The Glenn Beck Program - 'Prepare for Impact': The Most Urgent Warning Glenn Has Given Since 2007 | Guest: Ashley Hayek | 10/28/26

Episode Date: October 28, 2026

Texas gubernatorial candidate Gov. Greg Abbott (R) joins to discuss how this election is critical to getting Sharia law banned in Texas, as CAIR has officially endorsed Abbott’s opponent, radical le...ftist Gina Hinojosa. Glenn speaks with a caller who claims to be a lifelong Republican who voted Democrat in Ohio this election. Glenn tells the miraculous story of Casey Sparks, who, because of a GPS glitch, was sent down a road that led to a house fire, where he saved an entire family. Ashley Hayek, America First Works president and host of “The Brief with Ashley Hayek,” joins to discuss the importance of conservatives going and voting this midterm election. Glenn issues his most urgent warning since 2007, telling his audience to "prepare for impact." Glenn reacts to a 2013 clip of Cenk Uygur appearing to argue that bestiality shouldn’t be illegal. How can Michigan voters even be considering Abdul El-Sayed for the Senate? Glenn takes calls from some listeners about how to handle politics and voting with their younger family members. Starting point is 00:00:30 300,000 in metric tons of foreign ground beef are about to come into the United States without the normal tariff. That's a huge amount of beef. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We are just a few days away from a very important election,
Starting point is 00:02:30 especially here in Texas. We may be looking at a Democrat senator for the first time in 30 years. And things are close. And I was talking to that. I'm speaking nationally. I don't know about Texas, but nationally, religious voters, religious voters from 2022 are down 43%. where are our churches?
Starting point is 00:02:57 Our damn pulpits are absolutely asleep at the switch. How is this possible? Men voting way down. If you like the women with the pink hats telling you exactly how to, you know, perform sex changes on your children, you're about to get it if men don't get out and vote. It's critical. It's critical.
Starting point is 00:03:22 here in Texas we've got our own issues and we have our governor on the air with us now. Governor Greg Abbott I'm going to come back to our commercial stations in a minute but I just want to get right to Governor Greg Abbott
Starting point is 00:03:37 we now governor welcome to the program how are you? I'm doing great great to be back good. We now have care action whose parent group is a terrorist organization designated a terrorist organization,
Starting point is 00:03:55 listed your opponent now for governor as their preferred candidate. That's an endorsement I wouldn't want. She doesn't seem to have a problem with it. She also voted against the bill that made that designation. What do people need to know about care and your opponent before they go in and vote? So, for one, I know this is a very big issue with your audience
Starting point is 00:04:21 as well as with you. For another, this is just one of many extreme contrast between myself and my opponent, Gina Kenahosa. By the way, let me tell you this, which is crazy. And as everyone knows how crazy Tala Rico is. What most people don't know is that my opponent is to the far radical left of Tala Rico. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:04:41 My opponent was the number one leftist Democrat in the Texas House of Representatives. And her position with regard to care, with regard to Sharia law is just one of them. Real quick, here's the rundown, and that is I signed a law that banned Sharia compounds in the state of Texas, and we use that law to demolish,
Starting point is 00:05:04 and never allow to get off the ground, Epic City. The Epic City tried to reestablish itself as the Meadow. We shut that down also. Also, as you mentioned, I designated both Care and the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorist organizations. Here's the point. All those things that I did,
Starting point is 00:05:20 my opponent is again, My opponent supports Sharia law in the state of Texas. And so what voters need to know here in the state of Texas is that this election is a referendum. Are we going to ban Sharia law in the state of Texas, which is what we will be doing this next session if I am governor? Or are we going to allow Sharia law to expand
Starting point is 00:05:41 in the state of Texas? Which would happen if my opponent, Gina Hennhos, is elected to the governor's office. Can you explain why Sharia? There's people under 40. It's like 35% are cool with Sharia law. Can you explain why Sharia law is so dangerous to Texas and our way of life in the West? Well, obviously, from our beginnings, we were a Christian-based state and values that are either Christian or along the lines of the Judeo-Christian pathway.
Starting point is 00:06:17 And real quickly, one reason why I was able to prove. that when I successfully defended the Ten Commandments monument on the Texas Capitol grounds at the United States Supreme Court. Our argument was the Ten Commandments were a core value set of what made Texas, Texas, and the Supreme Court ruled in my favor. We won. The Ten Commandments still stand on the Texas Capitol grounds because of that. And the issue came up in that whole fight. What if the five pillars of Islam were to be displayed on the Texas Capitol grounds? And I argue that that would not be applicable because Islam was not part of the traditions and history of the state of Texas. So what is being advocated by Sharia law is contrary to the values of what made Texas, Texas,
Starting point is 00:07:03 and it would decimate our state for the values that have made us, one of the most attractive states for people to live in and to move to. Let me switch to, because I know the data centers are huge. and she has called on a moratorium on data centers, suing you over the Elon Musk emails. I know Tala Rico, it just said that Paxton is selling out and going to be Elon Musk's, you know, whipping boy in the Senate. Can you explain where they are, where you are on data centers?
Starting point is 00:07:47 And Elon Musk? Yeah, I've already put a moratorium on data centers. I've put a halt on any permits being granted to any data centers in the state of Texas, and I established the most detailed guidelines and guard rolls of any state of the United States about what data centers must do to be able to exist in the set of Texas. For one, they must bring their own power, not take power off of our Texas power grid, So that will, for one, ensure the stability of our power grid, but also what they must do in bringing their own power, they must lead to the reduction of the cost of electricity, as opposed to allowing the cost of electricity for consumers to go up. So one thing I want listeners to know in that is no data center will be able to cause an increase in the cost of electricity.
Starting point is 00:08:39 Second is water. People are concerned about water in the communities, justifiably. And so one of the guard rolls is that data centers cannot take water from our communities that they need. They need to be able to bring their own water. There is new technology out there that exist that will allow data centers to operate without taking a single ounce of water from our communities. That is the standard. Third, they cannot be building these data centers in our rural neighborhoods that are just cropping up out of nowhere that are disturbing the beautiful landscape of our rural areas. or even in urban or suburban setting. And then last, they cannot take any economic benefit from the state of Texas.
Starting point is 00:09:21 They must pay for their own way to be able to operate in the state of Texas. The savings will take from that, I'm going to plow back into my property tax reduction program here in the state of Texas. But the bottom line is this. There are guardrails and guidelines for any data center to operate in the state of Texas. However, because the data centers have provided inadequate, inadequate, information about how much power they would use, how much water they would use. Everything is on halt until we get all of that information. And then when we do get that information, when we go into this next session, beginning in January, we will turn into law these guidelines and guard
Starting point is 00:09:59 rolls that I've put in place. It is, it's really frustrating because I am a believer in the data centers. We have to have them. I'd rather have them here than in some third world country, you know. we don't have to pay for them. They'll pay us. They're so desperate for these data centers. They will abide by those kinds of guidelines. They will actually put more power into the grid than out of the grid. And if we watch them on water, we should be fine.
Starting point is 00:10:27 If we have good, strong laws like you're talking about. I'm concerned that, you know, Texas has always been on the forefront of the future. with oil and gas. We could be the strongest nation in the world if it wasn't for the United States. Texas could be because of all of the energy that we have and all of the development that we have here. And I worry about the left coming in and crushing us on energy again and then crushing us on data centers and things like Elon Musk, who is transforming the way we get to space. here in Texas. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Well, let me show you why your concern is so very real that voters need to understand, and that is Gina Hena hosts of my opponent's position on the oil and gas sector that you were just talking about. When Hurricane Harvey hit in Texas in 2017, my opponent was a member of the Texas House of Representatives, she said the only way forward from a hurricane like that is with a Texas Green New Deal. She then proposed taxes, taxes and regulations on the oil and gas sector. proposed an environmental justice agency in the state of Texas that would be monitoring the oil and gas
Starting point is 00:11:45 sector. Listen, her radical crazy oil and gas policies would send hundreds of thousands of Texans to the unemployment line. It would lead to a destruction of our oil and gas sector. Texas would become more like California as opposed to Texas with regard to what we're doing on oil and gas. And it would be to skyrocketing prices at the pump because of our lack of production and refining. of oil here in the state of Texas. And what people would be paying for gasoline and Texas would be more like it is in California, which is a couple of dollars higher per gallon.
Starting point is 00:12:19 And so it would be devastating to our state, devastating to America if we were unable to produce oil and gas like we have in the past. So here's the deal for your listeners across the country, but most importantly for those in Texas. GNA Hanna-host and my opponent is a vote to destroy the oil and gas sector. I need to be re-elected to make sure Texas remains number one in producing oil in the United States, number of three, I think it is,
Starting point is 00:12:44 in the entire world. Before I let you go, we asked our subscribers to submit some questions to you, and probably one of the biggest ones that came in. They all kind of sounded like this. Texans have raised concerns about H-1B visas, large-scale immigration, leading to rapid demographic and cultural shifts in some communities. Is this something your administration is monitoring and considering doing anything about? It's something I've already done something about, and that is, first, let's be clear about something.
Starting point is 00:13:13 H-1B visas are granted by the United States, and so the real answer to addressing that is to get the U.S. to stop providing those. Second, however, what I wanted to make sure, and this was like a half a year ago or more than that, I wanted to make sure that Texas state agencies and Texas universities were not using these anymore, not seeking the application. And so I put a halt for Texas state agencies and Texas universities from using H-1V visas. And then that halt is in effect all the way through the end of this next session. So the state legislature can come in, evaluate, take testimony, and figure out what we as a state can do more comprehensively to address this problem. I get the problem.
Starting point is 00:13:58 I understand it. I'm the only leader in America at the state level that's done something to stop it. But Texas will take a lead in making sure we stop the abuse. uses of the H-1B visa program. But that said, we need Congress to step up and act on it and stop allowing it to exist as a practice in the country. Greg Abbott, I got to play as we say goodbye to you. I got to play your new commercial that is out.
Starting point is 00:14:22 I don't know who did this, but to not only hold the line, but advance the line. This is an amazing ad. Go ahead and run this in the background. Thank you for being on with this, Governor. I appreciate it. Thank you. God bless you. You bet.
Starting point is 00:14:35 But listen to this, play this ad. It's the latest from Greg Abbott. He has been fighting for the heart and soul of Texas. Fighting for our children. And I wanted to see someone because they were facing adversity. I needed them to see face to face someone who rose up from tragedy to triumph. And we have to stand and declare that we will continue along with our governor to not only hold the line, but advanced
Starting point is 00:15:08 I mean that is that is a great ad a great ad all right back in a minute I want to take George who called in he says he can't trust a single Republican and that's why he had to vote for the Democrats this time interesting to hear that
Starting point is 00:15:26 we'll talk to him in just a second and I've got an announcement coming up in about an hour from now a warning that I feel compelled to share with you. I haven't given you a warning like this since 2007, but I think you need to hear it. And that will be coming up probably in next hour. I'll let you know. Also, let me tell you about real estate agents I trust. The first five minutes of a house tour, you know, it's really, it's a
Starting point is 00:15:55 dangerous time. You know, you fall in love with the kitchen, the big windows, the backyard, and that's when you overlook all of the warning signs. That's why the person walking through the house with you really matters. A good real estate agent isn't just there to unlock the front door. The agent should know the market, ask you, you know, all kinds of questions. This is the idea behind real estate agents. I trust.com. We started connecting with the people who are experienced professionals in their communities. They have all of the information. They have all of the principles. When you're selling, when you're buying, they're the ones that can do it with you. You might have absolutely love a house at first sight. Just make sure somebody in the room is also paying attention
Starting point is 00:16:39 to all the fine print and all the things that you may not notice. Check out real estate agents. I trust.com. We'll show you how you can sell or buy a home, even in this tough market. The name says it all, real estate agents.itrust.com. Also, let me tell you about relief factor. Sorry, I have to make up for an ad because we bumped it here at the beginning. There's American toughness that I admire. People who settled the frontier, built the railroads, worked the mine. They did that kind of hard labor that most of us, you know, are looking for a chair after about maybe 15, 20 minutes. There's some things that just don't make sense to be tough about. And that's frequent pain.
Starting point is 00:17:18 I was just talking to Jason about my dad filling sandbags. It was 1976, so it was, I don't know, 10, 12 years old. And I remember my dad going out, we had a flood in our community in the sketch. Skagit Valley and we had to go fill sandbags. And it was the first time I saw my dad really in pain. And he had tears running down his cheeks the whole time. He was shoveling the sand in the sandbag. Everybody in town was doing it. And he was like, hold the bag, son. Just hold the bag open. Help me out. Hold the bag open. And so I did. And we worked all the way through the night. And my dad couldn't work for about a week. and he laid on the bench of our bakery and the mailman cook the bread for a couple of days.
Starting point is 00:18:07 My dad would just be on the bench going, okay, take this amount of flour, put it over here. Here's what you do. Put it in the machine. I think one of the fire guys, firefighters did it for a couple of days until my dad could get back on his feet again. I mean, it's community is what we. That's how I really learned what we're supposed to be like with each other. We help each other out and we sandpag.
Starting point is 00:18:27 And if somebody gets hurt, we help them out. and we make good on the other side. Anyway, you have pain, get out of pain. Three-week quick start, 1776. See why so many people say Relief Factor gave them their lives back. Just go to Relieffactor.com. Call 800 for relief, 800. The number four relief. It's Relieffactor.com. 10 seconds. Station ID. George in Ohio. Welcome. Hello. Hi, George. Hello, Glenn. How are you? I'm a lifelong Republican here in Ohio, and I've listened to you for a lot of years, and I enjoy your program. Thank you. You said something a long time ago. I forget what the subject was on,
Starting point is 00:19:16 but you said George Washington wanted to raise a higher standard on that hill, something that we could look to, that great citadel on the hill. And I looked at my ballot here in Ohio, and as somebody who's voted Republican all my life, I went down the list and I thought, who are these people who are honorable that I can send to Washington to do things behind my back or, you know, while I go on and live my life, who can run the state and the, you know, all the, all the people I had to vote for better. And I could not find somebody that I could reasonably close my eyes with and go about my life here in Ohio and say they've got my back in Columbus and Washington. And one of the people on my list to vote for here in Cleveland was
Starting point is 00:20:02 Max Miller. And I really, really thought about this because it does change. It flips a Republican seat. And I thought, with people like this on this ballot in Ohio, I just can't look the other way. I think it was time for a change to clean house here, Ohio. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Go ahead. I know, give it to me. No, I'm not going to give it to you. I'm not going to, you've already voted.
Starting point is 00:20:26 So what am I? Yes, sir. I did. I waited in line for about an hour yesterday. It took about an hour. So, George. Yes. You couldn't find anybody on the Republican.
Starting point is 00:20:35 So you go to the Democrats as if you can trust that? Well, I give you my reason. One, number one, Sherrod Brown's seat here in Ohio is a two-year seat. It's a two-year term. So it's not a full six-year term. Yeah, nothing happened in two years. Do you what now?
Starting point is 00:20:55 Go ahead. Sorry. I'm sorry. No, go ahead. Go ahead. I'm dissatisfied with President Trump, so it was a way for me to show my dissatisfaction with him, especially this thing on Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:21:06 Flip my thinking lately here. So Jared Brown's two-year seat was just a placeholder to see what the Republicans in Ohio can do. Max Miller's seat couldn't vote for him. And I just couldn't vote for Ramoswamy. I just do not believe that when the doors were closed, he has our best interest at art. So it was really listening to you all these years
Starting point is 00:21:30 that really made me stop and think, do these people really set up the higher How dare you? How dare you? George, you've misunderstood me. George Washington said, let us raise a standard
Starting point is 00:21:41 that the wise and the honest can repair. What that means is repair in the old terms means that you can find shelter under. So he was saying, let us raise a standard that the wise and the honest can eventually find shelter under.
Starting point is 00:21:57 You just gave your vote to people that you can, as a protest to people that you cannot tell me have more honor than the ones that you said you couldn't vote for. In fact, you have one party that is going in the exact opposite direction. They are in bed with Marxist and Islamists. So please, please, I respect your right to choose. I respect your right. I could be wrong. You could be wrong. I'm not arguing with your choice. don't ever insult me and insult the memory of George Washington by saying the wise and the honest are the ones in the bed with the Marxist and Islamists.
Starting point is 00:22:43 Don't do it, George. But I do appreciate you listening all these years. I'm sorry that that is the lesson that you took from this program. I will be questioning myself now all day long. Thanks for your call, George. More in a minute. Okay, let me tell you about rapid radios. Somewhere in America right now, five people are standing around waiting for a guy named Steve.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Because Steve has the keys and the equipment and the answer to the question that no one else can answer. And everybody's waiting on Steve because he's on the other side of the building and his phone is in the truck. And apparently nobody knows how to find him. This is how a 10-minute job turns into an hour and that's where rapid radios come in. They're pushed to talk radios. They work over cellular data networks. You press the button. You speak.
Starting point is 00:23:34 And your team can hear you instantly. Even if they're working in different parts of the country, not just the other side of the building. As long as they have compatible coverage. You get set up custom channels for different teams. You know, the radios are rugged. They're water resistant. They're easy to use. Rapid radios.
Starting point is 00:23:51 They offer business customers discounts of up to 60% good communication. It's not a luxury. It's part of getting the job finished. I'm sorry, I'm so distracted by my last caller. For heaven's sake, somebody finds Steve. Get rapid radios.com. You'll get up to 60% off free shipping. Use a promo code Beck, save an extra 5%.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Rapid radios.com. Today at 12 p.m. Eastern Glenn and Cheyenne debut their new Christmas album, ugly Christmas sweaters, and Beck family secrets for Torch insiders only. Glenbeck.com slash torch. Let me just say this about the last phone call we had with George Ohio. You remember that scene, that last scene in Indiana Jones and search for the Holy Grail? Remember this scene? He chose one. Yeah, yeah, except I think it was my face that was melting off at that point. Choose carefully, gang. This is all about time. This is not about the perfect candidate.
Starting point is 00:25:17 This is about time. We need more time. Do you not see what's happening? in Europe. We need time to be able to get more people on board. But if you short circuit the time, Marxist, Islamist, they win. I don't know. People just are so these oceans have been our greatest blessing and they're our biggest curse because people just think,
Starting point is 00:25:48 oh, it's always going to be like this in here. It can't happen here. It's going to happen here. You see what happened in Brazil? Okay, I got to, let me switch topic. I want to give you some good news. I want to tell you something that happened Saturday night. Guy named Casey Sparks, he's tired. He has spent all day playing softball in Dalton, Georgia. He's 37 years old.
Starting point is 00:26:14 He's a welding equipment repairman. His 13-year-old son was in the truck with him, and there's three hours of road in between him and his own bed in Concord, Alabama. Okay? He knew the way home. He drove it that morning. But his GPS had other ideas.
Starting point is 00:26:33 It was sending him down Georgia route 114. And he didn't want to go that way. He wanted to take the other way. So he reset it. He comes back. 114. He resets it again. 114.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Third time, I don't want to go that way. And he sets it 114. How many times have we done this? Have you ever done that? You're like, oh, a GPS won't give me the... So he gives up. He's tired. He's got a three-hour drive.
Starting point is 00:26:57 home and he's like, whatever. Guess we're going this way. And he looked at his son and they kind of laugh about it. You're tired. The machine is wrong, but the machine is just taking you down this dark two-lane road. You didn't choose it, but you just trust it knows something that you don't know. Near a little town called Lirely, it's about six miles south of Chattanooga. Casey comes over the top of this hill and he sees this glow.
Starting point is 00:27:25 He said at first it looked like a bonfire. And then he realized that's too far away to be a bonfire. At the bottom of that hill was the home of James and Loretta Burke. They had adopted 11 children. They have fostered more than 500 children. And that night, 11 kids and one of their grandchildren was asleep in their beds. James, who owned the house, he's almost 60, he had fallen asleep in his recliner. He gets there and he pulls up to the house and he sees the entire front of the house was on fire.
Starting point is 00:28:05 And in the yard is a teenager trying to fight it with a garden hose. Casey looks at him. A kid, it's too far gone. Too far gone. He looks at his kid and says, call 911 right now. The house is lost. He looks at the teenage kid. Is there anybody in the house?
Starting point is 00:28:23 I don't know. He goes in. the people were in the house. He opens the door of that burning house belongs to people he's never met before. He walks in, get out, everybody wake up, get out, the house is on fire. James Burke, he wakes up in his recliner to a stranger standing in his living room saying, you got to get out,
Starting point is 00:28:43 you got to get out. Casey goes and he works that house room by room. Now, it's engulfed in flames. In one room, he finds a little. girl in a hospital bed. This is a child who couldn't walk, who couldn't run. He scoops her up in his arms and he heads for the door that he came in. It's blocked now.
Starting point is 00:29:10 It's completely engulfed in flames. He runs around the house. He finds another door. Carries her out. Hands are over a fence to a neighbor who is now there. Then he goes back in. He keeps going in. until all of them were out.
Starting point is 00:29:31 The 11 children, James Lareda, and one grandbaby. The liarly fire chief, he says, if that family had been inside for more than five minutes, there would have been fatalities. Maybe all of them. Five minutes. If Casey would have taken the road that he knows that he wanted, if GPS would have reset,
Starting point is 00:30:00 he'd be at home in bed. If he wouldn't have given in and he would have tried it again, he never sees the glow. If he lingers five minutes longer, five minutes longer at the ball field, when he gets on that road and he gets that house, it's nothing but smoldering ashes. Now, I read this story and the news reported it as a glitchy GPS
Starting point is 00:30:27 and a good Samaritan, a lucky break. Was it? was it? Casey says that night he didn't put two and two together. All he knew is he had three hours to drive and a machine that wouldn't listen. But he says, now I see it. He said, God's hand was on that GPS. Not his.
Starting point is 00:30:56 God's hand. James Burke believes it too. He was on the wrong road. That's what James said. He knew that something was bringing him down that road. I have to tell you, for much of my life, I believed in coincidence. I believed that, you know, wow, that was a weird coincidence. I don't believe in coincidence.
Starting point is 00:31:15 I haven't believed in coincidence from probably 30, 35 years. And stopping, do yourself a favor. Dismiss all coincidence for 30 days, and it will change your life. This is how I started. You know, I was like, I don't know if I believe in coincidence or not. Maybe that's a godwink. Maybe that's something I should pursue. I'm thinking about something.
Starting point is 00:31:38 something and somebody says something, maybe I should have more or longer conversation with it. It's changed my life. I don't believe in coincidence. I believe God is active in all of our lives. And we dismiss miracles because we look at them as a coincidence. We lose the opportunity to serve. We lose the opportunity to help. We lose the opportunity to grow because we get pissed off. I'm just now thinking about what opportunity did I lose because I got pissed off at George here. None. Sorry. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:32:17 We lose opportunities all the time. Our life, my life is like a constant route 114. I can't tell you how many times I've been on the wrong road. But because I don't dismiss coincidence, I look at that road. And I'm like, why am I on this road? road. What am I supposed to learn here? You know, maybe you have the job. You never wanted.
Starting point is 00:32:42 You know, you're living in a town. You never planned on living in. You just got the diagnosis. You just got laid off. You know, I had a spiritual advisor when I was younger. And I was, I was, I was,
Starting point is 00:32:59 a very arrogant kid. In my 20s, I was a very arrogant guy. I'd been successful when I was in my teenagers and my teenage years and my 20s and that does not do good things. And I had become very arrogant. And I didn't really realize it up until I sobered up. And then I sobered up and I'm like, why, I'm a real jerk. And I wanted to be humbled. Oh, don't ever pray for that. The Lord will give you that every time. He will. Man, it's like an alarm bell goes off. There's a fire pole someplace in heaven with angels that just swing down that fire pole and they're like, I'm serving that one.
Starting point is 00:33:39 You know, knock that guy on the head. So I was praying for humility and a new boss comes in. I was the boss of this I heart group. And I was running the stations. This new guy comes in. He fires me, leaves me as mornings and takes all my other responsibilities away and humiliates me, intentionally humiliates me. and then says, I want you to do this job. And it was akin to emptying garbage pails. And I left there and I was so mad. And I call up my friend who was, you know, great spiritual giant in my life. And she just laughed at me.
Starting point is 00:34:20 She said, wait, you're complaining? And I said, yeah, I can't believe this. And she said, you've been praying for this. I went in the next day and I looked at that guy and I said, thank you. Now that pissed him off. I didn't expect that. I wasn't trying to piss him off, but I will tell you,
Starting point is 00:34:42 we'll piss people off who are trying to. Anyway, I said, thank you. And he said, what? And I said, thank you. I said, you are exactly right. You're exactly right. And I'm going to do that job better than anyone's ever done that job. And I did.
Starting point is 00:34:58 So when you're looking at things that are happening in your life that you're like, that sucks. I don't know. Does it? Does it? You know, there was a time with Blaze 10 years ago. And I had dumped tens of millions of dollars. Everything I had, everything I'd ever made, I put into the Blaze. And we went through a really bad spell. And I said to my wife, I said, I know that God told us to do this. I know, I know. We prayed on this over and over again. I know we were supposed to do this. How is this not working out? And she looked at me. She's so wise. She said, when did God say
Starting point is 00:35:42 it was going to work out to our benefit? Oh, crap. She's like, I think there's probably stuff that we're supposed to learn in this. He never promised success. He said, do this. He didn't say what it was going to turn into. But if you live your life that way, oh my gosh, things become so easy. So easy. So don't get angry. Don't blame the boss, the ex, the government, parents, God. You'll spend the whole drive staring at the screen arguing with the route.
Starting point is 00:36:29 That anger isn't just useless. It's blinding. a man glaring at the GPS of life, whatever it is, furious about where I'm ending up now, where it's sending me, never sees the glow over the hill. Casey grumbled, he'll admit it. But he kept his eyes on the road,
Starting point is 00:36:50 and when the road showed him something, he didn't ask why he was there. He asked, what do I need to do? Stop asking why you're on the road. Start looking for who needs. you on that road. Even when I have felt the most lost, I'm not, I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
Starting point is 00:37:12 If I'm open to hearing the answer, I don't necessarily want to hear. You're on a road you may have never picked, but mark my words, you're probably five minutes away from somebody who really needs you in that position. And you may not know it for years. James and Loretta Burke,
Starting point is 00:37:37 they opened their door to more than five 500 children whose lives were on fire. Kids who needed somebody to carry them out. And last Saturday night, when their lives were on fire, somebody walked through their door. By the way, Casey, the driver, he said he wasn't afraid. He said, we're from the South. We help our neighbors. I'd hope somebody would do the same for me.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Burks have been doing the same for 500 children. I think having just returned the favor, by the way of sending a repairman with a broke GPS. So the next time the screen says to you recalculating route, don't curse it, keep your eyes up. And say what Casey said to his son, okay, I guess we're going this way. Sometimes the most important thing you can give another person
Starting point is 00:38:42 is time, George, time. And time to get past the first shock. Time to ask questions. Time to realize the future isn't limited to the fear that they feel in this moment. I'm going to give you a warning next hour. And I do not want you to fear. I want you to prepare.
Starting point is 00:39:09 I want you to realize time is in your favor right now. It may not be in the future. Time matters enormously. Take a woman who is pregnant. She finds out she's pregnant. It's a surprise. And she's now in a rushed conversation. And all of a sudden, everybody around her is saying,
Starting point is 00:39:30 you got to abort, you got to abort, you got to abort. And she has the pressure of time. No, no, no. Preborn will help provide the ultrasound and the compassionate support through their pregnancy centers. A woman can receive information and care the moment they need it. time and compassion. You don't have to know everything about somebody's circumstances to treat them with dignity.
Starting point is 00:39:52 When people talk about building a culture that values life, this is what it looks like in practice. Make sure these women have somebody ready to help them. Will you join pre-born? This audience, I think, has raised, have saved 50,000 babies so far this year. 50,000 babies. Starting point is 00:40:27 back sponsored by preborn. Glenn Beck. It's been a fun hour and I think it's only going to get more fun. Uh, you don't want to miss a second of today's show. It might. Your mood may not improve very much when we kind of go into the numbers of what's happening right now. Anybody who's like, you know what? All these poll numbers are lies. Maybe not. So we'll get into that here and a second.
Starting point is 00:41:20 But may I just say there's two stories that should tell you everything you need to know? Let me just give you the headlines. Tala Rico earns high praise from founder of Radical Trans Clinic for Kids. Next headline. Paxton flips Texas Children's Hospital. from Transgender Hub to D-Transition Clinic. I don't know. Doesn't seem too hard to figure out who to vote for, does it?
Starting point is 00:41:46 Well, I really don't like gas prices. Oh, I've got something on the gas prices. This, your gas price is a real problem. But let's look historically who had gas prices and problems coming up. Hello America. You know we've been fighting every single day. We push back against the lies, the censorship, the nonsense of the mainstream media that they're trying to feed you. We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it. But to keep this fight going, we need you. Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review the Glenn Beck podcast? Give us five stars and lead a comment because every single review helps us break through Big Tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth. This isn't a podcast. This is a movement, and you're part of it, a big part of it. So if you believe in what we're doing, you want more people to wake up.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Help us push this podcast to the top. Rate, review, share. Together, we'll make a difference. And thanks for standing with us. Now let's get to work. Election Day doesn't clear your calendar for you. It'd be nice if it did. Unfortunately, you still have to go to work.
Starting point is 00:43:03 The kids still have to get to someplace and somebody else might get sick or the car won't start. And that super important meeting runs long. None of those things care that this was. the day you planned on voting. So don't build a plan that only works if everything goes right. Early voting is available everywhere. If it's available where you live, find out when it starts. Know where you need to go. Look at your calendar. Pick a day when you can actually get it done because voting is important enough to treat it like something you intend to do, not something you hope you'll have time to do. Go to gopvotes.org right now. Find out when you can vote. Make your voice heard. It's
Starting point is 00:43:40 easier than ever. Get the election reminders. Look up your polling location and pick a date to go vote early. Go to gopvotes.org today. That's gopvotes.org. Do it. Glenn, I don't like any other Republican choices. I just don't trust them. I don't like them. I, you know, I want to send a message to Washington and the Republicans. Okay, you send a message. Here's what I'd like to do. I'd like to make sure that we don't have Marxists running our I'd like to make sure that we don't have Sharia law happening all over our country. You send a message. I'd like to protect our children from radical teachers in school that want to make decisions without you being involved.
Starting point is 00:45:22 Why should you vote? Why should you vote? We're going to talk to Ashley Hayek. She is America First Works president and the America First Policy Executive Vice President she's going to tell you what the numbers are and why you should vote. Why? Why should you get out? Who's actually voting right now? We get into that in 60 seconds. First, people hate replacing a car that's been paid off.
Starting point is 00:45:49 There's something wonderful about not having a car payment, right? And if you've got that low mortgage rate, you probably feel the same way about your house. No, no, no, I worked hard to get that rate. I'm not giving that up. And I don't want you to give that up. It's bad advice to give that up. But life doesn't stop producing expenses, just because you've got a good mortgage rate.
Starting point is 00:46:07 Maybe the roof needs work. Maybe you're trying to get some monthly bills under control so you have some breathing room. Whatever the situation is, you may have options that don't require sacrificing that low rate. That's why I recommend talking to American financing. Their smart equity loan is designed to let qualified homeowners access some of the equity in their home
Starting point is 00:46:29 while keeping their first mortgage in place. And it is a fixed rate. That means, you know, it's not right for everybody, but it's right for a lot of people. Borrowing against your home is a serious decision, and American financing can offer you something that makes financial sense. They'll tell you that. But it's worth having that conversation. 800906 2440, 8009062440, or go to Americanfinancing.comnet. NMLS. 1-8233.4.
Starting point is 00:46:58 NMLS Consumer Access. Average savings based on borrowers. We're safe for $199-99. Ashley, welcome to the program. you. I'm great. How are you? I've been better. I get this way before every election where it's just, I just, I hate this. Sleep deprived and delirious. Yeah. Yes, I hate this. I hate it so much. I'm in some ways, it's the election that I've waited for for a long time because I've been saying since, you know, early 2000s, they're Marxist, they're Islamist, they're working together to
Starting point is 00:47:32 overthrow our system. And now at least they've put that in writing. Before they were denying it, now they put it in writing. But it's like there's so many Americans that are asleep that are like, ah, well, they don't really mean that. Yes, they do. Yes, they do. And they're gaining power.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Yeah, that's exactly right. And they have told us exactly what they would do if they reclaim the House. So first of all, there is a reality where there's only been four times in the past 120 years that the President's Party has gained seats in the House. And we knew that going into this, but we also know this is a historic president who has survived assassination attempts, who has brought unprecedented change, who's pursuing prosperity for Americans. It may not be where we want it today, but look at where we were in 2022, four years ago when inflation was 9% and eggs were 70% higher, right?
Starting point is 00:48:22 But the real threat is at our doorstep. It's with people like Talariko, Abdul El-Sayyad, who want to fundamentally destroy, not change, destroy. the Constitution and completely install a new government where it is government run everything, taking away our freedom, our rights, and we have to fight that. I'm hopeful we've seen changes in the numbers over the past couple days, which gives me a lot of hope. But you're absolutely right. There are a lot of people that are sitting on the sidelines right now.
Starting point is 00:48:51 There are people that believe in America First, that believe in the American dream, that are still sitting on the sidelines. So some of the numbers I have gun ownership, gun owners going out in voting, that is down 17%. People of faith down 43%. How is that possible? Yeah, this is a great question. And we've got to get our folks to go and show up. You said something at the top of the show about people wanting to send a message. And the message that you're going to send, you know, I was watching this pastor, this. morning he talked about how people will write in a candidate because they're frustrated no one's going to receive that message what you will receive what conservatives will receive and I pulled it up Robert Mueller issued over 2,000 subpoenas in his
Starting point is 00:49:42 investigation that was based on Bologna it was based on something completely fake and made up that's what we'll receive we will have a president with an arm tied behind his back dealing with impeachment investigations and administration that is paralyzed by the weaponization of a Democrat House majority. And that is the greatest threat that we have. You're not sending a message. The message that we need to send is Congress has a job to do. Conservatives have passed historic tax cuts.
Starting point is 00:50:12 We have closed the border. We have made amazing strides in education opportunity. And we have a lot more work to do. But you can't do it if you're responding to subpoenas all day and you're under endless investigation by the left. I want to show a chart because people are talking about affordability, which is almost a siop. It is almost a siop because we didn't hear that during Biden. We never heard affordability. Nobody was talking about affordability.
Starting point is 00:50:40 They weren't talking about the high price of eggs, et cetera, but affordability just kind of pops out of nowhere. Also, the other thing we never really talked about was the high price of gasoline when it was election time. And I swear to you, there's something weird that require the American people almost require the mainstream media to tell them to be pissed off at gas prices. Even though gas prices are a real problem. I want to show you this chart in 2008 Bush, 146 days over $100 per barrel. This is historic breakdown. Under Obama, 312 days, almost a full year. year of prices over $100 a barrel. Biden, 87 days over $100 a barrel. Trump, so far, 35 days.
Starting point is 00:51:36 It is real. It is real. The crisis at the gas pump is real. People are having a hard time. But how do you, we seem to be missing this ability to be able to have empathy at the gas pump for people and show, I understand. I understand. I understand this is a problem. And then, but also keep perspective on things. Why? Yeah. Or how do we fix that? So there's a couple of things that are happening. Number one, people have forgotten that it was the Biden administration that shut down the pipeline that took away our energy independence, that, you know, wanted us to export all of our jobs overseas. And we have a president who's trying to bring all of that back and make it America first. And unfortunately, Unfortunately, 92% of legacy media is negative against the president's policies and the administration. And not only that, I just saw a news story that over 80 or 82 of the news alerts from Apple News leading up to the midterms were negative, negative against the president's policies. Like that is unfair.
Starting point is 00:52:45 And when we've been on the ground talking to voters since March of this year in places like Michigan and Wisconsin. And when we asked them, did you know the president, you know, we have the lowest homicide rates? Did you know in 125 years? Did you know that prescription drug prices are down for the lowest amount in over 60 years? People say they don't know. They're not getting the information. So, Ashley, can I ask you a question? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:09 Because I am a storyteller by nature. And I have been saying to the White House over and over again, no one's telling the story. The only one telling the story is Donald Trump. and he's doing it on these trail, these campaign trails, but he does it in his way. There needs to be storytellers that are telling the story because no one in Washington is good at it. And it's the prescription drug thing is a great example. How president said yesterday, well, I think it was in Corpus Christi, these are the lowest drug prices we've ever had. And it's as low as some of the lowest, if not the lowest, in the world now, all because of his policies.
Starting point is 00:53:55 And nobody's talking about it. Nobody. And the impact on that is massive. So we have tried to collect stories at America First Policy and America First Works. At America First Works, we knocked on a door of an elderly woman, and we talked to her about the prescription drug prices and her eyes filled with tears. And she said, you know, thanks to the president, I'm able to afford my medicine. because I was having to choose between my medicine and my groceries because I have a fixed income,
Starting point is 00:54:23 cost of living, I'm just having to choose. And thank God I had President Trump and these policies, and she was so grateful. But those are the stories we have to share. Last night, we did a grassroots call with over 100 different organizations and volunteers. And we had Tom and Jess Gorman on. And their daughter Sheridan was killed,
Starting point is 00:54:42 shot and murdered by an illegal alien who should have been deported, And the Chicago police, the sanctuary policies protected this man. And he was released by the state of Illinois, by the city of Chicago because of their sanctuary policies. And they talked about their daughter, how they just dropped their daughter off at college in the fall. And then in March, she went to go see the northern lights with their friends. And she was shot in the back by an illegal alien. And Jess Gorman says this was 100% preventable.
Starting point is 00:55:13 And she was right. And she said, you know, I didn't think that this would be a Democrat. or Republican issue. But when she testified before Congress in June and the Democrats were too busy to look up from their phone and kept leaving the hearing room and were too bothered, they said we've already had hearings about this. They don't want to hear her daughter's story. She's like, that's when I knew that that is what these people do not tolerate, do not care about, they don't care about families like mine. They don't care about families like yours. And so when people think, you know, this election, what does my vote matter? You know, what does it matter if Tala Rica gets in?
Starting point is 00:55:44 it matters. It's a life and death decision that we're looking at this cycle. So can I ask you just to, I'm going to run down some voters that are not showing up so far. Women voters, if I'm not mistaken, if you like pink hat women making all the decisions in your life, you're about to get it. Women are organized on the left and they are going out and voting. So the crazy Karen's are voting. Guys are way, way down. So I'm going to give you a couple of things. I'm going to give you a couple of things. men voters, gun owners, faith, rural voters, those are all down. So let's start. Why should somebody in a rural community care and actually go and vote next week?
Starting point is 00:56:30 Well, it's just the reasons I said. If you want to continue prosperity, if you want to continue to get this job done, then you have to show up and vote. You look at all of the policies that the president has been able to accomplish. I mean, he could govern by executive order, but it'll be half executive order and half, you know, answering to these subpoenas. And that's not how we want to end the next two years. We need to continue this momentum with the tax cuts, expanding opportunity, prosperity.
Starting point is 00:56:57 That is the threat. What the left has talked about, you know, they want to jam up the system. You look at the subpoenas, I mentioned the investigations. They want to do impeachments of the Department of Defense. We already have seen complaints against, you know, Ag Secretary Brooke Rawlins because she sent out an Easter message. Okay, is that how you want your Ag Secretary's timesmith is tied up with subpoenas over a Easter blessing message? That's insane. But that's what they're willing to do.
Starting point is 00:57:25 They're willing to sacrifice your future for their political agenda. I think one of the most shocking is faith down 43%. Why should Christians go out and vote? What's at stake for them? Well, if you look at what the other side offers, it's socialism and find a socialism movement that has never gone after the church. It will always go after the church because the church will never bow to the state. And that's what's at risk. They want to get rid of your church. It's not they want to suppress your rights or they want you to not talk about your faith. They want your faith and they want
Starting point is 00:57:58 to shut down your church. They want to come for your tax status. They want to come for your physical building. Let's go back to COVID. Let's look at what they did in 2020 when you were not allowed to go and pray and to be with community and go worship. That's what they want. They want to to shut it all down. That is their true intention. We saw their true colors. If you don't stand up, they'll take it from you. Ashley, one other thing, men are, men have got to start being men. And I think they've been so browbeaten. And now I hear a lot of men, I just, you know, I've just disappointed in Trump or for whatever reason. Speak directly to men. Well, we need men to stand up and be men. We need men to be leaders of their households. I don't really care,
Starting point is 00:58:44 what these Cairns and the Pink Hats say, I know that women, as a mom of five, I have four girls and one boy. We need strong dads. We need strong husbands. We need strong fathers, strong leaders for our country. And so this is the moment to protect your family, to protect your daughter who these wackos want to put men in women's bathrooms and women's places who have no problem emptying the prisons of rapists and murderers. Protect your family. Do what's right. Show up and vote. Ashley, thank you. You guys at America First, I think you're, I think you're some of the most important people in Washington right now, and I appreciate everything that you guys have done. Thank you for updating. I guess if you have time, I'd love to have you come back before election day. Thank you. Awesome. Thank you. Ashley Hayek. America First Works President and America First Policy Executive Vice President. Okay, let me stop here, tell you before we go to the phones, is a voter in Ohio. She just had a conversation with her 17-year-old grandson.
Starting point is 00:59:48 I want to hear how that went. Oh, it's good news. You think it's good news? Give me 60 seconds. We'll find out. Burn a launcher. Wanting to protect yourself doesn't mean that you want to hurt somebody. In fact, for most decent people, the last thing you want to do is get into a violent confrontation.
Starting point is 01:00:05 I want to get home safely. That's it. Leave me alone. Can you just leave me alone? They want your family to be safe. Somebody threatens them. You know, I also want a way to stop them. And if it means I kill you, then if that's the only option I have, then I kill you.
Starting point is 01:00:20 But most times, that's not what it's required. That's why Berna makes so much sense. Burna is a less lethal launcher that gives you another option for personal defense. You know, everybody has a little spray in their purse and they, you know, they used to carry around tasers. This is so far beyond times of change, gang. This is the best personal defense that is non-lethal. They can fire kinetic or chemical irritant projectiles. They're designed to help stop a threat from a distance.
Starting point is 01:00:47 It's the Burna, compact launcher, small enough to carry conveniently with an effective range of up to 60 feet. And Burna launchers are legal to own in all 50 states without a firearms permit. No background check, nothing. I want you to check out Burna. Burnup, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn. You want your family safe? Get 10% off the bundle right now. berna.com slash glen bryrna.com slash glen 10 seconds station ID let me bring uh jason in jason is preparing
Starting point is 01:01:30 uh for um an after show i'm going to be doing today my daughter should be landing here in dallas at any time uh shianne she's coming in we're going to do a father-daughter thing today you don't want to miss if you're an insider this is way inside um this is kind of a glimpse into my personal life with my daughter. We've been working on something for 18 months, kind of an entrepreneurial thing. And we're going to share that with you coming up right after this show. So if you're an insider, make sure you're listening. It's a new album of hers that it's coming out. I wrote the lyrics. She helped on some of the lyrics and some of the songs. And, you know, I think you're going to like it. Anyway, so that's right after the show. And Jason is going to be in the mix,
Starting point is 01:02:20 because he knows both of us and he's going to take her side and he's going to make me look like an idiot the whole time. Right, Jason? That's my job. That's your job. That is your job. That is your job. Coming up in just about seven, eight minutes from now, I'm going to give you a warning on something. I haven't talked about this kind of a warning since 2007.
Starting point is 01:02:42 And this has been coming for quite some time. Jason and I have been talking about it. I have a bad feeling about 2027. It's not political. It's more than that. And so I'm going to give you that warning and you do with it what you will. You might say I'm crazy, whatever. That's fine. I just feel like you need to understand the whole scope of what is headed our way or what could be headed our way. Speaking of headed our way, somebody else that's landing in an airport, I think either in Miami or here in Dallas is Bolsonaro. Flavio, he just let. left, he just left Brazil overnight. His plane landed, I think it was in Argentina, wasn't it, Jason, overnight? And was waiting for clearance from the administration to be able to get the visas to come into Miami into the United States. This is really not good. This is really not good. When when somebody loses an election and the other side has to flee the country because who's that judge, Jason, do you know that really wicked, you know, Darth Vader judge
Starting point is 01:03:56 in Brazil? You know who I'm talking about? Ricky? Do you know who I'm talking about? Yes. Yes. It's Judge Morayas. And just to confirm, Flavio Bolsonaro has arrived in Miami. I would say within the last hour. Great. that judge went after him and said, I'm coming for your passport, so he immediately got his family on a plane, and they just took off and had to land someplace, but I don't think he was allowed to get off the plane in Argentina.
Starting point is 01:04:28 This is a banana republic, guys. That Brazil is turning into a banana republic. And even the New York Times is saying, this is kind of an uncomfortable place to be. that's what's coming here. They're already talking about going after Trump's family, et cetera. You can't have this kind of country and lead the world. You can't.
Starting point is 01:04:52 But that's what's coming. So we'll be watching this closely to see what is happening. But for Bolsonaro, I mean, they were going to throw them in prison yesterday. They were going to throw them in prison. For what? Losing the election? Oh, wow, that's weird because that's exactly what. what the left is saying they will do after this election if they have power.
Starting point is 01:05:16 They are going to start teaching people a lesson. Their words, not mine, teaching you a lesson so you don't, young kids don't think, maybe I'll help the right and the conservative party. It's crazy. All right, let me tell you about good ranchers. Tell you a lot about the, you know, a lot about the country. just by looking at the decisions we make, you know, what is what's worthwhile to us? You know, food is pretty high up on that list.
Starting point is 01:05:46 That's kind of important. But America has farmers and ranches who get up before the sun and they take on the cost and the risks of raising the food that ends up on our table. That's an enormous resource for a country to have. Good ranchers understands that. I understand that. You understand that. They source their meat from American farms and ranches and they deliver it, directly to your door. It makes it easy for you to know what you're buying and what you're
Starting point is 01:06:09 supporting. If we let our farmers and ranchers die out, what do we eat? Where do we get our food, guys? Sometimes a steak is just a steak. And there's nothing wrong with, you know, people who raised and, you know, work on that to make it delicious for you. But for a limited time, you want great American meat. Good ranchers. Order a good ranchers. Order a good rancher. or start a plan. You'll get free meat with every order. Good Ranchers.com. Good Ranchers.com. Use the promo code Beck. Christmas comes early for Torch Insiders today at 12 p.m. Eastern. A sneak peek at Glenn and Cheyenne's new Christmas album and Glenn singing voice live. No wait. Hold it. Glenbeck.com slash Torch. So we have some people who are holding. We want to talk politics in the election. We're going to, Linda, you're up first. We're going to get to you here in just a minute. I first want to tell you to prepare for impact. And this is something,
Starting point is 01:07:27 that I don't say lightly. It is something that Jason and I have talked about for a while. You can dismiss this all you want and you might be right. But I want to show you a trend and some things that have been bothering me and tell you what I think is a prudent thing to do. last time I said something like this was 2007, I think, when it had been bothering me, bothering me, bothering me, bothering me for a long time. And you know what happened in 2008? I want you to prepare for impact. I'm going to explain that here in a second. But I think it was on Monday, the UK government launched a national campaign called
Starting point is 01:08:13 Be Ready. Be ready. What they're saying is every. household in the country should have water, food that needs no cooking, that means lack of power, medicine, a flashlight, a wind-up radio, and cash, and enough to last three days. 72 hours is how long it usually takes when a government can respond. If there's a big emergency, it's usually 72 hours. So you know, after 72 hours, things begin to break down. Look at any big disaster, you look at Katrina.
Starting point is 01:08:52 Everything held together pretty well for 72 hours. Once there is no help coming after 72 hours, that's when the bad guys decide I can take this. So be careful on the 72 hour thing, but pay attention. So they're asking everybody in the UK to be ready. Their words, not mine. And Britain is not alone on this. Germany is telling its people to keep 10 days. France and Ireland and the Netherlands also want 72-hour kits in every home.
Starting point is 01:09:28 The Dutch are even now telling their people how much cash to keep in a drawer. When's the last time you had cash? Do you even carry cash anymore? You need to have cash. You must have cash. What they're saying, by saying they have to have cash, now this again, multiple countries in Europe. They're saying right now, put cash in a drawer.
Starting point is 01:09:50 What is that? That's because they believe there could be some sort of digital disruption. Now, Sweden dusted off its old Cold War pamphlet about six months ago, and they wrote it, rewrote it for today. And it reminds citizens that in a war, these are their words, not my reminder, this is from the Cold War, and they've updated it. In a war, you have a duty to help. The Swiss also have done exactly the same thing. They've been doing this for decades, but they stopped after the Cold War and they've gotten serious about it again. The European Union has asked all 450 million of its people to do the same.
Starting point is 01:10:33 Prepare. Now why? Well, its crisis commissioner called Being Ready for Anything is, quote, our new European way of life. Okay, now come home to the United States. September 30th, Secretary of War signed a memo creating something called Fortress. I don't know if you heard about it, but under Fortress, every major military base in the continental U.S. must be able to run for 90 days without any outside help. It's requiring now to have their own power, its own water, its own fuel, its own food,
Starting point is 01:11:15 and be able to close those gates and run for 90 days. Its own communications, everything. Some bases are going to get their own small nuclear reactors. That's now the standard in the United States. It was just announced. The Pentagon's chief spokesman said, and I'm quoting, in the next major war, global supply chains will break.
Starting point is 01:11:48 Do you remember what happened during COVID? if you think that's bad, imagine war. Then there is also the R-F, the R-A-F base in Fairford. This is the base in England where the American B-1 bombers, where we fly our bombers to strike on Iran, okay? Early hours of September 27th, neighbors call the police about white vans and mask men near the fence. And what did the prime minister over there say,
Starting point is 01:12:17 well, that's nothing. They were just crazy. It was just, you know, they're having a picnic in the middle of night. Remember? Five men were arrested on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act. Then our American bombers were pulled out because we, my guess is, we didn't think that they were taking this seriously. Yesterday, Great Britain arrested two 24-year-old British men charged under Britain's National Security Act. both have unpronounceable names.
Starting point is 01:12:49 Either Mohammed or Abdul is their first. One is accused of assisting a foreign intelligence service. Now, Britain's top counter-terror cop named that country, Iran. The Prime Minister says the plot was almost certain, quoting, almost certainly directed by the Revolutionary Guard. and that more than 50 people have been arrested over Iran-linked plots in Great Britain just in the last few months. Don't know if you saw this piece of news. In Palm Beach, the Army has now put the Adventure Air Defense System on a barge in the intercoastal waterway outside of Mar-Alogo. It is in plain view now of anyone driving down the Southern Boulevard.
Starting point is 01:13:39 who confirmed it and who is running it? Norad. Norad has put it in and is running it at the request of the Secret Service. Same day, the Director of National Intelligence warned the Secretary of State that Iran has substantially increased its efforts to target plain old everyday Americans and some of those advanced plots have reached advanced stages. Now, none of these stories mean the sky is falling. None of these.
Starting point is 01:14:19 A government asking you to keep three days of water is asking you to do what your grandmother did without being told. You know, she would can. Our grandparents knew. Every time I would say, you know, they would talk about the department. I'd be like, grandma and grandpa, this's not going to happen again. It can't happen again. They were like, my grandfather would turn to me and he would look at me like death in his eyes and he'd go, don't ever think that way. You have no idea how fast this can collapse. They live through it. So none of these stories, the sky is falling, but you put them side by side, capital after capital,
Starting point is 01:14:59 in the same couple of months. What do you get? You get people. telling its own people prepare. You get them saying, when something breaks, you're going to be on your own for a while. Hear me, when something breaks, you're going to be on your own for a while. And while our own military is planning to be on its own for three months,
Starting point is 01:15:28 you should do the same. Do you understand what that means? All of our bases have to run and have to be self-sufficient for 90 days, that means no help is coming. So here's my read on this. And take it for what it's worth. But I will tell you,
Starting point is 01:15:51 I feel compelled to tell you these things. People who are running the West know things are breaking down. They see the same numbers we do. We see economy. that have stopped growing all over Europe. They have sabotaged their own refineries. They have sabotaged their own ability to make electricity. They have not paid for their own military.
Starting point is 01:16:21 They have societies that are unwilling or unable to fight for itself. You have a Europe with absolutely no plan to grow again. It has all been managed decline. You open the borders to millions of, people without asking the people who already live there and then without asking those millions of people, who the hell are you? They also have no will to ask newcomers to embrace the culture that took them in. And so what do you have? You have Islamist organizing in the open, telling you what they're going to do. You have Marxists and communists now no longer bothering to hide what they
Starting point is 01:17:10 want or who they are. They are telling you that they are going to overthrow the West and the United States of America. You can dismiss these things. You know, somebody asked me, Glenn, you know, because I said there will be buildings and bodies in the streets of New York within the next 10 years. I said that on WABC in 1999. I said there will be blood and bodies and buildings in this city, on these streets, and it will have Osama bin Laden's name on it. I have warned you about things that have come true. I have warned you about things that haven't come true. And I hope this is one of those that don't come true. But here's how I know. Here's how I know you should prepare. How did you get that right about Osama bin Laden? I read what he said. And like a normal human being,
Starting point is 01:18:06 when someone says they're going to kill you, they're going to take your family, they're going to destroy your culture, believe them. You're an idiot if you don't. They may not mean it. They may not have the ability. But if you don't take them at their word, you are suicidal.
Starting point is 01:18:30 That's what I was saying in 1999. My whole monologue was about, Take this guy seriously. So Europe is now just trying, they're trying to figure out, they're realizing, oh, crap, we are not going to be able to control this decline. It could blow up in our face. And so now they're telling their people, shore up whatever you can. Now, none of them are going to tell you why they're saying that. Because the explanation ends in a confession.
Starting point is 01:19:07 We've warned you for your own people. People have warned you for years. You called them bigots. You kept going. No one in Brussels or London is going to give the speech that says, boy, were we wrong, we should have listened to the people. So instead, you get a pamphlet about bottled water. Is it too late for Europe?
Starting point is 01:19:28 I don't know. I pray it isn't. But I'll say what they won't. And I hope and pray I'm wrong. But massive war is coming. Now, it may not be tank crossing a border on a Tuesday morning like we normally think about it, though no one in Poland or the Baltics are ruling that out. More likely, it is the kind of war already begun, but enough to cause massive disruption.
Starting point is 01:20:08 Vans outside of air bases, synagogues, fire bombed, power grids, water systems, probed and bombed or destroyed neighborhoods. that are in trouble, in crisis with people on the street and the state no longer fully controlling it. America is not immune. And damn it, we are going into this election and how many Americans are blind. How many Americans will hear this warning and write it off? Please don't. I beg you, please don't write this off. The radicals are already inside our house.
Starting point is 01:20:50 They are all over the West. And that includes here. And in six days we vote. Our vote is not going to stop this from happening, but it may slow it down. And I warn you, if this election goes poorly, this is not about scaring you into voting. This is about telling you the truth. Don't expect a gentle correction. Expect the radicals who have already told you what they want to abolish the Senate,
Starting point is 01:21:23 abolish ice, erase the border to treat the gavel as permission. That's what they're telling you. Take them at their word or you're suicidal. Because by January, we could look less like America and more like
Starting point is 01:21:41 Brazil or France. A country where one judge can switch off a social network for an entire nation. Do you know they just ask for the switch to the network? They said prepare for us to shut down all social media in Europe. They just made that announcement last week.
Starting point is 01:22:08 I do not like giving you these warnings. Prepare for impact. Do not panic. Do not change your life. Make plans for Christmas. Go visit your relatives on Christmas and Thanksgiving. When a pilot says brace for impact, he's not screaming. He's calm because he knows what's going to happen next.
Starting point is 01:22:31 And he wants you to know it too, so you are not freaking out. Start with simple things. If they say three days, do two weeks. Just brace for impact. More in a minute. There's a question worth asking about any company who you give money to every month. What is it they do with the money after you pay the bill? Because the relationship doesn't end when the payment goes through.
Starting point is 01:22:59 That money supports what the company does next. but your cell phone bill is different. It's one of those expenses you pay month after month year after year, and you might as well know who you're doing business with. Patriot Mobile is the wireless provider that supports causes, including veterans and everybody else, all the things you care about.

Starting point is 01:23:36 Glenn Beck. All right. So, we have a lot to comment on. I'm going to continue that conversation that we just had coming up tomorrow because I want to be very specific on the things that you should do. And again, don't panic. Don't do any of that. Live your life.
Starting point is 01:24:17 Just be prepared. And I'll tell you exactly how you can do that on tomorrow's program. Okay. El-Sayed. And that crazy ad, where did that come from? Next. You know, there's a certain kind of confidence that only parents have. You can walk into a bedroom, you can take one look at your kid and go, yeah, he's getting sick.
Starting point is 01:24:46 You don't need a thermometer. You don't need a doctor. You just know, right? Unfortunately, knowing they're about to get sick is the easy part. The hard part is discovering that half the town has the same bug. The pharmacy is out of the medication they need. And now you're driving all over town hoping somebody has it in stock. That's why I advise you, prepare before the first cough starts.
Starting point is 01:25:07 The kid's case from Jace Medical provides physician prescribed emergency medications and antibiotics designed specifically for your children. And you can also include essentials like albuterol, epipens, zirtec. So when a school germ makes their annual appearance, you're not scrambling to find out, you know what your family needs. Starting point is 01:25:39 Hello, America. I want to get back to that grocery ad. I told you about yesterday, you know, where the price of eggs and bananas are so expensive because of them Jews. It is an incredible campaign that is being run in Michigan for El Cayed. And it is the most racist, shocking, anti-Semitic thing I've seen. since, oh, I don't know, the 1930s, it's insane that it is running. But it is, and I'm going to give you the background on it and give you some more perspective on it because we've been here before.
Starting point is 01:27:07 So let me tell you, and you know, it's not where you think I'm going. Let me first tell you about friend factor. You know, the most remarkable thing about your dog is, you know, how much of your life he or she manages to be present for without making a big deal about it. You know, they're there when you come home for a good day. They're there when you come home from a terrible day. they're there on the ordinary days, the big ones. You know, you'll never forget.
Starting point is 01:27:27 And now maybe he's walking a little shorter. Maybe getting up from a nap takes a little more effort. Oh, it kills me. It hurt my heart every time when Uno would get up and he would have a hard time getting up because his joints were so painful at that time. He was a German Shepherd. I want you to know about Friend Factor.
Starting point is 01:27:44 It's a daily treatment formulated to support your dog's mobility and healthy inflammatory response. I got to tell you, going to the doctor for your dog and getting this really expensive prescription medication. That's crazy. You can do this now with Friend Factor, and it helps the body naturally help with inflammation and helps your dog's pain.
Starting point is 01:28:04 Get the first bag of Friend Factor today. It's 1995.95. Relieffactor.com. Relieffactor.com, 1-800 for relief. Okay. If you missed the ad yesterday, let me play this ad, the grocery store ad, for El Cyan.
Starting point is 01:28:22 this. We get all the sandwich stuff for the kids lunch. I don't like turkey anymore. Yeah, I know. What about the bananas? Yeah, I got them too. But honey. What? You're going to have to put those eggs back. They don't like eggs anymore? No, they like eggs. But we have to sit that $7 aside for killing Palestinians. What? I mean, don't we give Israel $4 billion a year anyways? Yeah, and now we're giving them another $26 billion. Do you know how much that is per American taxpayer? No. It's like $161 per person.
Starting point is 01:28:59 It's crazy. First of all, what we give to Israel is minute compared to what we give to other countries. And you don't hear anybody talking about those other countries. It's just them Jews. So, I don't know if you know this, but the price of bananas has not gone up because of them Jews. The price of eggs is not gone up because of them.
Starting point is 01:29:17 Jews. This is a real ad in the Michigan Senate race. And your grocery bill is high. And the reason is the Jewish state. I mean, this is the oldest story in Europe. You know, it's happened over and over and over again. Your cupboard is bare. It's empty because the Jews have your bread. You know, shot in the supermarket with good lighting. It's breathtakingly horrific. Now, who put this ad out?
Starting point is 01:29:49 Because I'm going to get to El Syed on this in a second. He didn't put this out. Who did? Well, it was put out by Rebellion Pack. And who was the founder of Rebellion Pack? Sank Yuger. Weager, whatever he is. Stupid.
Starting point is 01:30:05 Young Turks. Okay. Now, so if you don't know who Sank is, let me just give you a little recap. He said this on his show. So you know who he is and you know the quality of a human being that you're dealing with. Listen to this clip. If I were the rule of the benevolent dictator of the world, I would legalize
Starting point is 01:30:24 bestiality where you are giving, you are your pleasureing the animal. Oh. You see what I'm saying? No. Okay. Okay. Why?
Starting point is 01:30:37 Why did that happen? It's the dumbest thing I'm saying. It really is a dumbest thing you said. No, no, no, I'll tell you why. I'll tell you why. Because, like, so there's, like, was the case that we covered where there was, like, a guy or, girl or something that was pleasuring a horse, and the horse came to a conclusion, right?
Starting point is 01:30:51 Okay, stop. I don't want to hear any more. This is how crazy this guy is. Even his own crew is like, what the hell are you even saying? This guy is nuts. If I were the ruler of the world, I'd make it okay to have sex with animals. Okay. Wow, sex with animals. Okay, all right. well, you're, I hate the Jews thing is starting to come in line. Okay. He ran for Congress in 2020. He lost. Then he ran for president because that's what you do.
Starting point is 01:31:29 When you lose Congress, you immediately go, I should run for president. Ed also failed in 2024, which is when he first developed this ad. Did you hear me? In 2024, he developed this same ad. Except the actress didn't say, yeah, it's this war because they go on to say, It's this war we're funding. No, instead, the price of bananas and eggs were up because of them Jews, which makes this ad seem, uh, it makes more sense because the price of bananas and eggs are not up since the war,
Starting point is 01:32:02 but they were up under Biden. So he was using this ad to show the Democrats were giving money to them Jews and that's why your eggs and bananas went up. I mean, he doesn't care. He doesn't care. I mean, as long as we can blame the Jews. Now, he's also the uncle of Hassan Piker, the streamer who said that America deserved 9-11.
Starting point is 01:32:36 The guy who's wearing proudly a Mao uniform that he proudly says he had hand-tailored for him when he was over in China. He is a proud communist. Okay. We know who these people are. Okay. So the ad isn't that shocking once you know who they are.
Starting point is 01:33:02 Once you know you can dismiss this, these are despicable people. What's shocking is the candidate. You don't have to be a Republican to see this one. Van Jones called the ad dangerous on CNN. Said L. Syed should denounce it. Democratic Congresswoman Haley Stevens called it fear mongering. A group of Michigan Jews have pledged to vote for him, have trashed the ad.
Starting point is 01:33:32 And El-Sayed? Well, his campaign, he didn't come out. His campaign counsel, we're not affiliated with this in any way. Oh, like the Muslim Brotherhood. And only I can speak for the campaign. El-Sayed speaks for himself, not anybody else. Well, that's true enough. You know, the law says a candidate cannot coordinate with a super PAC.
Starting point is 01:33:52 So I'm not saying that he coordinated it. But there's no law from stopping him from saying, this is wrong. This is disgusting. This is 1938 Germany. That sentence cost him nothing, but he won't say it, just like he won't say the IRGC and Iran is bad, that Hamas is bad. Now look how he spent the week. He sat down in Dearborn in the offices of the American Arab American News.
Starting point is 01:34:24 Its publisher is Asama Siblani. He's the guy who called Hamas. and Hezbollah freedom fires right after October 7th. At a rally, he called Hezbollah's dead leader a hero and said Israel's Jews should be sent back to Poland. Poland. You know, the country that had the Nazi death camps in them? And what did Siblani ask him in this interview?
Starting point is 01:34:58 Can you say something to soothe the people in Dearborn who aren't happy with you right now? because this summer El-Sayed said he was honored to accept the endorsement of Siblani's pack. In September, he headlined a fundraiser with this guy. You know, there are a lot of people in Dearborn that don't like it because you're kind of wishy-washy on them Jews. So he can't speak out about the ad, but he can sit in that man's office and search for the right words to sue the Muslims. America, I can't believe. I cannot believe we're this stupid. And I get it. Most people don't want to believe this stuff. But it's high time you wake up. They take you back, April, 1959. 32-year-old guy, green fatigues, fresh from taking Cuba, flies into Washington. Newspaper editors invited him. Reporters adore him. The beard, the boots, the cigar. Oh my gosh, he's the greatest, says the media.
Starting point is 01:36:08 visits the Lincoln Memorial. And again, he tells America, we're not communists. We're not communist. Former ally already warning that Cuba could become a communist beachhead, 90 miles from Florida. Nobody wants to hear it because the man is charming. Look, he's smoking a cigar. He's wearing the fatigues. How could he possibly be a communist? The president won't meet him. So the vice president does. Richard Nixon sits down with him in the capital for three and a half hours. Nixon presses him on elections. Castro says, we're not going to do anything with the Iraq. Please.
Starting point is 01:36:43 Afterward, Nixon writes a secret memo, and he nails it. He says, this man is either incredibly naive about communism or he is a communist, and he's lying. He adds, my guess is the former. The sharpest anti-communist in Washington saw both doors, and he picked the comfortable one. I think he's naive. None of the signs were hidden. Castro's own brother had been in the communist youth, you know, kind of like the mother and sister of El-Sayed being in the Muslim Brotherhood.
Starting point is 01:37:21 But you can't look into that. The man whose face is on every dorm room, t-shirt, wall, had written home years earlier that he had sworn an oath before a picture of Stalin. You didn't need the CIA. You just needed to look at it. Look who's standing next to him. The same story. December, 1961, midnight on Cuban television,
Starting point is 01:37:49 a speech that runs for five hours. Castro finally comes out and says, I'm a Marxist Leninist. And I shall be one until the end of my life. And he was. And then he explained the whole trick on the air. If we had announced it up on the mountain, When there were only a handful of us, we might not ever been able to come down to the plains.
Starting point is 01:38:22 He hid on that mountain until he had the country. And then he told you the elections Nixon asked about, Cuba is still waiting for those. Can I ask you a question? Why do we keep falling for this over and over again? You know, psychologists call it the normalcy bias. We've talked about it on this program a million times. If it hasn't happened here, it won't. I've never seen it, so it isn't real.
Starting point is 01:38:52 It's why people stand on the beach and watch the water pull way back before the tidal wave. They've never seen one. Can't happen here. It's not going to happen here. Gavin DeBecker wrote a great book everybody should read. It's called The Gift of Fear. The point is really simple. Your gut sees the danger first.
Starting point is 01:39:12 Then your mind talks you out of it. It's why people say, you know, my dog knew. Serial killer next door. I had no idea. It was such a sweet man, but my dog hated him. You know why? Because your dog doesn't, the dog has the same gift of fear. It just doesn't have the part of the brain that says,
Starting point is 01:39:29 nah, that's crazy talk. He seems like a normal guy. We think believing something bad about somebody is rude, inconvenient. Makes us a hater. I don't want to look like a nut. Denial feels like peace. It's alone. And the bill always arrives with heavy interest.
Starting point is 01:39:56 I have to tell you, I've been called an alarmist my whole life. I don't really care. I've spotted more than my fair share of danger really early. You don't know, look into my record. And that's happened because I'm not smarter than everybody else. It's because I know the gift of fear. When someone says they want to hurt you or kill you, believe them. Don't assume it's a bit.
Starting point is 01:40:20 don't assume he'll never he's going to grow out of it it's a phase he's in take him at his word which is more respect more respect than most people will give people i take you at your word you couple that with what my mother taught me and you know your mother taught you too show me your friends and i'll show you your future a candidate cannot they can hide their platform but they they can't hide the people around them they can softens in the words. I'm the only one that can speak for me. But he can't hide who's in the room. He can't hide. Talrico can't hide his best friend preacher who says Jesus didn't rise from the dead. Why then are you still going to that church? I would not go to that church. I still might have that preacher as a
Starting point is 01:41:13 friend, but I disagree with him. I would not be going to the church and listening to his sermons every time when he says Jesus didn't rise from the dead. That you're not a Christian, dude. Christians believe Jesus, not the last word, Christ. That's not his last name. That's a title. And what gives him that title is he came, he lived, he died, he redeemed, and rose from the dead. That's what makes him Christ.
Starting point is 01:41:45 You know, who's in the room with El-Sayed? The pack makes the ad. Okay? The streamer on the stage standing next to him. The publisher who wants Jews sent back to Poland asking him to soothe his crowd. Those aren't accidents. Those are his friends. And friends are the one thing that no one can fake.
Starting point is 01:42:09 Why are you dismissing it? My side doesn't get a pass. Somebody on the right starts naming people instead of policy. but his buddy's, well, he's just trolling. He's just joking. He's on our team. That's the same blindness except on a different jersey. I'm telling you, people always tell you who they are in their ads, in their rallies, in the company they keep. That danger is rarely, it's rarely that they're hiding. The danger is how badly we want to believe that they're not like that. You don't, want to believe that because you don't like Donald Trump or you don't like the Republican or you
Starting point is 01:42:54 don't like stop it stop it you know most people are not fooled by this you volunteer El-Sayed isn't even up on a mountain he's down in the valley he's in the publisher's office in Dearborn looking for the right words to soothe Michigan you have a week Nixon had three and a half hours. He saw the truth sitting in front of him. He didn't want to say the uncomfortable thing. You've had months. You've had months looking at what this guy has actually said, where he comes from, who's standing next to him. You know the truth. You know the truth. And I'd like to say you're going to be held eternally responsible, but it's going to be my family, my children, as well as your family. and your children that will pay the price.
Starting point is 01:44:06 I've gone back and forth in the 1930s. Did America know? Did America know? Because I don't want to believe that we knew what was actually happening and we did nothing. The answer is yes, we knew. We knew. The average person may not have, but the government did. We knew.
Starting point is 01:44:24 We chose not to do anything. And it was easy for us to turn our eyes away because we didn't want to believe that Germans could be like that. Well, they were. But this time, this time. there's no excuse. History will judge us harshly because you know. Back in a minute. First time you hear about a major data breach, you'll pay attention. The 10th or 20th breach, you barely notice the headline. You've heard it so many times it almost sounds like it's not news anymore. Criminals have every reason to love that. Right now, there are warnings about a wave of
Starting point is 01:45:02 AI-driven cyber attacks being called Black October. These attacks could expose everything from your address and payment information to log-in credentials. Starting point is 01:48:31 sneak peek of Glenn and Cheyenne's Christmas album and learn what life is really like with the Becks at Christmas. Glenbeck.com slash Torch. Join now. All right. Welcome to the program. Let's say hi to Linda on our VIP Insider line. I'm sorry Linda to make you wait so long. It's been a crazy day. Go ahead. You're on. Last
Starting point is 01:49:15 Wednesday, my grandson asked me to pick him up, to take him to his dad. He ran out of money for gasoline. It's the first time in a long time that we had the opportunity to speak with each other without his younger brother or his older brother.
Starting point is 01:49:31 And the conversation I was excited because I went to early voting. And I told him, I says, now remember next year this time, you'll be able to vote. And it was so exciting. And I told him I was so excited to vote for the first time when I was 18. And I says, you should look forward to this and enjoy it. And then he brought up the conversation about Ramoswamy and the acting thing. And we had a great discussion.
Starting point is 01:50:05 And we discussed who I voted for in the past and why I chose to vote this way. And I had them for 20 minutes, captive audience. Finally, as we pulled into his dad's driveway, I says, look, Nathan, bottom line is you choose the candidate that thinks the most like you. And that's the person you vote for. So the rest of the family doesn't think this way? No, his dad does. But see, they're from a broken family. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:49 And his mom just doesn't bother. His older brother, he's got twin older brothers. One of them goes to vote every time and the other one doesn't. And the younger brother is that much younger than him. him. So it's a kind of mixed bag, but he's been paying attention lately. And part of it is because I've been so excited about him being able to vote next year. And I says, no, it's not a major, but you go every time. Yeah, you have to. You have to. Linda, thanks so much for your call. By the way, you know, if you're a parent, you might have worked so hard.
Starting point is 01:51:34 I know Tanya and I work so hard to raise our kids right. And, you know, they don't always agree with us. They don't necessarily agree with us on religion. They don't necessarily agree with us on politics. Most of them do. I'm happy to say they are open to hearing everyone's point of view. And they will fight for the right for you to have a different point of view, most of them. And I think that is, you know, I just want to say this.
Starting point is 01:52:10 She said, you know, kids vote differently, et cetera, et cetera. And the old thing, you know, you raise a kid right and eventually they'll come home. I hope that's true. I'm counting on that. But, you know, not sure it's always true. What I hang my hat on is a third of the angels, a third of the angels rebelled against God. How does that happen? I mean, if God can lose a third of the angels, you know, who am I to expect that all my children are going to come my way?
Starting point is 01:52:54 And I'm not saying that my way is the right way, just at least the values. I know the values and principles are. But I don't know. I don't know who I'm saying this for. Maybe it's you. Maybe it's somebody else. But don't beat yourself up. Don't beat yourself up.
Starting point is 01:53:11 You were a good parent. Hopefully you did everything you could. And if you're questioning that now, you know what? You did the best you could at the time. Hopefully that is true. Let me go to Jeff in Arizona. Hello, Jeff. Glenn, it's good to talk with you.
Starting point is 01:53:28 Thank you. You know, following that theme of earlier comment you made about saying the hard things, things that other people won't say, and it actually fits in with a comment you just made I wanted to make a comment about the passing on of your wealth, the passing on of your wealth to the generations below. Not you specifically. You make comments about that openly. But I'm talking about for baby boomers who are retired or, say, Gen Xers who are approaching retirement. And if you're strongly conservative in your positions about concern for our Republican, our country and our culture, or even conservative, say, in your religious,
Starting point is 01:54:09 faith, but you have children who are not. Children, let's not say, let's take the clear example, not people in the middle, let's say people who are far on the left, hard leftists, hard socialists, hard communists. If your child is Elizabeth Slotkin, if your grandchild is James Telerico, please do not pass your generational wealth onto that. them. Well, they don't want it anyway because they don't believe in all that generational wealth. You know, they, you know, Tal Rico. And I know, I know so many of them just live in poverty because they just don't believe in wealth, you know. I agree with you 100%. I go further than that, Jeff. Thanks for your call. I've said this before that, you know, Tanya and I have talked about this for a long.
Starting point is 01:55:09 time and I've told my kids for a long time you're not getting you're not getting a dime for me and I used to mean it because I'm building this huge library or helping build this huge museum and library and we've spent a fortune on collecting rare documents and everything else and so I've told my kids you're not getting any dad's spending at all dad's spending at all and then what's left you can throw me in a you know pine box and throw me in the ground someplace um but um I have really come to the conclusion that I've seen generational wealth and I generally don't like it. Because I think it destroys. I am to each his own. I mean, this is what's great about a free country. You can completely disagree and you can give all your wealth to somebody. It's yours, not the government. But I think fame and fortune destroy people, especially when you account.
Starting point is 01:56:12 expect it. And I just don't want to, I think it's important that you have your own entrepreneurial thing. You pursue. Now, it doesn't mean that you don't give them a leg up. Tanya and I have talked about how we're, we're going to die broke. I want to give all my money away. And I am building a trust that will be a charitable trust that the kids will have to decide. And this is really, really tough. You know, this summer, we traveled all over the country and all over Europe, and we spent a good portion of that time saying, okay, how do you be responsible with wealth? Who would you help in this situation? What fits our family principles? And we're trying to teach them how to do that. They're not going to get any of the money, but they will be responsible for that. And it has taken us
Starting point is 01:57:03 almost two years, and we're not even done. But it's taken us two years because what can happen is I can raise my kids, but will they raise their kids? And once that changes over and changes hands, almost all of these big trusts that do that, they almost always go left. And so I'm looking for a way to blow it up. I don't know how to do that yet, but I don't want my kids to have it. What I do want is I want my kids to have access that I can give them, just like you can give your kids access in different ways. They can learn different things from you. And it may not be about money.
Starting point is 01:57:44 It may not be. It just might be just principles and values. That might be the most important thing we can pass on to our kids. But, you know, we're doing a after show here in a few minutes with Cheyenne. Because Cheyenne's not getting a dime. None of the kids are getting a dime. I have said to them, I will help you, if you have an entrepreneurial thing you want to do, if you want to pursue that, you have a good plan.
Starting point is 01:58:11 You let me know, and I will help find a way to pursue that. And you can keep the money and you have to pay me back. But I'm not giving you a free ride. I'm giving you a hand up, not a handout. And so Cheyenne wants to pursue singing, et cetera, et cetera, and acting. And so she's doing all of that stuff on our own. and we've produced a Christmas album. And this is to help her be able to afford other classes,
Starting point is 01:58:42 other things that she wants to do so she can do it. And I think that's the best way when it comes to leaving things for your kids. Leave them with the principles and the values. Leave them with responsibility to share those things. if you have extra money, get them, sorry kids, Dad's reaching past the grave
Starting point is 01:59:08 and he's going to hold you to those principles and values. How are you going to help people? Not you. How are you going to help people without you getting a benefit from it? And I think those things are important. But that doesn't require you to have money at all. But as much as I believe
Starting point is 01:59:31 that my wealth is my wealth and I get to do with it what I want and the government shouldn't take it from me. I think there are better ways for us to think about things, not through the government, just through us talking about them and us, you know, trying to be better citizens and better Christians. You know, Ricky brought up, I think you have something from RFK Jr., right? Yeah, the Health Secretary RFK Jr. Do you want me to tee it up? Yeah, tee it up. So he sounds like a modern day Christian crusader, but he was on the campaign trail in Michigan for Mike Rogers, and he caught a lot of heat from the left for his comments on Arabs.
Starting point is 02:00:12 Of course. And the reality for Christians in the Middle East, and we have two cuts. There's one on the Arabs and one on the Christians. All right, so let's play both of those here, real quick. And what happened to the Christians were millions and millions of Christians. Those were all Christian countries. Egypt was a Christian country. Libya was a Christian country
Starting point is 02:00:31 Algeria was a Christian country Iraq was a Christian country Syria, Lebanon was a Christian country in 1948 the Christians have been expelled they've gone from 20% of the population to 4% of the population These are a genocide
Starting point is 02:00:47 And they have a genocide that is invasion, it's in the chartered documents It's in the lectures of the imams It's in the sermons It's in the teaching at Al-Ax our university, which is their epicenter, the only people they say, they tell that our objective is not genocide, are Western dupes and Ups, really idiots.
Starting point is 02:01:13 There's 500 million Arabs in the world, and yet they don't produce science, they don't win the Nobel Prize, they don't ruin the field prize, they don't win the Wolf Prize, they don't produce literature, they used to produce, they were the first to make books, and in the 13th century typical Muslim princes had books in their libraries that existed in all of Europe. Oh, and all of that tradition has been destroyed by the Muslim Brotherhood. They've created stagnant societies. Okay, so stop.
Starting point is 02:01:45 So what is he saying here? The obvious, the truth, history, provable, all of it. Which brings me back. How can you help? I know there's two things in my life. that I think are more than that, but there's a few things in my life that are important. Save the Republic.
Starting point is 02:02:05 Do everything in my power to help save and preserve the story of the republic. Stand for the Jewish people, not the state of Israel. I don't have to fight their wars. I don't have to give them a die. I don't have to do any of that. But I do have to speak out and say, these people have a right to live, which brings me to the right to life.
Starting point is 02:02:26 Choose life over death. Choose life over death, which brings me to the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamists. That is a death cult. Canada, nothing to do with Islam, is becoming a death cult. Choose life. I told you yesterday, and please pray for my team because they're going over to Nigeria at the end of this week. And they will be on the show next week. We're going to tell you what we are doing to help the Christian.
Starting point is 02:02:58 in Nigeria. This has to be done. It's very dangerous, but it all boils down to what is it you're going to do with your life? What is it going to do with your knowledge, your time, your resources, whatever you have? What is it that you will do? What will you pass on? And it all should be based on true principles and life. All right, let me tell you about Mercury 1. You know, when you watch the unrest and the destruction in France, it's easy to feel the world is coming apart faster than, you know, ordinary people can do anything about it. But if you decide that that is true, then, you know, nothing matters. You'll stop trying to help. I can't tell you how to solve every problem in France or anywhere in the world. You know, I've learned from 15 years of running
Starting point is 02:03:47 Mercury 1 or not running it, but starting it and being a part of Mercury 1. You know, when a people decide to act together, we can make a huge difference in the lives of thousands of people. Through Mercury 1, you and I have helped with disaster relief. We have supported rescue efforts. We have helped veterans. We've preserved stories and lessons of American history. And this is all through our maximum impact fund. It helps give Mercury 1 the flexibility to respond to the urgent needs and to support missions where help is needed right now. This is honestly how we're paying for our action in Nigeria until we can come to you and say, okay, we had to go over there.
Starting point is 02:04:30 We had to assess the situation, et cetera, et cetera. Now, here's what we're going to do. I would ask you if you would be a part of this mission to do good with me. Go to mercury one.org right now. That's mercury one.org. If you don't know anything about it, this is my charity, and you can find out all of the information about all the things we do. If it interests you, please join us in this work.
Starting point is 02:04:49 It's mercury one.org. A widow's might makes a difference. Mercury1.org. Oh, crap. Turns out. When did that get there? Common sense ain't all that common. But around here, it's still standard equipment.

Starting point is 02:05:52 Back to the Glenn Beck program, getting ready for our after-hour show, which you can see on the torch that's coming up in just a few short minutes. I want to kind of round out the broadcast today on this release. I usually get economic information from something called. political basie letter. They have a lot of good stuff. They were talking about the ramifications just on some of these radical left policies, specifically looking at health care. Now, if you see this graph, I'm not going to show you this graph because it's so depressing, but if you look from when Obamacare was first put into place up until now, 26, it has increased prices, almost like top
Starting point is 02:06:45 down, bottom out, intended to fail. Pretty wild. Go.
