy McVeigh was starting a revolution. And he was trying to topple the American government. He was saying that the IRS was growing too big. the government was growing too big. They were spying on their people, et cetera, et cetera.
Starting point is 01:07:38 Stopped clock. But they, both of them, both of them, were violent. That's what made them extremists. They're violence. They thought it was better to blow people up. There's no difference between them and John Wilkes Booth. John Wilkes Booth wanted to kill President Lincoln because of his
Starting point is 01:08:02 hatred, his hatred of the North, his hatred of blacks, his hatred of the peace treaty, he wanted revolution. He wanted to defeat the North. When Garland said yesterday that today is more dangerous. What happened on January 6th is more dangerous than Oklahoma City, that should be a wake-up call to people. Here he is. Well, Mr. Chairman, I certainly that we are facing a more dangerous period than we faced in Oklahoma City than at that time. From what I have seen, and I have no inside information about how the department is developing its work, it looks like an extremely aggressive and perfectly appropriate beginning to an investigation all across the country in the same way our original Oklahoma City investigation was,
Starting point is 01:09:00 but many times more. I don't yet know what additional resources would be required by the department. I can assure you that this will be my first priority and my first briefing when I return to the department if I'm confirmed. Do you hear his priority? They have yet to define right-wing extremism. They have labeled them terrorists. now if it's a bunch of Nazis well let's look at the Nazis
Starting point is 01:09:39 this is highly controversial and a horrible thing to say but I'm an American and I believe in the First Amendment if these Nazis are sitting around with a book reading party and they're just talking about how great national socialism is
Starting point is 01:09:59 I'm sorry gang but they have to be allowed to do that. I hate it. I wish those people would go someplace else. I wish that they would wake up to what the reality is, that Nazism and national socialism is evil. But as long as they're not planning anything, as long as they're not working towards the destruction of the United States in the way that Antifa does, you got to leave them alone. People believe weird things. People believe dangerous things. But unless they are a danger, they're not a terrorist, and they're not something that the FBI should or could do anything about. If there are
Starting point is 01:10:55 Nazis or any kind of white supremacists, the clan, which was a an arm of the Democratic Party. The clan and they are holding their little meetings. I absolutely hate it. I hate it. But as long as they are not hurting people using their power to intimidate, which is the reason why they have the hood, so it's a hard one to make a case that they're not trying to intimidate and scare people,
Starting point is 01:11:29 they are using, that is a act of terror by using violence or trying to use words that imply violence to scare people into changing their way of life. That is terrorism. If the Black Panthers are not doing anything violent, the Black Panthers should exist if there's an appetite for a group of people that want to do that. if Antifa wants to talk about fascism, even in the way that they do, where they are truly fascists, it's either my way or I burn it down, even if they want to just talk about fascism in that way and go out in the public square and have signs and have rallies and say, hey, this is what we're all about. That's fine. They have to be left alone. but the minute they start trying to bomb or burn down a federal building or a police station, the minute they start beating people in the streets that won't comply, they've crossed a line,
Starting point is 01:12:45 just like the Klan would, just like white supremacist Nazis would. But here's the problem. He's not talking about the violence that happened over the summer. He is only talking about right-wing. extremism and white supremacists. I am all for justice. I am all for making sure we catch the bad guys. As long as the bad guys are not defined to be on only one side.
Starting point is 01:13:20 Merrick Garland said yesterday that you could, that there was no comparison between what happened on January 6th and what happened over the summer. That is because the Washington elites see themselves as better than somebody who owns a taco stand. I don't. The Constitution doesn't. They are the same crime. Yesterday, he couldn't answer questions.
Starting point is 01:13:57 For instance, is Congressional inaction a legitimate basis for Article 2 to decide it just must act because it wishes policy that were different and legislation doesn't want to move. So can you just act because Congress doesn't? Well, you're asking a really tough question about our basic constitutional structure. Yes, weren't you a Supreme Court nominee, so you probably have studied the Constitution. What's your answer to that? Well, just because I'm upset that Congress hasn't done what I would like. obviously that's not okay but the president does have authorities and when he acts constant
Starting point is 01:14:41 or consonant with Congress he's at his highest power when Congress has not acted at all he's left with only his own power which is clearly available under the Constitution so you didn't really answer the question but you sure led me to a pond that I don't like should border crossings, uh, illegal border crossings remain a crime? I haven't thought of that question. Really? Really. And you're going to be the chief law enforcement officer? And we have what's going on now with our border? You haven't thought about it? That's the answer. Would you commit to publicly releasing special counsel Durham's report just like the Mueller report was made public. Well, I'm a great believer in transparency. Although I would have to talk with Mr.
Starting point is 01:15:41 Durham and understand the nature of what he's been doing and the nature of the report. That will be one of the first things I do in office is to talk to Durham and find out what he's pursuing. Oh, okay. What about Hunter Biden and that investigation? Are you going to pursue that? You know, I haven't discussed the matter with anybody. I haven't talked to the president, but, you know, the president told me that I'm able to serve, you know, as attorney general without any interference from the White House. That's not an answer to the question. How about should females have to be forced to compete with biological males in female sports? Well, you know, that's a very difficult societal question. Yes, it is. Senator Kennedy said, I know. I know.
Starting point is 01:16:36 but you're going to be the attorney general. Well, but I may not be the one who has to make policy decisions like that. But it's not that I'm adverse to it. Look, I think every human being should be treated with dignity and respect, and that's an overriding sense of my own character, and an overriding sense of what I think the law requires. So you just gave us the answer without giving us the answer. I want to tell you a really disturbing story about the left
Starting point is 01:17:08 and transgenderism. They claim they are for transgender rights. What happened to somebody who was arrested, who was transgender, and voted Democrat, what happened to that individual is an absolute abomination. It might as well happened in a Soviet gulag. But you're not going to hear the left. talk about it because they don't care if you're transgender or not. They'll allow anything to happen to you, even if you're transgender.
Starting point is 01:17:55 You know, if we don't agree with you or you're not useful to us, I'll explain after the break. There's enough things that you have to worry about throughout the day with also having to constantly be concerned that somebody is going to try to steal all of your information and your identity online. because of COVID, everything is going online. Starting point is 01:19:01 Or go to LifeLock.com, use the promo code back and save 25%. That's LifeLock.com slash Beck. Tomorrow night. on Glenn TV. Texas's power failures provided America with the disturbing and deadly preview of the Great Reset. But Bill Gates, AOC, and other Democrats say we don't need less green energy, we need more.
Starting point is 01:19:23 Is this really about saving the planet or keeping you a check? Glenn reveals the level of control green elites are pushing for it almost every aspect of your private life. Green control freaks, ruining your life. Tomorrow night, 9 p.m. Eastern at blaishtivy.com slash Glenn. Hawkins says she was mistreated after going on a hunger strike. Attorneys for the transgender woman charged in connection with the January 6th breach of the U.S. Capitol say that their client who voted for Barack Obama has been mistreated in jail.
Starting point is 01:20:01 I want you to listen to this. The claims are among several cited late Saturday by lawyers who asked a judge to release Watkins to home detention in care of her fiancé. Watkins was charged last month, along with two others, Thomas Caldwell and Donovan Crowell, in an alleged conspiracy involving disorderly conduct and other violations connected to the January 6th breach. In court filings, the Justice Department alleged that Watkins belongs to the Oath Keepers Group, many of whose members have also been charged for their alleged part in the capital melee. Notice they say it's a melee, that it's disorderly conduct, and other violations.
Starting point is 01:20:43 If you're going to charge somebody with the overthrow of the United States government, you might want to charge them with that. Now, here's what happened. Jessica Watkins is transgender. When she said that I have medical issues that have to be attended to, my arm needs medical attention. They said, you're not seeing a doctor. You're not seeing a doctor.
Starting point is 01:21:08 She said, my arm needs medical attention. You're not seeing a doctor. She said when they brought her food, I'm not going to eat. I'm on a hunger strike until I can see at least a doctor. They deemed that suicidal. So they stripped her naked in the cell block, stripped her naked and left her lights on in the cell 24 hours a day for four days. This is an abomination.
Starting point is 01:21:36 You don't have to like her. You don't have to agree with her politics. You don't even have to... You can say she belongs in jail. But don't you dare tell me you care about transgender people or people at all when you do this to them and you don't have a problem with it. It's immoral. This is the...
Starting point is 01:21:58 I was warned that anything that I say on this subject can and will be held against me. And I'm cool with it. I'm still going to say it in 60 seconds. When it comes to buy or sell a house or both, what's your game plan? Do you have one? Do you know how to find the best real estate agent to start the process? We have no game face. We don't have any idea.
Starting point is 01:22:33 Most of us don't have any idea what it really takes to even interview a real estate agent. How do you find one? My old life, I've been like, okay, let's call them and have them come over and look at it. Okay, yeah, where do we sign? I mean, do you interview them? We do at real estate agents I trust. It's a free service to you where we connect you with the best real estate agents who are going to work with you to create not just a game plan, but the game plan. These agents are tried and true. They know the best practices to get you out of your old house and into the new one without the whole process just turning into a nightmare.
Starting point is 01:23:14 And they're going to work really, really hard to make sure at the end of all of it, you're not merely satisfied with the outcome, but you are instead delighted with the outcome and you tell your friends, these are the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. Real estate agents, I trust.com. A free service to you, the name says it all. Real estate agents, I trust.com. As God is in his heaven, do we have to hate each other to the point that people with less balance are stimulated to deeds of this?
Starting point is 01:23:42 kind that's what that's what Ronald Reagan said about the guy who's try to shoot him now when if somebody tries to shoot me I don't know if I'm like hey we love each other we love each other so deeds of this kind somebody tries to blow up something I don't know if I say that can't we just love each other can't we find community inside of our self again without everyone to agree with you. Can you not disagree with your neighbor anymore and live next to them? The answer is yes, but that is not the answer we are being pitched. I want to give you what Clarence Thomas said yesterday, and Clarence Thomas is under attack, but what's new? He wrote a forceful dissent from the Supreme Court's decision to refuse hearing a Republican challenge
Starting point is 01:24:52 of a Pennsylvania state court decision, allowing ballots that were received up to three days after the election to be counted in November's election. Now, I want you to understand. None of this is going to change the outcome. If they found all of a sudden that all of the states had falsified stuff, there is nothing in the Constitution that corrects that. So anything that you find now is to make sure you fix it
Starting point is 01:25:21 for the next election. This is the time where we don't have to have conspiracy theories, we don't have to say, because it won't change anything. It can't. It will only fix it so we believe in the system the next time. Now, this is exactly what Clarence Thomas said. One wonders what the court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election and thus provide clear rules. now we again fail to provide clear rules for the future elections.
Starting point is 01:25:59 The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent. Now, what's the problem with that? is he a conspiracy theorist is he saying don't trump one no he's saying people don't trust the system what are we waiting for because we did nothing before it's made it worse now we're doing it again that's not don't trump one and come hell or high water i'm on to make sure
Starting point is 01:26:49 he's in office. He can't do that at this point. He is coming under attack like nobody's business. He said, quote, the decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected two few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election, but that may not be the case in the future. These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority, non-legislative officials, have set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable. Now, why aren't they doing it? Because I think some of them want the rules to be fuzzy.
Starting point is 01:27:45 Some of them don't want to get involved. they like their cushy little thing and they think they're saving themselves from any kind of public outrage if they don't get involved, if they don't overturn things, if they just would leave it alone. But they're wrong. See, the government says that we have a lack of trust. And that's the problem, that the American people have been sold a bill of business. goods by people like me. And that has caused them to have a lack of trust. And so now there's a bunch of anti-government people.
Starting point is 01:28:36 No, we are not anti-government. I'm not an anarchist. The anarchists wear black. They are here and on our streets. They are talking about tearing down the United States government. Now, you are also not protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States. If you are saying this is a racist country that the whole system needs to be dismantled and replaced with what? You're denying rights under the Bill of Rights.
Starting point is 01:29:15 I am for the Bill of Rights. I am not for tearing this government down. I'm actually for your secession, not mine. I'm not leaving. Why would I leave? I've got the constitutions in the National Archives. It's right there, in front of everybody to see. I agree with every word there.
Starting point is 01:29:35 So that's the government I'm fighting for. If you're fighting for that government, too. If you believe in those rights, why would either of us leave? That's the government. But you want to silence us because you want to try to make us sound like we're unreasonable. What he just said was completely reasonable. You want to repair trust. This is what you do.
Starting point is 01:30:05 You just let it be heard. People who, I found this because of a flaw in me. I was my most pompous when I was the biggest doubter of me. people who have huge egos, sometimes, many times, are the ones who in the quiet of night and the quiet of their car when their radio is broken and they can't turn it up are constantly questioning themselves. The people who tell you, I'm the best at this, probably are not. It's the people that are quietly just going up, stepping up to the plate and doing it. They don't have to tell everybody that the best. When you defend yourself as Jesus did, you're walking with the ultimate knowledge of eternal truth.
Starting point is 01:31:11 You're walking with the knowledge of what you really do know. And you don't have to beat everybody up and silence everybody. I don't want to silence anyone. I don't, I really don't mind. that Antifa is present and talking and being online. I have a problem with their violence. More speech, not less. And anyone who tries to take away the right of the First Amendment under any guise
Starting point is 01:31:53 is, by definition, a fascist. if you are banning books, if you are silencing people, if you are cutting them off and isolating them, because they don't agree with your political point of view, you by definition are an authoritarian. You are a fascist. My way or the highway is fascistic. Now, I want to tell you why this is so important. that you follow in Clarence Thomas's shoes, the time to argue if Donald Trump won or not is over.
Starting point is 01:32:45 It's over. It doesn't matter at this point because there is no way to redress it. You can't come in now and change things. So it doesn't matter. Vote for him in 2024. You can vote for him in 2024. You can campaign for him in 2024. for you can make sure that it doesn't happen again.
Starting point is 01:33:08 And that's what Clarence Thomas is doing. If there was something wrong, then we need to find it and address it. If there was nothing wrong, we should still have a hearing open to the public. Because secrecy and strong arming only leads to more trouble. but who's the fascist now? Before a hearing set for this Wednesday, tomorrow, Democrats on the Energy and Commerce Committee. Now, energy and commerce,
Starting point is 01:33:48 what do they have to do with cable news? The Democrats in a hearing of the Energy and Commerce Committee asked cable companies what they did to combat the spread of information disinformation. Three months ago, Federal lawmakers grilled Mark Zuckerberg Facebook chief executive Jack Dorsey,
Starting point is 01:34:11 Twitter's chief about the misinformation that it appeared on their platforms. In advance of the Wednesday hearing called Fanning the Flames, disinformation, and extremism in the media, members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee sent a letter on Monday
Starting point is 01:34:27 to Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Dish, Verizon, Cox, Altus, ask them about their role of the spread of dangerous misinformation. The committee members also sent the letter to Roku, Amazon, Apple, Google, and Hulu, digital companies that involve themselves in what's called OTT, over the top distribution. That means the blaze.
Starting point is 01:34:57 this is what the letter said. To our knowledge, the cable, satellite, and over-the-top companies that disseminate these media outlets to American viewers have done nothing in response to misinformation aired by these outlets. By the way, the outlets, newsmax, you have O-A-N, and Fox News News, News, you have O-A-N, and Fox News News. the cable outlets. Congress can raise the issue of what cable providers bear responsibility for the programs they deliver to millions of Americans. But it may have no way to force them to drop networks that have spread misinformation. And unlike the broadcast world, they don't have control over the cable industry.
Starting point is 01:35:59 They don't have control. They're not using the public. airwaves, they're using cable. So the FCC has no jurisdiction. The lawmakers letter asks the company, what steps did you take prior to on and following the November 3rd, 2020 elections and January 6, 2021? The attacks to monitor, respond to, and reduce the spread of disinformation.
Starting point is 01:36:34 What did you do? including encouragement or incitement of violence by your channels, your company disseminates to millions of Americans. The next question in the House of Un-American Activities, ask this, are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, OAN, and Newsmax on your platform, both now and beyond the renewal date? If so, why? they are sending a very clear message to these businesses.
Starting point is 01:37:11 You either cancel them. You either stop them. Now remember, they're going to Amazon as well. You either completely div-platform these people, or we will come after you. Who is the fascist now? More in a minute. Ah, you remember that.
Starting point is 01:37:43 awesome vacation that you were talked into when you were on vacation and that guy was like oh man you could have an awesome vacation just like this every time because you're going to own a piece of it it's a timeshare it's great oh the swimming pools the palm trees the little tiki bars every so feet and the one you like you like that one oh we're going to put you in that one every time until they didn't until you finance which they said oh no the banks can just they'll just they'll do another loan i know this is this is like a credit card loan it's 14% mortgage interest but you'll go to your bank and they'll be able to take care of that okay no banks can't do that because you don't own anything it's time to end the madness and get out
Starting point is 01:38:34 100% guaranteed exit strategy is offered now by timeshare termination team get the process started. Don't keep putting it off, getting stuck with another year of time share that you won't use, or because of COVID, you can't use. You'll get 20% off when you terminate your time share if you tell them that I sent you. Call them 888 get you out. 888 get you out. If you don't have letters on your phone, it's 888 438, 8688, or visit them online at timeshare terminationteam.com. That's timeshareterminationteam.com. 10 seconds, station ID. Unbelievable. unbelievable. They are
Starting point is 01:39:28 coming after anyone that disagrees with them. And they are building. This is why Merrick Garland scares me so much. He couldn't answer any of the questions. And his first thing that he said he's going to do is go after right-wing violent extremists and white supremacists. It's his specialty.
Starting point is 01:39:50 It's his special. That's why he was selected. That's why he was selected. And now you have a meeting of House members and sending a threatening letter. It's hard to understand why the Clarence Thomas position isn't sensible, as you mentioned. It's like there's a disagreement about whether you can do these things, right? Without, you could change these laws without the state handling it a very certain way. didn't happen last time.
Starting point is 01:40:27 As Clarence Thomas clearly points out, wouldn't have changed the election results. He says it straight out in his dissent. It's not about changing the election results. It wouldn't have changed the election results. But it might next time. So let's understand and learn and have these things, these rules set so we don't have these problems next time.
Starting point is 01:40:45 But he also says in there, and I think this is just as important, we must restore the trust. We have to have an open hearing in an open forum on this and go through all of it. Yeah, and I think that's, I mean, I don't understand why, again, you have some very good Supreme Court justices that did not agree with Thomas on this. And I assume that that's their issue here is they don't want to, they don't want to introduce
Starting point is 01:41:10 this idea that the election was stolen or whatever and they don't want to give any credence, which, okay, I mean, you understand that at some level. But at the other side of it is like, we do have future elections. I don't know. like maybe we should sort this out so this isn't an issue for every future election especially when a good chunk
Starting point is 01:41:31 of the country thinks the last one was unfair. You have to knock as many of these issues out in advance as possible in a point when there isn't a partisan disagreement about it. We're past the election. Here's a safe time to take up a case like this. I don't know what the issue is. Here is. I want you to
Starting point is 01:41:47 listen very carefully to what exactly I'm saying here. There is no way to change the election result now. No way. The Constitution is very clear on that. And I'm a constitutionalist. There is not enough evidence that has been presented in a in a courtroom to convince me that this election was stolen by the machines or anything else. However, there is enough smoke in the air to say, you know what? I just, I don't believe that if they wouldn't have changed all the rules,
Starting point is 01:42:30 they wouldn't have played just all in the margins everywhere, I don't believe the election would have turned out the same. Now, I could be wrong. And you're not going to convince me by telling me to shut up. That only makes me more suspicious. You're going to convince me by having a reasonable conversation with real evidence in front of a real body that is balanced. I want to talk to you a little bit about Goldline.
Starting point is 01:43:05 Right now, holding dollars is going to punish you. We have inflated the money, and I've got to talk about this probably tomorrow. Would you write this down? I've got to talk about velocity with money tomorrow. Man, everybody's riveted to their seat on this. Wow. Set your calendars. I know, but this is why you worry about them printing 26% more.
Starting point is 01:43:29 than they have the year before. In fact, this is the largest money printing since 1946. You might want to consider gold or silver. Right now, call Gold Line, find out why allocating just 20% of your retirement portfolio in precious metals is prudent and a wise investment. Nobody is saying put your portfolio entirely in gold and silver. That's ridiculous. But have some in your portfolio in precious metals. Right now, Goldline has a couple of offers.
Starting point is 01:44:01 One of them, 6% promotional medals delivered directly to you with a qualifying purchase of your self-directed IRA or 401k or other retirement account. Call them their waiting. 866 Goldline. 866 Goldline. And go to blazeTV.com slash Glenn. The promo code is Glenn for 30 bucks off your subscription to Blaze TV. We need conservative media now more than ever.
Starting point is 01:44:21 It's blazTV.com slash Glenn. This is a Glenn Beck program. And this is why shows like this. podcasts, networks like OAN, Newsmax, Fox News, even if we don't agree with each other on many things, it's important to have differing points of view. These are the kinds of things that when the government comes to squash us, you will no longer hear.
Starting point is 01:44:54 The For the People bill is now in the House. It's HR 1. It is anything. but for the people. It is for the oligarchs. And it is a federal grab of power, unconstitutional power, of the voting process. Clarence Thomas wrote his dissent yesterday. It was pretty clear what has to be done, but not according to Congress.
Starting point is 01:45:25 They're going another direction. I want to introduce you to Robert Charles. He's a spokesperson for AMAC, full disclosure. Amak is a sponsor of this program, but I don't have sponsors on just to have sponsors on. This guy has worked in national security and criminal justice for more than three decades, including Reagan and Bush 41, on the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, staff director, chief counsel to the U.S. House national security, international affairs, criminal justice subcommittee, unanimously confirmed by the Senate in 2003.
Starting point is 01:45:59 He was Colin Powell's assistant secretary of state. I.N.L. Managing a $2 billion bureau focused on the rule of law. International police training, blah, blah, blah. I mean, I've only given you a third of his resume. This guy has credibility, and he is a spokesperson for AMAC, and they have been very, very involved in stopping HR1. Welcome to the program, Bobby. It's to be on your program, and I appreciate the intro.
Starting point is 01:46:30 and of course, encourage anybody to join amac.us. Amac has 2.3 million conservatives out there, fastest growing conservative organization in the country. But, boy, I am so glad you're on the air and I have to be with it. Tell me what HR1 is. HR1 is a travesty. It's an abomination, and you hit it pretty hard right on with your sort of soundbite there. The bottom line is it is the Democrat effort to reach for one-party control
Starting point is 01:46:57 and essentially take all the bad things that occurred in the 2020 election cycle and institutionalize them by pulling the election process, which the founders, as you so brilliantly have written about, but that the founders put at the state level, they want to pull it to the federal level. And what would it do? It would do about 10 really horrific things. It would ban voter IDs. It would allow mail-in ballots to become the standard. It would create same-day and online registration for voters. It would make a one-party SEC, so you'd never be able to reverse it. it would create mandatory early voting, DMV automatic registration, so all illegals would be
Starting point is 01:47:34 automatically registered. It would give you felony felons would be able to vote. 16-year-olds would be able to register. Jeez. It would allow, yeah, it's just crazy. And in fact, you know, the irony is both the Wall Street Journal and the ACLU, who agree on almost nothing, agree that this HR1, which will pass the House and could pass the Senate, is really an abomination. So, oh my gosh, I'm not concerned. Well, they put everything in there. So I am concerned that the whole thing passes, but I'm also concerned about a reconciliation where the Senate says,
Starting point is 01:48:09 ah, we can't pass this and they water it down. Any of this stuff, correct me if I'm wrong, is unconstitutional. The federal government has no role in the way states vote. Well, that's exactly right. And actually, you know, you're right to be worried about the Senate. Right now, the reason that it is likely not to immediately pass the Senate, but we've got to be fearful, is that you have two senators, Democrats, who are moderate Democrats, Joe Manchin and Cinema, who say, hey, we don't want to get rid of the filibuster. We don't want to get rid of the filibuster. And the filibuster means you need 60 votes in order to get a voter and get a bad thing to get out. If you drop the filibuster, this bill would almost certainly get out of the Senate. And the sad part is it's not only unconstitutional. It drives, it actually hits political speech too. It actually tries to, it reveals all the details of any conservative groups, contributors, right down to addresses so that people can be docks, they can show up on your front lawn.
Starting point is 01:49:14 It really intend, it's an intimidation bill is what it is. And I think, I guess I am fearful because normally a bill like this wouldn't have a prayer of getting out of either camber. But right now, we live in surreal times, as you so often say. And, you know, we're in a tough moment right now. H.R. 1 could get out along with other bills like H.R. 1-27 that tries to confiscate guns. I mean, these are significant impairments to the Constitution. Tell me about that one. I mean, I honestly, I saw H.R. 1 come out the first week, and I thought this is a Hail Mary pass. They'll never. They will. They will get it through. Well, you know, let's pray and let's also work that they don't get it through the Senate. And if the filibuster holds,
Starting point is 01:49:57 I don't see them getting it through the Senate, just like HR 127. But, you know, these are stealth, you know, we have all this impeachment distraction. These bills were being crafted behind the scenes to get out as fast as they can get them out. And they will both pass the House. The second one, this HR 127, allows confiscation of guns, but it does much more than that. It says you can't buy a gun in the future without giving every detail about your home, including where the gun is stored. They'll all be made public. You have to have a psychiatric evaluation. You have to have a train course.
Starting point is 01:50:30 Mandatory minimums up to 30 years in prison if you don't get the license. So we're in an environment right now. I mean, there's a lot in that bill that people can be afraid of, and I am. But we're in an environment where conservatives need to stand up and speak out. And, you know, you're an historian. And you know that Edmund Burke was really right. all it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing. And we are in a position now where we have to not be those people who do nothing.
Starting point is 01:50:55 So here's the problem, Bobby, is that people feel as, I mean, they've been worn out. They've been worn out. Yeah. And they feel as though the Republican Party doesn't hold their values anymore. I mean, are the Republicans going to actually mount something and actually carry through with their mission? And do they have a plan smart enough to actually pull it off? Well, the bottom line is that we, the people, have to give spine to those that pursuant to the Constitution are supposed to be doing our bidding. And we know that 75 million Americans voted for Donald Trump.
Starting point is 01:51:35 We also know that probably another 40 or 50 million sat at home on their couches thinking all would be well and they love America, but they didn't vote. So the vast majority of Americans, I think, are on the right side of history. The problem is history will make itself if you don't help make it. And, you know, I'm an old Norman Rockwell Republican. I'm a, I'm a Ronald Reagan Republican. Strong defense, good moral compass, smaller government, lower taxes. If we don't speak up for those things, they will be taken away from us. I thought you said at first that you were a Rockefeller Republican.
Starting point is 01:52:08 I was going to be like, that's not going. No, Norman Rockwell. Yeah, I get it. Yeah. So let me, and again, full disclosure, he works for Amac. Amac is a sponsor, but you know me well enough to know. I ask this of everybody who talks like this. What are you guys doing about it?
Starting point is 01:52:28 What can people in this audience do? Unbelievably, and this is why I love Amak. I think it's a natural extension. The reason I work for them is that they are the natural extension of the Reagan approach. Yes, you get economic benefits like other organizations. for those over the age of 50. But the main mission is they fight every single day. When I say fight, I mean they are submitting petitions. They are sending tens of thousands of emails. They're making phone calls around the clock to try to defend the First Amendment, the Second Amendment,
Starting point is 01:52:57 Fourth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, Tenth Amendment. I write every day on AMAC. I don't write every day. I write every week, three times a week on Amac.com. They push their publications out. We're on radio. We're on television. I mean, I'm regularly on Fox. Bottom line is this is an organization, that is trying to stop bad things from happening with detail. In fact, people can become delegates. They can become actively involved. I mean, at the end of the day, you know, Detokville was right. At the end of the day, Americans are unique because we do get involved in the civic process,
Starting point is 01:53:28 and we do try to fix problems. And I am an optimist. We can fix these problems. And the natural law principles that are all embodied in the things AMAC defends, the bill of rights, those things aren't going away. They're given by God and they're out there. But we've got to fight for them because there are good. government people. I mean, you know the list of names that at the national level are trying to
Starting point is 01:53:47 strip us of these rights. And these really are the precious rights that make everything else possible. I urge you to join Amak. They are, I mean, I've watched this organization from the very beginning. They got into it when Obamacare was going. And they realized what the competitor to Amak was doing. And I talked about it on Fox. And I'm like, this is crazy. Look at what's happening. They're selling old people. They say they represent old people, and they're selling them down the river. And Amak came out of those days, and they are relentless. So join them. Find them at amac, amac, amac, us, and join them if you can.
Starting point is 01:54:30 Thank you so much. Appreciate it, Bobby. We'll have you on again. Better that. Thank you. Bye-bye. It's really scary, isn't it? I mean, most people I know are still not paying attention.
Starting point is 01:54:44 they're just not paying attention. And a lot of conservatives I know, they're just like, I don't know. I mean, it's just all crazy. Yeah, there's a tendency after, especially like a big election that you come out on the wrong side of, that you just don't want to even engage for a while. And this is when they roll over everything. These hundred days are changing America, fundamentally changing America. Just this $1.9 trillion bill they're forcing through has all, I mean, yes, the $15 minimum wage
Starting point is 01:55:14 has had a lot of attention on it, but I mean, you know, there's tons of other stuff in there to go through. It's scary. And they're going to be able to do basically whatever they want with it. Terry lives in Georgia. By the time he heard about relief factor on my program, he had been living with lower
Starting point is 01:55:30 back and leg pain for a number of years. You know, the great thing is, Terry, after a while, the legs just go numb. And I think that might be bad. I should talk to the doctor. Anyway, he tried a lot of things to remedy the pain. And some of them, even worked for a little while, but nothing worked permanently.
Starting point is 01:55:47 So when he heard about my experience with Relief Factor, he decided it was worth a shot. Well, Terry now tells me that within a few weeks of just starting to take it, Terry discovered that he was no longer in pain. He said it melted away. And like me, Terry wasn't content just to keep the news to himself. He tells everybody he talks to now about the relief that he has received from Relief Factor. He got his life back. He wants you to get your life back.
Starting point is 01:56:14 I want you to get your life back. I mean, don't live in pain. 70% of the people who try this go on to order more month after month because it works for them. And you'll know within the first three weeks. That's why they offer the three-week quick start. Just try it for 1995. Relieffactor.com. That's relieffactor.com.
Starting point is 01:56:32 Or call 800, 500, 583, 84. 800, 500, 8384. So everything I had planned for today kind of went out. window as we started the show because there was so much to talk about in news today, but I still need to get, I need to get through a couple of things. I want to, I want to again talk to you about Disney, you know, now labeling all of, I don't have a problem, you know, play song of the South. There's nothing wrong with that. I, my 20-something daughters, who, you know, are like, Dad, Dad, I mean, you know, you're not for Black lives.
Starting point is 01:57:24 You're saying Black Lives don't matter. Oh, no. Okay, so they keep me honest. They push me, push me and push me. They even watched Song of the South and went, what's the problem with this? And I said, well, the whole slavery thing. And they're like, yeah, obviously the whole slavery. It's a historical piece about that era.
Starting point is 01:57:42 No, no, no. It's about, really, it's about the 1940. in its look at that era. Right. Again, it's a look at that era. Again, it's important to understand how these things develop, I feel like. Exactly right. So now that one's banned.
Starting point is 01:57:59 You can't watch that one, of course. But Disney is not only saying, hey, some of these historic stereotypes are wrong. What they're saying now is this was wrong then and it's wrong now. Does anyone have standing? I'm not an attorney. does anyone have standing to go after Disney because they were pushing things that they just admitted they knew was wrong then. It's one thing to say it was the time that we were living in, it was perceived as okay then. Right.
Starting point is 01:58:39 And they didn't say like we knew it was wrong then in the statement. They said it was wrong then. Because the Trump administration sort of did a little bit of this with one of the, universities who came out and made a big statement about how racist they were. And then the Trump administration was like, oh, you guys are racist? Well, we weren't going to, we didn't know that. You guys are admitting it and it's against the law. So if you guys actually were racist, then we have to cut your funding.
Starting point is 01:58:59 And then, of course, they reversed course on that one. Because it is, I don't know. I mean, it's like, they're doing this on the Muppet show. Like, did the Muppet? I don't remember, I mean, I watched the Muppet show. It ran from 1976 to 1988. It ain't easy being green. Right.
Starting point is 01:59:16 My gosh, this guy is for Pasaki and he has no problem with it. Pretty much that's, I don't think that's how you pronounce her name. Yeah, you know why? You know why? Because her family has demanded that the P remains silent. And I say the P should not remain silent any longer. Not on my watch. P needs to stand up against the Pasaki family.
Starting point is 01:59:44 enough is enough for generations they've been keeping that letter down. I'm glad you stood up finally it took a stand. It was wrong then? It's wrong now. And they knew it. But is there, was there overt racism on the Muppet show?
Starting point is 02:00:00 Like I don't remember that at all. Oh my. I seriously, was it? Was that a problematic show? It ain't easy being green. I got the green joke. It ain't easy. He was green. He was person of color. He was a P.O.C.
Starting point is 02:00:16 He's a frog, Glenn. His name is Kermit the Frog. He's a frog. Frogs are usually green. Well, if you want to go down that road, they're all puppets. Yeah, thank you. They're all puppets. None of them. None of them.
Starting point is 02:00:32 But like, there were cartoons of like overt, terrible racist characterizations of black people and Asian people from our past. Yes. That I can understand saying, okay that was wrong then it's wrong now but like was there an issue with the Muppets like I've never even heard a complaint about the Muppets before I am not even going to dignify that with a response has there been I'm not even oh stop it you know there was what so I'm not
Starting point is 02:00:59 going to digify what character did it I want to know not knowing oh the sweets they've been after the Swedish chef they made him completely he didn't understand a white guy you're talking about the oppression of a white guy do not Oh my gosh. And I suppose you want to keep the pee silent as well.
